Mega Edition: Jeffrey Epstein And The Investigations That Hit The Wall (8/20/26) · The Vault: The Epstein Files

0:00
Speaker 1: Since this podcast first started, I was really digging into
0:03
Speaker 1: the financial angle of Jeffrey Epstein and his criminal operation. Now,
0:10
Speaker 1: when you start doing some digging and looking at the
0:13
Speaker 1: articles that are available for us to go through, and
0:16
Speaker 1: you look at some of the financial transactions and some
0:19
Speaker 1: of the other things that have occurred, it's quite obvious
0:22
Speaker 1: to anyone paying attention that Jeffrey Epstein not only was
0:25
Speaker 1: engaging in a child trafficking ring and a human trafficking ring,
0:30
Speaker 1: but he was involved in many, many, many financial crimes.
0:34
Speaker 1: And you can put those pieces together just by reading
0:37
Speaker 1: the articles that are available out there. When you put
0:40
Speaker 1: the pieces together and you start looking at all of
0:43
Speaker 1: the different players he was locked into and working with
0:46
Speaker 1: to get these loans and to bring money to these banks,
0:50
Speaker 1: and you start looking at the list of people that
0:53
Speaker 1: he was involved with, and you see that the ties
0:56
Speaker 1: are very strong with Jeffrey Epstein and the financial world.
1:01
Speaker 1: And I think it's a huge part of this story,
1:03
Speaker 1: and it's a part of this story that rightfully a
1:06
Speaker 1: lot of people have dug into. This is a very
1:09
Speaker 1: important aspect of what's going on here, and these financial
1:13
Speaker 1: crimes can link Jeffrey Epstein to a lot of these
1:17
Speaker 1: other players that were involved with him, either loosely or
1:22
Speaker 1: that were involved with him on a more intimate basis,
1:26
Speaker 1: because it's all about following the money, right. If you
1:28
Speaker 1: follow the money long enough, you're going to get to
1:30
Speaker 1: a destination that blows you away in situations like this,
1:34
Speaker 1: and if they use the Rico statute, they'll be able
1:36
Speaker 1: to bring everybody in who accepted one single dollar from
1:40
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein until they can sort out what money was
1:43
Speaker 1: ill gotten and what money was gotten and obtained legally.
1:47
Speaker 1: So once they used the Rico statute, every single person
1:50
Speaker 1: who has ever received money from Jeffrey Epstein, even if
1:54
Speaker 1: it was alone, can be brought in under these Rico statutes.
1:58
Speaker 1: And it's something that they use quite a bit and
2:00
Speaker 1: quite frequently within organized crime to bring down mafia and
2:05
Speaker 1: cartel type members. When they start going after your family,
2:09
Speaker 1: your wife, your children, et cetera, et cetera, it starts
2:12
Speaker 1: putting things in a whole new perspective for you. So
2:15
Speaker 1: I think that if and when we see those Rico
2:18
Speaker 1: charges come down, I think that there's going to be
2:20
Speaker 1: a lot of people in the financial sector who are
2:23
Speaker 1: losing sleep over that and I'm sure a lot of
2:26
Speaker 1: them have worked for or still work at, Deutsche Bank,
2:31
Speaker 1: and that is what we're going to be talking about tonight.
2:33
Speaker 1: There's a new article from the New York Times and
2:38
Speaker 1: it is going into the relationship between Deutsche Bank and
2:43
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein and the ties that connected them. So let's
2:47
Speaker 1: jump into this article and see what the New York
2:50
Speaker 1: Times has brought to the table tonight. The headline, regulators
2:55
Speaker 1: may punish Deutsche Bank for its Jeffrey Epstein ties. Banking
2:59
Speaker 1: regulator in New York have been investigating the German banks
3:03
Speaker 1: year law years long relationship with the disgraced financier. Let
3:08
Speaker 1: me fix that for you there, New York Times Pedophile.
3:12
Speaker 1: This author This article was authored by Matthew Goldstein and
3:16
Speaker 1: David Enrich. Banking regulators have spent months investigating Jeffrey Epstein's
3:21
Speaker 1: dealings with Deutsche Bank, which lent money to the disgraced
3:25
Speaker 1: financier Pedophile and held dozens of accounts for him until
3:29
Speaker 1: shortly before he died, according to four people briefed on
3:32
Speaker 1: the matter but not authorized to speak publicly. And you
3:36
Speaker 1: see a lot of this in the financial world. There
3:38
Speaker 1: are a ton of leaks when there's stories like this
3:41
Speaker 1: that are about to break or they're breaking, you'll hear
3:44
Speaker 1: a lot of people in the financial district start leaking
3:47
Speaker 1: things like this. Now, obviously none of them are ever
3:49
Speaker 1: going to put their name to it right when they're
3:51
Speaker 1: leaking it, but it's pretty commonplace when you have a
3:56
Speaker 1: financial institution like Deutsche Bank being investigated for regularities for
4:02
Speaker 1: there to be some leaks and for people on Wall
4:05
Speaker 1: Street to talk about it within their circles and obviously
4:08
Speaker 1: leak it to the media as well. So I can
4:11
Speaker 1: totally see this occurring, and I can see the regulators
4:14
Speaker 1: really circling after the documentary because again, no matter if
4:19
Speaker 1: we found the documentary enlightening, right, if we found it
4:22
Speaker 1: with to have groundbreaking information, you can see the effect
4:26
Speaker 1: that it's having on the case just by looking at
4:29
Speaker 1: a simple Google search. And now when it comes to
4:34
Speaker 1: the people in the banking world, well, they realize they're
4:36
Speaker 1: under the microscope as well, and they understand that people
4:39
Speaker 1: are going to start digging a bit deeper and they're
4:41
Speaker 1: going to realize that the ties between Deutsche Bank and
4:44
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein are very very intimate. So they figure these
4:50
Speaker 1: regulators are getting ahead of the curve, it looks like
4:53
Speaker 1: here and really diving in and accelerating what they have
4:56
Speaker 1: going on. The investigation by the New York Department of
5:00
Speaker 1: Financial Services, which has not been previously reported, could result
5:04
Speaker 1: in an enforcement action against Deutsche Bank as soon as
5:07
Speaker 1: this month, before the first anniversary of mister Epstein's arrest
5:11
Speaker 1: on federal sex trafficking charges. The people said, and I
5:15
Speaker 1: don't have any information one way or the other. I
5:17
Speaker 1: didn't know anything about this until this article had just
5:20
Speaker 1: came out, So I really can't you dig much deeper
5:23
Speaker 1: than what they're talking about here. None of my sources
5:26
Speaker 1: on Wall Street had reached out to me and told
5:28
Speaker 1: me anything about this. But what I will say is
5:32
Speaker 1: that it is a bit interesting that these irregularities are
5:39
Speaker 1: being talked about right now right The timing is pretty interesting,
5:42
Speaker 1: in my opinion, and it's telling that they're coming out
5:48
Speaker 1: right now and talking about this. And this might even
5:51
Speaker 1: have been a strategic leak by the investigators and the
5:55
Speaker 1: regulators to show people that they're being proactive in the case. Again,
6:00
Speaker 1: I don't have any evidence to prove one way or
6:02
Speaker 1: the other where the league came from or who the
6:04
Speaker 1: source is. I'm just trying to read between the lines
6:06
Speaker 1: here and trying to see what their motivation would be
6:10
Speaker 1: for a self leak like that, And of course they
6:13
Speaker 1: have that motivation because they want to get ahead of
6:15
Speaker 1: the curve right. The investigation focuses, at least in part
6:23
Speaker 1: on the bank's decision to continue doing business with mister Epstein,
6:26
Speaker 1: even after employees raise concerns. According to the People, compliance
6:30
Speaker 1: officers in the bank's anti money laundering operation alerted the
6:34
Speaker 1: federal government to several transactions in which mister Epstein sent
6:37
Speaker 1: money overseas in twenty fifteen. While employees worried about the
6:41
Speaker 1: reputational risks of doing business with a registered sex offender. Ultimately,
6:46
Speaker 1: senior bank executives opted to maintain the relationship with mister
6:49
Speaker 1: Epstein because it was so lucrative, and not only that
6:53
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein would steer business in their direction. So again
6:57
Speaker 1: that all ties in to what I was talking about
6:59
Speaker 1: earlier with the financial aspect of this case and the
7:03
Speaker 1: RICO charges all of these people who Jeffrey Epstein was
7:06
Speaker 1: steering towards Deutsche Bank to get them to be clients
7:10
Speaker 1: of the financial division and to get them to invest
7:13
Speaker 1: money with the bank and to get loans from the bank,
7:16
Speaker 1: et cetera, et cetera. All of that has to be
7:19
Speaker 1: looked at with a very very skeptical and microscopic eye,
7:24
Speaker 1: because all of these people were playing into the money
7:27
Speaker 1: laundering scheme that he had going on, right, and a
7:31
Speaker 1: lot of these enablers, folks who were not involved with
7:33
Speaker 1: the maybe not involved with the sex trafficking, were certainly
7:36
Speaker 1: involved with the money laundering aspect of it. Not all
7:39
Speaker 1: of them, but a lot of them were. So that's
7:41
Speaker 1: something that definitely needs to be discussed. It needs to
7:43
Speaker 1: be brought to the forefront. And I hope that it's
7:46
Speaker 1: an avenue that the prosecution is going down because it's
7:50
Speaker 1: a very very very very important part of this case.
7:53
Speaker 1: And what it shows you is again that these financial
7:56
Speaker 1: institutions care much more about wealth, much more about consolidating
8:00
Speaker 1: their power, and much more about increasing their holdings than
8:05
Speaker 1: they ever did about the survivors, the rule of law,
8:09
Speaker 1: or the common person. And not even just in America,
8:12
Speaker 1: but around the world. These bankers are so absolutely corrupted
8:18
Speaker 1: that it is you'd be hard pressed to find people
8:21
Speaker 1: more corrupt than what you would find in the financial
8:24
Speaker 1: district In addition to setting up dozens of accounts from
8:29
Speaker 1: mister Epstein, Deutsche Bank served as his lender from twenty
8:32
Speaker 1: thirteen until last year, even as other banks considered him
8:36
Speaker 1: off limits. Deutsche Bank began extracting itself from its relationship
8:42
Speaker 1: with mister Epstein in late twenty eighteen, after a series
8:45
Speaker 1: of articles in The Miami Herald examined the secret non
8:48
Speaker 1: prosecution agreement federal prosecutors reached with him in two thousand
8:52
Speaker 1: and seven. How pathetic is it that these powerful financial
8:57
Speaker 1: lending institutions such as Deutsche Bank have to be checked
9:02
Speaker 1: by a news organization like the Miami Herald and Julie K.
9:05
Speaker 1: Brown to do the right thing. Don't you think a
9:08
Speaker 1: lending institution such as them, such as they would do
9:11
Speaker 1: the right thing in the first place, that if they
9:14
Speaker 1: expect us to let them safeguard our money, the least
9:17
Speaker 1: that we can expect from them is not to be
9:20
Speaker 1: involved with a pedophile who was in charge of marketing
9:26
Speaker 1: in this company, who's in charge of public relations, whoever
9:30
Speaker 1: that person is, should be fired, because, holy cow, how
9:34
Speaker 1: do you have a relationship with Jeffrey Epstein? You're telling me,
9:36
Speaker 1: with all of the rich people out there that are
9:38
Speaker 1: looking to bank with Deutsche Bank and to invest with you.
9:41
Speaker 1: You really needed Jeffrey Epstein's few hundred million, No, you
9:45
Speaker 1: didn't need it, but it was a profitable relationship on
9:48
Speaker 1: the back end for them. They were double dipping. Not
9:51
Speaker 1: only were they getting Jeffrey Epstein's business, but they were
9:53
Speaker 1: getting the business of all of Jeffrey Epstein's buddies and enablers.
9:58
Speaker 1: And again it all comes down to the almighty dollar.
10:01
Speaker 1: For these people, it's absolutely gross. All of them are
10:06
Speaker 1: just they're just so skeevy. Daniel Hunter, a Deutsche Bank spokesman,
10:11
Speaker 1: said the bank regarded its reputation as its most precious asset. Yeah, obviously,
10:16
Speaker 1: mister Hunter. You obviously find that your reputation is its
10:20
Speaker 1: most precious asset, considering you were doing business with a
10:24
Speaker 1: pedophile for years, even after his conviction, and even after
10:28
Speaker 1: other banks wanted nothing to do with them. Real class act,
10:32
Speaker 1: mister Hunter, were really buying what you have to say here,
10:37
Speaker 1: Just be honest and say the bottom line is our
10:39
Speaker 1: most precious asset. The bottom line is all we really
10:42
Speaker 1: care about. At least you'd be honest with us. But instead,
10:45
Speaker 1: not only are you being dishonest with us. You were
10:47
Speaker 1: also enabling this man to financially maneuver and financially spread
10:52
Speaker 1: his destruction worldwide. How did these executives sleep with themselves
10:57
Speaker 1: that night? Well, I guess you know what I can
10:59
Speaker 1: answer that question. I guess they do it by sleeping
11:02
Speaker 1: on their piles of money that they've accumulated by helping
11:05
Speaker 1: people like Jeffrey Epstein continue their reign of terror. We
11:10
Speaker 1: regret the decision to associate with Epstein, he said, No,
11:13
Speaker 1: you don't regret the decision. You regret that you were caught. Okay,
11:16
Speaker 1: mister Hunter again, just be real. So many people fake
11:20
Speaker 1: the funk, so many people talk nonsense. Just be real.
11:26
Speaker 1: Nobody's buying your bullshit anymore. Nobody's buying it. These packaged
11:33
Speaker 1: statements where they're trying to distance themselves from Epstein, and oh,
11:36
Speaker 1: we have regrets, and that the other thing, the time
11:39
Speaker 1: for regret is long gone. The time for regret was
11:41
Speaker 1: after the first arrest. If you would have come out
11:44
Speaker 1: after the first arrest and been remorseful and been regretful
11:47
Speaker 1: and had all these big platitudes and all of these
11:50
Speaker 1: empty statements to share with us at the very least
11:53
Speaker 1: your position could have been defended. But after the fact
11:56
Speaker 1: in twenty thirteen, you take him on as a client.
12:01
Speaker 1: Nobody's buying your half hearted excuses. Deutsche Bank and mister Hunter.
12:09
Speaker 1: After mister Epstein was arrested last July, Deutsche Bank executives
12:13
Speaker 1: began an internal investigation into the bank's relationship with him. Folks,
12:17
Speaker 1: how many times throughout our journey here on the podcast
12:20
Speaker 1: have we talked about internal investigations and how they are
12:24
Speaker 1: straight up garbage. We really believe that Deutsche Bank is
12:31
Speaker 1: going to do a proper investigation, a proper vetting of themselves,
12:36
Speaker 1: and release the information to the public. Yeah, because that's
12:39
Speaker 1: gonna be great for their bottom line. That's gonna go
12:42
Speaker 1: over well on the boardroom. That's gonna go over well
12:44
Speaker 1: with the shareholders. Who are they kidding? Okay, just stop,
12:49
Speaker 1: stop with the internal investigations, stop gaslighting us, and stop
12:54
Speaker 1: lying every single time you make a statement. Good God.
13:00
Speaker 1: The examination includes studying how mister Epstein used his accounts
13:04
Speaker 1: and the bank's decision to keep him as a client
13:06
Speaker 1: even as other banks had distanced themselves from him. Bank
13:09
Speaker 1: officials had been sharing their findings with New York regulators.
13:13
Speaker 1: According to the people briefed on the matter, the Department
13:16
Speaker 1: of Financial Services wield significant power over Deutsche Bank because
13:20
Speaker 1: the agency licenses it to operate in the state where
13:23
Speaker 1: the bank has most of its US operations. So it
13:26
Speaker 1: doesn't matter what's going to be the penalty, a hefty fine,
13:29
Speaker 1: as if they can't pay the fine. You really want
13:32
Speaker 1: to enact change, you really want to put the smack
13:34
Speaker 1: down on one of these financial institutions, Well, I'll tell
13:37
Speaker 1: you how to do it. Get rid of their license,
13:41
Speaker 1: really punish them. But you won't because at the end
13:44
Speaker 1: of the day, what really matters are these financial institutions.
13:48
Speaker 1: They're the ones that get all of the leeway. They're
13:51
Speaker 1: the ones that get bailed out when shit goes wrong. Hell,
13:54
Speaker 1: they're the reason for the two thousand and eight crisis,
13:56
Speaker 1: in the crash, and yet they all find some way,
13:59
Speaker 1: they all get themselves a big fat injection of cash.
14:02
Speaker 1: We're going on day eighty in Nevada since independent contractors
14:06
Speaker 1: have seen a dime from PUA. But all of these
14:09
Speaker 1: so called too big to fail corporations and financial institutions
14:14
Speaker 1: can play havoc with the market, play god with the market.
14:17
Speaker 1: Crash it and then expect us to beil them out. Meanwhile,
14:21
Speaker 1: we can't even rely on them not to have relationships
14:23
Speaker 1: with pedophiles. Bank officials have been sharing their findings with
14:33
Speaker 1: New York regulators. According to the people briefed on the matter,
14:37
Speaker 1: the Department of Financial Services wield significant power over Deutsche
14:41
Speaker 1: Bank because the agency licenses it to operate in the
14:43
Speaker 1: state where the bank has most of its US operations.
14:47
Speaker 1: If state regulators decide to punish Deutsche Bank, it would
14:50
Speaker 1: be the latest in the series of black eyes for
14:52
Speaker 1: the bank. Federal and state authorities in recent years have
14:55
Speaker 1: imposed billions of dollars in fines on the German bank
14:58
Speaker 1: for failing to stop money laundering and for violating sanctions,
15:01
Speaker 1: among other things. The bank also has been under scrutiny
15:05
Speaker 1: by Congressional Democrats and state prosecutors for its role as
15:08
Speaker 1: the longtime banker to President Trump, his family, and his companies. Look,
15:13
Speaker 1: I said this from the beginning. Instead of wasting time
15:16
Speaker 1: with the stupid impeachment hearing over Ukraine, the Democrats would
15:20
Speaker 1: have been much better served to focus their attention on
15:23
Speaker 1: Trump's finances and his financial dealings. There's look, anyone who's
15:28
Speaker 1: dealing with Deutsche Bank at this point, who has this
15:31
Speaker 1: kind of money is suspect in my opinion, And instead
15:34
Speaker 1: of going off on fairytale chases, they could have really
15:38
Speaker 1: found a little bit of red meat there and found
15:40
Speaker 1: an angle to really shake the trees. But instead they
15:45
Speaker 1: chose a different route. When it's obvious that Deutsche Bank
15:49
Speaker 1: is involved at all kinds of money laundering, why wouldn't
15:51
Speaker 1: that be your first prong of attack. An enforcement action
15:57
Speaker 1: against Deutsche Bank would be the first taken by regularly
16:00
Speaker 1: against any of the banks that mister Epstein used to
16:02
Speaker 1: handle his money as he built a fortune more than
16:05
Speaker 1: six hundred million dollars according to court filings by his estate.
16:09
Speaker 1: But other financial institutions and bankers are also being scrutinized
16:14
Speaker 1: by the government by government officials in the United States
16:16
Speaker 1: and abroad. Well, we definitely know that Jess Staley is
16:20
Speaker 1: on the firing block. And you know, I'm on record
16:23
Speaker 1: here saying that I don't think he'll outlive this COVID
16:26
Speaker 1: nineteen situation. I thought he'd be gone by now if
16:29
Speaker 1: the pandemic didn't hit. I'm pretty sure that Jess Staley
16:34
Speaker 1: would already be packing his things but with the with
16:37
Speaker 1: COVID nineteen, the pandemic situation that gripped the world, I
16:40
Speaker 1: believe that they'll keep them around to keep the ship
16:43
Speaker 1: steady for another few months, and then it'll be off
16:45
Speaker 1: with his proverbial head and his career will be over
16:49
Speaker 1: with Barclays. Because of his ties to Jeffrey Epstein. They'll
16:52
Speaker 1: spend it as something else, of course, but we all
16:55
Speaker 1: know the story. We all know the deal. The Attorney
16:59
Speaker 1: General for the United States Virgin Islands, Denise George, subpoened
17:02
Speaker 1: years of records from First Bank, a Puerto Rico based
17:05
Speaker 1: lender that had provided banking services to mister Epstein for
17:08
Speaker 1: nearly two decades. According to two people briefed on that
17:12
Speaker 1: investigation but not authorized to speak publicly, I had heard
17:16
Speaker 1: some of the same rumblings that there was, you know,
17:19
Speaker 1: some stuff going on down there, that Denise George was
17:21
Speaker 1: pulling some threads and she was engaged in a few
17:24
Speaker 1: different investigations. As far as the veracity of those reports,
17:29
Speaker 1: I can't really speak on that. I had just heard
17:31
Speaker 1: some rumblings, so it probably has some legs that now
17:35
Speaker 1: that it's being reported here as well. There are probably
17:38
Speaker 1: several different threads that she's chasing down in the case,
17:40
Speaker 1: I mean it would make sense. In January, Miss George's
17:47
Speaker 1: office filed a civil forfeiture lawsuit against mister Epstein's estate,
17:51
Speaker 1: in which he contends that mister Epstein misled government officials
17:54
Speaker 1: there for nearly two decades and used a private island
17:57
Speaker 1: hideaway to engage in sex trafficking. MSS George is also
18:02
Speaker 1: looking into millions of dollars of transactions conducted last year,
18:05
Speaker 1: both before and after mister Epstein's death, at a little
18:09
Speaker 1: known bank that he had established in the Virgin Islands
18:12
Speaker 1: called Southern Country International. And again this is really a
18:18
Speaker 1: big part of the financial aspect of the case. These
18:21
Speaker 1: kinds of banks, these sort of shell corporations, are the
18:26
Speaker 1: way that these people wash their money. These are the
18:29
Speaker 1: kind of places that these people use to launder money
18:34
Speaker 1: and to make sure that it's hidden from the public eye.
18:38
Speaker 1: And they have a lot of success with shops like this,
18:41
Speaker 1: and you'll see a lot of them in the Islands,
18:43
Speaker 1: Cayman Islands, etc. Etc. A lot of shops like this.
18:47
Speaker 1: And Jeffrey Epstein, if not for anything, the guy knew
18:50
Speaker 1: how to navigate the financial system when it comes to
18:53
Speaker 1: hiding money right when it comes to you know, ducking
18:55
Speaker 1: and dodging regulators, Jeffrey Epstein had the system gained, and
19:01
Speaker 1: bank regulators in Britain are looking into whether James E.
19:04
Speaker 1: Staley was transparent about the details of his relationship with
19:08
Speaker 1: mister Epstein when describing it to officials at Barclays, where
19:12
Speaker 1: mister Staley became chief executive in twenty and fifteen. Barclays
19:16
Speaker 1: has stood behind mister Staley, who has said he had
19:19
Speaker 1: no contact with mister Epstein after twenty and fifteen, as
19:22
Speaker 1: if that matters right, Like, oh, well, that's a feather
19:25
Speaker 1: in my cap. I haven't had any contact with the
19:27
Speaker 1: pedophile since twenty and fifteen. Meanwhile, his first arrest was
19:31
Speaker 1: in two thousand and eight. So what are you okay?
19:34
Speaker 1: What are we supposed to give you some credit because
19:35
Speaker 1: you haven't talked to your pedophile buddy publicly? Give me
19:40
Speaker 1: a break, Staley, all right, we know that you were
19:42
Speaker 1: still talking to this dude on the lo loo, just
19:46
Speaker 1: like Elaine Maxwell and Prince Andrew were still firing off
19:49
Speaker 1: emails to each other. Do you really think Jess Staley
19:52
Speaker 1: and Jeffrey Epstein just stopped talking or do you think
19:55
Speaker 1: they just moved it to a more private forum. Before
20:01
Speaker 1: joining Barclays, mister Staley was a senior executive at JP
20:04
Speaker 1: Morgan's Chase, where he helped cultivate the bank's relationship with
20:07
Speaker 1: mister Epstein. JP Morgan was mister Epstein's primary bank for
20:11
Speaker 1: more than a decade, but some bank officials became uneasy
20:14
Speaker 1: about doing business with him after his two thousand and
20:17
Speaker 1: eight guilty plead to soliciting prostitution from a minor in Florida.
20:22
Speaker 1: JP Morgan cut ties with mister Epstein after mister Staley
20:25
Speaker 1: left the bank in twenty thirteen. Notice while Jess Staley
20:29
Speaker 1: was there, they didn't cut ties. It took them cutting
20:32
Speaker 1: ties with Staley for them to cut ties with Jeffrey Epstein.
20:35
Speaker 1: And that just shows you the relationship, how rock solid
20:38
Speaker 1: it was between Jeffrey Epstein and Jess Staley. These two
20:43
Speaker 1: guys were thicke as thieves. No matter what Jess Staley says,
20:46
Speaker 1: words are wind, his actions tell the whole story. We
20:50
Speaker 1: know you were on the island with Jeffrey Epstein, having
20:53
Speaker 1: a little bit of a vacation, my friend. We know
20:55
Speaker 1: how close you were all of your Canned statements and
20:59
Speaker 1: empty statements do not matter when the truth is right
21:02
Speaker 1: there for everybody to see. Why are you lying about
21:05
Speaker 1: your relationship with this man? Why don't you just come
21:08
Speaker 1: out and talk about it. Why don't you come out
21:10
Speaker 1: and defend it? Because you know you can't. You know
21:13
Speaker 1: it's indefensible. Hanging out with a pedophile who has been
21:16
Speaker 1: convictive of what Jeffrey Epstein was convicted of is an
21:19
Speaker 1: indefensible position, and all of these scumbags know it. That is,
21:27
Speaker 1: when mister Epstein began working with Deutsche Bank, Paul Morris,
21:30
Speaker 1: a private banker who had recently arrived at the German
21:33
Speaker 1: bank from JP Morgan, brought mister Epstein on as a client.
21:36
Speaker 1: According to two of the people briefed on the matter,
21:40
Speaker 1: mister Morris, who left Deutsche Bank for another firm in
21:42
Speaker 1: twenty sixteen, did not respond to requests for comment, and
21:46
Speaker 1: he won't because at their heart, all these dudes are
21:49
Speaker 1: charm and hearted, right, They're all soft hearted, marshmallow hearts.
21:52
Speaker 1: They have no courage, and those are the kind of
21:55
Speaker 1: people that hang out with people like Jeffrey Epstein. Chump
21:59
Speaker 1: asked people with know backbone, people that won't stand up
22:03
Speaker 1: and say something when something's out of line. Those are
22:05
Speaker 1: the kind of people Jeffrey Epstein loved to hang out
22:07
Speaker 1: with fellow travelers. The investigation could provide a rare glimpse
22:13
Speaker 1: into mister Epstein's mysterious finances. Mister Epstein made a significant
22:18
Speaker 1: portion of his fortune while banking with Deutsche Bank, even
22:21
Speaker 1: though his criminal record had cost him his most lucrative client,
22:24
Speaker 1: Leslie Wexner, the billionaire retail magnate who built Victoria's secret
22:29
Speaker 1: into a household name. Okay, I dispute that. Let's be real.
22:33
Speaker 1: It wasn't the Jeffrey Epstein's behavior that caused the relationship
22:38
Speaker 1: to fracture with Wexner. Oh no, it was just Wexner
22:42
Speaker 1: having to distance himself because of Epstein becoming toxic. You
22:47
Speaker 1: really think Wexner really was disheartened and disgusted by Epstein's behavior.
22:53
Speaker 1: Of course he wasn't. He knew exactly what sort of
22:55
Speaker 1: snake Epstein was. He knew what sort of viper that
22:58
Speaker 1: he was keeping with in his home, and he did
23:01
Speaker 1: not care. Mister Wexner gave mister mister Wexner gave mister
23:08
Speaker 1: Epstein a sweeping power of attorney to manage all aspects
23:11
Speaker 1: of his financial affairs, but said he severed ties with
23:14
Speaker 1: mister Epstein shortly before his guilty plea again just to
23:18
Speaker 1: save face, folks. It's not because he was disgusted. It's
23:21
Speaker 1: not because he thought Jeffrey Epstein was a scumbag all
23:23
Speaker 1: of a sudden. It was because he had to save face.
23:26
Speaker 1: He had to make sure that the power that he
23:28
Speaker 1: has consolidated throughout his life did not slip through his fingers,
23:32
Speaker 1: not even one little piece of it. That's the worst
23:35
Speaker 1: thing in the world for these people, folks, for their
23:37
Speaker 1: power to disintegrate. And as far as Wexner goes to
23:40
Speaker 1: watch L brands crumble before his eyes, I know it's
23:43
Speaker 1: horrible to say because there are far reaching implications. A
23:47
Speaker 1: lot of good people that work for the company in
23:49
Speaker 1: retail positions or suffering. But if anyone has ever deserved
23:53
Speaker 1: to see their life's work get disintegrated before their eyes,
23:56
Speaker 1: it's this abhorrent human being less Wexner. While mister Epstein
24:03
Speaker 1: was a client of Deutsche Bank, his main business was
24:05
Speaker 1: Southern Trust Company, which generated more than two hundred and
24:08
Speaker 1: fifty million in revenues during its existence. According to public records,
24:13
Speaker 1: mister Epstein created the company in twenty thirteen and told
24:16
Speaker 1: government officials in the Virgin Islands that it was involved
24:19
Speaker 1: in DNA analysis and research. Miss George and her civil's
24:23
Speaker 1: forfeiture lawsuit contends that Southern Trust was not in his
24:27
Speaker 1: business it claimed to be, and that mister Epstein misled
24:30
Speaker 1: government officials in order to win a lucrative tax break.
24:34
Speaker 1: She told The New York Times in March that our
24:35
Speaker 1: office had not yet determined the kind of business Southern
24:39
Speaker 1: Trust was in.
24:41
Speaker 2: Wow.
24:41
Speaker 1: Look, folks, it is obvious here that the financial aspect
24:45
Speaker 1: of this case is cut and dry. It's a slam dunk.
24:49
Speaker 1: And what they should do is they should bring all
24:51
Speaker 1: of these people in on financial charges to start, and
24:54
Speaker 1: once they slap them with their financial charges in the
24:57
Speaker 1: Rico case, then slap them with their Rico ch charges
25:00
Speaker 1: as far as the child sex trafficking goes, and the
25:03
Speaker 1: sex trafficking, and then what you do is you put
25:05
Speaker 1: a nice little bow on top of all of it
25:08
Speaker 1: and you present it to the survivors. You owe them
25:11
Speaker 1: that much. If you'd like to contact me, you can
25:15
Speaker 1: do that at Bobbycapucci at ProtonMail dot com. That's Bobby
25:20
Speaker 1: c ap u Cci at ProtonMail dot com. If you
25:24
Speaker 1: like to find me on Twitter, you can do that
25:26
Speaker 1: at Bobby Underscore cap u Cci. Our article today is
25:32
Speaker 1: from the from Law and Crime. This article is from
25:35
Speaker 1: September twenty first, twenty nineteen, headline former Epstein work release
25:42
Speaker 1: guard destroyed PbSO records are the smoking gun. This article
25:49
Speaker 1: was authored by Jerry Lamb. And again I'm adding a
25:52
Speaker 1: little more meat to that bone, right, some more context
25:55
Speaker 1: to what we've been talking about down in Palm Beach,
25:57
Speaker 1: and to give you a little bit more of an
25:59
Speaker 1: idea on why I think that it's going to be
26:02
Speaker 1: a huge focus in this case as we move forward,
26:06
Speaker 1: and especially especially if the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals
26:12
Speaker 1: overturns the whole thing, then it is game on for sure.
26:17
Speaker 1: But as of right now, I truly believe that the
26:21
Speaker 1: Public Corruptions Unit has Florida directly in their crosshairs. A
26:28
Speaker 1: West Palm Beach County Sheriff's deputy on Friday the vulged
26:32
Speaker 1: first hand information relating to Jeffrey Epstein's controversial work release program.
26:38
Speaker 1: The deputy who spoke to WPTV on the condition of
26:42
Speaker 1: anonymity is the first PBS. So the deputy to speak
26:46
Speaker 1: out about the offices special treatment of the now deceased Epstein. Okay,
26:52
Speaker 1: So if this person spoke out to the paper right
26:57
Speaker 1: is speaking out to the media on the condition of anonymity,
27:01
Speaker 1: you would think that if the Public Corruptions Unit is
27:04
Speaker 1: digging in here, that they are going to try and
27:06
Speaker 1: track down whoever this person is or others like this
27:09
Speaker 1: person who have firsthand knowledge and get them to go
27:12
Speaker 1: on the record about what occurred, because it's obvious here
27:17
Speaker 1: that the law was broken. It is obvious here that
27:20
Speaker 1: the victims' rights were not respected, and it is also
27:23
Speaker 1: obvious here that more people besides the ones that have
27:29
Speaker 1: been discussed at length like Acosta, need to be brought
27:34
Speaker 1: to account here. Okay, And when we're talking about Florida,
27:40
Speaker 1: Barry Krisher is the first person that comes to my mind.
27:45
Speaker 1: When you go against the grain, if you rock the boat,
27:48
Speaker 1: if you raise your voice about something that you don't
27:51
Speaker 1: think is on the up and up, the Sheriff's office
27:53
Speaker 1: is very vindictive. The deputy told Contact five, and I've
27:58
Speaker 1: heard a lot of that about Palm Beach. I've heard
28:00
Speaker 1: that there is a lot of that kind of behavior
28:05
Speaker 1: and thought process amongst the rank and file, that it's
28:09
Speaker 1: not a good idea to rock the boat down there,
28:11
Speaker 1: and you should just do what you're told. And that
28:14
Speaker 1: seems to be pretty prevalent in sources that I've spoke
28:18
Speaker 1: with who were involved in law enforcement, who were tasked
28:22
Speaker 1: with chasing down Jeffrey Epstein. When I was in New
28:25
Speaker 1: Mexico and I spoke to one of my sources, an
28:28
Speaker 1: ex law enforcement agent, they were of the same mind.
28:32
Speaker 1: They were so disillusioned with how things were going and
28:36
Speaker 1: with how people like Jeffrey Epstein and his rich cohorts
28:40
Speaker 1: were able to finesse local politicians and state politicians that
28:46
Speaker 1: they decided to give up their lifelong dream of being
28:50
Speaker 1: a law enforcement agent after over a decade pursuing it.
28:56
Speaker 1: That's how disillusioned they were with what was going on.
28:59
Speaker 1: And you see that with a lot of these ex
29:02
Speaker 1: police officers or people who speak out who were involved
29:06
Speaker 1: with the Jeffrey Epstein case. They just have They ran
29:09
Speaker 1: into roadblock after roadblock after roadblock trying to prosecute this guy,
29:14
Speaker 1: trying to get this guy behind bars in a manner
29:19
Speaker 1: that is fitting for somebody that is as big of
29:22
Speaker 1: a predator and as big of a danger to the
29:26
Speaker 1: community as he was. And you see it with a
29:29
Speaker 1: lot of these guards.
29:30
Speaker 2: That speak off the record, a lot of these cops
29:32
Speaker 2: that speak off the record, and it's always the same story,
29:38
Speaker 2: and that story is you cannot go after the political
29:42
Speaker 2: donor class.
29:43
Speaker 1: It's like they're their own class of people, right. These
29:46
Speaker 1: big wigs, these bagmen, these people that are spending money
29:50
Speaker 1: hand over fist on politics. These are the sort of
29:54
Speaker 1: people that you just cannot go after in these investigations.
29:57
Speaker 1: And that's what I heard from the sources that I've
30:01
Speaker 1: talked to, and what you see here from these types
30:04
Speaker 1: of articles where we hear from people who were directly
30:07
Speaker 1: involved in what was going on and how it was
30:10
Speaker 1: almost impossible for them to do their job correctly. The
30:18
Speaker 1: deputy then described Epstein's two thousand and eight in two
30:21
Speaker 1: thousand and nine work release program a privilege he was
30:24
Speaker 1: able to attain despite pleading guilty to soliciting prostitution from
30:28
Speaker 1: a minor, as being in clear violation of protocol which
30:32
Speaker 1: called for deputies to have eyes on Epstein at all times.
30:36
Speaker 1: And again this goes into what I'm talking about with
30:38
Speaker 1: the Public Corruptions Unit. If they weren't doing their job
30:42
Speaker 1: and they let Epstein roam around free and he was
30:45
Speaker 1: allowed to abuse traffic, whatever have you, then I think
30:50
Speaker 1: that that would definitely be the sort of thing that
30:55
Speaker 1: the Public Corruptions Unit would want to take a look at.
30:58
Speaker 1: Right for starters, when you signed up for that detail,
31:04
Speaker 1: it was a plane closed detail, and that almost never
31:07
Speaker 1: ever happens. The deputy said, we were told to follow
31:11
Speaker 1: his vehicle and our own sheriffs issued vehicle. I was
31:14
Speaker 1: told when he went to his house to stay in
31:16
Speaker 1: the driveway. I don't know what happened behind closed doors
31:19
Speaker 1: when he went in the house and allegedly had lunch.
31:21
Speaker 1: You know, he could have been doing anything during that timeframe.
31:24
Speaker 1: That is one of the reasons I stopped working the detail.
31:28
Speaker 1: And again, if you're one of these rank and file
31:30
Speaker 1: police officers, right, I mean, your job is hard enough
31:34
Speaker 1: before everything that has just started to occur in this country,
31:38
Speaker 1: now forget it. So you can't you have your superiors
31:44
Speaker 1: telling you to sit in the driveway. You don't know
31:46
Speaker 1: what's going on in the house. Anyone could be there.
31:49
Speaker 1: What if a girl was brought there before you guys
31:51
Speaker 1: got there. What if he had that all set up
31:53
Speaker 1: with his procures and his groomers and there's a deputy
31:56
Speaker 1: in the front while Jeffrey Epstein is abusing a girl
32:00
Speaker 1: in the back. Well, that's out of the realm of
32:02
Speaker 1: possibility with Jeffrey Epstein. I'm sorry, folks, it is not.
32:07
Speaker 1: And these cops, I mean, imagine being this guy. Your
32:11
Speaker 1: superiors are like, all right, we need you to watch Epstein,
32:13
Speaker 1: but here are all your rules, and they give you
32:15
Speaker 1: a rule book that's from the from the floor to
32:19
Speaker 1: the ceiling high. It's just absurd. The whole entire case
32:24
Speaker 1: surrounding Jeffrey Epstein is absurd. Everything about the way they
32:28
Speaker 1: try to quote unquote prosecute him the first time around
32:32
Speaker 1: is absurd, and the reactions from those involved are most
32:37
Speaker 1: assuredly absurd when they are called out on their behavior.
32:43
Speaker 1: When asked who Epstein consorted with while working, the deputy
32:46
Speaker 1: said the majority of people he remembered seeing were twenty
32:50
Speaker 1: year old females in well dressed business attire. Well, I
32:53
Speaker 1: don't know how you could tell their twenty year old females.
32:55
Speaker 1: I guess maybe as a cop you have a better idea.
33:00
Speaker 1: I guess maybe from looking at people's ideas. I don't know.
33:02
Speaker 1: I'm not good at that age stuff. When I was young,
33:05
Speaker 1: I worked at a casino here in Las Vegas called
33:07
Speaker 1: Treasure Island, and they used to have this midway down
33:10
Speaker 1: there where they had all of these like carnival type games,
33:14
Speaker 1: and they used to have this weight guessing game, and
33:17
Speaker 1: you would have to guess people's weight, guess their age,
33:19
Speaker 1: the whole nine and I was absolutely atrocious at it.
33:24
Speaker 1: I cannot tell you how many stuffed animals I ended
33:27
Speaker 1: up giving away on that stupid game, so much so
33:30
Speaker 1: that they moved me to a different game. So that
33:35
Speaker 1: goes to tell you show you how good I am
33:38
Speaker 1: at guessing people's ages. I'm just terrible at it. So
33:41
Speaker 1: maybe this cop is a little bit better than I am.
33:43
Speaker 1: But I really don't know how you can tell how
33:46
Speaker 1: old somebody is these days. I thought it was strange
33:51
Speaker 1: that besides me, myself and mister Epstein, we were the
33:55
Speaker 1: only males in the office. I remember I took note
33:58
Speaker 1: of it mentally. The deputy said, what else was unusual
34:01
Speaker 1: about it was the fact that he was allowed to
34:03
Speaker 1: leave the office and go to his residence to have lunch.
34:07
Speaker 1: I've never ever been to a detail where that was
34:10
Speaker 1: allowed to happen. So again, these people who put this
34:14
Speaker 1: in place, all right, the prosecutors, Dershowitz, left Court Star,
34:22
Speaker 1: and the rest of them all need to be held
34:26
Speaker 1: to account. Why did Jeffrey Epstein get special privileges that
34:31
Speaker 1: other inmates did not have, and who was the one
34:35
Speaker 1: who initiated it and then who put it into play?
34:40
Speaker 1: Those are the questions that you would think the Public
34:43
Speaker 1: Corruptions Unit are mulling about. Right now. Multiple women have
34:50
Speaker 1: filed lawsuits alleging that they were flown from New York
34:53
Speaker 1: to Palm Beach and forced to have sex with Epstein
34:57
Speaker 1: during his work release hours. Right there, That alone should
35:01
Speaker 1: make the State of Florida complicit. And the girls who
35:04
Speaker 1: were abused when supposedly this animal was under wraps and underguard,
35:10
Speaker 1: they should sue the State of Florida, the prosecutors, and
35:14
Speaker 1: I would go after Dershowitz too. I don't know if
35:16
Speaker 1: that would work out or whatever, but I'd go after
35:18
Speaker 1: all of those people because they all helped facilitate this abuse,
35:22
Speaker 1: even after they knew what Jeffrey Epstein was how dare
35:26
Speaker 1: you let this guy out on work release? How dare
35:30
Speaker 1: you not bury him underneath the prison and get rid
35:33
Speaker 1: of the keys. The deputy further told Contact five he
35:41
Speaker 1: and others were mainly supposed to just sit in front
35:43
Speaker 1: of Epstein's property and just log the names of any
35:46
Speaker 1: person who came or left the office. However, when Contact
35:50
Speaker 1: five requested a copy of the logs kept by deputies
35:53
Speaker 1: guarding Epstein, PbSO spokeswoman Terry Barbera confirmed that the records
35:59
Speaker 1: were get ready for this, folks, destroyed according to their
36:03
Speaker 1: public records schedule. Isn't that just convenient, missus Barbera. The
36:10
Speaker 1: records are destroyed, the video is destroyed, everything's destroyed. You
36:16
Speaker 1: know what's really destroyed, the official narrative. That's what's really destroyed.
36:20
Speaker 1: It is quite obvious that their official narrative is was
36:25
Speaker 1: and always will be straight up garbage. Jeffrey Epstein was
36:33
Speaker 1: protected by the Prosecutor's Office, and not only that, because
36:38
Speaker 1: of that protection, they helped facilitate the abuse of every
36:44
Speaker 1: single girl who was abused while he was supposedly under
36:49
Speaker 1: their watch. And they must answer for that. That sounds
36:56
Speaker 1: like the smoking gun right there, said the deputy about
36:58
Speaker 1: the destruction of the records. That is highly suspect, especially
37:03
Speaker 1: with the sheriff's office where they keep records of everything.
37:07
Speaker 1: And in this day and age with computers and what
37:11
Speaker 1: trillabyte memory sticks and all this other jazz, you don't
37:15
Speaker 1: need to destroy no records. Everything that is of public
37:20
Speaker 1: concern should be stored and saved. Destroying public records. What
37:26
Speaker 1: a bunch of garbage. It must be nice to have
37:29
Speaker 1: that to fall back on. H Yeah, you know we
37:31
Speaker 1: had that stuff, but uh, Joe on his lunch break
37:34
Speaker 1: just put that in the shredder ten minutes before you
37:36
Speaker 1: got here. What a coincidence? Are these people for real?
37:41
Speaker 1: How is it that we have been asleep at the
37:43
Speaker 1: wheel for so long? Folks, my fellow Americans, how is
37:48
Speaker 1: it that we have not held these people to account?
37:52
Speaker 1: I don't know about you, but the days of letting
37:55
Speaker 1: this shit slide, the days of not paying attention to
37:59
Speaker 1: what these scumbags are up to, those days are long over.
38:06
Speaker 1: In an email to the news outlet, Barbaras said any
38:09
Speaker 1: such allegations were false. The allegations you were depicting below
38:14
Speaker 1: are factually untrue and or inaccurate due to the ongoing
38:19
Speaker 1: criminal investigation that is being completed by FDLEE. No other
38:24
Speaker 1: response regarding these allegations will be given by the sheriff
38:28
Speaker 1: or the PbSO further, your email will be forwarded to
38:32
Speaker 1: the FDLE for further investigation into the deputy's allegations. I
38:37
Speaker 1: just love it. I love it. I love it. Due
38:39
Speaker 1: to the ongoing criminal investigation, we're not telling you shit.
38:43
Speaker 1: How often do they use that as an excuse. That's
38:47
Speaker 1: another thing that needs to be addressed with all of
38:49
Speaker 1: this criminal reform we're talking about. Okay, I don't want
38:52
Speaker 1: to hear that bs anymore. Oh, well, this is under investigation,
38:55
Speaker 1: so we can't give you any information about it. Well,
38:58
Speaker 1: it's really easy for the government to initiated an investigation
39:02
Speaker 1: to keep the information from the public, isn't it. And
39:06
Speaker 1: we have already established we can't trust the jackanapes that
39:11
Speaker 1: run our government, can we? And I don't just mean
39:13
Speaker 1: this administration, folks, Okay, I'm talking about all of them collectively.
39:20
Speaker 1: So why would we believe anything that Miss Barbara has
39:26
Speaker 1: to tell us about procedure or otherwise when it comes
39:32
Speaker 1: to the shit show that is the Jeffrey Epstein case.
39:38
Speaker 1: And if anybody is going to be looked at through
39:43
Speaker 1: the microscope and have a nice bright light shine directly
39:48
Speaker 1: on them from the Public Corruptions Unit. I think that
39:54
Speaker 1: the perfect destination would be Palm Beach. If you'd like
40:00
Speaker 1: to contact me, you can do that at Bobby Kapuchi
40:02
Speaker 1: at ProtonMail dot com. That's Bo Bby c ap u
40:06
Speaker 1: Cci at ProtonMail dot com. You can also find me
40:10
Speaker 1: on Twitter at Bobby Underscore cap u Cci. As far
40:16
Speaker 1: as my emails go, folks, there's I got a ton
40:18
Speaker 1: of them right now. I'm trying to get through them.
40:20
Speaker 1: So if you sent me an email over the weekend
40:22
Speaker 1: and I have not responded, no worries. I'm trying to
40:25
Speaker 1: get to them. And I should have all of the
40:28
Speaker 1: emails responded to by Thursday, so be on the lookout
40:32
Speaker 1: for that, all right, folks. All of the links that
40:35
Speaker 1: go at this episode can be found in the description box.
40:39
Speaker 1: Today's article is from the Telegraph, and the author, Josie Enzer,
40:44
Speaker 1: was kind enough to give us access to the original
40:47
Speaker 1: article behind the paywall. So Josie, thank you very much
40:51
Speaker 1: for giving us that access. I appreciate it, and I
40:54
Speaker 1: am sure that the listeners do as well. Now let's
40:57
Speaker 1: jump into the article and see what we have to
41:00
Speaker 1: see about Sarah Kellen Vickers and the Core four. Scanning
41:07
Speaker 1: through leaked flight logs from Jeffrey Epstein's private jet between
41:10
Speaker 1: two thousand and one and two thousand and six, an
41:14
Speaker 1: unfamiliar name crops up time and time again, three hundred
41:17
Speaker 1: and fifty times to be precise. Only Epstein himself and
41:22
Speaker 1: longtime associate Gilaine Maxwell appear to have flown more often
41:26
Speaker 1: than Sarah Kellen on the plane dubbed the Lolita Express.
41:31
Speaker 1: And this is why Sarah Kellen Vickers is such a
41:34
Speaker 1: huge component of this, and this is why she's a
41:37
Speaker 1: key to a Rico case as well. In my opinion,
41:41
Speaker 1: she was on this plane more than anybody else. She
41:45
Speaker 1: saw what was going on, She knows what was going on,
41:47
Speaker 1: and in fact, I bet you she has some names.
41:50
Speaker 1: I bet you she knows a lot of the unnamed
41:53
Speaker 1: girls that we talk about from places like Eastern Europe
41:56
Speaker 1: who came into Jeffrey Epstein in Gilaine Maxwell's orbit and
42:00
Speaker 1: then were jettisoned and discarded and nobody knew anything else
42:03
Speaker 1: about them. Ever, well, I'd like to know what Sarah
42:06
Speaker 1: kell and Vickers knows about them, and furthermore, I'd like
42:12
Speaker 1: to know what she knows about everything. Mss Kellen, described
42:17
Speaker 1: by Epstein survivors as miss Maxwell's lieutenant, is accused by
42:21
Speaker 1: them of procuring women and underage girls for the late
42:25
Speaker 1: financier pedophile. And that's definitely a fact. Remember how I
42:29
Speaker 1: explained all of this when it was first starting. Now
42:32
Speaker 1: you have Gilan Maxwell and Jeffrey Epstein in leadership roles.
42:36
Speaker 1: If we're talking about it like it's structured like the mafia, right,
42:39
Speaker 1: So you have the godfather and the under boss or
42:42
Speaker 1: the shadow boss and the acting boss, whichever way you
42:44
Speaker 1: want to go about it. And below that you have
42:47
Speaker 1: capito regimes, and what that means is they're captains of
42:50
Speaker 1: their own crew. They report directly to the underboss, and
42:53
Speaker 1: the underboss obviously reports directly to the boss. And all
42:58
Speaker 1: of these women were acting in a capacity that you
43:01
Speaker 1: would find capital regimes in the mafia acting in. And
43:06
Speaker 1: that's just a fact that is without doubt when you
43:08
Speaker 1: listen to the reports of not only the survivors, but
43:11
Speaker 1: the lawyers for the survivors, and you look at all
43:13
Speaker 1: the circumstantial evidence that we have compiled in over five
43:17
Speaker 1: hundred episodes. It's impossible to see them in any other light.
43:23
Speaker 1: Little has been heard of or from the forty year
43:26
Speaker 1: old and three other alleged female co conspirators since they
43:30
Speaker 1: were given immunity from prosecution under a highly unusual sweetheart
43:35
Speaker 1: deal struck between Epstein and the US Attorney for South
43:39
Speaker 1: Florida in a two thousand and eight criminal case. And
43:43
Speaker 1: now we know that it was a costa who struck
43:46
Speaker 1: that deal with them, but we also know it it's
43:49
Speaker 1: a lot deeper than that. Right, Acosta was pressured from
43:52
Speaker 1: on high. Acosta has been on the record saying that
43:55
Speaker 1: he was told hands off of Epstein because Epstein belonged
43:59
Speaker 1: to intelligence. So there are a lot of unanswered questions here. Right,
44:03
Speaker 1: Acosta is certainly not a good guy in this story. He's,
44:06
Speaker 1: like everybody else, pretty much a great character. The arrest
44:12
Speaker 1: last week of miss Maxwell at the behest of the
44:14
Speaker 1: Attorney's office in New York, which has said it is
44:17
Speaker 1: not bound by the Florida agreement, has now raised the
44:20
Speaker 1: prospect that the investigators may turn next to the quartet
44:24
Speaker 1: aka the Core four. And there's no doubt they are
44:28
Speaker 1: a huge part of this criminal conspiracy. And if the
44:33
Speaker 1: Feds use all the tools available to them within their toolbox,
44:37
Speaker 1: they will be bashing these women over the head with
44:40
Speaker 1: Rico charges very soon. Because remember, folks, it only takes
44:44
Speaker 1: two people involved in a crime together for it to
44:48
Speaker 1: be a criminal conspiracy. And once it's a criminal conspiracy,
44:53
Speaker 1: well that opens up my favorite book of crimes, and
44:57
Speaker 1: that is Rico. We have some Rico charges. Please. The
45:03
Speaker 1: Telegraph understands that authorities are looking into the alleged role
45:06
Speaker 1: played by miss Kellen, Adriana Ross, Leslie Groth and Nadia
45:11
Speaker 1: marson Kova in Epstein's sex trafficking ring and eyeing possible charges.
45:16
Speaker 1: I can confirm that myself, Like I said, independently, a
45:20
Speaker 1: source has reached out to me, a pretty credible source,
45:23
Speaker 1: and they said that these women most certainly are under investigation.
45:26
Speaker 1: They didn't go any further than that. They didn't say
45:29
Speaker 1: when to expect charges, if to expect charges, anything like that.
45:32
Speaker 1: But I can confirm independently that these women most certainly
45:36
Speaker 1: are under investigation. The women I've been accused of being
45:43
Speaker 1: his recruiters, groomers, sexual partners and friends, an organized network
45:49
Speaker 1: of underlings who reportedly received huge salaries. And perks in return.
45:55
Speaker 1: And again, folks, I hate to keep beating this dead horse,
45:58
Speaker 1: but how is it that A. R. Kelly and his
46:01
Speaker 1: people got slapped with RICO charges and we still have
46:04
Speaker 1: not seen them in this case? I just don't understand
46:07
Speaker 1: it now. Don't get me wrong, they could still be
46:09
Speaker 1: coming right. But once we see RICO charges slapped on
46:13
Speaker 1: these people, we know for a fact the government means
46:16
Speaker 1: business and the core four, these four women. I don't
46:22
Speaker 1: think I've ever seen a group of people who deserve
46:24
Speaker 1: charges more than these women at this point. What they
46:27
Speaker 1: helped Jeffrey Epstein do, what they helped Gilayan Maxwell do,
46:30
Speaker 1: and the pain and suffering that they have caused, you
46:34
Speaker 1: really can't. You can't quantify it with words. These people
46:37
Speaker 1: are truly evil. They accused Miss Kellen of running a
46:45
Speaker 1: rolodex of women and girls that she would arrange to
46:48
Speaker 1: visit Epstein wherever he was. And we know that Kellen
46:52
Speaker 1: was the key right. She was right under Gilain Maxwell,
46:55
Speaker 1: the top lieutenant, the top capito regime, and she was
46:59
Speaker 1: in charge of all sorts of scumbaggery. How many of
47:03
Speaker 1: the survivors do we need to hear from? All of
47:08
Speaker 1: them have come out and said they've had very disgusting
47:11
Speaker 1: experiences with Gelan Maxwell and the Core four. So with
47:14
Speaker 1: Gelan Maxwell the head of the snake in custody, I
47:20
Speaker 1: don't see it being much longer before all of these
47:23
Speaker 1: other serpents meet the same fate. When Jeffrey wanted me,
47:30
Speaker 1: you know, Sarah Kellen or Gilain would call me into
47:33
Speaker 1: his bedroom and I had no choice to go, said
47:36
Speaker 1: Sarah Ransom, who was two, who was a twenty two
47:38
Speaker 1: year old student when she claimed she was abused in
47:41
Speaker 1: trafficked by Epstein and his associates. Just think about that,
47:46
Speaker 1: being stuck in this trafficking ring with this gross ass
47:49
Speaker 1: son of a bitch, Jeffrey Epstein, and all of these
47:52
Speaker 1: gross disgusting women that are working for him, and you're
47:57
Speaker 1: stuck in the orbit here. You're part of the traffic
48:00
Speaker 1: and ring, and Jeffrey Epstein is in control of everything
48:05
Speaker 1: that you do. I can't even imagine being caught up
48:09
Speaker 1: in this man's spider web. Miss Ransom alleges the pair
48:14
Speaker 1: would also give her tips on how to give Epstein
48:16
Speaker 1: erotic massages, including how to rub his feet and best
48:20
Speaker 1: satisfy him sexually. Sarah Kellen knew for every girl that
48:24
Speaker 1: she organized to go on that island Little Saint James
48:27
Speaker 1: in the US Virgin Islands, or to be picked up
48:29
Speaker 1: by a car to go to New York to the
48:31
Speaker 1: New York mansion. She knew that these girls were there
48:34
Speaker 1: to be abused repetialy, point blank period. Sarah Ransom unleashed,
48:41
Speaker 1: letting you know that this happened, that Kellen was a
48:48
Speaker 1: part of it. What more do the authorities need? There
48:52
Speaker 1: is plenty here, folks, circumstantially, and never mind eyewitness accounts.
48:58
Speaker 1: So the only thing that could be happening, in my opinion,
49:01
Speaker 1: is they're really tightening up the charges that they're going
49:05
Speaker 1: to drop on these ladies. They want to make sure
49:07
Speaker 1: everything is ironclad, and they want to make sure that
49:10
Speaker 1: the charges are so severe that these women have no
49:13
Speaker 1: choice but to flip on each other. That is the
49:15
Speaker 1: only thing I can be that can be holding it
49:17
Speaker 1: back in my opinion right now. Why they haven't been
49:20
Speaker 1: arrested yet, but I have to tell you, I think
49:22
Speaker 1: it's imminent. I think that these women will be arrested
49:25
Speaker 1: very very soon. According to court papers, Miss Kellen and
49:32
Speaker 1: British Heiress Miss Maxwell told the girls not to speak
49:35
Speaker 1: to authorities about their interactions with Epstein. This is another
49:39
Speaker 1: thing that Epstein and the Corps four did. They intimidated witnesses,
49:43
Speaker 1: they paid witnesses off, and they were involved in all
49:47
Speaker 1: sorts of evidence tampering. They might not sound like serious
49:51
Speaker 1: charges compared to the other ones, right, but again, remember
49:54
Speaker 1: the more charges that are slapped on these people, the better,
49:57
Speaker 1: because that means the chances are something severe is going
50:00
Speaker 1: to stick. And that's what you see in criminal enterprise
50:03
Speaker 1: cases all the time. This is how they destroy criminal enterprises, folks.
50:07
Speaker 1: We're seeing it right now, witnessing it live in front
50:11
Speaker 1: of us. The question is how far is the federal
50:15
Speaker 1: government really going to go. Miss Maxwell has denied all
50:21
Speaker 1: charges against her. Miss Kellen, who was twenty two and
50:24
Speaker 1: had just been cast out of Jehovah's witness following a
50:27
Speaker 1: divorce when she met Epstein, has claimed to have been
50:30
Speaker 1: manipulated sexually and psychologically by the billionaire for years. Sorry,
50:35
Speaker 1: Sarah Kellen Vickers, you're not using that excuse. Not you,
50:39
Speaker 1: not Gielan Maxwell, none of you. The only one of
50:42
Speaker 1: the Corps four who has a legitimate leg to stand
50:45
Speaker 1: on about that kind of excuse is Nadia Marsonkova, who
50:48
Speaker 1: was sold allegedly to Jeffrey Epstein when she was fourteen
50:51
Speaker 1: years old. Now, I am certainly not a psychologist, and
50:55
Speaker 1: I will certainly not get into all of the psychology
50:57
Speaker 1: of a situation like that. But one thing I know
51:00
Speaker 1: is the Stockholm syndrome is certainly a real thing. And
51:04
Speaker 1: as the Corps fourgo, the only one of these people
51:07
Speaker 1: who should be shown any mercy if they cooperate, if
51:10
Speaker 1: they come forward, if they're willing to talk, is Naia
51:12
Speaker 1: marson Cova. Now that does not mean she should not
51:15
Speaker 1: get any penalty. I believe that all of them deserve
51:18
Speaker 1: time in jail, But the only one that I believe
51:20
Speaker 1: deserves any leniency at all in any sort of realm
51:25
Speaker 1: is Nadia Marsonkva. The rest of these women were not victims.
51:29
Speaker 1: The rest of these women were not brought into this
51:33
Speaker 1: against their will. They knew what they were doing. And
51:37
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein's been dead for about a year now. Why
51:40
Speaker 1: haven't any of these women come forward? If it was
51:42
Speaker 1: because they were scared of Jeffrey Epstein, So that dog
51:45
Speaker 1: doesn't hunt either, okay. In a previous statement to CBS, News.
51:53
Speaker 1: Lawyers for miss Kellen claimed that she scheduled appointments for
51:56
Speaker 1: mister Epstein and miss Maxwell at their direction. Yeah, well
51:59
Speaker 1: guess that's what. That's not a good excuse either. Oh well,
52:03
Speaker 1: I was told to murder this whole village. I was
52:05
Speaker 1: under orders. I don't care. You're still a war criminal, asshole.
52:10
Speaker 1: Miss Kellen is aware of the pain and damage Epstein
52:13
Speaker 1: caused and deeply regrets that she had any part in it.
52:16
Speaker 1: They said. If she really cared and she truly wanted
52:21
Speaker 1: to come forward and make amends, that is what she
52:24
Speaker 1: would do, not give canned statements through her lawyer. What
52:29
Speaker 1: does that even mean? Oh, she's sorry for any pain caused.
52:32
Speaker 1: What do you mean you were part of the pain?
52:34
Speaker 1: Sorry would be coming forward and taking responsibility for your
52:38
Speaker 1: part as a lieutenant in Jeffrey Epstein's criminal enterprise. How
52:42
Speaker 1: about that she did not respond to The Telegraph's request
52:47
Speaker 1: for comment. Miss Marsonkova, another assistant, says she was herself
52:52
Speaker 1: a sex slave who was brought by Epstein to the
52:55
Speaker 1: US from Slovakia when she was fifteen. Before she is
52:58
Speaker 1: alleged to have started helping procure other girls. And this
53:02
Speaker 1: is what I was just touched on a moment ago Nadio.
53:05
Speaker 1: Marsenkova is the only one, in my opinion, that deserves
53:08
Speaker 1: any sort of look at leniency because of the situation,
53:12
Speaker 1: because of the circumstances how she was brought into Jeffrey
53:15
Speaker 1: Epstein's orbit. Remember she was a child as well, so
53:19
Speaker 1: we have to keep that in mind. And remember we're
53:22
Speaker 1: not looking for revenge here, folks. We're looking for justice. Okay,
53:25
Speaker 1: we're not them. We want justice, We want trials and
53:29
Speaker 1: we want prosecutions. That's what we want. And I'm not
53:35
Speaker 1: here to you know, destroyed people's lives who don't need
53:39
Speaker 1: their lives, who weren't involved in this or anything like that.
53:41
Speaker 1: But the fact remains, anybody who was involved in this,
53:44
Speaker 1: and these girls, these women, they all need to face
53:49
Speaker 1: the music. But marson Kova is one person where I
53:54
Speaker 1: do have a bit of empathy for her, and I
53:56
Speaker 1: think that if she comes forward and she acts as
53:59
Speaker 1: a witness, she should get a substantially less amount of
54:03
Speaker 1: time than these other women. Now, of course, she should
54:06
Speaker 1: still do time, and when I say time, I think
54:08
Speaker 1: at least ten years. But again I don't think I'm
54:11
Speaker 1: qualified to make that determination. Right. I'm not a psychologist
54:15
Speaker 1: by any means. I don't know how much of an
54:17
Speaker 1: impact it truly has. I'm just talking about from where
54:20
Speaker 1: I'm sitting, how it looks to me. The women have
54:27
Speaker 1: faced numerous civil lawsuits, but never criminal ones. Anti trafficking
54:32
Speaker 1: organizations say determining criminal liability is complicated. If a person
54:36
Speaker 1: has been exploited for sex then use to recruit others,
54:40
Speaker 1: So I will have to defer to the trafficking organizations
54:43
Speaker 1: because again, I'm not equipped to deal with the psychology
54:47
Speaker 1: of all of this. I've said that a lot here
54:48
Speaker 1: on the podcast. I only talk about what I'm qualified
54:51
Speaker 1: to talk about. Folks. Ms Marsonkova and Miss Ross have
54:56
Speaker 1: exercised their right to remain silent when questioned on the allegations.
55:00
Speaker 1: Miss Groff denied having anything to do with Epstein's sexual
55:03
Speaker 1: misconduct through a lawyer in twenty and nineteen, and Leslie
55:09
Speaker 1: Groff and Epstein were super close when Leslie Roff was
55:12
Speaker 1: having a kid. Jeffrey Epstein has had all kinds of
55:14
Speaker 1: stuff to say about it. You know, how he couldn't
55:16
Speaker 1: lose her, how she acted as his other brain. Yeah,
55:19
Speaker 1: bought her of Mercedes gives her. You know, these girls
55:22
Speaker 1: were all making over two hundred grand a year, where
55:24
Speaker 1: most of the you know, the assistants on Wall Street
55:27
Speaker 1: are making like seventy k. So he was paying them
55:31
Speaker 1: an exorbitant amount of money. Him and Leslie Groff were
55:34
Speaker 1: super close, I mean super close as far as Jeffrey
55:38
Speaker 1: Epstein's meetings and what he was up to. Groff was
55:42
Speaker 1: involved in all of that. After two thousand and eight,
55:46
Speaker 1: Miss Kellen appeared to drop off the radar, deleting or
55:49
Speaker 1: setting to private social media accounts and using the name
55:52
Speaker 1: Sarah Kensington did set up an interior design company SLK Designs. Again.
55:58
Speaker 1: Must be nice, huh. She could just change your name
56:00
Speaker 1: and go on with their life like nothing happened. Meanwhile,
56:04
Speaker 1: these survivors are left with this huge burden of what
56:07
Speaker 1: Sarah Kellen Vickers was involved with, what Sarah Kellen Vickers
56:11
Speaker 1: done to them. Well, it might have taken a long time,
56:18
Speaker 1: but justice most certainly is on its way. In twenty ten,
56:22
Speaker 1: she was interviewed as part of civil proceedings along with
56:25
Speaker 1: Epstein's other assistants, but invoked her right under the Fifth
56:29
Speaker 1: Amendment not to answer questions put to her under oath.
56:33
Speaker 1: Probably a good idea, right, because we know how the
56:36
Speaker 1: FBI roles. We know about perjury. We understand that they
56:40
Speaker 1: love that charge and they will dog walk you right
56:43
Speaker 1: into that. So she was smart to plead the fifth,
56:46
Speaker 1: no doubt about that. And I am sure mister Dershowitz
56:49
Speaker 1: had something to do with her pleading the fifth. We
56:52
Speaker 1: know that dirty dirsh was advising all of these people.
56:54
Speaker 1: Come on, he might not say he is, but he was.
57:00
Speaker 1: She married Brian Vickers, a NASCAR driver, three years later
57:04
Speaker 1: and now appears to spend her time between the couple's
57:06
Speaker 1: homes in New York, Miami, and North Carolina. Must be nice, hah,
57:10
Speaker 1: three homes, must be real nice To run around after
57:14
Speaker 1: your crime spree and live the life of Riley disgusting.
57:18
Speaker 1: It's such a black eye to the disgusting justice system
57:21
Speaker 1: here in America. It makes me sick, honestly, man, it
57:24
Speaker 1: really does. That this lady has been able to run
57:27
Speaker 1: around for all of these years, after everybody knew in
57:29
Speaker 1: two thousand and eight what she was about, what she
57:32
Speaker 1: was involved in, what she was doing, and yet she
57:36
Speaker 1: was able to get away with it for so long. Well,
57:42
Speaker 1: revenge is sweet, baby, and When this lady finally gets arrested,
57:47
Speaker 1: it will be the justice that these survivors have craved
57:51
Speaker 1: for years. The question now is whether Miss max Well
58:00
Speaker 1: fifty eight, who is facing thirty five years in prison
58:03
Speaker 1: if found guilty of charges of recruiting women and underage
58:06
Speaker 1: girls for Epstein to sexually abuse that she denies, will
58:10
Speaker 1: work with prosecutors to build a case against the alleged
58:13
Speaker 1: co conspirators. Honestly, I really don't even think that they
58:17
Speaker 1: need Maxwell's testimony for these co conspirators. I mean, it'll
58:21
Speaker 1: be nice, right, The prosecutor always wants as much testimony
58:23
Speaker 1: as possible against potential criminals. But I think that if
58:29
Speaker 1: they're going to be juicing Gilain Maxwell, it's gonna have
58:33
Speaker 1: to be up the chain. Very rare do people rat
58:36
Speaker 1: down in an organization. It happens, There's no doubt, and
58:40
Speaker 1: it could be part of the profer But mainly what
58:43
Speaker 1: they want are bigger fish, and there are some bigger
58:46
Speaker 1: fish in this story. There is no doubt about it.
58:48
Speaker 1: The question is, once again, how far are the Feds
58:52
Speaker 1: willing to go? She will name names. She's a drowning rat.
59:00
Speaker 1: Christina Oxenberg, a distant cousin of Prince Andrew aka the
59:03
Speaker 1: Joe Exotic of the Windsor family, who knew Miss Maxwell
59:06
Speaker 1: in the nineties, told The Telegraph enablers like Sarah Kellen
59:10
Speaker 1: should be given up by Maxwell. Well the look Maxwell's
59:13
Speaker 1: definitely singing. I've said this from the jump. She ain't
59:16
Speaker 1: built for this life. She ain't built for this life.
59:18
Speaker 1: She has no idea about prison. She has no idea
59:22
Speaker 1: about being turned into a criminal informant. She has no
59:25
Speaker 1: idea about a three to zero two statement. She has
59:29
Speaker 1: no idea about any of this. And furthermore, after she
59:33
Speaker 1: is convicted and she's in prison, her life is going
59:36
Speaker 1: to be so miserable as a chomo, someone who molests children.
59:40
Speaker 1: Forget it. Miss Oxenberg, who was writing a memoir entitled Secrets,
59:48
Speaker 1: claims the daughter of British publishing magnet Robert Maxwell, confided
59:53
Speaker 1: to her in nineteen ninety seven that she brought in
59:56
Speaker 1: other women to help satisfy Epstein's needs. I don't whatever,
1:00:01
Speaker 1: she said. Miss Maxwell told her she had wiretapped the
1:00:04
Speaker 1: jets for leverage, and speculated that any resulting audio and
1:00:07
Speaker 1: video recordings could potentially incriminate co conspirators and high profile
1:00:12
Speaker 1: figures who traveled with Epstein. We know that's a fact.
1:00:15
Speaker 1: We know that everything was wired up. We know that
1:00:18
Speaker 1: there are a bunch of videos. The question is who's
1:00:21
Speaker 1: in possession of them. My guess is the FBI, and
1:00:27
Speaker 1: it's probably a treasure trove. Again, how far are they
1:00:32
Speaker 1: willing to go? Gloria Allred Puke Garbage Stink, who was
1:00:38
Speaker 1: representing a number of Epstein's survivors, said she was not
1:00:41
Speaker 1: sure if miss Maxwell was seeking to make a deal
1:00:44
Speaker 1: or whether the SDN Y would accept. It has to
1:00:47
Speaker 1: be a two way street, she told this paper. The
1:00:50
Speaker 1: FBI and prosecutors could also look at what dealings Epstein
1:00:53
Speaker 1: and miss Maxwell had with Miss Kellen and others following
1:00:56
Speaker 1: his release from prison in two thousand and nine. That's
1:01:00
Speaker 1: part of the scope. The whole entire relationship is under
1:01:03
Speaker 1: investigation as far as I know. According to the source
1:01:06
Speaker 1: I spoke with, it is a very wide ranging scope.
1:01:12
Speaker 1: Transactions made by Epstein were laid bare this week as
1:01:15
Speaker 1: part of investigation by New York state financial regulators into
1:01:19
Speaker 1: oversight at Deutsche Bank. According to the regulators, Epstein, who
1:01:24
Speaker 1: died in an apparent suicide in a Manhattan jail cell
1:01:26
Speaker 1: last year while awaiting trial, sent two point sixty five
1:01:29
Speaker 1: million dollars in one hundred and twenty wire transfers through
1:01:33
Speaker 1: on an account set up in twenty fourteen. They found
1:01:37
Speaker 1: that some of the payments from the account and others
1:01:39
Speaker 1: were made to the four co conspirators named in the
1:01:41
Speaker 1: two thousand and eight case money laundering, wire fraud, witness tampering,
1:01:48
Speaker 1: paying off coke conspirators. Hello Rico mss Kellen is also
1:01:55
Speaker 1: reported to have visited Epstein several times in prison while
1:01:59
Speaker 1: he was serving an eighteen month sentence for sex crimes
1:02:02
Speaker 1: involving a minor, and was pictured with him in twenty
1:02:05
Speaker 1: twelve after his release. While Miss Ransom welcome the arrest
1:02:09
Speaker 1: of Maxwell, she said further charges needed to be brought
1:02:12
Speaker 1: for her to feel that justice had been served. I
1:02:15
Speaker 1: have faith that maybe I'll get another day in court
1:02:18
Speaker 1: where I can face the co conspirators, the people that
1:02:21
Speaker 1: help the Jeffrey rate me every day. That's powerful stuff
1:02:25
Speaker 1: from Sarah Ransom, Folks, and Sarah, that is exactly what
1:02:31
Speaker 1: we're pushing for. For you to have your day in court,
1:02:35
Speaker 1: to stare across at those who abused you and watch
1:02:39
Speaker 1: them catch the sentencing of a lifetime, because that is
1:02:45
Speaker 1: what's coming. These women are no longer in the shadows.
1:02:51
Speaker 1: The general public now know who they are, and the
1:02:57
Speaker 1: cry for justice is ringing from every single continent around
1:03:04
Speaker 1: the world. The question now is when will the federal
1:03:10
Speaker 1: the federal government of the United States provide us with
1:03:15
Speaker 1: that justice. If you'd like to contact me, you can
