- 0:10Speaker 1: Warning The Root, The Root, the Roots on fire.
- 0:14Speaker 2: You're about to experience the most high octane, pedal to
- 0:16Speaker 2: the metal controversial show of your life. Please buckle up
- 0:20Speaker 2: and hold on tightly. This station is not responsible for injuries.
- 0:24Speaker 2: This is Wayne Alan Root, Raw and unfiltered with America's
- 0:27Speaker 2: favorite conservative rock star, direct from the entertainment capital of
- 0:31Speaker 2: the world, Las Vegas.
- 0:33Speaker 1: What time is it? It's time war War.
- 0:38Speaker 2: Here's your host, one hundred percent Raw Truth, one hundred
- 0:41Speaker 2: percent American made the Warrior, Wayne Alan Roots.
- 0:59Speaker 3: Hello, Wow, my voice is so much better since I
- 1:03Speaker 3: go back from Hawaii. But I'm always talking myself out,
- 1:07Speaker 3: and so I already did my hour of Real America's
- 1:09Speaker 3: Voice TV that airs tonight at ten o'clock Eastern, seven
- 1:14Speaker 3: o'clock Pacific, and then I did an hour of my
- 1:17Speaker 3: radio show and now my voice is.
- 1:21Speaker 1: Kind of aching and on the fritz again a little bit.
- 1:23Speaker 3: So bear with me as I keep myself well, well watered,
- 1:27Speaker 3: and I keep drinking water to keep it alive, and
- 1:31Speaker 3: of course sucking on my Amuo life lozengers, which are
- 1:35Speaker 3: life savers.
- 1:36Speaker 1: Or I couldn't even do this because if you.
- 1:39Speaker 3: Might ask to yourself, well, there's lots of people that
- 1:42Speaker 3: do three hours or four hours a day of radio
- 1:44Speaker 3: or TV. Not too many, by the way, but there's
- 1:47Speaker 3: a handful in the United States of America. Sean Hannity
- 1:50Speaker 3: does an hour on Fox, and he does a three
- 1:51Speaker 3: hour radio show. And for a while Bill O'Reilly was
- 1:54Speaker 3: on Fox and then doing a three hour radio show.
- 1:57Speaker 1: But they don't. None of them have my energy.
- 2:00Speaker 3: None of them put my passion and energy, you know,
- 2:03Speaker 3: my pedal to the metal, balls to the walls for
- 2:06Speaker 3: three or four hours a day. Nobody does that but me,
- 2:09Speaker 3: no one. So all I can tell you is there
- 2:13Speaker 3: is no one else who stresses their throat or their
- 2:16Speaker 3: voice their larynx like I do, because I put so
- 2:20Speaker 3: much into every show for you.
- 2:22Speaker 1: So I just want you to appreciate that and understand that.
- 2:24Speaker 1: So I'll tell you what else.
- 2:26Speaker 3: You should appreciate That I care about the Jay Sixers
- 2:29Speaker 3: so much that I put my name on the line
- 2:31Speaker 3: and send a letter.
- 2:33Speaker 1: To President Trump this morning care.
- 2:35Speaker 3: Of the two assistants who sit right next to him
- 2:38Speaker 3: all day every day, literally sit next to him every
- 2:41Speaker 3: moment in mar Lago and soon every moment in the
- 2:43Speaker 3: White House, and every time he gets on his Trump airplane.
- 2:47Speaker 3: They sit next to him on the airplane and they
- 2:49Speaker 3: hand him everything that I send them directly. So I
- 2:53Speaker 3: send this to President Trump care of those two people
- 2:55Speaker 3: who I shall not name, regarding Jake Lang, the J
- 2:59Speaker 3: six political prison and all the Jay six ers.
- 3:02Speaker 1: Here is the cover letter I put on it.
- 3:04Speaker 3: Please be sure President Trump sees this heartfelt letter from
- 3:07Speaker 3: J six's dad, Ned Lang, about his son political prisoner
- 3:12Speaker 3: Jay Lang. Jake has become a dear friend of mine
- 3:14Speaker 3: from his prison cell at seventeen different prisons. Jake is
- 3:18Speaker 3: a J six political hostage. He has been in prison
- 3:23Speaker 3: for four years, four birthdays, and four Christmases without a trial.
- 3:26Speaker 1: How this can happen in America? I have no idea.
- 3:29Speaker 3: This is a combination of persecution, torture, and cruel and
- 3:32Speaker 3: unusual punishment. I could testify what a great young man
- 3:35Speaker 3: he is. He's a fine gentleman. Jake's a man of
- 3:38Speaker 3: faith in God and never lost faith or his positive
- 3:41Speaker 3: attitude through four years in prison without a trial, much
- 3:44Speaker 3: of it in solitary confinement. To be ezach, over nine
- 3:47Speaker 3: hundred days almost three years in solitary. I don't know
- 3:51Speaker 3: how he survived. I don't know how he's sing. He
- 3:54Speaker 3: deserves freedom, as do all the J sixers. This is
- 3:57Speaker 3: clearly a case of fruit of the poison tree. They've
- 4:01Speaker 3: all been entrapped by the DOJFBI, then treated unfairly, persecuted
- 4:06Speaker 3: and tortured, but no one has endured worse than my
- 4:09Speaker 3: friend Jake. Please have President Trump read the letter below
- 4:13Speaker 3: from Jake's father. It is so moving and true. I'm
- 4:16Speaker 3: a witness to what has been done to this fine
- 4:17Speaker 3: young man. It's a disgrace to our country and our constitution.
- 4:21Speaker 3: I know the founding fathers are rolling over in their graves.
- 4:24Speaker 3: Please ask my friend President Trump to free all the
- 4:27Speaker 3: Jay Sixers, but pay special attention to the tragic plight
- 4:31Speaker 3: of Jake Lang. What he has accomplished from a prison
- 4:34Speaker 3: cell in seventeen different prisons over four long years is
- 4:38Speaker 3: truly unimaginable. All the leadership that Jake has shown for
- 4:42Speaker 3: the J Sixers, and all the good deeds.
- 4:44Speaker 1: In Judaism we call these mitzvahs.
- 4:47Speaker 3: All the good deeds, all the mitzvahs he has so
- 4:50Speaker 3: selflessly done for.
- 4:51Speaker 1: All the other J sixers, truly amazing.
- 4:54Speaker 3: Jake deserves his freedom, Mister President thank you and God
- 4:57Speaker 3: bless I'll see you at the inauguration, Wayne Alan Root.
- 5:01Speaker 1: And then I want to read.
- 5:02Speaker 3: You a couple of excerpts from Jake's father, ned Lang,
- 5:05Speaker 3: what he wrote to the president.
- 5:07Speaker 1: Dear President Trump, and this is what I forwarded to
- 5:09Speaker 1: the President.
- 5:09Speaker 3: That was my cover letter, and this is the main
- 5:12Speaker 3: letter from Jake's dad nd Lang. For over fourteen hundred
- 5:16Speaker 3: and fifty agonizing days, my twenty nine year old son,
- 5:19Speaker 3: Edward Jacob Jake Lang has endured the horrors of incarceration
- 5:22Speaker 3: and what can only be described as the purgatory of
- 5:25Speaker 3: the Washington d C.
- 5:26Speaker 1: Jail system.
- 5:27Speaker 3: Jake has suffered nearly four years behind bars without a trial, isolated, punished,
- 5:31Speaker 3: and entreated in ways no American should ever endure. As
- 5:36Speaker 3: a father, I write you not just as a parent
- 5:40Speaker 3: pleading for the life of his son, but also as
- 5:42Speaker 3: a fellow American imploring for justice and mercy.
- 5:46Speaker 1: Jake has no criminal history.
- 5:47Speaker 3: He's not a dangerous society, but a man of character
- 5:50Speaker 3: and conviction who has spent his time behind bars serving others.
- 5:53Speaker 3: On January sixth, Jake courageously saved two lives. Philip Anders Did,
- 5:58Speaker 3: Tommy Tatum, and He's got affidavits proving it, by pulling
- 6:03Speaker 3: him from a deadly crush of bodies caused by excessive
- 6:06Speaker 3: police force. Tragically, he could not save Roseanne Boilin, who
- 6:10Speaker 3: died in his arms that day. Witnesses and affidavits confirmed
- 6:13Speaker 3: Jake's selfless acts, yet he has been vilified, stripped of
- 6:17Speaker 3: his rights, and subjected to inumane treatment. The conditions Jake
- 6:21Speaker 3: has endured are harrying over nine er days in the
- 6:23Speaker 3: solitary confinement, seventy different prison transfers.
- 6:27Speaker 1: Through diesel therapy, meaning you can't believe this.
- 6:30Speaker 3: They put you on a diesel bus that is fifty
- 6:34Speaker 3: years old, and the windows are down and the diesel
- 6:37Speaker 3: smell comes through every minute that you're driving hundreds of
- 6:42Speaker 3: hours from one hundreds of miles from one prison to another,
- 6:46Speaker 3: and they drive in circles. It should get there in
- 6:49Speaker 3: a day, in twenty four hours, but it takes them
- 6:51Speaker 3: three weeks because they drive around in circles to make
- 6:54Speaker 3: sure you are dizzy and sick to your stomach from diesel.
- 6:58Speaker 3: He's been sprayed with bear mace, denied basic hygiene, and
- 7:02Speaker 3: suffered physical abuse, all because he stood up for what
- 7:06Speaker 3: he believed in Despite these hardships, Jake has channeled his
- 7:09Speaker 3: pain into action, organizing and raising millions of dollars for
- 7:12Speaker 3: other January six prisoners and their families through his nonprofit
- 7:16Speaker 3: jsixtruth dot org. Jake has provided legal assistance, paid for
- 7:20Speaker 3: commissary accounts, and even supported families at rent and travel expenses.
- 7:25Speaker 3: From behind bars, he has baptized dozens of fellow inmates,
- 7:29Speaker 3: offering hope and faith were non existed. Jake is a
- 7:32Speaker 3: remarkable young man who has been guided by strong mentors
- 7:35Speaker 3: like Wayne Allen Root, with whom he has collaborated to
- 7:38Speaker 3: advocate for justice and truth about January sixth. He has
- 7:42Speaker 3: appeared on mister Root's show over thirty times, tirelessly raising
- 7:46Speaker 3: awareness for the plight of all the j six prisoners.
- 7:50Speaker 3: Shake's leadership and compassion demonstrates his unyielding dedication to his
- 7:54Speaker 3: country and his fellow patriots. Our family has always been
- 7:57Speaker 3: deeply committed to the values you represent, mister President. I've
- 8:00Speaker 3: contributed significantly through Republican causes, including host ding a campaign
- 8:04Speaker 3: event for Eric Trump in Pennsylvania during the twenty sixteen election.
- 8:08Speaker 1: I think what he meant say is for you, mister President.
- 8:11Speaker 3: Starring Eric Trump as the speaker during the twenty sixteen election. Jake,
- 8:16Speaker 3: just twenty years old, looked up to Eric and was
- 8:18Speaker 3: actively involved in the Young Republicans Club, even earning the
- 8:21Speaker 3: Future Business Leadership Award in high school. These experiences shaped
- 8:25Speaker 3: Jake into the passionate and patriotic man he is today,
- 8:29Speaker 3: Mister President, the J sixth defendants, including my son, were
- 8:34Speaker 3: entrapped by a corrupt system that denies them impartial trials
- 8:38Speaker 3: in Washington, c. The FBI's involvement in citing violence on
- 8:41Speaker 3: that day has been exposed, and the truth of what
- 8:44Speaker 3: happened must not be ignored. These men and women are
- 8:46Speaker 3: not insurrectionists. They are Americans who answered the call to
- 8:49Speaker 3: stand for democracy and fairness. Jake stood in defense of
- 8:52Speaker 3: others that day and has continued to do so from
- 8:54Speaker 3: his cell.
- 8:55Speaker 1: His spirit remains unbroken, but his suffering must end. Please.
- 8:58Speaker 3: As a father to a father, I implore you to
- 9:01Speaker 3: grant Jake and all the J six political prisoners a
- 9:04Speaker 3: full pardon. My son has paid a price no one
- 9:07Speaker 3: should ever have to pay, and he deserves the chance
- 9:09Speaker 3: to live his life as the honorable, patriotic man he's
- 9:11Speaker 3: always been. This is not just about Jake. It's about
- 9:14Speaker 3: the soul of our nation and the indi justice we
- 9:16Speaker 3: owe to every American. Thank you, President Trump, if you're
- 9:21Speaker 3: unwavering courage and commitment to the American people, We trust
- 9:24Speaker 3: in your leadership to bring justice to those who have
- 9:26Speaker 3: been wronged. Sincerely, ned Lang and as if to emphasize
- 9:32Speaker 3: that every word he just said is true, a new
- 9:36Speaker 3: video has just come out showing j six Trump supporter
- 9:39Speaker 3: Roseanne Boylin shot in the face by a police projectile,
- 9:44Speaker 3: peaceful protester doing nothing wrong, shot in the face, pushed down,
- 9:49Speaker 3: smothered under a pile, trapped in a tunnel in the
- 9:52Speaker 3: Capitol under tons of bodies, before metro police officer beat
- 9:58Speaker 3: her with a stick as she on the US Capitol steps.
- 10:02Speaker 1: This went on in America.
- 10:04Speaker 3: Five cops did not die that day, lie, No cops
- 10:08Speaker 3: died that day, No patriots killed cops. But four Trump
- 10:14Speaker 3: Maga patriots died that day, and three were killed by
- 10:18Speaker 3: police action, and nobody in the mainstream media wants to
- 10:21Speaker 3: report this. Ashley Babbitt was shot and killed in cold
- 10:24Speaker 3: blood by a cop. Kevin Greeson died of a heart attack.
- 10:27Speaker 3: Benjamin Phillips was killed when Capitol police fired, explosing exploding
- 10:31Speaker 3: cylinders into the crowd. He was knocked unconscious. Trump supporters
- 10:35Speaker 3: were unable to revive him. And Roseanne Boylan was gas
- 10:38Speaker 3: pushed down, smothered until unconscious, and then beaten with a
- 10:41Speaker 3: stick by an officer as she lay dying on the
- 10:43Speaker 3: US Capitol steps. She was unconscious at the bottom of
- 10:47Speaker 3: a pile being hit by a cop with.
- 10:49Speaker 1: A heavy baton. Is this America or the Soviet Union
- 10:54Speaker 1: or a rant or Cuba?
- 10:57Speaker 3: And they even mentioned this article that uh, Roseanne was
- 11:04Speaker 3: dropped down, pushed out of the tunnel, but police uh.
- 11:08Speaker 3: And there were people trying to save Roseanne's life. Numerous
- 11:12Speaker 3: Trump supporters would trying to save her life.
- 11:16Speaker 4: She was a victim of police brutality.
- 11:18Speaker 3: Guess who's trying to save her life, My boy, Jay Klang,

- 15:09Speaker 3: welcome back to the show. So much going on, hard
- 15:12Speaker 3: to keep up with all of it. But I went
- 15:15Speaker 3: on a rant in my first hour of my radio
- 15:17Speaker 3: show about illegal aliens. Everything's about illegals in California. I
- 15:22Speaker 3: think this whole fire. I mean, I know there's you know,
- 15:24Speaker 3: I'm the guy who's listed all the problems for the
- 15:25Speaker 3: first day, I think before any other hosts in America.
- 15:28Speaker 3: I talked about the DEI and the budget cuts for
- 15:31Speaker 3: firemen and the insane economic wacko beliefs in California where
- 15:37Speaker 3: the hydrants don't work and the reservoirs aren't filled up.
- 15:43Speaker 3: They haven't built a new reservoir since nineteen seventy nine.
- 15:47Speaker 3: Do you realize I graduated high school in nineteen seventy nine,
- 15:50Speaker 3: seventy nine to eighty nine to ninety nine to two
- 15:52Speaker 3: thousand and nine, twenty nineteen, forty six years since they've
- 15:56Speaker 3: built a new reservoir. You know how many people have
- 15:58Speaker 3: moved into California and forty six years, but yet they
- 16:01Speaker 3: haven't built a new reservoir To keep up the water
- 16:03Speaker 3: for them, and they let the water run off into
- 16:07Speaker 3: the ocean instead of saving it to put out fires,
- 16:10Speaker 3: because they want to save some stupid, obscure, freaking fish.
- 16:15Speaker 3: And of course, you know the mayor wanted to go
- 16:17Speaker 3: to wanted to go. She went to Africa. She knew
- 16:20Speaker 3: there was a massive windstorm coming in which would mean
- 16:23Speaker 3: massive chance of a massive fire, and she.
- 16:26Speaker 1: Leaves for Africa. The list is on and on. How pathetic.
- 16:31Speaker 3: You know, they gave firefighting equipment to Ukraine and they
- 16:34Speaker 3: fired firefighters because they wouldn't take the COVID vaccine. The
- 16:38Speaker 3: list of problems that that liberals have have you know,
- 16:42Speaker 3: caused these. They don't cause the fire, but they caused
- 16:45Speaker 3: the ridiculous bad reaction of the fire, the terrible incompetent
- 16:52Speaker 3: way the fire was handled liberal ideas. But the biggest
- 16:56Speaker 3: thing is illegals. It's all about illegals. It's about the
- 17:00Speaker 3: money spent on illegals. It's about the time devoted to illegals.
- 17:04Speaker 3: It's about the focus on illegals. It's about thinking about illegals.
- 17:07Speaker 3: It's about defending illegals. It's about keeping illegals out of jail.
- 17:10Speaker 3: It's about the illegals that are in jail, costing a
- 17:12Speaker 3: fortune with prisons and court systems and lawyers, legal aid lawyers.
- 17:16Speaker 1: It's incredible.
- 17:18Speaker 3: Everything's about illegal aliens in America and specifically and especially
- 17:23Speaker 3: in California.
- 17:24Speaker 1: But also so that caused the bad response.
- 17:27Speaker 3: To the fire, that caused the budget deficit, that hurts
- 17:31Speaker 3: the ability to spend money on fires and fire preparedness.
- 17:34Speaker 3: But then you got to bring up who's starting the fires.
- 17:37Speaker 3: I think it's all illegal aliens. They've caught quite a
- 17:40Speaker 3: few of them in the last three days red handed
- 17:43Speaker 3: with blow torches in their hand.
- 17:45Speaker 1: And they're illegal aliens, illegals and homeless people. So you've
- 17:49Speaker 1: got this horrible thing going on. Everything's about illegals.
- 17:52Speaker 3: And my guess was from the first day I said this,
- 17:56Speaker 3: they're jealous because I lived in Malibu and I hung
- 17:59Speaker 3: out in bread Wood and Santa Monica and pack Palisades.
- 18:03Speaker 1: I know every inch of all those cities. Everybody's white.
- 18:06Speaker 3: Everyone in Malleble in those million dollar mansions, they're all white.
- 18:09Speaker 3: Everybody in Pack Palisades is white. Everyone in Brentwood is
- 18:13Speaker 3: white other than OJ Simpson and he killed his white wife.
- 18:17Speaker 3: Everyone is Satamonica's white in the rich houses, so it's
- 18:21Speaker 3: only natural that you let all these criminal legals in.
- 18:23Speaker 3: And they have nothing, not have died into their name,
- 18:26Speaker 3: and they're brown or black, and they look at the
- 18:28Speaker 3: white people with all the money, and even though they've
- 18:30Speaker 3: been let into the country because of white liberals, they
- 18:33Speaker 3: hate you.
- 18:34Speaker 1: They see a white person with money and they go,
- 18:36Speaker 1: I want to burn his house down. I have nothing.
- 18:38Speaker 3: He has a mansion and a pool and gates in
- 18:40Speaker 3: front and a beautiful wife with lou baton high heels.
- 18:45Speaker 1: I can't stand you.
- 18:46Speaker 4: I hate you.
- 18:47Speaker 3: I'm envious of you. I'm jealous of you. I'm telling you.
- 18:49Speaker 3: That's what's going through their minds. And so they're setting
- 18:52Speaker 3: fires to burn down the houses of the white people,
- 18:55Speaker 3: burn down the houses of the rich people, white or not.
- 18:58Speaker 1: They don't like you.
- 18:59Speaker 3: If you're black and rich too, if you're Latino and rich,
- 19:01Speaker 3: they don't like you. They want what's yours. And then
- 19:04Speaker 3: third of all, it's about illegals because they're robbing you.
- 19:07Speaker 3: They're setting the fires not because they're jealous and want
- 19:10Speaker 3: to ruin you, but because it's a distraction and there's
- 19:13Speaker 3: no police, no fire. The house has been abandoned, and
- 19:15Speaker 3: the neighborhood's abandoned, and there's no one there to protect
- 19:18Speaker 3: your home, and the illegal alien gangs are robbing those
- 19:22Speaker 3: homes and also looting the homes that have burned to
- 19:26Speaker 3: the ground, whatever's left, the jewelry, the coins, whatever they
- 19:29Speaker 3: can find. So on every level, it's about illegals, even
- 19:34Speaker 3: though it's also about DEI, even though it's also about
- 19:37Speaker 3: environmental wackoism and extremism, it's about illegal aliens. That's at
- 19:42Speaker 3: the root of everything we see happening. Illegals, illegals, illegals.
- 19:46Speaker 3: Nobody else but me seems to be talking about that one,
- 19:49Speaker 3: all right, to'm waiting out of the roots.
- 19:50Speaker 1: We're going out to a break.
- 19:52Speaker 3: By the way, there's no music jase of any kind,
- 19:54Speaker 3: no music coming in, and there's no music going out.
- 19:56Speaker 3: Now there's music, so that's how I would know we're
- 19:59Speaker 3: on the way out.
- 20:00Speaker 1: Energized Health is the sponsor of this segment show.
- 20:03Speaker 3: It's my program for life, and it saved my life
- 20:05Speaker 3: and it changed my life. I'm I'm gonna be sixty
- 20:08Speaker 3: four years old, and I look better than when I
- 20:10Speaker 3: was fifty fourteen years ago. Do you know anyone who
- 20:13Speaker 3: reverse ages I did. I look better in face and
- 20:16Speaker 3: the body than fourteen years ago. I lost twenty five
- 20:18Speaker 3: pounds of fat and only eighty eight days I gained
- 20:21Speaker 3: ten pounds of muscle, all because of Energized Health changed
- 20:24Speaker 3: my life and I gained three TV shows.
- 20:26Speaker 1: Passed the age of sixty one.
- 20:28Speaker 3: No one's ever done that because it's my fountain of
- 20:31Speaker 3: youth and it reversed aged me. You could have the
- 20:33Speaker 3: same program and get forty percent off. Could Energize Health
- 20:36Speaker 3: dot com T I've been war get forty percent off.
- 20:39Speaker 3: Energized Health dot com.

- 21:58Speaker 3: My guest is your DNK actor, producer, filmmakers. Starred in
- 22:02Speaker 3: many Hollywood films and TV programs, including playing Superman in
- 22:08Speaker 3: the television series Lois and Clark, The New Adventures of Superman,
- 22:11Speaker 3: and a guy who lived where I lived in Malibu,
- 22:14Speaker 3: California and now lives where I live in Las Vegas, Nevada.
- 22:17Speaker 4: Are you following me around, Dean?
- 22:19Speaker 5: Not officially, but yeah, absolutely, sir.
- 22:24Speaker 3: Or maybe I'm maybe I'm following you one of the others.
- 22:26Speaker 3: So great to have you on the show. Are you
- 22:29Speaker 3: as stunned as I am? Because I lived through many wildfires,
- 22:31Speaker 3: as I know you did too. I lived through six
- 22:34Speaker 3: wildfires living in Malibu, two of them that came close
- 22:37Speaker 3: to obliterating my houses. But I never saw a house
- 22:41Speaker 3: burn on the beach, and I can't believe what's happened
- 22:45Speaker 3: in Pacific Palisades. I never saw that burn at all.
- 22:48Speaker 3: Now the whole town is gone. This is a stunning,
- 22:51Speaker 3: stunning story.
- 22:53Speaker 6: Yeah, listen, we grew up in Malbos. I did from
- 22:56Speaker 6: like kindergarten on. You're used to these fires. You know,
- 23:00Speaker 6: they come the Santa Ana wins start blowing. It's a
- 23:02Speaker 6: red flag warning, and so you prepare. We used to
- 23:05Speaker 6: do a lot of brush clearance and things of that
- 23:07Speaker 6: nature around our house. The fire department would come through
- 23:11Speaker 6: that thing that sort of mellowed out. When you look
- 23:13Speaker 6: at what Gavin Newsom has done, when you look at
- 23:16Speaker 6: the twenty fourteen bill where we passed, you know, hundreds
- 23:21Speaker 6: of millions of dollars to create reservoirs. Ninety percent plus
- 23:25Speaker 6: of the rainwater that comes down to California.
- 23:27Speaker 5: Goes right into the ocean.
- 23:29Speaker 6: It's a failure of epic proportions, a perfect storm of
- 23:33Speaker 6: mismanagement and a failure of leadership. It is one hundred percent.
- 23:37Speaker 6: This never should have taken place. Karen Bass shouldn't have
- 23:40Speaker 6: gone to Ghana under a red flag warning, even if
- 23:43Speaker 6: the Biden administration wanted her to go.
- 23:45Speaker 5: Her job as.
- 23:45Speaker 6: Mayor of Los Angeles precludes that in my opinion, especially
- 23:49Speaker 6: during the time where's she created. I think she called
- 23:52Speaker 6: the state of emergency before she left. Stuff that just
- 23:55Speaker 6: doesn't make sense. Gavin Newsom, those guys have been doing
- 23:59Speaker 6: a horrible job force management, with water management. Water. Do
- 24:05Speaker 6: you know what it costs me my last year in
- 24:08Speaker 6: Malibu for water? It's crazy. It's more than most people's mortgages.
- 24:11Speaker 6: And that's insane because they're driving up the cost of water.
- 24:15Speaker 6: They're they're not putting enough water through the whole Delta
- 24:19Speaker 6: smelt thing I've been screaming about for years. There's just
- 24:21Speaker 6: so many bad policies. And after how many years has
- 24:25Speaker 6: he been there? You know is twenty years ago he
- 24:28Speaker 6: had his ten year planned to end homelessness in San Francisco.
- 24:30Speaker 6: And I'm speaking of Gavin Newsom in case anybody's confused,
- 24:34Speaker 6: and that's you know, twenty years ago he's going to
- 24:37Speaker 6: end homeless this in ten years, Well, twenty four billion
- 24:39Speaker 6: dollars plus later. Whatever it is, nothing, it's increased. We
- 24:43Speaker 6: have half the or they have because I've left half
- 24:46Speaker 6: of the country's homeless. They spend so much money on
- 24:49Speaker 6: more they spend I think twenty they spend almost double
- 24:52Speaker 6: on homeless in California than they do on fire prevention
- 24:55Speaker 6: and firefighters.
- 24:56Speaker 3: It's craziness, and nobody talks about the fact. I said
- 24:59Speaker 3: this for years. I've been the only guy alone on
- 25:02Speaker 3: the mountain screaming this dean that every dollar you spend
- 25:05Speaker 3: on illegal aliens, we're spending billions and billions and billions.
- 25:08Speaker 3: When he added up over ten years, I bet we
- 25:10Speaker 3: spent a trillion dollars local, state, federal on illegal aliens.
- 25:15Speaker 3: That money could be going to American citizens and important
- 25:18Speaker 3: priorities for Americans, like hire more firemen, pay them more money,
- 25:22Speaker 3: train them better about wildfires, preparedness for fires, cut the brush,
- 25:29Speaker 3: you know, build more reservoirs. We spend all our money
- 25:32Speaker 3: out illegals. This is the chickens, in my opinion, have
- 25:37Speaker 3: come home to roost.
- 25:38Speaker 5: Yeah, I think you're dead right.
- 25:40Speaker 6: I mean, it's a matter of priorities, and when you're
- 25:43Speaker 6: doing so well that you can be concerned about. You know,
- 25:47Speaker 6: speech is violence. You've misgendered me. You know, d ie
- 25:51Speaker 6: or they sayde but I say die. When you can
- 25:55Speaker 6: worry about those things, it's like hunger games. You got
- 25:57Speaker 6: the district that's just struggling to get by, and that's
- 25:59Speaker 6: that's every day Americans. And then you have those living
- 26:01Speaker 6: in the city and they're worried about how their eyebrows
- 26:04Speaker 6: look and that their teeth are big enough and all
- 26:05Speaker 6: that weird stuff. That's what it feels like. You know,
- 26:08Speaker 6: they're not paying attention to the nitty gritty until it
- 26:12Speaker 6: hits everybody in the face. And now what's gonna happen.
- 26:14Speaker 6: You guys are gonna have to go back and rebuild. Now,
- 26:17Speaker 6: try going through the Coastal Commission. You know, insurance, get
- 26:21Speaker 6: your insurance paid, Get insurance right right, the bureaucracy.
- 26:25Speaker 1: I think about inflation, see big relation.
- 26:28Speaker 3: I mean, if if you had a house that was
- 26:31Speaker 3: built thirty forty years ago, try to replicate that with
- 26:34Speaker 3: the new rules for building by the Coastal Commission in California.
- 26:38Speaker 3: So a house that maybe was worth a million or
- 26:40Speaker 3: two million or three million might cost is six million
- 26:43Speaker 3: to replicate. No one's got the money. It seems like
- 26:46Speaker 3: this is government's way to take over your land. Everyone's
- 26:49Speaker 3: gonna have to sell their land cheap and walk away,
- 26:51Speaker 3: all the average middle class people.
- 26:54Speaker 4: Who knows what's going on.
- 26:55Speaker 3: But I was gonna mention it in the opening commentary today,
- 26:58Speaker 3: I mentioned that I spent a lot of time in
- 27:00Speaker 3: the summers in Park City, Utah, and they had a
- 27:03Speaker 3: fire two summers ago that was massive, and they were
- 27:07Speaker 3: warning everyone on the news, this is the big one.
- 27:09Speaker 3: Get home to your house and defend it and pack
- 27:12Speaker 3: a suitcase.
- 27:13Speaker 4: This could burn the whole Park City down.
- 27:15Speaker 3: Well, they attacked it with water helicopters and water planes,
- 27:19Speaker 3: and you know what happened. Not one house burned. And
- 27:21Speaker 3: at the time I went on TV and radio and
- 27:23Speaker 3: this is what I said. I said, Utah defended it,
- 27:26Speaker 3: and not one house burned. It never quite got to
- 27:29Speaker 3: the outskirts of Park City. So no house burned in California.
- 27:34Speaker 3: They can never do that because their whole life is
- 27:36Speaker 3: about illegal aliens and giving money to Ukraine and giving
- 27:40Speaker 3: money to up to other foreign countries, and transgender rights
- 27:45Speaker 3: and rainbow flags and lesbian rights, and nobody's thinking about
- 27:50Speaker 3: defending against the plagues that have bothered La since the
- 27:54Speaker 3: beginning of time. Fires, mudslides, and earthquakes. There's no preparation
- 27:58Speaker 3: of any kind.
- 27:59Speaker 4: Was I right?
- 28:02Speaker 5: You were dead right?
- 28:02Speaker 6: Unfortunately, and there are a few people who died as
- 28:05Speaker 6: a result, and it's awful, and there's talks of it
- 28:07Speaker 6: now are some things of that nature, excuse me, which
- 28:10Speaker 6: is terrible. But you can prepare for these things, and
- 28:12Speaker 6: you really can't control burns. Clearing the bruck, there's so
- 28:15Speaker 6: many ways to do so, and it really does mitigate
- 28:19Speaker 6: the damage. They didn't do any of it. Cut in
- 28:21Speaker 6: the budget, they did everything wrong, and now a lot
- 28:24Speaker 6: of people are going to have to take that medicine
- 28:26Speaker 6: and it doesn't go down easily. And it's gonna I mean,
- 28:29Speaker 6: the Palisades is gone, and that is a beautiful, beautiful area.
- 28:33Speaker 6: I owned a home there as well. Three houses I
- 28:36Speaker 6: lived in the Palisades are gone. Three houses that I
- 28:38Speaker 6: lived in Malibu throughout my life are gone. It's incredible,
- 28:42Speaker 6: and these people are going to have to you know, there's,
- 28:45Speaker 6: of course, there's the wealthy, very wealthy, who have another
- 28:47Speaker 6: house and places to go, but that's the few and
- 28:49Speaker 6: far between. Most of these people are going to be
- 28:52Speaker 6: absolutely screwed for years. They'll probably sell cheap black rock
- 28:56Speaker 6: will come in buy it or wherever it happens to be,
- 28:58Speaker 6: and it'll get even more expensive.
- 29:00Speaker 4: About that exactly. That seems to be the way it
- 29:02Speaker 4: always goes.
- 29:03Speaker 3: I wrote the book The Murder of the middle Class
- 29:06Speaker 3: ten years ago, and that's what's happening.
- 29:07Speaker 4: It's the murder of the middle class. You know. I
- 29:10Speaker 4: was in the ninety three fire.
- 29:12Speaker 3: In Malibu, was a really bad one, and it seemed
- 29:15Speaker 3: like the world was ending at Oh yeah. People were
- 29:17Speaker 3: running by my house, would sit on their face and
- 29:19Speaker 3: a cat in their arm, and they wanted water from
- 29:21Speaker 3: my hose in front.
- 29:23Speaker 4: It was the scary.
- 29:23Speaker 3: It was like the fallest I gone, scariest thing I've
- 29:26Speaker 3: ever seen. And I think we lost two hundred houses
- 29:28Speaker 3: and I thought that was stunning. They're saying ten thousand
- 29:31Speaker 3: structures lost. Who's ever imagined something like this? If they
- 29:36Speaker 3: said a thousand, I'd go, oh my god. I was
- 29:39Speaker 3: there for the two hundred, one thousand, ten thousand, Dean.
- 29:43Speaker 3: This is stunning. And that's not the final figure. It
- 29:46Speaker 3: seems to me it's getting worse today. There's more fires.
- 29:50Speaker 3: I think this is arson at this point. I think
- 29:52Speaker 3: this is illegal alien gangs setting fires to rob houses.
- 29:56Speaker 3: I think it's Islamic terrorists setting fires to destroy the
- 29:59Speaker 3: United States. This is far beyond mother nature at this point.
- 30:03Speaker 6: Yeah, well, there are some there's certainly some calls about
- 30:06Speaker 6: there being arson. There's no no doubt about that. I mean,
- 30:09Speaker 6: I think that that is probably true. You've got some
- 30:11Speaker 6: people out there who want to cause damage and some
- 30:15Speaker 6: people who were out of their minds. But you know,
- 30:17Speaker 6: you can look back at the Wolsey fire, which was
- 30:19Speaker 6: twenty eighteen, and I think in Malibu we lost you know,
- 30:23Speaker 6: I think somewhere in the neighborhood of like a few
- 30:25Speaker 6: hundred houses, several, maybe even five hundred. I don't even know,
- 30:28Speaker 6: but I did here before I moved out here that
- 30:31Speaker 6: less than forty percent of those houses have been rebuilt.
- 30:34Speaker 6: This is going to be going on for years, a decade.
- 30:39Speaker 6: It's going to be insane. The palisade would be a
- 30:42Speaker 6: building site for a decade. It's going to be This
- 30:45Speaker 6: is not This is the beginning of a very very long,
- 30:48Speaker 6: tedious story for so many people, and I hope they're
- 30:53Speaker 6: the silver lining in this is I hope that people
- 30:55Speaker 6: see how difficult it is to deal with California government
- 31:01Speaker 6: and how ridiculous the bureaucracy is, and the levels of ridiculous,
- 31:05Speaker 6: redundant bureaucracy, and how.
- 31:07Speaker 5: Much it's gonna cost.
- 31:08Speaker 6: When you said, you know, a three million dollar house
- 31:10Speaker 6: is gonna cost six million, no doubt about it. There's
- 31:13Speaker 6: no question right to go through these regulations. And it's
- 31:16Speaker 6: not just for building the house. It's all these ridiculous
- 31:19Speaker 6: regulations that have been put in place. It's it's gonna
- 31:21Speaker 6: be insane my team break.
- 31:23Speaker 3: I heard another terrible story this morning, property taxes. The
- 31:27Speaker 3: article was in the LA paper and it said it
- 31:29Speaker 3: was a PROP thirteen. I can't remember the name of
- 31:32Speaker 3: the prop that reduced everybody's gonna say property taxes, Well, yeah,
- 31:35Speaker 3: it was A thirteen. And everybody, if you stay in
- 31:38Speaker 3: your house for forty years, your property taxes basically never
- 31:40Speaker 3: go up. But the minute you sell or rebuild, it
- 31:45Speaker 3: starts a new phase.
- 31:47Speaker 4: They were saying, if you rebuild and.
- 31:48Speaker 3: You change one thing, you now have to pay property
- 31:51Speaker 3: taxes as if you were a new buyer of the house.
- 31:54Speaker 3: So your property taxes worth thousand dollars a year the
- 31:57Speaker 3: same amount as nineteen seventy one. And now how you
- 32:00Speaker 3: rebuild and they go to the amount you would have
- 32:02Speaker 3: paid today, which might be forty five thousand a year
- 32:05Speaker 3: instead of one thousand or three thousand a year.
- 32:08Speaker 1: It's stunning. What's going to happen to people now? Last question?
- 32:11Speaker 3: And then we got to run. My fellow Las vegaan,
- 32:13Speaker 3: you ran away, I ran away. We left the beautiful
- 32:16Speaker 3: beach in Malibu. I used to see dolphins in my
- 32:18Speaker 3: back deck, literally dolphins dancing in the water in my
- 32:21Speaker 3: back deck.
- 32:22Speaker 4: And that house is gone now right in your moonshadows.
- 32:24Speaker 3: My other house in tranc Is burned in that Woolsey
- 32:26Speaker 3: fire in twenty eighteen. Unbelievable. So why did you leave Malibu?
- 32:31Speaker 3: I didn't leave over fires. I'm sure you didn't either.
- 32:33Speaker 1: I left over taxes. Why did you run to Las Vegas?
- 32:37Speaker 5: Well, taxes were number one.
- 32:38Speaker 6: The amount of the cost in taxes is crazy.
- 32:41Speaker 5: Fourteen point four, I think is.
- 32:43Speaker 6: The highest percentage now in California. Here in Nevada, I
- 32:46Speaker 6: think it's you know what I mean, it's a big
- 32:48Speaker 6: fed zero and I love that makes a huge difference.
- 32:51Speaker 6: My house here in Nevada and Henderson. If this house
- 32:55Speaker 6: were placed in the place of my lot Malaby would
- 32:57Speaker 6: be a fifty million dollar home, you know, and I
- 32:59Speaker 6: wouldn't be able to afford that. It's crazy how how
- 33:03Speaker 6: much easier and better it is to live here in Henderson.
- 33:06Speaker 6: You don't have the fire danger and all those things.
- 33:08Speaker 6: But taxes, regulations, ridiculous laws.
- 33:12Speaker 1: Second, crazy liberals, right, crazy liberals. I couldn't take them anymore. Hey,
- 33:18Speaker 1: we gotta go.
- 33:18Speaker 4: You know it goes.

- 36:48Speaker 3: I spend the break sometimes relaxing a little bit. You
- 36:51Speaker 3: saw my interview with Dean Kane, Superman on TV The
- 36:55Speaker 3: Adventures of Was It Clark Kent Lois Lane. Dean is
- 36:59Speaker 3: a TV movie star and it was great to interview him.
- 37:01Speaker 3: He follows me around. We both lived in Malibu and
- 37:03Speaker 3: now we both live.
- 37:04Speaker 1: In Las Vegas.
- 37:05Speaker 3: We're both happy, happy to be out of LA, relieved
- 37:08Speaker 3: to be out of LA.
- 37:09Speaker 1: I can't even imagine if I didn't move from LA.
- 37:11Speaker 1: I had a feeling.
- 37:12Speaker 3: First of all, I was I was moving away because
- 37:14Speaker 3: of my because of taxes. That's the main reason I
- 37:17Speaker 3: left La for Vegas was to pay zero income tax
- 37:20Speaker 3: and to get a house three times bigger, you know,
- 37:24Speaker 3: almost three times bigger for half the price.
- 37:27Speaker 1: So that's why I moved.
- 37:30Speaker 3: From Malibu overlooking with a beautiful house, three story wall
- 37:34Speaker 3: of glass overlooking the beach in the ocean. I moved
- 37:37Speaker 3: from that to Las Vegas because I got a house.
- 37:40Speaker 3: It wasn't three times bigger, it was twice as big
- 37:43Speaker 3: for half the price, and my income taxes were zero,
- 37:46Speaker 3: and my property taxes went down and my electric bill
- 37:49Speaker 3: went down.
- 37:50Speaker 1: That's why I moved.
- 37:51Speaker 3: But I did have a feeling in the pit of
- 37:55Speaker 3: my stomach that I had just barely avoided disaster on
- 38:02Speaker 3: so many occasions. The earthquake, the big earthquake, and I
- 38:07Speaker 3: think it was nineteen ninety four, and the tragic fires
- 38:11Speaker 3: in Malibu in nineteen ninety three that burned every house
- 38:14Speaker 3: up until the back of my house, and then it
- 38:17Speaker 3: stopped and my house survived. Horrible experience, and then the
- 38:22Speaker 3: mud slides that came after it a few months later,
- 38:24Speaker 3: where I was going through an intersection and the mud
- 38:27Speaker 3: slide came down the road and it missed my car
- 38:29Speaker 3: by literally an inch.
- 38:30Speaker 1: She'd have buried the car behind me. And I stopped
- 38:33Speaker 1: my car.
- 38:33Speaker 3: Turned it sideways in the road, and got out and
- 38:36Speaker 3: literally pulled a lady out of her car. The mud
- 38:39Speaker 3: was up to the top of her car and she
- 38:42Speaker 3: could have died, and I pulled her out and saved
- 38:43Speaker 3: her life.
- 38:44Speaker 1: And for the next like ten or twelve.
- 38:47Speaker 3: Years, she sent me Christ's card every year and said,
- 38:49Speaker 3: my savior and hero, Wayne A.
- 38:50Speaker 1: Larude, I love you, thank you for what you did.
- 38:52Speaker 1: You saved my life. I never for again. I hope
- 38:54Speaker 1: she didn't die.
- 38:55Speaker 3: I have no idea what happened to her, but I did,
- 38:57Speaker 3: you know, somewhat save her life, and she appreciated for many,
- 39:00Speaker 3: many years with a Christmas card saying that.
- 39:03Speaker 1: So I decided that one day the luck would catch
- 39:07Speaker 1: up with me. It would be bad instead of.
- 39:08Speaker 3: Good, and I could wind up dead or lose my
- 39:10Speaker 3: home and everything I own in that home. And I
- 39:14Speaker 3: left California and I didn't even think about it again
- 39:16Speaker 3: for years and years, and there were.
- 39:18Speaker 1: All of a sudden it was dead quiet.
- 39:19Speaker 3: There were no earthquakes, no mud slides, no major fires
- 39:23Speaker 3: till twenty eighteen, so I left in two thousand and two.
- 39:28Speaker 3: So it took six sixteen years before my premonition came
- 39:33Speaker 3: true and a fire went through the whole area of
- 39:36Speaker 3: Malibur where I lived Tracas at the top of a
- 39:39Speaker 3: mountain overlooking the ocean, and my house burns to the ground.
- 39:42Speaker 3: Every single thing in it burns the ground. I always
- 39:45Speaker 3: knew that if I stayed home and footed the fire
- 39:47Speaker 3: as a last resort, I jumped in the pools as
- 39:50Speaker 3: the gigantic wave of one hundred foot fire came over
- 39:53Speaker 3: my house.
- 39:54Speaker 1: You jump in the pool well.
- 39:55Speaker 3: The pool burns the ground and melted, so the entire
- 39:59Speaker 3: house was gone. And if I'd stayed to fight the fire,
- 40:01Speaker 3: I probably would have gotten killed. So at that point
- 40:04Speaker 3: I realized it may have taken sixteen years when my
- 40:06Speaker 3: premonition was right, and my house would have been gone
- 40:09Speaker 3: no matter what whether I stayed or either lived or died.
- 40:12Speaker 3: Even if I made decision to evacuate and run in
- 40:15Speaker 3: panic and desperation, my house would have been gone and
- 40:17Speaker 3: everything in it that I valued would be gone.
- 40:21Speaker 1: And if you have a safe with cash and gold.
- 40:23Speaker 3: In it, it would be gone, it would melt and
- 40:26Speaker 3: it'd be gone. All those people in packspalisades. No one's
- 40:29Speaker 3: talking about this. Two things no one's talking about. I
- 40:32Speaker 3: can't imagine how many dogs and cats must have died
- 40:34Speaker 3: because people left their home to go to work that
- 40:37Speaker 3: day and never got back in and they said, sorry,
- 40:39Speaker 3: you can't come back in.
- 40:40Speaker 1: It's on fire, and their dogs and cats all died.
- 40:43Speaker 3: No one's talking about that, the horrific animal holocaust that
- 40:47Speaker 3: just happened.
- 40:48Speaker 1: And second of all, everybody.
- 40:50Speaker 3: I know is rich has a safe with gold and
- 40:53Speaker 3: with cashing it and it's gone.
- 40:58Speaker 1: No one ever thinks about it.
- 40:58Speaker 3: If your house birds, the grit, the safe is gonna
- 41:01Speaker 3: melt everything in it's gone. So let's say you worked
- 41:04Speaker 3: your whole life and you got you know, one hundred
- 41:06Speaker 3: thousand cash and one hundred thousand gold in a safe.
- 41:08Speaker 3: All of that's gone overnight. So a lot of terrible
- 41:12Speaker 3: things come out of this tragedy. And if my house
- 41:16Speaker 3: had survived twenty eighteen, I would have been in this
- 41:19Speaker 3: fire in twenty twenty five. So that's another seven years
- 41:22Speaker 3: with no mudslides, no fires, no earthquake, And you'd say, Wane,
- 41:26Speaker 3: you left Malibu for nothing.
- 41:28Speaker 1: There was nothing.
- 41:29Speaker 3: Well, after seven years of nothing, this happens, and everybody
- 41:33Speaker 3: loses their house and their life and they're in depression,
- 41:36Speaker 3: and don't forget about the fact. Even if your house survives,
- 41:39Speaker 3: how would you do this TV show? How would you
- 41:41Speaker 3: live your life for weeks after this happened? When you're
- 41:44Speaker 3: gonna be on the phone for weeks with your insurance company.
- 41:48Speaker 3: It's a tragedy and you can't get back in your
- 41:50Speaker 3: house if it survives. There's no gas, there's no electric,
- 41:53Speaker 3: there's no phone service. Anybody who lives in Malibus is
- 41:56Speaker 3: screwed at this point. Anyone lives in back Palisades is
- 41:59Speaker 3: triple screwed. Lives in Brentwin or Santa Monica. If you
- 42:02Speaker 3: stayed home, you have no gas, you have no electric,
- 42:04Speaker 3: you have no light, you have no phone service, you
- 42:06Speaker 3: have no nothing.
- 42:07Speaker 1: It's a disaster, all right. So I'm glad I left.
- 42:12Speaker 1: That's my point.
- 42:13Speaker 3: Las Vegas is the best thing I ever did. Probably
- 42:15Speaker 3: saved my life, definitely saved my home. Advantage Gold is
- 42:18Speaker 3: the sponsor of this show. I think Gold is insurance policy.
- 42:23Speaker 3: It's wealth insurance, but it's also valuable. It goes up
- 42:26Speaker 3: faster than stocks.
- 42:28Speaker 1: How do I know?
- 42:28Speaker 3: From January two thousand December twenty twenty four, the Dow
- 42:32Speaker 3: is up almost three hundred percent, the SMP was up
- 42:34Speaker 3: three hundred percent, the Nasdaq was up over three hundred percent.
- 42:37Speaker 3: But gold skyrocketed eight hundred and twenty five percent, and
- 42:41Speaker 3: a one hundred thousand dollars investment in January two thousand
- 42:44Speaker 3: would have turned into nine hundred twenty five thousand. And
- 42:47Speaker 3: who you buy your goal from matters. So here's a
