- 0:15Speaker 1: can set us a text check in over to two
- 0:17Speaker 1: two nine eight seven. So it's the annual tradition on
- 0:21Speaker 1: Discovery Shark Week.
- 0:24Speaker 3: So excited.
- 0:24Speaker 1: Yeah, people love my wife, man, she loves She's not
- 0:27Speaker 1: as crazy as she used to be. She used to
- 0:29Speaker 1: set up she used to set up all the recordings
- 0:32Speaker 1: back on. It's just DVR only, I think now because
- 0:34Speaker 1: you got the Discovery app, you can watch it.
- 0:37Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 0:37Speaker 1: You just go to the Shark Week tab on there
- 0:40Speaker 1: and a lot of times they repeat stuff from you know,
- 0:43Speaker 1: past season. Yeah, there's a lot of repeat stuff, but
- 0:46Speaker 1: there's always some new stuff in there.
- 0:48Speaker 4: Did she record it for the kids or she like.
- 0:49Speaker 1: Oh, it's for her, good for her. No, she loves
- 0:51Speaker 1: all that sharks.
- 0:52Speaker 3: One week where they were so obsessed with the sharks
- 0:55Speaker 3: jumping out of the water.
- 0:57Speaker 1: One what was the what was the thing they had
- 1:00Speaker 1: a couple of years ago? Was it Michael Phelps racing?
- 1:06Speaker 1: But not really that was cool really, yeah, but the
- 1:09Speaker 1: way they hype that up and you're like, wait, what Yeah,
- 1:11Speaker 1: but you know, didn't they just take the time of
- 1:14Speaker 1: a shark and then compared it to the time that
- 1:16Speaker 1: he was able to do it otherwise.
- 1:17Speaker 4: Noticed is something that you could look up on your own.
- 1:19Speaker 1: Right, Yeah, but they gave it a good shot, you know,
- 1:22Speaker 1: they try to get creative. Well, when it's Shark week
- 1:24Speaker 1: on Discovery, it is narc week here on the Woody Show.
- 1:28Speaker 1: That's right, Sebastians going around trying to get people do
- 1:35Speaker 1: the right thing and return those cards to the card
- 1:37Speaker 1: corral or to the front of the store. And what
- 1:40Speaker 1: he got for his agency best.
- 1:41Speaker 4: We got a new agent joining a law and more
- 1:43Speaker 4: of a quality controller supervisor agent. That's a Jeff g.
- 1:49Speaker 4: The premise here is that I'm going out and doing
- 1:51Speaker 4: my narking and then as i'm as I'm kind of
- 1:53Speaker 4: finishing things up, my supervisor will kind of get a
- 1:55Speaker 4: customer survey. So this first lady, she's uh, the German lady,
- 2:01Speaker 4: middle aged German lady, and she had dumped her carts
- 2:04Speaker 4: and on an angle loose in the handicap walkway, which
- 2:07Speaker 4: means that the blue and white striped area next to
- 2:09Speaker 4: the handicapp spots, that is that says no parking, but
- 2:12Speaker 4: it's always big and open, so they're from the throw
- 2:14Speaker 4: it so that now someone can't open their rear door,
- 2:16Speaker 4: for instance. Well we'll get a wheelchair around. So I've
- 2:19Speaker 4: been sitting there in front of her for a while
- 2:21Speaker 4: and I'm waving, I'm pointing, waving, pointing, and she won't
- 2:25Speaker 4: have She won't talk to me, talk to me, talk
- 2:26Speaker 4: to me until Jeff shows up. And then her first
- 2:29Speaker 4: her first complaint isn't oh I'm sorry about the cart,
- 2:32Speaker 4: it's oh, you got a camera? Yeah, I don't understand
- 2:35Speaker 4: the first Amendment. Oh okay, oh yeah, man.
- 2:37Speaker 2: See what you did? Is you because you blocked the
- 2:40Speaker 2: handicapped spot with you?
- 2:41Speaker 5: I didn't knock anything.
- 2:42Speaker 2: Well what's that? What's the park? What's that right the
- 2:47Speaker 2: front of the stores? Right there?
- 2:48Speaker 6: So you can murdered?
- 2:49Speaker 4: Card of the first odation you're taking. Other man, I
- 2:52Speaker 4: don't think you understand the first Amendments of the damn Constitution, which.
- 2:55Speaker 7: Says we have the freedom of speech to stop people
- 2:59Speaker 7: like yourself from being darn old lazybones who hate freedom.
- 3:01Speaker 2: Watch out behind you. Sorry, man, she's very lazy. Oh
- 3:04Speaker 2: lazy bones.
- 3:09Speaker 4: You think they know better in Munich getting uh, yeah,
- 3:12Speaker 4: well they had such hard ConTroll and for folks people
- 3:15Speaker 4: might I don't think I understand necessarily. People say, well,
- 3:17Speaker 4: first of the moment's freedom of speech. Well, freedom of
- 3:19Speaker 4: speech means the ability also to record things to talk
- 3:22Speaker 4: about later. So that means taking notes, taking photos, taking video,
- 3:25Speaker 4: recording audio, assuming it's in a public place like a
- 3:28Speaker 4: like a parking lot. Assumed privacy, right, So that is
- 3:31Speaker 4: part of the freedom of speech and the ability to
- 3:33Speaker 4: talk about and record the things you wanted to talk about.
- 3:36Speaker 4: So she's she just insulted her by calling her lazy bones.
- 3:39Speaker 4: She doesn't like that. Thank god. My supervisor, Jeff g
- 3:42Speaker 4: is here.
- 3:44Speaker 1: What are you wearing? Do you look like a supervisor?
- 3:46Speaker 4: Yes?
- 3:46Speaker 6: I wore glasses and a tie. Oh you had a
- 3:49Speaker 6: tie on, a tie on bell khakis.
- 3:52Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, he looked like a manager.
- 3:54Speaker 1: It was perfect employee review time.
- 3:56Speaker 4: Yesh, she's got a checklist and a clipboard and yeah.
- 4:01Speaker 2: I know I described what you did accurately. You just
- 4:04Speaker 2: that way?
- 4:04Speaker 4: Yeah, because you let your cart blocking the handicap access.
- 4:08Speaker 7: Yeah, the handicapped people who's spotting you?
- 4:10Speaker 6: Just blot here's my sam, I'm a supervisor. How do
- 4:13Speaker 6: you think you did today? Was our agent polite and friendly.
- 4:15Speaker 8: No, no, no.
- 4:27Speaker 4: And then so she's got a bunch of so her
- 4:29Speaker 4: first excuse is you can't record me. That's a lie. Obviously.
- 4:31Speaker 4: Our second excuse was it's too far. It was as
- 4:34Speaker 4: far to go to the front of the store.
- 4:36Speaker 1: It's right there.
- 4:37Speaker 4: And now she then throws some more stuff at Jeff
- 4:39Speaker 4: as he goes through his checklist.
- 4:40Speaker 6: I mean, do you think next time you'll put your
- 4:42Speaker 6: cart back?
- 4:43Speaker 4: Oh?
- 4:44Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, I do have emergency. I gotta think you
- 4:47Speaker 1: have an emergency.
- 4:48Speaker 2: Okay, I gotta take hand do that? Okay, okay?
- 4:52Speaker 6: What did you use any dumb excuses for our agent?
- 4:55Speaker 2: I think she just did, Joe, Yeah, what emergency?
- 4:57Speaker 4: What appointment are you going to?
- 4:58Speaker 2: That's so that's such an emergency.
- 5:00Speaker 1: What's wrong with you?
- 5:01Speaker 4: He asked you if you use any dumb excuses, and
- 5:02Speaker 4: you just used one about be having an emergency appointment.
- 5:04Speaker 6: On a scale of one to five, five being the best,
- 5:06Speaker 6: how would you rate our agent? Is that a zero?
- 5:12Speaker 1: This trouble?
- 5:15Speaker 4: So this is, by the way, to give you more context.
- 5:18Speaker 4: She's got an able bodied passenger with her who could
- 5:21Speaker 4: have taken the car back as well. She's it's six
- 5:23Speaker 4: thirty in the evening, she went to a warehouse club,
- 5:27Speaker 4: but she has to get this guy to some sort
- 5:29Speaker 4: of emergency appointment. Interesting do you think she might be lying?
- 5:33Speaker 4: That's math.
- 5:34Speaker 3: Every time I have an emergency, I quickly do some shopping.
- 5:37Speaker 4: At the biggest store you can find too. Yeah, right, right,
- 5:40Speaker 4: and I have a lot of appointments at seven pm. Right,
- 5:42Speaker 4: and if there's such an emergency, that used to you
- 5:45Speaker 4: take five minutes to argue with people about to right? Okay,
- 5:47Speaker 4: sure makes sense. So sadly, I don't think that one worked. Unfortunately,
- 5:51Speaker 4: help all right, Well, what do you show narc week?
- 5:55Speaker 4: And in this next one, this guy, it's a family
- 5:58Speaker 4: affair here where a dad, a mom, and an older,
- 6:01Speaker 4: older older son are there. And they dumped their cart
- 6:04Speaker 4: off in the driving lane, in the fire lane, about
- 6:06Speaker 4: three feet from a fire hydrant. And so I approached
- 6:09Speaker 4: this family to see if I can, without even help
- 6:12Speaker 4: for my supervisor yet get them to do the right thing.
- 6:15Speaker 4: We keep we we we we, Oh, all right, yeah,
- 6:20Speaker 4: I was the son of the kid to go get
- 6:21Speaker 4: it about there.
- 6:24Speaker 2: This is where we're normally, well, we're going.
- 6:25Speaker 1: About over there, way over there.
- 6:29Speaker 2: Because that's where the cars go.
- 6:31Speaker 4: You know what's going on, right, sir, you're young, coming
- 6:35Speaker 4: for twenty years, I believe is this that fire.
- 6:38Speaker 2: Lane for twenty years?
- 6:40Speaker 1: Is that an alien ship or an electric I.
- 6:42Speaker 4: Think you can tell the ev SR. So they they
- 6:45Speaker 4: don't fight me like the last first woman did. They
- 6:47Speaker 4: send the kid out to pick it up, and even
- 6:49Speaker 4: he gave a little weepskeep like he knew.
- 6:51Speaker 3: Was going on.
- 6:51Speaker 4: Okay, but but they can't let me have the last word.
- 6:55Speaker 4: The dad has to argue, we've been coming here twenty years,
- 6:58Speaker 4: Well then you should. Then you haven't noticed a cart
- 7:00Speaker 4: return and you're twenty years of life coming to this
- 7:03Speaker 4: this warehouse club.
- 7:04Speaker 5: Well, dads aren't going to let you get the last
- 7:05Speaker 5: word in front of their kids.
- 7:06Speaker 4: Exactly, even though they may even know they're doing the
- 7:08Speaker 4: right they're admitting, yeap doesn't matter. It doesn't matter. So
- 7:11Speaker 4: let's see if Jeff can talk some sense into this dad.
- 7:13Speaker 1: All right, Agent Sebastian, supervisor Jeff is on the scene.
- 7:16Speaker 6: I'm a supervisor. How do you think our agent was today?
- 7:20Speaker 6: Was he polite and friendly?
- 7:22Speaker 7: He is fine?
- 7:22Speaker 6: But he's okay?
- 7:24Speaker 2: Is he?
- 7:24Speaker 6: I'm sorry, we don't have time.
- 7:25Speaker 2: For news, O. Your job, Just do my job.
- 7:27Speaker 6: I'm doing my job, sir, I'm doing my job. I'm
- 7:31Speaker 6: making sure. Oh you don't have to cuss. That's not necessary.
- 7:37Speaker 7: He's to do his job as he's doing his job.
- 7:41Speaker 1: I'm literally doing my job.
- 7:43Speaker 4: Can I do my job more than what I'm doing
- 7:44Speaker 4: right now? Off?
- 7:47Speaker 6: And he had his wife roll up the windows.
- 7:49Speaker 4: Yeah, he's here like this is this is a classics
- 7:51Speaker 4: you know, the kids doing the work, the wife is apologized,
- 7:53Speaker 4: and the dad's telling you to have off. Classic family dynamic. Yeah,
- 7:58Speaker 4: so I don't know, hopefully the killed shape them.
- 8:01Speaker 3: Up, all right?
- 8:01Speaker 2: What do you show?
- 8:02Speaker 1: Cart and arts?
- 8:03Speaker 4: So this last one, this guy he had parked a
- 8:05Speaker 4: little ways away, but and there's a cart return pretty close.
- 8:08Speaker 4: But even closer next to him was an empty spot,
- 8:11Speaker 4: and so he dumps the card there. But it's a
- 8:13Speaker 4: little windy and there's a little bit of an angle,
- 8:16Speaker 4: and so as I'm seeing him dump the cart, it
- 8:18Speaker 4: begins rolling away, perhaps to even hit his own truck.
- 8:22Speaker 4: So I run up on this fella.
- 8:23Speaker 7: I was blowing away directly behind wa flow.
- 8:28Speaker 4: Away behind his own truck.
- 8:29Speaker 2: Look at this I find it there there? Did you see?
- 8:33Speaker 2: There's one hundred and fifty I've met the cart return.
- 8:35Speaker 7: I pined it, okay, yeah, yeah, do you when.
- 8:38Speaker 4: The yeah yeah, and you didn't use any kind of
- 8:40Speaker 4: like reasoning to say, well maybe that's not where they go.
- 8:42Speaker 7: Humh.
- 8:42Speaker 4: The His excuse was, I find it there, see that one.
- 8:44Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, I'm not the only one they.
- 8:46Speaker 4: Love pointing out the one that's loose and not the
- 8:47Speaker 4: one hundred and fifty there are the cart return. Yeah,
- 8:50Speaker 4: they could follow that guy. So he's but he does
- 8:53Speaker 4: get out and because it's it's it, he can't argue
- 8:55Speaker 4: it because it is rolling away at the moment I'm
- 8:57Speaker 4: out there, and uh, Jeff comes up to the after
- 9:00Speaker 4: action reports.
- 9:02Speaker 6: A day, you had a hard day.
- 9:04Speaker 2: Do you think you learned?
- 9:05Speaker 6: Your lessons are about cards?
- 9:07Speaker 7: It's good. Yeah, it's good.
- 9:09Speaker 6: Okay, yeah every time, coming every time, and my kids
- 9:12Speaker 6: when they come in with my kids say hey, does
- 9:14Speaker 6: I'm gonna help you and you're coming.
- 9:16Speaker 1: Oh, you have great kids.
- 9:17Speaker 4: And yes, I'm a very embarrassed because I don't want
- 9:21Speaker 4: the CSA people lazy.
- 9:24Speaker 2: Yeah, you are very nice person.
- 9:27Speaker 1: You know what. I almost feel like Jeff has this
- 9:29Speaker 1: weird kind of calming that he his presence is actually
- 9:34Speaker 1: helping your cause, which if the cause is trying to
- 9:37Speaker 1: get people to realize that they've made the mistake and
- 9:40Speaker 1: see the error of their ways, and that next time
- 9:42Speaker 1: they'll put the card back, this might be the secret sauce.
- 9:47Speaker 4: He's like, just okay, well, what do you think? Maybe
- 9:49Speaker 4: it's the tie. He's not He's not telling them one
- 9:53Speaker 4: thing or the other. He's just asking questions.
- 9:55Speaker 5: This is the first time ever in the history of cardnarks,
- 9:57Speaker 5: I actually feel sorry for somebody.
- 9:59Speaker 4: They go, I'm in bed, I'm my kids make me
- 10:01Speaker 4: do it.
- 10:01Speaker 1: It's a learning experience.
- 10:03Speaker 4: Well, some people, some people grow olderly, don't grow up.
- 10:06Speaker 4: But this guy, I think grew three sizes too big.
- 10:10Speaker 1: Let me ask Jeff about his overall cart and Arcs experience, Like, so,
- 10:14Speaker 1: what was it like? Were you nervous at all because
- 10:16Speaker 1: some of these people get crazy like going into it,
- 10:18Speaker 1: because yeah, I don't know, you don't know what to expect,
- 10:21Speaker 1: you don't know how people are going to react.
- 10:23Speaker 6: Well, I mean, honestly, I never really thought about that.
- 10:25Speaker 6: I looked at its like I got to do a
- 10:27Speaker 6: job and I got to get some good audio, and
- 10:28Speaker 6: that was it. Man, Like I'm all in.
- 10:30Speaker 1: And that sea bass in action was impressive.
- 10:34Speaker 6: Yeah, it was awesome, honestly, Like and so many people
- 10:37Speaker 6: that come up to him when we're looking around for cards,
- 10:40Speaker 6: and then all the people at the store that their
- 10:42Speaker 6: job is to collect cards were thanking him and high
- 10:45Speaker 6: fiving him. And at one point we thought we were
- 10:47Speaker 6: going to get kicked out because the manager came out,
- 10:49Speaker 6: but he was like, hey man, you guys need your
- 10:50Speaker 6: water anything.
- 10:52Speaker 1: He was like so.
- 10:54Speaker 6: Thankful that Sea Bass was there doing his thing.
- 10:58Speaker 1: My question is did you guys arrived to the location together?
- 11:01Speaker 4: Did you take a car?
- 11:02Speaker 7: Right?
- 11:03Speaker 6: No, we did not.
- 11:04Speaker 4: You didn't get to go in there. It was closer.
- 11:05Speaker 4: It was close to jeff GY's house. But no, it's
- 11:08Speaker 4: I and I tell people like this, f y I
- 11:11Speaker 4: they're gonna be super mad at me, but if you're
- 11:13Speaker 4: there with me, they're not gonna hurt you. And like
- 11:15Speaker 4: Jeff said to people were not ten to ten to one.
- 11:18Speaker 4: People are cool. The people are mean and nasty, but
- 11:21Speaker 4: the mean and nasty one something to be dealt with.
- 11:23Speaker 1: Well, it is narc week because the shark we gun discovery.
- 11:28Speaker 2: Yeah, Jeff, you gonna do when they so nice?
- 11:32Speaker 1: Word, what you're gonna do?
- 11:35Speaker 2: What you're gonna do.
- 11:38Speaker 4: Yeah, what you did because you blocked the handicapped spot
- 11:41Speaker 4: with your didn't.
- 11:43Speaker 2: Well, what's that?
- 11:44Speaker 4: What's the.
- 11:47Speaker 2: What's that right there the front of the stores?
- 11:49Speaker 4: Right there?
- 11:50Speaker 2: You didn't regarding.
- 11:53Speaker 4: Man, I don't think you understand the first Amendments of
- 11:55Speaker 4: the damn Constitution, which.
- 11:57Speaker 7: Says we have the freedom of speech to stop people
- 12:00Speaker 7: like yourself from being darn old lazybones who hate free
- 12:02Speaker 7: to watch out behind you.
- 12:03Speaker 4: Sorry, man, she's very lazy. Oh lazy bones, you're like Jesse.
- 12:13Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 12:13Speaker 1: I want to give the cartnarks supervisor Jeff g an
- 12:18Speaker 1: opportunity to speak on this first, because I think you
- 12:20Speaker 1: would be more sensitive to this than you know, eight
- 12:24Speaker 1: agents abastionans not really sensitive to many things at all.
- 12:28Speaker 1: But somebody said, I've never seen Seabaske get aggressive so
- 12:32Speaker 1: quickly with Americans as he did with this immigrant, and
- 12:35Speaker 1: there was.
- 12:35Speaker 5: Something there was something else in there too, like he
- 12:39Speaker 5: only picks on minorities.
- 12:40Speaker 1: He only picks on minorities. For the cartnarking, what was
- 12:45Speaker 1: your observation.
- 12:46Speaker 6: And that no, I mean he treated everybody the same.
- 12:49Speaker 6: And those are only three out of about you know,
- 12:52Speaker 6: seven or so that we approached. You know, they'll just
- 12:56Speaker 6: be happen to be the ones that he played today.
- 12:57Speaker 6: But no, he treated everybody equally.
- 12:59Speaker 1: He wasn't.
- 13:00Speaker 6: I mean, I don't think he was aggressive at all.
- 13:02Speaker 6: I mean, he just was doing his job because the cardonark. Yeah,
- 13:04Speaker 6: the whole point is to get the best reactions. So
- 13:07Speaker 6: the people that you hear on the air are the
- 13:08Speaker 6: best reactions. There's a bunch of other people that he's
- 13:11Speaker 6: approached that just don't give you a boring Yeah.
- 13:14Speaker 1: So we you know, we don't. We don't hear those.
- 13:16Speaker 1: We don't play those in the in the segment.
- 13:18Speaker 6: No, but he was equal opportunity to destroyers.
- 13:23Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah.
- 13:24Speaker 6: So, I mean, I think that's bass. And I think
- 13:26Speaker 6: you're looking way too hard into it.
- 13:28Speaker 1: Man.
- 13:28Speaker 4: It sounds like you're blaming immigrants for leading carts out
- 13:30Speaker 4: not cool, texture, not.
- 13:31Speaker 1: Cool, making a lot of assumptions and best you weren't
- 13:34Speaker 1: in the room because we had gone to the break
- 13:37Speaker 1: when Jeff said this. But he did pay you a
- 13:39Speaker 1: compliment when it comes to your athletic prowess.
- 13:42Speaker 6: Did I told him I.
- 13:43Speaker 4: Had to run after one? We didn't. It wasn't part
- 13:45Speaker 4: of the audio, but there was one guy who they
- 13:46Speaker 4: do this very offense, will drive. They'll drive halfway across
- 13:49Speaker 4: the parking lot and then throw then throw the magnet away.
- 13:51Speaker 4: But of course I'm aware of this, so I'll wait
- 13:54Speaker 4: until they stop and then put a new magnet on.
- 13:57Speaker 3: Wait.
- 13:57Speaker 6: Yeah, the guy that was in the olderly He's car,
- 14:00Speaker 6: the first one that we played, the guy that supposedly
- 14:02Speaker 6: had an emergency show to get into got out of
- 14:05Speaker 6: the car and through the magnet somewhere.
- 14:06Speaker 1: So obviously he wasn't very hurt.
- 14:08Speaker 6: Obviously emergencys. But yeah, the one thing I noticed is
- 14:12Speaker 6: when seabast will notice that person in the car, and
- 14:15Speaker 6: he's got a very distinct way of noticing everything. Man,
- 14:17Speaker 6: he gets out of the gate fast, like a sprinter,
- 14:20Speaker 6: and he gets right over to the situation and addresses it.
- 14:22Speaker 6: So my bad for misjudging your athletic prowess, bro, you
- 14:25Speaker 6: are you are a top tier man.
- 14:29Speaker 4: You know. It's kind of like how you know Luca,
- 14:31Speaker 4: you look at Luca don chik or you're like whatever.
- 14:36Speaker 4: But then they just think they just know the game
- 14:38Speaker 4: so well, and they moved in such a way that
- 14:40Speaker 4: they're just pastoring everybody.
- 14:43Speaker 1: I did witness a conversation the other day when I
- 14:46Speaker 1: was arriving at the grocery store and I'm walking to
- 14:48Speaker 1: the front and there's, uh, my grocery store, and then
- 14:51Speaker 1: there's a pet Smart right next door, and pet Smart
- 14:54Speaker 1: has their own carts, right, and so these people had
- 14:57Speaker 1: gone to the pet Smart first. They wheeled the cart
- 15:01Speaker 1: from the pet Smart up to where the grocery store is,
- 15:03Speaker 1: which there was a pretty good two big stores. Yeah, right,
- 15:06Speaker 1: So the divider wall between the two stores is kind
- 15:09Speaker 1: of somewhere in the middle, and there's a there's there's
- 15:11Speaker 1: a great distance in between. Well, they took the pet
- 15:14Speaker 1: Smart cart all the way up to the grocery store,
- 15:18Speaker 1: left it there, and she goes, well, are you gonna
- 15:20Speaker 1: bring the cart back? He goes, ah, he goes and
- 15:23Speaker 1: then so then he starts pushing it back towards the
- 15:25Speaker 1: pet Smart. I go, Wow, this guy, he's doing the
- 15:28Speaker 1: right thing.
- 15:29Speaker 6: Yep.
- 15:29Speaker 4: Nope.
- 15:30Speaker 1: He got it about halfway to where it was technically
- 15:32Speaker 1: on pet Smart's side, and then leaned it up against
- 15:36Speaker 1: a planter that was right there in the middle of
- 15:38Speaker 1: the sidewalk. You already went halfway at this point, We're
- 15:42Speaker 1: only talking about another sixty feet and it would have
- 15:46Speaker 1: been there, like you already went that far in a rush. Yeah,
- 15:50Speaker 1: well it has and it was left it there.
- 15:51Speaker 4: It's like it's a psychological phenomenon, where like, once you've
- 15:54Speaker 4: decided you're not going to do it, you're not gonna
- 15:56Speaker 4: do it. Uh huh Again, this is child behavior. You
- 15:59Speaker 4: tell your kids and they just don't want to do it.
- 16:01Speaker 4: They're gonna find a way to do it half assed
- 16:02Speaker 4: or not do it so they get to win. That'll
- 16:04Speaker 4: show you.
- 16:05Speaker 3: And I think you all disagree with me, but I
- 16:07Speaker 3: think one of the problems with this whole thing is
- 16:11Speaker 3: that people go to the store. You generally have an
- 16:13Speaker 3: idea of what you're going to get. If you're just
- 16:16Speaker 3: getting some ground beef and a pack of Hamburger buns,
- 16:19Speaker 3: why do you need an f and cart. I was
- 16:21Speaker 3: behind a woman in line the other day. She had
- 16:23Speaker 3: two things in her cart. You could have either carried
- 16:26Speaker 3: them in your hand or used one of those hand baskets.
- 16:28Speaker 1: What I think. I think with.
- 16:29Speaker 3: The damn card, you don't need a cart.
- 16:31Speaker 1: Carry If they put it, who cares.
- 16:34Speaker 4: That's the problem.
- 16:35Speaker 3: Most of them are not putting him back. And a
- 16:38Speaker 3: lot of these people this cart narks would the demand
- 16:41Speaker 3: for cart narks would be lessened. I think people are
- 16:43Speaker 3: just in a habit man. They they pick it up,
- 16:45Speaker 3: then wake up, get out of your phone.
- 16:47Speaker 5: You're right, because those are also the people that park
- 16:49Speaker 5: right in the middle of the aisle and they're dicking around.
- 16:52Speaker 1: Have you ever screwed up?
- 16:53Speaker 3: Though?
- 16:53Speaker 1: Where are you going there? Just for a couple of things?
- 16:55Speaker 1: Next thing, you know, like as you're in there, now
- 16:57Speaker 1: you have.
- 16:57Speaker 4: Your damn it, Yes, in the cart. I should have
- 17:01Speaker 4: got a cart. Damn Another thing too, Greg with women purse,
- 17:05Speaker 4: they love putting the purse up.
- 17:10Speaker 6: So card Mark Sebastian, I know i'm your supervisor technically,
- 17:14Speaker 6: but how how would you like to rate my job
- 17:17Speaker 6: that I did out there?
- 17:18Speaker 4: Well, you know, it's his first time and as you
- 17:20Speaker 4: kind of heard, I was helping him along a little bit.
- 17:23Speaker 4: But as far as you know, going through the checklist
- 17:25Speaker 4: we had he was it was good.
- 17:28Speaker 1: I think he could have pressed.
- 17:30Speaker 4: People a little more, okay, But then again, that's kind
- 17:34Speaker 4: of like Gina said, his presence, isn't that so.
- 17:41Speaker 2: Your job?
- 17:41Speaker 4: It's like the bad cop? Yeah, yeah, exactly.
- 17:43Speaker 1: Also, like I mean, Jeff's natural demeanor is pretty chill. Yeah,
- 17:47Speaker 1: I mean you have a very diplomatic way of going
- 17:49Speaker 1: about things.
- 17:50Speaker 6: I can press people. I'm here for the smoke. I'll
- 17:52Speaker 6: do it again next time. I enjoy it.
- 17:54Speaker 4: You don't have to, but it was. It was good
- 17:56Speaker 4: to have that because then it's good to them. Hear them,
- 17:58Speaker 4: then justify their idiot see yeah, to another person, then
- 18:01Speaker 4: it would be just double smoke.
- 18:03Speaker 1: You know, I really want to sweat.
- 18:04Speaker 6: At supermarkets though, are old people that still write checks
- 18:07Speaker 6: that happened that happened to me recently, And.
- 18:10Speaker 1: Man, I can see it very often.
- 18:12Speaker 7: Damn.
- 18:13Speaker 6: They hold up the line and they write the check
- 18:14Speaker 6: for more than the groceries that they bought market so
- 18:17Speaker 6: they can get more change.
- 18:18Speaker 1: And this old lady they're ready at check so they
- 18:21Speaker 1: can get cash.
- 18:22Speaker 4: Yeah good, My mom would do that in the eighties.
- 18:27Speaker 6: Yeah, and then they this lady got fives and ones
- 18:30Speaker 6: and coins, the whole gamut of all kinds of bills.
- 18:33Speaker 6: And I'm just sitting back there, I'm like, dude, I
- 18:35Speaker 6: got like seven or eight things.
- 18:36Speaker 4: Come on, you know you can still do that. Yeah,
- 18:39Speaker 4: it was awful.
- 18:39Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean, you know, you don't see it very
- 18:41Speaker 1: like again, you don't see it very often.
- 18:43Speaker 5: Does everyone still accept checks at grocery stores apparently?
- 18:46Speaker 4: So, yeah, I guess shocking.
- 18:47Speaker 1: Yeah, I recently used cash for something because of the
- 18:52Speaker 1: place I was out there, like, oh hey, uh the machine,
- 18:54Speaker 1: we're having to reboot the whatever and then you can wait.
- 18:57Speaker 1: It's going to be about another you know, five or
- 18:59Speaker 1: ten minutes. Four thing fires back up. But if you
- 19:02Speaker 1: have cash, I actually did. I actually had like a
- 19:04Speaker 1: ten on me which recovered. But it was weird. It's
- 19:07Speaker 1: been a long time since I actually got coins back. Yeah,
- 19:11Speaker 1: it wasn't a waste of time. It was just odd.
- 19:13Speaker 1: I wasn't used to.
- 19:14Speaker 5: Was it a little coin slide?
- 19:16Speaker 7: No?
- 19:16Speaker 1: No, no, they just handed They just handed me the
- 19:18Speaker 1: But like when I was walking around for the rest
- 19:20Speaker 1: of the day, it was the first time in a
- 19:21Speaker 1: long time I heard any clanging in my pocket change
- 19:25Speaker 1: you know what? It was nostalgic.
- 19:27Speaker 4: Yeah, use it for the meter carried any cash in
- 19:30Speaker 4: so long?
- 19:31Speaker 1: I carried it mostly for tips.
- 19:33Speaker 4: How do you like, can you grease your way into
- 19:34Speaker 4: clubs and stuff? Man?
- 19:36Speaker 1: Uh, I don't. A town in Switzerland is in the
- 19:39Speaker 1: headlines for making sure that people clean up back for
- 19:41Speaker 1: their pets. We've heard about it before where they you know,
- 19:43Speaker 1: they they have like the DNA stuff for for the kaka.
- 19:48Speaker 1: But in this town they passed a new rule to
- 19:50Speaker 1: make sure that you wash your dog's pee out. So
- 19:53Speaker 1: like you bring water and you dilute it down so
- 19:56Speaker 1: as as as as soon as the dog takes a leak,
- 20:00Speaker 1: you're supposed to take your bottle of water that you
- 20:02Speaker 1: bring with you, squirre and pour it over there. That
- 20:04Speaker 1: way it doesn't burn. Yeah, the grass out. That's why
- 20:07Speaker 1: you see those spots in the grass for the animals feed.
- 20:10Speaker 4: That's why she peeled paint on light poles in my neighborhood.
- 20:12Speaker 1: Yeah, oh yeah, yeah. So dog walkers are now expected
- 20:15Speaker 1: to carry a bottle of water with them. They used
- 20:17Speaker 1: to wash the urine that's left in public places. The
- 20:20Speaker 1: reason for the rule leaders of the town, they're tired
- 20:23Speaker 1: of the smell. Also the mess of the burned out
- 20:27Speaker 1: spots and the grass and the different things, especially if
- 20:30Speaker 1: it sits in the sun all day. And if you
- 20:32Speaker 1: fail to follow the rule, first time offenders get a warning.
- 20:35Speaker 1: Repeat offenders get a fine of up to one hundred
- 20:37Speaker 1: and twenty five dollars.
- 20:41Speaker 5: I was walking my dog yesterday and I only had
- 20:43Speaker 5: one bag, and she pooped twice, and there was nobody out,
- 20:46Speaker 5: but I was. I was on the same block as
- 20:49Speaker 5: my house was far down, and I yelled into the
- 20:51Speaker 5: into the abyss, I'm going back to get a bag,
- 20:54Speaker 5: and I did, because everybody has cameras.
- 21:00Speaker 1: Eight seven seven forty four, Woodie, send us a text
- 21:03Speaker 1: over to two to nine eighty seven, will be right back.
- 21:05Speaker 1: And I understand. I like bugs.
- 21:09Speaker 2: It's weird. I feel bad.
- 21:13Speaker 4: Oh I was right.
- 21:16Speaker 3: Good Hoodie show.
