- 0:54[SPEAKER_00]: There was a mole inside the Newsom Administration who wore an FBI wire and recorded everything.

- 1:58[SPEAKER_00]: And here's the beauty of it.
- 2:00[SPEAKER_00]: According to Badesda's own attorney, the recordings began as early as June of 2024.
- 2:09[SPEAKER_00]: Now, who pray tell was President in June of 2024?
- 2:15[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, I know what happened in November of 2024, but who is President that previous summer?
- 2:21[SPEAKER_00]: Well, that would be one Joseph Biden.
- 2:24[SPEAKER_00]: He, of course, doesn't remember, but yes, he indeed was the auto pen and chief back in June 2024 and to add insult to injury for gruesome news some Biden, of course, was a Democrat.
- 2:35[SPEAKER_00]: Use a member of Gavin Newsom's own party.
- 2:38[SPEAKER_00]: And this has all been further corroborated.
- 2:40[SPEAKER_00]: The FBI's investigation into Newsom's administration was not initiated by Trump.
- 2:46[SPEAKER_00]: It started under the U.S. Attorney's Office in Sacramento, California's own capital, based on whistleblower tips from inside Newsom's own staff.
- 2:57[SPEAKER_00]: So the next time, Newsom goes on camera and accuses Donald Trump of weaponizing the Justice Department against him.
- 3:04[SPEAKER_00]: Somebody should remind him that the FBI was already building its case against his political world on Joe Biden's watch using one of Newsom's own trusted allies to do it.
- 3:16[SPEAKER_00]: The feds who need Trump to tell them something smelled rotten and Sacramento, they could smell it themselves.
- 3:22[SPEAKER_00]: So now who specifically was Alexis Podesta recording and why?
- 3:27[SPEAKER_00]: That brings us to Dana Williamson.
- 3:30[SPEAKER_00]: Williamson was Gavin Newsom's former chief of staff, one of the most powerful people in California government.
- 3:37[SPEAKER_00]: She was Newsom's right hand.
- 3:38[SPEAKER_00]: and she just so happened to be recently indicted on 23 federal charges, 23.
- 3:46[SPEAKER_00]: Williamson, along with a lobbyist and another Democratic operative, allegedly funneled $225,000.
- 3:54[SPEAKER_00]: Out of a dormant campaign account belonging to Javier Bacera, the former California Attorney General and Biden's own HHS Secretary, and redirected those funds of course for personal use, according to investigators, it was brazen, it was corrupt, and it's exactly the kind of thing that thrives inside a one-party machine that's operated without accountability for decades.
- 4:18[SPEAKER_00]: So in May of this year, whims and pleaded guilty, not to all 23 charges, but to three, conspiracy to commit bank fraud and wire fraud, filling out a false tax return or filing, I guess I should say a false tax return, and making false statements to the FBI.
- 4:36[SPEAKER_00]: Now, here's the obvious question more and more journalists and commentators are asking, why did Williamson get such a sweetheart deal?
- 4:44[SPEAKER_00]: Why did she get such a dramatically reduced yet 23 charges reduced to just three?
- 4:51[SPEAKER_00]: That's not a routine plea bargain.
- 4:53[SPEAKER_00]: There are many who are speculating that this was indeed a cooperation deal.
- 4:58[SPEAKER_00]: It's the sound to someone giving prosecutor something or someone far bigger than herself.
- 5:05[SPEAKER_00]: And who do you suppose is the biggest fish in the Sacramento pond?
- 5:09[SPEAKER_00]: And of course that is where Gavin Newsom comes in.
- 5:13[SPEAKER_00]: The FBI Wirecase doesn't exist in a vacuum.
- 5:17[SPEAKER_00]: It's one thread in a much larger tapestry of corruption.
- 5:21[SPEAKER_00]: Three weeks ago, the DOJ announced that the Greece Monkey himself was indeed under federal investigation for pressuring companies regulated by the state of California to donate millions of dollars to his wife Jennifer Newsom's non-profit, the California Partners Project.
- 5:39[SPEAKER_00]: And then rewarded those same companies with hundreds of millions in state contracts.
- 5:46[SPEAKER_00]: So according to investigators, AT&T donated $185,000 to Mrs. Newsom's nonprofit.
- 5:53[SPEAKER_00]: And in return, they received $260 million in state contracts, not a bad deal.
- 5:59[SPEAKER_00]: Comcast donated 15,000 and got 20 million from the state.
- 6:04[SPEAKER_00]: Kaiser Permanente donated 20,000 and received 172 million in kickbacks.
- 6:12[SPEAKER_00]: It's a classic pay-to-play scheme that we saw with Biden and Ukraine before the war started there.
- 6:18[SPEAKER_00]: We saw it with both Clinton's Bill and Hillary, and now we're seeing it with gruesome news.
- 6:22[SPEAKER_00]: The California Fair Political Practices Commission has already fine news and $13,000 for failing to report over 14 million in these so-called be-hested payments to his wife.
- 6:36[SPEAKER_00]: He's already been caught once.
- 6:38[SPEAKER_00]: The feds are treating that fine, like smoke, and they're looking for the fire, and that's where these hit-and-wire recordings come in.
- 6:47[SPEAKER_00]: They almost certainly provoke the FBI to investigate Newsom himself, and while the investigation is ongoing,
- 6:54[SPEAKER_00]: The web of scandals surrounding Newsom is already destroying his political future.
- 7:00[SPEAKER_00]: His ultimate ambition for years has been the White House, but the data that's coming out is absolutely crushing his dream of doing to America what he's already done to California.

- 9:50[SPEAKER_00]: Jay, a partner's polling, Kamala has opened up a double digit lead over news some are polling is twice as high as his and it's not just the Daily Mail.
- 10:01[SPEAKER_00]: Puanus Insights, one of the most accurate pollsters of 2024, they're showing a virtually identical double digit lead for Harris, which we should note parenthetically is an absolute disaster for the Democrats in the making, right?

- 10:17[SPEAKER_00]: who lost an election came back in one of the very next presidential election ever in our nation's history.
- 10:23[SPEAKER_00]: It's never had Richard Nixon ran in 1960 and lost to barely lost to Kennedy.
- 10:30[SPEAKER_00]: But he sat out the next election, the 64 election.
- 10:33[SPEAKER_00]: Those very gold water.
- 10:34[SPEAKER_00]: He didn't run again until 68.
- 10:36[SPEAKER_00]: We have never had a candidate who lost a presidential election and then came back to win in the next one.

- 10:43[SPEAKER_00]: The Democrats double in down on Kamali, and that's the best news you could run with.
- 10:48[SPEAKER_00]: That's very good for JD in the Republicans for 2028.
- 10:51[SPEAKER_00]: But regardless, Newsom's poll numbers are imploding.
- 10:56[SPEAKER_00]: Here's another one again, showing a near identical double digit lead for Harris.
- 11:02[SPEAKER_00]: Just weeks ago, keeping my Newsom was leading all the polls.
- 11:07[SPEAKER_00]: Right, Newsom was leading.
- 11:09[SPEAKER_00]: He was the tough guy who was going to stand up to the maga movement.
- 11:11[SPEAKER_00]: There were articles already coordinating him as the next Democrat presidential candidate.
- 11:16[SPEAKER_00]: And today, today's just another corrupt and crooked politician.
- 11:21[SPEAKER_00]: Well, maybe an exceptionally corrupt and crooked politician.
- 11:26[SPEAKER_00]: And it's turning off even Democrats.
- 11:29[SPEAKER_00]: The Hill reported in mid-June that prominent Democrats were already privately sounding the alarm on Newsom.
- 11:36[SPEAKER_00]: And their concern isn't whether the investigation is legitimate or not.
- 11:40[SPEAKER_00]: Their concern is very simple.
- 11:42[SPEAKER_00]: The optics alone could sink him within the party.
- 11:47[SPEAKER_00]: they know that the 2028 primaries are going to be brutal.
- 11:51[SPEAKER_00]: They're wide open primaries for the Democrats.
- 11:53[SPEAKER_00]: They don't have an incumbent.
- 11:55[SPEAKER_00]: And so they're going to absolutely hammer Newsom on these scandals and FBI investigations.
- 12:01[SPEAKER_00]: Remember how they destroyed Bloomberg, right, in the last Democrat presidential primaries?
- 12:07[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, they killed Elizabeth Warren destroyed him on state.
- 12:11[SPEAKER_00]: Do you know what they're going to do to Newsom?
- 12:13[SPEAKER_00]: It's going to be the same thing.
- 12:14[SPEAKER_00]: And again, the concern here is over how democrats are going to be hammering, gruesome nuisance.
- 12:21[SPEAKER_00]: Even if he were to get the nomination, he'd be so politically battered that JD could wipe the floor with him.
- 12:27[SPEAKER_00]: Now again, remember, nuisance in her circle is claiming that Trump handed him a gift by
- 12:32[SPEAKER_00]: turning him into a martyr and a way comparable to the way Biden initiated investigations turned Trump into a martyr when they, you know, when they rated Mara Logo in the like, but Trump's relationship to the Republican party is very, very, very different than new Sims relationship to the Democrat party.
- 12:51[SPEAKER_00]: Several sources close to the governor have openly expressed that they are genuinely worried, especially about what the investigators may already know and how that's going to be exploited by their fellow Democrat candidates.
- 13:07[SPEAKER_00]: so let's zoom out and name what we're actually looking at here because it's pretty impressive stuff impressive of course if you are maga, Gavin Newsom's own chief of staff has pleaded guilty to three federal felonies.
- 13:21[SPEAKER_00]: It's probably a sweet heart deal for her to turn to sing to give a little bit more information find a bigger fish and sacrament upon.
- 13:30[SPEAKER_00]: a trusted new some ally secretly recorded his inner circle for the FBI and she's been doing so since June of 2024, which started under Biden, of course.
- 13:40[SPEAKER_00]: Shortly thereafter, new some himself came under active federal investigation for a paid a play scheme, funneling millions through his wife's nonprofit.
- 13:51[SPEAKER_00]: He's 2028 presidential poll numbers are in a free fall and members
- 13:59[SPEAKER_00]: take him down in the 2028 primaries.
- 14:03[SPEAKER_00]: Now, I've been saying for months that the House of Cards California Democrats built a machine of unaccountable power, taxpayer money, and crony backroom dealing, that House of Cards was going to come down eventually.
- 14:17[SPEAKER_00]: Well, it looks like it's coming down.
- 14:19[SPEAKER_00]: Not because of a partisan witch hunt, not because of Donald Trump, but because someone inside that machine, someone knew some trusted, decided to wear a wire.
