- 1:48Speaker 6: stop she can't stop it. But hey, perfect timing. She's
- 1:52Speaker 6: gonna give a scale one to ten on different holidays.
- 1:54Speaker 4: Okay, good, Yeah, how she feel about these different holidays?
- 1:57Speaker 4: That is on the way. But we start here with
- 2:01Speaker 4: some Dugan news news and does he masked? What are
- 2:13Speaker 4: we going to start with here?
- 2:14Speaker 7: Well, we're gonna start with the CBS Evening News. This
- 2:17Speaker 7: is such a big story that I got.
- 2:19Speaker 6: Nation not even inside edition, a lot of these dog
- 2:24Speaker 6: news stories. Huh we finally inside edition rule.
- 2:27Speaker 4: I would agree with that. Yeah.
- 2:29Speaker 7: That being said, let's talk to them or they'll talk
- 2:32Speaker 7: to us. I should say about Brian and Sadie and
- 2:35Speaker 7: listen to this anchor is totally natural and not over
- 2:38Speaker 7: the top delivery.
- 2:39Speaker 6: Yeah, Sadie was a big German shepherd nearly one hundred pounds.
- 2:45Speaker 4: Brian Myers good Girl, adopted her. I thought, let me.
- 2:49Speaker 8: Give this dog a chance, because she's beautiful and I
- 2:51Speaker 8: think I can work through her issues.
- 2:53Speaker 4: So at the time you thought you were rescuing her. Yes, absolutely,
- 2:58Speaker 4: Little did he know he was saying his savior.
- 3:03Speaker 1: I was very lucky to have her in the night
- 3:05Speaker 1: that I had to stroke.
- 3:06Speaker 4: Brian lives alone and my cell phone was over there,
- 3:10Speaker 4: so Sadie was his only hope.
- 3:12Speaker 9: And that's when I grabbed her collar and she totally
- 3:15Speaker 9: out of this little space here.
- 3:17Speaker 4: Told him all the way across the room to his phone.
- 3:20Speaker 4: It's just.
- 3:22Speaker 6: He spent a couple of weeks of treatment and rehabbit
- 3:24Speaker 6: and just before his release he got a visitor.
- 3:27Speaker 4: She just immediately jumped on the end, just kissing my face.
- 3:31Speaker 4: I just thought, I love this.
- 3:33Speaker 2: Dog, and you don't need to be doctor Doolittle to
- 3:36Speaker 2: hear Sadie replying I love you too.
- 3:43Speaker 10: Absolutely no circumstances.
- 3:51Speaker 4: They're married. That's the rest of the animal stories. Oh god,
- 3:57Speaker 4: I guess dog jumping on you after you've been in
- 3:59Speaker 4: the hospital was like you get off those stickers who
- 4:04Speaker 4: rescued Who should be whom?
- 4:06Speaker 7: Greg to your point that you always say to Gina,
- 4:08Speaker 7: one hundred pound German shepherd can pull you to safety
- 4:10Speaker 7: after you have a stroke.
- 4:12Speaker 4: A little four pound ball of nothing.
- 4:14Speaker 11: Now you want tea cut poodle.
- 4:17Speaker 1: A real dog.
- 4:18Speaker 2: That's why you get two dogs, not a legal dog.
- 4:20Speaker 4: Both your dogs can haul your ass.
- 4:22Speaker 1: Yes.
- 4:23Speaker 6: So, Gina, now that you and your husband have purchased
- 4:25Speaker 6: your first home, where do we stand with the whole
- 4:27Speaker 6: idea of your steps on getting the dog that he
- 4:30Speaker 6: is so wanted.
- 4:30Speaker 11: I have been really pushing that aside. I want I
- 4:34Speaker 11: don't want the house to be like freshly peed on.
- 4:37Speaker 10: So I'm hoping that we wait on that. But he
- 4:39Speaker 10: still likes those little bunny dogs.
- 4:41Speaker 4: That's that's the thing you gotta work on first.
- 4:43Speaker 6: I would I would worry less about the pee more
- 4:46Speaker 6: about the desire for a little like the first.
- 4:47Speaker 4: Dog exactly, he likes them or someone else likes them.
- 4:50Speaker 4: That's true.
- 4:51Speaker 11: Well we both kind of like he got over like,
- 4:54Speaker 11: oh look at this cute dog.
- 4:55Speaker 4: No why because you drag him to like, you know,
- 4:57Speaker 4: purse dog yogah.
- 4:58Speaker 11: He loved that. And we're going again because they're doing bullies.
- 5:02Speaker 10: American bullies are little, you know, like the Bullying Convention
- 5:07Speaker 10: went to with all that exactly, so.
- 5:09Speaker 4: They'll be yeah, that's cool up a little bit, yeah
- 5:13Speaker 4: right again a chain necklace. I was next for Dugan News.
- 5:20Speaker 7: I've got another sweet story. This is from CBS fifteen
- 5:23Speaker 7: fort Wayne.
- 5:24Speaker 4: This is Mark.
- 5:28Speaker 3: His neighbor's pit bulls attacked and killed his dog, but
- 5:31Speaker 3: that neighbor says it was his chihuahua's fault for taunting them.
- 5:37Speaker 12: Big Mark Borders has been in mourning for the past
- 5:40Speaker 12: week when he went past his neighbors three pit bulls
- 5:43Speaker 12: and burst out of a padlocked fence and attacked his chihuahua.
- 5:47Speaker 13: And Mark punched them in the head and trying to
- 5:49Speaker 13: pry their mouths open.
- 5:50Speaker 12: Authorities classified the dogs as potentially dangerous because of the attack,
- 5:55Speaker 12: but while Animal Care and Control says the dogs show
- 5:58Speaker 12: no signs of human or animal aggression, Borders is convinced
- 6:03Speaker 12: they will attack again.
- 6:05Speaker 13: What if it's a child this time or a person,
- 6:08Speaker 13: It's gonna happen again. Those pets got a taste of blood.
- 6:14Speaker 13: I got him when he was four weeks old, and
- 6:15Speaker 13: I bottle fed him until he was winged and even
- 6:20Speaker 13: drink myself. I wanted him cremated because I'm going to
- 6:24Speaker 13: keep him with me, and my six pound chihuahua is
- 6:27Speaker 13: now in this bag.
- 6:33Speaker 6: In his bag he got because the pit bulleyed him. Yeah,
- 6:39Speaker 6: taste of bloody.
- 6:40Speaker 4: Seen that with dogs, Like you get a little box
- 6:43Speaker 4: and then like in the middle there's a silver bag
- 6:45Speaker 4: and that's the dog inside of it. And my friends
- 6:49Speaker 4: they have big English bulldogs and those little bags are
- 6:52Speaker 4: pretty heavy.
- 6:53Speaker 2: I might had my dog cremated and he's in an
- 6:55Speaker 2: urn in a bag in the air.
- 6:58Speaker 1: Yeah, it's weird.
- 7:01Speaker 7: Investigate the Fort Wayne, UH Animal Control Department. I don't
- 7:04Speaker 7: understand what dangerous means.
- 7:06Speaker 2: Potentially dangerous.
- 7:07Speaker 4: Well, it can't take a dog away. He only killed
- 7:08Speaker 4: one ate one poodle's Yeah, Greg, I'm with you, and
- 7:13Speaker 4: I don't normally defend the pit bulls as you know defender.
- 7:18Speaker 6: I know it's a shocking revilige to Greg to hear that,
- 7:21Speaker 6: but I am on the pit bull side. Chihuahuas are
- 7:24Speaker 6: the worst. You know what dog has bitten me in
- 7:26Speaker 6: my lifetime, a Chihuahua. That was the only time I
- 7:29Speaker 6: got bitten.
- 7:30Speaker 4: It's like Guy's named Russ. They're always dicks. There's a
- 7:33Speaker 4: couple of sweet ones out there, but a couple of
- 7:35Speaker 4: bad ones out there.
- 7:37Speaker 2: I take that back. I was bidden by an Australian
- 7:39Speaker 2: shepherd who written up in your test. I forgot about that,
- 7:43Speaker 2: but I remember the the giant chia your I forgot
- 7:51Speaker 2: that was an Australian shepherd. They should be banned.
- 7:54Speaker 4: Sea bass Is Dougan News. Another sweet baby story from
- 7:57Speaker 4: ABC seven New York.
- 7:58Speaker 2: This is Paul Utility.
- 8:00Speaker 4: All right, I show a little girl running around the
- 8:05Speaker 4: van with the dog chasing her and her mom chasing
- 8:10Speaker 4: the dog.
- 8:10Speaker 14: The dog was a pit bull, and Paul Mansey knew
- 8:13Speaker 14: he had to help. He jumped out of his truck.
- 8:15Speaker 14: His nineteen years as a service tech had.
- 8:18Speaker 11: Taught him that what he needed was okay, umbrella.
- 8:23Speaker 4: Oh yeah, the dog was on.
- 8:27Speaker 14: Top of the little girl and wherever he went I
- 8:29Speaker 14: went Apparently open umbrellas confuse and distract dogs.
- 8:34Speaker 4: I just ran up, I went.
- 8:35Speaker 1: Ha.
- 8:35Speaker 4: Turns out the hut worked like a too.
- 8:40Speaker 14: Mansy fought off that light colored pit bull for what
- 8:43Speaker 14: seemed like a long time, he said.
- 8:45Speaker 11: Eventually the dog ran off.
- 8:47Speaker 8: The dog was out double the little girl.
- 8:48Speaker 7: The mom was grabbing the dog skin like you know
- 8:52Speaker 7: how you like grab a door skin like the skin
- 8:54Speaker 7: was like stretching.
- 8:55Speaker 8: So she's a real hero, not me.
- 9:00Speaker 4: He's talking about. Try to get the dog wall.
- 9:03Speaker 8: Wow, gee.
- 9:06Speaker 4: He finish. That's Clark, you've got to hide it from
- 9:11Speaker 4: the public.
- 9:12Speaker 6: But you're talking about like the yeah stretchy is.
- 9:16Speaker 4: That what you're talking about? Yeah, yeah, yeah yeah, And
- 9:21Speaker 4: I'm really it's not an umbrella.
- 9:22Speaker 7: It's just any kind of large object you could get
- 9:24Speaker 7: to obscure their vision and block out.
- 9:27Speaker 1: That's right.
- 9:29Speaker 11: Confused.
- 9:30Speaker 4: Uh huh, I don't know what you're doing over there.
- 9:32Speaker 4: Do you try to get the door wall? Okay, it's
- 9:35Speaker 4: pretty yeah confusing?
- 9:37Speaker 7: Uh news now, Morgan Greg I, uh, I know some
- 9:41Speaker 7: of those pit bull stories don't make you feel good,
- 9:42Speaker 7: but yeah, I know it does make you feel good.
- 9:45Speaker 7: Is you love the late Nor McDonald and you worship
- 9:50Speaker 7: and say everything that he ever says is true. And
- 9:53Speaker 7: this is some of his early stand up where he
- 9:55Speaker 7: shows his love for a little baby.
- 9:57Speaker 9: This guy, he says, this pit bull will pret check
- 10:00Speaker 9: your valuables. I don't have any of that valuable, you know,
- 10:04Speaker 9: I mean, I'd buy the fitball the most valuable thing.
- 10:05Speaker 9: I don't made a pitbulls a bad doctor buy anyway,
- 10:09Speaker 9: because while you buy dogs, you can order him around.
- 10:12Speaker 9: You know, you can't order a fitball around. You can't say, okay,
- 10:15Speaker 9: fiboll running in the bedroom, fetch my slippers, mine, fetch
- 10:17Speaker 9: my slippers.
- 10:19Speaker 1: I could kill you, bunny.
- 10:22Speaker 8: I'm a pit bull.
- 10:23Speaker 9: Don't even read the papers.
- 10:28Speaker 8: Yeah, oh norm yeah you know, Yeah, that's gonna happen again.
- 10:41Speaker 8: Those cats gotta taste of blood.
- 10:44Speaker 6: Right well, thank you very much, seamass ribbing, round of
- 10:47Speaker 6: douging news more what he shows next?
- 10:50Speaker 2: Hangout?
- 10:51Speaker 4: You better make her as ugly as you want in
- 10:53Speaker 4: real life. You look like a foot. She was so unattractive.
- 10:58Speaker 4: She looks like Joe PESHI.
- 11:01Speaker 1: Much sa The Woody Show.

- 12:16Speaker 4: really bad for this person.
- 12:18Speaker 2: Okay, Open England.
- 12:20Speaker 6: This woman she lost eighty four pounds, okay, using Monjaro cool.
- 12:26Speaker 6: She went from a size and this is where I
- 12:28Speaker 6: I mean, I know it's a big, it's it's it's
- 12:31Speaker 6: a big difference, but women's sizes about She went from
- 12:35Speaker 6: a size twenty two that's big, Okay, I know that's big,
- 12:38Speaker 6: down to a twelve that's significant.
- 12:41Speaker 4: Yeah, twelve is.
- 12:43Speaker 1: Still considered big.
- 12:44Speaker 4: I prefer double zero twenty two specially. But again, like,
- 12:47Speaker 4: why can't you say small medium large? So this would
- 12:50Speaker 4: be large.
- 12:51Speaker 11: This would be like a four x to a large.
- 12:55Speaker 2: Oh yeah, don't they have negative sizes to yeah, double
- 12:58Speaker 2: zero double yes, no, I thought.
- 13:00Speaker 1: It was negative.
- 13:01Speaker 11: I've never seen no double zero exist.
- 13:04Speaker 4: I just saw this.
- 13:05Speaker 7: You asked the question, why do do they have women's
- 13:07Speaker 7: sizes be ridiculous because men's size it's like we have
- 13:10Speaker 7: we have pants, we have inches, we have yeah.
- 13:12Speaker 4: Right, actual numbers. But why can't you have the same
- 13:14Speaker 4: because then they can't hide anything.
- 13:16Speaker 11: I don't care about that.
- 13:17Speaker 4: It would be so much easier you don't.
- 13:19Speaker 6: But it's still a nonsense thing anyway, because man, there
- 13:22Speaker 6: are some brands. As a fat guy, I can tell
- 13:23Speaker 6: you there's some brands where it's like an Excel seems
- 13:26Speaker 6: kind of huge, and then other ones where the excels
- 13:29Speaker 6: more like a sh medium.
- 13:30Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 13:30Speaker 4: Yeah, like this is an Excel because it's from Europe.
- 13:33Speaker 7: Yeah, that's why the size charts are so helpful these
- 13:36Speaker 7: days with the internet, as it says, oh, your chest
- 13:38Speaker 7: is whatever, forty two inches.
- 13:39Speaker 6: And actually went on and I bought one of those
- 13:42Speaker 6: little tapes, like a measuring tape for what not, like
- 13:46Speaker 6: the ones the carpenters use, the ones the tailor. Yeah,
- 13:50Speaker 6: because you can, because when you buy clothes online, you
- 13:54Speaker 6: hit this the the sizing chart and it tells you
- 13:56Speaker 6: to measure your chest and to measure this in seam
- 13:59Speaker 6: or whatever. And I find that I am returning stuff
- 14:02Speaker 6: way less. I'm not guessing on what their excel really fits.
- 14:07Speaker 11: Like the vanity sizing.
- 14:08Speaker 4: Yeah, exactly tell.
- 14:09Speaker 2: You my suit size. If you had a gun to
- 14:10Speaker 2: my head, I would.
- 14:11Speaker 4: Probably tell you. I could say, you're a forty long long, Yes,
- 14:15Speaker 4: forty long.
- 14:16Speaker 2: I think I have it written down.
- 14:17Speaker 4: I'm a little bit, but these.
- 14:18Speaker 11: Days, Greg might be more like a thirty eight.
- 14:20Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 14:21Speaker 3: Why do you know this?
- 14:22Speaker 4: Because I used to.
- 14:22Speaker 11: Work in men's suiting, That's right.
- 14:24Speaker 4: Yeah, for a long time. I forgot about that, as
- 14:27Speaker 4: did I in college.
- 14:28Speaker 6: So this woman, she lost eighty four pounds using Manjaro,
- 14:32Speaker 6: but she's not happy Greg. She says she hates the
- 14:34Speaker 6: way she looks and is now battling serious body image
- 14:39Speaker 6: issues because of the excess skin and the lack of
- 14:42Speaker 6: muscle tone. And she feels worse about her body now
- 14:45Speaker 6: than when she was a big fan.
- 14:46Speaker 11: At her fault, her fault. She should have been working out,
- 14:49Speaker 11: she shouldn't have just been sitting there.
- 14:50Speaker 4: She's still probably she still can skin remove.
- 14:53Speaker 10: Right, but I don't think I'm assuming the skin removal
- 14:55Speaker 10: wouldn't have been that obvious.
- 14:57Speaker 11: If she lost its flower and worked.
- 14:58Speaker 4: Out a little bit a size to two, she never
- 15:02Speaker 4: had muscle tone. It was just covered up better before.
- 15:04Speaker 4: Did you see.
- 15:06Speaker 6: There's a post that I keep. It keeps popping up
- 15:09Speaker 6: for me because I'm in the fat algorithm, the fat rhythm.
- 15:16Speaker 6: It shows it's like a body scan image of what
- 15:19Speaker 6: a human skeleton looks like underneath, like a big fat
- 15:22Speaker 6: person's body.
- 15:23Speaker 4: You see, you saw the one. You get that You're
- 15:25Speaker 4: on the same one, the same algorithm.
- 15:27Speaker 7: The headline is always this is what big bones looks like,
- 15:30Speaker 7: and the bones are the same size, but like, can
- 15:33Speaker 7: you imagine the stress on that skeleton? And it's crazy
- 15:36Speaker 7: because I mean, the body is this big in the skeletons,
- 15:39Speaker 7: this is big.
- 15:39Speaker 10: Well you always think about like really big people in
- 15:42Speaker 10: their knees, like can you imagine coming.
- 15:45Speaker 6: To experts warned that while weight loss medications will help
- 15:49Speaker 6: you lose weight, they can't address the psychological impact of
- 15:52Speaker 6: rapid transformation.
- 15:54Speaker 11: Yes, get your therapist involved.
- 15:56Speaker 4: I did buy one of those little workout things on
- 15:58Speaker 4: uh TikTok shop.
- 16:00Speaker 2: It's like a little.
- 16:03Speaker 4: Resistance, is it? A resistance circle and uh maybe it's long.
- 16:09Speaker 4: It's not like a circle. It's got the two handles
- 16:11Speaker 4: and like the that's old school. That's not rubber bands though.
- 16:15Speaker 11: Spring oils.
- 16:16Speaker 4: Oh my god. Yeah, it's like very old time, very
- 16:19Speaker 4: it's very big on TikTok so that goofy movie. I
- 16:23Speaker 4: feel better using it.
- 16:24Speaker 6: Remember the brother brand and goonies that he was sitting there.
- 16:27Speaker 6: They used up to make their their big escape. My
- 16:31Speaker 6: dad had one of those. I've been one.
- 16:34Speaker 4: Did you get one?
- 16:34Speaker 6: Did you get some of the grippers too? In a
- 16:37Speaker 6: sweat band, the push up wheels, little wheel with the.
- 16:43Speaker 5: Shape.
- 16:43Speaker 4: Girl, I'll just walk around the house and I'll just
- 16:46Speaker 4: pick it up. Then I'll just start using it.
- 16:48Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 16:49Speaker 4: I can notice the difference. Yeah, I can see in
- 16:51Speaker 4: your chest.
- 16:51Speaker 2: I want to get one of those things where you
- 16:53Speaker 2: put the strap around your belly and it jiggles like yeah.
- 16:56Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 16:57Speaker 4: My friend would get one of those battery operated.
- 17:00Speaker 2: Suit I got, not most recently, but before was whatever

- 17:26Speaker 6: I don't know why fat guys insist on tucking their
- 17:28Speaker 6: shirts in. You see it like they'll they'll tuck it

- 17:50Speaker 2: these these devices that I was considering getting, but they're
- 17:53Speaker 2: kind of like old timey lingerie looking. You strap it
- 17:57Speaker 2: around your upper thigh and then it has these straps
- 18:00Speaker 2: that go up and you clip it to your shirt
- 18:02Speaker 2: to keep it down.
- 18:03Speaker 4: That's so like, h yeah, that's old timing. Like very
- 18:07Speaker 4: old timing, like Penny.
- 18:08Speaker 15: They're called shirt stings.
- 18:10Speaker 4: That's it.
- 18:11Speaker 6: Yeah, you got a cravat as well, Greg. It's kind
- 18:14Speaker 6: of like those things that you know, old horse used
- 18:17Speaker 6: to wear. Right.
- 18:21Speaker 4: It holds like the stockings up right right clips to
- 18:24Speaker 4: their panties.
- 18:25Speaker 1: So you put it on like a garter.
- 18:27Speaker 11: Yeah, you pull your shirt down, pull your stockings up.
- 18:31Speaker 15: Perfect.
- 18:32Speaker 2: It is a pain in the ass.
- 18:33Speaker 6: Then I called for my refill on the zip bound
- 18:37Speaker 6: yesterday and apparently there's a big backward which I thought
- 18:41Speaker 6: was over, and I did the whole digging in on.
- 18:44Speaker 4: Hold on, yeah, I said you dog, hold on, wait
- 18:48Speaker 4: are you not going back tomorrow?

- 19:00Speaker 4: I gotta go direct, dog, I've been going direct straight
- 19:03Speaker 4: up to Eli Lily.
- 19:04Speaker 8: Oh yeah, you gotta.
- 19:09Speaker 4: Yeah, don't mess with all these place right down the streets. Yeah, no,
- 19:14Speaker 4: they sent to your house. The place has never been
- 19:16Speaker 4: an issue. No, dude, it looks like, uh, I don't know,
- 19:19Speaker 4: like they're sending plutonium to your house like you. Yeah,
- 19:22Speaker 4: you get a boss, you open it and then yeah,
- 19:25Speaker 4: a little miss comes out.
- 19:26Speaker 6: Oh, I'll take all the extra skin. I'll take all
- 19:29Speaker 6: that stuff. I'll take this dys morphia, whatever it is,
- 19:32Speaker 6: the psychological impact of rapid transfer, I'll take all that.
- 19:34Speaker 6: I'll wrap people complaining about the big penis right. Yeah,
- 19:40Speaker 6: but that she doesn't make a good point, though, you do.
- 19:42Speaker 6: Are you have to do like some strength training, get
- 19:45Speaker 6: something off TikTok. If you don't that, you don't have
- 19:48Speaker 6: to melting good.
- 19:50Speaker 4: That's fine with me. Melting goo, you're smaller, melting go.
- 19:55Speaker 11: You your skin into your pants.
- 19:56Speaker 4: That's right, all right?
- 19:57Speaker 6: Eight seven text over to two nine eight seven. Greg,
- 20:02Speaker 6: you hear that Chris Brown is selling his pitfalls? He is, Yeah, No,
- 20:06Speaker 6: he doesn't want to live with something that can fight.
- 20:08Speaker 1: Back The Woody Show.
- 20:11Speaker 6: We'll be right back.
- 20:13Speaker 4: Valley is a dumb nice back to the Woody Show. Hi,
- 20:20Speaker 4: welcome back. It is the Woody Shows.
- 20:22Speaker 3: Tuesday.
- 20:23Speaker 6: Phones are open at eight seven seven four. Woodie said,
- 20:26Speaker 6: it's a text over to two to nine eight seven.
- 20:29Speaker 6: Got some money stuff now? Greg checks his bank account
- 20:34Speaker 6: multiple times throughout the day.
- 20:35Speaker 1: Any times.
- 20:36Speaker 6: Yeah, it's not just the economy's freaking people out. It's
- 20:38Speaker 6: all the different scams and things that are out there,
- 20:40Speaker 6: and banks and other financial institutions they are finding a
- 20:44Speaker 6: quote growing cybersecurity minefield that's tougher to navigate these days.
- 20:50Speaker 6: They say, data breaches have doubled since twenty twenty three,
- 20:54Speaker 6: and so investors are now going out of their way
- 20:56Speaker 6: to involve themselves with companies that have the most proved
- 21:00Speaker 6: and then reliable cyber resiliency. So Greg, Now, the thing
- 21:05Speaker 6: is if you keep choosing to look at your bank
- 21:08Speaker 6: account and all of a sudden everything was gone, that
- 21:11Speaker 6: happened once. I'm saying, what would you lose? Get on
- 21:14Speaker 6: the phonetic, I don't know what. I would now check
- 21:17Speaker 6: every day.
- 21:18Speaker 4: Now your your money is inshored up to two hundred
- 21:21Speaker 4: and fifty thousand dollars if you have it like a
- 21:23Speaker 4: regular you know, checking or saving account. I thought it
- 21:26Speaker 4: was like fifteen to two.
- 21:28Speaker 7: But like how much of an FD I see insurance exactly.
- 21:31Speaker 7: Imagine how long that would take to get back.
- 21:32Speaker 4: It would be probably impossible. I don't it's not impossible.
- 21:36Speaker 4: It would be a headache. I think it would Actually,
- 21:38Speaker 4: they would.
- 21:39Speaker 6: They would cover it pretty quickly and then they would
- 21:42Speaker 6: just take the time to then figure out like who
- 21:44Speaker 6: did it, where'd the money go?
- 21:45Speaker 2: There?
- 21:45Speaker 6: There was something. There was a guy, it was a
- 21:47Speaker 6: live stream. Did you see the live stream? Guy met us.
- 21:50Speaker 6: It was all over social media. He had some kind
- 21:52Speaker 6: of cryptocurrency. By mistake, mentioned his whatever phrase. There's a
- 21:57Speaker 6: phrase his past. Yeah you know what's called Yeah, it's okay.
- 22:01Speaker 7: So you have your your wallet I D which is
- 22:02Speaker 7: then that you know basically your account number, and then
- 22:05Speaker 7: you're you're yeah, passkey essentially, I think you might be talking.
- 22:08Speaker 4: About Steve will do it and I lost about like
- 22:10Speaker 4: two million.
- 22:11Speaker 6: No it was it wasn't that was I want to
- 22:13Speaker 6: say it was like one hundred grand, but like one
- 22:16Speaker 6: hundred grand. And he's like, wait a minute, what the hell?
- 22:18Speaker 6: And someone says, you, dude, you mentioned blahlah blah blah blah.
- 22:20Speaker 6: He's like, god, there's and there's no way you're not
- 22:24Speaker 6: You're not that bad, which is really weird.
- 22:26Speaker 7: Because that that passes all trackable, that that passy itself
- 22:30Speaker 7: is like sixteen digits random crap on the words.
- 22:33Speaker 4: In this case, it was a phrase.
- 22:34Speaker 7: Well, he might have like used some kind of wallet
- 22:36Speaker 7: that has you just hype in a phrase and it
- 22:38Speaker 7: knows the past.
- 22:39Speaker 4: It was actual words, right, Okay, man, that sucks. Okay, yeah,
- 22:41Speaker 4: that's I got some kind of work around.
- 22:43Speaker 6: Now, Greg, I guess somehow his friend saved him. Yeah,
- 22:47Speaker 6: I inadvertently saved money. And I accept the fact. Now
- 22:52Speaker 6: it's a fact. I am mind bogglingly stupid.
- 22:57Speaker 3: I am.
- 23:00Speaker 2: This fountain by my front door that I love. It's
- 23:02Speaker 2: like a It's like a lion, right.
- 23:04Speaker 4: I've found a lion.
- 23:05Speaker 2: It bits water out of it, Oh my god, slowly
- 23:08Speaker 2: dying and dying and dying and dying to the point
- 23:10Speaker 2: where it just trickled and then it completely died. So
- 23:13Speaker 2: I'm hanging out with my friend Jim, who you guys know,
- 23:15Speaker 2: and I said, damn it, I got to get rid
- 23:17Speaker 2: of this fountain.
- 23:18Speaker 1: Somehow.
- 23:18Speaker 4: I'm gonna have to help remove it.
- 23:20Speaker 1: Get a new fountain.
- 23:22Speaker 4: Wake them up.
- 23:23Speaker 2: It came with the house, thank you.
- 23:26Speaker 4: And Sans removed it from my site.
- 23:29Speaker 12: You know it.
- 23:30Speaker 2: What a big pain in the assets going to be
- 23:31Speaker 2: to get rid of a big marble. We've all been there, right,
- 23:36Speaker 2: thank you. I'm glad you can get it. Mary and
- 23:39Speaker 2: I would want to get put another one in its place,
- 23:42Speaker 2: and I'm things are crazy expensive. And he said, why
- 23:46Speaker 2: don't you just get a new pump for the fountain,
- 23:49Speaker 2: which is eighteen bucks. So I said, oh it never
- 23:54Speaker 2: want lost in my mind that I could had to
- 23:59Speaker 2: just toss the all day.
- 24:00Speaker 4: That is pretty stupid.
- 24:02Speaker 11: Just get a new pump just because the water wasn't spinning.
- 24:04Speaker 2: Yeah, because the pump died.
- 24:06Speaker 4: And I thought, well, pumps gotta get rid of whole
- 24:09Speaker 4: thing's gotta go.
- 24:12Speaker 1: I'm so dumb.
- 24:14Speaker 4: I'm glad you have other people in your life who
- 24:16Speaker 4: could help you out with fountain problems.
- 24:18Speaker 2: I am so stupid. I think I'm at the point
- 24:20Speaker 2: where I almost have to be hospitalized. They're stupid.
- 24:23Speaker 15: You can just pay people to be smart for you
- 24:26Speaker 15: know how it.
- 24:27Speaker 6: Is right when you every time you come and leave
- 24:29Speaker 6: your house, like you see the fountains. Yeah, when you're lying,
- 24:33Speaker 6: fountain is not spinning, And then you think I have
- 24:36Speaker 6: to get a new one. So I spent eighteen bucks
- 24:38Speaker 6: on a new pump and we both install. The problem
- 24:41Speaker 6: solved again, and I thought, well, I got to spend
- 24:45Speaker 6: a ton of money on a fountain.
- 24:46Speaker 4: Yeah, amazing. Now they'll keep in his mind. So this
- 24:48Speaker 4: is like, this is that Karmen thing that you get about,
- 24:50Speaker 4: right exactly? It all ends out. So Greg ends up
- 24:54Speaker 4: saving a bunch of money on his water spitting lion fountain. Yeah,
- 24:58Speaker 4: thank god, but you hear it right, yeah? Okay, oh
- 25:00Speaker 4: yeah yeah.
- 25:00Speaker 6: So and then he was able to then help somebody
- 25:05Speaker 6: else out this was and that person would be Gina Grant, dude,
- 25:07Speaker 6: and the timing was, Oh my god.
- 25:09Speaker 11: I can't even believe you're You're not even gonna believe
- 25:11Speaker 11: this story.
- 25:12Speaker 4: But I swear to God with the water spitting line fountain.
- 25:15Speaker 10: No, my husband and I went to finally pull the
- 25:19Speaker 10: trigger on a couch and we just find you and
- 25:22Speaker 10: Hemmon and Ham.
- 25:23Speaker 11: We got to figure this stuff out.
- 25:24Speaker 4: So we go to couch.
- 25:25Speaker 10: We go to you know, one of the furniture stores,
- 25:27Speaker 10: and I call them doctor Couch because they're all in
- 25:29Speaker 10: like lab coats for some reason, and we're we we
- 25:31Speaker 10: walk in confidently and say, yeah, we're getting a couch today,
- 25:34Speaker 10: and then all the workers come over. Yes, yeah, but
- 25:37Speaker 10: they get all crazy. So I'm assuming it's commission based,
- 25:40Speaker 10: and we say, great, yeah, we'll take this one perfect
- 25:43Speaker 10: and then we look around a little more like actually
- 25:45Speaker 10: might want that one. And we were kind of walking around,
- 25:47Speaker 10: and ten minutes later I go, no, we're gonna We're done.
- 25:50Speaker 10: We're gonna get the first one.
- 25:51Speaker 11: Perfect.
- 25:52Speaker 10: Oh sir, right over here, you know, to my husband, Oh,
- 25:54Speaker 10: please sign this paperwork. I'm sitting on the couch. All
- 25:56Speaker 10: is good, and I'm just kind of scrolling through my phone.
- 25:59Speaker 4: No big deal.
- 26:00Speaker 10: And I while I'm scrolling through my phone, while Andy's
- 26:02Speaker 10: signing the paperwork to pay for this couch, I get
- 26:04Speaker 10: a text from Greg. It says, we got a new
- 26:07Speaker 10: sofa and we're wondering if you were still looking to
- 26:10Speaker 10: get one, because you can have the original og no
- 26:14Speaker 10: sit sofa from our house, no touch.
- 26:19Speaker 16: Why would you get rid of that because I got
- 26:20Speaker 16: a new one. Yeah, a new one that you can
- 26:26Speaker 16: sit off life change, which I think is Greg.
- 26:30Speaker 10: I don't want to know why. But I'm reading this
- 26:33Speaker 10: and I'm like this can't be right. Like we literally
- 26:35Speaker 10: like signed the paperwork. I'm looking at the clock like
- 26:37Speaker 10: Andy's filling everything out.
- 26:38Speaker 4: I think I figured it all how it works.
- 26:40Speaker 6: So, in his excitement about not having to replace his
- 26:44Speaker 6: new water spinning lions statue, spent money on a couch.
- 26:48Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 26:48Speaker 6: Now he's like, I'm going to take this perfectly good
- 26:50Speaker 6: couch nobody even sits on it, and I'm gonna go out.
- 26:55Speaker 6: I'm going to spend money on another couch in my
- 26:58Speaker 6: excitement about not having money on the water spitting lions.
- 27:01Speaker 7: Do you r?
- 27:02Speaker 10: And I am super like, non confrontational. I don't want
- 27:05Speaker 10: to be like, you know, we're getting out of here,
- 27:06Speaker 10: and I start tapping my husband.
- 27:08Speaker 4: I go.
- 27:10Speaker 10: Stop here, don't just stop writing stuff writing? And I go,
- 27:12Speaker 10: can you step into my office for a second? And
- 27:13Speaker 10: I read him the text and his eyes get really big,
- 27:15Speaker 10: and I'm.
- 27:15Speaker 1: Like, what do we do?
- 27:16Speaker 11: And he doesn't like conversation either.
- 27:18Speaker 4: He's like, I don't know, what do you want to do?
- 27:20Speaker 4: I don't know.
- 27:20Speaker 3: How do we tell this.
- 27:21Speaker 10: Man who thinks he's I mean literally just one signature
- 27:24Speaker 10: away from closing on this pouch can And so we go,
- 27:28Speaker 10: uh and it did.
- 27:29Speaker 11: It's true. Something suddenly came up. We have to leave, like, sorry,
- 27:34Speaker 11: we just because we're so embarrassed.
- 27:37Speaker 15: We're so excited about the couch.
- 27:38Speaker 4: So wait, are there any more surfaces now in the
- 27:40Speaker 4: house that you can't sit on?
- 27:42Speaker 8: Yeah?
- 27:42Speaker 4: No, I can't think of one. Why are you allowed
- 27:47Speaker 4: to sit on the Yeah, what's this new lifestylid crazy embrace?
- 27:50Speaker 2: It's more firm so it doesn't like make dance as much.
- 27:55Speaker 4: Absolutely, yeah there too. Greg.
- 27:58Speaker 17: When you go to Gina's place and see your couch
- 28:01Speaker 17: there being lived in, are you.
- 28:02Speaker 15: Just gonna is it going to destroy?
- 28:06Speaker 2: I'm happy it's staying in the family.
- 28:07Speaker 11: Stay in the family.
- 28:09Speaker 4: That couch is happy to get out of his house.
- 28:11Speaker 11: It's like, Greg, just why either coming to get it
- 28:15Speaker 11: this weekend?
- 28:15Speaker 4: Excellently, It's all wrapped professionally.
- 28:18Speaker 1: I'm ready to go.
- 28:19Speaker 2: Very exciting news for everybody. And I'm so stupid. You
- 28:22Speaker 2: guys can put me to pasture or whatever.

- 29:34Speaker 6: with the the the women in the back office. They
- 29:37Speaker 6: were arguing about something and he hit that like final
- 29:41Speaker 6: straw level and just quit in the dramatic way. He
- 29:46Speaker 6: he He got into one of the supervisors, quit on
- 29:49Speaker 6: the spot, went out into the store, got on the intercom,
- 29:52Speaker 6: and then made an announcement, there I have the audio starts.
- 29:56Speaker 4: I'm wondering where you're at.

- 31:04Speaker 4: at a grocery store.
- 31:06Speaker 6: The only the one that I quit in the most
- 31:08Speaker 6: dramatic fashion was I went on the lunch break and
- 31:10Speaker 6: never came back good walking at a Sam Goodie.
- 31:14Speaker 4: Yeah, just still waiting for me to come back back in.
- 31:16Speaker 1: Yeah.

- 31:20Speaker 4: the bathroom, but I never can. Yeah, that's right.
- 31:22Speaker 6: One of my favorites was, uh the guy. It was
- 31:25Speaker 6: at a hotel. He walked in through the service entrance
- 31:29Speaker 6: and he brought a whole marching band with him.
- 31:33Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 31:33Speaker 4: I think he was like a college kid. And yes,

- 37:10Speaker 4: Within five dollars? I'll say, it's like it's about ten
- 37:15Speaker 4: dollars just to get on coffee. I know that because
- 37:17Speaker 4: I tried it. It's about ten dollars. So you thinking,
- 37:21Speaker 4: is that is that? Is that your bid ten dollars?
- 37:24Speaker 18: Does that have to be like a dollar sign and cent?
- 37:28Speaker 4: You could if you wanted to within five bucks, let's

- 38:33Speaker 4: And a twenty ounce bottle of Heinz ketchup. Wait, this
- 38:36Speaker 4: is all this in one order. This is one or
- 38:39Speaker 4: target tell us about this?
- 38:41Speaker 1: Alight?
- 38:41Speaker 6: So shredded Mexican cheese, F one, Lego set, chicken sausage,
- 38:45Speaker 6: chicken sausage ketchup up.
- 38:47Speaker 4: Well, that's because I was definitely high when I did that,
- 38:52Speaker 4: and I wanted to build a Lego set. Also, I
- 38:55Speaker 4: wanted to make scrambled eggs with sausage and cheese.
- 38:59Speaker 10: That sounds good, and you already had the eggs, and
- 39:01Speaker 10: you did the responsible thing by not driving high.
- 39:04Speaker 4: Yeah, and the the catchup, of course, because I love
- 39:07Speaker 4: ketchup with my scribbled absolutely. I know a lot of
- 39:10Speaker 4: people love that. Only children do that. Yeah, yeah, my
- 39:15Speaker 4: baddest delicious on the side or scribble older the top
- 39:18Speaker 4: on the side.

- 39:22Speaker 7: I'll give you an eight dollars because obviously this is
- 39:24Speaker 7: going to be a bigger number. How much should all
- 39:27Speaker 7: of that cost Menace on his door again, all fees,
- 39:30Speaker 7: all the tip, all that garbage included. Yeah, how much
- 39:32Speaker 7: had Menace spend on all of that on that door
- 39:34Speaker 7: dash order from target?
- 39:36Speaker 4: Can I ask Menace one question?
- 39:38Speaker 1: Yes?
- 39:39Speaker 4: How many pieces were.
- 39:40Speaker 1: That lego set?
- 39:42Speaker 12: So it was the.
- 39:45Speaker 4: Yeah, it was this smaller set. It wasn't It was
- 39:49Speaker 4: the smallest set you can pretty much get for the

- 39:54Speaker 4: Alpine, Yeah, Alpine, Alpine, alp. Maybe a trend that's an ocopus,
- 40:04Speaker 4: you know, puff. So I would say I'm.

- 40:09Speaker 4: One hundred and twenty six bucks. Twenty six bucks. We're
- 40:11Speaker 4: looking for range within eight dollars of that.

- 40:18Speaker 7: him sixty two tens sixty two ten?
- 40:20Speaker 4: Is that with the tip and delivering everything totally? Yeah? Yeah,
- 40:23Speaker 4: mar again everybody, geez, I thought it'd be way more
- 40:26Speaker 4: than that. Those lego sets are about thirty bucks.
- 40:28Speaker 6: All right, Hey, Ryan, thanks for the call, man, appreciate

- 40:46Speaker 4: Let's see here one one pint of Ben and Jerry's
- 40:49Speaker 4: half baked ice cream. Well, we all know what's going
- 40:53Speaker 4: on there, all right?
- 40:54Speaker 1: Order?
- 40:56Speaker 4: Does it say like what time it was ordered? I
- 40:58Speaker 4: wish I didn't you am? Yeah, five oh seven pm.
- 41:05Speaker 4: I definitely probably finished a meal and then I wanted
- 41:10Speaker 4: some you know a little after party.
- 41:12Speaker 7: Yeah, the ice cream is so far away for sure,
- 41:15Speaker 7: for sure. So yeah, one pint of Ben and Jerry.
- 41:18Speaker 4: One pint of Ben and Jerry or door dash within
- 41:22Speaker 4: let's say five dollars something within within five dollars? Anna,
- 41:26Speaker 4: what's up? What's your bid?
- 41:29Speaker 19: I would say ten dollars.
- 41:33Speaker 7: Menace for his one pint of ice cream paid sixteen
- 41:36Speaker 7: dollars in four cents?
- 41:40Speaker 5: What wait?
- 41:44Speaker 4: How much was it?
- 41:46Speaker 12: Just?
- 41:46Speaker 4: Okay? So the the original price eight twenty nine, eight
- 41:48Speaker 4: twenty nine for that he was in a say eight bucks.
- 41:51Speaker 4: He was a two dollars delivery fee, four dollar bus
- 41:54Speaker 4: service feedre.
- 41:55Speaker 7: Oh service thirteen bucks estimated tax of two cents he tipped.
- 41:59Speaker 4: Oh, guess howmuch he tipped on that? I guess dollar
- 42:03Speaker 4: fifty That was your tip. No, I think a dollar.
- 42:09Speaker 4: It was more, but I think it was dasher tip.
- 42:12Speaker 3: Buddy.
- 42:12Speaker 4: No, no, no, I think it was more because I
- 42:14Speaker 4: did the I paid more for the rush the rush order.
- 42:19Speaker 6: That's a different that'd be a different line. That might
- 42:22Speaker 6: be the four dollars thing. But it says dasher tip.
- 42:24Speaker 6: That's what you that's what you tipped me.
- 42:27Speaker 4: I'm assuming the reason I paid No, no, no, I
- 42:31Speaker 4: this is maybe I don't know how it works, but
- 42:33Speaker 4: I'm paying paying more to get it faster, so I'm
- 42:36Speaker 4: paying them more. That doesn't go to the to the
- 42:40Speaker 4: to go to the common misconception slash. Do you tell
- 42:44Speaker 4: me the dasher doesn't get a little extra money for
- 42:47Speaker 4: doing of the the one the direct to you say,
- 42:50Speaker 4: I don't think you, guys.
- 42:52Speaker 6: I'm sure that's why it says dasher tip, and it
- 42:54Speaker 6: says whatever, that's what the dasher gets.
- 42:56Speaker 4: I understand. But when you pay for the faster service,
- 42:59Speaker 4: you're telling me they don't get any money.
- 43:00Speaker 7: Now, then we'll get a billion tax in about three seconds,
- 43:02Speaker 7: ye'll find that.
- 43:03Speaker 6: My guess and I don't know if I don't know
- 43:05Speaker 6: how it worked, my guess is no. My guess is
- 43:07Speaker 6: that that does not.
- 43:08Speaker 4: The way that works.
- 43:09Speaker 6: Just door dash more than yeah. All right, well and
- 43:12Speaker 6: I'm sorry about that, but you did not win manages.
- 43:15Speaker 4: Door not win sixteen dollars Ben and Jerry's plies of

- 44:19Speaker 4: then the means for the show what.
- 44:24Speaker 6: I don't remember us ever having taco bell in here
- 44:26Speaker 6: in the last in the morning Tuesday. Seven years we've
- 44:31Speaker 6: had breakfast. I think that's the last time we got
- 44:33Speaker 6: taco bells when they rolled out breakfast years ago.
- 44:36Speaker 4: Oh, and then that must have been when I was
- 44:38Speaker 4: in a cabin and when I was with with like
- 44:42Speaker 4: U D A T and like Bratton stuff.
- 44:46Speaker 15: A large group of people.
- 44:47Speaker 4: Yeah, a large group of large people. So for all
- 44:50Speaker 4: that stuff, what's the what's the rain show? Ten dollars
- 44:52Speaker 4: on this dollars? So all that stuff man within ten dollars.
- 44:56Speaker 11: No, I love socle bell so I'm like so happy
- 44:58Speaker 11: this is mine.
- 44:59Speaker 4: I need to get it. Yes, just to clarify, So
- 45:01Speaker 4: he had two meals and three separate small items, right, right,
- 45:06Speaker 4: but two of those cases yous and three of those
- 45:08Speaker 4: chicken flat bread melts plus.
- 45:09Speaker 6: Two meals because the one was even called the meal
- 45:11Speaker 6: for four whatever, Right, that's one one meal, one thing,
- 45:15Speaker 6: one item on there was meal for four. And then
- 45:17Speaker 6: he had another one which had multiple things in it, right,
- 45:20Speaker 6: the cravings pack, the cravings pack.
- 45:23Speaker 7: So again all inclusive and all those loser as tip
- 45:27Speaker 7: and everything else.
- 45:29Speaker 4: How much? Oh gosh, okay, I'm going to go.
- 45:32Speaker 6: Sixty three, sixty three dollars within ten bucks, sixty three dollars.
- 45:36Speaker 4: It might be a little high, it might be a
- 45:38Speaker 4: little low. Really, one hundred and what you spend Now
- 45:47Speaker 4: this one he did tip nine dollars and fifty cents.
- 45:49Speaker 4: I think he just goes with the auto tip, is
- 45:51Speaker 4: what I said.
- 45:51Speaker 8: Yeah, whatever is on there?
- 45:54Speaker 6: Well yeah, all right, well Maddie, sorry I didn't win
- 45:56Speaker 6: Menaces door dash order, but thank you for calling, and
- 45:58Speaker 6: thank you for playing, thank you for listening. My god,
- 46:05Speaker 6: I'll yeah, Well, at least they got a decent tip
- 46:07Speaker 6: out of that one. I mean, because they had to
- 46:09Speaker 6: wear their weight belt to deliver it.
- 46:12Speaker 4: Dolly, Yeah, I do use the auto tip thing.
- 46:14Speaker 1: All right.
- 46:15Speaker 6: Well, that's that's a when MENACE's door Dash under we
- 46:18Speaker 6: did have we did have one winner.
- 46:19Speaker 4: That's good, we did have one winner. I'm really this
- 46:22Speaker 4: taco belt thing because the date of it was a
- 46:24Speaker 4: date that we were on the air. Because I know
- 46:27Speaker 4: I spent a lot of money. I have, but I
- 46:28Speaker 4: was really drunk. I don't know what. Oh my god,
- 46:32Speaker 4: show right back the Woody Show and let's get underway
- 46:41Speaker 4: with another new hour, shall we show? Let's do it
- 46:45Speaker 4: please as punch. If you are here, that's Greig Goring.
- 46:52Speaker 6: Your phones are open at eight seven seven forty four.
- 46:55Speaker 6: You can't send it's a text over to two to
- 46:57Speaker 6: nine eight seven. Looking forward to Greg's conversation that he
- 47:03Speaker 6: had with his dad. He recorded it because it was
- 47:05Speaker 6: supposed to be where Greg was making confessions. We had
- 47:08Speaker 6: originally brainstormed it out that way where I veered off
- 47:11Speaker 6: course Greg. Greg was going to be spending time with
- 47:14Speaker 6: his parents while we were on break, and we said, hey,
- 47:17Speaker 6: you should do something where you confess to think every
- 47:19Speaker 6: kid did some things as a kid that your parents
- 47:22Speaker 6: to this day probably don't even know about. And so
- 47:25Speaker 6: you know, we were going to have Greg confess those
- 47:28Speaker 6: things to his dad just to get his reaction. What
- 47:30Speaker 6: it turned into, I guess and I haven't heard the
- 47:31Speaker 6: audio yet. We're gonna all hear it together for the
- 47:33Speaker 6: first time. Is where Greg basically wanted to know from
- 47:36Speaker 6: his dad how he has disappointed him, along with a
- 47:41Speaker 6: few others. Now, you guys are both drinking wine at
- 47:46Speaker 6: the time, or yeah, A sober conversation idea.
- 47:49Speaker 2: It was one of those things where I had a
- 47:50Speaker 2: hard time listening back to it, so I didn't until
- 47:53Speaker 2: late yesterday. And I sound drunk. My dad sounds normal.
- 47:57Speaker 2: I sound like I'm on mega drugs. He's sound normal.
- 48:03Speaker 4: Boy. Here we go, I'm sweating, all right.
- 48:13Speaker 6: So we we sent Greg off with a mission, and
- 48:15Speaker 6: he's going to be spending time with his parents. And
- 48:19Speaker 6: as kids, we've all done things that to this day
- 48:22Speaker 6: as adults, our parents probably don't know about absolutely snuck
- 48:27Speaker 6: off somewhere.
- 48:28Speaker 2: They don't know my pyromania face all.
- 48:32Speaker 6: So that was kind of the idea here, is to
- 48:34Speaker 6: do a confessional where, you know, Greg would tell his
- 48:38Speaker 6: mom and dad about something that he does a kid
- 48:40Speaker 6: that he doesn't think that they know about, and just
- 48:42Speaker 6: to get the reaction.
- 48:43Speaker 4: Now, I mean, you know he's in his fifties. Yeah,
- 48:46Speaker 4: a little bit on the old time, right, so.
- 48:48Speaker 6: I mean the statute of limitations has expired. He would
- 48:51Speaker 6: think you would think, all right, but it kind of
- 48:54Speaker 6: turned into something else because it's Greg.
- 48:56Speaker 2: And it was awkward. My mom was sitting there and
- 48:59Speaker 2: just listening in.
- 49:04Speaker 1: Retrospect.
- 49:05Speaker 2: I sound like I'm on trank. I don't know what's
- 49:09Speaker 2: wrong with me. And we guys are drinking, right, we were,
- 49:12Speaker 2: but nine not crazy amounts. And I just sound like
- 49:15Speaker 2: a tranked out fool.
- 49:18Speaker 5: That's how you.
- 49:18Speaker 4: Usually sound when you're drinking.
- 49:20Speaker 2: I guess you just don't know it because you were nervous.
- 49:22Speaker 4: I don't know.
- 49:25Speaker 1: Anyway.
- 49:25Speaker 6: So he didn't confess anything, but what he had ended
- 49:27Speaker 6: up doing, apparently was having a conversation with his dad
- 49:32Speaker 6: and asking his dad about the ways that he was
- 49:34Speaker 6: disappointed in him.
- 49:38Speaker 2: Which which did lead to a pleasant surprise for me. Yeah,
- 49:42Speaker 2: but I wanted to start by setting the record straight
- 49:45Speaker 2: about his voice, because you say, folks like, no.
- 49:49Speaker 6: That's your Yeah, just head out to the multi color
- 49:57Speaker 6: garage and retrieved the classic Mustang we.
- 49:59Speaker 4: Gave you was your first card.
- 50:01Speaker 6: Put the keys on the please have the helpiled it,
- 50:05Speaker 6: Please have the help pool the vehicle round.
- 50:09Speaker 1: Start with his voice, And this is me on trank
- 50:11Speaker 1: by the way.
- 50:12Speaker 4: I said, this is Greg tranked out, and and Greg's dad.
- 50:15Speaker 2: All right, it's Greg Gory and I'm here sitting with
- 50:18Speaker 2: my dad. And you had to introduce yourself. You're not
- 50:21Speaker 2: gonna just in case it airs anywhere else other than
- 50:27Speaker 2: this show. I love Greg going tones. I never say high.
- 50:32Speaker 4: That's true.
- 50:33Speaker 2: I never do that.
- 50:34Speaker 4: You like how you guys just invent that.
- 50:35Speaker 8: I say this.
- 50:39Speaker 1: Narrative.
- 50:41Speaker 6: Yeah, just in case we end up sending us to
- 50:43Speaker 6: other radio stations and media outlets A correctly, I.
- 50:47Speaker 4: Want to pick it up.
- 50:47Speaker 2: You know, all right, it's Greg Gory and I'm here
- 50:50Speaker 2: sitting with my dad, and I wanted to start by saying, Dad,
- 50:55Speaker 2: do you know that everybody thinks you say hello, I
- 51:00Speaker 2: am mister Gory, and they think you have this thick
- 51:03Speaker 2: James Bond Villain accent? Can you clear the air for us?
- 51:07Speaker 1: That is totally incorrect.
- 51:11Speaker 4: I do not speak like such.
- 51:14Speaker 9: Life.
- 51:15Speaker 1: Perhaps I have a New.
- 51:16Speaker 5: York City accent, and I am very embarrassed about that. Well,
- 51:22Speaker 5: I I can talk in a normal voice also.
- 51:25Speaker 4: But yeah, because Greg's dad is from New York, it's
- 51:28Speaker 4: got like a New York accent.
- 51:29Speaker 11: No, I need him to be hy dracula.
- 51:32Speaker 2: I mean I do talk like this. Yeah, forget, he's
- 51:35Speaker 2: got a little bity though he has a New York accent.
- 51:38Speaker 4: Does I don't hear it? It's very it's very faint
- 51:42Speaker 4: hear it.
- 51:42Speaker 6: You can kind of hear it towards towards the end accent,
- 51:46Speaker 6: even like an accent, like just just that right there.
- 51:49Speaker 5: Perhaps I have a New York City accent there, and
- 51:53Speaker 5: I am very embarrassed about that.
- 51:56Speaker 1: Well, I can talk in a normal voice.
- 51:58Speaker 4: I could talk talk, I could talk. He's in there, yeah, normal,
- 52:01Speaker 4: I heard it, Yeah, kind of heard it.
- 52:03Speaker 11: Normal.
- 52:03Speaker 2: And then I wanted to know from him if he remembered,
- 52:06Speaker 2: because I think my memory might be better than his,
- 52:08Speaker 2: which is shocking, that's scary. There's this one time I
- 52:11Speaker 2: really embarrassed him in front of one of their female friends.
- 52:14Speaker 2: Are there any examples of when you were the most
- 52:17Speaker 2: disappointed in me? This is greg Gory, by the way.
- 52:20Speaker 18: Yeah, I was very surprised to hear a lot of
- 52:23Speaker 18: the pranks that Gregory did when he was a youngster
- 52:27Speaker 18: with his best friend. But I didn't know about that
- 52:30Speaker 18: until much much later after the fact. What did we
- 52:34Speaker 18: do lying across the street of Idlebury Road, pretending that
- 52:40Speaker 18: they were bodies to stop cars?
- 52:43Speaker 1: That's insane, crazy.
- 52:49Speaker 15: I could have gotten killed so easily.
- 52:51Speaker 2: When we saw a car coming, we would run out
- 52:53Speaker 2: into the middle of the street, lie down backwards and
- 52:56Speaker 2: just to see if.
- 52:56Speaker 4: They were stop.
- 52:57Speaker 11: Oh my god, if they didn't, and.
- 53:00Speaker 2: If they didn't, I wouldn't be sitting here nice. So stupid,
- 53:04Speaker 2: so stupid idiot. And then I just veered down memory
- 53:06Speaker 2: lane asked him about if he remembers calling me when
- 53:09Speaker 2: I was at work. I think that's the clip.
- 53:11Speaker 1: Do you remember one.
- 53:12Speaker 2: Time I was doing an overnight and you, uh and
- 53:15Speaker 2: mom were hanging out with a friend and I was
- 53:17Speaker 2: doing the overnight two to six am and you guys
- 53:20Speaker 2: called me, and I believe you had been drinking. And
- 53:24Speaker 2: do you remember the name of the band that you requested? No,
- 53:28Speaker 2: I don't remember right now except that has the wrong name.
- 53:31Speaker 2: Well you put it?
- 53:31Speaker 1: What do you mean probably drinking? We were drinking?
- 53:35Speaker 2: Okay, good, good point. You didn't request Pearl Jam. You
- 53:38Speaker 2: requested the Pearl Jam. The proes we would like to
- 53:42Speaker 2: request the Pearl Jam. What do you mean we were
- 53:48Speaker 2: probably trying? Yeah, Well, now you know where it comes from.
- 53:52Speaker 4: Yeah, it comes right, honestly.
- 53:53Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 53:53Speaker 4: Those genetics man there, Yeah they're crazy.
- 53:55Speaker 2: Yeah, you can't unlock it. Huh. And speaking of driving
- 53:58Speaker 2: the story, I've told you guys many times. He didn't remember.
- 54:02Speaker 4: Wow, is this the one where they're drinking?
- 54:05Speaker 1: Now?
- 54:05Speaker 5: Huh?
- 54:06Speaker 1: Do you remember a time I was thirteen years old?
- 54:09Speaker 2: Another drinking situation where you and mom had some friends
- 54:14Speaker 2: visiting from out of state and we all went to
- 54:16Speaker 2: a party and you gave me the keys and said
- 54:20Speaker 2: you have to drive home.
- 54:22Speaker 4: Do you remember that night?
- 54:23Speaker 1: Not at all?
- 54:24Speaker 4: What age should you learn to drive? My god, your mom?
- 54:28Speaker 4: What should you learn to try?
- 54:32Speaker 1: What?
- 54:33Speaker 11: She sounds like, come on, this is mom.
- 54:35Speaker 4: Yeah, I think your dad was probably checking the statute's limitations.
- 54:39Speaker 4: Maybe yeah right, yeah, I know what you're talking about.
- 54:43Speaker 4: Remember that one out?
- 54:45Speaker 2: Yeah yeah, and you gave me the keys and said
- 54:49Speaker 2: you have to drive home?
- 54:51Speaker 4: Do you remember that night?
- 54:52Speaker 1: Not at all?
- 54:54Speaker 4: Should you learn to drive?
- 54:56Speaker 1: Thirteen? Experience exactly?
- 55:01Speaker 4: She's like, boy, we were, we were slum.
- 55:09Speaker 8: Drinking.
- 55:10Speaker 4: I was so loaded up on Spanish fly Dad give me.
- 55:14Speaker 1: It was probably like one of those jug wines.
- 55:17Speaker 11: Table line.
- 55:19Speaker 6: Greg is spending time with his parents and they're, you know,
- 55:22Speaker 6: having some wine and having a little conversation here mostly
- 55:24Speaker 6: with with Greg's dad.
- 55:25Speaker 4: And your little little parents by Greg's mom there.
- 55:28Speaker 2: Yeah, right, a little appearance, and then I don't remember
- 55:30Speaker 2: doing this. I basically commenteered my dad's car and changed
- 55:35Speaker 2: it completely. This is clip four any other examples of
- 55:38Speaker 2: when I was an utter disappointment and shame to I
- 55:42Speaker 2: recall one.
- 55:44Speaker 6: He wasted no time, by the way, if you noticed
- 55:46Speaker 6: like it disappointed me. Actually yes, yeah, yeah.
- 55:51Speaker 1: I recall one. It's a funny incident.
- 55:55Speaker 18: I had gone overseas on a work assignment, and I
- 55:58Speaker 18: had lent you my daughters to a eighty z okay,
- 56:02Speaker 18: and I get a phone call from you. You know,
- 56:04Speaker 18: I'm about eight thousand miles away, and you said, hey, Dad,
- 56:08Speaker 18: if you were to paint your car, what color would
- 56:11Speaker 18: you pick? Right?
- 56:13Speaker 1: I said black, and you said, oh, that's what I
- 56:18Speaker 1: just did.
- 56:20Speaker 2: Okay, So I asked you for permission after the fact,
- 56:22Speaker 2: the fact.
- 56:23Speaker 1: That's always easier to ask for forgiveness.
- 56:25Speaker 4: What kind of paint did you use? How I never
- 56:27Speaker 4: heard this story twenty plus years of working.
- 56:29Speaker 2: Together, I had completely forgotten this. So he was on
- 56:32Speaker 2: this work trip that lasted for several months living. I
- 56:35Speaker 2: think it was Sadi Arabia. Okay, you're justy and.
- 56:40Speaker 7: Yeah, he's in Saudi Arabia for months of the time,
- 56:44Speaker 7: god knows where in Eastern.
- 56:45Speaker 11: Europe, so much change his accent.
- 56:47Speaker 2: Yeah, So he had this gold dots in z that
- 56:52Speaker 2: I thought, oh, it's lame, it's gold. I want it
- 56:54Speaker 2: to be black because I'm driving it for a while.
- 56:56Speaker 2: So I took it to this paint company. I don't
- 56:58Speaker 2: know if it exists anymore. It was called called Earl Shot,
- 57:01Speaker 2: of course, and it was like any car for ninety
- 57:04Speaker 2: nine dollars. So I took it in and I got
- 57:06Speaker 2: this crappy ninety nine dollars paint shop, and I was like, yeah,
- 57:09Speaker 2: this is badass. And then I called my dad overseas
- 57:12Speaker 2: and said what he just said.
- 57:14Speaker 4: Maybe I should have asked him first what color he'd
- 57:16Speaker 4: want it.
- 57:16Speaker 2: If you I was going to get it painted, what
- 57:17Speaker 2: would you like it to be?
- 57:19Speaker 6: Black?
- 57:19Speaker 13: Oh?
- 57:21Speaker 2: Probably seven sixteen seventeen killed you. Yeah, I used my
- 57:25Speaker 2: pizza parlor money to paint my dad's car. I forgot
- 57:30Speaker 2: it paints the pea wagon.
- 57:32Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 57:33Speaker 6: Greg's conversation going down Memory Lane and is newly painted
- 57:36Speaker 6: dotson Z with his dad.
- 57:37Speaker 2: And then I brought up you guys. Okay, not many
- 57:41Speaker 2: months ago you were in the same room hung out
- 57:44Speaker 2: with spoke to Woody Menace, Sammy, Woody's wife, Jen, Tim Martinez,
- 57:52Speaker 2: Kevin Lagrett.
- 57:53Speaker 1: Tell me your first impressions. Tell me your thoughts about
- 57:56Speaker 1: the group.
- 57:57Speaker 18: Actually, I was pleasantly so prized what a nice group
- 58:02Speaker 18: of people they are. They came at a moment which
- 58:06Speaker 18: was a difficult time for me. I could see that
- 58:10Speaker 18: the support that they gave to Greg. I really appreciated that.
- 58:15Speaker 18: Now I realized what a what a good congenial working
- 58:19Speaker 18: group you have, And they really did show a lot
- 58:23Speaker 18: of compassion at my difficult time. And I appreciate their.
- 58:29Speaker 1: Coming totally out of character for them, right, I'm so understand.
- 58:34Speaker 6: Yes, wow wd, somebody say something nice, Greg, jeez, the
- 58:41Speaker 6: first and only time you met them?
- 58:42Speaker 8: Yeah, a character?
- 58:43Speaker 1: Oh dare me?
- 58:45Speaker 2: And then they turned into the infamous no sit couch. Yeah,
- 58:51Speaker 2: how he witnessed that because I wouldn't allow my parents
- 58:53Speaker 2: to sit on the count? Now do your parents have
- 58:56Speaker 2: things like that?
- 58:57Speaker 4: Where did? I wonder where that came from?
- 58:58Speaker 1: They wonder the same thing.
- 59:00Speaker 6: People you know, usually kind of pick up on their parents'
- 59:02Speaker 6: lifestyle choices as far as you know, you know, different
- 59:06Speaker 6: things like because maybe your parents had those soaps or
- 59:08Speaker 6: those towels and you couldn't use fancy.
- 59:11Speaker 4: Yeah that was just for the nothing like that. I
- 59:14Speaker 4: think Grake picked up from MTV cribs, always.
- 59:18Speaker 11: No sit room, no couches in plastic at.
- 59:22Speaker 2: Your normal Mario and I replaced the infamous couch that
- 59:28Speaker 2: nobody was allowed to sit on. You witnessed us not
- 59:32Speaker 2: allow you to sit on the couch. We went out
- 59:34Speaker 2: and bought a new couch. So what did we do
- 59:36Speaker 2: to celebrate getting a new couch? We let you sit
- 59:40Speaker 2: on the old couch. How insanely ridiculous do you think
- 59:45Speaker 2: Mario and I are for that entire era of our
- 59:48Speaker 2: no couch life? Be honest, I think this was the.
- 59:52Speaker 18: Most idiotic episode that I've ever witnessed, for real, for real,
- 59:59Speaker 18: When you looked at the couch, I thought, what the
- 1:00:00Speaker 18: heck is going through your minds?
- 1:00:02Speaker 1: What was it like experiencing the no couch?
- 1:00:06Speaker 18: I was so glad that I was able to mess
- 1:00:08Speaker 18: it up a little bit as a partying gesture before
- 1:00:11Speaker 18: you saran wrapped it and got rid of it.
- 1:00:14Speaker 1: So you think we're insane?
- 1:00:15Speaker 4: Yes, yes, no doubt about it. So embarrassing.
- 1:00:22Speaker 2: And then I asked him, well, I brought up the
- 1:00:24Speaker 2: fact that you guys say I hate cops, and he
- 1:00:27Speaker 2: kind of confirmed it. Oh, all right, another thing that
- 1:00:31Speaker 2: everybody says about me? Is that quote, Greg hates cops.
- 1:00:36Speaker 2: Do you have anything to add to that or do
- 1:00:39Speaker 2: you have any proof of that?
- 1:00:40Speaker 18: As a matter of fact, I have proof. And it
- 1:00:43Speaker 18: also was one of my embarrassing moments. We were driving
- 1:00:48Speaker 18: and I was pulled over by the police and I
- 1:00:50Speaker 18: didn't know why. And it turns out that you were
- 1:00:53Speaker 18: in a back seat flipping off the policeman and you
- 1:00:59Speaker 18: had just learned flipping I'm not even sure if you
- 1:01:01Speaker 18: knew what flipping off was at that time, but you
- 1:01:03Speaker 18: knew it wasn't a good sign, right, And so anyway,
- 1:01:07Speaker 18: I had to do some sort of an explanation and
- 1:01:11Speaker 18: apologize for you, and fortunately we got off, or I
- 1:01:16Speaker 18: got off with a with just a warning from the policeman.
- 1:01:20Speaker 18: But it was very embarrassing. But I guess that was
- 1:01:24Speaker 18: sort of a prophecy. So you're attitude towards the police.
- 1:01:28Speaker 2: Maybe, yeah, okay, so maybe they are onto something when
- 1:01:31Speaker 2: they say I hate cops.
- 1:01:33Speaker 4: All right, that's right, that's right, that's right. I got
- 1:01:39Speaker 4: to pop some more trains.
- 1:01:40Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:01:40Speaker 2: Anyway, I'll be here doing heroin if you need me. God, idiot, It's.
- 1:01:47Speaker 1: Okay.
- 1:01:48Speaker 2: Let's end then the misery for me with this final
- 1:01:50Speaker 2: clip where I made one minute confession.
- 1:01:54Speaker 4: All right, little confession, Greg talking to his parents.
- 1:01:56Speaker 1: Well, thanks for talking with us.
- 1:01:58Speaker 2: I guess on that note, I should let you know
- 1:02:00Speaker 2: that back in the days when I was married and
- 1:02:04Speaker 2: house sitting for you, everybody wanted me to let you
- 1:02:07Speaker 2: know that I had sex in your bed.
- 1:02:09Speaker 1: Jesus, where else would you do it?
- 1:02:14Speaker 4: I don't know, maybe my bed. Where else would you
- 1:02:17Speaker 4: do it? And you came in on that. Yeah, we
- 1:02:20Speaker 4: didn't say anything.
- 1:02:21Speaker 1: You wanted me to tell it.
- 1:02:23Speaker 4: That was your paull chill about it.
- 1:02:26Speaker 1: Where else would you do it?
- 1:02:27Speaker 4: Find b speaking of couches, couch, that whole thing. Huh yeah, exactly,
- 1:02:32Speaker 4: all right. I was told to tell you that was spicy.
- 1:02:37Speaker 2: And dad, they made me tell you that's it.
- 1:02:41Speaker 6: Well, Greg, I really enjoyed the conversation. I always enjoy
- 1:02:44Speaker 6: your parents. Your parents are super sweet people. They love
- 1:02:47Speaker 6: you guys, and they definitely nailed their impression of us.
- 1:02:51Speaker 6: Were very cool, great, very very compassionately and very red
- 1:02:56Speaker 6: to get quick break. We got some more Winny show
- 1:02:57Speaker 6: coming up for you next time. What do you know.
- 1:03:02Speaker 3: The show?
- 1:03:02Speaker 4: Fuck, it's like just these fat people standing there. Who
- 1:03:06Speaker 4: are you fart knockers.
- 1:03:08Speaker 9: This is the woody show.
- 1:03:13Speaker 4: I still got a woody sea mess. What did you
- 1:03:19Speaker 4: do for the week of Well, I went to get
- 1:03:23Speaker 4: oral surgery.
- 1:03:26Speaker 8: And we're all, yeah, just uh.
- 1:03:29Speaker 4: Well because of TMJ nighttime clenching from all the Yeah, yeah,
- 1:03:36Speaker 4: because you clench when you do that catches that. Yeah,
- 1:03:41Speaker 4: that's a trans swinging to miss on that joke.
- 1:03:42Speaker 7: But the point is that when you do that, it
- 1:03:45Speaker 7: can lead to gum recession, especially right on your jawline,
- 1:03:49Speaker 7: which is what I had. And there's a couple of
- 1:03:51Speaker 7: different ways to fix that. Number one is they go
- 1:03:53Speaker 7: to the roof of your mouth, slice off a piece
- 1:03:56Speaker 7: of that, and then you tape it on to where
- 1:03:58Speaker 7: your gums are. The other thing, which is what I did,
- 1:04:02Speaker 7: is they take two little meat hooks, grab on your gums,
- 1:04:05Speaker 7: yank them up, and then bio glue them back onto
- 1:04:08Speaker 7: your teeth where they belong.
- 1:04:09Speaker 4: And that's what I got.
- 1:04:10Speaker 11: Okay, were you out cold for things?
- 1:04:12Speaker 4: No, I'm a bad ass. Number one.
- 1:04:14Speaker 7: But number two it's just it's you know, they just
- 1:04:16Speaker 7: suits you up full of an overcaane or whatever light
- 1:04:18Speaker 7: a cane and whatever that is. And so you do
- 1:04:21Speaker 7: already is In fact, you may have noticed I'm still
- 1:04:23Speaker 7: a little bit puffy.
- 1:04:24Speaker 4: So that's that. To be honest, I did those you
- 1:04:29Speaker 4: were a little bit more puffy. I'm like, damn, ready
- 1:04:31Speaker 4: to go hard on vacation, hit some buffets. I'm in
- 1:04:34Speaker 4: my colin jos Era.
- 1:04:37Speaker 10: So I have the same thing, and this hasn't been
- 1:04:39Speaker 10: suggested to me. So I gotta get meat hooks and
- 1:04:41Speaker 10: pull my gums.
- 1:04:42Speaker 7: Well, that's themed like the old the old way, which
- 1:04:44Speaker 7: is still a fine way. But the thing is when
- 1:04:46Speaker 7: they slice the roof of your mouth open, because that regenerates,
- 1:04:48Speaker 7: and it's also the thickness you need for your gums.
- 1:04:51Speaker 7: You can you can only do so much of that
- 1:04:52Speaker 7: at a time, which for like a one off is fine,
- 1:04:55Speaker 7: but for like two different spots, and they get it
- 1:04:57Speaker 7: done all at once, and I just said, let's just
- 1:04:59Speaker 7: do that.
- 1:05:00Speaker 2: I think the receding guns is one that you would
- 1:05:02Speaker 2: have to pull the gums down, not.
- 1:05:05Speaker 4: So you have top and bottom teeth.
- 1:05:07Speaker 1: True, Okay, I'm an idiot. I was like, wait, why
- 1:05:13Speaker 1: would they pull them down?
- 1:05:16Speaker 4: Not as dumb as my sea bask giving mouth parties
- 1:05:18Speaker 4: joke though, there no that.
- 1:05:20Speaker 1: I think I'm stupider.
- 1:05:24Speaker 4: So with a meso, no, I can't play.
- 1:05:27Speaker 7: I can't play trombone and trumpet for like five more
- 1:05:28Speaker 7: wings and quite frankly, the mouth parties, I cannot. I
- 1:05:32Speaker 7: shouldn't be blowing, blowing or spitting. I shouldn't be doing
- 1:05:34Speaker 7: any of that. No skin fluid right right exactly. So yeah, sorry, boys,
- 1:05:38Speaker 7: I'm sorry fellas.
- 1:05:42Speaker 19: For example, the first thing that we make now instead
- 1:05:44Speaker 19: of a poockole clock, see this is a poopole clock.
- 1:05:46Speaker 4: And what we did see is we took them turns
- 1:05:48Speaker 4: and we crammed them in between the number there.
- 1:05:50Speaker 13: So that's one thirty, two, thirty, three, thirty.
- 1:05:52Speaker 7: The Woody show creating awkward moments between Uber drivers and
- 1:05:55Speaker 7: their customers is twenty fourteen.
- 1:05:57Speaker 4: Show Bring Me right Back. The show will be right back.
- 1:06:01Speaker 12: I know.
- 1:06:01Speaker 4: I had a screenshot of it in my head otherwise
- 1:06:04Speaker 4: known as a memory.
- 1:06:05Speaker 6: This is based on how I think, just in general,
- 1:06:09Speaker 6: the weeks in the year have been going. That's no
- 1:06:12Speaker 6: more of an accelebrated pace like lightning plan. I thought
- 1:06:16Speaker 6: something was wrong with the first accent. We were gone
- 1:06:18Speaker 6: for a month, yea, like we were gone for one
- 1:06:20Speaker 6: hour in a one hole. Yeah, so lightning fast, but
- 1:06:24Speaker 6: it's the same every year. It's always a good time
- 1:06:26Speaker 6: because everybody's like on break, I mean all these different
- 1:06:29Speaker 6: radio shows, and you know it's from a radio standpoint,
- 1:06:32Speaker 6: it's a really good week as far as like disrupted
- 1:06:35Speaker 6: listening and everything else to go, Like Morgan, on a
- 1:06:38Speaker 6: scale one to ten, what would you give Labor Day?
- 1:06:39Speaker 15: Okay, I'm giving Labor Day a nine.
- 1:06:41Speaker 4: Out of ten? Is that just because what you did? Okay?
- 1:06:44Speaker 19: Yeah again with my ratings here, any holiday where we
- 1:06:47Speaker 19: get off work automatically bumping in its holiday, it's going
- 1:06:51Speaker 19: to be an eight or above if we get off work.
- 1:06:53Speaker 4: But that's most holidays. But as holidays go Halloween or.
- 1:06:56Speaker 11: Like, do you celebrate privately Labor Day?
- 1:06:58Speaker 6: Ye know, of course not so every day you're giving
- 1:07:00Speaker 6: a what nine out of ten.
- 1:07:02Speaker 15: Because you celebrate working by not working.
- 1:07:05Speaker 4: Yeah, it's a good point as a kid.
- 1:07:07Speaker 2: And you give it a one because it means back
- 1:07:08Speaker 2: to school? Oh yeah, that's the most And that's the.
- 1:07:12Speaker 15: One where you're not supposed to wear white afterwards?
- 1:07:14Speaker 6: White shoes?
- 1:07:15Speaker 11: Yeah, is that thing anymore?
- 1:07:17Speaker 4: I don't know.
- 1:07:19Speaker 15: I think it's a thing.
- 1:07:20Speaker 4: I think dudes wearing white is always so tacky, really yeah.
- 1:07:23Speaker 15: I think it's nice, like the Didy party.
- 1:07:26Speaker 4: Yeah, dudes wearing.
- 1:07:27Speaker 6: You know, it just reminds me of that whole like
- 1:07:29Speaker 6: kind of douchey Miami. Yeah, kind of like that, like
- 1:07:32Speaker 6: that like Florida fancy, Florida fans, Florida fancy, or cousin
- 1:07:37Speaker 6: Eddie with the white shoes.
- 1:07:38Speaker 4: Like the white leather shoes, tacky.
- 1:07:40Speaker 2: I don't own white pants.
- 1:07:42Speaker 11: Good, I could see you with them.
- 1:07:44Speaker 2: Maybe I'll get some.
- 1:07:46Speaker 4: What about Halloween?
- 1:07:47Speaker 19: Okay, Halloween? Well that this is my out of ten.
- 1:07:50Speaker 19: This isn't the only holiday I give a straight up
- 1:07:52Speaker 19: ten out of ten. You can dress sluttie, you know,
- 1:07:56Speaker 19: no matter your age. You can dress like a burrito
- 1:07:59Speaker 19: or like a Stapler's something.
- 1:08:00Speaker 4: Weird sexy Stapley. But what's the quote, Sammy? You can
- 1:08:04Speaker 4: dress like it's from Mean Girls?
- 1:08:07Speaker 13: Right?
- 1:08:08Speaker 17: Oh yeah, I mean yeah, I don't know if there's
- 1:08:10Speaker 17: a quote. But they dress all slutty and then they're like,
- 1:08:13Speaker 17: what are you supposed to because it's just lingerie.
- 1:08:15Speaker 15: She's like, I'm a mouse. Look at the ears, duh,
- 1:08:18Speaker 15: and everyone just in launderine.
- 1:08:20Speaker 11: Whatever ears they have on is what they are.
- 1:08:22Speaker 19: But one thing about Halloween, I commit too hard to costumes.
- 1:08:26Speaker 19: So there is one Halloween I regret because I was
- 1:08:28Speaker 19: Lil Wayne. But that's all I'll say. Out of ten?
- 1:08:34Speaker 4: Did you get did you get crap for it?
- 1:08:36Speaker 5: Oh?
- 1:08:36Speaker 15: Pictures are gone?
- 1:08:38Speaker 4: People give you crap about it at the time.
- 1:08:40Speaker 15: No, but they should have. But I was living in
- 1:08:43Speaker 15: I do love Wayne, how I do too?
- 1:08:45Speaker 1: All Right?
- 1:08:46Speaker 4: So Labor Day was a nine, Halloween is a ten.
- 1:08:48Speaker 13: Yes.
- 1:08:49Speaker 6: The next one after that would be, uh, depending on
- 1:08:52Speaker 6: where you are, Columbus Day or Indigenous People's Day, because
- 1:08:55Speaker 6: that's ok tootin day.
- 1:08:56Speaker 15: Yeah, so let me find it.
- 1:08:57Speaker 19: Okay, I'm given Columbus Day or whatever we're going to
- 1:09:00Speaker 19: call it now a three out of ten because we
- 1:09:03Speaker 19: still have to work but the banks are closed.
- 1:09:06Speaker 15: Tell me how that makes sense?
- 1:09:07Speaker 4: Yeah, Like the parade is big in New York. Yeah,
- 1:09:10Speaker 4: you know, I think you know.
- 1:09:11Speaker 6: So it might be like one of those where the
- 1:09:13Speaker 6: holiday is bigger in certain regions yea, yeah than it
- 1:09:16Speaker 6: is in other places, like Marti Gras obviously huge feeling
- 1:09:20Speaker 6: like falling off New Orleans or Saint Louis. Saint Louis
- 1:09:23Speaker 6: has a huge Marty Grass celebrate.
- 1:09:25Speaker 19: Oh yeah, and it's like politicized now because if you
- 1:09:27Speaker 19: call it the wrong name then oh.
- 1:09:30Speaker 6: Whatever, yeah, all right, so Halloween then that what would
- 1:09:32Speaker 6: be next up? That would be Thanksgiving Thanksgiving, but the
- 1:09:36Speaker 6: one after.
- 1:09:37Speaker 11: Oh October Halloween Thanksgiving.
- 1:09:39Speaker 4: But there's nothing between that and Halloween and Thanksgiving. When
- 1:09:44Speaker 4: it's when's that?
- 1:09:45Speaker 2: If we're going through the calendar, I think we're up
- 1:09:47Speaker 2: to Thanksgiving.
- 1:09:48Speaker 4: We'll start Thanksgiving on a scale one to ten.
- 1:09:51Speaker 15: Morgan giving it a hard six.
- 1:09:54Speaker 4: Older you get, the more you like.
- 1:09:56Speaker 19: I want to say six seven, but I'm sticking with
- 1:09:58Speaker 19: six because you get to see your family.
- 1:10:00Speaker 15: But the one thing I don't like about it, you
- 1:10:02Speaker 15: gain a lot of weight. I have an issue with
- 1:10:04Speaker 15: those holidays where it's just like egg and then sleep
- 1:10:08Speaker 15: and then fight with family.
- 1:10:10Speaker 4: Dude.
- 1:10:10Speaker 6: Thanksgiving is one of my favorites. It's my number one
- 1:10:13Speaker 6: because it's ten eleven. It's a holiday without obligation. I
- 1:10:18Speaker 6: mean some people it is an obligation, meaning like you
- 1:10:21Speaker 6: have to go to.
- 1:10:22Speaker 4: But you don't have to.
- 1:10:24Speaker 6: That's the thing you don't have to, like, you don't
- 1:10:26Speaker 6: have to like, it's whatever you want, right so, like, uh,
- 1:10:29Speaker 6: there's no gifts. That's also big, no decorating no decorating,
- 1:10:34Speaker 6: no gifts. It's just that you hang out, you watch football, family,
- 1:10:38Speaker 6: you eat. Right now, there is maybe some obligation because
- 1:10:41Speaker 6: you come from a broken home, so you have to
- 1:10:43Speaker 6: go to your mom's place for some Thanksgiving and you
- 1:10:45Speaker 6: get to go to your dad's place for things that
- 1:10:47Speaker 6: one Thanksgiving kind of stuff. But you that's up to
- 1:10:49Speaker 6: you to kind of drive what I'm saying, like, it's
- 1:10:52Speaker 6: more like the cards, the gifts. There's not a whole
- 1:10:54Speaker 6: big thing abound the way there is Christmas not supposed
- 1:10:57Speaker 6: to right, or some of these other things there. You know,
- 1:11:00Speaker 6: birthdays are anniversaries or Valentine's and there's more obligations.
- 1:11:03Speaker 2: We're going to get four days off.
- 1:11:04Speaker 15: Yeah, yeah, well, okay, that's true.
- 1:11:07Speaker 4: I wasn't considering the It does become more complicated, right
- 1:11:10Speaker 4: when after you get married you have to go to
- 1:11:12Speaker 4: whose house you're going to go to and things. The
- 1:11:14Speaker 4: best is once you have kids, because then you say, guys,
- 1:11:16Speaker 4: we have kids. Now you need to come to us, right. Yeah,
- 1:11:19Speaker 4: But I don't know.
- 1:11:20Speaker 19: I always thought it was stressful for my mom for
- 1:11:22Speaker 19: people to come into town because then you're cooking, you're cleaning,
- 1:11:25Speaker 19: you've got to make sure you're hosting.
- 1:11:28Speaker 4: Do we want to say Black Friday is a holiday
- 1:11:29Speaker 4: because people treat it as a holiday?
- 1:11:31Speaker 11: Is it anymore?
- 1:11:32Speaker 4: I think it fell off.
- 1:11:33Speaker 19: I didn't even know I can rate it in the moment.
- 1:11:36Speaker 19: I give it like a tube because we're so over
- 1:11:38Speaker 19: the weak fun.
- 1:11:40Speaker 6: We don't do doorbusters anywhere, fight fights, and then and
- 1:11:46Speaker 6: the Christmas would be next, right.
- 1:11:47Speaker 19: Okay, Christmas. I'm going to get some hate from this,
- 1:11:50Speaker 19: and I see you glaring at me already. I'm giving
- 1:11:52Speaker 19: Christmas a seven only because there is so much lead
- 1:11:57Speaker 19: up to it, Yes, for months and months and months,
- 1:12:00Speaker 19: and it only it's only going to get a ten
- 1:12:02Speaker 19: out of ten if you're from a rich family, because
- 1:12:04Speaker 19: I get that, Like you just wake up and you're like, oh,
- 1:12:07Speaker 19: it's Christmas, and then you open a few things and
- 1:12:08Speaker 19: then it's like, oh, it's over.
- 1:12:10Speaker 4: Yes, Christmas.
- 1:12:12Speaker 6: Christmas and weddings are very similar because like there is
- 1:12:15Speaker 6: a lot of work and lead up to something that
- 1:12:18Speaker 6: goes by.
- 1:12:18Speaker 4: Really it's done, it's done. Yeah, it goes by.
- 1:12:21Speaker 17: I mean mine, I guess kind of last days. But
- 1:12:23Speaker 17: also you're only thinking of the presence for Christmas. I
- 1:12:26Speaker 17: guess it's the point there's also movies and cooking and
- 1:12:29Speaker 17: baking are like other things. You're making Christmas dinner together.
- 1:12:32Speaker 17: There's a lot of stuff going on on Christmas.
- 1:12:35Speaker 19: There is family stuff. But you'd be lying if you'd
- 1:12:37Speaker 19: say it wasn't all about gifts. It's all about gifts, not.
- 1:12:41Speaker 6: For me personally now, because I like it for me.
- 1:12:44Speaker 6: I've always liked the around Christmas stuff. So the season itself,
- 1:12:48Speaker 6: I mean, and not too early, like not until Santa's
- 1:12:51Speaker 6: fat ass goes down the prayed route on the the
- 1:12:54Speaker 6: Macy's Thanksgiving Day. Prey, do I allow the house to
- 1:12:57Speaker 6: be decorated. My wife would do it right after Halloween
- 1:12:59Speaker 6: if if she was quote allowed.
- 1:13:01Speaker 3: And I know you like it.
- 1:13:02Speaker 4: You guys love making an issue about that, but it's
- 1:13:04Speaker 4: our it's our house. We have to agree.
- 1:13:06Speaker 6: I don't want Christmas stuff up right after Halloween, but
- 1:13:09Speaker 6: right after the Thanksgiving Day pray put it all up.
- 1:13:11Speaker 6: You can leave it up until you know, after New Year,
- 1:13:14Speaker 6: and then then then once New Year's Day is over,
- 1:13:18Speaker 6: and then all that stuff's got to go. But I like,
- 1:13:21Speaker 6: you know, I like hearing the music in places I
- 1:13:23Speaker 6: don't want to listen to it NonStop. I like watching
- 1:13:26Speaker 6: Nation Lampoon's Christmas vacation and a Christmas story, all those
- 1:13:30Speaker 6: different things. I think I enjoy that. I enjoy the
- 1:13:32Speaker 6: family get together stuff like that. That stuff's cool.
- 1:13:37Speaker 2: Christmas would rule if it was mandatory, no gifts like Thanksgiving.
- 1:13:41Speaker 4: Yeah, make it ten times, I agree. No point Christmas then.
- 1:13:45Speaker 15: Expectation right and leading up to it for a kind
- 1:13:49Speaker 15: of a letdown.
- 1:13:50Speaker 4: But does bring up a good point about the crafts,
- 1:13:53Speaker 4: you know, all the crimes I did so yeah, but
- 1:13:56Speaker 4: so many activities leading to Christmas.
- 1:13:59Speaker 6: Okay, right after the New Year's like New Year's even
- 1:14:03Speaker 6: near Year's Day is kind of whatever I mean, But
- 1:14:04Speaker 6: like New Year's Eve, we'll keep it to New Yars Here's.
- 1:14:07Speaker 19: And maybe this is because I'm in my thirties now,
- 1:14:09Speaker 19: you know, but I used to probably would have given
- 1:14:13Speaker 19: it an eight or nine.
- 1:14:15Speaker 4: I'm going four.
- 1:14:16Speaker 19: I'm with you, girl, it's just over hyped. It's just
- 1:14:19Speaker 19: a bunch of drunk people. And then also sorry sending
- 1:14:23Speaker 19: the hate comments, but the gym is packed with fatties at.
- 1:14:26Speaker 15: This time, and it really piss me off.
- 1:14:30Speaker 4: A wood show, it's a woody show.
- 1:14:36Speaker 6: We can go down all the different little smaller ones,
- 1:14:38Speaker 6: but I'm just going to keep it to a couple
- 1:14:41Speaker 6: more of the bigger ones. So we're asking Morgan because
- 1:14:43Speaker 6: she loves to rate things on a scale of one
- 1:14:45Speaker 6: to ten, and so like, how about how about fourth
- 1:14:49Speaker 6: of July?
- 1:14:50Speaker 15: Oh, fourth of July? Okay, I'm giving this a five
- 1:14:52Speaker 15: out of ten.
- 1:14:53Speaker 3: Oh I know.
- 1:14:56Speaker 15: Well, here's the thing. The deal live fireworks. Once you've
- 1:14:59Speaker 15: seen in them once, when you're like two years old,
- 1:15:01Speaker 15: you see them all unless you're.
- 1:15:03Speaker 4: Setting them off yourself. Unless you're lighting them off yourself,
- 1:15:05Speaker 4: that's fun.
- 1:15:06Speaker 19: And I haven't done that in a long time, so
- 1:15:08Speaker 19: that would be more fun. But I have a problem
- 1:15:10Speaker 19: with people that do the fireworks for like two weeks.
- 1:15:12Speaker 4: Or an after. They're losers.
- 1:15:14Speaker 10: But also maybe this is every holiday for some of you,
- 1:15:16Speaker 10: which is why you're not so excited. But I love
- 1:15:18Speaker 10: a good day, party day, drinking hot that's fourth July
- 1:15:22Speaker 10: so fun.
- 1:15:23Speaker 4: Yeah, go to a lake, you go to a park.
- 1:15:27Speaker 15: Yeah, But I'm sticking with five.
- 1:15:28Speaker 4: Saint Patrick's Day.
- 1:15:29Speaker 15: Saint Patrick's Day?
- 1:15:30Speaker 5: What did I have?
- 1:15:31Speaker 1: Oh?
- 1:15:31Speaker 15: Three out of ten?
- 1:15:32Speaker 4: I agree?
- 1:15:32Speaker 19: It sucks because you don't get off of work right
- 1:15:35Speaker 19: first of all, and then it's not a real holiday
- 1:15:37Speaker 19: and it's all about drunk people and.
- 1:15:39Speaker 4: Not a real holiday. What are you talking about? St? Patrick?
- 1:15:42Speaker 15: Yeah, I kind of lumped this one in with uh.
- 1:15:47Speaker 4: I mean, if you actually.
- 1:15:49Speaker 15: It's just excuse for white people to get fair messed up.
- 1:15:52Speaker 13: You know.
- 1:15:52Speaker 4: Yeah, both holidays are fun if you actually celebrate them.
- 1:15:55Speaker 4: If you're like not celebrating them, I could see why
- 1:15:58Speaker 4: you're like, what's the point.
- 1:16:00Speaker 15: But my main beef with that one is we still work,
- 1:16:02Speaker 15: so it's going to be a five.
- 1:16:05Speaker 4: What about Easter Easter?
- 1:16:08Speaker 15: Okay, here we go, guys, this is my one out
- 1:16:10Speaker 15: of ten. This is ladies. You'll get this.
- 1:16:14Speaker 19: This holiday gives me the ick, like you see a
- 1:16:16Speaker 19: man and you get the ick. Yes, I'm just so
- 1:16:19Speaker 19: turned off by it.
- 1:16:20Speaker 15: It's creepy. You got a big bunny, you know, coming
- 1:16:23Speaker 15: in your house up an eggs where.
- 1:16:25Speaker 11: Okay, you're so right. I didn't grow up with the holiday.
- 1:16:27Speaker 10: But as Sammy knows, because I've said it before, the
- 1:16:29Speaker 10: Easter colors give me, yes, I think it's awful.
- 1:16:34Speaker 4: There are no and Greg will say all holiday decorations
- 1:16:37Speaker 4: are tacked.
- 1:16:38Speaker 11: They are, but the worst of the worst.
- 1:16:40Speaker 4: Grading on that scale, Greg, Easter is the worst.
- 1:16:42Speaker 2: Of Halloween is the worst when it comes to decorating now.
- 1:16:45Speaker 6: Because you can get some hate it, you get some
- 1:16:47Speaker 6: quote cooler ones. There are no cool Easter decorations.
- 1:16:51Speaker 4: Yeah, you're right on Etsy.
- 1:16:55Speaker 6: C Colors has Old Lady Plastic grass was on crosses.
- 1:17:00Speaker 4: I mean there's just no cool black.
- 1:17:04Speaker 6: Candy.
- 1:17:05Speaker 15: And it's always fun. It's fun as a kid hunting
- 1:17:07Speaker 15: around obviously for the eggs.
- 1:17:08Speaker 17: And then also when you're an adult watching kids, when
- 1:17:10Speaker 17: you're staring right at one of the.
- 1:17:14Speaker 15: Stupid I could find better things to do with it.
- 1:17:18Speaker 6: Gave Labor Day a nine. Yeah, what about Memorial Day
- 1:17:21Speaker 6: because that kind of bookends the summer, right.
- 1:17:22Speaker 19: Memorial Day, Yeah, I'm giving it eight eighties because it's
- 1:17:25Speaker 19: a holidays, it's.
- 1:17:25Speaker 4: A party weekend, the party weekend.
- 1:17:27Speaker 6: Also it's a more optimistic one between Memorial Day and
- 1:17:31Speaker 6: Labor Day. And now I know Memorial Day is you
- 1:17:33Speaker 6: don't say Happy Memorial Day because it's you're memorializing people.
- 1:17:36Speaker 6: You know you're going to pain, right, right, But for
- 1:17:40Speaker 6: most people that's, you know, that's what they associate with it,
- 1:17:43Speaker 6: even though that's not the real true meaning. Same with
- 1:17:45Speaker 6: like Easter and Christmas. I mean it's not about presents,
- 1:17:47Speaker 6: and it's not about bunnies and chocolate.
- 1:17:49Speaker 19: So you know, yeah, also does everyone like me? I
- 1:17:52Speaker 19: have a picture from when I was a kid with
- 1:17:54Speaker 19: the Easter bunny and it's like the creepiest look.
- 1:17:56Speaker 10: Those are many favorite pictures people person online. Yeah, the
- 1:17:59Speaker 10: kids are whole hor terrified.
- 1:18:01Speaker 11: The bunnies are menacing.
- 1:18:02Speaker 12: Why do we do that?
- 1:18:03Speaker 11: I don't know.
- 1:18:04Speaker 4: And then well, you know what, I'm not gonna ump
- 1:18:06Speaker 4: them a guy, I was gonna lump them together. I'm
- 1:18:07Speaker 4: not lumping them together. Morgan. On a scale of one
- 1:18:09Speaker 4: to ten, Mother's Day.
- 1:18:12Speaker 19: Okay, Mother's Day, I'm giving it a nine. But that's
- 1:18:15Speaker 19: because I have a soft spot in my heart for
- 1:18:17Speaker 19: my little mom. You know, it's just the one day
- 1:18:20Speaker 19: where you can sind flowers or do something so small
- 1:18:22Speaker 19: that means so much to her.
- 1:18:24Speaker 15: The only problem I have with it is social media.
- 1:18:27Speaker 19: You go on social media on Mother's Day and all
- 1:18:29Speaker 19: you see is people with their moms and the most
- 1:18:31Speaker 19: generic caption of all.
- 1:18:32Speaker 15: Time, I'm the mom. Sorry not sorry, Yeah, like, okay,
- 1:18:36Speaker 15: to get it.
- 1:18:37Speaker 19: Father's Day, Okay, Father's Day ten out of ten because
- 1:18:39Speaker 19: I love to see father's pictures.
- 1:18:41Speaker 4: Oh, super.
- 1:18:44Speaker 15: So every year.
- 1:18:45Speaker 4: Really, I thought for sure.
- 1:18:47Speaker 6: The reason I didn't get put them together is because
- 1:18:50Speaker 6: I thought for sure because people always hold Mother's Day
- 1:18:53Speaker 6: up here and then Father's Day, it's almost an afterthought.
- 1:18:56Speaker 19: Well only the social media aspect is what makes Father's
- 1:18:59Speaker 19: Day better for me?
- 1:19:00Speaker 15: Hell yeah, I'm like, oh that's what you're.
- 1:19:03Speaker 1: Where you get it from.
- 1:19:04Speaker 4: There's Morgan rating things that she always does on a
- 1:19:07Speaker 4: scale of one to ten.
- 1:19:08Speaker 15: I can't help it, guys.
- 1:19:09Speaker 4: Yeah, So Morgan, h we are looking for other things
- 1:19:13Speaker 4: that we can have you rate on a scale of
- 1:19:14Speaker 4: one to ten.
- 1:19:15Speaker 6: If anybody listening has an idea, So, what would would
- 1:19:17Speaker 6: be something you, as a Woodies Show listener would like
- 1:19:19Speaker 6: to hear. Morgan's one to scale are one to ten
- 1:19:23Speaker 6: scale rating on You can hit.
- 1:19:25Speaker 4: Us up on the text anything goes like anything.
- 1:19:28Speaker 6: We just did holidays because we're coming off the holiday
- 1:19:30Speaker 6: and I'll be honest and she will always be honest.
- 1:19:33Speaker 6: And if you have an idea for us, you can
- 1:19:35Speaker 6: hit us up on the text over to two two
- 1:19:37Speaker 6: nine eighty seven. We'll take a quick break. We got
- 1:19:39Speaker 6: some more Woodies show next hang on.
- 1:19:42Speaker 17: And then I went to the last room and I
- 1:19:43Speaker 17: came back and the planet totally changed, totally different experience.
- 1:19:48Speaker 4: I know we're with a Woody show right now. The
- 1:19:55Speaker 4: universe has a way of leading you to where you're
- 1:19:57Speaker 4: supposed to be.
- 1:20:00Speaker 1: I'm just supposed to be there.
- 1:20:03Speaker 6: The Woody showed The Woody Show The Phones open eight
- 1:20:07Speaker 6: seven seven forty four.
- 1:20:08Speaker 4: Woodie sent us a text over to two to nine
- 1:20:11Speaker 4: eight seven.
- 1:20:13Speaker 6: Driver says they were speeding because why a driver in
- 1:20:18Speaker 6: Canada pulled over for going way over the speed limit
- 1:20:21Speaker 6: and a super sweet gray Mini van. Hell yeah, yeah.
- 1:20:26Speaker 6: When the cops asked him why he was speeding, he
- 1:20:28Speaker 6: said his wife was about to have a baby. Yes,
- 1:20:32Speaker 6: wife was about to have a.
- 1:20:33Speaker 10: Baby, diarrhea or he had a leg cramp and he
- 1:20:35Speaker 10: couldn't take his foot off.
- 1:20:36Speaker 4: Again, there's a carbon monoxide leak in my car.
- 1:20:39Speaker 6: I think even if he really did have diarrhea, the
- 1:20:41Speaker 6: cops aren't buying that excuse now because I think everybody's
- 1:20:43Speaker 6: tried to.
- 1:20:43Speaker 8: Use that one.
- 1:20:44Speaker 4: Yeah, I got popular.
- 1:20:46Speaker 6: There have been times. There have been times, and there
- 1:20:49Speaker 6: was one not all that long ago, where man I
- 1:20:51Speaker 6: had to I had to poop so bad. Yeah, I
- 1:20:54Speaker 6: was like, okay, I can make it. Home, and then
- 1:20:55Speaker 6: I'm like, oh, I don't know if I'm making home.
- 1:20:57Speaker 6: I'm essentially standing in my are totally like were my.
- 1:21:03Speaker 4: My feet are.
- 1:21:03Speaker 6: Pressed against the floor like behind the gas pedals, and
- 1:21:06Speaker 6: I'm kind of I'm kind of setting straight, so I'm
- 1:21:08Speaker 6: trying to clench my ass y. Yeah, I'm like, oh
- 1:21:12Speaker 6: my god, where you feel like you're you're just gonna spill, right,
- 1:21:16Speaker 6: And so yeah.
- 1:21:17Speaker 4: I'm basically driving stiff as a board as I'm.
- 1:21:20Speaker 2: Clenching my cheeks. And how much longer in the drive
- 1:21:22Speaker 2: did you have?
- 1:21:23Speaker 4: Maybe five minutes?
- 1:21:24Speaker 6: But I did think because like that last five minutes
- 1:21:26Speaker 6: is all through residential neighborhoods says, And there are always
- 1:21:30Speaker 6: cops hanging out, Like my wife has gotten a couple
- 1:21:33Speaker 6: of tickets because it didn't come to a complete stop
- 1:21:35Speaker 6: at the stop sign, which nobody does at this one
- 1:21:37Speaker 6: particular stop sign. But they're always hanging out in these
- 1:21:40Speaker 6: certain areas. So I'm like, dude, this is gonna be
- 1:21:41Speaker 6: the day that they're there. So I'm like, you know what,
- 1:21:45Speaker 6: I'll tell them, like you can follow me back to
- 1:21:47Speaker 6: my house. You can sit there and watch me prove,
- 1:21:49Speaker 6: because I'm thinking they're never going to buy it, but
- 1:21:51Speaker 6: I'm like, I legitimately feel like my ass is gonna
- 1:21:53Speaker 6: fall out.
- 1:21:54Speaker 15: Well at that, right, you just got to poop there
- 1:21:56Speaker 15: to prove it to them.
- 1:21:58Speaker 6: Yeah, here, I'll bring out the evidence. Look, look it's fresh,
- 1:22:01Speaker 6: it's still warm. Ticket Yeah, please, no ticket?
- 1:22:04Speaker 4: No, okay.
- 1:22:04Speaker 6: So this guy, he was in a super sweet gray
- 1:22:07Speaker 6: minivan haul and asked when he was pulled over, asked
- 1:22:09Speaker 6: why he was speeding, he said he was speeding because
- 1:22:14Speaker 6: any other guesses like cramp like cramp, we heard that
- 1:22:17Speaker 6: one on to ad party. Because he was running out
- 1:22:20Speaker 6: of gas. That's why that's not a good reason, because
- 1:22:24Speaker 6: that would that would burn gas. Which now here's the thing.
- 1:22:28Speaker 6: He was running out of gas. In fact, the gas
- 1:22:30Speaker 6: ran out during the traffic stop. The cops find him
- 1:22:35Speaker 6: for speeding, but he earned a bunch of other finds
- 1:22:37Speaker 6: on top of that because when the cops looked in
- 1:22:40Speaker 6: the van, almost none of the nine people and there
- 1:22:43Speaker 6: were wearing seatbelts, including a three.
- 1:22:44Speaker 4: Year old nine that was going on in this minivan
- 1:22:48Speaker 4: was in.
- 1:22:49Speaker 6: There in a car seat, but no, was not belted
- 1:22:51Speaker 6: into the car seat, was just kind of sitting loose
- 1:22:53Speaker 6: in the car seat.
- 1:22:54Speaker 11: With eight other people that could have trapped it in.
- 1:22:56Speaker 6: Yeah, yeah, yeah, Oh my god. That's always the thing
- 1:22:59Speaker 6: I've wondered, because you know, I've never knock on wood,
- 1:23:02Speaker 6: but like I'm always paying attention. Hey, how much gas
- 1:23:05Speaker 6: do I have?
- 1:23:05Speaker 18: Yeah?
- 1:23:06Speaker 6: Exactly, And there are people who love to push it.
- 1:23:09Speaker 6: They love to push that, like how much more can
- 1:23:12Speaker 6: I get out of it now?
- 1:23:14Speaker 4: To go to the gas station?
- 1:23:15Speaker 6: If you're if you're dirt poor and you're really trying
- 1:23:18Speaker 6: to stretch it as long as you can because you
- 1:23:20Speaker 6: just don't have any money or whatever, Like I can't
- 1:23:23Speaker 6: even understand. I'll understand that. But there are people who
- 1:23:26Speaker 6: it's almost like a game. It's like a game of chicken.
- 1:23:29Speaker 6: Otherwise it doesn't make any sense to me. You see
- 1:23:30Speaker 6: people on the side of the highway or whatever they're
- 1:23:33Speaker 6: so how do we get they're waiting for roadside to
- 1:23:36Speaker 6: bring them some gas. And it does seem to be
- 1:23:39Speaker 6: more women than dudes.
- 1:23:42Speaker 10: That doesn't sound right. Yes, I totally that are waiting
- 1:23:45Speaker 10: for someone to bring them gas.
- 1:23:46Speaker 4: That's always a.
- 1:23:47Speaker 6: Dude who ends up running out of gas and on
- 1:23:51Speaker 6: the side of the road. Is it more women or guys?
- 1:23:53Speaker 4: I'm willing to bet that women numbers on that. I'm
- 1:23:56Speaker 4: willing to bet a.
- 1:23:57Speaker 7: Friend had chat GPT women or guy, and I guarantee it.
- 1:24:01Speaker 7: You could go down the list of like who if
- 1:24:03Speaker 7: you just pull people who has more like warning lights
- 1:24:06Speaker 7: in their dash?
- 1:24:06Speaker 4: You know, like that's different. You're not paying attention, You're
- 1:24:11Speaker 4: not paying attend. Do you have any stat over there?
- 1:24:13Speaker 4: It seems to be against our huh, against our inclinations?
- 1:24:17Speaker 10: You really, men are statistically more likely than women to
- 1:24:20Speaker 10: run out of gas. That despite the common perception that
- 1:24:24Speaker 10: women are more like to wait for the low fuel
- 1:24:26Speaker 10: hold on fuel light to come.
- 1:24:27Speaker 4: On before refuel it. I have an angle on this. Yes, okay, Now,
- 1:24:32Speaker 4: are they getting these numbers because somebody had to go
- 1:24:35Speaker 4: bring them gas? Because if it was a lady, potentially
- 1:24:39Speaker 4: their partner or somebody within their family will go bring
- 1:24:42Speaker 4: them gas calling a service. I'm taking they're the ones
- 1:24:46Speaker 4: who just ran out of gas because.
- 1:24:47Speaker 11: Guys, I think are more like risky risk takers like
- 1:24:50Speaker 11: I can do it.
- 1:24:51Speaker 4: We can make it. Yeah time, I'm not going to stop.
- 1:24:54Speaker 4: Now stop for me exactly.
- 1:24:56Speaker 11: I don't see women doing that.
- 1:24:57Speaker 4: I just don't believe that stat it is women. Yeah, dude,
- 1:25:00Speaker 4: I swear.
- 1:25:01Speaker 6: Yeah, dude, I swear, and you can ask my wife.
- 1:25:03Speaker 6: This is the God's honest truth. Every time, every single
- 1:25:07Speaker 6: time I get in my wife's car to go drive it,
- 1:25:09Speaker 6: it's almost lights on. Oh really yeah, where the message
- 1:25:13Speaker 6: comes up? Would you like just to help you find
- 1:25:14Speaker 6: the closest gas station? I go, how are you driving
- 1:25:16Speaker 6: around always out of gas?
- 1:25:18Speaker 4: I swear? I just filled it up.
- 1:25:20Speaker 1: I'm like, what a we got?
- 1:25:22Speaker 18: She is?
- 1:25:22Speaker 6: She's driving around to all the kids stuff and picking
- 1:25:24Speaker 6: them up and dropping them off here she's doing that
- 1:25:25Speaker 6: whole like you know shuttle service thing.
- 1:25:27Speaker 11: Well that's the other thing. She's making these short stops.
- 1:25:30Speaker 4: So but how do you make it?
- 1:25:31Speaker 6: But how is it that it's just always when I
- 1:25:32Speaker 6: get in the car, that's when you're out against good question,
- 1:25:35Speaker 6: because she knows you'll do it like they people love
- 1:25:37Speaker 6: to push it man, and that this this goes to
- 1:25:40Speaker 6: another survey that does help us a little bit. It
- 1:25:43Speaker 6: says that fifty eight percent of women would call their
- 1:25:46Speaker 6: spouse first for a roadside of emergency, only thirty eight
- 1:25:49Speaker 6: percent of men would.
- 1:25:50Speaker 4: Got to look on how this data was collected. Yeah,
- 1:25:54Speaker 4: it's just a serve, not just a survey. The methodology
- 1:25:58Speaker 4: is important, right, but it says it's a surfing yeah
- 1:26:00Speaker 4: eight seven seven forty four woody. If you want to
- 1:26:03Speaker 4: call in, you can.
- 1:26:04Speaker 6: Set us a text check in over to two two
- 1:26:06Speaker 6: nine eight seven Get some more Woody Show.
- 1:26:08Speaker 4: Next hang on, the Woody Show will be right back.
- 1:26:10Speaker 4: Stick that in your pen and vapor it.
