- 0:14Speaker 1: Hello you guys, welcome back to another episode of the
- 0:16Speaker 1: Hawkrel Energy Podcast. I'm your host, Kaylee, and this is
- 0:20Speaker 1: your weekly reminder that it's a new day, a new week,
- 0:23Speaker 1: a new mindset, and another day for you to become
- 0:25Speaker 1: the hawk Grel Energy you want to attract. Hello you guys,
- 0:29Speaker 1: welcome back to another episode. I am feeling really good
- 0:34Speaker 1: today because the sun is out and for the past
- 0:37Speaker 1: I want to say, like four days, we've had a
- 0:39Speaker 1: very gloomy start to January. I would say just a
- 0:43Speaker 1: lot of gloom, not enough sun. And obviously you guys
- 0:47Speaker 1: know me. I thrive when the sunshine is out. When
- 0:49Speaker 1: the sunshine isn't out, I feel like sometimes I have
- 0:51Speaker 1: a hard time just being productive and all that. So
- 0:55Speaker 1: I'm sure you guys get it. Just when the sun
- 0:57Speaker 1: is out, I feel like my vibes are good. I'm
- 0:59Speaker 1: feeling more confident, So it's going to be a good
- 1:02Speaker 1: day now that the sun is out. I'm super excited
- 1:04Speaker 1: about today's episode because I really wanted to talk about
- 1:07Speaker 1: life lessons, things that I feel like I've learned in
- 1:11Speaker 1: my almost twenty nine years of life. And these are
- 1:15Speaker 1: just like things that maybe stuff that I've learned throughout
- 1:18Speaker 1: my twenties, or just life advice in general that I've
- 1:21Speaker 1: been given from peers or my parents, or just like
- 1:26Speaker 1: what I've heard through social media. All that, and things
- 1:28Speaker 1: that I've actually adapted into my lifestyle that I truly
- 1:31Speaker 1: do think make a huge difference. So I thought it'd
- 1:33Speaker 1: be a fun episode to do twenty five life lessons
- 1:36Speaker 1: for twenty twenty five things that I may have learned
- 1:39Speaker 1: from last year or previous years. So that's what we're
- 1:42Speaker 1: going to be focusing our energy on today. Before we
- 1:44Speaker 1: get into this episode, though, I do want to briefly
- 1:46Speaker 1: chat about something that's very exciting that's happening. I am
- 1:50Speaker 1: actually going on a trip next week. Already it's already
- 1:53Speaker 1: January twentieth next week, which is crazy.
- 1:56Speaker 2: We're basically at the end of January.
- 1:58Speaker 1: I don't know how that happened. I feel like January
- 2:00Speaker 1: usually goes by super slow, and I feel like this
- 2:02Speaker 1: year it's going by fast. I mean, I feel like
- 2:04Speaker 1: it's always different for everybody. Maybe because I've been so
- 2:06Speaker 1: busy with work that things just fly by faster. I
- 2:09Speaker 1: don't know, but usually January is always a hard time,
- 2:12Speaker 1: or maybe because I am traveling. It's going by fast,
- 2:15Speaker 1: who knows, But I am going to a very exciting
- 2:19Speaker 1: location next week, and I am going with someone very special,
- 2:24Speaker 1: which I'm sure you guys know who this person is,
- 2:27Speaker 1: but I'm going to see her and I'm so freakin excited.
- 2:31Speaker 2: Guys.
- 2:32Speaker 1: This trip is exactly what we needed. We needed, like
- 2:36Speaker 1: me and my bestie just needed this trip, and I
- 2:39Speaker 1: think it's going to be so iconic. It's something that
- 2:42Speaker 1: we've actually talked about doing, which is so funny. And
- 2:44Speaker 1: of course this opportunity comes up when we're like, this
- 2:47Speaker 1: is what we needed, Like this is a blessing in disguise,
- 2:50Speaker 1: and yeah, it's just something that we've.
- 2:52Speaker 2: Been wanting to do. So we are very excited about this.
- 2:56Speaker 1: And I'm hoping that we can record a podcast episode
- 2:59Speaker 1: together when I'm there. Who knows, we'll see if we
- 3:02Speaker 1: have the time, but I would love to have her
- 3:04Speaker 1: back on the podcast.
- 3:05Speaker 2: I'm not gonna say who because you guys.
- 3:07Speaker 1: Will know based on Instagram next week, but I'm sure
- 3:10Speaker 1: you guys already know who I'm talking about. So that's
- 3:13Speaker 1: very exciting. And then I'm also going, oh on another trip.
- 3:17Speaker 2: I'm going down South.
- 3:19Speaker 1: I mentioned it on my Instagram story a few weeks
- 3:21Speaker 1: ago that I usually like to go down south, usually
- 3:25Speaker 1: around this time of the year because obviously.
- 3:27Speaker 2: In Canada it's freezing cold.
- 3:30Speaker 1: It's literally freezing cold. Guys, like, I am over it.
- 3:34Speaker 1: I'm truly over it. I'm truly over how pale I am.
- 3:38Speaker 1: I am so fricking pale right now.
- 3:40Speaker 2: It is so bad.
- 3:41Speaker 1: I looked at myself in the mirror this morning and
- 3:43Speaker 1: I'm just like, what am I doing? Like why did
- 3:45Speaker 1: I not apply self tenor on Sunday? So anyways, I
- 3:49Speaker 1: think I need a spray tan. I'm in need of
- 3:52Speaker 1: getting some confidence in me. So yeah, hopefully I'll book
- 3:55Speaker 1: a spray tan this weekend before I leave for my trip.
- 3:57Speaker 1: But yes, I'm going down south. I literally am home
- 4:00Speaker 1: for three days and then I'm off again, which is fine, honestly,
- 4:03Speaker 1: like it's not a big deal. It kind of just
- 4:05Speaker 1: like worked out that way. And this was the last
- 4:07Speaker 1: minute trip that was booked literally a week ago. Same
- 4:12Speaker 1: thing with the trip that I'm going to next week.
- 4:15Speaker 1: So everything has just been very last minute.
- 4:17Speaker 2: But that's okay.
- 4:18Speaker 1: I love love, love, love love love love traveling. Traveling
- 4:23Speaker 1: is the key thing in life.
- 4:25Speaker 2: And that's one of the life lessons we're going to
- 4:27Speaker 2: talk about, just experiences all that.
- 4:29Speaker 1: I feel like every time I think of a new
- 4:33Speaker 1: year or just a year in general, I think about
- 4:35Speaker 1: all the travel that I did. I truly always just
- 4:37Speaker 1: think about that, because for me, I feel like that's
- 4:40Speaker 1: one of the most memorable things, is traveling.
- 4:43Speaker 2: Of course, we all love to.
- 4:44Speaker 1: Spend money, and we like to spend money on things
- 4:46Speaker 1: for ourselves and all that, but I do think that
- 4:49Speaker 1: money towards travel is the best investment. And yeah, I
- 4:53Speaker 1: just think of all the experiences that I've been able
- 4:55Speaker 1: to have with friends, family, and Zach, and I just
- 4:58Speaker 1: always think of those.
- 5:00Speaker 2: And how memorable they are.
- 5:01Speaker 1: I truly do think that makes it. You're better when
- 5:03Speaker 1: you are taking time out of your routine and out
- 5:05Speaker 1: of your lifestyle to go away for a week or
- 5:07Speaker 1: go away for two weeks and experience a new city,
- 5:10Speaker 1: a new country, and just making memories with the person
- 5:13Speaker 1: that you love or just people that you adore is
- 5:17Speaker 1: truly the best thing to invest in. So yeah, I'm
- 5:20Speaker 1: very excited to already start my year off with a
- 5:23Speaker 1: bunch of traveling. And these two places I've actually both
- 5:26Speaker 1: been to and again still very excited because it's with
- 5:30Speaker 1: different people, different vibes, different opportunities.
- 5:33Speaker 2: So I'm just excited to, yeah, I get back.
- 5:36Speaker 1: On that plane do some things that are gonna be fun.
- 5:39Speaker 1: There is one thing that I'm a little nervous about
- 5:41Speaker 1: because it is something that is very much out of
- 5:43Speaker 1: my comfort zone. And I'll give a hint for this.
- 5:47Speaker 1: It's going on a helicopter, which is insane. I've never
- 5:50Speaker 1: been on a helicopter in my life flying don't have
- 5:53Speaker 1: an issue with being on a helicopter.
- 5:56Speaker 2: Really does give me anxiety. I don't know why.
- 5:58Speaker 1: It just stresses me out. But I keep telling myself that.
- 6:01Speaker 1: I'm like, it's good to do things out of your
- 6:03Speaker 1: comfort zone. It's good to conquer your fear. So I'm
- 6:07Speaker 1: trying to like put that in my mindset that I'm like, hey,
- 6:09Speaker 1: it's good to do this. It pushes yourself to do
- 6:12Speaker 1: something that you're uncomfortable with and it's going to be
- 6:14Speaker 1: an amazing experience.
- 6:15Speaker 2: I know that.
- 6:17Speaker 1: But yeah, it's just something I've been thinking about and
- 6:19Speaker 1: I'm like, I can't believe.
- 6:20Speaker 2: I'm going on a helicopter.
- 6:21Speaker 1: Like that sounds crazy to me, Like that doesn't sound real,
- 6:24Speaker 1: So yeah, that's gonna be fun. I'm really hoping I
- 6:28Speaker 1: can just work the courage to just get on it,
- 6:31Speaker 1: experience it, and then get off and be happy that
- 6:33Speaker 1: I did it. So yeah, I'm hoping I can build
- 6:36Speaker 1: up the courage to do this, because honestly, I've been
- 6:39Speaker 1: like second guessing myself.
- 6:40Speaker 2: I'm like, should have just.
- 6:41Speaker 1: Stayed on the ground and not.
- 6:44Speaker 2: Book this helicopter ride. But I think we'll be able
- 6:47Speaker 2: to do it.
- 6:47Speaker 1: I have the confidence that I will be able to
- 6:49Speaker 1: do it, and we are going to work up the courage.
- 6:52Speaker 2: To do it.
- 6:53Speaker 1: All about shifting the mindset to a positive one for
- 6:55Speaker 1: twenty twenty five, as you guys know, so very exciting
- 6:58Speaker 1: things happening. A lot of travel on my social media,
- 7:01Speaker 1: which I think will be fun.
- 7:02Speaker 2: So definitely make sure.
- 7:03Speaker 1: To subscribe to my YouTube, follow me on Instagram, and
- 7:07Speaker 1: follow me on TikTok maybe if it's still around that
- 7:10Speaker 1: has been floating around these past few weeks, which is
- 7:13Speaker 1: crazy that the US wants to ban TikTok, and because
- 7:17Speaker 1: I am Canadian, I've had a few messages saying, you know,
- 7:19Speaker 1: it's not getting banned in Canada, why are you so concerned.
- 7:22Speaker 1: So I'm concerned just because my main audience is based
- 7:27Speaker 1: in the US, so forty percent i think forty five
- 7:29Speaker 1: percent actually of my audience on TikTok is from the
- 7:32Speaker 1: United States, So that means I would lose forty five
- 7:34Speaker 1: percent of my viewers, which would obviously impact my career.
- 7:38Speaker 1: And the brands that I work with are usually based
- 7:42Speaker 1: in the States, so that would also, you know, potentially
- 7:45Speaker 1: lose some income on my end with not being able
- 7:49Speaker 1: to work with these brands, which again still able to
- 7:51Speaker 1: do my career, which I'm very grateful for through YouTube
- 7:53Speaker 1: and through Instagram. If TikTok does get banned, but based
- 7:57Speaker 1: on the news these past few days, it looks like
- 8:00Speaker 1: they might push back the ban by another two hundred
- 8:03Speaker 1: and seventy days and hopefully maybe reassess the situation, because
- 8:07Speaker 1: I do think TikTok is more than just an app
- 8:10Speaker 1: for a lot of people. It's not only for people
- 8:11Speaker 1: like me who have a career, but there's a lot
- 8:13Speaker 1: of small businesses out there that really rely on the
- 8:16Speaker 1: TikTok app for their business growth and just sales in general.
- 8:20Speaker 1: There's over one hundred and seventy million US users on
- 8:24Speaker 1: TikTok and a lot of people do benefit the app
- 8:27Speaker 1: through you know, careers, TikTok shop creator fund all that
- 8:31Speaker 1: my heart would break obviously for the small businesses that
- 8:34Speaker 1: would be impacted, because I truly do think TikTok is
- 8:36Speaker 1: the best place for businesses to grow their business because
- 8:40Speaker 1: of the for you page and just always targeting a
- 8:43Speaker 1: new audience and new people. And of course, like I
- 8:47Speaker 1: just reached a million, so it would be definitely heartbreaking
- 8:49Speaker 1: to just like lose that. And obviously here's an example.
- 8:52Speaker 1: If you're someone that's been wanting to, you know, become
- 8:56Speaker 1: a teacher, and you went to teachers college for six
- 8:59Speaker 1: years and obviously you worked really hard to get your
- 9:01Speaker 1: diploma and your degree, and then of course you finally
- 9:03Speaker 1: get the teacher's job, like that is obviously the most
- 9:05Speaker 1: rewarding feeling. So for me, like for the past five years,
- 9:09Speaker 1: I work so hard growing my platform and just you know,
- 9:12Speaker 1: the amount of followers I've gotten, and it's not about that,
- 9:14Speaker 1: It's more so about the community that I've built and
- 9:16Speaker 1: just like the followers that I've been able to engage
- 9:19Speaker 1: with and just create a community of just women that
- 9:23Speaker 1: I adore. And then all of a sudden they want
- 9:25Speaker 1: to rip it away from you, and you won't be
- 9:27Speaker 1: able to continue your career through doing that.
- 9:30Speaker 2: So I don't know.
- 9:31Speaker 1: It just feels like hard work is being thrown out
- 9:33Speaker 1: the window for no reason, and yeah it hurts, but
- 9:38Speaker 1: we shall see at the end of the day. I'm
- 9:40Speaker 1: very grateful for my podcast community. I'm very grateful for
- 9:43Speaker 1: my Instagram followers. I'm very grateful for my YouTubers. I
- 9:46Speaker 1: actually been loving YouTube lately, so if you haven't watched
- 9:49Speaker 1: my most recent YouTube video I posted a first week
- 9:53Speaker 1: of twenty twenty five, kind of like a reset of
- 9:54Speaker 1: getting back into the swing of things for the new year,
- 9:57Speaker 1: and I'm loving YouTube like it's actually one of my
- 10:00Speaker 1: favorite platforms. Well, of course the podcast is one of
- 10:03Speaker 1: my favorites, but YouTube is truly one of my favorites
- 10:05Speaker 1: because I feel like I can chat away and you
- 10:08Speaker 1: guys love hearing me chat, which I love.
- 10:11Speaker 2: So yes.
- 10:12Speaker 1: Anyways, hopefully TikTok stays around because I would love to
- 10:15Speaker 1: obviously continue filming through the app and being able to
- 10:19Speaker 1: share my travel experiences and just obviously my life in
- 10:22Speaker 1: general is always fun to it through TikTok. But you know,
- 10:25Speaker 1: there's obviously other platforms that I could use to share
- 10:28Speaker 1: my life with you guys, so I'm not too concerned.
- 10:30Speaker 1: But I also just love the app in general. I
- 10:32Speaker 1: find TikTok is my source of Google. I don't know
- 10:35Speaker 1: if anyone else is like that, but I love using
- 10:37Speaker 1: TikTok to search anything. Like if I want to see
- 10:40Speaker 1: a cute top on someone that I want to order
- 10:43Speaker 1: from Meshki, I'm gonna go on TikTok. I'm gonna search
- 10:45Speaker 1: the code and I'm gonna find it. Same thing with
- 10:47Speaker 1: Zara or Ritzia. So I find it's a great way
- 10:49Speaker 1: to like complete the sale because obviously seeing it on
- 10:52Speaker 1: someone else allows me to see what it looks like
- 10:54Speaker 1: in person on them, and it makes me want to
- 10:56Speaker 1: purchase it. I also love to just search like random
- 11:00Speaker 1: like tips for hair growth, random tips for hair shedding.
- 11:04Speaker 2: Whatever.
- 11:04Speaker 1: The keeps gonna be like whenever I come into a problem,
- 11:06Speaker 1: I'm like, okay, gonna search on TikTok, like how can
- 11:09Speaker 1: I fix this issue?
- 11:10Speaker 2: Whatever.
- 11:11Speaker 1: So TikTok is more than just an app, of my opinion,
- 11:13Speaker 1: so hopefully they figure that out. But let's get into
- 11:16Speaker 1: howt Girl Advice twenty five life lessons for twenty twenty five.
- 11:20Speaker 1: Number one, You need to take care of yourself first,
- 11:22Speaker 1: because if you can't take care of yourself, how can
- 11:25Speaker 1: you plan to take care of someone else. This is
- 11:28Speaker 1: a big one because thinking about someone's mental health, for
- 11:31Speaker 1: an example, if you're not doing the little things that
- 11:35Speaker 1: we always talk about, like taking time out of your
- 11:37Speaker 1: morning to do a little routine, whether it's going to
- 11:40Speaker 1: a workout class, whether it's taking ten minutes to go
- 11:43Speaker 1: outside and go on a walk or doing some meditation.
- 11:45Speaker 1: Doing those little habits that make you feel good, you know,
- 11:49Speaker 1: obviously helps our mental health, it helps our physical health
- 11:52Speaker 1: all that. And so if you don't take the time
- 11:55Speaker 1: to focus on yourself and do those little things, and
- 11:58Speaker 1: you know mentally, you're not gonna be in the right
- 12:00Speaker 1: head space if you're not taking care of yourself, and
- 12:02Speaker 1: so then you're not gonna be able to take care
- 12:04Speaker 1: of other people that you might need the help, like
- 12:07Speaker 1: elders or friends or family members, anything like that. So
- 12:11Speaker 1: it's super important to put yourself first, do those little
- 12:14Speaker 1: things that make you feel good and help your mental
- 12:16Speaker 1: health out. That way, you can be able to take
- 12:18Speaker 1: care of someone else. Life less than Number two, nobody cares, period.
- 12:22Speaker 1: Nobody cares. So thinking of those little things that you
- 12:27Speaker 1: think somebody would critique you on or just you think
- 12:30Speaker 1: that they care, they don't. They truly don't care. So
- 12:33Speaker 1: don't overthink it. I'm going to talk about something that
- 12:36Speaker 1: is about my physical appearance because I was always so
- 12:39Speaker 1: in my head about this because I thought people would
- 12:42Speaker 1: notice this, and it was something that just really bothered
- 12:45Speaker 1: me to the point where I wanted to get surgery
- 12:47Speaker 1: to remove this off my face because I truly thought
- 12:50Speaker 1: people thought it impacted my face for some reason I
- 12:54Speaker 1: don't know, and I had this beauty mark on my
- 12:57Speaker 1: face and I hated it for the longest time. So
- 13:00Speaker 1: I did everything in my power to try and get
- 13:03Speaker 1: this removed. When I was like I think twelve or thirteen,
- 13:06Speaker 1: did all these doctor's appointments all that, realized that it
- 13:09Speaker 1: was not good to remove it because there was potential
- 13:12Speaker 1: risk of you know, if I do get skin cancer,
- 13:15Speaker 1: I would never know because of the surgery that they'd
- 13:17Speaker 1: have to do, or I'd have a massive scar on
- 13:19Speaker 1: my face, which honestly would.
- 13:21Speaker 2: Not be a good solution either.
- 13:22Speaker 1: Eventually, over time, I built the confidence to realize that
- 13:26Speaker 1: that's not something people care about, and it's not something
- 13:28Speaker 1: that I should care about either. It's something that makes
- 13:30Speaker 1: me me and I feel like if I didn't have
- 13:33Speaker 1: this beauty mark on my face, it wouldn't define who
- 13:35Speaker 1: I am. And so that's just a little example of
- 13:37Speaker 1: something that people don't care about. That people care how
- 13:40Speaker 1: you look, people don't care how you feel. Like at
- 13:41Speaker 1: the end of the day, you just need to focus
- 13:43Speaker 1: on yourself and not care what anyone else thinks and
- 13:46Speaker 1: just not overthink about it. Finding a balance and your
- 13:49Speaker 1: routine will change your life. This is life changing, I'm
- 13:53Speaker 1: telling you right now. And it took me probably three
- 13:57Speaker 1: years to actually figure out a routine that worked for myself.
- 14:01Speaker 1: It's not something that you just wake up and say, yeah,
- 14:03Speaker 1: I'm going to have a morning routine, like Kaylei. That's
- 14:06Speaker 1: not how it works. You need to realize your work schedule.
- 14:09Speaker 1: How can you adapt a routine for yourself that's going
- 14:12Speaker 1: to allow you to be consistent with it? Is it
- 14:15Speaker 1: doing an evening routine, is it doing a morning routine?
- 14:17Speaker 1: Is it doing both being able to balance a healthy
- 14:21Speaker 1: lifestyle while maintaining your current work schedule, while also being
- 14:25Speaker 1: able to hang with friends is the perfect balance in
- 14:28Speaker 1: life for me personally. I love doing my morning routines,
- 14:31Speaker 1: which you guys know, that is something that I strongly
- 14:33Speaker 1: believe in and has truly made my mornings and days
- 14:37Speaker 1: more productive because I make that a priority. So that's
- 14:40Speaker 1: something for me that works for my routine. I'm able
- 14:43Speaker 1: to balance work because I make that a priority throughout
- 14:46Speaker 1: the day. My health and wellness goal is a priority
- 14:48Speaker 1: in the morning, doing meditation, doing my workouts, just doing
- 14:51Speaker 1: the little things skincare, self.
- 14:52Speaker 2: Care, all that. On my weekends, I make spending.
- 14:55Speaker 1: Time with my friends a priority. Or maybe there's a
- 14:58Speaker 1: night during the week, on a Thursday night or a
- 15:00Speaker 1: Friday night, I make a priority to go see my friends.
- 15:03Speaker 1: This is a good balance in your routine and this
- 15:07Speaker 1: will truly change your life if you find ways within
- 15:09Speaker 1: your current work schedule and your current life in general
- 15:13Speaker 1: with being able to balance those three things. Friendship, work,
- 15:17Speaker 1: and your relationships with your friends, family all that. Those
- 15:20Speaker 1: are the three key things that you need to balance
- 15:22Speaker 1: in your week to week schedules. So when you find
- 15:24Speaker 1: a balance in your routine, it will change your life.
- 15:27Speaker 1: Being authentic is more attractive than pretending to be someone
- 15:30Speaker 1: you're not. This is one thing that just bothers me
- 15:33Speaker 1: so much when I see social media influencers not being
- 15:37Speaker 1: the same person that I meet at an event. Is Oh,
- 15:41Speaker 1: it's so mind boggling to me. Like it truly does
- 15:44Speaker 1: bother me. Like there was an influencer that I watched
- 15:47Speaker 1: for years on YouTube okay, one am i og favorite YouTubers.
- 15:51Speaker 1: I met her in person and I literally went up
- 15:54Speaker 1: to her and I was like, oh my god, I
- 15:55Speaker 1: love your content, like I was a fan, Like I
- 15:57Speaker 1: was acting like a fan like a normal person would,
- 16:00Speaker 1: and She's like, oh, thanks, and then walked away, And
- 16:03Speaker 1: I'm like, that is not the interaction I was anticipating,
- 16:06Speaker 1: Like she was just was very rude, very sure. Her
- 16:09Speaker 1: presence was also just giving, like I run the place,
- 16:13Speaker 1: I'm a boss, whatever, And I'm like, we are all
- 16:16Speaker 1: here for the same reasons. We are all influencers, we
- 16:18Speaker 1: are all in the same career. It's not like you
- 16:20Speaker 1: are better than another at the end of the day,
- 16:22Speaker 1: We're all invited for the same reason, and that is because.
- 16:25Speaker 2: We are all influencers.
- 16:28Speaker 1: So that bothers me when I see people that aren't
- 16:31Speaker 1: their genuine self that they portray themselves to be through
- 16:34Speaker 1: social media, but I have met a lot of other
- 16:37Speaker 1: influencers who are even better in person, Like I've met
- 16:41Speaker 1: so many people who like literally almost made me cry,
- 16:45Speaker 1: Like I was just like, Wow, you are so genuine,
- 16:47Speaker 1: you are so real. And as a person who is
- 16:50Speaker 1: an influencer like myself, I want to make sure that
- 16:53Speaker 1: I portray myself the exact same way that I portray myself.
- 16:57Speaker 2: Through the podcast, through TikTok, through YouTube.
- 17:00Speaker 1: I don't ever ever want to pretend someone that I'm not,
- 17:04Speaker 1: and I think that is something that everyone should take
- 17:07Speaker 1: into account in life in general. Don't try to be
- 17:10Speaker 1: this person that you think everyone wants you to be,
- 17:12Speaker 1: like some people that try to be super cool and
- 17:15Speaker 1: all that, you know, like just making too much effort
- 17:17Speaker 1: to being someone that they're not, and it just isn't it.
- 17:20Speaker 1: Like being yourself is the most attractive version of yourself.
- 17:23Speaker 1: So this is your sign to always just be yourself.
- 17:26Speaker 1: Romanticizing the little things which makes life more enjoyable. This
- 17:30Speaker 1: is a big thing for me. I really do romanticize
- 17:34Speaker 1: everything in my life, my coffee, my night routine, lighting
- 17:38Speaker 1: a candle, doing my skincare, doing my body care like
- 17:42Speaker 1: I will romanticize the little things going on my walk,
- 17:45Speaker 1: putting on a podcast, like.
- 17:47Speaker 2: Those little moments.
- 17:48Speaker 1: If you do not romanticize those little things, it's not
- 17:51Speaker 1: going to become enjoyable. You need to romanticize those little
- 17:54Speaker 1: things to really enjoy your life. I'm telling you right
- 17:56Speaker 1: now because those little things mean more to you than
- 17:59Speaker 1: you'll ever know. There's people out there that are praying
- 18:02Speaker 1: to have a life like yours, where they live in
- 18:04Speaker 1: a home, where they're able to have a beautiful coffee
- 18:07Speaker 1: from their beautiful coffee machine, Like these little things matter.
- 18:11Speaker 1: Invest in experiences, not things. Here we go, Here we go.
- 18:16Speaker 1: Telling you right now, you are going to be a
- 18:18Speaker 1: traveler for twenty twenty five. You are because twenty twenty
- 18:21Speaker 1: five is the year of travel. Save your money, book
- 18:25Speaker 1: the trip, Go experience a new country, a new city
- 18:29Speaker 1: with a friend or a bunch of friends, or with
- 18:31Speaker 1: your family or with your partner, and that is going
- 18:34Speaker 1: to be one of the most memorable moments of your year.
- 18:37Speaker 2: Period.
- 18:38Speaker 1: Everything that I did last year in twenty twenty four.
- 18:41Speaker 1: Of course my wedding was a memorable part, but just
- 18:44Speaker 1: traveling and going to Europe for the entire month that
- 18:47Speaker 1: was my most memorable moment of my entire year was
- 18:51Speaker 1: being able to go to Europe for a month and
- 18:53Speaker 1: just experience new countries with Zach. Being able to be
- 18:56Speaker 1: in Italy with all my family and friends, like being
- 18:58Speaker 1: able to experience that country with just all my loved
- 19:01Speaker 1: ones was the most memorable experience. And of course we
- 19:04Speaker 1: always want to buy those little things that bring us happiness,
- 19:07Speaker 1: but at the end of the day, saving your money
- 19:09Speaker 1: and actually investing in travel and going to these beautiful
- 19:13Speaker 1: places with family and friends is the most memorable thing.
- 19:16Speaker 1: And I truly do think it is the best advice
- 19:18Speaker 1: ever given, is just to travel as much as you
- 19:21Speaker 1: can and enjoy just those memorable moments. It's okay to
- 19:26Speaker 1: say no to plans. This is a big one because
- 19:30Speaker 1: I feel like I always had a hard time with this.
- 19:32Speaker 1: I always thought if I said no to plans that
- 19:34Speaker 1: I would lose a friend. But let's be honest. If
- 19:36Speaker 1: you say no to plans and then that friend doesn't
- 19:39Speaker 1: want to be friends with you over time because you've
- 19:40Speaker 1: said no so consistently, are they really a real friend. No,
- 19:44Speaker 1: The people that are real friends are going to be understanding,
- 19:47Speaker 1: They're going to be caring, they're gonna want to try
- 19:49Speaker 1: and figure out, Okay, how can we see each other
- 19:52Speaker 1: while still being able to not, you know, interfere with
- 19:55Speaker 1: your current plans or interfere with your lifestyle. Of course,
- 19:58Speaker 1: you need to have a balance with your job, with
- 20:01Speaker 1: your life and being able to see friends and all that.
- 20:03Speaker 1: But it's okay to say no if you're feeling too
- 20:05Speaker 1: busy or if you feel like too much is happening
- 20:07Speaker 1: in one day. For example, the other night, all my
- 20:09Speaker 1: friends were going to the movie theaters to see Wicked.
- 20:12Speaker 1: I have not seen the movie yet. I have been
- 20:14Speaker 1: wanting to see it. I really wanted to go. To
- 20:17Speaker 1: be honest, I really really wanted to go. And I
- 20:19Speaker 1: had a crazy workday, crazy and I just thought, you know,
- 20:24Speaker 1: around six pm, I'm going to want to make dinner.
- 20:26Speaker 1: I'm going to want to slow down, relax, spend time
- 20:29Speaker 1: with my husband, kind of just like reset, do my
- 20:32Speaker 1: routine before.
- 20:33Speaker 2: The next day.
- 20:33Speaker 1: And I said to myself, what is a bigger priority
- 20:36Speaker 1: Prepping myself for tomorrow morning or going to the movies
- 20:40Speaker 1: with my friends, even though I will be seeing my
- 20:42Speaker 1: friends the following weekend. That's kind of how I balance
- 20:45Speaker 1: it out. I said, okay, well, because I'm seeing my
- 20:47Speaker 1: friends on Saturday, I'm going to say no to the
- 20:50Speaker 1: Monday plans because I know that I am going to
- 20:52Speaker 1: see them in a few days. So that's kind of
- 20:55Speaker 1: how I prioritize it. But I said no because I
- 20:58Speaker 1: knew that it wasn't the best idea because I had
- 21:01Speaker 1: other commitments and other things that were more of a priority.
- 21:04Speaker 1: So it's okay to say no, especially when you think
- 21:07Speaker 1: it's the right thing to do and you're in a
- 21:09Speaker 1: situation where you're feeling overwhelmed and you're feeling tired. That
- 21:13Speaker 1: was honestly my best decision because I knew if I
- 21:15Speaker 1: went to the movies, I would have not been prepared
- 21:18Speaker 1: for the next day because usually at night I like
- 21:20Speaker 1: to prepare everything for what I had to get done
- 21:22Speaker 1: and all that. So if I didn't do that, I
- 21:24Speaker 1: definitely think it would have made an impact in my
- 21:26Speaker 1: entire week because it.
- 21:28Speaker 2: Was on a Monday night.
- 21:29Speaker 1: So just put in the grand scheme of things, it's
- 21:31Speaker 1: okay to say no, and people will always come back,
- 21:34Speaker 1: The good ones always come back, the true friends will
- 21:37Speaker 1: always be there for you. It's also important just to
- 21:39Speaker 1: set boundaries because in any type of relationship, you need
- 21:41Speaker 1: to create that boundary, and again, you need to focus
- 21:44Speaker 1: on yourself and just do those little things that make
- 21:47Speaker 1: you feel good. Working out for the enjoyment, not just
- 21:50Speaker 1: the results. At one point in my life, I was
- 21:52Speaker 1: working out and I felt like it was almost a
- 21:54Speaker 1: punishment because all I wanted was to see the results.
- 21:58Speaker 1: I just wanted to look good. I wanted to just
- 22:01Speaker 1: feel really toned all that. But did I enjoy the workouts. No.
- 22:05Speaker 1: I absolutely hated it, like I would dread doing a
- 22:09Speaker 1: heavy lifted workout in the gym. But I did it
- 22:12Speaker 1: because I knew I was seeing results. So for the
- 22:15Speaker 1: year of twenty twenty five, if you're dreading to go
- 22:17Speaker 1: to a workout class or a workout in general, we're
- 22:20Speaker 1: going to change that. We are going to be doing
- 22:22Speaker 1: workouts that we actually love because that's when you stay
- 22:25Speaker 1: consistent with something, and if you see results, it's even better.
- 22:29Speaker 2: I realized that the gym just wasn't for me, and
- 22:31Speaker 2: that's okay.
- 22:32Speaker 1: And then I realized that I loved spinning, I loved
- 22:34Speaker 1: trying different workout classes, and then I started to try pilates.
- 22:38Speaker 1: Pilates changed my life and now I've been going to
- 22:40Speaker 1: pilates all the time, but again, you might not like pilate.
- 22:43Speaker 1: Not everybody will like every kind of workout, and that's
- 22:46Speaker 1: just the reality.
- 22:47Speaker 2: So let this be your.
- 22:49Speaker 1: Sign that if you're not enjoying your current workout, you
- 22:51Speaker 1: need to find something that you truly enjoy because that's
- 22:53Speaker 1: when you're going to see the results. That's when you're
- 22:55Speaker 1: going to be consistent with it. And we're all about
- 22:58Speaker 1: the enjoyment for twenty two twenty five. You can't please everyone.
- 23:02Speaker 1: I don't even think I need to elaborate on that
- 23:04Speaker 1: because it's just plain and simple. Trust your own instincts.
- 23:08Speaker 1: Nobody knows what's right for you but you. When you
- 23:11Speaker 1: get that feeling that something is wrong or right, trust it.
- 23:16Speaker 1: I am all about trusting your instincts because it is
- 23:19Speaker 1: all about taking risks at the same time. Right, if
- 23:22Speaker 1: you have this drive to become an entrepreneur, obviously your
- 23:27Speaker 1: parents might not always be supportive in everything that you do,
- 23:30Speaker 1: and of course at a young age, I feel like
- 23:32Speaker 1: your parents are always trying to help you, you know,
- 23:35Speaker 1: find your success and find your career path and all that,
- 23:37Speaker 1: which is great. But at the same time, in your twenties.
- 23:41Speaker 1: You're trying to discover yourself. You're trying to figure out
- 23:43Speaker 1: what are things that you like, what are things that
- 23:45Speaker 1: you enjoy. If you hate your job, please leave it.
- 23:48Speaker 1: Please find something that brings you happiness and enjoy, because
- 23:51Speaker 1: long term, it's not going to be worth it. So
- 23:53Speaker 1: for me, when I wanted to become a content creator,
- 23:57Speaker 1: this was just something I've always wanted to do. My
- 23:59Speaker 1: parents did not for me. They said that sounds like
- 24:02Speaker 1: a stupid idea. How do you make money out of that?
- 24:04Speaker 1: And I'm like, I'm going to figure it out. But
- 24:05Speaker 1: I truly do think this is the right career path
- 24:08Speaker 1: for me because it's something that I enjoy. I've always
- 24:10Speaker 1: loved editing videos. I've always been a very personal person.
- 24:13Speaker 1: I'm always outgoing, very happy all that. So I'm like,
- 24:15Speaker 1: this is meant for me. Like I love fashion, I
- 24:18Speaker 1: love providing just aesthetic things. I love, you know, buying
- 24:22Speaker 1: things and like influencing people to buy it. All that,
- 24:25Speaker 1: Like it just couldn't have been a better career for me.
- 24:28Speaker 1: And then once I trusted my own gut and I
- 24:30Speaker 1: did that and it became a success, my parents were like,
- 24:33Speaker 1: I'm so proud of you for just following your own
- 24:36Speaker 1: gut and trusting your own instincts, which brings me into
- 24:39Speaker 1: my next one, which is what's meant to be will be?
- 24:42Speaker 1: I think about this lesson constantly, and it could be
- 24:45Speaker 1: for the smallest things. If I'm trying to order something
- 24:47Speaker 1: online and it sells out, I'm like, Oh, what's meant
- 24:50Speaker 1: to be?
- 24:50Speaker 2: Will be?
- 24:51Speaker 1: My best friend, she just put an offer in a house.
- 24:54Speaker 1: She didn't get it. I looked at her, I said, Hey,
- 24:56Speaker 1: it wasn't meant to be. I said, if it was
- 24:58Speaker 1: meant to be, it will happen. So I truly believe
- 25:01Speaker 1: in this lesson for anything in life. It could be
- 25:03Speaker 1: the smallest things, it could be the biggest things. Let's
- 25:06Speaker 1: say you'd apply for a job and you didn't get it,
- 25:08Speaker 1: then it wasn't meant to be. Everything will align in
- 25:10Speaker 1: the right way for you. God is creating a path
- 25:13Speaker 1: for you. Like all those little things are truly things
- 25:17Speaker 1: that I follow by. There's a path being built for everybody,
- 25:19Speaker 1: and there's a life that God.
- 25:21Speaker 2: Has plans for. And yeah, I just feel.
- 25:24Speaker 1: Like if something doesn't happen, it just means that it
- 25:27Speaker 1: wasn't meant to happen. So that is my favorite one,
- 25:30Speaker 1: which is what's meant to be will be learned to
- 25:33Speaker 1: look at mistakes as lessons and opportunities to learn from.
- 25:37Speaker 1: So failing makes you stronger. You get up and you
- 25:39Speaker 1: keep going. I want to talk about an experience that
- 25:42Speaker 1: just happened to my sister who's been wanting to get
- 25:44Speaker 1: into pilates, and she went for the very first time
- 25:48Speaker 1: with her girlfriend and she came back from the class
- 25:51Speaker 1: and she said, Kallie, I can't go back.
- 25:53Speaker 2: I said, what do you mean you can't go back?
- 25:55Speaker 2: And she'said, well, I sucked.
- 25:56Speaker 1: And I'm like okay, and she's like, well, like I sucked,
- 26:01Speaker 1: It's just not for me. I said, Madison, you have
- 26:04Speaker 1: to go back. I said, you just go one time
- 26:07Speaker 1: and say yeah, I'm done, Like that's just failure. I'm like,
- 26:10Speaker 1: you need to go back at least four times and
- 26:12Speaker 1: then see if you actually like it. Going to try
- 26:15Speaker 1: something new that you've never done before. You're not going
- 26:18Speaker 1: to be a pro adit. Going somewhere for the first
- 26:19Speaker 1: time and trying something new that you've never done before.
- 26:22Speaker 1: The reality is you're not going to be good at it.
- 26:24Speaker 1: It's just it's common sense. So I said to her,
- 26:26Speaker 1: I'm like, you need to go back. You need to
- 26:28Speaker 1: push yourself, you need to try it again. I said,
- 26:30Speaker 1: you come back to me after your fourth session and
- 26:33Speaker 1: if you don't like it, then you don't like it.
- 26:34Speaker 1: But I'm like, at least you can tell yourself that
- 26:36Speaker 1: you pushed yourself through it and you didn't fail. You
- 26:38Speaker 1: told yourself that you were going to go four more times.
- 26:41Speaker 1: You were going to try it out and then see
- 26:42Speaker 1: if you actually like it. So that's an example right
- 26:44Speaker 1: there where I thought my sister is becoming a failure.
- 26:48Speaker 1: Like obviously not, but I'm just saying that. She right
- 26:51Speaker 1: there was just like, yeah, I'm not going back because
- 26:52Speaker 1: I sucked. And I'm like, well, no, you have to
- 26:54Speaker 1: motivate yourself. You have to push yourself. You have to
- 26:56Speaker 1: do things out of your comfort zone like that and
- 26:59Speaker 1: say that, Okay, I will get better when I'm consistent. Okay,
- 27:01Speaker 1: I will be more successful if I continue doing it.
- 27:04Speaker 1: So again goes into the next lesson, which is consistency
- 27:08Speaker 1: is key when you keep doing the same thing over
- 27:12Speaker 1: and over and over again. There's this trend on TikTok
- 27:15Speaker 1: and Instagram right now that I've been seeing, and it's
- 27:18Speaker 1: people doing the same thing every morning, going to the
- 27:20Speaker 1: gym every single morning, doing the same thing, same small
- 27:23Speaker 1: habits that they do every single morning. Like doing those
- 27:26Speaker 1: things every single day, it allows you to be more successful.
- 27:30Speaker 1: It becomes more of a routine. You're doing these things
- 27:33Speaker 1: because it makes you feel good. If you keep going
- 27:35Speaker 1: to the gym, you're going to get stronger, If you
- 27:37Speaker 1: keep going to pilates, you're going to get stronger. Like
- 27:40Speaker 1: being consistent is the key thing in life.
- 27:43Speaker 2: Take risks. I know it's stuff that could be risky,
- 27:46Speaker 2: and it could be.
- 27:47Speaker 1: Something out of your comfort zone. Like myself, Okay, I'm
- 27:50Speaker 1: a victim to this.
- 27:51Speaker 2: I need to take more risks. I really do.
- 27:53Speaker 1: Sometimes it could be a risk with your career. It
- 27:55Speaker 1: could be a risk with conquering a fear. It could
- 27:58Speaker 1: be a risk with just doing things out of your
- 28:00Speaker 1: comfort zone. It could be anything. Taking risks could be
- 28:03Speaker 1: absolutely anything. But it's important to do so because if
- 28:06Speaker 1: you don't take them, you're not going to see any change.
- 28:09Speaker 1: You're not going to see any other success that you
- 28:11Speaker 1: may want in life. So it's important to take any
- 28:15Speaker 1: risks that you can because they will allow potentially new
- 28:19Speaker 1: opportunities to come into play. Another thing is that it
- 28:23Speaker 1: allows you to grow more as a person. So you're
- 28:26Speaker 1: taking these chances because it makes you learn more about
- 28:29Speaker 1: yourself of what you.
- 28:30Speaker 2: Can and can't do.
- 28:31Speaker 1: So yeah, it's just allowing you to grow more into
- 28:34Speaker 1: the person that you're supposed to become. Communication is key
- 28:38Speaker 1: in any relationship. When I say any relationship, this could
- 28:41Speaker 1: be friends, this could be your partner, this could be
- 28:43Speaker 1: your family, could be anyone. If you're not fully expressing
- 28:47Speaker 1: how you're feeling about a certain situation, you guys, are
- 28:50Speaker 1: never going to resolve anything. You need to be able
- 28:53Speaker 1: to say everything but the truth to that person to
- 28:55Speaker 1: be able to solve any issues or any problems that
- 28:58Speaker 1: you might be having. I will say this relationship with
- 29:00Speaker 1: my husband is the strongest it's ever been. We've been
- 29:03Speaker 1: together for over thirteen years, and I truly do think
- 29:07Speaker 1: one key thing in our relationship that has been super
- 29:09Speaker 1: beneficial is our communication skills with each other. We are
- 29:13Speaker 1: very honest with each other. We tell each other everything.
- 29:15Speaker 1: I fully trust my husband because I know he tells
- 29:18Speaker 1: me everything. He's the worst liar in the world to
- 29:20Speaker 1: be honest whenever he does try and lie to me about,
- 29:23Speaker 1: you know, the stupidest shit, which I'm sure you guys
- 29:25Speaker 1: can relate to husbands just being stupid.
- 29:28Speaker 2: I'm like, you know, did you pay the water bill? Yeah?
- 29:31Speaker 2: I did? And like, no, you didn't. I can tell
- 29:33Speaker 2: when you're when you're lying. He just starts laughing. He's okay,
- 29:35Speaker 2: I'll do it now.
- 29:37Speaker 1: But you have to be honest with each other and
- 29:39Speaker 1: say nothing but the truth. Because you don't, it's just
- 29:42Speaker 1: going to cause problems in the relationship.
- 29:44Speaker 2: So communication is key.
- 29:46Speaker 1: Waking up early will change your life. I say this
- 29:49Speaker 1: all the time, and one podcast or in particular that
- 29:52Speaker 1: I'm sure you guys know what Mel robbins. She talks
- 29:55Speaker 1: about how important it is to have an established morning
- 29:58Speaker 1: routine in your life in order to be successful, and
- 30:01Speaker 1: everything she says is facts. It is all factual. When
- 30:05Speaker 1: you actually implement these habits into your routine and you
- 30:08Speaker 1: wake up early, you get all these things done, you
- 30:10Speaker 1: will have a better day. I had the flexibility with
- 30:13Speaker 1: my job where I could do all these little things
- 30:16Speaker 1: at any point throughout the day. I could start at
- 30:18Speaker 1: ten am, I could start at eleven am, I could
- 30:20Speaker 1: start at twelve pm. It doesn't matter. But for me,
- 30:23Speaker 1: I know I'm going to have a good day if
- 30:25Speaker 1: I get all that stuff done at six o'clock in
- 30:27Speaker 1: the morning. It plain and simple, That is exactly what
- 30:31Speaker 1: everyone needs to implement into the routine is being able
- 30:33Speaker 1: to have these habits that everyone can do in the morning.
- 30:36Speaker 1: And again, I know it's not easy, it's not something
- 30:39Speaker 1: that everyone can do, but I do think it is
- 30:42Speaker 1: life changing. I do also find it allows you to
- 30:44Speaker 1: feel more accomplished throughout the day because you realize how
- 30:47Speaker 1: much you've already gotten done. So being able to see
- 30:50Speaker 1: myself at eleven am and say, wow, look at everything
- 30:53Speaker 1: I've gotten done since six am, Like, so much has
- 30:56Speaker 1: gotten done, which allows you to be more motivated, which
- 30:58Speaker 1: pushes you to get more shit done. All that so
- 31:01Speaker 1: it also just gives you more energy throughout the day
- 31:04Speaker 1: and positive energy obviously we're all about positivity here, and
- 31:08Speaker 1: again just makes you feel more accomplished because you've achieved
- 31:11Speaker 1: so much in such a short period of time, and yeah,
- 31:15Speaker 1: you just get more shit done.
- 31:16Speaker 2: I find when you wake up.
- 31:17Speaker 1: Early, focus on the things you can change and let
- 31:20Speaker 1: go of the things that you can't. Worrying about someone
- 31:22Speaker 1: else's behavior you can't change in seat of focus on
- 31:25Speaker 1: being a better you. It's all about focusing on becoming
- 31:29Speaker 1: the best version of yourself. You can't always change everything,
- 31:33Speaker 1: and unfortunately that's just the way things go. But you
- 31:36Speaker 1: can focus on the things that you can change to
- 31:39Speaker 1: allow yourself to become that better version of yourself. So
- 31:42Speaker 1: focus on the things that you can change. You never
- 31:45Speaker 1: get anything if you don't ask for it.
- 31:48Speaker 2: Always ask the question.
- 31:50Speaker 1: This could be the stupidest things. I'm not even kidding.
- 31:53Speaker 1: I learned this lesson from my dad. Anything and everything
- 31:57Speaker 1: that I say that, I'm like, oh, like I should,
- 32:00Speaker 1: I should ask this, But you know you're too scared
- 32:02Speaker 1: to ask it, right, kind of like when you get
- 32:03Speaker 1: your nails done and you're too afraid to ask them
- 32:05Speaker 1: to change the color. It's like, okay, well ask the
- 32:08Speaker 1: question because the worst they can say is no. If
- 32:12Speaker 1: they say yes, then a win is a win. But
- 32:14Speaker 1: if they say no, it is what it is. But
- 32:17Speaker 1: the fact that you ask the question is all that matters.
- 32:20Speaker 1: At least you know in your mind that, hey, at
- 32:22Speaker 1: least I asked and they said no. But at least
- 32:25Speaker 1: I have the clarity now moving forward that it's like, Okay, well,
- 32:28Speaker 1: it couldn't happen, so I don't need to worry about it.
- 32:30Speaker 1: Whereas if you ask the question and actually comes out
- 32:32Speaker 1: to be a good turnout and they say yes, then
- 32:35Speaker 1: at least you feel good knowing, Hey, I actually got
- 32:38Speaker 1: what I wanted because I asked the question. My dad
- 32:40Speaker 1: has just always said, don't ever be afraid to ask
- 32:42Speaker 1: a question because at the end of the day, the
- 32:44Speaker 1: worst thing they can say is no. But that doesn't
- 32:46Speaker 1: impact anything because when it comes to like purchases or
- 32:50Speaker 1: anything like that, it's like, hey, can I get this
- 32:51Speaker 1: for free?
- 32:52Speaker 2: No, Okay, I'll go buy it. Done.
- 32:54Speaker 1: It's just another life lesson that I've learned from my parents.
- 32:58Speaker 1: The last one I'm going to end off with is
- 33:00Speaker 1: learn to accept and embrace change. Life is always changing,
- 33:03Speaker 1: especially in your twenties.
- 33:05Speaker 2: I think a lot of.
- 33:06Speaker 1: Us can feel this way, because I do feel like
- 33:08Speaker 1: a lot of you guys are in your twenties as
- 33:10Speaker 1: well like me. And for someone who's almost twenty.
- 33:13Speaker 2: Nine, I can't believe it. Do I feel twenty nine? No?
- 33:16Speaker 2: I feel like I'm probably twenty six.
- 33:18Speaker 1: But I have gone through the full cycle almost of
- 33:22Speaker 1: being in my twenties, and I will say.
- 33:24Speaker 2: Life does get better.
- 33:26Speaker 1: It does get better, but you need to be able
- 33:29Speaker 1: to experience change. You need to be able to take risks,
- 33:32Speaker 1: you need to be able to like feel lost because
- 33:35Speaker 1: it's normal. Everyone's supposed to feel lost in their twenties,
- 33:38Speaker 1: not knowing what they want.
- 33:39Speaker 2: To do with their life. All that.
- 33:41Speaker 1: But life is always changing. You're always going to be
- 33:43Speaker 1: able to adapt. Good things will always come, and it's
- 33:45Speaker 1: important to just embrace any change that does come your way.
- 33:49Speaker 2: But it happens.
- 33:50Speaker 1: We're all living life for the first time and we're
- 33:53Speaker 1: just trying to find ways to do it. So you're
- 33:56Speaker 1: not alone. We're all doing this together. And I think
- 34:00Speaker 1: at the end of the day, you just got to
- 34:01Speaker 1: have a positive mindset. It's all about a mindset. It's
- 34:04Speaker 1: all about the mindset, having a positive mindset, knowing that
- 34:07Speaker 1: you're able to adapt to the change, you're able to
- 34:09Speaker 1: embrace it, and that good things will come. It's also
- 34:13Speaker 1: just good to know that everyone's in the same boat
- 34:15Speaker 1: as you, where people feel lost in the beginning and
- 34:17Speaker 1: eventually find themselves. It's like a revolving door like things.
- 34:21Speaker 1: Good things will always come and it will always work
- 34:24Speaker 1: out and again it kind of goes back to the
- 34:25Speaker 1: fact that I said what's meant to be will be,
- 34:29Speaker 1: and again it's just trusting the path that you've been
- 34:32Speaker 1: given in your life, that you've been given, that good
- 34:36Speaker 1: things will come, and that everything happens for a reason.
- 34:40Speaker 1: My god, I've been talking for almost an hour here,
- 34:42Speaker 1: so my voice is finally going. But that was today's
- 34:46Speaker 1: episode twenty five life lessons I've learned and going into
- 34:51Speaker 1: twenty twenty five, I wanted.
