- 0:31podcasts. You can also see it on Apple, Spotify, Google, iHeartRadio,
- 0:36Amazon and multiple other streaming platforms as well. I am a certified recovered
- 0:42life coach. That's all about having people on their past, their journeys,
- 0:46and their purpose to a new embtter them through self discovery. Now let's get
- 0:52into this very uncomfortable conversation. Now we all heard about the armand situation as
- 1:00far as what happened between him and our Reynolds when it came down to them
- 1:06roasting him for his birthday. And now I just found out today that that
- 1:11show has been canceled. Well, first of all, the first mistake was
- 1:18everybody's saying that this was gonna happen anyway. No, I'm sorry, but
- 1:23I'm gonna have to blame Armand for this. I don't even know why Armand
- 1:29would even roast that man the way he did. I felt it was wrong.
- 1:34I felt like it shouldn't have happened like that. If you have an
- 1:38opportunity to basically go from a social media platform to being on television or being
- 1:49on a major stage or a major platform, you got to leave that YouTube
- 1:56mentality where it's at, or TikTok or face or Instagram or wherever you came
- 2:02from. You got to leave it where it's at. And i'm'a explained why,
- 2:07because opportunity for YouTubers don't come, but so much so by you going
- 2:15on there and disrespecting a man that hasn't done anything to you and get on
- 2:21there and roast him the way that he was roasted. I I felt like
- 2:27that was absolutely wrong. Second of all, I don't even know why Claudia
- 2:30Knew even came up with that, so I don't even know what made them
- 2:35decide to do a roast like that. If you gonna do a roast like
- 2:38that, then you need to do something where you have a few people that
- 2:42are calling in and roasting him that way, it wouldn't have been so bad.
- 2:46If they would have been like call ins where they had people talking about
- 2:50al and talking about how great a person that he was, then that would
- 2:53have been one thing. But to do a roast on somebody that, in
- 2:57all honesty, is very very I don't know what the world they was saying.
- 3:04I don't even know why in the world they would even remotely do this,
- 3:07which makes absolutely no sense to me because me personally, I just wouldn't
- 3:13have done it because to me, it would've just it woulda just been bad.
- 3:19So the fact that they did do this is beyond crazy to me because
- 3:23me personally, I wouldn't have done it, especially knowing how sensitive some people
- 3:30are when it comes to being, you know, roasted. I just feel
- 3:34like it just isn't something that they should do, to be honest, So
- 3:42I don't even know what what made them to decide to do it. I
- 3:46don't know why they decided to do it, but I just think it was
- 3:49a bad idea and all honesty, I think it was a stupid idea for
- 3:53them to do and it was the worst thing they could have done, because
- 3:58now you have a situation where you have somebody that really literally is pissed off
- 4:03and now going to HR and saying, look, I want this man fired.
- 4:08It wasn't about him wanting Claudia fire. He just wanted Armand gone.
- 4:15So do I feel like armand is gonna be the scapegoat fall of this?
- 4:20Probably? Probably? He probably is gonna be the scapegoat fall of this,
- 4:28more than likely. But it just is what it is. But it's said
- 4:34that you got this situation going on that shouldn't have happened in the first place.
- 4:40Like I said, when you get an opportunity, don't go on there
- 4:43doing something stupid because they ain't gonna do nothing but be bad on you.
- 4:47It really is because I know on social media you can do certain things,
- 4:53but people need to understand there's a difference between being on social media and just
- 4:58being a commentator and someone that's professional. That'd be like saying Ryl from the
- 5:06Talk, being that she's a comedian going on there just blatantly just disrespecting the
- 5:13people that's on there. That's that's like the wrong thing to do. The
- 5:19last thing you wanna do is sit there and do somebody dirty and talk to
- 5:26somebody you know, it's sensitive. You don't wanna do that. That to
- 5:30me is wrong. So the fact that you got people up here saying,
- 5:34well, the s you know when Funky left and everything went downhill. But
- 5:40here's a thing. If Armand would have just m kept it cute, kept
- 5:44it simple, that should have been it. But he went too personal.
- 5:49Some people cannot take you saying something too personal. And not only that,
- 5:55people today are sensitive, very or very sensitive. Some people you can not
- 6:00joke with. They will shoot you with our question. So some people you
- 6:04just for real, for real, just cannot joke with, even though you
- 6:09wanna joke with them, even though you want to. You know what I'm
- 6:13saying, You know to have that type of that typical type of conversation.
- 6:18But I need you to understand that in some cases that may not be the
- 6:21case. So you just got you just gotta pick and choose your battles wisely.
- 6:30But if you know any type of professionalism, you know that joking on
- 6:33people like that is not something you wanted do. It ain't. So a
- 6:39lot of people in the African American community are proving why they're not ready to
- 6:43go to that next level. As far as Caucasian people are going. Because
- 6:48if you think about it, y'all, talk about Whoopy Goldberg, you talking
- 6:51about Shirl from the Talk, and you'll notice them may have one, maybe
- 6:57two black people and all the rest of them are cofee. But do you
- 7:00know what Cheryl had to go through to get that on the Talk? She
- 7:04really had to be able to let go of that ghetto ratchet behavior and go
- 7:12in there and be professional. Y'all remember what happened with Sharon when Sharon Osbourne,
- 7:17when she ended up losing her position because of something she said that she
- 7:21shouldn't said. When you in a professional realm, there's just certain things you
- 7:30can't say. It is no different than being a regular nine to five job
- 7:36and you on social media. I experienced losing my job because social media and
- 7:44I was going after a sex coach. Didn't even mention my job, but
- 7:46the fact that I went after a sex coat was the reason why this happened.
- 7:50I'm telling people you cannot be on social media saying certain things and think
- 7:56people are not gonna find your job. They're going to find it, and
- 8:00then when they do find it, you're mad because they found it, and
- 8:03you're like well, how in the world did this person find my job?
- 8:07Uh, they found it because they look for it. That's how they found
- 8:13it. So you can't be mad because somebody found your job. They found
- 8:20it. So all I'm telling you is you just got to be mindful of
- 8:26the fact that you got people out here that will tell your business. You
- 8:33got people out here that will sit there and tell you don't go out there
- 8:37and do that nonsense. There are a lot of people that have lost they
- 8:41jobs because they get on social media and they're either going after something or somebody,
- 8:48or they're saying something. And then next thing you know, you got
- 8:52people trying to get you fired for absolutely no reason. You ain't done nothing,
- 8:56nobody. All you doing is you you on your platform, just m
- 9:01just doing your content. Another example of this is when you have a second
- 9:05job, you have jobs now telling you, oh, why do you have
- 9:09a second job. I have a second job cause I'm not getting paid enough.
- 9:15So now they want you to quit your second job to go to your
- 9:16first job. So it's no different than that. It's even if you you
- 9:22leave a job or you get let go from a job and all of a
- 9:24sudden they're telling you, oh, you can't talk about the job and you
- 9:30can't do this, and they make you sign a piece of paper. I
- 9:33I'm telling you wanna know, this is what they do. Unfortunately, sadly
- 9:39enough, but that is really, truthfully speaking, what they do. So
- 9:45you gotta be mindful of that when you on social media because people i'm I'm
- 9:50I'm I'm being real, I'm being honest. They will sit there and they
- 9:54will they will tell you, well, you need to do something because you
- 9:58know this is what's going on, and that's what's going on, and that
- 10:05is definitely gonna be something that you have to think about. So I just
- 10:09want people to understand I get it, I really do. But at the
- 10:16same time, you gonna have people that's gonna say something and you're gonna end
- 10:20up being in a in a situation where it's gonna be hard for you to
- 10:26manage. So I just want people to be mindful of that. You got
- 10:31to be careful when it comes down to certain things because you don't know how
- 10:37people what people are willing to do to in all honesty, destroy your life
- 10:45because you got people that will absolutely do it, and then you're upset because
- 10:50this person done messed up your life, and they done did all these things
- 10:54to you, and now you're pissed off. So I'm here to tell you
- 10:58you gotta be mindful full of the things that you do because there are consequences,
- 11:05and there are recussions and there are parma to your acs. So just
- 11:11be mindful of that. I know a lot of y'all don't wanna hear that,
- 11:15and you'll be like, well, how is it that this person can
- 11:20can do this? How is it that these people can do this? Because
- 11:22they can, They absolutely can if they want to. So there's not really
- 11:28much you and all honesty can do except you know, deal with it.
- 11:35So be mindful of that. When you're on social media, people now will
- 11:39mess around and destroy your light and they don't care and they'll sit there and
- 11:45and talk about it. So while you just lost your job, these people
- 11:48who coming after you are gonna continue to make your life a living hell.
- 11:52They'll call your family, they'll call your friends, they'll they'll call your landlord,
- 11:56they'll call the police, try to get you locked up. All well,
- 12:00it is for yous. You be amazed what people who don't know how
- 12:03to do real content will do destroy a to destroy a real person's contact.
- 12:09I mean for ours to mess up somebody who's actually a content creator, I'm
- 12:13here to tell you they will do anything because people make money off other people.
- 12:20You see how all these people on TikTok and all these people on YouTube
- 12:22talk about Charles and Netta. You see how all these people talking about all
- 12:28these celebrities. So that's why I said, you gotta be careful. So
- 12:39you just got to understand that you're gonna have people that are gonna sit up
- 12:46here and just tryna make your life a live a namare. But the one
- 12:50thing I think Armand needs to understand is he's got to learn to balance the
- 12:54difference between being on social media and being on a natural professional outlet. A
- 13:03professional outlet, you can't say any and everything that you wanna say. It
- 13:07doesn't work like that. It's not the same as you have in your own
- 13:09website where you're actually on your social media platform saying whatever it is you want
- 13:13to. But even on social media can't because there's a thing called lawsuits.
- 13:18So that's what I want people to understand. You may not you know what
- 13:24I'm saying, think that there's no consequences for this, But I knew when
- 13:30al went to HR. I knew cause the last time Al was on a
- 13:35show, I distinctly remember that he I distinctly remember that he went in and
- 13:45some similar this happened before, so I knew when they had him on the
- 13:48show, I said, if somebody get on there that he's not gonna like,
- 13:54it's gonna be a problem. I forgot what short was he was on,
- 13:56but he was on the show before and the same thing happened. So
- 14:01that's why I said, you know, you got to be you got to
- 14:03be mindful of these things because people grazy. You have people in this society
- 14:09is very very sensitive. So you can't say what you want to, you
- 14:15can't do what you want to. There's just certain things you just you just
- 14:18can't do. Why because you ain't gonna be able to get away with it.
- 14:22Even on podcast. If I sit here and I talk about Chris Brown
- 14:28and I say the wrong thing, you best believe you gonna have people come
- 14:31for you. So i'm'a give you an example of what I'm talking about.
- 14:33There was a video of a girl that was with Chris Brown. I don't
- 14:37know if they were together or what the situation was, but he was with
- 14:39this female and it wasn't neither one of his baby mamas. Anyway, long
- 14:45story short, I ended up noticing that every female that Chris Brown dates,
- 14:50when they walk, they always look down. And so I knew that it
- 14:54was a you know, culture thing because with the Asian w Asian women and
- 15:00when they're with their men, they know me to look down because they're not
- 15:03trying to look at other men. And it's a form of submission. That's
- 15:09pretty much what it is. So when it came down to that and I
- 15:13made that comment, I had two people come in my you know who commented.
- 15:18One called me weird and the other one talking about, well, this
- 15:20person said this, so you know this and you need to read the comments.
- 15:24I said, first of all, let me go ahead and pull up
- 15:28the receipts. So I pulled up the receipts and attached the person that did
- 15:31the d that sent the actual comment. So then another person comes and that's
- 15:35when they said what they said, and I'm like, let me go ahead
- 15:39on and pull up some more information. So I ended up pulling up some
- 15:43more information about the fact of that when it comes to submission and all these
- 15:48other things. So I guess the person thought I was trying to be mean,
- 15:54which I was not. But I don't know cause I ain't been on
- 15:58the the day to see it, they responded to the com to the video.
- 16:02But my thing is for me, I'm gonna always, always, always,
- 16:07always have receipts. I'm never not gonna have no receipts. Every time
- 16:11I do something, I'm gonna make sure I have receipts because even in a
- 16:17job, you got to cover yourself. People ask me when I do notes
- 16:21and stuff for jobs, why it is my notes are so descriptive. Uh,
- 16:25because I'm gonna make sure that my notes are where they're pretty much descriptive
- 16:33because I'm prote. I'm protecting me cause nobody's gonna protect me if something go
- 16:38wrong. So let's say I didn't write a specific note and somebody call in
- 16:42and say, well, I, this is what's going on, and this
- 16:47and this and this, and then there's no notes breaking down the situation or
- 16:51the conversation. This person gonna give them what they want, and then they
- 16:53gonna be like, wait a minute, her n her notes are too broad.
- 16:56I've had that happen when I first started doing customer service. They'll say,
- 17:02oh, your notes are are too broad, they're not broad enough.
- 17:04Then when you make your notes very broad, they're might well they're too broad.
- 17:10Make up your mind. So at I tell you all the time,
- 17:12protect yourself. Protect yourself, because at the end of the day, people
- 17:18are not gonna defend you. And and the way people are letting people go
- 17:22on jobs, the way people are being laid off now and who have done
- 17:27absolutely nothing, you got to protect yourself. And then if you're somebody that's
- 17:33doing good at certain things, they gonna keep you in that position. So
- 17:37at the end of the day, all of this stuff that we've been told,
- 17:41as far as the chance for advancement, the chance to be able to
- 17:45retire, you gonna retire in the same position. Cause nowadays they're bringing they'll
- 17:49say, oh, I need you to work this position until this amount of
- 17:56time. And then they tell you, oh, by the way, I
- 17:57brought somebody else in the position. What do you mean you brought somebody else
- 18:03in the position when I've been doing this position for this whole entire time.
- 18:07So again that's why I said, make sure that before you do something,
- 18:12make sure that you understand when you start doing well at what you do,
- 18:17they gonna be coming to you talking mom some we want you to do more
- 18:21work. You doing three jobs and and w and one job and only getting
- 18:29paid for one, So just be just be mindful of that. So,
- 18:36like I said, you just gotta be very very careful of that because some
- 18:38people at the end of the day, that's what's going on right now.
- 18:45So you just gotta be careful because, like I said, it's just like
- 18:48what happened with Chris Rock and Will Smith when Will Smith slapped him at the
- 18:53Oscars and the only thing they did was tell him he couldn't basically do the
- 18:59Oscars for five years. But yeah, he's got the number one movie in
- 19:03the country last time I checked. So he ended up still making a making
- 19:11up, making a you know, still doing well despite what he did.
- 19:15So, like I said, do y'all really prunish negative people when they do
- 19:18something wrong? Do you really make certain people have to face consequence? Nope,
- 19:23Hobby Rystein did what he did, and next thing you know, now
- 19:29he's he's all his charges have been overturned. So that man is getting out
- 19:33of prison. But yet Bill Cosby his stood they still trying to suit him,
- 19:41and that man is almost eighty ninety years old and they still trying to
- 19:47get money out that man. And the crazy part is Camille. Camille is
- 19:52still staying with him despite what he's done. I think she's like this here,
- 19:56he get ready to pass away soon, and I've been here this long.
- 20:00I'm'a go ahead and just stay until I get what what blown me.
- 20:07So, like I said, you know, it's it's crazy. So you
- 20:15just gotta you just gotta be very mindful of that. So, like I
- 20:21said, I just want people to understand that when you are on a public
- 20:26platform or you on social media, there's a difference. But between just wanting
- 20:33to be a content creator and somebody making a career out of it. It's
- 20:37just like k Kyle Sanet. Kyle Senet is another example of a content creator
- 20:44who's now doing very well for himself. But if you'll notice when Ki was
- 20:49basically talking about Kendrick Lamarsson, honey, he was very mindful of that,
- 20:59very mindful. He was like, let me let me tread lightly, hang
- 21:03on, you know, do anything to piss off Drake. So you gotta
- 21:08understand Ky Sannick. When he's watching it, he said, I wish I
- 21:11could be a thug but he's like, man, I'm not thug. At
- 21:14least he was honest about it. So I I'm at least he was.
- 21:23At least he was you know, he was honest about it. So I
- 21:30can't be mad at somebody that you know is being being honest and telling the
- 21:34truth. I I can't necessarily be mad about it. So I'm just telling
- 21:40people when they come down to these situations, y'all better understand. If you're
- 21:45gonna be a content creator, you got to decide is it about making going
- 21:51viral or is it about being syndicated? That part right now. Being syndicated
- 21:56means you get paid a specific amount per episode. I'll give you an example.
- 22:03I think Seth Rogan makes about I think it's twenty four million a year.
- 22:12He makes twenty four million dollars a year doing podcasts. You have Joe
- 22:18Budden that got that. I think when he first started it was like twenty
- 22:22thousand an episode. No, I forget how much it was, but he's
- 22:26like in twenty thirty thousand an episode. So when you getting paid twenty thirty
- 22:32thousand dollars an episode, you're doing pretty well. But see the difference is
- 22:37these Joe and them are getting paid yearly. So in other words, there
- 22:41if their salary is gonna be one hundred thirty one hundred thousand dollars a year,
- 22:48that means it might be a thousand per episodes somewhere, or ten thousand
- 22:51per episode. It just depends. But if you're somebody making twenty four million,
- 22:56that means you got to be getting paid fifty episode. But either way,
- 23:03that's a lot of money. But then it also includes sponsors. That
- 23:07also includes you know, being able to interview certain you know, guests.
- 23:14So that's why Seth Roding gets paid more because he interviews actual guests. You
- 23:19got Jay Shetty, you got Ryan Howes. These are all people that get
- 23:26paid per episode. They're syndicated. So you have to understand when you syndicated,
- 23:33it's a whole different ballgame here. When you syndicated, the type of
- 23:38content you gonna do is gonna be number one, child friendly and number two
- 23:44is gonna be something that ain't gonna piss people off. You're gonna be very
- 23:48professional. You gonna go in there and do what you need to do,
- 23:52and that's just gonna be it on that So you got to be mindful of
- 23:56that and a lot of y'all do not know how to be mind. A
- 24:00lot of y'all think that when y'all do these podcasts, y'all sitting up here
- 24:04cursing, and you're disrespecting women and disrespecting this person and that person. What
- 24:11y'all don't understand is there are consequences and repercussions and karma to your actions.
- 24:19So I just want people to understand that. I get the fact that you
- 24:23got people out here that are sitting up here. You know, you see
- 24:29all these podcasts, but if you look at their numbers, they get the
- 24:33same numbers every week. They get no new followers, they get know nothing.
- 24:38So at the end of the day, when people don't understand is you
- 24:41got to know what your who your audience is, who your niche is.
- 24:45And you also, once you start getting bigger, start having people that you
- 24:51trust to moderate your channel. Don't let any of these people that's on social
- 24:57media be your moderate. I'm gonna tell you why because it happened to me
- 25:02personally. When you allow just any and everybody to be your moderators, if
- 25:07they don't like somebody, they are not going to They're gonna end up,
- 25:15you know, doing something to where their person is blocked off your channel.
- 25:19So you're gonna have people that's gonna start controlling your channel and start blocking people
- 25:23for no reason. It ain't done nothing. I've seen this happen when I
- 25:27was going after a sex code. I've seen people do this and other platforms
- 25:33where I've seen other people's channels and you come in there, you speak or
- 25:40you're trying to give them money. The next thing you know, you're being
- 25:45blocked for absolutely no reason. You ain't done nothing to nobody, but yet
- 25:51you're being blocked. And then when you go to the person and you let
- 25:55look, this person is constantly blocking me for no reason. That's why I
- 26:00stopped going into a lot of people's channels that I used to watch when I
- 26:03was going after a sex code. I don't watch them no more because every
- 26:07time I go in there, they end up blocking me. So I don't
- 26:11go in there at all. So I just want people to understand that when
- 26:15it come down and stuff like this, you have to be mindful because your
- 26:18fans can also be a problem. So it's just like with Cardi B.
- 26:22I think Cardi B is more in fashion now. I don't think she wants
- 26:26to do another album. That's why I think she's modeling now. I think
- 26:30she is transitioning to something else, and that can happen too. See,
- 26:36what people don't understand is it's about getting in the door, and then once
- 26:41you get in the door, you can decide what it is that you really
- 26:44do wanna do now. It's just like with Taylor Swift. For example,
- 26:48Taylor Swift does not do any sponsors or endorsements. And the reason she does
- 26:56not because she knows her fans are not rich and wealthy people. And I
- 27:00appreciate her for that because not everybody else do things like that. So this
- 27:06girl makes enough money to where she does not need to do any endorsements.
- 27:11People have been trying to get that girl to do endorsements and she just will
- 27:14not do it. She wears stuff that when she's not on the stage,
- 27:18she wears things that are actually affordable that people can actually buy or mimic.
- 27:25So, for example, she wears a lot of these little dresses. I
- 27:29think are so cute, and I forgot they're like baby doll dresses. I
- 27:33think they're the what they are. And I like Taylor's Taylor Swifts style.
- 27:37It's very you it's very normal. So I love the fact that she has
- 27:45done that, that she's thinking along the lines that she's she's basically understanding that.
- 27:56So I love that for her. I I love the fact that she
- 28:00is basically thinking about her her fans, because not everybody thinks like that.
- 28:07They don't care nothing about they fans. All they care about it is they
- 28:10gonna make as much money off they fans as they can make. And that's
- 28:14the one thing about Taylor Swift. Taylor Swift knows her fans don't make but
- 28:18so much money. That's why she makes her concerts affordable for her fans.
- 28:23See, a lot of y'all don't even think about your fans, and that's
- 28:26something that a lot of people don't understand. When you think about your fans
- 28:30and you understand your fans don't have money like that, then you definitely want
- 28:34to, you know, think about that before you say, oh, okay,
- 28:40I'm just gonna I'm just gonna do this. No, you need think
- 28:42about your fans and think about what they have to do deal with, and
- 28:48what they have to do and how much they have to pay for your concerts.
- 28:52Some people are well aware that there is a recession, and they're really
- 28:55like, okay, we' I'm not just gonna, you know, make my
- 28:59fans spend all this money. That would be unfair. So some people really
- 29:03do think about their fans. It's just like for me, when I write
- 29:06this book and I do this book signing, I'm not gonna charge a bunch
- 29:11for my book. I'm gonna make it where it's affordable, because if it's
- 29:15affordable, more people will buy it. If it's expensive, everybody's gonna buy
- 29:19it. It's just like with Savage fenty and The Sacred when it comes to
- 29:25that, you know, the shampoo, the actual sets or whatever, they're
- 29:30not affordable. One hundred and something dollars with some shampoo. Absolutely not in
- 29:33my paying for that. So there are a lot of people that's not gonna
- 29:37pay for it. But yeah, there will be people that will pay for
- 29:40it. But the problem is these people don't know the people that actually got
- 29:45money are not gonna pay for that. It's too expensive. They're not gonna
- 29:48pay for it, even though they they're like, Okay, I support ri
- 29:52Leanna, I s I support Beyonce, but no, hm, hm,
- 29:56absolutely not. So there are a lot of people that's not gonna sit up
- 29:59here and pay for something like that. They're they're just not gonna do it,
- 30:03and I don't blame them. I wouldn't either, So a lot of
- 30:07people are you know, that's what people need to understand. So I I
- 30:15get it, but a lot of people don't understand that when it comes down
- 30:22to doing certain things. I need people to understand that when it comes down
- 30:33to doing these things, I need people to understand that you gotta think about
- 30:38your followers. A lot of y'all don't care about your followers. You don't
- 30:41care about them. You use them to get paid off, to pay money
- 30:45off of I seen one content creator telling people that she's a l she has
- 30:48light skinned privilege, and that sh y'all ain't nothing. See that's what I'm
- 30:52saying. A lot of y'all on social media are just run saying things to
- 30:57basically get people to support you and then turn around and do your audience dirty.
- 31:03What is wrong with y'all? I don't I don't get it. I
- 31:07don't get it at all. So I really want people to try to understand
- 31:15that when it comes down to your audience, you are nothing without them.
- 31:21They're the ones that make you they're the ones that basically are the ones that
- 31:26keep money in your pocket. It's just like if I had a course,
- 31:30for example, that was twenty five hundred dollars and I only had twenty people
- 31:33to buy it, I would be okay with that. Why because if them
- 31:37twenty people get the course and they're like, this course is absolutely fabulous.
- 31:42This course changed my life. This course helped me. I'm glad I bought
- 31:48it because that course is not just for them, it's also for their children
- 31:52and their children's children, because they can pass it down. And then not
- 31:56only that, not only would I give them extra bonuses of extra stuff or
- 32:00extra courses, I would also give them something where they can create their own
- 32:04course for they kids. Yeah, a lot of y'all wouldn't know I would
- 32:07do that. So I mean, that's what I'm saying. It's not just
- 32:12about me selling courses or you know, selling a book. It's about the
- 32:15fact that I hear people say they learned from it, they went through the
- 32:20course, they read the book, the book has helped them. They get
- 32:23a free journal with the book, so they get a free journal with the
- 32:28book. So as they're reading the Book of Recovery, they're actually doing the
- 32:30journal, and the good thing about it is it's something they can continuously continue
- 32:36to use. So all they gotta do is say it with a ca their
- 32:38computer and then they'll have the main copy. And then if they lose the
- 32:43copy, they can contact me and say, well, I lost the copy.
- 32:45Is there anywhere that I can get another copy of the of the Word
- 32:47book? Okay? Cool? If I prove that they they actually bought it,
- 32:53then yeah, absolutely so. I need I need people to understand and
- 33:00that, you know, when it comes down to stuff like this, I
- 33:02just want people to understand you are nothing without your people. And I know
- 33:08a lot of y'all don't wanna accept that. A lot of y'all be like,
- 33:12well, you know, I feel as though that you know, my
- 33:19fans don't Matt, Your fans do matter. Chris Brown says it all the
- 33:22time. He appreciates his fans. Now, the fact that they paying thousand
- 33:27dollars to go see him backstage's crazy to me, cause I ain't doing it.
- 33:30Mm I see him out in about I'm like this, I'm somebody.
- 33:37If I see a celebrity, I am not walking up to that person.
- 33:40I'm not I'm leaving them alone. So i'm'a give you a good example of
- 33:44how I am with people. I met Joe Claire twenty some years ago.
- 33:51I was a mar I think I was like in my early probably late twenties
- 33:54when I met Joe Claire. It was around the time, a little bit
- 33:58after Rap City, after he Rap City on BT, he did a concert
- 34:05where my parents live and my friend was taking pictures with him and he saw
- 34:12me and I'm just standing there. He said, would you like to take
- 34:14a picture. I said, Uh, okay, say I ain't taking a
- 34:19picture with me, So, you know, I I really appreciated the fact
- 34:22that he was nice enough to to take a picture with me. And I
- 34:27don't have a picture anymore because my phone my old phone. I don't I'm
- 34:31not to the same phone company anymore. So I just want people to understand
- 34:36that there is nothing wrong with giving celebrities their space. And if you happen
- 34:42to see them and you be like, you know, I'm sorry to bother
- 34:45you, but I just want to say that I'm a fan of yours and
- 34:49hi. But this is what a lot of y'all do. Before I get
- 34:52into that, the first thing y'all do you'll disrespect the spouse to talk to
- 34:57the celebrity. No, you wanna talk to the spouse first. So let's
- 35:00say, for example, y'all talk about Anthony Macki and how he doesn't like
- 35:06taking pictures when he's with his family. Well, if y'all know that,
- 35:08they're don't approach him, leave alone. Some people, when it comes to
- 35:13the off time, it is their off time. Give them their privacy,
- 35:16give them the space they should be able to go out and do whatever it
- 35:22is that they need to do outside of social media. But yet y'all don't
- 35:30want to get these people no space and no race. It's just like with
- 35:32Jada Waiter and when it comes down to her and who her baby daddy is,
- 35:37and nobody even knew she was pregnant. Don't even know she's pregnant.
- 35:40Now she got a baby by a man that she's not married to. I
- 35:45already went through this with little baby. Now you're gonna have a baby,
- 35:51but another man that left a woman that has triplets, So you see what
- 35:55I mean. I can sit here and talk about celebrity news all day long,
- 36:00but I don't want to because me personally, number one, what I'm
- 36:05gonna do differently, is I'm actually gonna have a blog where I write about
- 36:09celebrities, and I actually you do the blog, and then I might come
- 36:14on social media and do a review of everything. But that's just to bring
- 36:19people to my website. So I need people to understand, don't just be
- 36:22on social media. Just be on social media. Please turn it into a
- 36:25business, even if that means you do digital marketing, even if that means
- 36:30you being a life coach, even if that means you have a blog where
- 36:34people can read on what you said about celebrities. A lot of y'all just
- 36:37don't want to do that. You're on TikTok talking about celebrities, but yet
- 36:43you're not getting paid to do. So. Please forgive me for my confusion
- 36:47because and I understand I'm confused because me personally, I ain't doing nothing for
- 36:53I'm not. Now, if you're somebody like myself, and you wanna do
- 36:57morning inspirations, and you wanna give people morning inspirations, and you see something
- 37:01that may catch your attention, and you might say, Okay, yeah,
- 37:06I am gonna talk about this, But that does not mean I'm gonna sit
- 37:08up here every day and talk about celebrities. I'm just not. And at
- 37:14the end of the day, when you on social media, you gotta know
- 37:15what great power comes responsibility, cause it just does. With great power comes
- 37:20absolute great responsibility. No matter what you do, it's great responsibility. So
- 37:27at the end of the day, for some people, yes, your your
- 37:29podcast may not pick up right away, your your your your YouTube channel or
- 37:37your TikTok channel may not pick up right away, but eventually you gonna say
- 37:42something that's gonna catch people's attention and then they're gonna come on your channel and
- 37:46then listen. So it's okay. If right now you're not you're not doing
- 37:51well. It's really literally okay bigcause like I said, if you if you
- 37:55do your f your videos once a day and they'll leave'em alone. And
- 38:00and and also nothing is it's cool when you wanna stitch things, but put
- 38:06it on a channel where you know that's all you're doing is stitching. Because
- 38:10with TikTok, if you stitch videos, you're not gonna get paid for it.
- 38:15So if you're doing where you just stitching videos, which I gotta change
- 38:19one channel to another channel because of the fact I'm stitching videos. So if
- 38:23you really wanna get paid on TikTok, don't don't stitch any videos unless that
- 38:29channel specifically just for that. Make a channel that's strippy for stuff that you
- 38:32stitch, so if you see something you wanna talk about it, you can
- 38:36actually do so. And then I also have a channel where you're actually doing
- 38:39nothing but your actual real content, so there's nothing wrong with it. So
- 38:45I I mean, cause that's what I did at one time. I I
- 38:47I'll do a channel and then somehow, some way, I'll end up stitching
- 38:52something. And I realize when you try to get on their program, they
- 38:55gonna tell you any videos that you stitch are not gonna get paid because some
- 39:00it's content attached to it, which is fine. So I thought about,
- 39:02you know what, let me go ahead and change this particular channel, cause
- 39:07I'm about to change the channel's name because of the fact I do a lot
- 39:13of stitching. So that's what I intend to do. So, like I
- 39:19said, that way you have a channel that's strictly for stitching, and then
- 39:22you have a channel that's specifically for real content. I recommend that you do
- 39:29it from your computer. When it comes to stitching. When it come to
- 39:32doing these videos, because if you have an iPhone, you're gonna be completely
- 39:36and utterly screwed because with iPhones they're very funny like that. So all I'm
- 39:43all I'm saying to y'all is I I get it. I do. But
- 39:46when you are trying to do anything, you gotta ask yourself are you serious
- 39:52about it? Or you just doing it just because you wanna get followers because
- 39:55you wanna go viral. If you wanna go viral and that's the reason that
- 40:00you're doing it, is not really a legitimate reason to do it. So
- 40:05I just want I want people to understand that if you're serious about being a
- 40:08content creator, then you also need to have products that you're selling because you
- 40:15may not make money off that. So having sponsors is definitely gonna help you
- 40:19out. A lot of y'all put your pay pals and cash apps up,
- 40:22but here's a problem. In twenty twenty five, you might be getting it
- 40:28ten ninety nine form asking why. So if you're on social media and you're
- 40:31getting pay pals and cash apps, you better make sure they put the reason
- 40:37they send me your money you better not put on. Now that you're sending
- 40:40somebody money, you better you better explain why, because I'm here to tell
- 40:45you now them ten ninety them, ten ninety them, ten ninety nine,
- 40:51ten ninety five, see S or S forms. It's coming to your door.
- 40:59But if Donald Trump gets in office, we may not be having taxes
- 41:06next ye that come the year of the next because they're trying to stop income
- 41:09taxes. They tryna stop you from getting any type of inco income tax money.
- 41:15So if anything, you gonna be paying money more so than you gonna
- 41:19be s then you gonna be getting money back. So it's it's about to
- 41:22get pretty crazy. Unfortunately, it really, truthfully speaking, it is.
- 41:27It is about to get insane. So I don't like what's going on,
- 41:35but it's happening. So I hate the fact that this even has to be
- 41:42a a situation, but unfortunately it is. It's it's sad that we even
- 41:51have to deal with this nonsense, but unfortunately we have to. It don't
- 41:59It don't make sense why we have to, but we do. Don't HM.
- 42:08So I just want people to understand that you're gonna have situations that are
- 42:15going to be downright ugly. So if you're trying to be a real content
- 42:20creator, then you need to make sure that you have all your stuff on
- 42:25fleets, point blame period. Just make sure you good. Because I'm saying
- 42:31I'm here to tell you you gonna have people that's gonna say, oh,
- 42:37well, you know you're you're doing this, you are, but just be
- 42:45mindful, That's all I will say. Be mindful because people Christy people are
- 42:53peert and completely and utterly nuts. So I just want you to be prepped
- 43:00that. So just be mindful of that situation. So I get the fact
- 43:13that for a lot of y'all your life, well okay, well we're gonna
- 43:16do this, mm kay. So I just want people to just make sure
- 43:24they're prepped for you know, what is going to happen. Just be prepped
- 43:31for work and just prepared for work because you never know what may or may
- 43:37note have. So I just want people to just you know, be be
- 43:44be mindful of that and that. So I'm saying, I'm not saying that
- 43:51people don't deserve to be happy, or they don't deserve to be in love,
- 43:52and they don't deserve whatever it is they gonna get. Everybody deserves some
- 43:58type of happiness, but just be mindful that you gonna have people that just
- 44:06you know what I'm saying, just be mindful of it. So I hope
- 44:12this information helps y'all out as content creators, because, like I said,
- 44:17I I get the fact that for a lot of you, y'all won't to
- 44:22be happy, and you won't to be in a relationship, and a lot
- 44:28of y'all wanna be successful. But don't listen to people that are making you
- 44:34feel less than what you are. Please don't do that because you gonna end
- 44:37up regretting it later. At the end of the day. You deserve to
- 44:40have, you know, to be happy, and you deserve to have somebody
- 44:45that really cares about you. So I just want people to be mindful of
- 44:53that. That's all I'm saying. So with that beings that, I appreciate
- 44:58y'all for joining me for this episode. I mean, as God is ash
- 45:01Maria, I'm a thank you guys for joining me for this episode. If
- 45:05you guys are interested on coming on my platform as a guest, please hit
- 45:07me up at A s H A dot M A r I A M A
- 45:13zero one at gmail dot com. If you are someone that'ma say it
- 45:20again A s H A dot M A R I A M A zero one
- 45:24at gmail dot com. If you are someone that basically is going through something
- 45:31and you want to basically talk to me about it or one on one coaching,
- 45:38you can reach me the email address as well. You can send me
- 45:43Dear Asher letters. I love Dear Osh letters because of the fact that it
- 45:49means a lot to me to know that I'm able to help people through their

- 45:57just, you know, give me, send me a letter and I can,
- 46:01you know, talk about whatever topic y'all wanna talk about. If there's

- 46:12I'm all about health being. I want people to succeed. I want
- 46:15people to thrive, I want people to grow, I want people to evolve,
- 46:20and that's all I want people to do. So that being said,
- 46:23I am going to go finish my work and I will talk to y'all a
- 46:28little bit later. But just understand that success is not about what you obtained.
- 46:34It's about what you maintain. It's not about just something being handed to
- 46:38you. It's about you doing the work to make it happen. Cause anybody
- 46:42can sit up here and get something for nothing. The question is did you
- 46:46work to get what it what it was that you wanted, And if you
- 46:50didn't, then you know what I'm saying. That's just my point on that.
- 46:54So with that being said, that's all I got to say about that.
- 46:59So with that being said, I will talk to you guys a little
- 47:05bit later. Have a good day off. Hi,
