- 0:02Hey, everybody, welcome to tea time with Amy and beb good day,
- 0:06Good day. How's life? I was gonna say the same thing to you,
- 0:11that's so funny now, but you know the same words because usually likes
- 0:15the same words. It's like, how's life. I was gonna say,
- 0:18how's life treating you? Oh, how's life? And I thought that's funny.
- 0:23I asked you first. I know it's true. Life was great.
- 0:27Life was great. I we kind of talked a little bit, I think
- 0:30in a different space. But it's like, my family's all had the little
- 0:35crappy cough or whatever has been going around. And I was holding not this
- 0:41past weekend, but a week ago. I was holding my grandson that's two
- 0:45months old and looking at him and he would wins every time he would swallow,
- 0:49and it's like, oh God, you know, here he goes.
- 0:50And I and I could sense my daughter's stress, this anxiety of something.
- 0:56You know, she's already had this experience with us cold whatever's going to and
- 1:00my grandson she's already experienced with her older son, and she's worried because she's
- 1:06already had she already kind of has an idea what this could look like and
- 1:08it's scary. It's scary when you have little ones and little ones can't talk
- 1:11to you. So I'm holding him and I'm asking God, can I take
- 1:15this away from him? And I got a yes. And as I'm sitting
- 1:19there, my throat starts to hurt. I starts to feel my throat starts
- 1:23to feel scratchy. I feel like I got to clear it, like something's
- 1:26going on in there. And finally I'm like, Okay, well it's time
- 1:29for me to go. I was there for like a few hours, but
- 1:32I was holding him like NonStop for like two and a half hours. And
- 1:36then I went ahead and went home. And from that moment on, I
- 1:38had like a cough for a couple of days, you know, a sore
- 1:42throat, no big deal. And then and then it kind of got me.
- 1:45And I thought every single time I would ask my daughter, how's the
- 1:49little one doing, and she would say, it's got a little bit of
- 1:52a running nose, a slight cough, but he's just smiling and happy like
- 1:56every time I say, me's smiling and happy. Foreman, when saw him
- 1:59a few days after that, smiling and happy like right. So it's just
- 2:02such a great reminder that I could do that. But the thing is that
- 2:07I'm learning it's not holding on to it, it's taking it from someone else.
- 2:10And it's also having the knowledge that we can't take something from someone else
- 2:15if this is for their experience, if this is for their growth. I
- 2:20was able to do that at this time, and I only had heard about
- 2:22it from somebody else from Alex Ferrari's Next Level Soul podcast that he was doing
- 2:27with some gentlemen that took on the grief of this younger mother that lost her
- 2:31husband. And I remember it. I think she had just had a baby
- 2:34or something. There was like all kinds of things going on, and he
- 2:36asked to take her grief, asked if he could, and he was given
- 2:38a yes, and he did take her grief, and he said it was
- 2:43so horrible at times that he wished that he could just give it back,
- 2:46but he realized that he could handle this. And I recognize that I could
- 2:50do this, and I think we all can do it. We do it
- 2:53anyways, but it's like, what do we do with it once we get
- 2:54it? Because I've done it before where I work on someone and maybe they
- 2:59can't cry, they can't share their emotions, but after I got done with
- 3:01them, I would sit and cry and cry and cry because I could release
- 3:05what they had. The thing is, I was releasing it this time.
- 3:07I'm kind of like I was like, nope, taking it. I'm taking
- 3:10it. I don't want to give it back. I'm keeping it. And
- 3:13it's like there was a few times it was a little scary. It's a
- 3:15little scary feeling not knowing where it's going. And I'm not usually sick,
- 3:20so it's like I'm recovering quickly. It's been a week. It would have
- 3:23been a week yesterday, and I'm almost completely done, except for I've got
- 3:25a slight cough occasionally. So it's just fascinating to have this experience, but
- 3:31to also recognize I put myself into a space again, you know, not
- 3:37honoring self. But at that point I felt like it was I was doing
- 3:42it for the little one I saw, because I just couldn't see him.
- 3:45Every time he would swallow in the WinCE and it's like, you don't want
- 3:49to see your a little bit two month old doing those kind of things.
- 3:52It's like, no, let's make you. If we can make you feel
- 3:53better in any way, let's do it. So that's been my experience so
- 3:59far, and it's been great, and I've been able to be home.
- 4:00My granddaughter got sick, so I got to be with her Wednesday and Thursday.
- 4:04She got to be with me all day long from like seven thirty till
- 4:09five or six, and so to me, for me, that was awesome
- 4:12as well. So it's been it's been a some other somebody else might look
- 4:16at it and say, oh, that sounds like that doesn't sound like a
- 4:18good time. Well, it's those little moments. Those it's so much experience
- 4:25and having that joy and just being in that space. And excuse me.
- 4:30My granddaughter would look at me, and I always love this. She would
- 4:33just look at me randomly and say I love you too. But she's always
- 4:38done that. It's always been I love you too. It's not I love
- 4:40you, it's I love you too. She'll be the first one to say
- 4:42it, but she says I love you too all the time, and I
- 4:45love it. This is that's like my fuel. So it's just been a
- 4:48wonderful week to be honest with you, how about yours? That's cool fulfilling
- 4:58week. So had time in Vegas with some family and then got home for
- 5:08a day and then went to Phoenix for a couple of days and got home,
- 5:12went dancing Friday night, and yesterday and today's strictly about catching up on
- 5:16things because I have a list of things to do and and it's all very
- 5:25beneficial, so it's, uh, it's all good. Just been very fulfilling
- 5:30and just rolling with it, really just seeing, you know, how is
- 5:41this showing up? And and my I have had a lot on my plate
- 5:46lately, and so things are just you just get things piled up and you're
- 5:49like, I'll do it later, I'll do it later. I'll do it
- 5:51later. And the list keeps getting longer and longer and longer. And my
- 5:56typical process is get overwhelmed by all of it because there is so much shut
- 6:03down, and then nothing gets done. And I think I just shared this
- 6:09recently on one of our podcast set No, I have all the time,
- 6:16space and energy I need to complete the tasks that need my attention right now
- 6:19or today, and so I just stay in that space and things get done.
- 6:26It's almost like magic. Things just get done and it's just a wonderful
- 6:30process. So I just always come back to that saying, and it just
- 6:36works. It just works, so it helps you check in. Yeah,
- 6:43so I've been reading this book and it's like they say you should check in,
- 6:46and it's from the eighteen hundreds, but she's saying you should check in
- 6:49with yourself every hour. Every hour. Am I in a space of fear
- 6:54or am I in a space of faith? It's simple. It's one or
- 6:57the other. It's not both, right, you can't be in both at
- 6:59the same time. So it's recognizing that and then finding a way to find
- 7:03yourself back into faith or back into joy or however you want to look at.
- 7:08But it was easy fear of faith, you know, love or fear,
- 7:12it's it's right back to the same thing. And faith, to me
- 7:15is it's like a knowing. It's you're being supported no matter what. You
- 7:18don't have to think about it. You don't have to think about it at
- 7:23all, you just get to experience it. Well. I create an acronym
- 7:28Well several years ago for faith's finding answers in the heart, so that faith
- 7:32is coming back into that spirit center. To me is the heart space.
- 7:35And just okay, saying what you just said, I mean either it's fear
- 7:41or faith, or it's fear or love. It's right. So overwhelm is
- 7:45on that path of fear that I'm not going to get everything done, I'm
- 7:47going to miss something, I'm going to overlook something. I'm gonna you know,
- 7:54miss you know, get my marketing out there. So that's all fear
- 7:58based. Love says, we got time, it's going to work out.
- 8:01We got this time is going to be creative for a space of time.
- 8:05Is going to be crave for you to get this done. And so just
- 8:09being relaxed and in that faith, a faith of going from your head to
- 8:16your heart space and you know, leaning into and depending on being spiritually led,
- 8:24lovingly led, and trust right relinquishing that control. So trust is used
- 8:31for a lot of people, especially if you're control freak or recovering control freak,
- 8:35which I am, and allowing the flow of things. So it's quite
- 8:43interesting to be in that space. And I've been doing it for a while
- 8:48and so it's not something new. It's just I'm still a human being,
- 8:52and I still have to come back to reminding myself I have all the time,
- 8:56space and energy I need to complete the tacity my attention today. And
- 9:00I just keep coming back to that and saying it and I will repeat it
- 9:03several times to help me get into that space. And that's you know,
- 9:07that's what you know, any affirmation is for as to how when you pick
- 9:13an affirmation that works or feels good, it really resonates with you. And
- 9:18repeating it several times, like talking five hundred to a thousand times a day,
- 9:24that's what helps start, you know, reprogramming your subconscious mind, but
- 9:28also the your energy. It will kind of reset your energy as to what
- 9:33you're focused on, how you're feeling, what you're thinking about, how you're
- 9:37talking. So that's yeah, that's where I'm at. Nice, But is
- 9:46it's like it all we're kind of basically saying the same thing. We're just
- 9:50finding ourselves and we're checking in more frequently and being aware of that kind of
- 9:54stuff. And it's like, I think about you because I have done this
- 9:56a million times too, but you know you, oh, I don't gonna
- 10:00do that right now, and to put it on the backburn and put it
- 10:01on the back burner. Next thing, you know, your head's so full,
- 10:03you start feeling anxiety, you start feeling all these things, and that's
- 10:07just because you got your backlogs right. And then it goes back to the
- 10:09same thing, picking up, like you've said before, pen and paper,
- 10:13pencil and paper, and sitting in writing every thought that's in your mind out
- 10:16on a piece of paper. And that's something I've been doing too. Excuse
- 10:20me? Is right? Everything? Just sit there, don't try, don't
- 10:24watch the TV, don't watch the podcasts, don't listen to music, don't
- 10:28do anything. Just sit there. Just sit there and relax. Who cares
- 10:33who's around you, who cares what noise is going on around you? And
- 10:35then everything that comes into your head right now on a piece of paper and
- 10:37see what it's all about. Yeah, you're in the middle of all that.
- 10:41You're getting information, You're receiving information, and you're gonna be like,
- 10:45what the hell is that in there? Why did I Why would I be
- 10:46thinking that? Well, you're probably not. You're probably receiving information, but
- 10:50you're clearing away the guck so you can actually see that you're receiving information.
- 10:54So it's awesome. This whole conversation we're having is letting people know, you
- 10:58know, to kind of get centered and get grounded and take some time for
- 11:01yourself and check in with yourself, like, how am I feeling right?
- 11:05This minute. Set an alarm on your phone to go off every hour,
- 11:07like a quiet alarm if you're at work or whatever, just to say,
- 11:11how am I feeling right now? Yeah, baith O here, Just to
- 11:15get in that space, just to have an awareness, and sometimes you're going
- 11:20to realize, well, I'm in fear. You might think it's anger,
- 11:22but below anger is spear. You might think it's ake, but below hate
- 11:24a spear that you know. It all revolves around the fear thing, but
- 11:28it's being aware of that and sometimes you can't get out of it right that
- 11:31second. And that's okay. You have an awareness, But then you can
- 11:35ask for things to be shown to you that are going to slowly uplift you.
- 11:39You can ask you could ask for anything. You can ask for a
- 11:41rapid, you know, movement. I want to feel great right this minute
- 11:46and see what happens, See what your great feels like compared to where you're
- 11:48at when you started. Yeah, I h that's a great reminder about the
- 11:54every hour theme last because last night I was when I get in and you
- 12:00get in that great creative mode, you don't think about time, You just
- 12:05do it right, You're just in it. Yeah, you're flowing. Yeah.
- 12:11I was sitting there and I was like, okay, so I got
- 12:16to get some marketing done. And when you're doing that, that is creativity,
- 12:20right, So and so I got into it and I look at the
- 12:26clock two and a half hours had gone by. I didn't even realize it.
- 12:33I was just like da da da, right, doing my thing,
- 12:37and then I got one project done, and then the next one was super
- 12:41simple, got it done. Another marketing piece took me not very long at
- 12:46all, less than probably less than thirty minutes. But it was just gotten
- 12:50into that flow. I didn't look at the clock. I was just doing
- 12:54my thing. And two and a half hours later, I was like,
- 12:56whoa, look at me. Go. It wasn't It wasn't, you know,
- 13:03because I have my notebook sitting next to me with my huge list of
- 13:07stuff to do, but to sit and just focus on the one thing,
- 13:13and which was a big piece of what was in the back of my mind
- 13:18going you need to get this done, you need to get this done,
- 13:20you need to get this done for like the last two weeks. Once I
- 13:24did that, the next piece flowed super simple, and then just getting some
- 13:30other things done. And so it's like sometimes sometimes we want to put the
- 13:37bigger pieces aside because it's so much and you do know it's going to take
- 13:41some several or a lot of time to do it. But at the same
- 13:46time, it's in that back of the head going I'm still here, you
- 13:48still need to do me gotta get it done. Once that piece was done
- 13:54last night, I could just feel my body relax, like it's such a
- 13:56huge difference. And now out today again going back to my list, getting
- 14:03some stuff done. But I'm also prioritizing what needs to be done first so
- 14:07that those those projects aren't back there going come on, now, what about
- 14:13me? So just recognizing, you know that you make a list, but
- 14:22make you know, select what's priority, put it, put in what's most
- 14:26important right now to get done and get those things done and then the rest
- 14:31will flow and it's it's okay, it's okay. So just always remembering.
- 14:37Also, one of the things that's huge, and it's it's kind of deep,
- 14:41is you know I could get into overwhelm, I could create that anxiety.
- 14:46I could be just going to shut down. What happens after that depression
- 14:52Like that is the typical programming for me from my hiss from my past.
- 14:56That's part of my story. And I also so no, I'm in control
- 15:01of how I feel. I get to choose what I want to do.
- 15:05I get to choose what I want to focus on. And if I go
- 15:09into that space again, if I go into overwhelm anxiety depression, then nothing
- 15:13gets done and then the list gets even bigger. So it's like, Okay,
- 15:18let's just take a breath. Let's know that we have all the time,
- 15:22space and energy we need. Let's be in the flow of spirit.
- 15:26Let's be in the flow of love and creativity. Because my energy matters.
- 15:33My energy that I'm putting into this marketing matters. If I'm putting overwhelming anxiety
- 15:39into my marketing, people will pick up on that energy and feel it.
- 15:43So to be in that space of it's okay, I got this, We're
- 15:46gonna get this done. This needs a little bit of time to focus.
- 15:50And then now that energy is going out, which is a much calmer energy,
- 15:56and people will pick up on that as well. So I get to
- 16:00use the energy that I'm exuding from myself and what I want to come back
- 16:04to me, right, because we get the giving and the receiving. So
- 16:07whatever I'm throwing, not throwing, but emanating out there. It's gonna come
- 16:11back, and so I want to be mindful what do I want to come
- 16:15back to me? That's what helps, going along with the conversation of checking
- 16:19in with yourself every single hour. It's the same thing, you know,
- 16:23it's being in that moment to kind of check in with yourself. Because we
- 16:26don't have to. We don't have to be in a struggle. We don't
- 16:30have to be we don't have to be angry, we don't have to be
- 16:33unhappy, we don't have to be a victim. We don't have to there's
- 16:36so many we don't have to things that we think that we've had to do.
- 16:38First, you don't have to go do something if you fill out any
- 16:41time that you know, get into your overwhelmed, take a nap. That
- 16:45was one of the Aster Hicks things, right, Abraham Hicks, is like
- 16:48take a nap. Stop for a few minutes and just take a nap,
- 16:51and then you know, get centered, refocus and start again, and then
- 16:55everything looks differently because sometimes we're in a moment we can't can't see it,
- 17:00and when you just can't do it, take a break, right, go,
- 17:03sit, go outside and put your feet in the dirt. You'll put
- 17:06it in the grass, whatever. For fifteen minutes, ten minutes, just
- 17:11take the time to sit and notice that. Gosh. I hear about how
- 17:15much the earth is healing and all that stuff, and how I process this
- 17:18because you know, I believe in the grounding mats. When I had had
- 17:21a surgery, I had to have full up within a couple of days of
- 17:25the surgery that I had, and the doctor told me, you don't have
- 17:26any swelling, no inflammation. Well, I guess you want to have some
- 17:30inflammation because you want the buy to heal. But there wasn't the inflammation that
- 17:33you would typically see because I was sitting on the grounding mats. But then
- 17:37I thought, how often do we not give ourselves that time every day to
- 17:41at least go out and put our feet in the dirt. I don't.
- 17:44I haven't. I talk about how it's the beneficial for everybody. I hear
- 17:47about how beneficial it is, but yet I don't do it because I don't
- 17:51make time for myself. And that was something I recognized. It's so easy
- 17:55to get so wrapped up in everything that you're doing and everything around you that
- 17:57you don't take time for yourself, whatever that looks like, you know,
- 18:02taking a bubble bath at night, not answering the phone call after eight o'clock,
- 18:06whatever the situations are. You know, when you pick up the phone,
- 18:10you see even if it's someone you love, and you're like, I
- 18:11just can't do it right now. Don't make yourself do it. Put the
- 18:14phone down, let it leave a message, and then you can return it
- 18:15when you're in a different space to handle it. It's just having an awareness
- 18:19of yourself, what do you need because it's like everybody else can need something,
- 18:23and you're always going to find some position to fulfill for somebody. There's
- 18:27always somebody that needs something always, but we forget about ourselves so frequently.
- 18:33And I do it too. And we're right around the holiday season. I
- 18:36watch I go over and we have dinners and stuff like that with family and
- 18:40stuff, and I see how how much they do ahead of time, when
- 18:44it's like it could be so much easier than that, but there is no
- 18:48you know, where you're just spending more time to have it catered, have
- 18:51food prepared ahead of time, so you just have to throw it in the
- 18:52oven. Like we put so much effort and time into these things, into
- 18:56the mill and all the stuff that we're going to do instead of just in
- 19:00the company that's around us, just enjoying that we had that we had days
- 19:03off to have the time to come together. We missed the mark on a
- 19:07lot of things. I feel like or we have. We don't always miss
- 19:10the mark. I think there's millions of people out there that are doing the
- 19:11same thing, just celebrating life in all moments, and that's really where I
- 19:15want to be at, just celebrating life. It's because that's what it's about.
- 19:18We're here to thrive, not to suffer, and figure out how just
- 19:22to survive. We've been surviving our whole lives, or we wouldn't even be
- 19:26having this conversation right now. We made it to this point. So it's
- 19:29just recognizing where we're at right now and how much and remembering again asking yourself
- 19:33over and over and over again, how can I get better for this?
- 19:36I don't care if you're happening in the most magnificent day, ever, how
- 19:38can I get better for this? We're just giving your reminders. It's like
- 19:41we're close to the end of the year and this is like a good time
- 19:44for the reminders. This is the time for talking about setting up doing your
- 19:48twelve card reading for the following for twelve months for the next year, or
- 19:52if you're going by the real calendar I would call the thirteenth month calendar,
- 19:56then you would probably do it differently. But it's just like in that space
- 20:00of again, that's taking time for yourself. It's it's taking time to receive
- 20:04messages for yourself because that's for your calendar what you expect for the next year,
- 20:08and then reading it like we've done, I've learned from you, and
- 20:11then reading it every single month or every single day, several times a day,
- 20:15and recognizing where it's coming from, and even looking back at it and
- 20:18saying, oh, I didn't have any clue what that really meant, and
- 20:22now I have an understanding because I've already been through it. You could look
- 20:23back. So now you have experience and you have something that you can discuss
- 20:27with someone else because this has been your experience. You had a feelings,
- 20:30you had emotions, whatever it is. From the whole process, it's like
- 20:33it's a win win, that's my point. It's a w win with Amien
- 20:41bad Thanks for having on Thanks well. I liked that you said, especially
- 20:49right now during the holidays. We're in December. It's December tenth right now
- 20:52that we're doing this recording. And you know, especially people with families that
- 21:00kids in school. You got the plays, they have the extracurricular activities,
- 21:04they have the shopping, the party planning, all the stuff, and there's
- 21:08a lot going on right now. And so remembering that with remembering that,
- 21:18we have a spiritual energy available to us to help us navigate life. So
- 21:25whether that's God, universe source, love, angels, arch angels, ascended
- 21:30master, spirit, guides, deceased loved ones, whatever that energy is for
- 21:33you and that you lean towards, is to remember, take a breath,
- 21:40just like BEV saying, right, set a timer, set an alarm every
- 21:44hour, Take a breath, even if that's all you can do for now,
- 21:48it's gonna be huge because you're gonna notice how differently. And when I
- 21:53say take a breath, I mean take a deep breath, because when we
- 21:56get into overwhelm and anxiety and so much to do and thinking about all the
- 22:02things that are coming up and have to take care of that, we are
- 22:06shallow breathers in that overwhelming anxiety creates shallow breath. So when you have that
- 22:12opportunity to take a deep breath, I mean, not only is it calming,
- 22:19I would suggest not just one, but maybe three to five at least,
- 22:22But if you can only take it one deep breath right now, then
- 22:26that's great. So it's it's calming to the body. It's bringing calming to
- 22:32your central nervous system, to your reptilian brain when we don't need to be
- 22:37in fight or flight constantly. It's bringing in more oxygen to your body,
- 22:42which is beneficial for your organs and your brain and your blood. So breathing,
- 22:48intentional deep breathing so vitally important. And you'll notice that when the more
- 22:56you do that, the more relaxed you are in your body and the more
- 23:00flow you create. Because when when you are in that overwhelming anxiety space,
- 23:07that is an indicator of what you're focused on. You're focused on, the
- 23:10busyness, you're focused on, not enough time, you're focused on there so
- 23:14much to do, and whatever we focus on grows and then you'll notice like
- 23:18it's constant because that's what you're focused on. But when I like for myself
- 23:23as an example, when I say, yeah, I'm gonna take the breath.
- 23:27I'm gonna remember I have all the time, space and energy I need
- 23:30to complete the tasks that need my attention today. That puts me in that
- 23:34flow state of everything is gonna work out, and I'm focused on things are
- 23:41done. End of story. Things are done, Things are getting done.
- 23:47It's it's all gonna get done, and it's okay in the timeframe that it
- 23:51gets done. And when I do that, it seems like more time in
- 23:56my day is created or things are just because well, because things are flowing
- 24:02so easily, not the struggle. And that's where you know Beth bed was
- 24:07talking about that it's either faith or fear, faith or love or love or
- 24:11fear that trusting that process, it's okay, it's okay right where you're at.
- 24:19It's okay that you have a lot of stuff on your plate, and
- 24:23it's okay to take a breath and relax for a few moments. But vitally
- 24:30important is how important that deep breathing process is for your body. And then
- 24:38it goes makes me go back to an affirmation I used to say all the
- 24:41time, is I have plenty of time and money to take excellent care of
- 24:45myself. And I do you know, it's it's doing that and that,
- 24:48and that's that's the beginning right there. If you're just gonna even if it's
- 24:52like you said, if it's one breath, if you're taking that hour and
- 24:53you're or going to that hour and your alarm just went off and you just
- 24:56take that one breath, you've just taken time for your You'll find more time
- 25:00for yourself. It will happen. Life will flow much easier. But we've
- 25:03put our we throw all the fricking tracks in front of our tire to blow
- 25:07our tires up. I mean, we set ourselves up for failure in so
- 25:11many ways by the programs we've received, the programming we've received. But we
- 25:15can do things so differently. And that's what we're learning right now, and
- 25:18that's what we're telling everybody that's listening, like we're finding different ways to have
- 25:22experiences and not have to be in the same space as that we were before.
- 25:26Because I was in that space all the time. I haven't decorated for
- 25:30Christmas at all either. And it's like, you know what it is,
- 25:32what it is, it is what it is. If it goes up on
- 25:34day before Christmas, then comes down the day after Christmas. I don't care
- 25:38it's not because it's not about all that stuff. It's really not about and
- 25:42if you're enjoying it, then do it. But if it's become a job
- 25:45for you, I want to rethink your jobs. You might want to rethink
- 25:49what you're doing, because if you don't find joy and the things that you're
- 25:52doing, you probably need to find something else to be doing, or find
- 25:56a different way, a different perspective of how you can look at things.
- 25:59We've talked about going to the gym. Right before, it was always I
- 26:03was I had goals, I was doing competitions, I was doing all these
- 26:06things. Well, I don't have any any goals right now as far as
- 26:08that goes, so kind of willy nilly, of course. And then I've
- 26:12been out six so honoring the body right, taking the time and not overdoing
- 26:17it. Normally in the past, I would have taken a couple of Addville
- 26:19cold and sinus or something and went to work anyways period, because that's what
- 26:26I always did. So this is it's been awesome just to honor myself and
- 26:29take the time, and it's like, I know the universe is going to
- 26:32support me because I've got faith. I know that it's going to show up.
- 26:36It's just me staying out of the way. I can tell where I'm
- 26:38at if I'm constantly saying, Okay, I got faith, the universe bringing
- 26:41me money, Money's coming to me, everything's coming. But if I'm doing
- 26:45that that I'm trying to convince myself and I don't have the faith yet.
- 26:48So I'm noticing where that's at. And it's like, Okay, how do
- 26:51I feel right this minute? I can change my energy the way I feel
- 26:53and raise it up, and then I'm naturally it. You naturally attract better
- 26:57things to just naturally you do. You're high vibing, You're gonna vibrate with
- 27:02something higher, so what you know, love vibrates higher. So it's you're
- 27:06gonna find more love. You're gonna find more time to love yourself. You're
- 27:10gonna find more time to love your family, your animals. So there's like
- 27:14all these things that are going on, and it's it doesn't have to be
- 27:18like you said, it doesn't have to be to that point of overwhelm.
- 27:19It really doesn't. We can totally be on top of things and be enjoying
- 27:23life and we're teaching everybody without having to tell them, Hey, this is
- 27:27what I'm doing. Just do it. Just be yourself, Just be which
- 27:33is what I've been doing lately too, not having any of the labels,
- 27:36not having not being bad, not wanting to be something else. Gosh,
- 27:41I've I've been processing lately. How I don't. I don't think I've I
- 27:45want to release everything that I've ever put on myself, like, well,
- 27:49she looks cuter than me, she's sure than me. Oh, she's prettier
- 27:52than me. I like her skin color. I like that, you know,
- 27:56No matter what, I looked at myself like like there was something wrong
- 27:59with me, like I had the plague or something there was. I looked
- 28:02at myself like that all the time. And now I'm finding a different space,
- 28:04a different way of looking at myself. I'm finding myself in a different
- 28:07space. So I can do that and recognize how many times I've I put
- 28:11myself down because I was comparing myself to others and recognizing that I released that
- 28:18I release how I've tried to groom myself into what I think that I should
- 28:25look like according to what everybody else looks like. You just it's so easy
- 28:29to lose yourself and everybody else. And that's what that's was my beginnings.
- 28:33That was my beginnings because I didn't think that this was good enough, so
- 28:37I was always looking outside of self to find something to be good enough.
- 28:41And now I'm realizing it's like, let go of all that stuff and then
- 28:44see what comes into your mind. Well, that the overwhelmed, the anxiety,
- 28:49the path of fear. It's all also in that space of wanting to
- 28:56suffer or still choosing to suffer. Shut suffer and say the word choosing to
- 29:03suffer, because it just amplifies the under the story that we're hanging on to
- 29:11I'm not good enough. And so the laundry list of things to do,
- 29:15gifts to buy, events to be to, supporting this person, supporting that
- 29:21person, going to work full time, all the things that when overwhelming anxiety
- 29:29starts showing up, that's choosing to suffer because I'm not getting this stuff done.
- 29:37And when I don't get this stuff done, it just shows and proves
- 29:41that I'm still not good enough. So we're always in that space when it
- 29:45comes to survival mode of trying to prove that we're good enough, but in
- 29:48that we're suffering because that's what we're subconsciously is not a conscious thing, but
- 29:55subconsciously we're focused on it of that I'm not good enough story that's been ingreened
- 30:00in our subconscious mind, and we keep compounding and proving ourselves right by the
- 30:11things that we're focused on, which is a survival mode and all the things
- 30:17to get done. It's just the same thing if you keep your grocery list
- 30:21in your head, you go to the grocery store, you forget, you
- 30:25get home, you forget something, and you're like, geez, well,
- 30:29that's another opportunity to beat yourself up, put yourself down, say I'm not
- 30:34good enough, even though those aren't the words that you choose I'm not good
- 30:38enough, it's oh, geez, well, there you have it. I
- 30:41was just at the store and totally forgot that. You're beating yourself up over
- 30:47that. So that's the direction of overwhelming anxiety, is just giving you the
- 30:52opportunity to show how you're not good enough and none of that's true or stories
- 31:00that were created when you were little, and you're still hanging on to it.
- 31:04So when you take the information from your head and put it on paper,
- 31:08you don't have to remember it. You take the grocery list and put
- 31:12it in the notes in your phone, so you have the list with you.
- 31:17Every time you think about something that you need from the grocery store,
- 31:21you put it on your list in your phone because you know, you know,
- 31:25like you know that phone is attached to you. A list on a
- 31:29piece of paper. You're going to leave it on the counter, you're going
- 31:30to leave it at work, you're going to leave it in the wherever,
- 31:34but you know you're gonna have your phone with you. So that's where I
- 31:37put my grocery list is in my phone. And every time I think about
- 31:41something or ever with you. Every time I notice that we're out of something
- 31:45or I need to get something special, I put it on my grocery list
- 31:48that's on my phone. So taking it from your head and putting it out
- 31:52here, just like just like the list of things I have to do.
- 32:00I just sat down with a notebook. I wrote everything down, and here's
- 32:06what happens. That's setting an intention that these things are going to get done.
- 32:12And when you set your intention and you trust that things are going to
- 32:15get done, the universe creates God, angels, whoever creates the space for
- 32:22you to get those things done because you're setting that intention. That's similar to
- 32:27here we are at the end of the year, New Year's coming. A
- 32:30lot of people set goals. I've learned to instead of setting goals, set
- 32:35intentions. What things would I like to accomplish in the year of twenty twenty
- 32:39four, and maybe break it down by month or quarter instead of the whole
- 32:45year. Maybe you have a whole year goal or intention, but then break
- 32:51it down in Okay, what do I need to get done in these first
- 32:52ninety days to move toward that goal or intention. So that's huge when it
- 33:05comes to manifesting. So you might even get like a vision board and put
- 33:13pictures on it so that you can see it. So not only are you
- 33:16reading what your intentions are your goals, are you seeing it on this board
- 33:21with these pictures representing your goals or intentions. And I've been doing this for
- 33:27a few years now. For my mentor, she's like, take all areas
- 33:32of your life and set an intention, just one. Doesn't have to be
- 33:37a whole lot, just set and intention or goal for each area of your
- 33:43life. So your business or your job, your career, your finances,
- 33:47your relationships, what fun things do you want to do in the year?
- 33:52Do you want to travel? Where do you want to go? Like,
- 33:54write those things down, have them available so you can look at them and
- 34:00then see what happens. I've been doing this for a few years and at
- 34:04least half of my lists comes to fruition, and every time it does,
- 34:08I'm just amazing. It's so exciting to me. I'm like, oh,
- 34:12look what happened. And sometimes it's very somewhat high ticketed items or experiences that
- 34:21I want to have and they just come to fruition and it's so cool.
- 34:24It's so fun to play with that. So even if you're just in that
- 34:28playful mindset and say, eh, well nothing's worked out so far, so
- 34:32why not just try this and what they're talking about and see see what comes
- 34:37out of it and be playful with it. And it's a lot of fun
- 34:42to do that. So that's what And it's funny that you talked about doing
- 34:45the spread and all that, because that's at the top of my list today
- 34:51when we get done, is to do that twelve month spread and set and
- 34:55do my intentions for next year. Nice I like it. I'll do mine
- 35:01to you. I've been I have it. It's been on my mind kind
- 35:05of you know that I know I'm going to be doing it here pretty soon,
- 35:07so and I always just look for motivation. When it's when it's time
- 35:10to just do it, I just sit down and automatically do it. Writes
- 35:14that flow, So it's in my It's on my list of things to do,
- 35:19if I have a list, but it's like sometimes I do make one,
- 35:23but I mean it's just like that's just kind of like kind of what
- 35:28I do too, not not to the probably extent you're you're pretty organized.
- 35:31I used to be very organized, and I kind of stepped away from all
- 35:35that stuff, probably because I don't have to do it. I mean somewhat
- 35:38organized, and it's like things are going to work out or they're just I'm
- 35:40not even I'm kind of black Today's coal about that kind of stuff anymore.
- 35:45But it but me doing that is actually open the door for more flow to
- 35:50flow to me, because I was trying to control every aspect of it and
- 35:54that doesn't work out very well. It works out so much nicer when you
- 35:58allow flow to happen and you pay attention to all the messages, and like
- 36:01you said, it is fun It is fun when you see how things show
- 36:06up for you and you don't try to orchestrate how it's going to happen,
- 36:08and it showed and it just happens. You know, you might have something
- 36:12on that list, and all of a sudden someone says, hey, I
- 36:14got to run by and drop something off for you. Do you mind,
- 36:16and then drop you off something that's on your list because it's something that you
- 36:21know you wanted. So it's like, Oh, that's freaking awesome. It
- 36:22was on my list. It's just having an idea and letting life freaking surprise
- 36:27and delight you instead of having expectations. Believe me, I've lived a life
- 36:30of expectations. It doesn't work out very well. It's not fun, and
- 36:36it never goes the way you think it's going to go. And then when
- 36:38you and then at that point the way that I would get things to go
- 36:42my way, I might have to fight to get to my go my way,
- 36:45but I would get it there. But did I have fun getting to
- 36:46that point? No? And that's the whole thing. It can always be
- 36:50fun. There's no reason that it has to be traumatizing or like we said,
- 36:53back to the struggling all that stuff, like, it's so much easier
- 36:57than that. And I enjoy buying presence and I enjoy doing those things,
- 37:00and I know that universe is going to it's going to surprise and delight me.
- 37:05And I like to help out my kids, so you know what,
- 37:07the universe is going to find more ways for me to be able to help
- 37:10out my kids. And it's like, I'm always going to be able to
- 37:13do it. You're one of the things you said supporting, Like, if
- 37:16you're supporting another or any that kind of stuff, your mindset has a lot
- 37:21to do with how you're supporting the other. If you're feeling like, oh
- 37:23god, I got to go to work again to support this person, they're
- 37:27not doing anything, I mean whatever. If you're finding all the flaws or
- 37:30all the reasons why that it sucks and you're supporting someone, it's going to
- 37:34continue sucking. But if you can find ways that you can support people and
- 37:38like enjoy yourself, I really enjoy It doesn't matter where that person's out on
- 37:42their path right now. I just enjoy giving. I enjoy being in that
- 37:45space. And then being in that space of giving, you allow yourself to
- 37:50receive as well. And again that goes back to the same part of the
- 37:53conversation we talked about, check in with yourself. How are you feeling right
- 37:57now? Are you in a space of faith or fear? It's so simple
- 38:01and it sounds so simple, but really the more you de about time to
- 38:06it, it really is simple. It's a lot of youering the shit you've
- 38:09been doing already as believe me, I've been doing that stuff that doesn't feel
- 38:13good, yeah, for sure, and also remembering that wherever you are right
- 38:20now, especially if you're in that space of struggle and survival mode, is
- 38:27that you made choices and decisions that brought you into that where you're at right
- 38:36now, and it's okay. It's okay because you were doing what you knew
- 38:40how to do with the information and knowledge and wisdom you had at the time.
- 38:45And you get to a point most people that it's like, I don't
- 38:52like feeling like this anymore. I don't like this heaviness. I don't like
- 38:54feeling lost, I don't like struggling, I don't like being your full all
- 39:00time. I'm tiredly overwhelmed. I'm tired of the anxiety. Like you just
- 39:02get to a space where you just want something different, because really you're just
- 39:07reaching that emotional and mental exhaustion point and and choose and wanting to choose to
- 39:15do something different, but you don't know what that is. But when you're
- 39:21when you keep asking that internal question through to the universe, God, angels,
- 39:27whoever, the answer comes. And so somebody might share this podcast with
- 39:32you or somebody else's podcast or a book, or you're going to have a
- 39:37conversation. Somebody can say, you know, I did this thing. It's
- 39:39really helped me and I feel so much better and I'm finding my life feeling
- 39:44lighter, and I'm experiencing more happiness, and my relationships are getting better and
- 39:49my finance. You know what. That's the that's universe saying here's the information.
- 39:54Do something with it. So that's the thing is when you get the
- 40:00you got to implement it. You got to practice. And life is a
- 40:04practice. We're practicing all the time. It's the same with the medical doctor,
- 40:09right they call it practicing medicine. We are practicing life. So we've
- 40:14practiced survival for so long and now it's how do I relax? How do
- 40:20I get some calmness? I mean, how do I get some ease?
- 40:22And flow. How do I increase the health of my relationships and my physical
- 40:29health. It's a practice. So you get the information that you've been desiring,
- 40:35and now it's time to implement it. And don't implement everything you hear
- 40:39all at once, because then you go into overwhelmed. You're going to shut
- 40:44down, and then you get depressed. You get back into the space that
- 40:45you are before, and then you got to get the momentum going again.
- 40:51Practice one thing for a while till you're good at it, and then the
- 40:55next piece. Practice it for a while until you're good at it, and
- 41:00these things become a habit. You just do it and it's automatic. That's
- 41:05how we develop our habits. You do it, and do it, and
- 41:07do it and do it and do it. Now, you might have to
- 41:08set reminders, like Bev said, set a reminder, set an alarm on
- 41:13your phone for every hour to take some a deep breath. Once you do
- 41:20that consistently, the body gets used to Your brain and your body get used
- 41:22to it, and then and then it's automatic. You don't have to set
- 41:27that reminder anymore. You're gonna find that you're gonna take a deep breath every
- 41:30forty minutes on your own, and then it's gonna be every thirty minutes on
- 41:34your own, and it's gonna be every twenty six minutes on your own.
- 41:37You're just gonna be start You're gonna start breathing deeper more often because you've programmed
- 41:43your mind and body to be in congruency with doing that practice. So you
- 41:47then it's like you do something else that's gonna be beneficial for your mind and
- 41:55body and your emotions to feel good, feel better. So practice, practice,
- 42:01practice, It's not a one and done, yep. And you get
- 42:09yourself into that space of you know, you're paying attention to yourself. You're
- 42:14bringing in that life for us that we call breath. You're you're without even
- 42:20doing you don't have to even do all the tools. It's just the breath.
- 42:22It's just taking the breath because you're automatically going to release your body from
- 42:25that fight or flight mode that's shallow breathing. You're all these You're gonna benefit
- 42:30your stress levels a lot, and then you're gonna start seeing that things are
- 42:34a lot easier, they're a little bit clearer. It's just and I tell
- 42:37people all the time, you know, pay attention to your hands. It's
- 42:39like your hands are all gripped up and they're making fists. You're holding on
- 42:44the stuff it and you can't get anything else if you're holding on the stuff.
- 42:46So it's learning how to let go of that, finding out what that
- 42:50is? What am I holding on to you? And then again I will
- 42:52tell you, without doing anything at all, without having to do any work
- 42:57at all, take the time for breath, because you take that breath and
- 43:00these things start your perspective of why oh, because my victim might tell me
- 43:04was my hand all bunched uff? All these things happened to me, and
- 43:07you know, I'm gonna hold on to it. But it's like on the
- 43:08other but do I want to be happy? Yeah, well the only way
- 43:12I can be me, The only way I can be happy is by letting
- 43:15that stuff go. It's allow that flow and it's back to the breath again.
- 43:19You know, we talk about all these things to do and these affirmations,
- 43:22which are great because anybody that's out there doing affirmations, but really there's
- 43:25such simple things for us to do, and it's just like we've been talking,
- 43:30it's just a breath. It's just taking that time for that breath.
- 43:32It's just taking that time for a minute to see how am I feeling right
- 43:37this minute? Just giving yourself that attention, because guess what you're worth it?
- 43:42Yeah, yeah, I had. I had a class last week,
- 43:46teaching an archangel class right now, and we're talking about doing looking in the
- 43:52mirror and doing affirmations, and it's covered that piece. So at the end
- 43:55of the class, I asked each person what piece resonated, what piece of
- 44:02information from this class tonight resonated with you the most? And the one lady
- 44:08said, being okay with looking in the mirror and saying an affirmation, And
- 44:19I get it. I was there too. I didn't want to look at
- 44:21myself in the mirror and tell me, tell myself how wonderful I was because
- 44:25I didn't believe it. But that's also because I was in that struggle and
- 44:30suffering and not good enough story and all this stuff. But I tell you,
- 44:35the more I told myself how amazing I was in different affirmations, different
- 44:42words, and just keep reiterating that every single day, maybe several times a
- 44:46day, every time I passed a mirror. How many times you go to
- 44:50a bathroom and there's a mirror right there, you can take some moment and
- 44:53tell yourself some good things about yourself. It's so it's so benefit official for
- 45:00this path that you're choosing to be on. Awesome. And then I want
- 45:09to talk to you, know, I just want to say, Bev mentioned
- 45:13the breath is just breathe people. Let's let me just tell you. People
- 45:17who have breathing problems are not breathing in life. People have digestive issues are
- 45:23not digesting life. So with just those two things, it's our perception of
- 45:30how we're viewing life. And like Bev and I have talked about over and
- 45:35over, so it's okay for me to speak for hers. We were in
- 45:38survival mode for years, for over half our life being in survival mode,
- 45:47and how discomfort, how uncomfortable that was in our body and in our mind,
- 45:52and knowing we wanted something different, And because we chose to do something
- 45:58different, because we chose to do some healing around our story in our past,
- 46:04because we're choosing to tell ourselves affirmations in the mirror, because we're choosing
- 46:08to sit and breathe and be, because we're choosing to be in that space
- 46:15of get it out of my head and onto paper because we're choosing differently and
- 46:21practicing it on a regular basis is because that's what's contributing to us having these
- 46:27conversations every week like this, not only for us, so I mean,
- 46:30we know it's beneficial for us because anything that we're talking about, we need
- 46:34to hear it ourselves. It's a reminder for ourselves. So we're just talking
- 46:38to each other to have the conversation out loud for ourselves, reminding ourselves of
- 46:43these things, and sharing it publicly for other people to utilize the information as
- 46:49well. So everything that we've done, everything that we've been through, every
- 46:52experience, good, bad and different ugly doesn't matter. It has brought us
- 46:58here to have these calms with each other today. If we hadn't chosen the
- 47:02route of doing something different for ourselves, of wanting to feel better, we
- 47:07wouldn't be here doing this. We would be still victims to our circumstances,
- 47:12living our lives, struggling in that survival mode still and hating life. I'm
- 47:19just going to say, be hating life. And I didn't want to do
- 47:22that. And I knew that when I was in my twenties and teens that
- 47:28I wanted something different. And because I stayed persistent at that, I got
- 47:34the information, I got the tools, I got the people, I got
- 47:36the classes, I got the workshops, I got the conferences, I got
- 47:38the webinars, I got the zoom right. It all just kept coming,
- 47:44and here I am today. Is my life a bed of roses? No,
- 47:49but I'll tell you there's way less thorns, And it's so much sure
- 47:57it is. It's a bet of roses with less thorns, That is what
- 48:00I meant to say, the better roses with less thorns. Meaning it's so
- 48:05much more enjoyable to be in my garden, so much more enjoyable to be
- 48:08with myself and in my life. And is everything always perfect? No,
- 48:15it's not. But it also gives me more opportunity to practice the things that
- 48:21I talk about and I teach. And the better I get, the more
- 48:23information I have to share with my students and clients and on this podcast.
- 48:31So we're gaining information so we can share it. We're having human experiences so
- 48:36we can share it. What's working, what's not working, what we find
- 48:40is beneficial. So implement something, do something for yourself that feels good.
- 48:51Perfect, I like it. It's fabulous. It is nice hun especially this
- 49:01time of year. Oh yeah, I recognize my granddaughter every time when I
- 49:07pick her up. She's like all over the place one minute. One second
- 49:12she wants to color. The next second, after we've gotten the colors and
- 49:15the crayon, you know, everything we're going to use and what we're going
- 49:17to color on, she's ready to go do something else. So having to
- 49:21get her to slow down, and then recognizing during this conversation, it's not
- 49:23recognizing because she's mirroring. She's mirroring what we do all the time. A
- 49:29lot of people do all the time, and mirroring that, you know,
- 49:31not staying on task or not staying focused on one thing, like have an
- 49:36idea of what you want to do in light and then you like start getting
- 49:39set on that platform and you start going for it, and then you,
- 49:44I don't know, self sabotage because you think in speaking out loud, self
- 49:47sabotage because you think you're not worthy of doing it. It's oh, it's
- 49:51not you're not going to be able to do that. You're not because everybody
- 49:53else does that or whatever. It's recognizing in the conversation. So it's good,
- 49:58Like you said, it's good to have these conversations because then we start
- 50:00recognizing things. It's not a finger pointing game game. It's a looking at
- 50:05yourself, looking at why are these things showing up to you? Why is
- 50:08it being mirrored to you that this is happening. Why can't she sit still?
- 50:12Because she also knows that we're like that in a lot of ways too,
- 50:15that we're not focused on just one thing. So I've been getting her
- 50:20focused on one thing at a time, and then once we complete that task,
- 50:22then we're onto the next thing, which maybe no one ever did with
- 50:25me. Maybe it was always onto the next, onto the next. I
- 50:28don't care what you're doing right now, Come do this. You know what
- 50:30I mean, taking you away from those things. But it's having an awareness
- 50:34and then doing something different because obviously what you've been doing probably isn't working out.
- 50:39Not you in particular, but like anybody in particular, us doing the
- 50:44old routine, the shallow breathing, the blame self, blame game, the
- 50:49overextending of self, the making ourselves go to work even when we're sick.
- 50:54There's a million things. But recognizing that none of that stuff is necessary and
- 50:59you're still still worthy you're still worthy just simply because you exist, because you
- 51:05bring value that you don't even recognize the value that you bring. It might
- 51:07just a it might be just a smile that you gave to your coworker that
- 51:12felt suicidal. It might be you just happen to say something to have a
- 51:15nice day to someone genuinely in care or thank you, and then that person
- 51:20feels like they've been seen and heard. There's just there's a million reasons why
- 51:23we're here, and those are all valuable and valid reasons to be here.
- 51:29Absolutely, as you are talking, this might be a whole nother conversation,
- 51:34but it goes along with what you were saying about your granddaughter picking up on
- 51:37the energy of basically not being settled. Right, it's all over the place.
- 51:44Just do this, let's do this, let's do this. You know,
- 51:45if you think about people with ADHD kind of what they're doing, right,
- 51:52they're all over the place. They're doing this. So that's normal.
- 51:55That's been normal for my family. So yeah, for all of us,
- 52:00this is what if? What if ADHD is not an a not a physical
- 52:07issue, it's an energetic issue. And then the fetus when it was in
- 52:13the in the womb of the mother, and the mother had that energy of
- 52:19not good enough, of overwhelm, of anxiety, of depression, of oh
- 52:22god, it is and all over the place. And now that fetus comes
- 52:25out with that energy. That baby comes into this world with that energy.
- 52:29And now it's as it gets older, it's going to mirror that to the
- 52:31parents or to the people who's around them, and it's an indicator of let's
- 52:38take a breath, let's slow down. How are we going to do that
- 52:44together? How are we going to shift this energy? Well, collectively,
- 52:46if you had a mom, a dad, siblings, and then the child
- 52:50with the ADHD all sitting there and taking a breath and calming down, it's
- 52:54benefiting the whole family, not just focused on what's wrong with the child.
- 53:00Child, what's wrong with this child that can't focus? What's wrong with this
- 53:02child? Is all over the place, can't sis still, it's always fidgeting.
- 53:07It's probably an energy thing. Yeah, for the most part, it
- 53:10is probably an energy thing. It is not a physical problem. But we
- 53:17want I'm not going to go there so anyway, So learning to again coming
- 53:27back to the breath, taking some deep rounds of breathing, being just be
- 53:31just for a few moments. I'm not asking you do it for five minutes
- 53:35or an out. I'm asking you for a few moments. Take some deep
- 53:39rounds of breathing. I think it's about three to probably about five breaths for
- 53:44a minute, meaning it takes about five deep breaths in a minute, So
- 53:52one minute, five deep breasts. Let me clear, be clear on what
- 53:55I'm trying to say. One minute for deep breaths. You have that.
- 54:02It takes that just to go to the bathroom, So do it while you're
- 54:05in the bathroom. Do it while you're driving. You can take some deep
- 54:12rounds of breathing while you're driving, Folks, you can still be focused on
- 54:15driving while you're breathing. You're breathing anyway, Just go deeper. It's true.
- 54:22And if that's got to be the practice. If you've got a multitask
- 54:25you're deep breathing with something, do it while you're doing laundry or dishes or
- 54:30vacuuming or driving or bathroom. And then take it a step further. Maybe
- 54:37you set for two minutes for deep breathing. Whatever works. Do something,
- 54:45practice something that's going to help you be more in tune with your body,
- 54:50more present, more in this moment, and more relaxed. Sounds good,
- 54:59sounds like it you all right? Yeah, hardest. I saw a lady
- 55:04in the gym the other day and I had just gotten done with my workout
- 55:07and she I don't even know what the words were said, to be honest
- 55:14with you, she said something and I and I just looked at her and
- 55:20I said, well, congratulations to you for just showing up. That's the
- 55:24hardest part is just getting to the gym. That's the hardest part, showing
- 55:32up for yourself. Yeah, yeah, it's true. Any final words,
- 55:42my dear, avoid labels, labeling yourself ADHD or any of those things,
- 55:49and I'll go all in that with. My grandson was telling me I have
- 55:54anger issues, and I said, you have anger issues and he said,
- 55:59yeah, anger issues. I said, well, I think you have anger,
- 56:01but I don't think it's an issue, because I think sometimes we have
- 56:06anger because how we feel, and it's all right to have those feelings.
- 56:08And then finding out where it's coming from us, coming from his best friends
- 56:12that they've been telling me as anger issues, and then again it goes back
- 56:15with the energy, Well, maybe his anger is issues are not being heard
- 56:19at home, maybe his anger issues are and it's not an anger issue,
- 56:22right, But it's so easy. Kids hear these labels and then they identify
- 56:25with it and then they take it along with them the whole way. And
- 56:30it's not necessary. So it's like back to the where we've been talking this
- 56:32whole time. Even they can stop and learn how to breathe, Stop and
- 56:37take some deep breaths. They're great. They can help you get centered by
- 56:40you helping them to get into those deep breasts. Come on, do a
- 56:44deep breath with me. Come on, let's do another deep breath. It's
- 56:46back to that life force. And then watch how your life changes the more
- 56:50you do that without focusing on anything. That's simple, right, We've talked
- 56:53about it the whole time. We have to breathe. It's part of our
- 56:57life force. That's what we're here when we're in these physical bodies, what
- 57:00we call physical bodies. We breathed. That's our that's our life force that
- 57:04comes in. That's easy, and like you said, in one minute,
- 57:07you can have five deep breaths one minute. Okay, good, go play
- 57:14and then and then you can go play and go do your own thing too,
- 57:16and notice how you feel different. That's it. Try it and then
- 57:20let us know in the comments what you how it showed up for you?
- 57:23Right, So beneficial and so impactful, not only for you, but your
- 57:28environment. It affects everybody around you, and so it's it's it's more important
- 57:35that you do it than not do it. Yeah, and we've got plenty
- 57:37of incentives, right, I've got three, four or five. I've got
- 57:39several incentives several people that it can benefit from that just for me doing it
- 57:45for myself, not even teaching them, just for me do by myself because
- 57:49they can show up differently because they don't have to show up in mirror stuff
- 57:52that I still need to walk to clear away. Right, Yep. It's
- 57:57amazing how it just affects your environment and you don't even have a say what
- 58:00you're doing. You just do it and then watch how things change and shift
- 58:04and evolve. It's so cool. It's just so cool. It's just so
- 58:07fun. It is. All right, friends, thank you for hanging out
- 58:10with us, teach time with Amy and Bev. We goave you a lot

- 58:28that they've transitioned, and so you could get into that overwhelm or anxiety
- 58:32or depression, and just know that breathing is beneficial. Breathing. Just practice
- 58:38it allowed to bring you back to the present moment. Just implement it,
- 58:42do it several times a day, be more mindful of it and see how
- 58:45it helps. And we're sending, of course, lots of love to anybody
- 58:51moving through a time right now where their loved one has transitioned. But always
- 58:57know that their energy is always around and they're always wanting to be here and

- 59:09their energetic presence because they still want to celebrate with us. Yeah, and
- 59:15remember if you were the one that went first, how do you want your
- 59:17family to be You want them to be happy, find ways to be happy.
