- 0:29Well, welcome into a very exciting episode of the scene.
- 0:32I'm your host Bubba Starts, and with me today are Ashley and Elizabeth from FND Warriors and
- 0:38the unraveling FND podcast.
- 0:40Welcome to the show, girls.
- 0:42Thank you.
- 0:44Ladies, I always get in trouble for that when I say girls.
- 0:47I I apologize.
- 0:49All good.
- 0:49Don't don't worry about it.
- 0:51That's okay.
- 0:51I I'm almost 40.
- 0:54I'll take girl any time.
- 0:57Well, that's fair enough.
- 0:59Before we get too far into the episode here, just Ashley, well, I guess we'll start with
- 1:04you.
- 1:05Introduce, introduce yourself a little bit and, you can kinda share about FND Warriors, and
- 1:11then we'll get Elizabeth in there to chime in as well.
- 1:15Sure.
- 1:15So sorry about that.
- 1:17My name is Ashley.
- 1:19I am with FND Warriors.
- 1:21It's a little guest on its way to be a non profit that I started after an issue that arose
- 1:31or started an issue that happened to me when I was at my place of work.
- 1:38A pretty egregious situation.
- 1:40I was in a so basically, I was diagnosed with a condition called functional neurological
- 1:47disorder.
- 1:49I was diagnosed with that August 30.
- 1:52But I probably was I suffered from it for nearly a decade prior to it before that.
- 2:00It's an invisible illness.
- 2:02It's an illness that you suffer from for a very long time before you actually get formally
- 2:07diagnosed with.
- 2:09And it's also something that's very hard to get diagnosed because there's very few doctors that
- 2:16are that specialize in the condition as well.
- 2:19So it's hard to come across doctor that actually knows anything about FND.
- 2:24This day and age, this day and age, there's more doctors that know about it.
- 2:28But back in three, four, five years ago, it was hard to come across a doctor that specialized
- 2:35in it so to get diagnosed it was harder.
- 2:40To get diagnosed it was hard.
- 2:45Sorry, I lost my train of thought and that's F and D brain.
- 2:48You were talking about your place of work.
- 2:51Yeah, so my place of work.
- 2:53So, yes, so I got diagnosed on 08/30/2024.
- 3:00And I was working at my place of employment.
- 3:04When I went back to my place of employment, I had told them that I had gone back on a gradual
- 3:12return to work.
- 3:16Sorry, it's difficult.
- 3:18And I had gone on a gradual return to work and they had told me that at some point that that
- 3:25was not okay.
- 3:26And I was pushing back at them and telling them, sorry.
- 3:31This is my emotional support animal.
- 3:33Well, he can he can feel
- 3:35you getting emotional.
- 3:36Right?
- 3:36And as I said, I'll let you catch your breath.
- 3:38You don't have to feel I didn't realize this was so fresh when I saw you reaching out on a
- 3:43on a Facebook group and kinda putting your story out there.
- 3:47I was very intrigued, and I had thought maybe that this had happened, you know, years ago
- 3:52when you were just
- 3:52coming out
- 3:53and sharing this story, but this is very fresh.
- 3:55So still very emotional and raw as well.
- 3:57So Well, that happened last October.
- 3:59So and that's
- 4:00how months ago.
- 4:02Exactly.
- 4:03And that's how FND Warriors was created.
- 4:05She she felt like she needed to do something it.
- 4:09She felt like she wasn't getting the proper support in all the groups that we have on the
- 4:17web right now.
- 4:19And I felt the same way, actually.
- 4:21And we met on another FND group.
- 4:24We were having a meeting, and she was very frustrated about her situation.
- 4:29And everybody was like, yeah.
- 4:31Like, it's not easy.
- 4:32But we were yeah.
- 4:36She was feeling like she she couldn't, just stay
- 4:40in market.
- 4:41Dejected and just Exactly.
- 4:44This was after
- 4:45Especially if you had worked at this place for a long time, and it's like you've been dealing
- 4:50with this disease, like you said, for maybe a decade, and you feel like you're the same
- 4:55person that you were before someone put this label on you.
- 4:59And now because this label is on you, they're like, yeah, you can't work here anymore.
- 5:03Well, I should have just kept my mouth shut.
- 5:05Well, basically what happened was, I had gone back and I was on a gradual return to work and
- 5:12on October 18, there was a fire alarm.
- 5:15And I had gone back to work in August in a four wheeled walker.
- 5:22So, I'm a 39 year old patient in a four wheeled walker.
- 5:26And you know, bought a walker and it said a max walk for seniors.
- 5:33I'm 39 years old and I'm buying a walker that says it's for seniors.
- 5:38Know, hits really at home at 39 years old.
- 5:42And so I'm going back into the office in a walker and I can't get out of the building on
- 5:51the Eighteenth Floor during a fire alarm.
- 5:55And they tell me to go into a corner office and they pull out a bag of gas masks And I'm
- 6:06supposed to put a gas mask on and that's supposed to protect me from a fire.
- 6:11And I raised a health and safety complaint.
- 6:15That was a Friday.
- 6:16And on the Monday, I come into the office terminated for my position without cause.
- 6:23This is where?
- 6:25I'm not I'm not
- 6:26Well, no.
- 6:26No.
- 6:26But I mean, where where do you live?
- 6:28In what country?
- 6:29In Ontario.
- 6:30In Canada.
- 6:31And do you have workplace rights?
- 6:34Like, I know in The United States, like, we have, you know, ADA.
- 6:37Right?
- 6:38She's there is a lawsuit right now.
- 6:40Why you can't talk about specifics on things, but okay.
- 6:44Thanks.
- 6:44So, thankfully, that's going.
- 6:46But now in the meantime, right, like, you're you're kicked out of your workplace.
- 6:50You are, you know, recently diagnosed with this disease.
- 6:54Like you said,
- 6:5439 benefits.
- 6:56Using it Right.
- 6:56As Right.
- 6:58So what even happens?
- 7:00Well, and see I've
- 7:01helped in Canada.
- 7:02I've I've helped I have free health care, but I don't have certain benefits that I don't have.
- 7:07I don't there's certain benefits that I don't have.
- 7:10Yes.
- 7:10There are some benefits.
- 7:13Can't have a therapist if we need it.
- 7:16We cannot have and it's a mental health issue.
- 7:18I mean, therapists are very, very important to get things better.
- 7:25FND can get better, but you need proper treatment for it.
- 7:29And that's where it's really hard to get the treatment because we don't have the benefit
- 7:33because we're just getting we're not able to get jobs or most of most of us are not even
- 7:39able to work.
- 7:41And just that getting the disability income is another, thing I could talk about all day, but
- 7:48is really, really hard to get.
- 7:50So it's
- 7:51just And Elizabeth, are you in Canada as well?
- 7:53Are you in Ontario?
- 7:54Yes.
- 7:55I am.
- 7:55I am in Alberta, Canada.
- 7:57Okay.
- 7:57So you're in Alberta.
- 7:58Okay.
- 7:58So I I live in South Dakota in The United States.
- 8:02So just kinda South Of South Of Alberta through North Dakota.
- 8:06Yes.
- 8:06I know Alberta is a very very long, tall state or province, I guess, in Yeah.
- 8:13I'm becoming much more international now that I'm doing these Zoom interviews.
- 8:17I I spoke with a gal yesterday from Amsterdam who had spent ten years in Japan, and I'm like,
- 8:22feel like I just traveled around the world.
- 8:24Right.
- 8:25Well, our group is actually worldwide, and we're meeting so many new people and new
- 8:30culture and everything.
- 8:32Like, we have drop ins every week for the people, and we have two time because all the
- 8:38time zone are kind of
- 8:39Right.
- 8:40All over the place.
- 8:41Separated in in different, you know, hemispheres.
- 8:43There's The US time and there's the had a drop UK time.
- 8:48Yeah.
- 8:48We just had a drop in and we just had UK, like, drop in just at 01:00 today.
- 8:55And we just had all our UK members come to it, and it was great with it was our biggest drop
- 9:00in yet.
- 9:01How fun now and is that growing out of so you start FND Warriors after now did you found this
- 9:07association then loosely?
- 9:09You say it's gonna be a nonprofit.
- 9:11So still very early on in this.
- 9:13But Yes.
- 9:14After you lose your job in this kinda meantime is when you are like, there's no support for
- 9:21me.
- 9:22I don't have my therapy.
- 9:24I don't have these things that I need.
- 9:26So you start to form this community to kind of serve just not for you, but for everyone in
- 9:33your FND community.
- 9:35Yes.
- 9:36I and and it because there there wasn't a support group in the format that that I was
- 9:42looking for.
- 9:43There wasn't there wasn't, you know, that tangible twenty four seven, you know, like help
- 9:52that I could talk to someone that had FND like I could talk to Elizabeth like that old MSN
- 9:59messenger day where I could just talk to Yahoo messenger where I could just get on and talk to
- 10:04someone and just talk to someone who had FND and just like me.
- 10:10Right.
- 10:10And it's not just to talk to anyone.
- 10:12It's the talk to someone that you can relate to and that can relate to you and that can hold
- 10:18your hand even if it's virtually and be like, you're gonna get through it.
- 10:23You know?
- 10:23Like
- 10:24We get it.
- 10:25We get it.
- 10:26Right?
- 10:26It's it's such a it's it's so empowering to know that you're not alone and that you can go
- 10:34through this because other people are doing it every day.
- 10:38And it's in the community that we build up that confidence in our daily routine.
- 10:48Right?
- 10:48And it's also the fact that we wanna bond with the community.
- 10:53Like, have different channels, like, on on our Discord, like pet channels, food channels, like
- 11:01share about what you're doing, what what you like to do.
- 11:04We have game nights.
- 11:05We wanna bond with the people.
- 11:07We wanna make sure that they have someone to talk to because most of the time, they don't.
- 11:13Like, their family or their friends don't get it, and they Right.
- 11:18Then dismiss them, and they don't
- 11:20wanna It's so isolating.
- 11:21Right.
- 11:22The the disease itself is so isolating because it's just, like, slow it seems like it's slowly
- 11:27taking you away from from who you were.
- 11:31So you're being isolated from this cell that
- 11:35There is definitely yeah.
- 11:37There is definitely a new normal that we have.
- 11:40There's Is it a degenerative disease that it's just going to get worse as you go or there is
- 11:45some treatments We and
- 11:47dynamic.
- 11:49So every day is different.
- 11:51We can get new symptoms anytime.
- 11:53They can come and go within minutes or they can last for days.
- 11:57There's nothing, there's no treatment, no cure.
- 12:00It's really unknown in the medical community.
- 12:03So there's nothing, there's no research or anything like that.
- 12:09There there are a couple of, hospital around the world that are trying to get more research,
- 12:15but it's really, early in all of this.
- 12:21So Is is it just something I'm sorry, Ashley.
- 12:24I know you've been waiting to chime in too.
- 12:25No.
- 12:26No.
- 12:26No.
- 12:26No.
- 12:27It's okay.
- 12:27Elizabeth is good at this stuff because she's been dealing with the disease longer than I
- 12:31have, and she's been in the community a lot longer than I have.
- 12:34That's why I like her to be a part of this and that's why she's now a co founder of FND
- 12:39Warriors.
- 12:40That's awesome.
- 12:41How big is the group now?
- 12:43We're just under a thousand people.
- 12:46Wow!
- 12:47Yeah, in a few months.
- 12:49We started in
- 12:50October.
- 12:51Mhmm.
- 12:52Wow.
- 12:53And worldwide There
- 12:55is really a need a need of people that that needs to find something.
- 13:00I'm just thinking about a thousand people out there that thought they were all alone.
- 13:04Right?
- 13:05And then for those thousand people to find each other because it's not like there's billions of
- 13:10people that have this disease.
- 13:12There might not be a million people worldwide that have this disease.
- 13:17Exactly.
- 13:17You start talking about, you know, per capita, right, or per, you know, per square mile or,
- 13:24you know, like, you're not spread out.
- 13:25You're not gonna walk down your street and see people that have this disease.
- 13:31Most of the people on
- 13:32the street have no idea what it is just like me.
- 13:35So finding someone with FND is practically, like, in your community is almost like, it's
- 13:45really rare.
- 13:45Yeah.
- 13:46Your odds are probably better on hitting the lottery.
- 13:49And people who actually and doctors and healthcare provider who knows about this are
- 13:55also Yeah.
- 13:56Really Yeah.
- 13:57So it's just a really big when you get the diagnosis, it's a really big and when did you
- 14:03get the diagnosis?
- 14:04They give you a website.
- 14:06That's it, good day.
- 14:08And you have no resources, not like you don't know anything about it, and you wanna find
- 14:15answers.
- 14:16And I've been diagnosed for three years now.
- 14:19And during that three years, I was able to do some research and everything, but I was really,
- 14:23really alone, really struggling to find some answers, way to get through this.
- 14:32And and all the communities are good, but they weren't what I was looking for.
- 14:38But I knew I couldn't start this alone, so that's why Ashley and I started it together.
- 14:42Right.
- 14:43I have a good friend of mine.
- 14:45Her name is Brienne, and she's so she's just a beautiful soul, but she was born with cerebral
- 14:50palsy.
- 14:51Right?
- 14:51Mhmm.
- 14:51And and now while some of the challenges with CP, are going to be similar to some, like, you
- 14:57know, Ashley, you're having to use a walker and some of these things or there's a speech
- 15:00impediment or there's something there.
- 15:03The diseases are different.
- 15:05Right?
- 15:05And you're gonna face different challenges.
- 15:08So, you know, while it's nice to have, you know, maybe some other groups that combine a
- 15:13lot of these things together, it's really nice to just fall in with your own crew that know
- 15:18exactly what you're going through, and I'm just blown away that you've built this community
- 15:24around you.
- 15:24I mean, obviously, it was needed.
- 15:26It didn't grow out of this that quickly for nothing.
- 15:31It was needed in the community.
- 15:33I'm so glad that it's flourishing like that.
- 15:35That's incredible.
- 15:36Anything affinity related is needed.
- 15:39There are lots of like, it's I know it's not a really common disease, but there are lots of
- 15:46people in the world that are affected by it.
- 15:48And we don't know anything about it.
- 15:50No, exactly.
- 15:51It seems
- 15:52like you've been studying it for three years and you haven't really even been able to
- 15:56describe exactly what it is?
- 15:58I mean, the list of symptoms is probably a mile long, and they're not
- 16:03So I I just wanna make sure that the public realize that FND is bad communication between
- 16:11the brain and the body.
- 16:12Right, muralized.
- 16:12So the signals are not being sent the right Communication.
- 16:20Communication, yeah.
- 16:23And so it can affect any part of the body, the vision, all the senses.
- 16:32Are seizures that are nonepileptic.
- 16:35They are fainting.
- 16:38I'd actually, you probably have a list in front of you or something, but, there are so many
- 16:43things that can happen.
- 16:44Though.
- 16:44That I guess that was my point is that, like, because they don't know anything about it,
- 16:48they're just like, well, sure.
- 16:49I mean, you stubbed your toe, and throbbing a little bit.
- 16:52You know?
- 16:53Actually, the the the the moment they're they know that it's FND, like the health care
- 16:58providers, they're like, oh, I I cannot help you.
- 17:01I don't know anything about that.
- 17:03So you're just going from one specialist to another and nobody wants to take care of it.
- 17:09We're in between the neurology and the psychiatry, but not really fitting into any of
- 17:16those.
- 17:17So we don't have a system.
- 17:20We don't have anything, to help us.
- 17:24So it's about the small, hospitals that are doing small research that but can help there's
- 17:33so much they can do.
- 17:34Well and so that's what's needed.
- 17:36Awareness number one, which I am going to be an advocate for FND awareness from now on.
- 17:42I will be a warrior with you and and right by your side.
- 17:46Obviously, we need to awareness brings funding.
- 17:49Right?
- 17:49As we bring awareness, then hopefully some more funding will get into the research, which is
- 17:53what's really needed.
- 17:55But what you ladies are doing and what you've done is probably the most important part is
- 18:01that it needed a community of support.
- 18:03Yeah.
- 18:03The you you people that are out here suffering need someone to to lean on right now until it
- 18:11gets figured out and until those things because those are long solutions.
- 18:15It does none of that's gonna get done overnight, and many of you inside of your group
- 18:19are going to be test subjects for the disease because the pool is so small to pull from.
- 18:26Yeah.
- 18:26Exactly.
- 18:27And we always say that if something comes up, in the middle field, it's gonna take ten years
- 18:33for the community the health care community to know about it.
- 18:37So now they don't know anything.
- 18:39So it's gonna take Yeah. A lot of
- 18:41A lot of
- 18:42We're looking at 2035 before there's even an inch moved, right, on the actual, like, having,
- 18:50you know, therapeutics or what
- 18:52something.
- 18:52Exactly.
- 18:53It's gonna be the rest of my life time before we have any therapeutics on F and D.
- 18:58Yeah, and being recognized by different organizations.
- 19:03I know that disability income is really hard to get.
- 19:07Just being we need to be advocate for ourselves in all the situations because people don't get
- 19:13it.
- 19:13Government don't get it.
- 19:15There have been petitions for that.
- 19:19I know there's one in Canada that is going through right now.
- 19:22Now.
- 19:23Just to recognize that this is a disease.
- 19:27There is something to talk about.
- 19:29We don't have anything.
- 19:31We need to have proper care.
- 19:35Even if there is no cure, we need to be able to not be dismissed all the time or being from one
- 19:41specialist to another.
- 19:43We need to raise awareness to make sure that people get it.
- 19:49And that's why we needed a website and that's why we needed to be F and D warriors.
- 19:54That's why we needed, we just needed the community.
- 19:58And that's why we have podcasts as well.
- 20:01It's for newly diagnosed because it took me three years to get that information.
- 20:06And I I do have, like and I I learn about it every day.
- 20:10New symptoms.
- 20:11Just earlier, I I learn about new symptoms.
- 20:13There are so many things that can happen.
- 20:17And most of the time, you're going to try to describe it to someone that doesn't have it and
- 20:23they get it.
- 20:25So when you're going in a place like our group, we're just like, okay.
- 20:32Well, this is a podcast that can happen.
- 20:35That can like, this is normal in some way.
- 20:40Like, it's not you're not alone.
- 20:41People have experienced this.
- 20:43So what we do for this, what you can do, like, and we have a different episode.
- 20:50The last one was for memory loss because it's a big one in our community.
- 20:56But yeah, we're just trying to get the the information to the people, but also some hope
- 21:02of recovery.
- 21:04Recovery is possible, but it takes a lot of time and it's it's really hard to do alone.
- 21:14Well and exactly.
- 21:15Especially if you're not getting the disability help, like, you're trying to work when you have
- 21:20this debilitating disease.
- 21:22You know?
- 21:23Like
- 21:23Well And
- 21:24I haven't such as blazing away.
- 21:26I haven't been working, and actually, that was due to a car accident that I got FND.
- 21:34Actually, that was an accident, and then I got a surgery for the accident.
- 21:37And I woke up from the surgery, and I didn't feel my skin on my entire body.
- 21:42And I was like, that's weird.
- 21:44And I haven't felt it since then.
- 21:46I don't feel my skin.
- 21:49That is a really weird one.
- 21:51And I a week later, I was hospitalized because I was having burning sensation in my legs.
- 21:57And, like, I I was feeling like my legs were on fire.
- 22:00And I just saw a neurologist, and he was like, well, if you don't feel anything in your skin,
- 22:04that is not neurologic.
- 22:06Like, this this is not a problem with your nerve system.
- 22:10This is a problem with your brain.
- 22:13And that's how he got me diagnosed with FND.
- 22:16And there's nothing you could do.
- 22:18He's like, well, have fun.
- 22:20You know?
- 22:22And and I I had to
- 22:24just People wonder why nobody has any faith in the medical system anymore.
- 22:28Yeah.
- 22:30It's long gone.
- 22:31Long gone for me.
- 22:32I would assume so.
- 22:33Well, I just my heart really goes out to you both and your unique stories.
- 22:38I mean but I love that you're warriors.
- 22:41I love your fighter spirit that you said, well, screw you.
- 22:44If you're not gonna help me, we're gonna help ourselves, and we're gonna go help everybody
- 22:48else out there that's like us that you're kicking to the curb with no answers.
- 22:53Exactly.
- 22:54It's about empowering the community about giving them the positivity they need to get
- 23:03through this because a lot of people feel hopeless about all of this.
- 23:08This diagnosis is really, really bad.
- 23:12You never know if you're gonna get better.
- 23:14You never know.
- 23:15You don't even know what's happening to you right now.
- 23:19So what are you doing?
- 23:22What's the
- 23:22next step?
- 23:23You have no next steps.
- 23:24So just giving that positivity and, like, go one minute at a time if you need to, but go
- 23:30through it.
- 23:30You know?
- 23:30Right.
- 23:31And on top of that, you have a neurological disorder that's screwing up your your synapses
- 23:36in your brain.
- 23:37You know?
- 23:38So, yeah, of course, there's a component of it that is not just psychological, but, you know,
- 23:44the the heart of it.
- 23:46Right?
- 23:47The the pain that it's causing every day.
- 23:51And I'm sure that that, you know, that the group, you know, dulls that a little bit, but
- 23:56I'm sure you're still waking up and and stress every single day.
- 24:00I just can't even imagine.
- 24:02You have to mourn the life that you were going to live every single day.
- 24:08You have to mourn the life that you were going to live because you're not going to live that
- 24:12life every day.
- 24:15You need to mourn so many things.
- 24:17You need to mourn so many things.
- 24:19You're gonna lose so many things.
- 24:20Yeah.
- 24:21I lost my driver license.
- 24:22I was a school bus driver.
- 24:23I lost my driver license because I'm fainting.
- 24:26And I get it.
- 24:27I don't wanna I don't wanna drive with this, but I have a new life now.
- 24:32I have a new normal, like I said earlier.
- 24:35It's just different now.
- 24:37I'm not the person I was and but I I wouldn't be the person I am today if I didn't have that
- 24:45that condition either.
- 24:46You know?
- 24:48I feel Exactly like feel.
- 24:50Exactly what you're saying, Elizabeth, is that because it's hard for you, I'm sure, at this
- 24:56point to, like, wish that you didn't have it because this is your calling in life.
- 25:01Right?
- 25:01Like, if you weren't doing this for your community, who was going to do it?
- 25:06Nobody.
- 25:07I've waited three years.
- 25:08Nobody was doing it.
- 25:11And I was waiting for something to happen.
- 25:13And when Ashley started it, I was like, yep.
- 25:15I'm I'm I'm okay with
- 25:17this.
- 25:17You're ready.
- 25:18I want I wanna be part of this because I know it can change a lot of life.
- 25:23Even if it's one one person on one day or just getting some help anytime, That is something
- 25:31we did.
- 25:33Over a thousand and growing, and I hope that, you know, your own podcast and and being on
- 25:39this podcast and others helps us to just continue to raise awareness.
- 25:44And and I'm gonna do everything that I can to to be a warrior with you.
- 25:49I I wanna get plugged into your network.

- 26:12We have the Get Better Together Project and you would both just be so lovely to have on there
- 26:19because we want to inspire people.
- 26:21And we want people to not feel like they're alone.
- 26:25I don't want anyone to ever feel like that.
- 26:26Exactly.
- 26:27Like you both have felt in your lives.
- 26:31Yeah.
- 26:32Yeah.
- 26:32We had to mourn.
- 26:33We know what what to do.
- 26:35We know what people are going through.
- 26:37We wanna help them because we were there.
- 26:40Elizabeth, can you go ahead and tell everybody how they can find everything?
- 26:45Yes.

- 28:06Well, awesome.
- 28:07Ashley, do you want to chime in with anything before I let you out of here?
- 28:12Starting this was probably one of the hardest things that I've ever had to do.
- 28:18I've going through this has probably been one of the hardest things that I've ever had to go
- 28:24through to getting to this.
- 28:27But it's been one of the most rewarding things that I've ever done and it's meeting everyone,
- 28:34meeting Elizabeth, meeting everyone.
- 28:37Dealing with this illness is on daily is so hard and so difficult.
- 28:45But just meeting everyone has been so rewarding and educating and bringing awareness and just
- 28:55educating everyone is bringing my nursing back into it.
- 28:59It just warms my heart to do it.
- 29:03Oh, you were a nurse?
- 29:04Well, I wasn't so I went to nursing school and I graduated a nursing school, but I never
- 29:12finished my nursing license just because I was dealing with FND symptoms at the time.
- 29:17So I never actually practices as a nurse.
- 29:19So I kind of
- 29:21But that was kind of
- 29:22She has a background.
- 29:23Right.
- 29:24Well, but even the nursing was kinda taken from you because of the before you were ever
- 29:29diagnosed with the disease Yeah.
- 29:31The symptoms were already affecting your life.
- 29:34So like you said, you've been living with this a lot longer.
- 29:38I am just so blessed to to meet you both.
- 29:41I'm so proud of you for doing what you're doing
- 29:44so much.
- 29:44For living what you've lived through to this point.
- 29:47I know it's not easy every day.
- 29:49I am here to help in any way.
- 29:51I know our whole team is behind me in that, and this won't be the last time that we'll be
- 29:57talking, and I hope that we can help you in whatever fundraising efforts we can do and to
