Hundreds of nurses at Rady Children's Hospital are set to vote today on another contract offer from the hospital. San Diego Police are investigating a toddler's drowning death in Point Loma. Students at Hoover High School are sounding the alarm over a lack of air conditioning in some of their classrooms.
