- 0:06Speaker 1: Hello, my loves welcome back to give them La La podcast.
- 0:09Speaker 1: It should be a very very fun So yep, Mom's
- 0:16Speaker 1: gonna talk in this microphone and you're just gonna chill.
- 0:18Speaker 1: Is that cool? So I have Ocean with me because
- 0:21Speaker 1: my mom was supposed to have her today, but her
- 0:24Speaker 1: little Pomeranian, Bella, who we have had for fifteen and
- 0:27Speaker 1: a half years, has had like the biggest decline in
- 0:33Speaker 1: the past I want to say, two weeks and she's
- 0:36Speaker 1: not eating. She's skin and bone. So my mom called
- 0:39Speaker 1: and was like, I need to rush her to emergency care.
- 0:43Speaker 1: I don't know what the outcome will be to me,
- 0:48Speaker 1: I know it sounds so morbid and abrupt, but to me,
- 0:52Speaker 1: it seems like Bella's It just seems like she's dying.
- 0:55Speaker 1: But that's the TV that we're gonna watch ourselves on.
- 1:00Speaker 1: That's why I have Ocean today. Can you say hi
- 1:02Speaker 1: to everybody? Hi? Say hi? Good job? How is everybody?
- 1:06Speaker 1: Jess Easton great? Had a great morning?
- 1:10Speaker 2: Yes, I feel like it's I feel like it's been
- 1:12Speaker 2: a whole week in a day, which is good and good.
- 1:15Speaker 1: Today has been very long.
- 1:17Speaker 2: It's good, busy, busy, which is amazing.
- 1:20Speaker 1: It's been a really long month. Does anyone feel that way?
- 1:24Speaker 3: Everyone's feeling that way. By the way, I haven't spent.
- 1:26Speaker 2: A weekend in town in two weeks, and it will
- 1:29Speaker 2: be like four altogether because I won't be here this weekend.
- 1:33Speaker 1: Yeah, it's been a traveling month. What are we doing?
- 1:38Speaker 3: And you guys even were just gone again.
- 1:41Speaker 1: That's the thing is, I feel like there were so
- 1:42Speaker 1: many things on my cast. You're on the podcast. It's
- 1:46Speaker 1: absolutely correct on the podcast. You're a big, big star baby,
- 1:51Speaker 1: look at you. And then, oh my, oh my gosh,
- 2:02Speaker 1: this might be my favorite podcast. And it's gonna be
- 2:05Speaker 1: takes a lot of pressure off us. It's gonna be
- 2:07Speaker 1: very sky. Okay, we're not gonna say stinky. But she's
- 2:11Speaker 1: she's wilding out. She knows that she's.
- 2:18Speaker 3: She's an entertainer. I give her that.
- 2:21Speaker 1: Okay. Can we be really quiet when mom mom does
- 2:23Speaker 1: the podcast with her friends? Yes, I feel like we've
- 2:27Speaker 1: been back to back on everything. Okay, Ocean, we can't.
- 2:31Speaker 1: I'm begging you, please, baby, good kid, good baby. This
- 2:35Speaker 1: is gonna be the longest day of my life. You
- 2:39Speaker 1: have to stop. We went to Utah, Yes you did.
- 2:42Speaker 1: I hosted the Humane Society of Utah Gala. And when
- 2:46Speaker 1: I tell you, I was so nervous. I was the
- 2:49Speaker 1: most nervous I've ever been doing anything. Actually, that's such
- 2:52Speaker 1: a lie. All right. We took a quick break because
- 2:57Speaker 1: Ocean started losing her mind and wanted to see herself
- 3:00Speaker 1: crying in the monitor. So Easton will not be joining
- 3:03Speaker 1: us for this episode because he's going to take care
- 3:06Speaker 1: of Ocean. So hello, Jessica, Oh my god, what were
- 3:11Speaker 1: we saying?
- 3:12Speaker 3: We were just saying, how it's the longest.
- 3:13Speaker 1: Monday, the longest Monday, It's the longest year, is the
- 3:17Speaker 1: longest week, month, hour of my entire life. So I
- 3:21Speaker 1: went to Utah for the Humane Society of Utah gala.
- 3:24Speaker 1: The goal was to raise three hundred thousand dollars. They
- 3:28Speaker 1: asked me a few months ago if I would host it,
- 3:32Speaker 1: and if I remember correctly, before they had put all
- 3:36Speaker 1: of the silent auction items into the three hundred thousand
- 3:41Speaker 1: dollars goal, they had raised two hundred and sixty thousand dollars.
- 3:48Speaker 1: What for the Humane Society of Utah. That's incredible, isn't
- 3:52Speaker 1: that crazy?
- 3:53Speaker 3: That is amazing?
- 3:54Speaker 2: Congratulations, I know that's like near and dear for anyone
- 3:57Speaker 2: who doesn't know to not only your heart but your
- 3:59Speaker 2: mom's because she worked for them and with them for
- 4:02Speaker 2: years and still does.
- 4:03Speaker 1: She still works for them.
- 4:04Speaker 3: Amazing.
- 4:05Speaker 1: Yeah, and my dog Lily came from HSU and she's twelve.
- 4:09Speaker 3: Oh my god.
- 4:10Speaker 1: I know she's an old broad. She is.
- 4:13Speaker 2: She's a golden vintage girl.
- 4:17Speaker 1: But she's so vintage.
- 4:20Speaker 2: My question is, I know you you were going into
- 4:22Speaker 2: it nervous. I was nervous because you did you M
- 4:26Speaker 2: see it MC the gala.
- 4:28Speaker 1: Yeah, what's the difference between like MCing and hosting something.
- 4:31Speaker 3: I feel like it's pretty much interchangeable.
- 4:34Speaker 2: I might be wrong, but I feel like EMC is
- 4:36Speaker 2: more of like you're on the mic.
- 4:38Speaker 1: I was on the mic, Yeah, and I was very nervous,
- 4:40Speaker 1: but you know what, I felt like we got a
- 4:42Speaker 1: lot of laughs. I feel like it was a very
- 4:44Speaker 1: well rounded gala where it was like heartfelt but also funny.
- 4:50Speaker 1: I could tell that I was getting a little too
- 4:51Speaker 1: comfortable though, with the room because as we were wrapping
- 4:56Speaker 1: up and saying like, thank you so much, the dance
- 5:00Speaker 1: floor is now open, I was like, the dance floor's open,
- 5:05Speaker 1: I'm ready to tork it for a real one. So
- 5:07Speaker 1: if you're single, like, meet me on the dance floor.
- 5:09Speaker 1: And I immediately was like, oh no, you've got too Lola,
- 5:13Speaker 1: what are you doing? So if you're.
- 5:15Speaker 2: Single, I mean, were there any eligible bachelors there?
- 5:18Speaker 1: Are you kidding me? We're in Salt Lake City, Utah.
- 5:20Speaker 1: All those people are married, have been married for five
- 5:24Speaker 1: hundred years and seven kids deep All right? So no,
- 5:28Speaker 1: so no, I didn't. I didn't meet anybody, But could
- 5:31Speaker 1: I tell you? It was so crazy being back there
- 5:32Speaker 1: because I have not been back there in years and
- 5:36Speaker 1: I love being from there. But it made me appreciate
- 5:40Speaker 1: Los Angeles because for a while I've been like, get
- 5:43Speaker 1: me out of LA. I just want normalcy. I'm feeling suffocated,
- 5:47Speaker 1: and I went back to my roots. And I think
- 5:50Speaker 1: it's because it's not that I don't like Utah. I
- 5:52Speaker 1: always wanted to get out of Utah since I was
- 5:55Speaker 1: a child, right, It just felt very small for me.
- 5:57Speaker 1: It couldn't it didn't offer me what I needed it too,
- 6:00Speaker 1: in terms of what I wanted to be when I
- 6:02Speaker 1: grew up. But it's also strange because you have to
- 6:06Speaker 1: remember when I lived there, it was like another lifetime.
- 6:09Speaker 1: I had my dad, I lived in my childhood home.
- 6:13Speaker 1: I move and it's like my dad passes away, my
- 6:17Speaker 1: mom sells my childhood home and moves into another house.
- 6:20Speaker 1: So it just feels like everything that I remember about
- 6:24Speaker 1: living there, it's just like no longer. Yeah, I go
- 6:27Speaker 1: there and don't even feel like I'm from there.
- 6:30Speaker 3: Really, No, do you ever try and drive by your
- 6:33Speaker 3: childhood home?
- 6:34Speaker 1: Or I would never. I would never never Why it's
- 6:38Speaker 1: too takes me to a very dark place. I will
- 6:41Speaker 1: say I was very triggered being there.
- 6:43Speaker 2: You were mm hmm, okay, why because us It just feels.
- 6:47Speaker 1: Like another lifetime where it's like I'm familiar with this place,
- 6:50Speaker 1: but I'm it's almost like a trauma response. Does that
- 6:54Speaker 1: make sense?
- 6:55Speaker 3: It does? And also your mom's here east since here,
- 6:58Speaker 3: Well that's.
- 6:58Speaker 1: The other thing. It's like I don't know, Oh, even
- 7:00Speaker 1: my roots have been uplifted and moved to La So
- 7:03Speaker 1: I go back there. And I had a moment on
- 7:05Speaker 1: the plane on the way home, and because I always
- 7:08Speaker 1: say like a prayer before we take off, and I
- 7:11Speaker 1: look over and it's like I have Easton and my
- 7:13Speaker 1: mom and they're both snooze in before we even take off,
- 7:16Speaker 1: And I just had a moment of just like complete
- 7:19Speaker 1: gratitude that I'm going home and I have my family
- 7:24Speaker 1: with me. Yeah, Like it feels good because I haven't
- 7:27Speaker 1: had that before. Where I'm going from like Utah to La,
- 7:30Speaker 1: I'm usually leaving someone behind, rights my mom or my brother,
- 7:34Speaker 1: So that part felt good. Anyway, moving on, well.
- 7:37Speaker 3: Good, No, that's so nice.
- 7:38Speaker 2: It's so nice you all three were there. I'm that's
- 7:40Speaker 2: very interesting. You not a trauma response, but yeah, that's
- 7:45Speaker 2: what you said. It was a bit triggering. That's very
- 7:47Speaker 2: interesting because last year, I remember we talked about it
- 7:51Speaker 2: was around this time because it was a holiday episode,
- 7:53Speaker 2: and you talked about how like you see yourself in
- 7:56Speaker 2: the future going spending the holidays in you with the snow,
- 8:01Speaker 2: and do you not feel that way anymore?
- 8:03Speaker 1: I don't think I feel that way anyway. Really, Yeah,
- 8:05Speaker 1: I think I like the thought of it, okay, more
- 8:08Speaker 1: so than actually doing it, because it just floods me
- 8:12Speaker 1: with like all of the things that used to be. Yeah, time,
- 8:16Speaker 1: time passes, things change. Yep. We saw my niece, who
- 8:19Speaker 1: I have not seen dance in person. I've only seen
- 8:24Speaker 1: through videos. She is an absolute star. Yeah, and it
- 8:29Speaker 1: makes me excited because she wants to be an entertainment,
- 8:31Speaker 1: and I'm like, oh my gosh, I feel like the
- 8:33Speaker 1: next So many people were didn't know that I have
- 8:37Speaker 1: an older brother, Oh, an older brother, Brandon, from my
- 8:40Speaker 1: dad's first marriage. My mom and my dad got together
- 8:43Speaker 1: when my brother, my older brother was two, so like
- 8:47Speaker 1: my older brother calls my mom mom, you know yeah.
- 8:52Speaker 1: But I watched her dance and I was like, oh
- 8:54Speaker 1: my gosh, and she wants to be an entertainment and
- 8:56Speaker 1: she's extremely talented, Like I could see the second wave
- 8:59Speaker 1: of mood happening. Very good to la.
- 9:03Speaker 2: I know her name's London, right, her name's London. Oh,
- 9:07Speaker 2: welcome London, Welcome London.
- 9:10Speaker 1: That part was like so much fun. So when I'm
- 9:13Speaker 1: at this place where my niece is dancing, it's like
- 9:17Speaker 1: a very I don't know if other places do this.
- 9:19Speaker 1: It's very Utah. I remember, like you buy tickets and
- 9:21Speaker 1: there's little booths that are selling like homemade chocolates or
- 9:27Speaker 1: like handmade crafts. Like it's just very like Utah.
- 9:31Speaker 3: That's cute.
- 9:32Speaker 1: So I see this amazing grinch and it's just an
- 9:37Speaker 1: old school grinch head you guys, and it's fabulous. Okay, handmade.
- 9:42Speaker 3: Are we talking wood?
- 9:44Speaker 1: No, it's like metal. Oh it's metal, okay, And I'm like,
- 9:47Speaker 1: this will be so cute for palm springs. It's forty
- 9:49Speaker 1: five dollars. I was like, great, do you guys ship
- 9:51Speaker 1: They said, we don't. I'm sorry. I'm like, how much
- 9:53Speaker 1: could it be? I purchase it? I go into ups
- 9:57Speaker 1: the next day. It in a box. The head doesn't
- 10:01Speaker 1: come off, it's just one piece, like it's a circle
- 10:05Speaker 1: with a metal like bar. And then the Grinch chad
- 10:09Speaker 1: Q okay, and he's doing the Grinch. I can get
- 10:13Speaker 1: my eyebrows just as high as the Grinch. It's terrifying.
- 10:17Speaker 1: It's ijma. So they put it in the first box
- 10:23Speaker 1: doesn't fit. They put it in a bigger one, and
- 10:26Speaker 1: she comes back types it in the into the computer
- 10:29Speaker 1: and my total pops up where I insert my credit card.
- 10:33Speaker 1: You wonder how much it was to ship that thing?
- 10:35Speaker 3: How much?
- 10:36Speaker 1: Three hundred and eighty five dollars?
- 10:38Speaker 3: Is that a joke?
- 10:39Speaker 1: It's not a joke. I about died. I literally said
- 10:42Speaker 1: to her, are you shitting me? And she just stared
- 10:45Speaker 1: at me. I was like, I mean, are you joking me? Kidding? Yeah?
- 10:50Speaker 3: You I would have said I'm doing something else with it.
- 10:52Speaker 3: I would do with it, sold it. I don't know
- 10:55Speaker 3: what to do with it.
- 10:56Speaker 2: That is what you spent four over four hundred on
- 11:00Speaker 2: a grinch head.
- 11:01Speaker 1: I certainly did. And my mom kept saying, but Ocean's
- 11:06Speaker 1: gonna love it. Imagine her smile. And I was like, yeah,
- 11:09Speaker 1: why don't we put on your credit card? No? I
- 11:12Speaker 1: was like, yeah, you're real quick to throw shit on
- 11:14Speaker 1: my AMX, aren't you.
- 11:16Speaker 3: Shipping is wild? Shipping costs her wild?
- 11:19Speaker 1: Oh you about died, don't even you know?
- 11:21Speaker 2: The USPS is the cheap, the most inexpensive.
- 11:24Speaker 1: UPS is the most inexpensive.
- 11:26Speaker 3: No UPS.
- 11:27Speaker 2: So there's UPS FedEx and then there's USPS, which is
- 11:31Speaker 2: United States Postal Service.
- 11:33Speaker 3: That's the but it's still up there.
- 11:36Speaker 1: Well guess what, it's gone. She been shipped. She'll be
- 11:39Speaker 1: arriving on Friday. It'll be c it will be so
- 11:43Speaker 1: another Ocean story. We're laying in bed and because she
- 11:49Speaker 1: sleeps with me. I've told you guys, she sleeps with
- 11:51Speaker 1: me now, and she says to me, did you see this?
- 11:56Speaker 1: Oh my hell? And she's pointing out something on my
- 11:59Speaker 1: phone and I said, Ocean, I don't want you saying that.
- 12:05Speaker 1: And my mother says to me, Lauren, the more you
- 12:07Speaker 1: discipline her, and she says this in front of Ocean,
- 12:09Speaker 1: the more you discipline her, the more she's gonna want
- 12:11Speaker 1: to say it. Just ignore it, don't make it a
- 12:13Speaker 1: big deal. So I was like, fine, say whatever you want.
- 12:18Speaker 1: She goes, can I say fuck? Can I say fuck?
- 12:23Speaker 1: Screams it at the top of her lungs. I was like,
- 12:26Speaker 1: how do I get this to end?
- 12:29Speaker 3: You never say, oh my hell, I've never heard you
- 12:31Speaker 3: say that.
- 12:32Speaker 1: Say I don't know who says it. But then today
- 12:35Speaker 1: she goes into the bathroom and she goes she smells
- 12:37Speaker 1: like dog shit in you, And I'm like, who says that?
- 12:42Speaker 1: Who says that? I don't know. Maybe I do say it,
- 12:47Speaker 1: maybe I don't, but it's mortifying anyway. Then after she says,
- 12:52Speaker 1: if she can say the F word, my mom then
- 12:53Speaker 1: put lays down the loss. She said, here's the deal, Ocean.
- 12:56Speaker 1: If you say naughty words, if Mom says naughty words, Easton,
- 13:01Speaker 1: you're all getting your mouths washed out with soap. Okay,
- 13:05Speaker 1: that's how it's done. I was like, great, excellent, we
- 13:08Speaker 1: all know the drill now and we're laying there whatever.
- 13:11Speaker 1: She kicks my mom in the stomach once twice, three times.
- 13:14Speaker 1: I tell her to knock it off each time. After
- 13:16Speaker 1: the third time, I pause, desperate housewise, I say, Ocean,
- 13:19Speaker 1: kent you do it again. You're going in your own bed.
- 13:25Speaker 1: Press play. I can see her side eyeing me as
- 13:29Speaker 1: she cocks her leg back whoom, kicks jee'je in the
- 13:33Speaker 1: stomach again. I said, pause, that's it, You're going in
- 13:38Speaker 1: your bed. I take her into her bed. She's crying
- 13:43Speaker 1: for mom. It's all good, She's She's quiet for a
- 13:46Speaker 1: little too long. My Meletodin starts sinking in. I'm out
- 13:51Speaker 1: out like a light. And then I hear the door
- 13:53Speaker 1: open slightly and flam clothes really quick, and I'm disoriented.
- 13:58Speaker 1: My mom goes out to look. Ocean has turned herself
- 14:02Speaker 1: into an avatar. She has found the only electric blue
- 14:07Speaker 1: eye shadow that big tiny she wants. Have dug to
- 14:10Speaker 1: the very back, grabbed her beauty blender, and she has
- 14:13Speaker 1: painted it all over her face, all over her face.
- 14:17Speaker 1: She comes in. I was like, what have you been doing?
- 14:20Speaker 1: She goes, I just opened to doua. I go clearly
- 14:23Speaker 1: a while ago, and then she makes her way with
- 14:26Speaker 1: the electric blue eye shadow to my white fretta sheets. No, yes,
- 14:30Speaker 1: I said no, no slurring. By the way, Easter goes,
- 14:35Speaker 1: I filmed it. Easton goes, you post this video, not
- 14:37Speaker 1: one person is gonna believe it. You've been sober for
- 14:39Speaker 1: five years. I was like I was woken up from
- 14:42Speaker 1: a stupor to a child. I was like, mom, you
- 14:45Speaker 1: got a deal. I can't even function right now. I
- 14:47Speaker 1: can only function enough to film it really quickly for
- 14:49Speaker 1: podcast content and go straight back to bed. It's been
- 14:53Speaker 1: a lot.
- 14:54Speaker 3: What time was this, number one? I need get paint
- 14:57Speaker 3: a picture. What time was this? Like, you fell asleep
- 14:59Speaker 3: at like eight pm?
- 14:59Speaker 1: Or it was probably eleven?
- 15:01Speaker 3: Okay, so it's a little late. I'm dying to see this.
- 15:04Speaker 2: This is the first time I'm hearing this at all.
- 15:06Speaker 2: By the way, so this is the funniest thing ever
- 15:09Speaker 2: to me. This has made my day A video my day.
- 15:12Speaker 1: I recorded it, and I am slurring in the video.
- 15:14Speaker 1: Eason goes, you show this, No one's gonna believe that
- 15:17Speaker 1: you reached five years. I'm like, I took melotonin. I
- 15:21Speaker 1: was exhausted. Yeah you worry.
- 15:23Speaker 2: I mean you had been gone all weekend, you had
- 15:24Speaker 2: just came back from Bravo con days before.
- 15:27Speaker 1: She it was a lot.
- 15:31Speaker 3: She is such a character.
- 15:33Speaker 1: Oh want to know what I saw? The utire part? Yeah,
- 15:35Speaker 1: a team sand of all truck her hat. What did
- 15:38Speaker 1: you do? Did you go up to it? Did you
- 15:40Speaker 1: go up to it? Yeah? No, but I was like
- 15:44Speaker 1: getting to my notes, app I've never seen that ever
- 15:47Speaker 1: in my life. She would have had to have made
- 15:48Speaker 1: it herself.
- 15:49Speaker 2: Oh and you didn't say anything that would have been iconic.
- 15:52Speaker 2: Lala Ken goes up and says, hm, nice hat. What
- 15:55Speaker 2: do you think she would have done?
- 15:56Speaker 1: I would have said, send that shit to Daryl. We
- 15:58Speaker 1: got a problem one. Who's making this merch? They've gone rogue.
- 16:05Speaker 1: They've all gone rogue.
- 16:06Speaker 3: Do you know he's making that merch? Tom Sandibal Team
- 16:09Speaker 3: Sandoval hat.
- 16:10Speaker 1: I defend him one time. Suddenly they're out in these
- 16:12Speaker 1: streets thinking they can wear Team Sandival hats. No, no, no,
- 16:16Speaker 1: and yeah, so that happened too. I wrote it in
- 16:18Speaker 1: my notes. I assume we've all seen the Taylor Swift
- 16:26Speaker 1: and Travis Kelcey video.
- 16:28Speaker 3: How do you feel about that? Because I actually think
- 16:31Speaker 3: it was super cute.
- 16:33Speaker 1: I'm obsessed so cute. I never wish that I have
- 16:37Speaker 1: had a partner. Yeah, and then when I saw that,
- 16:39Speaker 1: first of all, his reaction when she changed the lyrics,
- 16:42Speaker 1: I know, it was adorable. Her dad's response to it too,
- 16:47Speaker 1: with his.
- 16:48Speaker 2: Own, was that her dad, I thought that was his dad.
- 16:50Speaker 2: Her dad Karma is the guy on the Chiefs.
- 16:54Speaker 1: Coming straight home to me or something like.
- 16:55Speaker 3: That or something that so cute. That was really cute.
- 16:59Speaker 1: And then after she like waving to the audience and
- 17:01Speaker 1: then like runs and jumps on him awkwardly. But it's fine.
- 17:06Speaker 1: She's she looks like a baby deer a little She's
- 17:09Speaker 1: always been baby deerish, Yeah, but like she's so adorable.
- 17:13Speaker 3: She's so adorable.
- 17:15Speaker 2: You said something in the office that shocked me after
- 17:17Speaker 2: you saw that clipke, What did I say, can you
- 17:18Speaker 2: tell your friends about after you saw that?
- 17:21Speaker 3: Your mindset change?
- 17:22Speaker 1: I said, I want that. I want to feel that
- 17:24Speaker 1: way about somebody, which is very strange to me. And
- 17:27Speaker 1: I was thinking about it because I'm like, how does
- 17:29Speaker 1: one go about finding someone? I see people on TV
- 17:34Speaker 1: finding men, but like I'm in a different situation. You know,
- 17:39Speaker 1: I'm sober. So I was thinking, Okay, if I if
- 17:46Speaker 1: I do a bumble account, we all know my I
- 17:51Speaker 1: have a bond with Bumble not only because of what
- 17:54Speaker 1: they stand for. I love that it's female driven. I
- 17:58Speaker 1: would feel safe on that app because they put that
- 18:00Speaker 1: at the top of the list, but also I grew
- 18:03Speaker 1: up with Whitney Wolf who started Bumble, so it's it
- 18:09Speaker 1: resonates with me in many ways. But I was like,
- 18:11Speaker 1: if I start a Bumble account, I then know that
- 18:15Speaker 1: people who are signing up for that are wanting to date.
- 18:19Speaker 1: I can also weed them out quickly by writing in
- 18:22Speaker 1: my profile that I am sober, I am a mom
- 18:27Speaker 1: and put in the bio just exactly, you know, like,
- 18:31Speaker 1: no bullshit, this is what I'm looking for, this is
- 18:33Speaker 1: what my life entails, and whoever you know comes into
- 18:36Speaker 1: my world, this is what to expect. I feel like
- 18:38Speaker 1: that's the route I'm going to have to take. I
- 18:40Speaker 1: think that's smart because how else smart? How else do
- 18:43Speaker 1: you meet someone? I don't go out very often. I
- 18:45Speaker 1: love going out to dinner with people who I'm like
- 18:48Speaker 1: enjoying their time. But to go out to just hope
- 18:51Speaker 1: I meet someone, it's like, no, we Bumble is makes
- 18:55Speaker 1: the most sense for me to start dating right right?
- 18:58Speaker 3: I totally agree.
- 19:00Speaker 2: Let me ask you something about the dating, because We've
- 19:02Speaker 2: had this convo a couple times and I'm always interested
- 19:05Speaker 2: by your response.
- 19:06Speaker 3: Okay, so you say. Sometimes it's it's nerve racking when
- 19:10Speaker 3: it's like, let's go to dinner. What is your ideal?
- 19:14Speaker 2: Let's say you find someone you're like, this person's really cool.
- 19:17Speaker 3: I feel like I know you.
- 19:19Speaker 2: You have to at least converse with them a little,
- 19:21Speaker 2: whether or not it's over the app or in person whatever,
- 19:24Speaker 2: converse with them a little at first. You're not just
- 19:26Speaker 2: going to dinner with a stranger. You converse, you vibe,
- 19:29Speaker 2: you go, Okay, I'm down for a first date. What's
- 19:31Speaker 2: your ideal first date? Because it doesn't sound like it's
- 19:33Speaker 2: a dinner. It sounds like it's more like a chill
- 19:36Speaker 2: like not maybe a happy hour with friends obviously sober
- 19:40Speaker 2: happy hour with friends the first time, or it's a
- 19:45Speaker 2: coffee or a walk in the park or a lunch
- 19:48Speaker 2: like what is your ideal for safe?
- 19:49Speaker 3: Do you even know yet?
- 19:51Speaker 1: I'm kind of weird. I think my ideal first like meetup,
- 19:57Speaker 1: the word date freaks me out, would be with other couples.
- 20:01Speaker 3: Okay, so a.
- 20:02Speaker 1: Social Yeah, it takes the pressure off and like I
- 20:05Speaker 1: feel like when you go into a group setting, you know,
- 20:09Speaker 1: you can kind of see how they are with other people. Like,
- 20:11Speaker 1: let's not waste time. If I'm going to be sitting
- 20:13Speaker 1: here with you one on one, giving you my time
- 20:15Speaker 1: and then I PLoP you into a room with like
- 20:18Speaker 1: my friends and you're awkward, well then you just wasted
- 20:21Speaker 1: my time, and now I have to explain to you
- 20:24Speaker 1: why we're not going to link up again. Right, it's
- 20:26Speaker 1: easier to be like, hey, do you want to come,
- 20:28Speaker 1: We're all going to dinner. It takes the pressure off,
- 20:31Speaker 1: Like you don't need to pay for me. I don't
- 20:33Speaker 1: need to pay for you. It's just like I don't
- 20:36Speaker 1: like the normal dating.
- 20:39Speaker 3: Oh that's interesting that that's even a thought of yours.
- 20:42Speaker 3: At first.
- 20:42Speaker 2: I always expect when I used to first date is
- 20:45Speaker 2: paid for, no, ma'am, I mean, no questions asked. And
- 20:48Speaker 2: I know that's traditional and people would like boo me
- 20:50Speaker 2: for it, but I'm like always first date, Yeah, you
- 20:54Speaker 2: better pull.
- 20:55Speaker 3: Out your wallet.
- 20:55Speaker 1: Well I would like to think that they would pull
- 20:57Speaker 1: out their wallet. But at the same time, like, I'm
- 21:01Speaker 1: not bougie, but I am a little bit and like
- 21:05Speaker 1: I want to go somewhere yummy, and it may cost
- 21:08Speaker 1: a lot, and I may make a little bit more
- 21:10Speaker 1: money than you, So I don't want you to feel pressure.
- 21:12Speaker 1: So let's just go with a group of people. When
- 21:16Speaker 1: you can't pay for my sparkling water though, which has
- 21:18Speaker 1: happened to me, you're a real scrub.
- 21:22Speaker 2: Yes, And that's really sweet of you, what a sweet
- 21:25Speaker 2: like look. I want to enjoy dinner and if I
- 21:27Speaker 2: have to pay, I don't want them to stress. That's
- 21:28Speaker 2: really nice of you, Am I nice? That's very nice.
- 21:32Speaker 2: That is so nice of you to say.
- 21:35Speaker 3: So No, not the sparkling water though, take out.
- 21:38Speaker 2: Your wallets for the damn sparkling water lely because I
- 21:43Speaker 2: got it in a bottle rather than from the gun.
- 21:45Speaker 1: Well, there's a charge. And it was like, I don't
- 21:47Speaker 1: want to you'll just cover this. I was like, you're joking.
- 21:50Speaker 1: You're joking right, Oh no, And then you expect me
- 21:52Speaker 1: to kiss you at the end, have you no shra
- 21:55Speaker 1: damn mind?
- 21:56Speaker 3: What in the world right you?
- 22:01Speaker 1: The streets are filled with that.
- 22:04Speaker 3: I've been here looking at the wrong place.
- 22:06Speaker 1: Well that's why I've come to the realization that we're
- 22:09Speaker 1: doing bumble. And then I can just lay it out there.
- 22:12Speaker 1: Let's just cut to the chase. Baby, this is what
- 22:14Speaker 1: Laala is looking for.
- 22:16Speaker 3: Done, there we go.
- 22:17Speaker 1: Did you watch pH?
- 22:19Speaker 3: Did I watch pH?
- 22:20Speaker 1: Can I tell you my thoughts about Kyle? Yes?
- 22:23Speaker 2: And I'm so excited for your thoughts because I looked
- 22:25Speaker 2: at your notes and.
- 22:26Speaker 3: I don't agree with some of them. So I can't wait.
- 22:28Speaker 1: All right, let's get into it.
- 22:29Speaker 3: Hey, let's hear about Kyle.
- 22:31Speaker 1: So I had conversations with people about Kyle. I know
- 22:37Speaker 1: her not well. I'll see her like for example, if
- 22:40Speaker 1: Teddy Mellencamp has a birthday for her daughter Dove, Kyle
- 22:44Speaker 1: will pop in. It's like, hey, how are you great
- 22:46Speaker 1: to see you, but like we don't know each other
- 22:48Speaker 1: like that. My thought is she has never been sexier.
- 22:54Speaker 1: Everything about her, whether it's the confidence, like everything, even
- 22:59Speaker 1: her there's just something for me that I'm seeing that
- 23:04Speaker 1: feels very empowered. There are some women older than me
- 23:10Speaker 1: who are worried, and that's strange for me, especially because
- 23:14Speaker 1: I'm coming from a very different place than they are.
- 23:17Speaker 1: They are concerned that she's blowing her life up. These
- 23:21Speaker 1: are my thoughts. Mauricio has been dirty for many years.
- 23:25Speaker 1: From what we've heard to me, it seems like she's
- 23:28Speaker 1: fed up, but she's not saying what happened because she
- 23:33Speaker 1: wants to maintain like keeping everything very chill from the outside.
- 23:38Speaker 1: I'm not going to blow up his world or make
- 23:41Speaker 1: me seem like the victim. There are children involved, my
- 23:45Speaker 1: kids who are grown who I don't want them to
- 23:48Speaker 1: be dealing with this. And I am a little bit
- 23:51Speaker 1: annoyed because I'm sitting here saying to myself, blow him up,
- 23:55Speaker 1: blow up his spot. Don't you take the fall for
- 23:58Speaker 1: his bad behavior, which happens a lot. It happens a lot.
- 24:02Speaker 1: The second a dude does something dirty and the woman
- 24:05Speaker 1: speaks out on it, everyone looks at her. You have children,
- 24:10Speaker 1: rise above Hell No, when you do something and then
- 24:16Speaker 1: there are repercussions, that's just how it goes. Don't be
- 24:21Speaker 1: a lying, cheating snake, you dirty.
- 24:25Speaker 3: Dick, You dirty dick.
- 24:28Speaker 1: I won't have a spot to blow up if you
- 24:31Speaker 1: act right right.
- 24:33Speaker 3: I do wonder though, I do, I do.
- 24:37Speaker 2: My only differing opinion here is that they did have
- 24:40Speaker 2: so many as we've heard from her beautiful years together before.
- 24:45Speaker 2: Who knows what happened, but she has said before she's
- 24:49Speaker 2: has had a beautiful marriage, beautiful family, lots of good memories.
- 24:53Speaker 2: I do see her maybe looking at the kids and
- 24:57Speaker 2: being like, I don't want to tarnish those.
- 24:59Speaker 3: I don't want to.
- 25:00Speaker 1: She did have beautiful memories, and we could have continued
- 25:03Speaker 1: to have those beautiful memories, and you shit all over them.
- 25:05Speaker 1: So now I'm gonna shit all over you, all right,
- 25:09Speaker 1: I'm supposed to rise above and remember the beautiful memories
- 25:13Speaker 1: and our beautiful children when you shit all over that. Right, No,
- 25:16Speaker 1: you ruined this.
- 25:18Speaker 2: Do you think it could be more powerful that? She
- 25:20Speaker 2: says that to him though, and doesn't come out in public,
- 25:22Speaker 2: and she says exactly what you just said, but to him,
- 25:26Speaker 2: and she goes, I know this, and whatever if they
- 25:29Speaker 2: have a higher power, I know this, and God knows
- 25:31Speaker 2: this and it will be revealed.
- 25:33Speaker 1: Yeah, she very well. She's strong in her faith. I
- 25:39Speaker 1: do know that, and I'm sure you know. And she
- 25:42Speaker 1: has much more life experience than I have. I can't
- 25:45Speaker 1: even imagine being in a relationship for twenty plus years
- 25:48Speaker 1: four kids involved bringing a child from a different relationship
- 25:53Speaker 1: into it and having a man step up in that
- 25:56Speaker 1: regard as well. I don't know. I'm coming from my
- 25:59Speaker 1: own road right journey where I'm like, you are taking
- 26:05Speaker 1: the brunt of his actions and I don't like it.
- 26:08Speaker 1: It's time for the man to be looked at, Like,
- 26:11Speaker 1: if there was nothing for me to blow up, we
- 26:15Speaker 1: wouldn't have this problem. You didn't act right behind the scenes,
- 26:19Speaker 1: and now I have to like keep a brave face. No, no, no, no, blood.
- 26:27Speaker 2: I do agree. She has never been hotter. I mean,
- 26:32Speaker 2: she is stunning. When I was watching last night, just
- 26:34Speaker 2: even her sitting in that workout she had just gone
- 26:37Speaker 2: to the gym, like nothing, she was sitting in the
- 26:38Speaker 2: workout clothes, and I think Kyle was like, oh, she
- 26:41Speaker 2: must be like I don't know.
- 26:43Speaker 3: I think he said, like, she must be the youngest.
- 26:44Speaker 2: Hun. I was like, no, she's I You're Kyle, Yes, sorry,
- 26:48Speaker 2: Mi Kyle Mi. Kyle talking about Kyle Richards and said
- 26:53Speaker 2: she must be the youngest, right, And I told him
- 26:56Speaker 2: her age and he's like, I've honestly never seen a
- 26:59Speaker 2: better life. Like she's stunning, and he's like stunning her energy,
- 27:03Speaker 2: her glow, and we were talking about her inner workout.
- 27:06Speaker 3: Clothes, she had just gone to the gym. I was like,
- 27:07Speaker 3: there's something about her.
- 27:08Speaker 1: She looks really freaking good, amazing. Yeah, I how did
- 27:14Speaker 1: you feel about Do you think Sutton was upset that
- 27:15Speaker 1: she wore pants?
- 27:17Speaker 3: That's what I disagreed with you on.
- 27:19Speaker 1: Do you think she was upset that they were spreading
- 27:21Speaker 1: their legs?
- 27:21Speaker 3: I think it was a snowball effect.
- 27:25Speaker 2: I think at first she was annoyed because she's like,
- 27:27Speaker 2: I wore pants, and then I wasn't chosen, and then
- 27:29Speaker 2: I almost think her like bouginess or upitiness.
- 27:33Speaker 3: No disrespect was turned.
- 27:36Speaker 2: On by that, and then she was like, oh no, no, no,
- 27:39Speaker 2: I don't need to be here. I that being said,
- 27:44Speaker 2: I saw, well, I want you to say your notes,
- 27:46Speaker 2: but as of last night, I saw what you put
- 27:48Speaker 2: how you felt about her about wanting to give her
- 27:51Speaker 2: a hug, and I completely disagreed.
- 27:53Speaker 3: I wanted to look at her and be like, grow up.
- 27:56Speaker 2: And I again, I don't know Sutton, but she sees,
- 28:00Speaker 2: you know, fun, and she's a personality and she's southern
- 28:03Speaker 2: and cute.
- 28:03Speaker 3: But I was like, you could have googled the show.
- 28:07Speaker 3: You were disrespecting.
- 28:08Speaker 1: Hair no magic, Mike, though you asked if Channing Tatum
- 28:11Speaker 1: would be there, you know damn well with the show entels.
- 28:14Speaker 2: Exactly and also my big trigger is you have a
- 28:17Speaker 2: friend who went out of her way, Erica Jane, to
- 28:21Speaker 2: have her friend set up this beautiful night for you
- 28:23Speaker 2: VIP you get you know, you don't get pulled on stage,
- 28:26Speaker 2: big deal, but like a couple of your friends do.
- 28:28Speaker 2: It was Crystal's birthday. She should have been on stage.
- 28:31Speaker 2: And let's be honest, I can speak from this viewpoint.
- 28:34Speaker 2: Just I mean you can't too. But there are cameras there.
- 28:37Speaker 2: They're filming the show, and then you're gonna stand up
- 28:40Speaker 2: and stomp out and make a scene if I were Erica.
- 28:44Speaker 2: Erica handled it. So she's so classy track.
- 28:47Speaker 1: Arguing up for Lent.
- 28:48Speaker 3: I know I saw that, no arguing.
- 28:51Speaker 2: She killed it. But I would have been furious. I
- 28:52Speaker 2: would have been like, so disrespectful and rude. Don't do
- 28:56Speaker 2: that to my friends.
- 28:57Speaker 1: This is why I wanted to hug her. Yes, tell us, Okay,
- 29:00Speaker 1: she's the girl who wears a kitten sweater on a date. Yeah, okay, yeah,
- 29:04Speaker 1: I'm sure it's a million dollars. She's with these women
- 29:08Speaker 1: who are tits up, ass out, stilettos to the sky.
- 29:13Speaker 1: Everyone wants to fuck them. Yeah, she can't even get
- 29:16Speaker 1: a second date with a dude and then the one
- 29:18Speaker 1: time where it's like we're on camera and they'll probably
- 29:21Speaker 1: call me up and I wore pants and I can't
- 29:23Speaker 1: even get them to do that. Yeah, where it's like
- 29:26Speaker 1: I wanted to give her a little boost of confidence,
- 29:29Speaker 1: like I felt sad for her, like you need someone
- 29:31Speaker 1: to be like you're enough.
- 29:33Speaker 3: That's really why are you so so sweet today? You're
- 29:37Speaker 3: sweet every day?
- 29:37Speaker 2: But that's really nice, great, great viewpoint, because I guess
- 29:41Speaker 2: you're right. Do you think do you think that she
- 29:46Speaker 2: it was the pants the entire time she.
- 29:48Speaker 1: Talked about it. She's like, I never wear pants, and
- 29:50Speaker 1: I brought pants. And then remember the everyone else got
- 29:54Speaker 1: picked picked out of the crowd or whatever, not everybody,
- 29:57Speaker 1: but most of them besides sometton And she goes, I
- 30:00Speaker 1: wore fucking pants for this.
- 30:03Speaker 3: She said, I wore fucking pants for nothing.
- 30:05Speaker 1: I wore fucking pants for nothing, And it was like
- 30:08Speaker 1: heartbreaking to me. I was like, she's feeling left out,
- 30:12Speaker 1: like she wanted someone to give her a lap dance
- 30:15Speaker 1: and spread her legs.
- 30:17Speaker 2: And you know how much our hearts would have been
- 30:19Speaker 2: with her if she if that's what happened, And she
- 30:21Speaker 2: didn't do what she did, like, I.
- 30:24Speaker 1: Know, really sad. I wanted to hug her anyway. Moving on,
- 30:30Speaker 1: that's sweet though.
- 30:30Speaker 3: That's really sweet.
- 30:32Speaker 1: How did you feel about the conversation between Garcel and
- 30:34Speaker 1: the rest of the group when she said she doesn't
- 30:36Speaker 1: feel like she's in a safe space to discuss her children.
- 30:40Speaker 2: As I can't speak as a mother, but as soon
- 30:43Speaker 2: as moms say that, as soon as they go, as
- 30:45Speaker 2: soon as the kids come into it safe space, I go, Okay,
- 30:48Speaker 2: I hear you, Like I had.
- 30:49Speaker 3: No opinions that were differing.
- 30:53Speaker 2: She didn't feel that was a safe group to talk
- 30:56Speaker 2: about her kids. And I heard her, and I'm like, great,
- 30:58Speaker 2: that's how you feel, Zama. Good for you, Good for
- 31:01Speaker 2: you for saying it. How did you feel because you're
- 31:03Speaker 2: a mom, I'm not.
- 31:04Speaker 1: I could completely understand where she was coming from, and
- 31:07Speaker 1: she's a mama bear. I mean, even with what I said,
- 31:09Speaker 1: she completely iced me out. And I probably would have
- 31:11Speaker 1: done the same thing to her if she would have
- 31:14Speaker 1: said whatever I said about Ocean, and with everything that
- 31:19Speaker 1: she went through last year and the bots that were
- 31:23Speaker 1: coming for her son, and then Erica drunkenly telling her
- 31:27Speaker 1: son to go the fuck away. I don't know if
- 31:30Speaker 1: that's exactly what she said, but she used the F word.
- 31:32Speaker 1: Although they'd all deeply regret laughing about that, it's still
- 31:38Speaker 1: something where it's like, this is the one thing that
- 31:41Speaker 1: like I can't bounce back from when you come for
- 31:44Speaker 1: my kid. I also understood where Durree was coming from
- 31:48Speaker 1: because as a mom, if I had someone say to
- 31:51Speaker 1: me what you did hurt me when you laughed about
- 31:54Speaker 1: what happened to my child, I would be offended because
- 31:58Speaker 1: it's like, but I'm a mom, and I may have
- 32:00Speaker 1: messed up, but I understand where you're coming from, and
- 32:02Speaker 1: I want you to know that this is a safe space.
- 32:04Speaker 1: But like Garcela said, she was making it about her again.
- 32:08Speaker 1: But I could understand. I could understand where both of
- 32:11Speaker 1: them were coming from as moms. Garcel's offended that you
- 32:15Speaker 1: came for her child or laughed about something not freaking cool,
- 32:19Speaker 1: and I get it. But also as a mom, if
- 32:21Speaker 1: someone said I don't trust talking about my kid to you,
- 32:24Speaker 1: I'd be like, I'm so hurt by that.
- 32:26Speaker 3: It's very hurtful. It's very hurtful.
- 32:29Speaker 2: I hear in that sense, though I saw I did think,
- 32:33Speaker 2: you know, dorit. It isn't about you right now, and
- 32:35Speaker 2: I understand you're hurt, but to me, the tone was more.
- 32:38Speaker 2: She started coming at Garcel versus, Hey, I want to
- 32:41Speaker 2: let you know, I hear what you're saying, and I'm
- 32:43Speaker 2: very hurt by that, and I have to process this
- 32:44Speaker 2: in my own way.
- 32:46Speaker 3: But then again it's like that's also boring TV.
- 32:50Speaker 2: I know, it's like, you know, if she goes, I
- 32:53Speaker 2: have to process this and then it's.
- 32:55Speaker 3: Like, all right, lame scene.
- 32:59Speaker 1: Okay, did you watch Miami? Yes? I die that. Todd,
- 33:05Speaker 1: Alexia's husband, did a nine minute apology to Anthony via
- 33:09Speaker 1: social media.
- 33:13Speaker 3: How do you feel about Todd?
- 33:15Speaker 1: I like Todd.
- 33:16Speaker 3: I think he's sweet.
- 33:16Speaker 1: I think he's so sweet. Yeah, and he's like cute
- 33:19Speaker 1: with with her kids. And I loved that moment last year,
- 33:23Speaker 1: even though it got heavy between Alexia her two children
- 33:29Speaker 1: talking about Frankie and Todd saying you don't help him.
- 33:32Speaker 1: You guys, you know, treat him the way you would
- 33:36Speaker 1: treat other people and we need to baby him. I
- 33:40Speaker 1: like him.
- 33:41Speaker 2: I think he just has a sweet soul. I don't know,
- 33:44Speaker 2: it's like a gentle soul or something.
- 33:46Speaker 1: And he didn't show up for the Kumbayad dinner.
- 33:48Speaker 3: Well he was downstairs, right, he.
- 33:50Speaker 1: Was, Yeah, but he didn't like come up to mingle
- 33:52Speaker 1: with the group because he didn't want to talk about
- 33:54Speaker 1: the nine minute apology that he did via social media
- 33:58Speaker 1: to Anthony, I mean to me.
- 33:59Speaker 3: I go respect he said, I felt like I was.
- 34:03Speaker 2: There are people there that I however he phrased it,
- 34:07Speaker 2: I shouldn't have been up there, so I didn't come
- 34:09Speaker 2: up there. Did you think it was disrespectful that he
- 34:11Speaker 2: should have just swallowed whatever and like gone up there.
- 34:15Speaker 1: For his wife? Ye?
- 34:16Speaker 3: Yeah, you do?
- 34:17Speaker 1: Okay, Well, she was devastated. Alexia was like sobbing on
- 34:20Speaker 1: the phone to Marisol that he wasn't gonna come. I know,
- 34:24Speaker 1: I know.
- 34:25Speaker 3: I know.
- 34:25Speaker 2: It's hard though, because you, on one hand, you have
- 34:27Speaker 2: to know yourself what is worse him not showing, And
- 34:30Speaker 2: maybe it's him not showing or him going up and
- 34:32Speaker 2: saying something or doing something or having this awkward tension that.
- 34:36Speaker 1: That Alexia has to explain later. See, I it's I
- 34:41Speaker 1: don't know what it's like to really have a partner
- 34:43Speaker 1: come with me everywhere and then not show up to
- 34:45Speaker 1: something that's important to me. Because for the most part,
- 34:48Speaker 1: I have always gone places on my own, right, you know. Yeah,
- 34:51Speaker 1: So I just I can only sit here and say
- 34:53Speaker 1: what would I want in that moment. I would want
- 34:56Speaker 1: you to sack up for five minutes, because in a way,
- 35:01Speaker 1: I would rather explain to people why you said certain
- 35:05Speaker 1: things at the dinner than explain to people why you
- 35:07Speaker 1: didn't show up. Okay, because I think it's deeper than that,
- 35:11Speaker 1: which Adriana pointed out in the last episode that Todd
- 35:15Speaker 1: said you nailed it about.
- 35:17Speaker 2: The relationship, yeah, which is also like I love Todd,
- 35:21Speaker 2: but don't say that. It's if someone comes up to
- 35:23Speaker 2: you and it's like, what did she say trouble in
- 35:25Speaker 2: Paradise and he was like or something, and he was like,
- 35:28Speaker 2: you nailed it.
- 35:29Speaker 3: It's like, don't say that. Don't say that to another
- 35:31Speaker 3: one of the women.
- 35:32Speaker 1: Especially especially not Adriana.
- 35:35Speaker 2: No.
- 35:35Speaker 1: Alexia has been beefing with for the longest. Remember last season, Alexia,
- 35:39Speaker 1: something happened to Adriana's foot and everyone was telling her
- 35:42Speaker 1: to get over it. Yes, and she says to Alexia,
- 35:46Speaker 1: but accidents have consequences. Look at Franky No Todd, out
- 35:51Speaker 1: of all the people to say it to her.
- 35:54Speaker 3: I know I know that's the one. Yeah, didn't like that.
- 35:59Speaker 1: How crazy That Next week's episode, Lars's having a homecoming
- 36:06Speaker 1: party for Marcus, who's been conference weekday.
- 36:11Speaker 3: I want your take on Larson Marcus's relationship.
- 36:14Speaker 1: I want it, I want it, I want it, I
- 36:15Speaker 1: want it, I want it all. I want to be
- 36:18Speaker 1: h Travis and Taylor, and I want to be Lars
- 36:21Speaker 1: and Marcus. That's what I want.
- 36:22Speaker 2: Marcus is very good looking, he's very hot, and they're
- 36:26Speaker 2: very sweet together. I think they look like they have fun.
- 36:31Speaker 2: They look like they have so much fun. They look
- 36:33Speaker 2: like they have great sex.
- 36:35Speaker 3: The best done.
- 36:37Speaker 1: And she's busting it wide open, like four times a night.
- 36:39Speaker 2: She said wait when she was talking about her previous relationship, right, yeah, yeah.
- 36:44Speaker 1: And I think it was Cardi b or someone or
- 36:47Speaker 1: maybe Nicki Minaj that was like, so your vagina or something.
- 36:51Speaker 1: I know you're not. I could see her doing that though.
- 36:54Speaker 2: I could see her too, and guess what that was
- 36:56Speaker 2: whatever years ago with her previous relationship, her doing it.
- 36:59Speaker 2: Look at her in the gym with those squats, she
- 37:01Speaker 2: was killing it with all that weight.
- 37:03Speaker 3: I'm like, damn, she's.
- 37:05Speaker 1: Killing it in the bedroom and it's not like she
- 37:06Speaker 1: said she was doing reverse cowgirl four times, and I
- 37:09Speaker 1: she could have been fully deadfish, starfish or free of
- 37:13Speaker 1: those true, you know, true. All she said was she
- 37:16Speaker 1: was having sex, and that does not mean that you're
- 37:18Speaker 1: getting buck wild. You could literally just lay there, right,
- 37:25Speaker 1: you sure can. It's also crazy to me how quickly
- 37:29Speaker 1: people move on to other relationships in what sense, like
- 37:33Speaker 1: Lisa Lisa Hawkstein where she's and this is a common
- 37:37Speaker 1: thing where she's not even divorce yet and this could
- 37:40Speaker 1: take a while, right, I think she she did have
- 37:43Speaker 1: a small win in this last episode. But how you
- 37:46Speaker 1: can find someone and like not be scarred from.
- 37:49Speaker 3: It, I hear you.
- 37:52Speaker 2: I think that some people and I'm not saying this
- 37:55Speaker 2: in Lisa's case, but just even in my friend's case,
- 37:58Speaker 2: it's like they just got out of a four year
- 38:00Speaker 2: relationship and a month later, you're in a new relationship
- 38:04Speaker 2: and you're some people And this was me, And I
- 38:07Speaker 2: don't know if it's a codependent thing to truly get
- 38:09Speaker 2: over the last relationship. And it sounds bad saying because
- 38:13Speaker 2: it's kind of usy, but in the moment, I didn't
- 38:16Speaker 2: think I was doing that, and I ended up having
- 38:18Speaker 2: long relationships with these people, I had to date someone else.
- 38:21Speaker 2: I remember I got out of a two year relationship.
- 38:24Speaker 2: I was heartbroken, over heartbroken, I mean every night crying.
- 38:28Speaker 2: A month later, I was crying every night for a month.
- 38:31Speaker 2: I meet a guy I'm interested in him, and then
- 38:34Speaker 2: I was over it and I was like, oh, this
- 38:36Speaker 2: feels good by the way I was with that guy
- 38:38Speaker 2: for a year.
- 38:38Speaker 1: Wow.
- 38:39Speaker 2: So I don't know if it was a codependency thing,
- 38:41Speaker 2: but I hear what you're saying. Some people need the
- 38:43Speaker 2: time and space, and I think others kind of need
- 38:46Speaker 2: someone else.
- 38:48Speaker 1: Can I tell you what I think? Yes, I agree
- 38:50Speaker 1: with you, But I think if I were still drinking,
- 38:54Speaker 1: I would one hundred percent be in another relationship already.
- 38:57Speaker 3: Okay, okay, why do you think that loosens you up?
- 39:01Speaker 3: Let's the walls down.
- 39:02Speaker 1: You put your walls down. You just are a little
- 39:06Speaker 1: less in your head. It's a social thing. So like
- 39:09Speaker 1: you go out and you go to happy hour and
- 39:13Speaker 1: have some drinks, and you're kind of on the same
- 39:15Speaker 1: playing field as everyone else where. Like, I just think
- 39:19Speaker 1: have had I not If I got out of my
- 39:22Speaker 1: relationship and then was able to drink like a normal person,
- 39:28Speaker 1: I would have found somebody. I it may have been
- 39:32Speaker 1: a toxic somebody, it could have been a great somebody,
- 39:34Speaker 1: But I think I would be in a relationship.
- 39:37Speaker 2: Because it opens you up more and it's very social.
- 39:40Speaker 2: It's a very social thing. Look at our world today,
- 39:42Speaker 2: it's like, let's go grab a drink, right, it's rare
- 39:45Speaker 2: someone says let's go out in the evening and there
- 39:48Speaker 2: isn't alcohol involved unless you're sober.
- 39:51Speaker 1: Yeah yeah, so yeah that's And I also like, for me,
- 39:57Speaker 1: I don't please, don't come for me, you guys, my
- 40:00Speaker 1: heart can't handle it. But I don't think that I
- 40:02Speaker 1: could be with someone who also struggles with addiction because
- 40:06Speaker 1: I feel very strong in my sobriety and I know
- 40:10Speaker 1: that when I'm having weak moments, I know what to do.
- 40:12Speaker 1: And I'm not saying that there won't be a day
- 40:14Speaker 1: where I'm like, this is really freaking hard, but I
- 40:16Speaker 1: believe that I have the tools and I don't want
- 40:19Speaker 1: to worry about someone else and their sobriety. That may
- 40:24Speaker 1: sound selfish, but I just me having a child, like
- 40:28Speaker 1: I can only worry about me, and I need to
- 40:30Speaker 1: know that you're a nor.
- 40:32Speaker 2: Me rightfully, So I mean that's a lot to take on,
- 40:35Speaker 2: and I'm sure people in those relationships good for you
- 40:39Speaker 2: that can do it.
- 40:39Speaker 3: But it's so great to know yourself like that.
- 40:41Speaker 2: You know, yeah, you know yourself and you know what
- 40:44Speaker 2: you can and can't have. That is like I always
- 40:47Speaker 2: tell people, that's why it's like, oh, you can't be
- 40:49Speaker 2: happy in a relationship until you're happy with yourself. I
- 40:51Speaker 2: feel like a big as cliches. That is a big
- 40:54Speaker 2: part of that is knowing yourself, what makes you happy,
- 40:57Speaker 2: what you'll stand for, what you want, and then you
- 40:59Speaker 2: can get in a healthy relationship.
- 41:02Speaker 3: Where you know that, which is great.
- 41:03Speaker 2: We'll see, we'll see. It's weird the funk that I'm
- 41:07Speaker 2: in today. Are you in a funk a little bit? Yeah,
- 41:10Speaker 2: just kind of like eh, yeah.
- 41:12Speaker 1: Yeah, I don't know what it is.
- 41:14Speaker 3: I bet you're exhausted.
- 41:15Speaker 1: Do you think that's what it might be?
- 41:17Speaker 2: Why you've been going going, going, like literally going, and
- 41:20Speaker 2: we our first break will be Hawaii.
- 41:24Speaker 1: Yeah, that'll be really nice.
- 41:25Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 41:29Speaker 1: Did you watch Southern Charm?
- 41:31Speaker 3: I did.
- 41:32Speaker 1: It's the best show on TV right now.
- 41:34Speaker 2: I have to say last night was the first time
- 41:37Speaker 2: I've ever watched Southern Charm, and I I almost.
- 41:42Speaker 3: Feel nervous saying this to your friends here.
- 41:46Speaker 1: But say it to my friends. We are a very
- 41:48Speaker 1: open minded group of people. It's a judgment free zone.
- 41:53Speaker 3: Is it didn't seem that wall?
- 41:55Speaker 1: There was that last video you know what though? Can
- 41:57Speaker 1: I tell you there was this girl She always slides
- 42:01Speaker 1: into the And the reason I know about her is
- 42:03Speaker 1: because Easton showed me something mean that she said about him,
- 42:06Speaker 1: and she sent She wrote a comment in the Sandoval
- 42:10Speaker 1: video and said, unfollow, I'm glad I can finally be
- 42:13Speaker 1: done listening to this podcast. And I was like, I've
- 42:15Speaker 1: been wanting you gone for a minute, Like people like you,
- 42:19Speaker 1: I don't want listening, Like you ain't in alignment with me.
- 42:22Speaker 1: Go listen to some other fucking podcast, because we are
- 42:26Speaker 1: way too good for you, bitch, like you don't even
- 42:28Speaker 1: deserve to have us up in your ears.
- 42:31Speaker 3: Bye, goodbye.
- 42:32Speaker 2: Yeah, the real ones, the ones who listen and like
- 42:37Speaker 2: love it and vibe with us, those are the real ones.
- 42:40Speaker 3: Thank you, real ones. And we met a lot of
- 42:42Speaker 3: those Abravo.
- 42:42Speaker 1: Con Well, It's like, I feel bad for you. You're
- 42:44Speaker 1: constantly commenting mean things and you still tortured yourself with listening.
- 42:48Speaker 1: Ye And I had to give you a reason to stop,
- 42:50Speaker 1: Like you couldn't even come up with that on your own,
- 42:52Speaker 1: being like, I just don't enjoy this. I think I'm
- 42:53Speaker 1: gonna listen to something else. Yeah, you continued to torture yourself.
- 42:58Speaker 1: You're an idiot. You're an idiot.
- 43:01Speaker 2: Yeah, but Southern charm was triggering for me.
- 43:06Speaker 1: Okay, tell me everything.
- 43:08Speaker 2: I do not know these characters. I do not know
- 43:11Speaker 2: these people. I'm sure they're great. I was around a
- 43:14Speaker 2: couple of them at Bravo con not didn't talk to them.
- 43:17Speaker 3: They seemed great.
- 43:18Speaker 2: I think it was like Craig, and is it Craig
- 43:20Speaker 2: that's engaged to page?
- 43:23Speaker 1: Are they engaged? You guys are together, they've been on
- 43:27Speaker 1: a long term relationships.
- 43:28Speaker 3: Age is one with the short brown hair.
- 43:30Speaker 2: She's hilarious, by the way, love her great, Oh great style.
- 43:34Speaker 2: I gave her a follow and I was like, I mean,
- 43:36Speaker 2: she's funny and style. But I lived in Nashville for
- 43:39Speaker 2: ten years.
- 43:40Speaker 3: I make this quick. Lived in Nashville for ten years.
- 43:42Speaker 3: I went to Belmont University.
- 43:44Speaker 2: When I was in college, we went to a lot
- 43:46Speaker 2: of Vanderbilt University parties. There's something about the frat guys.
- 43:53Speaker 2: Southern with that are always in the jackets, the button ups,
- 43:57Speaker 2: the Sperry's, the bonobos, Like, they were never very nice
- 44:03Speaker 2: to me. We never vibed, and they in like anytime
- 44:06Speaker 2: the girls and I would go to frat parties, they
- 44:08Speaker 2: were always douchey to me. And I'm I'm generalizing like crazy.
- 44:12Speaker 2: I'm sure there were amazing there's amazing frat guys. I
- 44:15Speaker 2: nannied for a couple whose guy was in a frat
- 44:19Speaker 2: and he went to a nice school, and they were amazing.
- 44:22Speaker 2: But in general, a lot of the Southern frat guys
- 44:24Speaker 2: and I clashed all the time.
- 44:26Speaker 3: I thought they were douchey. They thought I was like
- 44:28Speaker 3: kind of.
- 44:29Speaker 2: Masculine and like I would make jokes and be sarcastic
- 44:32Speaker 2: and they wouldn't get it, and then they were like,
- 44:35Speaker 2: your friend's a bit.
- 44:35Speaker 3: Like it was always like that.
- 44:38Speaker 2: Yeah, and my girlfriends, like more sorority girls always love them,
- 44:41Speaker 2: and I just clashed so that when I watched this,
- 44:43Speaker 2: I was like, oh, those are the same guys, and
- 44:46Speaker 2: it was a little triggering for me, even though they're
- 44:48Speaker 2: probably not.
- 44:49Speaker 3: Shep gave me a little of that vibe.
- 44:51Speaker 1: Mm okay, that makes sense.
- 44:53Speaker 2: Craig didn't, but it was like the fly fishing, the
- 44:57Speaker 2: even the outfits. This is so vain and like surface
- 45:00Speaker 2: level of me. But I was just like sitting there
- 45:02Speaker 2: watching and it just took me back to those days.
- 45:05Speaker 2: I'm I'm gonna keep watching it because I think the
- 45:07Speaker 2: girls are sweet and but it was tough.
- 45:11Speaker 1: Wow. I love a parallel that you can draw to
- 45:15Speaker 1: why you were triggered, but you love it. So I'm obsessed. Okay, amazing,
- 45:19Speaker 1: and I think the boys are hysterical, and I just
- 45:23Speaker 1: I love Craig. But it was so funny because that Bravocon.
- 45:28Speaker 1: I talked about this today on Amazon Live. But it
- 45:30Speaker 1: was my row and then Taylor Armstrong from OC and
- 45:35Speaker 1: then like Craig and Shep, and Taylor was disciplining them the.
- 45:41Speaker 3: Entire Bravos like turning around.
- 45:43Speaker 1: Turning around, and she was giving DMZ outside of Craig's energy.
- 45:49Speaker 1: It was iconic. I was like, tay you good, and
- 45:53Speaker 1: she was like, I will tell you what, I'm about
- 45:57Speaker 1: to pull some Oklahoma on there as I could be there, Mother,
- 46:04Speaker 1: it is annoying. It was amazing, good for her. I
- 46:07Speaker 1: loved it. So then we're walking out and and Shep
- 46:11Speaker 1: seems a little down, and I was like, what's going on, dude,
- 46:13Speaker 1: and he goes Craig blamed it on me that I'm
- 46:18Speaker 1: the reason why they stopped serving drinks in the show,
- 46:23Speaker 1: like they cut us off? Were they was he? I
- 46:25Speaker 1: was like, no, they told us they were only gonna
- 46:29Speaker 1: serve drinks every other break. Because he told me that
- 46:31Speaker 1: he was only served I think two or three drinks
- 46:33Speaker 1: and there it was every other break. I was like, no,
- 46:37Speaker 1: they were just done serving drinks. It was the last break,
- 46:40Speaker 1: no drink. Yeah, and now the show's over. Yeah, that's
- 46:42Speaker 1: why he was very defeated by that comment.
- 46:46Speaker 3: Is he so tall?
- 46:48Speaker 1: Where the charm boys are massive, really huge? And I've
- 46:54Speaker 1: been around them before and I'm like, did y'all get
- 46:56Speaker 1: those shots where you grow like a or two more
- 47:01Speaker 1: because you're ginormous.
- 47:03Speaker 3: Chef looks very tall.
- 47:04Speaker 1: I'm talking like six' five six six, wow, Huge, wow
- 47:09Speaker 1: it's very. Hot i'm.
- 47:11Speaker 2: SURE i was gonna, Say i'm sure they're very. Nice
- 47:13Speaker 2: i'm sure they're very. NICE i just have and it's
- 47:15Speaker 2: probably SOMETHING i have to work. ON i just have
- 47:17Speaker 2: a thing for those freddy. Guys that a bad.
- 47:21Speaker 1: Thing, well we'll just both talk about it in. Therapy
- 47:25Speaker 1: we've all got our. Triggers. Perfect.
- 47:28Speaker 2: Perfect what About Olivia taylor? Talking Olivia taylor talking when, okay.
- 47:34Speaker 1: So outside of, that She olivia comes up To taylor's

- 47:56Speaker 2: south Where.
- 47:58Speaker 3: God loving And christian.
- 48:00Speaker 2: Energy christianity was very, showy so it was always, like,
- 48:04Speaker 2: oh you, know bless.
- 48:05Speaker 3: Your heart and Like god is with. You she Needs,
- 48:08Speaker 3: Jesus and then they'd be talking. Shit they'd be like.
- 48:11Speaker 2: This you, know this little and say the most horrific
- 48:14Speaker 2: things and then be like she just Needs, jesus and it's, like,
- 48:17Speaker 2: honey you Need. Jesus you need to go to, confession my,
- 48:21Speaker 2: friend because you're being. Mean but it was like so
- 48:25Speaker 2: then when there's like even just the mom being, LIKE i,
- 48:29Speaker 2: Mean god is. Good look at this beautiful land and
- 48:32Speaker 2: this beautiful, house and it's like, right but also like
- 48:35Speaker 2: your jobs are good, too to get That god is.
- 48:38Speaker 1: Good also like my brother just, Died like it's really
- 48:43Speaker 1: hard for me to look at the scenery right now.
- 48:45Speaker 1: Exactly god is.
- 48:46Speaker 3: Good god is. Good it's, like, yeah, Yes god is.
- 48:49Speaker 2: Good but it's also, LIKE i don't, know there's just

- 49:31Speaker 1: little soul sending nudies to people and making out with her,
- 49:35Speaker 1: friend her best friend's. Ex, MAN i understand Why olivia is,
- 49:38Speaker 1: like you know, WHAT i just don't trust. You AND
