- 0:46Speaker 1: that allowed us to use their You think unwittingly allowed us.
- 0:51Speaker 2: You think they still know we're using it. I don't know.
- 0:53Speaker 1: I I did the proper things. I I message them.
- 0:56Speaker 1: I have a record of the message that and they said,
- 1:00Speaker 1: I said, can I use this for my podcast Intronautro
- 1:04Speaker 1: And they said yes. And that was many years ago.
- 1:08Speaker 2: And we haven't heard from them since. Like, hey, we're
- 1:10Speaker 2: getting like, we're getting a couple extra YouTube pits.
- 1:12Speaker 1: They're probably getting like, yes, they're probably getting boycotted because
- 1:18Speaker 1: of us, but no, it's not Stu singing or me,
- 1:21Speaker 1: but we cannot sing. Anyways, we're back, so we wanted
- 1:27Speaker 1: to think are patreons. We got a few extra patrons
- 1:30Speaker 1: and we appreciate it.

- 1:37Speaker 1: Rate review, subscribe on Apple Podcasts five stars only, people
- 1:42Speaker 1: five stars only. We're not really looking to improve anymore.
- 1:49Speaker 1: I mean, we're just who we are, so there's no
- 1:51Speaker 1: point in writing a bad review.
- 1:53Speaker 2: No, I don't like the way the wife laughs.
- 1:58Speaker 1: Most people don't like me.
- 1:59Speaker 2: Okay, if they hate the podcast, it's.
- 2:02Speaker 1: Because of me. You know what, though, that's because the
- 2:04Speaker 1: majority of listeners are women, and women are hard on
- 2:08Speaker 1: other women. We are bitches.
- 2:11Speaker 2: Okay, yes, you can.
- 2:13Speaker 1: Be anyways, but men are terrible in a different type
- 2:17Speaker 1: of way.
- 2:18Speaker 2: Yes, we are.
- 2:20Speaker 1: All right, So we are. What did we do? We
- 2:23Speaker 1: went to Fredericksburg. We had fun. So I'm I'm I
- 2:27Speaker 1: know what I was talking about. So I was gonna
- 2:29Speaker 1: talk about the Instagram and the Facebook, and then we'll
- 2:31Speaker 1: move on to the case because we got to get
- 2:33Speaker 1: we got to get snapping because we got another trip
- 2:35Speaker 1: going on. We are headed to a balloon festival. So
- 2:41Speaker 1: so the Instagram and the Facebook. So I had been posting,
- 2:44Speaker 1: I've been I've been trying to figure out what like
- 2:46Speaker 1: I want to like share more of our stuff and everything,
- 2:49Speaker 1: like like I like to cook, so like recipes, but
- 2:53Speaker 1: I also like to read and everything, and we like
- 2:56Speaker 1: to travel. Those are the three things I'm not good at.
- 2:58Speaker 1: I see these videos like I see these video like
- 3:00Speaker 1: these girls like cleaning their houses and everything and organizing.
- 3:03Speaker 1: But the fact is is that I can't do that.
- 3:05Speaker 1: I'm not good at that. Okay, you don't like to
- 3:07Speaker 1: do I don't like to do it, but you don't
- 3:09Speaker 1: like to do I like to travel, I like to read,
- 3:11Speaker 1: and I like to cook.
- 3:13Speaker 2: So that she likes to clean the house, and I
- 3:16Speaker 2: like stew.
- 3:16Speaker 1: To clean up after I do all those fun things.
- 3:19Speaker 1: Ye me, So I'm switching over. If the the Instagram
- 3:25Speaker 1: for the podcast bless This meth Blessed this Mess podcast
- 3:28Speaker 1: is just going to be podcast stuff now on and
- 3:31Speaker 1: then if you want to follow the other one, I'll
- 3:33Speaker 1: put it in the little description and it's like, right
- 3:36Speaker 1: now it's called Blessed it was Blessed this Mess book Club.
- 3:40Speaker 1: Now it's Blessed This Mess TBR. But if you're in
- 3:43Speaker 1: the book world, TBR normally means to be to be read,
- 3:48Speaker 1: But my TBR stands for travel books recipes. So what
- 3:53Speaker 1: I did there, I did so I'm going to share
- 3:56Speaker 1: more of that kind of stuff over on that one.
- 3:58Speaker 1: So if you want to follow along with, like if
- 4:00Speaker 1: you liked my cooking videos or less like just us
- 4:03Speaker 1: traveling and like reading, well that's the one to go follow.
- 4:06Speaker 2: So if you don't want none of that shit, then just.
- 4:09Speaker 1: Stay on the podcast one. Yeah, and I'll share like
- 4:12Speaker 1: true crime, funny things and information about just the podcast
- 4:16Speaker 1: and stuff like that. So all right, well that's all
- 4:20Speaker 1: I have for that. So, yeah, we went to Fredericksburg,
- 4:22Speaker 1: great time.
- 4:23Speaker 2: It was lots of sauer kraut, lots of sausages.
- 4:26Speaker 1: I did want to share that I ate pizza for
- 4:29Speaker 1: three meals today and I felt like that was an accomplishment.
- 4:33Speaker 2: Really you feel bloated.
- 4:36Speaker 1: I know, I felt disgusting. What happens was when I
- 4:39Speaker 1: went to work there, someone had brought a breakfast pizza
- 4:42Speaker 1: and then so I ate pizza then. And then for
- 4:44Speaker 1: some reason, we had pizza in the break room and
- 4:46Speaker 1: I don't ask questions, I just needed so I ate
- 4:50Speaker 1: pizza there. And then I called Stu on the way
- 4:52Speaker 1: home and he's like, yeah, I'm making this breakfast pizza
- 4:54Speaker 1: that you bought from Walmart, and so I officially had
- 4:58Speaker 1: pizza three times today, and it wasn't all from the
- 5:01Speaker 1: same pizza. It was.
- 5:04Speaker 2: In the barracks or a college dorm.
- 5:06Speaker 1: I don't really know how that happened, but I thought
- 5:08Speaker 1: it was funny. All right. On that note, now that
- 5:10Speaker 1: I'm party angered enough people, let's get into our case
- 5:15Speaker 1: out of Georgia. Richard Kevin Check was born June twenty fifth,
- 5:20Speaker 1: nineteen sixty three, in glen Ridge, New Jersey, Jersey, Jersey.
- 5:25Speaker 1: He attended Auburn University and graduated with a degree in art.
- 5:28Speaker 1: Because Aubury University.
- 5:29Speaker 2: Is in Georgia, Alabama.
- 5:31Speaker 1: Oh, it's in Alabama.
- 5:34Speaker 2: Yes, it's in Alabama as far as I know, unless
- 5:36Speaker 2: there's another one in Georgia. But okay, we want everybody.
- 5:39Speaker 1: I'm assuming it's the big one. Then if nobody, if
- 5:42Speaker 1: they didn't specify, feel the need to be like Auburn
- 5:45Speaker 1: University in.
- 5:47Speaker 2: The Gophers the Gophers from.
- 5:48Speaker 1: The go Gophers from from Auburn or something like that.
- 5:54Speaker 1: So he graduates with the degree in art. I couldn't
- 5:59Speaker 1: really find what he did, but I think he made
- 6:01Speaker 1: decent money in the end, Yes, with an art degree store,
- 6:05Speaker 1: but I think he did so Richard. He would meet Stacy,
- 6:09Speaker 1: and Stacey had three sons of her own. They would marry,
- 6:12Speaker 1: and Richard would go on to actually officially adopt her sons.
- 6:16Speaker 1: I had mixed information. Some sources said two, both two
- 6:20Speaker 1: of the sons. Some of them said three. But this
- 6:22Speaker 1: was Stacy's fifth marriage, so I'm not really sure what
- 6:24Speaker 1: the where the mixture of the children came.
- 6:27Speaker 2: So, I don't know if there was like they were
- 6:29Speaker 2: all related to the same father.
- 6:30Speaker 1: Yeah, I don't know if. I don't know if that
- 6:33Speaker 1: one was from a different father or different kind, or
- 6:37Speaker 1: maybe he was a more involved father than maybe the
- 6:39Speaker 1: other two were from a less involved father. I don't know.
- 6:42Speaker 1: I got mixed. I got mixed information either way. He
- 6:46Speaker 1: was a Richard was described as a very nice guy,
- 6:48Speaker 1: very good guy. He really loved her kids treated him
- 6:52Speaker 1: like as his own, to the point where he's adopting them.
- 6:55Speaker 1: He was very active in his community and like things
- 6:58Speaker 1: that involved the boys. He served as a cub Scout
- 7:01Speaker 1: master and cub scout. No cub master, they called him
- 7:06Speaker 1: a cub master. I guess that's boy scouts.
- 7:08Speaker 2: Ah, cub scouts goes in the boy scout Okay.
- 7:11Speaker 1: And he also was a soccer coach, and then he
- 7:14Speaker 1: was active in the children's school and church and everything,
- 7:18Speaker 1: and they seemed like a very happy, blended family, although
- 7:22Speaker 1: Stacy had been married five times, which is a bit
- 7:25Speaker 1: of a red flag.
- 7:27Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean, I can't believe that all those guys
- 7:28Speaker 2: would let her go like that.
- 7:29Speaker 1: I know, Yeah, Stacy fault. I couldn't find what Richard did.
- 7:34Speaker 1: But Stacy did work as a physician's assistant, so she
- 7:37Speaker 1: made good money. Because they make really good money a
- 7:39Speaker 1: physician's assistant.
- 7:40Speaker 2: I have no idea. I've never dated one to know, well,
- 7:44Speaker 2: they make really good money. That's the only place I
- 7:46Speaker 2: get my information.
- 7:47Speaker 1: I mean, I don't think they're making like an anesthesia
- 7:50Speaker 1: a nurse and a distance welcome a nurse, anastitious soup.
- 7:56Speaker 2: I don't even know what you're trying to go with their.
- 7:59Speaker 1: It's a hard word, nurse, a test.
- 8:05Speaker 2: It's like again, it's.
- 8:08Speaker 1: Like a nurse for like an anesthesiologist.
- 8:11Speaker 2: Okay, that's what I would have said that first and
- 8:13Speaker 2: not tried that.
- 8:14Speaker 1: Okay, Anyways, I don't know. Anyways, I think they make
- 8:17Speaker 1: really good money, so they're doing they're doing well, all right.
- 8:20Speaker 1: I had to take a pause, it's nurse a nurse
- 8:23Speaker 1: anestatist Stewart. It's like, you know, it was one of
- 8:28Speaker 1: those words. It's sometimes the word cinnamon. If I think
- 8:32Speaker 1: about it too hard, I can't say it. Like have
- 8:35Speaker 1: you ever just been looking at words and all of
- 8:36Speaker 1: a sudden you they're like words and you just think
- 8:40Speaker 1: how weird they look? Does that ever happen to no Oa?
- 8:45Speaker 1: Or have you ever just like said a word and
- 8:47Speaker 1: then all of a sudden you're saying it and you're like, man,
- 8:49Speaker 1: that's a really weird word, even though it's just a
- 8:51Speaker 1: normal word, but you really something in your brain like
- 8:53Speaker 1: dissociates from it. And it's not just a word that
- 8:56Speaker 1: you say. It's like this thing and when you say it,
- 8:59Speaker 1: it's it feels weird.
- 9:01Speaker 2: Yes, I'll dwell on some of these words too long?
- 9:04Speaker 1: Okay, all right, anyways, nurse anastatist.
- 9:08Speaker 2: Why thank you for that? So on February fourteenth, foun
- 9:13Speaker 2: Times Day, Stacey headed to Belton Bridge Park to meet
- 9:18Speaker 2: her husband, her lovely husband, Richard. Oh.
- 9:21Speaker 1: I forgot to mention that they No, it's about the case.
- 9:25Speaker 1: It's about the case they were living, I believe in
- 9:28Speaker 1: Snellville I couldn't get the exact location. There's Snellville, but
- 9:32Speaker 1: this park is in Lulah, Georgia, which is north east
- 9:37Speaker 1: of Atlanta, Snellville. I believe we did another case out
- 9:41Speaker 1: of snell Wash. Wasn't the girl lady got shot in
- 9:43Speaker 1: the target parking line?
- 9:47Speaker 2: No? Why are you asking me this on the podcast?
- 9:50Speaker 2: I thought you would look this up and I couldn't
- 9:52Speaker 2: even say.
- 9:53Speaker 1: A nastatis Stewart, what do you think? What kind of
- 9:56Speaker 1: operation you think we're running here?
- 9:57Speaker 2: This is true? None one with very slim research.
- 10:02Speaker 1: I wrote this game. It is a little fin I'll
- 10:05Speaker 1: admit on the background for Richard in the family, I understand. Okay,
- 10:09Speaker 1: you know what we were in a time crunch.
- 10:12Speaker 2: Lunch at work. Yep, knocked her.
- 10:14Speaker 1: Out, knocked it out.
- 10:18Speaker 2: Okay. So Stacy goes to the park in lula a
- 10:24Speaker 2: park called Belton.
- 10:25Speaker 1: Park Bridge park Bridge Park.
- 10:27Speaker 2: To meet Richard. Upon arriving, she sees him lying in
- 10:31Speaker 2: a pool of blood. At nine thirty four pm. She
- 10:34Speaker 2: calls nine one one and she frantically describes the scene,
- 10:37Speaker 2: telling the operator that he has been shot and that
- 10:39Speaker 2: he's not breathing. She's crying to the operator, asking how
- 10:43Speaker 2: this could happen. Stacy stays on the phone while.
- 10:46Speaker 1: The thoughts on Alison Happenstace, I know number six.
- 10:51Speaker 2: Stacy stays on the phone while police try to locate her.
- 10:54Speaker 2: It's in the woods, so the area is pitch black.
- 10:57Speaker 2: Stacy has to move her car and point the headlights
- 11:01Speaker 2: towards the main road so that the police can locate her.
- 11:04Speaker 2: Police and medics arrive at the scene to find old
- 11:07Speaker 2: Richard lifeless on the ground. Once they can speak to Stacy,
- 11:11Speaker 2: they ask her why she's out there in the middle
- 11:13Speaker 2: of this park in the dark.
- 11:14Speaker 1: Yeah, it's very strange. I mean it is a completely
- 11:18Speaker 1: unlit wooded area off the beaten path. Like you, it's
- 11:23Speaker 1: odd that they're there. Yes, but she has an explanation.
- 11:26Speaker 2: Okay, what is that explanation? Would you like me to
- 11:29Speaker 2: tell you? She tells police that it was an idea
- 11:33Speaker 2: of Richard's. He thought it would be very romantic to
- 11:36Speaker 2: come out to the woods and exchange Valentine's Day presidents, presidents, presidents,
- 11:42Speaker 2: that's around President's Day, and then make out like a
- 11:46Speaker 2: couple of teenagers.
- 11:47Speaker 1: That sounds that's terrible. What who wants to be too
- 11:55Speaker 1: grown ass? Adults going out in the woods and making
- 11:57Speaker 1: out in your car's.
- 12:00Speaker 2: Maybe you get out of the car and back out. No,
- 12:03Speaker 2: do some necking.
- 12:04Speaker 1: That's just weird.
- 12:05Speaker 2: What you don't like to do some necking? No?
- 12:07Speaker 1: I think this is like this the most strange thing
- 12:10Speaker 1: I've ever heard in my life, that two grown ass adults,
- 12:12Speaker 1: a forty six year old and a thirty.
- 12:14Speaker 2: Eight year old, you're gonna go necking in the woods. Yes, okay,
- 12:18Speaker 2: I think it's plausible.
- 12:21Speaker 1: Maybe they're a role playing I guess is teenagers. I
- 12:23Speaker 1: don't know.
- 12:24Speaker 2: Maybe, So what Stacy tells them is that they decided
- 12:29Speaker 2: to drive separate vehicles and meet up.
- 12:31Speaker 1: Which okay, like two teenagers.
- 12:34Speaker 2: Like two teenagers were them, and Stacy was planning to
- 12:37Speaker 2: meet him there earlier, but she was running the late
- 12:40Speaker 2: around eight forty five. She tells police that she called Richard,
- 12:43Speaker 2: but it went straight to boy Smeil. She finally reached
- 12:45Speaker 2: out reached the meeting point at about nine thirty, and
- 12:49Speaker 2: that is just minutes before the nine to one one
- 12:52Speaker 2: call came in. Now, she said she saw him when
- 12:56Speaker 2: she pulled up and her headlights hit him and his truck.
- 12:59Speaker 2: Because hit the truck, because he was lying on the
- 13:01Speaker 2: ground outside the truck door. She ran to him and
- 13:06Speaker 2: she tried to help him.
- 13:07Speaker 1: But because she is a physician's assistant.
- 13:09Speaker 2: So she would know how, she would know how.
- 13:11Speaker 1: To assist him, and she quickly realized.
- 13:14Speaker 2: This isn't that something's wrong.
- 13:17Speaker 1: Yeah, he's not. He doesn't have it. She knows how
- 13:19Speaker 1: to check for a pulse. She would know if there's
- 13:21Speaker 1: not one in the damage that it was done to
- 13:23Speaker 1: his body.
- 13:23Speaker 2: So that's when she said she called nine one one,
- 13:26Speaker 2: which is a matter of record. Okay, I'm saying she
- 13:33Speaker 2: said she called nine one one, but they can prove
- 13:35Speaker 2: it because she didn't.
- 13:36Speaker 1: Okay, well, I think that.
- 13:37Speaker 2: Was stated state she got the nine one one. I
- 13:43Speaker 2: don't know why.
- 13:43Speaker 1: You added that was a matter of record.
- 13:45Speaker 2: Why you think I'm going rogue here or something?
- 13:47Speaker 1: I think you are because I did not type that.
- 13:50Speaker 1: You haven't stay on script.
- 13:52Speaker 2: No, if I stayed on script, Richard'd be forty nine
- 13:55Speaker 2: years old, not forty six, which is actual age.
- 14:01Speaker 1: Yes, I typed forty nine, and then as we're do redded,
- 14:05Speaker 1: and then I said that's not right, and then we
- 14:07Speaker 1: had to go back and edit. But stud just told
- 14:09Speaker 1: you all how the sausage is made. So all right,
- 14:13Speaker 1: looking at the crime scene, robbery did not appear to
- 14:16Speaker 1: be the motive because Richard's wallet was still there, he
- 14:19Speaker 1: had like a nice watch, his wedding ring was still
- 14:22Speaker 1: on him. I mean his truck was still there too.
- 14:25Speaker 1: I mean, if you're gonna robbery's the motive, you could
- 14:27Speaker 1: have killed him to take trucksuse it was a nice
- 14:29Speaker 1: It was an expensive truck. Truck. I think it was
- 14:31Speaker 1: a Ford F two fifty, which I think is an
- 14:34Speaker 1: expensive truck.
- 14:35Speaker 2: Well, it depends on how old it is.
- 14:37Speaker 1: I don't know. They all seem expensive to me.
- 14:39Speaker 2: You so all there's no one Well today they are
- 14:41Speaker 2: like seventy eighty thousand.
- 14:42Speaker 1: That's like insane.
- 14:44Speaker 2: I thought that were expensive when I bought my last one.
- 14:46Speaker 1: Yeah, so all these all these things are there, the
- 14:49Speaker 1: belongings are there. They also found like the Valentine's gift
- 14:52Speaker 1: he had got for Stacy at the scene. So nothing's taken,
- 14:56Speaker 1: So that doesn't seem to be the motive. Now, upon
- 14:59Speaker 1: a in examination of the body, it did appear that
- 15:02Speaker 1: it was overkill. It was clear that he had been
- 15:05Speaker 1: shot multiple times, well over the amount that was going
- 15:08Speaker 1: to be needed. To get the job done if your
- 15:10Speaker 1: intent was murder. And autopsy would later reveal that he
- 15:14Speaker 1: had been shot twice in the face and twice in
- 15:16Speaker 1: the abdomen, and both of those bullets through his abdomen
- 15:21Speaker 1: exited his body. The position of the bullets and the
- 15:25Speaker 1: casings found on the ground showed that he was shot
- 15:27Speaker 1: as he was exiting his truck. So he gets out, uh,
- 15:30Speaker 1: gets out of the truck, open or opens the door,
- 15:32Speaker 1: gets out of the truck immediately is shot and then
- 15:37Speaker 1: that's when he falls to the ground. The killer then
- 15:39Speaker 1: walks over, stood over him and continues to shoot him.
- 15:43Speaker 1: It appeared that he was ambushed and then this killer
- 15:46Speaker 1: was able to just calmly drive away from the scene,
- 15:50Speaker 1: just killed him and left, didn't take anything, didn't around
- 15:55Speaker 1: full long, didn't call nine one one. They were able
- 16:00Speaker 1: to follow the tire tracks of the vehicle of the
- 16:02Speaker 1: killer and where they sat, as well as where they
- 16:05Speaker 1: drove off after the killing. So they did have Stewart
- 16:11Speaker 1: shut up, Oh my god, you're so annoying you right
- 16:16Speaker 1: one then, So anyway, so that they were able to
- 16:19Speaker 1: see at the scene, they are able to draw a
- 16:22Speaker 1: map of where Richard's tires went and where the killer's
- 16:26Speaker 1: tires went until eventually dropped off on the hard top
- 16:30Speaker 1: and they lost the trips and could not follow him
- 16:33Speaker 1: back to his home. He or she, We don't know,
- 16:37Speaker 1: We don't know. I don't want to type cast over here.
- 16:43Speaker 2: Stacy was taken to the police station to answer a
- 16:46Speaker 2: few questions and try and help the police determine who
- 16:49Speaker 2: might have wanted to kill.
- 16:50Speaker 1: Old Richard, the classic question him.
- 16:54Speaker 2: Stacy told police he was a great husband and father
- 16:57Speaker 2: and he was good to their sons, even adopting two
- 17:01Speaker 2: of them after they got married. Stacy did confess a
- 17:04Speaker 2: secret to the police. Dumb dumb, dumb dum. She was
- 17:07Speaker 2: having an affair with a thirty eight year old physician's
- 17:10Speaker 2: aide named Juan Rees.
- 17:12Speaker 1: Yeah, she just fully openly admitted to this affair right
- 17:16Speaker 1: off the bed. They didn't even have to pry that much.
- 17:19Speaker 2: Well, she's probably seen the show, as were. If they
- 17:21Speaker 2: keep it hidden, then all of a sudden, it looks worse,
- 17:24Speaker 2: it looks worse. So Stacey got one hired on at
- 17:28Speaker 2: the office where she worked as a physician's assistant, and
- 17:30Speaker 2: they spent a lot of time together at the office
- 17:33Speaker 2: as well as going on business trips together. This affair
- 17:36Speaker 2: had been going on for two years. Her husband was
- 17:39Speaker 2: unaware of the affair. As what she told police.
- 17:42Speaker 1: Yeah, she even called him like her boyfriend and stuff.
- 17:46Speaker 1: So I mean, now we see why this is her
- 17:48Speaker 1: fifth marriage, because she can't even.
- 17:50Speaker 2: Stay, can't keep in her pants.
- 17:51Speaker 1: No, she's got a long term I mean she says,
- 17:54Speaker 1: a full on long term relationship with another man. Yeah,
- 17:58Speaker 1: two years is a long time.
- 18:00Speaker 2: How does the husband not even be suspicious of this owner?
- 18:03Speaker 1: Based on that, we can't ask Richard. We don't know
- 18:05Speaker 1: if what he actually knows, or if he was suspicious
- 18:08Speaker 1: or anything.
- 18:09Speaker 2: Well, based on the location of the murder, the police
- 18:12Speaker 2: believed that whoever killed Richard had to have known where
- 18:16Speaker 2: to go find him, since this was not a place
- 18:18Speaker 2: a stranger would just come across somebody.
- 18:20Speaker 1: Yeah, this isn't a Oh I was just driving along
- 18:23Speaker 1: and this person. I decided to rob this person because
- 18:26Speaker 1: they were at the you know, the quick trip over
- 18:29Speaker 1: there getting a hot.
- 18:29Speaker 2: Dog, and I saw him out there putting their money
- 18:31Speaker 2: back in their wallet and thought.
- 18:32Speaker 1: I just this isn't a remote wooded park at the
- 18:35Speaker 1: nine thirty at night.
- 18:36Speaker 2: No, what it can find yeah. So police are there's
- 18:40Speaker 2: zoning in on Old Wan and Stacy's relationship, and at
- 18:44Speaker 2: that this point he is the most likely suspect. They
- 18:47Speaker 2: asked Stacy if they believed Wan would do something like this,
- 18:51Speaker 2: and she emphatically says no. Stacy said the last time
- 18:54Speaker 2: she had contacted Wan was that night. He had texted
- 18:58Speaker 2: her good night, I love you.
- 19:00Speaker 1: Oh.
- 19:02Speaker 2: They asked Stacy if Jan knew they were going to
- 19:05Speaker 2: the park that night, and she said, why, yes, he did.
- 19:09Speaker 2: Stacy's turns over her cell phone and police were able
- 19:12Speaker 2: to see the mini text and calls that were between
- 19:15Speaker 2: Stacy and Wan. At this point, the police believed they
- 19:18Speaker 2: need to bring Old Wan in as he is their
- 19:21Speaker 2: main suspect. So police arrive at Wan's house just after midnight.
- 19:27Speaker 2: They knocked on the door, but no one answered.
- 19:30Speaker 1: Yes, so one's not there.
- 19:32Speaker 2: No one answered, see what I did?
- 19:37Speaker 1: No one answered.
- 19:38Speaker 2: They did not see a car in the driveway or
- 19:41Speaker 2: any indication of him being home.
- 19:44Speaker 1: They continued looking for Wan with no luck.
- 19:47Speaker 2: So are you telling me they could find no one?
- 19:49Speaker 1: No, they could find no one. Oh my god, how
- 19:52Speaker 1: many are we going to have of this?
- 19:53Speaker 2: I don't know how many? Did you how many are you.
- 19:57Speaker 1: Set up the name? Wan did not think about it
- 19:59Speaker 1: when I was typed.
- 20:00Speaker 2: Yes.
- 20:00Speaker 1: So they head to the clinic where he works the
- 20:02Speaker 1: next morning and someone some win walked one walked in
- 20:08Speaker 1: as if nothing had happened. He's just carrying his little breakfast,
- 20:12Speaker 1: he's wearing his little scrubs. Just do to do, to do,
- 20:16Speaker 1: to do. Has no clue what's going on. He willingly
- 20:20Speaker 1: went with investigators to the police station to answer questions.
- 20:24Speaker 1: He said he knew nothing about the murder, and he
- 20:26Speaker 1: even agreed to like, I'll take a polygraph test, don't
- 20:29Speaker 1: do it one now. He did show some deception on
- 20:32Speaker 1: a few questions, including the one asking the one asking
- 20:36Speaker 1: if he was there when Richard was killed. But these
- 20:40Speaker 1: we all know these are bullshit. So police go into
- 20:43Speaker 1: more detail.
- 20:46Speaker 2: Wow, stud, he didn't he drank.
- 20:48Speaker 1: Just missed that one. More detail about his whereabouts, and
- 20:52Speaker 1: he said that he went to a Blockbuster.
- 20:54Speaker 2: Believe it or not, Stu, they were still around.
- 20:58Speaker 1: Yeah, I guess so. I feel like everybody transitioned to
- 21:02Speaker 1: red Box by then.
- 21:05Speaker 2: Yeah, we didn't have one or didn't know we had
- 21:09Speaker 2: a Blockbuster. We had to Blockbuster a couple of times.
- 21:11Speaker 2: Didn't we in twenty ten.
- 21:12Speaker 1: Twenty ten, Yeah, that's the year we started dating. So
- 21:16Speaker 1: I don't think. I don't think that that we were
- 21:18Speaker 1: renting movies from Blockbuster. I'm pretty sure.
- 21:21Speaker 2: There was Cupid's Closet down the road.
- 21:25Speaker 1: We were not going to Cupid's closet or whatever anyway,
- 21:32Speaker 1: so Stuart stop it. So anyway, so they were at
- 21:37Speaker 1: the Blockbuster. But I'm pretty sure red Box was like
- 21:40Speaker 1: a thing then, but this was a smaller towns. Maybe
- 21:43Speaker 1: whenever I was a teenager, though, we were going to
- 21:46Speaker 1: we had a Hollywood video. We thought we were cool.
- 21:48Speaker 2: We had one in life he had at one time.
- 21:50Speaker 1: Yeah, no, and a Blockbuster. Anyways, I still remember going
- 21:54Speaker 1: to run a movie that was like a that's something
- 21:56Speaker 1: the kids will never get to do, and it's sad.
- 21:58Speaker 2: You know, it can be. I mean sometimes a lot
- 22:01Speaker 2: of times it was fun, but then sometimes it was
- 22:03Speaker 2: an ordeal because all the ones you wanted to watch
- 22:05Speaker 2: were gone.
- 22:06Speaker 1: And then when it got to DVDs, they were scratched
- 22:09Speaker 1: all the time. Yeah, so like tapes, they were at
- 22:12Speaker 1: least they weren't they weren't scratched, you know, but you
- 22:15Speaker 1: did get charged to you know, be kind, rewind or
- 22:19Speaker 1: else you get the fee. But the ced the DVDs
- 22:23Speaker 1: they were scratched, and then then you had like Netflix
- 22:25Speaker 1: that they mail them to you, and then red Box
- 22:29Speaker 1: came out with the box where you could get them from.
- 22:31Speaker 1: And then Netflix was like, fuck this, We're just gonna
- 22:34Speaker 1: stream this shit and now look at them, and then
- 22:39Speaker 1: we did. We talked about it. We saw red Box
- 22:41Speaker 1: and I was like, wow, there's still red boxes around.
- 22:44Speaker 1: Who's getting on?
- 22:44Speaker 2: I think it's the kiddo was probably getting video games. Still,
- 22:47Speaker 2: I don't know if they can still stream video games.
- 22:50Speaker 2: I still got to get a disc.
- 22:51Speaker 1: Oh, I'm sure they still have to get a disc.
- 22:54Speaker 1: Yeah to play a video game. That's too much data. Yeah. So,
- 22:58Speaker 1: so he said that he was at the Blockbuster with
- 23:00Speaker 1: his son around five pm and then they went home
- 23:03Speaker 1: and ate dinner with his son and his ex wife
- 23:06Speaker 1: around seven thirty pm.
- 23:07Speaker 2: Wow they got that kind of relation.
- 23:08Speaker 1: Yeah, well, I guess so, and I guess Stacy was
- 23:12Speaker 1: okay with it because she was cheating on her husband
- 23:14Speaker 1: with him, so you can't really complain. They went to
- 23:17Speaker 1: bed around ten thirty pm, and then he said he's
- 23:20Speaker 1: not the best sleeper, so he tossed and turned and
- 23:23Speaker 1: then woke up about three or four hours later, kind
- 23:26Speaker 1: of dozed in and out, and then his alarm went
- 23:28Speaker 1: off at five am for work. He you know, snoozed it,
- 23:35Speaker 1: reset it for five thirty to get those extra thirty minutes,
- 23:39Speaker 1: and then he said he got up and you know,
- 23:42Speaker 1: started his day and bam wam bam, thank you ma'am.
- 23:46Speaker 1: Someone walked into the clinic and with his breakfast sandwich,
- 23:50Speaker 1: wondering why the cops were there. Yeah, so he's this
- 23:54Speaker 1: is his alibi. The police are then like, okay, well
- 23:57Speaker 1: we got this motherfucker around because we're like, hey, yo,
- 23:59Speaker 1: we were at your house Wan at midnight. They were
- 24:04Speaker 1: there from like midnight, and they tried to get in
- 24:06Speaker 1: contact with him, like it was over a couple hours.
- 24:09Speaker 1: So Wan certain he's telling them, you know, hey, if
- 24:11Speaker 1: someone had knocked on my door, ring the doorbell, I
- 24:14Speaker 1: would have heard it and gotten up. I mean, he
- 24:16Speaker 1: was certain that no one had come to his home.
- 24:18Speaker 1: So police are becoming, you know, very suspicious of Wan.
- 24:22Speaker 1: How is he saying that he didn't hear this, how
- 24:24Speaker 1: he didn't get up? And then they find out that
- 24:26Speaker 1: Stacy was actually paying Wan's way in life pretty much.
- 24:31Speaker 1: She paid for an apartment for them to you know,
- 24:35Speaker 1: to do it, as well as his cell phone. She
- 24:37Speaker 1: gave him money for his family, so she's actually participating
- 24:41Speaker 1: in supporting his family, meeting his ex wife and his son.
- 24:44Speaker 1: So this is like, this is really painting a picture
- 24:48Speaker 1: of who Stacy is as well as who Wan is.
- 24:51Speaker 1: That Wan is aware that Stacy is married and he's
- 24:56Speaker 1: living this lifestyle with her. But also this is the
- 24:58Speaker 1: level that Stacy is going to keep a boyfriend up
- 25:03Speaker 1: on the side. I kept a man, yes with the
- 25:06Speaker 1: fifth having a fifth husband and still doing this. This
- 25:09Speaker 1: is insane. Some people just shouldn't get married. I feel
- 25:12Speaker 1: like it's stay. Stacy's won of them.
- 25:14Speaker 2: Are you trying to tell me something?
- 25:15Speaker 1: Maybe? So police are starting to think that maybe one
- 25:22Speaker 1: wanted Richard out of the picture since he's dependent on him.
- 25:26Speaker 1: Maybe he would get more money if Richard was gone
- 25:29Speaker 1: and him and Stacy could be together or something like that,
- 25:32Speaker 1: Like there's motive behind it. Now there's there's just the
- 25:35Speaker 1: general affair. He's saying that I love you, and then
- 25:37Speaker 1: now he's he's financially dependent upon Stacy. Now they had
- 25:41Speaker 1: no concrete evidence on one, so they had to let
- 25:44Speaker 1: him go. So now they've with all this information, they
- 25:47Speaker 1: go to check out his alibi and they find that
- 25:50Speaker 1: he was at a Blockbuster at the time of the killing.
- 25:52Speaker 1: You can see him on the screen on.
- 25:54Speaker 2: All the video surveillance tapes.
- 25:57Speaker 1: Yeah, see him on the video walking with this. He
- 26:00Speaker 1: was actually there later than even when he said. So
- 26:03Speaker 1: they believe that Richard was killed between seven and nine
- 26:06Speaker 1: thirty pm. So it's looking like he wouldn't He wasn't
- 26:10Speaker 1: even possible for him to be out all the way
- 26:13Speaker 1: out there.
- 26:13Speaker 2: Tell the guy run back, pick up his go shopping
- 26:16Speaker 2: for some videos.
- 26:17Speaker 1: Yeah. So they also bring in the ex wife and
- 26:19Speaker 1: she confirmed that he was home as well, and so
- 26:22Speaker 1: like the ex wife really doesn't have him. If anything,
- 26:25Speaker 1: she might want to scream over and be like.
- 26:27Speaker 2: No, I ain't saying that motherfucker. All know, Yes, I
- 26:29Speaker 2: don't know what he's talking about.
- 26:31Speaker 1: So they now had to rethink their entire theory.
- 26:36Speaker 2: Yes, having trouble reading. It's late, it's almost ten pm.
- 26:39Speaker 1: I know. They had to god blastic rethink their entire
- 26:46Speaker 1: theory because he was not the one.
- 26:49Speaker 2: He was not the one.
- 26:51Speaker 1: He was not the one. They were like.
- 26:55Speaker 2: Investigators revisit the family and find that Richard was described
- 26:59Speaker 2: as a and that no one would want to hurt him.
- 27:02Speaker 1: Stevie Stevie, Oh okay, so there you go.
- 27:06Speaker 2: Well I'm not going to stir us two and three times?
- 27:09Speaker 1: Are you?
- 27:09Speaker 2: Let's talk about this pizza that you made fun of
- 27:11Speaker 2: me about?
- 27:12Speaker 1: Oh with the cardboard?
- 27:14Speaker 2: Yes.
- 27:14Speaker 1: Whatever.
- 27:15Speaker 2: Stacy even went on television to tell the public how
- 27:19Speaker 2: great her husband was and hoping someone would know something
- 27:22Speaker 2: about who murdered Richard. With the family and friends having
- 27:27Speaker 2: no new suspects for them, they were at a dead
- 27:30Speaker 2: end and they had the tire tracks at the scene,
- 27:32Speaker 2: but no match to a vehicle.
- 27:34Speaker 1: There were evidence, they never found the murder weapons or
- 27:39Speaker 1: anything like that.
- 27:40Speaker 2: Way to run the ending for us.
- 27:44Speaker 1: Anyways, But so they saw those tire tracks, but they
- 27:46Speaker 1: didn't know. They were still trying to track down what
- 27:49Speaker 1: tires those those went with, what car? Well, she could
- 27:53Speaker 1: be on any car, I guess, but there's certain times.
- 27:55Speaker 2: Well that is what we learned from my cousin Vinny.
- 27:57Speaker 2: If the most popular model of tire was on the
- 28:00Speaker 2: suspect's car.
- 28:01Speaker 1: So we don't know if this was the most popular
- 28:04Speaker 1: type of tire.
- 28:06Speaker 2: They were at a loss when they received a strange
- 28:09Speaker 2: call from a coworker at the clinic. They found that
- 28:12Speaker 2: Stacy had deleted her emails in the three days leading
- 28:16Speaker 2: up to the murder, and they were able to recover
- 28:18Speaker 2: the deleted emails and they were about money transfers to
- 28:22Speaker 2: a coworker of Stacy's by the name of Lenitre Ross Stewart.
- 28:29Speaker 2: The total amount was ten thousand and two dollars.
- 28:33Speaker 1: That's a large amount of money.
- 28:34Speaker 2: Yes it is. I don't know why we got the
- 28:36Speaker 2: two dollars in there.
- 28:37Speaker 1: But just what it was transferred to.
- 28:40Speaker 2: Inflation of the day. They contacted Stacy about the money
- 28:45Speaker 2: and she immediately hired an attorney. After she hired Seid attorney,
- 28:50Speaker 2: she would no longer speak to the police without her attorney.
- 28:54Speaker 1: They brought into set attorney so many times.
- 28:56Speaker 2: That's the drinking word of the day. They brought in
- 29:00Speaker 2: Lenitra and she told police that Stacy was her landlord
- 29:04Speaker 2: and she had done some work on the property and
- 29:07Speaker 2: that Stacy was paying her for that work.
- 29:09Speaker 1: And it was true. Stacey was the landlord. That's why
- 29:12Speaker 1: I said, I don't know what Richard did, but they
- 29:13Speaker 1: seem to have quite a bit of money. I mean
- 29:15Speaker 1: she's paying for boyfriends upkeep. They own a house, like
- 29:21Speaker 1: an ex rental property.
- 29:22Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, that's what they call them.
- 29:24Speaker 1: Okay, whatever, it's late, Okay, it is nine fifty five
- 29:28Speaker 1: at night. This is basically it might as well be
- 29:30Speaker 1: two am.
- 29:31Speaker 2: It might as well be getting kicked out of the club. Yeah,
- 29:34Speaker 2: she confirmed it was for about ten thousand dollars. This
- 29:37Speaker 2: sounded plausible two detectives, but they would need to look
- 29:40Speaker 2: into it further, so they did.
- 29:43Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean, it's not out of the realm of
- 29:45Speaker 1: possibilities that she was just doing some like painting or
- 29:49Speaker 1: something like updating the property and then exchanging it for
- 29:52Speaker 1: rent and possibly money. So they continue to look for evidence,
- 29:56Speaker 1: and so they pull these phone records from the getting desperate,
- 30:00Speaker 1: so they're like, okay, let's pull all the phone records
- 30:03Speaker 1: from a nearby cell tower that was close to the
- 30:06Speaker 1: murder side. That was the closest to the murder side.
- 30:08Speaker 1: So this could be any phone calls from any anybody
- 30:12Speaker 1: in the area. Now it's a long shot because there's
- 30:15Speaker 1: over two hundred pages of cell phone records between the
- 30:19Speaker 1: seven thirty PM and the nine PM when they believe
- 30:22Speaker 1: the murder occurred. So they're looking through these They're like,
- 30:25Speaker 1: we're not getting anywhere. So they's like, okay, we need
- 30:27Speaker 1: to narrow it down some somehow. So they take all
- 30:30Speaker 1: the contacts in Stacy's phone, the numbers, and they cross
- 30:34Speaker 1: references to the list. Well, surprisingly, Stu tell me they
- 30:39Speaker 1: they find a match to a contact saved in Stacy's
- 30:43Speaker 1: phone called mister Results.
- 30:46Speaker 2: Oh okay, White Loss.
- 30:49Speaker 1: Yes, and so this number that's in Stacy's phone is
- 30:55Speaker 1: mister Results and it made there was a phone call
- 30:59Speaker 1: made to this number or no from this number at
- 31:04Speaker 1: the cell phone tower. So they now need to find
- 31:07Speaker 1: out who who is this person mister Results? Could it
- 31:10Speaker 1: be a weight loss coach?
- 31:12Speaker 2: Like Stu said, maymi.
- 31:15Speaker 1: So then they look at who is the myster Results?
- 31:17Speaker 1: Who is he calling? Well, it's another person that they know.
- 31:20Speaker 1: It is miss Lenitra Ross, the woman the Stacey had paid.
- 31:24Speaker 1: So now we got all this shit going on next
- 31:26Speaker 1: to this phone tower, this cell tower that's where the
- 31:29Speaker 1: murder occurred. So then they're trying to fire out, Okay,
- 31:33Speaker 1: who's mister Results. The guy's like, hey, let me just
- 31:35Speaker 1: throw it into Google and see what happens. Well, then
- 31:36Speaker 1: he googles mister Results Georgia and that phone and that
- 31:40Speaker 1: phone number pops up for a personal trainer in Astelle, Georgia,
- 31:45Speaker 1: which is actually where Lenitra is from. It's all coming together.
- 31:50Speaker 1: They find out from his bio page on the Mystery
- 31:53Speaker 1: Results Personal Training web page that his name is actually
- 31:57Speaker 1: Reggie Colin Reggie. They searched phone records and found that
- 32:01Speaker 1: Reggie he never directly called Stacy, but there is a
- 32:04Speaker 1: series of phone calls, so Reggie would call at the
- 32:08Speaker 1: same times or like you know, one after another, Reggie
- 32:12Speaker 1: would call Lenitra and then right after that phone call
- 32:15Speaker 1: happened on his phone records, on the on Stacy's phone records,
- 32:19Speaker 1: Leniitra was calling Stacy. So it's like they were making
- 32:22Speaker 1: sure there was no connection.
- 32:25Speaker 2: Direct connection, yeah, Stacy to Reggie.
- 32:28Speaker 1: It was appearing that Leniitra was the go between for
- 32:31Speaker 1: Reggie and Stacy. So they see all these phone calls
- 32:36Speaker 1: on that cell tower that night going to this train
- 32:40Speaker 1: of phone calls, and they believe that that was Reggie
- 32:44Speaker 1: calling the Nietra and Lenira is calling Stacy letting them know,
- 32:48Speaker 1: you know, had been done. Well, no, letting them know
- 32:51Speaker 1: what the timing was, confirming do we really want to
- 32:54Speaker 1: do this and everything that, and then giving the go
- 32:57Speaker 1: ahead to kill Richard. They also found the text that
- 33:01Speaker 1: night from the murder where Lenitra she texts Stacy saying
- 33:05Speaker 1: she was coming in later the next day in happy
- 33:09Speaker 1: Valentine's Day, and they believe that's the text that was like,
- 33:12Speaker 1: it's done, It's done, it is done. So they and
- 33:17Speaker 1: this would this would signal also Stacy that it's time
- 33:20Speaker 1: for you to drive out and find Richard and be like,
- 33:23Speaker 1: oh my god.
- 33:24Speaker 2: I can't believe in yeah, oh my god.
- 33:27Speaker 1: So they now know that Reggie killed Richard, but they
- 33:30Speaker 1: needed to connect the money from Lenitra to Richard because
- 33:34Speaker 1: they still had no direct They have Stacy giving Lenitra
- 33:37Speaker 1: the money, but they still need to get that last
- 33:39Speaker 1: little link between Lenitra and Reggie. For the money trail,
- 33:44Speaker 1: they got to follow it, yes, follow the money.
- 33:46Speaker 2: Yes. So what they did is they pulled Reggie's bank
- 33:49Speaker 2: account and found that just days before the murder, he
- 33:52Speaker 2: had cashed a check from Lanitra at the bank. Now
- 33:56Speaker 2: they had the trail of cash, another piece of evidence
- 33:58Speaker 2: they were able to tie to Stacy to ty Stacy
- 34:02Speaker 2: to the murder for hire or the tires that belonged
- 34:05Speaker 2: to a Chevy and Palla. Stacey owned she had just
- 34:08Speaker 2: sold the car shortly after the murder, and they believed
- 34:12Speaker 2: she let Reggie borrow that car to carry out the
- 34:15Speaker 2: crime so Richard would not be suspicious of a strange
- 34:18Speaker 2: vehicle at the park, which.
- 34:20Speaker 1: Is why they believed. Because they were also having a
- 34:22Speaker 1: hard time understanding link if you're out in the middle
- 34:24Speaker 1: of the woods and it's dark and you can't in
- 34:26Speaker 1: everything in a strange vehicle pulls or is out there
- 34:30Speaker 1: with you, well on earth would you get out of
- 34:32Speaker 1: the car? And so they're trying to figure out why,
- 34:34Speaker 1: and now they realize, like, oh, he thought that was
- 34:37Speaker 1: his wife life in that impoula m m m.
- 34:43Speaker 2: So they recovered the vehicle and the tires matched. They
- 34:46Speaker 2: now had enough to arrest all three of them. They
- 34:49Speaker 2: gave Lenitra a chance to flip on the other two,
- 34:52Speaker 2: but she did not take the bait. They now moved
- 34:55Speaker 2: on to Reggie. He was not giving police any confession.
- 34:59Speaker 1: Lenitra should have go given it all up because she
- 35:01Speaker 1: had the least uh she would have had the least
- 35:05Speaker 1: she could have walked out of there. Probably not. Yeah,
- 35:07Speaker 1: they would have been like, okay, if you just tell
- 35:09Speaker 1: some stuff, we'll just give you some probation and you
- 35:11Speaker 1: can like walk out of here. She should have flipped
- 35:13Speaker 1: on these fuckers in a heartbeat.
- 35:15Speaker 2: Yep, she should have, because they finally got to Stacey.
- 35:18Speaker 2: Bitch flipped immediately and admitted to the whole thing.
- 35:21Speaker 1: Do trust her?
- 35:24Speaker 2: Is so just trying to kill her husband.
- 35:26Speaker 1: She's like the worst person ever. She's she's killed. She's
- 35:29Speaker 1: hired someone to kill her husband, who's apparently this like
- 35:33Speaker 1: great guy that's like great to her kids and everything,
- 35:35Speaker 1: but on top of it, she's a shitty ass a
- 35:38Speaker 1: partner in crime. There are other two people stood stood strong.
- 35:43Speaker 1: I'm not telling anything. I want to flip. Even though
- 35:46Speaker 1: I could get out of this scott Free and.
- 35:49Speaker 2: Yeah I'm told, yeah, no, I don't do the Scotch again.
- 35:52Speaker 2: We finally got you back to Scott Free.
- 35:54Speaker 1: I could get out of this, and this bitch just
- 35:56Speaker 1: flips like immediately, she's like, well, let me tell you
- 35:58Speaker 1: what happened.
- 36:00Speaker 2: Let me paint you a story.
- 36:03Speaker 1: Oh my god, She's just the worst.
- 36:06Speaker 2: Stacy said that they had been planning a meeting, and
- 36:12Speaker 2: he was supposed.
- 36:13Speaker 1: To show she had a planning meetings.
- 36:14Speaker 2: They had a planning meeting, and that Reggie a meeting. Okay,
- 36:19Speaker 2: calm down, and that Reggie where to God. Reggie was
- 36:22Speaker 2: supposed to shoot him once and then rob him, but
- 36:26Speaker 2: Reggie panicked and did not take anything. Stacey told police
- 36:29Speaker 2: that Reggie was to receive ten thousand dollars and he
- 36:32Speaker 2: was going to get to keep the Impala. Leniitra was
- 36:35Speaker 2: going to keep the house that she was living in.
- 36:38Speaker 2: But they had to start the cover up and the
- 36:40Speaker 2: sale sale of the Impala, start to.
- 36:43Speaker 1: Cover up, and they had to sell the Impaula because
- 36:46Speaker 1: they now couldn't just let Reggie keep the Impaula because
- 36:51Speaker 1: he messed up the whole story of it being robbed,
- 36:53Speaker 1: and are like, okay, now this looks like a murder
- 36:55Speaker 1: for hire, so we need to start covering up evidence
- 36:57Speaker 1: by getting rid of the car. First off, you read
- 37:00Speaker 1: that wrong.
- 37:01Speaker 2: I did not you put sale.
- 37:03Speaker 1: Instead of said.
- 37:06Speaker 2: Had to start the cover up and say sail the Impala,
- 37:12Speaker 2: not sale, You mean the sale of the Impala.
- 37:16Speaker 1: What's the difference?
- 37:18Speaker 2: S E L L S A L E.
- 37:19Speaker 1: Whatever. Tomato Tomato now blue. So once they have all
- 37:28Speaker 1: these stories, the whole story from Stacy, they go ahead
- 37:32Speaker 1: and with Lenitra, they she went to trial, she was
- 37:35Speaker 1: convicted and sentenced to life in prison. Again, she should
- 37:38Speaker 1: have flipped on them, Lesson.
- 37:39Speaker 2: Learned, probably got a ten to fifteen out of it.
- 37:43Speaker 1: I think she could have just they probably would have
- 37:45Speaker 1: just let her walk, like be out of it completely.
- 37:47Speaker 1: All she did was kind of.
- 37:50Speaker 2: Find the metal person.
- 37:51Speaker 1: Yeah. Reggie Coleman, he ended up pleading guilty. I guess
- 37:55Speaker 1: he saw the path of nature was going on. He's like, well,
- 37:58Speaker 1: I'm not as plead guilty, So he played guilty to
- 38:00Speaker 1: murder and received life without the possibility of parla.
- 38:04Speaker 2: He actual Georgia'll kill you.
- 38:05Speaker 1: Yeah, he actually killed Richard and then in cold blood
- 38:09Speaker 1: some guy he didn't even know just walks up and
- 38:11Speaker 1: shoots him for ten thousand dollars. Come on, they said,
- 38:15Speaker 1: Then Paula was valued about fifteen thousand dollars, so he
- 38:19Speaker 1: did this for twenty five thousand dollars. I mean, you guys,
- 38:21Speaker 1: I mean you got to up your rate. So then
- 38:24Speaker 1: it came down to Stacy. Stacy, she pled guilty to
- 38:27Speaker 1: murder and she received life in prison without the possibility proll,
- 38:31Speaker 1: and she is now onto her sixth spouse, a another
- 38:38Speaker 1: female prisoner named Kimberly. Really no, I'll just make that up.
- 38:44Speaker 1: But I bet she's been married in prison a couple
- 38:46Speaker 1: times already.
- 38:46Speaker 2: I got that gave for the thing prison marriage.
- 38:49Speaker 1: Well, it's safe for life, so yes, it's more of
- 38:52Speaker 1: a more of a lifestyle choice.
- 38:54Speaker 2: Well, I don't know if she got herself a pen pal,
- 38:56Speaker 2: and she might. Can they get the kind of a
- 38:57Speaker 2: gold visits there.
- 39:00Speaker 1: Don't know. But if you get life in prison.
- 39:01Speaker 2: For murder, Well, she's not on death row.
- 39:03Speaker 1: No, she's probably just in gin Pop. So yeah, she might.
- 39:07Speaker 1: I'm sure she's married again, Like.
- 39:09Speaker 2: There's not sure there's some dude out there buying her commisa.
- 39:11Speaker 1: She's probably married to a woman in prison as well
- 39:14Speaker 1: as married to a man outside of prison.
- 39:16Speaker 2: Well, the prison marriage is probably not you know, I
- 39:19Speaker 2: ain't got a certificate on it.
- 39:21Speaker 1: To the other inmate, I don't know what they let
- 39:22Speaker 1: him do in prison.
- 39:25Speaker 2: Well, in lock up they can. They can get their
- 39:27Speaker 2: little promise rings, but they switch off a lot, and
- 39:28Speaker 2: it seems like there's a lot of.
- 39:29Speaker 1: That's what I'm saying Stacy's probably living her best life
- 39:32Speaker 1: in prison like New Wife every week.
- 39:37Speaker 2: The why she likes it variety?
- 39:39Speaker 1: Yes, anyways, all right, well that's our that's our episode
- 39:44Speaker 1: for this week. Stude, do you have a yell Jesus?
- 39:47Speaker 2: I always have a yelling made Jesus.
- 39:49Speaker 1: Okay, are you ready to go?
- 39:50Speaker 2: I am always ready to go?
- 39:51Speaker 1: Okay, let's go.
- 39:52Speaker 2: All right. Woman calls cops over bad batch of meth.
- 39:59Speaker 2: Wanted to file charges against the dealer Florida or not.
- 40:03Speaker 1: Florida, That is not Florida.
- 40:07Speaker 2: Okay. This is coming to us from Fox fifty nine
- 40:11Speaker 2: by a guy and then Tyler Hahn, Lawrence County, Indiana.
- 40:16Speaker 2: A Lawrence County woman is facing felony narcotics charge after
- 40:20Speaker 2: calling nine to one one to report her dealer for
- 40:24Speaker 2: providing an inferior batch of meta amphetamine earlier this year.
- 40:28Speaker 1: Did she do another story similar to this a long
- 40:33Speaker 1: time ago?
- 40:34Speaker 2: It wasn't that long ago, but the guy called it.
- 40:38Speaker 2: He was like the breaking bad guy that called the
- 40:40Speaker 2: cops on himself by accident. Oh yeah, because he was
- 40:44Speaker 2: high on his own product, I think now. According to document,
- 40:48Speaker 2: Sarah Harris thirty four called police from I don't know
- 40:52Speaker 2: what open line calls to turn the person in who
- 40:55Speaker 2: had supplied her with tainted meta amphetamine that she had
- 41:00Speaker 2: complain made her feel like she was going to have
- 41:02Speaker 2: a heart attack.
- 41:03Speaker 1: Well, I think that's just regular.
- 41:05Speaker 2: Met I think so. These calls prompted an officer to
- 41:08Speaker 2: pay a visit to the residence in Bedford to ensure
- 41:11Speaker 2: that everyone was okay. Harris reportedly went on to request
- 41:15Speaker 2: that the substance be tested and indicated that she wanted
- 41:20Speaker 2: to file charges against the individual who sold her the narcotics.
- 41:24Speaker 2: Court document said. The woman reportedly told responding officers that
- 41:29Speaker 2: she had a friend. Her and a friend had enjoyed
- 41:32Speaker 2: a normal bowl of meth earlier this year. On January tenth,
- 41:37Speaker 2: Harris explained to officers that she felt as if she
- 41:39Speaker 2: was going to have a heart attack after allegedly ingesting
- 41:43Speaker 2: more metha emphetamine she had acquired later that same night.
- 41:47Speaker 2: Court documents said she went on to state that she
- 41:50Speaker 2: reportedly felt dizzy and was going to experience and was
- 41:54Speaker 2: going to experience hallucinations after using the new batch of
- 41:58Speaker 2: narcotics she had alleged purchased. The woman went on to
- 42:02Speaker 2: reportedly hand a small baggie containing a crystal like substance
- 42:06Speaker 2: that later tested positive for metha amphetamine.
- 42:11Speaker 1: Sir, sir, this is an inferior product, Harris.
- 42:18Speaker 2: Harris was subsequently arrested and brought to Lawrence County Jail,
- 42:23Speaker 2: where she was preliminarily charged with possession of meta and
- 42:27Speaker 2: feminine amphetamine. I got it right all the way till
- 42:30Speaker 2: the end, which is a level six felony, which I'm
- 42:33Speaker 2: not sure what a level six felony is in Lawrence County.
- 42:36Speaker 2: It does not sound good.
- 42:37Speaker 1: You really didn't do any research.
- 42:39Speaker 2: I did not. I found the story and I read
- 42:40Speaker 2: this story. I didn't even write the story. I didn't
- 42:43Speaker 2: even modify the story. Tyler Hahn. Tyler Hahn did this
- 42:47Speaker 2: six months.
- 42:48Speaker 1: Should have told us what a level six felony was.
- 42:51Speaker 2: Yeah, I don't know.
- 42:51Speaker 1: We need some background on that.
- 42:53Speaker 2: I don't know. I don't know if the higher the
- 42:55Speaker 2: number gets the worse it gets, or the lower the
- 42:57Speaker 2: number is the worst at the felony charge it's a
- 43:00Speaker 2: level one felony.
- 43:02Speaker 1: I feel like the level one is the worst in
- 43:04Speaker 1: most cases. Yeah, because because level because it could go
- 43:08Speaker 1: endless for I don't I don't know, because nobody knows
- 43:11Speaker 1: what a level six is.
- 43:12Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm guessing level one. And you had got a
- 43:14Speaker 2: trunk full of maths.
- 43:15Speaker 1: It could be like because it's if it's like a
- 43:17Speaker 1: level one prison breach or something like that, that's a
- 43:19Speaker 1: really bad situation.
- 43:21Speaker 2: Means they all got out.
- 43:22Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, is that your story?
- 43:27Speaker 2: That's my story?
- 43:28Speaker 1: Is meth the one that they go to. We watched
- 43:31Speaker 1: that show Painkiller, didn't we was that what it was called?
- 43:35Speaker 1: And it was about oxy cotton and.
- 43:40Speaker 2: Content. I guess you pronounce it. Yeah, they were going
- 43:44Speaker 2: to they're getting there now they're getting heroin. Heroin were
- 43:48Speaker 2: trying to get the black car.
- 43:50Speaker 1: That was a pretty good show. We watched it. Pretty
- 43:53Speaker 1: It was pretty good. It wasn't like it was like
- 43:56Speaker 1: a real it was like a true events. But they
- 43:59Speaker 1: were actors in it.
- 44:00Speaker 2: Yes, and there was a lot of liberties take and
- 44:02Speaker 2: I'm guessing.
- 44:04Speaker 1: And mel Well they amalgams. They said that was a
- 44:07Speaker 1: amalgamation amalgamations of multiple so like the so there's only
- 44:12Speaker 1: one investigator.
- 44:12Speaker 2: They crazy from Orange is the New Black.
- 44:15Speaker 1: But she's not crazy eyes in this one.
- 44:17Speaker 2: She's crazy in this one.
- 44:18Speaker 1: No, she's crazy in a different way though, Yes, But
- 44:21Speaker 1: she's like the she embodies like all the investigators that
- 44:25Speaker 1: really went in on what are they called? What is it?
- 44:28Speaker 2: What is They were investigating medicaid fraud, so they were no, what.
- 44:33Speaker 1: Is the company called that did this? Oh that's still billionaires.
- 44:39Speaker 1: I mean they mentioned it so many times. I had
- 44:41Speaker 1: that dancing pill and I know the name stuffed animal, uh, Perdue,
- 44:49Speaker 1: Perdue Medical Pharma. Yeah, so they were investigating. But it's
- 44:55Speaker 1: and then like the cells lady, she's like a you know,
- 44:59Speaker 1: all of them combined and it just is she represents
- 45:02Speaker 1: all the the the young girls that they sent out
- 45:05Speaker 1: to sell the pills to the doctors and everything. Anyways,
- 45:08Speaker 1: I recommend it. It was on Netflix, I think yes. And
- 45:12Speaker 1: then we also watched Love on the Run. Yeah, that's
- 45:17Speaker 1: the one where the guy with the finished it did
- 45:19Speaker 1: you find without you? Oh?
- 45:21Speaker 2: You suck?
- 45:22Speaker 1: Then she did kill herself at the end. They believe
- 45:26Speaker 1: she did.
- 45:26Speaker 2: Well. I kind of saw that in the headlines. I
- 45:28Speaker 2: know what was going on.
- 45:29Speaker 1: He didn't though, He's like, back to prison. She couldn't
- 45:34Speaker 1: go to prison because she would get just it would
- 45:36Speaker 1: be terrible for her because she was a cop or
- 45:38Speaker 1: she was a prison Yeah. Guard our prison director. Anyway,
