Speaker 1: What's up, everyone, and welcome to another episode of the
• 0:03
Speaker 1: Epstein Chronicles. In this episode, we're picking up where we
• 0:06
Speaker 1: left off with the lawsuit file by the survivors against
• 0:10
Speaker 1: Epstein's estate and Darren Indyke and Richard Khan. For about
• 0:15
Speaker 1: two years. Defendant Richard D. Kon and defendant Darren k
• 0:19
Speaker 1: Indyke were from offices in a New York City building
• 0:22
Speaker 1: where Epstein also housed women who were abused. When suspicious
• 0:26
Speaker 1: banks cut off Epstein, defendant Darren k Indyke withdrew large
• 0:31
Speaker 1: sums of cash to keep the trafficking enterprise afloat, enabling
• 0:35
Speaker 1: the gender and motivated violence to continue uninterrupted. Defendant Richard D.
• 0:40
Speaker 1: Con did his part too, by finding new banks where
• 0:43
Speaker 1: Epstein could open accounts and fund a sex trafficking operation.
• 0:47
Speaker 1: Defendant Richard D. Con and defendant Darren k Indyke were
• 0:51
Speaker 1: awarded handsomely for enabling and conspiring with Epstein. He paid
• 0:55
Speaker 1: them millions and gave them millions more loans that were
• 0:58
Speaker 1: never repaid epstein Stein also paid out of pocket for
• 1:01
Speaker 1: perks such as covering healthcare expenses and children's education. Epstein
• 1:07
Speaker 1: and epstein own entities paid more than sixteen million to
• 1:11
Speaker 1: defendant Darren kay and Dyke and ten million to defendant
• 1:14
Speaker 1: Richard D. Con, far more than could reasonably be attributed
• 1:18
Speaker 1: to the rates of their professional service. In two thousand
• 1:22
Speaker 1: and seven, Connenndyke were involved in a one million dollar
• 1:25
Speaker 1: letter of credit in Epstein's name to backstop alone from
• 1:29
Speaker 1: Melon United National Bank to mc squared Model Management, a
• 1:33
Speaker 1: modeling agency that Epstein used to recruit women. By the
• 1:38
Speaker 1: time that Epstein died, there were dozens of Epstein related
• 1:41
Speaker 1: entities and hundreds of accounts at more than twenty banks.
• 1:45
Speaker 1: By the time Epstein died, defendant Richard D. Con and
• 1:48
Speaker 1: defendant Darren kay and Dyke held positions at many of
• 1:52
Speaker 1: these entities, including many that were created to simply facilitate
• 1:56
Speaker 1: the illegal sex trafficking venture. For instance, defendant Richard D.
• 2:00
Speaker 1: kN and defendant Darren Kayendyke were trustees of the Butterfly Trust,
• 2:05
Speaker 1: an entity that made three hundred and eighty three thousand
• 2:08
Speaker 1: and five payments to women in one year through a
• 2:11
Speaker 1: JP Morgan account. According to a later report by a
• 2:14
Speaker 1: forensic accountant, those transfers were highly suspicious. Sex trafficking operations
• 2:20
Speaker 1: depend on cash, as it leaves no record of payment
• 2:23
Speaker 1: to victims or recruiters. So twice every month for four years,
• 2:28
Speaker 1: Defendant Darren Kyendyke went to Deutsche Bank on Park Avenue
• 2:32
Speaker 1: and withdrew seventy five hundred in cash, the maximum amounts
• 2:36
Speaker 1: someone other than the account holder can withdraw. Those withdrawals
• 2:40
Speaker 1: were made in furtherance of enabling and conspiring with Epstein
• 2:43
Speaker 1: to commit acts of gender motivated violence. Defendant Darren Kyendyke
• 2:49
Speaker 1: withdrew seventy five hundred in cash ninety seven times. After
• 2:54
Speaker 1: withdrawing the cash, Defendant Darren Kyendyke plus placed the money
• 2:58
Speaker 1: in a safe in his office, and when the operation
• 3:01
Speaker 1: needed funds, he placed the cash in Epstein's black travel bag.
• 3:06
Speaker 1: In an active conspiracy, Darren Kyendyke knew that the funds
• 3:09
Speaker 1: enabled Epstein's gender motivated violence. Indeed, he tellingly asked a
• 3:14
Speaker 1: bank employee how often he could withdraw funds without triggering
• 3:18
Speaker 1: an alert. In another act of conspiracy, defendant Darren ky
• 3:22
Speaker 1: and Dyke asked to tell her if a withdrawal of
• 3:25
Speaker 1: more than ten thousand would trigger a report. When Defendant
• 3:28
Speaker 1: Darren Kyendyke was told that it would, he spread the
• 3:31
Speaker 1: withdrawal over two days. When a bank compliance officer noticed
• 3:36
Speaker 1: payments to Russian women, Defendant Richard D. Con responded sent
• 3:40
Speaker 1: to a friend for tuition for school. In fact, these
• 3:44
Speaker 1: payments funded Epstein's sex trafficking operation. Defendant Richard D. Con
• 3:50
Speaker 1: and Darren Kyendyke managed the cash and fueled the sex trafficking.
• 3:54
Speaker 1: Paid procures like Maxwell, arranged transportation and housing for victims,
• 3:59
Speaker 1: and concealed the sources of funds. In some Defendant Richard D. Con,
• 4:04
Speaker 1: Darren Kyendyke, and Epstein overtly conspired to conceal the flow
• 4:08
Speaker 1: of funds within Epstein's sex trafficking operation, further enabling his

• 5:19
Speaker 1: motivated nature of his conduct against plaintiffs are apparent from
