A routine traffic stop in Wicomico County turned explosive when 28-year-old Terrell Smullen-Parsons resisted arrest, bit a deputy’s hand, and swallowed suspected cocaine after officers found 247 grams of weed, oxycodone pills, THC edibles, and cash in his car. Both he and the injured officer ended up in the hospital, and Smullen-Parsons now faces serious charges including drug distribution and assaulting an officer — and was later re-arrested in Salisbury with more drugs and cash.
