Transcript
- 0:00[SPEAKER_01]: Do you feel late to the AI party or maybe even overwhelmed?
- 0:04[SPEAKER_01]: Like, where do you get started?
- 0:05[SPEAKER_01]: What are you going to use?
- 0:05[SPEAKER_01]: Why are you going to use it?
- 0:07[SPEAKER_01]: Well, I got good news.
- 0:08[SPEAKER_01]: In this conversation, we're going to show you how we've been able to build a multiple seven figure personal brand business online using AI.
- 0:17[SPEAKER_01]: This conversation is not theory.
- 0:19[SPEAKER_01]: It's all reality.
- 0:20[SPEAKER_01]: Welcome to the department.
- 0:22[SPEAKER_01]: It's Omar Toquari.
- 0:22[SPEAKER_01]: I'm so excited to be joined with my co-hosts.
- 0:25[SPEAKER_01]: Art.MP4.
- 0:25[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, we go.
- 0:26[SPEAKER_01]: And then we got.
- 0:27[SPEAKER_01]: For the fourth fifth something like that some like that time.
- 0:31[SPEAKER_01]: We have Neil Dingra, a gay Neil home, who is built a seven figure multiple seven figure personal brand organically and I would say is in expert in AI when it comes to this stuff.
- 0:43[SPEAKER_01]: Yes, sir.
- 0:44[SPEAKER_01]: Thank you.
- 0:45[SPEAKER_01]: Could you real quick encourage the people who are business owners who are like, yes, this is the year to build my personal brand
- 0:51[SPEAKER_01]: Why they should be?
- 0:54[SPEAKER_02]: Well, yeah, first and foremost, it's like the greatest opportunity ever right now.
- 0:59[SPEAKER_02]: This is just, it's wild because you're seeing so many people who maybe didn't take it seriously in the past, tried, but didn't get the results, and it's just the biggest separator.
- 1:09[SPEAKER_02]: So I think about how you can dominate the competition.
- 1:11[SPEAKER_02]: There's never been a greater time to do this.
- 1:14[SPEAKER_02]: There's so many people now available to talk to, like it's just everyone's on their phones
- 1:20[SPEAKER_02]: all you have to do is just package get better at the skill of packaging and then also what we're going to talk about today which is more content yes and it has to be good is the problem so like you talk about this being intentionally consistent like people come to you all the time I'm sharing like I've been consistent I'm just not getting the result but they're not being intentional right so I think if you're going to be intentional this can be the greatest year for you
- 1:42[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, and I have the process of creating here that we'll go through to just bring some to make it clear for the type A's, but something I do want to encourage people with is if you have recorded zoom calls recorded conversations.
- 2:02[SPEAKER_01]: anything that in the past, you've done maybe spoken on stages and you have that video file, like you could take that stuff and it could influence the kickstart of what you're going to be doing.
- 2:15[SPEAKER_01]: If you're starting from scratch, it's fine.
- 2:17[SPEAKER_01]: Just know that if you've got some recordings and things like that, you can leverage it.
- 2:22[SPEAKER_01]: And I'm so glad because I was going to end the podcast with this gem, but we've both created an AI chat bot.
- 2:29[SPEAKER_01]: Yes, using Delphi.ai and like I said, this is not theory, this is reality and links in the description.
- 2:38[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I've, yeah, I mean, by the way, like opt into the email and we'll list out everything in your email inbox with all the tools and stuff we're going to be talking about today.
- 2:47[SPEAKER_01]: But I don't know how many millions of words your Delphi has.
- 2:50[SPEAKER_01]: I don't even check, but it's insane.
- 2:52[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I think ours is like a little over eight million words thing that has been fed into it.
- 2:57[SPEAKER_01]: But when we started that process, what what I was so glad was like, thing, I'm so glad we've been capturing Zoom calls.
- 3:03[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, it's been doing things like that.
- 3:05[SPEAKER_01]: When most people are, you got, you got stuff.
- 3:07[SPEAKER_01]: to you.
- 3:07[SPEAKER_02]: So all that to say, client calls you been on, just record everything.
- 3:11[SPEAKER_02]: And even if, you know, it's just a simple setting in Zoom, make sure that it says record to the cloud.
- 3:17[SPEAKER_02]: I remember for the first year I used Zoom, it was like, record to the computer, but then I didn't even know what we did with those files.
- 3:22[SPEAKER_02]: So I lost them.
- 3:23[SPEAKER_02]: So like, make sure that that setting is turned on.
- 3:26[SPEAKER_02]: Also, transcripts are turned on.
- 3:28[SPEAKER_02]: So, you know, I think I would think this is on by default.
- 3:31[SPEAKER_02]: But maybe it's not in your Zoom account.
- 3:33[SPEAKER_02]: And there you just turn transcripts on.
- 3:34[SPEAKER_02]: So that way you have a
- 3:37[SPEAKER_01]: All right, so here is what I want to walk through today because we're talking about building a personal brand leveraging AI, the areas we are going to cover is ideation creation transformation distribution and then replication, but let's get an ideation this is coming up with video ideas that
- 3:54[SPEAKER_01]: you are confident in creating which would love to know how you do that and then I'll let you know my process which this is the hard part for me to accept with AI honestly because I have so much intuition when it comes to it.
- 4:06[SPEAKER_01]: However, we still use it to dial in titles and thumbnails which if you don't know if you're trying to grow a long-form presence on YouTube,
- 4:15[SPEAKER_01]: like Neil said how you package your information is very important.
- 4:20[SPEAKER_01]: But yeah, how do you process what video to make next with AI, the ideation process?
- 4:26[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, so I think a lot of us have ideas, but maybe you don't know how you would package it correctly.
- 4:30[SPEAKER_02]: So the number one way for me, the number one way I'm using AI is just to organize the thoughts.
- 4:36[SPEAKER_02]: So you have an idea of what you'd like to teach someone, but maybe it just doesn't have enough appeal.
- 4:41[SPEAKER_02]: Maybe the way you're talking about it would get everyone lost in the sauce.
- 4:44[SPEAKER_02]: So if you have those ideas and everybody, if you've been listened to this pot or watching for a while, you probably have a list of ideas of content you want to make.
- 4:52[SPEAKER_02]: I found that people aren't really short.
- 4:54[SPEAKER_02]: They don't really say, like, I don't have any clue.
- 4:56[SPEAKER_02]: They have an idea.
- 4:57[SPEAKER_02]: They just don't know how to do it, how to package it, how to start it.
- 5:01[SPEAKER_02]: So if you just brain dump that idea and say here, I'm thinking about making a YouTube video on this topic and you're talking about, like, going to chat, yes.
- 5:10[SPEAKER_01]: And then hit the voice thing, don't even type.
- 5:13[SPEAKER_01]: And then talk and then you're going to say, correct.
- 5:15[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 5:15[SPEAKER_02]: And just literally say, I'm thinking about making a video about this, help me organize these thoughts into a video outline help me come up with the packaging for this video in order to reach the most people and have the most appeal on YouTube.
- 5:29[SPEAKER_02]: and then also tell it the audience, the people I'm trying to serve is this.
- 5:34[SPEAKER_02]: I think that greatly impacts the way it's going to do this work.
- 5:37[SPEAKER_02]: So I think the biggest mistake people make with AI and I found this in across beginner all the way up to advance is they just ask it and they don't give any context and that just gives you a generic result.
- 5:48[SPEAKER_02]: The more data you put in, the better result you get out.
- 5:50[SPEAKER_02]: So like here's the people I would like to speak to and help.
- 5:53[SPEAKER_02]: Here's the thing.
- 5:54[SPEAKER_02]: By the way, do you have any questions for me before you give me the result?
- 5:57[SPEAKER_02]: And it will ask you, well, if you clarify in questions and then you can go deeper.
- 6:00[SPEAKER_02]: So I think if you give it more context, it's just been like five minutes of extra time and the results are 10x better.
- 6:07[SPEAKER_01]: Hey, department fan, question for you.
- 6:09[SPEAKER_01]: Based on you listening to this podcast, you probably are either looking to grow your personal brand this year.
- 6:15[SPEAKER_01]: build your audience online and just stop chasing business and start to have business chasing you.
- 6:19[SPEAKER_01]: If that's you, I want to invite you to the content to cash challenge.
- 6:24[SPEAKER_01]: This is a five-day coaching experience, a live coaching experience with myself that's done all on Zoom and you get access to a private community and it really is unlike any other experience that I offer.
- 6:35[SPEAKER_01]: By the end of the challenge, you'll have unreal clarity on what you're supposed to do online and you'll have the insight on how you can make an extra six or even seven figures.
- 6:44[SPEAKER_01]: Yes, I said seven figures in your business this year.
- 6:47[SPEAKER_01]: And if any of those things sound great to you, I want you to join the next content to cast challenge.
- 6:52[SPEAKER_01]: Scan the QR code if you're watching on a television or click the link in the description.
- 6:56[SPEAKER_01]: Once you go through it, go ahead and upgrade to VIP because you'll get an extra hour of bonus VIP Q&A with me every single day of the challenge.
- 7:04[SPEAKER_01]: and so looking forward to seeing you there.
- 7:06[SPEAKER_01]: Let's get back into the combo.
- 7:07[SPEAKER_00]: I mean on average, like, because you create content a lot.
- 7:10[SPEAKER_00]: whether it's a podcast or talking head like straight to camera.
- 7:14[SPEAKER_00]: How often do you use AI before you actually hit record on every time, on almost every time.
- 7:20[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 7:21[SPEAKER_02]: And I'm asking it also for an idea.
- 7:22[SPEAKER_02]: I'm confident in, could you anything I'm missing?
- 7:26[SPEAKER_02]: Anything you would do to improve it?
- 7:27[SPEAKER_02]: Now, I don't always take the feedback, but it's cool to see like, hey, I just came up with this idea.
- 7:32[SPEAKER_02]: Here's the hook I'm going to use.
- 7:34[SPEAKER_02]: And it might be like, you know what?
- 7:35[SPEAKER_02]: That's a good hook, but it would be in the better if you tweaked this word.
- 7:38[SPEAKER_02]: And I'm like, oh, dang.
- 7:39[SPEAKER_02]: That's cool.
- 7:40[SPEAKER_02]: So I would create a project in chat or a project in cloud late.
- 7:45[SPEAKER_02]: I'm bringing up cloud a lot lately because lately I've been getting way better results in cloud.
- 7:49[SPEAKER_02]: And I'm on and if you're on Twitter or X a lot, you'll notice that it's a lot more techy bros on there.
- 7:56[SPEAKER_02]: The tech community is moving.
- 7:58[SPEAKER_02]: to Gemini and Claude, chat was like entry level, chat GPT and every chat they have the lead and all the consumers have it on their phone and every moms on their cooking dinner tonight you know asking for feedback but that's like entry level now that's like novice.
- 8:14[SPEAKER_02]: So I'm sure it openly is going to catch up, but like now who has the lead is Gemini and Claude.
- 8:20[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, that's Alicia.
- 8:21[SPEAKER_01]: Alicia said that creatives are flocking the Gemini.
- 8:26[SPEAKER_01]: Yes.
- 8:26[SPEAKER_01]: Because it's good for the individuals.
- 8:28[SPEAKER_01]: For the individuals.
- 8:29[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, yeah, are you talking to Claude now for content?
- 8:33[SPEAKER_01]: Yes.
- 8:33[SPEAKER_01]: Okay.
- 8:34[SPEAKER_01]: So don't use chat for content.
- 8:36[SPEAKER_02]: Create a project in cloud.
- 8:37[SPEAKER_02]: Create a plan up.
- 8:38[SPEAKER_02]: It's $20 a month to do the pro in cloud.
- 8:40[SPEAKER_02]: Easy, best 20 bucks.
- 8:42[SPEAKER_02]: You ever spend a month.
- 8:43[SPEAKER_02]: And then just start a project and then start dumping in your the thoughts and stuff.
- 8:50[SPEAKER_02]: Also, if you want, if there's creators you admire,
- 8:53[SPEAKER_02]: Give it a transcript.
- 8:54[SPEAKER_02]: Like so for example, say you really love the way Omar starts a video get the transcript for that and put it into the project Like and just give it the context like here's a transcript from a intro I really liked or an in video I really like the packaging or the way that you know is presented and then it'll start to build on that So I think that would be one way the other thing you can do and I've done this a lot is look at a video that did well
- 9:17[SPEAKER_02]: So if you ever want to like reach way more people, one easy hack is to use validated content.
- 9:24[SPEAKER_02]: This video already did well.
- 9:25[SPEAKER_02]: This packaging already did well for somebody else.
- 9:27[SPEAKER_02]: What's now?
- 9:28[SPEAKER_02]: Don't rip it off, right?
- 9:30[SPEAKER_02]: That's dumb.
- 9:30[SPEAKER_02]: Just what's my version of it?
- 9:32[SPEAKER_02]: Now, if you're not well versed, it's not your expertise.
- 9:34[SPEAKER_02]: Don't make something that you don't know anything about.
- 9:36[SPEAKER_02]: But if it's like, dude, that is a video I could make.
- 9:39[SPEAKER_02]: Honestly, I wish I would have made that.
- 9:41[SPEAKER_02]: If you ever have those thoughts as you see a video, take that video transcript, put it into cloud and say, in that same project or start a different one, but like, I want to make my version of this and give it any extra context.
- 9:54[SPEAKER_02]: And then now you could use AI to make your outline of the same video.
- 9:58[SPEAKER_02]: It'll tweak the title to tweak the things that you teach in it.
- 10:01[SPEAKER_00]: something I saw online was somebody who uses that for real.
- 10:05[SPEAKER_00]: So like they'll take a very high performing real and a very low performing download the audio or whatever throw it into a thing that will spit out a transcript and then they also take the stats.
- 10:16[SPEAKER_00]: So the main key stats of each real which would be like average view duration, the number of views and then ask chat or
- 10:28[SPEAKER_00]: here are the variables and what why why is it there's such a big difference between the two and give me a formula on how to recreate the viral rock in a real funny because I literally I actually did that when the podcast started taking off might some I mean unpacking why
- 10:46[SPEAKER_01]: A podcast did really good and naturally I'm saying I guess that's why I'm so resistant and many times when it comes to the creation process But that's just my old head, but where are you gonna say but I was gonna say like take a video that did really well So for example, I will give you a real life example.
- 11:01[SPEAKER_02]: I was watching YouTube the other day and just you know video pops up next up next or it served me on the home page And it was from and I have one of 10 as a plugin so it tells me when a video is an outlier for a creator
- 11:14[SPEAKER_02]: So it'd be like this is a 2x outlier.
- 11:16[SPEAKER_02]: 10x.
- 11:17[SPEAKER_00]: What do you mean by you said you had to wait?
- 11:19[SPEAKER_00]: There's a plug.
- 11:19[SPEAKER_02]: It's a plug-in.
- 11:20[SPEAKER_02]: Plug-in.
- 11:21[SPEAKER_01]: I'm like VidIQ.
- 11:22[SPEAKER_00]: Oh god.
- 11:23[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, two-buddy.
- 11:24[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 11:24[SPEAKER_02]: You know, they probably all have outlier things, but it'll have an x next to it.
- 11:28[SPEAKER_02]: Actually learned this from Dan Martell's team.
- 11:31[SPEAKER_02]: Anytime Sam got it, is his name?
- 11:34[SPEAKER_02]: I think he would send me like a text.
- 11:36[SPEAKER_02]: He's like, I like this packaging, or you should use this packaging.
- 11:38[SPEAKER_02]: It would have like a number next to it of like VPM or RPM.
- 11:42[SPEAKER_02]: It was like a car thing like a views per minute or something.
- 11:45[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 11:45[SPEAKER_02]: And he would have these stats and they were using outliers.
- 11:48[SPEAKER_02]: So this is validated content, meaning this packaging already worked for this creator in your niche.
- 11:53[SPEAKER_02]: Cool.
- 11:53[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 11:53[SPEAKER_02]: Well, now you could make your version of this now.
- 11:55[SPEAKER_02]: I guess the downside is like everyone's trying to make their own versions of the same validated ideas.
- 12:00[SPEAKER_02]: So you have to definitely try new things.
- 12:02[SPEAKER_02]: If you don't want to reinvent the wheel, you could just put that in there.
- 12:06[SPEAKER_02]: Now, the one thing I would say is instead of just asking it to make a version, how you can make the AI smarter and like get on in tune with you is do what you just said aren't like drop in the transcript and say, hey, why do you think this video went viral?
- 12:22[SPEAKER_02]: What do you think about this packaging work?
- 12:24[SPEAKER_02]: Right.
- 12:25[SPEAKER_02]: And so what it's doing is it's learning that for the next time you want to create something from scratch.
- 12:31[SPEAKER_02]: Upgrading your AI.
- 12:33[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, giving it context like okay as Alicia would say put it in like genius mode.
- 12:37[SPEAKER_02]: Yes, so it's like hey, why do you think this video does well?
- 12:40[SPEAKER_02]: What what is so good about this intro that it hooked people and it starts to like analyze it's I think the number one thing for me is like success leaves clues Any time something successful, what could we learn from it and what could your AI learn from it?
- 12:53[SPEAKER_01]: Yep, I'm going to give a crazy gem When it comes to content creation
- 12:59[SPEAKER_01]: and everyone tries to fix audience retention in post.
- 13:05[SPEAKER_01]: with editing, jump cuts, b-roll, all this stuff.
- 13:09[SPEAKER_01]: Do you can do a lot of preparation work or even pre-work to hack audience retention at the time of filming?
- 13:18[SPEAKER_01]: So when I looked at Alicia's recording or our podcast, it was almost double the average duration.
- 13:25[SPEAKER_01]: It was a 20 minutes.
- 13:26[SPEAKER_01]: When usually we're at like 12 minutes of podcasts, it was 20 minutes because we had a live audience.
- 13:32[SPEAKER_01]: And what happens is, the live audience necessarily isn't why there is longer view duration.
- 13:38[SPEAKER_01]: It's because the real time feedback you get in are creating.
- 13:42[SPEAKER_01]: So if you create eight in a place, this is why I love podcasts with more than one person.
- 13:46[SPEAKER_01]: Because if you're creating by yourself, it's hard to see, like I'm actually probing stuff just because you are going a certain, you're getting something from what Art says, but that is actually hacking audience retention.
- 13:58[SPEAKER_01]: Dang, you know what I'm saying?
- 14:01[SPEAKER_01]: So, I want to encourage people if you have a community, virtually have a monsoon when you deliver content because they may ask a question even afterwards or they might like laugh at a joke and it's like you can sit in that and it's white like when you think about I think about churches
- 14:19[SPEAKER_01]: you know, it's in-person gatherings, but when the communicator or the pastor delivers a sermon they wrote, the sermon they preach is different than the sermon they wrote because of the feedback of the people.
- 14:32[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 14:33[SPEAKER_02]: And it's also, it's weird you feel the energy in the room.
- 14:35[SPEAKER_02]: Right.
- 14:35[SPEAKER_02]: So, you can anybody who teaches or you can feel when people are zoning out or like the energy is coming out of it and then you can pivot.
- 14:42[SPEAKER_01]: Yes, exactly.
- 14:43[SPEAKER_02]: If you're shooting one to one to
- 14:48[SPEAKER_01]: The number one question I usually get asked by people like you is, Omar, how the heck?
- 14:52[SPEAKER_01]: Does your videos look and sounds so dang crispy?
- 14:55[SPEAKER_01]: Well, the reality is, it's the equipment I use and you'd be surprised how inexpensive it could actually be.
- 15:01[SPEAKER_01]: So I've compiled all my gear and I've updated the list and I want to give it to you.
- 15:05[SPEAKER_01]: So if you're listening or watching this, just hit the description box below and I'll send you my gear guide for every budget and let's get back into the conversation.
- 15:12[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, and what Stephen Bartley he mentioned on a podcast, the diary CEO, he said the way they hack audience retention before they hit publish is they have a small group of a test group of people watch the podcast and they watch their eyes.
- 15:26[SPEAKER_01]: It records their eyes.
- 15:28[SPEAKER_01]: And if they do
- 15:31[SPEAKER_01]: It puts us a mark in the conversation and then they'll edit that.
- 15:35[SPEAKER_01]: And then they still do more even after they upload it, but I don't know how he does that stuff.
- 15:39[SPEAKER_00]: Because that sounds like some black mirror stuff.
- 15:42[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, so that's just ideation phrase phase.
- 15:47[SPEAKER_01]: I think it's just a good habit to process what you're thinking about wanting to do.
- 15:54[SPEAKER_01]: Stepping into the creation like what we're doing right now.
- 15:58[SPEAKER_01]: I do want to mention that there is actually technology that has AI don't have to spend a lot of time on it But one reason why we use Sony is there's actually an AI chip built in and so auto focus is AI Like people comment on the quality of our content so much, but it's because we can actually have our aperture at the lowest number possible right now, which is like 1.4
- 16:20[SPEAKER_01]: 1.4 and so like my ears are blurry.
- 16:24[SPEAKER_01]: I is sharp and if I move it's going to stand.
- 16:27[SPEAKER_01]: This is you're paying for the ability to have to think or work or worry, you know.
- 16:35[SPEAKER_01]: When I think about
- 16:37[SPEAKER_01]: the recording even with this, like this has processing done to it.
- 16:42[SPEAKER_01]: We used to not do this, we used to not record to a roadcaster.
- 16:47[SPEAKER_01]: We went directly in a camera, but then you'd have to impose stuff.
- 16:51[SPEAKER_00]: And then we moved to like an audio recorder that was raw and I'd have to do everything after.
- 16:56[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, and so what's cool about?
- 16:58[SPEAKER_01]: I think I brought this in.
- 16:59[SPEAKER_01]: No, yeah, I don't think so.
- 17:00[SPEAKER_02]: No video change.
- 17:02[SPEAKER_02]: Like even was sitting in our closet.
- 17:05[SPEAKER_02]: You know, it's like any tech head or gear guy will will attest to this.
- 17:08[SPEAKER_02]: You probably have some gear that you bought.
- 17:10[SPEAKER_02]: You don't need you're not using it anywhere near its potential.
- 17:12[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 17:13[SPEAKER_02]: Like I was using that just off and on.
- 17:14[SPEAKER_02]: It was sitting in the closet and then one day I'm sitting here.
- 17:16[SPEAKER_02]: Why don't we use this every day?
- 17:17[SPEAKER_02]: And that's since then we've been doing it.
- 17:19[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, and it sounds really good.
- 17:20[SPEAKER_01]: Really rich.
- 17:20[SPEAKER_01]: Like the audio is barely.
- 17:22[SPEAKER_01]: If anything, you just raise the volume or lower the volume.
- 17:24[SPEAKER_01]: Um, but something else we've been dabbling with and we're waiting for 4K, which it just kind of released was an AI switch in real time situation where they actually have this now.
- 17:36[SPEAKER_01]: They have it with the road videocaster.
- 17:39[SPEAKER_01]: Again, if you want lists or links to all this stuff, you can check out the link in the description or the show notes and then something that just released was that it's the yellow live TV.
- 17:49[SPEAKER_01]: It's like an iPad or a tablet.
- 17:52[SPEAKER_01]: it's it's pretty much a computer.
- 17:55[SPEAKER_01]: So you can even go straight live into like YouTube, but it's it switches based on the audio and it's 4K.
- 18:02[SPEAKER_01]: So black magic couldn't do it road there's there's there's something like on their way.
- 18:07[SPEAKER_01]: They're saying like if you upgrade the the switcher we bought the video in that it might have 4K, but it's just crazy to think that like you don't need a human
- 18:20[SPEAKER_01]: I've seen human switch podcasts.
- 18:22[SPEAKER_01]: They're usually bombs.
- 18:24[SPEAKER_01]: And they're just dosing off.
- 18:26[SPEAKER_01]: And like, and then you, you have to work with what you have.
- 18:29[SPEAKER_01]: But AI does switch better than a human.
- 18:32[SPEAKER_01]: However, when we start it, so that's the creation aspect.
- 18:35[SPEAKER_01]: I just want you guys to know that there is, there is technology out there that even at the time of capturing that it actually will help in enhance what you're doing.
- 18:44[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 18:44[SPEAKER_01]: Uh, but quickly jumping into the transformation part of the process, when we started this podcast in 2023, we started using a AI plugin called auto pod.
- 18:58[SPEAKER_01]: Yes.
- 18:58[SPEAKER_01]: And it works with Adobe Premiere.
- 19:01[SPEAKER_01]: And I don't want to lose you guys, but I'm just, this is the possibilities.
- 19:04[SPEAKER_01]: I want to share the wise and the what's, but the reason why we did that was so we can just focus on the conversation and like,
- 19:12[SPEAKER_01]: have the AI switched later.
- 19:15[SPEAKER_01]: So what we do is we've been capturing 4K video files on each camera and then we throw it in the premiere and it literally in real time shops at 4Shopsit.
- 19:25[SPEAKER_01]: So something that would require a human being to not even be able to do it in 4K.
- 19:31[SPEAKER_01]: And then even if you had to manually do it, imagine if we do an hour long podcast in editing, that's two hours of editing, but this allows us to do it in three minutes.
- 19:42[SPEAKER_00]: something to note with that is when you first like heard about it, I don't know where you heard it from and you were really like telling me to use it.
- 19:49[SPEAKER_00]: I had some pushback just because I thought to myself, I could just get it done, I could grind out like, I don't know what this AI thing he's talking about, but whatever.
- 19:57[SPEAKER_00]: And I finally tried it and I remember in the office like sitting with you and we watched it cut and
- 20:05[SPEAKER_00]: literally like 30 seconds and we were blown away.
- 20:09[SPEAKER_00]: But the key thing there is I was afraid to try it because I didn't trust it and I didn't it sounded too good to be true and I think a lot of times with AI now is a lot of the things that they talk about AI can do.
- 20:21[SPEAKER_00]: It sounds too good to be true, but if you just give it a shot and you just try it, it could genuinely change.
- 20:28[SPEAKER_02]: Also, there's something to be said for like your first experience with something clouds everything else.
- 20:33[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 20:33[SPEAKER_02]: So a lot of people.
- 20:34[SPEAKER_02]: Lots everything else.
- 20:35[SPEAKER_02]: Clots.
- 20:36[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 20:36[SPEAKER_02]: And then somebody asked me who's clawed on like he's French, bro.
- 20:39[SPEAKER_02]: It's clawed.
- 20:40[SPEAKER_02]: But yeah, it's like a claw.
- 20:43[SPEAKER_02]: It clouds your your judgment on everything.
- 20:45[SPEAKER_02]: Also like you had a bad experience with chat two years ago.
- 20:48[SPEAKER_02]: The output was garbage.
- 20:49[SPEAKER_02]: Well, A, you probably were better prompting.
- 20:51[SPEAKER_02]: But even then the models have changed so many times.
- 20:54[SPEAKER_02]: Like it's not just like slightly better.
- 20:56[SPEAKER_02]: It's exponentially better.
- 20:57[SPEAKER_02]: As things get better.
- 20:59[SPEAKER_02]: Like it's like a hockey stick.
- 21:01[SPEAKER_02]: It goes up.
- 21:02[SPEAKER_02]: It's not like just oh, there's a little better.
- 21:03[SPEAKER_02]: Like somebody will come out with a new thing and it's changing the game now.
- 21:06[SPEAKER_02]: and then you're like, man, I had version one, this is version 12 now.
- 21:11[SPEAKER_02]: And so you're you're doubting it, but like, yeah, you have to give it a shot again.
- 21:14[SPEAKER_02]: And I think it used to be that it was not fulfilling its promise.
- 21:18[SPEAKER_02]: So you're like the promise of AI is this this and this.
- 21:20[SPEAKER_02]: Great.
- 21:21[SPEAKER_02]: And it's not there.
- 21:22[SPEAKER_02]: And you're like, dang bro, they lied to me.
- 21:24[SPEAKER_02]: But now you're getting the opposite.
- 21:26[SPEAKER_02]: People will try something and their result, they're blown away, it exceeds expectation.
- 21:32[SPEAKER_02]: So I would just tell anybody, like, hey, if you're late, you haven't tried everything.
- 21:35[SPEAKER_02]: You got overwhelmed last year and you kind of threw your hands up.
- 21:38[SPEAKER_02]: It's actually good news because you got to sit out the part where they were messing around, right?
- 21:43[SPEAKER_02]: And there was all this mess.
- 21:44[SPEAKER_02]: And now you can join in when the things actually working.
- 21:46[SPEAKER_01]: like what's crazy is I'm finding that you know it's so funny people grew their email lists by like giving away prompts for like the last two years but now you can tell chat to prompt you to become a master prompt so it's like you can't but that was the first thing people about I'll give you the prompts like oh sick you know which I mean is still to me if you have it like valuable because what someone can't replicate is all the context you fed it so I mean
- 22:15[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know, I can say it now or we can go into later, but like my podcast intro chat thread like there's so much context that I have in that thread and it finally like I finally had it give me a prompt after all the episodes and we were back that up by the way, what do you mean by back it up so right now I've ever had to have somebody tell you this where they had a long thread like that thread for use, probably been going on for a year.
- 22:44[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 22:44[SPEAKER_02]: One day you come into chat and it just disappeared.
- 22:47[SPEAKER_02]: Come on.
- 22:48[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 22:49[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 22:49[SPEAKER_02]: So what you want to do is just run a copy paste on that into a doc just as a backup because it does glitch out.
- 22:57[SPEAKER_02]: And one day the server fails and what do you mean a copy paste like the entire thread?
- 23:01[SPEAKER_02]: Just to back yourself up, bro.
- 23:03[SPEAKER_02]: I'm just telling you, this is just good.
- 23:05[SPEAKER_02]: I had somebody in my community, had that exact same thing.
- 23:07[SPEAKER_02]: And you just tell it to like, hey, can you take everything in the last year and give it to me?
- 23:11[SPEAKER_02]: Yes, that's great, great job.
- 23:12[SPEAKER_02]: So like, you would be like, hey, give me the copy paste.
- 23:16[SPEAKER_02]: Or like, let me get the, everything in this thing from start to finish.
- 23:19[SPEAKER_02]: So I could put on a Google Doc copy paste.
- 23:21[SPEAKER_02]: And then it'll give you, it'll probably just give you the text file or PDF either way.
- 23:24[SPEAKER_02]: But now you're backed up in case you lose that.
- 23:27[SPEAKER_02]: And then also it's good.
- 23:28[SPEAKER_02]: In case you wanted to move that project into another AI,
- 23:32[SPEAKER_02]: Like, let's just say, you're like, you know what?
- 23:34[SPEAKER_02]: I'm getting this result in chat.
- 23:36[SPEAKER_02]: Hey, I wonder what it would be like in France.
- 23:38[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, you know, with Claude.
- 23:39[SPEAKER_02]: So then now you cut, you put that text file into a new project in Claude.
- 23:43[SPEAKER_02]: And it's got all the context.
- 23:44[SPEAKER_02]: That's true.
- 23:45[SPEAKER_02]: That's true.
- 23:46[SPEAKER_02]: Because there is something to be said, like, what happens when you want to move over to Gemini?
- 23:50[SPEAKER_02]: Well, they kind of have a chokehold on you if you've got years with of context in chat.
- 23:54[SPEAKER_00]: It's hard to move.
- 23:54[SPEAKER_00]: I never thought about that.
- 23:56[SPEAKER_00]: That's really good.
- 23:56[SPEAKER_00]: That's really good.
- 23:57[SPEAKER_02]: Back up your AI.
- 23:58[SPEAKER_02]: Well, yeah, Brother, like one lady had a relationship thread with her spouse and like she said she lost it and she cried and I was like, oh dang, you should have backed it up.
- 24:07[SPEAKER_01]: But your what arts talking about is you, if you've ever clicked on a YouTube video and the middle of the video is created like a.
- 24:18[SPEAKER_01]: trailer or cinematic intro or like a coming up.
- 24:21[SPEAKER_01]: It happens a lot with podcasts, but even you can do it in any kind of video.
- 24:25[SPEAKER_01]: So what art does is he takes just the raw conversation transcript.
- 24:30[SPEAKER_01]: Yep.
- 24:30[SPEAKER_01]: And then you use the prompt that you can give it away in the description.
- 24:35[SPEAKER_01]: Yep.
- 24:35[SPEAKER_01]: And it tells you what in the middle of the conversation would be great to put at the front for intro using our YouTube intro framework, which is every YouTube intro should
- 24:45[SPEAKER_01]: If you want people to stay on your videos is to have clarity, credibility, and comprehension.
- 24:53[SPEAKER_01]: So even when we shoot a direct-to-camera intro, I make sure we do that.
- 24:58[SPEAKER_01]: And this one was, we in role is like, if you fill a eyes of, you know, your late to the party or it's overwhelming, good news, we've built multiple, that's credibility, and we're going to be handing it to you.
- 25:09[SPEAKER_01]: It's not theory, it's reality, that's comprehension, and then we jumped into it.
- 25:14[SPEAKER_01]: But if you've seen other podcasts, and maybe you haven't, like even the Alicia one right before this one, you used AI to craft that.
- 25:23[SPEAKER_01]: So, how long can it take you to make those intros before you used AI?
- 25:35[SPEAKER_00]: to watch, to refine the fine moments, to make an edit, have a revision after that, add the creative that comes on top of it.
- 25:45[SPEAKER_02]: And I'll just give you guys a proof of concept.
- 25:47[SPEAKER_02]: Obviously, they see your channel.
- 25:48[SPEAKER_02]: So I had art help me with one of the videos on my channel last year.
- 25:53[SPEAKER_02]: I believe it was Cody Sanchez.
- 25:55[SPEAKER_02]: And you had to use the same thread that you've got.
- 25:58[SPEAKER_02]: That's not going to be backed up.
- 25:59[SPEAKER_02]: and you came up with an intro for that video.
- 26:03[SPEAKER_02]: Well, I think that's my highest-viewed video in the last 12 months.
- 26:06[SPEAKER_02]: Dang.
- 26:06[SPEAKER_00]: I'll snap the Cody Sanchez.
- 26:08[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, it's on my thing.
- 26:09[SPEAKER_02]: It's got 100, some odd thousand views and it's the Alex one.
- 26:13[SPEAKER_02]: I think it's exceeded the Alex from those of you.
- 26:15[SPEAKER_02]: So that's crazy.
- 26:16[SPEAKER_02]: But...
- 26:17[SPEAKER_02]: uh, you cook that intro with this exact process.
- 26:19[SPEAKER_02]: So like, it's not just working for Omar, it's working for many creators.
- 26:23[SPEAKER_02]: Um, and so I would start doing that ASAP.
- 26:25[SPEAKER_02]: We've got one going now too, but it just, it just, it just like helps you be more productive.
- 26:29[SPEAKER_02]: So I think that's the cool part.
- 26:30[SPEAKER_02]: Like, um, is that thread valuable without context?
- 26:34[SPEAKER_02]: No, you know, but once you put the context, it's like infinitely more valuable.
- 26:38[SPEAKER_02]: It's got all this stuff in it.
- 26:40[SPEAKER_01]: It's really good.
- 26:41[SPEAKER_01]: Uh, something people don't realize they can do to if you're not the best at communicating and you have filler words.
- 26:48[SPEAKER_01]: There is softwares and things like that that can actually edit that stuff for you with a click of a button.
- 26:53[SPEAKER_01]: And you said even we talked about autopied, which we used to switch the podcast, but also in Premiere.
- 26:59[SPEAKER_00]: Autopod has two other versions.
- 27:00[SPEAKER_00]: It's a multi camera editor, which would be a podcast.
- 27:04[SPEAKER_00]: It has its short form editor and then it has the, uh, I forget what it's called.
- 27:10[SPEAKER_00]: The third one is where it cuts out dead space inside your content.
- 27:13[SPEAKER_02]: Just click a button.
- 27:15[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, most editors have this now, right?
- 27:17[SPEAKER_02]: But even edits in Instagram for your short form videos, cut silence is done.
- 27:21[SPEAKER_02]: I will tell you guys a tool that's crushing right now for.
- 27:25[SPEAKER_02]: teaching people on your teams, sending a client a quick video, no matter what business you're in is loom, LOOM.
- 27:33[SPEAKER_02]: And so you can record a video and it puts you as a little bubble, and then you can share your screen and walk people through a process.
- 27:38[SPEAKER_02]: So I used to use this to teach SOPs to staff, people in my mortgage business, and in the forward business, and, um,
- 27:45[SPEAKER_02]: I have this library videos.
- 27:47[SPEAKER_02]: Well, I went in there recently and it says, check out our new AI tools.
- 27:50[SPEAKER_02]: Well, one of the tools is just like you said, cut sciences.
- 27:53[SPEAKER_02]: So it cuts all the gaps out immediately.
- 27:55[SPEAKER_02]: The next one is one click removes all the hums and odds and likes.
- 27:59[SPEAKER_02]: And you can turn, you can tell it to keep certain words if you wanted to, but I would love for it to meet can it mute it and versus cut it?
- 28:06[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know, but yeah, that's a great point because sometimes it cuts it and it doesn't flow as well.
- 28:10[SPEAKER_02]: Right.
- 28:11[SPEAKER_02]: Anyway, but yeah, so that's a crazy one click of a done fast.
- 28:14[SPEAKER_02]: The other part that's incredible is create an SOP.
- 28:18[SPEAKER_02]: You hit one button inside of Loom and it takes the video and makes a written SOP for that process for that is ridiculous.
- 28:25[SPEAKER_02]: Bro, this just happened in the last six months.
- 28:27[SPEAKER_02]: It's probably the most used feature I use.
- 28:29[SPEAKER_02]: And anybody who's trying to scale their business, you should be creating SOPs for everything that you do, because then you can plug and play.
- 28:37[SPEAKER_02]: You can train better.
- 28:38[SPEAKER_02]: You know, it's always
- 28:41[SPEAKER_02]: Because they don't want to train them.
- 28:43[SPEAKER_02]: Imagine if you have all the SOPs and you're just like, brawn busy, watch, check out the library of content or the SOPs.
- 28:48[SPEAKER_02]: It's all done for you.
- 28:49[SPEAKER_02]: And just do those.
- 28:50[SPEAKER_02]: And then we'll talk next week.
- 28:52[SPEAKER_02]: You know, like, it would just make your life infinitely easier.
- 28:55[SPEAKER_01]: So, yeah.
- 28:55[SPEAKER_02]: I saw, and by the way, I saw another person white label in his selling that as like a solution.
- 29:01[SPEAKER_02]: He's like, hey, I'll create SOPs for your business.
- 29:03[SPEAKER_02]: I'm like, bro, loom does that for free.
- 29:05[SPEAKER_01]: And he's selling that to people now.
- 29:11[SPEAKER_01]: You know, something I'm realizing is a good idea is to leverage the keyword AI for packaging, but talk automation, because people don't even know that word.
- 29:24[SPEAKER_02]: By the way, like, what do you guys think about this?
- 29:26[SPEAKER_02]: I know because obviously the podcast is about making money with content.
- 29:30[SPEAKER_02]: I'm just talking about AI.
- 29:31[SPEAKER_02]: You know, there's such a massive opportunity to help people insert AI and automations into the business.
- 29:38[SPEAKER_02]: It's probably the highest performing offer.
- 29:40[SPEAKER_02]: The guy who makes the most money on education platforms is the one teaching AI and automations.
- 29:44[SPEAKER_02]: The guy making the most money in business right now is helping businesses implement AI.
- 29:48[SPEAKER_02]: The videos with the most views are what those about AI.
- 29:51[SPEAKER_02]: Why did Dan Martell switch his entire contest strategy to AI?
- 29:53[SPEAKER_02]: Because it took him to another million subscribers on YouTube.
- 29:57[SPEAKER_02]: So, you have all the proof in the world that this is the hottest thing to do right now.
- 30:01[SPEAKER_02]: And so, like, how would you monetize that?
- 30:03[SPEAKER_02]: Well, I think like, learning these things in your own business and then helping other people.
- 30:09[SPEAKER_02]: It's like the whole Zig Ziglar thing.
- 30:10[SPEAKER_02]: If you help people make money, you'll make money, right?
- 30:13[SPEAKER_02]: If you want to get rich, just help other people get rich.
- 30:15[SPEAKER_02]: So how could you insert this into other people's businesses?
- 30:18[SPEAKER_02]: It's probably the greatest offer known to man right now.
- 30:20[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 30:21[SPEAKER_02]: And I would think, you, like, everyone to think, well, now we're already, it's getting saturated, we're years in, but I would think about Facebook ads.
- 30:29[SPEAKER_02]: Like, I know you guys work with the vendor.
- 30:31[SPEAKER_02]: That guy, how many years have Facebook ads been out?
- 30:34[SPEAKER_02]: No, it's decades.
- 30:36[SPEAKER_02]: Is it over 10 years now?
- 30:38[SPEAKER_02]: And still, businesses have no clue how to implement this in their face.
- 30:41[SPEAKER_02]: So if you're like, bro, I'll come in.
- 30:43[SPEAKER_02]: I'll help you create SOPs.
- 30:44[SPEAKER_02]: I'll help you set up a few automations to make your life easier.
- 30:46[SPEAKER_02]: I'll all use this and set up some sort of, you know, a few automations.
- 30:50[SPEAKER_01]: It would be, they would be over the moon 100.
- 30:53[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, because like I remember I see it one in the same because like you talk about loom, but then there's this one you found called loomah Oh yeah, I'm going to which like we're doing the live event tonight at the time of filming this and we were able to whip up In a bit loomah using the loomah and now people are going to get the text message reminders on their calendars And it's set up once and it does the work.
- 31:17[SPEAKER_01]: I think another one that maybe you've heard or maybe not heard it's becoming more
- 31:21[SPEAKER_01]: Standardized seems like but as many chat.
- 31:24[SPEAKER_01]: I know like I know it's like for people.
- 31:27[SPEAKER_01]: It's like duh, but dude Every time we talk about gear I say Comment the word gear and then people opt into our world We set that up.
- 31:36[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, what crazy as many chat is now connected to Claude You can now put in your API key which is technical you know, but you can do it with chat or Claude and then now your many chat can speak as you to people
- 31:49[SPEAKER_02]: Like, it's going to be, and that wasn't working in past years, but now it's working flawlessly, it's crazy.
- 31:55[SPEAKER_02]: So this is like the future of doing this.
- 31:57[SPEAKER_02]: So I would say first implement this in your business, and then figure out how you can help other people.
- 32:03[SPEAKER_02]: Yep, because if you do that, you'll crush right now.
- 32:05[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, it's so cool that it's kind of the same idea.
- 32:08[SPEAKER_01]: Like I had a friend call me, he's like, bro, my text was going to be like 160k.
- 32:11[SPEAKER_01]: And we're like on the phone.
- 32:14[SPEAKER_01]: And I'm like, why don't you do a caustic study on your like commercial properties?
- 32:16[SPEAKER_01]: Like, what's that?
- 32:18[SPEAKER_01]: I was like that, this phone call just saved you $160,000.
- 32:20[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 32:22[SPEAKER_01]: It's just being, you know, how, like, AI is that, like, soundboard a lot of the time.
- 32:29[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, and never underestimate how much help people need with this.
- 32:33[SPEAKER_02]: Like, even me or you, who are more advanced in our business, we're doing seven figure business.
- 32:39[SPEAKER_02]: If someone could just do it for us on a project, we're happy to pay like, it's like, dude, I'm an expert at this.
- 32:45[SPEAKER_02]: I know how to do it, and I'll take care of it for you.
- 32:47[SPEAKER_02]: Like, bro, I'm singing your praises.
- 32:49[SPEAKER_02]: Like, where do I sign, you know?
- 32:51[SPEAKER_02]: And there's not anybody doing that.
- 32:53[SPEAKER_02]: That's the crazy part.
- 32:54[SPEAKER_02]: Most people are incompetent.
- 32:56[SPEAKER_02]: Like, they're like, you have ever higher vendor and they don't even know what they're doing.
- 33:00[SPEAKER_02]: And you're like having to clean up at their work.
- 33:02[SPEAKER_02]: You're like, dang, bro, why do I pay you to do this?
- 33:04[SPEAKER_02]: I have to now do it.
- 33:05[SPEAKER_02]: So like, if you're that person, it's open opportunity right now.
- 33:08[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, 100.
- 33:10[SPEAKER_01]: Another software that is really good to make any audio sound, like, really good as Adobe Enhance.
- 33:18[SPEAKER_01]: It's happened a lot where if you feel like your audio of your videos are kind of airy or echoey or you want to just use your phone to record or you're using like a cheap mic.
- 33:26[SPEAKER_01]: You can make it sound like these $500 mics is like this audio that you're listening to is worth a thousand dollars.
- 33:38[SPEAKER_01]: audio.
- 33:39[SPEAKER_00]: And it's pretty plug and play.
- 33:40[SPEAKER_00]: Like you drag the file and drop it and it's done.
- 33:44[SPEAKER_02]: And as with what's wild about that is for the cases where your mic broke or you know how many times people in my community and where they're shooting a video with the iPhone but the mic wasn't plugged in or you're like that doesn't sound like it was even on.
- 33:57[SPEAKER_02]: All right, we'll drop that into Adobe and he and send it's like done.
- 34:01[SPEAKER_01]: I remember shooting a me and the color we're talking about it.
- 34:03[SPEAKER_01]: I shot a video for Think Media.
- 34:05[SPEAKER_01]: It was like a Canon M50 video that literally I think got 700,000 views.
- 34:10[SPEAKER_01]: But we got the plug-in, the mic into the mic jack and it was just so airy and we just still dropped the video and it did fine.
- 34:19[SPEAKER_01]: You didn't have a Dolby and it didn't, it didn't, it didn't, it didn't, it didn't, it didn't, it didn't, it didn't.
- 34:23[SPEAKER_02]: So I'm just, it's like, it is crazy to think about how like, well, you know how to use to do this is I would go on fiber and find an audio engineer right and I would have to pay him 100 to 200 or Then the file and then I would wait like six days and he would give it back to me, and now you do it in seconds.
- 34:37[SPEAKER_00]: It's literally like two seconds.
- 34:40[SPEAKER_00]: I'm sorry.
- 34:40[SPEAKER_00]: Something that popped up into my head.
- 34:41[SPEAKER_00]: I have a job eliminated though.
- 34:43[SPEAKER_00]: Um, about like automation since stuff because that is a version of AI.
- 34:47[SPEAKER_00]: Um, is like, you know, go high level or GHL.
- 34:51[SPEAKER_00]: I didn't put two and two together is like SMS auto SMS, which is like the text message that go out every Tuesday for your inner circle as reminders of when the call is going to start.
- 35:03[SPEAKER_00]: That's literally like, say, like, that's something I do not have to worry about and think about because it's done and it took one button to set up and even like for email campaigns too, like, you know, emails that will get sent on like automation.
- 35:21[SPEAKER_01]: Automations the seventh wonder of the world, which it's it's crazy.
- 35:24[SPEAKER_01]: When you know that things could if there's something you do repeatedly, you should just know that there's a way for it to be automated, be automated and like just knowing that there's a possibility will allow you to accomplish more in business.
- 35:37[SPEAKER_01]: And that's why we'll have a one man billion dollar company one day in the near future.
- 35:42[SPEAKER_02]: But it's also empowering to somebody watching a listening right now, like you don't need a big team, like you can duplicate yourself.
- 35:49[SPEAKER_02]: The amount of additional productivity, just in the few things we've shared today, that used to be multiple hires in your business.
- 35:56[SPEAKER_02]: Somebody to sit down for eight hours on the podcast and do all that.
- 36:00[SPEAKER_02]: Now it's done in like 20 minutes.
- 36:02[SPEAKER_02]: Somebody to do like all these different tools, automations, all the stuff.
- 36:05[SPEAKER_02]: So I just think,
- 36:06[SPEAKER_02]: How could you use it to just squeeze your own genius?
- 36:09[SPEAKER_02]: Yep.
- 36:10[SPEAKER_02]: And then now, how could the team?
- 36:12[SPEAKER_02]: So I think it, yeah, there's a sad part of like, it's going to replace people.
- 36:16[SPEAKER_02]: But more importantly, the people who embrace it, it just like elevates you.
- 36:21[SPEAKER_02]: Because now you can get the work of 10 people done.
- 36:23[SPEAKER_02]: Right?
- 36:23[SPEAKER_01]: which is why it doesn't skip the process of just becoming more, right?
- 36:28[SPEAKER_01]: Like the person who is more, can add more value, can speak more clearly, of cares more, will be able to leverage it more.
- 36:38[SPEAKER_01]: Then someone who feels like it's the crotch.
- 36:40[SPEAKER_01]: It's a tool versus a crotch, you know.
- 36:43[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, something I want to step, we talked about ideation, creation, transformation, let's talk about distribution.
- 36:49[SPEAKER_01]: There is a famous, you know, editing AI thing that takes long form and makes it short from, but I would like to know your thoughts because at one point it was whack, but now it's getting better.
- 37:00[SPEAKER_01]: Opus clips.
- 37:01[SPEAKER_01]: Yes.
- 37:02[SPEAKER_01]: So you could take a Zoom call, you could take a podcast like this, and it can cut up clips.
- 37:07[SPEAKER_01]: However, you found Opus clips working.
- 37:10[SPEAKER_02]: So yeah, the it's been around for few years now.
- 37:12[SPEAKER_02]: You dropped in the link to a YouTube video.
- 37:14[SPEAKER_02]: You can upload a long form video into it.
- 37:17[SPEAKER_02]: And then with one click takes about 10 minutes, it will give you all the clips.
- 37:22[SPEAKER_02]: Now, what's new is it'll rate the clips based on a virality score.
- 37:26[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 37:27[SPEAKER_02]: Okay, so it'll tell you 93, 98, you know, and then you can go down the chain from there.
- 37:31[SPEAKER_02]: So what they're saying is like these clips are highly are more likely to to reach more people now It's still not fully done like I feel like they're still cooking on this project like they're adding new things and it's not perfect Also the other thing that's they're testing out now is it's reorganizing the file
- 37:52[SPEAKER_02]: This is brand new on Opus, so you would typically get a clip from A to B, just a hard cut, and it's like, here, use this.
- 38:00[SPEAKER_02]: Well, now what it's doing is it's analyzing it, and it's like, oh, you dropped a bar 20 seconds into this.
- 38:05[SPEAKER_02]: It's moving that up front.
- 38:07[SPEAKER_02]: That was manual work that all of us would do.
- 38:09[SPEAKER_02]: It's doing it now.
- 38:10[SPEAKER_02]: I will say does full disclaimer, like it's not perfect.
- 38:13[SPEAKER_02]: It's messing up a lot, but that's, I just know that they're on the track.
- 38:17[SPEAKER_02]: Anytime I see something like that, it's like it's not working right now.
- 38:21[SPEAKER_02]: They're just building it in public.
- 38:22[SPEAKER_02]: They're testing it with real users.
- 38:24[SPEAKER_02]: Yes.
- 38:24[SPEAKER_02]: And they have to go through doing it wrong to get it right.
- 38:28[SPEAKER_02]: You know, so I know that in six months from now, that feature is going to be dialed.
- 38:32[SPEAKER_02]: And then now it's going to be like, oh, dang.
- 38:34[SPEAKER_02]: Now it's really powerful because just the clip from A to B was kind of basic.
- 38:37[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 38:38[SPEAKER_01]: And most people don't realize that when you cut a clip from a long form piece of content, usually it ends with a bang with that bang, if you should put up front.
- 38:48[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, the mic drop.
- 38:49[SPEAKER_00]: I've used Opus clips for some podcast episodes for calls that you did.
- 38:54[SPEAKER_00]: And yes, I have found that it is still not there yet, even like now.
- 39:00[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 39:00[SPEAKER_00]: But something that I did use it for was like,
- 39:08[SPEAKER_00]: what I can do is I can see that, oh, this real was a 99 out of 100 score of like a virality.
- 39:15[SPEAKER_00]: So let me just see what this real is.
- 39:17[SPEAKER_00]: And I take that moment that was, you know, they cut up.
- 39:21[SPEAKER_00]: And I just find it myself inside the original transcript or, you know, cool.
- 39:25[SPEAKER_01]: It's like you use opus to coincide with your editing.
- 39:27[SPEAKER_00]: Yes, it just makes, it's like, I choose it to find moment at that point.
- 39:30[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, so then you using this high, the top 10 scores, those could be your moments.
- 39:34[SPEAKER_02]: Now, the other cool thing about opus that they rolled out last year was there's clip basic and there's clip anything.
- 39:41[SPEAKER_02]: So any time you upload a project, you can select Clip Anything.
- 39:43[SPEAKER_02]: When you do that, it allows you to search the transcript for new clips.
- 39:47[SPEAKER_02]: So say, for example, you put it in this podcast in there.
- 39:50[SPEAKER_02]: But then you want to find the part where we talked about Cloud.
- 39:53[SPEAKER_02]: So you would type in the, at the search bar at the top of that project.
- 39:56[SPEAKER_02]: You'd say, get me clips where they talked about Cloud.
- 39:59[SPEAKER_02]: And then it would make a set of clips scored for a reality only about Cloud.
- 40:04[SPEAKER_02]: And so you can just type one or two words and it'll do it for you.
- 40:08[SPEAKER_02]: So it searches everything.
- 40:08[SPEAKER_01]: It is funny that like when I was heavy in the editing bay of Adobe Premiere, transcription didn't even matter, but like now it's just like, it's a good.
- 40:20[SPEAKER_01]: It's essential to make the transcription process itself because in editing you can't yeah I'd be like do there's that one moment and then you just put in the word and then you jump like it wasn't even a feature back when you were in the editing bay.
- 40:34[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, but me yeah and then also being able to caption a clip from just directly into the software is just crazy when I say caption I mean like the words on screen.
- 40:45[SPEAKER_01]: But you do you you say you use the transcription and chat though to pull clips or yeah, from the intro it gave you that's those are also clips you can cut I'm because you still cut clips and do my coach calls are freaking like two and a half three hours yeah crazy.
- 41:05[SPEAKER_01]: You don't always throw it in a opus.
- 41:07[SPEAKER_00]: No.
- 41:08[SPEAKER_01]: Sometimes you just use the transcription.
- 41:09[SPEAKER_01]: Yes.
- 41:10[SPEAKER_01]: And then you'll be either the transcription and the chat.
- 41:12[SPEAKER_00]: Yes, transcription from the editing software to chat.
- 41:17[SPEAKER_02]: What do you have?
- 41:17[SPEAKER_02]: What do you prompt chat to give you the moment?
- 41:19[SPEAKER_02]: Like what type of moment are you looking for?
- 41:22[SPEAKER_00]: What type of moment?
- 41:23[SPEAKER_00]: So I would say, well, mainly because, I mean, this is where I'm at.
- 41:28[SPEAKER_00]: It's mainly based off of like a topic or keyword that I wrote down in the moment.
- 41:34[SPEAKER_00]: And I want it to find because I know that was a moment in itself, but like as far as chat acting as an opus clips, I haven't tapped into that yet.
- 41:45[SPEAKER_01]: I guess it's kind of that's what it's kind of doing by the intro framework is it's giving you time codes of the conversation to move it.
- 41:54[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I mean, because oftentimes like the moments that it will take for the intro,
- 41:58[SPEAKER_00]: I find can be like a real.
- 42:00[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, but some of you brought up is really smart.
- 42:03[SPEAKER_01]: Like what art said is if I'm giving a talk or if I'm doing a coach call or for doing a podcast like tonight even.
- 42:08[SPEAKER_01]: The old right I word that will remind you to search it.
- 42:12[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 42:13[SPEAKER_01]: You know, it's like not as clear as day as Clyde, but maybe we said the word gold.
- 42:18[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 42:18[SPEAKER_01]: I was golden.
- 42:19[SPEAKER_01]: which this is super meta, but in the coach calls sometimes I say clip it or I'll say this is, oh, this is good or somebody write this down.
- 42:29[SPEAKER_01]: These are trigger phrases that you can use to just jump to that moment, not having someone to the ideas like we're not having somebody just sit and watch the thing in its entirety.
- 42:39[SPEAKER_01]: Yep.
- 42:39[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, say a keyword after you say something good.
- 42:42[SPEAKER_01]: Yes, that's the lesson and then as far as creating assets with content you create.
- 42:52[SPEAKER_01]: It's it's crazy how you can take a conversation like this or like you said like create the SOP thing.
- 42:59[SPEAKER_01]: And then literally you can offer the written version of a video piece of content as a lead magnet and it just it's a crazy like loop this is why it's so important is like start creating and show up because the reason why my coach calls are three hours is literally because the more I have the more the better the more sophisticated.
- 43:20[SPEAKER_01]: anything becomes with the use of it.
- 43:22[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, take the transcript from what your call and then drop it into cloud and say, hey, like, find me the most powerful lessons in this.
- 43:30[SPEAKER_02]: Okay, cool.
- 43:32[SPEAKER_02]: Then, ask it to organize that into a written lesson.
- 43:37[SPEAKER_02]: So yeah, it's awesome to jump a three hour video into a replay in school or your online community.
- 43:42[SPEAKER_02]: That's cool.
- 43:43[SPEAKER_02]: But like what if someone doesn't want that?
- 43:45[SPEAKER_02]: They want the cliff notes.
- 43:46[SPEAKER_02]: You should provide a one-pager, two-pager.
- 43:50[SPEAKER_02]: The most powerful lesson in this thing or the framework you taught.
- 43:54[SPEAKER_02]: All organized, perfectly bullet pointed, everything.
- 43:57[SPEAKER_02]: It's just copy-paste.
- 43:59[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know who spoke about this with you, but it was a
- 44:02[SPEAKER_00]: Action items dock after every podcast episode and this happens anyways like with if you've got zoom uh summaries it gives you the action items yeah right which we haven't I haven't done yet and this podcast turned out from week hi this podcast will have an action items pdf for you honestly in the coach called saying I mean we do um we use AI to transcode it it was a transcode
- 44:31[SPEAKER_00]: Um, time code it.
- 44:32[SPEAKER_00]: I'm code it.
- 44:33[SPEAKER_01]: I guess.
- 44:34[SPEAKER_01]: Um, so people counters jump, but the like spark notes, the click notes.
- 44:40[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, we're we're helping people who are busy, you know.
- 44:42[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 44:42[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, it's cool to think that this matches your mothership strategy with like content like the audio transcript of any piece of content you've ever had.
- 44:53[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, I mean, it's like a, it's like a tree root system of the opportunities.
- 44:57[SPEAKER_00]: Like you to description, it turns into emails.
- 45:00[SPEAKER_00]: It turns into emails.
- 45:01[SPEAKER_00]: It turns into, you know, Instagram captions.
- 45:03[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, that's how I come up with a weekly email.
- 45:05[SPEAKER_02]: So I've been sent out a weekly email every week.
- 45:07[SPEAKER_02]: I use, I have a project in cloud to do this.
- 45:09[SPEAKER_02]: I teach on calls.
- 45:10[SPEAKER_02]: I teach in zooms, whatever.
- 45:12[SPEAKER_02]: And I'm like, here's a YouTube video.
- 45:13[SPEAKER_02]: I just talk, I just shot dropped the entire transcript in.
- 45:17[SPEAKER_02]: What is the most powerful lesson in this video?
- 45:21[SPEAKER_02]: One.
- 45:22[SPEAKER_02]: help me write a short email about that teaching that one lesson.
- 45:25[SPEAKER_02]: So it would scan the whole thing.
- 45:27[SPEAKER_02]: And this happens in the span of 60 seconds.
- 45:30[SPEAKER_02]: Here's the lesson, here's the, and it knows the format for the email.
- 45:32[SPEAKER_02]: It spits it out.
- 45:33[SPEAKER_02]: Now I have to make a few tweaks.
- 45:34[SPEAKER_02]: I copy paste, I'm done.
- 45:36[SPEAKER_03]: It's crazy.
- 45:37[SPEAKER_02]: So anybody can start a lesson.
- 45:38[SPEAKER_02]: Like, and then what's cool about this, I think is that if you're doing things, it's going to help you so much.
- 45:45[SPEAKER_02]: Now, if you're not doing anything, it's not going to do things for you.
- 45:48[SPEAKER_02]: Like, that's the promise of AI that people like, like, man, it didn't really help me.
- 45:51[SPEAKER_02]: Well, you don't do anything.
- 45:52[SPEAKER_02]: You got nothing to drop in there.
- 45:53[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 45:53[SPEAKER_02]: So maybe go host a call.
- 45:54[SPEAKER_02]: That's not perfect.
- 45:55[SPEAKER_02]: Maybe go shoot a video and do stuff.
- 45:58[SPEAKER_02]: And then it will help you get better.
- 45:59[SPEAKER_02]: One of the greatest things you could do as a sales person is drop in the transcripts from your sales call.
- 46:04[SPEAKER_02]: And find out what happened, success leaves clues, why didn't this person purchase, it'll analyze all the psychological triggers.
- 46:11[SPEAKER_02]: Like, it should, like, everybody's watching using AI to give you ideas, but the best use for me has been to look at what you're doing and see how you can make it way better.
- 46:22[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, you say, yes.
- 46:24[SPEAKER_01]: What has been them, because while you said that, I was like, dude, I actually have one way we've used chat to make, I think, a million dollars.
- 46:34[SPEAKER_01]: But what would have you, yeah, and I'll say it.
- 46:38[SPEAKER_01]: What has been the most high ROI thing you've been able to do using AI?
- 46:42[SPEAKER_02]: So I had AI a project in CHATGPT Pro.
- 46:47[SPEAKER_02]: Help me structure the way I sell my high ticket offer at my big event last year.
- 46:52[SPEAKER_02]: That was a project I worked on with my friend in a I I never named him, but he's in there and we went through that process It helped me identify things that I was missing.
- 47:02[SPEAKER_02]: I didn't take all of its suggestions sometimes it goes on a tent You know, so but that particular project made me $2 million
- 47:08[SPEAKER_02]: It was better than any business coach ever, but I gave it a lot of context.
- 47:14[SPEAKER_02]: So that's the, you know, the astrix is like, you know, you're not going to get the same result unless you give it a lot of context unless you spend the time.
- 47:22[SPEAKER_02]: But now that project, I can continue structuring things and doing things.
- 47:26[SPEAKER_02]: And so it just helps me organize all my thoughts because if if I think anybody who does a lot, especially the entrepreneurs watching this, your brains like a snow globe.
- 47:34[SPEAKER_02]: You shake that up there just everything's coming down and you got this idea You watch this thing.
- 47:39[SPEAKER_02]: You saw her mosey say this.
- 47:39[SPEAKER_02]: She's at Omar say that Neil said something else I'm gonna go write down all the tools from this episode, but like what do you do next?
- 47:45[SPEAKER_02]: So I think people aren't necessarily lazy They just have no clarity And so why don't you spend the next hour after you listen to this and go and start a new project and just tell it all your problems Like what you're thinking about doing and help it just prioritize
- 48:00[SPEAKER_02]: Like at a basic level, that will make you money this month, because you'll know what to focus on.
- 48:05[SPEAKER_02]: See, man, man, I want to make this much money in the next 90 days.
- 48:09[SPEAKER_02]: Here's all the thoughts in my head, and I'm having a hard time getting clarity on what I should do next, and what I should focus on what I should prioritize.
- 48:15[SPEAKER_02]: I'm just going to bring it up.
- 48:16[SPEAKER_02]: And then just like you said, hit the thing and just talk.
- 48:19[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, no, so good.
- 48:21[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I mean, I guess it's the same.
- 48:22[SPEAKER_01]: We had two people that have been in the industry that have a way of crafting and offer.
- 48:31[SPEAKER_01]: And we said, what's different about my offer and how I communicate it versus how this person communicates it.
- 48:39[SPEAKER_00]: I'll give the phrase that I put into it.
- 48:42[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 48:42[SPEAKER_00]: It was, here is our offer.
- 48:45[SPEAKER_00]: Here is the entire thing, copy paste.
- 48:50[SPEAKER_00]: I need to know what in this offer someone would not be attracted to or what makes the offer not stand out.
- 48:59[SPEAKER_00]: And then I said, take these people to key people that we use.
- 49:03[SPEAKER_01]: You take clarity, like we are clear on the people.
- 49:05[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 49:06[SPEAKER_00]: And I said, what would they change to this offer?
- 49:09[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 49:09[SPEAKER_00]: And how would they make it better to help them?
- 49:12[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, and I'll just give one of the biggest things it did is it phased out my offer.
- 49:16[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 49:16[SPEAKER_01]: So this is the three phases that you're going to go through as soon as you join.
- 49:21[SPEAKER_01]: I never had that.
- 49:22[SPEAKER_01]: And like I mentioned yesterday about the map, the map.
- 49:25[SPEAKER_02]: But people need to know where they're going, right?
- 49:27[SPEAKER_00]: But it actually tripped me out a lot because
- 49:30[SPEAKER_00]: It used the person that did phases and actually made it for us, like it, you know, put the phases.
- 49:36[SPEAKER_00]: And that was something that that person actually did or does.
- 49:40[SPEAKER_01]: And I was like, what the heck, you know?
- 49:41[SPEAKER_01]: And I, and the two times that offer has been given has exceeded over a million dollars.
- 49:47[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 49:48[SPEAKER_02]: And so this is like the how you can learn from any VSL anybody who's doing big things.
- 49:53[SPEAKER_02]: You know like and that and there's a little bit of context like I know a guy yesterday.
- 49:57[SPEAKER_02]: He's like I love the way Eman Gadji sells his thing.
- 50:00[SPEAKER_02]: I guess he just had another crazy launch and they did all kinds of money.
- 50:02[SPEAKER_02]: But you have to realize.
- 50:04[SPEAKER_02]: maybe his audience is different than yours.
- 50:06[SPEAKER_02]: So there's always new ones.
- 50:07[SPEAKER_02]: You don't want to just like it's got like you probably already had done the research that this guy is in the serving very similar people to the people you want to serve, right?
- 50:16[SPEAKER_02]: But like Eman's audience is like a different younger person that wants that aspires to his lifestyle, that wants to launch an agency.
- 50:25[SPEAKER_02]: That's probably not going to work for me selling to people in my industry.
- 50:27[SPEAKER_02]: Like this is a different thing there.
- 50:29[SPEAKER_02]: So you've got to be careful of like what you want to copy paste into your project.
- 50:33[SPEAKER_02]: But assuming you like certain characteristics of the way somebody did something, you can now make your version of it.
- 50:39[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, for you guys are you, too, or genuinely like almost like AI, like you know how you made that joke on Alicia, because All these questions.
- 50:49[SPEAKER_00]: like there's like 25, 30 questions.
- 50:51[SPEAKER_00]: We have pretty much naturally hit most of these.
- 50:55[SPEAKER_02]: So, you know what's crazy is, people are worried about, yeah, we're placing you.
- 51:00[SPEAKER_02]: And even when we made the bot, we had a little conversation about like, hey, is this Delphi gonna lower our value?
- 51:06[SPEAKER_02]: Because now you can just go talk to the Delphi, but the Delphi is only as good as the person.
- 51:11[SPEAKER_02]: Right.
- 51:11[SPEAKER_02]: Like, none of everybody can go make a Delphi because Bro, you ain't got nothing to say.
- 51:14[SPEAKER_02]: Like, you haven't recorded yourself.
- 51:15[SPEAKER_00]: But like, which one would I rather talk to?
- 51:18[SPEAKER_00]: Right now or like AI.
- 51:20[SPEAKER_00]: It's like, oh, I would rather talk to the human Neil Dinger.
- 51:23[SPEAKER_02]: Like, yeah, but then there's also someone who at 11 o'clock at night is embarrassed or doesn't want to bother.
- 51:28[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, so then it that helps that person at a high level.
- 51:31[SPEAKER_02]: I actually learned this from Alex AI.
- 51:33[SPEAKER_02]: So Alex almost he did his book lunch and one of the things if you bought his high ticket offer was they gave you an AI and that thing is almost as good as him if not better in certain cases and you have no opportunity to talk to the dude anyways.
- 51:44[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, so this is your only chance.
- 51:46[SPEAKER_01]: No, with someone in the program, LaSedger, a key said, I used it to like fix my open rates and he's about like 85%.
- 51:52[SPEAKER_01]: 85% open rate?
- 51:55[SPEAKER_02]: Because it's got every private meeting he's ever done in the last five years.
- 51:59[SPEAKER_02]: Like all these people who have paid all this money from his portfolio companies in his office, they're transcribed.
- 52:04[SPEAKER_02]: All those meetings like they dumped into this plus all the books.
- 52:07[SPEAKER_02]: I can't read all the books and the binders There's so much stuff.
- 52:10[SPEAKER_02]: It's just ask your question and you shall receive.
- 52:13[SPEAKER_02]: So it just makes a lot easier and Customizes for you and then the way he set it up was it asks you questions.
- 52:20[SPEAKER_02]: It's not just gonna like spit out if you give it no context It's like hey, tell me more.
- 52:23[SPEAKER_02]: I can't give you an answer otherwise and it talks like I'm too, which is cool
- 52:27[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, would you both say that like the main thing that separates people who use AI in their business versus people who don't is money?
- 52:35[SPEAKER_00]: That's the biggest difference.
- 52:37[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 52:38[SPEAKER_00]: What would you say?
- 52:38[SPEAKER_01]: I think it's mindset.
- 52:40[SPEAKER_01]: Why?
- 52:41[SPEAKER_01]: It's just what you believe about it determines how you act about it.
- 52:45[SPEAKER_01]: You know, I mean, if you don't Yeah, if even like maybe you're listening or watching still and I know you're you're watching this because you're wanting to believe and you're wanting to be someone who
- 52:57[SPEAKER_01]: But I think mindset comes before money.
- 53:00[SPEAKER_01]: You're a millionaire in your mind before you make a million in your bank.
- 53:03[SPEAKER_01]: That's just, that's really good.
- 53:05[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 53:05[SPEAKER_02]: That's true.
- 53:05[SPEAKER_02]: That's huge.
- 53:06[SPEAKER_02]: And then the other part is is like thinking about maybe not how Thinking, always being a student.
- 53:13[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 53:13[SPEAKER_02]: Like a lot of people are like, man, I don't need that or I don't want that.
- 53:17[SPEAKER_02]: But I just think come, I was learning like, Hey, I want to be not overwhelmed, but like he had want to be on the cutting edge.
- 53:27[SPEAKER_02]: go so deep into where you're distracted now but like these are just simple.
- 53:31[SPEAKER_02]: I think small leaps big or small tweaks big leaps like here you could just take one or two things from today and obviously be more and way more productive.
- 53:38[SPEAKER_01]: Dude I found my three part framework to becoming any a thought leader in any space is a student's identity with a leader's responsibility and a priority
- 53:54[SPEAKER_01]: But I'm a student learning because I'm a leader and and then I repackage or present what I learn to the people that I delivered to and I found that people who don't see themselves as students which it it's I mean it's why you're not interesting like.
- 54:12[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, there's stuff I learned on YouTube without even it has nothing to do with content or it's it's cars as much as it's golf But it's it's still I'm still consuming as a student But I don't just consume as a student because I have people waiting on me to share things I've learned But and I can't just say it.
- 54:31[SPEAKER_01]: It's also how I say it so it lands better which is why I
- 54:35[SPEAKER_01]: use chatGbT to create a framework from my thoughts.
- 54:39[SPEAKER_02]: And it's also like we have a accountability of people we serve.
- 54:43[SPEAKER_02]: So like if I'm willing to be on a call, I'm going to be on a stage.
- 54:45[SPEAKER_02]: I want to learn more to bring a fresh perspective, right?
- 54:49[SPEAKER_02]: Or did you guys see this?
- 54:50[SPEAKER_02]: And then,
- 54:50[SPEAKER_02]: I think it's really cool.
- 54:51[SPEAKER_02]: I learned from Chris Doe.
- 54:53[SPEAKER_02]: He does really good job of, he'll be on a podcast with people, you know, thought leaders, and then on his next teaching, on his next call with somebody, he's re-teaching what that person taught him.
- 55:04[SPEAKER_02]: He does give attribution to the person.
- 55:05[SPEAKER_02]: He gives credit like, hey, my friend Omar says this, or my friend Neil says this, but then he puts his application on it for the person.
- 55:12[SPEAKER_02]: He closes the circle for his group.
- 55:15[SPEAKER_02]: And so if you're always learning, you can be always teaching at a better level.
- 55:18[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, and they say, when you re-teach what it is you just learned, you're likely hit for remembering what you learned goes up to, I think, 42%.
- 55:28[SPEAKER_01]: When you write it, when you just write it down, it's 20 something percent.
- 55:31[SPEAKER_01]: If you do nothing, it's like 2% and all stats are made up on the spot.
- 55:36[SPEAKER_01]: That's 72%.
- 55:37[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 55:38[SPEAKER_01]: But it's true.
- 55:39[SPEAKER_01]: Like, as soon as you learn something, like literally
- 55:44[SPEAKER_01]: can't.
- 55:44[SPEAKER_01]: And do it selfishly so that it sticks and you're increasing the likelihood of it sticking.
- 55:51[SPEAKER_01]: So it's just powerful, you know, but something psychological that's really smart about what Christo does is he gives himself credit.
- 55:59[SPEAKER_02]: for adding the punchline to the framework, you know, because he taught me so many things and I thought they were all his ideas and he has amazing ideas by the way, but then I learned that part of them were Daniel Priestley's thing like they were from that conversation and then I then like but he made it applicable to my business.
- 56:25[SPEAKER_00]: to try and emulate somebody's likeness intellectual property like saying hey write this book like Alex would write it or something.
- 56:37[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I was at a mastermind some girl was actually like this was her agency Yeah, some dude was like what you're doing recently.
- 56:43[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, you like custard out I was like dang bro, but that was something I've used before like for your Instagram captions when I
- 56:50[SPEAKER_00]: Now I kind of write them manually because I feel like I've gotten to a point where I can do it myself instead of relying on AI, but something I use was this copy account on threads, you know, like just, you know, good, good copywriting and they would, you know, tweet stuff and I saved like maybe 25 30 threads of just great copy and I copied all of them and put them into a doc, paste it that into chat and then said,
- 57:18[SPEAKER_00]: use all of these as reference as to what is good copy and how I would like you to spit out phrases for me.
- 57:26[SPEAKER_00]: And that was like one way I leveraged that.
- 57:29[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, that's easy.
- 57:31[SPEAKER_02]: And they just copy paste from there.
- 57:33[SPEAKER_00]: Like you can upload all the pictures.
- 57:34[SPEAKER_00]: But I said use as reference.
- 57:35[SPEAKER_00]: I didn't say like write it.
- 57:37[SPEAKER_00]: Just just copy this.
- 57:39[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, which is what most people are doing.
- 57:41[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 57:41[SPEAKER_00]: He says reference is good.
- 57:43[SPEAKER_01]: Awesome.
- 57:44[SPEAKER_01]: Wow.
- 57:44[SPEAKER_01]: That was a good good stuff.
- 57:45[SPEAKER_01]: I think if you do nothing, you're a bum.
- 57:50[SPEAKER_01]: And we'll catch you in the next episode.
- 57:53[SPEAKER_01]: Check out the content to cast challenge.
- 57:55[SPEAKER_01]: And we'll see ya.
- 57:57[SPEAKER_01]: Thanks, guys.
- 57:59[SPEAKER_01]: Peace.
