  And yes, even if you have no followers, no platform

  whatsoever currently. Today we'll share with you three

  things that you need to know as you step into this new, more

  famous, abundant part of your life.

  Because if you don't understand what's happening internally,

  you'll unconsciously shrink the moment attention arrives.

  The first thing you need to know is that your nervous system
• 0:50
  might be associating visibility with danger.
• 0:54
  I've noticed that with so many lightworkers, so many New Earth
• 0:58
  celebrities, that they are terrified of being seen, even
• 1:02
  though they feel that this is the future, this is their path.
• 1:06
  When it comes to actually posting, putting themselves out
• 1:09
  there, they freeze. I have a student in Nomad
• 1:12
  Freedom Academy and she literally does musicals on
• 1:15
  stage. But posting online spiritual
• 1:18
  content, she freezes. And the reason why many
• 1:21
  spiritual people feel this way is because of the witch wound.

  We've had lifetimes where we have been prosecuted, tortured
• 1:28
  for sharing our truth, for staying in our power, especially
• 1:31
  as women. So this lifetime our ego is
• 1:33
  trying to protect us. Remember last lifetime you got
• 1:36
  burned at the stakes or you get got your head chopped off
• 1:39
  because you were speaking your truth.
• 1:41
  You were sharing ancient knowledge and Arabs and healing.
• 1:44
  So what's probably been happening if you've been sharing
• 1:46
  your gifts is that your body freezes, it tightens so you
• 1:51
  procrastinate, you overthink your captions, you delay
• 1:55
  launching, or if you haven't started, you question whether
• 1:58
  you should even start or just stick to a comfortable job.

  Your nervous system is trying to keep you safe and I am so guilty
• 2:05
  of this. I got so sad and scared every
• 2:08
  time I got a hate comment. I was also worried about how my
• 2:12
  family and friends would react if they saw my content.
• 2:15
  I would put a lot of effort putting on makeup, making sure
• 2:17
  everything is perfect in my environment until eventually it
• 2:21
  hits me. Most people are too busy
• 2:23
  worrying about their own life. You have to remember every
• 2:26
  person feel like they are the main character of their life.
• 2:29
  So even if they judge you, it will usually be just for a
• 2:32
  second and then they're like, what's for dinner?
• 2:35
  Oh no, I just remembered when my boss said to me, Now I have
• 2:38
  anxiety. Most people are thinking about
• 2:40
  themselves. Visibility feels bigger inside
• 2:43
  your body than it actually is in reality.
• 2:45
  So affirm in the comments I am safe being seen.
• 2:48
  So this week I want you to practice expansion to expand
• 2:52
  your nervous system. I dare you to post a small
• 2:56
  little post on your social media.
• 2:58
  Could be a short little story, an Instagram story, a little
• 3:02
  real Instagram real. A little YouTube video Can be
• 3:06
  just one minute sharing a truth from you, a lesson that you've
• 3:10
  learned maybe. Or it could be a photo post and
• 3:13
  then in the caption right is truth.
• 3:15
  And then after you've post, take some time off.
• 3:18
  Don't check every two minutes to see how many likes you got.
• 3:21
  Notice the tightness in your body.
• 3:23
  Let it settle. Feel how safe you feel.

  The second thing that your soul needs to hear is that visibility
• 3:29
  amplifies identity. When more people see you, they
• 3:32
  mirror back who you are. If your identity feels shaky,
• 3:36
  then visibility feels unstable. So what I want you to know is
• 3:39
  that your authenticity and life experience is your unfair
• 3:44
  advantage. So really own who you are.
• 3:47
  I remember when I wasn't back in the spiritual closet and I I
• 3:51
  didn't want to share with people that I'm spiritual.
• 3:53
  But now I lead with it. It's one of my quirks and I now
• 3:57
  attract people and audience who are spiritual.

  If you hide it, if you hide who you really are, you're going to
• 4:03
  attract really mixed crowd who are not interested in your
• 4:06
  products and your contents. And the easiest way to do this
• 4:09
  is to make sure that your soul is in charge and not your ego.
• 4:12
  And my best tool for that is daily meditation.
• 4:16
  Meditate for at least 10 minutes per day and you will see how
• 4:19
  your soul slowly starts taking charge of your life and the ego
• 4:23
  becomes the math and the ego becomes the servant instead.

  And when you are that much in your soul, authenticity just
• 4:29
  happens automatically. So actually journal about this.

  Who am I when I feel grounded and honest?
• 4:36
  What are your boundaries? What is your energy like?

  What's your language? What it?
• 4:40

  focus on what you are carrying. So literally write down what are

  your insecurities? What are your fears?

  Awareness is always the first step in order to release them.

  And once you have all those negative things on paper, I want

  you to literally burn it. Or if you wrote it on a toilet
• 5:37
  paper, you can even flush it down the toilet.

  Like make a ritual out of it to finally release it because it's
• 5:43
  no longer part of you, right? Your soul is so pure, it doesn't
• 5:47
  belong to you. These old identities.
• 5:50
  And if you're a business owner, this energetic cleanliness can

  come there as well. This urge to simplify.

  And that happened to me as well. I used to have loads of
• 5:59
  different products and offers and then I just cut them all out

  and focus on just one. My signature offered Nomad
