Devil’s Food Chocolate cake mix plusingredients listed on the cake box (or make from scratch)

1 14- ounce can sweetened condensed milk

1 16- ounce jar caramel sauce

1 8- ounce tub of Cool Whip

4 Heath bars chopped (or 8 oz bag of Heathbits)
