- 1:48Speaker 1: This was suggested by one of our listeners over at
- 1:50Speaker 1: our BSPs and more page and thank you very very much,
- 1:53Speaker 1: Michael Phibig. Michael, yesterday reminded me of an hour we
- 1:57Speaker 1: did with Dean Wheeler back in two thousand and two
- 1:59Speaker 1: where he talking about women coping with their husband's cheating
- 2:02Speaker 1: on them. And it's interesting, you'd be surprising. Here's the
- 2:06Speaker 1: line came out of that show. You'd be surprising what
- 2:08Speaker 1: a woman will forgive for a short stack of pancakes.
- 2:11Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 2:13Speaker 1: Well, anyway, listen, listen to Dean Wheeler. Here, doctor Dean Wheelers.
- 2:17Speaker 1: He likes to be called on the world famous Phil
- 2:19Speaker 1: Hendry Show.
- 2:25Speaker 2: Here's Phil Henry.
- 2:26Speaker 1: The book is called Healing Indiscretions. Dean, What is the
- 2:29Speaker 1: book about Dean Wheelers with us?
- 2:31Speaker 3: Hi? Phil. First of all, I'm very happy to be
- 2:34Speaker 3: on your program.
- 2:35Speaker 2: And I understand you're doing some training today.
- 2:38Speaker 3: Yeah. As a matter of fact, I'm at Chadley Park
- 2:42Speaker 3: getting kind of getting a little shape here for New
- 2:45Speaker 3: York Marathon that'll be coming out.
- 2:47Speaker 2: What is your book, Healing in Discretion amount?
- 2:50Speaker 3: Really, there are a number of ways, Phil, to get
- 2:52Speaker 3: the trust of a woman back if you have been
- 2:56Speaker 3: unfaithful to her, and sometimes after the marriage of a
- 3:01Speaker 3: man and woman, every woman will have to face the
- 3:04Speaker 3: fact that her husband is going to stray. Recognizing that
- 3:09Speaker 3: frees a woman so from the anxiety and of the
- 3:14Speaker 3: willie or won't he too?
- 3:16Speaker 2: He will well sooner or later.
- 3:18Speaker 1: Every man is going to cheat on his wife or
- 3:20Speaker 1: his girlfriend, and the first step is for a woman
- 3:22Speaker 1: to recognize that.
- 3:23Speaker 3: The first step is to recognize that, because you have
- 3:26Speaker 3: to get ready for that moment when you want to
- 3:29Speaker 3: heal your relationship and bring him back, and preparing yourself
- 3:33Speaker 3: to heal indiscretion, which is the title of my book.
- 3:37Speaker 3: Women are amazingly resilient, Phil, And once you tell them
- 3:40Speaker 3: the truth about what you did and with who, you'd
- 3:46Speaker 3: be surprised.
- 3:48Speaker 1: I don't think I've ever heard of a book that
- 3:50Speaker 1: prepares a wife for the inevitability of her husband cheating
- 3:53Speaker 1: on her.
- 3:54Speaker 2: But I do know it's just not about that.
- 3:57Speaker 3: Phil, It's about getting that marriage back together again. And
- 4:01Speaker 3: what we do in our workshops really helps us to
- 4:05Speaker 3: achieve that.
- 4:06Speaker 1: All right, You've had several workshops in the San Francisco
- 4:09Speaker 1: Bay area on helping a woman forgive her husband after he's.
- 4:13Speaker 2: Cheated on her. What give me some idea of what
- 4:17Speaker 2: happens there?
- 4:19Speaker 3: Sure, Phil, We've had some very successful workshops. And excuse me,
- 4:24Speaker 3: I'm gonna.
- 4:24Speaker 2: Get some water here, go ahead, we're talking here with
- 4:29Speaker 2: doctor Dean Wheeler. Yes, Phil, and what are you a
- 4:32Speaker 2: doctor in?
- 4:34Speaker 3: Well, you know something, Phil, I'm a doctor of life
- 4:37Speaker 3: more than anything else. I'm just a doctor of life,
- 4:41Speaker 3: all right.
- 4:42Speaker 2: So you have the workshops and then what well, every.
- 4:45Speaker 3: Weekend up until Thanksgiving, Phil, women are coming from all
- 4:48Speaker 3: over to attend our two day workshop on what to
- 4:51Speaker 3: do once he inevitably strays and cheats on you. The goal, Phil,
- 4:57Speaker 3: is to accept him and all of his foibles. You
- 5:03Speaker 3: want to feel okay about yourself, and then you want
- 5:07Speaker 3: to take step three, which is to feel okay about
- 5:11Speaker 3: the two of you as well together.
- 5:13Speaker 2: All right. A man cheating on a woman can destroy trust,
- 5:18Speaker 2: can't it.
- 5:19Speaker 3: No, it doesn't have to, Phil, And we've been we've
- 5:22Speaker 3: been proving it. Every weekend. We have three actors that
- 5:26Speaker 3: we hire from one of the local acting lab, one
- 5:28Speaker 3: of the local acting labs in the Bay area. We
- 5:31Speaker 3: have three actors come in who role play and act
- 5:34Speaker 3: out the scenarios that these couples will face. And I'll
- 5:39Speaker 3: give you an example. Last weekend we had an African
- 5:41Speaker 3: American female, a white male, and a white female, all
- 5:45Speaker 3: three of them actors from the Bay Area Acting lab.
- 5:50Speaker 3: The white female played the wife, and we tell the
- 5:53Speaker 3: ladies to key in on the actors playing the wife.
- 5:57Speaker 3: That's very important.
- 5:58Speaker 2: Okay.
- 5:59Speaker 3: Now, is a husband is caught having sex with a
- 6:02Speaker 3: cleaning woman and the wife comes home unexpectedly. What do
- 6:09Speaker 3: you do as a woman? Now, this is pivotal. What
- 6:12Speaker 3: does she do? Film?
- 6:14Speaker 2: So the black actors plays the cleaning woman. I take it.
- 6:17Speaker 3: Yeah, well, we want to make it as realistic as possible.
- 6:20Speaker 1: All right, So she comes home and she sees her
- 6:22Speaker 1: husband having sex with this woman.
- 6:26Speaker 3: What should she do or what does she do? Let
- 6:29Speaker 3: me ask you that.
- 6:30Speaker 2: Well, I imagine she gets angry, and she has a right to.
- 6:32Speaker 3: Feel anger, but I don't think she should express it.
- 6:36Speaker 3: What you do is you take your anger back out
- 6:38Speaker 3: of the room and that and there are some breathing
- 6:42Speaker 3: exercises that we give the ladies. And let the woman
- 6:46Speaker 3: get dressed, and let the maid take the cleaning cart
- 6:50Speaker 3: out of the room, and then sit down with your
- 6:52Speaker 3: husband and tell him you are hurt. And this is
- 6:55Speaker 3: so pivotal, Phil, all.
- 6:57Speaker 2: Right, let me recap up to this point. If I can't, well,
- 7:01Speaker 2: there's a.
- 7:01Speaker 3: Couple of more steps that I need to get through.
- 7:04Speaker 1: All right, I need to give our phone number out
- 7:05Speaker 1: and tell everybody we're talking to doctor Dean Wheeler. He
- 7:08Speaker 1: is conducting workshops and has a book called Healing Indiscretion,
- 7:12Speaker 1: How a woman can forgive her husband for cheating on her.
- 7:16Speaker 2: Now, you said you're a doctor of what.
- 7:20Speaker 3: I'm a doctor of life, Phil, I'm a doctor of love.
- 7:22Speaker 3: I'm a doctor of experience.
- 7:23Speaker 2: But what seriously, what is your degree in I.
- 7:26Speaker 3: Got a degree in life, I really do, Phil, So
- 7:29Speaker 3: you're not a real No, I consider myself to be
- 7:32Speaker 3: a real doctor. Yes, I do, and I do want
- 7:35Speaker 3: to get through these other steps if I could so.
- 7:37Speaker 1: Up to this point, a woman sees her husband having
- 7:40Speaker 1: sex with another woman. She needs to do some breathing exercises,
- 7:45Speaker 1: swallow the anger and then.
- 7:46Speaker 3: What Then tell him that he must apologize. We tell
- 7:50Speaker 3: the ladies to watch this and watch what he does.
- 7:53Speaker 3: You have to lead him. Tell him he must apologize,
- 7:57Speaker 3: and tell him you are hurt, and tell him you
- 7:59Speaker 3: want so thing. You want something, a weekend away, some
- 8:04Speaker 3: new shoes, a bouquet of flowers.
- 8:07Speaker 2: So she's kind of letting him off the hook rather easily,
- 8:10Speaker 2: isn't she.
- 8:11Speaker 3: Well, the women like simple things. It's not letting him
- 8:14Speaker 3: off the hook. But women like simple things, and they're
- 8:16Speaker 3: extremely resilient. And all the women wants phil when the
- 8:20Speaker 3: end of the day arrives, all a woman really wants
- 8:23Speaker 3: is an honest man, and she can deal with a lot.
- 8:27Speaker 2: Well, I don't know. I think a lot of women
- 8:31Speaker 2: will throw these guys out the door.
- 8:33Speaker 3: Well, you know something, before nine to eleven, I would
- 8:35Speaker 3: have believed that.
- 8:35Speaker 2: You think things have changed.
- 8:37Speaker 3: Most women will forgive a man a lot, because imagine
- 8:41Speaker 3: if it had been him at the other end of
- 8:43Speaker 3: that sniperscope. Imagine if it had been him in the
- 8:46Speaker 3: World Trade Center. Imagine if it had been him opening
- 8:50Speaker 3: up an envelope of amtrax. So before nine to eleven,
- 8:53Speaker 3: I think women would have thrown their men out. But
- 8:55Speaker 3: now women are more open to forgiving a man, and
- 8:58Speaker 3: we learn it and that every day in our workshops.
- 9:01Speaker 3: Bill and Tammy Hertzog and her husband, Bill, as a
- 9:07Speaker 3: matter of fact, had an encounter, and this was a
- 9:11Speaker 3: serious encounter where he had been unfaithful and he brought
- 9:14Speaker 3: venereal disease into their home, and she was able to
- 9:18Speaker 3: forgive him by saying, ay, you have hurt me, b
- 9:22Speaker 3: I am angry at you. And remember step number three.
- 9:25Speaker 3: I want something. I want a trip out of town.
- 9:28Speaker 3: I want flowers, I want something, and.
- 9:31Speaker 2: She won't throw them out post nine to eleven.
- 9:33Speaker 3: I don't think so. After nine to eleven, most women
- 9:35Speaker 3: will forgive. And you could almost say that that's a
- 9:39Speaker 3: lucky break for us as men. Nothing good came from
- 9:42Speaker 3: nine to eleven. Don't get me wrong, but if anything
- 9:44Speaker 3: good did come from it, a lot of us can
- 9:47Speaker 3: probably get away with a little bit more in our marriage.
- 9:50Speaker 2: Isn't well, you're not counseling that, are you.
- 9:52Speaker 3: No, no, no, no no. I would never say that,
- 9:54Speaker 3: but if you were going to, you can probably get
- 9:56Speaker 3: a laved with. All women really want to do is
- 9:59Speaker 3: to let the man know she's hurt. Once she lets
- 10:02Speaker 3: a man knows she's hurt, she's fine.
- 10:06Speaker 2: Dean Wheeler is with us here, and.
- 10:08Speaker 3: I wanted to mention that I do prefer to be
- 10:10Speaker 3: addressed as doctor Dean Wheeler.
- 10:13Speaker 2: But you said to me, you're not really it.
- 10:15Speaker 3: Well, I am a doctor and it doesn't matter what
- 10:19Speaker 3: difference does it make to you?
- 10:20Speaker 2: All right?
- 10:20Speaker 1: Doctor Dean Wheeler is with us. The book is called
- 10:22Speaker 1: Healing and Discretions. How do you get a woman to
- 10:26Speaker 1: forgive you after you've cheated on her?
- 10:28Speaker 2: Ladies? How do you.
- 10:29Speaker 1: Forgive your man? You tell him that you have been
- 10:31Speaker 1: hurt and that you want something in return. And the
- 10:34Speaker 1: workshop that you have here where you hire three actors
- 10:38Speaker 1: to demonstrate a situation, a black actress, a white actor,
- 10:42Speaker 1: and a white female actor, and he's having sex with
- 10:45Speaker 1: the cleaning woman, yes, played by the black actress.
- 10:50Speaker 3: Well, I suppose if you want, the cleaning woman can
- 10:52Speaker 3: be white. But we're trying to make it as realist
- 10:54Speaker 3: because we possibly can.
- 10:56Speaker 1: And then when the women see this, and they see
- 10:58Speaker 1: this actress forgiving her husband for having sex with the
- 11:02Speaker 1: cleaning woman, then what are the women in your workshop say?
- 11:04Speaker 3: Well, we've had a variety of responses, but ninety five
- 11:07Speaker 3: percent are positive from women who say I need to
- 11:10Speaker 3: be more forgiving. I'll tell you right now. If Tammy
- 11:14Speaker 3: hurt Zug can forgive her husband Bill for giving her
- 11:17Speaker 3: of a nereal disease, anybody can do anything, and love
- 11:22Speaker 3: wins out, Love conquers and that's what we really are
- 11:24Speaker 3: talking about in our healing indiscretion workshops. Phil.
- 11:29Speaker 2: All right, Dean, I'm sorry, doctor Dean Wheeler.
- 11:31Speaker 3: Doctor Dean will thank you. Phil.
- 11:33Speaker 2: Doctor Dean Wheeler is with us here and let's go
- 11:35Speaker 2: to a phone call. This is Pam.
- 11:37Speaker 4: Hi.
- 11:37Speaker 2: You're on the Phil Henry Show with doctor Dean Wheeler.
- 11:39Speaker 5: Hi. How are you fine?
- 11:41Speaker 2: Thanks?
- 11:41Speaker 5: Okay, I have a comment. Hi, I have a comment
- 11:45Speaker 5: in reference to what you're speaking about.
- 11:47Speaker 3: Deceiv Uh huh okay.
- 11:49Speaker 5: First of all, nine to one one did nothing for
- 11:53Speaker 5: women as far as I'm concerned, to make us more
- 11:57Speaker 5: forgiving for infidelity.
- 12:00Speaker 3: Are you? Are you clear on that? Pim are clear?
- 12:03Speaker 3: You're clear on those feelings, Crystal.
- 12:06Speaker 5: Absolutely, I've had a different experience to go ahead, Okay,
- 12:10Speaker 5: so be it. But you're not the woman, So I
- 12:13Speaker 5: don't know the experience. Why you could have experienced.
- 12:15Speaker 3: Well, I work with women every weekend in our workshops,
- 12:18Speaker 3: and they have.
- 12:19Speaker 2: Told me, Phil, is this as a result of them talking.
- 12:22Speaker 3: Yes, they have said since nine to eleven they're willing
- 12:25Speaker 3: to forgive their husbands a lot because they think, jeez,
- 12:31Speaker 3: just like the lady who saw her husband having sex
- 12:33Speaker 3: with the cleaning woman she was able to forgive by
- 12:36Speaker 3: imagining him at the other end of a sniper rifle.
- 12:40Speaker 5: The message that you are conveying is nothing, but it's
- 12:44Speaker 5: okay for a man to have to be have infidelity
- 12:48Speaker 5: in the relationship and and to have someone walk in,
- 12:53Speaker 5: do breathing exercises, walk back out, and then ask for something.
- 12:58Speaker 5: Make sure you ask for something. I would ask for
- 13:01Speaker 5: him to remove himself from my house.
- 13:03Speaker 3: Well, Pim, I'm sorry you're getting that message. It's really
- 13:06Speaker 3: not allowing men to have indiscretion. It's helping women forgive
- 13:09Speaker 3: men once they have the indiscretion.
- 13:12Speaker 5: Here's going to happen.
- 13:13Speaker 3: Women forgive men. Uh Now, I think it happens.
- 13:16Speaker 5: I think that this will give You'll have a lot
- 13:19Speaker 5: of women having to learn how to forgive themselves because
- 13:22Speaker 5: this could be continual behavior. And you're setting something up
- 13:26Speaker 5: for women to have to start forgiving themselves because of
- 13:29Speaker 5: accepting something that isn't okay for the relationship unless they
- 13:34Speaker 5: went into the relationship with that agreement.
- 13:36Speaker 2: Can I ask the question in the brochures, allow him
- 13:39Speaker 2: to finish what does that mean?
- 13:40Speaker 3: Allow him to finish his his uh, his mistake? Yes?
- 13:47Speaker 3: And then because that is closure. And stay with me
- 13:50Speaker 3: on this, Pam. That's closure.
- 13:52Speaker 2: So wait a minute.
- 13:53Speaker 1: A woman walks into a room, her husband's having sex
- 13:55Speaker 1: with the woman. Leave until they're done.
- 13:58Speaker 3: Yes, that's a littlely correct. And I can tell you, Pam,
- 14:03Speaker 3: you should come to our workshop. We have couples that
- 14:06Speaker 3: are absolutely ecstatic.
- 14:08Speaker 5: That's that's great. And there's also swingers that are absolutely
- 14:12Speaker 5: ecstatic in the world, I guess. And if that's the
- 14:14Speaker 5: life that you too, So.
- 14:15Speaker 2: Liz, is that a swinging thing, doctor, No, these are
- 14:18Speaker 2: committed couples.
- 14:18Speaker 3: They are very committed to each other. But he's strays
- 14:22Speaker 3: he has sex with. I can tell you some sad story,
- 14:24Speaker 3: he said. There was a man who had sex with
- 14:26Speaker 3: a young lady he met. She was working as a
- 14:28Speaker 3: waitress and a bowling alley, and the wife walked in
- 14:31Speaker 3: on him.
- 14:32Speaker 5: You know, you can have a lot of stories. And
- 14:34Speaker 5: I guess that's really I don't think that you should
- 14:36Speaker 5: be also conveying it yourself as a doctor, because you
- 14:41Speaker 5: are not one. But anyway, I appreciate the conversation. I've
- 14:45Speaker 5: listened to the show a couple of times, and this
- 14:47Speaker 5: one is almost as bad as the one with the
- 14:49Speaker 5: all timer book.
- 14:50Speaker 3: Well, ma'am, I am a doctor. I'm a doctor of love.
- 14:53Speaker 3: I'm a doctor of life. I'm a doctor of joy.
- 14:55Speaker 3: And I'm sorry you feel that way.
- 14:57Speaker 5: You have a good evening, okay, and thank you for
- 14:59Speaker 5: taking much.
- 15:00Speaker 3: The black Mates isn't the only role playing our actors
- 15:03Speaker 3: perform this weekend. We're displaying filatio with a waitress from Denny's.
- 15:09Speaker 3: And what this does?
- 15:10Speaker 1: Okay, hold on for a minute, yeah, hold on. This
- 15:13Speaker 1: is a very controversial book. Maybe you read about it
- 15:14Speaker 1: a Healing and Discretion, which is a way it teaches
- 15:17Speaker 1: women how to forgive their husbands when they catch them
- 15:20Speaker 1: having sex with another woman. Because, according to Dean and
- 15:24Speaker 1: he insists on being called a doctor, although I've not
- 15:26Speaker 1: heard any credentials. According to him, women can save themselves
- 15:31Speaker 1: years of physical health problems such as hysterectomies and mastectomies
- 15:36Speaker 1: if they can forgive their husbands their indiscretions. Very controversial stuff,
- 15:42Speaker 1: very controversial stuff. Should you forgive your husband for cheating
- 15:46Speaker 1: on you if it saves you the possibility of disease?
- 15:55Speaker 2: If the lady shows back? Get what culture were you jogging?
- 15:59Speaker 3: It was just to check my pulse? Here now arresting
- 16:04Speaker 3: Pulse is.
- 16:04Speaker 1: Well, we're back on the air here and we're talking
- 16:07Speaker 1: with and I know you insist on being called doctor.
- 16:10Speaker 3: Well, I don't think you need to point out Phil, Well.
- 16:13Speaker 2: You're not. You don't have any degree that I know of, sir,
- 16:15Speaker 2: but I will call you doctor Wheeler. And I know
- 16:17Speaker 2: you're training for the New York Marathon. His book is
- 16:20Speaker 2: called Healing Indiscretion, How you can forgive your husband for
- 16:25Speaker 2: cheating on you.
- 16:26Speaker 3: And the section in the book you were bring to
- 16:28Speaker 3: Phil is for men if you've had an affair, and
- 16:32Speaker 3: if you have, if you've betrayed your wife and you
- 16:36Speaker 3: want her forgiveness, the really the best thing to do
- 16:40Speaker 3: when you come home, Know that she could be very angry.
- 16:44Speaker 3: So talk about nine to eleven, Talk about how you
- 16:49Speaker 3: might have been in that building, how you could have died.
- 16:51Speaker 3: This is going to soften her. Tell her talk to
- 16:55Speaker 3: her about the sniper incident in Washington and how it
- 16:58Speaker 3: could have been you. This will soften her before you, you.
- 17:03Speaker 2: Know, give her there before you drop a bomb on her.
- 17:05Speaker 3: Well, we don't like to, but before, yes, before you
- 17:07Speaker 3: drop the news.
- 17:10Speaker 2: What if she walks in on you like you had
- 17:12Speaker 2: this this thing.
- 17:13Speaker 3: Well, that's an incident where you should say to her,
- 17:16Speaker 3: aren't you happy I'm alive? Tell her how fortunate she
- 17:19Speaker 3: is that you're alive.
- 17:20Speaker 1: But wait a minute, she's in bed. You're the husband's
- 17:23Speaker 1: in bed with the cleaning woman. The cleaning woman.
- 17:27Speaker 3: Yeah, I understand, Phil.
- 17:30Speaker 1: And as soon as she watched and she said, look,
- 17:32Speaker 1: and I'm alive. I wasn't in nine to eleven.
- 17:34Speaker 3: Well, not as clumsy as that, but something that will
- 17:37Speaker 3: remind her of how valuable his life is, even if
- 17:40Speaker 3: he's in bed with you know, a cleaning woman, you
- 17:44Speaker 3: know a Mexican maids from Super eight or whatever.
- 17:48Speaker 2: All right, let me talk to Trina. Hi, Trina, you're
- 17:51Speaker 2: on the Phil Henry Show with doctor Dean Wheeler.
- 17:55Speaker 6: Hi, mister Wheeler, I.
- 17:56Speaker 3: Just had t Trina, Trey, I preferred doctor.
- 18:01Speaker 4: Doctor.
- 18:02Speaker 6: Well, when you've gone to school for eight years, you've
- 18:04Speaker 6: earned your doctorate, then we can talk about doctor Wheeler.
- 18:06Speaker 3: But I, well, I do prefer doctor.
- 18:10Speaker 2: She's going to call you mister, if you don't mind,
- 18:11Speaker 2: go ahead, Trina.
- 18:13Speaker 7: Okay, mister Wheeler.
- 18:14Speaker 6: I think it's absolute lunacy that you would take advantage
- 18:17Speaker 6: of women after nine to eleven thinking they're as desperate
- 18:21Speaker 6: as to serve men and forgive them for anything that
- 18:24Speaker 6: they may do.
- 18:26Speaker 3: Well, we've proven it with our workshops, though, Trina, you're anger. Notwithstanding,
- 18:31Speaker 3: we've proven that other women can forgive, and I think
- 18:34Speaker 3: you could too.
- 18:35Speaker 6: Workshops, what workshops might do you?
- 18:37Speaker 8: See?
- 18:38Speaker 3: These are the workshops we're having in the Bay Area
- 18:40Speaker 3: in San Francisco. We'll be having them over the next
- 18:43Speaker 3: several weeks up until Thanksgiving. Couples come in, we act out,
- 18:48Speaker 3: We do what is called psychodrama if you've heard of it,
- 18:52Speaker 3: acting out, and we show a woman how to deal
- 18:54Speaker 3: with a man who is they've caught in bed with
- 18:57Speaker 3: another woman.
- 18:58Speaker 6: Right, and so, like I said that, you're taking advantage
- 19:01Speaker 6: of what happened.
- 19:01Speaker 4: On nine to eleven.
- 19:03Speaker 3: Well, no, I'm saying after your what I'm saying is
- 19:06Speaker 3: after nine to eleven, women are more likely to forgive.
- 19:09Speaker 2: Well, that's the thing that I you know, have a
- 19:11Speaker 2: problem with.
- 19:12Speaker 3: Well, Trina is hostile and that's all right.
- 19:15Speaker 6: Now you're hoping that they'll be more forgiving, Is that
- 19:17Speaker 6: what you're saying. It's not a proven fact, you're hoping.
- 19:21Speaker 3: Well, the odds are the odds are that they would
- 19:23Speaker 3: be all right? Really, and Trina, who who dumped you?
- 19:28Speaker 2: I mean, what does that mean?
- 19:31Speaker 3: Well, she wants to call me mister, and she's up
- 19:33Speaker 3: in my face.
- 19:35Speaker 4: I'll tell you what you know.
- 19:37Speaker 3: You should loosen your love lips. Don't be so stupid.
- 19:44Speaker 4: Stupid.
- 19:45Speaker 6: Let me tell you. If you or my husband or
- 19:47Speaker 6: my boyfriend and you tried to cheat on me and
- 19:49Speaker 6: think that because of what happened on nine to eleven,
- 19:51Speaker 6: I'm going to buckle down to you.
- 19:52Speaker 4: You get another thing.
- 19:53Speaker 3: Comment, Well, the odds that I would be your husband
- 19:55Speaker 3: or boyfriend are extreme in the in the at best.
- 20:00Speaker 6: Well, look, obviously the women that you're dealing with are
- 20:03Speaker 6: that ignorant to become some blogs.
- 20:05Speaker 3: And there you go talking down about other people.
- 20:07Speaker 4: Okay, to whatever you say.
- 20:10Speaker 6: Some gai shas, what are you kidding me?
- 20:12Speaker 3: When you walk in on your husband with your child's
- 20:14Speaker 3: math tutor, simply say, oh my god, honey, you didn't
- 20:17Speaker 3: die today. Can we talk about what you're doing later?
- 20:20Speaker 2: Looks not cleve or not.
- 20:22Speaker 6: People are going to die when it's their time to die.
- 20:25Speaker 6: I don't think they deserve any special treatment because of
- 20:27Speaker 6: what's happened on nine ELEVEE.
- 20:28Speaker 3: Okay, well thanks, whatever that means, all right.
- 20:33Speaker 2: Dean Wheeler was with us and he is talking at
- 20:36Speaker 2: Doctor Dean Wheeler is with us and he's talking about
- 20:38Speaker 2: his program that helps women forgive their husbands after they
- 20:42Speaker 2: cheat on them.
- 20:43Speaker 1: The world famous Still Henry Show Extreme Radio. The name
- 20:50Speaker 1: of the book is Healing Indiscretions. It was written by
- 20:53Speaker 1: Dean Wheeler.
- 20:55Speaker 2: He is a therapist from the San Francisco Bay Area
- 21:00Speaker 2: and it's basically how women can forgive their husbands even
- 21:03Speaker 2: after their husbands have been completely unfaithful to them. Let me,
- 21:08Speaker 2: let me out take a sip of water. Excuse me, folks,
- 21:13Speaker 2: Let's see Dean. Are you with us there?
- 21:15Speaker 3: I'm right here, Phil.
- 21:17Speaker 2: How did before we go to another call? How did
- 21:18Speaker 2: this philosophy develop?
- 21:20Speaker 3: Well, Phil, it's an interesting story. I was a young student.
- 21:24Speaker 3: I married my wife, Katherine, and we moved to the
- 21:28Speaker 3: San Francisco Bay Area. I was at a conference in Toronto, Canada,
- 21:32Speaker 3: and I decided that I wanted to drive across the country.
- 21:36Speaker 3: It was part of a matriculation that I was doing
- 21:40Speaker 3: for a class I was in. I stopped in Georgia
- 21:43Speaker 3: and I met a young lady who was a waitress there.
- 21:47Speaker 3: In a restaurant and her name was Jody, and I
- 21:53Speaker 3: became very enamored of her, and I flew Jody to
- 21:56Speaker 3: San Francisco, and I did have an affair with her.
- 22:00Speaker 3: In one instance, my wife did catch us and she
- 22:03Speaker 3: told me she was angry, and I asked her about
- 22:08Speaker 3: her anger, and she said she really wasn't angry so
- 22:10Speaker 3: much that I was cheating, but that Jody was a
- 22:13Speaker 3: much larger woman than her. Jody was very I guess
- 22:15Speaker 3: what you would call a big figure or fat if
- 22:18Speaker 3: you want, and that's what hurt my wife. My wife
- 22:20Speaker 3: has a great figure. But at that moment, when I
- 22:24Speaker 3: had an affair with Jody, it opened me up to
- 22:28Speaker 3: a world I had never known before. I was very
- 22:31Speaker 3: much enamored of this kind of fat woman, and I
- 22:37Speaker 3: explained it to my wife and I bought her a
- 22:40Speaker 3: Mercedes as five hundred and I apologized.
- 22:46Speaker 2: So, you said, it opened you up in the world
- 22:48Speaker 2: of fat women or something.
- 22:49Speaker 3: Well, I realized that I could take great sexual pleasure
- 22:53Speaker 3: out of women that most men would find repulsive.
- 23:00Speaker 2: And your wife understood that.
- 23:01Speaker 3: And my wife, Catherine understood that. Yes, after I apologized
- 23:04Speaker 3: to her.
- 23:05Speaker 2: All right, let me talk here. To Collette. You're on
- 23:08Speaker 2: the Phil Henry Show, Collette with doctor Dean Wheeler.
- 23:11Speaker 7: Yes, Doctor Wheeler's the reason I'm calling is just basically,
- 23:16Speaker 7: if I walked in on my husband and he was
- 23:20Speaker 7: in bed with another woman, they would both be out
- 23:23Speaker 7: of the house.
- 23:24Speaker 4: I would not be a puppet for anyone. And that's
- 23:28Speaker 4: what a woman that would put up with something like
- 23:30Speaker 4: that would be a puppet that her husband could pull
- 23:33Speaker 4: her strings and buy her. Nobody would be able to
- 23:37Speaker 4: buy me.
- 23:38Speaker 3: Well, I think you're wrong there, Collette. When my wife
- 23:40Speaker 3: discovered that I had this deep attraction for larger women,
- 23:47Speaker 3: she knew that it would open up our relationship if
- 23:51Speaker 3: she let me indulge.
- 23:53Speaker 4: That's a real fine excuse for men to use. I
- 23:57Speaker 4: think it's pretty poor, and I think it it's sad
- 24:02Speaker 4: of what you're promoting for men to do for the
- 24:06Speaker 4: sacrament of married. Want to be ashamed of yourself?
- 24:10Speaker 3: This is how women forgive. I'm not promoting.
- 24:13Speaker 4: Women shouldn't forgive. Any self respecting woman would not forgive.
- 24:18Speaker 3: You.
- 24:18Speaker 4: Let a man get by with it once. He's going
- 24:22Speaker 4: to do it again and again and again. All he
- 24:24Speaker 4: has to do is buy you some roses. Buy you
- 24:27Speaker 4: a Mercedes. No, I can't be bought well, Colette.
- 24:31Speaker 3: You can't have a really good conversation with a man
- 24:33Speaker 3: while he is suffering. You would would you at least
- 24:37Speaker 3: allow him to finish, allow.
- 24:40Speaker 4: Him to finish. You have got to be out of
- 24:44Speaker 4: your mind. They would both be out of the house
- 24:47Speaker 4: and my husband would not buy me. I can't be
- 24:50Speaker 4: bought well. I have more self respect for myself. And
- 24:54Speaker 4: it's sad that you're promoting this for the sacrament of marriage.
- 24:57Speaker 4: You should be ashamed of yourself.
- 25:00Speaker 3: If your husband later on was killed in the world
- 25:03Speaker 3: trade and to you that, then you'd feel guilty.
- 25:07Speaker 4: No, I wouldn't.
- 25:08Speaker 3: You wouldn't mind.
- 25:09Speaker 4: Nine to eleven as an excuse for a man to
- 25:12Speaker 4: say I could have been killed on nine to eleven.
- 25:15Speaker 4: I would say, you're damn lucky. I don't have a
- 25:18Speaker 4: gun right now because I would kill both of you.
- 25:21Speaker 3: But you know you wouldn't do that, Collecte, because you
- 25:22Speaker 3: sound like a sensible woman who's got some justifiably placed anger.
- 25:27Speaker 3: But again, consider my situation. I met a waitress at
- 25:30Speaker 3: a waffle house in Georgia. I had sex with her.
- 25:34Speaker 3: It was enjoyable, and my wife understood my predilection for
- 25:38Speaker 3: Are you a large woman?
- 25:39Speaker 4: No, I'm not all right.
- 25:41Speaker 3: Do you understand what I'm saying?
- 25:42Speaker 4: Yes I do.
- 25:43Speaker 3: I can't hear her phil.
- 25:45Speaker 2: Phone drift away?
- 25:46Speaker 4: Where we go? Yeah?
- 25:48Speaker 3: That better? Okay, So my wife said, all right, if
- 25:50Speaker 3: you've got a thing for fat women, go for it.
- 25:55Speaker 4: I would never do that, Like I said, the sacrament
- 25:58Speaker 4: of marriage means to my and if I walked in
- 26:02Speaker 4: and I caught my husband with a woman, they would
- 26:05Speaker 4: both be gone, and my husband would not be buying
- 26:07Speaker 4: me anything aside from possibly paying for the house in
- 26:11Speaker 4: the divorce settlement.
- 26:12Speaker 3: What about an FID Mercedes. I can't be.
- 26:17Speaker 4: No, I wouldn't. I can't be bought. I have more
- 26:20Speaker 4: self respect than that. I wouldn't care. I cannot be bought.
- 26:26Speaker 4: And I feel sorry for any women that would allow
- 26:30Speaker 4: themselves to be bought. They have no self respect for themselves,
- 26:34Speaker 4: They have no self esteem.
- 26:36Speaker 3: What about braces?
- 26:38Speaker 4: Braces for what?
- 26:41Speaker 3: Obviously for your teeth?
- 26:43Speaker 4: My teeth is nothing wrong.
- 26:46Speaker 3: I'm just talking about. I'm trying to be kind a
- 26:49Speaker 3: physical enhancement.
- 26:51Speaker 4: I am a very I am a very attractive woman.
- 26:56Speaker 4: I do not need anything, and any man that would
- 26:58Speaker 4: do that would be out I cannot be bought. What
- 27:01Speaker 4: more self respect?
- 27:02Speaker 3: What about a breast enhancement or these kinds of cosmetic
- 27:05Speaker 3: things that you might enjoy.
- 27:07Speaker 4: No, I am perfect the way I am, and thank
- 27:10Speaker 4: god I'm that way because no man would walk on me.
- 27:13Speaker 4: And basically, that's what you're promoting, is for a man
- 27:16Speaker 4: to walk on a woman and use nine to eleven
- 27:19Speaker 4: as as a sympathy too out there?
- 27:21Speaker 3: Do you fail to see how it walks on a
- 27:23Speaker 3: woman to.
- 27:24Speaker 8: Buy her a new and another larger another woman?
- 27:27Speaker 4: And I think you're a boob job? Honey?
- 27:29Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean well, how is that? Mister Wheeler?
- 27:33Speaker 3: It is doctor? Please.
- 27:35Speaker 2: You don't have a doctor degree.
- 27:37Speaker 3: I'm a doctor. I'm a doctor of life. All right. Listen,
- 27:42Speaker 3: I paid over thirty thousand dollars for a pair of
- 27:45Speaker 3: breast for my wife and she's ecstatic.
- 27:50Speaker 4: Boy, I'll tell you she must be a very shallow person.
- 27:52Speaker 4: I don't mean to put down your wife and don't to.
- 27:56Speaker 2: Apologize, all right, listen, Thanks Collin for your call. Let's
- 27:59Speaker 2: go over to a gemman here, Howard, go ahead. You're
- 28:01Speaker 2: on the Phil Henry Show.
- 28:02Speaker 3: Howard, Yeah, doctor Weaver, it's Wheeler.
- 28:05Speaker 8: Shirt, doctor Wheeler.
- 28:06Speaker 3: Yes, sir, are.
- 28:07Speaker 8: You you must be insane? I would man if a man,
- 28:14Speaker 8: I went to my wife and said, honey, look guess why.
- 28:17Speaker 8: Just be glad that I'm alive today. You know, and
- 28:21Speaker 8: I had sex with another woman. Just be glad that
- 28:23Speaker 8: I'm alive. Thank God that I'm here. I wouldn't live
- 28:26Speaker 8: very much longer.
- 28:28Speaker 3: No, sir, I think you misunderstanding. What I'm trying to
- 28:31Speaker 3: say is this. Don't use it as an excuse. But
- 28:34Speaker 3: if you find yourself in that situation, you there are
- 28:37Speaker 3: ways to find a woman who is more forgiving.
- 28:40Speaker 2: Well are you saying to hide it from a woman
- 28:42Speaker 2: or what?
- 28:43Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 28:43Speaker 8: I mean well you said there's ways to find a
- 28:45Speaker 8: woman that that's more forgiving. So you're saying, if my
- 28:49Speaker 8: wife won't let me cheat on her for any reason,
- 28:51Speaker 8: unless I fire a diamond, or unless I fire a
- 28:54Speaker 8: new Mercedes or something like that, then I should leave
- 28:56Speaker 8: her and find a woman that is stupid enough to
- 28:58Speaker 8: let me cheat on her.
- 28:59Speaker 3: Are you?
- 28:59Speaker 8: Are you what? You're insane? And you're not a doctor.
- 29:03Speaker 3: I prefer to be called doctor. Please, Well, you don't.
- 29:08Speaker 8: Right exactly, You're you're you're not.
- 29:10Speaker 3: Even a mister, sir, if you're if you for whatever reason,
- 29:15Speaker 3: Let's say you were in the army. I was in
- 29:18Speaker 3: the army, all right. Were you married at the.
- 29:20Speaker 8: Time, Yeah, we were married at the part.
- 29:22Speaker 3: Okay, what if you came home with venereal disease? How
- 29:25Speaker 3: are you gonna explain that a way?
- 29:27Speaker 8: There would be no there would be no explaining it.
- 29:31Speaker 3: I'm telling you, Howard, I asked your question, Howard, would
- 29:35Speaker 3: I am telling you that.
- 29:36Speaker 1: There is a way, And so you're actually saying, this
- 29:39Speaker 1: guy comes home with a pantload of venereal disease, he's
- 29:44Speaker 1: gonna his wife.
- 29:45Speaker 3: You guys can laugh, but there is a way to
- 29:47Speaker 3: get forgiveness out of your wife. I know women who
- 29:50Speaker 3: will who will forgive cheating? Is you know what you have?
- 29:54Speaker 8: Those are to probably pay those women. Do you get
- 29:57Speaker 8: paid for this this dys therapy you're offering or whatever
- 30:00Speaker 8: it is.
- 30:00Speaker 3: Of course they do. But it works. It works.
- 30:02Speaker 8: More power to you, all right, It's wonderful. You live
- 30:05Speaker 8: in a capitalist country. Will certainly warrant peep it works. Okay,
- 30:09Speaker 8: I know whomen Listen to you, guys, I mean, but
- 30:12Speaker 8: you know what, you should get down on your knees
- 30:14Speaker 8: every day. Literally, and you should think, Guyard, that there
- 30:18Speaker 8: are hid abundance of insane women.
- 30:20Speaker 3: Okay, if there are women out there that will forgive
- 30:22Speaker 3: cheating for a short stack.
- 30:25Speaker 8: Oh that's what I want, Phil, could that's what I want.
- 30:29Speaker 8: We're lining up for women that'll that'll, that'll forget cheating
- 30:32Speaker 8: for a short stack of pancakes. Here, you know what, wonderful? Wonderful?
- 30:37Speaker 3: Where are they?
- 30:37Speaker 2: Absolutely ridiculous, ridiculous you're sitting here.
- 30:42Speaker 8: Talking about you. Why I wouldn't medical sex with that women? Well,
- 30:45Speaker 8: I'm sure that those women probably wouldn't protect you for
- 30:47Speaker 8: having sex or with somebody for a short stack of pancakes. Man,
- 30:51Speaker 8: come on, give yourself a break, give everybody else a break.
- 30:54Speaker 8: Phil how Howard. This guy off here as an idiot,
- 30:57Speaker 8: He's a completely Howard.
- 30:58Speaker 3: I'd like to say this, okay, that if you come
- 31:01Speaker 3: to our workshop, If you come to our workshop and
- 31:04Speaker 3: your wife you'll find out.
- 31:05Speaker 1: Why would anybody want to go to a workshop? I
- 31:08Speaker 1: got an idea, how about just having a good marriage.
- 31:10Speaker 2: Be faithful to your wife, and they will never need
- 31:12Speaker 2: your freaking workshop.
- 31:13Speaker 8: Hey there you go, Yeah there, Well I would I
- 31:16Speaker 8: would not I'd like to go to his work. But
- 31:18Speaker 8: I'm gonna tell you, I don't believe that you could
- 31:20Speaker 8: find a bigger collection of mo rhymes in one room
- 31:23Speaker 8: than you could this guy's do in this guy's workshop.
- 31:27Speaker 8: I mean, you're not putting you down.
- 31:28Speaker 3: I'm not putting you. No, No, you're not putting me down. No, No,
- 31:30Speaker 3: not at all.
- 31:31Speaker 8: No, No, I'm just saying, yeah, rhymes and idiots. You know.
- 31:35Speaker 2: I know.
- 31:35Speaker 3: I'm trying to repair marriages.
- 31:37Speaker 2: I'm trying to repair I agree with the other lady.
- 31:39Speaker 2: You're encouraging, your encouraging cheating and.
- 31:42Speaker 8: What your wife would kill me. My wife would absolutely
- 31:45Speaker 8: do A boy.
- 31:46Speaker 3: Would let go of your fear. Let go of your fear.
- 31:49Speaker 3: I'm telling you.
- 31:50Speaker 1: You're telling guys, I got a sure fire away for
- 31:54Speaker 1: you to cheat on your wife and still have your
- 31:56Speaker 1: wife stay home.
- 31:57Speaker 2: I kind of resent the way you put No, that's
- 31:59Speaker 2: exactly the cheap carnie way that it is.
- 32:02Speaker 8: That's exactly what it is.
- 32:03Speaker 3: That's what is wrong. What is wrong with knowing a
- 32:07Speaker 3: woman who is so loving that she will forgive your
- 32:10Speaker 3: cheating on her if you bought her breakfast? Did I hop?
- 32:17Speaker 3: All right? Both of you guys are insane?
- 32:21Speaker 2: Yes, sir.
- 32:23Speaker 8: Louisiana, I gotta get off the road here a white station.
- 32:25Speaker 8: Just God, bless you for having us. Moron on, I
- 32:28Speaker 8: appreciate your patience.
