Transcript
- 0:04SPEAKER_01: Wherever the weekend took you, whatever the week ahead is asking of you, the breath is here.
- 0:15SPEAKER_01: It is always the most direct route home.
- 0:22SPEAKER_01: Let your eyes close, let your hands rest, and take a breath in through the nose, slow and full.
- 0:39SPEAKER_01: Now exhale through the mouth longer than the inhale.
- 0:44SPEAKER_01: Let it go.
- 0:50SPEAKER_01: Again, in through the nose, and out through the mouth, slowly all the way.
- 1:06SPEAKER_01: One more, and this time at the bottom of the exhale.
- 1:11SPEAKER_01: Pause for just a moment before the next breath comes.
- 1:18SPEAKER_01: Feel that pause, that small space of nothing.
- 1:25SPEAKER_01: That is where the nervous system resets.
- 1:34SPEAKER_01: Now let the breath return to its natural rhythm.
- 1:39SPEAKER_01: No need to control it.
- 1:41SPEAKER_01: Just observe.
- 3:54SPEAKER_01: Gently return.
- 4:29SPEAKER_01: With every exhale, cortisol drops slightly, heart rate slows, the body believes it's safe because right now it is.
- 5:07SPEAKER_01: Through the sleepless nights and the ordinary mornings.
- 5:13SPEAKER_01: It has never left you.
- 9:11SPEAKER_01: Thank you for being here.
- 9:14SPEAKER_01: If this helped, a review or a share would mean a great deal.
- 9:23SPEAKER_01: When you're ready, take one more conscious breath and carry it with you.
