The Natural History Museum has tapped Sarah Addezio to lead DiSSCo UK, a £155 million, decade-long mission to digitize every natural science specimen in the UK—from ancient rocks to living species. This isn’t just preservation; it’s a global science powerhouse, using AI and open data to fight climate change, secure food supplies, and stop zoonotic pandemics.
