Welcome to Nate's Daily Wager. I ain't picking winners, but I
• 0:10
am making wagers. Time to put my money where my
• 0:13
mouth is. This is Nate's Daily Wager for
• 0:25
May 21st, 2024, and well, as normally happens when one that's
• 0:34
on something one knows nothing about, you'll lose.
• 0:38
And that's what happened to me last night.
• 0:40
I was close, but close doesn't count much and unless you're
• 0:45
playing horseshoes, have a hand grenade or lobbing nuclear
• 0:48
weapons at each other. So take the L and that's the way
• 0:54
it goes. So but back to basketball,
• 0:58
Tonight we have Boston taking out the Pacers.
• 1:02
Currently the line is sitting at 10 1/2 and I tell you this is,
• 1:07
this is what I'm thinking. I think Boston's going to win.
• 1:12
They may end up getting that double digit win, but where I
• 1:15
think Indiana's going to do, I think Indiana is going to keep
• 1:19
it close in the first half. And so I'm looking at this first
• 1:23
half point spread and I think might even sprinkle a little bit
• 1:27
on the first half money line. But what I like is that getting
• 1:31
that 5 1/2 on the the the first half.
• 1:35
So we're going to go Indiana Pacers plus 5 1/2 against the
• 1:41
Boston Celtics for the first half and tonight's NBA Eastern
• 1:47
  Conference Final basketball action.
• 1:50
See anything better than that? Pound it.
• 1:52
That's my pick, and I'm sticking to it.
