- 0:09Speaker 1: Advice, Sure's.
- 0:15Speaker 2: Love and love.
- 0:15Speaker 1: Hello, welcome to the Naughty But I sham your host,
- 0:18Speaker 1: Rob Shooter, And it is Tuesday morning, which means our
- 0:20Speaker 1: dear friend Miss d is back from La a world
- 0:23Speaker 1: win trip to La. Welcome home, Delila Dixon.
- 0:27Speaker 2: I am and I had such a great day because
- 0:30Speaker 2: I got to hang out with the Donny.
- 0:35Speaker 1: I love him, I love it. I saw a picture
- 0:37Speaker 1: I posted it on the on the Naughty Facebook page.
- 0:40Speaker 1: You two look adorable together. You were out there, though,
- 0:42Speaker 1: to see Jesus Christ Superstar Synthia a real.
- 0:46Speaker 2: Yes, actually amazing. And we haven't seen Jesus Christ Superstar
- 0:51Speaker 2: where a woman stars in the role. So this was
- 0:54Speaker 2: such an interesting idea. But Adam Lambert, Raoul Esperanza my
- 0:59Speaker 2: little manheart. Oh he just stole my heart. Everybody was incredible,
- 1:02Speaker 2: once in a lifetime experience. So glad I was there.
- 1:06Speaker 1: Wow, rawlis Baras who you know from CSI or those
- 1:09Speaker 1: Law and Order shows. He lives in my building. I
- 1:11Speaker 1: know I see him. I haven't seen him for weeks.
- 1:13Speaker 1: He's been in LA. But oh, mister, do you think
- 1:15Speaker 1: it'll come to Broadway? I don't know if this cast
- 1:17Speaker 1: will do that, though, I think it's just three performances.
- 1:20Speaker 1: They don't want to do like six months.
- 1:21Speaker 2: Yeah, they have so many other projects they're not going
- 1:23Speaker 2: to come and do this. I mean, Cynthia's got books,
- 1:27Speaker 2: She's get Wicked for Good coming out in November. This
- 1:30Speaker 2: was just a once in a lifetime deal to step
- 1:34Speaker 2: in and do something different and new. And it was
- 1:37Speaker 2: Andrew Lloyd Webber Co signs. So that was the most
- 1:40Speaker 2: important thing.
- 1:41Speaker 1: Wow wow Wow. Well, while you were away, I lost
- 1:43Speaker 1: my theater partner. I went to see Billy Porter in Camaie.
- 1:47Speaker 1: We went to see Eddie Redmand together, and I think
- 1:49Speaker 1: we saw Adam Lambert together at Cabaret. Well, Billy Porter's
- 1:54Speaker 1: in the show now. I think it's closing in eight
- 1:55Speaker 1: weeks and he's there to close the show. I got
- 1:58Speaker 1: to say, he's my favorite of all of them. Sings
- 2:00Speaker 1: like a demon. He sings that role and he's so flamboyant.
- 2:05Speaker 1: If you know him from Pose the TV Show or
- 2:07Speaker 1: Kinky Boots, you know that Billy Porter puts in one
- 2:10Speaker 1: hundred percent. Edny Red name was fantastic. Adam Lambert, who
- 2:14Speaker 1: you just saw, mister fantastic. My favorite, though, was Billy Porter.
- 2:19Speaker 1: You have a chance to see Cabaret before it closes
- 2:22Speaker 1: in eight nine, ten weeks. Go and see it and
- 2:24Speaker 1: say hello, Helloa loa to Billy Porter. Okay, let's jump
- 2:27Speaker 1: into the show. What time is it? My friends say,
- 2:29Speaker 1: is tea time? Big story at the top of the show.
- 2:31Speaker 1: We know Blake Lively's biggest fear. So we know a
- 2:34Speaker 1: lot's been going on with the lawsuits. Just a few
- 2:36Speaker 1: days ago, she did a deposition that's where you have
- 2:39Speaker 1: to answer questions. They're normally videos, lots of lawyers there.
- 2:43Speaker 1: Now her legal team are claiming that Justin leaked information
- 2:47Speaker 1: to the press about the deposition, including what she was wearing,
- 2:51Speaker 1: and they painted her as somebody very needy. She turned
- 2:54Speaker 1: up with a gaggle of lawyers, and they painted Justin
- 2:57Speaker 1: as just thereby himself. That wasn't quite true. Justin had
- 3:00Speaker 1: a gaggle of lawyers too. And so this bickering, this
- 3:03Speaker 1: pettiness is going back and forth, and I think really
- 3:06Speaker 1: taking away from a very very serious accusation here, sexual harassment,
- 3:12Speaker 1: assault accusations that are not to be laughed at. But
- 3:15Speaker 1: somehow this story has become so so odd, maybe so silly.
- 3:20Speaker 1: It shouldn't be. It's very, very important. Now we know
- 3:23Speaker 1: that Blake's biggest fear is that her old friend they're
- 3:26Speaker 1: no longer close anymore, Taylor Swift might be writing a
- 3:30Speaker 1: breakup anthem about her. So Taylor is no and misty
- 3:34Speaker 1: for her breakup aanthems. When she breaks up with the guy,
- 3:37Speaker 1: we always get a song. We always love them. She
- 3:40Speaker 1: gets like number one records with these songs. And it's
- 3:43Speaker 1: because it's about your feelings. It's awful, isn't it when
- 3:46Speaker 1: you break up with somebody. I would argue that breaking
- 3:48Speaker 1: up with a boyfriend and girlfriend, it really is awful,
- 3:51Speaker 1: But breaking up with a friend is even harder. To
- 3:54Speaker 1: break up with somebody you've been friends with for maybe
- 3:56Speaker 1: a decade, and you're no longer speaking, you no longer
- 3:59Speaker 1: have yet. I don't know, if I know, I don't
- 4:02Speaker 1: think Taylor's ever done that before. All her breakup songs
- 4:05Speaker 1: have been about love, have been about romance, have been
- 4:08Speaker 1: about boyfriends. I don't think they've had a song from
- 4:11Speaker 1: Taylor about breaking up with a friend. That's the song
- 4:15Speaker 1: I want to hear, and Blake does not want us
- 4:18Speaker 1: to hear it all. What do you think? Well?
- 4:20Speaker 2: I did a little deep dive into Taylor Swift, and
- 4:22Speaker 2: she actually has done a couple of breakup songs about friendships.
- 4:27Speaker 2: Most notably would be bad Blood, which is supposed to
- 4:29Speaker 2: be about Katie.
- 4:31Speaker 1: Harry remember that song.
- 4:34Speaker 2: And she's also written a song about that's allegedly about
- 4:38Speaker 2: Kim Kardashian, but they weren't really hanging out as friends.
- 4:42Speaker 2: So I think that Blake actually has a valid fear
- 4:46Speaker 2: that Taylor does take her life experiences just like most
- 4:51Speaker 2: of us do, but she turns them into actual songs
- 4:55Speaker 2: that becomes top hits that you know, sell records and
- 5:00Speaker 2: and people do very deep dives to find out who
- 5:02Speaker 2: they're about. So Blake might have a very valid fear here.
- 5:07Speaker 1: It's a very valid point. I mean, it's a little
- 5:09Speaker 1: bit of a double edge songed here. Part of me
- 5:11Speaker 1: would love to have a song about me in the
- 5:14Speaker 1: top ten on the radio. Everyone all that song's about
- 5:17Speaker 1: Rob Shooter. However, what do you do for the song's
- 5:19Speaker 1: not very nice about me? It's a really difficult Blake
- 5:22Speaker 1: likes attention, she likes publicity, she likes being Blake Lively.
- 5:25Speaker 1: There is nothing that cements you in the world of
- 5:28Speaker 1: celebrity pop culture than having a Taylor Swift song SNL
- 5:32Speaker 1: SNL making fun of you and Taylor Swift writing a
- 5:34Speaker 1: song about you. They're the two biggest things in pop culture.
- 5:38Speaker 1: That's better than being on the cover of People magazine.
- 5:40Speaker 1: That is huge because it lasts forever. Magazine. It's gone
- 5:44Speaker 1: in a week, isn't it? And so these songs last forever.
- 5:49Speaker 1: I can understand here why Blake is nervous. Thank you
- 5:52Speaker 1: for pointing that. Atmosty I forgot you'll write that Katie
- 5:55Speaker 1: Perry song was huge. I love that song about bad Bloe.
- 6:00Speaker 1: Taylor most likely will do this. I do think that
- 6:04Speaker 1: Blake's fears are valiant. This probably will happen. At some point.
- 6:09Speaker 1: Taylor's going to want to let us know what happened
- 6:12Speaker 1: to this friendship. She's not said a word about it.
- 6:14Speaker 1: She distanced herself from Blake, she removed herself from Blake's world,
- 6:18Speaker 1: but she's never spoken about it. I don't think Taylor
- 6:21Speaker 1: will ever sit down with Oprah Winfrey or one of
- 6:23Speaker 1: the big big interviewers and do a big interview about this.
- 6:27Speaker 1: I don't sing in that as being her style. She's
- 6:30Speaker 1: not going to sit down with the Rolling Stone magazine.
- 6:32Speaker 1: Vanity fair and talk about this. She'll do it in song.
- 6:34Speaker 1: She's only going to talk about Blake in song ANDVN.
- 6:37Speaker 1: She doesn't even name her, so we'll all be guessing.
- 6:39Speaker 1: But it will be really really interesting to hear her
- 6:42Speaker 1: points of view about this, which brings us to our
- 6:45Speaker 1: whole question of the day. Blake Lively is biggest fear?
- 6:48Speaker 1: Is Taylor Swift writing a staving breakup anthem about these
- 6:52Speaker 1: two their relationship? What do you think will she do? It?
- 6:56Speaker 1: Is Blake right to be worried. I think we know
- 6:59Speaker 1: the answer this one. Okay, go and votes on a
- 7:03Speaker 1: Twitter page at Naughty Noise rom Our Facebook page is
- 7:07Speaker 1: Naughty Gossip. I'm sure to check back town mal Raua
- 7:11Speaker 1: to hear your results. Hey Misty, where do you work
- 7:15Speaker 1: it up?
- 7:15Speaker 2: Well, you know, we usually don't get into politics, but
- 7:18Speaker 2: we do have to talk about this story because it's
- 7:20Speaker 2: the intersection of politics and celebrity. So I'm talking about
- 7:24Speaker 2: Sydney Sweeney. She has been invited to the White House
- 7:28Speaker 2: and it is set off a news storm in Hollywood.
- 7:31Speaker 2: Insiders are deeply divided over the rising stars political ties
- 7:36Speaker 2: and being a rising star in Hollywood. So as we know,
- 7:41Speaker 2: she made headlines recently because she did that American Eagle
- 7:44Speaker 2: Denim ad and kind of the theme of it. People
- 7:47Speaker 2: are just talking about what it was, saying, you can
- 7:51Speaker 2: go watch the ad and make your own decisions. She
- 7:54Speaker 2: got some reaction from Donald Trump, who's currently president. He
- 7:58Speaker 2: called her hot, and she's been celebrated by his party. Now,
- 8:05Speaker 2: of course, Rob, you're always in the know, so you know.
- 8:08Speaker 2: She's been invited to a White House cultural event later
- 8:11Speaker 2: this fall, hosted by members of the administration, focused on
- 8:14Speaker 2: young voices shaping American media and fashion. But of course
- 8:19Speaker 2: we know that Hollywood tends to lean democratics or not.
- 8:22Speaker 2: Everyone is cheering. In fact, I found out I found
- 8:26Speaker 2: out that a producer is saying that he won't cast
- 8:28Speaker 2: her because of these high profile political ties. So, I mean,
- 8:34Speaker 2: this is just getting crazy. I mean, how do we
- 8:37Speaker 2: deal how do celebrities deal with the fact that they
- 8:40Speaker 2: have their own opinions, they have their own political ties,
- 8:43Speaker 2: which they're allowed to do this is America, and also
- 8:46Speaker 2: be stars.
- 8:48Speaker 1: Yeah, it's very complicated, and we don't do politics on
- 8:50Speaker 1: the show. We try to be inclusive of everybody. But
- 8:52Speaker 1: when the President of the United States is talking about
- 8:54Speaker 1: a gene commercial. That's what he's focusing on, which he
- 8:58Speaker 1: is and trashing Taylor Swift in the say, I think
- 9:00Speaker 1: you have to believe you're being used a little bit.
- 9:03Speaker 1: And so if you're invited to the White House, normally
- 9:05Speaker 1: it's a great honor and you're there to serve your nation.
- 9:08Speaker 1: But if you're invited just to be used as a
- 9:11Speaker 1: prop to score a political point, I'm not sure if
- 9:14Speaker 1: I would accept this or not. It is so complicated.
- 9:17Speaker 1: She did a commercial, a really controversial commercial. They wanted
- 9:21Speaker 1: it to be commercial. Remember when Brookshields did her Calvin
- 9:24Speaker 1: Kline commercials when she was like sixteen or seventeen, how
- 9:26Speaker 1: controversial they were. These young brands want to get people
- 9:30Speaker 1: talking about them, and Sydney certainly did. However, because so
- 9:34Speaker 1: much was focused on her, then some nosy people checked
- 9:38Speaker 1: out her background and really dug really really deep here,
- 9:42Speaker 1: mystic and found out that she is a registered Republican.
- 9:45Speaker 1: Perfectly fair, it's what her right is. You're allowed to
- 9:48Speaker 1: vote for whoever you want. Well, then when the President
- 9:51Speaker 1: found that out, he then jumped on this. And he's
- 9:54Speaker 1: got the biggest microphone in the world. So what was
- 9:58Speaker 1: a celebrity drama. Now it turned into a global story
- 10:03Speaker 1: thanks to the president's microphone. It is very tricky. She's
- 10:07Speaker 1: in a very difficult position. Hollywood is quite liberal, as
- 10:10Speaker 1: you pointed out, mister. I hope this doesn't cost her
- 10:14Speaker 1: her work. And I hate we're in this place as
- 10:17Speaker 1: a country where if we're with one party or another,
- 10:20Speaker 1: the other side is going to literally cancel us. And
- 10:22Speaker 1: it works both ways here, but using people as props
- 10:26Speaker 1: for your own political agenda, using their celebrity, well, maybe
- 10:30Speaker 1: even to distract when things are not going very well,
- 10:33Speaker 1: when maybe inflation's not good and prices are not great
- 10:36Speaker 1: and everything you promised hasn't really happened. Maybe it's good.
- 10:39Speaker 1: And Jeffrey Epstein, let's not forget about him, Oh my goodness.
- 10:42Speaker 1: Maybe it's all a big distraction. The problem is is
- 10:45Speaker 1: that Sydney's in the middle of this. She hasn't said
- 10:48Speaker 1: anything yet, but it'll be interesting to see what happens. Okay,
- 10:52Speaker 1: moving along, we have a new billion dollar romance Jeffes
- 10:55Speaker 1: arsd Leonardo DiCaprio hanging out together. We spotted them on
- 10:59Speaker 1: his luxury yacht. You know how much is yacht is worth?
- 11:01Speaker 1: Misting four hundred and eighty five million. It's half a
- 11:04Speaker 1: billion dollars on a yacht. They're together now. Source isn't
- 11:08Speaker 1: saying they got quite close, very very quickly. Leo was
- 11:11Speaker 1: at the wedding and they've been really now a sort
- 11:14Speaker 1: of very very good friends, texting, emailing each other. Now
- 11:18Speaker 1: on vacation together. Leo's with his girlfriend Lauren Sanchez Missus.
- 11:22Speaker 1: Bezos is there too, and there's some speculation that maybe
- 11:26Speaker 1: Leo might be in the next Bond. Wow, let me explain.
- 11:29Speaker 1: So Jeff Bezos bought MGM Studios that it's been rebranded
- 11:33Speaker 1: now into Amazon MGM Studios. What's their biggest property. What
- 11:37Speaker 1: do MGM Studios own forever James Bond where we know
- 11:41Speaker 1: Daniel Craig is leaving the franchise. They're looking right now,
- 11:44Speaker 1: they're actively looking for a new new Bond. A person
- 11:48Speaker 1: ultimately that's going to sign off on this is Jeff
- 11:51Speaker 1: Bezos and Laura. Let's be clear, a lot that's going
- 11:52Speaker 1: to have a say in this too. Maybe Leo's up
- 11:55Speaker 1: for that. What my sources are telling me this is
- 11:58Speaker 1: probably not the right fit for Bond. They might want
- 12:00Speaker 1: somebody a little bit younger than Leo, but Jeff now
- 12:04Speaker 1: runs a movie company, a studio, and Leo does have projects,
- 12:09Speaker 1: lots and lots of projects, lots and lots of ideas. Miss.
- 12:12Speaker 1: I know you have four different scripts at the moment
- 12:14Speaker 1: you're working on. Wouldn't you like to have somebody like
- 12:17Speaker 1: Jeff Bezos on your speed dial? Wouldn't you go on
- 12:19Speaker 1: vacation with Jeff Bezos and then over breakfast on that
- 12:22Speaker 1: luxury art You'd be like, Oh, Jeff, I've got an
- 12:25Speaker 1: idea for a movie. That's how deals get done. Anybody
- 12:29Speaker 1: that tells you otherwise, mister, is not telling you the
- 12:32Speaker 1: truth or being naive. If you can sit down with
- 12:36Speaker 1: the decision maker the money, the person that controls the money.
- 12:39Speaker 1: If I can get ten minutes or half an hour,
- 12:41Speaker 1: two minutes with that person, you grab it. And it
- 12:44Speaker 1: doesn't matter if you're Leonardo DiCaprio or Robshooter, Ye grab it.
- 12:48Speaker 1: That's what Leo's doing.
- 12:49Speaker 2: Absolutely, It's all about the green light, and so you
- 12:52Speaker 2: have to get it from the person at the top.
- 12:54Speaker 2: And that's what Leo's doing. I don't think he's up
- 12:57Speaker 2: for bond a lot of people. First of all, it
- 12:59Speaker 2: is a man's job because you're investing in the next
- 13:02Speaker 2: ten to twenty years of your life. And if you
- 13:05Speaker 2: watch Leo on the trailer for his new movie on
- 13:08Speaker 2: Battle after the Other, he looks a little died.
- 13:10Speaker 1: He's like, I'm not taking that fifty now.
- 13:13Speaker 2: And Tom Holland is kind of in the running to
- 13:16Speaker 2: be the next Bond. But anyway, Yes, when you get
- 13:18Speaker 2: an opportunity to sit down with the decision maker, and yes,
- 13:21Speaker 2: get invited on a four hundred million dollar yacht, you
- 13:24Speaker 2: know you and I would be there eating the papaca
- 13:26Speaker 2: and saying, God, wait, I got this little book, I
- 13:29Speaker 2: got this little screw.
- 13:31Speaker 1: Oh that's how it all happens, Missy. I've been in
- 13:33Speaker 1: the pr world, the celebrity world for a really long time.
- 13:36Speaker 1: It happens over a drink of botinos. Yeah, I made
- 13:39Speaker 1: my biggest deals. I got my book deal at drinks
- 13:41Speaker 1: at botinas. None of this pitching. And you know, when
- 13:44Speaker 1: I think we really all have a struggle on our resumes,
- 13:47Speaker 1: on our LinkedIn, we really wanted to be perfect, And
- 13:49Speaker 1: I'm like, all that's important. I'm not dismissing that. But
- 13:53Speaker 1: if you can get just a few minutes with the
- 13:54Speaker 1: decision maker, if you can sit down. Whenever my boss
- 13:57Speaker 1: is called Misty, I jump. You know that if my
- 13:59Speaker 1: boss is are in Tan from Australia and my former
- 14:02Speaker 1: boss from Australia is coming to New York in a
- 14:03Speaker 1: couple of weeks, I'll drop everything because not only do
- 14:06Speaker 1: I want to see him, he's great. You never know
- 14:09Speaker 1: a friend of yours, mister, a boss of yours recently
- 14:11Speaker 1: texted me someone that you worked with on media takeout,
- 14:15Speaker 1: and so I'm gonna call him back and I definitely
- 14:17Speaker 1: will have a cup of coffee. I don't want to
- 14:18Speaker 1: do it over the phone, but if I sit down
- 14:20Speaker 1: with him for twenty minutes, I know we'll have some
- 14:23Speaker 1: sort of what he wants. I might not want, but
- 14:25Speaker 1: I've got several little projects that I want him to promote.
- 14:28Speaker 1: And so I always go into the meetings like Leo,
- 14:31Speaker 1: thinking what do I want? I know what he wants,
- 14:34Speaker 1: what do I want? And somehow we can blend the
- 14:37Speaker 1: two together and we can both walk away winners. That's
- 14:43Speaker 1: how you do it. You've become very good at this
- 14:45Speaker 1: miss thing. I've got to admit, when I met you ten
- 14:47Speaker 1: fifteen years ago, you had no game. You had a
- 14:49Speaker 1: lot of talent, but no game. Now you've got games.
- 14:51Speaker 2: Oh you're so sweet, And I think the most important
- 14:53Speaker 2: thing that you just said. If people take anything away
- 14:55Speaker 2: from this, it's not about the email, not even about
- 14:59Speaker 2: the phone call. If you can actually physically be in
- 15:03Speaker 2: the room with the person. That's why people say deals
- 15:05Speaker 2: are made of with golf, because you're there. You can
- 15:08Speaker 2: read body language, you can have the laughs together, and
- 15:11Speaker 2: you're interacting not just through words, but through everything. How
- 15:15Speaker 2: you look, you talk, your handguesters, and that's what seals
- 15:19Speaker 2: the deal.
- 15:20Speaker 1: So that's right.
- 15:21Speaker 2: Get in the room where it happens.
- 15:25Speaker 1: Get in the room where it happens. Okay, Lorties, you
- 15:28Speaker 1: were in the room right now, and so are me
- 15:30Speaker 1: and Misty hanging out together. We're going to take a
- 15:32Speaker 1: quick break and we will be right back. Welcome back
- 15:37Speaker 1: to the Naughty but Nisha, I'm your hostom Shooter with
- 15:39Speaker 1: idear friend mister hey missive, let's get to the pole.
- 15:43Speaker 1: Yesterday show, we talked about Orlando Bloom and Katie Perry
- 15:46Speaker 1: have spoken and he's really really, really cool with all
- 15:50Speaker 1: the rumors about her and the Canadian former prime minister
- 15:55Speaker 1: who I mispronounced Naughties. His name is just in true, Duck,
- 16:01Speaker 1: got it, I said true to do to Drew. It
- 16:05Speaker 1: is just in true, Joe. I think I've got that right.
- 16:09Speaker 1: I hope I have. Thank you to the naughties that
- 16:11Speaker 1: reach out to me. You don't insult me at all, Honestly,
- 16:14Speaker 1: don't feel bad for reaching out. You all have my email.
- 16:17Speaker 1: If we get something wrong, or if we mispronounce a word, honestly,
- 16:20Speaker 1: do not be shy about it. I welcome all this stuff.
- 16:23Speaker 1: I welcome, welcome the feedback. My email is the naughty
- 16:27Speaker 1: gossip at aol dot com. They normally gossip at aol
- 16:30Speaker 1: dot com. So now we have his right name. We
- 16:33Speaker 1: want to know what you think. Would you be cool
- 16:37Speaker 1: if folks thought one of your exes was dating so
- 16:39Speaker 1: quickly so Justin and Katie they've started to see each other.
- 16:44Speaker 1: I wouldn't call it dating yet. Orlando's fine with him.
- 16:47Speaker 1: Orlando's really cool with it. Would you be cooled to
- 16:49Speaker 1: if your ex moved on this fast? Seventy percent said no,
- 16:53Speaker 1: it's very quick. Miss. Now, what we don't know is that, yes,
- 16:57Speaker 1: they've officially only broken up for a few weeks, but

- 17:36Speaker 2: focus on her dry shampoo and not her new man.
- 17:39Speaker 2: So she put this little funny thing on her Instagram
- 17:43Speaker 2: where she's ruffling through a cluttered brown swede purse, you know,
- 17:48Speaker 2: to promote her new Lolave hair care line. And it
- 17:51Speaker 2: wasn't just about selling the product, because she started dating
- 17:54Speaker 2: this forty nine year old wellness guru and hypnotist Jim Curtis.
- 17:59Speaker 2: So Jennifer's a smart woman, and all the insiders are

- 18:57Speaker 1: calling him a pervert, really really outrageous allegations in the book.
- 19:03Speaker 1: The House of York is under fire, and it looks
- 19:06Speaker 1: like Fergie is finally ready to say goodbye. He divorced

- 19:27Speaker 1: erase the pain. Forgiveness means what happened no longer controls you.
- 19:33Speaker 1: That's simple. That's what forgiveness means. It's not about them.
- 19:36Speaker 1: It's about you taking back your power, releasing the weight,
- 19:42Speaker 1: breaking free from anger, the resentment, the grip of the past.
- 19:47Speaker 1: You forgive to heal, mister, not to excuse, because you
