SPEAKER_00: Welcome to the Ascension Alchemist Podcast.
• 0:05
SPEAKER_00: This is your host, Michael Abramson.
• 0:08
SPEAKER_00: And today I'm so excited to share something very important to me.
• 0:13
SPEAKER_00: For I feel one of the most important things that we can do is shifting out of scarcity and into abundance.
• 0:28
SPEAKER_00: For I'm excited to share four keys in how to shift our mind into a state of prosperity.
• 0:35
SPEAKER_00: And this one is a personal topic to me because I've struggled through this through my whole life in this scarcity consciousness.
• 0:45
SPEAKER_00: Not so much of the amount of money in my bank account, but more of those old limitations and lack of beliefs that I've learned coming into this world.
• 1:01
SPEAKER_00: So today, come on in, grab a seat, because this is going to be a deep dive into what I feel all of us can deeply relate to.
• 1:12
  SPEAKER_00: Because isn't it fascinating?
• 1:15
SPEAKER_00: When you really look at our world, it teaches us scarcity consciousness.
• 1:22
SPEAKER_00: Whether it's through the lack of our limited resources, when we go to war and all of a sudden gas comes up and there seems to be this scarcity, or even when it comes to money, and we have to look at our retirement or our life insurance because there may not be enough when we get to a certain age where we're not working.
• 1:44
SPEAKER_00: And isn't it amazing when we look at scarcity at a deeper level?
• 1:49
SPEAKER_00: It really is based on the external environment and what is being spoken to us, what is being taught to us, what is being shared from a limited perspective, or sometimes what I say a one-eye perspective.
• 2:09
SPEAKER_00: When what happens if we open both eyes, or what I really would like to say, our divine eyes?
• 2:17
SPEAKER_00: Because what happens if abundance and prosperity is actually your divine inherent nature?
• 2:25
SPEAKER_00: And when I speak of prosperity, I look deeply within myself and understand that when I grew up, I really equated prosperity to money.
• 2:36
SPEAKER_00: But the more I started to draw a greater awareness, I found that prosperity is really beyond money.
• 2:46
SPEAKER_00: I found out that it's really the great levels of joy, happiness, peace, that beautiful prosperity consciousness of living in freedom, living in pure liberation.
• 3:00
SPEAKER_00: Yet somehow this world, this story, which I tell a lot of my friends that we were born into that was already happened, happening as we came in, has somewhat conditioned us to live by this lack, limitation, and scarcity.
• 3:21
SPEAKER_00: When really, if you look at our divine nature, if you look at the plants around you, if you look at the sky around you, if you look at the natural elements, it's rooted in a natural, prosperous, abundant state of living.
• 3:39
SPEAKER_00: So it's interesting to catch that illusion of am I living really in a state of scarcity or abundance?
• 3:50
SPEAKER_00: Because if we go deeper and really look within, I found out personally in my journey that scarcity is rooted from my own fears, from my own perception of what's missing, and from this level of lack and limitation in that survival mind.
• 4:12
SPEAKER_00: Yet when I shift into that thriving mind, or which I call divine mind, then there is this whole new perspective of living through gratitude, living through growth, possibility, and creation.
• 4:26
SPEAKER_00: So today's a hot topic that I'd like to just ask you because what happens if we have just been looking, as I said, through a limited lens of what we were taught?
• 4:40
SPEAKER_00: And now becomes what I want to ask each and every one of you is this million-dollar question.
• 4:51
SPEAKER_00: For what would happen in awakening each morning that you could prepare yourself to thrive versus survive?
• 5:05
SPEAKER_00: Because I know it's been an incredible journey, an incredible journey to ask that.
• 5:14
SPEAKER_00: If I awake in this abundant, prosperous, thriving state, or the survival lacking limitation that sometimes overrides us.
• 5:28
SPEAKER_00: And why I say this is because it has been such a journey for me in many times where I awaken and I think about all of the problems, all of the areas that I have to complete, all of the positions of what do I have to do for today?
• 5:48
SPEAKER_00: The stress of, is this gonna take too much time?
• 5:54
SPEAKER_00: Or the ability of, do I have enough energy to complete this?
• 6:00
SPEAKER_00: You know how that mind starts thinking, and all of a sudden you're in this loop, and before you know it, we're back in this survival fear-based mode, and a lot of it's just based on our external world.
• 6:15
SPEAKER_00: Where what would happen if we shift and focus more on our internal world?
• 6:26
SPEAKER_00: Because as we know, as within, so without.
• 6:30
SPEAKER_00: So, what we're creating within ourselves, we create outside of ourselves, even though scarcity has been so conditioned and programmed, you know.
• 6:44
SPEAKER_00: For me, growing up as a family, scarcity took place of always having to work, because if we didn't work, then we wouldn't have enough money to survive.
• 6:57
SPEAKER_00: Then there was the cultural program that you needed enough money so that you could be placed in doing all the things that you enjoyed to do.
• 7:09
SPEAKER_00: And there was the societal expectations we needed money because if we didn't have money, we wouldn't be able to go to college, and if we didn't have go to college, we wouldn't be able to create a career.
• 7:21
SPEAKER_00: And so there were all these conditions.
• 7:24
SPEAKER_00: And as I remember growing up, these conditions seemed like facts because it was only what my subconscious mind understood, these old beliefs.
• 7:35
SPEAKER_00: And I start to see as I dive deeper into this scarcity consciousness that it really started at an early age in these emotional wounds.
• 7:47
SPEAKER_00: For how many have grown up, and at the root of all this, there is this feeling of just not being enough?
• 7:56
SPEAKER_00: This not having enough, not doing enough.
• 8:01
SPEAKER_00: I'm sure many of us, even if we were brought in the highest level of wealth or lowest level of poverty, this condition of not enough because of society training us that we have to keep doing more so that we're safe, secure, and that we can move in the realms that society tells us.
• 8:23
SPEAKER_00: And underneath that, I'm not enough.
• 8:26
SPEAKER_00: What happens if that root of pain comes from the core wound of not being worthy?
• 8:36
  SPEAKER_00: We've all felt this.
• 8:37
SPEAKER_00: I've felt this many times where I don't feel worthy of success, I don't feel worry of love, I don't feel worthy to receive because somewhere within me I've dropped into despair or I've dropped into hurt and pain.
• 8:51
SPEAKER_00: And it's been interesting to see these relationships because at the end of the day, there is a deeper divine nature that was never spoken or taught to us.
• 9:05
SPEAKER_00: Yes, you can find it deep into the scripture.
• 9:08
SPEAKER_00: Yes, if you were lucky enough to go into spiritual programs or had self-developmental programs, there was a whole new perspective.
• 9:18
SPEAKER_00: And that's the area that I want to dive into because I truly believe and know that we have our natural divine abundance and prosperity right here at our hands.
• 9:32
SPEAKER_00: For when you look outside, have you ever seen a flower and it was blooming and it said, you know what?
• 9:38
  SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna stop.
• 9:39
SPEAKER_00: I like my petals just the way they are.
• 9:42
  SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna stop blooming.
• 9:43
  SPEAKER_00: No, it keeps evolving.
• 9:45
SPEAKER_00: Have you seen animals when they shed and when they release their skin or they move into certain realms, they keep evolving, they keep growing, they creep expanding in this prosperous state of living because there's an ultimate level of expansion.
• 10:01
SPEAKER_00: Even when we look at the universe, this prosperity and abundance is all around us, not only outside of us, but within us.
• 10:13
SPEAKER_00: And that's where I've started to really dive deeper into moving out of this scarcity limitation consciousness into the abundance prosperous conscious by remembering that it's not about necessarily always healing the not enoughs are not worthy.
• 10:35
SPEAKER_00: But what happens if it's about remembering who you are?
• 10:41
SPEAKER_00: Remembering that within each and every one of us, there is a divine creation that gives us the capacity to move into any direction by calling upon it, by allowing ourselves to remember that what created this world, what created this beautiful, amazing planet, seas, mountains, is within us.
• 11:14
SPEAKER_00: And when we look at that, there is this amazing abundance.
• 11:19
SPEAKER_00: You know, sometimes when I get caught and my vibration starts to dip a little lower, and I start moving into this lack and limitation because all of a sudden I'm not feeling as secure because my vibration dipped down due to a dysregulated nervous system, my perception gets a little smaller.
• 11:38
SPEAKER_00: So what I do is I go out into nature and I start looking around and saying, wow, look at the infinite amount of abundance around me.
• 11:49
SPEAKER_00: And I breathe that in.
• 11:51
SPEAKER_00: I look at the sky, I look at all of the grass, I look at all the components around me to remind me that life is truly abundance.
• 12:00
SPEAKER_00: And it really comes to a mindset of where we're perceiving that lack in limitation.
• 12:07
SPEAKER_00: And again, this is not something wrong or right.
• 12:10
SPEAKER_00: I'm sharing this because it's an old condition, it's an old program that we're breaking out of so we can remember our God Almighty divine nature.
• 12:22
SPEAKER_00: And the more that we're able to connect into that, then the real truth will start to happen.
• 12:30
SPEAKER_00: The truth that we are a child of God, that God is the source of supply.
• 12:38
SPEAKER_00: And what happens if we're supported along the way in every step?
• 12:44
SPEAKER_00: We just have to remember to bring forth that awareness that prosperity and abundance is already thriving within us.
• 12:54
SPEAKER_00: Yet it takes an action.
• 12:58
SPEAKER_00: And this is where I would like to dive deeper in giving four keys that you can use and put into action to shift your mind into a state of prosperity, prosperous living, a way that allows you to create greater joy, happiness, and peace.
• 13:20
SPEAKER_00: Because when we live in our natural abundance, we're living in our natural alignment.
• 13:26
SPEAKER_00: And one of the keys to really understand that makes it very simple to understand, is when we live out of alignment within our physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual well-being, we're actually dysregulating our central nervous system.
• 13:48
SPEAKER_00: And we start to move into a place that scarcity, lack, limitation have an easier way to invade your consciousness because we forget our divine truth.
• 14:02
SPEAKER_00: And our divine truth is we are abundant beings.
• 14:08
SPEAKER_00: If we could count how many cells that are reproducing in our body, or we could measure the length of our circulatory system and all the veins, all the arteries that could stretch in the infinite, abundant ways that could stretch throughout this world, to remember how many infinite breaths that we're taking that we don't even think about until we transition.
• 14:34
SPEAKER_00: There's a natural law of abundance in prosperous living that we do each day.
• 14:41
SPEAKER_00: But somewhere the mind focuses on the lack and limitation because it's just brought into a lower vibration, and that's normal.
• 14:50
SPEAKER_00: Stress, fear, anxiety, worry, it creates more density.
• 14:55
SPEAKER_00: And when there's more density, that allows less space for us to actually bring greater light in our God essence to move through, and that remembrance that we are abundant, infinite, and prosperous beings.
• 15:11
SPEAKER_00: So as we go through this beautiful life, there are powerful keys and actions that we can practice every single day.
• 15:22
SPEAKER_00: Because as you know, being brought into this life where scarcity consciousness is being taught and shown in many ways, that we actually have to take the action internally to bring forth the great remembrance that innate abundance and prosperity is our divine truth.
• 15:43
SPEAKER_00: And one of the things that we can do is the first key.
• 15:47
SPEAKER_00: And that first key is to practice daily gratitude.
• 15:53
SPEAKER_00: The first moment I wake up, I place my hands over my heart, and I thank the outcome of what is already happening.
• 16:04
SPEAKER_00: Because it's one thing to be grateful for what you would appreciate in your life, but then there's another step of when we use gratitude and we call it in as it's already happening.
• 16:18
SPEAKER_00: Thank you, God, for all of the divine opportunities and people that I get to meet today in this prosperous and abundant living.
• 16:29
SPEAKER_00: I thank you, God, for bringing all those that I'm here to serve.
• 16:34
SPEAKER_00: And when I practice those statements and I bring gratitude, not just to myself, but I call God Almighty, the source of all creation, into that gratitude, it brings power and it brings results.
• 16:50
SPEAKER_00: The secret is breathing in that feeling that it's already happening and feeling it as if it's already coming into you by breathing that in and exhaling it throughout your body, literally in a somatic way, where you're giving yourself the opportunity to express your gratitude, whether it's five statements, ten statements, I am grateful.
• 17:14
SPEAKER_00: And expressing all that you're grateful for, for what you are receiving, what's coming to you, what you're attracting.
• 17:21
SPEAKER_00: Because again, abundance and prosperity is your innate divine nature.
• 17:27
SPEAKER_00: Key number two, speak life into yourself.
• 17:32
SPEAKER_00: For all those that played sports, that would like give them a great pep talk.
• 17:40
SPEAKER_00: Whether it's before game time or if anyone's practiced mirror exercises, looking in the mirror and expressing to yourself of how abundant you are, how successful you are.
• 17:54
SPEAKER_00: Even in my old days of personal training, for those that are in service-oriented fields and you have that natural kindness and that natural compassion, natural love, elevating that frequency where you're speaking life, that you know that you are worthy, that you're more than enough, that you're plenty enough, that you're here to receive the divine gifts that are already here for you by expressing it, by stating it, and by bringing vibration to your words and speaking it.
• 18:25
SPEAKER_00: Many times we speak the opposite, and I know that.
• 18:29
SPEAKER_00: The words we use in lack, limitation, I don't have enough, it's too expensive.
• 18:35
SPEAKER_00: That's not speaking life, and I do it many times.
• 18:38
SPEAKER_00: So we got to catch ourselves.
• 18:40
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, what happens in speaking life into yourself as a daily practice?
• 18:45
SPEAKER_00: Now, obviously, it may seem a little funny if you're walking out in the streets and doing it.
• 18:49
  SPEAKER_00: I understand.
• 18:50
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, what happens if in your car or you're listening to music and you're just giving yourself the best pep talk?
• 18:56
SPEAKER_00: How successful you're gonna be today, all the incredible moments of meeting your goals, your objectives, what today, what this week, what this month.
• 19:06
SPEAKER_00: This is gonna be the most successful month.
• 19:08
SPEAKER_00: I am so happy and excited that these individuals are showing up.
• 19:12
SPEAKER_00: And I'm so I'm so just full of joy.
• 19:17
SPEAKER_00: I'm so full of happiness that this is being brought to me now.
• 19:22
SPEAKER_00: Speak it, claim it, own it, and most important, bring that certainty and truth through your words in that vibration and watch what happens.
• 19:34
SPEAKER_00: Key number three: challenge those old beliefs.
• 19:40
SPEAKER_00: Every limited belief should be questioned.
• 19:45
SPEAKER_00: Because these are old limited beliefs by our family.
• 19:50
SPEAKER_00: Money doesn't grow on trees.
• 19:53
SPEAKER_00: There's not enough for everyone, there's not enough time, there's not enough opportunities.
• 19:59
SPEAKER_00: You gotta work 10 years until you get to this job.
• 20:03
SPEAKER_00: There's all these old limited beliefs, and you know how you could tell what a limited belief is?
• 20:07
SPEAKER_00: It doesn't make you feel good because there's a limitation.
• 20:11
SPEAKER_00: And if you look at life, there is not any limitation because the sky is the limit, really, and beyond that, it's even limitless, the universe.
• 20:22
SPEAKER_00: So, what happens if you could start to challenge your old beliefs?
• 20:29
  SPEAKER_00: Question it.
• 20:31
  SPEAKER_00: Is this true?
• 20:34
SPEAKER_00: Where did I learn this?
• 20:37
SPEAKER_00: Who taught me this limited belief?
• 20:40
SPEAKER_00: Because usually it's our family, it's our teachers, and it's all the systems.
• 20:46
SPEAKER_00: And again, without getting angry at them, without blaming, shaming, and feeling like there is just so many layers, the best thing you can do is just rewrite it.
• 20:57
SPEAKER_00: Rewrite it in a new empowered belief by bringing God in.
• 21:03
SPEAKER_00: With God, anything is possible.
• 21:06
SPEAKER_00: Life is working for me, and I know I can do this.
• 21:10
SPEAKER_00: Bring an empowered state of belief where you bring a greater power within you to bring that belief into truth.
• 21:19
SPEAKER_00: So even if you feel I'm not able, at this moment, I'm becoming the man that I'm here to do this.
• 21:27
SPEAKER_00: If there's a lack of limitation that holds it, bring the truth that this is what you're designed and destined to be.
• 21:34
SPEAKER_00: And as you meet these old beliefs, you can have fun to see what patterns they came from, what wounds they derived out of, and really what it's teaching you to overcome so that the limit to belief can actually be a great guide for you to create new empowered beliefs.
• 21:56
SPEAKER_00: Because isn't it true that every generation were the next level?
• 22:00
SPEAKER_00: Level of consciousness to help dissolve their old limited beliefs.
• 22:04
SPEAKER_00: So they were only doing the best they could.
• 22:06
SPEAKER_00: And many times our families have deep wounds.
• 22:10
SPEAKER_00: Our parents didn't may have the greatest upbringing, and consciousness was not as expanded as it is now.
• 22:17
  SPEAKER_00: So challenge old beliefs.
• 22:19
SPEAKER_00: And key number four, which I believe is the greatest key, is remember your divine nature.
• 22:26
  SPEAKER_00: Remember who you are.
• 22:29
SPEAKER_00: You are a child of God.
• 22:32
SPEAKER_00: You inherited the kingdom before you.
• 22:36
SPEAKER_00: You are an expression of what creates worlds.
• 22:42
SPEAKER_00: Remember that within you there is infinite possibility.
• 22:47
SPEAKER_00: Within you there's infinite creativity.
• 22:49
SPEAKER_00: And what it really takes is going within and remembering.
• 22:55
SPEAKER_00: Because within you, there is a place so deep that when you take the time, whether it's to meditate, go on a walk in nature, instill the mind, and just remember as a child, when in those innocent times, if you had those, where everything seemed possible and nothing could possibly shake you from your dreams and desires, there is a source, God given, God Almighty nature, waiting for you to discover.
• 23:29
SPEAKER_00: And what happens if that's in your heart?
• 23:31
SPEAKER_00: And you're here to tap into that and remember that everything in anything is possible.
• 23:38
SPEAKER_00: All you have to do is believe it, speak it, have trust and faith in it, because that is going to allow you to shift your mind into a state of prosperous living.
• 23:56
SPEAKER_00: Prosperous beyond money, the prosperity of your health, the prosperous energy that's going to give you greater joy, greater peace.
• 24:06
SPEAKER_00: Because you know what I've learned by doing this?
• 24:09
SPEAKER_00: You know what's really helped me by moving out of scarcity and into this abundant mindset, into this prosperous state of living?
• 24:18
SPEAKER_00: I become more confident, more trusting, more open-hearted, even more creative because I started to realize that when I invite and remember this divine force, it starts to accelerate areas within me.
• 24:35
SPEAKER_00: Even in exercise, when I'm listening to music and I can feel that divine energy pour through me and congratulating myself that I'm taking myself to the gym when I'm completely exhausted, when I'm grateful for doing things to help other individuals, that brings that love within.
• 25:07
SPEAKER_00: Everything opens up in our divine abundance and divine prosperity.
• 25:12
SPEAKER_00: So what happens if today, in listening to this, you have a choice.
• 25:18
SPEAKER_00: We can allow the survival mind, which is okay.
• 25:20
SPEAKER_00: It's the old human mind that wants to keep us sometimes in that lack limitation, fear-based, pain-based reality, which is okay.
• 25:30
SPEAKER_00: We're breaking out of it.
• 25:32
SPEAKER_00: Or we have our thriving mind, which is our divine mind, our God Almighty mind that is here to illuminate our true essence.
• 25:43
SPEAKER_00: Because really, scarcity is an illusion, and prosperity is a divine truth.
• 25:53
SPEAKER_00: And when we recognize that one operates in an energy that we don't want to feel, and another operates in what we truly are in our complete human divine nature, then it just becomes a natural flow, a divine flow to allow that greatest version of you, that great divine version to come forward in aligning to it and to it, embodying to it by moving out of scarcity and moving into abundance, your divine truth, your divine essence, and your divine destiny that is waiting here.
• 26:45
SPEAKER_00: This is a journey and this is an opportunity for all of us to move into.
• 26:51
SPEAKER_00: And this is what I get so excited to share, not only in mentorships, healings, but also what's coming up in one of my greatest levels of prosperity, expansion and flow is the conscious of all men, which I'm expanding, illuminating to inviting incredible speakers once a month.
• 27:14
SPEAKER_00: So, dear brothers, get ready.
• 27:17
SPEAKER_00: On June 25th, it all begins, and how I'm allowing this greater frequency, this greater abundance, and this greater feeling.
• 27:25
SPEAKER_00: So, sisters, any men that you know that are ready to move into their divine freedom, their abundance, their prosperity, please have them email me at Ascension Alchemists.
• 27:40
SPEAKER_00: Info at ascensionalchemists.com, and I can send more information.
• 27:47
SPEAKER_00: I just want you to step back from this truth.
• 27:50
SPEAKER_00: The truth that you were here created with divine abundance, the truth that you were here to inherently expand, grow, illuminate, and be the creator that you are in your fullest state of prosperity.
• 28:06
SPEAKER_00: When you can merge and remember that truth and practice it daily, you start to move out of scarcity, out of this lack limitation, which that could just be the mastery that you were brought here to do, to share that to others, and to remember that God Almighty gives you no less or no more that you can handle.
• 28:34
SPEAKER_00: So even in the hardest times, even in the scarcest moments, even when there may be anything that does not seem like it's going your way, you can stop, take a breath, come into the present moment, and thank God Almighty for what has been given to you since birth.
• 28:57
SPEAKER_00: Your divine abundance, your divine prosperity to flourish, to evolve, and to truly become the greatest version of yourself.
• 29:09
SPEAKER_00: Thank you all for joining.
• 29:11
SPEAKER_00: Until next time, I wish you all the most beautiful, blessed day.
