- 0:10Speaker 1: Warning, The Root, The Root, the Roots on fire. You're
- 0:14Speaker 1: about to experience the most high oar chained pedal to
- 0:16Speaker 1: the metal controversial show of your life. Please buckle up
- 0:20Speaker 1: and hold on tightly. This station is not responsible for injuries.
- 0:23Speaker 1: This is Wayne Alan Root, the America's favorite conservative rock star,
- 0:28Speaker 1: direct from the entertainment capital of the world, Las Vegas.
- 0:32Speaker 2: What time is it? It's time war war.
- 0:37Speaker 1: Here's your host, one hundred percent raw truth, one hundred
- 0:40Speaker 1: percent American made the Warrior, Wayne Alan Roots.
- 0:50Speaker 3: No Welcome, Welcome, Welcome to the war zone. My name
- 0:54Speaker 3: is Lee Elsie, filling in for Wayne Allen. Did I
- 0:56Speaker 3: get in so I'm gonna get into his break a
- 0:57Speaker 3: little bit too early? Sorry about that, guys. It's my
- 1:00Speaker 3: first day on the job. It is the second day
- 1:03Speaker 3: of September. In case you were wondering, and of course
- 1:06Speaker 3: I am. Well, you don't know this for effect unless
- 1:09Speaker 3: just tuning in. How would you know? My name is
- 1:10Speaker 3: leel c the Voice of Freedom. I'm broadcasting from Connecticut,
- 1:14Speaker 3: my state of the art studio, filling in for Wayne Allen.
- 1:16Speaker 3: Rude's the official filling host for Wayne. I think Wayne,
- 1:19Speaker 3: if he's not already back, we'll be back a sapping
- 1:21Speaker 3: back tomorrow for sure. This whole segment is being sponsored
- 1:24Speaker 3: by a Vertical Research Advisory VRA. So after fifteen years
- 1:29Speaker 3: on Wall Street at the highest levels, in two thousand
- 1:33Speaker 3: and three, Kip Herriage he founded VRA, his global investment
- 1:37Speaker 3: and economic newsletter, and since then his top performing recommendations
- 1:40Speaker 3: have beaten the market eighty six percent of the time.
- 1:42Speaker 3: That's eighteen out of twenty one years, which is absolutely remarkable.
- 1:47Speaker 3: That's not just beating the market, it's often beating the
- 1:50Speaker 3: market by a mile. Meanwhile, the average Wall Street money
- 1:53Speaker 3: manager loses to the market about ninety percent of the time,
- 1:56Speaker 3: so facts matter. The fact is that VRA portfolios beat
- 1:59Speaker 3: them market in good years and in bad years. From
- 2:02Speaker 3: GROS stocks to E t F's precious metals to bitcoin.
- 2:06Speaker 3: The vr A goes wherever the highest profits reside. So
- 2:09Speaker 3: let Kip prove that to you for free. Exclusively for
- 2:12Speaker 3: Wayne's fans, Kip is offering his daily vr A investment

- 2:29Speaker 3: two week membership at vr insider dot com. That's vr
- 2:32Speaker 3: a insider dot com, and again tell them you heard
- 2:35Speaker 3: about it here on war Zone. You guys, wherever you
- 2:40Speaker 3: are across the country, guys dealing with the worst drivers
- 2:43Speaker 3: in the history of mankind? Are you guys going through that?
- 2:47Speaker 3: I mean, I've never seen anything like it. I mean
- 2:51Speaker 3: I know here man in the state of Connecticut. And
- 2:52Speaker 3: you might think, Okay, well, you're out there in Vegas,
- 2:54Speaker 3: you're out there in California, wherever you're listening across this country.
- 2:57Speaker 3: You're watching on the Gateway Pundit, you're watching on tam
- 3:00Speaker 3: you could be anywhere. You could be in any of
- 3:01Speaker 3: the fifty Great States. And I don't know, maybe you
- 3:04Speaker 3: think Connecticut's like this backwoods, etc. It's just like it's
- 3:07Speaker 3: like an autobond between New York and Boston. Everyone goes
- 3:10Speaker 3: like one hundred miles an hour. Everyone's weaving in and
- 3:12Speaker 3: out of traffic. I'm just curious that that's happening in
- 3:14Speaker 3: a airplay in your state and your town and your
- 3:15Speaker 3: county and your city wherever. It's nuts. I don't know. Anyway,
- 3:20Speaker 3: A couple of weeks ago, I know this is completely
- 3:23Speaker 3: off the beaten track. I know, you know, maybe most
- 3:26Speaker 3: of you want to talk about Trump and his mission
- 3:28Speaker 3: and what he's done today and the fact that there
- 3:30Speaker 3: was a big document dump with Epstein, and I really
- 3:33Speaker 3: don't want to get into it until I actually see
- 3:35Speaker 3: what's into it, and you I need this to be done.
- 3:38Speaker 3: I need Trump to release the Epstein files. I need
- 3:41Speaker 3: that to be something that is going on. I need
- 3:43Speaker 3: the people who are on those lists to be buried
- 3:46Speaker 3: and basically drowned in their own cesspool of ugliness. That
- 3:50Speaker 3: is something that I think is not negotiable. So I hope,
- 3:52Speaker 3: I hope this is the beginning of all of it.
- 3:55Speaker 3: So I just saw that a little while ago that
- 3:57Speaker 3: there was a great document dump, and as I learned
- 3:59Speaker 3: more about it, I'll share that with you. If I
- 4:01Speaker 3: can learn more about it by the end of the show.
- 4:02Speaker 3: We'll try to share it with you by the end
- 4:04Speaker 3: of the show. But I'm sure it's a deep die.
- 4:06Speaker 3: But I did a segment on the show and it
- 4:09Speaker 3: got a lot of response. So I figured my show
- 4:11Speaker 3: on morning show, and I figured I'll to share it
- 4:12Speaker 3: with you guys. And again, I don't know where or
- 4:16Speaker 3: what your legal status is, and whatever state you might
- 4:19Speaker 3: be in. But there is this push for the legalization
- 4:22Speaker 3: of assisted suicide of the United States. And I have
- 4:25Speaker 3: to say this. I've talked to a lot of different
- 4:27Speaker 3: legislators both, you know, whether the congressional people or Senate people,
- 4:31Speaker 3: or state by state and House or state senate races,
- 4:35Speaker 3: and nobody, nobody has really given me this idea that
- 4:42Speaker 3: they're on concrete ground when it comes to this, because
- 4:46Speaker 3: it is such a complex, difficult scenario to talk about.
- 4:52Speaker 3: So on one hand, personally, I believe in autonomy, the
- 4:57Speaker 3: right of an individual alongside with their family, to make
- 5:01Speaker 3: these profound decisions about their life, especially when they're facing
- 5:06Speaker 3: unbearable suffering. And I don't know how many of you have,
- 5:10Speaker 3: hopefully not a lot. Hopefully you haven't had to deal
- 5:12Speaker 3: with a lot of unbearable suffering in your life. But
- 5:16Speaker 3: those of you who had had to do that, you
- 5:18Speaker 3: know that there comes a point in time in people's
- 5:20Speaker 3: lives that they just don't want to do it anymore.
- 5:22Speaker 3: They're in too much pain, there's too much horror. And
- 5:25Speaker 3: I understand there's a religious implication to all of this
- 5:28Speaker 3: as well, So it's a tug of war, and I
- 5:32Speaker 3: think what ends up happening. The thought of becoming a
- 5:34Speaker 3: burden to loved ones or enduring relentless pain during a
- 5:39Speaker 3: declining physical condition is something that sort of hit home
- 5:44Speaker 3: with me. I mean incomprehensible yet on one hand, but
- 5:48Speaker 3: you grapple with a moral weight of ending life, this
- 5:53Speaker 3: unbelievable gift that was given to us that none of
- 5:57Speaker 3: us really look on as a gift until probably it's
- 5:59Speaker 3: too but it is a gift. Every day is a gift.
- 6:04Speaker 3: Right tomorrow may not come. That's just a fact. But
- 6:09Speaker 3: there are people who have to deal with these horrific decisions,
- 6:13Speaker 3: and there's sort of like a partisanship tug of war
- 6:17Speaker 3: that goes on during this. It seems like the Republicans
- 6:20Speaker 3: are against the assistant suicide and the Dems are more
- 6:24Speaker 3: for it. But I've talked again to legislators who are
- 6:27Speaker 3: a Republican who vote against it, but deep down they
- 6:33Speaker 3: don't know because it's a hard decision to make, and
- 6:37Speaker 3: a decent society, I believe, should do all akin to
- 6:43Speaker 3: reasonably alleviate human suffering. And I don't know if we
- 6:49Speaker 3: do that. I mean, I know we have hospice and
- 6:52Speaker 3: I know we have things of that nature, but there
- 6:54Speaker 3: comes a point in time when someone is not just
- 6:57Speaker 3: a burden, but physically unable either to move or or
- 7:01Speaker 3: has become I mean, is living basically inside this this
- 7:04Speaker 3: hollow shell that's deteriorating and they're in constant pain. I mean,
- 7:08Speaker 3: we don't I mean, we wouldn't do that to your
- 7:12Speaker 3: your pets, and yet we do it to people. So again,
- 7:15Speaker 3: I'm still in a tug of war, but I'm just
- 7:17Speaker 3: throwing out a number of different sort of questions for
- 7:20Speaker 3: you maybe to ask yourself. But the question that lies
- 7:24Speaker 3: at the heart I think of the assistant suicide debate,
- 7:28Speaker 3: and it's the one that we cannot answer lightly is
- 7:32Speaker 3: to inform you a discussion. If you look at the data, right,
- 7:35Speaker 3: let's look at Canada for example, this is where it
- 7:38Speaker 3: goes off the rails, right. So Canada has legal suicide
- 7:43Speaker 3: and in Canada, medical assistance in dying they call it MADE,
- 7:50Speaker 3: has been legal since twenty sixteen, and according to a
- 7:53Speaker 3: twenty twenty three report, MADE accounted for four point one
- 7:56Speaker 3: percent of all deaths in Canada. Four point one percent
- 8:00Speaker 3: of the people who have died in Canada. That's thirteen
- 8:04Speaker 3: two hundred and forty one cases in the year twenty
- 8:06Speaker 3: twenty three alone took their own life or made that decision,
- 8:11Speaker 3: and that's sixty three hundred deaths total. Sense legalization now
- 8:16Speaker 3: where it goes off the rails. And this is why
- 8:18Speaker 3: this debate rages in this country is because people think
- 8:21Speaker 3: it's going to get manipulated, and it's clear it's been
- 8:24Speaker 3: getting manipulated. In Canada, there's according to this report, there's
- 8:29Speaker 3: one person who had one guy in particular, young man
- 8:32Speaker 3: with curable cancer, he curable, not incurable, curable, opted for
- 8:38Speaker 3: the maid instead of the cancer treatment. He was euthanized.
- 8:44Speaker 3: An elderly woman with a hip fracture euthanized. I mean
- 8:48Speaker 3: there are cases like to me, if it's if it's
- 8:51Speaker 3: literally a sense where someone is on the fast track
- 8:56Speaker 3: to pain and suffering, then I think we we should
- 8:59Speaker 3: have the compassion to move in. But these other cases
- 9:02Speaker 3: they make you think like, okay, so this is what
- 9:03Speaker 3: we don't want, and this is why there's a fight
- 9:05Speaker 3: against it. And in the United States, assistant suicide is
- 9:09Speaker 3: actually legal in ten states in Washington, DC as well,
- 9:12Speaker 3: under incredibly strict conditions, typically requiring the terminal illness with
- 9:17Speaker 3: the prognosis of six months or less. So if you've
- 9:20Speaker 3: got doctors signing off on you have six months to
- 9:22Speaker 3: live and the prognosis is terminal in ten states, they'll
- 9:25Speaker 3: take They'll let you take your own life. But again,
- 9:29Speaker 3: I know, I'm not answering any of these questions. I'm
- 9:30Speaker 3: just throwing a whole bunch of stuff up at the
- 9:32Speaker 3: wall and let you think about it wherever you might be.
- 9:33Speaker 3: I know it's not the funnest topic to think about
- 9:36Speaker 3: it and one that's uplifting, but it's one that I
- 9:39Speaker 3: think eventually hits almost every single family in some capacity.
- 9:43Speaker 3: Like you've got somebody, an uncle, a father, or mother
- 9:45Speaker 3: who ends up getting into the situation, and I mean
- 9:52Speaker 3: the idea that you watch them deterior It's tough. It's tough.
- 9:58Speaker 3: And then there's other broader implications to all of this.
- 10:01Speaker 3: Now we have advanced genetic testing, So what happens if
- 10:05Speaker 3: we find out that the embryo is a potential health risk?
- 10:08Speaker 3: Do you terminate? Then do you terminate for someone with
- 10:10Speaker 3: Down syndrome? Again, ninety percent or more that that actually
- 10:14Speaker 3: does happen in some other countries, Well, that's not quite
- 10:17Speaker 3: equivalent to assisted suicide. That trend sort of reflects the
- 10:22Speaker 3: idea that mankind controls in these cases, I think erroneously
- 10:28Speaker 3: controls the outcome of a life and death. Again, I'm
- 10:33Speaker 3: not telling you I have an answer. I'm not even
- 10:34Speaker 3: telling you that I have a strong opinion. I'm just
- 10:36Speaker 3: throwing out some numbers to get you to think. I mean,
- 10:40Speaker 3: legalized assisted suicide risks, amplification, isolation. Again, people who end
- 10:47Speaker 3: up choosing for this sort of scenario usually are isolated. Anyway,
- 10:53Speaker 3: I just thought i'd throw that out at you. I
- 10:55Speaker 3: didn't want to get too deep into the weeds, but
- 10:58Speaker 3: I thought it was something that we could at least
- 11:00Speaker 3: you can bounce around in your brain. Maybe maybe not. Anyway.
- 11:05Speaker 3: The Gateway Pundit is where you can watch us on
- 11:07Speaker 3: Tamed Nation is where you can watch us root for America,
- 11:10Speaker 3: Wayne's Rumble, x Getter, all great places. If you want

- 16:44Speaker 3: Patriot Store dot com. By the way, I wonder how
- 16:48Speaker 3: Wayne's feeling because the best player on the Dallas Cowboys
- 16:51Speaker 3: was traded for a couple of draft picks. You guys
- 16:53Speaker 3: have to ask him about that when he comes back tomorrow.
- 16:57Speaker 3: I know he's all about handicapping NFL football, and I
- 17:00Speaker 3: know his favorite team is the Dallas Cowboys, and I
- 17:04Speaker 3: know he cannot be happy about them trading Micah Parsons away.
- 17:07Speaker 3: So maybe that's something you guys can ask them. Are
- 17:10Speaker 3: you guys psyched for the NFL? Do you care about
- 17:11Speaker 3: the NFL? Does anybody care about the NFL? I mean,
- 17:14Speaker 3: I do like the NFL. I have to admit it,
- 17:17Speaker 3: but I'm you know what, I'm sick and tired of.
- 17:18Speaker 3: I won't have to admit this. I don't like how
- 17:21Speaker 3: they're squeezing every single nickel out of everybody. And the
- 17:25Speaker 3: NFL is just starting to do it. Baseball is doing it,
- 17:28Speaker 3: and you know they're having to pay these enormous salaries.
- 17:31Speaker 3: In baseball, you go to a game, it's one hundred
- 17:33Speaker 3: bucks to get a decent seat, one hundred bucks a seat,
- 17:36Speaker 3: plus parking's fifty at least depending upon where you are.
- 17:39Speaker 3: I mean, you go to Fenway Park, it's fifty bucks
- 17:41Speaker 3: to park, one hundred bucks for the seat. If you
- 17:43Speaker 3: want to drink, it's ten bucks. You want a hot dog,
- 17:46Speaker 3: it's ten. I mean, if you've got a family of four,
- 17:48Speaker 3: it's cost You can't get out of there without a
- 17:50Speaker 3: costion you seven eight hundred bucks minimum minimum. And football
- 17:55Speaker 3: is sort of heading in that direction. Not only is
- 17:58Speaker 3: it expensive obviously to go to a game, but I
- 18:02Speaker 3: mean now they're asking you to They're going to ask
- 18:05Speaker 3: you to pay for some of the games. I know this.
- 18:07Speaker 3: They've got a couple of games this weekend, a couple
- 18:09Speaker 3: of games this game Thursday night, that's Dallas. They're taking
- 18:11Speaker 3: on Philly, and then the Chiefs play on Friday. Now
- 18:15Speaker 3: you'd have to pay for that. You can watch that one,
- 18:17Speaker 3: I think, on YouTube. But what's coming in the future
- 18:20Speaker 3: is ala carp football. You're gonna have to pay to
- 18:22Speaker 3: watch these games. I'm not paying, and I love football.
- 18:25Speaker 3: I'm put I'm putting my foot down and drawing a
- 18:27Speaker 3: line in the sand because I think that they have
- 18:30Speaker 3: squeezed us enough and you can't go to these events
- 18:33Speaker 3: anymore without like having to take out alone. It's crazy, man,
- 18:37Speaker 3: it really is crazy.
- 18:39Speaker 1: All right.
- 18:39Speaker 3: Before the break, I did say that they did do
- 18:41Speaker 3: a giant thirty four thousand page Department of Justice Epstein
- 18:47Speaker 3: file dump. So thirty four thousand pages and I haven't
- 18:51Speaker 3: read it in the last ninety five seconds. So what
- 18:54Speaker 3: is up here is the House Oversight Committee released again
- 18:57Speaker 3: thirty four thousand documents related to the Jeffrey Epps team
- 19:00Speaker 3: case on Tuesday night. The surprise file dump came ahead
- 19:04Speaker 3: of the expected House wide vote to formalize the committee's
- 19:07Speaker 3: Epstein inquiry on Wednesday afternoon. The vote was largely symbolic
- 19:12Speaker 3: because they were going to do it blah blah blah
- 19:14Speaker 3: blah blah blah. I've been pretty firm on this. I mean,
- 19:17Speaker 3: I think Trump has done some remarkable things so far,
- 19:20Speaker 3: right I do. I think if you gave him some
- 19:23Speaker 3: truth serum, he probably wishes that he could solve or
- 19:26Speaker 3: have solved, the Ukraine War, and there's probably other some
- 19:29Speaker 3: of the things he wishes he could have done so far.
- 19:32Speaker 3: I mean, it's early, it's early on in the onset
- 19:34Speaker 3: of his presidency. But I think, and I've said this
- 19:38Speaker 3: again a million times, I'll say it again, he has
- 19:40Speaker 3: to come clean on all of the Epstein stuff. Now,
- 19:46Speaker 3: it's it's a big deal. It's kids, it's human trafficking,
- 19:51Speaker 3: it's the worst of the worst. And he had talked
- 19:55Speaker 3: about and I always say this, and I'm sorry if
- 19:57Speaker 3: I'm sounding redundant, but he's said this time and time again.
- 19:59Speaker 3: And Trump, if you're listening, I'll say it one more time, man,
- 20:03Speaker 3: you've got to drain the swamp. You talked about it
- 20:05Speaker 3: in the first go around. You haven't talked too much
- 20:07Speaker 3: about it this time. By releasing the names of the
- 20:11Speaker 3: people that are on that list and in that island,
- 20:13Speaker 3: are on that island, man, that's the fast track way
- 20:15Speaker 3: to drain the swamp. That's just one man's opinion, so
- 20:18Speaker 3: I would do it no matter what it hurts. My

- 22:07Speaker 3: I am honored to bring on my next guest. I
- 22:10Speaker 3: consider him a good friend. He ran for governor here
- 22:13Speaker 3: in the state of Connecticut a couple of times, and
- 22:16Speaker 3: he is he's an American business man. He worked exactly.
- 22:20Speaker 3: He was the executive of General Electric and three I
- 22:23Speaker 3: Group and Ubs Dollar Financial and on some others. And
- 22:27Speaker 3: he joins us right now. And his name is Bob Stefanowski. Bob,
- 22:30Speaker 3: what's happening, my friend?
- 22:31Speaker 1: How are you?
- 22:34Speaker 6: Hello? My friend? I'm honored to be on. Congratulations You're
- 22:37Speaker 6: coast to coast.
- 22:38Speaker 3: Okay for you coast to coast with you, my friend.
- 22:43Speaker 3: Let's let me ask you a couple of things. Let
- 22:45Speaker 3: me start really general first. I mean, you've been in
- 22:48Speaker 3: business for what fifty forty years? Forty plus years and
- 22:54Speaker 3: in longer than I I mean, there's political polarization going
- 23:01Speaker 3: on in the US and as when you were a CEO.
- 23:05Speaker 3: I mean that kind of partisanship. Does it affect the
- 23:08Speaker 3: decisions that you make? And how do you see it
- 23:11Speaker 3: affecting some of the decisions that some of these big
- 23:13Speaker 3: businesses are making nowadays?
- 23:17Speaker 6: You know, Lee, I don't remember being as polarized as
- 23:21Speaker 6: it is right now. I mean, you would always have
- 23:24Speaker 6: disagreements between the left and the right. But the amount
- 23:27Speaker 6: of emotion that's there even and I know you've talked
- 23:31Speaker 6: about it, even I've got three daughters in their twenties.
- 23:34Speaker 6: Even sitting down over dinner and when the Trump name
- 23:38Speaker 6: comes up, you can see the kind of tenseness across
- 23:42Speaker 6: the table. And you know, listen, whether you agree with
- 23:46Speaker 6: Donald Trump or disagree with him, you have to admire
- 23:50Speaker 6: the amount of energy he's brought to this role. You know,
- 23:53Speaker 6: you talk about being a CEO. At least he's getting
- 23:56Speaker 6: stuff done. You may not agree with all of it,
- 24:00Speaker 6: but at least he's not taken three I remember Barack
- 24:02Speaker 6: Obama take three week vacations and Martha's vineyard during the summer,
- 24:06Speaker 6: and Biden went to Delaware, you know, lounging on the
- 24:10Speaker 6: beach every weekend. You have to admire the amount of
- 24:13Speaker 6: effort that this president's put it into fixing the country.
- 24:16Speaker 3: You really do, it's every day, Bob. There's something he
- 24:19Speaker 3: does every single day that you sit up and go, oh, yeah,
- 24:22Speaker 3: I forgot about that. That's pretty amazing, you know, whether
- 24:26Speaker 3: it could be in any realm. But he's got so
- 24:29Speaker 3: many it seems like he's got so many people coming
- 24:32Speaker 3: up with these creative ideas to try to work things out.
- 24:36Speaker 3: And like you said, I mean, that wasn't happening at
- 24:38Speaker 3: all during the Biden administration.
- 24:43Speaker 6: No, I mean, and the access. I mean, did you
- 24:45Speaker 6: see the cabinet meeting a week ago? Yeah, it was
- 24:49Speaker 6: a four hour meeting. And you know, I think Biden
- 24:53Speaker 6: had two cabinet meetings his entire term in office. Right,
- 24:57Speaker 6: And again, that's what we're paying these people to do.
- 25:00Speaker 6: We're paying them to work for us. We're not paying
- 25:02Speaker 6: them to go to Delaware every weekend or vacation on
- 25:05Speaker 6: Martha's vinyard. We're paying for them to get things done.
- 25:08Speaker 6: And and again you may not agree with all of it,
- 25:12Speaker 6: but I think the Democrats when they start coming down
- 25:15Speaker 6: against making our city safer, or controlling immigration or a
- 25:20Speaker 6: lot of the things that Donald Trump has fixed from
- 25:23Speaker 6: this Biden administration, I don't think they're I don't think
- 25:26Speaker 6: they're playing a solid hand right now there.
- 25:28Speaker 3: I really don't talk to me about these trade policies. Now,
- 25:31Speaker 3: we had tarisome place, and then the Supreme Court said no,
- 25:36Speaker 3: and now he's in appeal. So how would that How
- 25:39Speaker 3: do you think that affects some of the bigger businesses
- 25:42Speaker 3: across the country.
- 25:46Speaker 6: Well, I saw the ruling last week. You know. I
- 25:49Speaker 6: hopefully it goes to the next level and it gets
- 25:51Speaker 6: back on Trump's side. But I think the other thing
- 25:54Speaker 6: this president has done is, you know, he was elected
- 25:58Speaker 6: by the majority of the peace people to be president
- 26:01Speaker 6: of the United States, and he should have some power
- 26:04Speaker 6: to get his agenda done. That's what we voted for.
- 26:06Speaker 6: We voted for safeboarders, we voted for lower taxes, we
- 26:10Speaker 6: voted for representation. And I think his second time around,
- 26:14Speaker 6: he's come in with a very different perspective which he's
- 26:17Speaker 6: in charge, and I think that drives the Democrats crazy
- 26:21Speaker 6: that they can't control them, they can't pin him back.
- 26:24Speaker 6: I was never a massive fan of tariffs, to answer
- 26:27Speaker 6: your question, because if you believe classic economics, you know
- 26:31Speaker 6: tariffs are not the best thing in the world. You
- 26:33Speaker 6: should really produce things where they can be produced the cheapest.
- 26:37Speaker 6: But I don't think President Trump is using it from
- 26:39Speaker 6: an economic perspective. He's using it from a negotiation perspective,
- 26:44Speaker 6: and there is no one better. I don't know if
- 26:45Speaker 6: you ever read his book, The Art of the Deal,
- 26:47Speaker 6: but if you haven't, it's a sixty ninety page book.
- 26:50Speaker 6: It'll take you one weekend to read it. And the
- 26:53Speaker 6: guy knows how to use what leverage he has, and
- 26:55Speaker 6: he's using tariffs not only as an economic lever but
- 26:59Speaker 6: also to help end wars and to help have social policy.
- 27:03Speaker 6: And he's using the assets that he has available to
- 27:06Speaker 6: him to get his agenda through both the United States
- 27:10Speaker 6: and globally. And again you have to admire itly.
- 27:14Speaker 3: Wemer goog inatorial candidate businessman Bob Stefanowski is with us,
- 27:19Speaker 3: always happy I know he's so busy, so he's covering
- 27:21Speaker 3: out a little time for me, and I appreciate that
- 27:23Speaker 3: very much. The political landscape of this, so you know,
- 27:26Speaker 3: Trump obviously is in term number two three, a little
- 27:30Speaker 3: bit over three years left. I know this is speculation,
- 27:34Speaker 3: but what do you foresee coming up after this? It
- 27:37Speaker 3: seems like it does seem like right now if you
- 27:39Speaker 3: look at the numbers, there are more people joining the
- 27:43Speaker 3: Republican ranks and people are fleeing the Democrat ranks. Can
- 27:47Speaker 3: you feel a shift in this country? And if so,
- 27:50Speaker 3: what do you think happens in twenty twenty eight?
- 27:55Speaker 6: You know, on the one, Hanley, you know I've been
- 27:56Speaker 6: through it. I ran for governor twice, and I can
- 27:59Speaker 6: tell you six months in politics as an eternity, it
- 28:03Speaker 6: can be a totally different landscape. But I'm in New
- 28:06Speaker 6: York City right now and this mayor Mondami, who is
- 28:10Speaker 6: basically a communist, isad in the polls. And it was interesting.
- 28:14Speaker 6: I saw George will on one of the Sunday shows
- 28:17Speaker 6: and strangely enough, he said, I hope Mandamie wins. And
- 28:20Speaker 6: the interviewer said why. He said, every once in a while,
- 28:25Speaker 6: we need a contained experiment in socialism to prove how
- 28:30Speaker 6: bad it is. So he said, it's not It wouldn't
- 28:32Speaker 6: be a great thing for New York City, he said,
- 28:34Speaker 6: but at least it would be a recent, tangible example
- 28:38Speaker 6: of how these policies from these far left people like
- 28:42Speaker 6: AOC and Bernie Sanders and everybody else, because you can
- 28:45Speaker 6: forget how bad they are because they haven't been in
- 28:48Speaker 6: power for a while. And to have a tangible example
- 28:51Speaker 6: of how bad socialism is or how bad communism is
- 28:55Speaker 6: wouldn't be the worst thing. So sitting here, said ay Lee,
- 28:57Speaker 6: things are looking really good for the Republican Party. My
- 29:01Speaker 6: only provisor is things can change quickly. It can really change.
- 29:04Speaker 5: Out of time.
- 29:05Speaker 3: So I said the same thing about Mondamie. It's almost
- 29:08Speaker 3: that this implosions effect, if you will, I think that
- 29:11Speaker 3: it would be almost like watching a car wreck happen
- 29:15Speaker 3: and not good for New York or New York City.
- 29:17Speaker 3: And you're in New York City, you're working in New
- 29:20Speaker 3: York City nowadays. Does that Does that put a little
- 29:23Speaker 3: fear in you? What would happen on the grand scale
- 29:27Speaker 3: when it comes to you know, what you got going
- 29:29Speaker 3: on in New York?
- 29:32Speaker 6: It does? It does from a couple of perspectives. I mean,
- 29:35Speaker 6: my effective tax rate right now is probably fifty four percent. Wow,
- 29:39Speaker 6: when you put Connecticut State tech. I live in Connecticut,
- 29:42Speaker 6: I work in New York. So you got Connecticut State TEX.
- 29:45Speaker 6: You got New York TEX. You got New York City, TEX.
- 29:48Speaker 6: You've got sales taxes, you've got property taxes. My effective
- 29:52Speaker 6: tax rate is probably if I had it all together,
- 29:54Speaker 6: it's probably close to sixty percent. And the potential new
- 29:57Speaker 6: mayor of New York Mondommie, says that's not I He
- 30:01Speaker 6: wants it to be eighty percent. And what that will do,
- 30:04Speaker 6: and we've seen it over the years, and you're already
- 30:06Speaker 6: seeing it in places like Palm Beach and other places
- 30:09Speaker 6: in Florida. People will leave New York. You look at
- 30:13Speaker 6: Sean Hannity on Fox News. He said, I'm out of
- 30:15Speaker 6: New York. It's crazy. And what it's going to do
- 30:17Speaker 6: is it's going to drive people out of New York
- 30:20Speaker 6: and it's going to reduce the tax base in the
- 30:22Speaker 6: long term. Next week is the fiftieth Anniversity of the
- 30:25Speaker 6: Laugher Curve, my good buddy Art Laugher. And the higher
- 30:29Speaker 6: you raise taxes on people, the higher the tax rate.
- 30:32Speaker 6: Has been proven over the last fifty years. The higher
- 30:34Speaker 6: the tax rate, the lower the tax revenue you actually
- 30:37Speaker 6: get in because people leave, they'll flee to low tax areas,
- 30:40Speaker 6: and I think if Mondomi wins, that's unfortunately what may
- 30:43Speaker 6: be come into this city.
- 30:45Speaker 3: So are you happy with Trump reinstituting or continuing his
- 30:50Speaker 3: tax deal? I mean, is you think that's good for
- 30:52Speaker 3: the country what he's got put in place in the
- 30:53Speaker 3: big beautiful bill.
- 30:57Speaker 6: I think he does. I mean, I obviously am not
- 30:59Speaker 6: an expert on the bill. I'm sure there's some areas
- 31:01Speaker 6: in it that could be better or it could be worse.
- 31:03Speaker 6: But it's certainly a move in the right direction. Again,
- 31:07Speaker 6: if you reduce taxes on corporations and you reduce taxes
- 31:11Speaker 6: on individuals, they're going to produce more. They're going to
- 31:14Speaker 6: consume more. That's going to produce more tax revenue. It's
- 31:17Speaker 6: been proven time after time after time, and I think
- 31:22Speaker 6: it's headed in the right direction, and you've got to
- 31:25Speaker 6: give Congress credit for getting it through. It'll be interesting
- 31:28Speaker 6: to see what happens in the midterms. I think if
- 31:30Speaker 6: the midterms were today, we'd be in great shape. But
- 31:33Speaker 6: you got to wait and see what happens. But I'll
- 31:36Speaker 6: tell you Lee, it is very different. As you know,
- 31:38Speaker 6: I ran in twenty twenty two. The political sentiment right now,
- 31:42Speaker 6: three years later couldn't be more different than it was
- 31:45Speaker 6: back in twenty twenty two. And I just hope it
- 31:47Speaker 6: keeps going this way because for the first time in
- 31:50Speaker 6: a long time, people are saying America's back, They're feeling
- 31:53Speaker 6: good about the country and the way things are headed.
- 31:56Speaker 6: And again, Trump isn't perfect, no one is perfect, but
- 31:58Speaker 6: as far as I'm concerned, keep charging it it.
- 32:01Speaker 3: You know, it's interesting when you ran in both times,
- 32:03Speaker 3: you know, you you had to figure out a way
- 32:05Speaker 3: to navigate Trump because if you supported him, all the
- 32:09Speaker 3: media looked on you as a leper. And if you
- 32:12Speaker 3: didn't support him, then people who liked Trump then he
- 32:15Speaker 3: then they got angry with you. So you were in
- 32:17Speaker 3: a no win situation. It was an impossible box to
- 32:19Speaker 3: get out of. It's going to be very different, I
- 32:21Speaker 3: think this time.
- 32:24Speaker 6: I think you're right. I think you know, certainly, on
- 32:26Speaker 6: a national level, Connecticut, as you know, is two to
- 32:29Speaker 6: one Democrats. So when President Trump endorsed me on Twitter
- 32:34Speaker 6: in twenty eighteen, you know, the ego side of me
- 32:37Speaker 6: was happy to get it right, but I dropped a
- 32:39Speaker 6: couple points in the CONNECTICUTUS upside down. But you know,
- 32:45Speaker 6: if you look at it on a national level, you
- 32:47Speaker 6: look at what he did in this last election, right,
- 32:50Speaker 6: there's a migration. You know, there's a polarization in the
- 32:53Speaker 6: states that I know this a national jow. But you
- 32:55Speaker 6: want to talk about Connecticut, We're becoming the next state
- 32:58Speaker 6: of California. That's exactly we're awarehead.
- 33:01Speaker 3: Will listen. Can you hang on one more break with me?
- 33:06Speaker 6: Absolutely?
- 33:07Speaker 3: All right, we'll come right back. Bob Stefanowski is our

- 37:48Speaker 3: friend Bob Stefanowski is with us, So, Bob, we don't
- 37:51Speaker 3: have a lot of time left. But anything in the
- 37:53Speaker 3: world of AI that you see that's incredibly interesting, or
- 37:59Speaker 3: at least from the business standpoint that you guys are
- 38:02Speaker 3: focused in on. I mean, AI and all that it
- 38:05Speaker 3: has can do seemingly do just about anything nowadays. Are
- 38:07Speaker 3: you guys using this a lot in the business world? Now?
- 38:13Speaker 6: I haven't started yet, Lee, I mean, I know it's
- 38:16Speaker 6: out there. For old guys like us, it's tough to understand.
- 38:19Speaker 6: I'll tell you, and you know me, I'm not a
- 38:21Speaker 6: big conspiracy theorist, but I do worry about the small
- 38:26Speaker 6: chance of it taking over. Did you see the story
- 38:28Speaker 6: where they were threatening to turn off one of the
- 38:31Speaker 6: systems and the system went through the emails of the company.
- 38:36Speaker 6: I don't know whether that's true or not, but you
- 38:39Speaker 6: could see the intensity systems is to serve humanity and
- 38:42Speaker 6: serve the better good. Therefore they need to survive to
- 38:45Speaker 6: be able to do that. You could see a scenario
- 38:48Speaker 6: where there would be a self preservation mode. I'm old
- 38:51Speaker 6: enough to remember the movie what is it two thousand
- 38:53Speaker 6: and one in Space Odyssey when they say Hall turn
- 38:56Speaker 6: off the computer. I'm sorry, I'm not turning myself off, right,
- 39:00Speaker 6: So I know I didn't answer your question. It's a
- 39:03Speaker 6: bit scary, don't you think?
- 39:05Speaker 1: I do?
- 39:06Speaker 3: And I think yeah, And that story that you reference
- 39:08Speaker 3: actually did happen. It was also it found ways around
- 39:13Speaker 3: the normal protocol to try to keep itself on. It
- 39:16Speaker 3: also went through people's emails to try to blackmail them.
- 39:19Speaker 3: I don't know if you saw that, but it went
- 39:21Speaker 3: through different emails of people in the office space and
- 39:26Speaker 3: it figured out that, you know, Joe Smith was having
- 39:28Speaker 3: an affair with the Marie Kelly and it threatened to
- 39:32Speaker 3: blackmail them. So it's crazy. Yeah, I'm with you. I'm mean,
- 39:35Speaker 3: it can do incredible things, but it just it gets,
- 39:39Speaker 3: it gets more. Let's say, impactful, smarter every single day,
- 39:43Speaker 3: and before too long, it'll be smarter than us, for sure.
- 39:45Speaker 3: So I get what you're saying. It can be a
- 39:47Speaker 3: scary scene, for sure. I wanted to ask you one
- 39:51Speaker 3: final thing. I'm sorry, go ahead, there you go. No,
- 39:58Speaker 3: I wanted to ask you because I know we're going
- 39:59Speaker 3: to run. I know you're a huge Giant fan. The
- 40:02Speaker 3: rumor is you put a large wager on the New
- 40:03Speaker 3: York Giants. Is that out of insanity or pure loyalty?
- 40:06Speaker 3: I'm not sure.
- 40:09Speaker 6: Well, I do have one hundred dollars on them to
- 40:11Speaker 6: win the Super Bowl. A good friend of mine place
- 40:13Speaker 6: the bit. I'll also reveal that a good friend of
- 40:17Speaker 6: mine and I are going to Opening Day against the Chiefs,
- 40:19Speaker 6: and those tickets are selling for three thousand dollars a ticket.
- 40:23Speaker 6: I heard your comment earlier about the prices sports out
- 40:26Speaker 6: of control.
- 40:28Speaker 3: So we're going to the Chiefs and the Giants, and
- 40:32Speaker 3: you promised me that i'd be sitting right next to
- 40:34Speaker 3: Taylor Swift. But now she's essentially engaged, so I have
- 40:37Speaker 3: to work extra hard to move the needle. But I mean,
- 40:41Speaker 3: you're telling me I'm going to be right next to her.
- 40:42Speaker 3: But they're going on the open market. Three thousand bucks
- 40:45Speaker 3: a ticket.
- 40:46Speaker 6: Really, Yeah, I've had season tickets for a long time.
- 40:51Speaker 6: So I'm in row three on the fifty yard line.
- 40:54Speaker 6: And before the broadcast, I looked up wrote two on
- 40:57Speaker 6: the fifty yard line and those are thirty three hundred tickets.
- 41:00Speaker 6: But we get three thousands of ticket for ours. Maybe
- 41:03Speaker 6: we'll stoop the game. We'll go to Foxwood's and we'll
- 41:06Speaker 6: see what we can do.
- 41:07Speaker 3: I like it, well, we'll double it up, we'll clean up,
- 41:10Speaker 3: we'll have a blast.
- 41:12Speaker 6: There you go.
- 41:13Speaker 1: Are you all right?
- 41:14Speaker 3: Listen, I'm almost out of time. I want to thank you.
- 41:16Speaker 3: I can't thank you enough for hanging out with us.
- 41:18Speaker 3: There's so much going. Do you want to tell you?
- 41:20Speaker 5: What? Do you?
- 41:20Speaker 1: Just?
- 41:20Speaker 3: Real quick? What are you up to now? If you
- 41:22Speaker 3: want to share that with everybody.
- 41:26Speaker 6: I'm I'm getting oldly. I'm doing some work for a
- 41:29Speaker 6: company living or in uh in Saudi Arabia. We're building
- 41:34Speaker 6: a new city called Neo Terrific Project. I'm staying involved
- 41:39Speaker 6: in politics, trying to do what I can in Connecticut,
- 41:42Speaker 6: and playing a lot of golf. Not that I'm getting
- 41:45Speaker 6: doing it better, but we're playing.
- 41:46Speaker 3: No, No, you're very good. You're scary good. So you're
- 41:48Speaker 3: playing too much. Now you're playing too much?
- 41:52Speaker 1: All right, I know you got to go talk.
- 41:54Speaker 2: Good work.
- 41:55Speaker 6: Please put the word.
- 41:56Speaker 3: I can't thank you enough, brother, thank you so much
- 41:58Speaker 3: for coming on. And I appreciate shit you coming on
- 42:00Speaker 3: with us tonight, and I'll talk to you soon. I'll
- 42:02Speaker 3: give you a shot later on. That's Bob Stefanowski again.
- 42:04Speaker 3: And uh and Bob is here's it. You see things
- 42:09Speaker 3: in politics, and this the one great, it's one great.
- 42:12Speaker 3: One of the great disasters in the state of Connecticut
- 42:15Speaker 3: is the fact that that guy didn't win the election
- 42:17Speaker 3: because not only is he genuine and legit and basically
- 42:22Speaker 3: did wanted to run just because he wanted to do good.
- 42:24Speaker 3: He didn't need the money, he doesn't need the fame,
- 42:26Speaker 3: he doesn't need the you know, the recognition. He just
- 42:28Speaker 3: wanted to do good for the state. And they're you know,
- 42:31Speaker 3: those people are few and far between. So kudos to him,
- 42:34Speaker 3: and I thank you for coming on.
- 42:35Speaker 1: Listen.
- 42:35Speaker 3: I had a blast filling in this past week. I
- 42:38Speaker 3: think I'm back on a little later on in the
- 42:40Speaker 3: month for a couple of days. But the great Wayne
- 42:42Speaker 3: Allen Root is back tomorrow night. I'm sure he'll be tanned,
- 42:46Speaker 3: ready rested, and all set to rock and roll. Thanks
- 42:50Speaker 3: to the boys behind the scenes. I can't thank you enough,
- 42:52Speaker 3: both Untamed Nation and the folks on the radio side
- 42:55Speaker 3: of it. Enjoyed doing it. And then we'll catch up
- 42:57Speaker 3: again down the road. Thanks everybody out there for watching
- 43:00Speaker 3: and listening. Keep it right here on the war zone.
- 43:01Speaker 3: See it.
