- 0:00Speaker 1: Happy one hundredth episode and one year anniversary. Can you
- 0:06Speaker 1: believe how fast it went? How are you all feeling
- 0:11Speaker 1: about it? Have you thought about it at all?
- 0:15Speaker 2: I think it's amazing. And also the fact that we're
- 0:19Speaker 2: a collective, there's a whole group of us, because we'd
- 0:23Speaker 2: be hard for us to do a hundred episodes in
- 0:26Speaker 2: a year on our own by ourselves.
- 0:28Speaker 1: No, really, truly, I was thinking about that yesterday. I
- 0:32Speaker 1: saw our newsletters saying we were celebrating, and I was
- 0:36Speaker 1: thinking about the very beginning and how there were so
- 0:40Speaker 1: many different nerves and questions and everyone's like, oh my god,
- 0:43Speaker 1: is this right?
- 0:44Speaker 3: Is it good?
- 0:44Speaker 1: Is it? So? I'm curious how you feel from literally
- 0:49Speaker 1: a year ago. And I looked at everyone's playlist. You
- 0:52Speaker 1: all have uploaded twelve episodes, so it has been Yeah.
- 0:57Speaker 1: So what was it like the journey from you the
- 1:01Speaker 1: very first time saying yes, then recording and where you
- 1:06Speaker 1: are now? How about you? RENI Have you noticed any progression?
- 1:11Speaker 4: Yeah, definitely, no progression.
- 1:14Speaker 5: Also, it's wild to think about this. I hate good morning,
- 1:18Speaker 5: gwinn or good afternoon. I don't know if this afternoon
- 1:20Speaker 5: or morning evening?
- 1:22Speaker 4: You mean, oh good you mean me.
- 1:25Speaker 5: Yeah, I think for me, uh, because I had shared
- 1:28Speaker 5: this with you, Yolanda. I don't know if I shared
- 1:30Speaker 5: this with a team, but I had a journal a
- 1:33Speaker 5: journal entry that I had read shortly after we started
- 1:36Speaker 5: the podcasting that was from like a year prior, where
- 1:39Speaker 5: I had been pulling cards and I was gaining podcasting
- 1:42Speaker 5: car on like how I need to start a podcast
- 1:45Speaker 5: And I'm just like, it's so wild how that stuff
- 1:47Speaker 5: like plays out. And I just remember still that first
- 1:50Speaker 5: conversation about it with you, and how was this immediate yes,
- 1:55Speaker 5: want to be involved, yes to everything because the universe
- 1:59Speaker 5: has told me to say yes.
- 2:00Speaker 4: But it was like that total like terror, you know,
- 2:03Speaker 4: of like oh my god.
- 2:04Speaker 5: At the same time, yes, I definitely feel like there's
- 2:07Speaker 5: been a lot of a along the way, Like I'm
- 2:10Speaker 5: definitely more comfortable now, and I'm really enjoying the process too,
- 2:13Speaker 5: of you know, meeting different people and talking with different
- 2:16Speaker 5: people and you know, sharing and hearing their stories and
- 2:20Speaker 5: everyone's healing journeys are so unique and it's just, you know,
- 2:23Speaker 5: such a fun ride to experience it all.
- 2:26Speaker 1: Yeah, it's been fun watching it really truly thinking about
- 2:29Speaker 1: the beginning and like the calls and the messages I
- 2:32Speaker 1: was getting at first, and now you all are just
- 2:34Speaker 1: you just upload everything and you don't reach out to
- 2:37Speaker 1: me for anything at all. Now, Yeah, where were you
- 2:40Speaker 1: going to say, Razzie, I'm sorry I saw you on mute.
- 2:45Speaker 6: No, I second a lot of what Arena says, And yeah,
- 2:50Speaker 6: I think the yes was unavoidable when the idea came out,
- 2:54Speaker 6: because I know I had had like a short lived
- 2:59Speaker 6: podcast years before, but nothing that felt as I don't know,
- 3:07Speaker 6: like a big responsibility.
- 3:09Speaker 3: For some reason, it is what this felt like.
- 3:12Speaker 6: But what I've loved is over the months, the way
- 3:16Speaker 6: that it naturally pushes you to get creative about how
- 3:20Speaker 6: to talk about things that you are so in every
- 3:23Speaker 6: day that are kind of like second nature for you,
- 3:27Speaker 6: and then to have to get creative about how you
- 3:30Speaker 6: present information like that and make it something that's really
- 3:34Speaker 6: understandable for people listening is a good challenge, but it
- 3:38Speaker 6: helps you, like relearn the basics all the time, which
- 3:41Speaker 6: I really enjoy and like re have that like beginner's
- 3:45Speaker 6: mindset all the time, and I just like having to
- 3:48Speaker 6: think outside the box in this realm of like spirituality
- 3:51Speaker 6: and energy healing and everything. So I've loved how that's
- 3:54Speaker 6: presented itself as a challenge over the months. But yeah,
- 3:58Speaker 6: I definitely appreciate the journey of feeling more comfortable with it,
- 4:03Speaker 6: because if I was still just as uncomfortable with it
- 4:07Speaker 6: in the beginning, I don't think it would be fun.
- 4:09Speaker 1: But it's definitely fun. That was problematic. Oh my god,
- 4:12Speaker 1: A year later and you're like, I still am nervous
- 4:14Speaker 1: every time. Yeah, how about you, Holly? Kind of is
- 4:18Speaker 1: it something you were talking about for you?
- 4:20Speaker 2: Oh my gosh, how many years did we talk about it?
- 4:23Speaker 4: You'll wand it before?
- 4:25Speaker 2: And yeah, so I this had come up for me,
- 4:28Speaker 2: I don't know what five or seven years before. Like
- 4:33Speaker 2: I probably drove Yabandon nuts with how much I talked
- 4:35Speaker 2: there about it. I mean, it was so in my
- 4:37Speaker 2: field to do this because I love to share and
- 4:40Speaker 2: I loved to teach, and just life circumstances weren't lining
- 4:45Speaker 2: up for it, and I anyway, I'm just I was
- 4:49Speaker 2: so grateful when Julanda said, do you want to come
- 4:52Speaker 2: in and join the gals here? And it was just
- 4:56Speaker 2: an automatic yes for me and for me and I
- 5:00Speaker 2: think this the whole platform that Yolanda and all the
- 5:06Speaker 2: people behind her that people aren't seeing have created for
- 5:10Speaker 2: us is the space to make it easier to podcast.
- 5:14Speaker 2: I mean, what you've done here, Yolanda, with your expertise
- 5:17Speaker 2: and the people with you, is just created it so
- 5:22Speaker 2: that we don't feel like we're happy to reinvent the wheel,
- 5:26Speaker 2: and that we get to just focus on what we
- 5:28Speaker 2: want the content we want to deliver. And like I know,
- 5:32Speaker 2: I can upload it to the portal one, it just
- 5:34Speaker 2: goes up and then it's on Instagram and it's on YouTube,
- 5:37Speaker 2: and so I just really thank you for this container
- 5:41Speaker 2: that you've created that has allowed the ease for this
- 5:45Speaker 2: to come about. And I think that.
- 5:47Speaker 4: Goes back to what Roasu was saying.
- 5:50Speaker 2: You know, just like some of those intimidating things, it's
- 5:53Speaker 2: shortened it for me, and for me now I just
- 5:56Speaker 2: feel like I want to do it more because I
- 5:59Speaker 2: feel like as so much were to share and so
- 6:01Speaker 2: much wait it's only once wait, but I have so
- 6:04Speaker 2: much more to say. That's kind of how I feeling
- 6:06Speaker 2: about is so to me, that just means my my
- 6:08Speaker 2: energy really loves it and more than anything else, it's
- 6:11Speaker 2: like narrowing it down to what I want to say
- 6:14Speaker 2: to once in a month.
- 6:15Speaker 1: Yeah, but no, it's really really cool, and I have
- 6:19Speaker 1: to say too, it's also an inspiration to build out
- 6:23Speaker 1: your channel more too, because I know you also have
- 6:26Speaker 1: a YouTube because Aaron are astrologer. She started just you know,
- 6:31Speaker 1: giving the episodes on Awakening Airways, which are longer form,
- 6:36Speaker 1: but now she's putting short versions on her own YouTube.
- 6:40Speaker 1: So there's so many things, and that's exactly what I
- 6:42Speaker 1: was hoping that you all would just be inspired to
- 6:45Speaker 1: share with everyone everything you're already swirling around in your
- 6:49Speaker 1: head and what you're creating, because everyone has such incredible
- 6:53Speaker 1: information and you all have such diverse interest So it's
- 6:57Speaker 1: been amazing again to watch what about You when.
- 7:02Speaker 7: Good evening, good evening, good evening everyone, And hi guys.
- 7:08Speaker 8: Yeah, I think at the second what everyone has said
- 7:10Speaker 8: for me, I had no interest in doing the podcast
- 7:13Speaker 8: because I knew how much work it was.
- 7:15Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 7:16Speaker 8: I remember when you came on to talk to my
- 7:18Speaker 8: community about setting up your podcast, and.
- 7:22Speaker 3: It was so much work.
- 7:23Speaker 2: I was like, ye, Ananda, how are you doing this?
- 7:24Speaker 3: And so much work?
- 7:26Speaker 8: And you're interview people for three hours and you do
- 7:29Speaker 8: all the things, and so I know there was so
- 7:31Speaker 8: much behind it with the transcripts and the editing that
- 7:34Speaker 8: when you invited me to join Awaking in Airwaves and
- 7:39Speaker 8: you know, kind of what Holly was saying, all we
- 7:41Speaker 8: had to do was record and submit.
- 7:43Speaker 3: I was like, okay, that sounds skiff, So that really
- 7:46Speaker 3: made it possible.
- 7:47Speaker 8: But it was lovely to have a platform to share
- 7:50Speaker 8: about something that I am quite passionate about in terms
- 7:52Speaker 8: of relationships. Obviously I talk about reiki and things like
- 7:55Speaker 8: that everywhere else, but it was nice to have somewhere
- 7:59Speaker 8: to focus on that in parallel with what I was
- 8:01Speaker 8: going through in my life and my relationship because I
- 8:05Speaker 8: know it comes up a lot for my students and
- 8:07Speaker 8: clients and navigating relationships, and I really believe that's quite
- 8:13Speaker 8: a big growth area for all of us where we
- 8:15Speaker 8: can get most of our growth, our spiritual growth. We
- 8:17Speaker 8: can learn reki and hide in a cave and never
- 8:20Speaker 8: talk to anyone again, but you know, relationships is really
- 8:23Speaker 8: where we grow see what triggers us and what we
- 8:25Speaker 8: can do about that. So it just feels it's wonderful
- 8:28Speaker 8: to have a platform to talk about that. And I guess,
- 8:31Speaker 8: as Holly was saying, as well, you know, there is
- 8:34Speaker 8: a challenge sometimes to think of topics.
- 8:36Speaker 3: But it's the same with anything I do, newsletters or whatever.
- 8:39Speaker 8: As soon as I sit down, it comes in and
- 8:41Speaker 8: I'm like, oh, yeah, well, something that's going on in
- 8:43Speaker 8: my life I can then share as.
- 8:45Speaker 3: Part of the podcast.
- 8:46Speaker 8: So it's been a pleasure to have a platform to
- 8:50Speaker 8: kind of voice all of that and play with all
- 8:52Speaker 8: of that and explore all of that. So yeah, I'm
- 8:54Speaker 8: totally grateful for you inviting me and making it.
- 8:58Speaker 3: Easy, can it easy?
- 9:01Speaker 8: And completely grateful for k because sometimes I've done you know,
- 9:04Speaker 8: I missed something up. She's like, non, it's fine, Like
- 9:08Speaker 8: I know she'll take care of it and just up
- 9:10Speaker 8: blowing it. But you know, it's also just I guess
- 9:13Speaker 8: enlightening listening to everyone else's podcasts as well.
- 9:16Speaker 3: I'm learning so much from all of you. It's just
- 9:19Speaker 3: wonderful to have this space. So yeah, really grateful, thank you.
- 9:23Speaker 1: Grateful to Gwennan, you know, and then the truth is kay.
- 9:27Speaker 1: Plus you know, we have access to AI tools now,
- 9:31Speaker 1: makes it all so much easier than when I started
- 9:34Speaker 1: wiki radio for example. Right, so, like you mentioned transcripts
- 9:37Speaker 1: and these sorts of things, Now we could just take
- 9:40Speaker 1: your audio drop it into a program and it'll transcribe
- 9:43Speaker 1: it in three seconds. So yeah, like if it were
- 9:46Speaker 1: still as Ardua says it was years ago. But yes, Kay,
- 9:53Speaker 1: definitely she couldn't be here with us this morning. But
- 9:55Speaker 1: so thankful for her and what she's been contributing and
- 9:59Speaker 1: money here from EA and what this journey has been
- 10:02Speaker 1: like for you so far. But I also just want
- 10:04Speaker 1: to say, really quick, it's interesting what you all have
- 10:06Speaker 1: said because I know all of you in the background,
- 10:10Speaker 1: and these podcasts and the shows that you share have
- 10:13Speaker 1: given so much more depth to what you all think
- 10:18Speaker 1: that I think that just in a general sense, people
- 10:21Speaker 1: may not know of you or have heard these different
- 10:26Speaker 1: So like Holly, I'm used to hearing her talk about
- 10:28Speaker 1: Akashak records. Now I'm hearing her talk about all different
- 10:31Speaker 1: facets of her connection to work within this realm. And
- 10:35Speaker 1: Gwen again always Reiki, but now this layer of relationship
- 10:39Speaker 1: and Rozzie, like listen, I didn't know what she was
- 10:42Speaker 1: thinking outside of Mother Earth and now I know all
- 10:44Speaker 1: kinds of and same with Rena and even Eya. So
- 10:48Speaker 1: thank you all for being so open in what it
- 10:52Speaker 1: is that you're sharing. But what has this been like for.
- 10:54Speaker 7: You, Eya, Hello, beautiful people. I am so happy to
- 10:59Speaker 7: be here. I can't believe a hundred episodes. This experience
- 11:05Speaker 7: has been totally life changing for me and for all
- 11:10Speaker 7: the years I've lived best saying a lot, but it's
- 11:13Speaker 7: something that I will be eternally grateful to Yolande for
- 11:17Speaker 7: inviting me to participate, because I think has been said already.
- 11:22Speaker 7: It's caused me to go in places that I didn't
- 11:26Speaker 7: know I could go and learn things that I never
- 11:29Speaker 7: knew there were for me to learn and grasp and
- 11:31Speaker 7: grow in different ways and talk about out of the
- 11:35Speaker 7: comfort zone. It's not anything I'd ever imagined doing, but
- 11:41Speaker 7: it has so enriched my life and helped me in
- 11:46Speaker 7: so many ways. So in the beginning, oh my gosh,
- 11:50Speaker 7: panic attack since because like what am I gonna say?
- 11:53Speaker 2: Do I look?
- 11:54Speaker 4: Okay?
- 11:54Speaker 7: Am I saying it right?
- 11:56Speaker 4: You know?
- 11:56Speaker 7: And again I can't say enough for k She's so
- 11:59Speaker 7: kind of patient, and because tech is not me, but
- 12:05Speaker 7: each one of you have inspired me in so many ways.
- 12:10Speaker 7: Just just so much information and so much confirmation and
- 12:15Speaker 7: just stretching, you know, my thought processes and my perception
- 12:19Speaker 7: of life. It's just been amazing so I'm thoroughly grateful
- 12:24Speaker 7: to be connected to this community. And again, Yolanda, we've
- 12:29Speaker 7: known each other for a long time and she knows
- 12:32Speaker 7: me the backside that she said earlier, and for me
- 12:36Speaker 7: to be here on this line today is even just
- 12:39Speaker 7: you know, like I was talking to her friend earlier
- 12:42Speaker 7: and I told.
- 12:42Speaker 1: Her what I was doing.
- 12:43Speaker 7: She said you, and I said yes me, and uh,
- 12:47Speaker 7: it's been wonderful, just just absolutely great. Thank you so
- 12:51Speaker 7: much everybody for what you've contributed to me.
- 12:56Speaker 1: Yes, thank you so much. And that's one of the
- 12:59Speaker 1: things I think is so at this one. We're a collective,
- 13:02Speaker 1: all women, we've lasted together for over a year, big feet.
- 13:07Speaker 1: When you really think about it, a lot of people
- 13:09Speaker 1: there hang in there too, tough, but the fact that
- 13:13Speaker 1: we have really in the support everyone acknowledging each other's
- 13:18Speaker 1: work and commenting on each other's things, and just it's
- 13:21Speaker 1: been such a beautiful space to be a part of,
- 13:26Speaker 1: to experience and again to witness everyone's work. But as
- 13:31Speaker 1: you all have said, podcasting is not easy because while
- 13:35Speaker 1: you may see content that someone provides, it seems easy
- 13:39Speaker 1: because you're just watching you all talk about whatever topic
- 13:42Speaker 1: you've chosen. But it is not that easy and it
- 13:47Speaker 1: does take a lot of work, especially behind the scenes.
- 13:49Speaker 1: So key, you all talk a little bit about what
- 13:52Speaker 1: your process was like, maybe how it's evolved. Do you
- 13:56Speaker 1: have any tips for people thinking about sharing on a podcast?
- 14:01Speaker 1: What is it like for you in the background? How
- 14:02Speaker 1: do you even come up with what you want to say? Oh?
- 14:07Speaker 2: Go ahead, go ahead.
- 14:08Speaker 7: So I'm a teacher in my background, so I keep
- 14:13Speaker 7: a lot of notes on different things because I teach
- 14:16Speaker 7: in other realms, just.
- 14:17Speaker 1: Not online, I mean, not on a.
- 14:19Speaker 7: Public podcast, and so ideas come to me, but then
- 14:26Speaker 7: formatting it for presentation to such a potentially broad audience,
- 14:31Speaker 7: because usually I have a pretty narrow audience that I'm
- 14:34Speaker 7: talking with. And so the other thing is that you
- 14:39Speaker 7: know how when you get an idea and then it
- 14:41Speaker 7: morphs into all these things, and then it's trying to
- 14:43Speaker 7: get control of it too, Like, Okay, you gotta narrow
- 14:46Speaker 7: this down and kind of formulate it. So I keep
- 14:50Speaker 7: a notebook with all my different ideas, and then I
- 14:54Speaker 7: start developing the ideas and then sometimes the very day
- 14:58Speaker 7: that I'm scheduled to actually record it changes, you know,
- 15:03Speaker 7: something will come It's like, no, You're not talking about
- 15:05Speaker 7: that you're going to do this over here like oh okay,
- 15:07Speaker 7: But because I keep notes, I'm going back like, okay,
- 15:10Speaker 7: how can I tie this together? And the other thing
- 15:13Speaker 7: I would say there works for me that I'm sure
- 15:18Speaker 7: other people do the same thing. But don't stop yourself
- 15:21Speaker 7: if you get a downloaded the last minute that could
- 15:24Speaker 7: be coming from your spirit to say no, the people
- 15:27Speaker 7: need this, or you need this, to hear your own
- 15:30Speaker 7: voice saying something to yourself. So I always try to
- 15:34Speaker 7: go with that intuition, that inspiration that comes even at
- 15:39Speaker 7: the last minute, to add something or totally change what
- 15:43Speaker 7: it is that I might be speaking about. And then
- 15:47Speaker 7: one of the most amazing things to me is when
- 15:51Speaker 7: Kate finishes doing her magic and you actually see it
- 15:55Speaker 7: post it, it's like, WHOA, I said that or I
- 15:59Speaker 7: did this, or how she comes up with I'm terrible
- 16:03Speaker 7: with the titles when she comes up with the titles
- 16:05Speaker 7: and she and Yolando work their magic on that, But
- 16:09Speaker 7: just leave yourself open. I guess that's not the hardcore.
- 16:12Speaker 7: I have to talk about this, and I have to
- 16:14Speaker 7: do it this way because one of the side benefits
- 16:17Speaker 7: I have found is surprising myself with what I wind
- 16:21Speaker 7: up coming up with in the midst of a topic
- 16:24Speaker 7: that I might even be familiar with, and it's like, WHOA,
- 16:27Speaker 7: how did that come through?
- 16:28Speaker 3: So nice?
- 16:30Speaker 4: I had that.
- 16:31Speaker 1: That is so true. But I'm glad that you say
- 16:34Speaker 1: that as a reminder for all of us, I think,
- 16:36Speaker 1: whether you're podcasting or not, that reminder of how important
- 16:40Speaker 1: it is to acknowledge just the insights we weren't expecting
- 16:44Speaker 1: and how valuable those can be. Thank you so much.
- 16:47Speaker 1: Where were you going to say, Hollie?
- 16:49Speaker 2: Similar to Ethan Loleo, I'm I've been a teacher of
- 16:55Speaker 2: all kinds of things basically my whole life, starting with
- 16:58Speaker 2: teaching swimming when I was in college to other people,
- 17:02Speaker 2: but then you know, all the way through public school,
- 17:05Speaker 2: and then you know in the in the transformational metaphysical realm.
- 17:10Speaker 2: So just teaching is my thing. The thing that I
- 17:15Speaker 2: noticed my journey has been is that I hate scripts. Initially,
- 17:21Speaker 2: I was writing out what I wanted to say because
- 17:24Speaker 2: I was worried that I might get too verbose and
- 17:28Speaker 2: I would say too many things, and then it would
- 17:31Speaker 2: be too long and people were going to hang in
- 17:33Speaker 2: there and listen and it wouldn't be interesting and I'm
- 17:39Speaker 2: not good at that, and which I know this is
- 17:43Speaker 2: countered to many people. I'm much better with here's the topic,
- 17:48Speaker 2: turn it on and just go for it. And I
- 17:52Speaker 2: feel so much better now. I do have some ones
- 17:57Speaker 2: that I've planned coming up that I will fully be
- 17:59Speaker 2: able to do it that way that are very out
- 18:02Speaker 2: of the box for what anyone would expect for me
- 18:05Speaker 2: to be frank about it. But I'm better when like,
- 18:08Speaker 2: I know my stuff and I feel like I get
- 18:11Speaker 2: it hammed in with a script, and I think part
- 18:15Speaker 2: of so what comes from that is just trust yourself, Holly,
- 18:21Speaker 2: trust yourself like you've got it there, and just let
- 18:26Speaker 2: it flow. And I often just feel like not that
- 18:30Speaker 2: I'm talking to the camera, but that I'm talking to people,
- 18:35Speaker 2: and what would I be saying about this? And sometimes
- 18:38Speaker 2: I imagine certain questions being asked because a lot of
- 18:41Speaker 2: what I do, I've had questions asked a lot about it.
- 18:45Speaker 2: So it's that I feel much more confident and I
- 18:48Speaker 2: feel like my voice also just sounds more like me
- 18:52Speaker 2: than when I'm in a script mode. The other thing
- 18:54Speaker 2: about the script mode is I'm terrible about tracking it,
- 18:58Speaker 2: which is you know, poor. When I used to teach
- 19:01Speaker 2: classes with people and have power points on that power
- 19:06Speaker 2: points because I just know where we're going and I'm
- 19:09Speaker 2: not that good at being that linear, and so then
- 19:13Speaker 2: we then you know, I get lost and then suddenly
- 19:16Speaker 2: I'm not on the script and anymore, and I had
- 19:18Speaker 2: to do too many takes. So it's that, you know,
- 19:21Speaker 2: just like you know your stuff, just go ahead and
- 19:25Speaker 2: share it, and it's a sharing, it's a transmission more
- 19:28Speaker 2: than something that has to feel so perfect.
- 19:32Speaker 1: Oh that's so good and a really good remetterer, because
- 19:35Speaker 1: I think in the beginning you can't help but strive
- 19:38Speaker 1: for perfection because you don't know. I mean, there's so
- 19:41Speaker 1: many variables. Oh are people going to understand? Are they
- 19:44Speaker 1: going to want to stay? Are they going to judge me?
- 19:46Speaker 1: Am I going to sound crazy? All things we could
- 19:49Speaker 1: question until you finally do it so many times that
- 19:52Speaker 1: you just kind of land into well, here I am.
- 19:55Speaker 1: That's very beautiful. I want to just say really quickly
- 19:58Speaker 1: before we go on to Mama if a tile She said,
- 20:02Speaker 1: greetings in the chat, and also someone listening from South Africa, Hello, welcome,
- 20:07Speaker 1: thank you for tuning in and being here with us.
- 20:10Speaker 1: So anyone else have you noticed what it's like behind
- 20:14Speaker 1: the scenes for you that we may not see once
- 20:16Speaker 1: you hear.
- 20:18Speaker 9: Gwen.
- 20:20Speaker 3: Yeah, totally agree with Holly again. I started off with
- 20:25Speaker 3: scripts very structured, but yeah.
- 20:28Speaker 8: You look like you're reading a script, or I thought
- 20:31Speaker 8: I did anyway, And then when I realized that I'm
- 20:34Speaker 8: writing the script, the script isn't coming from anyone else,
- 20:37Speaker 8: It's from me, so one knowing my staff when I
- 20:38Speaker 8: have to trust that, And so now I'll just have
- 20:41Speaker 8: a few bullet points and it just feels.
- 20:43Speaker 3: A lot more natural, a lot more flowy.
- 20:47Speaker 8: I do you just descript behind the scenes, since you
- 20:50Speaker 8: told me about it, and so I just record and
- 20:53Speaker 8: I'll just repeat rather than stopping and starting again, I'll
- 20:55Speaker 8: just carry on, pause and carry on, and I can
- 20:58Speaker 8: always take that bit out of descript before where I
- 21:00Speaker 8: send it to K. So that feels really good as well,
- 21:03Speaker 8: because it means I'm not spending hours recording. I'm just
- 21:06Speaker 8: kind of doing it from flow.
- 21:08Speaker 3: But yeah, so that was a big thing.
- 21:11Speaker 8: So behind the scenes, once I've set up my laptop
- 21:14Speaker 8: and my light. Sometimes I have recorded with my wireless
- 21:18Speaker 8: headphones and realize it's not actually set to that, so
- 21:21Speaker 8: I've had to start again, or actually I've sent it
- 21:23Speaker 8: to k and she's sorted it out. But I think, yeah,
- 21:26Speaker 8: once you I think you just have to start somewhere
- 21:29Speaker 8: with the script. It helps you feel a bit structured,
- 21:31Speaker 8: and as Holly was saying, it stops you from wandering.
- 21:34Speaker 8: But then it does contain you a little bit too much.
- 21:36Speaker 8: And after a while you settle down, you breathe, you
- 21:39Speaker 8: take your time, and then it just feels more natural.
- 21:42Speaker 8: And it just said you get down though as you
- 21:44Speaker 8: get insights. But it's nice to plan out a little
- 21:48Speaker 8: bit beforehand, and that gets me excited about what I'm
- 21:51Speaker 8: going to record, rather than just sitting down and I
- 21:54Speaker 8: haven't even thought about it.
- 21:55Speaker 3: So I think it's nice to at least plot out
- 21:58Speaker 3: some bits.
- 21:59Speaker 8: And I always end up getting my intro and out
- 22:01Speaker 8: what I'm gonna say, Hi, I'm going So it's just
- 22:05Speaker 8: nice to maybe have that written out a little bit
- 22:07Speaker 8: and then.
- 22:07Speaker 3: Just trust and go with the fire. But yeah, I
- 22:10Speaker 3: think the key thing I've realized is audio picked.
- 22:12Speaker 8: Sometimes people don't even care about the visual. It's more
- 22:15Speaker 8: the audio, particularly if it's a podcast, even YouTube, it's
- 22:19Speaker 8: the audio. But yeah, whatever you can do just to
- 22:22Speaker 8: turn the camera on. I think you sent a video.
- 22:24Speaker 8: You shared a video with us really early on Yolanda
- 22:28Speaker 8: about just turning the video on and then breathing and
- 22:30Speaker 8: relaxing with the video still on. Yeah, and then use
- 22:33Speaker 8: your true voice so I.
- 22:35Speaker 3: Know when I'm not using my tube. It's pretty high
- 22:38Speaker 3: most who I am. So yeah.
- 22:40Speaker 8: So there's just a few lil things that I've learned
- 22:42Speaker 8: along the way, But I think, bottom line, just be
- 22:45Speaker 8: yourself and turn it on and you can't go far wrong.
- 22:49Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah, But I'm curious to note about Roslin and
- 22:53Speaker 1: Serena too, but whow while they share. Just want to
- 22:57Speaker 1: ask you all on the background of this too, to
- 22:59Speaker 1: start thinking about has podcasting changed how you communicate in
- 23:04Speaker 1: any other areas of your life? Has it made you
- 23:06Speaker 1: different with your listening style, your communication style, any of that.
- 23:11Speaker 1: So what's going on behind the scenes with you, Rosie.
- 23:15Speaker 6: There's quite a bit, but yeah, a lot of what
- 23:17Speaker 6: folks have said, I think in the beginning, Kay and
- 23:19Speaker 6: I and I feel really lucky to have someone to
- 23:23Speaker 6: always bounce off of because I know the pressures of
- 23:28Speaker 6: doing a solo cast every month. I can imagine because
- 23:31Speaker 6: I just did one solo recently like, oh wow, yeah,
- 23:35Speaker 6: this is a whole other level of challenging. So it's
- 23:38Speaker 6: so nice to have somebody to like talk through topics with.
- 23:42Speaker 6: But yeah, I think in the beginning, we we tried
- 23:46Speaker 6: to be pretty organized, which is funny thinking of how
- 23:48Speaker 6: we like come up with topics now, but like we
- 23:50Speaker 6: had like month to month.
- 23:51Speaker 2: We're like, yeah, we could do this, we could do this,
- 23:53Speaker 2: could be our topic.
- 23:54Speaker 6: And then we kind of started working through it, and
- 23:56Speaker 6: I think just based off of like what we were
- 23:59Speaker 6: both learning out of, you know, this community and things
- 24:03Speaker 6: that was happening in our own practices and like it
- 24:07Speaker 6: adjusted and so kind of what everybody is saying is
- 24:10Speaker 6: like we kind of just followed what was piquing our
- 24:14Speaker 6: interest at the time, and then also just trying to
- 24:17Speaker 6: be fun with like seasonality, so like our Halloween episode
- 24:21Speaker 6: was like you know, Halloween themed in a way, and
- 24:24Speaker 6: just trying to always keep it fun I think is
- 24:27Speaker 6: very important and taking the pressure off of ourselves and
- 24:31Speaker 6: making sure that whatever we're talking about, like it's something
- 24:34Speaker 6: that's interesting to us. So again, like mirroring what everyone's
- 24:38Speaker 6: saying is like keep it to what you know, keep
- 24:40Speaker 6: it to what you enjoy, and I think seconding what
- 24:44Speaker 6: everyone else is saying like as intimidating as it is
- 24:48Speaker 6: knowing that there are a lot of people online talking
- 24:51Speaker 6: about these things, that when you present it in your
- 24:54Speaker 6: own way, with your own ex from your life and
- 24:58Speaker 6: your own voice, like, that's a really special thing that
- 25:03Speaker 6: people enjoy hearing. So I think that's kind of the
- 25:08Speaker 6: background of how ours evolved. And now we're just kind
- 25:11Speaker 6: of seeing what comes to mind and what feels important
- 25:14Speaker 6: to talk about as we approach each month, which is
- 25:18Speaker 6: really fun because I don't know, sometimes we never know
- 25:22Speaker 6: comes together in the end, and we just run with it.
- 25:26Speaker 4: That's fun.
- 25:26Speaker 1: I can also say it's interesting you bring this up, Razzi,
- 25:29Speaker 1: that it is very different podcasting alone versus having a
- 25:34Speaker 1: co pilot, because when I first started Reiki Radio, a
- 25:37Speaker 1: friend of mine and I we did it together for
- 25:39Speaker 1: a few months, and then when she was like, oh,
- 25:41Speaker 1: she's gonna go do her own podcast, and I had
- 25:44Speaker 1: to transition into just by myself. That was very weird
- 25:48Speaker 1: and uncomfortable, and then I got so comfortable with doing
- 25:52Speaker 1: it by myself. Then now you know, I primarily interview people,
- 25:57Speaker 1: and so now because I'm used to interviewing it's hard
- 26:00Speaker 1: for me to do episodes by myself. Again, oh it is.
- 26:04Speaker 1: It's very very interesting. How about you, you're behind the scenes, Renie.
- 26:10Speaker 5: I was gonna say, my because you mentioned that the
- 26:14Speaker 5: interviewing and everything, I've gone kind of back and forth.
- 26:17Speaker 5: And it's funny because it was very different doing a
- 26:21Speaker 5: few that were interviewed and then the one that I
- 26:23Speaker 5: did about my dog and those soul pets.
- 26:25Speaker 4: And that whole.
- 26:26Speaker 5: Yeah, but yeah, my process is way different. In the beginning,
- 26:31Speaker 5: I definitely did a lot of like hit record and
- 26:33Speaker 5: then I'd say something and I'm like totally like just questioned,
- 26:37Speaker 5: like how I pronounced something or you know, stumbling over
- 26:41Speaker 5: my words or burping a lot nerdy. So I'm like, okay,
- 26:47Speaker 5: I'm starting over, you know. But yeah, that and then
- 26:50Speaker 5: also I still like to if I do a solo episode,
- 26:55Speaker 5: I do like to write everything out, and even if
- 26:57Speaker 5: I do an interviewing one, I like to write everything
- 26:59Speaker 5: out just so I happen to outline because for me
- 27:01Speaker 5: and the way my brain works, like I have to
- 27:04Speaker 5: have like a focus and a focal point, otherwise I
- 27:06Speaker 5: will be like way out there. So I have to
- 27:09Speaker 5: kind of like have myself contained in this little you know, Okay,
- 27:12Speaker 5: we're gonna you know.
- 27:13Speaker 4: Hit these points and everything.
- 27:14Speaker 5: But I'm not, as I guess, strict with myself with
- 27:20Speaker 5: how I kind of mold the episodes as I used
- 27:22Speaker 5: to be. Like now a lot of times I have
- 27:24Speaker 5: my phone and I'm driving and I'm like, well, my kids,
- 27:27Speaker 5: you know, you know, asking for a new song or whatever.
- 27:30Speaker 5: In the background, I'm putting on my notes and I'm
- 27:31Speaker 5: like talking into and saying okay, and then I'm gonna
- 27:33Speaker 5: hit this point and I'm right. So it's a little
- 27:35Speaker 5: bit different than how it was before. I still like
- 27:38Speaker 5: to have it all look nice. In a word, doc though,
- 27:41Speaker 5: when I go see I think that's the virgo in meed.
- 27:44Speaker 1: Yes, that is so funny. Yeah, it is interesting to
- 27:49Speaker 1: hear how all of you have evolved, even though again
- 27:51Speaker 1: I've seen behind the scenes and I don't think it
- 27:54Speaker 1: even really occurred to me until today, like, wow, no
- 27:56Speaker 1: one really ever reaches out to me for anything. Wait more,
- 27:59Speaker 1: Whereas at the beginning it was like every day everybody
- 28:02Speaker 1: was like, oh my god, I didn't realize this is
- 28:05Speaker 1: what this was gonna be. Like it's very very It's
- 28:09Speaker 1: amazing to see how everyone has evolved through the process.
- 28:13Speaker 1: So curious, as I said before, any of you noticed
- 28:17Speaker 1: changes in your communication as a result of having to
- 28:23Speaker 1: communicate in this this way.
- 28:27Speaker 2: What I've noticed, and I can't say I've solved this yet,
- 28:33Speaker 2: but what I've noticed, especially if I read a transcript
- 28:38Speaker 2: of anything, I know I'm understandable, but I think transcrit transcribed.
- 28:46Speaker 10: To be wanna or gonna think like that, And it's
- 28:51Speaker 10: like time to Chris has been up some of those things,
- 28:54Speaker 10: like it's nobody's gonna misunderstand what I'm saying.
- 28:58Speaker 2: But when I see it actually written out, I'm like, ooh,
- 29:03Speaker 2: you know, and maybe that's in there I just said,
- 29:05Speaker 2: you know, and those little things that get inserted and
- 29:11Speaker 2: becoming big hyper aware of them, and how do you
- 29:17Speaker 2: actually speak without interjecting those things all the time and
- 29:21Speaker 2: just be just very clear and efficient with what you're saying,
- 29:26Speaker 2: not in a sort of robotic way, but just in
- 29:30Speaker 2: a way that I guess there's clarity to her. And
- 29:35Speaker 2: maybe this is a perfectionist in me, like I don't
- 29:38Speaker 2: want to see a transcript this is wana.
- 29:40Speaker 1: Yeah, I think it's gonna that emphasizes it even more.
- 29:45Speaker 1: Kay and I were laughing one time because one of
- 29:47Speaker 1: her transcriptions is said like ten thousand times, and she said,
- 29:53Speaker 1: oh my gosh, I have to stop saying. She said, like,
- 29:56Speaker 1: I have to stop saying like we're cracking up, and
- 29:59Speaker 1: then it became this joke. But yeah, it's much different
- 30:01Speaker 1: when you see it written out. But also even sometimes
- 30:04Speaker 1: just hearing yourself back, you're like, wow, is that what
- 30:07Speaker 1: I say? That's how I say things? Anyone else? Anything
- 30:11Speaker 1: you notice about your communication looks like you're a reaching gwen.
- 30:15Speaker 3: Now, Yeah, yeah, mine was similar with the word arm.
- 30:20Speaker 8: I still say it now, but I didn't realize how
- 30:22Speaker 8: much I said it.
- 30:24Speaker 3: And when I look at.
- 30:25Speaker 8: Old videos of me from the past, I never used
- 30:27Speaker 8: to say it that much. It seems like a recent
- 30:29Speaker 8: thing in the last few years that recording for working
- 30:33Speaker 8: in airways, I definitely noticed I was saying a lot
- 30:35Speaker 8: m and saying, you know, we're not gonna but it's
- 30:38Speaker 8: the um thing. So I'm trying now to breathe and
- 30:44Speaker 8: close my mouth a partly there's a technique around it
- 30:46Speaker 8: when you're going to say it, disclose your mouths.
- 30:49Speaker 3: So I'm trying these different techniques. It's getting less and
- 30:51Speaker 3: less in the recordings. So yeah, it's.
- 30:54Speaker 8: But my partner was saying, it actually makes it sound
- 30:57Speaker 8: more natural because it's kind of what we do anyway,
- 30:59Speaker 8: so you don't strip them all out. But yeah, because
- 31:03Speaker 8: it just shows that you're thinking and you're just human basically,
- 31:06Speaker 8: as opposed to wanting everything to be perfect, which then
- 31:09Speaker 8: also takes out those so I just did it there,
- 31:13Speaker 8: takes out those causes. So sometimes we naturally say certain things.
- 31:16Speaker 8: I'm just making peace with it, but trying to reduce
- 31:18Speaker 8: it a little bit. So that's definitely been a big
- 31:21Speaker 8: change in how I communicate and also just feeling a
- 31:26Speaker 8: bit more relaxed I think on camera in interviews and
- 31:31Speaker 8: things like that. So it definitely has helped in terms
- 31:35Speaker 8: of everything else I'm doing on video for sure.
- 31:39Speaker 1: Yeah, I love that. It's funny, it's the same for me.
- 31:42Speaker 1: I've become more intentional when I'm speaking sometimes sometimes, but
- 31:48Speaker 1: because of podcasting it does. It's given me an awareness
- 31:51Speaker 1: of when I'm grounded and present versus when I get
- 31:55Speaker 1: really excited and I'm like all over the place, and
- 31:58Speaker 1: both happen when I'm podcasting, but I'm consciously aware. I'm
- 32:02Speaker 1: very very tuned into what my communication is as it's happening,
- 32:07Speaker 1: and where to make adjustments when I need to take
- 32:10Speaker 1: a breath and slow down, all of these kinds of things.
- 32:12Speaker 1: But it's interesting the self awareness that it seems to emphasize.
- 32:17Speaker 1: So before we get into the conferences, because last year
- 32:21Speaker 1: was our first and we have another one this year,
- 32:23Speaker 1: which I can't wait to talk about, I also wanted
- 32:26Speaker 1: to know, do you like what does it feel like
- 32:31Speaker 1: to finally share your thoughts? I mean, things that maybe
- 32:35Speaker 1: you haven't spoken about is publicly before, or even the
- 32:38Speaker 1: idea of just whatever comes to mind I'm gonna record
- 32:42Speaker 1: about that. Does it feel like a contribution to the community.
- 32:48Speaker 1: How does it feel for you?
- 32:52Speaker 3: How about you?
- 32:53Speaker 1: Iya?
- 32:54Speaker 4: It feels.
- 32:56Speaker 7: I'm still working through that. Yeah. When I teach the
- 33:03Speaker 7: classes that I normally teach Reiki and African spirituality, primarily
- 33:07Speaker 7: things I have been teaching for years, it's with a
- 33:11Speaker 7: lot of times with people that I know or they're
- 33:16Speaker 7: referred to me by other people I know, and it's
- 33:18Speaker 7: a smaller group that kind of thing. So I'm very
- 33:21Speaker 7: comfortable there. But the podcast thing and speaking like total
- 33:27Speaker 7: Free that's been a challenge. I'm getting better, yes with it,
- 33:32Speaker 7: and I noticed I don't remember when it kind of happened,
- 33:36Speaker 7: but I noticed I started feeling a little freer to
- 33:41Speaker 7: just not be guarded with what I say or how
- 33:45Speaker 7: I might say something when I'm doing the podcast, and
- 33:49Speaker 7: I wanted to go back a little bit too. The
- 33:51Speaker 7: first question you asked us about podcasting as I started
- 33:54Speaker 7: off with Wisdom of the Elders by Tile, and that
- 33:58Speaker 7: was just perfect me because I had a partner, you know,
- 34:04Speaker 7: somebody to throw ideas around with, and then I'm not
- 34:07Speaker 7: out there by myself, and that was just major for me.
- 34:11Speaker 4: I don't know how I.
- 34:12Speaker 7: Could have gotten through some of the things if I
- 34:15Speaker 7: hadn't had that. So I'm really grateful for you allow
- 34:18Speaker 7: this idea for us to do that, as well as
- 34:21Speaker 7: for if a tie Ot and the willingness to do it.
- 34:24Speaker 7: So that helped me tremendously just getting started, but being
- 34:28Speaker 7: more open and free and not second guessing what I
- 34:32Speaker 7: want to talk about or whatever.
- 34:34Speaker 1: I'm still in the.
- 34:35Speaker 7: Process of that, but it is. It feels good. It
- 34:38Speaker 7: feels liberating because I've always been more of a more
- 34:42Speaker 7: reserved person when I'm talking in a larger group or
- 34:45Speaker 7: at a larger forum, so that I see as a
- 34:49Speaker 7: great benefit to me personally. Yes, so, yeah, And I
- 34:53Speaker 7: have seen that it impacts some of the things I'm
- 34:55Speaker 7: planning to talk about as we go forward. It's helped
- 34:58Speaker 7: me to free up what I'm willing to where I'm
- 35:01Speaker 7: willing to go with conversation.
- 35:03Speaker 1: Yeah. You know, it's interesting you say that, because for
- 35:06Speaker 1: me it has been an amazing way of getting to
- 35:10Speaker 1: learn from all of you. And I think of what
- 35:13Speaker 1: inspired Reiki Radio is I just want to talk about
- 35:15Speaker 1: what I thought we needed to hear that I didn't
- 35:18Speaker 1: hear anyone else talking about. And so when I hear
- 35:21Speaker 1: you all sharing your perspectives and your experiences through whatever
- 35:25Speaker 1: you share on the different episodes, like that's what this is.
- 35:28Speaker 1: That's what it's about. Like we all get access to
- 35:31Speaker 1: different ways that people even express and articulate these teachings
- 35:37Speaker 1: or the way that they describe it. It finally clicks
- 35:41Speaker 1: with you in a way that other people may have
- 35:43Speaker 1: said it, but they just didn't stay it in the
- 35:45Speaker 1: way that landed for you. So I can't tell you
- 35:48Speaker 1: how amazing it is to hear all of you and
- 35:50Speaker 1: what you share and what you teach because of just again,
- 35:55Speaker 1: like the diversity of it all. Yeah, anyone else, how
- 36:00Speaker 1: does it feel?
- 36:02Speaker 7: What about you?
- 36:02Speaker 1: RENI, it's a pretty blue will by the way.
- 36:08Speaker 4: Thank you.
- 36:09Speaker 5: It feels really good to be able to share.
- 36:11Speaker 2: I think, especially for me.
- 36:14Speaker 5: One of the biggest pivotal moments for me was the
- 36:17Speaker 5: Summit last year because I was so nervous going into
- 36:21Speaker 5: it because it felt like such a larger platform.
- 36:24Speaker 4: Because when you're doing the podcast, like you're still a
- 36:26Speaker 4: little nervous.
- 36:27Speaker 5: Maybe, but the people aren't there in front of you,
- 36:30Speaker 5: so it's like, oh, you know, but then when they're
- 36:33Speaker 5: there in front.
- 36:33Speaker 2: Of you're like So there was a little bit of that.
- 36:37Speaker 5: You know, growing into that and being comfortable with that,
- 36:40Speaker 5: and being comfortable with having people there, but then also
- 36:42Speaker 5: being able to have something that puts so much energy
- 36:45Speaker 5: and time and you know, my love into and watching
- 36:48Speaker 5: it kind of bloom was really fun and exciting. So
- 36:51Speaker 5: that was a very exciting moment to be able to
- 36:55Speaker 5: share that.
- 36:55Speaker 4: And then you know, with all the different.
- 36:58Speaker 5: The podcasts and how each one of them, you know
- 37:02Speaker 5: that I've chosen the topics and shared about and whether
- 37:05Speaker 5: I've had somebody on and manifested that person like you
- 37:08Speaker 5: guys will be hearing with Monique Neolanda knows the story,
- 37:10Speaker 5: but it's like wild house stuff, you know, flows this
- 37:13Speaker 5: it's crazy. Yeah, yeah, it was so wild and it's
- 37:16Speaker 5: just and that it all have to share with you
- 37:17Speaker 5: at some point in Landa. But that's continued to grow
- 37:19Speaker 5: and that's it's just it's really cool to have these experiences.
- 37:23Speaker 5: So yeah, it's all been really beautiful.
- 37:25Speaker 4: And for me too.
- 37:26Speaker 5: Another one that was that standing out is and I
- 37:29Speaker 5: know I brought it up, but the one that I
- 37:31Speaker 5: did on Soul Pets and our you know, energy with.
- 37:34Speaker 4: Our pets and how they could be affected.
- 37:36Speaker 5: Vice versa, really was such a powerful one for me
- 37:40Speaker 5: because I felt like in that episode it was also
- 37:42Speaker 5: like healing for me to be able to share with everyone,
- 37:45Speaker 5: you know, something that was so vulnerable.
- 37:46Speaker 4: And yeah, so yeah, it's been amazing.
- 37:51Speaker 1: It hasn't been. I just want to say with what
- 37:53Speaker 1: she just gave a teaser of the synchronicity and the
- 37:57Speaker 1: way the things just unfolded with interview she has coming up.
- 38:01Speaker 1: That interview will be on the thirty first, it's.
- 38:04Speaker 4: Coming up, So what upcoming Friday?
- 38:07Speaker 1: What is it's actually the full moment, it's the Blue
- 38:10Speaker 1: Moone that day too, yeah, the bloom one that day. Yes,
- 38:14Speaker 1: So do you and Monique talk about how you met
- 38:17Speaker 1: in the episode or no? Or you'll tell them behind I.
- 38:21Speaker 4: Don't know, it's such a blurb.
- 38:24Speaker 1: When you have the episode, we'll tell the ladies behind
- 38:26Speaker 1: the scenes.
- 38:28Speaker 5: But yeah, because I know we've talked outside of it,
- 38:30Speaker 5: and I told her the story either before or after
- 38:33Speaker 5: going on. I don't know if we talked about it
- 38:35Speaker 5: on the actual episode. I think maybe, but I'm not
- 38:38Speaker 5: entirely certain. Yeah, but yeah, it was wild because it
- 38:41Speaker 5: really was. I like, man, and the way it happened
- 38:44Speaker 5: to is so fast, like it was just like ding
- 38:46Speaker 5: ding ding ding.
- 38:51Speaker 1: Wait a minute, I just want to while you are sharing,
- 38:58Speaker 1: who's sharing next? Anything coming in for you at any insights?
- 39:04Speaker 4: How about you?
- 39:05Speaker 3: Razie?
- 39:05Speaker 1: You've been quiet up top.
- 39:08Speaker 6: I think in terms of like contribution, I think at
- 39:13Speaker 6: the beginning the first few months, it was kind of like, ah,
- 39:18Speaker 6: and I kind of said this earlier, like everything's so saturated,
- 39:20Speaker 6: people already know about all this stuff.
- 39:22Speaker 1: But then I really looked at like.
- 39:23Speaker 6: My own personal like habits and things that I'm attracted
- 39:29Speaker 6: to in terms of like podcasters and topics and things
- 39:32Speaker 6: like that, and it's like, yeah, there are so many people,
- 39:34Speaker 6: but there really are individuals that feel like I was
- 39:39Speaker 6: meant to find and that really resonate with me, and
- 39:42Speaker 6: that yeah, just the information sinks in in a way
- 39:46Speaker 6: that I can really understand and relate to. And so
- 39:50Speaker 6: once I kind of started thinking that way, I was like,
- 39:54Speaker 6: you know what, Yeah, people talk about this stuff, but
- 39:57Speaker 6: the way that we talk about it and the way
- 39:59Speaker 6: that we present information and our dynamic and things like that,
- 40:03Speaker 6: like that's going to reach certain people and it's going
- 40:05Speaker 6: to be like just the right flavor that they're looking for.
- 40:07Speaker 6: So that's kind of another way that like the pressure
- 40:10Speaker 6: is taken off a little bit, like you don't have
- 40:12Speaker 6: to be for everybody, but the right people will will
- 40:15Speaker 6: like enjoy and really take in what we're all sharing,
- 40:19Speaker 6: and I think that's very special. And then just being
- 40:22Speaker 6: part of this community and group, it's like I really
- 40:27Speaker 6: haven't seen that before either, So that's really wonderful and
- 40:32Speaker 6: I'm super grateful for that too, because I feel like
- 40:34Speaker 6: our contribution as a whole is very unique and special
- 40:38Speaker 6: as well. So that's just like an awesome part of
- 40:41Speaker 6: it too.
- 40:42Speaker 1: I was thinking of that too. It's kind of like
- 40:44Speaker 1: it reminds me of a I don't know, one of
- 40:46Speaker 1: your favorite television stations or something. Right, So people could
- 40:50Speaker 1: just tune into Awakening Airwaves and they're going to get
- 40:52Speaker 1: nine different shows. I mean, you know, and you get
- 40:56Speaker 1: two episodes a week. Come on, Kitty much goodness. And
- 41:01Speaker 1: speaking of that, I just want to show for people
- 41:03Speaker 1: who do watch the video, just so it's very clear,
- 41:08Speaker 1: the only reason we're going live on the Reiki Radio
- 41:11Speaker 1: YouTube is because we still need more follows on the
- 41:14Speaker 1: Awakening Airwaves YouTube channel so that the ladies can go
- 41:18Speaker 1: live over there. So if you are watching, watching, now,
- 41:21Speaker 1: watching or listening, please go to YouTube at Awakening Airwaves
- 41:27Speaker 1: and follow the YouTube channel so that we can do
- 41:31Speaker 1: some lives over there and the ladies can have a
- 41:33Speaker 1: ball with that. So this is what the channel looks like.
- 41:36Speaker 1: I just wanted to point out. You can click on
- 41:39Speaker 1: to see.
- 41:40Speaker 11: All of the videos, all of the episodes, but they
- 41:43Speaker 11: also have playlists, so if you click on playlists, you
- 41:46Speaker 11: will see everyone shows and like you can see most
- 41:49Speaker 11: everyone has twelve episodes.
- 41:51Speaker 1: Wisdom of the Elders has eight, but then Aligned and
- 41:54Speaker 1: Whole has four, bringing it to twelve. So you see
- 41:57Speaker 1: we've done a year again. Today is the one hundredth episode,
- 42:01Speaker 1: but please do go look at You can go to
- 42:04Speaker 1: the playlist and listen to everybody shows in the order
- 42:09Speaker 1: as you choose and binge binge on it all. So
- 42:15Speaker 1: look how fast the time goes? The conference Serena mentioned it,
- 42:21Speaker 1: but last year we had our first conference, and for
- 42:26Speaker 1: everyone who came, I just want to say thank you
- 42:28Speaker 1: so much. I feel like it was more than all
- 42:31Speaker 1: of us expected. It was so fun to have that
- 42:34Speaker 1: live interaction participation. People were there on Zoom Live with us,
- 42:39Speaker 1: and if you missed it, you can come this year
- 42:42Speaker 1: because we're doing it again. So I wanted to go
- 42:45Speaker 1: around and ask you all about that. So, Rosie, what
- 42:49Speaker 1: was it like for you preparing for the conference last
- 42:51Speaker 1: year and what will you be sharing this year?
- 42:56Speaker 6: It was nerve wracking, He's been said, Yeah, it was
- 43:01Speaker 6: definitely out of the comfort zone for sure, But I'm
- 43:05Speaker 6: so glad that we.
- 43:06Speaker 1: Did it, and I think it was fun.
- 43:08Speaker 6: Because it really did push us to really really prepare
- 43:12Speaker 6: and then having like a presentation, and we ran through
- 43:15Speaker 6: it a couple of times.
- 43:16Speaker 1: K and I and we're both.
- 43:18Speaker 6: Kind of perfectionists sometimes, so it was fun to kind
- 43:23Speaker 6: of work through that together and figure out the best
- 43:25Speaker 6: way to kind of present the information that we wanted
- 43:27Speaker 6: to present. So it was fun. It was a fun thing.
- 43:30Speaker 6: But I'm glad like number one is under the belt
- 43:32Speaker 6: and like this one will.
- 43:33Speaker 1: Feel a little bit more like not a big deal. Yes,
- 43:37Speaker 1: but I am really excited.
- 43:38Speaker 3: So I'll be.
- 43:39Speaker 6: Doing my own individual session, So it'll be about the
- 43:45Speaker 6: Elements and Mother Earth and looking at the signs and
- 43:47Speaker 6: symbols that are all around us and how we can
- 43:50Speaker 6: kind of be more aware of how we are constantly
- 43:54Speaker 6: reminded of how we're made and how we interact with.
- 43:58Speaker 4: The world around us.
- 44:00Speaker 6: Really just looking at the elements and how we're designed
- 44:04Speaker 6: so incredibly and how whenever we come up to those
- 44:08Speaker 6: points where we're not sure how to move forward, we
- 44:11Speaker 6: have so many examples in nature around us that.
- 44:15Speaker 1: Show us how to do that.
- 44:16Speaker 4: So I'm really excited to share.
- 44:18Speaker 1: Some of that. I'm excited too. Just so you know.
- 44:22Speaker 1: Roslin also has monthly classes that are based on Earth
- 44:26Speaker 1: and the Elements, which I've gone to a few and
- 44:29Speaker 1: they are really really good. So you can go to
- 44:31Speaker 1: her website to Wolve's wellness is that right, yes, dot
- 44:36Speaker 1: Com Yes, and everyone's websites will be down in this
- 44:40Speaker 1: show description. Be sure you check everyone out. Yes, how
- 44:44Speaker 1: about you, Holly.
- 44:48Speaker 2: The conference, I actually don't even really remember preparing for
- 44:52Speaker 2: last year's conference, to be honest.
- 44:55Speaker 12: And I don't recall it being a stress point for me.
- 45:02Speaker 2: So I mean, I I've done I've done a lot.
- 45:04Speaker 12: Of online teaching over the years, so I'm very comfortable
- 45:08Speaker 12: with it, and so so it just sits as well,
- 45:13Speaker 12: we get to do it again for me, and this year,
- 45:17Speaker 12: I'm going to do something different or maybe unexpected.
- 45:22Speaker 2: I'm not going to I'm not be passion records or channeling,
- 45:25Speaker 2: but it's I'm going to be sharing something that I
- 45:29Speaker 2: really just work more with my private clients with and
- 45:33Speaker 2: in my own life. And it's a way of I'm
- 45:37Speaker 2: going to call it energetic spiritual hygiene. There's a lot
- 45:40Speaker 2: of talk about how we protect our energy, and often
- 45:43Speaker 2: it's with visualization of from the outside in. And this
- 45:47Speaker 2: is a way to learn how to become very aware
- 45:51Speaker 2: of your energy and your you know, on every level,
- 45:55Speaker 2: including all your energetic levels, and really start becoming stronger
- 46:01Speaker 2: from within. I believe our light is the best protection.
- 46:07Speaker 3: We can have.
- 46:07Speaker 2: So when we're clear in who we are and we
- 46:10Speaker 2: know how to easily and efficiently clear out our energetic field,
- 46:16Speaker 2: this is where we do our best work. We shine
- 46:19Speaker 2: the mast, we feel most comfortable, we're able to show
- 46:21Speaker 2: up for others' masts. So I'm going to be taking
- 46:24Speaker 2: everyone through that process that I've been doing with myself
- 46:27Speaker 2: and again just with one on one clients. I really
- 46:30Speaker 2: haven't taught it publicly before.
- 46:32Speaker 1: Yeah, wow, look at this behind the scenes. I just
- 46:36Speaker 1: want to say to the conferences in September. But you
- 46:40Speaker 1: can go to these ladies their sites, which I said
- 46:43Speaker 1: will be down in the show description. You can go
- 46:45Speaker 1: to their social media these things. Sign up for their
- 46:48Speaker 1: newsletters too for the people who have newsletters, because they
- 46:52Speaker 1: have links where you can register for the conference. And
- 46:55Speaker 1: once you're registered, you can join our private Facebook group
- 46:58Speaker 1: where we will be chatting with you all sharing information
- 47:01Speaker 1: prior to and after the conference itself. So get on it,
- 47:06Speaker 1: how about you, Gwen?
- 47:10Speaker 9: Yeah, last year, I think I always do get a
- 47:13Speaker 9: little bit nervous if I'm presenting something online initially, then
- 47:18Speaker 9: it kind of goes and it was Sometimes it's nice
- 47:21Speaker 9: and comforting to hide behind the slide clearsually one point.
- 47:26Speaker 8: I really enjoyed it because I think I came on
- 47:28Speaker 8: early and you did your presentation first.
- 47:31Speaker 3: Landa about the mirroring auras.
- 47:33Speaker 4: I was just fascinated by that. It made so much sense,
- 47:36Speaker 4: and I.
- 47:36Speaker 8: Remember watching serenas as well, enjoying serenas and.
- 47:40Speaker 3: If so, it then just felt lovely.
- 47:43Speaker 8: After done mine, I could relax a little bit, but
- 47:45Speaker 8: I really enjoyed it.
- 47:46Speaker 3: And your community are really engaging as well, so that
- 47:50Speaker 3: was encouraging. So that was nice to do that. But yeah,
- 47:53Speaker 3: I enjoyed it. I enjoyed it. What's the initial nerves go?
- 47:56Speaker 3: Then I can sort of settle down a little.
- 47:57Speaker 8: Bit and then yeah, this year I'm looking at, I guess,
- 48:03Speaker 8: honoring the reiki principles. So it's looking at navigating anger
- 48:08Speaker 8: and how we can learn from our anger rather than
- 48:12Speaker 8: make it wrong, Understanding the teachings we can get from it,
- 48:16Speaker 8: Understanding what we can do in the moment as well
- 48:19Speaker 8: as before the moment, particularly using reiki.
- 48:22Speaker 3: And other spiritual tools as well. And whether you call
- 48:26Speaker 3: it anger, it might be frustration.
- 48:27Speaker 8: We all kind of go through it, so it's kind
- 48:29Speaker 8: of reframing a lot of that. But then also I
- 48:33Speaker 8: want to finish with forgiveness, with guiding everyone through loving
- 48:37Speaker 8: kindness met above and on meditation, which allows us to
- 48:41Speaker 8: focus on ourselves first, and then we're radiating out that
- 48:44Speaker 8: same energy to someone we love, someone I guess casual,
- 48:49Speaker 8: the person that triggers us, and then the whole of humanity.
- 48:52Speaker 3: So I'm really looking forward to guiding everyone through that one.
- 48:56Speaker 1: Feel I cannot wait. I have to just really quick
- 49:00Speaker 1: before we get to EA and Serena one. Everyone should
- 49:04Speaker 1: know that this is a three day event. So it's Friday, Saturday, Sunday,
- 49:09Speaker 1: and each day there are three master classes and again
- 49:12Speaker 1: it's live, and so I think of how incredible it is,
- 49:16Speaker 1: like the generosity of you all taking the time to
- 49:19Speaker 1: share what you share on your podcasts, but then this
- 49:22Speaker 1: takes it a step further where again instead of just listening,
- 49:26Speaker 1: people actually get to interact, participate, be there with us live.
- 49:30Speaker 1: There's so much laughter that it was a lot of fun.
- 49:34Speaker 1: We learned so much. It was just incredible. So I'm
- 49:38Speaker 1: so very excited for us to have this opportunity again
- 49:41Speaker 1: this year. So again, everyone listening, go get your ticket.
- 49:46Speaker 1: Yeah how about you, Eya, how was it my love.
- 49:50Speaker 7: I was really nervous last year and in preparing. The
- 49:56Speaker 7: preparation was fine, but the how am I going to
- 50:01Speaker 7: portray this, that and the other to have the interaction part,
- 50:05Speaker 7: And somebody said earlier just that the people were live
- 50:08Speaker 7: right there, It's like okay, But after I got through
- 50:11Speaker 7: the first few minutes, it was good.
- 50:13Speaker 1: It was it was fine.
- 50:15Speaker 7: But to me it was really a big deal because
- 50:17Speaker 7: I watch a lot of master classes and I'm like,
- 50:19Speaker 7: but as far as calling myself somebody who was doing
- 50:22Speaker 7: a master class, I hadn't thought about it. But then
- 50:24Speaker 7: after it's like, you've done this before. But in the
- 50:28Speaker 7: preparation it was like a little daunting. But I had
- 50:31Speaker 7: a lot of fun and all of.
- 50:33Speaker 4: You were just great.
- 50:35Speaker 2: I mean it was so I still look.
- 50:37Speaker 7: At some of them and get a lot of insight
- 50:41Speaker 7: from that. So this year I'm going to be talking
- 50:44Speaker 7: about prayer as human technology, and I got that idea
- 50:49Speaker 7: from the Pact. I read a book earlier this year
- 50:52Speaker 7: about prayer from an African spirituality perspective, and the author
- 50:58Speaker 7: made a statement about being a priest and that she
- 51:04Speaker 7: prays for a living.
- 51:05Speaker 1: And I'm like, WHOA, that's me.
- 51:08Speaker 7: That's what I do, and I never thought about it
- 51:10Speaker 7: like that.
- 51:11Speaker 2: So when you do readings.
- 51:14Speaker 7: That accompany rituals and you have the client come, whether
- 51:19Speaker 7: they're virtual or in person, to do those rituals, you
- 51:23Speaker 7: are praying for them, and it just never clicked for
- 51:26Speaker 7: me that that's what I do. So I had two
- 51:31Speaker 7: topics in mind, and this one just was like, no,
- 51:35Speaker 7: this is it. I remember even calling in Lana saying, Hey,
- 51:37Speaker 7: I need to run some.
- 51:38Speaker 4: Ideas past you.
- 51:39Speaker 7: But by the time we got to talking, it had,
- 51:42Speaker 7: you know, my spirits said no, You're doing this one.
- 51:44Speaker 7: And I'm very excited about it because it's helping me
- 51:48Speaker 7: to go deeper into the minutia of how that comes
- 51:52Speaker 7: together to formulate prayers which are words of power and
- 51:57Speaker 7: empowerment and enrichment and light. So that's what I'll be
- 52:02Speaker 7: talking about this year.
- 52:04Speaker 13: Very excited.
- 52:05Speaker 1: Well, it's so exciting. I can't wait because that was
- 52:08Speaker 1: the thing to everyone again. Yeah, I mean you can
- 52:10Speaker 1: tell from you all's podcast. Even though we're all under
- 52:13Speaker 1: the umbrella of spirituality, everyone has what their particular points
- 52:18Speaker 1: of focused are, their interests are. You all have different
- 52:21Speaker 1: ways of talking about things that may be in relationship.
- 52:25Speaker 1: Right this stuff is all interconnected. But to learn from
- 52:28Speaker 1: you all again, just thinking about last year, it was incredible,
- 52:32Speaker 1: It was so so incredible. How about you, Rennie.
- 52:37Speaker 5: So something that comes up for me a lot because
- 52:40Speaker 5: anytime I share with people and my sacred tent, or
- 52:44Speaker 5: anytime I share online, people always ask a lot of
- 52:47Speaker 5: questions and want to know more.
- 52:48Speaker 4: So I'm going to be.
- 52:50Speaker 5: Offering a masterclass around ceremony, ritual and secret space, and
- 52:56Speaker 5: I will be including all the different aspects of it
- 52:59Speaker 5: with you know, energy of when you're working in that
- 53:01Speaker 5: container of ceremony and ritual and then whether it's for you,
- 53:06Speaker 5: you know, independently creating that within your home core yourself,
- 53:09Speaker 5: or whether it's you as a facilitator and working with others.
- 53:13Speaker 5: So I'll be kind of including both aspects of it.
- 53:16Speaker 1: Yeah, if you've not seen any of her amazing tents,
- 53:20Speaker 1: go to her social media or her website. I remember
- 53:24Speaker 1: the first time I saw money your tenths, I was like,
- 53:26Speaker 1: what is this? So I have another visual just really
- 53:29Speaker 1: quickly for everyone who is watching this. You can register already.
- 53:34Speaker 1: Here are other classes. So we have the first day
- 53:39Speaker 1: which is September eighteenth. These three master classes then on
- 53:43Speaker 1: Saturday the nineteenth, you have these three master classes, and
- 53:48Speaker 1: then finally on Sunday, September twentieth, we have the final three.
- 53:53Speaker 1: And again, you can't even imagine how.
- 53:57Speaker 2: Incredible is full.
- 53:58Speaker 1: It was fun just having an entire weekend to be
- 54:02Speaker 1: with you all. That was the fun part, and that
- 54:04Speaker 1: we could do it virtually and it just felt so connected.
- 54:08Speaker 1: That was a lot, a lot of fun. So I
- 54:10Speaker 1: have to say, ladies, one hundred episodes, a whole year later,
- 54:15Speaker 1: I personally want to thank you all for saying yes.
- 54:19Speaker 1: I have to tell you part of me I was
- 54:22Speaker 1: shocked that you said yes. You know, because it is
- 54:26Speaker 1: a commitment. You weren't just saying yes to a one off.
- 54:29Speaker 1: You were saying yes to doing ongoing offering to people.
- 54:34Speaker 1: And as you all have shared, there's a lot that
- 54:36Speaker 1: goes on behind the scenes with that, because you have
- 54:39Speaker 1: to come up with what you want to talk about,
- 54:41Speaker 1: then you have to make time to record it, and
- 54:43Speaker 1: then you have to deal with your own bloopers and
- 54:46Speaker 1: whatever you all have gone through just for us to
- 54:49Speaker 1: be able to share it with everyone. So I cannot
- 54:52Speaker 1: thank you enough for showing up for an entire year
- 54:57Speaker 1: here on awakening airwaves, US words, anything coming up for
- 55:02Speaker 1: you all. Before we go today, I.
- 55:05Speaker 5: Just want to say gratitude to everyone here and especially you, Yolanda,
- 55:09Speaker 5: for creating this platform for everyone.
- 55:12Speaker 4: So thank you to everyone, and thank you.
- 55:15Speaker 1: Thank you. Talk about a sister who like, that's really
- 55:18Speaker 1: what stood out to me when I sent the newsletter.
- 55:20Speaker 1: I was like, Wow, look what happens when women come
- 55:23Speaker 1: together to support each other. It's such a beautiful, beautiful thing. Yeah,
- 55:30Speaker 1: go ahead.
- 55:30Speaker 3: Gwen, Yeah the same.
- 55:32Speaker 8: Wanted to again express my thanks to everybody here, and.
- 55:36Speaker 3: I guess for you as well, Yolanda, for.
- 55:39Speaker 8: Following your dream, your vision, being a woman of action
- 55:43Speaker 8: and not just thinking before and it'd be nice to
- 55:45Speaker 8: but actually pulling it all together.
- 55:46Speaker 3: We know there's a lot of work you do behind
- 55:48Speaker 3: the scenes as well.
- 55:49Speaker 8: To make this happen, and it's been great learning from
- 55:52Speaker 8: you and I guess getting some mental shit from you
- 55:54Speaker 8: around how you're doing all of this, which is great,
- 55:56Speaker 8: but totally full of appreciation for you and old women
- 56:01Speaker 8: in this amazing group.
- 56:03Speaker 3: Yeah, I can't believe it's been a year.
- 56:05Speaker 2: Helis, thank you.
- 56:07Speaker 1: Thank you, And I just want to say again as
- 56:09Speaker 1: a reminder for everyone we really do appreciate you following
- 56:12Speaker 1: Awakening Airwaves wherever you listen to podcasts or even on
- 56:17Speaker 1: the YouTube channel, but also follow the women. I mean,
- 56:20Speaker 1: they all have separate platforms as well, so just and
- 56:24Speaker 1: there's so much more juicy content that they all are sharing,
- 56:27Speaker 1: classes and all of these things that even go beyond
- 56:30Speaker 1: the podcast. So make sure you tune in anyone else
- 56:34Speaker 1: anything you want to share before we go.
- 56:36Speaker 7: Yes, I want to thank you so much, Yomanda for
- 56:39Speaker 7: everything that you do, and it's just amazing for someone
- 56:44Speaker 7: at your stage of life and looking back at everything
- 56:47Speaker 7: you've done and how much you share, its truly inspirational.
- 56:51Speaker 7: And it's been amazing to get to know you even better.
- 56:55Speaker 7: And the support that you have provided for me and
- 56:58Speaker 7: the rest of us is you can't even I don't
- 57:01Speaker 7: have words for it. I really and truly mean that
- 57:04Speaker 7: from my heart. And I don't mind saying as a
- 57:07Speaker 7: person of advanced age when I keep saying about this
- 57:11Speaker 7: change that's brought about for me, and I just want
- 57:14Speaker 7: to say to everybody it's never I'm an example of
- 57:17Speaker 7: it's never too late to be pushed out of your
- 57:21Speaker 7: comfort zone and for to allow spirit to use you
- 57:25Speaker 7: and change you. So whatever dreams you have, even though
- 57:29Speaker 7: this wasn't one of my conscious dreams, it obviously was
- 57:33Speaker 7: there somewhere because I'm doing it.
- 57:35Speaker 3: And so just keep doing.
- 57:37Speaker 7: What you do and follow your spirit. And to each
- 57:40Speaker 7: of you, my sisters, thank you so much for everything
- 57:44Speaker 7: you have supported my work, and I thank you and
- 57:48Speaker 7: I look forward to spending another year getting to know
- 57:51Speaker 7: you even better.
- 57:52Speaker 1: Thank you, and it's so beautiful. Well, you are not
- 57:56Speaker 1: going to make me cry in this one hundredth episode.
- 57:58Speaker 1: You won't do it anyone else anything.
- 58:01Speaker 2: Before we go today, I just want to toss in
- 58:05Speaker 2: here that I feel like the platform and the way
- 58:10Speaker 2: you've brought this together, Yolanda, and all of us who
- 58:14Speaker 2: are contributing to it, because there are other people here
- 58:19Speaker 2: who aren't able to make it. Live with us today,
- 58:22Speaker 2: I feel like this is the creation of what future.
- 58:26Speaker 2: The future is supposed to be, but it's happening in
- 58:29Speaker 2: our man where there really truly is collaboration and support,
- 58:35Speaker 2: and I feel that I feel like it's a future
- 58:39Speaker 2: model now.
- 58:39Speaker 3: So thank you for that.
- 58:41Speaker 1: Thank you, thank you for saying that it's so true.
- 58:44Speaker 1: I was thinking about that too. How you hear so
- 58:47Speaker 1: many stories of people being competitive and just I don't know,
- 58:51Speaker 1: you hear a lot of different things, and I think
- 58:53Speaker 1: of having this experience with all of you on how
- 58:56Speaker 1: again supportive everyone is in complimentary and encouraging one's charing
- 59:00Speaker 1: for each other all the time. I don't know what
- 59:02Speaker 1: other people are experiencing, but this is beautiful container and
- 59:08Speaker 1: if you need inspiration again, tune in and see and
- 59:11Speaker 1: hopefully other people will do things very similar. Yeah, well,
- 59:16Speaker 1: anything for you, Razzie before we wrap it up.
- 59:18Speaker 6: I mean, of course I echo everybody else's thanks and gratitude,
- 59:23Speaker 6: but and especially like seconding what Hollyot was saying, it's
- 59:26Speaker 6: such a special group of people, and I love what
- 59:31Speaker 6: you mentioned about the competitiveness, like it just goes to
- 59:35Speaker 6: show like everybody's voice can be heard and contribute. And
- 59:39Speaker 6: I really hope that the people that are enjoying the
- 59:42Speaker 6: episodes every week get more involved and like help grow
- 59:45Speaker 6: our community and you know, really just make it even
- 59:50Speaker 6: more supportive than what it is, because there's just so
- 59:53Speaker 6: much opportunity for that. And I think that's really what
- 59:56Speaker 6: people are looking for these days, is that actual truth,
- 1:00:00Speaker 6: like authentic connection with others, and so yeah, I'm just
- 1:00:05Speaker 6: so so grateful, and I mean, I'm like always overwhelmed
- 1:00:09Speaker 6: by what people are putting out on the channel. So
- 1:00:11Speaker 6: I'm so excited to keep learning. Everybody just has so
- 1:00:15Speaker 6: much to give, so so grateful.
- 1:00:18Speaker 1: And I have to say to that point of what
- 1:00:20Speaker 1: you said for everyone listening, absolutely, the more that you
- 1:00:24Speaker 1: all are involved, we're thankful for it, of course, and
- 1:00:27Speaker 1: it also helps the visibility and for the podcast to
- 1:00:30Speaker 1: grow and all of these things. But I know that
- 1:00:34Speaker 1: if you all are more actively engaged and come and
- 1:00:37Speaker 1: show up at the conference as you did last year
- 1:00:39Speaker 1: and these things, that then I can maybe convince these
- 1:00:42Speaker 1: ladies to do it in person retreat one time. So
- 1:00:47Speaker 1: I'm asking you to please be involved so I can
- 1:00:51Speaker 1: really talk them into doing something in person where we
- 1:00:54Speaker 1: can all get together live. And what an incredible event
- 1:00:58Speaker 1: that would be to spend and a few days together
- 1:01:01Speaker 1: in person. Yeah, So I do want to thank you
- 1:01:04Speaker 1: all again, Thank you so so much for everything, and
- 1:01:07Speaker 1: everyone who has joined us throughout this year. Thank you.
- 1:01:10Speaker 1: If you are new, thank you. I can share with
- 1:01:13Speaker 1: people in your community.
- 1:01:15Speaker 13: We appreciate it is that all ladies, Yes, all right,
- 1:01:22Speaker 13: goodbye everyone, Bye bye everyone.
- 1:01:25Speaker 3: Thanks slander.
- 1:01:26Speaker 4: Bye guys.
- 1:01:28Speaker 3: Why enjoy your day
