- Ben: Good morning and welcome to your short-term rental bulletin. So given I'm currently at scale España, I think it's really important just to remind of a previous story that we spoke about maybe about two or so weeks ago. that is that Valencia is doing something completely different with their way of restricting short-term rentals. They're bringing in instead of an amount of nights or an amount of units, they're doing 2 % of residents. I think this is a really interesting story because a lot of the conversation here that I've been reporting on in Escuela España and the people that I've been talking to has been about regulation, regulation, regulation. I think the really important thing that we need to keep in mind is that regulation is going to happen no matter what. And we as a short-term industry need to organise to not so much fight the regulation, but get the regulation that works for both sides. And I think what's happening in Valencia with 2 % is incredibly interesting. I hope to get more stories on it. I hope to talk to more people about it here at Scale España. Thank you for watching and I'll see you at the next one. Ciao.
