- 0:00Speaker 1: You guys. Today we are talking about our fears and phobias. Okay,
- 0:05Speaker 1: and as you know, we know no bounds. So I'm
- 0:08Speaker 1: giving you all a trigger warning because I don't really
- 0:10Speaker 1: know what people are going to say, and I certainly
- 0:12Speaker 1: don't know what's coming out of our mouse. So this
- 0:15Speaker 1: is your official trigger warning. Love it with the lights
- 0:19Speaker 1: and all. Woo woo woo, Hello, my loves, Welcome back
- 0:29Speaker 1: to another bonus episode of the Gift Them a La Podcast.
- 0:32Speaker 1: Today we are just so fearful. I'm so skiy.
- 0:39Speaker 2: Oh my god.
- 0:40Speaker 1: I looked at this the list this morning and was like, yo,
- 0:46Speaker 1: why do I want to talk about my phobias and
- 0:48Speaker 1: everyone else's so badly? Then I was thinking, I'm like,
- 0:53Speaker 1: I wonder what Eastern fears like? A true fear, a phobia.
- 0:57Speaker 2: A true some people don't have them, you know when
- 1:00Speaker 2: we did this, read it.
- 1:02Speaker 3: But here's the thing, reading phobias is now, my that's
- 1:06Speaker 3: my phobia? Is it sounds so phobia. My phobia is
- 1:10Speaker 3: reading phobias?
- 1:12Speaker 1: Why your your phobia is developing any of those phobias.
- 1:17Speaker 3: On the list I'm reading And I'm like, I have
- 1:19Speaker 3: way more phobias than I thought. And now I am
- 1:23Speaker 3: sweating and don't want to do any of them.
- 1:25Speaker 2: I'm not loving the word phobia any more. I'm like, oh,
- 1:29Speaker 2: I don't love.
- 1:30Speaker 1: This, Okay, So I first want to venture into yours,
- 1:32Speaker 1: Jessica mine. I think we all we all know what
- 1:38Speaker 1: what what is your what is your fear and your
- 1:42Speaker 1: actual phobia actual phobia where like my body freezes up
- 1:46Speaker 1: and I'm I'm like a different I'm in a different
- 1:49Speaker 1: world or realm is rats.
- 1:52Speaker 2: Oh, I can't even think about it. Rats, rats, you guys,
- 1:58Speaker 2: and it's.
- 1:59Speaker 4: Rat boy summer.
- 2:01Speaker 2: When I when I in college, we had to do
- 2:04Speaker 2: a project where you had to do, like an art class,
- 2:07Speaker 2: a collage of your like a nightmare collage. And I
- 2:11Speaker 2: was like, of your worst fears. And I went to
- 2:15Speaker 2: Google because I was like, well, I can't it's rats,
- 2:18Speaker 2: but I can't put a photo of a rat. I
- 2:20Speaker 2: can't look at a photo of a rat. So let
- 2:22Speaker 2: me do a rat cartoon. And I googled like cartoon
- 2:25Speaker 2: rat froze up, throws absolutely crows up, they popped up.
- 2:32Speaker 1: Okay, let's talk about that real quick. Because as I
- 2:35Speaker 1: was trying to think of my phobias, I started thinking
- 2:40Speaker 1: about people who react like how Jessica's described me. I'm like,
- 2:45Speaker 1: I don't know that. I like freeze up. I have
- 2:49Speaker 1: a fear of these things, but it certainly doesn't take
- 2:52Speaker 1: me into the abyss where I don't know who or
- 2:54Speaker 1: where I am or what my name is.
- 2:56Speaker 2: Like you're saying different levels, you guys, I'm gonna google,
- 3:00Speaker 2: So it's.
- 3:00Speaker 4: Almost like you get paralyzed. I can't.
- 3:03Speaker 2: My breath shortens, I can't. Like it's almost and I
- 3:06Speaker 2: hate it. But people have flight, fight, or freeze, and
- 3:11Speaker 2: that was like one of the main reasons I got
- 3:12Speaker 2: into jiu jitsu was because I got in a scary
- 3:15Speaker 2: situation and I froze, and I was like, what a
- 3:17Speaker 2: weak ass bitch. I always thought I would either flight
- 3:21Speaker 2: or fight, but I'm a freezer. So that is like, Okay,
- 3:25Speaker 2: let's see phobia definition an extreme or irrational fear of
- 3:31Speaker 2: or aversion to something, So you don't have to have
- 3:34Speaker 2: all of those reactions.
- 3:35Speaker 1: Could it be flight, no, fight, fight, freeze, throw up?
- 3:41Speaker 2: Yes, No, there's more. I think there's flight, fight, freeze.
- 3:46Speaker 2: What's the other one?
- 3:48Speaker 4: Throw up, frow.
- 3:57Speaker 2: Thrown up?
- 3:58Speaker 1: Funny? So my mud there used to have a phobia
- 4:01Speaker 1: of rats, and mice, and then she worked for the
- 4:05Speaker 1: Humane Society you know this Easton, Yeah, and now she
- 4:09Speaker 1: loves them. She wants a pet rat. So all we
- 4:11Speaker 1: need to do is make you volunteer in the rodent
- 4:13Speaker 1: section of the of the shelter.
- 4:16Speaker 2: Well, there's the exposure therapy you can do, but I
- 4:18Speaker 2: couldn't do that. I think I'd truly have a heart attack.
- 4:21Speaker 2: And I'm not like exaggerating. I really want to know
- 4:24Speaker 2: your guys' phobia, though, east what's yours?
- 4:27Speaker 4: I was just picturing her in just a pit of
- 4:29Speaker 4: just rats.
- 4:30Speaker 2: I can't I would. I would swim in a pool
- 4:33Speaker 2: of spiders or snakes.
- 4:35Speaker 3: I'd rather touch a mouse, mice, MEAs whatever it is
- 4:41Speaker 3: before I get in anything with snakes.
- 4:44Speaker 4: Oh.
- 4:45Speaker 2: I would jump a thing of snakes on me naked
- 4:47Speaker 2: and let them just slither around.
- 4:49Speaker 4: We're learning things about her today.
- 4:51Speaker 2: Honestly, it sounds nice.
- 4:52Speaker 1: She's like Britney Spears.
- 4:54Speaker 3: Yeah, but no, my my phobia, I think agoraphobia was.
- 5:01Speaker 3: The phobia involves an irrational and extreme fear of being
- 5:04Speaker 3: in places where.
- 5:05Speaker 4: Escape is difficult.
- 5:07Speaker 3: And now you think, like every I didn't know this,
- 5:10Speaker 3: but remember when we flew to.
- 5:12Speaker 4: Hawaiiani.
- 5:13Speaker 3: Yeah, and I just woke up in that panic because
- 5:15Speaker 3: I know I can't.
- 5:17Speaker 4: So threw up. Yeah, so I throw up.
- 5:21Speaker 1: He flowed up and popped a weed.
- 5:25Speaker 4: Gummy got me.
- 5:28Speaker 2: Remember I had to take a so on the flight
- 5:31Speaker 2: to Hawaii, Easton like, well, what was it? You tell me?
- 5:34Speaker 4: Sorry, you guys saw it.
- 5:35Speaker 3: So I was asleep and I got up and it's
- 5:38Speaker 3: like I have to be away from where I just
- 5:41Speaker 3: got up.
- 5:41Speaker 1: But it's a week. It's weird, do you guys? And
- 5:45Speaker 1: I'm going to come back to you. But the time
- 5:48Speaker 1: when we've spoken about it on the podcast, where Easton
- 5:51Speaker 1: would go back to his apartment and then drive my
- 5:54Speaker 1: door would open at like three in the morning and
- 5:57Speaker 1: he'd get in bed in full panic and I'd have
- 6:00Speaker 1: to like calm him down, and then he would calm down,
- 6:03Speaker 1: and all of a sudden he would just fly out
- 6:06Speaker 1: of a dead sleep, and I'd have to say, you're fine,
- 6:09Speaker 1: laid down, you're safe.
- 6:12Speaker 2: Do you know what you're doing or do you almost
- 6:15Speaker 2: like come to while you're pacing or do you wake
- 6:18Speaker 2: up and know exactly like I gotta go.
- 6:20Speaker 3: No, I wake up and it's almost like a nightmare.
- 6:22Speaker 3: I can't remember or put my finger on. So it's
- 6:24Speaker 3: like I wake up.
- 6:25Speaker 4: In a panic.
- 6:26Speaker 3: Yeah, and you get sweating, and then it's like with
- 6:29Speaker 3: all of that getting up and out, I'll I have
- 6:31Speaker 3: to throw up because my anxiety is so high.
- 6:34Speaker 4: But I don't know if it's because I'm in a
- 6:35Speaker 4: place that I know I.
- 6:36Speaker 3: Can't get out of, okay, or if it's just anxiety.
- 6:41Speaker 3: But I think it's that because every time now I'm
- 6:43Speaker 3: thinking about flights, it's somewhere that I can't get out
- 6:46Speaker 3: of easy. Like I'm just in a cylinder in the air.
- 6:48Speaker 3: I can't go anywhere.
- 6:49Speaker 2: So you buried alive is like your what that would be?
- 6:53Speaker 3: I would die before you put me in the box
- 6:54Speaker 3: because I would panic and probably kill my your hart stop.
- 6:58Speaker 4: Yeah, like I would have a heart attack.
- 7:00Speaker 1: Probably you'd go into cardiac arrets, cardiac arrest, and we
- 7:04Speaker 1: would be grateful, Like I hear you, Like I would
- 7:08Speaker 1: be grateful for the cardiac arrest.
- 7:11Speaker 2: Rats are poured all over me. I'd be very grateful
- 7:13Speaker 2: for that.
- 7:14Speaker 1: This is a fun podcast, I know, maybe we trigger warning.
- 7:19Speaker 3: Rogue hair what you I hate like a rogue hair
- 7:26Speaker 3: on your body? Like I'll touch your head but if
- 7:28Speaker 3: you get one of those hairs out and about and
- 7:31Speaker 3: ju jitsu.
- 7:32Speaker 2: You're rolling and there's pubes in your mouth, I mean
- 7:34Speaker 2: not pube.
- 7:35Speaker 1: Sorry, they don't have us wear shoes, socks or.
- 7:44Speaker 2: Pants and jiu jitsu you could be rolling and then yeah,
- 7:47Speaker 2: you get people's hair in your mouth and you.
- 7:49Speaker 1: Got loose hair. Yes, of course, because have you have
- 7:52Speaker 1: you seen the Seinfeld episode At the very beginning, he
- 7:56Speaker 1: does stand up and he's like, everyone wants thick gold,
- 8:00Speaker 1: just hair. When it's attached to the head. We want
- 8:02Speaker 1: to touch it. I want to feel it. It's beautiful.
- 8:04Speaker 1: If one of those hairs makes its way out of the.
- 8:07Speaker 3: Head, you are it is now the most disgusting thing
- 8:12Speaker 3: in the world.
- 8:13Speaker 4: Care is that a phobia?
- 8:15Speaker 1: You know who has that as well?
- 8:16Speaker 4: Euston You probably Mom?
- 8:19Speaker 1: If there's a pee like, well, that's more in her food.
- 8:24Speaker 2: Can we get to your fears because I'm actually dying.
- 8:28Speaker 1: Okay, So this is a fear that I found interesting
- 8:31Speaker 1: and I wonder if anyone wrote in about it. It's
- 8:34Speaker 1: called gamophobia. I don't have this, but it's a fear
- 8:39Speaker 1: of commitment or fear of marriage, which I feel is
- 8:43Speaker 1: running wild in today's day and age.
- 8:47Speaker 2: A fear of commitment and a fear. First off, I
- 8:50Speaker 2: didn't even realize that was a true phobia.
- 8:53Speaker 1: Yeah, I read that this morning and was like, wow,
- 8:57Speaker 1: that seems to be a phobia that a lot of
- 9:00Speaker 1: people are getting.
- 9:02Speaker 2: I might have that, really, Yeah, I might have that.
- 9:07Speaker 2: I gotta explore commitment issues. Okay, to be continued, But
- 9:11Speaker 2: wild do you think you have that?
- 9:13Speaker 4: No?
- 9:14Speaker 1: Okay, I love commitment. Okay, I have no problem saying
- 9:18Speaker 1: just you and me perfect. I love it. I have
- 9:20Speaker 1: no desire. I think I have a fear of I
- 9:25Speaker 1: have a fear of someone doing me. It's not even
- 9:29Speaker 1: really a fear. It's not a phobia. I should say. Okay,
- 9:33Speaker 1: I am a little leery of, like having someone do
- 9:38Speaker 1: me dirty, or maybe bringing someone into my life that
- 9:43Speaker 1: doesn't deserve to be there or moves in a sneaky way.
- 9:46Speaker 1: But as far as this phobia, gamophobia, fear of commitment,
- 9:50Speaker 1: and fear of marriage, I don't have a fear of marriage.
- 9:54Speaker 1: I just don't want to have the paper.
- 9:56Speaker 4: That's right.
- 9:57Speaker 1: Like when I say I don't want to be married,
- 10:00Speaker 1: give me the huge wedding and party, because wedding is
- 10:04Speaker 1: just I guess is celebration. A marriage is once the
- 10:07Speaker 1: like contract comes into play, So give me a celebration.
- 10:12Speaker 1: I just don't want the contract binding us.
- 10:18Speaker 2: I agree with you. Okay, So there's no fear of
- 10:23Speaker 2: commitment there. And also it goes into like fear of
- 10:26Speaker 2: commitment goes into like children, it goes into business, it
- 10:29Speaker 2: works into So I don't think I have the fear
- 10:31Speaker 2: of commitment. You definitely don't, because you're literally having a baby.
- 10:35Speaker 1: Do you have fear of commitment?
- 10:36Speaker 4: Yeah? Do you. I don't think it's fear. I wouldn't
- 10:39Speaker 4: say it's fair. I mean I think it's you want it. No,
- 10:42Speaker 4: I would like it.
- 10:42Speaker 3: I think it's just takes two people and I don't
- 10:45Speaker 3: know where the other person's moving on it.
- 10:47Speaker 1: If I have what you're saying, yes, yes.
- 10:49Speaker 4: So I can't. It's not a phobia.
- 10:51Speaker 1: You know where what easton? And I fear what commitment
- 10:55Speaker 1: in the sense of, like I committed to going to
- 10:57Speaker 1: dinner on Thursday night. Yeah, can advance and it's approaching
- 11:02Speaker 1: and oh my god, I want to cancel so bad.
- 11:05Speaker 2: That's the ship I'm talking about, though, it's not like
- 11:07Speaker 2: a fear, but that's like for me I'm like, you're
- 11:09Speaker 2: asking me to do something next Friday.
- 11:11Speaker 4: Are you qurez better plans could come off?
- 11:15Speaker 1: Yes, And the better plan is usually sitting on my
- 11:18Speaker 1: ass watching the new season of oh C.
- 11:22Speaker 4: Is there anything better than a good cancel?
- 11:24Speaker 2: Other person canceled when the.
- 11:29Speaker 1: Other person canceled.
- 11:30Speaker 4: But I'll cancel too, and Phil is great, you will.
- 11:34Speaker 3: Hell yeah, I'm fels plans.
- 11:37Speaker 1: All right, I'm gonna hurry so that we can get
- 11:39Speaker 1: into everyone else's Okay, So I do have developed in
- 11:43Speaker 1: my older age claustrophobia. When I watched We've spoken about
- 11:47Speaker 1: this on the podcast, Like, for example, when I watch
- 11:51Speaker 1: Poseidon and they get stuck and they have to work
- 11:53Speaker 1: their way up and they're in that tiny little air
- 11:55Speaker 1: duct and they're stuck in there, I'm like, oh my god, No, no,
- 11:59Speaker 1: really a rack noophobia, fear of spiders, which is pretty
- 12:03Speaker 1: common tripe a aphobia, trip in aphobia. I think I'm
- 12:07Speaker 1: saying it wrong, but whatever, holes. No, that doesn't bother me.
- 12:11Speaker 1: But that's a that's a that is a common one,
- 12:15Speaker 1: like beehives, fear of small holes, bunges. No, that's a
- 12:21Speaker 1: fear of needles. I am also, this is very weird.
- 12:28Speaker 1: I have a very big fear of steep things. That's
- 12:34Speaker 1: why steep stairs hills, which is why I don't really
- 12:40Speaker 1: go hiking.
- 12:42Speaker 2: Sure, that's why, because that's.
- 12:45Speaker 4: Exactly that's the only reason why.
- 12:48Speaker 3: No.
- 12:48Speaker 1: But truly, truly, I'm like, that's if I go up,
- 12:54Speaker 1: no issue, but I have to come down, and it
- 12:57Speaker 1: is I do not like it, Okay, don't like going
- 13:01Speaker 1: down things. So that's a fear. That's called bathmophobia. Bath
- 13:06Speaker 1: bathmophobia may feel anxious or feel fearful at the site
- 13:11Speaker 1: of stairs, not the site or a steep incline. If
- 13:16Speaker 1: I see it, I'm fine, Okay.
- 13:18Speaker 4: It's when you had to walk down at your phobia.
- 13:19Speaker 1: Hits when you have to see and I would go
- 13:24Speaker 1: I would never do that, right, but in a movie
- 13:26Speaker 1: or something, i'd really I would never go down that hill. Whatever.
- 13:30Speaker 2: And it's not just when you're pregnant.
- 13:31Speaker 1: This is all the time, at all times. I also
- 13:33Speaker 1: have a huge fear of crossing the street.
- 13:36Speaker 2: That I learned that but like in cities, law or like.
- 13:42Speaker 1: In anywhere, I don't like crossing streets. Why because I'm
- 13:49Speaker 1: worried that we're gonna get hit by something.
- 13:51Speaker 4: It's incredible, you've gotten this far.
- 13:54Speaker 1: Let me tell you something. I was in Utah. I
- 13:57Speaker 1: was in Utah. We were crossing this st you know
- 14:01Speaker 1: exactly where Wasatch Boulevard, and or you can go up
- 14:06Speaker 1: towards like I think the Mill Creek Canyon, or you
- 14:10Speaker 1: can turn towards skyline.
- 14:11Speaker 4: Yeah okay.
- 14:12Speaker 1: And I told everyone please be careful. I don't like
- 14:15Speaker 1: crossing the street, but there's no other way to get
- 14:18Speaker 1: to where we wanted to go, which was the Snowshock
- 14:20Speaker 1: place in the parking lot of Dance and Ace Hardware,
- 14:23Speaker 1: which used to be Hollywood Video. And I was like
- 14:27Speaker 1: telling everyone, and we got across safely, and then coming back,
- 14:31Speaker 1: I remind you, everybody, be careful. I don't like crossing
- 14:35Speaker 1: the streets. Sure enough, we're crossing the street. It's our
- 14:39Speaker 1: right of way. The car that's making a left hand
- 14:41Speaker 1: turn almost hit mom, almost took her the fuck out,
- 14:45Speaker 1: and I slammed onto that bitch's windows. Are you fucking
- 14:49Speaker 1: kidding me?
- 14:51Speaker 3: Lostly just mother and then four dogs walking.
- 15:02Speaker 1: No, but I was yelling at her. I'm I'm like,
- 15:04Speaker 1: this car doesn't see us, this car doesn't see us
- 15:06Speaker 1: at my mom?
- 15:09Speaker 2: She a fucking hit that would have been a TMZ
- 15:13Speaker 2: dream if they recorded that. By the way, Lala kent
- 15:16Speaker 2: at the video, are you or at the window?
- 15:18Speaker 4: Are you fucking kidding?
- 15:19Speaker 2: Mem When was this?
- 15:23Speaker 4: Oh?
- 15:23Speaker 1: This was years ago? Okay.
- 15:24Speaker 2: I learned about your fear of crossing the street in
- 15:27Speaker 2: New York City. If you are in New York City,
- 15:30Speaker 2: you know, people don't wait for like the green crossing guy.
- 15:33Speaker 2: You just cross when you cross, and Laala will sit
- 15:35Speaker 2: there and wait and wait, sit there. And if you're
- 15:39Speaker 2: in fucking New York City, you know, like, oh, we're
- 15:41Speaker 2: gonna sit here for six hours sometimes and she'll sit
- 15:43Speaker 2: there and wait. I have to scoot her across the streets.
- 15:46Speaker 2: Sometimes I'm literally.
- 15:47Speaker 1: Not it doesn't show the walk. The red hand.
- 15:52Speaker 2: Austin New York is a mess because I'm not looking
- 15:54Speaker 2: outside of my peripheral because I'm like, I don't want
- 15:56Speaker 2: to see rats, i don't see I'm not I'm just
- 15:59Speaker 2: looking at it, not crossing the street. We're a fucking mess.
- 16:03Speaker 2: We're a mess in New York.
- 16:07Speaker 1: We are in the mess, no wonder.
- 16:10Speaker 2: We hate it.
- 16:11Speaker 1: Every time I get a call that's like, hey, you
- 16:13Speaker 1: have to be in New York. I look at just
- 16:15Speaker 1: because I'm like, oh god, oh.
- 16:16Speaker 4: No, for how long? Every time she goes to New York.
- 16:20Speaker 4: It's only like a day or two, so I'll be okay.
- 16:24Speaker 1: Oh no, I tell them I go when is the event?
- 16:27Speaker 1: It's Saturday evening. I'm like, great, off line Saturday morning
- 16:32Speaker 1: and I'll be on the red eye out perfect. In fact,
- 16:37Speaker 1: don't even stop the car way out to the event.
- 16:42Speaker 1: We're all back in head back to the airport. Oh no, anyway, I.
- 16:49Speaker 3: Also tell us phobia. Please correct me, talasophobia. Thallasophobia is
- 16:58Speaker 3: a fear of the ocean. And I feel like you
- 17:01Speaker 3: just got that recent.
- 17:02Speaker 1: I did just develop that phobia.
- 17:05Speaker 2: Of the Could you imagine having that phobia with your
- 17:07Speaker 2: daughter ocean?
- 17:09Speaker 1: Like?
- 17:09Speaker 2: Are you actually having But could you go on a boat?
- 17:13Speaker 2: If you could go on a boat, you're good?
- 17:14Speaker 1: If no, Yeah, no, I'll be out in a yacht.
- 17:20Speaker 2: Yeah you have a phobia.
- 17:23Speaker 1: No, I just don't want to get in.
- 17:25Speaker 4: Yeah, it's when you get in the water you freeze.
- 17:27Speaker 4: That's the phobia.
- 17:28Speaker 1: I also have a fear of boogers.
- 17:30Speaker 2: You have a fear of boogers. Oh yeah, I have
- 17:32Speaker 2: fear of tsunamis as well. Wow, we're just exploring all
- 17:35Speaker 2: of our fears.
- 17:38Speaker 1: I staid at the beginning, we're about to be scared today.
- 17:42Speaker 2: Oh my god, people wrote in with you.
- 17:44Speaker 3: I'm excited to see other people's phobias, to see what
- 17:46Speaker 3: I also have.
- 17:48Speaker 2: No, you guys at yes, do you have any more?
- 17:51Speaker 2: A lot that you want to that's all. Okay, here's one.
- 17:53Speaker 2: I don't know what it's called, but Hannah girls starting
- 17:56Speaker 2: a soft strong monkeys talking and acting like humans.
- 18:01Speaker 1: Yeah, that's her fear that they'll start or like I
- 18:05Speaker 1: didn't even watch videos.
- 18:06Speaker 2: No, I think like monkeys. I would assume like the
- 18:09Speaker 2: monkey's doing puzzles and like that freaks her out.
- 18:11Speaker 1: They do do that? Yeah, they do? Do they do
- 18:15Speaker 1: do that?
- 18:16Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 18:16Speaker 1: Wow? I saw a monkey who saw a woman nursing
- 18:21Speaker 1: her baby. The monkey told her to stay right there,
- 18:25Speaker 1: ran over, grabbed her baby, and started nursing her baby.
- 18:28Speaker 1: Oh yeah wow.
- 18:30Speaker 2: Okay, Hazel dying well naked, like how embarrassing?
- 18:35Speaker 1: Oh okay, can I tell you I love this one.
- 18:40Speaker 1: My mom I think has this one too, because she
- 18:42Speaker 1: always says I'm like, I'm just gonna wear my bathrobe
- 18:46Speaker 1: and she goes, Lauren, you cannot, and I'm like why
- 18:49Speaker 1: we're not going in. She's if we were to roll
- 18:51Speaker 1: and you got ejected and you were out there naked,
- 18:55Speaker 1: could you imagine I'm.
- 18:56Speaker 2: Like, wearing your robe in the car? You mean in
- 18:58Speaker 2: the car.
- 18:59Speaker 3: Also, I get that, but I think if you're getting ejected,
- 19:02Speaker 3: She's like, you.
- 19:05Speaker 1: Have to wear underwear. I'm like, I think I'm fine.
- 19:07Speaker 2: That is so funny. I oh my god.
- 19:12Speaker 1: I love these already. These are very strong there.
- 19:15Speaker 2: You know these are so She's like, like, how embarrassing?
- 19:17Speaker 2: With like four g's. I love you, Hazel, so true,
- 19:22Speaker 2: truly truly, Oh my god. Getting in ejected out of
- 19:26Speaker 2: the car.
- 19:27Speaker 4: Just not I mean the.
- 19:30Speaker 2: Flipping through the air of the China, everything just slow
- 19:35Speaker 2: will flying everywhere.
- 19:36Speaker 3: You would look like one of those things you throw
- 19:38Speaker 3: at the wall and it like I hate it.
- 19:43Speaker 2: Oh my god. Okay, Drea Lan cotton balls the way
- 19:49Speaker 2: they feel freaks me out. If I have to touch one,
- 19:51Speaker 2: I cry.
- 19:52Speaker 4: Cotton balls. I was on something else. What did you
- 19:55Speaker 4: think cutting balls? I was like, whoa, what is that
- 19:59Speaker 4: what you heard?
- 20:00Speaker 1: They were absolutely, they were like, we need to call
- 20:04Speaker 1: the police. This is called a serial killer. Leaving her mark.
- 20:10Speaker 1: She's a ball cutting killer.
- 20:13Speaker 4: Dexter.
- 20:14Speaker 2: Oh my god, cotton balls.
- 20:17Speaker 1: Cotton remember it was super cotton balls.
- 20:21Speaker 2: Okay, No, here's what I hate. Here's what I hate. Oh,
- 20:24Speaker 2: I can't think of putting cotton balls in.
- 20:27Speaker 4: Your teeth, and then I have to do that at
- 20:30Speaker 4: the dentist.
- 20:31Speaker 1: Ever, were I like a cotton pad? I'd like to
- 20:35Speaker 1: know if she feels the same about cotton pads.
- 20:38Speaker 2: Cotton pads, Yeah, I just think cotton balls. Yeah, And
- 20:41Speaker 2: then like on that note, when I think about I
- 20:45Speaker 2: don't know why I think about this. Sometimes taking aluminum
- 20:49Speaker 2: foil and crunching it into a ball and then biting
- 20:52Speaker 2: on it with my teeth. Isn't that awful? It's so bad.
- 20:55Speaker 1: It's bad.
- 20:56Speaker 2: It's bad. We're moving on, Kathy, big phobia, bugs and
- 21:01Speaker 2: hearing people eat me? So me sofonia might be funny too,
- 21:06Speaker 2: question Mark, it is funny, but soon fall people. No
- 21:10Speaker 2: people chewing.
- 21:12Speaker 4: I don't think it's a phobio. For me. I feel
- 21:14Speaker 4: like it's just like who raised you? Oh, like, shut
- 21:18Speaker 4: your mouth.
- 21:18Speaker 1: Here's your mouth?
- 21:19Speaker 2: The thing? For me, it's certain people. If Kyle was chewing,
- 21:24Speaker 2: I wasn't bugged by it. Katie, my sister chewing, I
- 21:29Speaker 2: will be like she'll do one chew and I'm like.
- 21:31Speaker 1: What the fuck are you chewing?
- 21:34Speaker 2: She's like, oh.
- 21:35Speaker 4: My god, like stop is she like a smack or
- 21:37Speaker 4: like smack?
- 21:38Speaker 2: I'm like, stop smacking. We said that growing up. Always
- 21:41Speaker 2: stop smacking because.
- 21:43Speaker 4: I hate sippers too, Like, ah, that is so annoying.
- 21:51Speaker 1: It depends. Can I tell you? There are certain people.
- 21:53Speaker 1: If I go to a restaurant and I see how
- 21:54Speaker 1: they're eating, I'm like, if my back is not towards
- 21:57Speaker 1: I can't eat.
- 21:58Speaker 2: Really, it makes you.
- 21:59Speaker 3: Sick, like the p that like if you sit next
- 22:01Speaker 3: to him and you're also messy, well.
- 22:04Speaker 1: Then I just won't eat. I have a very weak stomach.
- 22:07Speaker 1: And then once someone starts talking about something, I'm like, wow,
- 22:10Speaker 1: it's rowan one little thing and I'm like, please, don't
- 22:16Speaker 1: talking about it. No, I'm just saying I know what
- 22:18Speaker 1: you're just saying, and I'm saying, shut the fuck up.
- 22:21Speaker 1: What was the other one though?
- 22:22Speaker 2: The bug was bugs?
- 22:24Speaker 1: Oh yeah, bugs Easton. Do you think Ocean has that one?
- 22:27Speaker 4: What is she there?
- 22:29Speaker 1: Bug?
- 22:30Speaker 4: Oh yeah, she hates bugs. She'll see it.
- 22:32Speaker 1: She'll oh my gosh, oh my gosh, get it. And
- 22:36Speaker 1: I'm like, what is it an ant. There's an air
- 22:39Speaker 1: the floor, and I'm like, it's so tiny, nail it
- 22:43Speaker 1: and flies anything flying.
- 22:46Speaker 2: She freaks, Wow, that's so like not ocean to me.
- 22:50Speaker 1: No, wow, That's why I have to be very careful
- 22:53Speaker 1: because I'm like, the bees, babe, the bees, the bee
- 22:56Speaker 1: we save? Oh? Yes, of course her immediate I know
- 23:01Speaker 1: that at a three year old shouldn't be talking this way,
- 23:03Speaker 1: but she certainly does. She goes kill it, kill it, mom,
- 23:07Speaker 1: I do kill.
- 23:08Speaker 2: It with fire, and I not the bees. Not the bees.
- 23:11Speaker 2: You have to save the bees, Texas bee work the bees, Okay, Whitney,
- 23:18Speaker 2: I love these so much. Wet towels hanging on the
- 23:21Speaker 2: corner of a wooden door.
- 23:23Speaker 1: You wet towels anywhere? Why is your towel.
- 23:28Speaker 4: Wet because you just showered probably.
- 23:30Speaker 1: Even then my towel's not, but I wet that end.
- 23:33Speaker 4: You should have a wet towel wreck.
- 23:37Speaker 2: Yes, I don't like yeah, hanging on the corner. It
- 23:40Speaker 2: doesn't do it for me, like it sounds like it
- 23:42Speaker 2: does it for you. Like I'm like, yeah, I don't
- 23:44Speaker 2: like the thought of it, but like.
- 23:46Speaker 1: Doesn't doesn't Jewel have a song where she talks about
- 23:50Speaker 1: I only wood towels on the floor.
- 23:53Speaker 4: Her.
- 23:53Speaker 1: Ah, I was lonely and.
- 24:00Speaker 2: I don't know jewel?
- 24:01Speaker 1: Are you here?
- 24:02Speaker 2: Was that jewel?
- 24:03Speaker 4: Jewel?
- 24:03Speaker 1: Come on and tell me those lyrics?
- 24:05Speaker 4: Right?
- 24:07Speaker 2: Oh my god? Okay, that was really good. Law. Okay,
- 24:15Speaker 2: the wet towel's interesting. Emily, drowning and getting my blood
- 24:20Speaker 2: drawn and the trajectory of this country.
- 24:26Speaker 1: They're like, well, you can't breathe down there under water
- 24:28Speaker 1: where I need to take a few miles of blood.
- 24:31Speaker 2: Oh you guys know that just freaked me out. I
- 24:33Speaker 2: think the thought of that getting cut underwater and having
- 24:36Speaker 2: the blood like start rushing out. Oh my god, are
- 24:39Speaker 2: you up in the water.
- 24:40Speaker 1: Are you in the ocean?
- 24:41Speaker 2: Yes?
- 24:42Speaker 1: Then immediately I'm starting to think.
- 24:47Speaker 2: And she said, so drowning, getting my blood drawn, and
- 24:50Speaker 2: the trajectory of this country. So she's downward spiraling as
- 24:53Speaker 2: she was to be honest, and Emily.
- 24:57Speaker 1: You are seen and we hear you. I also have
- 25:01Speaker 1: I think it's called homophobia blood. Yeah, I do not
- 25:06Speaker 1: enjoy blood. Getting my blood drawn because now we're talking
- 25:10Speaker 1: about blood and needles.
- 25:13Speaker 2: Disgusting.
- 25:14Speaker 1: Like after I do the PRP and they're like, do
- 25:16Speaker 1: you want to see I'm like, yeah, could you show me,
- 25:21Speaker 1: I'd love to see my face dripping blood? Do you
- 25:25Speaker 1: just penetrated thousands of needles into my skin?
- 25:29Speaker 4: Well?
- 25:29Speaker 2: I don't think I could do that, because can't you
- 25:31Speaker 2: smell the iron?
- 25:34Speaker 4: No?
- 25:35Speaker 1: I can't.
- 25:35Speaker 2: I cannot believe you can do it.
- 25:37Speaker 4: I thought I was good with blood, watched it like
- 25:39Speaker 4: a UFC fight. He got kicked in the face and
- 25:41Speaker 4: I had to go into a Wait.
- 25:43Speaker 2: It was just recently with the eyes.
- 25:47Speaker 4: I don't like blood anymore.
- 25:48Speaker 1: I'm so glad we gave a trigger warning me too.
- 25:52Speaker 1: Blood is not great for people, but some people it
- 25:56Speaker 1: doesn't bother at all.
- 25:58Speaker 4: Yeah, like surgeons.
- 25:59Speaker 2: Like I was going to scourgeons a nurse, a nurse,
- 26:03Speaker 2: and then I went to get my blood drawne with
- 26:04Speaker 2: my mom and passed out and she said why'd you
- 26:07Speaker 2: pass out? And I said because the blood. And then
- 26:09Speaker 2: the nurse said, what are you going to school for?
- 26:11Speaker 2: And I said to become a nurse and she said, oh,
- 26:13Speaker 2: I would probably, And then I changed my major to
- 26:17Speaker 2: give them lalla, to give them fucking lalla.
- 26:20Speaker 1: Yeah, fucking your blood.
- 26:23Speaker 2: This one is so good, Bexter, this is so good.
- 26:29Speaker 2: Tearing my achilles tendon.
- 26:31Speaker 1: Oh is it got in like saw where he slices
- 26:36Speaker 1: them and so you guys, it's like right here, like.
- 26:39Speaker 4: Haven't you ever seen did you see Kobe pop his no?
- 26:43Speaker 1: And it rolls doesn't it roll out?
- 26:45Speaker 3: So like if you you can see a lot of them,
- 26:47Speaker 3: you can. They'll push off it pops out and then
- 26:50Speaker 3: you can see it and it kind of rolls up
- 26:52Speaker 3: like a rubber band in their calf and you can
- 26:54Speaker 3: see when it comes out.
- 26:55Speaker 2: I'm passing, We're passing away.
- 26:57Speaker 4: Yeah, Achilles is crazy.
- 26:59Speaker 2: No, but you you slice the back and saw she
- 27:01Speaker 2: was sitting in the chair and he goes he said
- 27:04Speaker 2: something like can you get up? I don't know if
- 27:06Speaker 2: he if I made it up, and then slices as
- 27:09Speaker 2: they were standing up, he slices the Achilles tendons and
- 27:12Speaker 2: they fall over.
- 27:13Speaker 1: Okay, we're.
- 27:16Speaker 2: Gonna leave on a lighter one. Oh my god, Okay,
- 27:20Speaker 2: this isn't well. Sinkholes just waiting for the day the
- 27:23Speaker 2: earth swallows me whole.
- 27:25Speaker 1: Did you guys see that soccer field video sinkhole?
- 27:29Speaker 2: What?
- 27:30Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 27:30Speaker 1: I think it was in It was in La County,
- 27:33Speaker 1: I think. And there's just cameras because it's on not
- 27:39Speaker 1: a main road. It's like a like a wreck area
- 27:44Speaker 1: and all of a sudden.
- 27:45Speaker 4: Just.
- 27:46Speaker 2: What do you mean the grass? I don't know if
- 27:49Speaker 2: I know what a sinkhole is, but I I always
- 27:51Speaker 2: had a fear that I would be caught in quicksand
- 27:54Speaker 2: But what the hell is a sinkhole?
- 27:56Speaker 1: A sinkhole is where the earth look videos a new
- 28:00Speaker 1: captures moment. Sinkhole.
- 28:02Speaker 4: Oh in this soccer field, I have it?
- 28:04Speaker 2: Can I see this?
- 28:05Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 28:05Speaker 1: And I told you, oh.
- 28:09Speaker 4: My, I know the sinkhole ends. If you guys would like,
- 28:13Speaker 4: we can do it. But the soccer field that so
- 28:15Speaker 4: where does the sinkhole end? Do you get what I'm saying?
- 28:18Speaker 4: How far? Like? Why does it?
- 28:19Speaker 1: I think it just depends. I think it just depends.
- 28:22Speaker 1: I mean they could be they that sinkhole could be
- 28:24Speaker 1: like we're a rocket it to the core of the
- 28:26Speaker 1: art fuckerd Or it could just be like we're just
- 28:32Speaker 1: gonna sink a bit.
- 28:33Speaker 2: Wait, so you could fall into lava. You could fall
- 28:35Speaker 2: into the core of the earth. I didn't even know
- 28:38Speaker 2: about sinkholes. And now I'm very scared. I wonder if
- 28:40Speaker 2: that's a west thing because of earthquakes.
- 28:44Speaker 1: Can I tell you no? Matter where you go, eist
- 28:49Speaker 1: not even sinkholes, but like pick pick your poison or
- 28:53Speaker 1: pick your natural disaster if you will. You're over here,
- 28:56Speaker 1: you could fall into the the when the big one
- 28:59Speaker 1: hits the biss over here. Sometimes just like wind comes
- 29:04Speaker 1: together in a weird way and a tornado, it's got.
- 29:07Speaker 4: Me and.
- 29:10Speaker 2: Toast you guys. That's why I always talk about where
- 29:12Speaker 2: I grew up Upstate New York, the Finger Lakes.
- 29:14Speaker 1: Did you guys not have wait, no natural disasters?
- 29:17Speaker 4: Did you guys not have like, uh, we.
- 29:20Speaker 2: Had severe thunderstorms, but we didn't have tornadoes like we
- 29:23Speaker 2: did in Nashville.
- 29:24Speaker 1: And you don't. You also probably didn't know hurricanes like
- 29:27Speaker 1: Floridians have to deal with.
- 29:28Speaker 2: No hurricanes, just some rain m That's why it's so.
- 29:33Speaker 4: That's why it's expensive.
- 29:34Speaker 2: Flash floods but nothing too crazy because we're hilly. Nothing
- 29:38Speaker 2: not like not like Vegas flash floods.
- 29:41Speaker 1: I'm telling you what. Sometimes it's hard to get insurance.
- 29:44Speaker 1: Like when I was looking to buy a home in
- 29:45Speaker 1: Los Angeles, I would call my business manager and tell
- 29:48Speaker 1: him the area and he's like, it's going to be
- 29:50Speaker 1: impossible for me to get you inshirt up there. Because
- 29:52Speaker 1: of fires.
- 29:54Speaker 4: There were so.
- 29:55Speaker 1: Many things that like come in like la, we gotta
- 29:58Speaker 1: worry about just so.
- 30:00Speaker 3: Much home slides, all of that. How was anybody ensuring
- 30:04Speaker 3: New Orleans I have?
- 30:06Speaker 1: Are they still well?
- 30:09Speaker 4: No? I mean just that's they're under seawater. That's why
- 30:12Speaker 4: they got flooded.
- 30:12Speaker 3: And it was like that because they're below sea level,
- 30:15Speaker 3: below insurance.
- 30:18Speaker 1: So many of phobia's to pick from.
- 30:19Speaker 2: Guys, pick, we could end on, I'm we can end on.
- 30:25Speaker 2: I'm petrified of squirrels.
- 30:27Speaker 1: Oh my god, please tell me more that.
- 30:32Speaker 2: I'm sorry, I don't. It's not a first name, is
- 30:36Speaker 2: it is?
- 30:36Speaker 1: That a rodent is a squirrel a rodent.
- 30:39Speaker 2: I love squirrels, but I hate rats. But I think
- 30:44Speaker 2: everyone is always like that's so weird. It must be
- 30:46Speaker 2: the tail and the way they like a bushy tail.
- 30:50Speaker 1: I like a bushy tail, and you like a more upright.
- 30:52Speaker 2: More upright, but they still crawl around. I just think
- 30:54Speaker 2: they're so cute. But but I I am, I prefer
- 30:59Speaker 2: Joe does not.
- 31:01Speaker 1: I wonder when we talk about like rodent boy summer,
- 31:04Speaker 1: how all these girls are like into rat faces or whatever? Right,
- 31:08Speaker 1: if you have a rodent phobia, does that mean you
- 31:11Speaker 1: can't get down with rodent boy summer.
- 31:15Speaker 2: That's a great point. And you said, you said I didn't.
- 31:21Speaker 2: I don't think my I don't think Kyle looked. I
- 31:25Speaker 2: don't think he gave rodent boy energy. He's more like
- 31:28Speaker 2: to me, he was more like a gym guy, more like.
- 31:31Speaker 2: But you felt like he had a little rodent boy energy,
- 31:34Speaker 2: which is or a vibe? Which is it a compliment?
- 31:37Speaker 2: But I didn't see that. And and if he because
- 31:39Speaker 2: I'm scared of rodents, but I wasn't scared of Kyle.
- 31:42Speaker 1: And he even had the rat tail.
- 31:44Speaker 2: He did have the rat tail the rat tail braid.
- 31:48Speaker 1: Which knows. But you're the one with rodent to phobia,
- 31:52Speaker 1: so I'll take your word for it.
- 31:53Speaker 4: I know there's a thing. It's like, I don't even
- 31:56Speaker 4: know how to say it.
- 31:56Speaker 3: Sci U r O P h obi a squirrel.
- 32:02Speaker 4: Phobia, but it squirrels.
- 32:03Speaker 1: Oh, oh my gosh, I'm developing them as we speak.
- 32:09Speaker 4: My phobia. I went into reading phobias.
- 32:11Speaker 1: Yeah, I went into the top fifty.
- 32:13Speaker 2: Yeah phobias, mm hmm. Are you going to read them
- 32:15Speaker 2: off for us?
- 32:16Speaker 1: I won't read them. I don't. I won't go fifty
- 32:18Speaker 1: for you, gus. But what I'm saying to you is,
- 32:21Speaker 1: as I was reading them, I was like, I could
- 32:23Speaker 1: totally see why you would be fearful of that.
- 32:26Speaker 2: Really mm hmmm mm hmm. Can we read off the
- 32:29Speaker 2: top ten really? Or top five?
- 32:30Speaker 1: Really?
- 32:30Speaker 4: Top five?
- 32:31Speaker 1: Read them all?
- 32:31Speaker 4: Okay?
- 32:32Speaker 1: Okay?
- 32:32Speaker 2: Aerophobia extreme fear of flying, claustrophobia fear of being closed
- 32:37Speaker 2: into a small fate space a rach noophobia, intense fear
- 32:41Speaker 2: of spiders, acrophobia intense fear of heights, and necrophobia, the
- 32:47Speaker 2: irrational fear of dead organisms I eat, corpses as well
- 32:52Speaker 2: as things associated with death.
- 32:55Speaker 1: My loves. Thank you for tuning in to another bonus
- 32:58Speaker 1: episode of the Give Them All I'm Podcast. I hope
- 33:01Speaker 1: we kept your retention until this point. I Love you guys.
- 33:05Speaker 1: Reminder that the video is also out today. Happy Monday,
- 33:10Speaker 1: Have a great week.
- 33:11Speaker 2: Bye bye,
