- 0:00Speaker 1: Hey everybody, welcome to Vince on a Friday. It's always
- 0:02Speaker 1: great to have you with us, the best audience anywhere,
- 0:04Speaker 1: especially in America. It is so nice to see you.
- 0:07Speaker 1: We've got a mighty show ahead, another terror attack thwarted
- 0:11Speaker 1: by the FBI, this time involving a fat white chick
- 0:14Speaker 1: who thought that she was a jihadi, so she went
- 0:16Speaker 1: to Home Depot shopping in a burqa for bomb supplies,
- 0:19Speaker 1: and the FBI caught her.
- 0:20Speaker 2: Okay. Okay.
- 0:22Speaker 1: Glad we stopped that attack. What the hell's going on?
- 0:26Speaker 1: I've also got some more to share with you. Eric
- 0:29Speaker 1: Swalwell back in the news as the FBI is handling
- 0:32Speaker 1: that fella again. And this weekend, big race in Washington, D.C.,
- 0:39Speaker 1: Freedom 250 Grand Prix. It's coming. And so is the
- 0:42Speaker 1: Cabinet Secretary. He's about to stop by with us in
- 0:44Speaker 1: just a moment right here on this Friday edition of
- 0:47Speaker 1: Vince's Man, it's great to be here as always. I've

- 1:04Speaker 1: But the way the injections work, they lower your blood sugar,
- 1:06Speaker 1: they reduce your appetite. What if you want to lose weight?
- 1:10Speaker 1: but you don't want the painful weekly injections, especially when
- 1:12Speaker 1: you hear about some of those side effects. Well, that's
- 1:15Speaker 1: why the doctors at Brickhouse Nutrition created a weight loss
- 1:17Speaker 1: supplement called Lean. The results are remarkable. The studied ingredients
- 1:21Speaker 1: in Lean have been shown to help lower your blood sugar,

- 1:56Speaker 2: Boom.
- 2:06Speaker 1: Oh, yes, of course. I'm sorry. Yes, I'm one of
- 2:08Speaker 1: the interview threads today because we got a big interview
- 2:09Speaker 1: coming up with the great Interior Secretary of the United States.
- 2:13Speaker 1: And the conversation we're about to have is about Freedom 250.
- 2:15Speaker 1: Freedom 250, the big Grand Prix IndyCar coming to Washington, D.C.
- 2:20Speaker 1: The streets of D.C. have been converted into a racetrack.
- 2:26Speaker 1: Pretty exciting. For more on this, I want to bring
- 2:28Speaker 1: in the Secretary of the Interior. Now, Doug Burgum stops
- 2:31Speaker 1: by the program. Sir, it's nice to have you back.
- 2:34Speaker 1: Thank you very much.
- 2:35Speaker 2: Hey Vince, great to be here and what an exciting
- 2:37Speaker 2: weekend for America. 250 miles of racing on our 250th birthday.
- 2:42Speaker 1: What does it take to set something up like this?
- 2:44Speaker 1: I mean, I imagine the logistics of this are a
- 2:47Speaker 1: little bit more complicated than most people realize.
- 2:50Speaker 2: Way beyond that, but I want to just say give
- 2:52Speaker 2: a shout out to the National Park Service, the U.S.
- 2:56Speaker 2: Park Police, which is part of Interior. They work here
- 2:58Speaker 2: at Interior. But since the fireworks stopped after midnight on
- 3:02Speaker 2: the 4th of July, Literally minutes after that, work began
- 3:06Speaker 2: on trying to get this city ready to hold an
- 3:10Speaker 2: IndyCar race. 147 laps, a 1.7-mile track going around the
- 3:15Speaker 2: National Mall. So many people helping out on this. A
- 3:19Speaker 2: big shout-out, thank you, to Sean Duffy and the Department
- 3:21Speaker 2: of Transportation, as well as all the people on Interior
- 3:24Speaker 2: who are responsible for these streets here. And then Penske
- 3:29Speaker 2: and Fox Sports coming in. I mean, this is free
- 3:32Speaker 2: and open to the public. Never before in an IndyCar race.
- 3:36Speaker 2: It's going to be live on TV. There's practice laps tomorrow.
- 3:40Speaker 2: There's a Legends race tomorrow afternoon with Indianapolis 500 winners,
- 3:46Speaker 2: NASCAR winners racing each other. And then Sunday, the big
- 3:49Speaker 2: race at 1.10 p.m. live on Fox Sports. And live
- 3:52Speaker 2: on the mall, people could come for free and just
- 3:54Speaker 2: watch it on the big screens on the mall. Over
- 3:57Speaker 2: the next, today, there's some hot laps practice going on, too.
- 4:01Speaker 2: There could be a million people that see this race
- 4:03Speaker 2: in person between now and Sunday on this racetrack. All built.
- 4:07Speaker 2: And one small detail, you've got to go in and
- 4:11Speaker 2: weld the... manhole covers to the ground because when you've
- 4:14Speaker 2: got a car going 180, 190 miles an hour over
- 4:18Speaker 2: the top of a manhole, the suction can actually lift
- 4:20Speaker 2: up the manhole cover and send it flying. So the
- 4:24Speaker 2: amount of detail that's going on to convert these famous streets, Constitution, Independence,
- 4:29Speaker 2: Pennsylvania Avenue, convert these streets into a race car track
- 4:35Speaker 2: for Indy open wheel racing. I mean, it's been incredible.
- 4:39Speaker 2: Kudos to the team. We're excited about a great weekend
- 4:42Speaker 2: of racing.
- 4:42Speaker 1: This feels like something that happens a lot in Europe,
- 4:45Speaker 1: that they convert city streets into race tracks for a
- 4:47Speaker 1: short amount of time. Not something that we've done a
- 4:50Speaker 1: lot in the United States. I could be wrong about that,
- 4:51Speaker 1: but this seems like a very unusual event, especially, obviously,
- 4:54Speaker 1: it's totally exceptional to have it in the nation's capital, right?
- 4:58Speaker 2: Yeah, absolutely. And of course, the most famous one is
- 5:00Speaker 2: when the Formula One folks convene on Monaco every year
- 5:03Speaker 2: and they race on the streets of Monaco, a lot
- 5:05Speaker 2: of tight corners. And here, Formula One around the world
- 5:09Speaker 2: has brought that to Las Vegas where they're racing on
- 5:12Speaker 2: the streets here. But the last time there was a
- 5:14Speaker 2: race on the streets of Washington, D.C. was horse racing
- 5:17Speaker 2: when Thomas Jefferson was president. So this has been It's
- 5:21Speaker 2: been a long time, 225 plus years since there's been
- 5:25Speaker 2: racing in D.C. But what an event this is going
- 5:28Speaker 2: to be. And again, of course, racing is all it's
- 5:30Speaker 2: about competition. It's about innovation. It's about pushing it to
- 5:34Speaker 2: the limits. And of course, that's the kind of thing
- 5:37Speaker 2: that created American greatness. So how fitting for us. And
- 5:41Speaker 2: kudos to President Trump. This thing idea was stalled out.
- 5:45Speaker 2: In Congress, like a lot of things, the Penske organization
- 5:49Speaker 2: met 83 times with different people. Congress couldn't get the yes.
- 5:52Speaker 2: They came to President Trump last January and said, how
- 5:57Speaker 2: about we get this thing not around the Capitol, but
- 6:00Speaker 2: around the National Mall? And five days later, Sean Duffy
- 6:03Speaker 2: and I were standing in the Oval Office with the
- 6:05Speaker 2: president as he announced this race coming to D.C.
- 6:08Speaker 1: By the way, I believe it was 147 laps. Is
- 6:09Speaker 1: that what you said? 147. 1.7 miles per lap. That
- 6:15Speaker 1: comes out to 250 miles by design, right?
- 6:20Speaker 2: Exactly. 250 for our 250th. And that's a little bit longer,
- 6:25Speaker 2: about 20% longer than a typical IndyCar race. So for
- 6:28Speaker 2: the teams and the drivers, the amount of G-force they're
- 6:32Speaker 2: pulling on a seven-turn track like this physically exhausting and
- 6:36Speaker 2: it's going to require an extra pit stop. So the
- 6:38Speaker 2: racing is going to be really interesting and there's plenty
- 6:41Speaker 2: of places on these streets wide enough to pass. So
- 6:43Speaker 2: this is going to be an exceptional course. Penske organization,
- 6:47Speaker 2: the IndyCar organization, very fired up about how this track
- 6:51Speaker 2: is going to work to create a very competitive race. Yes.
- 6:55Speaker 1: And also they must, like in addition to just like
- 6:57Speaker 1: picking scenic locations, you must have to think through like
- 7:00Speaker 1: all of the curves and stuff too. There must be
- 7:02Speaker 1: Sounds like a course engineer who had to really contemplate
- 7:05Speaker 1: whether or not the physics were possible for this, right?
- 7:08Speaker 2: Yeah, absolutely. There's some very tight corners on this track.
- 7:12Speaker 2: And then, of course, the fan experience matters. But I
- 7:15Speaker 2: think there's been close to $ 70 million of build-out, zero
- 7:19Speaker 2: taxpayer dollars. That's coming from the Penske organization, building multi-story
- 7:25Speaker 2: suites for sponsors. Because, of course, you know, with car
- 7:28Speaker 2: racing like this, it's the logos on the car. that
- 7:31Speaker 2: have their sponsors in the stands. They're the ones that
- 7:34Speaker 2: are paying for all the infrastructure to make this happen.
- 7:38Speaker 2: But this is a real race course. But again, come
- 7:42Speaker 2: and watch on the big screens or watch on TV.
- 7:44Speaker 2: It's going to be an exceptional weekend.
- 7:45Speaker 1: Have you been an IndyCar fan? Do you like car
- 7:48Speaker 1: racing at all, Doug Burgum?
- 7:49Speaker 2: Well, I do. But of course, you know, growing up
- 7:52Speaker 2: in North Dakota, the only thing we had there was,
- 7:56Speaker 2: you know, a quarter mile and eighth mile dirt track
- 7:58Speaker 2: racing with the hobby stocks. And but that was the
- 8:02Speaker 2: thing when we were growing up in North Dakota, everybody,
- 8:04Speaker 2: you know, heading to the race track and racing. My wife,
- 8:09Speaker 2: the first lady, former first lady of North Dakota, she
- 8:11Speaker 2: had a brother-in-law who was racing, so she grew up
- 8:13Speaker 2: hanging out at the pits in these little country racetracks.
- 8:16Speaker 2: But I think America loves racing. And when we think
- 8:20Speaker 2: about IndyCar, The drivers that are driving, 25 drivers, 25 cars,
- 8:27Speaker 2: literally the best drivers coming from around the world that
- 8:32Speaker 2: compete in this thing. I want to call this America's
- 8:35Speaker 2: Formula One, but it's the way to think about this
- 8:38Speaker 2: because this goes back to the earliest racing that happened
- 8:42Speaker 2: in Indianapolis 500, one of the famous and one of
- 8:45Speaker 2: the most oldest races. one of the oldest race courses
- 8:49Speaker 2: in the racing in the country. And of course, in
- 8:51Speaker 2: those first races, they were hitting unimaginable speeds, like 70
- 8:54Speaker 2: miles an hour, 125 years ago.
- 8:56Speaker 1: Yeah, now we're doing that in caravans on I-95. But
- 9:00Speaker 1: these cars, I was looking up the acceleration. I don't
- 9:03Speaker 1: even know if Google was right on this subject, but
- 9:05Speaker 1: this seems fast. Zero to 100 miles per hour in
- 9:08Speaker 1: three seconds. I mean, they're hauling these cars.
- 9:10Speaker 2: Yeah, this is like strapping yourself to a rocket. And
- 9:14Speaker 2: they'll be at speeds faster than what... Many small airplanes
- 9:19Speaker 2: fly when they're flying. They'll be literally flying down these streets.
- 9:22Speaker 2: So it is going to be, like I said, very
- 9:24Speaker 2: exciting weekend.
- 9:26Speaker 1: Tell me about the president's involvement in setting all of
- 9:28Speaker 1: this up. I know he always involves himself in the details,
- 9:31Speaker 1: especially with Celebration of America. What's he been doing in
- 9:34Speaker 1: the midst of all of this?
- 9:36Speaker 2: Well, the first thing is, of course, you know, Roger Penske,
- 9:38Speaker 2: who's built this organization. He's the legend of racing in America,
- 9:46Speaker 2: has built a huge organization. And it was that phone
- 9:49Speaker 2: call from Roger Penske, the president, that got this whole
- 9:52Speaker 2: thing unlocked and going in the first place. We were
- 9:55Speaker 2: at the White House yesterday. Roger was there with the president,
- 9:59Speaker 2: part of Melania. effort on foster children and fostering the future,
- 10:05Speaker 2: which is, again, scholarships for foster kids. When you graduate
- 10:09Speaker 2: out of foster care at age 18, often zero support,
- 10:12Speaker 2: zero dollars coming from state and federal. These kids are
- 10:16Speaker 2: are getting an opportunity to apply for scholarships. And it
- 10:18Speaker 2: was announced yesterday, $ 2 million given Fox Sports, IndyCar Racing,
- 10:23Speaker 2: and then from the state of Indiana, both Purdue and
- 10:29Speaker 2: Indiana State coming together to support these $ 2 million of
- 10:33Speaker 2: scholarships for kids for that. So the president was there
- 10:36Speaker 2: yesterday kicking that off and he's going to be there
- 10:39Speaker 2: on Sunday. You know, the checkered flag is for the finish,
- 10:42Speaker 2: but the green flag is go. President Trump will be
- 10:45Speaker 2: waving the green flag to kick off the race Sunday
- 10:48Speaker 2: at 1 p.m. And I'm so if anybody's watching, you'll
- 10:51Speaker 2: see him. He loves sports, as you know, whether it's
- 10:54Speaker 2: a football, soccer, all these championships, UFC. I mean, part
- 11:00Speaker 2: of the reason why he's in tune with America is
- 11:02Speaker 2: because he understands America's love of sports. And it's one
- 11:06Speaker 2: of the things that we can, you know, hopefully when
- 11:08Speaker 2: we all get together and cheer for our team, hopefully
- 11:10Speaker 2: we can leave some of that partisanship behind and just
- 11:14Speaker 2: cheer for excellence on the field.
- 11:16Speaker 1: I have to ask you about the security that goes
- 11:18Speaker 1: into this. You've got the president of the United States,
- 11:20Speaker 1: a bunch of dignitaries, including yourself, going to be present
- 11:22Speaker 1: at this. And then this is a very high visibility event.
- 11:26Speaker 1: You've been describing all the ways that the eyes of
- 11:28Speaker 1: the world will be on this race this weekend. Can
- 11:30Speaker 1: you talk about the security that goes into protecting an
- 11:33Speaker 1: event like this?
- 11:34Speaker 2: Well, in the world that we live in today, this
- 11:37Speaker 2: is a consideration from the very day you start thinking
- 11:40Speaker 2: about one of these events. But thankfully, the great team, again,
- 11:44Speaker 2: whether it's the U.S. Park Police, the Secret Service, all
- 11:47Speaker 2: the other groups that we have that work on security,
- 11:52Speaker 2: I have been thinking through the plan. And of course,
- 11:54Speaker 2: with what we've had this summer with the president speaking
- 11:57Speaker 2: on the mall on the eve of the 4th of July,
- 11:59Speaker 2: the UFC fight. We've had a lot of experience this
- 12:03Speaker 2: summer holding large events in highly secure ways to protect
- 12:06Speaker 2: not just the dignitaries, but every citizen is there. So
- 12:09Speaker 2: people that are coming into these areas will go through screening.
- 12:13Speaker 2: We'll make sure that, again, just like the night of
- 12:15Speaker 2: the 4th of July, there was over 350,000 people that
- 12:18Speaker 2: went through essentially TSA screening to be able to get
- 12:22Speaker 2: inside the facility. no-climb fence area around the Washington Monument
- 12:27Speaker 2: for fireworks. So the team is up to the task
- 12:31Speaker 2: and lots of attention put on that. And we'll make sure,
- 12:35Speaker 2: and whether it's security on the ground or drones overhead,
- 12:39Speaker 2: doing everything we can to make sure that Washington, D.C.
- 12:43Speaker 2: is not just the most beautiful capital in the world,
- 12:45Speaker 2: the most innovative capital in the world, but the safest
- 12:48Speaker 2: capital in the world.
- 12:49Speaker 1: And has D.C. 's mayor been useful in this process?
- 12:51Speaker 1: Muriel Bowser is the Democrat mayor of Washington, D.C. I
- 12:55Speaker 1: imagine you have to deal with her a little bit
- 12:56Speaker 1: as you set something like this up in the nation's capital.
- 12:59Speaker 2: Yes, and we've had an opportunity to work with her
- 13:02Speaker 2: both on the safe and beautiful task force we've had
- 13:05Speaker 2: over the last year and on the events around the
- 13:09Speaker 2: 4th of July. And she's wrapping up her 12 years
- 13:12Speaker 2: as mayor, not running for re-election. So she is, I think,
- 13:17Speaker 2: found herself in a spot where she can be more
- 13:20Speaker 2: supportive and more collaborative because she's not running for re-election
- 13:24Speaker 2: in a city that's 95% registered Democrats.
- 13:27Speaker 1: Isn't that amazing?
- 13:28Speaker 2: So she's in this stage in her career. she's been
- 13:34Speaker 2: constructive and supportive of these events because she understands that
- 13:38Speaker 2: this brings people to D.C. Congress is out for the
- 13:43Speaker 2: whole month of August. This city is normally on vacation
- 13:46Speaker 2: during August. This is a time when hotels aren't filled
- 13:49Speaker 2: and restaurants are empty because you've got the entire engine
- 13:53Speaker 2: of the congressional wing not here. So this is perfect
- 13:57Speaker 2: timing for people to come and get a hotel and
- 14:00Speaker 2: spend a weekend in Washington, D.C.
- 14:02Speaker 1: But isn't that a tragic commentary that the second you
- 14:04Speaker 1: don't have to appeal the Democrats for votes, you can
- 14:07Speaker 1: clean up the city? You know what I mean? It's
- 14:08Speaker 1: like now you can help clean up the homeless encampments
- 14:11Speaker 1: and get the bad guys off the streets and celebrate America.
- 14:14Speaker 1: It shouldn't be that way, sir.
- 14:17Speaker 2: Absolutely, Vince. And I think, again, what President Trump has
- 14:20Speaker 2: done in Washington, D.C., it's his leadership. To make D.C.
- 14:24Speaker 2: safe and beautiful. Some of the lowest crime statistics since
- 14:27Speaker 2: the year 1900. We've restored over 50 monuments. 22 fountains
- 14:34Speaker 2: are flowing again that weren't flowing before. Over 150 homeless
- 14:37Speaker 2: encampments are gone. Over a thousand incidences of graffiti gone,
- 14:45Speaker 2: cleaned up. The city looks so different than it has
- 14:50Speaker 2: in decades. And that's just all a choice. It's a
- 14:52Speaker 2: choice that we don't have to accept squalor. And any
- 14:55Speaker 2: blue city in America, blue metro area that's controlled and
- 15:00Speaker 2: finds itself in a thing where you've got as many
- 15:03Speaker 2: of them do, you know, hollowed out downtowns, decayed by
- 15:07Speaker 2: homelessness and squalor and graffiti and crime. It doesn't have
- 15:11Speaker 2: to be that way. It's just all about leadership. President
- 15:13Speaker 2: Trump has demonstrated that just in 15 months. Less than
- 15:18Speaker 2: that was a year ago in August. We're coming up
- 15:19Speaker 2: on the 12th anniversary of the task force starting for
- 15:22Speaker 2: this through the safe and beautiful D.C. executive order, and
- 15:26Speaker 2: look what this city's done in 12 months.
- 15:28Speaker 1: Incredible. It's been a huge success story, and the whole
- 15:30Speaker 1: country should be proud of it. Thank you, Secretary Burgum.
- 15:32Speaker 1: Appreciate your time today, and have a great time at
- 15:35Speaker 1: this race this weekend, sir.
- 15:36Speaker 2: Well, we will, Vince. And thank you. And thanks to
- 15:39Speaker 2: all your listeners. Obviously, this administration appreciates everybody that's supporting
- 15:45Speaker 2: the president's agenda. So thank you, sir.
- 15:47Speaker 1: Thank you very much. There he is, Secretary Doug Bergen
- 15:49Speaker 1: with the Interior Department. Appreciate when he stops by. Of course,
- 15:52Speaker 1: we had him early in the program today. It's just
- 15:53Speaker 1: the nature of his schedule today. We said, sure, we'll
- 15:56Speaker 1: take you whenever you're available. And it's great to have
- 15:58Speaker 1: him here, as always. There he is. Thank you to
- 16:02Speaker 1: Doug Burgum. All right, I've got more to get to
- 16:04Speaker 1: on the program today, Chad. We have a lot to
- 16:06Speaker 1: talk about. We've got the FBI busting a number of people,
- 16:10Speaker 1: some of them Democrats, some of them jihadis, maybe some
- 16:13Speaker 1: of them a combination of both. It's all ahead on
- 16:16Speaker 1: this edition of Vince coming up. I want to thank
- 16:19Speaker 1: one of the fine sponsors who make this program possible today.
- 16:22Speaker 1: That's Bowling Branch. We sleep so well in our Bowling
- 16:25Speaker 1: Branch sheets. Allison, my dear wife, years ago started buying
- 16:28Speaker 1: the Bowling Branch sheets. And we've never looked back. And
- 16:32Speaker 1: now I'm so happy they're a sponsor of the show because,
- 16:35Speaker 1: you know, they're great. And you should buy the Bowling
- 16:37Speaker 1: Branch sheets too. I think it'll be a dramatic quality
- 16:40Speaker 1: of life improvement. If you ever climbed into bed on
- 16:43Speaker 1: one of these summer nights and instantly regretted it, you know,
- 16:45Speaker 1: your sheets are sticking to your legs or you're debating
- 16:48Speaker 1: whether you should turn the air conditioning down just to
- 16:50Speaker 1: survive sleeping. It's not good. This is why you're going
- 16:54Speaker 1: to love Bowling Branch like we do. Their summer bedding
- 16:56Speaker 1: is breathable, lightweight, designed to help you stay cool all
- 16:59Speaker 1: night long. Their sheets are made from 100% organic cotton,

- 17:32Speaker 1: for details. Yes, indeed. Yes, indeed. All right. Hey, so
- 17:37Speaker 1: let's see here. We got kind of a big breaking
- 17:41Speaker 1: news story yesterday. Speaking of securing government buildings and protecting
- 17:45Speaker 1: these places, there was a jihadi lady who was plotting
- 17:50Speaker 1: an attack on the state capital of New York. And
- 17:54Speaker 1: the FBI... has busted this up. According to the New
- 17:59Speaker 1: York Post here, the FBI has busted a jelly-bellied jihadi
- 18:03Speaker 1: who was planning to bomb the New York Capitol. That's
- 18:06Speaker 1: not the New York Post headline, by the way. That's
- 18:07Speaker 1: my headline. But here's what the New York Post says
- 18:09Speaker 1: about the subject. The moment the burqa-clad New York Muslim
- 18:13Speaker 1: convert buys bomb parts in Home Depot to blow up
- 18:19Speaker 1: Albany in ISIS plot, A New York woman, look at
- 18:23Speaker 1: her face, I'll get to that, plotted to bomb the
- 18:26Speaker 1: state capitol in Albany after pledging allegiance to ISIS and
- 18:30Speaker 1: celebrating the 9-11 terror attacks, the FBI said Thursday. Jessica Bowie,
- 18:35Speaker 1: 35 years old, from Albany, she lived right nearby, allegedly
- 18:38Speaker 1: began strategizing this attack in July. It's amazing. She chooses July,
- 18:45Speaker 1: this year, the 250th anniversary of our country. to plot
- 18:49Speaker 1: an attack on the New York State Capitol, the state
- 18:51Speaker 1: that was attacked by jihadi terrorists 25 years ago coming
- 18:55Speaker 1: up next month, just days away now from September 11th.
- 18:59Speaker 1: That's the plan here. She planned to place the bomb
- 19:03Speaker 1: in a DoorDash food delivery bag, taking apparent glee in
- 19:07Speaker 1: the bloodshed it would cause, the feds wrote in their
- 19:09Speaker 1: criminal complaint. Blowing, this is her headline, blowing kafirs brains
- 19:15Speaker 1: out is beautiful. She said to an FBI informant, Kaffir
- 19:19Speaker 1: being non-Muslims, the complaint said, get a load of this
- 19:24Speaker 1: jihadi with a body. Holy cow. I'm sorry. Look, I
- 19:31Speaker 1: know this is like crazy. We shouldn't have this happening.
- 19:34Speaker 1: Am I the only one who saw this yesterday?
- 19:35Speaker 2: I go, really?
- 19:37Speaker 1: Her plan was to blow up a building? I think
- 19:39Speaker 1: she's going to be more of a threat to a
- 19:42Speaker 1: hot dog stand than she is to a state Capitol building.
- 19:45Speaker 1: But maybe that's just me. I don't know what's going
- 19:47Speaker 1: on here. Look at her. Jessica Bowie. And then you
- 19:49Speaker 1: get these pictures of her shopping at Home Depot, dressed
- 19:52Speaker 1: in a burka, using the self-checkout, of course. I'm sorry.
- 20:00Speaker 1: I shouldn't laugh at this. I shouldn't laugh. Vince, come on.
- 20:02Speaker 1: Get it together, son. There's a terror attack going on.
- 20:05Speaker 2: All right.
- 20:05Speaker 1: So you got this lady dressed in a burka. Does.
- 20:10Speaker 1: To avoid drawing attention? What do you think this is?
- 20:14Speaker 1: So she's wearing a burqa and mittens and buying bomb-making
- 20:20Speaker 1: supplies at Home Depot. She allegedly purchased the bomb materials
- 20:27Speaker 1: from a Home Depot August 5th while wearing the burqa.
- 20:31Speaker 1: She planned the attack with the help of FBI informants
- 20:33Speaker 1: for two weeks, the Fed said. Bowie, who converted to
- 20:37Speaker 1: Islam five years ago and was going by the Islamic
- 20:40Speaker 1: name Aisha Saif, also allegedly tracked the Capitol building for weeks,
- 20:45Speaker 1: taking pictures from various vantage points, including an observation hall nearby,
- 20:49Speaker 1: according to the complaint. Let's take a look here. I've
- 20:52Speaker 1: got a statement from the FBI, one of the investigators,
- 20:58Speaker 1: talking about what exactly went down here. Take a look.
- 21:02Speaker 3: We're just weeks away from commemorating the 25th anniversary the
- 21:06Speaker 3: attacks on 9-11. This investigation highlights the harsh reality that
- 21:12Speaker 3: there are still adversaries intent on conducting terrorist attacks on
- 21:18Speaker 3: American soil. As alleged in this complaint, Ms. Bowie is
- 21:23Speaker 3: one of them. You'll see in the court documents that
- 21:27Speaker 3: she once wrote, quote, prays to be a law for
- 21:29Speaker 3: September 11th. Also in the court documents, she told the
- 21:34Speaker 3: source that that she went from a little girl waving
- 21:37Speaker 3: the American flag after 9-11 to now having stickers of
- 21:42Speaker 3: the fallen towers. Folks, let that sink in. Again, Ms.
- 21:49Speaker 3: Bowie didn't just want to kill lawmakers. She wanted a
- 21:52Speaker 3: complete disruption of our government. And after that, she planned
- 21:57Speaker 3: to flee the country and one day come back to, quote,
- 22:00Speaker 3: do more, such as New Year's Eve in Times Square.
- 22:05Speaker 3: even stating she would come back to attack the White
- 22:07Speaker 3: House and the president, but only after she bombed the
- 22:11Speaker 3: state capitol. I'm here with our partners to say, not
- 22:17Speaker 3: on our watch.
- 22:21Speaker 1: Now, of course, in this story, you wonder, it's like,
- 22:24Speaker 1: how does somebody get radicalized like this? How does somebody
- 22:27Speaker 1: go from, I'm looking at these pictures that the New
- 22:28Speaker 1: York Post has up, how does somebody go from this,
- 22:31Speaker 1: you know, she's already got She's already got the tattoos
- 22:34Speaker 1: and the nose ring. She's kind of on, like, at
- 22:38Speaker 1: this point in her life... By the way, if you're
- 22:40Speaker 1: listening to the audio podcast, she's, like, sniffing a flower.
- 22:43Speaker 1: Somebody's taking a picture of her. But you can tell
- 22:48Speaker 1: she's kind of already got kind of the left-wing crazy
- 22:50Speaker 1: starter pack going on here. The hand tattoo, and she's
- 22:54Speaker 1: got chest tattoos here, and the nose ring. Like, she's
- 22:58Speaker 1: already being led down a path of destruction, unfortunately. And then...
- 23:02Speaker 1: she gets like sucked into like jihadi world. She converts
- 23:06Speaker 1: to Islam. Like, how do you convert to Islam? You're
- 23:08Speaker 1: living in Albany, New York. And then she goes like
- 23:12Speaker 1: full blown radical. Like I'm going to bomb the state
- 23:15Speaker 1: Capitol and she's hatching a plan on how to do it.
- 23:20Speaker 1: Like what, what is that? I, I, I think, I mean,
- 23:22Speaker 1: it's one thing to bust this lady. I mean, I'm just,
- 23:25Speaker 1: I'm sorry. I'm making judgments about her. Just, just staring
- 23:28Speaker 1: at her from afar. I don't even know if she's
- 23:30Speaker 1: capable of pulling this kind of stuff off. God forbid
- 23:32Speaker 1: she could. But I want to know more about kind
- 23:36Speaker 1: of the network that leads to her being radicalized in
- 23:39Speaker 1: the first place. What leads to that? Let's take that
- 23:41Speaker 1: garbage down. Stop those guys. Look at it. This woman,
- 23:45Speaker 1: I mean, she had some mental health problems too, clearly.
- 23:48Speaker 1: On her knuckles, she's got the word pain tattooed. Like
- 23:55Speaker 1: something's going on with her head. She had pain tattooed
- 23:58Speaker 1: on her fingers.
- 23:59Speaker 2: She allegedly.
- 24:01Speaker 1: What's that? She got purple. Oh, she's missing the purple hair. Yeah, well,
- 24:05Speaker 1: this is an earlier photo.
- 24:06Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 24:07Speaker 1: Maybe she got around to the purple hair at some point.
- 24:09Speaker 1: It's like that's part of the starter kit, too, you know.
- 24:14Speaker 1: But they said that she allegedly messaged an informant July
- 24:18Speaker 1: 29th that she wanted to destroy as much of the
- 24:20Speaker 1: building as possible and kill the senators while they're meeting.
- 24:24Speaker 1: To be clear, you see the feature of this story
- 24:26Speaker 1: is like the FBI was talking to her, informants were.
- 24:31Speaker 1: and she just kept laying out all of her sinister
- 24:33Speaker 1: plans for people who were turning around and telling the FBI.
- 24:36Speaker 1: So they had her dead to rights throughout this process.
- 24:41Speaker 1: She says that she wanted to destroy the building. She
- 24:44Speaker 1: wanted them to lose important documents. Quote, I don't want
- 24:48Speaker 1: to take this kind of risk and have it kill what,
- 24:50Speaker 1: two or three people? What good is that? She quipped.
- 24:53Speaker 1: So she wanted to go big. On August 5th, so
- 24:56Speaker 1: that would have been two weeks ago, She boasted to
- 24:58Speaker 1: inform us that if she was successful, she would return
- 25:01Speaker 1: for more attacks on U.S. oil, including New Year's Eve
- 25:04Speaker 1: in Times Square. She would have preferred bombing the White
- 25:06Speaker 1: House with the president, she said. But she said that
- 25:10Speaker 1: would be a harder job. So she was an anti-Trump
- 25:13Speaker 1: jihadi lunatic as well. Check out this photo of her.
- 25:16Speaker 1: There's another picture from the FBI DOJ. They were tracking
- 25:19Speaker 1: every movement this chick was making. Here she is in
- 25:22Speaker 1: the circus tent she's wearing. She's got her iPhone up,
- 25:26Speaker 1: taking a picture. planning her terror attack at the Capitol. Anyway,
- 25:37Speaker 1: they got her. May 28th, she posted praise be to
- 25:41Speaker 1: Allah for September 11th, according to the FBI complaint. And
- 25:46Speaker 1: then she also apparently learned Arabic. She told another user
- 25:48Speaker 1: in Arabic, or maybe she was just using Google Translate.
- 25:51Speaker 1: I don't know if that's how that works. Quote, I
- 25:53Speaker 1: will poison these infidels. she claimed. And then there's a
- 25:57Speaker 1: picture of the DoorDash bag and her targets. So anyway,
- 26:03Speaker 1: a bust there. But this thing about kind of the
- 26:06Speaker 1: ease of the growth of this jihadi extremism, but the
- 26:14Speaker 1: comfort level that has transpired around it, it's just disgusting stuff.
- 26:19Speaker 1: And just imagine, living in the state of New York,
- 26:22Speaker 1: and they say she was a little girl waving flags
- 26:25Speaker 1: after 9-11. And now she's calling for the destruction of
- 26:28Speaker 1: the United States, cheering on 9-11 a quarter century later.
- 26:32Speaker 1: It's next month, man. 25 years.
- 26:34Speaker 2: Can you believe that?
- 26:35Speaker 1: It's been 25 years since September 11th of 2001. A
- 26:39Speaker 1: lot of people, we got a lot of young people
- 26:41Speaker 1: who weren't even born for it. They have no idea
- 26:43Speaker 1: what the history is here. But a lot of Americans do.
- 26:47Speaker 1: We do remember. It's as if it's as fresh as yesterday.
- 26:50Speaker 1: It really is. Doesn't it feel like that? It feels
- 26:52Speaker 1: like it was just yesterday that that attack occurred. It's
- 26:54Speaker 1: changed all of our lives. Anybody who was at the
- 26:56Speaker 1: age of cognition, who was old enough to even process it,
- 27:01Speaker 1: you knew that everything about our country had changed that day.
- 27:04Speaker 1: We would do well to remember it. We would do
- 27:07Speaker 1: well to never forget it. More ahead, as the FBI
- 27:11Speaker 1: keeps going after people, criminals, accused criminals, in Eric Swalwell's case.
- 27:16Speaker 1: We've got more on that subject coming up on this
- 27:18Speaker 1: edition of Vince. It's all ahead on the program. I

- 29:55Speaker 1: them very, very much. All right, so... FBI news. We
- 29:59Speaker 1: had a lot of FBI news this week, didn't we, Josh?
- 30:01Speaker 1: We had tons of FBI stories. It's weird. Must be
- 30:04Speaker 1: one of those nothing is happening weeks. What was that, Josh?
- 30:08Speaker 1: We have tons. We are overflowing with FBI news. The
- 30:13Speaker 1: FBI just seized Eric Swalwell's devices this week. Eric Swalwell,
- 30:18Speaker 1: remember him? The Democrat Party dispensed with him the second
- 30:22Speaker 1: that he threatened their chances of capturing the governor's mansion
- 30:26Speaker 1: in California yet again. There was a doomsday scenario for
- 30:30Speaker 1: the Democrats where two Republicans would end up on the
- 30:32Speaker 1: gubernatorial ballot in California. So they had to, you know,
- 30:36Speaker 1: sacrifice a couple of people. So they did a child
- 30:39Speaker 1: sacrifice with Eric Swalwell. They got rid of him. He
- 30:42Speaker 1: does look like a kid. It's kind of a weird thing.
- 30:44Speaker 2: How old is that guy?
- 30:45Speaker 1: Was he in his 40s or something? He looks like
- 30:47Speaker 1: a child. He always has. And here's what they say.
- 30:51Speaker 1: FBI agents have just searched Eric Swalwell's home as a
- 30:54Speaker 1: part of a federal inquiry. They're searching him, New York Times.
- 30:59Speaker 1: Federal agents searched the home of Eric Swalwell, the former
- 31:02Speaker 1: Democrat congressman, and seized his cell phone and a laptop
- 31:05Speaker 1: from him over the weekend in connection with a civil
- 31:08Speaker 1: rights investigation concerning allegations of sexual assault. according to court
- 31:16Speaker 1: papers and a person familiar with the inquiry. The agents,
- 31:19Speaker 1: armed with a warrant, stopped Mr. Swalwell at the San
- 31:22Speaker 1: Francisco airport on Saturday night, and they laid claim to
- 31:24Speaker 1: two of his devices, an iPhone and an Apple MacBook,
- 31:29Speaker 1: the court papers said. The next day, they searched his
- 31:31Speaker 1: home in Washington. The person said Mr. Swalwell spent more
- 31:34Speaker 1: than a decade in the House representing two districts in California,
- 31:38Speaker 1: resigned from Congress, of course, in April after the news
- 31:41Speaker 1: media reported. Why did the news media turn on him?
- 31:44Speaker 1: reported on allegations from several women, including a former member
- 31:47Speaker 1: of his staff, accusing him of sexual misconduct. Around the
- 31:50Speaker 1: same time, he withdrew from the California governor's race. I
- 31:54Speaker 1: love how they say around the same time as if
- 31:55Speaker 1: those two things don't have something to do with one another. Like,
- 31:58Speaker 1: of course they do. The Democrats drove Eric Swalwell clear
- 32:02Speaker 1: out of the race by opening the blackmail file up
- 32:06Speaker 1: against him. They wanted to destroy him. They wanted to
- 32:08Speaker 1: get rid of him. Some thanks he gets for being
- 32:11Speaker 1: nothing but a loyal lickspittle for all of their deranged
- 32:15Speaker 1: anti-Trump garbage through the years. They just trebucheted that guy
- 32:20Speaker 1: right out of the race. They destroyed everything about him,
- 32:22Speaker 1: his reputation, everything. It's gone.
- 32:24Speaker 2: Totally gone.
- 32:25Speaker 1: And so now he's dealing with an FBI investigation into
- 32:28Speaker 1: these credible accusations against him, which, again, the Democrats on
- 32:31Speaker 1: Cork dispense with him. which really gets back to a
- 32:34Speaker 1: theme with these Democrats. If you are ever looking at
- 32:37Speaker 1: a story and you're a little confused by the behavior
- 32:39Speaker 1: of a Democrat, you're like, that's not typical. Why are
- 32:41Speaker 1: they doing that? Like, for instance, when the media in
- 32:45Speaker 1: unison turned on Joe Biden, remember that right after that
- 32:48Speaker 1: debate where Joe Biden self-immolated on national television? It wasn't
- 32:53Speaker 1: a surprise to anybody who paid any attention to Joe Biden.
- 32:56Speaker 1: If you watch the guy on TV through the years,
- 33:00Speaker 1: you would see that he was non-composmentous. So when he
- 33:02Speaker 1: gets on a debate stage with a guy whose brain
- 33:04Speaker 1: is functioning, it's pretty obvious what's going on. He's the
- 33:07Speaker 1: same guy he's always been. It's just on display for
- 33:09Speaker 1: a longer period of time. But the media in unison
- 33:12Speaker 1: pretended like this was the first time they had discovered that.
- 33:15Speaker 1: Do you remember all of this? And so right after
- 33:17Speaker 1: the debate was over, on places like what was called MSNBC,
- 33:22Speaker 1: MsNBC at the time, and CNN, they instantly started turning
- 33:26Speaker 1: on Joe. They're like, well, something's wrong here. Maybe some
- 33:29Speaker 1: people around him have to have a conversation. Maybe it's
- 33:31Speaker 1: not a good idea that he stays in this race.
- 33:33Speaker 1: Perhaps he should get out of it. Maybe it's time
- 33:34Speaker 1: for Joe to go. Do you remember all of that?
- 33:37Speaker 1: It was very unusual, the extent to which that candor
- 33:40Speaker 1: would arrive when it came to Joe Biden's health. But
- 33:43Speaker 1: it did.
- 33:43Speaker 2: Why?
- 33:45Speaker 1: Because it's about the party. Remember, the fundamental rule is,
- 33:49Speaker 1: to what extent does this benefit or hurt the Democrat Party?
- 33:54Speaker 1: There is no other measure here. It's entirely about power.
- 33:57Speaker 1: Power is their only principle. And if a Democrat is
- 34:01Speaker 1: an impediment to power, if there's a Democrat standing in
- 34:05Speaker 1: the way, they will be thrown overboard. It's as simple
- 34:10Speaker 1: as that. Al Franken experienced this. He was thrown right
- 34:12Speaker 1: out of Congress. because he was an impediment to power.
- 34:16Speaker 1: He was thrown out by the Democrats. The same is
- 34:18Speaker 1: true of Eric Swalwell running in the gubernatorial race. He
- 34:21Speaker 1: was thrown out of the race because he was an
- 34:24Speaker 1: impediment to their power. And the same was true of
- 34:27Speaker 1: Joe Biden. They threw him out of the White House, finally,
- 34:30Speaker 1: because he was an impediment to their power. In fact,
- 34:33Speaker 1: they put him in the White House in the first
- 34:34Speaker 1: place because they saw him as a vehicle for their power,
- 34:38Speaker 1: despite the fact that he should have never been in
- 34:39Speaker 1: the White House. The only principle is power. If it's
- 34:43Speaker 1: ever confusing, just ask yourself, how are Democrats benefiting from
- 34:48Speaker 1: this arrangement? And the answer will suddenly become crystal clear.
- 34:53Speaker 1: So Swalwell, now facing FBI investigation for this, because the
- 34:57Speaker 1: FBI believes that the allegations against him are credible, despite
- 34:59Speaker 1: the fact that the Democrats did open the blackmail file
- 35:01Speaker 1: against the guy. They are founded on apparently very credible allegations.
- 35:06Speaker 1: So the FBI is investigating, and perhaps we'll find out
- 35:09Speaker 1: more about it. And then you'll notice that Eric Swalwell
- 35:12Speaker 1: was not taken into custody in the midst of all
- 35:14Speaker 1: of this. He just had his devices seized. Will it
- 35:18Speaker 1: reach the next level? We'll see. But this is only
- 35:21Speaker 1: the latest Eric Swalwell story we have this week, because
- 35:24Speaker 1: we found out earlier in the week that Swalwell, in
- 35:28Speaker 1: his relationship with Fang Fang, was definitely sleeping with her
- 35:33Speaker 1: by his own admission. He told the FBI about this
- 35:36Speaker 1: after years of leaving it up to some sort of mystery,
- 35:39Speaker 1: the rest of us knew, is kind of like the
- 35:40Speaker 1: Biden thing. We knew your brain didn't work. We also
- 35:42Speaker 1: knew that Eric Swalwell fell for the Chai Cum honeypot
- 35:47Speaker 1: known as Fang Fang. Well, now it was further confirmed
- 35:50Speaker 1: in all of the documents that the FBI released this week,
- 35:52Speaker 1: despite the fact that Swalwell had sued to prevent them
- 35:55Speaker 1: from being released. That information is now out. And man,
- 36:00Speaker 1: Fang Fang, Fang Fang really had her way with Swalwell.
- 36:02Speaker 1: She could do whatever she wants. She was showing up
- 36:04Speaker 1: at his house, banging on his door, telling him she
- 36:06Speaker 1: wasn't wearing undergarments. He fell for it. He claimed to
- 36:09Speaker 1: the FBI he took an Ambien, so his memory was foggy.
- 36:11Speaker 1: Of course, he's lying about that subject, you can tell.
- 36:14Speaker 1: And then what did Fang Fang get to do? Whatever
- 36:16Speaker 1: she wanted. Whatever she wanted. She was putting interns in
- 36:20Speaker 1: his office. And this guy was on the House Intel Committee. Now,
- 36:24Speaker 1: this is a big problem for a reason that hurts us.
- 36:27Speaker 1: It's not just some weird sexualized scandal involving an over-the-top
- 36:32Speaker 1: cartoonish honeypot from China. It's not just that. It's definitely that,
- 36:36Speaker 1: but it's not just that. It's also got big implications
- 36:39Speaker 1: for national security. You know, former New York City Mayor
- 36:42Speaker 1: Rudy Giuliani was talking about this on his program earlier
- 36:44Speaker 1: this week, and I think it's such a smart point.
- 36:46Speaker 1: One of the reasons why Jack Smith didn't pursue real
- 36:50Speaker 1: criminal consequences for anybody involved in this scheme, Jack Smith,
- 36:54Speaker 1: that's right, He was the guy who was tasked with
- 36:56Speaker 1: investigating it at the time, but he didn't do anything
- 36:58Speaker 1: with it. And yet he treats Donald Trump like crap
- 37:01Speaker 1: for no reason, despite the fact that he's an unconstitutional
- 37:03Speaker 1: special counsel. Yes, that's all true. All of that. The
- 37:07Speaker 1: reason Jack Smith doesn't go after Eric Swalwell with aggression,
- 37:10Speaker 1: the reason Fang Fang is able to escape to China
- 37:13Speaker 1: with no consequences, the reason all of that happens is
- 37:16Speaker 1: because of the second and third order effects that would
- 37:20Speaker 1: have implications for establishment Washington. You and I both know
- 37:24Speaker 1: it's not just Swalwell. Swalwell's just the most theatrically obvious
- 37:28Speaker 1: mark for the Chi-Coms. Of course they would send a
- 37:31Speaker 1: honeypot after Swalwell. He's an easy mark. The guy would
- 37:35Speaker 1: fall for anything. He's a sucker. And so he did, clearly.
- 37:39Speaker 1: But who else is falling for this? How many other
- 37:41Speaker 1: members of the United States Senate or other House members
- 37:44Speaker 1: have Chi-Com spies either sleeping with them or in their
- 37:48Speaker 1: offices or driving them around. Look, we've had Democrat senators
- 37:52Speaker 1: with Tricom spies as their drivers. How many other people
- 37:56Speaker 1: are implicated in this? How much damage is there to
- 37:59Speaker 1: America's national security as a result of these types of schemes?
- 38:03Speaker 1: Jack Smith didn't want to get anywhere close to it,
- 38:05Speaker 1: so he let it fall. And Rudy Giuliani's right. He
- 38:08Speaker 1: said the second order effect of it would have been
- 38:10Speaker 1: big if Jack Smith had kept tugging that communist threat,
- 38:13Speaker 1: but he didn't. So, We need to be on guard
- 38:16Speaker 1: for that. So as the FBI conducts this investigation, I'm
- 38:20Speaker 1: interested to see what it nets. They've seized his devices.
- 38:24Speaker 1: Perhaps this does have something to do with the sexual
- 38:26Speaker 1: assault allegations against Eric Swalwell. But perhaps, maybe this could
- 38:31Speaker 1: be in the service of getting to the bottom of
- 38:33Speaker 1: massive national security risks to the country, courtesy of the
- 38:38Speaker 1: Chinese Communist Party. Perhaps that's what's up. Because that would
- 38:41Speaker 1: be a very useful endeavor for the Federal Bureau of Investigation,
- 38:45Speaker 1: to undertake. So that's the news out of Eric Swalwell's life. Now,
- 38:51Speaker 1: Democrats continue their corrupt ways in another form, money.
- 38:55Speaker 2: Money.
- 38:56Speaker 1: Remember, in Democrat politics, there is no bigger vehicle for
- 39:00Speaker 1: moving money around than an organization called ActBlue. Familiar with this?
- 39:05Speaker 1: ActBlue is the money processor for Democrat donations across the country.
- 39:10Speaker 1: In fact, lots of small-dollar donors through the years have
- 39:13Speaker 1: been drawn into ActBlue's payment system and then have subsequently
- 39:18Speaker 1: made a lot of donations, including sometimes that they didn't
- 39:21Speaker 1: actually make, that would be done in their name. We've
- 39:25Speaker 1: had smurfing, very credible smurfing allegations against ActBlue for years.
- 39:30Speaker 1: which is that lots of donations would be made in
- 39:34Speaker 1: some other person's name, small dollar donors who don't even
- 39:37Speaker 1: realize that their name is being used for thousands upon
- 39:42Speaker 1: thousands of donations that don't actually come from them. They're
- 39:45Speaker 1: just used as straw donors, unwitting straw donors. So what
- 39:51Speaker 1: is that if not corruption on a massive scale? Clearly
- 39:54Speaker 1: it is. One of the other pieces with the Act
- 39:57Speaker 1: Blue scandal is the extent to which their payment system
- 40:01Speaker 1: was vulnerable to the most obvious kinds of fraud, that
- 40:04Speaker 1: foreign countries could be using gift cards to be making
- 40:07Speaker 1: contributions to the Democrat Party, and Act Blue was very
- 40:10Speaker 1: happily looking the other way on it. also a massive problem.
- 40:14Speaker 1: In other words, American elections are being interfered with by
- 40:17Speaker 1: foreigners within the Democrat Party. As the Democrats spent years
- 40:22Speaker 1: telling you that Donald Trump was colluding with foreign countries
- 40:25Speaker 1: to steal elections. Meanwhile, the Democrat money machine has been
- 40:28Speaker 1: powered by foreign countries interfering in American elections. It's all projection.
- 40:34Speaker 1: And so ActBlue has been a source of a lot
- 40:36Speaker 1: of scandal for the left that they've been trying to
- 40:38Speaker 1: tamp down. They really don't want the American people to
- 40:40Speaker 1: think about this very much. Democrats, corrupt, pay no attention.
- 40:45Speaker 1: Pay no attention to the corruption behind the curtain. The
- 40:48Speaker 1: problem for them is we're paying attention.
- 40:51Speaker 2: We are.
- 40:52Speaker 1: And so what has happened at ActBlue? Well, the ActBlue
- 40:55Speaker 1: scandal has been so profound that all of the attorneys
- 40:59Speaker 1: for the organization have quit. Every lawyer who had been
- 41:03Speaker 1: working there has quit one after the other because they're
- 41:07Speaker 1: trying to jump ship before the whole thing sinks. They
- 41:11Speaker 1: don't want to be caught up in it. They've gotten out.
- 41:14Speaker 1: Congress has been investigating Hatch Blue. They've pulled in witness
- 41:19Speaker 1: after witness after witness demanding answers on what the hell
- 41:22Speaker 1: is going on on this major Democrat Party money machine.
- 41:25Speaker 1: And you know what kind of answers they've been getting?
- 41:28Speaker 1: They've been getting the Fauci treatment. Anthony Fauci, of course,
- 41:31Speaker 1: just pledged the Fifth Amendment over and over. He took
- 41:34Speaker 1: the Fifth Amendment over and over 111 times when they
- 41:38Speaker 1: were asking him questions about his sinister behavior during the
- 41:41Speaker 1: COVID tyranny. And yesterday, we just got another iteration of this,
- 41:45Speaker 1: as the ActBlue co-founder, a guy by the name of
- 41:48Speaker 1: Matt DeBagargalis, what a name. Matt DeBagargalis has pled the
- 41:56Speaker 1: fifth in a closed-door deposition. A Fox News report, that's
- 42:01Speaker 1: on screen from the New York Post, but they're carrying
- 42:02Speaker 1: it as a wire service from Fox. ActBlue co-founder Matt
- 42:08Speaker 1: DeBagargalis pled the Fifth Amendment during his closed-door deposition before
- 42:13Speaker 1: three key House committees, sources familiar with the matter told
- 42:16Speaker 1: Fox News Digital. The Committee on House Administration, House Oversight Committee,
- 42:20Speaker 1: and the House Judiciary Committee, they're all together, all three
- 42:22Speaker 1: of them. It's a super committee. It's the House Avengers.
- 42:27Speaker 1: They're conducting a joint investigation into ActBlue, a massive fundraising
- 42:32Speaker 1: platform for Democrats over allegations that lax fraud prevention standards
- 42:37Speaker 1: may have allowed foreign donations to seep into U.S. campaigns.
- 42:41Speaker 1: Ladies and gentlemen, there's a reason the lawyers have been
- 42:44Speaker 1: quitting at ActBlue. Dave Bergoglis' deposition, which was scheduled for
- 42:51Speaker 1: Thursday morning, lasted less than half an hour. Fox News
- 42:55Speaker 1: saw Dave Bergoglis entering and exiting the committee room within
- 43:01Speaker 1: roughly 25 minutes. Fox Digital reached out to ActBlue for comment.
- 43:05Speaker 1: Fox also reached out to the majority and minority of
- 43:07Speaker 1: each of the three committees. There he is. There's Matt
- 43:11Speaker 1: Dave Bergoglis, dressed like he's about to do some sort
- 43:16Speaker 1: of Netflix documentary on how he stole lots of people's money.
- 43:20Speaker 1: Let's see. ActBlue is prolific across Democrat campaigns. It's being
- 43:24Speaker 1: used by the likes of AOC, that would be agent
- 43:27Speaker 1: of chaos, Senator Bernie Sanders, and Michigan Senate hopeful, Abdul El-Sayed. Oh,
- 43:35Speaker 1: look at all those people, all these people with decency
- 43:38Speaker 1: and morals using ActBlue. Pleading the fifth.
- 43:42Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 43:43Speaker 1: So the communists, I'm sorry, let me pause on that
- 43:44Speaker 1: thought for a moment. So the communists are all using
- 43:47Speaker 1: Act Blue as a money generating operation. And there are
- 43:51Speaker 1: allegations that foreign governments are interfering in American politics. Am
- 43:55Speaker 1: I to possibly conclude that we've got foreign interference to
- 44:00Speaker 1: infuse communist politics into the United States of America? Might
- 44:05Speaker 1: one draw this kind of conclusion from this scheme?
- 44:09Speaker 2: One might.
- 44:11Speaker 1: One has, in fact, drawn this type of conclusion from
- 44:15Speaker 1: this type of scheme. So we've got AOC, Bernie Sanders,
- 44:19Speaker 1: and Abdul El-Sayed. Pleading the Fifth Amendment is not evidence
- 44:23Speaker 1: of wrongdoing, Fox News is legally obligated to tell you.
- 44:26Speaker 1: Act Blue has repeatedly denied running afoul of the law
- 44:29Speaker 1: during the course of Republicans' probe. The Committee on House Administration,
- 44:32Speaker 1: which is jurisdiction over U.S. election laws, first opened the
- 44:36Speaker 1: probe into ActBlue back in 2023. All right, the probe's
- 44:39Speaker 1: gone on long enough. It's been three years. Let's get
- 44:42Speaker 1: to prosecutions. Let's get to criminal referrals. Hello, come on now.
- 44:45Speaker 1: Chairman Brian Steele, Wisconsin, accused the group of potentially accepting
- 44:48Speaker 1: foreign or fraudulent donations for not requiring a credit card
- 44:52Speaker 1: CVV number for contributions. Yeah, that's just so they could
- 44:56Speaker 1: use the gift card scheme. There's Regina Wallace-Jones, the CEO
- 45:01Speaker 1: of ActBlue. Remember, she pled the Fifth Amendment over... And
- 45:05Speaker 1: over and over again, ActBlue has since updated its donation requirements.
- 45:09Speaker 1: They now claim they have a CVV mandate. Oh, it's
- 45:11Speaker 1: very secure now. Yeah, after they've taken ungodly amounts of
- 45:15Speaker 1: money in a fraudulent way. A report released by the
- 45:19Speaker 1: committees in April of 2025 claimed that ActBlue executives and
- 45:21Speaker 1: staff are aware that both foreign and domestic fraudulent actors
- 45:27Speaker 1: are exploiting the platform, but they don't take the threat seriously. Okay, this...
- 45:33Speaker 1: This line, they don't take the threat seriously. That is
- 45:37Speaker 1: the most best-faith possible interpretation of this. It's not that
- 45:40Speaker 1: they were asleep at the wheel. It's that they were
- 45:44Speaker 1: intentionally allowing this to occur. You don't set up a
- 45:48Speaker 1: payment system that is this— for election law? Just imagine— let me
- 45:53Speaker 1: just put this past you for a second. Let's pretend
- 45:55Speaker 1: for a moment you stood up an election operation. You said,
- 45:59Speaker 1: I'm going to raise money for political candidates. I'm going
- 46:03Speaker 1: to set up a website. I'm going to set up
- 46:05Speaker 1: a payment system for political candidates because I want to
- 46:08Speaker 1: help my party, right? If you did that, what would
- 46:11Speaker 1: be one of the first things you did in order
- 46:14Speaker 1: to establish how you set this up? You would, you
- 46:17Speaker 1: ready for it? You would consult the law. What are
- 46:21Speaker 1: my legal obligations here? How do I handle this money?
- 46:25Speaker 1: How can we get it to candidates? How can we
- 46:28Speaker 1: ensure that the people who are giving the money are
- 46:30Speaker 1: actually eligible to do it? How can I make sure
- 46:32Speaker 1: that I don't run afoul of any laws? So I'm
- 46:35Speaker 1: talking about just a normal American citizen who is trying
- 46:38Speaker 1: to figure out a way to fund political campaigns and
- 46:41Speaker 1: raise money. You would go through the process of just
- 46:43Speaker 1: asking the most basic of questions at all about how
- 46:46Speaker 1: to do this and how not to get in trouble
- 46:47Speaker 1: as you do. You want to make sure everything's on
- 46:50Speaker 1: the up and up. So you're telling me one of
- 46:52Speaker 1: the biggest, no, excuse me, the single biggest money generating
- 46:56Speaker 1: operation on the left? Whoops, our bad. We just screwed up.
- 46:59Speaker 1: We had no idea how to raise money. We were
- 47:01Speaker 1: so vulnerable to foreign fraud.
- 47:03Speaker 2: It's bull.
- 47:05Speaker 1: It's utter bull. It doesn't pass the sniff test and
- 47:08Speaker 1: it smells horrible. The platform CEO invoked a fifth amendment
- 47:13Speaker 1: during a public congressional hearing earlier this year. Steele told
- 47:18Speaker 1: Fox in an interview ahead of the deposition Wednesday, it
- 47:20Speaker 1: was unclear if ActBlue has updated its standards. It's unclear.
- 47:24Speaker 1: You'd think with a congressional investigation, ActBlue would be coughing
- 47:28Speaker 1: up every last detail about how they're trying to make
- 47:30Speaker 1: things better. Yet it's unclear. It's unclear how serious ActBlue
- 47:33Speaker 1: is now taking fraud. We know that they weakened their
- 47:36Speaker 1: fraud standards previously. Did they make changes that are needed
- 47:39Speaker 1: to root out foreign funds from coming into American elections?
- 47:42Speaker 1: Steele has asked. He also pointed to other ActBlue executives'
- 47:45Speaker 1: silence in the face of this question and quote, what
- 47:47Speaker 1: is so frustrating for me, and I think countless others,
- 47:50Speaker 1: they have a right to not answer our questions. But
- 47:52Speaker 1: I think the American people also have a right to
- 47:55Speaker 1: know exactly what's taking place on this platform that has
- 47:57Speaker 1: raised roughly $ 20 billion, $ 20 billion for Democrat candidates and
- 48:04Speaker 1: liberal causes since its creation. It's a $ 20 billion fraud operation.
- 48:13Speaker 1: Under investigation now for years, I think we've got enough.
- 48:17Speaker 1: Just send it over to the Justice Department. Let Todd
- 48:20Speaker 1: Blanch and company handle it. And chances are, they are
- 48:24Speaker 1: actually handling it, the way this Justice Department operates. A
- 48:27Speaker 1: lot of these things go on behind the scenes. I mean,
- 48:29Speaker 1: you think about what just happened with Anthony Fauci's top lieutenant.
- 48:34Speaker 1: That story, they were working that investigation for a long time,
- 48:36Speaker 1: and then he finally got prosecuted in April. Nobody knew
- 48:39Speaker 1: that was coming. He got prosecuted in April. And this
- 48:42Speaker 1: past week, he just pled guilty to all sorts of
- 48:44Speaker 1: crimes of the destruction of information that was relevant to
- 48:48Speaker 1: you and to me about the origins of COVID, including
- 48:52Speaker 1: details about how Anthony Fauci was perfectly content with figuring
- 48:55Speaker 1: out ways to evade transparency, to break the law, to
- 48:59Speaker 1: hide information from you. That's all there. The government, the
- 49:04Speaker 1: Trump administration, the Trump Justice Department has been all over this,
- 49:08Speaker 1: which is good.
- 49:10Speaker 2: It's funny.
- 49:11Speaker 1: You know, earlier this week on one of the Sunday shows,
- 49:13Speaker 1: Todd Blanche was on with Kristen Welker. Meet the press.
- 49:17Speaker 1: And he was chatting about all of this. In fact, Josh,
- 49:21Speaker 1: do you have Chuck Todd from yesterday? I think we
- 49:23Speaker 1: had a Chuck Todd clip yesterday. Do you by chance
- 49:27Speaker 1: have that? Okay, he's grabbing it. So I want to
- 49:31Speaker 1: show you this because I think it's wonderful. I think
- 49:33Speaker 1: it's hilarious. So Kristen Welker is the hostess of Meet
- 49:36Speaker 1: the Press. And she had Todd Blanche on this week.
- 49:40Speaker 1: And she was all mad at him that he would
- 49:46Speaker 1: work for the president of the United States. The position
- 49:48Speaker 1: of the left is that when a Republican president is
- 49:51Speaker 1: in office, that the United States Justice Department should not
- 49:55Speaker 1: ever prosecute any Democrats. They should only prosecute Republicans. And
- 49:59Speaker 1: they should be an entirely different branch of government. They
- 50:02Speaker 1: should not be responsive to the president of the United States. Now,
- 50:05Speaker 1: this is Everything about that is completely unconstitutional. Everything about that,
- 50:08Speaker 1: completely unconstitutional.
- 50:10Speaker 2: Why?
- 50:10Speaker 1: Because the United States Justice Department works for the president
- 50:14Speaker 1: of the United States. It's an Article II branch of government.
- 50:18Speaker 1: the executive branch. The Justice Department works for the President
- 50:21Speaker 1: of the United States. So if the President says, I
- 50:23Speaker 1: want you to go after every gangbanger in the country,
- 50:25Speaker 1: the Justice Department just salutes and says, aye, aye, sir,
- 50:28Speaker 1: and gets to work. If the President says, I want
- 50:30Speaker 1: you to go after bringing the homicide numbers down, which
- 50:33Speaker 1: they have done successfully, the Justice Department says, aye, aye, sir,
- 50:36Speaker 1: they go after the homicide numbers. And if the President says,
- 50:38Speaker 1: I want you to clean up political corruption, I want
- 50:41Speaker 1: you to go after people who've abused their power while
- 50:44Speaker 1: they've been in the government, The job of the Justice
- 50:46Speaker 1: Department is to salute, say, aye, aye, sir, and go
- 50:49Speaker 1: after that corruption. It's as simple as that. By the way,
- 50:53Speaker 1: that applies to presidents of either party, to Justice Departments
- 50:58Speaker 1: that work for presidents of either party. They have to
- 51:00Speaker 1: follow the lawful orders of the President of the United States. Now,
- 51:04Speaker 1: the Justice Department is not allowed to make up crimes.
- 51:06Speaker 1: They can't just conjure crimes up, pretend that, let's say,
- 51:10Speaker 1: somebody you know, billionaire real estate developer from Queens who
- 51:16Speaker 1: goes on to American politics, decides to run as a Republican.
- 51:19Speaker 1: You can't just conjure up fake crimes to destroy his
- 51:23Speaker 1: life and the people around him. And would anyone ever
- 51:26Speaker 1: do that? Well, yeah, sure. Democrats, when they did it
- 51:29Speaker 1: to Donald Trump over and over and over again. But no,
- 51:33Speaker 1: in a functioning Justice Department, you have to have evidence
- 51:36Speaker 1: of a crime. And if you do, then you can
- 51:38Speaker 1: pursue it. It's as simple as that. All we're asking
- 51:41Speaker 1: for is decency and accountability for criminality. I'm not even
- 51:45Speaker 1: asking the Justice Department to abuse the left the way
- 51:47Speaker 1: they've abused the right. I'm asking the Justice Department to
- 51:50Speaker 1: hold the left accountable for the illegal ways that they've
- 51:54Speaker 1: abused the right and any American citizen. And so that
- 51:58Speaker 1: came up this weekend on Meet the Press. Now, one
- 52:00Speaker 1: of the old hosts of Meet the Press, not Tim Russert,
- 52:04Speaker 1: he's resting in peace. No, we've got Chuck Todd. Chuck Todd,
- 52:08Speaker 1: who somehow had a television show for a long time,
- 52:13Speaker 1: despite not having a face for a television show. I
- 52:16Speaker 1: don't know. I don't know what contest he won to
- 52:19Speaker 1: get that gig, but he was on Meet the Press
- 52:20Speaker 1: for a while. And now he's reflecting on all of
- 52:23Speaker 1: this on a podcast because everyone has a podcast now.
- 52:26Speaker 1: Have you noticed there's podcasts all over the place? So
- 52:28Speaker 1: he's got this podcast in which he says that Todd
- 52:31Speaker 1: Blanche is a bad person because he's following the orders
- 52:35Speaker 1: of the president. Josh, do we have that clip? Let's
- 52:39Speaker 1: see it.
- 52:42Speaker 4: Here is the attorney general of the United States.
- 52:44Speaker 1: Justice is blind.
- 52:45Speaker 2: Yeah, right.
- 52:46Speaker 4: Partisan political rally. And then on Sunday, to my friend
- 52:50Speaker 4: Kristen Welker on Meet the Press, I guess we should
- 52:52Speaker 4: give Blanche credit for being honest. But given the opportunity
- 52:56Speaker 4: to say something pretty simple, that the Justice Department will
- 52:59Speaker 4: operate and should operate independently of the White House, he.
- 53:03Speaker 1: Said he would not do that.
- 53:05Speaker 4: In fact, Blanche said that the attorney general should never
- 53:08Speaker 4: make that commitment.
- 53:10Speaker 1: No attorney general should.
- 53:13Speaker 2: What? What?
- 53:14Speaker 4: Todd Blanche wants the Justice Department to be politicized. That's
- 53:18Speaker 4: what he went on television on Sunday and said. And
- 53:22Speaker 4: I know how this works. Some people are going to
- 53:24Speaker 4: hear me say this and assume this is simply some
- 53:26Speaker 4: sort of partisan-driven outrage about Donald Trump, that this is DDS.
- 53:31Speaker 4: Give me a freaking break. OK, if you thought Eric
- 53:34Speaker 4: Holder was too close to Barack Obama, you should be outraged.
- 53:36Speaker 4: If you thought Merrick Garland was politicizing the Justice Department,
- 53:39Speaker 4: you should be outraged. If you thought Democrats violated the
- 53:41Speaker 4: traditional firewall between the White House and the Justice Department,
- 53:44Speaker 4: then presumably your solution was to rebuild.
- 53:47Speaker 1: The fucking firewall.
- 53:50Speaker 4: But instead, you take what you think happened, which you
- 53:54Speaker 4: don't have evidence that it did, but you project it
- 53:56Speaker 4: and you behave worse than the way you accuse the
- 54:00Speaker 4: other side of behaving. You are literally burning the rest down.
- 54:06Speaker 4: This idea that they did it, so now we're all
- 54:09Speaker 4: going to do it. Worse, two wrongs make a right
- 54:13Speaker 4: theory of government. This has been how Donald Trump has
- 54:16Speaker 4: lived his life. They came after me, so I'm going
- 54:18Speaker 4: after them. That's not how the frickin' Constitution works, sir.
- 54:23Speaker 4: It's fucking asinine. Blanche was Donald Trump's personal lawyer. Everything
- 54:28Speaker 4: he has done since becoming Attorney General suggests that he
- 54:31Speaker 4: is simply... Retained the client and changed the title on
- 54:34Speaker 4: his business card. Pure and simple.
- 54:37Speaker 1: That's so funny.
- 54:38Speaker 4: He is behaving like the president's personal lawyer with the
- 54:42Speaker 4: title now of attorney general of the United States, not
- 54:44Speaker 4: even acting attorney general.
- 54:47Speaker 1: So it's pretty funny. It's like it's like anybody, any
- 54:50Speaker 1: schmuck can open up a microphone and start running their sex.
- 54:52Speaker 1: But you understand what's happening here. I mean, Chuck Todd
- 54:55Speaker 1: is a pretty loyal defender of the Democrat establishment. And
- 54:59Speaker 1: it goes back to what I was describing to you before.
- 55:02Speaker 1: The formula is very basic here. The only principle for
- 55:05Speaker 1: the left is power. The only principle is power. So
- 55:09Speaker 1: it doesn't actually matter what the fact pattern is that
- 55:12Speaker 1: leads to this moment. You just reinvent the facts entirely.
- 55:15Speaker 1: You just go full George Orwell on all of them.
- 55:17Speaker 1: You just straight up ignore Merrick Garland and his lawlessness.
- 55:21Speaker 1: You straight up ignore the fact that all sorts of
- 55:23Speaker 1: unconstitutional rights violations played out under Joe Biden's watch. You
- 55:27Speaker 1: ignore all of the criminality and abuse of power that's
- 55:31Speaker 1: been going on, the attacks on American citizens, spying on
- 55:34Speaker 1: parents at school board meetings, attacking people who sing church
- 55:36Speaker 1: hymns outside of abortion mills. going after Mark Houck with
- 55:40Speaker 1: a SWAT team, going after people like General Flynn and
- 55:42Speaker 1: Roger Stone, treating all of these people like human garbage,
- 55:46Speaker 1: using the tools of the justice system to do it
- 55:49Speaker 1: without any lawful predicate to torture them. You just ignore
- 55:53Speaker 1: all of that. And then the second Americans seek accountability
- 55:56Speaker 1: by electing a guy who can help bring it, then
- 56:01Speaker 1: you attack that as being somehow unlawful, unconstitutional, and corrupt.
- 56:06Speaker 1: You see the game that's being played here? And then
- 56:08Speaker 1: he even says two wrongs don't make a right, as
- 56:10Speaker 1: if he's acknowledging in some sense that what had happened
- 56:13Speaker 1: before was wrong. It's kind of incoherent, isn't it? But again,
- 56:18Speaker 1: it's all in the service of power for Democrats. Because
- 56:22Speaker 1: Chuck Todd, the podcast guy, you know what's going to happen.
- 56:26Speaker 1: The second a Democrat gets into power, Chuck Todd is
- 56:29Speaker 1: going to be an enthusiastic cheerleader for the prosecution of
- 56:33Speaker 1: every single Trump official. You see the game that's being played.
- 56:39Speaker 1: It's so transparent and obvious. And so that podcast guy
- 56:44Speaker 1: is a perfectly good stand-in for all of these Democrats
- 56:48Speaker 1: who reflexively summon defenses for why tyranny is good when
- 56:54Speaker 1: Democrats are the ones who are wielding the power. And then,
- 56:58Speaker 1: of course, they're angry when accountability is arriving. The fact
- 57:03Speaker 1: that Todd Blanch was the president's personal attorney is not
- 57:06Speaker 1: a mark against him. It's a mark for him. Todd
- 57:10Speaker 1: Blanch is battle-tested. He stood alongside the president as he
- 57:13Speaker 1: underwent these cruelties at the hands of the left. He
- 57:17Speaker 1: knows what the left is capable of. In fact, I
- 57:20Speaker 1: would say that Todd Blanch's decision to become the attorney
- 57:24Speaker 1: general of the United States, to accept this role, is
- 57:28Speaker 1: a sign that he has courage Because he knows that
- 57:32Speaker 1: the left will be out to get him the second
- 57:35Speaker 1: they have the opportunity to do it. He has to
- 57:38Speaker 1: know that. He's already seen what happened to his client,
- 57:40Speaker 1: his previous client, Donald Trump. Now he's working on behalf
- 57:44Speaker 1: of the American people, working for our representative, Donald Trump.
- 57:48Speaker 1: And I am cheering him on. Because like you, I
- 57:52Speaker 1: want justice. I want justice. And it's not about power
- 57:57Speaker 1: being a principle. It's about principle. We need to defend him.
