- 1:47Speaker 2: Hey, hello, housd Vinyl class to give me an update
- 1:50Speaker 2: when I wasn't there usually I go every year. Usually
- 1:52Speaker 2: I gig on that night. Then I go straight off
- 1:54Speaker 2: to the gig. I couldn't this here, So tell me
- 1:55Speaker 2: what does the vibement?
- 1:56Speaker 7: Okay, So all I want to say is I love
- 1:59Speaker 7: the fact that there was representation from like every age group,
- 2:01Speaker 7: every generation was there, and I think it's really cool
- 2:05Speaker 7: to know that you're with your mates and you can
- 2:07Speaker 7: turn around and there's like a sixty five year old
- 2:09Speaker 7: bully who's also drawing to the same music.
- 2:11Speaker 2: I thought that was really cool.
- 2:12Speaker 4: Yes, another thing, it felt like.
- 2:14Speaker 7: You were at a place with your friends just listening
- 2:18Speaker 7: to a bunch of like classics. Because of course the
- 2:22Speaker 7: song played, we had to listen to some insomnia by Faithless.
- 2:26Speaker 4: We listened to Born Slippy.
- 2:27Speaker 3: So de man, tell me how d was.
- 2:30Speaker 2: Give give me the update on Grandmaster, because I was
- 2:33Speaker 2: so excited for him to play at Vinyl Classics.
- 2:36Speaker 7: Oh, can I just tell you? I think I think
- 2:40Speaker 7: he really brought it.
- 2:41Speaker 4: He brought it.
- 2:42Speaker 7: I had a pain in my lower back because I
- 2:47Speaker 7: did not stop that.
- 2:48Speaker 2: Yeah, oh what excuse me? Sorry, I didn't catch it.
- 2:52Speaker 7: What I danced from the moment I got there. Oh okay,
- 2:54Speaker 7: I pulled a Carl Wastey.
- 2:57Speaker 4: I went into the crowd. I went so, well, that
- 3:02Speaker 4: is what a Carl was.
- 3:03Speaker 7: Does Carl waste will have VIP and still choose general access.
- 3:07Speaker 2: But I mean, people don't pitch up people. People don't
- 3:10Speaker 2: pitch up to see you in VIP. They pitch up
- 3:12Speaker 2: to see you exactly.
- 3:13Speaker 7: You go there, so I went in the crowd night
- 3:19Speaker 7: exactly if you saw me sweating, yes you did.
- 3:26Speaker 2: I saw the selfies you sent me from them. You
- 3:29Speaker 2: were very, very shimmery. You were just like there was
- 3:32Speaker 2: oil on your face.
- 3:33Speaker 7: Yes, I sweat just like Megan Tryina said shimmer.
- 3:36Speaker 2: Yeah, I don't spect a shimmer. So that was great. Now,
- 3:39Speaker 2: I I'm sorry I missed it. I'll catch the next one.
- 3:43Speaker 2: But an opportunity to get the fam together in a
- 3:47Speaker 2: setting like that with some old school I would do
- 3:50Speaker 2: it a bit more often. I wish there were two
- 3:52Speaker 2: Vinyl classics every single year, like I wish they were too. What.
- 3:57Speaker 4: I love that idea and I'm writing it down.
- 4:00Speaker 3: Yeah, suck, there should be two, that's all.
- 4:03Speaker 2: But if you were there, please you know this gratitude
- 4:07Speaker 2: from outside as k from ninety four point five. You
- 4:09Speaker 2: always make things work, and I mean a party that
- 4:11Speaker 2: I can't work without you. So thanks a lot for
- 4:13Speaker 2: coming through, for dressing up, for feeding the vibe. Amazing.
- 4:16Speaker 2: I wish I was there. What do you do now
- 4:19Speaker 2: as a reward? Give me a second as a reward? Okay,
- 4:24Speaker 2: all right, I want you to tell me about a
- 4:27Speaker 2: Clicks product you can't live without. For you obviously, something
- 4:31Speaker 2: that matifies after sweating, right, No, I let the sweat sweat, Okay.
- 4:35Speaker 7: I something I absolutely cannot live without, clicks product.
- 4:41Speaker 4: They're cotton pads.
- 4:43Speaker 2: Yeah, get me out.
- 4:44Speaker 7: I'm very big on the whole facial cleansing and all
- 4:46Speaker 7: of that stuff, and I found that a big harbor
- 4:49Speaker 7: of germs is actually using like a face towel or something.
- 4:53Speaker 4: So I always make sure that I.
- 4:55Speaker 7: Have cotton pads for when I'm cleaning my face in
- 4:57Speaker 7: the morning, all that jazz.
- 4:59Speaker 4: Because they have them.
- 5:00Speaker 7: It's incredible special onlike organic cotton pads.
- 5:03Speaker 4: I like this, so it's like two for one or
- 5:05Speaker 4: three for one.
- 5:06Speaker 2: I feel like cotton pads to your face is what
- 5:09Speaker 2: kitchen towel is to your kitchen. Yes, don't use the luppy,
- 5:12Speaker 2: rather waste the kitchen towel on every little thing you
- 5:15Speaker 2: see on the counter, because that's me. That's why I
- 5:17Speaker 2: go through so much kitchen towel. I'm terrible, all right,
- 5:20Speaker 2: I got that. That's a very good one for me.
- 5:22Speaker 2: I think you know this already seven hour Garnia roll on. Yeah,
- 5:28Speaker 2: just in case I don't get a chance to shower
- 5:30Speaker 2: in seventy two hours.
- 5:31Speaker 4: I can't believe that that is your thing.
- 5:33Speaker 2: That's my thing, and you get three for two. So
- 5:35Speaker 2: I'm very happy with that. It's the one with the
- 5:37Speaker 2: blue cap. That's the one that I go go forward.
- 5:40Speaker 2: Do you apply you? I mean basically when so ironically
- 5:44Speaker 2: when you come out the shower.
- 5:48Speaker 4: Okay, and you just do it that one time?
- 5:50Speaker 3: Yeah, that's it.
- 5:51Speaker 2: And then that's one time and then you still you
- 5:52Speaker 2: know what, it's lost so long that when you shower, yes,
- 5:55Speaker 2: it's still there. Okay, when you wash under your arms, right, yeah,
- 6:00Speaker 2: it's still there. That's why I like it so much.
- 6:02Speaker 2: And it is a lingering it stays steady. That's why
- 6:07Speaker 2: I think it's something you can really trust and that's
- 6:09Speaker 2: what would be my go to product. However, this is
- 6:11Speaker 2: not about us, It is about you, So please go
- 6:14Speaker 2: for it.
- 6:15Speaker 3: Give us your you.
- 6:17Speaker 2: Know you you must have clicks product and send it
- 6:19Speaker 2: my way for a two and a half thousand men
- 6:21Speaker 2: Clicks club called cash back share on zero two nine
- 6:24Speaker 2: four five zero nine four zero, name id number, keyword
- 6:27Speaker 2: clicks and then feel good and pay less teas and
- 6:29Speaker 2: c's do apply. If you miss the number, bush Leg
- 6:32Speaker 2: will remind.
- 6:32Speaker 7: You zero way two nine.

- 6:46Speaker 3: Zero nine for.
- 6:50Speaker 8: Z and that's the number for what it.
- 7:12Speaker 2: It's Boush LEGGI. Let's called Broken Heart. You must hear
- 7:19Speaker 2: his new song man. I played it over the weekend.
- 7:21Speaker 2: I interviewed bo Leg and I'll give you a little
- 7:23Speaker 2: snippet now just to tantalize the taste bards. He teamed
- 7:25Speaker 2: up with a UK star Jake Isaac for a track
- 7:28Speaker 2: that is guaranteed to get itself on the k FAM
- 7:31Speaker 2: Top forty.
- 7:40Speaker 3: Be my room and hold record to you.
- 7:49Speaker 2: It's pure comfort, that's what booch leg is it And
- 7:52Speaker 2: I need you to add that to your playlist immediately.
- 7:54Speaker 2: Then can you get your phone out now? Now?
- 7:57Speaker 3: Okay that one?
- 7:58Speaker 2: Add that one? Also add well then oh yeah, this
- 8:01Speaker 2: is already on that good Thank you very much. While
- 8:04Speaker 2: you're there, just add as many as you can add
- 8:07Speaker 2: rowan ash, there's a beautiful track. I also chatted him
- 8:10Speaker 2: with the Cave from Top forty this weekend. It's still
- 8:12Speaker 2: Know how to Love You? Okay, I know it's like
- 8:23Speaker 2: you can almost smell the whiskey on the song.
- 8:25Speaker 7: Oh the whiskey and the steak and the fire burning
- 8:28Speaker 7: in the background.
- 8:29Speaker 2: One more to add my Jersey holds Tight. You used
- 8:32Speaker 2: to drop that song. If you want to snippet of it,
- 8:34Speaker 2: You're most welcome because that's what I'm here for, to
- 8:36Speaker 2: elevate and illuminate these incredible artists.
- 8:48Speaker 4: I just scared this feeling.
- 8:52Speaker 3: Done and dust.
- 8:53Speaker 2: Thank you so much, beautiful word. I'm not done yet, though.
- 8:55Speaker 2: There's a Liam Kova song called save Me Please Say
- 9:00Speaker 2: Wet and See.
- 9:04Speaker 3: Called the Dassy Concert God and save.
- 9:07Speaker 2: Me there you go, so just please save this added
- 9:10Speaker 2: to your playlist immediately, Thank you very much. Okay, hold
- 9:14Speaker 2: on one more. Just also add Sketchy Bongo's new track
- 9:16Speaker 2: called by My Side?
- 9:17Speaker 3: Do you mind? Is it fine?
- 9:19Speaker 2: Yep? Okay now I'm done, thank you. That's my little
- 9:26Speaker 2: local music. Hold on this one more. Hannah raised Easy
- 9:29Speaker 2: Love also add this to Okay Now that's the it's
- 9:37Speaker 2: done for the locals.
- 9:38Speaker 4: The no I wouldn't mind if you weren't.
- 9:40Speaker 2: Okay, go right. So I'm just Rain's got a new
- 9:43Speaker 2: song called Lovers for Suckers Smiles like loaded Girls every verda.
- 9:53Speaker 2: Now I'm done. That's it. That's all I have or
- 9:56Speaker 2: I have okay. No Formala and Bipolar Sunshines can't get enough.
- 10:00Speaker 3: Add this to.
- 10:09Speaker 2: I shouldn't play all of these in case Beatrice wants
- 10:11Speaker 2: to add this to his call song. Right understand, I
- 10:14Speaker 2: don't want to do all of the tracks. I don't
- 10:16Speaker 2: want to do that, but he should add one of these.
- 10:18Speaker 2: It would be very very cool. Oh did I mention
- 10:21Speaker 2: aiden Ka another local that's got a song called I
- 10:24Speaker 2: Get Freaky Local.
- 10:32Speaker 3: Yeah, okay, now I'm done. Now I'm done.
- 10:34Speaker 9: That's it.
- 10:35Speaker 2: That's all I have for the local artists.
- 10:36Speaker 8: Wait.
- 10:37Speaker 2: So Nanim Hall has got a new song as well,
- 10:39Speaker 2: where she teams up with the late brother LaRue called
- 10:44Speaker 2: Colossa Nostra.
- 10:45Speaker 3: This song is so good and vibey.
- 10:53Speaker 2: Heydans mave Ella, what a beautiful.
- 11:08Speaker 7: Language said That song will be in every sports scene.
- 11:13Speaker 2: It's gotta be Oh sorry, one more remember that artist
- 11:18Speaker 2: as a wild card, Tristan that was on stage at KD.
- 11:21Speaker 3: Her track and Pasta Syndrome is also out soon day.
- 11:28Speaker 2: And this is a story of note because when she
- 11:29Speaker 2: won the competition, DJ Kosher, my co judge of the competition,
- 11:33Speaker 2: said let's make a song. I'm like, let's make a song.
- 11:35Speaker 2: Let's do the song. And then Bah made a song
- 11:38Speaker 2: produced by Kosher Studios, Dave Pierce. Actually, oh yeah, it's
- 11:43Speaker 2: kind of.
- 11:46Speaker 4: Sounds like like a ray number beautiful.
- 11:49Speaker 2: Well, the thing is she wrote that song because obviously
- 11:52Speaker 2: winning the competition, she was still having impost syndrome of course,
- 11:55Speaker 2: being on the stage at kDa and posta syndrome, being
- 11:58Speaker 2: in studio recording and past syndrome, imposter syndrome. Until finally
- 12:02Speaker 2: creating a song that speaks to it was power for
- 12:04Speaker 2: her and that's why it is so important for it
- 12:06Speaker 2: to bring it out there. So there we go. I
- 12:08Speaker 2: think I'm done. Now that's about it. Did I mention
- 12:12Speaker 2: Aaron Elliott's Unhinged Hall of Fame? Sorry, give me one more?
- 12:21Speaker 2: Another local and listening to sold to add that, please
- 12:28Speaker 2: very very quickly. Wait, I'll wait for you, and then
- 12:31Speaker 2: please add David Derman Star Dust as well. Sure, I
- 12:34Speaker 2: thought this is going to be a quick one. Apologies, breakthrough,
- 12:39Speaker 2: oh everywhere that you call it, this is this is
- 12:47Speaker 2: a it's a joy to play these clips for you,
- 12:49Speaker 2: honestly a joy. So listen to them because they are
- 12:52Speaker 2: all they are all local, and I just I'm so
- 12:54Speaker 2: proud of of our people. I am really really proud.
- 12:58Speaker 2: Did I mention Kurt April and Anika Kiana song like
- 13:00Speaker 2: My Fire. I didn't do that. Okay, Now I'm done.
- 13:15Speaker 2: That's it. That's what I have for you.
- 13:17Speaker 3: For now, all right?
- 13:18Speaker 4: Are you sure?
- 13:20Speaker 2: Amy Chessing's got a new song called Shadows of This?
- 13:23Speaker 3: You know what?
- 13:24Speaker 2: If you ask me, I will provide. Don't look here.
- 13:26Speaker 2: I love my local music, I know I love Okay,
- 13:28Speaker 2: how about Shadows of the Sun, Amy Chasing.
- 13:33Speaker 4: Live and Leave the Head Shadows me the same, because
- 13:43Speaker 4: you believe that I give me so much.
- 13:47Speaker 3: Dare I say it?
- 13:48Speaker 6: Now?
- 13:49Speaker 3: I'm done?
- 13:51Speaker 2: Okay, I'm not going to say anything.
- 13:52Speaker 3: No, no, no, I'm done.
- 13:53Speaker 2: I am done. Now I'm done. I don't, I don't.
- 13:56Speaker 2: I don't think I have anything.
- 13:57Speaker 3: Else I do, but I have to move on, all right?
- 14:00Speaker 3: Is that enough for you?
- 14:01Speaker 4: That is?
- 14:02Speaker 3: I don't know how many songs I mentioned.
- 14:03Speaker 2: Now, but I'm very proud of local artists and I
- 14:06Speaker 2: will continue flying the flag as high and as wide
- 14:09Speaker 2: as I can. So if you haven't added that to
- 14:11Speaker 2: your players, please, you know, invest in these artists, because
- 14:14Speaker 2: trust me, they don't even have money to invest in
- 14:17Speaker 2: that recording, but still they come up with excellence and
- 14:20Speaker 2: the least we can do as supporters is trying to
- 14:22Speaker 2: nourish the industry with a better love, of course.
- 14:24Speaker 7: And you've given me a decent amount of songs. Sorry
- 14:27Speaker 7: sink my teeth into.
- 14:28Speaker 2: Oh many did? I didn't even I actually blacked out.
- 14:31Speaker 2: I went on a local blackout. I'm sorry, I just
- 14:33Speaker 2: went there. Do that again, yes, but you need that
- 14:36Speaker 2: in your life, so please add those. And while we
- 14:39Speaker 2: are here, I need to let you know about something
- 14:41Speaker 2: coming to the show very soon.
- 14:44Speaker 3: They have done the unthinkable.
- 14:46Speaker 2: They've given the flash drive two hundred and fifty thousand
- 14:49Speaker 2: Rand in the KFM Lotto Land Mystery Hunt. Right now,
- 14:54Speaker 2: one KFM crew member is holding all of that cash.

- 15:49Speaker 2: Cassidy J. Nicholson.
- 15:50Speaker 4: Hey, hello, how's it?
- 15:51Speaker 3: And this is.
- 15:52Speaker 2: Your chance to unpop a little bit, to reveal any
- 15:55Speaker 2: sort of opinion that you may have. Alternatively, actually I
- 15:59Speaker 2: have a different ide today, but just to literally know
- 16:01Speaker 2: how we listen and we don't judge goes on a
- 16:03Speaker 2: normal day. Here's what happened last week when Will Linley
- 16:06Speaker 2: came in for a surprise birthday.
- 16:08Speaker 3: Wish we listen and we don't don't judge. We don't
- 16:13Speaker 3: don't judge. Here, don't judge, We don't don't judge.
- 16:16Speaker 10: Here.
- 16:17Speaker 11: I've got one I didn't really have one, but I
- 16:20Speaker 11: had someone that phoned me and it was such a
- 16:22Speaker 11: great on pop that they wanted to come in to
- 16:24Speaker 11: share their on pop.
- 16:25Speaker 9: So I said they could come in.
- 16:26Speaker 3: Okay, let me.
- 16:27Speaker 9: Just go see where they are. Wonderful dear.
- 16:42Speaker 3: And Cassidy heavy.
- 16:51Speaker 4: Doing great things for your career.
- 16:54Speaker 3: Whoa n he don't wish me every birthday?
- 16:58Speaker 2: Come on, I and Pop was going to affect this
- 17:01Speaker 2: man's industry, and now I'm going to have to do
- 17:04Speaker 2: it in front of him. My thing is it's about
- 17:05Speaker 2: tech writers. So I saw a tech writer and some
- 17:08Speaker 2: of them are seen for certain events that we do,
- 17:10Speaker 2: and on the tech wrider is like fifteen red bulls,
- 17:13Speaker 2: eight bottles of vodka, twelve beers, sixteen bottles of tequila,
- 17:18Speaker 2: and this is all part of their tech rider. If
- 17:20Speaker 2: the artist is asked for a tech writer, it should
- 17:23Speaker 2: be tech I'm sorry if you are one of those, well.
- 17:25Speaker 5: It's awkward for me because when I first played Daisies,
- 17:28Speaker 5: it was the first time that I pulled together a
- 17:29Speaker 5: hospitality rider. So my manager was like, cool, let's get
- 17:32Speaker 5: like two cases of beers, let's get a bottle wine,
- 17:34Speaker 5: you know, so that everyone's cares for backstage. Now, what
- 17:37Speaker 5: I didn't realize is we've been sending that same hospitality rider.
- 17:40Speaker 3: To all the gigs that we played.
- 17:41Speaker 5: So then we rock up and the guys are like,
- 17:43Speaker 5: cheer's your sixteen beers And we're like, oh.
- 17:45Speaker 9: My gosh, we're so sorry.
- 17:46Speaker 3: Well this is because they look at us.
- 17:48Speaker 5: Like you're a bunch of alcoholics, and we're like, no,
- 17:50Speaker 5: I'm so sorry.
- 17:51Speaker 3: This isn't nice. This isn't nice.
- 17:52Speaker 2: So now we know, well, thank you very much for sharing.
- 17:54Speaker 2: But then again, we don't judge.
- 17:56Speaker 3: No, we didn't.
- 17:57Speaker 2: Today, I've got a different treatment of it of we listener,
- 18:00Speaker 2: we don't judge, And I want you to stick around till,
- 18:02Speaker 2: you know, in the next ten minutes or so, i'll
- 18:04Speaker 2: reveal that to you. I have a challenge for you
- 18:06Speaker 2: and Pietrice Cassidy.
- 18:08Speaker 4: Well you know I'm a sucker for a challenge.
- 18:10Speaker 3: So we will unbox that very soon.
- 18:14Speaker 4: All my favorite things.
- 18:15Speaker 2: I know. That's why I literally did that to tantalize
- 18:17Speaker 2: the taste bud stick around John Legend with a bit
- 18:20Speaker 2: of PDA. Not a bad thing. It's on your show.
- 18:24Speaker 2: What No, nothing on the flash drive. No, it's a
- 18:27Speaker 2: song called PDA we just don't care well, PDA nice.
- 18:32Speaker 2: And then Miley cyrus Worth flowers. There's another public display
- 18:36Speaker 2: of affection giving somebody flowers. See, I'm in a romantic
- 18:39Speaker 2: mood today. Sometimes, you know what, Sometimes when you're romanticize things,
- 18:44Speaker 2: it's not always a good thing. And that's what brings
- 18:46Speaker 2: me to why I brought you to in the studio
- 18:49Speaker 2: today for a little session.
- 18:51Speaker 3: If we listen and we don't don't judge, We don't
- 18:56Speaker 3: don't judge?
- 18:56Speaker 2: Yea rights? Oh never over there, No, no, no, it's
- 19:01Speaker 2: a new song. It sounds very boy band, but it
- 19:04Speaker 2: worked for me. First time I did this this chat,
- 19:09Speaker 2: I found a list of things by Rancor of things
- 19:12Speaker 2: that people have romanticized that are actually not very cool.
- 19:15Speaker 2: And I wanted to challenge you two to give me
- 19:18Speaker 2: some things in your opinion that are over romanticized but
- 19:20Speaker 2: actually it's not really that cool in practice, implementation, taste, flavor,
- 19:25Speaker 2: whatever it is. So I want you to just marinate
- 19:27Speaker 2: what I give you. What's on this list. Now, there's
- 19:29Speaker 2: a bunch on the list here. I think a lot
- 19:32Speaker 2: of things are very much social things. But the one
- 19:37Speaker 2: that stood out for me and I think it's the
- 19:39Speaker 2: one that I will put down on the table right now.
- 19:42Speaker 2: Is that whole idea of hustling and being busy all
- 19:45Speaker 2: the time. I was trapped in this life for a
- 19:48Speaker 2: very long time in terms of like, oh, it's if
- 19:51Speaker 2: I'm not working, I'm not effective, I'm not being productive.
- 19:55Speaker 2: It means that I'm useless. And that whole thinking it
- 19:59Speaker 2: needed change in me. And that's why this year I
- 20:02Speaker 2: was very, very deliberate and I said no to a
- 20:05Speaker 2: lot of gigs to savor my mental health, my physical health,
- 20:10Speaker 2: and for my peace and calm. Because that whole thing
- 20:12Speaker 2: about being busy all the time, especially in the beginning
- 20:15Speaker 2: of the entertainment industry in your career, it's not that
- 20:19Speaker 2: it's romanticized often, but it's going to have too much
- 20:22Speaker 2: of attacks on you and the relationships of the people
- 20:25Speaker 2: around you.
- 20:26Speaker 3: So I'd like to step on there. I know it's
- 20:27Speaker 3: a very serious one.
- 20:29Speaker 2: There are lighter ones, but I want to say that
- 20:31Speaker 2: this is number one in the rankor list, and I'm
- 20:33Speaker 2: on it here. Being busy all the time it's not
- 20:36Speaker 2: as cool as you think it is. You need time
- 20:40Speaker 2: to reset, pick up a book, be present in nature,
- 20:43Speaker 2: be present with people, be quiet, be with yourself. Those
- 20:47Speaker 2: are important things. Thank you, Breach, thank you. All right.
- 20:50Speaker 2: I don't know which one of you. Do you ever
- 20:52Speaker 2: something in the top of your mind?
- 20:53Speaker 7: I do, but it might be controversial. Oh so me coded? Okay.
- 20:59Speaker 7: I feel like people are romanticizing, yes, the criminalization of fun.
- 21:10Speaker 7: So they are over romanticizing being wholesome. Right, there's this
- 21:15Speaker 7: whole thing of like, oh no, I don't do that.
- 21:17Speaker 7: I sleep ten hours, I do two marathons a day.
- 21:21Speaker 7: I only drink electrolytes. I just feel like sometimes it's
- 21:25Speaker 7: okay to not also criminalize your friends who maybe like
- 21:29Speaker 7: having a glass of wine on a Saturday. So just
- 21:33Speaker 7: that overthing of like, oh, I'm being so wholesome. I'm
- 21:35Speaker 7: waking up at four o'clock in the morning and I'm
- 21:37Speaker 7: dipping my face in an ice bath, and then I'm
- 21:39Speaker 7: going to two hours of hot yoga and I'm having
- 21:43Speaker 7: fourteen matches.
- 21:44Speaker 4: It's just like it's a little bit.
- 21:46Speaker 2: I got you. So the obsession of wellness culture as
- 21:51Speaker 2: opposed to wherever you are. You will start somewhere, but
- 21:55Speaker 2: it doesn't have to be tonight, and I get it.
- 21:57Speaker 2: Just end balan, Yeah, I got you. I got you,
- 21:59Speaker 2: and I see that criminalizing is a very I know.
- 22:03Speaker 4: Maybe that was okay, but you know.
- 22:04Speaker 3: What I say, I get you. Imagine that.
- 22:07Speaker 7: Yeah, I struggle to say it as well, but I
- 22:09Speaker 7: also just want to preface it. Yeah, it's not target
- 22:11Speaker 7: said at you because you love health and wellness.
- 22:15Speaker 3: No I do.
- 22:16Speaker 2: But I mean I don't stand Hello, Okay, you weren't there.
- 22:20Speaker 2: I made this man the yellow whisky sours when he.
- 22:23Speaker 3: Was at my house.
- 22:24Speaker 4: Okay, okay, okay.
- 22:26Speaker 2: So just remember I know where my lane is. Yeah,
- 22:30Speaker 2: and if someone's sort of interested, I will provide information.
- 22:34Speaker 2: But if they're on their own path and they're doing
- 22:35Speaker 2: their own thing, yeah, I'm not gonna knock in the
- 22:37Speaker 2: door and say, you know what you need to do. Yeah,
- 22:39Speaker 2: you need to touch grass in the morning, get enough sunlight, okay,
- 22:43Speaker 2: and then strap your mouth so that you increase nose breathing.
- 22:47Speaker 3: You're not going to force you to do that, do you.
- 22:50Speaker 2: When you're ready, it's going to come to you, and
- 22:52Speaker 2: it's going to be amazing, perfect Pietrice.
- 22:55Speaker 11: Okay, people might come from me at this one, but
- 22:58Speaker 11: no, no one, no, no, no, no. I've been through it, so
- 23:01Speaker 11: I can say it I've been through it, so I
- 23:03Speaker 11: can say it.
- 23:04Speaker 2: Go for it.
- 23:04Speaker 11: Okay, Wedding planning is not all that it's cracked up
- 23:10Speaker 11: to be. Everybody romanticize it. Oh, I get to pick this,
- 23:13Speaker 11: I get to pick that, I get to pick this.
- 23:16Speaker 11: Until you are there and you have to choose between
- 23:20Speaker 11: three different cakes, and you have to choose between seven different.
- 23:27Speaker 9: Flower arrangements.
- 23:30Speaker 11: The only thing that was easy for the wedding was
- 23:32Speaker 11: choosing who I wanted to get, who I wanted to marry,
- 23:36Speaker 11: and my emc. Those were the easiest things about planning
- 23:40Speaker 11: a wedding. But people romanticize this whole planning of the wedding.
- 23:47Speaker 2: It's hot, no, but thank you. I mean this is
- 23:50Speaker 2: the validity in that is it's there. There's a lot
- 23:53Speaker 2: of choices, and there's a lot of unsolicited input.
- 23:57Speaker 9: Yes.
- 23:57Speaker 2: Oh, and people don't realize how axing it is to
- 24:01Speaker 2: appease a family member and then realize I don't need
- 24:03Speaker 2: to appease anybody but the person I'm about to marry,
- 24:05Speaker 2: which means I'm gonna break a relationship. Here to tell somebody,
- 24:09Speaker 2: I don't need ponies more on the table. I know
- 24:14Speaker 2: you love ponies, but we don't love ponies. I know
- 24:17Speaker 2: the cheaper I get it, but we don't need ponies.
- 24:20Speaker 3: Exactly got enough in my life.
- 24:23Speaker 9: It's it's the everybody's opinions.
- 24:25Speaker 2: Hey, I heard that it's a flower.
- 24:32Speaker 3: That's it. It's a flower.
- 24:35Speaker 9: I'll have to go google that flower.
- 24:36Speaker 2: Now you know what over to you? Now if it's
- 24:43Speaker 2: a it's an open session. Things that people heavily romanticize,
- 24:47Speaker 2: but you're not really buying it, or you've subscribed to
- 24:49Speaker 2: it and you've tried it and you're like, Nah, not
- 24:51Speaker 2: gonna work for me. It hasn't worked. It's not what
- 24:54Speaker 2: it's cut out to be. Please share zero two nine
- 24:57Speaker 2: four five zero nine four zero. As we get into traffic,
- 25:00Speaker 2: auto pedigree get up to fifty thousand deal assistants instead
- 25:02Speaker 2: of trance to win five K teas and he's apply Jeremy.
- 25:06Speaker 3: Loops go again.
- 25:08Speaker 2: That man was selected as the best Local Musician and
- 25:11Speaker 2: the Best of the Cape Awards last year.
- 25:12Speaker 3: Who will it be this year? That's the question.
- 25:15Speaker 2: I feel like we're getting close to the Best of
- 25:16Speaker 2: the Cape Awards. They'll be getting there.
- 25:18Speaker 4: Are you get to my first birthday?
- 25:20Speaker 3: Isn't your first birthday?
- 25:21Speaker 12: Of what?
- 25:22Speaker 2: One on radio really when is that happening? When is
- 25:26Speaker 2: the first of July?
- 25:27Speaker 12: Is it?
- 25:27Speaker 3: I won't be here, but yeah, anyway, it's cool. Fine,
- 25:30Speaker 3: way you.
- 25:32Speaker 7: Just metaphorically threw me off that, you know, just fingerbay finger,
- 25:36Speaker 7: you took me off.
- 25:36Speaker 2: It's kind of like someone not not pitching up to
- 25:38Speaker 2: your birthday. It's kind of like that sort of thing,
- 25:40Speaker 2: you know what I mean? Anyway, what are we gonna say?
- 25:43Speaker 3: No, it's school. What goes around comes?
- 25:48Speaker 2: I forgot what the saying is anyway, right, Can we
- 25:50Speaker 2: talk about things that people romanticize?
- 25:53Speaker 4: Fine?
- 25:54Speaker 2: Those things? You was welcome, That's what That's why I
- 25:57Speaker 2: do what I do. I've got a couple of in
- 26:00Speaker 2: you as well. Maybe you can re or disagree. Okay,
- 26:03Speaker 2: I think the romanticizing of being your own boss is
- 26:06Speaker 2: way too much. The sound of it is heavenly. The stress,
- 26:10Speaker 2: the paperwork, the legalities. Nobody warns you of the stress
- 26:14Speaker 2: factors and the mountain of paperwork. Can I also just
- 26:17Speaker 2: say another thing here, the tax implications of being your
- 26:21Speaker 2: own boss. You're so I get it, and people do
- 26:26Speaker 2: do that often.
- 26:27Speaker 3: Another one that just popped in here. Take a listen.
- 26:30Speaker 13: Working working It's not for me, make it seem like
- 26:37Speaker 13: it's all that kids when I leave school in bigger
- 26:41Speaker 13: and apps, having a job, responsibilities, it's.
- 26:45Speaker 2: Not all that. Wow, just working in general, so this
- 26:52Speaker 2: may be there just working, just working, so being your
- 26:55Speaker 2: own boss working. I'm getting a trend here, all right,
- 27:00Speaker 2: let's see this is another one.
- 27:02Speaker 10: Guys, we listen and we don't. Just won't people romanticize
- 27:07Speaker 10: chocolate body paint. Let me tell you, it is a mess.
- 27:12Speaker 10: It is not as cool as what you.
- 27:14Speaker 4: Think it is.
- 27:17Speaker 2: Anonymous, thank you very much for sharing.
- 27:19Speaker 4: Yeah, gabbled, what do you do on the weekend?
- 27:24Speaker 7: No, oh, just wanted to know if I just feel
- 27:27Speaker 7: like it's just you immediately are going to get a
- 27:30Speaker 7: uti excuse.
- 27:31Speaker 4: Me, no, nothing next time.
- 27:33Speaker 2: You better move on faster than that.
- 27:35Speaker 6: Something that's over romanticized is perhaps being a doctor or
- 27:38Speaker 6: working in healthcare. It's it is very fulfilling, you're helping people,
- 27:42Speaker 6: and you probably do have more agency of your life
- 27:45Speaker 6: than most, but there's like a lot of the dark
- 27:48Speaker 6: side to it, and a lot of things that you
- 27:49Speaker 6: take home that you can't just leave at work, and
- 27:52Speaker 6: like emotionally, so it can be like quite draining and
- 27:56Speaker 6: very like occupying of your life.
- 27:58Speaker 2: It's noble though I do enjoy. Actually, there was a
- 28:00Speaker 2: time where I thought I was going to be a
- 28:01Speaker 2: doctor and then I just chose psychology. Yeah. I think
- 28:04Speaker 2: it was mostly because of a maths mark, but doesn't matter,
- 28:06Speaker 2: No one needs to know that. But yeah, I actually
- 28:09Speaker 2: wanted to go into that. I think that had been very,
- 28:11Speaker 2: very cool.
- 28:12Speaker 14: So maybe thinking you need to do something fancy for
- 28:15Speaker 14: your wife all the time, going to expensive restaurant. But
- 28:18Speaker 14: sometimes all she wants is for you just to give
- 28:21Speaker 14: you attention and listen to a massage your feet.
- 28:25Speaker 9: Yeah.
- 28:27Speaker 7: Sometimes that she wants, yeah, is for you to bring
- 28:31Speaker 7: her something out of the petrol station shop when she
- 28:34Speaker 7: said she didn't want anything.
- 28:36Speaker 2: That's true love. There's there's a real love like that.
- 28:39Speaker 2: It exists on this planet. Last one, last one.
- 28:44Speaker 15: There whipping in stuff you see on fifty. I'm a
- 28:49Speaker 15: undred percent sure I'm not getting a whip calls?
- 28:57Speaker 4: Did you and the chocolate body pain?
- 28:59Speaker 3: I think they did?
- 29:01Speaker 4: Is it you two?
- 29:01Speaker 3: Are they they too?
- 29:02Speaker 2: They are that experience big time And that was all
- 29:05Speaker 2: the same night. Thank you for sharing me, Appreciate you. Yeah,

- 34:13Speaker 7: Well, this song is very trendy at the moment, and
- 34:17Speaker 7: I thought we could give it a listen to get
- 34:18Speaker 7: us through traffic. It's run by Haven.
- 34:29Speaker 4: You're on the lake.
- 34:31Speaker 3: No, I do, of course it is and it's very popular.
- 34:33Speaker 2: It's very trendy track at the moment because most people's
- 34:35Speaker 2: noses are running at this time of the year. So
- 34:39Speaker 2: I would say a lot of people are trying to
- 34:41Speaker 2: get over a certain condition, you know, like flu, a cough,
- 34:44Speaker 2: like the one that you gave me. So I figured
- 34:46Speaker 2: getting over by David get A, Chris Willis Fergin lemf
- 34:49Speaker 2: would be good over flu.
- 35:00Speaker 3: That's my one.
- 35:01Speaker 4: You can't say that.
- 35:01Speaker 2: And then for Spump I did because I have energy.
- 35:05Speaker 2: Now I'm actually at the end of it, which is good.
- 35:07Speaker 2: I'm with And now Pietrice, you get to choose the
- 35:13Speaker 2: last one you won on Friday.
- 35:14Speaker 3: What's your new song?
- 35:15Speaker 11: Yes, so my song is not these ed M three
- 35:20Speaker 11: for the Keys. No, it's I chose a local song.
- 35:24Speaker 11: It was released on Friday.
- 35:25Speaker 2: Oh was it?
- 35:26Speaker 9: Yes?
- 35:26Speaker 2: He introduced the beginning.
- 35:27Speaker 9: Yes, he was featured.
- 35:30Speaker 11: I think it was around eleventh on Saturday during the
- 35:34Speaker 11: top forty was always yes and he spoke all about
- 35:39Speaker 11: this song. His name is Bruce leg and he did
- 35:41Speaker 11: this with Jake Isaac and the song is called I
- 35:44Speaker 11: Would Lose it all.
- 35:45Speaker 3: Love that show.
- 35:45Speaker 2: By the way, Saturday's an amazing you get so many
- 35:48Speaker 2: good song ideas there and.
- 35:50Speaker 11: You missed wears one on the chart. There's even a
- 35:52Speaker 11: website you can go to get.
- 35:53Speaker 2: The chart exactly, isn't it Primaria plus dot com.

- 35:57Speaker 3: I love that day, look at us. This is good.
- 35:59Speaker 3: I love the chart too.
- 36:00Speaker 2: Wow.
- 36:11Speaker 3: Gwenever, you have a tough task today.
- 36:12Speaker 2: Which one of these tracks will play just after Karen
- 36:15Speaker 2: Ann's news?
- 36:17Speaker 13: Okay?
- 36:18Speaker 3: Whatever? Which one?
- 36:20Speaker 5: Yeah?
- 36:20Speaker 2: Which one do you want to choose? I know it's tough,
- 36:24Speaker 2: not really? Oh no, okay, so you got to give.
- 36:27Speaker 3: Us the decision. Who wins?
- 36:32Speaker 4: Love itserves all the praise well time.
- 36:36Speaker 2: So thank you for supporting local and supporting us on
- 36:38Speaker 2: the Flashtrock.
- 36:38Speaker 3: We appreciate you.
- 36:40Speaker 10: You're welcome, guys, and have a lovely.
- 36:42Speaker 2: Afternoons safe and you're gonna love this new song, brand
- 36:45Speaker 2: new Boush Leg and Jake Isaac. He had an interview
- 36:48Speaker 2: with Somebody on over the weekend on Saturday, and you
- 36:51Speaker 2: can check out the interview quite soon available to you
- 36:53Speaker 2: on the socials. But he did discuss the fact that
- 36:56Speaker 2: teaming up with UK star Jake Isaac was something really
- 36:59Speaker 2: really cool that happened. How they wrote the song et cetera.
- 37:01Speaker 2: It's a lovely interview that I listened to over the
- 37:03Speaker 2: weekend on the k from Top forty, so that song
- 37:06Speaker 2: will play soon.
- 37:07Speaker 1: Murder flash World on GFM ninety four point five Flashwood Champion, Anita,
- 37:14Speaker 1: welcome back to your show.
- 37:16Speaker 15: Hi, Carl, Hi, Cassidy and Pietro.
- 37:18Speaker 4: Hello.
- 37:19Speaker 3: Beatrice is waving at you as we speak. He's waving.
- 37:22Speaker 2: He's waving Anita. Your weekend. What was the highlight? Please share?
- 37:26Speaker 15: Listen Insta Famous Real. My brother's in the Netherlands. He's listening.
- 37:31Speaker 15: Shout out to Olvine and yeah, it's been fun.
- 37:35Speaker 2: No, this is great. I'm glad Insta Famous got you
- 37:38Speaker 2: recognized across the globe. That is the whole idea of this,
- 37:41Speaker 2: just a little sitting of the flash word. It's important
- 37:43Speaker 2: people don't realize that it's a real thing. Anita. I'm
- 37:45Speaker 2: glad you could be a testament to that. However, when
- 37:48Speaker 2: it comes to Insta Fame, people also wanted, and one
- 37:50Speaker 2: of those people is hair Out fun Feeden, an individual
- 37:54Speaker 2: who works in wholesale and resale of LPG.
- 37:56Speaker 3: Gas pretty much cooking with gas all the time.
- 37:59Speaker 2: Hair Welcome, how's it go?
- 38:02Speaker 9: Manatrice?
- 38:04Speaker 2: Hello, waving as well. He's waving again. That's it, you know,
- 38:10Speaker 2: you know what. I wish you could come see the studio.
- 38:12Speaker 2: So he sits in a booth that is separated our windows.
- 38:15Speaker 2: It's very much jail scene. I'm surprised we don't have
- 38:17Speaker 2: telephones like they do in those scenes in jail, and
- 38:19Speaker 2: we talk to each other in that way. But Jody
- 38:21Speaker 2: and Petrice they sit in this booth. It's quite a
- 38:23Speaker 2: small area. I think the aircn in there is a
- 38:26Speaker 2: little different from our air con as well, which means
- 38:28Speaker 2: that they they breathe a little easier. But these guys, yeah,
- 38:31Speaker 2: they they work really hard in there, and you can
- 38:33Speaker 2: tell because sometimes you see the fumes coming out their
- 38:36Speaker 2: ears while we're doing the flash word and a bunch
- 38:38Speaker 2: of different things. I mean, they are talented people. But yes,
- 38:41Speaker 2: Petrice and Jody says, hello, heat on, good luck to you, Anita.
- 38:45Speaker 3: Let's go. What are we thinking first or second? Today?
- 38:48Speaker 15: I think I'm gonna stay a second. It seems to
- 38:50Speaker 15: be my lucky position.
- 38:52Speaker 3: I love it. Head on, you're up first. This is
- 38:54Speaker 3: how it works.
- 38:54Speaker 2: I'm gonna give you a little word, and that word
- 38:57Speaker 2: will be in all the required answers for the flash word. Okay,
- 39:01Speaker 2: the word today is win because I want you to okay, win,
- 39:07Speaker 2: good luck. Here we go thirty seconds. Your time begins
- 39:11Speaker 2: in three to one. Let's roll a Microsoft operating system Windows.
- 39:17Speaker 2: The bear from the one hundred acre would.
- 39:21Speaker 3: Skipbert.
- 39:23Speaker 2: Oh, there we go, Creberta and Chicago's nickname Wind someone
- 39:27Speaker 2: who earns the primary source of income in a.
- 39:29Speaker 3: Home breadwinner your track here, wind Pot.
- 39:34Speaker 2: Thank you very much. My word, brother man, you came
- 39:37Speaker 2: here and clearly you are cooking with gas.
- 39:41Speaker 3: Yeah, I don't know.
- 39:41Speaker 2: We can chat about LPG gas and if you can
- 39:44Speaker 2: give a brother a discount though, I've got a couple
- 39:46Speaker 2: of those heaters at home and need a bit of
- 39:47Speaker 2: an LPG nine nine k. You know, if you've got
- 39:49Speaker 2: a if you've got a deal for a brother, let's check. Okay,
- 39:52Speaker 2: thank you, Oh really, thank you, Carot. Remember when you
- 39:56Speaker 2: say absolutely, it means me and everybody who listens to
- 39:59Speaker 2: the show as well. So it's only about one point
- 40:01Speaker 2: one million people who are going to look for disconcer easy.
- 40:04Speaker 15: That's when they can pop by Stellar, Bosh or strand
- 40:08Speaker 15: every guess they can come visit us.
- 40:10Speaker 2: Really yeah, okay, free guess. Thank you, and you needed
- 40:15Speaker 2: to knew it onto the next one. Here we go,
- 40:20Speaker 2: that's how it works. Let's not goes. Sorry man, that
- 40:23Speaker 2: has something stuck in my throat. Sorry Cassidy, but technically
- 40:28Speaker 2: you did this. Anita over to you. Five questions thirty seconds.
- 40:32Speaker 2: When are you ready? Ready? All right, let's do this
- 40:36Speaker 2: thing thirty seconds. Your time begins in three two one?
- 40:40Speaker 2: When is your flash word? A pane of glass window? Wow?
- 40:46Speaker 2: An ex wife for the late Nelson Mandela Winni Mandela
- 40:51Speaker 2: the premiere of the Western Cape Allen Wendy. A sudden
- 40:55Speaker 2: piece of good fortune or financial gain? Oh?
- 40:59Speaker 15: Oh win? No, no, I don't know.
- 41:04Speaker 2: This was marked yesterday on the seasonal calendar, the.
- 41:08Speaker 15: Beginning of winter.
- 41:10Speaker 2: What do you call that?
- 41:11Speaker 15: Oh? See, the pressure was on with those first five.
- 41:17Speaker 2: I'm gonna I'm gonna accept the beginning of winter.
- 41:20Speaker 3: I want to do.
- 41:21Speaker 2: I know winter solstice what I'm looking for, But I'm
- 41:23Speaker 2: not going to be that guy. Can I do for today?
- 41:24Speaker 2: Thank you?
- 41:25Speaker 3: Is it a win? Though?
- 41:27Speaker 2: No?
- 41:28Speaker 3: However, it is great to have you and thank you
- 41:31Speaker 3: so much.
- 41:31Speaker 15: Yes that much for having me.
- 41:34Speaker 3: Yes I am.
- 41:35Speaker 15: I'm about to hit into a meeting for a fundraiser.
- 41:38Speaker 15: So if anyone in the George area wants to sponsor
- 41:41Speaker 15: something for our golf day for the school, you can
- 41:43Speaker 15: please just contact me at holy Cross. That would be amazing.
- 41:47Speaker 3: Okay, So holy Cross in George, is that what you're doing? Okay? Great?
- 41:51Speaker 15: Holy Cross Primary. I'm the chairperson for the FRC, so
- 41:54Speaker 15: we're doing fundraising for the school.
- 41:56Speaker 3: Lovely.
- 41:57Speaker 2: Okay, we got to get people there, all right, if
- 41:58Speaker 2: you and George please help holy Cross Primary. They need
- 42:01Speaker 2: your assistance. Let's get them all to you. And the
- 42:04Speaker 2: last thing is that I hope that you get a windfall.
- 42:09Speaker 2: I do really hope that that happens. A sudden piece
- 42:12Speaker 2: of good fortune or financial game is the only one
- 42:14Speaker 2: you missed. However, I hope you don't miss it with
- 42:16Speaker 2: a fundraiser, if you know what I mean.
- 42:18Speaker 3: So please enjoy. Thank you Anita anytime, gear Art, my brother,
- 42:22Speaker 3: you are the Flashman Champion.
- 42:23Speaker 2: Come on, congratulations, my friend, you are the winner. Back tomorrow,
- 42:30Speaker 2: same time, same space on the flash drive on KFM
- 42:33Speaker 2: ninety four point five, it's Gangs of Ballet. This one's
- 42:37Speaker 2: called follow Thank you for following us on the flash
- 42:39Speaker 2: drive and k from ninety four point five. The one
- 42:41Speaker 2: up is coming up at about ten.
- 42:43Speaker 3: I just wanted to.
- 42:44Speaker 2: Pause here for a second because it's a psychology type
- 42:46Speaker 2: of day, and I came across a lovely article around
- 42:50Speaker 2: the top ten things that gentlemen that men worry about
- 42:54Speaker 2: that actually doesn't really matter, and I thought, yeah, it'll
- 42:57Speaker 2: be quite nice too. But here's the thing. Obviously, some
- 43:00Speaker 2: like you, who is.
- 43:04Speaker 3: What again? Who is you?
- 43:08Speaker 2: Are very interested in dynamics?
- 43:11Speaker 12: Is that?
- 43:11Speaker 3: Okay?
- 43:13Speaker 2: Even there, it's as vague as I could get here.
- 43:15Speaker 2: Would be interested to hear this, and maybe you can
- 43:18Speaker 2: agree or not agree, and I can get the truths here.
- 43:21Speaker 2: But men spend a lot of time worrying about certain things,
- 43:25Speaker 2: especially aesthetic things that actually don't really matter. Okay, And
- 43:28Speaker 2: I've got a top ten here. Number one is intriguing
- 43:33Speaker 2: to me, but let me start at ten. Ten is
- 43:35Speaker 2: being too emotional? Yeah, a society that has always pushed
- 43:40Speaker 2: for us to not show emotion. Now we should stop
- 43:42Speaker 2: the narrative. It stops with us.
- 43:44Speaker 7: I agree, try it up, get it out. That's such
- 43:47Speaker 7: yucky energy to hold on to.
- 43:49Speaker 3: Looking nerdy or geeky, very old school. Yeah, what is that?
- 43:53Speaker 2: Anyway?
- 43:54Speaker 7: I don't know it was like you wanted to be
- 43:56Speaker 7: the jock or the you know, the main na nerd,
- 44:00Speaker 7: be the geek.
- 44:01Speaker 3: A good clock Kent Peter Parker.
- 44:04Speaker 7: Deep down we know that you're just going to take
- 44:06Speaker 7: all that nerdy energy and then just like fixate on us,
- 44:09Speaker 7: which is fun.
- 44:10Speaker 2: That's correct, because that's the true chemistry, not only in
- 44:13Speaker 2: your lab, but it's with the person you're worth.
- 44:16Speaker 3: Yeah, that's hot.
- 44:18Speaker 2: Fashion sense, this is intriguing because a lot of men
- 44:22Speaker 2: worry they're not stylish enough. However, if you keep it simple,
- 44:25Speaker 2: you can still look good. It doesn't matter, right.
- 44:27Speaker 7: I one hundred percent agree. I also think take chances.
- 44:31Speaker 7: Wear the tote bag.
- 44:34Speaker 2: Where the tote bag if it's if it's the first
- 44:36Speaker 2: thing you've found and you need to carry something, why
- 44:38Speaker 2: are you looking for Like I need to find a
- 44:40Speaker 2: manly bag.
- 44:42Speaker 7: Get if it's being used, like you're actually using it.
- 44:47Speaker 4: It's cool.
- 44:49Speaker 2: This one's interesting. All their voice, whether it's too deep,
- 44:55Speaker 2: too high, not manly enough. Many men are surprisingly self
- 44:58Speaker 2: conscious about the way they sound, some of which don't
- 45:00Speaker 2: even send any voice notes. Send a voice note, man, yeah,
- 45:05Speaker 2: send that voice note. The thing is the way you sound.
- 45:08Speaker 2: You're thinking about it way too much. The way you
- 45:10Speaker 2: sound is the way you sound. It's unique. Nobody else
- 45:12Speaker 2: sounds like you enjoy it, right, having a dadbod, a
- 45:18Speaker 2: belly hot tag.
- 45:20Speaker 3: I prefer it a little belly.
- 45:22Speaker 4: I prefer it really, Yeah, a.
- 45:24Speaker 2: Little belly's fine, you know, not being muscular enough.
- 45:30Speaker 4: I think that.
- 45:30Speaker 7: I think that conversation is outdated. I think I think
- 45:34Speaker 7: people just want you to be healthy.
- 45:36Speaker 2: That's and I think the way I feel is more important.
- 45:39Speaker 2: And remember, yes there's another hot take. Is that the
- 45:43Speaker 2: way in terms of like, if you can't see a
- 45:45Speaker 2: defined six pack and define this, you can be strong
- 45:48Speaker 2: and not show those traditional sort of scenes of strength. Yeah,
- 45:54Speaker 2: so that's another one. Body hair too much, too little,
- 45:58Speaker 2: wrong places. Men worry about it constantly. Well, most people
- 46:01Speaker 2: are just like Aht's body here, You've got a grizzly
- 46:04Speaker 2: of a chest.
- 46:05Speaker 3: But it's all right.
- 46:05Speaker 7: I think the right person will think whatever your hair
- 46:08Speaker 7: situation is is hot.
- 46:10Speaker 3: That's it.
- 46:10Speaker 2: You have to write, you know, find the right people
- 46:13Speaker 2: and trust me, there is somebody for you that's going
- 46:14Speaker 2: to be.
- 46:15Speaker 4: Like, I love, I'm into what's going on here.
- 46:17Speaker 3: The fact is, what ever is happening with you?
- 46:20Speaker 2: Not having enough money, many men feel too much pressure
- 46:24Speaker 2: to be almost overly like sort of rich so that
- 46:29Speaker 2: they can conduct themselves in certain ways.
- 46:31Speaker 3: This one.
- 46:33Speaker 2: A lot of people feel this way, even people, not
- 46:35Speaker 2: just men. Yeah, and I think that if you don't
- 46:39Speaker 2: have enough money, you don't have the money for the
- 46:41Speaker 2: flashy things. You know, it's flashy to me is being present.
- 46:46Speaker 2: That's the greatest amount of wealth you can get as
- 46:49Speaker 2: an individual.
- 46:50Speaker 7: And listen, I don't actually think money is the conversation because, like,
- 46:54Speaker 7: and I'm going to generalize here, but I do think
- 46:56Speaker 7: a lot of men believe that that's what women are
- 46:58Speaker 7: interested in. And first, well, if that's the type of
- 47:00Speaker 7: thing that she's interested in, is that the type of
- 47:02Speaker 7: woman you want to be with? And second of all,
- 47:04Speaker 7: I don't think money is a conversation. I think it's drive.
- 47:07Speaker 7: People just want to be with someone that is passionate about.
- 47:11Speaker 2: Something and I flash drive. So I think that works
- 47:14Speaker 2: a sitting in there.
- 47:17Speaker 3: Hey, yeah, there we go. Hold on, got a message.
- 47:20Speaker 2: Here, Cassidy. I tick every one in the boxes you've mentioned,
- 47:25Speaker 2: and I'm just so much happier for it.
- 47:27Speaker 9: I've always been. I've got I love my voice, I
- 47:31Speaker 9: love my dad.
- 47:32Speaker 11: But yes, yes, I'm not too worried about my dress sense.
- 47:37Speaker 16: Yes, need to carry a tote bag, in touch with
- 47:39Speaker 16: my feminine side.
- 47:40Speaker 9: And I'm just happier that most of the guys around
- 47:42Speaker 9: I reckon. So just live your true self.
- 47:45Speaker 7: Say to use a cliche, Ay, that's nick drop the
- 47:49Speaker 7: mic neck what brother man.
- 47:52Speaker 2: I didn't even get to the last bits here, going bald,
- 47:55Speaker 2: losing hair, very big thing.
- 47:57Speaker 3: That's at number two on the list.
- 47:59Speaker 4: Just put pictures of Jason's Statham up in your wall.
- 48:03Speaker 2: Oh then you know, then you know you know what
- 48:05Speaker 2: I mean. Yeah, but just appreciate yourself. And then number
- 48:09Speaker 2: one in the list being too short. Many men worry
- 48:15Speaker 2: about their height, but for most people, confidence and personality
- 48:18Speaker 2: make a far bigger impression. I heard a whole woman's
- 48:21Speaker 2: podcast about how important height was, and I realized that
- 48:25Speaker 2: none of those women on the podcast, you know, none
- 48:28Speaker 2: of them are for me, but definitely for whoever they
- 48:32Speaker 2: want in their lives.
- 48:33Speaker 3: And that's the thing. I think.
- 48:34Speaker 2: Here's the issue is that sometimes you want to conform
- 48:36Speaker 2: so badly to be accepted that the realization to you
- 48:40Speaker 2: should be the fact that there is going to be
- 48:42Speaker 2: somebody for you. And they're going to appreciate every single
- 48:44Speaker 2: thing like Nick, appreciate yourself, Yeah, and go for it.
- 48:49Speaker 7: I truly believe that when the right person comes along,
- 48:53Speaker 7: they aren't even phased about any of the surface level staff.
- 48:58Speaker 4: It's just like the way you make them feel is
- 49:00Speaker 4: the most important thing, you know.
- 49:01Speaker 3: So I just thought i'd share that with you.
- 49:03Speaker 2: If you have been doubtful about yourself as a man
- 49:06Speaker 2: or even as a person, and these things have popped
- 49:09Speaker 2: up in your mind, I want to let you know
- 49:11Speaker 2: straight up that they don't matter as much as you
- 49:14Speaker 2: think they matter out there. And I think that if
- 49:16Speaker 2: you just get out of your own head and step
- 49:18Speaker 2: into your life, you'll realize that you have on board
- 49:21Speaker 2: everything you need to have to have the happiest life
- 49:23Speaker 2: you want. Allow Nick's voice note to be a message
- 49:28Speaker 2: around that is that the way you feel about yourself
- 49:32Speaker 2: is the only thing that matters totally. I'm also going
- 49:35Speaker 2: to a message from Layla asking if Nick is single.
- 49:39Speaker 12: I was also thinking that, oh I would, Okay, Laila,
- 49:48Speaker 12: I'm on it to expect a message from me shortly.
- 49:51Speaker 3: Oh man, thank you, and I mean it.
- 49:54Speaker 2: But if you are worried about anything any facets of
- 49:56Speaker 2: the aesthetic about yourself. Please focus on something that really matters.
- 50:01Speaker 2: Go grab a mirror and enjoy that person right there,
- 50:05Speaker 2: Sam Smith, Kim Petris, let's call.
- 50:06Speaker 3: On Holy give it a little one up?
- 50:10Speaker 2: Shall we? The last time the one up was quite
- 50:11Speaker 2: fun on the flash drive if you missed out, we
- 50:14Speaker 2: did a bit of a one up musical. It is
- 50:16Speaker 2: so much fun and very very on point. You know
- 50:18Speaker 2: what we haven't done in a long time is the
- 50:20Speaker 2: one up musical. What's the first thing that comes to
- 50:22Speaker 2: your mind to give us a little.
- 50:23Speaker 11: Theme for one up musical songs that be Funer is
- 50:25Speaker 11: listening to tonight? I mean they played yesterday, but like
- 50:28Speaker 11: what songs would they be listening to now?
- 50:30Speaker 4: After the game?
- 50:30Speaker 2: They must be feeling themselves right after they got that
- 50:33Speaker 2: free kick thing?
