- 0:00Speaker 1: Three things you need to.
- 0:01Speaker 2: Know Happy Thursday. Were a few minutes behind due to
- 0:05Speaker 2: technical issues, but I think we're up and run in here.
- 0:07Speaker 2: Ricky Sanchez has those three things.
- 0:09Speaker 3: Sophie Turner has been confirmed as a lead for Amazon
- 0:12Speaker 3: Primes the Lara Croft series. This is an adaptation of
- 0:15Speaker 3: the very popular video game, which has been done before,
- 0:18Speaker 3: because there is the Lower Croft Tunbraader movies, the first
- 0:21Speaker 3: ones that started Angelina and joe Lee back in two
- 0:23Speaker 3: thousand and one, and then the one that they remade
- 0:26Speaker 3: in twenty eighteen with Alicia the Candor. So this is
- 0:29Speaker 3: something that's like new but not really new. It's gonna
- 0:33Speaker 3: have its own spin on it. Phoebe waller Bridge is
- 0:35Speaker 3: being billed as the series director, writer, and executive producer.
- 0:40Speaker 4: You probably know her from Fleabag.
- 0:42Speaker 3: Variety has reported that production is going to start January
- 0:45Speaker 3: twenty twenty six for this. If you thought summer was hot,
- 0:48Speaker 3: you were right, because Nashville just experienced the seventh hottest
- 0:51Speaker 3: summer on record. The meteorological Wow, that was hard. I
- 0:56Speaker 3: don't even say that correctly. But the summer ended on
- 0:59Speaker 3: August thirty first, so all the data is up until
- 1:02Speaker 3: that point, and the average temperature finished more than two
- 1:06Speaker 3: degrees warmer than normal. We only broke triple digits once technically,
- 1:11Speaker 3: and we didn't have any heat records, but it was
- 1:13Speaker 3: very humid, which made it feel like it was over
- 1:15Speaker 3: one hundred every single day, which also caused our nighttime
- 1:19Speaker 3: lows to be above average for the majority of the summer.
- 1:21Speaker 3: So if you felt it, you're not crazy. It's a
- 1:24Speaker 3: real thing. And foldable phones are in again. According to
- 1:28Speaker 3: a new survey, around thirty percent of iPhone users are
- 1:30Speaker 3: actually thinking about getting an Android this year just because
- 1:33Speaker 3: they want a foldable phone. And you may think thirty
- 1:36Speaker 3: percent isn't that large, but thirty percent of all iPhones, Like,
- 1:40Speaker 3: that's a lot of all of these iPhone users. The
- 1:43Speaker 3: survey was of two thousand people, so that's a lot
- 1:46Speaker 3: of people that want to switch. Samsung and Google already
- 1:49Speaker 3: have foldable phones, and it seems like iPhone fold is
- 1:52Speaker 3: supposed to come out twenty twenty six. They better hurry
- 1:54Speaker 3: up because they may lose some customers. I personally think
- 1:57Speaker 3: it's hilarious that everybody wants splip phones again. Everything comes back.
- 2:01Speaker 3: I'm Sanchez, and those are the three things you need.
- 2:03Speaker 2: To know thank you, Ricky. I mean, I guess you
- 2:05Speaker 2: can fold any phone if you try hard enough.
- 2:07Speaker 4: That's a bad idea.
- 2:08Speaker 2: We have more Taate McCrae tickets and bad moll week
- 2:10Speaker 2: for the first caller. You can win them in less
- 2:12Speaker 2: than ten minutes.
- 2:13Speaker 5: Right here on the river, Ricky, Zach and Meno in
- 2:17Speaker 5: the morning.
- 2:18Speaker 4: Everybody, are we ready for our unison?
- 2:21Speaker 6: Hello?
- 2:22Speaker 4: Yeah, okay, I'm gonna countdown. When I count down, you
- 2:25Speaker 4: guys have to say.
- 2:26Speaker 3: Good morning to Tiffany and Lebanon three two one.
- 2:30Speaker 2: Good morning to Tiffany.
- 2:32Speaker 4: Okay, that wasn't bad.
- 2:34Speaker 2: It was really good the river.
- 2:36Speaker 7: Thank you.
- 2:37Speaker 4: How you doing this morning? You sound like really hyped
- 2:40Speaker 4: up and ready to go?
- 2:42Speaker 6: Oh your dogs?
- 2:47Speaker 2: Bro hold on, what's let's rewind. We have not yet
- 2:50Speaker 2: told you that you want a single thing, So pump
- 2:52Speaker 2: the brakes on that. Hey now, hey, we'll get there.
- 2:55Speaker 2: We'll get there. But let's talk about this dog. Here's
- 2:57Speaker 2: what's your dog's name? And how old is he or she?
- 3:00Speaker 7: River?
- 3:00Speaker 8: And today?
- 3:02Speaker 9: Of course her name is River one on seventy five river.
- 3:05Speaker 2: That's perfect.
- 3:06Speaker 9: And what kind of dog is she? She's a mixed
- 3:12Speaker 9: I bet she is wild.
- 3:14Speaker 4: I had a big goal and they're a little they're
- 3:16Speaker 4: a little.
- 3:18Speaker 1: Sheet confused.
- 3:22Speaker 3: Oh interesting, Okay, well, happy birthday to River.
- 3:26Speaker 1: Thank you, thank yell.
- 3:27Speaker 10: Let her know what do you what are you doing
- 3:29Speaker 10: to celebrate her birthday?
- 3:31Speaker 7: So I made her a cake and then I was like,
- 3:33Speaker 7: I'm gonna take her to the urban bar.
- 3:36Speaker 11: Yeah yeah, I like singles like.
- 3:40Speaker 7: Too, so.
- 3:43Speaker 3: Mingle honey, Tiffany, I think the best way to find
- 3:46Speaker 3: somebody when you're single is at a dog event, because
- 3:49Speaker 3: then you guys know that you already have one thing
- 3:51Speaker 3: in common that you love dogs.
- 3:53Speaker 2: Right yeah, and it's socially acceptable to sniff butts at
- 3:57Speaker 2: those events. That's how people, how people meet each other.
- 3:59Speaker 9: Why do we talk?
- 4:00Speaker 4: I don't know.
- 4:01Speaker 3: Sometimes, Tiffany, I'm gonna save Kevin from himself and also
- 4:06Speaker 3: you from whatever he's gonna say next by telling you
- 4:08Speaker 3: that you are the first color of the.
- 4:09Speaker 4: Day on one O seven five the River. You're getting
- 4:11Speaker 4: these tickets to Tate McCrae I bridged Down Arena on
- 4:14Speaker 4: September eleventh.
- 4:15Speaker 7: Awesome, thank you very much.
- 4:16Speaker 10: Well, Tiffany, I hate to tell you that you cannot
- 4:19Speaker 10: bring your dog with you, so hopefully you find a
- 4:21Speaker 10: date tonight in a the Urban dog bar.
- 4:24Speaker 7: Yeah yeah, thank you.
- 4:27Speaker 2: Well, thanks for calling, Tiffany, thank you for starting your
- 4:29Speaker 2: day with us. Good luck tonight, and again, happy birthday
- 4:32Speaker 2: to River. Thank you, thank you.
- 4:34Speaker 4: All right, hang on the line, love.
- 4:35Speaker 2: I wonder if the dog like when we're if she's
- 4:37Speaker 2: listening to us and we're constantly saying the river, I
- 4:39Speaker 2: wonder if the dog reacts at all?
- 4:41Speaker 4: Probably yeah, okay, Oh, we should start saying it in
- 4:45Speaker 4: very different inflections, like one of the river. You know,
- 4:49Speaker 4: dogs do like their little head tilts.
- 4:51Speaker 3: Uh whenever they hear do it one more time, Ricky, Nope,
- 4:54Speaker 3: because you're looking at me like you're gonna make fun
- 4:56Speaker 3: of me, So I'm not gonna do it again the.
- 4:58Speaker 2: Same time tomorrow. Last chance of the week to get
- 5:01Speaker 2: these for the first column one O seven five.
- 5:03Speaker 1: The River, Reicky, Zach and Menno in the morning.
- 5:06Speaker 2: You got breaking news this morning. It's one oh seven
- 5:08Speaker 2: five the River. There has been an update to the
- 5:10Speaker 2: English language that everybody needs to hear of breaking news.
- 5:13Speaker 4: We're gonna use breaking news that whole phrase very lightly here.
- 5:18Speaker 2: No, and this is something everybody needs to be aware of.
- 5:20Speaker 3: Everyone does need to be aware of it, but it's
- 5:22Speaker 3: not it's not as serious as you think.
- 5:24Speaker 4: And don't worry. We'll explain.
- 5:26Speaker 2: Make sure you're here in three minutes, we'll tell you
- 5:27Speaker 2: what's going on. It's a big deal.
- 5:29Speaker 5: Next on the river one o seven five, Reicky Zach
- 5:33Speaker 5: and Meno them we're.
- 5:34Speaker 4: Just real dramatic.
- 5:35Speaker 3: About three minutes ago on one oh seven five the River,
- 5:38Speaker 3: he said that there is breaking news.
- 5:40Speaker 4: But you know, now that I know a.
- 5:41Speaker 3: Little bit more about this, it's a big deal and
- 5:44Speaker 3: everyone needs to pay attention.
- 5:46Speaker 2: Okay, we're making a big change, just as a as
- 5:48Speaker 2: a people, just everybody. This is a major update to
- 5:51Speaker 2: the English America. And when I say this is a like,
- 5:54Speaker 2: it's super important. It's super important in my household. Let
- 5:57Speaker 2: me just let me start there.
- 5:58Speaker 9: Okay.
- 5:59Speaker 2: Apparently is a book called friendle that my daughter, she's
- 6:02Speaker 2: my daughter's nine years old. They're reading this at school
- 6:04Speaker 2: and somebody in the book like changes a word to
- 6:06Speaker 2: frindle and it catches on everybody in the world.
- 6:09Speaker 4: Isn't it friend or pen pen exactly?
- 6:12Speaker 2: Yeah, they didn't change the name from pen to frindle,
- 6:14Speaker 2: they changed the word. So I will let Molly, I've
- 6:17Speaker 2: got a little voice note from her. Here here, here's
- 6:19Speaker 2: the update on what other word we are changing the
- 6:21Speaker 2: English language. Are you ready already? So here we go.
- 6:26Speaker 12: So the word we are changing is book. We're changing
- 6:29Speaker 12: it to kamar. Any of you can remember kamar, I
- 6:33Speaker 12: would appreciate it. Tell every single person you know, every person,
- 6:41Speaker 12: but most people.
- 6:47Speaker 4: Not everyone, Okay, calm down there, just most people.
- 6:50Speaker 2: So we are no longer calling books books. A book
- 6:53Speaker 2: is now a kamar.
- 6:53Speaker 9: Are you actually doing that in your house of like
- 6:55Speaker 9: we have?
- 6:56Speaker 2: Hey, get you. It's easier to do it because we
- 6:59Speaker 2: just get corrected.
- 7:00Speaker 4: She is part of like a project right for school
- 7:02Speaker 4: or something like that, or is it something that I
- 7:04Speaker 4: don't even think it? Oh, her and her friends just
- 7:06Speaker 4: want to do this.
- 7:07Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 7:08Speaker 4: Oh that's even cuter though.
- 7:10Speaker 2: And so she's she begged me to talk about it
- 7:12Speaker 2: on the radio. She begged my wife to put it
- 7:14Speaker 2: on social media because she's got a following. So she's
- 7:17Speaker 2: really she's covering all of her bases and trying to
- 7:19Speaker 2: get this out there. Book is no longer book. It's
- 7:22Speaker 2: now come.
- 7:22Speaker 10: I will say, thank goodness, this is the only thing
- 7:24Speaker 10: that does not like pertain to me because I don't
- 7:27Speaker 10: read Kammars.
- 7:29Speaker 9: So I will never say the word.
- 7:31Speaker 2: Thank you for using it there, though you did the
- 7:33Speaker 2: right thing, pass it on, spread the word molly Man. No,
- 7:36Speaker 2: thanks you very much. Ricky's got three things you need
- 7:39Speaker 2: to know coming up.
- 7:40Speaker 3: NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell has talked about Super Bowl halftime
- 7:45Speaker 3: performers and.
- 7:46Speaker 4: There's one that he said could be a maybe.
- 7:49Speaker 2: Oh is he trying to commar somebody for it?
- 7:51Speaker 4: What?
- 7:51Speaker 6: Oh?
- 7:52Speaker 4: Ohn? Three things?
- 7:56Speaker 2: Good morning friends, just past seven o'clock on this Thursday.
- 8:00Speaker 2: Thank you for starting it with us. Ricky's got those
- 8:02Speaker 2: three things.
- 8:02Speaker 3: NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell says that there's a possibility of
- 8:07Speaker 3: Taylor Swift performing at the super Bowl. He was on
- 8:09Speaker 3: the Today Show yesterday where he was asked about Taylor
- 8:11Speaker 3: Swift playing the halftime show at the Super Bowl.
- 8:14Speaker 4: All the hosts could get out of.
- 8:15Speaker 3: Him was a quote maybe. He did also say that
- 8:18Speaker 3: obviously she's welcome. He would be insane if he didn't
- 8:22Speaker 3: welcome her. They should be announcing somewhat soon who the
- 8:25Speaker 3: performer will be. And it feels like every year that
- 8:28Speaker 3: Taylor has new music coming out that all the fans,
- 8:31Speaker 3: you know, she becomes a fan favorite very quickly, and
- 8:33Speaker 3: she has a Life of a show Girl coming out
- 8:35Speaker 3: October third. Also her new engagement to NFL player Travis Kelce.
- 8:40Speaker 3: Everybody wants to just see her on that stage. I
- 8:43Speaker 3: will say, out of all the people that everybody wants,
- 8:46Speaker 3: Taylor makes sense for what everybody wants, like people who
- 8:50Speaker 3: you know are now new fans of football.
- 8:53Speaker 4: But also, you have to.
- 8:55Speaker 3: Pay to be part of the Super Bowl halftime show,
- 8:57Speaker 3: and Taylor Swift does not need to do That's so
- 9:01Speaker 3: I don't really know that that's actually gonna happen, but
- 9:04Speaker 3: once they do announce who it is, I will let
- 9:06Speaker 3: you know. The Nashville Zoo has welcomed new babies. They
- 9:10Speaker 3: now have two ardwolf pups, a brother and a sister.
- 9:14Speaker 4: They're members of the Hyena family. They're going to make
- 9:16Speaker 4: their debut in the.
- 9:17Speaker 3: Zoo's HCA Healthcare Veterinary Center this month.
- 9:21Speaker 4: They also welcomed a spotted Funaloka pup. The female pup
- 9:26Speaker 4: is the.
- 9:26Speaker 3: Fourth to be born at Nashville Zoo, which is the
- 9:29Speaker 3: only facility in the United States and only one of
- 9:31Speaker 3: four in the world.
- 9:32Speaker 4: To house these specific species.
- 9:35Speaker 3: Fana locas are small, nocturnal species that are native to
- 9:39Speaker 3: the lowland and rainforest areas of Madagascar.
- 9:42Speaker 4: All of these little guys are so cute.
- 9:44Speaker 3: I will post pictures of them up on one oh
- 9:46Speaker 3: seven five the River's Instagram page in the stories. They
- 9:49Speaker 3: are absolutely adorable. You need to go see them in person.
- 9:53Speaker 3: And the Powerball jackpot is now one point seven billion dollars.
- 9:58Speaker 3: There was no winter last night for the one point
- 10:01Speaker 3: four billion dollar jackpot, which was the fourth largest.
- 10:04Speaker 4: In game history.
- 10:05Speaker 3: Now the next drawing is happening on Saturday for one
- 10:07Speaker 3: point seven billion. And while I think that you should
- 10:10Speaker 3: all definitely buy a ticket, and I would one hundred
- 10:12Speaker 3: percent believe in being delusional and thinking that you will win,
- 10:15Speaker 3: because sometimes being delulu is the only way of getting
- 10:17Speaker 3: through the day. I do have to say that the
- 10:19Speaker 3: odds of winning the top prize are one.
- 10:21Speaker 4: In two hundred and ninety two point two million, So I.
- 10:25Speaker 2: Would have thought that'd be worse. I'm in worse. I
- 10:28Speaker 2: thought it'd be like one in a billion or something.
- 10:30Speaker 3: Okay, do you understand how much two hundred and ninety
- 10:33Speaker 3: two point two.
- 10:34Speaker 2: Million is not as much as a billion.
- 10:36Speaker 3: That's a solid point. I'm Ricky Sanchez and those are
- 10:39Speaker 3: the three things you need to know.
- 10:40Speaker 2: Thank you, Ricky. We're gonna learn right after Chapel Roan.
- 10:43Speaker 2: Every day about this time, Zach brings a fact to
- 10:46Speaker 2: call it Zach's fax. Doing it next down.
- 10:48Speaker 5: The river one oh seven five the river Reicky and
- 10:50Speaker 5: Zach and Meno.
- 10:51Speaker 3: In the morning, same morning it is time for class
- 10:54Speaker 3: to get into session.
- 10:56Speaker 4: It's Zach's fax on one oh seven five the river.
- 10:58Speaker 10: Did you guys know that hippos cannot swim so apparently
- 11:01Speaker 10: their bones are so big and dense that they are
- 11:03Speaker 10: not buoyant whatsoever. So like, whenever you see them go
- 11:06Speaker 10: into the water, they perform a quote unquote slow motion
- 11:09Speaker 10: gallop on the seafloor or the river bed. What if
- 11:12Speaker 10: it's too deep, then they go through the bottom and
- 11:15Speaker 10: they literally like do their slow motion gallop on the
- 11:18Speaker 10: bottom of the sea floor.
- 11:19Speaker 4: Because you guys have not pictured a hippo doing a
- 11:22Speaker 4: slow motion gallop. I on one hundred percent to suggest
- 11:26Speaker 4: you do that right now.
- 11:27Speaker 9: Like, they can even sleep underwater.
- 11:29Speaker 10: They have a built in reflex that allows them to
- 11:31Speaker 10: like bob up, take a breath, and then sink back
- 11:33Speaker 10: down without waking up.
- 11:35Speaker 9: It's crazy it's impressive. I love hippos. And there's your
- 11:37Speaker 9: fact of the day.
- 11:39Speaker 1: Exactly, Ricky, Zach and Meno in the Morning on.
- 11:44Speaker 3: Season officially starts tonight, and you know, sports can be
- 11:48Speaker 3: really emotional. I want to know of any kind of sport,
- 11:52Speaker 3: game or moment in sports has ever made you cry,
- 11:56Speaker 3: mostly because I want to make myself feel better.
- 11:58Speaker 4: I recently cried watching.
- 12:00Speaker 2: Oh this was recent when this happened?
- 12:02Speaker 4: Yeah, this is reason this year. It was only late
- 12:05Speaker 4: last month.
- 12:06Speaker 2: Ricky's story. What what sporting event made her cry last month?
- 12:09Speaker 2: That's shocking to me. H. And we want to hear
- 12:12Speaker 2: from you as about six one, five, seven, three, seven,
- 12:14Speaker 2: nine one seven if a sport made you cry, we
- 12:17Speaker 2: want to hear it.
- 12:18Speaker 4: Really emotional.
- 12:21Speaker 3: Story.
- 12:23Speaker 1: Ricky and Zach and Meno in the Morning.
- 12:25Speaker 2: Football officially back tonight. The NFL season opener is this evening,
- 12:30Speaker 2: and so in honor of it, we are talking about
- 12:32Speaker 2: sports and asking what sport made you cry? I know
- 12:35Speaker 2: Ricky said she has a story, so they made her
- 12:37Speaker 2: cry very recently. But first let's sa good morning to
- 12:40Speaker 2: Sandra in Nashville High Sandra, good morning morning. What was
- 12:44Speaker 2: it for you? What sport made you Tira up.
- 12:46Speaker 6: In nineteen ninety six, I was sitting in the right
- 12:49Speaker 6: field we choose at Yankee Stadium when they won the
- 12:51Speaker 6: World Series. Oh my god, Oh my gosh, I cried
- 12:56Speaker 6: my eyes up.
- 12:57Speaker 3: That is totally warranted, Sandra. I think everybody was probably
- 13:01Speaker 3: crying around you.
- 13:02Speaker 6: Oh my god. Well, you know, I had been going
- 13:04Speaker 6: the Yankees game for many years and I went, you know,
- 13:07Speaker 6: through the bad years, and you know, every year you thought, oh,
- 13:10Speaker 6: they're not gonna win, they're not getting anywhere. And suddenly,
- 13:14Speaker 6: you know, it was an incredible season. And there I
- 13:17Speaker 6: was with a bunch of but a hundred of my friends.
- 13:21Speaker 6: I was a bleaker creature, and yeah, that was I'll
- 13:26Speaker 6: never forget it. It was unbelievable. And a friend of
- 13:29Speaker 6: mine had a parking pass, which they don't do anymore,
- 13:33Speaker 6: where she could park for the Yankees parts. But we
- 13:36Speaker 6: were in the parking lot when all the limousines came out,
- 13:39Speaker 6: and that was amazing. Some of them rolled down their
- 13:42Speaker 6: windows to wave at us.
- 13:44Speaker 2: I just, oh, my god, a night. That's so cool.
- 13:49Speaker 6: And my daughter got her photo taken with Derry Jeters.
- 13:53Speaker 4: Oh very cool.
- 13:57Speaker 6: Ran to his car and she snapped a real quick.
- 14:00Speaker 6: I have a photo show. I'll send it to you
- 14:02Speaker 6: guys when they seek a team. It was amazing but
- 14:04Speaker 6: very emotional, and I never forgotten.
- 14:08Speaker 4: Sandro. We appreciate you.
- 14:09Speaker 6: Yeah, welcome, Love you guys.
- 14:11Speaker 3: Love you have a great day. Kaylee in Nashville. Tell
- 14:15Speaker 3: us about the times sports made you cry.
- 14:18Speaker 11: So I've done I'm stating for past year. I recently quit,
- 14:22Speaker 11: but I cried almost every single lesson because the skills
- 14:27Speaker 11: that they wanted me to do was really hard and
- 14:30Speaker 11: it was not in my physical ability when I was
- 14:32Speaker 11: shore here.
- 14:35Speaker 13: Yeah, yeah, but it's.
- 14:37Speaker 11: Fine because I got a lot out of it, and
- 14:40Speaker 11: now that I'm out of it, I'm more happy.
- 14:44Speaker 3: We're happy that you're happy now. I will say sports
- 14:48Speaker 3: can be really hard.
- 14:49Speaker 4: They push you to a limit and it can be
- 14:51Speaker 4: very difficult and it's kind of like a lesson that
- 14:55Speaker 4: you sometimes need to learn. But I'm happy that you're
- 14:57Speaker 4: happy now.
- 14:58Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 14:58Speaker 11: I did it ever since I I was like six.
- 15:01Speaker 10: So yeah, do you watch the Olympics and like watch
- 15:04Speaker 10: the Olympic ice skaters?
- 15:05Speaker 11: Yes, and they've always like mesmerized me. I think that's
- 15:08Speaker 11: the one ever reason I got into ice skating.
- 15:10Speaker 10: Yeah, it's a beautiful thing. Well, Kaylee, we appreciate you.
- 15:13Speaker 10: Thank you for calling. Have a beautiful day.
- 15:15Speaker 2: Love did you by Kayleie Ricky? What was it for you?
- 15:18Speaker 1: No?
- 15:18Speaker 4: I also?
- 15:19Speaker 3: Okay, So I want to say first off that I
- 15:21Speaker 3: am always terrible at sports.
- 15:23Speaker 4: I was never good. So I understand Kaylee on.
- 15:26Speaker 3: Such a deep level as somebody who loves to be
- 15:28Speaker 3: good at everything always bad at sports.
- 15:30Speaker 4: But I love watching sports, and.
- 15:32Speaker 3: I love like seeing all of the camaraderie, and I
- 15:34Speaker 3: think it's such a beautiful thing to watch, like professional sports.
- 15:39Speaker 3: And this has nothing to do with the actual sports
- 15:41Speaker 3: part of sports.
- 15:42Speaker 4: Okay, okay, But in July.
- 15:45Speaker 3: In July, San Francisco their mascot, the Giants mascot lou Seal.
- 15:50Speaker 3: He was inducted into the Mascot Hall of Fame during
- 15:53Speaker 3: a pregame ceremony which happened against the Mets. And my
- 15:58Speaker 3: fiance is a huge Mets fan, so we were watching
- 16:00Speaker 3: the Mets play them and all of the mascots came
- 16:05Speaker 3: to watch him get inducted into the Hall of Fame
- 16:07Speaker 3: for mascots.
- 16:08Speaker 9: Okay, that's so cute, Can I subbed? I probably want
- 16:13Speaker 9: to curry.
- 16:14Speaker 2: I don't want to ruin right moments. I'll just be quiet.
- 16:18Speaker 4: It was so cute they all got together. This is
- 16:21Speaker 4: the beauty of sports, is like everybody supporting each other,
- 16:24Speaker 4: especially when you're on a team, like team efforts, all
- 16:26Speaker 4: being part of one ultimate bigger goal. And he had
- 16:29Speaker 4: finally got inducted and they all were there to support him,
- 16:32Speaker 4: and they all like, we're in the sands watching the game.
- 16:35Speaker 1: It was really sweet.
- 16:36Speaker 2: What made you cry? Whats morning then made you cry?
- 16:39Speaker 2: Could be seven.
- 16:43Speaker 1: Ricky, Zach and Menno in the morning, Bendela in Nashville.
- 16:48Speaker 4: Welcome to one oh seven five the River. We're talking
- 16:50Speaker 4: about how emotional sports are. Has a sport or a
- 16:54Speaker 4: sporting event ever made you cry?
- 16:56Speaker 13: Yes, a couple of times, So I'm an emotional person anyway.
- 17:00Speaker 13: But the first time that I could remember was when
- 17:03Speaker 13: my son was playing pee wee football and the five
- 17:06Speaker 13: year olds playing football as a comedy in and of itself.
- 17:10Speaker 13: But the boys went all the way through and they
- 17:12Speaker 13: won them the championship in our state. And seeing them
- 17:15Speaker 13: all excited and all getting their trophies and everything. I
- 17:19Speaker 13: was team mom. My husband was the coach.
- 17:21Speaker 7: We had like a.
- 17:22Speaker 13: Whole family moment and I was sobbing on the sideline.
- 17:25Speaker 13: It was fantastic. And then another time one of my
- 17:28Speaker 13: ultimate favorites. I finally got to see the Boston Red
- 17:33Speaker 13: Sox play at Fenway, and everybody told me, you know,
- 17:37Speaker 13: just get ready for Sweet Caroline. It's like life changing
- 17:41Speaker 13: and you know, here it comes coming during I think
- 17:44Speaker 13: I played during the seventh in a stretch, Sleet Caroline
- 17:47Speaker 13: comes on, the whole stadium erupts and singing it, and
- 17:50Speaker 13: I lost it. I was like, this has got to
- 17:52Speaker 13: be the crust baseball moment in the history of baseball moment.
- 17:56Speaker 3: So it is like these moments that brings every together.
- 18:00Speaker 3: You may not even know the person next to you,
- 18:02Speaker 3: and it spans all ages and demographics and everything and
- 18:06Speaker 3: just having everybody together.
- 18:07Speaker 4: In that moment.
- 18:08Speaker 3: It's always just so cool to watch a.
- 18:10Speaker 4: Sporting gate like a live Can I just say that,
- 18:12Speaker 4: I'm really impressed that you made it to the seventh inning.
- 18:14Speaker 10: Every single time I've gone to a baseball game, I'm like, Okay,
- 18:17Speaker 10: I'm boring.
- 18:17Speaker 2: It sounds like she likes sports maybe a little more
- 18:19Speaker 2: than you do. ANGELA real quick before we let you go,
- 18:22Speaker 2: give us a bump bump on, here we go. I
- 18:24Speaker 2: gonna set you up. Sweet Caraline, so.
- 18:32Speaker 13: Good, so good.
- 18:35Speaker 2: This was fun. Thanks for calling. You made our morning.

- 18:40Speaker 7: You'll have a good one.
- 18:41Speaker 2: Love the Smith tickets, Miles Smith tickets on the way
- 18:45Speaker 2: with the Game of the Day Windows.
- 18:46Speaker 1: Next week, Ricky, Zach and Menno in the morning, Miles.
- 18:50Speaker 3: Smith is playing the Ryman September sixteenth, coming up real fast.
- 18:54Speaker 3: That is what you were playing for for Kevin Manno's
- 18:57Speaker 3: Game of the Day on one O seven five the River.
- 18:59Speaker 4: It is hollow trivia.
- 19:00Speaker 2: Yeah, it's still quite a ways away from Halloween, but
- 19:03Speaker 2: as soon as September hits, we're ready. Let's say good
- 19:05Speaker 2: morning to Jericha in Clarksville. How you doing.
- 19:08Speaker 7: I'm doing good, good morning, good, good morning.
- 19:11Speaker 2: Thank you for listening, thank you for colling, thanks for
- 19:13Speaker 2: being here. I like your chipper mood.
- 19:16Speaker 7: So far.
- 19:17Speaker 2: People have been crushing this game. I don't think anybody's
- 19:19Speaker 2: missed a single question, so no pressure.
- 19:22Speaker 7: Let me be the first one.
- 19:24Speaker 2: Please all right, we'll see you get two out of
- 19:25Speaker 2: three of them. Right. The tickets are yours, Jericha. Your
- 19:28Speaker 2: game starts right now in Nightmare before Christmas? Where do
- 19:34Speaker 2: Jack and Sally live?
- 19:39Speaker 7: Oh, it's okay, give it a second.
- 19:43Speaker 4: You're a little nervous. That's okay, just give it a second.
- 19:46Speaker 7: Not before Christmas? Where do they live in the other world?
- 19:52Speaker 7: Because they're dead.
- 19:53Speaker 2: I mean, it's a good guess. It's a good guess.
- 19:55Speaker 2: You know, each sort of world represents a different holiday,
- 19:58Speaker 2: so they live in Halloween Halloween Town.
- 20:03Speaker 7: Gosh, overthought it.
- 20:04Speaker 4: Okay, that's okay, that's all right. You still you're still
- 20:07Speaker 4: in the game.
- 20:07Speaker 2: I think.
- 20:09Speaker 9: Yeah, he literally puts so much pressure on it.
- 20:12Speaker 2: Okay, the next question here, you get this right, you're
- 20:14Speaker 2: still still alive. What three colors will you find on
- 20:18Speaker 2: traditional candy.
- 20:19Speaker 7: Corn, orange, yellow, and light, Jericha.
- 20:26Speaker 4: You didn't sound very confident in that. You need to
- 20:28Speaker 4: shake it off. Stop overthinking.
- 20:32Speaker 2: Okay, another movie question, good luck here, you get this,
- 20:35Speaker 2: you win. What is the name of the masked villain
- 20:38Speaker 2: in the Scream movies? What do they call that person?
- 20:54Speaker 9: Anytime?
- 20:55Speaker 11: Now?
- 20:57Speaker 10: It is?
- 20:58Speaker 2: Yeah, Oh my goodness.
- 21:00Speaker 3: I held my breath, Jerica. That's my favorite Halloween movie.
- 21:03Speaker 3: I watch it every single year.
- 21:06Speaker 7: And you're I overthought it.
- 21:08Speaker 2: But there we Congratulations you're going to see Miles Smith
- 21:12Speaker 2: at the Rhyman on the sixteenth.
- 21:14Speaker 7: Thank you so much.
- 21:15Speaker 3: You are so welcome. Hang on the line so we
- 21:17Speaker 3: can get some info from you. Okay, okay, now I
- 21:20Speaker 3: almost started screaming. I was so close to screaming ghost.
- 21:26Speaker 2: We don't really have like a shot clock here, but
- 21:28Speaker 2: I was about to enact one. There. She took a while.
- 21:33Speaker 2: Play again tomorrow for the same tickets. Be here for
- 21:35Speaker 2: Halloween Trivia.
- 21:37Speaker 4: Three things.
- 21:38Speaker 2: Thank you so much for starting your Thursday morning with us.
- 21:41Speaker 2: We truly do appreciate it. Ricky Sanchez has those three things.
- 21:44Speaker 3: A teen has been charged in the Nashville pedestrian bridge
- 21:47Speaker 3: incident that happened over the weekend. Metro National Police Department
- 21:51Speaker 3: reported four suspects are sought for an alleged armed attack
- 21:55Speaker 3: on the pedestrian bridge in downtown Nashville over the holiday weekend.
- 21:58Speaker 3: One teen was identified as one of the four suspects
- 22:02Speaker 3: in the incident, where he was pictured holding a gun
- 22:04Speaker 3: after his mother called the police when she saw said picture.
- 22:09Speaker 3: He is charged with two counts of aggravated assault and
- 22:11Speaker 3: unlawful gun possession. They are working to find the three
- 22:14Speaker 3: other suspects that were involved in the act. If you
- 22:17Speaker 3: have any information, they are asking that you reach out
- 22:19Speaker 3: to them. We officially have our first ever female music
- 22:23Speaker 3: curator for Monday Night Football this season. Really exciting stuff. Okay,
- 22:29Speaker 3: so Rapper Sweetie. She's going to hand pick the tracks
- 22:32Speaker 3: for the telecast, pregame show, and promotional spots. She said
- 22:36Speaker 3: in a statement quote Football has always been in my blood,
- 22:39Speaker 3: so I'm beyond grateful to be the first female curator
- 22:41Speaker 3: for Monday Night Football on ESPN.
- 22:44Speaker 4: Really cool moment. I love seeing this.
- 22:46Speaker 3: I love that she has such a connection to football.
- 22:48Speaker 3: This is going to be really cool for everybody involved.
- 22:51Speaker 3: Ed Miller High Life has launched boozy push pops in
- 22:55Speaker 3: their popular Spaghette flavor. If you remember this, I started
- 22:59Speaker 3: talking about this beginning of summer. It is like a
- 23:02Speaker 3: cheaper version of a very fun drink. So it's a
- 23:05Speaker 3: combo of a bottle of Miller High Life beer topped
- 23:10Speaker 3: with a splash of aperal and some lemon juice and
- 23:13Speaker 3: it's called a spaghette.
- 23:16Speaker 4: Now you can get it in a push pop form.
- 23:18Speaker 3: Each pop has five percent alcohol content and it supposedly
- 23:22Speaker 3: tastes like a citrus sorbet kind of vibe going on
- 23:27Speaker 3: subtle hint of beer finish flavoring. It's an adult ice
- 23:31Speaker 3: pop that honestly sounds pretty iconic, So go check it
- 23:34Speaker 3: out for yourself.
- 23:35Speaker 4: Try it out for yourself.
- 23:36Speaker 3: If you love the spaghette as a drink, try it
- 23:39Speaker 3: frozen because why not?
- 23:40Speaker 4: Ambricky Sanchez? And those are the three things you need.
- 23:42Speaker 1: To know Priicky, Zach and Mano in the morning. On one,
- 23:46Speaker 1: I can't believe.
- 23:47Speaker 4: I'm about to ask this question on one of seven
- 23:50Speaker 4: five of the river, but here it goes. Is sexting
- 23:53Speaker 4: with AI considered cheating? Z?
- 23:57Speaker 2: It's a very important question, you guys for twenty twenty five.
- 24:00Speaker 2: This is going to become a real issue in our
- 24:01Speaker 2: in our lifetime.
- 24:02Speaker 3: There's a new study from Datingadvice dot com and the
- 24:05Speaker 3: Kinsey Institute that found that sixty one percent of people
- 24:08Speaker 3: say that sexting with an AI chatbot is considered cheating.
- 24:12Speaker 4: No gray areas. I know you guys are speechless because
- 24:17Speaker 4: you're just thinking about the idea of this and how
- 24:20Speaker 4: I there's a lot to unpack here. But is it
- 24:22Speaker 4: considered cheating or is it not? Since it's not even
- 24:25Speaker 4: an actual person.
- 24:26Speaker 9: I have a lot to say.
- 24:28Speaker 2: I mean, it has a lot to do with your intentions,
- 24:30Speaker 2: you know, like they say, an affair of the heart
- 24:32Speaker 2: is still an affair, you don't.
- 24:33Speaker 4: You know the intentions of I say, they're sexting.
- 24:36Speaker 2: That's what I'm saying.
- 24:36Speaker 4: Six.
- 24:39Speaker 2: Yeah, maybe we come up with a different word.
- 24:41Speaker 4: What it's called you weirdos?
- 24:42Speaker 2: What do you think though? Is this inappropriate? Is it cheating?
- 24:47Speaker 2: Six one, five, seven, three seven nine one seven exchanging
- 24:51Speaker 2: dirty messages with an ai chat I.
- 24:53Speaker 3: Feel like that sounds worse, but whatever.
- 24:57Speaker 1: Recky, Zach and Meno in the morning.
- 24:59Speaker 3: This is a crazy question, I know, but it's something
- 25:02Speaker 3: that we had to bring to you after we read
- 25:04Speaker 3: about it.
- 25:04Speaker 4: It's one oh seven five of the river. We want
- 25:07Speaker 4: to know if.
- 25:07Speaker 3: Sexting with an ai chatbot is considered cheating, because apparently,
- 25:12Speaker 3: according to a new study, sixty one percent of people
- 25:16Speaker 3: see that as cheating with no gray areas whatsoever. So,
- 25:19Speaker 3: Stephanie amount Juliet, what do you think?
- 25:22Speaker 7: I think that not only is it inappropriate, but I
- 25:26Speaker 7: think I would probably be completely evaluating the entire relationship
- 25:32Speaker 7: because what weirdo wants to sex with an AI bot?
- 25:35Speaker 3: Yeah, Okay, so it would be more of like a
- 25:38Speaker 3: judgment on your part as to why.
- 25:41Speaker 7: Yeah, it would be like, oh, you're a weirdo when
- 25:43Speaker 7: I didn't realize this.
- 25:44Speaker 10: Okay, let me play therapist here for a second, because
- 25:47Speaker 10: whenever you say weirdo on my mind immediately goes through
- 25:50Speaker 10: the person that is sexing this AI chatbot is clearly
- 25:54Speaker 10: seeking attention of some sort, like they are not fulfilled
- 25:57Speaker 10: in their current relationship and they need.
- 25:59Speaker 4: Which is that's what's cheating.
- 26:01Speaker 10: Yeah, yeah, so they don't feel like they're cheating because
- 26:03Speaker 10: it's not a real person, it's just a computer. But
- 26:06Speaker 10: then they feel like somewhat validated and like some finally
- 26:10Speaker 10: they feel attractive to someone.
- 26:12Speaker 4: Well it's not someone, it's something something. So that's where
- 26:15Speaker 4: this gets really sure.
- 26:17Speaker 7: I'm like, unless you're asking a ah about different things
- 26:20Speaker 7: that like can physically happen between me and the person
- 26:24Speaker 7: asking AI, I still think it's kind of weird. You know,
- 26:27Speaker 7: if they're not getting enough attention at home, then that's
- 26:30Speaker 7: definitely a conversation that needs to be had or you know,
- 26:33Speaker 7: reevaluate the relationship and move on to a real person.
- 26:37Speaker 10: There are a lot of people that do also do
- 26:40Speaker 10: this because they want to say in the relationship, for
- 26:42Speaker 10: their family, for the children. They don't want to break
- 26:44Speaker 10: up the family, so they're seeking validation elsewhere because they
- 26:48Speaker 10: don't want to mess up with.
- 26:49Speaker 4: Are you some personal experience act?
- 26:52Speaker 2: No, I'm just saying, and I'm not saying, Zach, that
- 26:54Speaker 2: you're on the you know, side of the people that
- 26:56Speaker 2: are engaging in this behavior. But are you saying it's
- 26:59Speaker 2: better to do this with a robot than with a person.
- 27:02Speaker 9: I personally think it's better with a robot than a person.
- 27:05Speaker 6: Yeah, okay, So you'd rather be cheated on.
- 27:08Speaker 7: With a robot than a real person?
- 27:10Speaker 6: Yeah?
- 27:10Speaker 4: Okay.
- 27:10Speaker 3: So would either of you consider this actually cheating though, like,
- 27:14Speaker 3: get rid of the idea of whether you think it's
- 27:16Speaker 3: strange or unusual.
- 27:18Speaker 4: Would this be cheating Stephanie, Oh, oh.
- 27:22Speaker 6: Gosh, Pop, I wouldn't.
- 27:23Speaker 7: Probably not. Would he be yelled at? Okay, but I
- 27:29Speaker 7: guess it wouldn't necessarily be cheating.
- 27:32Speaker 4: Okay, that's fair.
- 27:33Speaker 9: I would say I don't think it's cheating.
- 27:35Speaker 10: I would think that there's something wrong in our relationship
- 27:37Speaker 10: that you need to go to therapy and have a
- 27:38Speaker 10: conversation about.
- 27:40Speaker 4: Okay, we're calling in.
- 27:42Speaker 2: This is honestly super interesting. Yeah, we appreciate you.
- 27:45Speaker 5: Thank you, have a great day, you too, Love ky
- 27:50Speaker 5: Zach and Meno in the morning.
- 27:51Speaker 4: I'm about to blow your mind with a fact.
- 27:54Speaker 3: I found this online yesterday and I was like, this
- 27:57Speaker 3: must be the daily double tap that we play. Just
- 28:00Speaker 3: gonna blow your mind about a specific college that has
- 28:04Speaker 3: very hard admissions to get into this college.
- 28:06Speaker 4: It's something that you would never think about. Play the
- 28:09Speaker 4: daily double tap on one of seven five the river
- 28:11Speaker 4: blow everybody's mind.
- 28:12Speaker 2: I learned this from Steve O who went to Clown School.
- 28:14Speaker 2: It's like one of the hardest, if not the hardest
- 28:17Speaker 2: school to get into in the country.
- 28:19Speaker 5: What percentage of applicants do you think get accepted into
- 28:22Speaker 5: Clown School.
- 28:25Speaker 9: It's gotta be I don't know the percentage. I would
- 28:30Speaker 9: say ten percent. I'll even be nice, I'll say four.
- 28:33Speaker 4: Two percent of applicants get accepted into Clown School.
- 28:38Speaker 2: And now look up what Ivy League school percentage applicants
- 28:41Speaker 2: get in.
- 28:42Speaker 4: In the writing here it says it is less than Harvard,
- 28:46Speaker 4: less than Harvard.
- 28:47Speaker 9: That's crazy to think about.
- 28:50Speaker 4: It's harder to get into Clown College than it is
- 28:53Speaker 4: to get into Harvard University, ninety eight.
- 28:56Speaker 2: Percent of people that a player are not getting in.
- 28:58Speaker 2: That's that's wild.
- 29:00Speaker 10: Like the application process is like, oh, like I'm just
- 29:03Speaker 10: thinking about if you want to be a clown, Like
- 29:06Speaker 10: do you already have to have like your entire costs?
- 29:08Speaker 4: So do they have clown essayts?
- 29:10Speaker 9: I don't know.
- 29:11Speaker 2: You have to see if your feet are really big
- 29:13Speaker 2: to fit in the shoes.
- 29:14Speaker 4: Is theresion the admissions essay?
- 29:17Speaker 9: There's right, I'm very intrigued about this process.
- 29:20Speaker 4: Now we're gonna we both literally just want to go
- 29:22Speaker 4: google it.
- 29:23Speaker 2: Right now, we should all apply just to see if
- 29:24Speaker 2: we get in.
- 29:26Speaker 4: Well, Kevin, I think you're gonna get in.
- 29:28Speaker 8: What I was gonna say, post the video on our
- 29:34Speaker 8: Instagram stories so you can share it and blow your
- 29:37Speaker 8: friend's minds about clown college.
- 29:39Speaker 2: At one O seven five the River who put the
- 29:41Speaker 2: daily Douvil
- 29:41Speaker 1: Tampas there, Ricky, Zach and Menno in the morning on
- 29:45Speaker 1: the river
