- 0:34Speaker 1: hitting that down below. Let's get into it today. I've
- 0:37Speaker 1: got a lot of clips here of the investor meeting
- 0:41Speaker 1: with Tom Lee and bitmin, and there is a lot
- 0:44Speaker 1: coming out of Vegas. Let me go to this first
- 0:46Speaker 1: one to kind of start it off.
- 0:47Speaker 2: Take a look.
- 0:48Speaker 3: So we're sixty eight percent of the way to five percent.
- 0:52Speaker 3: We originally thought this would take five years. Oh now
- 0:57Speaker 3: we have cash, a billion dollars of cash on the
- 0:59Speaker 3: balance sheet, and we're generating this level of rewards and income.
- 1:03Speaker 3: You don't want us to just be a staking entity.
- 1:06Speaker 3: So that gets us to the second, which is we
- 1:07Speaker 3: want to invest in moonshots. We said we would use
- 1:10Speaker 3: up to five percent of the balance sheet to do moonshots.
- 1:12Speaker 3: We want to accelerate tokenization products. We want to work
- 1:16Speaker 3: with the L two's and the defis the leading projects
- 1:20Speaker 3: ideas that would really enhance the future value of Ethereum.
- 1:24Speaker 3: Now five percent today is seven hundred million dollars.
- 1:28Speaker 1: So what you saw there on that clip was Tom
- 1:30Speaker 1: kind of explaining, listen, we need to take some of
- 1:31Speaker 1: these profits, let's make Ethereum even better. And he goes
- 1:36Speaker 1: further into these moonshots. Now, the moonshot he's talking about is,
- 1:39Speaker 1: of course, the partnership with mister Beast and their idea
- 1:43Speaker 1: around financial products.
- 1:44Speaker 2: Listen to what he had.
- 1:45Speaker 3: Say, you might be confused. So I'll explain to you
- 1:48Speaker 3: why this is not confusing. Okay, we made a two
- 1:52Speaker 3: hundred million dollars investment into Beast Industries. I'm looking at
- 1:56Speaker 3: the room, Okay, I'm going to guess, okay that the
- 2:01Speaker 3: representative population of gen z Jenelfha is not here. Okay,
- 2:07Speaker 3: you might think that we have gone off the rails.
- 2:09Speaker 3: He has like a third of all people that are
- 2:11Speaker 3: on the internet following him. There's seven billion people on
- 2:14Speaker 3: this planet. His follow accunts can include like Mars inhabitants
- 2:18Speaker 3: because he's going to cover the whole planet. That's reach
- 2:22Speaker 3: where the largest corporate and strategic investor in his company. Okay,
- 2:29Speaker 3: what do I think that investment's worth? Okay, I can
- 2:31Speaker 3: make a forged statement because I'm not Beast Industries, but
- 2:34Speaker 3: I think we're going to easily make a moonshot return
- 2:37Speaker 3: on that.
- 2:37Speaker 1: You know, ten x, all right, a moonshot return on
- 2:41Speaker 1: Beast Industries. I'll get into what they are doing that
- 2:44Speaker 1: made Tom Lee so interested in this, But he has
- 2:47Speaker 1: an angle that I think is also kind of unique
- 2:50Speaker 1: in terms of a call option.
- 2:52Speaker 2: Listen to what he had to say.
- 2:54Speaker 3: That's not the reason. Okay, now we have substantial call
- 2:58Speaker 3: option value on any future consumer service developed by each
- 3:03Speaker 3: Do any of you guys watch Beast Games. It's the
- 3:06Speaker 3: number one unscripted show in prime video history. Well, would
- 3:11Speaker 3: it makes sense for bitmine to be a sponsor partner
- 3:14Speaker 3: with mister Beast in one of the episodes. That's what
- 3:17Speaker 3: we're going to have synergy from by being their largest
- 3:21Speaker 3: corporate strategic investor.
- 3:24Speaker 1: So I agree with the strategy is that they're they're
- 3:27Speaker 1: garnering a different approach to reaching the next generation investor.
- 3:31Speaker 1: This is something I've said all along. I think Tom's
- 3:33Speaker 1: onto something here. The interesting point that you have to
- 3:36Speaker 1: kind of consider is he's not the only one. We've
- 3:39Speaker 1: already started to see this before.
- 3:40Speaker 2: This, of course, was.
- 3:41Speaker 1: Game Square, another DAT that has a course integrated Tyler Blevins.
- 3:45Speaker 1: You guys know who that is. That's Ninja. And again
- 3:48Speaker 1: this is their conduit into next generation investors. And it's
- 3:52Speaker 1: why I talk about is you're going to see a
- 3:54Speaker 1: big wealth transfer into the next generation gen Z and
- 3:57Speaker 1: of course what we will see millennials and the course Alpha,
- 4:01Speaker 1: which is really the ones that are being i think
- 4:04Speaker 1: bred for what's going to happen in blockchain. All of
- 4:07Speaker 1: this is now starting to take place. You look at
- 4:09Speaker 1: this right here, you can kind of see there. Of course,
- 4:12Speaker 1: he is Gamescore Holdings, which is also another top what
- 4:16Speaker 1: is that top ten right now on dats in general.
- 4:18Speaker 1: So it is definitely an interesting strategy that Tom Lee
- 4:22Speaker 1: is going about and kind of unique because he's presenting
- 4:25Speaker 1: it to his investors and having to explain a lot
- 4:28Speaker 1: of this stuff. Now, this is another element that starts
- 4:33Speaker 1: to make even more sense as he goes further into
- 4:36Speaker 1: the description.
- 4:37Speaker 4: Take a look, you got to explain this to everyone,
- 4:40Speaker 4: including me.
- 4:41Speaker 3: Beast Industries is planning to create a future platform of
- 4:46Speaker 3: services which includes digital items and even financial services. And
- 4:51Speaker 3: that's really where a collaboration between Beast Industries and bitmin
- 4:56Speaker 3: will make sense.
- 4:56Speaker 4: So kind of getting it, kind of getting it. What
- 4:59Speaker 4: could you have done this with Salona?
- 5:01Speaker 3: Seventy percent of all tokenized assets are taking place on Ethereum.
- 5:05Speaker 3: It's had one hundred percent uptime since inception, the only
- 5:09Speaker 3: smart contract platform to have never gone down.
- 5:11Speaker 1: So all right, So what you see there with Tom
- 5:14Speaker 1: is he's trying to convince traditional finance. That's Wall Street's
- 5:18Speaker 1: the NBC. Joe over there trying to understand how this
- 5:21Speaker 1: could be done. Eth is the partner, perfect partner here.
- 5:24Speaker 1: Now he goes into this next clip and it explains
- 5:27Speaker 1: a little bit more about one of the metrics behind it,
- 5:30Speaker 1: which will end up being a big benefit for what
- 5:34Speaker 1: Beast could do in this space.
- 5:36Speaker 4: Take a look the digital tokens that mister Beast that
- 5:40Speaker 4: would be traveling across the Ethereum network.
- 5:42Speaker 2: What are we talking about? Just describe it.
- 5:44Speaker 3: I think it's really going to be up to what
- 5:46Speaker 3: Beast Industry unveils. If I was to imagine things that
- 5:50Speaker 3: will happen. Number one, we know that stable coins have
- 5:53Speaker 3: become increasingly mainstream, and we also know that Wall Street
- 5:57Speaker 3: firms like Blackrock and Robinhood wont a token almost everything
- 6:01Speaker 3: from stocks, to credit, to real estate and eventually things
- 6:07Speaker 3: like intellectual property and even loyalty points. I imagine that
- 6:11Speaker 3: those are the kind of products that could be emerging
- 6:13Speaker 3: on any future services platform.
- 6:16Speaker 1: When you look at the filing at the US Patents
- 6:19Speaker 1: and Trademark's office, you can see on this from Best Industries.
- 6:23Speaker 1: This is the kind of services they're talking about. Guys,
- 6:25Speaker 1: I'll zoom in on that for you, online banking services,
- 6:27Speaker 1: cash advances, financial services, micro lending, etc. Debit cards, electronic
- 6:32Speaker 1: credit card processing, cryptocurrency payment processing. It is a slew
- 6:38Speaker 1: of services that will be integrated into This is why
- 6:41Speaker 1: Tom of course is trying to put this deal together.
- 6:43Speaker 1: And of course the reach is the big part of this,
- 6:46Speaker 1: and it makes so much sense when you look at
- 6:49Speaker 1: it that way. Now here's the kicker, and that is
- 6:53Speaker 1: how does this collaborate with the next generation of where
- 6:57Speaker 1: distribution comes from. Remember, distribution is key in crypto. That's
- 7:01Speaker 1: why all of the major exchanges have distribution and they
- 7:05Speaker 1: have density. But here's the ultimate distribution of all.
- 7:08Speaker 2: Take a look.
- 7:09Speaker 3: Mister Beast has more viewership than Walt Disney or Netflix,
- 7:15Speaker 3: or NBC or Paramount Fox, Warner Brothers, Amazon. His content
- 7:20Speaker 3: is more watched than the Super Bowl. Now he does
- 7:22Speaker 3: all these collaborations, that's the key word.
- 7:26Speaker 1: So what you see there is really a strategy that's
- 7:29Speaker 1: been implemented across where Beast's growth continues to fly. Now,
- 7:33Speaker 1: he did the test with Amazon. That was not something
- 7:37Speaker 1: that did well. It did great in terms of reach,
- 7:40Speaker 1: but it didn't really roll up into mister Beast in
- 7:43Speaker 1: terms of profitability. That's something that I think is why
- 7:46Speaker 1: we're going to see be start to reshift his focus
- 7:50Speaker 1: back into YouTube and that I think is going to
- 7:52Speaker 1: translate into maybe a future for crypto connection YouTube. Remember
- 7:58Speaker 1: has been doing a variety of things such as exclusive music.
- 8:02Speaker 1: I think the blocks are lined up here for a
- 8:05Speaker 1: very intriguing partnership. I think Lee sees it through the clouds,
- 8:10Speaker 1: the opportunity might be brewing the key here, of course,
- 8:13Speaker 1: will be if Bees can put a team together, or
- 8:15Speaker 1: Lee can put a team together that can build that
- 8:17Speaker 1: financial infrastructure that would needed be needed to go forward.
- 8:21Speaker 1: I want to go one more clip because this is
- 8:23Speaker 1: where Tom Lee hints a little further, a whippy mind
- 8:26Speaker 1: is doing.
- 8:27Speaker 2: Take a look.
- 8:28Speaker 3: So an app is coming and it's being developed by
- 8:31Speaker 3: an outside technical team, you might wonder what are we going.
- 8:35Speaker 2: To offer on it? That's what you have to wait
- 8:37Speaker 2: to find out. Okay, I like that, all right, wait
- 8:41Speaker 2: to find out.
- 8:42Speaker 1: One thing that is clear is that maybe the pass
- 8:46Speaker 1: through target here is actually YouTube, because I mean, why
- 8:50Speaker 1: would you just partner with mister beast when you have
- 8:54Speaker 1: tens of thousands of creators that match up to billions
- 8:59Speaker 1: of users world wide and you have a financial system
- 9:02Speaker 1: crypto that essentially can touch.
- 9:05Speaker 2: All those billions of users.
- 9:06Speaker 1: That's something that maybe Tom has in his back pocket
- 9:09Speaker 1: going forward. Last up, this is Tom talking about him
- 9:13Speaker 1: still buying eight while everybody else sold.
- 9:15Speaker 3: Take a look, and since October thirty one, only two
- 9:20Speaker 3: crypto companies bought any crypto in size micro strategy, and
- 9:25Speaker 3: in fact, two Ethereum treasuries actually sold Ethereum bitmine is
- 9:30Speaker 3: a top fifty most traded stock in America. Top fifty.
- 9:33Speaker 3: That's fourteen times larger than number two in crypto treasury.
- 9:38Speaker 3: So if you're looking at what institutions want, institutions want
- 9:41Speaker 3: a really liquid stock that they can buy without disturbing
- 9:44Speaker 3: the price. Well, we trade a billion six a day.
- 9:48Speaker 2: Nice moves for Tom Lee.
- 9:50Speaker 1: I think this is interesting because remember Bitmine not even
- 9:53Speaker 1: on the playing field eighteen months ago. This is a
- 9:57Speaker 1: huge success story, and it's of course all benefiting ethereum.
- 10:01Speaker 1: I think this strategy is intriguing at the minimum and
- 10:05Speaker 1: possibly could be close to brilliance if Tom can pull
- 10:09Speaker 1: this off. We're gonna watch this one very closely. If
