You you're in a hard and heavy place. today's show, How to Heal After a Chemical Pregnancy. My top three tips after miscarriage. So, if you if you happen to be listening to this and you're like, I don't even know what a chemical pregnancy is, and you're just here, you're wanting to learn about fertility and hormones in a God centered lens, a chemical pregnancy is a really early miscarriage. So, yes, God gave you life. There was a soul that he created. And and it was real, it is real. And that soul, I believe, is in heaven with Jesus, with all the saints and angels, and just with Jesus' love and blessing and protection. Even though maybe you just barely got a positive pregnancy test and and then and then you had a really heavy period. or maybe you knew you were pregnant for a week or two, and then you had a very heavy period or something like that. that's that's what a chemical pregnancy is like. And if you are listening to this because you have recently suffered through this, thankful you're here. Receive a hug from me, please. And just know you're not alone. My spirit's with you. The Lord, the Lord's spirit is with you. And there's unfortunately a lot of other women who are who are going through this too and who have gone through it. And the suffering and the grief that you're experiencing is real. It's very real. And I just want to affirm your baby. Your baby is in heaven. Your baby is real. And I'm so sorry that you didn't get to carry your baby for longer and that you don't get to raise your baby up here on here on earth. And let us praise God that your child gets to grow up in heaven. I don't know if we grow up in heaven who I don't really know what that looks like, but your child's in heaven with Jesus. Praise God for that. So you guys, today's opener, it's one Jesus put on my heart and frankly I didn't want to do it. I'm like, really, Lord? No, no, no, no, let's not do that story opener. No, no, no, no. Let's do a different one. And he wants me to do this one. So here we go. Okay. All right. If you have experienced miscarriage, or if you're going through a chemical pregnancy, let me just play out a few things for you. you're experiencing suffering, or you have experienced suffering and blood, right? No miscarriage ends bloodless. That's hard and we don't really talk about that, right? We don't talk about the heavy bleeding, we don't talk about the clotting, we don't talk about the clots, we don't talk about the tissue, we don't talk about all of the heavy, hard stuff physically that's happening. So your suffering and bleeding is ending in miscarriage and ending with a prayer for new life, and ending with a prayer for the life that was. The life that is in heaven. And now I know your prayer, number one, is for healing. And number two, maybe you're not ready yet, but deep down you do want new life. You do want to have life within your womb that the Lord would give and that the Lord would grow and that the Lord would sustain and protect full term, and that the Lord would deliver. And that the Lord would give life, breath, and oxygen into their little lungs. And that the Lord would give them the ability to nurse and the ability to grow. And one day the ability to toddle around and run around as you chase them. I know that's your prayer. Even if you can't put that into words yet, or if you're not ready to imagine that. But this prayer in the depth of your souls in this way would never have happened without the suffering and bleeding that you've experienced. And now I want to take you to a different place. If you're able to to close your eyes, just pause and close your eyes. You're driving, don't close your eyes, but I bet you can still envision this. I want you to envision Jesus. And I want you to envision his perfection, his deity, how he is God, his humanity, how he is human with his life on earth, his humility. That being in equality with God did not consider that to be taken to his own advantage. And he made himself nothing, taking the very form of a servant. Being willing to die a horrific death on the cross. Christ suffered for you. As he was kneeling at the at the place where he would be scourged with the whips. The first acts of blood and bleeding for us, for our lives. He knelt in humility. He didn't fight. He didn't say, Everybody, you're wrong. I'm God, but I'm gonna do this for you. He just took it. And he took whip after whip as the blood across his back, as his skin ripped open. And the bleeding, profusely, continued. And then they moved him on, and they made a crown of very sharp thorns, and they mocked him, and they beat him, and they said, Hail, King of the Jews And they put the crown on his head, and there was more blood. And he looks up at you, sister. And he has such eyes of love for you in his suffering and in his sorrow. Because he knows that through this passion, through this giving of his life He will be able to give you life. And that is the prayer that He wants to give you today. He wants you to unite your suffering, your bleeding, your sorrow and your grief with his suffering, his bleeding, his sorrow and his grief. Because as your suffering has led you to pray for new life, His suffering became the giver of new life. And so in him, we can have new life. So that's what we're opening up with. And, you know, a lot of times in our churches, we don't often talk about suffering in a way in such a way that we want to receive it. But I'm gonna read, and some churches do, it's great, but I've been to a lot of churches that don't talk that way. we're gonna read Romans five and see what the what the Bible has to say about suffering. This is Paul talking. Therefore, since we have been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ. Through him we have also obtained access by faith into this grace in which we stand, and we rejoice in hope of the glory of God. Not only that, but we rejoice in our sufferings, knowing that suffering produces endurance, and endurance produces character, and character produces hope, and hope does not put us to shame. Because God's love has been poured out into our hearts through the Holy Spirit who has been given to us. For while we were still weak, at the right time Christ died for the ungodly. For one will scarcely die for a righteous person, though perhaps for a good person one would dare even to die. But God shows his love for us in this, that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. So ultimately, this is, you know, one of the things that this is sharing is that we only get hope for new life by uniting our suffering to Jesus. Jesus suffered for us. And so we are called to rejoice in our suffering. And this eventually will bring us perseverance, endurance. It will build our character and it will eventually bring us hope. So by suffering, we're becoming more like Jesus. And he willingly subjected himself to God, to suffering for our good. And that that is your ask, that is your cross that Christ has given you to bear. Will you accept it or will you reject it? Will you accept this cross of suffering in the same way that Jesus accepted his cross of suffering? Jesus said, Not my will, Lord, but yours be done. Would you take this cup from me? Totally acceptable to pray that to God. God, would you take this cup of miscarriage away from me? Would you take this cup of loss away from me? But let thy will be done. Let your will be done. Jesus modeled for us how to pray about these sufferings. So let's go into My three tips after miscarriage. I'm gonna address spiritual, emotional, and physical. Okay, that's what we're gonna do. So when it comes to healing after going through this suffering, first let's talk about the spiritual healing, which is what we've been talking about. we want to unite this suffering to Jesus' suffering so that we may receive hope. Like I said, Jesus suffered to bring us new life. You, my sister, have suffered. To model Jesus' suffering to bring new life so that you can bring new life. And can I say you've already done this? You brought life into the world, and now that life is in heaven. So it's not a one day, it's a, it's already happened. Heaven's been blessed by you bringing in a new soul into the heavenly kingdom. I know your desire is to have a soul for the earthly kingdom, for your family. But we can still praise God for this. Okay, so that's the first thing to work on is uniting your suffering to Jesus. Okay, the second tip is emotional healing. So we don't want to stuff this experience. You had a real experience. A raw and bloody and weeping experience. It was real. It happened. And it was really hard. And it's important when you're ready to process. You might not be ready to process, and that means like talk it out, memorialize the baby, whatever. You might not be ready to process right away. You might not even be ready to process in six months or in a year or two years or more. It might be that deep for you. But when you're ready. It's important to process, okay? So this might mean talking with somebody. It could be talking with your husband. this can be incredibly healing and incredibly uniting with your husband, and it can be really hard to. And he might, you might feel he doesn't understand what you're going through. he is there for you, he is God's gift to you, and it is helpful. Sometimes to also talk with someone else who has more experiential understanding, someone who's been through this. So this could be a counselor, it could be your own mother or your own sister, someone else you know who's gone through something like this. It could be a pastor, anyone who's discipling you, mentoring you, but talking about it with people. Maybe just one or two or whoever that is important. And being really real and raw when it's appropriate. Memorializing the baby is also very healing for our emotions. And when I say memorializing, this can look like a few different things. I recently learned of some incredible ministries for the lost. Of our sweet little lives and these babies who didn't get to grow more. in Colorado, which is where I'm from, there's a ministry called Precious Lives Ministry. You can look it up just to kind of give you like a frame of reference of what this ministry does. It's incredible. It's ran by the Catholic Church. It's open to anybody. It's open to anybody. And they will do a beautiful ceremony for your baby. They will like volunteers give their own wedding dresses. So that way more volunteers make satin pouches out of the wedding dresses to put the baby in. And if it is a chemical pregnancy, I know that they do something for that as well. and they put them all in these handmade, beautiful little wooden caskets and They have a whole beautiful ceremony in the chapel and they have a full beautiful burial in their cemetery. And you can even put things in in the ground with them, flowers or a letter, pictures, anything special. and you can even put your child's name on on a tombstone in their memory. So that's incredible. I didn't know about anything like that when I went through my losses. And I'm still slowly munching on the thought of having some kind of memorial for them, even though it's been several years. But something I did in my home is I got an angel painting and I painted on the names of my children of my heavenly babies and the dates of their going to heaven days. And I always get to look at that painting alongside the photos that I have of all my earthside babies. And it just makes me really appreciate my Earthside babies. And it makes me think of my babies in heaven and saying a prayer for them. and thinking of them too. So doing something to memorialize is is really beautiful. And you might, I mean, like look at me guys. Like I'm man, I can't do that. Like I cannot do a big ceremony and burial for my babies that I lost years ago. Like For me, who knows? It might be 10, 20 years before I feel ready to do something like that. Like, I don't even know. So there's no like pressure or judgment on these things. These are just things that can be really helpful in the healing and the memorializing process. my third tip is physical healing. Okay. And honestly, let's be real, that's what most of you come here for. You're you're a Christian, you love Jesus, but you want to know how do I get. My hormones back in place. What do I eat? What supplements do I take? what are my charts supposed to look like? You want to know all those things. Okay. so I'll give you a few tips on this. And then to go deeper, you'll want to come into fertility framework and learn all the things. but for the physical healing, your body interprets your miscarriage as a period. And your body can ovulate up to two weeks. As early as two weeks after your loss. So if you're not ready emotionally, and I can tell you, just as a fertility educator and hormone coach, physically, no, you're not ready to get pregnant again immediately after that loss. Your body needs time. Your hormones need time. Everything needs time to recalibrate and process and heal after this big event. So it is really important to learn how to avoid. Pregnancy naturally, which I teach you inside a fertility framework to avoid getting pregnant. I always tell my clients, three cycles. Wait three cycles, learn how to chart. Let's look at your charts, let's observe if they look healthy and great and you've got a green light on the physical side of things. And of course, you need to unite your prayers with your husband and the Lord if you have the green light spiritually to try to conceive again. but minimum three cycles. To wait. It just takes your body, your emotions, and your spirit time to process this big thing that happened. It was real, it's big. It takes time to come down off of that and to kind of get back into more, a more regular, healthy, normal pattern of hormones and emotions and your spirit as well. so those are the three things. Your spiritual, emotional, and physical healing are really, really important after a loss. And I'll say even after an early loss, it's just as important. It's very important. There's a lot that your body did just to get pregnant and to be pregnant for the short time it was. And now it needs some time to recover. It needs some love and it needs some looking into with people who love the Lord and can support you in this journey. if you are wanting to go from dipping your toes as we did today. We dipped our toes into the water on some of these things, and you want to jump into the pool to learn more about this spiritual, emotional, physical healing in a God-centered way for your hormones and your body, your mind, spirit, all of that. Come to Fertility Framework and get started. Go to Beccayawn.com/slash course, B-E-K-A-H-Y-A-W-N dot com slash course. And you guys, I have recently updated and restructured fertility frameworks. So it's it's ridiculously accessible. It's super accessible. Like a couple Starbucks a week, you can get started. Okay. I think something like that. Pretty close, maybe like three. Three Starbucks a week, okay? something something like that. But it's very, very accessible. And the information in here is most likely what you've been praying for and what you need when you're in this season. and clients who start fertility framework, students who are in fertility framework get to book one on one calls with me for an additional fee for as much as you need them. Okay. You might just want one call. You might be like, my gosh, I I need to meet with her like every month, every other week, whatever it is. So you get that access to me to work with you as well. Those calls are really cool. we never know if they're just gonna be talking all about physical stuff or if it's gonna be all spiritual. I had a couple of them today and it was all spiritual and that's that's what those women needed and it was really beautiful, it was awesome. So, so come and join me, becca yawn.com slash course. and let me let me pray over you. Lord Jesus, we come before you. Thank you so much for this message. God, it's not an easy one. It's it's so hard. But Lord, what you endured on the cross, approaching the cross for us, we can really unite our suffering to that, Jesus. And you are the only way that we can have hope. And so, God, I just I humbly ask that through this message of your son and of his passion and of his crucifixion and how he brought us new life through his resurrection, Lord, that you would just bring this same beautiful message to my sister's soul of this prayer and hope for new life in her body for the celebration of the life, although it was short, that is now in heaven that she suffered and endured, Lord. God, would she be blessed? Would you guide her steps and her husband? Pray these things in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. Amen.
