- 0:42Speaker 1: So check out okx dot com. All right, let's go
- 0:45Speaker 1: over to a couple of points I want to lead
- 0:47Speaker 1: off with first, and this is of course none other
- 0:50Speaker 1: than Elizabeth Warren. Take a look.
- 0:53Speaker 2: We could be presenting big banks from saddling customers with
- 0:57Speaker 2: overdraft fees, but instead of that, why are we working
- 1:01Speaker 2: on this? According to a survey by crypto Neews, outlet
- 1:05Speaker 2: coin disk just one percent of respondents ranked crypto as
- 1:11Speaker 2: their top concern. Look, our job is to serve the
- 1:14Speaker 2: American people, all right.
- 1:16Speaker 1: Well, I love how Warren always does that, and she's
- 1:19Speaker 1: an expert at this. By the way, in only calling
- 1:22Speaker 1: out some of the facts, well let's call out the
- 1:24Speaker 1: rest of the fact, Senator Warren. Yes, one percent of
- 1:27Speaker 1: US registered voters named crypto as their top concern. However,
- 1:30Speaker 1: three percent called it this single most important midterm issue.
- 1:35Speaker 1: That is this sink. Three percent would sway an election
- 1:39Speaker 1: for all you Democrats, all you Republicans, three percent of
- 1:42Speaker 1: your constituents will sway an election as the number one
- 1:46Speaker 1: issue right there. Twenty two percent said it's an important issue,
- 1:51Speaker 1: and forty percent said they'd vote for a candidate that
- 1:54Speaker 1: was aligned with digital assets. That's the numbers. This is crazy,
- 1:58Speaker 1: and these are the kind of things, the little trickeries
- 2:01Speaker 1: that Senator Warren is known for. Let's go to another clip,
- 2:04Speaker 1: because this is even her going a little bit further.
- 2:07Speaker 2: Take a look, we have never had a single hearing
- 2:12Speaker 2: on this bill and amendment to help community banks. We
- 2:15Speaker 2: won't even get a hearing today, much less a vote now.
- 2:19Speaker 2: A year ago, some of you may remember they promised
- 2:22Speaker 2: will fix the yield issue it was.
- 2:26Speaker 3: Let me just say this very clearly, because I'm not
- 2:28Speaker 3: going to go back and forth on this issue. Our
- 2:30Speaker 3: bill first came out in June of last year. Since
- 2:34Speaker 3: June of last year, we've added thirty three thousand words
- 2:38Speaker 3: two hundred and nineteen pages in an effort to make
- 2:43Speaker 3: this legislation as bipartisan as humanly possible. This process has
- 2:49Speaker 3: been transparent, it has been hard, and it has been
- 2:52Speaker 3: clear for the American people who are watching this process.
- 2:56Speaker 1: Listen, I know we've covered it a lot. I'm just
- 2:58Speaker 1: looking at hearings on our chain. That's the list right there.
- 3:01Speaker 2: Guys.
- 3:01Speaker 1: You just go through them man over and over and
- 3:04Speaker 1: over hear hearing, hearing all about crypto. This is all
- 3:09Speaker 1: Why can't they bring this stuff up? If this is
- 3:12Speaker 1: so concerning to these senators, that these regional banks are
- 3:16Speaker 1: going to be dealing with this, why would they have
- 3:17Speaker 1: not brought this before now? And the killer issue here
- 3:22Speaker 1: is that this isn't an issue at all. It really
- 3:25Speaker 1: boils down to other concerns that they've got. Some of
- 3:28Speaker 1: the current concerns right now is the criminality of it.
- 3:31Speaker 1: According to Warren take a look.
- 3:34Speaker 2: Drug cartels are shifting their money laundering to crypto. The
- 3:39Speaker 2: cops can't keep up. Do I have your permission to
- 3:42Speaker 2: ask Senator Warren a.
- 3:43Speaker 3: Quick question fifteen seconds?
- 3:45Speaker 2: Yes, sure, it'll take that long. Clear, Senator Warren. I
- 3:51Speaker 2: don't understand why this bill doesn't already accomplish the very
- 3:56Speaker 2: worthy goal that you've articulated. It's the Tornado problem, Tornado
- 4:01Speaker 2: the mixer. What purpose does Tornado serve except to hide
- 4:07Speaker 2: where the money came from and where the money's going to.
- 4:10Speaker 2: And who needs to hide where the money came from
- 4:13Speaker 2: and where the money's going to. It's the terrorists, it's
- 4:16Speaker 2: the money launders, it's ron it's the sanctioned entities. You're
- 4:21Speaker 2: mixing up the money so that you advance money laundering,
- 4:25Speaker 2: all right.
- 4:26Speaker 1: So Warren A, Senator Warren, you know, really what it
- 4:29Speaker 1: boils down to is privacy. That that's kind of the
- 4:31Speaker 1: core basis of what Tornado Cash was. And with blockchain,
- 4:34Speaker 1: as you know, this is an open blockchain. Hence privacy
- 4:38Speaker 1: does not necessarily exist outside of what we've seen here
- 4:41Speaker 1: recently with a handful of chains that have gone that direction.
- 4:44Speaker 1: But that was the core basis of where Tornado cash
- 4:47Speaker 1: was going was privacy. Everyone in America wants privacy around
- 4:52Speaker 1: their financial transactions. That is the reason. What are you
- 4:56Speaker 1: all of a sudden going to just arrest every American
- 4:58Speaker 1: out there for using something them to maintain privacy. That's
- 5:02Speaker 1: the point we're getting at right here, and you're losing
- 5:05Speaker 1: the script by a long ways. Now let's go further
- 5:08Speaker 1: into this, because she's got amendment after amendment after amendment.
- 5:14Speaker 1: Take a look.
- 5:15Speaker 3: We now call up Warren sixty six.
- 5:18Speaker 2: So Jeffrey Epstein was an early backer of crypto. Some
- 5:22Speaker 2: sunlight might help prevent Wall Street and crypto companies from
- 5:26Speaker 2: funding the next Jeffrey Epstein. I urge my colleagues to
- 5:31Speaker 2: support Warren sixty six. Mister chairman, Can I ask you a
- 5:35Speaker 2: question the point of order? Sure, the Epstein files have
- 5:42Speaker 2: nothing to do with this bill.
- 5:43Speaker 3: I look forward to you all continuing this conversation after
- 5:47Speaker 3: the hearing.
- 5:48Speaker 1: All right, so you can kind of see that a
- 5:50Speaker 1: little bit of craziness. Granted, yes, that doesn't necessarily belong
- 5:55Speaker 1: to a crypto bill. All right, So let's go into
- 5:57Speaker 1: a clip here that talks about and this is really
- 5:59Speaker 1: Senator Warren trying to slow everything down, including this process,
- 6:03Speaker 1: and what this might look like going into the next stage,
- 6:05Speaker 1: which is going to the Senate floor if this gets through.
- 6:08Speaker 3: Take a look voice voting all the favorites the I.
- 6:11Speaker 2: I actually I'd like to have a recording vote on this.
- 6:14Speaker 2: I think this one's going to matter in history.
- 6:16Speaker 3: Local call it roll.
- 6:19Speaker 1: All right, So there you have it, a recorded vote.
- 6:20Speaker 1: I think everybody's going to love this because now everyone
- 6:24Speaker 1: will know how Elizabeth Warren was on the wrong side
- 6:27Speaker 1: of history, and it'll be recorded out there. Just in
- 6:30Speaker 1: more tactics that seem to be happening in DC. Now,
- 6:34Speaker 1: I want to go to one more clip here. This
- 6:36Speaker 1: one is two Dems who try and mainly explain why
- 6:40Speaker 1: they're going to vote yes for now and what this
- 6:42Speaker 1: might look like later. Take a look.
- 6:44Speaker 4: I have voted yes to advance the bill today. My
- 6:47Speaker 4: vote today is a vote to keep working in good faith.
- 6:51Speaker 4: It does not mean that I'll be voting for the
- 6:53Speaker 4: passage of the Clarity Act on the floor, because we
- 6:56Speaker 4: still have so much work to do. We also need
- 6:59Speaker 4: to incorporate it ethics agreement. I want to be clear
- 7:02Speaker 4: that my vote here does not guarantee a vote on
- 7:04Speaker 4: the floor.
- 7:05Speaker 3: We have come close but have not finished an agreement
- 7:09Speaker 3: on ethics guardrail.
- 7:11Speaker 1: All right, So that Senator also Brokes and Senator Diego,
- 7:14Speaker 1: So you guys know, if you live in those areas,
- 7:16Speaker 1: I'd start calling their offices right now because they are
- 7:19Speaker 1: definitely on the fence.
- 7:20Speaker 4: Now.
- 7:20Speaker 1: The reason that they're on the fence we'll get into
- 7:22Speaker 1: in a second. However, I want to go to this
- 7:25Speaker 1: right here, and that is that we've seen a massive
- 7:29Speaker 1: spike and the reason is, guys, they've passed it through.
- 7:32Speaker 1: So going here on the hourly on polymarket holding it
- 7:35Speaker 1: around sixty two percent. This was around noon at two
- 7:38Speaker 1: o'clock Eastern time. This has gone through the Senate and
- 7:41Speaker 1: we are seeing this moving up to almost seventy percent again,
- 7:44Speaker 1: So movement is moving quickly. Eleanor tweets out right here
- 7:48Speaker 1: saying Reuben Diego who just voted with the GOP counterparts
- 7:52Speaker 1: to advance clarity out of the committee. And it's done.
- 7:55Speaker 1: It is out of committee a committee. Now this is
- 7:58Speaker 1: boiling down to what we we all know, and that
- 8:01Speaker 1: is going to be the issue around ethics, and this
- 8:05Speaker 1: is what we're going to be facing over the next
- 8:07Speaker 1: maybe two weeks. Is the element of what ethics line
- 8:12Speaker 1: do they have to actually come up to to get
- 8:15Speaker 1: this across to get enough senators on the Democratic side
- 8:18Speaker 1: to come in. All right, so let's break down the
- 8:20Speaker 1: chart real quick, just to see what's happened now that
- 8:22Speaker 1: we have clarity coming out of the Senate Banking Committee.
- 8:26Speaker 1: This is on the hourly as you can see people
- 8:28Speaker 1: anticipating what was moving early on Bitcoin of course climbing
- 8:32Speaker 1: up to eighty one eight almost eighty two because it
- 8:34Speaker 1: did hit just eighty two as it clipped and pulled back.
- 8:38Speaker 1: You've got Ethereum holding at twenty three, also climbing up
- 8:41Speaker 1: over the week or over the morning, and then Solana
- 8:44Speaker 1: moving out as well, passing ninety dollars XRP up over
- 8:48Speaker 1: five percent and continuing to climb significant, significantly over one
- 8:52Speaker 1: point fifty. So at least early stage, this is a
- 8:56Speaker 1: positive for crypto. But the point that we have to
- 8:59Speaker 1: make very clear on this, guys, is this goes to
- 9:02Speaker 1: the Senate next, and the key here is they need
- 9:06Speaker 1: sixty votes. We are not there, and we need some
- 9:10Speaker 1: very key senators to make their way into it. Now
- 9:12Speaker 1: we're going to be revealing who those players are throughout
- 9:15Speaker 1: the next few days and weeks, because this will become
- 9:19Speaker 1: one of the biggest I think Crypto Champion campaigns out
- 9:24Speaker 1: there is to get these senators to move. Also Brooks, Geegos,
- 9:29Speaker 1: and Mastow. Those are the big three right now, but
- 9:31Speaker 1: there are others to keep an eye on. We'll keep
- 9:33Speaker 1: you guys updated, so stay tuned. If you like this video,
