- 0:09When I was, Running my weight loss and stairway program.

- 0:19This sport, the program that you're going to hear me mention.
- 0:22I wanted to still give you guys access or put this live on the podcast because the information I'm going to be sharing the mistakes that people are making while they're on the weight loss journey.
- 0:33Uh, still valuable and you can learn from those mistakes, but if you are interested in you hearing me talking about drops and weight loss and all the things, you know, But it was in fact.
- 0:44My gut, the clutter in program, literally help you lose weight.
- 0:48That is the second reported outcome from all the patients that are in the program.
- 0:53Is weight loss.
- 0:54So I will realize, and I'll do a whole podcast about that.
- 0:56Why I stopped running the weight loss and steroids is more than, you know, the gut, the Claritin program benefit.
- 1:01I'm efficient at weight loss.
- 1:03But I realize why do two separate programs when one is very successful, very effective, not only losing weight, but also healing your gut.
- 1:12So if you are interested in joining the gut, the Clarion program, we still have a few one-on-one spots open.

- 1:44Identify the cause and fix the cause.
- 1:45Okay.
- 1:46Because when it comes to weight loss, it's not just restricted diet.
- 1:50It's not just, you know, popping a pill there's that more involved when it comes to losing weight and it is a psychological, emotional, and the mental, Plastics as well, as well as physical of course, but the gut, the clutter and program is perfect for losing weight.

- 3:18Jennifer GNC, where we discuss what it really takes to heal your body.
- 3:23With the symbol tools we source is a mindset to get you there.
- 3:27I am determined to show you the reality of navigating the medical space as a patient caregiver and loved ones.
- 3:35So you can be empowered and take back the most precious and important asset of your life, which is your health.
- 3:42Let's get ready.
- 3:43Comfortable and get started I'm in love with losing weight.
- 3:49My family will tell you, I think I've unlocked the power of losing weight or the secret of losing weight or the strategy of losing weight without the drama, without the.
- 4:02Hmm.
- 4:02How would I say this?
- 4:03Because for me, losing weight is so I know when I say, for me, losing weight is so easy.
- 4:09Many people take that the wrong way.
- 4:10Like, oh, yes, you're a doctor.
- 4:12You know how to lose weight.
- 4:13You're so you're already skinny, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
- 4:15But once you've been doing something since 2017 and you've helped so many people, you've learned, you learn throughout the whole journey what worked, what didn't work, what are the struggles?
- 4:28What kind of, you know situation, what kind of trauma, what kind of story they telling themselves?
- 4:33Like all of the things, right?
- 4:35Because when I started this weight loss journey, I went back to learn, you know, get certified as a physician, a doctor, supervised weight loss practitioner.
- 4:44cause I wanted to know the science of losing weight and I wanted to know what is the reason why so many of us will kill ourselves in the gym and don't lose the weight.
- 4:55I always wanted to know is like, do I have to go to the gym?
- 4:58I hate exercising.
- 4:59I'm sorry.
- 5:00I'm gonna be honest with you.
- 5:01I don't like to exercise.
- 5:03All the exercise is good for you because it helps your heart, your lungs, circulation.
- 5:08I mean, all of the things.
- 5:09But I always found it hard.
- 5:11That many people will think going to the gym will help you lose weight.
- 5:17So I often invite people to look at the internal environment to dinner with, or the internal health first before you look at the external health, right?
- 5:27Like for instance, if your internal health is not on point, Meaning that you're still struggling with fatigue and you have brain fog and you have gut issues and you have elimination problem, you have so many issues going on.
- 5:38I really don't understand how going to the gym is gonna help that.
- 5:42Right?
- 5:43So you gotta get healthy first to get fit.
- 5:46Being fit doesn't mean you are, doesn't mean we still being healthy.
- 5:50And that's why so often we'll hear, you know, the an athlete or something that drop, you know, with a heart attack.
- 5:55Or, and you, you are like, oh my God, this person was so healthy, right?
- 5:59The person was so healthy and she was in the gym and he or she had muscles and all the things, but yet you hear in this, the news that they just dropped dead.
- 6:06They have, you know, a heart attack or they ended up having some type of chronic conditions.
- 6:11I've, I've had, I have so many skinny patients in my practice diagnosed with diabetes and cholesterol.
- 6:19I used to be a skinny fat.
- 6:20Yeah, so I have no muscle, just skinny.
- 6:23I have fat, no muscles.
- 6:24So throughout my whole journey of learning, what does it take to lose weight?
- 6:29Does it, will it take to restrict your diet?
- 6:32Then says no.
- 6:33Does it take to really like spend all your days and night at the gym?
- 6:37The answer says no.
- 6:38Does it take to go get plastic surgery?
- 6:40The answer is no.
- 6:41So what, what does it take to lose the weight?
- 6:43Like what do I have to do?
- 6:44What do I have, you know, my, have my patients do to lose the weight, And yesterday I went over the five or six, key secrets of losing weight, right?
- 6:54Like things that you should know, you should identify in a weight loss program in order for you to lose weight.
- 6:59I did that yesterday and I'm just gonna go over them real, real quick with you.
- 7:03You have to identify the weight cause of your problem.
- 7:05What is the root cause of you not losing weight?
- 7:07And that's not just for weight loss, that's for everything.
- 7:09You have stomach issue.
- 7:11What is the root cause you not going to the bathroom.
- 7:13What's the root cause you can't, like you have diabetes, high blood pressure, you have whatever mental illness, the root cause.
- 7:19Like what is it like you have stress again, root cause.
- 7:22So what is the with cause?
- 7:24The underlying condition of you not losing the weight.
- 7:28And so often it's like hormonal imbalance, gut infections, you know, tight with insulin, like hormones, like stress hormones, cortisol, all these things.
- 7:36And sometimes it's just, malabsorption, right?
- 7:38You're not absorbing your food.
- 7:40And you see that often in patients will have gastric bypass, like bariatric surgeries.
- 7:46They, you know, stomach is manipulated, so they're not absorbing the nutrients properly, so therefore they don't have the energy.
- 7:53To move around and stay active.
- 7:55They become sendentary and next thing you know, they gain the weight back.
- 7:59Or they have bad relationship with food.
- 8:02Like, because when you lose, when you, do the surgeries, you are not really addressing the psychological piece.
- 8:07We are not.
- 8:07Not right.
- 8:08So that is, it's fair to say you're not Although most of Bariatrics, programs now like the surgeon, they will inc with, you know, coaching or consultant or psychologic, psychologist, but it's not enough to really help you address the psychological piece.
- 8:22So I always wonder them like, what is, what is, what's the reason why we struggle so much with weight gain?
- 8:28Why is it such, such like a uphill battle to lose the weight?
- 8:31So identifying the root cause of your problem, detoxification is key.
- 8:36You got to eliminate, you got to go, you have to go to, you got to eliminate.
- 8:40So detoxification was, another one.
- 8:42Mindset.
- 8:43That was my problem.
- 8:44Besides detoxification, have chronic constipation, but the mindset, because I was raised in an environment where rice and beans, fried pork, fried plantain, like all the fried foods.
- 8:53know, like normally they were healthy, right?
- 8:55You got to eat this food.
- 8:57'cause I grew up in a household of people eating this food and I've seen my great good grandparents, they lived in, you know, to be a hundred eating the food.
- 9:04So I asked myself if food is a problem, so how come this person can eat all the rice in the world and they still have health.
- 9:11But now we are knowing, we are, identifying how.
- 9:15The food that we eat now today is not the same as the food we used to eat back in the days because of mass production.
- 9:22They have to produce more of the food, and as we know, big pharma is, you know, big pharma is sister with f d a, food industry.
- 9:31So it's like one of them is feeding you, the other one is giving you pills to keep you alive, so to speak, but that you, both of them are killing you slowly, if I'm honest with you.
- 9:40So it's like we have these two, these two things.
- 9:43You know, brothers and sisters, they're communicating with each other.
- 9:45It's like, yeah, let's put some stuff in the store soil.
- 9:48Let's make that rice, the brown rice, like brown rice is healthy.
- 9:51Not really.
- 9:52Let's make that brown rice unhealthy.
- 9:54Let's inject whatever.
- 9:55So my mindset was like, I can eat all the food.
- 9:58If I wanna gain weight, I have to eat all the food.
- 10:01And another mindset I used to hold onto is that if I get sick, I gotta have some meat on my bones, And even just today, my mother would tell me like, oh, you're too skinny, so if he gets sick tomorrow, you're done.
- 10:11That's why she'll tell me.
- 10:12She's like, oh, no, no, you need to gain some weight.
- 10:14I'm like, what?
- 10:15She said, yeah, if he gets sick tomorrow, you are done.
- 10:18Because I don't have enough meat on my bones to keep me alive.
- 10:22If I would catch a cold.
- 10:23Thank God, eight years, nothing.
- 10:26Not even allergies.
- 10:26Nothing.
- 10:27Nothing.
- 10:27So I think I'm doing, I'm doing pretty much, uh, good.
- 10:30And I have to remind her or remind my family or those around me like, okay, so great, you want me to eat the rice because I grew up eating like that.
- 10:37But guess what?
- 10:38So and so ate the rice and now he's taking 300 pills, So, and so if the fried pork or whatever The culture of food.
- 10:45Now, you know, he's having neuropathy, he can't move, he's gaining weight, his stomach is out to the zoso, all the things.
- 10:51So I have to let go of that mindset and that was the hardest work for me because it's not, you see, mindset work is not tangible.
- 10:58It's not something you can touch, you can do any of that.
- 11:01It's like a inner work and you, you have to do, and you have to continuously do that work every single day.
- 11:07And I went through that journey.
- 11:09It was painful to be honest with you, because I went through that journey by myself alone with nobody else, no group, no coaching, nobody I had to learn, had to program my mind and the stories I'm telling myself and all the things because it's like I'm saying this is the result that I want, but my actions will not lead me to that result.
- 11:31So what do I do?
- 11:32Do I just give up because I'm not getting to the results.
- 11:35I wanna have a nice figure, nice whatever, flat tummy, I wanna wake up, you know, go bed with flat tummy, wake up with the flatter, all of the things.
- 11:42But then again, if I'm eating the rice, that's blood in me, or, you know, the dessert.
- 11:46I love ice cream.
- 11:47That's, you know, blood in me, like the things that I'm putting into my body and I'm getting pain.
- 11:52So it was like my mind, I was so, upset and frustrated.
- 11:55I'm like, I don't understand.
- 11:56Like, what am I doing wrong?
- 11:57Even when I went and changed my diet and I'm eating like all healthy stuff, I was still not getting the result.
- 12:03And I, that's very frustrating.
- 12:04Like, okay, I'm exercising.
- 12:07cause I, I always have a personal trainer.
- 12:08I'm exercising, I'm eating all the green lifted vegetables, and I'm, I'm eliminating the carbs, but yet, I'm still not going to the bathroom.
- 12:16I'm still bloated, I'm still sluggish, I'm still tired.
- 12:20My mind was just like, oh God, just give up.
- 12:23Right?
- 12:23I might as well go ahead and eat the food and just deal with the pain, right?
- 12:26That's the mindset you have to relearn in every single journey, and I think out of all the five, reasons why people are not losing weight, the mindset and maintenance happens to be the two most important reasons.
- 12:40If you were to ask me, Because the mindset you have to learn.
- 12:43So when you know patients comes to me.
- 12:45I spoke to a lady yesterday and she lives in the gym.
- 12:48She loves exercising.
- 12:49She said, I love it.
- 12:50But she said, but I'm also, I feel like I'm a hypocrite because I'm in the gym working my butt off her crook.
- 12:56But yet, when people look at me, they ask me, why do I go to the gym?
- 12:58Because that's still look the same.
- 13:01And the lady trying to do everything, she changed her diet.
- 13:04She went to be, she's a vegan now.
- 13:06She did all the things.
- 13:07But you can tell she's not losing the weight.
- 13:09And I have to tell her like, yes, it's great.
- 13:11You're doing all the things, but you have to repair the damage that was done years ago.
- 13:16What damage?
- 13:16Well, you gotta go back and repair the damage.
- 13:18Like the damage is not gonna repair itself, right?
- 13:20So we have to build a stronger foundation, You gotta identify you the will cause of your problem.
- 13:25She doesn't know what the would cause of her problem is.
- 13:27So we gotta do that.
- 13:28Do some blood tests, build a stronger foundation, and then.
- 13:32Become passionate with yourself and know that the results that you want is very possible, and it can be so disappointing.
- 13:39I'm telling you, while you going through this journey, it's like, oh geez, she liked me and that people will tell me, is this easy for you to say?
- 13:46I'm not really?
- 13:47How is that?
- 13:47Why is, why is it not possible for you?
- 13:49How come I get to be so lucky to lose the weight?
- 13:52But you not lucky?
- 13:54I'm like, really?
- 13:55Why not?
- 13:55You?
- 13:56I tell my patients that all the time, why not you?
- 13:59How come Jane and Mary Doe, Dr.
- 14:01Gente can get all the things they want?
- 14:03And you hear all the success stories of people losing weight and keeping it out, but you over here struggling and you don't believe is possible for you.
- 14:09So the mindset is huge.
- 14:11That's why my weight loss program, I am, I mean, I am putting a program together, right?
- 14:17Mindset.
- 14:18Every single Monday, no fail.
- 14:21We talk about the mindset, the stories we have to let go of.
- 14:24Your why for losing the weight.
- 14:25We're gonna do, you know, your um, beef, your now self, and then the future self of, you know, the future self.
- 14:30Like, like exactly.
- 14:32We are gonna take pictures, we're gonna have like, do a board of every single mindset.
- 14:37Like put your why.
- 14:38So every time you get up, you're gonna look at the board, be like, oh yes, I know why, Why do I wanna lose weight?
- 14:44Why do I wanna lose weight?
- 14:45Why do I wanna get healthy?
- 14:46Why do I wanna get off this medications.
- 14:48Why?
- 14:49Why, why, why?
- 14:50It's easier than you know, to say it.
- 14:53Oh yeah, I'm gonna lose weight because I wanna get my medication.
- 14:56I wanna have my mobility, I wanna be happy.
- 14:58I wanna have less tiredness, less fatigue.
- 15:00It's so easy to say, but I'm gonna have them write it down.
- 15:04We're gonna get bored.
- 15:05And many of you, like all of you here, you're joining the program.
- 15:08So you're hearing it right now.
- 15:10You are gonna get a, like, we're gonna do a vision board type thing, We're gonna write on it why we're gonna get pictures of this beginning of this journey and slap it on that board.
- 15:18This is me beginning of weight loss, And then every single morning we're gonna go to see, we're gonna look at all the things, the progression of you.
- 15:27So it's gonna be, I mean, it's, I'm excited for this weight loss program.
- 15:31I'm, it is different because then again, as a practitioner, I'm talking to my people, I'm hearing what they are telling me, and I'm taking this information and change it.
- 15:42Because then again, as I've said many times, the programs, the protocols, the things that used to work perfectly three years ago, Doesn't work now.
- 15:51Now we are all faced with challenges and obstacles and struggles every single day.
- 15:56Happiness is so hard to reach now.
- 15:59I should turn on the light.
- 16:00I'm like, I just realized I'm so dark in here.
- 16:02Oh, hello.
- 16:03It's better now.
- 16:05So it's like we are gonna talk, I mean, it's, it's, anyways.
- 16:08You need to join this program.
- 16:09That's what I'm saying.
- 16:10Okay.
- 16:11So with mindset and maintenance, what are we gonna do?
- 16:14And that's the, that's the number one reason why I formulated my own weight loss drops, as I said yesterday, because I want all of these ladies to continue taking the drops and they can up it down it or do whatever they want with it to get the results, to maintain the results.
- 16:30At the beginning of this weight loss journey, we're gonna be very aggressive.
- 16:33Very aggressive at the beginning.
- 16:35But as we are slowing down towards the end maintenance, then we are gonna, you know, dose the drops separately.
- 16:42And I know they're gonna love the drops because I have two members who try the drops and they lost weight and they had energy.
- 16:49That's all I'm saying.
- 16:50So, and another reason why you have to be in a group.
- 16:54With a doctor or practitioner because whatever challenges you are facing on this journey, whatever health issues you're facing on this journey, there's a solution for it.
- 17:02And that person will be me if you join.
- 17:05My weight loss group will help you tackle that.
- 17:07so that yesterday I did that.
- 17:08Today I have notes.
- 17:09Today I'm gonna talk about the three.
- 17:12The three mistakes that I see majority of people make on the weight loss journey.
- 17:17Mistake number one, looking for a quick fix.
- 17:22Oh my goodness, if I have a penny for all the people that comes my way looking to lose weight and like in like two days, or I'll be rich.
- 17:30So what do I mean by looking for a quick fix?
- 17:32Listen, there's a.
- 17:33Saying that we use in functional medicine called microwave results.
- 17:38Microwave results.
- 17:39You have a microwave, right?
- 17:40I'm sure many of you has microwaves in your house.
- 17:43You can, you know, so what do you do with the microwave?
- 17:45You take the food, you slap it inside the microwave, you close it, you push a button, one to two minutes, boom, the food is warm, or boom, whatever is, you know, is cooking.
- 17:54And I.
- 17:55I've heard this.
- 17:56It's not my own, I didn't come up with this, you know, with my results, somebody said it.
- 18:00But when I look at it and I'm thinking about it, I'm like, that's true.
- 18:03Because I remember when I used to work in the hospital, I used to work in the hospital.
- 18:07And in the hospital I have no time.
- 18:09You don't even have time to go use the bathroom.
- 18:11So what I would do, I would burn eggs because I'm trying to be on the weight loss journey.
- 18:15I was always tired all the time.
- 18:17My fage, I was kicking in.
- 18:19My celiac disease and my sickle cell, I was just, they were not playing.
- 18:22And I'm working on my, I'm on my feet trying to help people, So what I used to do, I used to win, uh, two eggs and there's a container I have it at, at the wellness.
- 18:31I don't have it with me.
- 18:32There's a container where you can just put the eggs and a plastic container.
- 18:35And I used to, you know, crack the eggs, put it in the plastic container, and then sprinkle salt and just throw it in the microwave.
- 18:42And next thing I know, I have eggs.
- 18:43I have cooked eggs in the microwave.
- 18:46And I did that because I didn't have time to wake up the morning early, early in the morning to do eggs or even do it the night before.
- 18:52Her body's nothing lazy.
- 18:53I mean, I'm not saying I was lazy.
- 18:54I was tired.
- 18:55Let me say that I was tired because I was tired.
- 18:57I have no time to do anything.
- 18:59So I used to cook my eggs in the microwave.
- 19:02I would throw the eggs in the microwave in that plastic container, close the plastic container, throw it in the microwave, and then push one to two minutes.
- 19:09Next thing you know, I have eggs.
- 19:10So when it comes to weight loss, people are looking for quick fixes.
- 19:14And guess what?
- 19:15There are so many quick fixes out there people are doing, and examples could be like, you know, you order some milk, some weight loss, uh, shakes or milk, Many.
- 19:25I'm not gonna name any name.
- 19:26I wanna get sued, but you know, you guys know what I'm talking about, right?
- 19:29Like, they shipped those things to your house.
- 19:31You eat the food, you drink the shake.
- 19:33Next thing you know, you look so sexy.
- 19:35Wow.
- 19:35Look at me.
- 19:36I lost 20 pounds.
- 19:38Look at me.
- 19:39I don't have to do anything.
- 19:40I can just drink the shake.
- 19:41Drink the shake, eat the food.
- 19:43Boom, I lost the weight.
- 19:44Quick fixes, or you try so many programs without identifying the cause of your problem, you decided I had it.
- 19:52I'm gonna go to my doctor.
- 19:53I'm gonna do some plastic surgery or, I spoke to my doctor.
- 19:57I had a physician who used to work with the bariatric surgeon.
- 20:00He used to be good friends.
- 20:01So the physician will talk to her patients and then she will send those patients to the, the bariatric surgeon for surgery.
- 20:09So the physician will be like, okay, Jennifer, you have diabetes, you are metformin.
- 20:13That didn't work.
- 20:14We gave you glide.
- 20:15That didn't work.
- 20:16Let me aide.
- 20:16That didn't work.
- 20:17Ly.
- 20:17That didn't work.
- 20:18We gave you all the things that didn't work We're gonna give you insulin.
- 20:21And I said, oh no, I don't want insulin.
- 20:22Well, if you don't want insulin, then you have to lose the weight.
- 20:25But Doctor, I, I mean, I try all the things to lose the weight.
- 20:28Nothing work.
- 20:29Well, it is time for you to, you know, get bariatric surgery.
- 20:32And the, the beauty about it is that it's covered by insurance.
- 20:35If your B M I is 40 and o, and higher, like you are morbidly obese, it's covered by your insurance, So that's the doctor talking to her patients, and then you're like, wow.
- 20:45And the doctor said, guess what?
- 20:46Not only you lose the weight, you'll get off your medications.
- 20:49And the patient was like, oh my God, I can lose so many pounds.
- 20:53Like I wanna lose 20, I mean like 50 pounds in a month.
- 20:56I can lose 50 in a.
- 20:58Oh, and I have to do nothing.
- 20:59All I have to do is just call the surgeon and have the, you know, go put this thing through my insurance and I can can rest.
- 21:05I was talking to a patient about this weight loss program and I was talking this, um, I'm telling this patient how my weight loss program is not a quick fix.
- 21:12We work the girl, I mean, my wellness wise would tell you they, they go to work, they work.
- 21:18It's not a good fix.
- 21:18So I was talking to the patient yesterday and I said, I'm going over the things.
- 21:21She's like, oh, how long does it take to lose 10 pounds?
- 21:24I'm like, well, it depends how, I mean, what are you willing to do to lose 10 pounds?
- 21:29She's like, well, you know, I was in this program and it worked.
- 21:33The program worked because I was able to lose 15 pounds in a month.
- 21:36I'm like, okay, that's, I had a program, why you can lose 15 pounds in a month?
- 21:40I said, what did you have to do?
- 21:41Oh, they just send me some protein shakes.
- 21:43I was drinking the shake a meal replacement, and they also gave me some pills and all of the things.
- 21:48I said, great.
- 21:49And I, and I'm like, oh, that's awesome.
- 21:51Uh, okay, great.
- 21:52So did you, how, I mean, how many of the 15 pounds did you gain back?
- 21:55He's like, well, I gained all of it.
- 21:56Plus, I think right now I'm talking to my doctor and I think we're gonna try to do bariatric surgery.
- 22:01It's covered by insurance.
- 22:03I smile because I have a poker face.
- 22:05Like if you know me, you know what I'm thinking?
- 22:07My facial expression will tell you.
- 22:09And I, I have to apologize for that all the time because I don't want people think I'm better than them.
- 22:13I'm not.
- 22:13Better than anybody.
- 22:14So they, Internet is acting up now.
- 22:16Ah.
- 22:16So I smile and I said, oh, okay.
- 22:19So bariatric surgery is gonna help you lose the weight.
- 22:21She's like, yeah.
- 22:21I mean, if the insurance is paying for it, why not do it?
- 22:24Right?
- 22:24That's what I have insurance for.
- 22:25Just like that.
- 22:26I'm like, okay.
- 22:27I'm like, do you know anybody that does bariatric surgery?
- 22:29He's like, well, I know this lady that lives across the street from me or wherever the lady is.
- 22:34she had bariatric surgery.
- 22:35And I said, okay, great.
- 22:36I said, what did she do to maintain the weight?
- 22:38Because I'm like, what did she do to maintain the weight?
- 22:39She's like, well, I think she gained it back.
- 22:41As a matter of fact, she looks, she looks always tired to me and blah, blah, blah.
- 22:44She's going on and on.
- 22:45I'm like, okay.
- 22:46So I said, so you are looking for a quick fix.
- 22:49She's like, She paused.
- 22:50She's like, not really.
- 22:51I'm like, so bariatric surgery is not a quick fix.
- 22:54What do you have to do on your part to lose the weight?
- 22:56She said, nothing.
- 22:57I just have to bariatric surgery and I'm going through all these things with her.
- 23:01She's like, I mean, she's so convinced her problem, she's so convinced that her, um, solution is to really go under the knife.
- 23:09so here comes the mindset piece again.
- 23:11So I said, you looking for quick fix?
- 23:13She's like, yeah.
- 23:13She's like, you know, now that you say that, Kanye West.
- 23:16I don't listen to, hiphop.
- 23:18Kanye West mother died while she was getting some liposuction or lab band or something, and she said, you know what, that's the only thing I stop stopping me from getting it done because I'm afraid.
- 23:28I'm like, dad.
- 23:29I'm like, well, we don't want that.
- 23:30So the number one mistake.
- 23:33People's making is looking for a quick fix.
- 23:36When you look for a quick fix, the micro microwave, microwave results, as I told'em, I, I, as I said, where you push a button, and then boom, you lose 20 pounds in like a month, and you do nothing to lose it.
- 23:47You just sit around, continue whatever you're eating.
- 23:51Sometimes you can't even eat enough enough, right, because your stomach is, you know, a little smaller now.
- 23:56And then boom, the weight is dropping off.
- 23:58Next thing you know, you, you know, on Monday you were like 200 pounds on Friday, you like a hundred pounds.
- 24:04I'm sorry, that's not funny.
- 24:06But looking quick, looking for quick fixes will lead you to frustration, will lead you to really depression and anxiety because it's like, oh my god.
- 24:16I gained the weight back, And I, I've learned nothing how to lose the weight and keep it off permanently.
- 24:22Because when you look for quick fixes, you're looking for instant gratification.
- 24:26And because of that, you're gonna find yourself leading, to, you know, you're gonna come in contact with word blocks and obstacles and all of the things.
- 24:32Quick fixes.
- 24:33Never work, never.
- 24:36I don't care what it is that you're trying to do, and then, but work.
- 24:39If you wanna lose the weight and keep it off, why do you not want to learn the proper way, the most effective way?
- 24:47How to lose the weight?
- 24:48Why are we so designed to get things like this?
- 24:51Convenience is killing us, Like we don't have time to really prioritize ourselves, our health because.
- 24:58We can just go to the store and buy this prepackaged in food, pre-made food, like food in the freezer, and then we can just go home and just slap it in the microwave.
- 25:05I mean, do you know that certain part of the country where the whole town or the co, the whole country is closed, to allow people to enjoy food, to cook food for lunch and dinner?
- 25:15Like in Europe, like stuff like that?
- 25:16There's a lot more joy in preparation, but here in America we don't have any of that.
- 25:21It's busy, busy, busy.
- 25:22Work, work, work, work, work.
- 25:23Pay the bills, pay the bills.
- 25:24And we saw custom and we welcome that type of hustle in hustle life, Because we don't have time to really focus on what the body wants and give the body what it wants.
- 25:35So number one, mistakes that I see people make that keeps'em from losing the weight because they're gonna get it back, Leading them to failure.
- 25:43A lot more failure, leading them to obstacles and where blacks is quick fixes.
- 25:47Does not work.
- 25:48Never work will never work.
- 25:50You got to put in the work if you want results, simple as that.
- 25:55That will lead me to the second reason why people don't lose weight is lack of mental toughness.
- 26:00This one is for everything, not just weight loss.
- 26:03Even in my gut decluttering program, even in my whatever program, like even it's for everything is lack of mental toughness.
- 26:10What does that mean?
- 26:11So many people are in love with the outcome.
- 26:14The idea of getting the results, the idea of getting the outcomes they desire, but they are not in love with the work.
- 26:22You got to enjoy the work to get to the results.
- 26:26To enjoy the results.
- 26:27So people would tell me, oh, great.
- 26:29I wanna lose 20 pounds.
- 26:31I'm like, okay, awesome.
- 26:32You can lose 20 pounds.
- 26:34I don't, I think anybody can lose.
- 26:35I think you can lose whatever pounds you want.
- 26:37To be honest with you, as a human being, you're in control of what you want, of your environment, of your desire.
- 26:44Like whatever you want is so possible for you to get it.
- 26:47And it is not my place to tell.
- 26:49You can't.
- 26:49It is nobody's place to tell you that you can't.
- 26:52So that is why, and I'm gonna lose money as an example.
- 26:55Those people that are like millionaires, billionaires, getting rich because they have changed their mindset, because mindset again, They'll be like, I want a million dollar business.
- 27:02I'm willing to do whatever it takes for a million dollar business and I'm willing to suffer through it.
- 27:07And then boom, you get a million dollars.
- 27:08You think these people are, they're unique.
- 27:10They like special, like they, they, what's so special about these people getting a million dollar business, So why?
- 27:15Why can't they do it?
- 27:16Why can't we do it?
- 27:17Like what is so unique about them?
- 27:18They're just human being.
- 27:20And you see all these great speakers like the Tony Robbins, all these people, these people work.
- 27:25They have mental toughness.
- 27:27And I have to tell you, I've discovered that they welcome into toughness.
- 27:30Like they wanna put themselves in the uncomfortability.
- 27:33they wanna be uncomfortable as much as possible.
- 27:36And from what I understand from reading, I study these people, it's like if they're not uncomfortable about a decision they're about to make, they don't make it.
- 27:44They don't follow through with it.
- 27:45They wanna feel that uneasiness, like, oh, oh my God, I'm scared, I'm afraid.
- 27:50I don't know what to do.
- 27:51This.
- 27:51I like, they don't want to, otherwise they don't make it.
- 27:54So that's the mental toughness.
- 27:56You gotta go through discomfort to get to your result.
- 27:59You gotta go through discomfort.
- 28:01It's never easy studying any journey and including your weight loss.
- 28:05It's never easy.
- 28:06Many of us are dreaming, oh my God, it is so nice to lose 20 pounds.
- 28:11When I lose 20 pounds, I'm gonna be in a bikini.
- 28:13Oh, like they dreaming about the results.
- 28:16But when you sit down, you're like, what do I have to do?
- 28:18What do you mean I have to change my relationship with food?
- 28:20You say, I can't eat pizza ever again.
- 28:23Are you telling me like the rice that I've been eating could be the problem?
- 28:26I can't eat the bread, I can't eat the potato chips.
- 28:29I can.
- 28:29I have to say no to ice cream, even when I'm so desired.
- 28:32I have to suffer through that.
- 28:34So that's the mental toughness.
- 28:36And then again, I use myself as an example.
- 28:38Hard.
- 28:39I cry myself like sometimes I'm like, oh my God, it's so hard.
- 28:43I'm gonna give up so much mental toughness, mental toughness.
- 28:47It has to be uncomfortable.
- 28:49If it's easy, no, good.
- 28:50It has to be uncomfortable.
- 28:52Not so much like, you know, I mean uncomfortable.
- 28:54You have to have discomfort, not pain.
- 28:56That's a huge difference between pain.
- 28:59Pain will send you to the hospital.
- 29:00We don't want that.
- 29:01Discomfort is different.
- 29:02Discomfort is just all the things that are coming up, all the things that we're surfacing, you are bringing them back up.
- 29:08And you're feeling the pain because your body's going through, I mean, discomfort.
- 29:11So the uneasiness, because your body going, your body's going through a change, and you're not used to that change.
- 29:17And your brain is telling you like, uh uh, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no.
- 29:22We can't go to the gym.
- 29:23We can't do this.
- 29:24We can't wake up.
- 29:25We can't be on prepping.
- 29:26No, no, no, no.
- 29:27This woman is asking me do write, you know, to do a poster board, like a vision board?
- 29:30No, no.
- 29:31That's too much work.
- 29:32We don't do that.
- 29:33We don't do that.
- 29:34I'm like, what?
- 29:34You don't do that?
- 29:35So I had a patient I spoke to this morning because it is this, his world life situation, this man that I've been helping, she's six, I mean he's 60 something.
- 29:44Seeing all the doctors and they do, he did have some normal tests, lot of infections.
- 29:50He is huge in the fitness industry.
- 29:53He's very active.
- 29:54He wants to have his quality of life.
- 29:56He tells me, Dr.
- 29:57J, I don't wanna end up like my mom on a wheelchair.
- 29:59That's his word.
- 30:00No judgment.
- 30:01He said, Dr.
- 30:01J, I don't wanna end up like my mother on a wheelchair using a walker.
- 30:06I've been all active all my life.
- 30:09I've exercised all my life and you know, like I want, he gave me his personal health goals.
- 30:14I don't know what I'm doing wrong.
- 30:16I'm eating healthy.
- 30:17I'm seeing all these doctors, I'm working with this chiropractors, I'm doing all these supplements.
- 30:21My diet is not poor, blah, blah, blah, blah.
- 30:23He's, I mean, the, the, the gentleman went around, invest so much money on his health, no result.
- 30:28So I said, okay.
- 30:29I said, well, if you're doing all the things, but one thing you haven't done is treat or address your latent stomach infection.
- 30:36He's like, what do you mean I don't have an infection?
- 30:38I said, yes, you do.
- 30:39He's looking at me like, what?
- 30:41I said, okay, let's look at the blood test.
- 30:43You went to these infectious doctors and they tested, you have Epstein virus.
- 30:47It's right there.
- 30:48Oh, but it's antibodies.
- 30:49It's nothing.
- 30:50The doctor said, you know, everybody has antibodies.
- 30:52And I said, well, last year when you got tested, your antibodies was 300.
- 30:56This year, 600.
- 30:57What's happening here?
- 30:58Why the doctor?
- 30:59Infectious doctor?
- 31:00Because infectious doctor knows better.
- 31:01Infectious doctor better, right?
- 31:02He's going back and forth, not ing until you treat you letting dominant infection, you will continue being on this whole rollercoaster.
- 31:08Is that why that makes sense?
- 31:09So I said, okay, great.
- 31:10I wanna do it.
- 31:11I wanna do it.
- 31:12I wanna do it Dr.
- 31:12J, because nobody told me I have to do this.
- 31:14This is something new to me and I wanna do it.
- 31:16I wanna do it.
- 31:16great.
- 31:16I'm like, are you willing to do it?
- 31:18I said, what are you willing to do to get the results that you, you know, you're looking for?
- 31:21Well, whatever, because my health, and then again, I don't wanna end up like my mom in a wheelchair, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
- 31:26He went over all the things he wants to do, he doesn't wanna do, and blah, blah, blah.
- 31:29I said, great.
- 31:30I said, let's get started.
- 31:30So he purchased the program, got the cluttering program, and he studied the program.
- 31:35I dose his, you know, herbs and stuff like that.
- 31:37And then in one week he called me, he's like, I don't know about this.
- 31:41I'm like, what?
- 31:41What?
- 31:41What's, what's going on?
- 31:42What's happening?
- 31:43Talk to me.
- 31:44He's like, yeah, I don't know about these herbs because I took'em and I've been having some stomach, discomfort.
- 31:49I said, I said, well, usually people don't have stomach discomfort, but if you have stomach discomfort, because everybody's different.
- 31:55Different, and that means there's something brewing at the cellular level.
- 31:58I said, unfortunately having discomfort is part of the game.
- 32:03I said, it's part of the game.
- 32:05I'm not gonna sit here and be like, oh no, just take the herbs and then boom, your E B V will be gone.
- 32:10Your letting dominant infection will be treated.
- 32:12I'm like, no, I didn't never told you that.
- 32:13If I did, I apologize.
- 32:14You got to have discomfort.
- 32:16I said, what are you gonna do?
- 32:17You have two options.
- 32:18You can either give up.
- 32:19Because you can't handle discomfort.
- 32:20I'm like, is it discomfort enough where you can function?
- 32:23He's like, no, I, I went to work.
- 32:24I'd still go to the gym.
- 32:25I'm like, well, so you able to, to function?
- 32:27Yes, but I just, I've never had stomach is, um, wor, um, stomach issues before that.
- 32:31Discomfort in my stomach.
- 32:33So I don't know.
- 32:33I don't know about this.
- 32:34I don't think this is gonna work.
- 32:35Here we go, Looking for a quick fix and he's not able to handle discomfort.
- 32:40I said, no pain, no gain.
- 32:42I said, unless this discomfort is stopping you from functioning, that's no good.
- 32:46But if you take the herbs and you can fill the work, the internal work taking place, then you can do two things you can cut down so that it can ease the stress in your body if you can handle discomfort, or you can just give up, which one do you want?
- 33:01It's like, well, if I give up, then I'll never treat this thing right.
- 33:03I'm like, well, you are a very smart man.
- 33:05I said then, but this discomfort, I have to go through this, I said, you're very smart, man.
- 33:09You don't way, you're smart because he's your decision.
- 33:11I said, what's been happening is this, you've been on this journey for while now.
- 33:15Now your body, your toxic load is so high and your body is shifting.
- 33:20Your body is re conditioning.
- 33:22You feeling it, and, but I can tell you this little woman in your belly situation, It's nothing.
- 33:28so let's get some all, um, alo vera juice, let's, you know, let's cut down barrel.
- 33:32So we did that.
- 33:33So that was two weeks ago.
- 33:33Today he called me like, oh my God, Dr.
- 33:35J I'm so, I'm so embarrassed to say this.
- 33:38When he called me, I'm like, oh my God.
- 33:40Because I spoke to him last week.
- 33:41We were doing some heavy metals and stuff like that, but today I spoke to him again.
- 33:45He is like, oh, I'm so, so afraid to say this.
- 33:48I'm so ashamed.
- 33:48And the person's like, I feel so good.
- 33:50It's been three days.
- 33:51With no issues.
- 33:52I'm like, what?
- 33:53Three days?
- 33:54Then again, mental toughness.
- 33:56You have to go through the discomfort.
- 33:59So many of us are designed to block the discomfort, to run away from it, to not welcome it.
- 34:07Many of us have been through so many discomfort in our lives.
- 34:10You give birth if you have children.
- 34:11That's a discomfort.
- 34:12Oh my God.
- 34:13I didn't know pain discomfort was so hard when I gave birth to my daughter in the water, I did, you know, I birthed her in the water.
- 34:19In the water at a hotel.
- 34:21That's why I gave birth.
- 34:22And then in four hours I got home, I spent four hours only.
- 34:25I was in that water pushing that baby.
- 34:27I was like, oh my God, I wanna go to the hospital.
- 34:29That's why I told my neighbor midwife, I'm like, I think we should go to the hospital.
- 34:31I think I need, um, you know, epidural.
- 34:33And she looked at me, she's like, Nope, you don't.
- 34:35Please let me send me to the hospital.
- 34:37She's like, you are gonna push that baby.
- 34:39You're gonna welcome the baby in your baby in the new world.
- 34:41I was screaming, I was yelling, I was all the things.
- 34:44That was like almost a year ago.
- 34:46Ah, so do I know about discomfort?
- 34:49Yes.
- 34:49And because of my first son, I did him.
- 34:51I did Giovanni, I had epidurals.
- 34:54I ended up later on in life having some little lower back pain, lower back pain.
- 34:58I already have scoliosis to begin with, so I always said to myself as I was going through my journey with discovering myself and healing myself and learning about natural medicine, the power of functional medicine is that if I were to have a child, I will never do that epidural again.
- 35:15My personal decision.
- 35:16Okay.
- 35:16No judgment.
- 35:17So when I talked to the midwife, I'm like, no hospital whatsoever.
- 35:20I'm like, I'm gonna give this baby, I'm gonna give birth out of the hospital in the birthing center in a Motown.
- 35:26So I'm like, I'm gonna give birth there.
- 35:27And then when the day came, I wanted to run away.
- 35:29I'm like, oh no, she's too much pain.
- 35:32I said, no, no, no, no.
- 35:32I didn't sign up for this.
- 35:34I, I said, no, please, please call the ambulance.
- 35:36We're going to the hospital because it was so painful.
- 35:39But guess what?
- 35:40I survived.
- 35:42I thought I was gonna die.
- 35:43I thought I was gonna die.
- 35:44I survived the discomfort.
- 35:46I give birth to my baby girl and I brought her home four hours later.
- 35:50I survived it.
- 35:52Discomfort.
- 35:53So, because mental toughness is so important for you to achieve your goals, When it comes to weight loss, there's no quick fixes.
- 35:59You are gonna have to do the work.
- 36:01We gotta work on the mindset.
- 36:02You gotta, you know, choose the food that's serving you.
- 36:05You got a meal prep, You gotta plan your life plan for success.
- 36:09Nobody that is success will just wake up and find success.
- 36:12They planned it.
- 36:13They're in charge of success.
- 36:15And that's the work we don't wanna do.
- 36:17Because even if you, you know, many people will come to me like, oh yeah, everything sounds so good.
- 36:20Let's start.
- 36:21And then within three months they give up.
- 36:23I'm sorry, within, within two weeks.
- 36:24They give up, give up, they be like, oh my God, oh, this is not happening.
- 36:29I'm not seeing results fast enough, quick fix it.
- 36:32I said, well, are you any worse than you started?
- 36:34No, but by that time I was.
- 36:35I'm like, really?
- 36:36But is years of damage you're trying to fix?
- 36:39This is at five, 10 years here and you wanted to just take a pill and then boom, no, it doesn't work that way.
- 36:45So if you wanna lose 20 pounds, 15 pounds, 10 pounds, a hundred pounds.
- 36:52What are you willing to do?
- 36:54Are you willing to go to the discomfort?
- 36:55Are you willing to say no and cry later to the food not serving you?
- 37:00Are you willing to do the inner work?
- 37:03Are you, because I'm telling you if the answer is no, because if you're too comfortable eating the way you eating, not only are you gonna get the results, but plus some more unhealthy ness happening.
- 37:15so mental toughness, you gotta push through the discomfort.
- 37:18You gotta do the things that most people are not willing to do to get the results that a lot of people want.
- 37:23Everybody wanna lose weight, but only a few is actually losing weight.
- 37:27Everybody wanna be healthy.
- 37:28Come on.
- 37:28Like who wants to be sick?
- 37:29Nobody wants to be sick, but only a few is willing to work through it to get those results.
- 37:35So for me, mental toughness is huge, and that is gonna be part of my weight loss program.
- 37:40This lady's coming this time.
- 37:41I'm telling you, it's like, no, no, no, no, no.
- 37:43What are we gonna do?
- 37:44What are the stories we are telling ourselves?
- 37:46Right?
- 37:47That's keeping us stuck from getting the goals.
- 37:50Achieving the goals.
- 37:51Like sometimes when you look at the food, Like, you know, you're not supposed to eat this food, you know, you know this is not gonna do you any good.
- 37:57You know, when you eat that food, you're gonna suffer in the corner, but yet we eat it.
- 38:00Because there could be some emotional issues.
- 38:02Yes.
- 38:03Emotional eating, I understand that.
- 38:05But guess what?
- 38:06Back in the days, years ago, we didn't have the pills for that.
- 38:09It was mental toughness.
- 38:10That's the, that is the solution.
- 38:12That's the treatment for emotional eating.
- 38:16It's to tough it out, go to discomfort.
- 38:18Welcome it and said, discomfort.
- 38:20You're here.
- 38:21I'm gonna sit with you.
- 38:22I'm gonna sit with these feelings.
- 38:24We're gonna kick you in the B U T T.
- 38:26I'm gonna say no to this food because if I say no to this food, not only you feel well, you have a dopamine hit, right?
- 38:31It's like, oh my God.
- 38:32I say no to the food.
- 38:34I'm in power and, and blah, blah, blah.
- 38:36Like you feel so good when you get to this discomfort.
- 38:39Now I'm standing here telling you that I give birth to my baby in the water.
- 38:42I feel so good just telling all the people.
- 38:45I'm, I'm, I like pain.
- 38:46I'm a sucker for pain and discomfort, but every single day I try to work on discomfort, even when I don't want to, even when, when my mindset, you know, is getting low.
- 38:57Even when I wanna give up, even when life is so hard, life is hard for everybody.
- 39:02Mental toughness, get up and get it done.
- 39:05Push through it.
- 39:06Embrace the discomfort.
- 39:08Get rid of comfortability.
- 39:10Embrace the uncomfort being uncomfortable.
- 39:12Welcome it.
- 39:13Excel in it, suffer through it, cry through it, then laugh and rejoice the outcome and the results.
- 39:20Alright, and the third one, the third mistake that I see people make in the weight loss journey is afraid of failing.
- 39:28Lack of failure.
- 39:29That's huge.
- 39:30They've tried on our program before.
- 39:32They didn't get the results.
- 39:33They take All the programs are the same.
- 39:35This doesn't work.
- 39:36But guess what?
- 39:37Every single situation that you think you fail at is a learning opportunity.
- 39:41If you guys know, and I'm gonna use money because everybody wants money.
- 39:45Nobody has money, If you guys know how much.
- 39:47Money I spend to get results.
- 39:49And sometimes at the beginning I wasn't learning.
- 39:52I'm like, oh, oh man, I just spent$5,000.
- 39:54I get nothing out of it.
- 39:55Let me go spend another$5,000.
- 39:56I get nothing outta it.
- 39:57Let me go.
- 39:58No, don't do that.
- 39:59Not every single program is the same.
- 40:02Not every single situation is the same.
- 40:04Not every single doctor is the same.
- 40:06What you need to do every time you go through a program and you fail at it.
- 40:10Take full responsibility.
- 40:12What does that mean?
- 40:13Dr.
- 40:13Gente, did you do your part?
- 40:15Did you ask the right questions?
- 40:17Did you Ana analyze the program?
- 40:19Were you clear with the outcome, the results they were promising you?
- 40:23Did you speak up?
- 40:24Did you show up for yourself?
- 40:25So when you go to a program and you're like, oh my God, I'm gonna lose so much weight.
- 40:29I was, I was working with this doctor and blah, blah, blah, and so much weight and oh, I'm so excited, and you're like, oh, we're so excited.
- 40:35We're gonna lose weight.
- 40:36And then to find out, either lose the weight, you gain it back, or you didn't lose weight at all.
- 40:41So what do you do?
- 40:41Do you just give up?
- 40:42You like, oh, that's it.
- 40:43All the weight loss programs are scam.
- 40:45Natural medicine sucks.
- 40:47Functional medicine sucks.
- 40:48Nobody works like this.
- 40:49Doctors are analyze you, learn from it.
- 40:51What can I take away from this situation?
- 40:54I spent$25,000, no lie in the coaching program.
- 41:00You know, whose fault was it?
- 41:01I'm my fault.
- 41:02cause I was in a rem, I was in a rutt and I'm like, oh, I just wanna grow my practice and I need a coach.
- 41:08I think everybody should have a coach.
- 41:09I think everyone should have a coach.
- 41:11So I'm like, I need a coach.
- 41:12So I listened to this person and like her thing was everybody should be millionaire and all the things, not to give all the things away.
- 41:20So I stand up for her program not knowing that I didn't do my job, I didn't ask the right question.
- 41:25I didn't know what is, was this program that would fit for me?
- 41:28Was I getting all the things that I want, I need, I require I desire in that program.
- 41:34I did not.
- 41:35I did not.
- 41:36And I'm one of those people who invest in myself.
- 41:38All my money goes through food.
- 41:39But, in self care, I invest in myself because I felt like I come first as I tell you guys to come first.
- 41:45I come first.
- 41:46If I am not well, I won't be there for my mother, for my babies, for my loved ones, for anybody really.
- 41:52I'm gonna be there for you.
- 41:53So I always make sure, like I'm looking to see what I can do for me.
- 41:57First is selfish.
- 41:58Yes.
- 41:59When you are selfish and you love on you first, you also loving on the rest of, and of, uh, on humanity.
- 42:05So I spent$25,000 guys, no result in me and tell the whole story.
- 42:10I was so anxious, I was so depressed.
- 42:12I'm like, this is money I didn't have.
- 42:13Why?
- 42:13We never have money.
- 42:14I didn't have the money, but I wanted this growth and I was, I believe I could get it.
- 42:18And I'm like, yes, I'm gonna do this.
- 42:20My fault.
- 42:21So now what I do is I write a list of questions for the next coaching for my next co coach.
- 42:27How am I gonna get results?
- 42:28What do I need to do to get results?
- 42:31What do, what are you gonna do to help me to get those results?
- 42:35What do I have?
- 42:36Like you gotta ask a certain questions.
- 42:38So when people do weight loss programs, and there are a zillion of them out there.
- 42:42I'm not gonna lie to you because everybody wants to lose weight.
- 42:45So a lot of people have weight loss programs.
- 42:47Yes.
- 42:47But one thing you have to understand, whoever's teaching this weight loss program, they don't live with you.
- 42:51They can't come to your house.
- 42:53They can't like they can't, they can't.
- 42:54Like, you got to do the work.
- 42:56I'm, I can see you like, yeah, we're gonna lose weight and, which I do.
- 42:59I'm gonna show up every Monday and do my set Monday, and then every Thursday we're gonna do q and A's and I'm gonna show up and I'm gonna be a cheerleader.
- 43:05I'm gonna give you the tools and the resources, all the things, but at the end of the day, once I turn off this Facebook Live or the Zoom or whatever, you got to do the work.
- 43:15So with this coaching program,$25,000 coaching program, I thought I, I was doing the work, but I realized quickly that, oh no, this is not for doctors.
- 43:24I was dreaming with the idea.
- 43:26'cause I feel like if I impact more people, money's an exchange.
- 43:30And I've learned that you give something and instead of, you know, back in the days, you know, people used to pay with goat, with animals, But now we have dead person on paper.
- 43:39And that's what we call money.
- 43:40You come to me, I say Crystal, I can help you lose weight.
- 43:44I'm looking at Crystal, but you know Crystal, I know you've been helped trying to lose weight.
- 43:48I can help you.
- 43:49I've helped so many people.
- 43:50I've helped myself.
- 43:51I can help you.
- 43:52This is what the program is.
- 43:53This is what we're gonna do.
- 43:54This is what I'm promising you.
- 43:56I promise I'm gonna be present for you.
- 43:58I'm gonna support you, I'm gonna guide you, and I'm gonna use resources that have been proven to work for others.
- 44:04Crystal, I'm gonna give you recipes.
- 44:06We're gonna do mindset.
- 44:07We're gonna do q and as.
- 44:08I want you to have a voice.
- 44:10I want you to speak up.
- 44:11I want you to reach out.
- 44:12I want you to do all the things, And we're gonna do challenges within the program.
- 44:16We're gonna support each other.
- 44:17I'm gonna send you guys some samples.
- 44:18We're gonna do bowel rest every once a week.
- 44:21Like all the things.
- 44:22This is all the things.
- 44:23I'm doing this workers program and Crystal said Dr.
- 44:26Gente.
- 44:27Great.
- 44:27I love it.
- 44:28Everything sounds so good.
- 44:29Do you have questions on your, do you have questions on Crystal?
- 44:32And Crystal says, no, I don't have any questions.
- 44:35And Crystal decided to go home and now as she was, you know, home taking care of her son and a husband.
- 44:42Questions start popping up, like, huh, I'm a little confused about this piece right here.
- 44:46Like, how am I gonna get this result?
- 44:48And Crystal doesn't speak up, crystal show up because Crystal does not speak up.
- 44:52Crystal is unclear, uncertain, and have doubt in the, you know, address it.
- 44:58What, you know with the people, with the, practitioner, she doesn't show up for herself.
- 45:03She's there in the group, but she's not really there in the group.
- 45:06She's not showing up for herself.
- 45:07She's not doing the work.
- 45:08She failed and she felt like she's a failure.
- 45:12She's like, oh my God, I just wasted$3,000 on this weight loss program.
- 45:16And the spouse is looking at crystal like, honey, you said this program was gonna have to lose weight.
- 45:22We don't even have the money, honey.
- 45:24We already tight.
- 45:25We have, you know, crystal Sun is, you know, we have H to take care of.
- 45:30we have this to take up all these bills and not just, you just took$3,000 really, and you just wasted$2,000 and now you still didn't lose the weight.
- 45:37And Crystal feels like she's a failure.
- 45:39She feels ashamed, she's depressed, she's anxious, because guess what?
- 45:44They work hard for those$3,000,'cause nobody has money, right?
- 45:48So we work hard for the$3,000.
- 45:49So next time.
- 45:50But Crystal still wanna lose weight.
- 45:52Crystal wanna lose weight.
- 45:53She's like, oh my God, I feel so healthy for my ideal weight.
- 45:56I can move around.
- 45:58I have, my self-esteem will increase my energy.
- 46:00I can run after itch.
- 46:02my son, I can do so much thing that her desire to lose weight is still within, hasn't left her.
- 46:06And then she's on Facebook, she's calling around and she's like, oh.
- 46:10And she saw this doctor, which is a guru, and this doctor said, oh my God, my weight loss program is the best weight loss program on earth.
- 46:17There's nothing comparable to my weight loss program.
- 46:20Every single person that does weight loss program lose weight.
- 46:23Every single one of'em.
- 46:24There's no other that, right?
- 46:26And then Crystal's looking at the weight loss program's, like, oh my God, that's a lie.
- 46:29He's a scam.
- 46:30He's a this, he's a that.
- 46:31Not that Crystal will do that, but you guys understand the, um, example I'm using, right?
- 46:35So Crystal never get out of this failure or past trauma or past experiences.
- 46:42To give herself an opportunity to lose the weight.
- 46:45And this experience, this scenario is what I face with almost every day.
- 46:49So I'm not, okay.
- 46:50I said, listen, I can't talk about other people's program, Because I've never been in this people's program.
- 46:55But I'm telling you, if all the components that I have in my program, you have it in another piece, people's program, and you did the work, you don't show up then Yes, don't join.
- 47:05Don't.
- 47:06Please don't.
- 47:06If you tell me you have unlimited support, accountability, and you have like weight loss drugs you can use forever with loss, side effects, hormone free, and this doctor sending you like something for elimination, she's sending you something to balance your hormones and she's giving you examples and she's showing up almost every day supporting you.
- 47:24And then she has an open door policy for you to come in with your questions.
- 47:29And then you did all that and Yeah, no way.
- 47:32And you actually did the work.
- 47:33You did the food prepping.
- 47:35Because there's a challenge in our program about that.
- 47:37You did the non-exercise activity stuff where we're all gonna go for a walk.
- 47:41You didn't, you're doing your mindset work.
- 47:43You are focusing on maintenance.
- 47:45You are clear on the mental, if you do all that and then you tell'em you didn't lose weight, please don't join.
- 47:49And it's so challenging, Because a lot of you are doing so many things, but many of you don't know what's working and many of you are in the state of analysis paralysis.
- 47:59You are stuck where you are.
- 48:01You are stuck because of past experiences, past trauma, and you're doing the bare minimum.
- 48:07You know what?
- 48:08I don't have to join this 200, 500, 30$500,000 a program.
- 48:13I can just pop some pills.
- 48:14I can just go on Amazon, Google weight loss, and tons of drops will pop up and I'll just take that quick fixes, right?
- 48:20But this doctor's crazy.
- 48:21Oh my God.
- 48:22Two 2,500.
- 48:23That's a lot of money.
- 48:24For what?
- 48:25For what?
- 48:26What am I gonna get?
- 48:27And is she gonna come and just do this and I'm gonna lose weight?
- 48:30The story you tell yourself, that's the type of failure.
- 48:34The scarcity mindset.
- 48:36That's the type of failure.
- 48:37Why not you?
- 48:39Why can't you lose the weight?
- 48:41How come she can lose the weight?
- 48:42What's so special about her?
- 48:43Why not you?
- 48:44And you know, when you lose, when you lose weight, that all the laundry list of benefits that come with it, it's like so long when you lose weight, I mean your heart will, will improve, right?
- 48:53I mean so long.
- 48:55Why not?
- 48:56Why not you?
- 48:56Why are we preventing something or anything from making you lose weight?
- 49:01Why?
- 49:02Because you're still holding on to past failure.
- 49:04cause you'll be still holding on to past trauma, bad experiences.
- 49:08What you need to do is let go do your, investigate, do your part, ask all the questions, reach out, like get all the information and sit with it.
- 49:18That's what I do.
- 49:19That's what I do.
- 49:20That is what I do.
- 49:21I would, if I'm interested in the program and I'm like, huh, I wonder what's in that program.
- 49:25That sounds so good.
- 49:27He or she makes it sound so good.
- 49:29Let me get the information.
- 49:30Let me sit and ask and see if I'm into alignment with that program.
- 49:34That's what you have to do because not making a decision is making a decision.
- 49:39Either way, you're paying for both.
- 49:40You can make a decision and pay.
- 49:42Lose the weight or you cannot make a decision and pay because you're still struggling with the weight loss.
- 49:46You're still trying all the, you know, cus you know, like lower cost things, but yet those things piled up and you're still not getting the results.
- 49:54Your choice.
- 49:55so that's it, It's a lot, it's an hour.
- 49:58I'm so excited.
- 49:59lemme see if you guys have any questions because it's almost seven o'clock.
- 50:02Hi Pat.
- 50:03Hi, Shira.
- 50:04Crystal is here.
- 50:04It's not a quick fix.
- 50:06Look, I says M and Crystal said, I agree.
- 50:09Mental toughness is hard.
- 50:10Yes, it is very hard.
- 50:12Very, very hard mindset alone.
- 50:14Shifting your mindset, changing your mindset is the hardest part ever I found, because then again, remember, if you have to lose weight, you gotta address the psychological component of weight loss.
- 50:24If you think you're gonna lose weight, you can just pop a pill, take some drugs, and that's it.
- 50:28That's all you need to do, my friend.
- 50:29You are mistaken.
- 50:31That's a lie.
- 50:32Doesn't work that way and it will never work that way.
- 50:35Mindset, you got to work on your mindset.
- 50:37It's not only for weight loss, for all things, because life will push you down every time you're trying to look up.
- 50:44You're gonna get pushed down, you gotta keep looking up, and then that one quit.
- 50:46Life is gonna give up like, and life is gonna be like, okay, great.
- 50:49Well, she keeps looking up.
- 50:50Let's just leave her alone.
- 50:51And then you're able to look up and rise above all things mindset.
- 50:56So if you are interested in joining the weight loss program, come on, let's go.
- 51:00Let's do some weight.
- 51:01I will be doing a Facebook Live, going over the weight loss program.
- 51:05What's in it?
- 51:06I am happy to say that majority of my old patients are coming back'cause they already know the value of this program.
- 51:12so if financials is what's stopping you, don't let it stop.
- 51:15You.
- 51:16Ask the universe to guide you, to give you find, call somebody, borrow some money, do something, get the money because I'm telling it's worth it.
- 51:23And yes, Dr.
- 51:24Genty, every single person says that about the weight loss program.
- 51:27What makes you special?
- 51:29I can do a whole Facebook Life about that, where I can go over what's special about my weight loss program and what you should look about, your weight loss program, how taking a pill or drops alone and doing a quick fix is not gonna help you.
- 51:40It's not gonna serve you and it's not gonna help you.
- 51:42All right, so if you have any questions whatsoever, you're interested, let's come on.
- 51:46Let's join us because we are kicking this off pretty soon.
