- 0:03Brian McFadden: Dude.
- 0:12Testecleese: Ha, ha! Ha! Ha!
- 0:15Testecleese: I used the wrong music, but that's all right, that's my fault.
- 0:18Brian McFadden: Hmm, hmm.
- 0:19Testecleese: Anyway, it is episode 269 of Jeffrey and Brian show. I'm Jeffrey.
- 0:24Brian McFadden: I'm Ryan.
- 0:25Testecleese: 2 guys drinking some beers are what's going on. I apologize. I used our outro, not our intro music. But
- 0:32Testecleese: I guess that just means we miss it the last time, because hopefully, I have some new intro music for the next episode. When our new president takes office.
- 0:40Brian McFadden: All right.
- 0:41Testecleese: He is hoping, anyway.
- 0:45Testecleese: All right. Well, we got some follow up.
- 0:48Testecleese: We were talking about the media
- 0:51Testecleese: getting destroyed since the loss of Biden
- 0:56Testecleese: in the Presidential race, a lot of people not paying attention especially to the left wing media. But media in general, they're going online for, like idiots like you and me, which once again, do not get your news from us.
- 1:09Brian McFadden: No! -
- 1:10Testecleese: Okay.
- 1:11Testecleese: But Walpole is down 9. Washington Post is down. 90% of their online readers.
- 1:17Brian McFadden: That is huge.
- 1:20Testecleese: And they're still making millions of dollars a year
- 1:24Testecleese: shees. So you're subscribed to this shit and not reading it.
- 1:28Brian McFadden: It must be. Yeah. People don't know how to unsubscribe. It's like trying to get off Amazon Prime. You know, you gotta jump through 20,000 different hoops to do it.
- 1:37Testecleese: Never tried to get off Amazon Prime. I'm a big fan, especially living out here in the middle of nowhere.
- 1:42Testecleese: I can order some stuff, and it just shows up
- 1:46Testecleese: versus driving 2 h. You know what I mean to the somewhere else to buy stuff.
- 1:53Testecleese: Oh, California is leading the nation in bird flu.
- 1:58Testecleese: They got up 40 confirmed cases.
- 2:02Brian McFadden: Don't know what that necessarily means. I was concerned that bird Flu was going to be the next Covid.
- 2:09Testecleese: But they've been threatening us with bird flu for what? 20 years.
- 2:13Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 2:15Testecleese: So we'll see if that goes anywhere it never does.
- 2:19Testecleese: Now, here's an exciting one.
- 2:22Testecleese: Starbucks. Open bathroom policy.
- 2:25Testecleese: Yeah, reversed.
- 2:27Brian McFadden: How old are you?
- 2:29Testecleese: Yeah. So now you're not gonna not not necessarily gonna bump into some dude with a needle in his arm in the bathroom at Starbucks.
- 2:37Testecleese: You know what I mean?
- 2:39Testecleese: Because we used to have that issue at 7 11 in Virginia. You go into the bathroom to clean up, and then someone passed out, tied off with a needle in their arm. You're like, Oh, now I have to call the cops, you know.
- 2:53Testecleese: and as much as people talk trash about 7 11 dude. I loved that job. I really did.
- 2:59Testecleese: I got paid garbage.
- 3:01Testecleese: but I genuinely enjoyed it, especially the overnight shift, because I. You had your regular customers who came in for their cigarettes and coffee in the morning. You know what I mean.
- 3:09Brian McFadden: Right.
- 3:10Testecleese: And they just
- 3:11Testecleese: they would just look at you and like one finger or 2 how many packs of smokes they want, and.
- 3:16Brian McFadden: It's.
- 3:16Testecleese: That are these Karens like, Excuse me, it's was raised.
- 3:20Testecleese: Bitch. You're at 7, 11. Okay?
- 3:25Testecleese: How? biden has gone ahead and commuted more sentences.
- 3:30Testecleese: Yeah, or his, you know, his leaving office, his moving out.
- 3:33Brian McFadden: Running out of time.
- 3:35Testecleese: About 2,500 more.
- 3:38Testecleese: Now we see this every time with a President.
- 3:41Brian McFadden: Nothing like this. This is, he's done the most by far.
- 3:45Testecleese: Yes, but it's always right before they leave.
- 3:48Testecleese: so there's nothing the voters can do about it.
- 3:51Brian McFadden: No, none of the lawyers can do about it, anyway.
- 3:54Brian McFadden: Me.
- 3:54Testecleese: They could just not vote for you again, if you know what I mean.
- 3:58Testecleese: But yeah.
- 3:58Brian McFadden: That's not an issue right now. Yeah.
- 4:00Testecleese: Exactly. There's nothing the voters can do about it.
- 4:04Testecleese: And here's a follow up. I don't know if you recall but this one you shared about this migrant.
- 4:09Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 4:09Testecleese: Illegal migrant with a million dollars in drugs, and they are 15. We talked about last week.
- 4:13Brian McFadden: Right. He got booted out of the free housing.
- 4:16Testecleese: Andy's being charged.
- 4:18Brian McFadden: Hallelujah.
- 4:20Testecleese: It's not.
- 4:20Brian McFadden: Unusual for the Sanctuary State of Massachusetts, and made them look so bad they had to go for it. Huh!
- 4:28Testecleese: Yeah. Well, the people are calling for people to be taken out of office over this.
- 4:33Testecleese: because they just they just had enough like, are you kidding me? I can't pay my bills. This guy's got a million dollars worth of illegal drugs, and we're giving him free. I was like.
- 4:42Brian McFadden: Right.
- 4:45Testecleese: While we're talking about Massachusetts. Anyone who wants to see this video type in a horrifying viral video shows male body slamming a woman head 1st on road after fender. Bender
- 4:56Testecleese: suspect released on $2,500 bail
- 4:59Testecleese: this was in. I wanna say, Attleboro, Massachusetts.
- 5:06Testecleese: Yep, Attleboro, that's close to the Cape.
- 5:12Testecleese: Dude. This was a nasty, nasty body, slam. This guy looked like he was trained by like
- 5:19Testecleese: mma with like it was or not even mma like Wwe like he picked this woman up and like, flipped her over and dropped her down on her head on the asphalt.
- 5:28Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 5:29Testecleese: And like easily could have killed this woman, and he's out on 2,500 bucks, which the bail was 2,500 bucks. So that what does that mean.
- 5:37Brian McFadden: But if you get a bail bondsman, you've got to put up like 10%.
- 5:41Brian McFadden: Yeah, you put up like $250.
- 5:44Testecleese: 250 bucks, and he's out of jail waiting for trial.
- 5:47Brian McFadden: Right.
- 5:50Testecleese: Did you see this city council, woman or counselor? I I don't don't dare say, woman.
- 5:57Brian McFadden: I heard about it on the I was, I heard it about on the, on A, podcast when I was driving around today, yeah.
- 6:04Testecleese: Claim Buck.
- 6:07Brian McFadden: It might have been, but it was hilarious because they were.
- 6:10Testecleese: Oh, yeah.
- 6:12Brian McFadden: He can't go to In-person Council meetings because he prefers they them, and nobody was calling him that.
- 6:22Testecleese: Yes, exactly. I'm they them. I was misgendered. So not just. I can't go to meetings. I'm taking a fucking month off.
- 6:31Brian McFadden: Right with pay.
- 6:33Testecleese: Yeah.
- 6:34Testecleese: And oh, my God, this is the 1st non binary person to be elected in Massachusetts. So
- 6:41Testecleese: good work sticking up for yourself there. Huh?
- 6:44Testecleese: I need a month off because someone called me the wrong pronoun. How are you gonna make real decisions? If that's what's freaking you out.
- 6:50Brian McFadden: In real situations.
- 6:52Testecleese: Yeah.
- 6:54Testecleese: Well, here's a fun one the FDA is Banning. Was it yellow? Red? 5 or red? 40.
- 7:02Brian McFadden: Yeah, read, something.
- 7:04Testecleese: Red, 3.
- 7:05Brian McFadden: Yeah, it's in marschino cherries and
- 7:09Brian McFadden: all kinds of things like the.
- 7:12Testecleese: Well, see, it's 1 thing when it's in a fruit in a small amount.
- 7:17Testecleese: We're.
- 7:18Brian McFadden: I mean, it's been banned from cosmetics for years. So.
- 7:21Testecleese: Yeah, cause it's toxic and causes cancer.
- 7:24Testecleese: Oh, he is hoping our yellow 5 is next it's actually called tartrazine.
- 7:33Brian McFadden: Well, this is one of the things that Rfk. Jr. Said he was going to go after.
- 7:39Testecleese: Yeah.
- 7:39Brian McFadden: If he was confirmed.
- 7:41Testecleese: Thing is, they've given them like 2 years to adjust their formulas like, just don't diet red.
- 7:47Brian McFadden: And then there's 1 other one that
- 7:50Brian McFadden: they got. They're giving them 3 years for.
- 7:53Testecleese: Jesus leaves.
- 7:55Brian McFadden: I can't remember. I mean, it might be drugs.
- 7:58Brian McFadden: They're using red dry in prescription medications, too.
- 8:03Testecleese: It's a food coloring. Just don't diet red. You know what I mean.
- 8:08Testecleese: Cool
- 8:10Testecleese: or jeez, Louise. It's ridiculous. What? Whatever? Apparently you need years to figure out how to not die, something.
- 8:19Brian McFadden: Well, they probably got. It's probably a supply chain thing, you know. They probably got so many mass produced. They want to get through them. They want to allow them to get through.
- 8:28Brian McFadden: or they just had to throw him into the dump.
- 8:30Testecleese: Well, you think they have 2 to 3 years worth of product standing by waiting to be
- 8:35Testecleese: sold just sitting in factory.
- 8:38Brian McFadden: Some things they might have. Yeah.
- 8:40Testecleese: Maybe that doesn't sound good for expiration dates, does it?
- 8:43Brian McFadden: No, but hey! With that red dye it may make things last longer.
- 8:48Testecleese: Maybe it's a preservative, too. Maybe I don't know.
- 8:52Testecleese: And the Education Secretary for Biden.
- 8:56Testecleese: This is hilarious.
- 8:57Brian McFadden: Yeah, it was.
- 8:59Testecleese: The one who tried to get men to compete in women's sports by simply saying, they're a woman.
- 9:03Brian McFadden: He avoided culture wars. He put himself in the middle of a culture war.
- 9:09Testecleese: It is the culture, war.
- 9:10Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 9:13Testecleese: How much have we discussed this? This? With that?
- 9:16Testecleese: Are not? Article 9. Is it? Article 9.
- 9:19Testecleese: That sounds great.
- 9:20Brian McFadden: Title, 10.
- 9:22Testecleese: Title, title, 9.
- 9:23Brian McFadden: Yeah. Title. 9. Yeah.
- 9:25Testecleese: Yeah, it's just it's unbelievable.
- 9:28Testecleese: And speaking of this stupid shit.
- 9:30Testecleese: did you see Joe Biden basically unilaterally amend the Constitution.
- 9:35Brian McFadden: He tried. And it'll what's funny, even funnier, about this. I was seeing people post about it on Facebook. Sober super excited that he enacted the Era Amendment.
- 9:49Testecleese: Yeah, Equal Rights Act, which, by the way.
- 9:53Testecleese: they give these things, whatever name they want.
- 9:55Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 9:56Testecleese: That doesn't mean that's what it is like.
- 9:58Brian McFadden: Like the inflation reduction act.
- 10:00Testecleese: Exactly.
- 10:02Testecleese: They're saying that you can't discriminate, based on someone's quote, gender, not sex.
- 10:08Testecleese: This would undo. Was it the 19? Was it 1954, 64, Civil Rights Act.
- 10:15Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 10:16Testecleese: Because now what's a woman? Well, I can just say I'm a woman. So I have all the same protections as a woman.
- 10:21Testecleese: But Joe was like, Oh, yeah, this many states have passed this law. So now it's constitutional, and it's the law of the land, like, does this?
- 10:30Testecleese: 1st of all. Does Joe Biden understand how this works? You don't.
- 10:32Brian McFadden: Owes.
- 10:33Testecleese: Like you have to have a car. Convention of states is what they call it.
- 10:38Brian McFadden: Well, there's 2 ways to change the Constitution. One is with the convention states and ones is 2 thirds of the States ratifying it. But when they started.
- 10:48Testecleese: And the Convention of States.
- 10:50Brian McFadden: But
- 10:51Brian McFadden: you could. Yeah, but I mean but they put a time limit on it. When they 1st introduced this amendment, and the time limit expired before the last State. I think the last State was Virginia to sign off on. It happened.
- 11:07Testecleese: It's just
- 11:08Testecleese: yeah. Joe can't just do this, and the crazy thing is, Cnn. Hasn't called them out, saying, you don't have that authority. Cnn, is not that.
- 11:17Brian McFadden: They're probably excited about it.
- 11:18Testecleese: Why aren't they calling him a fascist.
- 11:21Testecleese: you know, just going around the rest of the government and being.
- 11:24Brian McFadden: And it's too busy worrying about other issues right now. So.
- 11:28Testecleese: Yeah, they just lost another lawsuit.
- 11:30Brian McFadden: I forgot to bring.
- 11:32Testecleese: A yeah, I forgot to bring a lighter. I'm going to run up and grab one if you want to bring us into what's going on the inauguration, and why the left possibly might not riot.
- 11:42Brian McFadden: Yeah. So we did have thousands of people that showed up in DC for the people's march ahead of the inauguration today.
- 11:51Brian McFadden: And it's the same Wacko people that wore those pink hats that looked like vaginas on their heads are showing up this time. They're doing it before the inauguration instead of after the inauguration, and they might have done that. For one reason is it's gonna be so cold that they moved the inauguration inside
- 12:14Brian McFadden: into the Capitol rotunda. There's it's going to be the lowest temperature since Ronald Reagan was the last time this happened was in when Ronald Reagan was inaugurated. The second term, not his 1st term
- 12:28Brian McFadden: and so this is a big thing, you know, I mean, but I don't know that the temperature is one thing, but I think.
- 12:38Brian McFadden: Personally, I think it's probably more of a security issue for secret service than the cold. I think the cold is just a convenient excuse that they were a lot. They gave Trump as a means to contain
- 12:52Brian McFadden: such a way much more securely, because now he's going to be in the capital.
- 12:57Brian McFadden: and they're going to open up the the capital one arena, which seats about 30,000 people for people to go in there and watch it. Meanwhile, if it was actually on the Mall.
- 13:09Brian McFadden: it probably would have been closer to a hundred 1,000 people or more showing up for it.
- 13:15Testecleese: Yeah.
- 13:15Brian McFadden: People that have paid thousands of dollars to go to the inauguration and stay in these crazy ass Airbnbs, that they raise the rates for this weekend.
- 13:22Testecleese: Okay.
- 13:23Brian McFadden: They can't even well, they can still go, but they're not going to be able to watch the inauguration live.
- 13:28Testecleese: Yeah, it's pretty messed up.
- 13:30Testecleese: I think you're right.
- 13:31Brian McFadden: Attend parties and stuff and party with the low party with the people in the bars locally, but they can't go to the actual ceremony.
- 13:41Testecleese: I think you're right. I think this is a security issue, especially since DC. Police said that they are not going to be helping CIA, not CIA secret service
- 13:55Testecleese: like.
- 13:56Testecleese: because I mean, let's be real. It gets colder in this country than it does in DC. And people still do their thing right.
- 14:01Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 14:04Testecleese: I mean, look how much nation we have north of it, or northern midwest.
- 14:10Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 14:12Testecleese: So what's going on with Virginia and.
- 14:15Brian McFadden: We're super excited here. The Federal Government
- 14:18Brian McFadden: Slash Biden is going to give Virginia 11 million dollars for more charging stations. This is a stupid Mccain Kane Kane, push for this thing, Senator Kaine.
- 14:30Brian McFadden: and so they're hoping that with more charging stations more people will buy electric.
- 14:38Testecleese: What does it cost to charge your vehicle on these electric charging stations? I have no idea.
- 14:42Brian McFadden: Think it's dirt cheap.
- 14:44Brian McFadden: I think it's cheaper to charge it at the charging station than it is in your own home.
- 14:48Testecleese: Sure.
- 14:49Brian McFadden: Because I think they're getting. I think they, the the utilities, are giving these charging stations a lower rate.
- 14:57Brian McFadden: Then.
- 14:59Testecleese: So who's paying for everyone else?
- 15:01Brian McFadden: Yeah, of course.
- 15:04Testecleese: That just seems nuts that you, the Virginian, is gonna have to pay for the other guy to pay to charge his electric vehicle.
- 15:10Brian McFadden: Well, how many charging stations did Biden promise before he left office, you know? Wasn't it like thousands? Be like, be like gas stations.
- 15:18Testecleese: And he got literally 0 belt.
- 15:21Brian McFadden: I think they're up to 5 or something.
- 15:23Testecleese: Oh, up to 5, my 5.
- 15:24Brian McFadden: It's it's ridiculous, whatever it is, you know. But they spent billions of dollars planning. But no building. This is another issue with the Federal Government, you know. This is why you put the Federal Government in charge of anything, and they're going to find a way to fuck it up.
- 15:41Testecleese: That's what they do, man. That's why we need to go back to small government. Let's reenact was it? Article 4, I believe, and amend the 10th Amendment and
- 15:51Testecleese: leave this stuff to the States to do. The Federal Government has no authority to be doing this.
- 15:56Testecleese: And again, you, Virginia is getting 11 million dollars for this. Who's paying that 11 million dollars.
- 16:02Brian McFadden: The rest of the country.
- 16:03Testecleese: They have taxpayers everywhere else, exactly.
- 16:06Brian McFadden: Good.
- 16:08Testecleese: Still kind of like I don't know, man.
- 16:11Brian McFadden: How many charging stations do you think are actually going to be built for 11 million dollars?
- 16:16Testecleese: Knowing the way, government works. Probably 11.
- 16:19Brian McFadden: Probably. Yeah. A good 1,000,001, each one. Yeah, that probably save.
- 16:23Testecleese: Yeah, yeah, like, you gotta run the power lines out. You gotta. You gotta be a heavy duty power lines. So you know, handle that kind of current. You're gonna have that people that are trained in how to do this stuff. You know what I mean, and that those guys aren't cheap to hire.
- 16:38Testecleese: Then just the construction in general. And then, okay, you get 11 charging stations in all of Virginia.
- 16:45Testecleese: Wow! Great. So now you can go through the mountains and charge your electric vehicle and disappear.
- 16:52Testecleese: Brian picks a bad time disappear, but that's all right.
- 16:55Testecleese: A dude in Virginia was down in Virginia beach hit. The Casino
- 17:02Testecleese: hit 10 grand at the Casino good for him.
- 17:06Testecleese: He was dumb enough to take a ride home for 3 Randos that he didn't know, and they gave him a ride home. No problem.
- 17:14Testecleese: but as soon as they got him back home
- 17:16Testecleese: they came up behind and put them in a headlock and stole his winnings.
- 17:22Brian McFadden: Yep.
- 17:24Brian McFadden: Well, apparently they forced him to give him a ride someplace, then stole his vehicle, stole his phone, but left him near home. So they were nice about doing that.
- 17:33Testecleese: Maybe I misread it. I thought that they offered to give him a ride home.
- 17:36Brian McFadden: Maybe maybe I misread it. But
- 17:39Brian McFadden: you know the police recovered his phone nearby. His house.
- 17:43Testecleese: Oh, yeah, they throw it out the window. What good is that to them? That's just a tracking device, right?
- 17:47Brian McFadden: But casinos come out and said that many non-cash options are available to people.
- 17:55Testecleese: Just so that doesn't happen.
- 17:56Brian McFadden: Yeah. They also offer escorts to your vehicle from the Casino. If you have winnings like that.
- 18:05Brian McFadden: but then and you get a you get a cash, you get a check type deal, you know.
- 18:10Testecleese: Or our direct deposit.
- 18:12Brian McFadden: I'm sure they would offer that too.
- 18:13Testecleese: Like for real. Why couldn't they just swipe my card as if I was paying for groceries and put money on the card.
- 18:19Brian McFadden: It might not be able to do up to $10,000, but.
- 18:22Testecleese: Well, look! That just means it gets taxed on the spot. You don't have to worry about that shit later.
- 18:26Brian McFadden: That's the another issue. Just because this guy has got swab.
- 18:30Testecleese: Doesn't mean there's no taxes.
- 18:31Brian McFadden: Texas, still.
- 18:32Testecleese: So he hit for 10 grand at the Casino, and he owes money.
- 18:36Brian McFadden: Yes.
- 18:37El Guapo: That.
- 18:38Testecleese: That sucks.
- 18:41Testecleese: And now you know, as this would be an argument to stay armed. But I am certain the Casino is not gonna allow you to carry a gun to the Casino right.
- 18:49Brian McFadden: No, no.
- 18:50El Guapo: Unless you got like a like a locker.
- 18:53Testecleese: Okay, they'll maybe they'll check your weapon for you.
- 18:58El Guapo: Yeah, like, yeah, before you check in, like, there's a locker. You could put it there, you know.
- 19:03Testecleese: Maybe Virginia's pretty good about guns, but I don't think Virginia would go that far. They would just say, Leave your gun in your car.
- 19:08El Guapo: So somebody can still.
- 19:12Testecleese: That's not the Casino's problem. That's your fault for bringing a gun and leaving it in the car.
- 19:16El Guapo: Yeah, I think so.
- 19:19El Guapo: Back in couple years ago.
- 19:23El Guapo: when we were protesting second amendment when fucking rap, Donaldor was the governor.
- 19:27El Guapo: You could. The what's the name of the people? You could actually go to the capital, the capital here, and with a gun on your side open, carry.
- 19:42Testecleese: Probably until just very recently, actually.
- 19:44El Guapo: Yeah, they just pass a lot.
- 19:48El Guapo: That's a picture of the Congresswoman from Virginia and the Senate here in Virginia and the Congress
- 19:54El Guapo: with a gun, and she liked the 6 shooter.
- 19:57El Guapo: Yeah, I guess just for symbolism.
- 20:00Testecleese: Yeah, exactly. It's it's the that's the point.
- 20:05Testecleese: So this car accident you shared here on West Mercury.
- 20:10Brian McFadden: Right near my house.
- 20:12Testecleese: Yeah. What? What's the main road? Is that Jefferson? Right next? Right.
- 20:16Testecleese: the main row right next to your house? Or is that.
- 20:18Brian McFadden: Mercury, Mercury.
- 20:20Testecleese: That's what I thought. The wife told me it wasn't. I was like, I swear I swear his road was mentioned in this article.
- 20:25Brian McFadden: It was, yeah. Mercury Boulevard. Yeah, it was like it was like a block away from my house, and my wife actually called me and said, Hey, take the back roads home. Do not take Mercury, because you'll never get here if you take Mercury
- 20:39Brian McFadden: late 1st it was a fatal accident, so the cops were directing traffic all around it, and it was blocked off for hours, and it was a shit show, so.
- 20:52Testecleese: Well, I mean, accidents happen, unfortunately, especially on major roads.
- 20:55Brian McFadden: Well, especially when people drive like they do in Virginia, where everybody's got to get there first.st
- 21:01Testecleese: Well, I will. One argument I've always had about Hampton Roads, Virginia driving. It's the biggest shit show in the country.
- 21:08Brian McFadden: Yes, it is.
- 21:10Testecleese: But that's because there's so much military in that area
- 21:14Testecleese: that you have people coming from all over the country, the different styles that don't work together.
- 21:21Testecleese: You know what I mean.
- 21:21Brian McFadden: Right.
- 21:22Testecleese: Like Massachusetts. People drive like they're known as massholes. Whether they drive.
- 21:26Brian McFadden: Yes, they are.
- 21:28Testecleese: But if you know the system, it it works perfect.
- 21:32Testecleese: Always use your signal. If you turn on your signal.
- 21:36Brian McFadden: Those are optional. In Virginia.
- 21:38Testecleese: Exactly, but you turn on your signal in Massachusetts. The traffic will make room for you.
- 21:44Testecleese: but you do that in Virginia you turn the signal on. Someone slams the gas to get up there to make sure you can't get in front of them.
- 21:51Brian McFadden: Nope.
- 21:52Testecleese: And it's it's infuriating West Virginia. Here. Everything's a little is a lot more laid back
- 21:59Testecleese: people signal for the most part, but like you don't stay close enough to a vehicle in front of you or behind you that it's gonna be an issue
- 22:07Testecleese: at least not out here in the woods, maybe out in Charleston. I don't know, anyway, about West Virginia.
- 22:15Testecleese: New River Gorge. I don't know if you've ever heard of it.
- 22:19El Guapo: Yeah, a. A whitewater raft to the the gorge.
- 22:23Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 22:23Testecleese: There you go. Beautiful, beautiful area! Great he's taking.
- 22:28El Guapo: Well, I think the gore is the only river in the Western Hemisphere to flow north.
- 22:36Testecleese: That's possible. But I hadn't heard that.
- 22:40Testecleese: But some jackasses went out to one of these popular scenic overlooks and graffiti a rock wall
- 22:47Testecleese: just with, and all the trees and everything just just to be an asshole.
- 22:54Brian McFadden: Bullshit.
- 22:55Testecleese: It is, man, you just ruin it for everyone else like, and you had to hike out and actually do some real stuff down to these rocks. This isn't like your average person could walk up there. It's from an overlook. So like some kids had to have like gear and know what they were doing to do this, you know.
- 23:12Testecleese: anyway, I got another story from here in West Virginia. That's not on the list, but that's because I read it in the local paper.
- 23:18Brian McFadden: Okay.
- 23:18Testecleese: I have bought the newspaper for the county that comes out once a week for a dollar 50.
- 23:25Brian McFadden: That's expensive.
- 23:27Testecleese: Oh, yes, go ahead and buy a Boston Globe and tell me what an expensive newspaper is. There's a smoke shop just got opened up down in town right next to me in Webster Springs.
- 23:40Testecleese: I have not. I noticed it was there
- 23:43Testecleese: haven't been in yet. It's a smoke slash vape shop
- 23:47Testecleese: which the wife was like. Oh, it's going to compete with these other guys down the road. I was like, no, that's a head shop.
- 23:53Testecleese: She's like, what's the difference like these guys here? The smoke shop sell cigarettes and vapes and paper.
- 23:59Testecleese: sometimes semi legal weed.
- 24:02Testecleese: Well, yeah, I was like, when you go over to this place. I think it's like the golden mushroom, or something like that.
- 24:08El Guapo: And.
- 24:08Testecleese: I was like, you buy bongs and pipes. You know what I mean. It's like they don't even sell cigarettes there, and and you buy, and you buy the the semi legal weed that I just took a rip off of.
- 24:21Brian McFadden: Yeah. How that work for your lungs?
- 24:24Testecleese: It hurts more than real grass.
- 24:26Brian McFadden: Yeah, well, you so good.
- 24:29Testecleese: It's a different experience.
- 24:32Brian McFadden: Oh, God!
- 24:34Testecleese: I it will help me go to sleep.
- 24:37Brian McFadden: Okay.
- 24:37Testecleese: And I will, but it's hemp. It's just not the cannabis that he cannabis hemp. You know what I mean. It's the cousin.
- 24:44Testecleese: so it's got some calming effects. It actually does something neat.
- 24:48Brian McFadden: In Virginia. They've got the Delta 8 or something.
- 24:52Testecleese: Day.
- 24:53Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 24:54Testecleese: Yep, yeah, it. It stings the lungs a little bit more, but.
- 24:59Brian McFadden: Very. It's very harsh.
- 25:01Testecleese: Yeah, it's it's legal, though, and I don't have to worry about my gun rights. So obviously, that's the only thing I'm buying right.
- 25:07Brian McFadden: Yup!
- 25:09El Guapo: Definitely not business plus.
- 25:12El Guapo: Does it show up in the piss test.
- 25:15Testecleese: That's a good question. I don't know, but I've never peed in a cup to buy a gun.
- 25:19Brian McFadden: No, what he's talking about.
- 25:21El Guapo: Where am I?
- 25:23Testecleese: I know you'll work. Can I keep working, driving a truck and stuff and stuff? I don't know. That's a good question. You should actually.
- 25:29El Guapo: Think that because there is Thc in it is this.
- 25:32Brian McFadden: A lot lower level, I would say. No, I mean it would show up in a pit, says, Don't do it if you're.
- 25:37Testecleese: Where are those?
- 25:38Brian McFadden: Back on the day.
- 25:38Testecleese: A lot of different Thcs.
- 25:41El Guapo: But yeah, the that's a general one. Any type of Tsc.
- 25:45Brian McFadden: Be better safe than sorry.
- 25:46El Guapo: That's true.
- 25:47Testecleese: Well, that's why you go ahead and look it up first, st or even better. We take a week off. Go buy a piss test at Gnc.
- 25:54Testecleese: Buy some of this shit.
- 25:56Testecleese: smoke it up, smoke it up, he the next day, and see if it shows up.
- 26:02El Guapo: And if it doesn't.
- 26:03Brian McFadden: I've smoked with El Matador or El Guapo before, and.
- 26:08Testecleese: He probably shouldn't do it on a regular basis.
- 26:11Testecleese: Handle it.
- 26:12Brian McFadden: He. He tends to have panic attacks.
- 26:19Testecleese: Regulation for a lot of people.
- 26:24Brian McFadden: It was entertaining on my part, you know, because I knew what was going on. But I've been down that road, and
- 26:32Brian McFadden: it can freak you the fuck out if you don't know what's going on.
- 26:37Testecleese: Well, let's be real, too. The weed you're buying at the store now in these dispensaries is not the same shit my father used to smoke in the sixties.
- 26:47El Guapo: It's a different blend now.
- 26:49Testecleese: Oh, oh, it's like 6,000 times stronger. It's insane!
- 26:54Brian McFadden: It's they. Chemically, they they hybrid it together and do all kinds of things to it. You know.
- 27:00Testecleese: Not not only the hybrid hybrid breeding this stuff, crossbreeding it.
- 27:06Testecleese: but they have exact mixtures of like fertilizer and everything else that they're putting in there to get the maximum
- 27:13Testecleese: potency and yield. It's just versus what it used to be like. Oh, I found a weed plant in my backyard. There's some seeds I'll plant some more, you know.
- 27:23Testecleese: Alright.
- 27:25Testecleese: Oh!
- 27:26Testecleese: So one of these Blm founders slash leaders.
- 27:31Testecleese: That you know they got they made tons of money and donations during the George Floyd Slash. Aubrey.
- 27:38Testecleese: Yeah, I'm at Aubrey case.
- 27:40Brian McFadden: 2 of her 3 mansions in Los Angeles. She bought off that money burned down.
- 27:46Brian McFadden: Do you have fire insurance?
- 27:47El Guapo: No problem.
- 27:49Testecleese: I don't know, but.
- 27:50Brian McFadden: Well, if you had. Well, if she paid outright. Probably not. But if she had a loan she had to have some kind of fire insurance, even if it's a state funded fire insurance.
- 27:59Brian McFadden: which is what's going on now is they're saying that the State doesn't have the money to cover all these losses.
- 28:06Brian McFadden: even though insurance companies, a normal insurance company is required to have X amount of reserves to cover losses.
- 28:16Brian McFadden: I will exempted themselves from that.
- 28:19Testecleese: Of course they did. Just the State can always exempt themselves from the same rules just like these guys that passed. Obamacare exempted themselves from it.
- 28:26Brian McFadden: Yep.
- 28:28Testecleese: What the hell
- 28:31Testecleese: but yeah, she she was the one we talked about before that, you know. She raised all this money for black lives matter.
- 28:37Testecleese: and then bought 3 mansions in California.
- 28:42Testecleese: And so 2 of them are gone. Which just means all the donation. All those millions of dollars of donations that people gave for black lives matter
- 28:49Testecleese: time. They should have literally.
- 28:50Brian McFadden: Themselves.
- 28:51Testecleese: Literally just got burned out.
- 28:53Testecleese: So that's well it sucks. If you were genuinely trying to help out of cause, you know what I mean.
- 28:59Testecleese: Not only do you get ripped off, but then it got burned down, too, so it couldn't even be like seized and given to someone else for
- 29:06Testecleese: fraud or something, you know.
- 29:08Brian McFadden: Right.
- 29:10Testecleese: I think you shared this one, Brian. This battery battery plant.
- 29:16Testecleese: What?
- 29:17Brian McFadden: The world's largest battery plant in Central.
- 29:20Testecleese: According to themselves, according to themselves, but it.
- 29:24Brian McFadden: In Monterey County.
- 29:26Testecleese: Yeah, it looks like these are lithium ion batteries.
- 29:29Brian McFadden: I believe. So, yeah, yeah.
- 29:30Testecleese: So these are.
- 29:31Brian McFadden: My own battery, facility.
- 29:33Testecleese: Duracells.
- 29:34Brian McFadden: No, this is the batteries that go into cars.
- 29:37Testecleese: Well into electric cars or your cell phone your laptop.
- 29:44El Guapo: Cool.
- 29:45Testecleese: But does it? Lithium burns insanely hot, and it's almost impossible to extinguish that fire.
- 29:53Brian McFadden: It wouldn't be like a class delta fire, wouldn't it?
- 29:55Testecleese: It is a Christ Delta 4. Yeah.
- 29:58Testecleese: Anyone who's curious. That means a burning metal like magnesium.
- 30:03Brian McFadden: Do not try to put it out with contention means just drop it into the ocean.
- 30:08Testecleese: Yeah, dude. We were in port in Norfolk.
- 30:12Testecleese: and I was using a cordless drill, right?
- 30:16Testecleese: And you can imagine the stress we put on cordless tools in the Navy and the Repair Division right.
- 30:21Brian McFadden: Oh, yeah.
- 30:23Testecleese: And the only reason why we go cold is because it's too far to run a wire. Sometimes.
- 30:27Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 30:28Testecleese: I've been swapping out batteries, swapping out batteries, charging them. You know what I mean growing through
- 30:34Testecleese: 3 quarters of an inch of a flight deck on a cruiser back with a helicopter lands.
- 30:40Testecleese: you know, doing all sorts of work, anyway, the battery starts smoking on me.
- 30:45Testecleese: So I popped the battery out and I put it aside. I'm like, Okay, whatever
- 30:49Testecleese: we'll see what happens. I pop in another battery. Get back to work.
- 30:53Testecleese: I run that for a couple minutes till the the bit gets hot. You know what I mean. We're gonna let it cool.
- 30:58Testecleese: I look over. There's other battery still smoking, and it's smoking more.
- 31:01Testecleese: and I was like, Oh, fuck!
- 31:03Testecleese: I was like, I tell you what I was like, firewatch, he's like what
- 31:07Testecleese: please don't make me do it. And I was like, Okay, then I will. I was like, you go find the electricians right now, and they were across the p-way from us on that ship like across the p-way was motor rewind.
- 31:19Testecleese: Go find the electricians, bring an electrician up here immediately.
- 31:24Testecleese: He's like, okay. My firewatch comes back with an em.
- 31:28Testecleese: and he goes, oh, that's not good, I was like, no.
- 31:31Testecleese: Is there anything we can do to stop this? He goes. I don't think so I was like, I don't think so either, but I wanted to get a second opinion before he goes. No, do it. I picked it up, and I just dropped it over the side of the the ship into the ocean.
- 31:43Brian McFadden: Dude. There must have been 7 people that saw me do that that all started freaking out about me throwing stuff in the the bay.
- 31:50Brian McFadden: It's on fire.
- 31:51Testecleese: I was like, this is a delta fire. I got a second opinion from the electrician. I'm a qualified fire, marshal. We both agreed. This thing's not going it, said the bottom of the bay for like 6 h and burned underwater.
- 32:07Testecleese: And this this is what's happening at this battery plant in California right now.
- 32:12Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 32:12El Guapo: Did they put it out, or still gone?
- 32:14Testecleese: Oh, no! It's still spreading.
- 32:18Testecleese: And this.
- 32:18El Guapo: No dude battery, plants.
- 32:21Testecleese: No, the it's still the fire still.
- 32:22Brian McFadden: Still on fire. Yeah.
- 32:24El Guapo: Goddamn.
- 32:25Testecleese: And it had nothing to do with the wildfires that are happening in California. This was.
- 32:29El Guapo: And.
- 32:29Testecleese: An internal like mistake somewhere.
- 32:32El Guapo: Yeah.
- 32:32Testecleese: So once again, let you know, like these lithium ion batteries in your phones and in your your electric car. They're great.
- 32:39Testecleese: but I understand how dangerous these things are like.
- 32:43Testecleese: You might have bad chance surviving your gasoline powered car catching on fire. Actually, you certainly do, than your electric car catching on fire.
- 32:52El Guapo: Yeah, especially if you got a garage.
- 32:54Testecleese: Oh, damn you! Don't.
- 32:56Brian McFadden: Your battery powered car in the garage. It's super bad.
- 32:59El Guapo: No, you think they're gonna listen to you.
- 33:02Testecleese: And if you ding up the battery at all, and rip that coating off, do not let water touch that thing.
- 33:09Testecleese: That's something people don't realize, too, is the water actually is what starts the fire.
- 33:14Testecleese: which is why it'll burn underwater. You're just feeding it more.
- 33:18Brian McFadden: So the Los Angeles Fire chiefs come out and said, it looks like the city failed. The department is fired, fire
- 33:25Brian McFadden: wildfires rage. I saw another article I did not share today that apparently the person in charge of that department of the the fire chief and all his people has actually been on administrative leave since December for allegedly putting in a bomb threat.
- 33:45Testecleese: Yeah, I, thought.
- 33:47El Guapo: The.
- 33:48Brian McFadden: Okay.
- 33:50Testecleese: Oh, it is. It's 2 articles down.
- 33:53Testecleese: Yeah. The Dei chief.
- 33:55Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 33:56Testecleese: It allegedly called it a bomb threat.
- 34:00Testecleese: Yeah, so terrific. But she said the city failed her.
- 34:05Brian McFadden: Right.
- 34:05Testecleese: So that's implying that the government can do something about these.
- 34:10Testecleese: And it's not
- 34:11Testecleese: well, because I keep hearing like, what are you supposed to do about this. How are you supposed to handle this? I'm like, I don't know about you, but we always put water on fires to put them out.
- 34:21Testecleese: I mean, granted.
- 34:23Testecleese: I have more training than the average person, Brian and Guapo. You both have more training year.
- 34:28Brian McFadden: We probably have, because we were in the navy. You know you fight, you learn how to fight fires on the ship, you know.
- 34:33Testecleese: You were certified, firefighter, both of you. Right.
- 34:35Brian McFadden: Yeah, of course.
- 34:36El Guapo: Yeah. Plug a hole in the ship, too.
- 34:39Brian McFadden: Do you see?
- 34:39Brian McFadden: Hey?
- 34:40Testecleese: And you well, that's that's why, when Brian brought up a delta fire, that's exactly the point is, you understand, you recognize the different types of fires.
- 34:47Testecleese: How do it distinguish them? Because they're
- 34:49Testecleese: you know you could put water on a Charlie fire. But you better do it the right way, or else you're going to get fried, you know.
- 34:55El Guapo: Yeah.
- 34:56Brian McFadden: And and Kamala Harris, vice President Kamala Harris has come out one last time before she vanishes off into oblivion.
- 35:04Brian McFadden: even though I do predict a tell all book about the administration coming from her, and it will not be good for President Biden.
- 35:14Testecleese: Yeah, that's right. You could throw a bike under the bus. Now, it's okay.
- 35:16Brian McFadden: She has to. She has to.
- 35:19Testecleese: She had.
- 35:19Brian McFadden: Because if she wants to have any kind of political career or any kind of career down the road, she's got to.
- 35:25Testecleese: Yeah, but she said she wouldn't change anything in an interview. How does she get around.
- 35:29Brian McFadden: I don't know. She'll find a way.
- 35:32El Guapo: Yeah, but she's got.
- 35:33Brian McFadden: Insurance companies, saying they canceled all the policies right before the California wildfires.
- 35:40El Guapo: Okay.
- 35:40Brian McFadden: Before the fire. So it wasn't like the fire happened, and I canceled your policy
- 35:44Brian McFadden: because what happened was California came out with new rules on what insurance companies had to apply to their customers. And several companies said, Fuck, you California, we're out of here.
- 35:59Testecleese: Yeah, we're gonna go work somewhere else.
- 36:01Brian McFadden: Gonna go to another state that where we might make some money on.
- 36:04Testecleese: Well, California said you weren't allowed to charge more than X dollars, and you had to provide like Y services.
- 36:10Brian McFadden: Right.
- 36:11Testecleese: And then California went and didn't refill their reservoirs. They didn't hire a proper fire to have, and they cut the budget year after year after year.
- 36:21Testecleese: and exactly the insurance companies like, why.
- 36:23Brian McFadden: We're in business to make money. You know, the insurance companies aren't a nonprofit.
- 36:29Brian McFadden: They've got stockholders or shareholders, you know. They have to continually make a profit in order to stay in business.
- 36:38Testecleese: Well, that's what a business is. They make money and they pay people. And you know what I mean, like, there's people have jobs.
- 36:44Testecleese: and it just drives me nuts. They want this weird communist thing we're like, no, you have to give me this insurance like, why do I have to give you our labor.
- 36:53Testecleese: That just sounds like slavery to me, like I don't want to pay.
- 36:57Brian McFadden: Like it seems like Americans are. Today's the younger generation Americans, not us, but the younger generations. They want it both ways. They want the best of both worlds, and it doesn't work that way.
- 37:10Testecleese: Yeah, exactly.
- 37:14Brian McFadden: They want the freebies, but they also want to make tons of money in the process.
- 37:19El Guapo: You know what the fuck it is, dude. It's everybody's fucking, contributing to this thing. Dude like
- 37:25El Guapo: I've been telling. This is personal on here, you know, I've been telling my ex-wife for, like, hey for Christmas, just one toy for the kids. They got a new fucking toys. But no, they need to get this this like they don't deserve this. They need to fucking. Appreciate what they got, you know, instead of just getting toys after toy after toy, you know, and after a while it's just everything's disposable. You need to like.
- 37:49Testecleese: Expect it exactly. Just let it get destroyed and don't appreciate the toys they have.
- 37:53El Guapo: Yeah, and I will go with anything in life, you know, like, you know what? At least I'm thankful I got my vehicle. I know how to repair, you know, stuff like that, and I know I need to get the newest and the greatest hold. Let me fucking impress this other person, you know it's everybody dude
- 38:08El Guapo: well, and we we transferred down to the.
- 38:11Testecleese: That's already in adulthood, though planned obsolescence. However, do you replace your cell phone?
- 38:17El Guapo: Me. No, until it breaks like I cannot. I just repaired my phone. But it was something was broken. I had to pay like $90 somebody, because I don't want to pay a thousand dollars for a new phone.
- 38:27Testecleese: Okay, you're on the same page as me. I upgraded my phone last year at the beginning of the year.
- 38:33Testecleese: Batteries barely holding charge right now, like they intended for me to buy a new phone.
- 38:38El Guapo: There's an iphone.
- 38:40Testecleese: Android.
- 38:41El Guapo: Oh!
- 38:42Testecleese: I know this is. This is new, because Android hasn't done this to me before.
- 38:47El Guapo: The
- 38:49Testecleese: I mean, it'll show last a couple of days, but the 1st 20% disappears in like an hour. If I'm doing something.
- 38:54El Guapo: Well, you have to see what else you gotta run into like Bluetooth, Wi-fi and all the other shit. Well, now.
- 39:00Testecleese: Everything is through. Wi-fi.
- 39:03El Guapo: Well, that's the thing like.
- 39:05Testecleese: If I'm in house it's a Faraday cage. 5G. Won't work.
- 39:08El Guapo: No, no, no, no! Like you leave your house, you leave your house. The wife are still on.
- 39:11Testecleese: Oh, yeah. Yeah. Yeah.
- 39:12El Guapo: Yeah, you have to like turn it off so it doesn't keep looking for it, you know.
- 39:16Testecleese: Yeah.
- 39:18Testecleese: Yeah, I will say it is convenient to walk out to my truck, turn the truck on and have my phone automatically link up to it, though.
- 39:24El Guapo: Yeah.
- 39:25El Guapo: Oh, Wi-fi! You got wi-fi in your truck.
- 39:28Testecleese: Got bluetooth.
- 39:29El Guapo: Oh, no, no! I I got like I like to drag it down. Turn it on and off right now at home. I don't need my bluetooth, so turn it off. You know I don't need to keep looking for it, you know.
- 39:39Testecleese: I gotcha.
- 39:40El Guapo: Yeah. So you have to go.
- 39:41Testecleese: Point is it? Exactly? It pings every so often looking for stuff.
- 39:45El Guapo: Yeah, like, where are you? Where are you? Where are you like? Just keep asking that. That's what drains the battery. And when I leave the house. That's when I turn the Bluetooth, because I got a link out with my mini van and link out with my truck. This is the podcast, and stuff like that, you know.
- 40:00Testecleese: Newsom, apparently with the months leading up to these fires, cut the California budget by a hundred 1 million.
- 40:12El Guapo: So far.
- 40:13Brian McFadden: Fighting budget.
- 40:14Testecleese: Yes, and then right before, like days before. One day before the fire started.
- 40:22Testecleese: the Mayor of LA. Karen bass.
- 40:25Brian McFadden: Was she even in the country when she did this, because she was in Ghana when the fire started out.
- 40:29Testecleese: So she was in Ghana, saying, they're going to cut the budget by 48.8 million in the fire department.
- 40:36Brian McFadden: And it's okay.
- 40:37Brian McFadden: She made a campaign promise before she got elected that she wasn't going to travel internationally unless it directly impacted Los Angeles.
- 40:46El Guapo: What is known. For what are politicians known for.
- 40:50Testecleese: Lying.
- 40:51Brian McFadden: Lying.
- 40:52El Guapo: There we go!
- 40:55Testecleese: Yup, but this is what's getting so damn frustrating is
- 40:59Testecleese: they've been cutting the budget and cutting the budget, and oh, the city hasn't burned down. We don't need a fire department anymore.
- 41:06El Guapo: Like a couple of weeks a month ago.
- 41:10Testecleese: Well, this is the same fucking logic is not finishing your round of antibiotics, because oh, I don't feel sick anymore.
- 41:17Brian McFadden: Yep.
- 41:18Testecleese: And then all of a sudden it comes back because you didn't finish the the round.
- 41:23El Guapo: Just to finish it off.
- 41:25Testecleese: Yeah, you got you gotta oh, my God, that that's the whole.
- 41:30Testecleese: What's this fence for? It's to keep the wolves out? Well, I don't see any wolves, so I'm gonna tear down the fence
- 41:35Testecleese: promptly. Be eaten by a wolf, you know.
- 41:38Brian McFadden: But thankfully, California has found new sources of To find firefighters. They've got.
- 41:45Testecleese: All a hairstyle here.
- 41:46Brian McFadden: They? They got prisoners in Mexico people, the and the Ukraine is willing to help send people over to fight the fires. How in the hell can Ukraine send people to fight fires when they got a war going on?
- 41:59El Guapo: Did did not, ever.
- 42:00Testecleese: Firefighting, equipment.
- 42:01El Guapo: They're not gonna go back.
- 42:04El Guapo: Yeah.
- 42:05Brian McFadden: That's what I'm afraid of. They come here. They're going to become. They're going to outstay their visas and become.
- 42:10Brian McFadden: I will.
- 42:11El Guapo: Like, hey! I'll save you a city. Can you give me a citizenship.
- 42:15Testecleese: Hey! They better come and fight this fire. They have our fucking, firefighting equipment.
- 42:19Testecleese: The military.
- 42:20Brian McFadden: True, true, but they're not bringing the equipment. They're just bringing the people.
- 42:23Testecleese: Terrific, which is hilarious, that she's the willing, the willing to get people from Mexico.
- 42:30Brian McFadden: But not New York.
- 42:31Testecleese: Prisoners, but not New York's New York. Often firefighters like. No.
- 42:35Testecleese: What?
- 42:36Testecleese: Why.
- 42:37Brian McFadden: She'd rather have Ukrainian firefighters that can't speak.
- 42:40Testecleese: They're more diverse. All these white people in Ukraine names like Kazotalanov.
- 42:49Testecleese: Oh, my God! Wow!
- 42:52Testecleese: No! I mean, I understand why they get in Mexico to help fight the fires. It's it's diverse. It helps the rainbow, you know.
- 43:00Testecleese: All right. What was the petition floating around La
- 43:04Testecleese: 92,000 people as of like 2 days ago, have signed it, looking for Karen best to resign from her position.
- 43:13Brian McFadden: He's not going to resign.
- 43:17Testecleese: I have no idea how many people vote in Los Angeles County.
- 43:21El Guapo: Actually, it's.
- 43:22Brian McFadden: It's the city of Los Angeles, not the county.
- 43:26Testecleese: Which is even more interesting because, like Pacific palisades, is not Los Angeles. It's just an la County.
- 43:32Brian McFadden: But it. I think it's considered part of the suburbs
- 43:37Brian McFadden: of Los Angeles. Los Angeles is not that actual big, but they started
- 43:41Brian McFadden: include they include all of the suburbs in. That's how they've become like the.
- 43:48El Guapo: The biggest.
- 43:49Brian McFadden: Largest city in the in the country, you know. Type deal.
- 43:53Testecleese: Well, it's okay. So like how Boston Boston is Boston. But then there's what's known as Greater Boston.
- 43:59Testecleese: That's where, like Harvard is out in Cambridge.
- 44:03Testecleese: and there's like 6 or 7
- 44:05Testecleese: pretty big cities that circle Boston
- 44:09Testecleese: that is known as the greater Boston area. Is that what we're referring to here when we say la.
- 44:14El Guapo: Yeah, yeah.
- 44:15Testecleese: The whole county.
- 44:16Brian McFadden: Right.
- 44:18Testecleese: All right, cause I'm in a different county than Boston, or I was in a different county than Boston when I was in Mass.
- 44:25Testecleese: Well, I was Plymouth County, Boston is Suffolk County, which is funny because the wife was like, Oh, isn't that in Virginia? I'm like, yeah, yes, and you know there's more than one Salem, too.
- 44:36Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 44:36El Guapo: Hmm.
- 44:38Brian McFadden: There's only one accounts.
- 44:41Testecleese: Anyway, I forgot where I was. Sorry. Just.
- 44:44Brian McFadden: We got.
- 44:45Testecleese: Trying to remember.
- 44:46Brian McFadden: Trying to cover his ass now, because he's ordered an investigation on fire hydrants.
- 44:52Brian McFadden: even though he literally says, 1st time he was asked about the fire hydrant. That's a local problem.
- 44:57Testecleese: He did. Basically, you're on your own. And I think that's exactly what everyone like us blew him up, was like, are you? Seriously? Just gonna step aside.
- 45:06El Guapo: So what do you think the Liberal would say when something happened? California trump is like, Hey, that's California problem.
- 45:13Brian McFadden: He won't say that in the long run.
- 45:14El Guapo: But I say, why would they? Why would they say it freaked the fuck out.
- 45:19Brian McFadden: And.
- 45:20El Guapo: Yeah, like.
- 45:20Testecleese: Hold on. Let's let's go ahead and compare what's happening in California right now. These fires to the hurricane that swept through the mid-atlantic to
- 45:31El Guapo: Hey!
- 45:32Brian McFadden: Yeah. North Carolina, the flooding, apparently some of the temporary housing that they were using for people to live there now in the wind.
- 45:38Testecleese: Retired.
- 45:39Brian McFadden: They're moving them. They're moving the housing to California for the fire victims.
- 45:43Testecleese: And you're dumping these people out in the ice.
- 45:46Brian McFadden: Yeah, inc, yeah.
- 45:49Testecleese: What the hell.
- 45:51Brian McFadden: I guarantee it doesn't get below freezing in most parts of California.
- 45:57Testecleese: Especially not when it's on fire.
- 45:59El Guapo: Exactly.
- 46:01El Guapo: You got your own fire pit and chocolate. See what happens.
- 46:08Testecleese: That that was actually brought up that a lot of people saying homeless people started these fires. And yeah, all these people like, oh, you guys are idiots, homeless people don't.
- 46:16Brian McFadden: They have arrested several people doing the fire, so.
- 46:21Testecleese: Yeah, but I hear people say, Oh, you're an idiot, like homeless people don't just go around. Start fires. I'm like, how the fuck do you think they stay warm in the winter?
- 46:29Testecleese: You light a fire and you stand around it, and oh, it got out of control because I'm
- 46:36Testecleese: a heroin addict on the side of the road. I'm not properly tending to my fire. You know what I mean? Yeah.
- 46:43Testecleese: Then all these houses are right next to each other. They're growing fucking bamboo because they're so fucking rich, you know. Fast bamboo goes up.
- 46:51Brian McFadden: Well, also, bamboo's got a roof system that's more underground than above ground. So the fire is, gonna get into.
- 47:00Testecleese: That's actually one of the
- 47:03Testecleese: theories I've heard about this fire starting that makes the most sense to me was it was actually a New Year's Eve, New Year's Day celebration.
- 47:12Testecleese: There's a fire!
- 47:14Testecleese: They put the fire out, they thought.
- 47:18Testecleese: but it went underground into a root system, slowly smoldering and burning until boom! And it gets enough oxygen.
- 47:26Testecleese: I don't know if that's what happened or not.
- 47:29Testecleese: Fireworks could easily start a fire that's gonna burn for days, and you don't even know it's there until a flame shows up. You know.
- 47:36El Guapo: Hmm.
- 47:37Testecleese: Again. This is the difference between knowing how fireworks and
- 47:40Testecleese: pretending. I know how a fire works.
- 47:43Brian McFadden: Well, you know how fireworks so.
- 47:45Testecleese: And so on. You better than your average person. Right?
- 47:48Brian McFadden: Yup! Yup!
- 47:49Testecleese: Yeah. And I, I appreciate you acknowledge and recognize that I have insane fire knowledge.
- 47:54Brian McFadden: Yeah, hopeful.
- 47:55Testecleese: But again, that was the job I had in the Navy right.
- 47:58Brian McFadden: Right. Yep.
- 47:58Testecleese: You have to get trained to be a fire, marshal. All right, I'll do it.
- 48:03Testecleese: By the way, those motherfuckers gassed me 3 times, you know.
- 48:08Brian McFadden: Well, apparently the 1st one didn't take.
- 48:10Testecleese: Oh, it did the worst! One
- 48:16Testecleese: made me hold my gas mask over my head and recite the Salish creed.
- 48:21Testecleese: Oh, that hurts so bad.
- 48:23Testecleese: and then they gassed me again at what was the Security forces training when they? Pepper sprayed me.
- 48:31Brian McFadden: Okay.
- 48:32Testecleese: Then they gassed me again for fire. Marshall.
- 48:36Testecleese: You know. Trust your equipment. Make sure you get your equipment working properly. Kind of thing, you know. I mean, gas has the same ideas. It's less dangerous than actual smoke to get your oxygen on your air on.
- 48:46Testecleese: Oh, man, I don't ever want to be, and you know what I would rather be tear gassed than pepper sprayed.
- 48:54El Guapo: Yeah. Yeah.
- 48:57El Guapo: I can see it at least, pepper spray you, I mean gas. You can. You can just wash it off. But pepper spray takes a while to concentrate it.
- 49:06Testecleese: Oh, not even that like, at least in
- 49:08Testecleese: tear gas. I can see well enough to get the fuck out of where I am. You get pepper sprayed. You are worthless. You are on the ground gasping for breath. That's on fire.
- 49:20Testecleese: and you you can't see a thing. Your eyes. It feels like your eyeballs are on fire.
- 49:26Testecleese: Well, I mean, at least with that Oc. Spray that all the resin capsicum they use in the Navy. Right?
- 49:32Testecleese: You you guys got pepper sprayed right.
- 49:35El Guapo: No, I didn't.
- 49:36Brian McFadden: I did.
- 49:36Testecleese: Nope made me do security forces training as engineer.
- 49:40El Guapo: Oh, because I drop out. I ran a little bit slower on my run, because I didn't want to do it.
- 49:46El Guapo: so like I got kicked out. Hey! Look!
- 49:49Testecleese: Oh, engineering!
- 49:50Testecleese: Oh, good!
- 49:51Testecleese: Hey! You know what I was a Dei hire! Do no! They spray
- 49:56Testecleese: in the face from like 20 feet away with this stuff, and it's got this needle.
- 50:00El Guapo: I was like, and I go.
- 50:02Testecleese: I'm not good.
- 50:02El Guapo: I'll let me be fat for a while to get paper spray. Fuck that.
- 50:06Testecleese: Yeah. Then you had to run an obstacle course and then fight red man at the end of it.
- 50:12El Guapo: No.
- 50:13Testecleese: Oh, well, that's I don't.
- 50:15Testecleese: Bad.
- 50:15El Guapo: Yeah, that's it. No, I'm good, like, no, I'm a little bit chunky. Let me fail this. I'm okay.
- 50:22El Guapo: you know exactly. No permission.
- 50:24Testecleese: What sucks they did it for engineering. They're like, Oh, we're gonna get.
- 50:26El Guapo: Oh.
- 50:27El Guapo: involved in this, too, because you know, they should be like motherfucker. You don't stand my watch. Why am I standing your watch and.
- 50:33Testecleese: There we go
- 50:34Testecleese: through this whole training thing right? And then, as soon as it I went through this training like, Oh, you know, it's not a good idea to have engineering doing security forces. They're supposed to be maintaining the ship.
- 50:45El Guapo: Yeah, I mean.
- 50:45Testecleese: You pulled. Besides, just the pepper spray me.
- 50:51El Guapo: Damn!
- 50:52Testecleese: Oh, I ruined my day dude!
- 50:54Testecleese: And then oh, oh, yeah, got tear gassed, went. Took a shower. I was better right.
- 51:00Brian McFadden: Right.
- 51:01Testecleese: I got Pepper sprayed. I must have sat on the side of the road in my car for 2 h waiting to go home, because I couldn't see well enough. You know what I mean with this
- 51:10Testecleese: a son in the the the Oc. The hollow resin capsicum in my eyes.
- 51:16Testecleese: Finally get home. Now wait another like 4 h, and I was like, I'm gonna go take a shower.
- 51:23Testecleese: you know. Wash the shit off. All it did was reactivate the shit.
- 51:27Testecleese: This was back before I was married. So the now wife and I were living in a place in Hampton with our Buddy Travis, who was on the same ship as me.
- 51:36Brian McFadden: Travis.
- 51:37Testecleese: Remember, rears.
- 51:38Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 51:39Testecleese: I ran through the house butt naked, screaming.
- 51:44Testecleese: put my face in the freezer, and put ice ice cubes on my eyeballs.
- 51:48Testecleese: and he's like what the fuck do, you know? Just naked guys screaming.
- 51:54El Guapo: Yeah. Oh, man, that's that. Pepper Spray was nasty dude. It just the water just reactivated it and washed it all down into my eyes. You know.
- 52:03Testecleese: Oh, shoot or oh, okay.
- 52:07Testecleese: I brought this up last week.
- 52:09Testecleese: I don't know if anyone took it very seriously, but I was saying, what are the odds that these fires were lit out in California, because it's in the wealthiest regions, and the poor man
- 52:22Testecleese: is is going to eat the rich Luigi Mangione style.
- 52:30Testecleese: Well, that's become like a big deal. Conspiracy theory right now is
- 52:34Testecleese: These people are supposedly starting these fires to burn down the wealthiest houses in the nation.
- 52:42Brian McFadden: Well, we've already went through our carbon limit for 2025.
- 52:46El Guapo: Hmm.
- 52:47Testecleese: Well, yeah, well, we keep hearing how these wildfires are. Climate change. Right?
- 52:52Testecleese: It's climate change. How can you fight climate change? It's like, 1st of all, California.
- 52:57Testecleese: They're the ones who put all these climate change laws in effect, but they're going to suspend them
- 53:01Testecleese: in all efforts to put the fire out, which
- 53:04Testecleese: in their theory will only make it more likely to have another fire.
- 53:07Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 53:08Testecleese: But we're also protecting the wealthiest people's homes. They don't give a shit when it's other people's homes.
- 53:13Testecleese: They're not doing the shit, for
- 53:16Testecleese: I was to say, Compton, but that's in LA, thanks.
- 53:20Testecleese: Yeah. And then the wealthiest 1% that are always flying around the planet
- 53:25Testecleese: and their private jets, telling us not to use carbon.
- 53:28Testecleese: Oh, they've already blown through their carbon allotment for the year.
- 53:33El Guapo: For the next 100 years, with all the smoke it just burned up all the fucking trees.
- 53:38Testecleese: Well, I'm saying, no, the 1%, the 1%
- 53:41Testecleese: they're they've already used up the carbon in terms of aircraft and everything else.
- 53:46El Guapo: Oh, yeah. Before.
- 53:47Testecleese: That you that you should use in a year.
- 53:50El Guapo: Yeah.
- 53:51Testecleese: And these are the assholes telling us about climate change.
- 53:57El Guapo: Yeah. Well, you know. Welcome to our world now. So what are you gonna do now when you're fucking down.
- 54:03Testecleese: But nothing, saying they still can't fly. There's just if we were all to spread out how much carbon we are allowed to use. This is how much you get you and I can survive.
- 54:12Testecleese: I know as a fact, I can survive.
- 54:14Testecleese: I bet I have a smaller carbon footprint than most people in the United States.
- 54:19El Guapo: Yeah, probably.
- 54:20Testecleese: And that's mostly because, like, I'm growing my own food. When I do go to the supermarket, I buy a month's worth of groceries at a time, and more than a month I put it in the freezer.
- 54:33Testecleese: You know, but I keep hearing. Oh, you shouldn't be doing this.
- 54:36Testecleese: I got shit from a dude in mass about my truck. That truck seems kind of excessive. You really need that all that to get around. I'm like, yeah. And sometimes in a foot of fucking snow.
- 54:47Testecleese: You need the big truck with the 4 wheel drive.
- 54:50Testecleese: and in the summer months I'm driving it twice a month to go get supplies, we are.
- 55:00Testecleese: and that's just my vehicle.
- 55:03Testecleese: I gotta fire my fireplace. Yeah, that's burning up carbon. But it's not like a coal plant with an electric heater, you know.
- 55:13Testecleese: Anyway, let's move on to Joe Biden.
- 55:15Brian McFadden: Yep.
- 55:18Testecleese: Apparently these Red States really screwed up the economy.
- 55:21Brian McFadden: Yeah, it's all their fault, you know, because they had to spend a lot more money on the Red States than the Blue States.
- 55:28Testecleese: How, and where.
- 55:31Brian McFadden: Exactly. Please show me the proof.
- 55:36Testecleese: I just came out and said that the Federal Government is going to cover everything it costs to put out these fires and take care of everything in California.
- 55:45Testecleese: but it looked the other way when it was Red States, with the hurricane that came through.
- 55:51Testecleese: Oh, by the way, did you hear Fema Fema is offering a payout for everyone affected by the wildfires?
- 55:59Testecleese: Guess how much it is.
- 56:01El Guapo: 7, 50.
- 56:03Testecleese: 7.
- 56:04Brian McFadden: 70 a lot more, and then what they gave the North Carolina people.
- 56:08Testecleese: $20 more. A person
- 56:11Testecleese: that's just it's big enough slap in the face when you're the in the trailer park in North Carolina.
- 56:16Testecleese: and they offer you 750 bucks. This is like fuck you. That's not gonna rebuild my trailer in the trailer park. Now imagine you have a 6 million dollar house in the Pacific Palisades on a quarter acre of land, and the Government offers you 770 bucks to rebuild.
- 56:32Brian McFadden: Like big.
- 56:33Testecleese: Rich. This is my grocery Bill.
- 56:36Brian McFadden: For a week, not even for a month. You know you're California.
- 56:41Testecleese: We just went grocery shopping.
- 56:43Testecleese: We do 2 weeks at a time. Typically we try, anyway.
- 56:47Testecleese: and we spent about 750 bucks.
- 56:49Brian McFadden: Yeah, well, you're not on California prices, either.
- 56:52Testecleese: Exactly.
- 56:53El Guapo: Hmm.
- 56:54Testecleese: Exactly you. We're talking exactly. That's my grocery bill.
- 56:58Testecleese: I won't even pay my mortgage this month, let alone pay off my
- 57:03Testecleese: You know my loss.
- 57:06Brian McFadden: But in exciting news.
- 57:09Testecleese: Yeah. Jesus, Christ.
- 57:10Brian McFadden: The the biden is trying to get back into the grace of the Catholic Church.
- 57:17Testecleese: Not gonna happen.
- 57:18Brian McFadden: By handing out Pope Francis, the Presidential medal of freedom, with distinction.
- 57:26Testecleese: Biden is not a Catholic, you can call yourself Catholic, doesn't make you Catholic.
- 57:32Testecleese: The poll already came out once and said, If you're for bush. You're not Catholic.
- 57:36El Guapo: Do a puck benedict dude. He's all for that shit. He's a fucking leftist dude.
- 57:43Testecleese: No, but the Pope, Pope Francis himself said.
- 57:46Testecleese: if you're pro-abortion, you're not Catholic.
- 57:50El Guapo: Dude. He's a fucking leftist.
- 57:52Testecleese: He is, but I'm just saying what he.
- 57:54Brian McFadden: That's 1 thing he still stands by, you know, when it comes to abortion. Pope Francis has, you know, he hasn't sprayed away from the Catholic creed that much.
- 58:04Testecleese: That much, because abortion to any Catholic abortion is literally murdering babies and most Christians right.
- 58:12Brian McFadden: Unless your name is Biden.
- 58:14Testecleese: Yeah, wow!
- 58:16Testecleese: Joe Biden didn't, doesn't even acknowledge all of his grandchildren. So.
- 58:21Brian McFadden: He does now.
- 58:22Testecleese: Yeah. Now, did do they all get a Christmas present.
- 58:25Brian McFadden: No.
- 58:26El Guapo: No.
- 58:28Testecleese: I don't care much about Biden's Farewell address. If you have anything you want to talk about, it.
- 58:34Brian McFadden: It was it was about. I don't care, either. It was a bunch of bullshit.
- 58:38Testecleese: After 9 min he started going like the drugs wore off. You know.
- 58:43Brian McFadden: Did they even give him any drugs? You know he might be cut off from the drugs now, because he's not like he didn't run for President, I mean Kamala is really pissed off at him because he's come out again, saying that if he would have stayed in he could have beat trump.
- 59:00Brian McFadden: That's another reason why I do believe there's going to be a tell-all book come out within months of.
- 59:06Brian McFadden: you know, months from now saying that Joe Biden was far gone a lot sooner than anybody realized.
- 59:15Brian McFadden: Nope, and it was all a big cover up.
- 59:19El Guapo: Hmm!
- 59:24El Guapo: I believe it.
- 59:29El Guapo: Hello! You there!
- 59:30Brian McFadden: Yeah, yeah, I'm here.
- 59:31El Guapo: Oh, shit my bad.
- 59:33Brian McFadden: Oh, I think I don't get. He stepped away for a second, and I.
- 59:38El Guapo: Wow!
- 59:38Brian McFadden: Attention. Because I don't. I? When I'm running the Google Doc, I can't. I don't have the zoom up in front. So I.
- 59:45El Guapo: No
- 59:45Brian McFadden: Step away, so.
- 59:47El Guapo: Yeah, I'm more. I'm more like a listening and stuff like that, like, yeah, they hear you. But
- 59:52El Guapo: no.
- 59:54El Guapo: okay, Jabi, just need to go away. And, Kamala, you know what I give it like 3 or 4 months until she get separated from Dougie
- 1:00:02El Guapo: because he just she's just using him for the fucking.
- 1:00:05Brian McFadden: She's been. She's always been using people for their political class.
- 1:00:09Brian McFadden: She she was hooked up with the guy from San Francisco, you know.
- 1:00:14El Guapo: Oh, yeah. Yeah.
- 1:00:16Brian McFadden: Like a 30 year age. Difference between the 2 of them.
- 1:00:19Testecleese: Yeah, I don't blame him, you know, whatever he gets. What
- 1:00:22Testecleese: ball slap that wrinkled ball sack man.
- 1:00:26Testecleese: Thanks.
- 1:00:27El Guapo: And the people of San Francisco fucking, elected her as a fucking da for a while. You know what.
- 1:00:33Brian McFadden: Yeah, she was more. She was harder on
- 1:00:37Brian McFadden: drug crime than most prosecutors are, you know. So and now, all of a sudden, she's pro marijuana
- 1:00:45Brian McFadden: because she likes smoking it so, you know, she's trying to forget how she used to be in the past.
- 1:00:51Testecleese: Hold on. Okay, let's let's go down that road. For a minute
- 1:00:55Testecleese: she kept people past their sentence for marijuana crimes that we've discussed on this show when she was out in California.
- 1:01:03Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 1:01:04Testecleese: And then she's in an interview with saying how she used to smoke pot in college.
- 1:01:08Brian McFadden: We've had. We've had. We've had clips of her since she's been Vice President, where it sure sounds like the hell she's high.
- 1:01:16Testecleese: Maybe. And granted, selling drugs and using drugs are different.
- 1:01:21Testecleese: But when she started with smoking weed she she's like, Oh, yeah, we was listening to Tupac.
- 1:01:27Testecleese: and it's like Tupac didn't drop his 1st record till 3 years later.
- 1:01:31Testecleese: like after she graduated. So like none of this shit happens, she's just trying to
- 1:01:37Testecleese: sound cool. You know what I mean. It's the vibe.
- 1:01:43Testecleese: Did you see the Rogan shit with Zuckerberg on? This was like over a week ago.
- 1:01:50El Guapo: I kinda saw the highlights. That's it. But.
- 1:01:54Testecleese: Yeah, I ignored it for the most part, but Zuckerberg was telling Joe how
- 1:02:00Testecleese: the Biden Administration used to like call his company like screaming and cussing them out and telling them they have to take stuff down like a hunter. Biden Laptop.
- 1:02:08Brian McFadden: Yeah. Well, I mean they.
- 1:02:10Brian McFadden: I mean until Trump until Trump won the election. Zuckerberg was all about the Biden administration. You know. They were all they had. There's rumors that there was like a government office inside of Facebook.
- 1:02:25Testecleese: Yes, and that's exactly what a lot of people said is, he's just doing this because Trump won. He doesn't want to get boned out of it.
- 1:02:31El Guapo: Yeah.
- 1:02:32Testecleese: And okay, that's entirely possible. And even likely that doesn't mean we shouldn't take the win.
- 1:02:39Brian McFadden: No, I'm taking the win.
- 1:02:41Testecleese: And I will say, though, since Zuckerberg everyone made fun of him, for, like Zuckerberg.
- 1:02:48Brian McFadden: Because it looked like a fucking robot. It looked like fucking
- 1:02:51Brian McFadden: change the way he's not dressing the way he used to dress.
- 1:02:53El Guapo: Yeah, because he popped iron. He got testosterone running through his blood.
- 1:02:57Testecleese: Exactly. He started working out. He's lifting weights. He's doing jujitsu.
- 1:03:03El Guapo: The price is messing around with 3 or 4 chicks of the size.
- 1:03:07Brian McFadden: Are you jealous?
- 1:03:08Testecleese: But all that.
- 1:03:09El Guapo: Yeah. Good.
- 1:03:10El Guapo: Yes. Amazing.
- 1:03:13Testecleese: Millionaire banging.
- 1:03:13Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 1:03:14Testecleese: Wasn't. I'm jealous!
- 1:03:17Testecleese: Oh, shit!
- 1:03:19Testecleese: And looked at.
- 1:03:19Brian McFadden: You know. I mean he's going all out, you know. He's removing champons from men's room.
- 1:03:26Testecleese: Yeah, yeah, exactly. I think that's exactly. I think Guapo is exactly right. As he started doing manly things, that testosterone started flowing again from naturally working out.
- 1:03:36Testecleese: and he became a man again.
- 1:03:38El Guapo: Yeah, do fucking wear like a robe necklace now, like God damn dude, long hair.
- 1:03:44Testecleese: I gotta. I gotta say. His long, curly hair that poofs on top of his head looks like a fucking poodle.
- 1:03:51Testecleese: But.
- 1:03:51El Guapo: It looks like a Jewish guy with a necklace.
- 1:03:55Testecleese: Okay, no, you're right. He looks like a stereotypical American Jewish guy without.
- 1:04:01El Guapo: And gold necklace they want to be.
- 1:04:03El Guapo: He need to learn how to cut it, comb it back, or something like that.
- 1:04:08Testecleese: Beastie! Boys!
- 1:04:09El Guapo: Yeah. Keep shaving every day until, like you can grow a facial hair.
- 1:04:14Testecleese: Oh, all right.
- 1:04:16Testecleese: Moving on.
- 1:04:18Brian McFadden: Hearings.
- 1:04:19Testecleese: Yeah, I ignored this headset here. And what did you think of it?
- 1:04:23El Guapo: Oh!
- 1:04:24Brian McFadden: I thought I thought most of the people that I've heard clips of the hearings. They they were able to stand up against the Dems pretty well.
- 1:04:33El Guapo: Yeah.
- 1:04:33Brian McFadden: They call them out for their hypocrisy.
- 1:04:36Testecleese: Yeah. 1 1 of these guys like full on call them out right like oh, you said he should.
- 1:04:42El Guapo: Yeah. Drop.
- 1:04:42Brian McFadden: Well, Pam Bondi went all off on him, too, you know. So.
- 1:04:48Testecleese: What was the one that said, oh, you showed up to work at Fox news drunk one time. Can we have that.
- 1:04:53El Guapo: That was fucking. No Mccain dude.
- 1:04:57Brian McFadden: No! But who but.
- 1:05:00El Guapo: He came.
- 1:05:03El Guapo: Think, Kate, that's the one he was talking about, like I heard you showing up.
- 1:05:06Brian McFadden: Yeah, yeah, but that wasn't. Who who was was the hedge? I think it was hedge path. Yeah.
- 1:05:11El Guapo: Yeah.
- 1:05:12Brian McFadden: Back to them, you know.
- 1:05:14Testecleese: The headset is like, oh, look at all this! How many times have you watched senators show up in your way.
- 1:05:18El Guapo: That was another senator. That was another senator calling.
- 1:05:21El Guapo: oh, okay, well, that's what I thought.
- 1:05:23El Guapo: Well, yeah.
- 1:05:24Brian McFadden: It was during the hedgepod hearings.
- 1:05:29El Guapo: Yeah, and fucking. What's the every time a fucking.
- 1:05:33Brian McFadden: Hear that!
- 1:05:34El Guapo: Oklahoma's.
- 1:05:34Brian McFadden: Background.
- 1:05:35Testecleese: Oh, yeah.
- 1:05:35Brian McFadden: Oh, wow!
- 1:05:36Testecleese: That's because they all knew at least one.
- 1:05:38Brian McFadden: They show up to vote drunk all the time.
- 1:05:41El Guapo: But it doesn't help. With Tim Mccain came. What's the fucking name, Tim Kaine? His fucking hair is all fucking. Look like. He just got up and went to work and shit.
- 1:05:52El Guapo: But then you got fucking Elizabeth Warren getting call out like, hey? And now fucking, general, what the fuck you talking about this shit, and you can see it look like oh, shit! I just got caught.
- 1:06:06Brian McFadden: Well, she's Pocahontas.
- 1:06:07El Guapo: Yeah.
- 1:06:08Testecleese: Pocahontas.
- 1:06:10Testecleese: Yeah.
- 1:06:12Testecleese: I guess you guys don't know your French very well fo FAUX means fake.
- 1:06:17Brian McFadden: Well, I know. Yeah, I know exactly what that means. Trump called yeah.
- 1:06:21Brian McFadden: And he took originally he took a lot of shit for it until her DNA came back.
- 1:06:27Testecleese: Oh, I can't! I have high cheekbones.
- 1:06:31Brian McFadden: That doesn't make you native American.
- 1:06:35Testecleese: I know, and it's like, bet you like 6 foot 2.
- 1:06:38Brian McFadden: Okay.
- 1:06:41Testecleese: White as the snow. I was like, you're probably Norwegian or something. You know what I mean.
- 1:06:47Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 1:06:49Testecleese: I was told I had native blood. Yeah, so wasn't I, Motherfucker? And I can actually trace my lineage back.
- 1:06:56Brian McFadden: But I guarantee she's not getting shut from native American tribes, for you know.
- 1:07:01Testecleese: Actually, actually, a while ago. It's funny because the same tribe, she claimed is the clock tribe. I claim Abenaki.
- 1:07:08Testecleese: It's 1 of the larger Massiswa tribes, which doesn't mean much to anyone but Massachusetts got the name from Massasis.
- 1:07:17Brian McFadden: Yeah. My hometown of Michigan is named after an Indian chief, so.
- 1:07:20Testecleese: Oh, oh, yeah, lots of them are.
- 1:07:22Testecleese: Oh.
- 1:07:23Testecleese: she said something about Oh, stealing people's land. And the chief of the tribe came out and was like, Why don't you give us back in New England?
- 1:07:33Testecleese: Yeah, I think she was like.
- 1:07:36Brian McFadden: I don't have that authority.
- 1:07:38Brian McFadden: Yeah, ha, ha! Ha! Ha!
- 1:07:41Testecleese: I got the biggest we talked about that on the show. I remember laughing my ass off at it.
- 1:07:47Brian McFadden: So what do you think about Trump's new ambassadors to Hollywood?
- 1:07:53Testecleese: Yeah. What is he calling him? He's calling special ambassadors in troubled Hollywood.
- 1:07:58Brian McFadden: Tlvester, Stallone, Mel Gibson, and John Voyage.
- 1:08:01El Guapo: Jumbo, yeah.
- 1:08:03Testecleese: John Voight.
- 1:08:05El Guapo: Oh, that's a high.
- 1:08:05Testecleese: You know what's hilarious.
- 1:08:06El Guapo: Right here.
- 1:08:08Testecleese: Yes, they are, and I'm a big John Boyd. Fan.
- 1:08:10Testecleese: Yeah, where is it?
- 1:08:11Testecleese: Every time I hear that guy's name? All I can picture is that Seinfeld episode when George bought John Boyd's car?
- 1:08:19Testecleese: Yeah, it was. It was an episode. I bought John Voyd's car.
- 1:08:24Testecleese: And at the end of it Jerry looks at the registration goes, but this is spelled JOHN
- 1:08:31Testecleese: actor. Spell it JON! It's like
- 1:08:35Testecleese: oh, it was a great episode. He he bought this like piece of shit like Lebaron.
- 1:08:39Brian McFadden: Oh, yeah. Yeah.
- 1:08:41Testecleese: Because John Voight used to own.
- 1:08:44Testecleese: But anyway, anyone who doesn't know John Boyd
- 1:08:48Testecleese: he oh, jeez! What? Why can't I think of a single thing he was in.
- 1:08:52El Guapo: Anaconda.
- 1:08:54Brian McFadden: He's been in all kinds of shit.
- 1:08:56Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 1:08:57Testecleese: He was Nick Cage's father in national treasure.
- 1:09:00Brian McFadden: Yeah, yeah.
- 1:09:01El Guapo: Yeah.
- 1:09:01Brian McFadden: Including that he was the he was Angelea Jolie, father in fucking tomb, raider.
- 1:09:08Testecleese: Now, there you go. He's been in everything, and these guys are.
- 1:09:10El Guapo: Yeah.
- 1:09:11Testecleese: Conservative, especially Mel Gibson.
- 1:09:14Brian McFadden: And a lot of people.
- 1:09:15El Guapo: No, no.
- 1:09:16Brian McFadden: I mean they've taken hits for, because, being conservative in Hollywood, too, you know they.
- 1:09:21Testecleese: The dude. Yeah. The guy who played Chuck
- 1:09:24Testecleese: basically just lost his entire career in Hollywood. Now, Oprah talked about it on the views like, oh, really, Hollywood's super conservative, and everyone's like, where have you been.
- 1:09:35Brian McFadden: No.
- 1:09:36Testecleese: What's up? Repeat Penda.
- 1:09:38Ron Pascoe: G'day loads. How are we so? Mostly.
- 1:09:41Testecleese: It's nice and sunny out there. Huh?
- 1:09:44Ron Pascoe: My Yale.
- 1:09:45Brian McFadden: Summertime.
- 1:09:46Ron Pascoe: Big storm we had the last 3 days. It's been sunny just.
- 1:09:49El Guapo: A lot of ashes for California.
- 1:09:52Brian McFadden: So yeah, you're getting some mad.
- 1:09:56Ron Pascoe: Plenty of faucets for.
- 1:09:59Testecleese: Rockier storm we had in Australia. It just snowed for 15 days straight here. Okay.
- 1:10:06Brian McFadden: Not in Virginia you bought you bought a
- 1:10:12Brian McFadden: compound on the top of a mountain. What did you expect.
- 1:10:16Testecleese: Yeah, I know this is what I thought you were saying 50.
- 1:10:18El Guapo: On the Appalachian trail.
- 1:10:20Brian McFadden: And how many days were school cancer in West Virginia for that 15 days of snow.
- 1:10:26Testecleese: 14.
- 1:10:29Brian McFadden: Did they switch to virtual learning.
- 1:10:32Testecleese: No.
- 1:10:32El Guapo: Oh, God! No.
- 1:10:33Testecleese: She's preschool.
- 1:10:35Brian McFadden: Oh, okay.
- 1:10:35Testecleese: So. So we just had to do like a home thing with her.
- 1:10:39Brian McFadden: Because we lost 2 days of snow for snow. That really wasn't a real bad snowstorm, but like, when the weather forecast came out recently said, there may be another chance of no school. They sent instructions on how to get on zoom and do virtual learning to all the students.
- 1:10:56Testecleese: I made like a homemade lava lamp with my little girl to teach her like basic stuff, like a layer of like cooking oil, then color dyed water that you drop alka-seltzer in.
- 1:11:10Brian McFadden: You should a weld.
- 1:11:12Testecleese: Oh, yeah, yeah, she's not ready for that yet.
- 1:11:17Testecleese: I know it sounds weird, but I barely trust her to hold a gun right now.
- 1:11:20Brian McFadden: Well, of course I saw the video.
- 1:11:24Brian McFadden: Oh, oh.
- 1:11:25Testecleese: Would you? It's easier to control someone firing a gun for the 1st time than it is welding the 1st time.
- 1:11:31Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 1:11:31Testecleese: And you can get hurt real bad with that electrode if you don't know what you're doing.
- 1:11:35Brian McFadden: I'm just joking.
- 1:11:39Testecleese: No, I will be teaching. Are you kidding me? Of course.
- 1:11:41Brian McFadden: Yeah, no, I know.
- 1:11:42Brian McFadden: So in other great news, not surprising news that Jack Smith has resigned from the Doj.
- 1:11:50El Guapo: That doesn't make him out of the woods, because.
- 1:11:54Brian McFadden: They've said, save all your documents where there's gonna be an investigation. So.
- 1:12:00Testecleese: Yeah. And who is Jack Smith?
- 1:12:04El Guapo: Trump in the Federal court about.
- 1:12:05Brian McFadden: Yeah, he was the one that brought the all kinds of different cases against trump. You know the.
- 1:12:12El Guapo: The.
- 1:12:12Brian McFadden: The classified documents where they raided mar-a-lago looking for classified documents. There's several different cases he's involved in.
- 1:12:22Testecleese: Was he involved in the Rico case?
- 1:12:25Brian McFadden: I don't know.
- 1:12:26Ron Pascoe: Part of it.
- 1:12:26Testecleese: Or was that?
- 1:12:27Testecleese: Or is that just part of it?
- 1:12:29Ron Pascoe: Now he tried to push it. He tried to push the rico as well.
- 1:12:33Testecleese: Yeah, so.
- 1:12:34Ron Pascoe: We tie him with Fannie.
- 1:12:36Testecleese: Well he knew he was getting fired as soon as Trump took the job. He even trump even said it
- 1:12:41Testecleese: so like this was no surprise.
- 1:12:43Brian McFadden: Right? No, no, no! He was on his way out.
- 1:12:46Brian McFadden: but the Federal Judge did release his report on the trump election case.
- 1:12:53Testecleese: Part of the report.
- 1:12:55Testecleese: Oh, yeah, they the key parts that they wanted to get that what they want to get across, but not the other stuff.
- 1:13:01Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 1:13:02Testecleese: I'm still not sure what exactly was in this.
- 1:13:06Testecleese: But this is basically like, did trump have something to do with
- 1:13:11Testecleese: rigging the election, and or denying an election right.
- 1:13:14Brian McFadden: Right. Yep.
- 1:13:17Testecleese: Yeah, yeah.
- 1:13:19Testecleese: Since when has it been against the law to say, I don't think that this is done the correct way
- 1:13:27Testecleese: free when it comes to this like
- 1:13:29Testecleese: the Democrat, I'm pretty sure this is the 1st time in my lifetime. I think it's been 46 years
- 1:13:35Testecleese: until this election that the Democrats have, in fact.
- 1:13:40Testecleese: refused to accept the election if they lost.
- 1:13:44Brian McFadden: Well, they always said we should always accept. Republicans should always accept the election results, no matter what.
- 1:13:51Testecleese: Yeah. And
- 1:13:52Testecleese: I think this is the 1st election of my life. I've heard the Democrats like, Oh, we lost like Whoa!
- 1:13:58Testecleese: Which was had me thinking for a long time that some shit was gonna go down.
- 1:14:01Brian McFadden: Well, that's exactly what Trump had to say. Trump had said that
- 1:14:05Brian McFadden: in order to win the election we got to make it so incontributable that they can't rig it.
- 1:14:13Testecleese: Well, yeah, yeah, exactly. Trump needs the needed the popular vote.
- 1:14:19Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 1:14:20Testecleese: And now have you seen these Democrats saying that? Oh, he didn't win the popular vote? He didn't win. 50.1% is that he got more votes than anyone else like Hillary Clinton didn't get 50.1%
- 1:14:32Testecleese: one she lost.
- 1:14:33Testecleese: Okay, this 3rd party.
- 1:14:36Ron Pascoe: It was a landslide right. It was a landslide.
- 1:14:39Brian McFadden: Trying to downplay it left and right. Now, you know. So.
- 1:14:42Ron Pascoe: I see the color of the California map now.
- 1:14:45Testecleese: Yes, they lost 10 counties. What? 6, 7 States actually voted trump.
- 1:14:52Testecleese: I'm sorry. Actually voted Harris. Everyone else voted trump.
- 1:14:56Ron Pascoe: But they were the state of the.
- 1:14:58Testecleese: Yeah, let's listening. How much power in New York and California have.
- 1:15:02Ron Pascoe: The States have voter Id, too, won't they?
- 1:15:05Ron Pascoe: Are they.
- 1:15:06Testecleese: So honestly states that yeah, all the States that trump won in
- 1:15:11Testecleese: do not require a vote id voter. Id very interesting, huh?
- 1:15:20Testecleese: Anyway. So trump's actually, finally, technically a convicted felon. He has been sentenced in Federal court.
- 1:15:30Testecleese: The merchant judge merchant.
- 1:15:34Testecleese: I believe this is the hush money.
- 1:15:36El Guapo: Yeah. The.
- 1:15:38Testecleese: Yeah, 26 counts 34 counts. Whatever failing accounts of all crimes that were all just misdemeanors and passive statute of limitations.
- 1:15:47Testecleese: But they managed to cry him for a felony anyway, and convict him without an underlying crime which was required.
- 1:15:53El Guapo: Hold on!
- 1:15:54El Guapo: Hold on! So.
- 1:15:55Testecleese: The judge did so much backpedaling.
- 1:15:58El Guapo: So this is a misdemeanor.
- 1:16:01Testecleese: All of them.
- 1:16:02Ron Pascoe: All of them.
- 1:16:02El Guapo: They want to call convicted fellow. You know how many fucking business I've fucking violated dude
- 1:16:09El Guapo: they call me Mrmeanor nowadays.
- 1:16:12Testecleese: Well, the thing is, they're saying that
- 1:16:14Testecleese: in order to try them as felony
- 1:16:17Testecleese: and extend the statute of limitations. Yeah, it had to be conducted in continuance of another crime.
- 1:16:23Brian McFadden: And they made it up as they were.
- 1:16:24Testecleese: Yeah, I had this money
- 1:16:26Testecleese: because I had to hide this other crime I was doing. Problem is, they didn't require
- 1:16:32Testecleese: the jury to agree on what the initial crime is that he was covering up.
- 1:16:35Testecleese: Yeah. So no, not even in a meeting.
- 1:16:39El Guapo: Yeah.
- 1:16:40Testecleese: So the judge did so much backtracking and backpedaling
- 1:16:44Testecleese: when coming out with the sentence, basically basically saying, like, yeah, we kind of made it up as we went along. This is new legal precedent.
- 1:16:53Testecleese: you know, and basically trying to do the
- 1:16:56Testecleese: gee, don't throw me in prison when this gets overturned.
- 1:17:00Brian McFadden: Right.
- 1:17:03Testecleese: 4, 34 felony counts, and you get 0 time.
- 1:17:06El Guapo: Be fucking. Recalling this bar.
- 1:17:09Ron Pascoe: But the thing is the original thing, they went on.
- 1:17:12Ron Pascoe: It was Trump's bloody financial people who sprote the check.
- 1:17:18Testecleese: Lawyer.
- 1:17:18Ron Pascoe: Fluke, hey?
- 1:17:21Ron Pascoe: He had nothing to do with it.
- 1:17:23Testecleese: It was like, Oh, trump! Signed the check. He's like he probably didn't. It was probably a rubber stamp, and he just had to get approval.
- 1:17:29Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 1:17:30Ron Pascoe: These chicks have been already pre-signed.
- 1:17:33Testecleese: What? Yeah, let's be real.
- 1:17:34Testecleese: A man who owns 1,000 different companies is worth what? 5 billion dollars, 4 billion dollars.
- 1:17:41Brian McFadden: He's not signing chats.
- 1:17:43Testecleese: How often does he sign personally sign a check versus getting hey? We need this much money for this, and he goes yes or no.
- 1:17:50Testecleese: you know what I mean, and the lawyer shows up and says, Hey, this much money? It'll go away.
- 1:17:56Testecleese: I trust my attorney right?
- 1:17:59Testecleese: Oh, that was illegal. That's his fucking fault, not mine.
- 1:18:05Ron Pascoe: It's like when you do your own books like. If you go in and say, Okay, you hire a plumber for the day, you're going to put it down in your books? What are you going to put on plumbing expenses? Aren't you hire a lawyer? What are you going to put under legal.
- 1:18:17Testecleese: That's exactly what I'm gonna do. But and then the thing is, if the plumber goes and illegally plums my house. So I'm dumping my turds into the fucking river that goes to the reservoir. People get the drinking water.
- 1:18:28Testecleese: I don't go to prison for that crime. The plumber does right.
- 1:18:31Ron Pascoe: Right.
- 1:18:32El Guapo: Yeah.
- 1:18:32Ron Pascoe: You've you've only paid him.
- 1:18:35Testecleese: I was like, I don't know. I paid him to do the right job. That's why I paid him instead of doing it myself, because I could have dumped it in the fucking river, too, you know.
- 1:18:41Ron Pascoe: Yeah, exactly. Right?
- 1:18:45Testecleese: Oh, my God, hush! Money thing! It's not illegal to pay someone money to shut the fuck up.
- 1:18:53Brian McFadden: No, but.
- 1:18:53El Guapo: I was buying.
- 1:18:54Brian McFadden: Made it illegal.
- 1:18:55El Guapo: Yeah.
- 1:18:57Testecleese: Yes.
- 1:18:59El Guapo: That's what the same thing with the fucking
- 1:19:01El Guapo: hex F was gone through like you pay somebody to get me quiet like yeah. Pay her to shut the fuck up. Don't fucking. Bring this up again, you know.
- 1:19:10Testecleese: Even when there's wrong.
- 1:19:12El Guapo: Did he did that? Yes, I don't know. Probably I don't care. But did he pay somebody like? Shut the fuck up, bring this up again.
- 1:19:19Testecleese: Yeah. Well, don't get me wrong, like it sounds shady, and it kinda is. But at the same time we've all done stupid shit. When we were young.
- 1:19:26El Guapo: Yeah.
- 1:19:27El Guapo: Yeah. Yeah. Dude.
- 1:19:28Testecleese: And if that.
- 1:19:28Brian McFadden: Comes back to mind the guy.
- 1:19:30El Guapo: Can you please.
- 1:19:31Brian McFadden: We've all showed up to work in the navy in the morning, drunk as shit, you know, from partying all night.
- 1:19:36El Guapo: I don't know what you're talking.
- 1:19:37El Guapo: Yeah, that's it. But anyway.
- 1:19:39Testecleese: You all got.
- 1:19:40Brian McFadden: Yeah, stop.
- 1:19:42Testecleese: Showed up, still fucking, hammered. That's definitely true.
- 1:19:45El Guapo: Yeah, like, what do you think you and us get from the military dude we fucking know how to operate shit halfway decent, you know from party last night.
- 1:19:55Testecleese: I know. I'll tell you what. No bullshit, I tell you what sucks is coming into work when you were drinking until 5 in the morning, and you show up at quarters at 5, 45, and then start welding right away in the July heat of Norfolk, Virginia, and the interior aircraft carrier. Let me tell you what might happen. You might have a fucking seizure.
- 1:20:17El Guapo: Dude I fucking seen we went to no cancun, but it was like cancun.
- 1:20:26El Guapo: and they left. The next day everybody was fucking wasted. What do you think is gonna happen? You know
- 1:20:33El Guapo: it is what it is. You just the fuck.
- 1:20:35Testecleese: I mean, that's that's even older than I'm talking about. I'm saying like, when you was 16 you did something stupid right.
- 1:20:41El Guapo: Yeah, but I say.
- 1:20:41Testecleese: And now but now you're 30. Now you're 37, trying to get a job, 45, 60, trying to get a job in the Federal Government in a Cabinet position, and the shit like when you were 16, is coming up.
- 1:20:55El Guapo: So it might be.
- 1:20:56Testecleese: It might be easier to pull a hundred 1,000 bucks out of your pocket and say, just Shut the fuck up and go away.
- 1:21:01Testecleese: So if that's the.
- 1:21:03El Guapo: Case we need to bring up everybody's fucking mistake fucking the Connecticut Senator. The fucking Bloomington lie about Vietnam, or some shit like that. Elizabeth Warren, fucking, lied about fucking this and that.
- 1:21:17El Guapo: You know Tim K. Talk about.
- 1:21:19Testecleese: Calls.
- 1:21:20El Guapo: Tim K. Talk about fucking alcoholic. He look like he's fucking drunk in the picture hair look like it's fucking crazy like Goddall dude. You barely got hair. Shave it off, dude.
- 1:21:32El Guapo: you know.
- 1:21:33Testecleese: But.
- 1:21:34Brian McFadden: I tried to find this article from the Post Millennial, and I could not find it anywhere where Hillary Clinton Stafford
- 1:21:42Brian McFadden: turned the spy hunters, and the Dod senior advisor.
- 1:21:47Testecleese: I don't know why it won't load for you I took me revealed. Oh, jeez okay, former Hillary Clinton, Staff, returned FBI. Spy Hunter and Dod, senior adviser, claims to be plotting with retired generals to protect America from trump.
- 1:22:00Brian McFadden: It, praise.
- 1:22:01Testecleese: It's out.
- 1:22:02Brian McFadden: It brought me up to a main page. But no article about that. You know just other articles that.
- 1:22:07Testecleese: Yeah. Well, I I did a little looking.
- 1:22:11Testecleese: But you know, Keith Media Group article, that the Post Millennial, published or republished.
- 1:22:18Testecleese: I have it in front of me. I could send you the same link. But I got a feeling. The same thing's gonna happen to you.
- 1:22:22Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 1:22:24Testecleese: I don't know if you've noticed I've been making an effort to use post millennial as much as possible lately.
- 1:22:28Brian McFadden: Okay.
- 1:22:29Testecleese: But O'keefe media group had someone go out on several fake dates.
- 1:22:36Brian McFadden: Famous for that.
- 1:22:37Testecleese: Yes.
- 1:22:40Testecleese: Jamie Manina!
- 1:22:42Testecleese: Our new investigative report from O'keeffe Media group reveals Spy Hunter, Jamie Medina, denigrating President-elect Donald Trump, as well as incoming Secretary of Defense, Pete Eggsett.
- 1:22:51Testecleese: over the course of several fake digs with Omg. Undercover journalists. He reveals the nature of his work in the Pentagon and his background in government, going back to his work for Hillary Clinton when she was Secretary of State.
- 1:23:02Testecleese: If you go through this whole thing, he had something to do with the the dossier that was made.
- 1:23:07Brian McFadden: He has us.
- 1:23:09Testecleese: No Jamie manina.
- 1:23:13Brian McFadden: Oh! Oh!
- 1:23:13Testecleese: The the spy hunter, but their job was literally to use. These generals retired generals and other government employees to stop Trump from taking office.
- 1:23:25Brian McFadden: Okay.
- 1:23:28Testecleese: And the he was immediately fired
- 1:23:31Testecleese: from his position with that heads of state
- 1:23:34Testecleese: when this article came out, so they could deny it.
- 1:23:37Brian McFadden: Right.
- 1:23:39Testecleese: But this is a real issue. When the government officials are stepping in to try to affect who's going to be elected by the people.
- 1:23:47Brian McFadden: Oh, yeah, that's
- 1:23:49Brian McFadden: a bigger issue than a lot of the issues we've talked about on the show for the last few years.
- 1:23:53El Guapo: Increasing, this.
- 1:23:55Testecleese: You would think that reason that word is misused a lot.
- 1:23:59El Guapo: No, no, it's saying like.
- 1:24:00Testecleese: Treason is giving aid or comfort to the enemy.
- 1:24:05Testecleese: We are not at war, and our own people are not our own. Are not our enemy.
- 1:24:12Ron Pascoe: Sounds good.
- 1:24:14Testecleese: There might be insurrection.
- 1:24:17El Guapo: Hmm.
- 1:24:18Testecleese: But not treason them.
- 1:24:20Brian McFadden: The one thing about Hunter Biden's drug use, and him not paying taxes.
- 1:24:27Testecleese: He claimed that he wasn't paying taxes because he was on drugs, but it was like.
- 1:24:32Brian McFadden: Not excuse not to pay your taxes.
- 1:24:35Testecleese: Well, this is over several years.
- 1:24:39Brian McFadden: But you know he only earned all that money, and it's been shown.
- 1:24:42Testecleese: We managed to hide, probably.
- 1:24:44Brian McFadden: Biden last name.
- 1:24:46Testecleese: Oh, yeah.
- 1:24:46Ron Pascoe: It wasn't.
- 1:24:47Brian McFadden: Another thing about Hunter Biden that we haven't talked about on the show is, I heard that a lot. One of the people that bought a ton of his artwork.
- 1:24:57Brian McFadden: It was destroyed in the California fires. So now insurance claim.
- 1:25:04Ron Pascoe: Yeah, I've read that.
- 1:25:06El Guapo: Well, this thing so.
- 1:25:09Testecleese: If you manage to get insured for a million dollars for this garbage pay.
- 1:25:14Testecleese: That's the insurance company's fault for taking the the.
- 1:25:19Brian McFadden: The risk on the crappy artwork.
- 1:25:23Testecleese: My God!
- 1:25:24Testecleese: 10 more inches of snow tomorrow.
- 1:25:27El Guapo: Was that.
- 1:25:28Ron Pascoe: Guys did realise the thing of the hunter Biden thing. But
- 1:25:31Ron Pascoe: when he was getting all this money going into his account from overseas, Burisma and all that.
- 1:25:36Ron Pascoe: He wasn't declaring it because there was a daughter.
- 1:25:39Ron Pascoe: the green child that Joe, Joe, and Jill just adopted, or whatever they've done, just claim.
- 1:25:46Ron Pascoe: Because imagine, if you had to pay bloody child support on all that money that Joe was getting.
- 1:25:51Ron Pascoe: Thing is, he hid 1.4 million dollars of money he was supposed to pay the government.
- 1:25:56Testecleese: If he was supposed to pay 1.4 million in taxes, how much money came in.
- 1:26:01Brian McFadden: Exactly. You're only getting a fraction of what came in.
- 1:26:06Testecleese: Yeah.
- 1:26:07Brian McFadden: And if one of us tried to pull that shit we would have been put in prison, for who knows how long.
- 1:26:13Ron Pascoe: 20 eighths, plus.
- 1:26:16Testecleese: We probably would have been given the chance to pay back the debt first.st
- 1:26:20Brian McFadden: Thank God, he had a wealthy donor to pay it back for him.
- 1:26:25Testecleese: Yeah, that you mean the taxpayer.
- 1:26:27Brian McFadden: Though no, he had one person the person that bought his artwork. Before he bought the artwork he bought. He paid off a hundred's all of his back tax, debt.
- 1:26:38Testecleese: Yeah, it makes you wonder how much money that guy's making running the fucking world. Then, huh?
- 1:26:43Brian McFadden: Exactly.
- 1:26:45Testecleese: And again, I'm a little. I'm more than a little frustrated about these pardons of his own son.
- 1:26:50Brian McFadden: We predicted this, we predicted it was gonna happen, you know, even though we said it wasn't gonna happen. But we knew it was.
- 1:26:57Testecleese: I wanted. I wanted that gun case to go to court. I want to go all the way to the Supreme Court.
- 1:27:03Testecleese: and I want the Supreme Court to say
- 1:27:05Testecleese: you're not allowed to force me to incriminate myself on a Government form to buy a gun. That's against my 5th Amendment rights, because he allegedly what he did, that he was pardoned for actually do I have to say allegedly, now that he's been pardoned? No, or can I say he did it.
- 1:27:21Brian McFadden: Yeah, he's if he accepted the pardon that admits a level of battles. Yep.
- 1:27:27Testecleese: Okay. So he lied on.
- 1:27:29Brian McFadden: Why is that?
- 1:27:29Testecleese: Don't be able to.
- 1:27:30Brian McFadden: Have turned down Trump's pardons or Biden's pardons recently, because they don't want to admit guilt. They want to keep the appeals going.
- 1:27:40Testecleese: Thank you, Rosie.
- 1:27:41Ron Pascoe: Image.
- 1:27:42Testecleese: Well, if you're going to ask me if I'm using illegal drugs or addicted to illegal drugs on a government form that sounds like a 5th amendment infringement to me.
- 1:27:53Ron Pascoe: Yep.
- 1:27:54Testecleese: So you're not allowed to ask that on a form to buy a gun.
- 1:27:57Testecleese: you at most, you should be allowed to ask
- 1:28:00Testecleese: exactly 5th Amendment, self-incrimination. At most you should be allowed they should be allowed to ask me if there's anything barring me from buying a firearm.
- 1:28:10Testecleese: or any legal reason why I shouldn't be allowed to buy a gun.
- 1:28:13Brian McFadden: Right.
- 1:28:14Ron Pascoe: But you look what's going to happen now? There's going to be investigations left, right and center, and all this sort of rubbish. Now, people who've got the bloody.
- 1:28:21Ron Pascoe: the pardon. They're going to have to speak up because they can't incriminate themselves. They've got a pardon, so they must give information in any court.
- 1:28:28Testecleese: Yeah, you can. You can be hit for not testifying.
- 1:28:33Testecleese: because because it's not a self-incrimination thing anymore. But good luck, good luck. We're getting somewhere.
- 1:28:39Testecleese: That's right. At no point at the moment.
- 1:28:41Testecleese: Yes and no.
- 1:28:43Testecleese: It nullifies the self-incrimination. But
- 1:28:46Testecleese: after the whole Miranda thing went down, we're all told. You have the right to remain silent versus.
- 1:28:55Brian McFadden: Except a part. And you don't have that right anymore.
- 1:28:57Ron Pascoe: That's right. You lose everything altogether.
- 1:29:00Testecleese: I don't.
- 1:29:01Testecleese: We'll see what how it works out in the courtroom.
- 1:29:04Brian McFadden: Okay?
- 1:29:05Brian McFadden: Well, and other exciting news plan planned parenthood. Chapter had been providing Harris's campaign a workspace.
- 1:29:15Testecleese: Sounds like a tax violation.
- 1:29:16Brian McFadden: It is.
- 1:29:18Brian McFadden: It's definitely breaking tax law.
- 1:29:22Testecleese: Because grandparent is government funded right.
- 1:29:25Brian McFadden: Yep.
- 1:29:26Testecleese: And they can't be picking sides of a.
- 1:29:30Brian McFadden: They're not supposed.
- 1:29:31Testecleese: Why should?
- 1:29:31Brian McFadden: But they've always picked aside.
- 1:29:33Testecleese: Hey?
- 1:29:37Testecleese: Sorry I'm trying. I'm trying.
- 1:29:39Brian McFadden: And then enjoy your delta. Age.
- 1:29:42Testecleese: Yeah.
- 1:29:43Testecleese: Back. Back. Back. Back.
- 1:29:45Brian McFadden: And then there's this blue city. Judge is slammed for releasing violent suspected.
- 1:29:51Brian McFadden: a violent suspect who was arrested again for an attack.
- 1:29:57Testecleese: Yeah. I want to say this is in Seattle.
- 1:30:01Testecleese: Judge Veronica Galvin released an arms robbery suspect who will like? Who then allegedly attacked a 14 year old.
- 1:30:10El Guapo: Right!
- 1:30:10El Guapo: Oh, damn.
- 1:30:11Testecleese: Oh, jeez yeah, it was in Seattle.
- 1:30:14Brian McFadden: So she's got a history at least, seeing these people so.
- 1:30:18Testecleese: Well, it's the catch and release thing.
- 1:30:21Testecleese: It. Just, it seems, out of control, like just we'll talk about that one dude in New York who stabbed a guy on the subway right.
- 1:30:29Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 1:30:30Testecleese: He gets arrested they let him out. The next day he stabs another person on the subway.
- 1:30:35Brian McFadden: Right.
- 1:30:37Testecleese: Why did you let that guy out?
- 1:30:40Testecleese: I don't understand this logic, that if we let the bad guy out that they won't do it again.
- 1:30:47Testecleese: They already did it once, and
- 1:30:51Testecleese: I mean as much as I don't like the bail system.
- 1:30:56Brian McFadden: Most of the Liberal States went to a no cash bail system, you know. So because there's no cash bail, they can just release them willy-nilly.
- 1:31:07Testecleese: Well, are they getting ankle monitors, then.
- 1:31:09Brian McFadden: No, they're not getting shit.
- 1:31:12Testecleese: I mean, at least, if we just gonna let them walk out the door, what's to stop them from leaving the State before being charged for trying to kill somebody.
- 1:31:18Brian McFadden: Nothing.
- 1:31:20Brian McFadden: Well, who's gonna pay for the ankle? Monitors?
- 1:31:24Testecleese: Oh, this the taxpayers, if they're voting.
- 1:31:26Brian McFadden: Exactly.
- 1:31:29Testecleese: Well, then, charge, then, have these people put up bail, which I? Okay. I don't think the average. I don't think the average person understand how bail works.
- 1:31:36Brian McFadden: No.
- 1:31:38Testecleese: Okay, Bill, let's just say your bill was $35,000.
- 1:31:43Testecleese: You have to put up 10%.
- 1:31:46Brian McFadden: If you go through a bail bondsman.
- 1:31:48Testecleese: Wow!
- 1:31:49Brian McFadden: And there's got to be other collateral involved with the bondsman. You know. They got to own a house, or they got to own property. They gotta know somebody that owns property.
- 1:31:57Testecleese: Massachusetts, anyway, Massachusetts, you had to put up 10%. So $35,000, you had to give them 3,500 bucks if you get out of jail.
- 1:32:05Testecleese: and you were promising to show up on your court date
- 1:32:08Testecleese: if you did not show up on your court date, you owe the entire $35,000.
- 1:32:13El Guapo: Hmm.
- 1:32:15Brian McFadden: Well, in most states you lose your collateral in the process.
- 1:32:19Testecleese: Well, that's what you put it up instead of the actual money versus saying, I have 35 grand.
- 1:32:23El Guapo: Okay. So let me ask you this bills man, you pull you. You say it's a $30,000 for Bill.
- 1:32:32El Guapo: but you have to put 10%. Why can we do the 10%? Just actually the bell.
- 1:32:37Brian McFadden: You could.
- 1:32:38Testecleese: You could, you could, but.
- 1:32:39Brian McFadden: That there's no incentive to like.
- 1:32:42El Guapo: No. But I was saying like, instead of being $30,000. But you have to put 10%. What can we do? The 10% like, just like, look 35,000 for bail. Okay, cool.
- 1:32:52Brian McFadden: That's up to the judge. It definitely can be done that way.
- 1:32:55El Guapo: Yeah.
- 1:32:55Testecleese: It can be done that way. A lot of a lot of areas do. But I'm just saying mass users themselves. They say 10%.
- 1:33:01Testecleese: Because
- 1:33:02Testecleese: no, but no, what you get, you get that much back. But if you don't show up, we already have either your collateral like you putting up your really nice pickup truck.
- 1:33:12Testecleese: saying, You know, or my house.
- 1:33:16Testecleese: As soon as you don't show up for court, the State seizes that property.
- 1:33:21El Guapo: And.
- 1:33:22Testecleese: That's the other 90%. So okay, you just lost your house.
- 1:33:27El Guapo: Instead of asking for this raised amount. Well, can you be like, hey? You bailed $10,000. I mean $3,000. Okay, cool.
- 1:33:34Testecleese: Because 3 grand, you might say, fuck it 3 grand, no big deal, and cut and run.
- 1:33:38El Guapo: But you know what at least they could keep that shit, you know. Everybody would keep like all you know.
- 1:33:45Testecleese: No. Well, us.
- 1:33:46El Guapo: Yeah, like, then you get a bells, man, you know, like, no, they you let me. The bells man like, Hey, it's $3,000. Okay, we're gonna get 3,000, I assure you. I don't even got $3,000 no more.
- 1:33:59El Guapo: But yeah, but I'm saying like, why, we have to be this ridiculous amount. Like Ted, 3,000.
- 1:34:07Testecleese: No, I can explain this. Actually, I went to school for law enforcement.
- 1:34:11El Guapo: Yeah.
- 1:34:12Testecleese: It's an incentive to come back to court. It's it's supposed to be the bail that is set.
- 1:34:19Testecleese: The judge is supposed to make this decision, based upon several factors, and one of them is the income you that you bring in. It's supposed to be a.
- 1:34:27El Guapo: A year.
- 1:34:27Testecleese: And
- 1:34:28Testecleese: yes, it's supposed to be a giant burden if you don't show up for court. But if you do, all of your money comes back to you.
- 1:34:36El Guapo: But I'm saying like.
- 1:34:37Testecleese: That's the idea. No, it's like, okay. So you show up for court for dy.
- 1:34:41El Guapo: Yes.
- 1:34:42Testecleese: Boom. You get your, you get $3,500 back that you put up for your initial 10%.
- 1:34:47El Guapo: No.
- 1:34:48Testecleese: And now your now your truck's no longer at risk being seized.
- 1:34:52Testecleese: But you showed up for your dui hearing, and
- 1:34:56Testecleese: we'll see what happens from there.
- 1:34:59El Guapo: No. But I just say, instead of like, I just don't understand this. Like the 10,000, you know what?
- 1:35:04El Guapo: It's $2,000. Bells. Man. Okay. Cool, you know.
- 1:35:07Testecleese: No! Again again it's.
- 1:35:09El Guapo: I still may have to borrow that from the Beltsman.
- 1:35:11Testecleese: They they want. They want to have more on the line. If you don't show up for court.
- 1:35:16Testecleese: but not be crippling.
- 1:35:19Testecleese: If you do pay the bail.
- 1:35:21Testecleese: So the not crippling is the 10% upfront.
- 1:35:25Testecleese: That's saying it's still a significant lump of money, but it's not going to cripple you. But if you don't show up for court.
- 1:35:32Testecleese: you're gonna be fucking crippled, and you're wanted.
- 1:35:36El Guapo: No, but I'm saying like I said, Yes, I hear you. But instead of saying like, you know what it's $10,000. No, it's $3,000. You can ask a bellman for that money, and you still on the hook on it.
- 1:35:49El Guapo: I just don't understand that like, Major.
- 1:35:51El Guapo: Yeah. But again I can. I can come up with 3 grand by pull, reaching, firing up my ass.
- 1:35:56El Guapo: By what.
- 1:35:57Testecleese: By reaching far enough up my ass I could find 3.
- 1:36:00Brian McFadden: How are you?
- 1:36:01Testecleese: But you could, too, if you really tried, Dude, and you know it.
- 1:36:05Brian McFadden: Up your ass.
- 1:36:06Brian McFadden: What's known for what's Sweden known for.
- 1:36:09Testecleese: Sweden does not go to war.
- 1:36:12Brian McFadden: And they have come out and said, they're neither at war or at peace.
- 1:36:17Testecleese: So.
- 1:36:17Brian McFadden: They said warships to the Baltic Sea.
- 1:36:22El Guapo: But anyways, but I just
- 1:36:26El Guapo: I just I don't understand. This is like a major amount like, you know what? Why don't you just say like it's $5,000. The balance will fuck you upon you for it, but he's still on the hook for it, you know.
- 1:36:38Testecleese: Okay, one more time before we try to get back on topic.
- 1:36:44Testecleese: The 10% idea is you can come up with that currency.
- 1:36:48El Guapo: Yes, but you.
- 1:36:49Testecleese: Hold up! Hold up! You can come up with the 3, $3,500. You can call your buddies. You can sell off. You can pawn this. Hold on, hold on! Hold on.
- 1:37:03Testecleese: and then you'll get it all back, and everything will be right if you go.
- 1:37:07Brian McFadden: Maybe show up to court.
- 1:37:08Testecleese: But if you don't, the other 90% that we said we're going to take from you, which will be the truck that you should put up to say, Here's the rest of it, in case I don't show up to court.
- 1:37:18Brian McFadden: It's just like a loan. If you don't pay your loan, you lose the collateral that the loan was attached to.
- 1:37:24Testecleese: Yeah. So they take your truck
- 1:37:26Testecleese: and your initial 3,500 you put up. And now you're
- 1:37:31Testecleese: fucked. That's the idea is, show up to court, and if we don't trust you to show up to court, we don't give you any bail. You sit in prison. The whole idea is to ensure that you come back to court. But it's not supposed to cripple you as a citizen.
- 1:37:46Testecleese: because you haven't been found guilty of anything before your trial.
- 1:37:52El Guapo: I still don't buy like. Just tell me, like my.
- 1:37:56Testecleese: It's good. Then.
- 1:37:57El Guapo: Yeah, sure. But yeah, I I still will follow the rules.
- 1:38:01Testecleese: Okay.
- 1:38:01El Guapo: But just the richest amount like, Oh, you own like $50,000. But you know what? You only put 10% you can bail like, why don't you just tell me like this? Is your bail?
- 1:38:10Brian McFadden: Making it more complicated than it actually is.
- 1:38:13Testecleese: T.
- 1:38:14Brian McFadden: I go up.
- 1:38:15El Guapo: What what no.
- 1:38:16Testecleese: Listen, because by doing what you're saying, then if you just skip bail, you don't also lose the house that you thought you owned.
- 1:38:26El Guapo: Right.
- 1:38:27Testecleese: That's the you're going to show up to court because you're not going to fucking. Lose your house
- 1:38:32Testecleese: because you didn't want to spend 6 months in jail for driving on a suspended license.
- 1:38:36El Guapo: That's no. But I'm just saying like, if it's only like $6,000 bail, I still got to show up. You know what it's 6,000.
- 1:38:43Brian McFadden: But that's you. You're not the normal person. You're like a semi law abiding citizen.
- 1:38:49Testecleese: And the and the bail.
- 1:38:50Brian McFadden: You're not a criminal.
- 1:38:52Testecleese: Yeah. But the bail is also supposed to be set at a at different levels for different level of income.
- 1:38:56Testecleese: Yeah, I understand that. So you're
- 1:38:58Testecleese: poor man. Isn't gonna have a $65,000 bail unless it's murder.
- 1:39:03El Guapo: Right.
- 1:39:03Testecleese: He's gonna he's gonna have to pay like a hundred 50 bucks out of pocket because he's like fuck. I gotta find 150 bucks, and if I don't show up to court, I owe 15,000. You know you know what I mean.
- 1:39:16Brian McFadden: So President Biden is continuing to try to create a legacy before he's out. In a couple of days.
- 1:39:24Testecleese: I don't like the name of either one of these.
- 1:39:26Brian McFadden: He named 2 aircraft carriers, one after Bill Clinton, and one after George W. Bush.
- 1:39:33El Guapo: We got to pick on this.
- 1:39:36Brian McFadden: Well, I don't know. The President decides the name of the carriers.
- 1:39:41Testecleese: Voice.
- 1:39:42Ron Pascoe: A here comes the pettiness.
- 1:39:47Testecleese: Just I I didn't like Bush. I'm sorry. I know a.
- 1:39:50Brian McFadden: I don't like Clint either.
- 1:39:52Testecleese: I didn't like Clinton either, but I will always point out. Clinton, at least had a plan to get the budget back in the Black.
- 1:40:01El Guapo: Only because.
- 1:40:03Brian McFadden: Only because when he got reelected he lost the Congress.
- 1:40:08Brian McFadden: So he was, for he was one of the. He was one of the last Democrats that saw life as reality
- 1:40:16Brian McFadden: and wanted to work with one of the houses.
- 1:40:20Brian McFadden: We wanted to work with Republicans.
- 1:40:23El Guapo: What's the.
- 1:40:23Testecleese: Yes.
- 1:40:24El Guapo: The house the other time he yeah.
- 1:40:27Brian McFadden: Gingrich.
- 1:40:28El Guapo: New giggers. Yes, because he had his.
- 1:40:30Testecleese: Sorry the fact that either one of you knew that answer, who was Secretary or Speaker of the House under Clinton.
- 1:40:39El Guapo: I can see.
- 1:40:39Testecleese: It was midnight was 30 years ago.
- 1:40:42Brian McFadden: Okay. I was still in navy then.
- 1:40:44El Guapo: Because I.
- 1:40:45Testecleese: No, I'm just saying no anyone was.
- 1:40:47Brian McFadden: That's what our show is about. We are political, we are political junkies.
- 1:40:54Ron Pascoe: You've got to give credit credit to you. But Bloody Bush had catlike reflexes.
- 1:40:59Brian McFadden: So.
- 1:40:59Ron Pascoe: Man that going through that scene already.
- 1:41:01Testecleese: Shoe the shoe. They made a video game out of that dude.
- 1:41:05Testecleese: What.
- 1:41:06Ron Pascoe: They made it.
- 1:41:08Testecleese: There's a video game whatnot you're you're George Bush at the podium.
- 1:41:12Brian McFadden: Yeah, well.
- 1:41:12Testecleese: Carboy, Jews.
- 1:41:18Ron Pascoe: Conducted local Program.
- 1:41:21El Guapo: That must be the simplest fucking game ever.
- 1:41:25El Guapo: But you the command.
- 1:41:28El Guapo: It'd be like left, right, left, right, left, right.
- 1:41:31Testecleese: I'm so mad I'm gonna take my shoe off and throw it at the President.
- 1:41:38Brian McFadden: And he does it.
- 1:41:40El Guapo: Very good that that should be the damn that! Show a shoe off.
- 1:41:44Ron Pascoe: Hey Republicans indulge anything like.
- 1:41:47El Guapo: Title of the episode might be. He dodged it, he dodged it.
- 1:41:52El Guapo: He does.
- 1:41:52Ron Pascoe: That's the phone.
- 1:41:57El Guapo: He does a horse puppy.
- 1:42:00Brian McFadden: So Biden has already come out saying that it's all his team that created the Gaza ceasefire.
- 1:42:11Brian McFadden: But we know. Yeah, we're. I'll call bullshit on that because trump, threatened Hamas, saying, if you don't release the hostages before I'm inaugurated, hell's gonna rain down on you.
- 1:42:24Testecleese: Yep.
- 1:42:25Brian McFadden: Definitely creates a little incentive for them to
- 1:42:29Brian McFadden: come up with a plan and do something.
- 1:42:32Ron Pascoe: 2 things I want to say about that.
- 1:42:33Brian McFadden: Go for it.
- 1:42:34Testecleese: 1st 1st Israel and the Palestinians have both said it was trump not biden that are causing the ceasefire.
- 1:42:42Testecleese: So both sides have said that. But Biden's still trying to take credits.
- 1:42:46Brian McFadden: Yeah, because he has no legacy.
- 1:42:49Testecleese: And the second point I want to bring up
- 1:42:53Testecleese: if they release any hostages. I'm going to be surprised, because I was certain they were dead. 5 days after.
- 1:42:59Brian McFadden: About releasing like 30 people.
- 1:43:01Testecleese: Yeah. Well, I, the ones that were taken on October 7.th
- 1:43:04Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 1:43:06Testecleese: I thought they were dead. On October 12.th
- 1:43:09Brian McFadden: I think most. I think 95% of them are dead.
- 1:43:12Testecleese: I assume they were all executed. What advantage Palestine had in holding all these hostages, this long.
- 1:43:21Ron Pascoe: None.
- 1:43:22Testecleese: Why why bother? Why bother? Keeping them?
- 1:43:25Ron Pascoe: They've got to feed them. They've got to care for them. Yep, you're right.
- 1:43:28Testecleese: Yeah, you got. You got manpower down here. It's money going down, taking care of these people instead of the flight you're involved in.
- 1:43:36Testecleese: and.
- 1:43:37Brian McFadden: Even if these people are alive, they're going to be scarred for life.
- 1:43:42Testecleese: No Siberian tunnel, didn't we?
- 1:43:44Brian McFadden: They're in tunnels that have been bombarded by the Israelis for the last year.
- 1:43:52Testecleese: And that's even more of a point was exactly that Brian Israel has been bombarding everything with ordnance for over a year. Now they could easily say, there are no hostages left. Israel killed them all.
- 1:44:07Brian McFadden: They aren't saying that.
- 1:44:08Testecleese: No, they're claiming to have hostages to release. I am shocked. I was certain they were dead. I've said it on this show.
- 1:44:15Brian McFadden: Yes.
- 1:44:15Testecleese: They were dead a long time ago.
- 1:44:18Ron Pascoe: Oh, okay. Yeah.
- 1:44:19Testecleese: And I said, We go into this assuming they're dead, because it's we're not getting them back, and if we're getting them back
- 1:44:24Testecleese: I need to reevaluate a lot of my views on the world because I assumed
- 1:44:30Testecleese: that these folks had been murdered. You know what I mean.
- 1:44:33Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 1:44:33Ron Pascoe: You look at the Master's charter, mate, it's to wipe out all the Israel.
- 1:44:38Ron Pascoe: swipe out all the Jews. They're not going to keep them. They're not going to speed nobody.
- 1:44:44Brian McFadden: But but if they think they have a
- 1:44:47Brian McFadden: a power play, they're going to keep them alive.
- 1:44:50Brian McFadden: Some of them.
- 1:44:51Testecleese: Exactly if there's a use, if there's a value to us. Yes, we're going to keep them alive. But I assumed after this much time, no matter what, there was no value left.
- 1:45:00Brian McFadden: Apparently there is.
- 1:45:01Testecleese: If you hadn't managed to trade them off of something else already.
- 1:45:05Testecleese: You know what I mean, and and if you don't, even if you're not going to execute them.
- 1:45:13Testecleese: it's still not worth it to you to keep them. You may as well just turn them loose.
- 1:45:17Brian McFadden: Yeah, I mean, this whole ceasefire thing could have been negotiated years ago, like months ago.
- 1:45:26Brian McFadden: Yeah, Brian's up.
- 1:45:27Testecleese: And he's because his game started.
- 1:45:30Brian McFadden: I'm not.
- 1:45:31Testecleese: Game started. He's upset.
- 1:45:33Brian McFadden: I'm trying to speed this up. So.
- 1:45:35El Guapo: But that's why we did this show at 6 30 in the afternoon.
- 1:45:38Brian McFadden: Yeah, yeah, I've got.
- 1:45:40Brian McFadden: Football awise.
- 1:45:42Testecleese: We're in the gear.
- 1:45:43Testecleese: True.
- 1:45:44El Guapo: The lions and stuff.
- 1:45:45Brian McFadden: Yeah, the lions and the commanders.
- 1:45:47Testecleese: Oh, dude!
- 1:45:51El Guapo: Oh, was! It was still redskins.
- 1:45:52Brian McFadden: Who's God?
- 1:45:53El Guapo: Yeah, when that risk is back.
- 1:45:57Testecleese: Alright, anyway, I forgot where we were talking about something.
- 1:46:00Brian McFadden: Cuba. Biden has come out and said that Cuba is no longer a state sponsor of terrorism.
- 1:46:08El Guapo: Bush.
- 1:46:08Testecleese: Yeah.
- 1:46:09Brian McFadden: And I guess.
- 1:46:10Testecleese: This is.
- 1:46:10Brian McFadden: Means to open up diplomatic relations with them again.
- 1:46:15Testecleese: Yeah, we we lifted the embargo.
- 1:46:19Testecleese: Yeah, it wasn't.
- 1:46:20Ron Pascoe: Good.
- 1:46:21Brian McFadden: And we had. We had an embassy down there until people were were being affected by some kind of hearing device. You know.
- 1:46:30Testecleese: Havana, sickness.
- 1:46:31Brian McFadden: Yes, exactly.
- 1:46:33Testecleese: Have any sickness. Well, the idea is they were using energy weapons, and I know that sounds like Star Trek.
- 1:46:40Testecleese: But let's be.
- 1:46:41Brian McFadden: Kind of is.
- 1:46:42Testecleese: Yeah. But what? The fuck's a taser.
- 1:46:45El Guapo: Dude honestly after the fucking Kuwait.
- 1:46:50El Guapo: fucking, flooding. Everything's on the table now.
- 1:46:54Testecleese: Well, the half anise, anyway, is what the theory is that they're being bombarded with sound waves outside of the human hearing range.
- 1:47:03Testecleese: That just makes you feel nauseous and sick all the time.
- 1:47:08Testecleese: So yeah, it's not debilitating, but it's enough so that you are not going to be at 100% in a fight.
- 1:47:17Testecleese: Kind of like the brown note idea that that one tone that just makes you shit your pants.
- 1:47:22El Guapo: Yeah, but I'm saying like, after the fucking, flooding, and then Kuwait, or what Middle Eastern country was it?
- 1:47:30El Guapo: They're like it, them. Oh.
- 1:47:33Testecleese: Bye.
- 1:47:34El Guapo: Yeah. The camp trail was too much. Oh, hold on what? The camp trail was too much.
- 1:47:39Testecleese: Wasn't chemtrails or too much. They seeded the cloud something that we we know works to make it ring.
- 1:47:45El Guapo: Oh, yeah, what we call that what we do we call that.
- 1:47:50Testecleese: Well. They were dropping flakes of magnesium into the sky.
- 1:47:53El Guapo: What do we call that? Aka? What.
- 1:47:56Testecleese: You can call it a chemtrail.
- 1:47:58El Guapo: It is a camp fucking trail.
- 1:48:00Testecleese: I know, but people think contrails are chemtrails, and they're not the same thing.
- 1:48:04El Guapo: All right, whatever it's alright.
- 1:48:06Testecleese: Oh, no! When you see that.
- 1:48:09El Guapo: That's a call, a moisture trail like a.
- 1:48:12Testecleese: Yeah. Condensation. Contrary.
- 1:48:14El Guapo: A decision trail. Yes.
- 1:48:17Testecleese: It's moisture sticking to stuff than getting blown off.
- 1:48:20El Guapo: Yeah, that's understandable. But camp trails are fucking different thing. That's when you fucking.
- 1:48:25Testecleese: Yeah, but it's not as common as people think. Quote, chemtrails are used for certain things. And if you're going to say weather manipulation in this case seeding the clouds as a chemtrail. Okay, I'll accept that argument.
- 1:48:37Testecleese: But but what you see, the big, gloomy cloud behind the plane. That's not a chemtrail. That's a condensation trail of moisture
- 1:48:47Testecleese: condensing around the aircraft that's so cold and getting blown off.
- 1:48:54Testecleese: Sorry I it's it's basic chemistry. You have a hot engine. You have a little bit of moisture
- 1:49:00Testecleese: the moisture tries to expand. It's got nowhere to go. It sticks. The next coldest solid thing can grab the aircraft, it falls off.
- 1:49:08Testecleese: Boom! You have a cloud.
- 1:49:13Testecleese: Alright!
- 1:49:14Brian McFadden: You want to cover leftovers.
- 1:49:16Testecleese: Yes.
- 1:49:20Testecleese: I want you to tell me about this Mcdonald's thing, Brian.
- 1:49:23Brian McFadden: Oh, yeah. Well, this is Mcdonald's. They opened up 3 spinoff restaurants last year that were focused on drinks
- 1:49:33Brian McFadden: to try to drive up advertising and drinks
- 1:49:38Brian McFadden: a mouth. Yeah, it was mainly drinks, restaurants.
- 1:49:41Testecleese: Like like booze, or like Cola.
- 1:49:43Brian McFadden: Oh, like shakes and fancy drinks, you know.
- 1:49:47Testecleese: Like an old school soda, fountain.
- 1:49:49Brian McFadden: Yes, yes.
- 1:49:51Testecleese: And then I like that idea.
- 1:49:53Testecleese: Yeah, though.
- 1:49:53Brian McFadden: I do, too, but they decided to shut them all down after one year.
- 1:49:57El Guapo: Why?
- 1:49:58Testecleese: Too bad!
- 1:49:59El Guapo: What happened? Did.
- 1:50:00Brian McFadden: Apparently apparently they, you know, once the initial excitement died off, they weren't making enough money.
- 1:50:10El Guapo: Depends on the city and the town, too, because
- 1:50:14El Guapo: think about it. Coffee. People like to go drink coffee, and that's how Starbucks started. Thing, you know.
- 1:50:19El Guapo: It's just experience and stuff like that, you know, watching somebody working for the drink. You know, this person that might work.
- 1:50:28Testecleese: I'm sorry. That might be the problem, though, guapas. What you're saying is maybe they need. Maybe they needed to target a younger crowd.
- 1:50:36Brian McFadden: So they were going for definitely, yeah.
- 1:50:38Testecleese: Yeah.
- 1:50:39El Guapo: Pacific City. Because look at Starbucks. It started like, Hey, you know, we have to. You work for your coffee, and then you see this person like fucking, grinding coffee, put it in the presser, clean the depressor, stimulate the fucking milk and stuff like that, and you, fucking, got the rewarded with the fucking coffee, you know.
- 1:50:59El Guapo: and that's what suburbs losing money like
- 1:51:03El Guapo: 2 or 3 years ago, because the different CEO like oh, we need to spend that make it quicker. You know people didn't like that, you know. I know I want to hear for this kind of experience. You know, I want to see you work for my fucking money, and that's what it was, you know.
- 1:51:20El Guapo: and probably they didn't see that shit the way they present it. It wasn't worth it enough, you know
- 1:51:28El Guapo: I'm a little bus from 4 fucking beers.
- 1:51:31Brian McFadden: That's it. Only 4.
- 1:51:33Brian McFadden: Yes, this whole show.
- 1:51:35El Guapo: Yes, I do like I don't know what.
- 1:51:37Brian McFadden: Anyways, alright.
- 1:51:38El Guapo: I feel like I duck it.
- 1:51:40Brian McFadden: I'm on like 5 or 6 now.
- 1:51:44Testecleese: I just like the idea of a place where the kids can go
- 1:51:48Testecleese: like a soda fountain. Get a soda.
- 1:51:50Brian McFadden: Oh, yeah, definitely.
- 1:51:51Testecleese: You can get refills on it. You can get a milkshake, you know. You pay per milkshake
- 1:51:55Testecleese: kind of like Starbucks.
- 1:51:57Testecleese: Yes, but for kids have free Wi-fi there, and everything.
- 1:52:01Testecleese: and the kids hanging out there bullshit and doing their stupid shit with their skateboards.
- 1:52:06Brian McFadden: Might stay out of trouble that way.
- 1:52:07Testecleese: Is a lot better than some of the other stuff they could be doing.
- 1:52:11El Guapo: Yeah. But I said, like, you see this so much stupid ice cream.
- 1:52:14Testecleese: And you know what. Bring back. No, bring back the pizza bar, too.
- 1:52:18Testecleese: but CC's, I think, is the only one left.
- 1:52:21Brian McFadden: Oh, there's no Ccs around here.
- 1:52:24El Guapo: Used to be over there by fucking power plants.
- 1:52:26Brian McFadden: They're gone. It's laza.
- 1:52:28Testecleese: That's too bad, because the wife and I used to go there all the time.
- 1:52:31Brian McFadden: I know I love my CC.
- 1:52:33Testecleese: You do the the oil buffet.
- 1:52:36Brian McFadden: Hell, yeah.
- 1:52:36El Guapo: Yeah, yeah.
- 1:52:38Testecleese: There were like 7 different pizzas out, and then.
- 1:52:40Brian McFadden: No, I think CC. Is pretty much dying out now. The one in Hampton's long gone, I think even the one by Lynn Hayden Mall is gone now, too.
- 1:52:50El Guapo: I heard.
- 1:52:50Testecleese: Yeah, man, it was great, and they don't.
- 1:52:52El Guapo: We get it. You know what we get it back from fresh chicken.
- 1:52:56Brian McFadden: No whatever.
- 1:52:57Testecleese: So.
- 1:52:57El Guapo: It's a rumor going now.
- 1:52:59Brian McFadden: No, no, it's all exposed.
- 1:53:02El Guapo: It's a local rest. It's a local grocery store used to make chicken
- 1:53:06El Guapo: and people posting pictures about this coming back like what.
- 1:53:10Brian McFadden: Phone line has phone line owns a recipe now so they can make it in.
- 1:53:14El Guapo: It's not gonna be the same, anyway.
- 1:53:17Brian McFadden: Anyway, that's our show.
- 1:53:19Testecleese: No, I still think of CC's with a soda bar in it, soda fountains.
- 1:53:25Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 1:53:25Testecleese: Kid goes in there and spends 15 bucks. He could spend 4 h in there with his buddies, eating pizza and drinking soda.
- 1:53:33Brian McFadden: Oh!
- 1:53:33Testecleese: You know. Then you go out. You go out and hit your skateboard and throw up in the parking lot.
- 1:53:38Testecleese: and you pay 15 bucks and do it again.
- 1:53:42Brian McFadden: Yep.
- 1:53:44Testecleese: I do want to bring up the Cnn case.
- 1:53:47Brian McFadden: All right.
- 1:53:48Testecleese: We haven't been talking about it. A navy vet was helping evacuate people from Afghanistan
- 1:53:54Testecleese: out of great cost to himself.
- 1:53:58Testecleese: Cnn. Called them like this evil evil man ripping people off to help them.
- 1:54:03Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 1:54:03El Guapo: Yeah.
- 1:54:04Testecleese: And he hasn't been able to find work since because of this, like he's ripping all these people looking like a humanitarian. Cnl. Just settled paying this man 5 million dollars for defamation.
- 1:54:17Brian McFadden: That's not the punitive damage part. That's just the defamation verdict.
- 1:54:22El Guapo: And.
- 1:54:22Testecleese: Yeah, exactly that. They really boned this guy who was genuinely helping people because they.
- 1:54:32El Guapo: You thought he was taking advantage of people in distress, and this is, go with.
- 1:54:37Testecleese: Leave him there, then.
- 1:54:39El Guapo: You know what this is. Go with the fucking price and shit. I hate that shit. No, you pay. Okay, let's say, for instance, this happened for real fact. This guy in fucking middle America are like, okay. People in Louisiana need fucking generators. Let me rent a fucking truck.
- 1:54:58El Guapo: We fucking a bunch of generators. Let me take it out.
- 1:55:02Testecleese: Trailer.
- 1:55:03El Guapo: Yeah, a trailer. And you know what? And I, it's gonna calculate it is gonna cost this bus to buy a fucking generator.
- 1:55:12El Guapo: Okay.
- 1:55:13Testecleese: Yeah, I'm gonna buy 20 generators. It's gonna cost this much. It's gonna cost me this much in gasoline, this much wear and tear on my vehicle.
- 1:55:20El Guapo: It may seem expensive.
- 1:55:22Testecleese: 3 days on work.
- 1:55:24El Guapo: Yeah.
- 1:55:26El Guapo: 3 or fuck. Who knows? A week of work, you know, selling this shit? No, I doing a fucking fair price. You don't know what the fuck you went through to sell that shit. You think you're taking a.
- 1:55:39Testecleese: I agree.
- 1:55:40El Guapo: You know what be like. You know what? Hold on this, motherfuckers do bake it this much for Generator. No, we can make it a little bit lower and.
- 1:55:49Testecleese: That's Walmart Price gouging the man who bought generator.
- 1:55:52El Guapo: No, no! But I said like.
- 1:55:53Testecleese: Through.
- 1:55:54El Guapo: Yeah, no. But
- 1:55:54El Guapo: I said, like, if Walmart's like we can understand this guy, then they're gonna fucking swoop in, you know. And that's fucking capitalism.
- 1:56:03Testecleese: Yes, but exactly what you said. It was like. They have no generators. I can take okay. A week off of work by 20 generators rent a trailer, drive across 3 States.
- 1:56:16Testecleese: Now, what did it cost me? Per generator? Okay.
- 1:56:18Testecleese: Now, how much? $500?
- 1:56:21Testecleese: But then, then, how much money am I allowed to make per generator too.
- 1:56:25El Guapo: Yeah.
- 1:56:27El Guapo: And this is why I hate this fucking process fucking Nanny state dude like. No, you let him.
- 1:56:33El Guapo: If somebody's making money out of this fucking generator. Somebody else gonna be like undercut him.
