- 0:04Speaker 1: All right, we're gonna now do future generations in one moment,
- 0:07Speaker 1: We're gonna say a prayer. Why doesn't Hudson and me
- 0:10Speaker 1: you come on up and we'll get our next tribute,
- 0:15Speaker 1: which is the future generations. But I want them to
- 0:18Speaker 1: come up. So when you give it to them, I
- 0:19Speaker 1: want you to look at these young, wonderful examples of
- 0:25Speaker 1: future generations. They're gonna speak about a question that I've
- 0:29Speaker 1: asked them, and so we're gonna get the microphone set
- 0:34Speaker 1: and we're gonna have a good time. But we're gonna
- 0:39Speaker 1: start off with a prayer from the peace parrots. Once
- 0:43Speaker 1: we get a little technically organized, which is what shows happen,
- 0:50Speaker 1: and there's a lot of technical concerns to make a
- 0:54Speaker 1: live show which is going out on good News broadcast
- 0:57Speaker 1: on YouTube, and we don't have time the largest environmental
- 1:02Speaker 1: broadcaster hoping for millions of people, so there's a lot
- 1:05Speaker 1: of people looking right now. So it's a very big broadcast,
- 1:11Speaker 1: if not the largest broadcast in the world for birthday
- 1:14Speaker 1: and what we all know the venue of the world,
- 1:17Speaker 1: the crossroads of the world, Times Square. So I give
- 1:21Speaker 1: you ourselves a round of applause for being here. Carrying
- 1:25Speaker 1: enough about Mother Earth Earth Day on Earth Day, for
- 1:30Speaker 1: we have some great boots in the back there. So
- 1:34Speaker 1: thank you for being with us. Okay, I think we're
- 1:36Speaker 1: ready to go for the prayer.
- 1:42Speaker 2: This is mister Baby. He is the daddy of three children.
- 1:48Speaker 2: The first baby was conceived on Pete Seeger's shoulders, Peace snick.
- 1:52Speaker 2: The second was conceived on his arm, named Ara Bike Pete,
- 1:58Speaker 2: and the third was Hope for a song he would
- 2:01Speaker 2: sing about no fracking. When you work with younger folk,
- 2:06Speaker 2: you can never give up hope. So mister Baby and
- 2:09Speaker 2: his wife, Miss Marian and their three kids are the
- 2:13Speaker 2: godchildren of Pete and Toshi and now his daughter Tinya
- 2:18Speaker 2: and her daughter Moira. Thank you so their prayer for
- 2:24Speaker 2: all of Miss Mss Mother Earth, Miss Gaya and all
- 2:31Speaker 2: the universe the multiverse is. May there be peace with
- 2:36Speaker 2: Mother Earth and with all people, animals and nature. May
- 2:44Speaker 2: it be so aho. I must say thank you, okay, Okay,
- 2:53Speaker 2: I like.
- 2:54Speaker 1: You said upon you said a beautiful thing. Thank you
- 2:56Speaker 1: for saying that. Okay. So we're gonna now give an award.
- 3:01Speaker 1: But before we do that, I've asked these young people
- 3:04Speaker 1: to answer a question. Now I have to find the question, Oh,
- 3:10Speaker 1: I found it. We're going to start with Mia, ladies
- 3:12Speaker 1: before gentlemen, and I'll have you know that Mia is
- 3:19Speaker 1: our good friend, Michelle's daughter, who's an own producer of
- 3:23Speaker 1: the event, and she's a New York City school student
- 3:28Speaker 1: and she's going to be performing in the home segment,
- 3:30Speaker 1: which is going to start at four o'clock god willing.
- 3:33Speaker 1: And so the question was this, or we've asked four people,
- 3:41Speaker 1: we have two here and two that aren't here, okay,
- 3:44Speaker 1: And the question was this, what kind of impact do
- 3:48Speaker 1: I want to make in the world, Mia, I.
- 3:54Speaker 3: Want to make an impact on the world that I
- 3:57Speaker 3: want people to treat the earth like it's one of
- 3:59Speaker 3: the loved ones. And I want to make people happy
- 4:04Speaker 3: with my music.
- 4:07Speaker 1: That's great. And you do make people with happy with
- 4:11Speaker 1: your music, since I've heard it and it's original. She
- 4:15Speaker 1: writes the music. She sings the music No fooling around here, okay?
- 4:20Speaker 1: And another no fooling around Guy Hudson, Henley Hudson, who's
- 4:25Speaker 1: anybody says a song sung blue Neil Diamond, local guy Brooklyn,
- 4:28Speaker 1: New York who saw the movie any case. This gentleman
- 4:33Speaker 1: was the son of Kate Hudson ironic, his name is Hudson, Yes,
- 4:39Speaker 1: and Hugh Jackman. Okay, this was the son in the movie.
- 4:42Speaker 1: A great actor, a great personality. And I also asked
- 4:47Speaker 1: him what kind of impact do I want to make
- 4:51Speaker 1: in the world.
- 4:53Speaker 3: I think that the greatest impact that I can make
- 4:56Speaker 3: is using my platform as an actor to bring consciousness
- 5:01Speaker 3: into educate people about the importance of taking care of here,
- 5:05Speaker 3: because without the Earth and all they keep the God,
- 5:08Speaker 3: there is no wealth, no health, and new safety for them.
- 5:13Speaker 1: Wow. Powerful, two very powerful statements. Thank you very much. Okay,
- 5:19Speaker 1: I'm going to add two more from my grandkids who
- 5:21Speaker 1: can't be here today because they're in school and out
- 5:25Speaker 1: of town. But this is very important for me, actually
- 5:30Speaker 1: the reason why I continue doing this for twenty four years,
- 5:33Speaker 1: especially the peace one Earth Day as well, but the
- 5:37Speaker 1: International Day of Peace. We're definitely on the no war story,
- 5:43Speaker 1: all right, Julia said. Being sixteen years old limits my
- 5:48Speaker 1: perception of what I think I am capable of. Adults
- 5:54Speaker 1: are typically the ones to make significant changes, and kids
- 5:57Speaker 1: are the inheritors of their designs. I don't want to
- 6:01Speaker 1: build a new system, though, I want to fix the
- 6:04Speaker 1: underlying fractures present in the current ones. Through small acts
- 6:08Speaker 1: of kindness enacted by the eage in every individual, the
- 6:12Speaker 1: world will ultimately become a better place. Even so goes
- 6:18Speaker 1: beyond just kindness and rather calls for rebirth of humanity.
- 6:23Speaker 1: I want to play a small role in simply being
- 6:26Speaker 1: a good human, helping others when they are at their
- 6:29Speaker 1: lowest point, understanding perspectives and connecting. We as collective share
- 6:35Speaker 1: the human experience. It should be all of our duties
- 6:39Speaker 1: to preserve it. Okay, that's my granddaughter, Julia, my grandson Jason.
- 6:45Speaker 4: Duke Duke Duke.
- 6:46Speaker 1: No, Okay, he's at school at Duke. I want to
- 6:50Speaker 1: leave the world a better place than I found it,
- 6:54Speaker 1: something I believe is everyone's individual responsibility. Instead of just consuming,
- 7:00Speaker 1: I want to produce and contribute to society overall. I
- 7:03Speaker 1: want to be a net giver. I want to be
- 7:05Speaker 1: there and help those in most in need and those
- 7:08Speaker 1: at the lowest points. I want to make society more
- 7:12Speaker 1: prosperous by building products that impro food society. And he's
- 7:16Speaker 1: going to do it because he's got a lot of strength,
- 7:21Speaker 1: just like Mia and Hudson. So let's give Hudson and
- 7:26Speaker 1: Mia a certificate versus Mia, and then Robert is going
- 7:30Speaker 1: to give thank you. It's a certificate of recognition. Robert's
- 7:39Speaker 1: going to give another Hugger planet and all set off
- 7:43Speaker 1: your floor. He's going to get another Hugger planet. Okay,
- 7:52Speaker 1: well that's this scenario. We're very proud and we're just
- 7:58Speaker 1: going to end it. Friend whose show I worked on
- 8:01Speaker 1: in nineteen seventy four, Tony Orlando, Tony Orlando and Dorn
- 8:06Speaker 1: Tony is going to share a commentary about future generations,
- 8:12Speaker 1: about the younger people and about the older people, the parents,
- 8:17Speaker 1: the grandparents. What is our responsibility for the future generations
- 8:22Speaker 1: and to be living with our future generations? All right,
- 8:25Speaker 1: let's go to the video with Tony Orlando.
- 8:29Speaker 2: I would like this.
- 8:30Speaker 5: We're going to give a tribute to the future generations.
- 8:33Speaker 5: And if you could for a nice gentleman. His name
- 8:37Speaker 5: is Hudson Henry. He was the son in the song
- 8:40Speaker 5: Song Blue movie the Neilbaman movie with Great Kate Hudson
- 8:45Speaker 5: and Hugh Jackman. Who's the Sun and he's on our
- 8:48Speaker 5: stage right now, and the Narcisco she's the producer of
- 8:53Speaker 5: the show's daughter Michelle, And what would you say in
- 8:58Speaker 5: a little SoundBite that I'm going to play back at
- 9:01Speaker 5: our event. What would you say for what should the
- 9:04Speaker 5: future generations do? And tomorrow you said you're turning what.
- 9:10Speaker 4: Two eighty two, twenty two in the heart but eighty
- 9:15Speaker 4: two okay?
- 9:16Speaker 5: What would you say for the future generations?
- 9:20Speaker 4: Well, I think it's important to have core values. I
- 9:24Speaker 4: think it's important for the parents of the future generations
- 9:27Speaker 4: to pass on the core values, core values like integrity
- 9:31Speaker 4: and commitment and citizenship and kindness and faith and faith
- 9:38Speaker 4: and things that you cannot see. And I think it's
- 9:41Speaker 4: important that it's more important that the funure future generations
- 9:45Speaker 4: of parents take care of our future generations. So this
- 9:49Speaker 4: is really a plead not to the younger generation, but
- 9:52Speaker 4: to the generation that will bring on the younger generation.
- 9:55Speaker 4: I think that's where the goodness and where it all starts.
- 9:58Speaker 4: And hopefully, like you parents did for you and my
- 10:01Speaker 4: parents did for me, they can carry on with those.
- 10:05Speaker 4: And I think the most important of all of those
- 10:06Speaker 4: was integrity. I think that is one value and one
- 10:09Speaker 4: core value that we must have, whether we're in business,
- 10:14Speaker 4: whether we're in politics, whether we're in faith in religion,
- 10:20Speaker 4: and we must keep our integrity and our truth in
- 10:23Speaker 4: our heart. And I think that's the most important thing
- 10:26Speaker 4: for the next generation of parents.
- 10:28Speaker 5: To take on.
- 10:32Speaker 1: Okay, Tony Orlando, that's saying Tony and if you can
- 10:35Speaker 1: get to see him live in person and there'll be
- 10:39Speaker 1: a show, you'll never forget. He's going around doing stories,
- 10:42Speaker 1: small venues and he's just he was a wonderful guy.
- 10:46Speaker 1: He's pushing the scenery way back in seventy four.
- 11:00Speaker 4: The bat, the doctor, the
- 11:11Speaker 2: Doctor,
