- 0:01Speaker 1: Jerey, Katy, and Josh one hundred off the air.
- 0:04Speaker 2: Josh was telling us about something gross that happened on
- 0:07Speaker 2: the trail yesterday.
- 0:09Speaker 3: Yeah, like Katie, I like to run a lot, And
- 0:12Speaker 3: unlike Katie, I don't feel his braggadocious I don't even
- 0:15Speaker 3: brag about it all the time.
- 0:17Speaker 1: But Jeremy, I am.
- 0:21Speaker 3: I am on my running journey, as Jeremy likes to say,
- 0:23Speaker 3: and yesterday was weird. I have like a home stretch
- 0:27Speaker 3: of about a half mile where it's just a pretty
- 0:29Speaker 3: straight path that goes right back to my car and
- 0:32Speaker 3: where I can leave. So I'm running that and I'm
- 0:34Speaker 3: finishing up my run yesterday, and in the distance, I'm
- 0:37Speaker 3: seeing another runner pass or you know, get closer to me.
- 0:40Speaker 3: And as I'm running up, running up, running up to him,
- 0:43Speaker 3: finally get to where I'm about, you know, three feet
- 0:45Speaker 3: away from him, and I kind of give him the
- 0:47Speaker 3: what's up nod that all guys do, like, hey man,
- 0:49Speaker 3: how are you.
- 0:50Speaker 4: I have my headphones in so I can't hear him.
- 0:51Speaker 3: I'm not gonna have a conversation, but he looks at
- 0:53Speaker 3: me gives me the what's up nod as well. But
- 0:56Speaker 3: then I mean directly in front of me. Farmer's blow
- 1:01Speaker 3: snot rocket directly in front of me.
- 1:03Speaker 2: The sign of dominance is what that is? Well, I
- 1:06Speaker 2: was like Katie Casey, Katie dives and catches it in
- 1:11Speaker 2: her mouth.
- 1:12Speaker 5: I think I've done this, Katie has done it.
- 1:15Speaker 2: But like I think the thing with Josh is that
- 1:17Speaker 2: the guy did it like right in front of right
- 1:19Speaker 2: in front of him, right before the wood up.
- 1:21Speaker 3: Dude, when you had dominant, you get a mile to
- 1:24Speaker 3: do it or directly after me, because I wouldn't have even
- 1:26Speaker 3: hurt him.
- 1:27Speaker 4: I mean it's the not not snot rocket right there.
- 1:30Speaker 2: And I was like, yeah, it's like a dog marking
- 1:32Speaker 2: his territory. Yeah, he's like, this is my trio.
- 1:35Speaker 4: It's so rude.
- 1:37Speaker 1: He probably did it right in front of you on purpose.
- 1:39Speaker 4: Totally, you think so, because that was my question.
- 1:41Speaker 1: Yeah, yea, yeah, yeah, he think he did it on purpose.
- 1:44Speaker 4: What is wrong with people?
- 1:45Speaker 2: Then you're supposed to do it back, don't you know?
- 1:50Speaker 4: Okay, that's the high that you get up.
- 1:53Speaker 1: Then that's a sub.
- 1:56Speaker 3: I just was so taken aback. I almost had it
- 1:59Speaker 3: like jump out of the way.
- 2:01Speaker 1: Better than I.
- 2:02Speaker 2: It's like when you're best friends you know when you
- 2:04Speaker 2: cut your palm and then you cut your blood brothers
- 2:07Speaker 2: and shake hands. You guys are snot brothers. You're supposed
- 2:09Speaker 2: to fire back. Now you ruined that friendship.
- 2:12Speaker 4: So he's running away from me like he didn't do
- 2:14Speaker 4: it back.
- 2:15Speaker 1: Yeah, I know you made him sad.
- 2:17Speaker 2: And bonus points if you catch the snot in mid
- 2:19Speaker 2: air and they.
- 2:19Speaker 1: Go, oh yeah snot stream bros.
- 2:21Speaker 2: Yes, not stream bros. And then you take us healthy together.
- 2:29Speaker 4: And we get each other's number, we start texting becomes
- 2:31Speaker 4: the problem. I think it was disgusting. I had to
- 2:35Speaker 4: jump out of the way of his snot. It was
- 2:38Speaker 4: so yucky.
- 2:40Speaker 3: Your shirts off too, No, I am not a shirt
- 2:43Speaker 3: off runners. That's that he enjoys cheaped nipples. Well no,
- 2:48Speaker 3: but you can buy running shirts, Jeremy.
- 2:53Speaker 2: He just cuts out the holes for his nipples. No
- 2:56Speaker 2: blood here, he's his shirt on. And then maybe that's
- 3:00Speaker 2: why he's at me. It's just straight nipping it out there.
- 3:05Speaker 2: It's like playing darts. He's got to hit the bulls either.
- 3:09Speaker 2: So anyway, we don't see what the problem is.
- 3:11Speaker 4: But I thought you guys would have had way big
- 3:13Speaker 4: of a problem with this.
- 3:15Speaker 1: Friends.
- 3:16Speaker 2: Yeah, boring this is what marriage has come to after
- 3:22Speaker 2: twenty years. Uh, Nick Knack and I texting back and
- 3:25Speaker 2: forth this morning wondering where all the ice packs went
- 3:28Speaker 2: in the freezer. We've got, you know, probably fifteen to
- 3:32Speaker 2: twenty ice packs. It's like in the bottom drawer for
- 3:35Speaker 2: lunches and coolers and you know when you fall in
- 3:39Speaker 2: twist and ankle. Yeah, there's like three ice packs in.
- 3:42Speaker 4: That right now.
- 3:42Speaker 1: I know exactly where they are.
- 3:44Speaker 5: Where are they They're in a kid's room somewhere. They
- 3:46Speaker 5: are in a child's room.
- 3:48Speaker 2: They're there at the school lost and found.
- 3:51Speaker 5: Yes, yes, the kids happened or know where they are.
- 3:54Speaker 5: I can guarantee you that.
- 3:55Speaker 2: She's super annoyed because my daughter didn't unpack her lunch
- 3:58Speaker 2: from yesterday from camp and uh, there's four of the
- 4:01Speaker 2: ice packs are in there and they're warm, not icy
- 4:04Speaker 2: at all. Oh yeah, super annoyed. So she went and
- 4:07Speaker 2: started looking for other ice packs and they're just non existent.
- 4:10Speaker 4: So oh yeah, I don't know why this is marriage.
- 4:14Speaker 5: The short strawer of your child and the ice.
- 4:17Speaker 2: Pack there, you know, they're gonna be like in the
- 4:19Speaker 2: back of the car in the cross place.
- 4:22Speaker 1: The weirdest place is where you will find them.
- 4:24Speaker 2: My god, oh marriage, This is what I do. This
- 4:27Speaker 2: is what I do during commercial breaks. You guys, I
- 4:29Speaker 2: talk with my wife about where all the ice packs are.
- 4:31Speaker 4: Sexy conversation. There we go.
- 4:33Speaker 2: That's what's going on. I do have to give a
- 4:35Speaker 2: shout out to my son who has been extremely creative
- 4:39Speaker 2: this summer, one one of which is it's him and
- 4:43Speaker 2: like this group of ten other kids. They go zipping
- 4:45Speaker 2: around on all their bikes. They're not like these kids
- 4:49Speaker 2: zipping around on the motor bikes. They're actually like pedaling
- 4:53Speaker 2: and riding their bikes okay, and going out on adventures.
- 4:56Speaker 2: Like he will leave in the morning and we won't
- 4:59Speaker 2: see him until like the afternoon. He'll just get or
- 5:02Speaker 2: he'll pop in and out, get a drink. Yeah, be
- 5:04Speaker 2: bright red, and they take off again. And it's just
- 5:07Speaker 2: this group of kids and they're out having fun and exploring,
- 5:11Speaker 2: and they've been doing this thing where they're you know,
- 5:13Speaker 2: they're all going into high school, but they're playing hide
- 5:15Speaker 2: and seek. I was like, what, But what they're doing
- 5:19Speaker 2: is like they'll break off into pairs and go wherever
- 5:23Speaker 2: and hide and then they text each other clues as
- 5:27Speaker 2: to where they might be that's awesome. Like they'll explain, like,
- 5:31Speaker 2: you know, one one thing that they see in front
- 5:32Speaker 2: of them, you know, like park bench or something like that,
- 5:35Speaker 2: and then they all head out and try to find him.
- 5:38Speaker 2: So they're playing like hide and seek, and I'm like,
- 5:40Speaker 2: this is fantastic.
- 5:41Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 5:41Speaker 2: I love that you're not all sitting on your screen.
- 5:43Speaker 5: And I like the addition of technology to hide and
- 5:46Speaker 5: seek there. That is an added bonus. You guys are
- 5:49Speaker 5: being kind of creative. I'm not mad that they can't
- 5:51Speaker 5: say that.
- 5:52Speaker 2: I'm glad that they're out having fun in the sunshine.
- 5:55Speaker 2: The other thing that he's doing is the old three
- 5:57Speaker 2: D printing powerhouse has been fired up. The three D
- 6:00Speaker 2: printers in the house have been running none stop for
- 6:04Speaker 2: like the past month, you name it. He's making these vases.
- 6:08Speaker 2: He's got all sorts of Fourth of July ear rings
- 6:11Speaker 2: that he's making. He's got a big craft fair this weekend.
- 6:14Speaker 6: Oh, it's like a craft fair slash car show that
- 6:17Speaker 6: he does every year with my mother in law because
- 6:19Speaker 6: she's got nothing else to do, and so they sit
- 6:22Speaker 6: around all day together with this kraft fair and he'll
- 6:24Speaker 6: come home with like six hundred bucks.
- 6:26Speaker 4: I know.
- 6:26Speaker 2: I'm like, wow, he need an assistant.
- 6:29Speaker 6: I know.
- 6:29Speaker 2: No, she's got taken care of bah blah blah, nothing
- 6:32Speaker 2: else going on. As I mentioned, that's.
- 6:34Speaker 1: Right, Yeah, that's right, you got free time.
- 6:36Speaker 2: He doesn't need too lazy people.
- 6:41Speaker 1: Make that decision for him.
- 6:43Speaker 2: But it's been impressive to go up to his room.
- 6:45Speaker 2: I was in his room last night, and he's got
- 6:47Speaker 2: like this spread all across his room. And if everything's
- 6:50Speaker 2: so colorful, you know, because all this stuff is so colorful,
- 6:53Speaker 2: and he's got everything from like these little skulls he's
- 6:56Speaker 2: made skulls because all these car guys love the skulls
- 7:00Speaker 2: and these snakes because all of the like the cobra guys,
- 7:03Speaker 2: the Mustang cobra guys and all that, they scoop up
- 7:06Speaker 2: these snakes and they put them on their engines and stuff.
- 7:08Speaker 5: And the snakes are neat, and the lizards and stuff
- 7:10Speaker 5: that have all the chain links yep.
- 7:12Speaker 2: Exactly, and all these car guys scoop this stuff up.
- 7:16Speaker 2: And now with the fourth of July coming up, he's
- 7:18Speaker 2: got all this patriotic stuff and these patriotic ear rings
- 7:20Speaker 2: for the ladies and everything. And I'm like, man, I
- 7:24Speaker 2: got a bright little kid in the house. Yeah, he's
- 7:27Speaker 2: looking to expand to and start doing like uh merch
- 7:30Speaker 2: like T shirts and stuff and hats. So I'm trying
- 7:34Speaker 2: to help him get set up with like a fourth
- 7:35Speaker 2: Wall account and we can get T shirts going and stuff.
- 7:38Speaker 2: I'm smart kid, he's the riches.
- 7:43Speaker 5: He's really about to pace us all, like he's about
- 7:46Speaker 5: to lap us all on this journey of life. Yeah,
- 7:49Speaker 5: you sure he doesn't need an assistant.
- 7:51Speaker 2: First, I'm trying to feel I'm trying to figure out
- 7:53Speaker 2: how I can glimb onto that right.
- 7:54Speaker 1: Like what a smart he's.
- 7:57Speaker 3: Doing the thing that mister Beast, who is like the
- 7:59Speaker 3: most famous YouTuber right now, said you can make millions
- 8:02Speaker 3: of followers it's the faceless YouTube channels.
- 8:04Speaker 4: And that's what he's done it.
- 8:06Speaker 2: He's done it too rushed it.
- 8:07Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 8:08Speaker 2: Yeah. Every day he's coming in, he's like, oh, I
- 8:09Speaker 2: got you know, I got thirteen thousand followers on this
- 8:12Speaker 2: all of a sudden, in all this view this video
- 8:14Speaker 2: got three hundred thousand views, and it's just it's just
- 8:18Speaker 2: three D printing content where you're going to.
- 8:19Speaker 4: Be living in your sun's basements.
- 8:23Speaker 2: You know, you're probably right, buddy, right with that I
- 8:26Speaker 2: would definitely be all right with that. Got a couple
- 8:29Speaker 2: stories here for you. One's good for your body, one's
- 8:32Speaker 2: good for your mind. Mars the candy company rolling out
- 8:36Speaker 2: a new version of M and M's without the artificial dies,
- 8:41Speaker 2: be exclusively available on Amazon in August, so I guess
- 8:44Speaker 2: they're starting it there. The only problem is is these
- 8:47Speaker 2: packs will not have any blue or brown minems because
- 8:50Speaker 2: they're still in the process of finding alternate color options
- 8:54Speaker 2: for those two colors, so they're good on everything else
- 8:57Speaker 2: they see. The problem with brown is you need like
- 9:01Speaker 2: blue coloring to create the brown, so they've got to
- 9:03Speaker 2: figure out the blue first.
- 9:05Speaker 1: To get the brown from the berry.
- 9:07Speaker 2: Yeah, I guess you could do it like a blueberry.
- 9:09Speaker 2: They think very natural.
- 9:11Speaker 1: I guess it is very blue.
- 9:12Speaker 4: I guess purple.
- 9:15Speaker 2: With a little bit of water. I don't know. The
- 9:19Speaker 2: new ones have colors that come from beats and turmeric
- 9:23Speaker 2: to create different dye colors. Anyway, they're hoping to phase
- 9:27Speaker 2: out all the all the artificial dyes by twenty twenty
- 9:31Speaker 2: eight with the M and MS.
- 9:32Speaker 4: Why do we need colors for that?
- 9:34Speaker 1: I think that because it's but.
- 9:37Speaker 4: They'll taste the same.
- 9:37Speaker 2: A visual thing they think.
- 9:39Speaker 5: It really is, just like you've come to get used
- 9:41Speaker 5: to this, Like I really think if all of them
- 9:44Speaker 5: look the same, they wouldn't have the same appeal. Kiss
- 9:47Speaker 5: at that, Yeah, because iays like to say, like the
- 9:49Speaker 5: blues are my favorite, even though they do taste the same, Josh.
- 9:51Speaker 2: Psychologically you think it tastes different, you know, cert different colors.
- 9:55Speaker 2: And who's the one who's eating all the brown ones?
- 9:57Speaker 2: I know I was in for a brown one. I
- 9:59Speaker 2: go in for the red ones. Come on now, and
- 10:02Speaker 2: how about this? Your brain, Katie can keep improving into
- 10:06Speaker 2: your nineties. And you're the closest one here to your nineties. Jeremy,
- 10:11Speaker 2: you are, I'm spreading rumors.
- 10:17Speaker 4: He's so old, you guys.
- 10:19Speaker 2: Anyway, they say, just take a little bit of time
- 10:23Speaker 2: each and every day to do some sort of brain activity,
- 10:27Speaker 2: some sort of thinking skill, and it's gonna help your
- 10:30Speaker 2: brain stay young. Besides the mindless scrolling. Do something like
- 10:35Speaker 2: a crossword. You can do what's that? What do you doing?
- 10:38Speaker 4: Tests?
- 10:39Speaker 2: A pinky test?
- 10:40Speaker 5: You cross your pointer finger in your middle with your hand,
- 10:44Speaker 5: and then what that's what you do? You cross your
- 10:46Speaker 5: pointer finger in your middle finger like you're crossing your
- 10:48Speaker 5: fingers like, oh, make it a wish, and then you
- 10:50Speaker 5: press your thumb to your ring finger on your right
- 10:54Speaker 5: hand or whatever hand, so you're touching your ring finger
- 10:57Speaker 5: and your thumb right and then you take your pinky
- 11:00Speaker 5: and you move it back and forth to the side
- 11:03Speaker 5: so that in itself, I know, I.
- 11:05Speaker 1: Know, because you.
- 11:08Speaker 5: Really have to focus on it. And I'm not talking
- 11:10Speaker 5: up and down is easy. You need to put it
- 11:12Speaker 5: out to the side and bring it back in.
- 11:14Speaker 2: You can't go to the left too far.
- 11:16Speaker 5: Not only does this help with just like keeping your
- 11:20Speaker 5: mind power boosted, but it can prevent again things against
- 11:23Speaker 5: things like dementia.
- 11:27Speaker 4: Do this.
- 11:28Speaker 5: It's called the pinky test. Google it and see. But
- 11:30Speaker 5: I don't know about you, but one of my biggest fears,
- 11:33Speaker 5: and I think it's because of the notebook, is developing dementia,
- 11:36Speaker 5: Like forgetting the disease terrifies me. And this is supposed
- 11:40Speaker 5: to help boost our brain power so as to avoid
- 11:43Speaker 5: all that stuff. But yeah, and it's because you really
- 11:46Speaker 5: have to focus on it, Like you.
- 11:47Speaker 2: Can money and research pour it into dementia and all
- 11:51Speaker 2: you have to do is cross your pinky.
- 11:54Speaker 5: One thing that can help, And why can't you just
- 11:56Speaker 5: keep doing all the things to help, but.
- 12:00Speaker 4: The two.
- 12:00Speaker 5: So you cross your fingers like you're making a wish, right,
- 12:03Speaker 5: and then you take your thumb and your ring finger
- 12:05Speaker 5: and you put them together, you touch them right. And
- 12:07Speaker 5: then you take your pinky and you put it all
- 12:09Speaker 5: the way out to the side and then you bring
- 12:10Speaker 5: it back and.
- 12:11Speaker 1: You just keep doing that. You just keep doing exactly
- 12:14Speaker 1: and you really need to focus about that. But no,
- 12:18Speaker 1: you really have to focus. And they say you can't
- 12:21Speaker 1: do this.
- 12:21Speaker 5: And scroll on your phone at the same time because
- 12:23Speaker 5: you won't do it right. So you have to focus.
- 12:25Speaker 5: And that's part of the game, is keeping your.
- 12:28Speaker 2: Mind in gage and still just rather do a cross
- 12:32Speaker 2: projector or do that, yeah, word search. Maybe you know
- 12:37Speaker 2: everybody's doing it right,
