Mega Edition: Prince Andrew Gets His Picture Narrative Decimated (11/1/26) · The Vault: The Epstein Files

0:00
Speaker 1: Back to the Epstein Chronicles. We've been talking a whole
0:04
Speaker 1: lot about the picture of Virginia Roberts with Prince Andrew
0:08
Speaker 1: at Ghislaine Maxwell's house in Belgravia. Now, according to Prince
0:13
Speaker 1: Andrew's surrogates, according to Prince Andrew's legal team, they can't
0:17
Speaker 1: even verify if that picture is real. According to them,
0:21
Speaker 1: Andrew has no recollection of that picture ever being taken.
0:25
Speaker 1: And his surrogates have even taken it a step further
0:28
Speaker 1: and and saying that the picture has been doctored, it's
0:32
Speaker 1: been photoshopped, and that Irish stunt doubles and body doubles
0:36
Speaker 1: were also involved. Oh, did I tell you the part
0:39
Speaker 1: about it all being a plot to overthrow the monarchy?
0:43
Speaker 1: Because that's what his surrogates are saying. Now, I highly
0:46
Speaker 1: doubt that his legal team is going to take the
0:48
Speaker 1: same approach and say that this is an attack on
0:51
Speaker 1: the monarchy, but I've been shocked before, and folks, I
0:55
Speaker 1: am sure I will be shocked in the future. But
0:59
Speaker 1: the picture of Andrew and Virginia is certainly the hot
1:04
Speaker 1: topic of conversation when it comes to this portion of
1:09
Speaker 1: the Epstein fiasco. Now, we've heard that the FBI has
1:13
Speaker 1: seen the picture. We have heard that Virginia has the
1:16
Speaker 1: picture in storage. We have heard that the picture is
1:18
Speaker 1: nowhere to be found. And in this article today from
1:22
Speaker 1: the Daily Beast, they go into it a little bit more.
1:24
Speaker 1: a little more context about the picture, the location of
1:28
Speaker 1: the picture, who has it, where it is, and all
1:31
Speaker 1: of that. Now, for me, I think that the picture
1:36
Speaker 1: is a huge, huge piece of evidence here. And even
1:39
Speaker 1: if the original can't be dredged up, it's going to
1:42
Speaker 1: be hard for Prince Andrew to claim that this is
1:45
Speaker 1: a doctored photo, a faked photo, when you have the
1:49
Speaker 1: Kiwi journalist... who has already went on record talking about this. Now,
1:54
Speaker 1: I know that the Daily Beast has reached out to him,
1:56
Speaker 1: and he hasn't replied with too much more context on
2:00
Speaker 1: what he originally said, but until we have something different,
2:03
Speaker 1: I'm going to have to go with what the expert
2:05
Speaker 1: who has seen the picture has said. And for me,
2:09
Speaker 1: like always, it's about the evidence, right? Wherever the evidence
2:12
Speaker 1: goes is where I'm going to follow it. And if
2:14
Speaker 1: this picture turns out to be a fake, we'll follow
2:17
Speaker 1: that too. Because, again, I'm interested in getting to the
2:20
Speaker 1: truth here. I want to get to the bottom of
2:22
Speaker 1: all of this because what has occurred here is absolutely draconian.
2:30
Speaker 1: And to think that Prince Andrew and his surrogates are
2:33
Speaker 1: going to just march around and march over people and
2:36
Speaker 1: try and force-feed a narrative, well, that's not going to happen.
2:39
Speaker 1: We're going to look at everything thoughtfully, clinically, And we're
2:43
Speaker 1: going to dive into it and try and unpack it
2:45
Speaker 1: here on the podcast together. So with that said, we
2:50
Speaker 1: have an article today from the Daily Beast and Tom Sykes,
2:54
Speaker 1: who is the royalist correspondent. How do you get a
2:57
Speaker 1: gig like that? Do you just show up one day
2:59
Speaker 1: and be like, hey, I want to cover the monarchy.
3:01
Speaker 1: I'm here to write about the queen. How do you
3:03
Speaker 1: get that gig? All right. So headline. Epstein survivor Virginia
3:09
Speaker 1: Roberts lost her famous photo of Prince Andrew. Well, that
3:14
Speaker 1: doesn't sound very reassuring, does it? This article was authored, again,
3:19
Speaker 1: by Tom Sykes. Virginia Roberts appears to have lost the
3:24
Speaker 1: original of the famous photograph showing her standing with Prince Andrew...
3:29
Speaker 1: and Andrew's legal team says her inability to produce the
3:32
Speaker 1: original bolsters his argument that there is doubt around the
3:36
Speaker 1: authenticity of the image. Look, they're going to slap their
3:39
Speaker 1: jaws onto anything, and it looks good for them, right?
3:42
Speaker 1: It certainly is a plus in their favor. There's no
3:45
Speaker 1: sugarcoating that. There's no spinning that. I'm not here to
3:48
Speaker 1: try and, you know, make the landing any easier for anybody.
3:51
Speaker 1: The fact is, without that picture, it makes things a
3:54
Speaker 1: bit more difficult for Virginia. There is no doubt. But,
3:58
Speaker 1: Not having the picture does not end everything considering people
4:01
Speaker 1: have saw the original. The FBI has seen the original.
4:04
Speaker 1: So here's what I would do if I was Virginia's people.
4:08
Speaker 1: If the picture cannot be located, I would call and
4:11
Speaker 1: try and subpoena the FBI agents who were handling that evidence.
4:15
Speaker 1: And that's all on record. That should all be cataloged
4:18
Speaker 1: by the FBI who handled it, who was in charge
4:21
Speaker 1: of it, where it went, and all of that. Then
4:24
Speaker 1: you bring that person up. and you have them testify
4:27
Speaker 1: to the authenticity of the photo to the best of
4:29
Speaker 1: their ability. You do the same thing with the Kiwi photographer.
4:33
Speaker 1: And you bring them all in, and you sit them
4:35
Speaker 1: down in front of a jury, and then you let
4:36
Speaker 1: the jury decide. That's the only other option if the
4:39
Speaker 1: picture is not available, the actual original. The picture is
4:44
Speaker 1: not in Virginia's... Excuse me. The picture is not in
4:47
Speaker 1: Virginia's possession. A source with excellent connections to Roberts told
4:51
Speaker 1: the Daily Beast. Now, I'm not one to really... challenge
4:56
Speaker 1: people on their sources and whatnot. And the Daily Beast
4:59
Speaker 1: has done pretty good reporting. So I'm not going to
5:02
Speaker 1: challenge the veracity of their source. But again, you always
5:07
Speaker 1: have to be aware of misdirection and not just coming
5:09
Speaker 1: from Prince Andrew. Let's remember, David Boies is a shrewd
5:12
Speaker 1: man as well. And if he feels like some misdirection
5:16
Speaker 1: can be helpful, he's not above that. So while the
5:19
Speaker 1: source might be saying that to the Daily Beast, we'll
5:22
Speaker 1: have to wait for confirmation to find out one way
5:24
Speaker 1: or the other. because it could just be posturing. The picture,
5:29
Speaker 1: which famously shows Roberts as a smiling 17-year-old with Andrew's
5:33
Speaker 1: arm slung around her bare midriff, went missing from her
5:36
Speaker 1: care at some point between 2011 and 2016. So far,
5:43
Speaker 1: the picture has earned Roberts in excess of $ 160, 000 in
5:46
Speaker 1: media fees and has been examined as potential evidence against
5:50
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein by the FBI. And that's where the rubber
5:54
Speaker 1: will meet the road. Now, if the FBI examined this
5:57
Speaker 1: like everybody says they did, then they should have that
5:59
Speaker 1: on record, even if the original does not exist. Do
6:02
Speaker 1: you think that a jury is not going to believe
6:05
Speaker 1: an FBI agent that gets up there and swears under
6:08
Speaker 1: oath that they saw this picture, that the picture was real?
6:11
Speaker 1: I mean, come on. So what this is, this is
6:14
Speaker 1: more of a public opinion push by Prince Andrew and
6:19
Speaker 1: his people. They want to take the narrative. They're looking
6:21
Speaker 1: to control the narrative here, folks. That's exactly what's going on.
6:24
Speaker 1: And for those who might not be aware of what
6:26
Speaker 1: they're up to, well, I'm here to tell you. They're
6:29
Speaker 1: trying to gaslight you. They're trying to throw enough mud
6:32
Speaker 1: in the water so you can't see where you're swimming. Now,
6:37
Speaker 1: according to iNews, Andrew's legal team has asked for access
6:40
Speaker 1: to the original picture, so its authenticity can be evaluated
6:44
Speaker 1: by experts. And look, I do not blame them one bit.
6:47
Speaker 1: If this was my client, I'd be asking for the
6:49
Speaker 1: same thing. I'd want the original. It certainly gives them
6:53
Speaker 1: a bit of a life preserver, doesn't it? Something to
6:55
Speaker 1: sink their teeth in, considering they haven't had shit to
6:58
Speaker 1: work with up until now. So it's fortunate for them
7:03
Speaker 1: if this picture is not around anymore. And honestly, it's
7:07
Speaker 1: their best hope to have some kind of semblance of
7:10
Speaker 1: a defense. Because if and when this picture is provided,
7:15
Speaker 1: it's going to sink Prince Andrews. It's really going to
7:17
Speaker 1: be bad for him if this picture is provided because
7:20
Speaker 1: of how aggressively they're trying to say that the picture
7:22
Speaker 1: is fake. However, no one on Robert's legal team knows
7:29
Speaker 1: where it is or indeed has ever seen the original
7:33
Speaker 1: of the photograph, which Andrew has long alleged is not authentic.
7:36
Speaker 1: The Daily Beast can reveal. That's interesting. The Daily Beast
7:40
Speaker 1: says that nobody on our team has ever seen that picture, huh?
7:43
Speaker 1: It does make sense, though, because it wasn't like Virginia
7:46
Speaker 1: was with this legal team back then. She didn't really
7:49
Speaker 1: have legal representation back then. One well-placed insider on Robert's
7:55
Speaker 1: side told the Daily Beast they didn't know if the
7:57
Speaker 1: original of the picture still existed. And again, look, this
8:01
Speaker 1: can be posturing. We don't really know what's going on
8:03
Speaker 1: behind the scenes. We don't know what sort of strategy
8:06
Speaker 1: Boyz is employing. We don't know what he's going to
8:09
Speaker 1: do here, what his plans are. And this could be misdirection,
8:12
Speaker 1: trying to get the prince to come out and his
8:15
Speaker 1: team to come out, overstep, say something ridiculous, and then, bang,
8:19
Speaker 1: produce the picture. Very possible. Do I know what's going
8:23
Speaker 1: to happen? Absolutely not. Certainly don't have any tea leaves
8:27
Speaker 1: to read here, folks, but when you see all the
8:29
Speaker 1: pieces start to fall into place, it makes it a
8:32
Speaker 1: lot easier to evaluate what's occurring. This critical piece of
8:37
Speaker 1: evidence is missing after being haphazardly stuffed into one of
8:41
Speaker 1: several storage boxes and shipped from Colorado to Sydney when
8:45
Speaker 1: Roberts emigrated to Australia at some point between 2011 and 2016. So, typical,
8:53
Speaker 1: you're in a move, stuff gets misplaced, gets lost, lost
8:57
Speaker 1: in the shuffle. Now, Andrew's team would say, well, look,
9:01
Speaker 1: this proves that the picture is fake. It doesn't even exist.
9:05
Speaker 1: Whereas Virginia's team can say, well... The real issue here
9:10
Speaker 1: is Virginia wasn't trying to use this picture as evidence.
9:13
Speaker 1: This picture was just in a stack. It was found
9:16
Speaker 1: by somebody else, the Daily Mail. And Virginia never even
9:19
Speaker 1: thought it was a super important piece of evidence. So
9:21
Speaker 1: she just put it with her other pictures. See how
9:24
Speaker 1: that works? See how it works to throw disinformation or
9:27
Speaker 1: misinformation or seeds of the seeds of dissent into the party?
9:31
Speaker 1: It's not very difficult to do. Andrew's camp is now
9:37
Speaker 1: seized on the fact that the artifact is apparently lost,
9:40
Speaker 1: arguing that without the hard copy original, there is no
9:43
Speaker 1: way of knowing if the image we are all familiar with,
9:46
Speaker 1: and that has done so much to condemn Andrew in
9:49
Speaker 1: the court of public opinion, has been manipulated. Look, that
9:53
Speaker 1: is certainly a contention that his team can make. I'm
9:55
Speaker 1: not going to sit here and gaslight you and say
9:57
Speaker 1: this is not something they can sink their teeth into.
9:59
Speaker 1: It certainly is it's going to be a battle royale
10:01
Speaker 1: now and i've said from the beginning that in my
10:05
Speaker 1: opinion the picture is a huge deal it's a huge
10:07
Speaker 1: part of evidence and it certainly is something that pushes
10:11
Speaker 1: the conversation in virginia's favor because it shows that andrew's
10:15
Speaker 1: a liar right He takes a picture with this girl,
10:19
Speaker 1: obviously was hanging out with this girl, then he says
10:21
Speaker 1: he doesn't know her, he's never been around her, but
10:23
Speaker 1: we have evidence from other witnesses even saying that they've
10:26
Speaker 1: been seen together. So why would I believe Prince Andrew
10:30
Speaker 1: telling me that this picture is a fake? I'm going
10:33
Speaker 1: to need more than that. Andrew has always said he
10:39
Speaker 1: has no recollection of ever meeting Roberts and strenuously denies
10:42
Speaker 1: her claims they had sex. He has strongly suggested the
10:46
Speaker 1: picture had been altered, and his legal team told the
10:48
Speaker 1: Daily Beast that, having questions about the picture's authenticity, they
10:52
Speaker 1: sought the original from Robert's side, but were not given it.
10:57
Speaker 1: And again, this certainly gives some credibility to the narrative
11:01
Speaker 1: trying to be pushed by Prince Andrew's side, there's no doubt.
11:05
Speaker 1: This is a battle for narratives, folks, it's a battle
11:07
Speaker 1: for public opinion. and Prince Andrew's team, they're going to
11:11
Speaker 1: seize on this opportunity, and they're going to try and
11:13
Speaker 1: push the issue that this picture, oh, you can't provide it,
11:16
Speaker 1: so it's fake. A source familiar with Andrew's thinking and
11:22
Speaker 1: legal strategy recently told the Daily Beast that Andrew considered
11:25
Speaker 1: the photograph of Andrew and Roberts irrelevant unless and until
11:30
Speaker 1: the original was produced. Well, that's not a good idea.
11:33
Speaker 1: If that's the way your legal team's going to go
11:35
Speaker 1: about it, you're going to have big trouble. Do you
11:38
Speaker 1: really think that a reproduction of a picture has never
11:41
Speaker 1: been introduced as evidence before? I mean, come on now.
11:47
Speaker 1: So again, Prince Andrew playing with fire here, folks, and
11:49
Speaker 1: it goes to show you he has nothing to go on.
11:51
Speaker 1: When this is all you have to use as evidence
11:54
Speaker 1: or to try and sink your teeth into, it really,
11:57
Speaker 1: what they're trying to do is take away from the
11:59
Speaker 1: main narrative of the story. They're trying to take away
12:02
Speaker 1: from the fact that Prince Andrew was Jeffrey Epstein's BFF,
12:05
Speaker 1: was hanging out with Glenn Maxwell... And it's a fact
12:09
Speaker 1: that he was around girls who were abused. That's what
12:11
Speaker 1: they're trying to take the spotlight off of, right? Oh, well,
12:16
Speaker 1: the picture is fake. Okay, well, nice try. And I
12:19
Speaker 1: guess we'll get to that point as well. But as
12:22
Speaker 1: of now, nothing you folks have brought to the table
12:26
Speaker 1: has pushed the needle in your favor. Melissa Lerner, Andrew's attorney,
12:34
Speaker 1: told the Daily Beast that the provenance of the photo
12:36
Speaker 1: was important, as it had played a key role in
12:38
Speaker 1: legitimizing Robert's story and putting her together in the same
12:42
Speaker 1: place with Andrew and Maxwell. That is a fact. I
12:46
Speaker 1: can't disagree with that. That definitely is a fact. But
12:48
Speaker 1: there's a lot more there. It's not just the picture. Now,
12:51
Speaker 1: the picture is what pushes it over the cliff, no doubt,
12:54
Speaker 1: and solidifies it. And without the picture, it certainly would
12:58
Speaker 1: have been a lot harder for Virginia to get people
13:02
Speaker 1: to really, you know, lock into her story and believe
13:05
Speaker 1: what's going on here. Because what do I always say?
13:09
Speaker 1: Big claims need big evidence. And what more evidence can
13:12
Speaker 1: you possibly have than a picture with the dude? Lerner
13:17
Speaker 1: added that the photo has helped draw attention away from
13:20
Speaker 1: inconsistencies in Robert's account. This is very slick what she's
13:24
Speaker 1: doing here. She's flipping the script here. What they're trying
13:26
Speaker 1: to do is draw away the inconsistencies in Andrew's account
13:30
Speaker 1: by pointing out that this photo is supposedly a fake.
13:32
Speaker 1: That's what they're trying to do. But you see what
13:34
Speaker 1: she does with her words here? She's saying it's the
13:37
Speaker 1: other way around and it's Virginia who's trying to create inconsistencies.
13:44
Speaker 1: Asked if she really believed the photo was fake, Lerner said,
13:47
Speaker 1: there are concerns about its authenticity. The legal team requested
13:50
Speaker 1: the original from Robert's attorneys in November 2021 and it
13:54
Speaker 1: was not provided to them. Interesting again, there are concerns.
13:58
Speaker 1: See how she doesn't fully commit to saying that the
14:01
Speaker 1: picture is a fake? Because they don't believe it's a fake.
14:04
Speaker 1: What they're trying to do here is smokescreen you. What
14:06
Speaker 1: they're trying to do here is cause enough chaos, cause
14:10
Speaker 1: enough dissent, cause enough chips to the credibility that people
14:14
Speaker 1: start saying to themselves, oh, maybe this picture was a fake.
14:17
Speaker 1: But none of the evidence lines up with that narrative
14:20
Speaker 1: as of yet anyway. The story of the loss of
14:26
Speaker 1: the picture was told by Roberts in a 2016 deposition
14:30
Speaker 1: taken as part of her successful libel action against Ghislaine Maxwell.
14:34
Speaker 1: The sworn testimony was only unsealed in 2020. She said
14:38
Speaker 1: that in 2011 she gave the picture to the FBI.
14:41
Speaker 1: It is thought that this was part of their investigations
14:44
Speaker 1: into Epstein and the photo had come to their attention
14:47
Speaker 1: as a result of its publication by the Mail on Sunday.
14:51
Speaker 1: the FBI copied it and handed back the original the
14:54
Speaker 1: same year Robert Sedner testimony. So the FBI has the
14:58
Speaker 1: master copy if they don't have the original. And that's
15:02
Speaker 1: a huge point right there. So the FBI having the
15:05
Speaker 1: master copy is definitely a big deal. And if they
15:07
Speaker 1: can't find the original, then what they need to do
15:10
Speaker 1: is subpoena that master copy. And like I said in
15:13
Speaker 1: the opening of the show, Bring forth all the agents
15:15
Speaker 1: who were involved in the chain of custody. Get everybody
15:18
Speaker 1: locked and loaded and under oath. Look, let's get to
15:20
Speaker 1: the bottom of this shit. The FBI declined to confirm
15:24
Speaker 1: to the Daily Beast if they had been past the photograph,
15:27
Speaker 1: if they had handed it back, or if they thought
15:30
Speaker 1: it was genuine. All right, so, well, that's what the
15:33
Speaker 1: FBI usually does, right? It says nothing. Not shocked there.
15:39
Speaker 1: When attorney Laura Menninger asked her in the course of
15:42
Speaker 1: that deposition where the original was, Roberts replied, I probably
15:46
Speaker 1: still have it. It's not in my possession right now.
15:49
Speaker 1: Menninger pressed her and Joffrey told her the original photo
15:52
Speaker 1: was probably in some storage boxes in Sydney. Boy, I
15:55
Speaker 1: really hope it is. That would be nice for Virginia
15:58
Speaker 1: if it was, and it would be a hammer strike
16:01
Speaker 1: to Prince Andrew. If that picture is provided... It's a
16:04
Speaker 1: wrap for Prince Andrew, folks. Without that picture, a little
16:07
Speaker 1: bit more difficult, no doubt about it. But it doesn't
16:10
Speaker 1: mean that, you know, oh, well, that's it. The lawsuit's over.
16:13
Speaker 1: No way. Again, there are so many nuanced things that
16:17
Speaker 1: are going on behind the scenes. And the fact that
16:20
Speaker 1: the FBI has seen that original, the Kiwi photographer has
16:23
Speaker 1: seen the original, it really throws a little bit of
16:26
Speaker 1: cold water on Prince Andrew and his team trying to
16:29
Speaker 1: snatch the narrative here. Asked if it was accurate that
16:33
Speaker 1: from 2011, when the FBI gave the picture back, until
16:37
Speaker 1: the specified date she left Colorado, the original was in
16:41
Speaker 1: her personal possession, Roberts replied, yes. What other documents related
16:46
Speaker 1: to this case are in those storage boxes in Australia?
16:48
Speaker 1: Menninger asked. Roberts replied, documents related to this case, I
16:53
Speaker 1: don't know. I really can't tell you. I mean, there's
16:55
Speaker 1: seven boxes full of Nerf guns, my kids' toys, photos.
16:58
Speaker 1: I don't know what other documents would be in there.
17:01
Speaker 1: Sounds about right. I know when I move, I'd pack boxes.
17:04
Speaker 1: I don't know half the time what's in them. But
17:06
Speaker 1: I would think that a picture like that, I know
17:09
Speaker 1: for me personally, I would have had that MF-er in
17:10
Speaker 1: a safe. Certainly not putting that picture anywhere besides in
17:14
Speaker 1: a safe. I'd be treating it like my prized baseball
17:16
Speaker 1: card collection. Odd as it appears, Robert seems to be
17:22
Speaker 1: saying she took no special care of the original photo,
17:24
Speaker 1: despite the fact that it was clearly of interest to
17:27
Speaker 1: the FBI. And, as she also confirmed in her testimony...
17:31
Speaker 1: Sales of which she made, excuse me, sales of which
17:34
Speaker 1: had made her at least $ 164, 000. So again, do you
17:39
Speaker 1: think the Daily Mail would have paid for this picture
17:41
Speaker 1: if it wasn't real? Now they're not above getting, you know,
17:45
Speaker 1: okey-doked or swindled. But according to the photographer who was
17:49
Speaker 1: working for the Daily Mail at the time, the pictures
17:51
Speaker 1: were authentic and then they paid the money for the pictures.
17:55
Speaker 1: That's how that works. How Roberts must wish he could
18:02
Speaker 1: find the original picture in those shipping boxes now. Even
18:06
Speaker 1: somewhat dog-eared and creased, it would kill stone dead Andrew's
18:10
Speaker 1: claim never to have met her. And it definitely would.
18:13
Speaker 1: But also, I think we're forgetting about the testimony of
18:16
Speaker 1: Steve Scully, who's going to say that he saw them together.
18:20
Speaker 1: Or Shukri Walker, who says she saw them together. Again,
18:24
Speaker 1: there's still a lot more going on here that we
18:27
Speaker 1: have not seen. And I'm guessing more people even speaking
18:29
Speaker 1: to the attorneys behind the scenes. And that goes for
18:32
Speaker 1: both sides. Instead, Roberts Camp admits the awkward truth is
18:37
Speaker 1: that the photo was effectively lost. They're court action seeking
18:41
Speaker 1: to use instead a reproduction of the widely disseminated copy
18:44
Speaker 1: of the photo first published by the Mail on Sunday.
18:48
Speaker 1: This copy is in actuality a photo of the original
18:51
Speaker 1: photo taken by a freelance New Zealand photo journalist in 2011.
18:56
Speaker 1: Copying a photograph by taking a photo of it is
18:59
Speaker 1: a standard news-gathering technique to obtain an image without requiring
19:03
Speaker 1: the owner to relinquish the original. And see, that's where
19:06
Speaker 1: the rubber meets the road for me. If it was
19:09
Speaker 1: just Virginia, her word against Prince Andrews, I, you know,
19:13
Speaker 1: I would have to be a little bit more in
19:15
Speaker 1: the middle here saying, all right, well, it could be fake.
19:19
Speaker 1: I don't think it is, but it could be. But
19:21
Speaker 1: when you have all the other stuff and you hear
19:25
Speaker 1: from the Kiwi journalist here, it's kind of difficult to
19:32
Speaker 1: not believe what's going on, what Virginia is saying. considering
19:36
Speaker 1: the only expert in the whole entire ordeal has said
19:39
Speaker 1: that the picture is real. The photograph was in the
19:44
Speaker 1: news again recently after renewed fakery allegations were made by
19:48
Speaker 1: Andrew's ex-girlfriend Lady Victoria Harvey. Who alleged on Instagram. That
19:53
Speaker 1: the picture was faked. Using an Irish body double. You
19:56
Speaker 1: know it must be awesome. To live in fantasy land
19:59
Speaker 1: like that. I always wanted to live in a place.
20:02
Speaker 1: Where you know dragons existed. Wizards. All kinds of cool
20:07
Speaker 1: dwarven armies. That shit would be great. I'm guessing that's
20:10
Speaker 1: where Lady Victoria Hervey is residing. Hervey exclusively told the
20:18
Speaker 1: Daily Beast she fully supported Andrew, whom she said she
20:21
Speaker 1: hasn't seen in more than 10 years, adding, I always
20:24
Speaker 1: thought that photo looked fake and spoke about that originally
20:27
Speaker 1: on Piers Morgan, but got shut down. Well, you got
20:30
Speaker 1: shut down because you're a crank. You're basically out here
20:33
Speaker 1: acting like Alex Jones. Providing watercolor pictures, acting like they're...
20:38
Speaker 1: What are you even doing? And why are you doing
20:41
Speaker 1: it is the real question. What's your motivation here, Lady Victoria,
20:45
Speaker 1: have I? Asked what she made of Roberts' inability to
20:50
Speaker 1: produce the original, she added, Of course there was never
20:53
Speaker 1: a photo. This was just a digital manipulation as I
20:55
Speaker 1: put on my Insta story. I hope she gets sued.
20:58
Speaker 1: I really hope she gets sued. So you're saying that
21:01
Speaker 1: the FBI is lying? The Kiwi photo journalist is lying?
21:05
Speaker 1: They've never saw that picture. It's just a figment of
21:07
Speaker 1: everybody's imagination. But look, she put it on her Insta story,
21:11
Speaker 1: so that makes it official. Furthermore, what's with all of
21:13
Speaker 1: these weird-ass old people hanging out on TikTok and Instagram
21:18
Speaker 1: and acting like they're cool? Breaking news, you're not cool,
21:21
Speaker 1: all right? You're not cool. You're old. You're a has-been.
21:24
Speaker 1: And these new kids, these Gen Z kids especially, they
21:28
Speaker 1: don't think you're cool. So stop trying to make your
21:30
Speaker 1: stupid TikTok videos, get off of Instagram, and go do
21:33
Speaker 1: something productive. Of her allegations that an Irish body double
21:39
Speaker 1: was used to make the picture, she clarified her allegations, saying,
21:42
Speaker 1: They put in the Irish guy that one of the
21:44
Speaker 1: girls was dating. They used his body and stuck Andrew's
21:47
Speaker 1: head on. Yeah, okay, sure. Well, we've heard it all
21:52
Speaker 1: now from the renowned photograph expert, Lady Victoria Henry, who
21:58
Speaker 1: probably has never even used a real camera in her life.
22:03
Speaker 1: These people are absolutely ridiculous. I mean, imagine having a
22:06
Speaker 1: hot take like this. Harvey's allegations may seem wild to many,
22:12
Speaker 1: but the inability of Roberts to produce the original print,
22:15
Speaker 1: which she said was taken on her little yellow Kodak
22:18
Speaker 1: camera and developed when she got back to America after
22:21
Speaker 1: the trip to London, feeds into such narratives. Now look.
22:25
Speaker 1: If you just would have said the picture was fake,
22:27
Speaker 1: then I wouldn't be breaking your chops the way I am,
22:30
Speaker 1: Lady Victoria Heavy. It's all of the other bullshit you
22:33
Speaker 1: add to it. Oh, it's a body double. This is
22:36
Speaker 1: a big plot to take down the monarchy. Are you
22:39
Speaker 1: fucking kidding me right now? Give it a rest. You
22:42
Speaker 1: don't need to go with all the salacious BS to
22:44
Speaker 1: try and push your narrative. We know what you're doing here.
22:47
Speaker 1: And if you think you're not going to get any
22:48
Speaker 1: pushback on it, you are absolutely mistaken. For example, he
22:54
Speaker 1: told the BBC Newsnight, from the investigations that we've done,
22:57
Speaker 1: you can't prove whether or not that photograph is faked
23:00
Speaker 1: or not, because it is a photograph of a photograph
23:03
Speaker 1: of a photograph. That's a lie. It's a photograph of
23:05
Speaker 1: a photograph. Not three times. Nobody can prove whether or
23:08
Speaker 1: not that photograph has been doctored, but I don't recollect
23:11
Speaker 1: that photograph ever being taken. You're wrong. The journalist Michael
23:17
Speaker 1: Thomas already said that it was real, and it was
23:19
Speaker 1: a photo of a photo, not a photo of a
23:21
Speaker 1: photo of a photo. So nice try there. Again, this
23:24
Speaker 1: guy always plays loose with the truth. And it's typical
23:28
Speaker 1: for people who are trying to craft... It is true,
23:34
Speaker 1: as Andrew suggested, that the image we have all become
23:36
Speaker 1: familiar with over the years is a photo of a
23:39
Speaker 1: photo taken by a New Zealand photojournalist named Michael Thomas
23:43
Speaker 1: for the Mail on Sunday. The paper, as previously noted,
23:47
Speaker 1: paid $ 160, 000 for an interview with Roberts backed up by
23:51
Speaker 1: the pictures. Thomas told the BBC documentary, Panorama, it wasn't
23:56
Speaker 1: like she pulled a photo of Prince Andrew out. It
23:59
Speaker 1: was just amongst the rest of them. They were just
24:01
Speaker 1: typical teenage snaps. There's no way that photo is fake.
24:04
Speaker 1: So if he says that, why would I believe Lady
24:07
Speaker 1: Victoria Hervey? All right? It's very difficult for anyone to
24:11
Speaker 1: try and get me to believe someone who is not
24:13
Speaker 1: an expert here, someone who's never even seen the original,
24:16
Speaker 1: and someone who won't even acknowledge that the original exists. Thomas,
24:22
Speaker 1: in a brief text exchange with the Daily Beast, declined
24:25
Speaker 1: an interview and said, I haven't anything to add. At
24:28
Speaker 1: the end of the day, I just copied a photo.
24:30
Speaker 1: And what else is there to add? He said what
24:32
Speaker 1: he said. A key player in Roberts' camp attempted to
24:36
Speaker 1: play down the significance of the fact the original was lost,
24:40
Speaker 1: saying that oftentimes the original of photographs were lost and
24:44
Speaker 1: only survived as copies. Well, that might be the case,
24:47
Speaker 1: but I'm not going to sit here and sugarcoat it
24:50
Speaker 1: for you. Not having the original certainly is not good.
24:52
Speaker 1: It's not the optimal way to go here. And you
24:57
Speaker 1: know that Virginia's team is going to try and spin
25:00
Speaker 1: this a little bit, sugarcoat it, and they're going to
25:02
Speaker 1: try and challenge the narrative. That is their job. Asked
25:08
Speaker 1: if it was odd that Roberts had not kept track
25:10
Speaker 1: of the original copy of such an important photo, especially
25:13
Speaker 1: one that had been given to the FBI, the source said,
25:16
Speaker 1: Remember at the time that she was being interviewed by
25:18
Speaker 1: the FBI, she was not suing anybody. She was not
25:21
Speaker 1: getting any legal advice. She has now been through six
25:24
Speaker 1: or seven years of litigation and has lawyers advising her,
25:27
Speaker 1: and I'm sure she would behave differently than when she
25:30
Speaker 1: was just a young girl. Well, that's definitely a reasoning why, but...
25:37
Speaker 1: I don't think the court would accept that as an excuse. Oh,
25:39
Speaker 1: she was young. You got to keep that picture, right?
25:42
Speaker 1: And if you're going to go after someone like Andrew,
25:45
Speaker 1: you got to make sure you have as many bullets
25:47
Speaker 1: in the chamber as possible. Virginia Roberts is 38 years old.
25:53
Speaker 1: So in 2011, she would have been 27. Yeah, that
25:56
Speaker 1: narrative doesn't work for me. I'm sorry. Oh, she was
26:00
Speaker 1: a young girl. 27 is not that young. The source
26:03
Speaker 1: added that they did not think the failure to produce
26:05
Speaker 1: an original of the photograph would affect the admissibility of
26:08
Speaker 1: the photo as evidence and said they thought it would
26:12
Speaker 1: not be productive for Andrew to challenge the authenticity of
26:15
Speaker 1: the image, adding that would destroy their credibility. Even Andrew
26:19
Speaker 1: in that BBC interview did not say it was fake.
26:22
Speaker 1: And look, I agree with that. I think that going
26:24
Speaker 1: after this photo is not a good look. It really
26:27
Speaker 1: is not a good look for them because even if
26:30
Speaker 1: they try and challenge the authenticity of it, We've seen
26:34
Speaker 1: how the court has reacted so far, and I'm almost
26:37
Speaker 1: sure that they would make the picture admissible either way.
26:41
Speaker 1: But I'm not a lawyer, right? We'll have to see
26:44
Speaker 1: how it all breaks, and we'll have to see who
26:45
Speaker 1: wins this battle of narratives. The Roberts source insisted that
26:50
Speaker 1: while the photograph is important in building Roberts' case against Andrew,
26:54
Speaker 1: it is not critical, arguing that the fake reallegations have
26:57
Speaker 1: actually served to focus minds on Andrew's I-never-met-her defense. And
27:01
Speaker 1: that is true as well. The defense of I never
27:04
Speaker 1: met her is really a piss-poor defense. It's not solid.
27:08
Speaker 1: And it doesn't shake out with reality and the facts
27:12
Speaker 1: we know of on the ground. The source said, The
27:17
Speaker 1: photo does not show them having sex, but it shows
27:20
Speaker 1: that they were together. It shows they met. The more
27:23
Speaker 1: he fights about that photograph, the more he underscores the
27:26
Speaker 1: fact that the real credibility issue for him now is
27:29
Speaker 1: whether he ever met her. That's a losing battle for him.
27:32
Speaker 1: It's true, right? I don't know how he can deny
27:34
Speaker 1: ever meeting her at this point. And he continues to
27:37
Speaker 1: do that. Now, if the photograph was the only bit
27:41
Speaker 1: of evidence here, I would not be as swayed. But
27:44
Speaker 1: it's everything around that photograph with the photograph being the
27:47
Speaker 1: glue that holds everything together. And Prince Andrew has had
27:51
Speaker 1: a history throughout this whole thing of being less than truthful,
27:54
Speaker 1: being a weasel, and hiding from answering any questions. In
28:02
Speaker 1: a similar vein, Robert's team believe they may have yet
28:05
Speaker 1: scored a knockout blow via the testimony of Robert Olney,
28:09
Speaker 1: Andrew's former consigliere, who, it is understood, oversaw many of
28:13
Speaker 1: his travel arrangements and was frequently by Andrew's side in
28:16
Speaker 1: the years when he was Britain's trade envoy. So they're
28:20
Speaker 1: going hard to get this testimony of... Andrew's boy, Robert Olney.
28:26
Speaker 1: They think that he has a lot of significant evidence,
28:28
Speaker 1: and considering his proximity, his close proximity to Andrew throughout
28:32
Speaker 1: the time, it's going to be powerful testimony. Olney is
28:38
Speaker 1: likely to be asked to submit to a deposition by
28:40
Speaker 1: the British authorities, a request that would be hard to dodge.
28:44
Speaker 1: If he confirms that Andrew ever met Roberts, that could
28:46
Speaker 1: be just as fatal to Andrew's case as the miraculous
28:50
Speaker 1: production of the battered original photograph given that Andrew has
28:53
Speaker 1: tied his fortunes to sustaining a blanket denial of ever
28:57
Speaker 1: meeting her, as opposed to denying ever having sex with
29:00
Speaker 1: her or knowing that she was being trafficked. And again,
29:03
Speaker 1: this is a very dangerous strategy for Prince Andrew. All
29:06
Speaker 1: it's going to take is one credible witness testimony that
29:10
Speaker 1: they saw them together or that they met, and it
29:12
Speaker 1: throws everything out of the water for Andrew. Talk about
29:15
Speaker 1: playing with fire. Asked if Robertside was likely to be
29:22
Speaker 1: troubled by the fact that the evidence from the deposition
29:25
Speaker 1: shows that the photo is now essentially lost, another source
29:28
Speaker 1: insisted it did not change anything, saying the view remained
29:32
Speaker 1: the same, and that an inability to produce the original
29:35
Speaker 1: copy of the photograph was unlikely to significantly impact the case.
29:30
Speaker 1: And I tend to believe that that's so. It's just
29:43
Speaker 1: the way the court works, right? When you have so
29:45
Speaker 1: many other people who have seen the picture, the FBI folks,
29:48
Speaker 1: the Kiwi photojournalist, it's going to be hard for them
29:51
Speaker 1: to deny the fact that the picture ever existed, okay?
29:54
Speaker 1: The source added there was a reason her lawyer, David Boies,
29:57
Speaker 1: is not worried about not having the picture as her
30:00
Speaker 1: case does not rest on it. The source did not
30:02
Speaker 1: respond to further questions asking what efforts had been made
30:06
Speaker 1: to find the photo or the storage boxes in which
30:09
Speaker 1: it is apparently secreted. Look, they could easily be holding
30:12
Speaker 1: back this information and then they could drop it like
30:15
Speaker 1: a ton of bricks on Prince Andrew. Do I have
30:18
Speaker 1: any evidence of that? No, but it certainly could be
30:20
Speaker 1: something that they're working with. Or the picture could be gone.
30:24
Speaker 1: And if that's the case, it does make things a
30:27
Speaker 1: little bit harder for Virginia. There's no sugarcoating that, folks.
30:30
Speaker 1: Without that picture, definitely a little bit more of an
30:32
Speaker 1: uphill battle. One independent legal expert not affiliated with the case,
30:40
Speaker 1: Rachel Fassett, a senior partner at law firms Weibach, Fassett,
30:43
Speaker 1: and Coleman, told the Daily Beast, if the jury determines
30:47
Speaker 1: the photograph is fake, Roberts will lose her credibility and
30:50
Speaker 1: Prince Andrew will win the case. If the jury determines
30:53
Speaker 1: that the photograph is genuine and believes that Prince Andrew
30:56
Speaker 1: is lying to them about it, he will take a
30:58
Speaker 1: very serious hit to his credibility and it will make
31:00
Speaker 1: them wonder what else he is lying about. It's factual, right?
31:06
Speaker 1: If you lie to the jury, they're not going to
31:08
Speaker 1: take kindly to that. And they're definitely going to wonder
31:10
Speaker 1: what else you're lying about. You're not going to be
31:12
Speaker 1: taken seriously by them then. And for me, this is
31:15
Speaker 1: a high stakes game for Virginia and Andrew. There is
31:18
Speaker 1: no doubt about it. In her recent Instagram post, Lady
31:22
Speaker 1: Victoria Harvey highlighted that Roberts appears to be wearing exactly
31:26
Speaker 1: the same set of clothes in the photo with Andrew
31:29
Speaker 1: as she wore in a photo of her at a
31:31
Speaker 1: party to celebrate Naomi Campbell's birthday. I have favorite clothes
31:35
Speaker 1: that I wear all the time. What's wrong with that? See,
31:38
Speaker 1: I don't see that as being evidence. It's more, you know,
31:43
Speaker 1: mud in the water, right? Oh, she's wearing the same outfit,
31:46
Speaker 1: so it has to be a fake. We're going to
31:47
Speaker 1: need more than that, Lady Victoria Heavy, the noted photographic expert.
31:54
Speaker 1: Asked if she considered this a legitimate reason to query
31:58
Speaker 1: the authenticity of the photo, Lerner said... people can wear
32:01
Speaker 1: whatever clothes they like. But in her accounts of her
32:04
Speaker 1: trip to London in 2001, Roberts has described going shopping
32:08
Speaker 1: and getting new clothing for her night out with a prince.
32:11
Speaker 1: She also described buying new clothing to wear to Miss
32:13
Speaker 1: Campbell's birthday party in France. And it is certainly a
32:16
Speaker 1: distinct outfit. Well, if I was her team, I'd say
32:20
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein wanted me to wear this outfit. How about that?
32:23
Speaker 1: How do we know that Epstein didn't demand that she
32:25
Speaker 1: wears that outfit? We don't know, and that's the thing. So...
32:29
Speaker 1: There's still a lot to unpack here, folks. A whole lot.
32:33
Speaker 1: The simple fact is that the stakes are extraordinarily high
32:36
Speaker 1: for both sides. But the absence of the definitive original
32:39
Speaker 1: photograph could just nudge the case a little Andrew's way. Sorry, Mr. Sykes,
32:45
Speaker 1: I don't see it that way. Now, it certainly gives
32:47
Speaker 1: him a little bit of something to grab onto, at least.
32:51
Speaker 1: Went from a man drowning to a man with a
32:53
Speaker 1: bit of debris to hold onto. But how long is
32:56
Speaker 1: that piece of debris going to keep him afloat? How
32:59
Speaker 1: long can he keep churning those fat little legs of his?
33:02
Speaker 1: And how long will his surrogates be able to get
33:05
Speaker 1: away with trying to pump a little bit of mud
33:09
Speaker 1: into the nice, clear waters? We'll have to see, folks,
33:13
Speaker 1: and we'll have to see what comes of it. But
33:15
Speaker 1: it's very interesting to see how this is breaking. And
33:18
Speaker 1: to see the aggressive way that Andrew is going about this,
33:22
Speaker 1: it is Brettler 101, folks. And I just hope that
33:27
Speaker 1: David Boies and company are ready. Because Brettler and his
33:30
Speaker 1: team are definitely coming. And this picture is the first salvo.
33:35
Speaker 1: They're going to come on all fronts. They're going to
33:38
Speaker 1: try and change the narrative. They're going to have friendly
33:42
Speaker 1: people in the legacy media write garbage stories. You're going
33:45
Speaker 1: to see it. Watch. I told you when Brettler was
33:48
Speaker 1: first hired what to keep me on the lookout for.
33:50
Speaker 1: And all of it is coming to fruition. So we're
33:53
Speaker 1: going to stay on top of it. We're going to
33:54
Speaker 1: see where this narrative goes. And we'll certainly add our
33:58
Speaker 1: opinion to the narrative whenever these guys are trying to
34:02
Speaker 1: pitch something ridiculous. All right, folks, that's going to do
34:05
Speaker 1: it for the morning update. Some context episodes coming your way.
34:09
Speaker 1: And then tonight I'll be back for the evening update
34:12
Speaker 1: and we'll see where we're at. If you'd like to
34:14
Speaker 1: contact me, you can do that at bobbycappucci at protonmail.com.
34:19
Speaker 1: That's B-O-B-B-Y-C-A-P-U-C-C-I at protonmail.com. You can also find me on
34:26
Speaker 1: Twitter at B-O-B-B-Y underscore C-A-P-U-C-C-I. The link that we discussed
34:33
Speaker 1: can be found in the description box. All right, folks.
34:36
Speaker 1: What's up, everyone? And welcome to another episode of the
34:39
Speaker 1: Epstein Chronicles. For years, there has been a group of people...
34:44
Speaker 1: mainly based over in the UK, who were pushing the
34:47
Speaker 1: bullshit story that the picture with Virginia Roberts and Prince
34:51
Speaker 1: Andrew was a fake. Well, that narrative has now completely
34:55
Speaker 1: been destroyed, considering Jeffrey Epstein himself confirmed that the picture
34:59
Speaker 1: is real in these new emails. And I have to say,
35:02
Speaker 1: the collapse of the photo is fake cult might be
35:04
Speaker 1: the single funniest thing to come out of this entire cesspool.
35:08
Speaker 1: Because today, their whole little fantasy world didn't just wobble,
35:12
Speaker 1: it detonated. thanks to the last person they ever expected,
35:16
Speaker 1: Jeffrey freaking Epstein. The same degenerate they spent years defending, sanitizing, mythologizing,
35:24
Speaker 1: and treating like some misunderstood Bond villain suddenly strolls in
35:27
Speaker 1: from beyond the grave and flout out admits, clean, simple, unvarnished,
35:32
Speaker 1: that the Prince Andrew photo is real. We're not talking
35:36
Speaker 1: about a vague comment here, or a carefully worded statement,
35:39
Speaker 1: or one of those lawyer-parsed half-admissions, no. This was the
35:43
Speaker 1: definitive stake through the heart of their whole entire theory.
35:47
Speaker 1: And watching that crew of discount truth deniers choke on
35:50
Speaker 1: those words, clutch their pearls, and scramble for any scrap
35:53
Speaker 1: of dignity left? It's nothing short of peak entertainment. Chef's kiss.
35:57
Speaker 1: Pure cinema. You can practically hear the air leaving the
36:01
Speaker 1: room as their entire narrative collapses under the weight of
36:04
Speaker 1: one sentence from the monster that they vouch for. I
36:07
Speaker 1: mean guys such as Brian Basham. I'm sure he looks
36:11
Speaker 1: like a man who just realized he's been cosplaying as
36:13
Speaker 1: a detective with his plastic magnifying glass from the dollar store,
36:17
Speaker 1: parading around like he's Sherlock Holmes with some AI-enhanced eyeballs,
36:21
Speaker 1: when really he'd struggle to solve a two-piece jigsaw puzzle.
36:24
Speaker 1: His hired oppo researcher is probably in a corner somewhere googling,
36:28
Speaker 1: can humiliation cause spontaneous combustion? Staring at the ceiling, trying
36:33
Speaker 1: to calculate how many ways his career and his narrative
36:37
Speaker 1: just imploded. And of course we have the Lady Victoria Harvey,
36:41
Speaker 1: sweet Jesus, still flailing around like the photo materialized out
36:44
Speaker 1: of witchcraft, moonlight, and a broken Instagram filter. These people
36:48
Speaker 1: have been so deep in denial, they should have applied
36:51
Speaker 1: for honorary citizenship in Narnia, complete with their own snow
36:54
Speaker 1: globes and talking lions, because they've spent years living in
36:58
Speaker 1: an alternate dimension where facts go to die. And what's
37:01
Speaker 1: disgusting is that they weren't just wrong. They weren't just misled.
37:06
Speaker 1: They weren't just confused by a grainy JPEG. They were malicious.
37:10
Speaker 1: They dragged Virginia through the mud for sport, called her
37:12
Speaker 1: every name in the book, invented entire fanfic scenarios about
37:16
Speaker 1: lighting angles and arm placement and fat fingers, just to
37:19
Speaker 1: avoid admitting the obvious. They tried to gaslight the entire
37:23
Speaker 1: planet into believing the most photographed royal pervert of the
37:26
Speaker 1: last century magically teleported into that house, struck a pose,
37:30
Speaker 1: and evaporated without leaving evidence. They push lies with enthusiasm
37:34
Speaker 1: of people who genuinely didn't give a single damn what
37:38
Speaker 1: happened to a trafficking survivor, as long as their precious
37:40
Speaker 1: Andrew got to keep pretending that he can't sweat. They
37:44
Speaker 1: made cruelty a personality trait. They tried to turn doubt
37:47
Speaker 1: into a weapon. They chose to smear over the truth
37:50
Speaker 1: every single time. And now? Now their whole empire of
37:54
Speaker 1: bullshit is burning to the ground, collapsing like a condemned
37:57
Speaker 1: building someone forgot to warn them they were still standing in.
38:00
Speaker 1: Epstein's admission didn't just poke holes in their story, it
38:03
Speaker 1: shredded it, stomped on it, pissed on it, rolled it
38:05
Speaker 1: up into a ball, smoked it like a blunt, then
38:08
Speaker 1: punted it into the nearest landfill. Every single inconsistency that
38:12
Speaker 1: they screamed about looks like a toddler's tantrum next to
38:15
Speaker 1: the mountain of facts they ignored, because it was easier
38:18
Speaker 1: to smear a victim than admit their guy got caught
38:20
Speaker 1: with his pants down, literally and figuratively. Their fake forensic analysis,
38:26
Speaker 1: their little smug Twitter threads, their desperate interviews, they're all
38:30
Speaker 1: rotting in the same dumpster fire now, and the smell? Glorious. Historic.
38:34
Speaker 1: A perfume of failure. So to every single one of
38:37
Speaker 1: those shameless clowns who spent years insisting the photo was fake,
38:41
Speaker 1: who twisted themselves into knots to protect a disgraced royal
38:44
Speaker 1: with the world's worst alibi, who took pleasure in tearing
38:47
Speaker 1: down Virginia because it made them feel powerful or clever
38:51
Speaker 1: or connected... Here's a massive, double-barreled, iron-forged F.U. on behalf
38:56
Speaker 1: of Virginia and every person who had to sit through
38:59
Speaker 1: your deranged propaganda. Choke on the truth. Bathe in it.
39:02
Speaker 1: Let her remind you of every smug moment you thought
39:05
Speaker 1: you were smarter than the rest of us. Because today
39:08
Speaker 1: is the day your fantasy world died and all that's
39:10
Speaker 1: left is the wreckage you built yourselves. Enjoy the taste
39:14
Speaker 1: of your own narrative collapsing. You've earned every bite, every splinter,
39:18
Speaker 1: every humiliating second of it. Today's article is from Sky
39:22
Speaker 1: News and the headline. Epstein said Andrew did have photo
39:26
Speaker 1: taken with Virginia. Email show. This article does not have
39:30
Speaker 1: an author attached to it, so I'm guessing it's staff.
39:33
Speaker 1: The former Duke, who was recently stripped of his titles,
39:35
Speaker 1: has previously said he didn't recall meeting Miss Roberts and
39:38
Speaker 1: claimed the image of the pair could have been doctored.
39:41
Speaker 1: I mean, wow. Anyone who was buying that shit at all, ever,
39:46
Speaker 1: should really go and get a mental acuity test. because
39:50
Speaker 1: you're not working with a full deck. Either that, or
39:53
Speaker 1: you have some motivation to believe what Prince Andrew's saying.
39:56
Speaker 1: But short of that, nobody was ever believing this narrative. Oh,
40:00
Speaker 1: my fingers are too fat in the picture. Oh, it's doctored. Oh,
40:03
Speaker 1: I can't fit in that bathtub. Oh, it never happened.
40:06
Speaker 1: But the problem is, it did happen. And that's not
40:09
Speaker 1: me telling you. That's Egg Dick Epstein himself admitting that
40:12
Speaker 1: the picture's real. Once again, another receipt. Ms. Roberts, who
40:17
Speaker 1: took her own life earlier this year, claimed in her
40:20
Speaker 1: recently released autobiography that as a teenager, she had sex
40:23
Speaker 1: with Andrew on three occasions after being trafficked by Epstein
40:27
Speaker 1: and Ghislaine Maxwell. Andrew has always strongly denied the claims.
40:32
Speaker 1: And yeah, he has denied it. But at every single turn,
40:35
Speaker 1: when asked for evidence, he has none. The alibi is garbage.
40:39
Speaker 1: The whole entire scenario that he put forward as to
40:42
Speaker 1: why he couldn't be the man that we think he is,
40:44
Speaker 1: is trash. Nothing to back it up. And then, all
40:48
Speaker 1: we have to go on is the fact that he's
40:49
Speaker 1: been lying to us the whole entire time. So why
40:53
Speaker 1: in the hell should I believe anything that this man says?
40:56
Speaker 1: Especially considering the receipts that have been piled up against
40:59
Speaker 1: him for years now. The details have emerged after thousands
41:04
Speaker 1: of files from the Jeffrey Epstein estate were released by
41:06
Speaker 1: Republicans on the House Oversight Committee. The emails that discussed
41:10
Speaker 1: the photograph was one of those released and features in
41:14
Speaker 1: exchange with a journalist in 2011. A picture emerged in
41:18
Speaker 1: 2011 of Andrew, which has become infamous showing the former
41:22
Speaker 1: prince with his arm around Virginia Roberts, apparently taken in
41:26
Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell's London home. And the fact that you can't
41:29
Speaker 1: even admit that the picture is real is a gigantic
41:32
Speaker 1: tell for me. Because if that picture was real and
41:35
Speaker 1: it was me, I would have been like, yeah, we
41:37
Speaker 1: took that picture. Nothing else happened after that. You better
41:40
Speaker 1: go talk to Ghislaine and Jeffrey. That's what I would
41:43
Speaker 1: say if I was innocent. But we never saw that
41:46
Speaker 1: from Prince Andrew, did we? Instead, it was the same
41:48
Speaker 1: old bullshit, duck, dodge, and deceive. Although the name of
41:52
Speaker 1: the girl is redacted, Epstein appears in an email exchange
41:55
Speaker 1: to be referring to Miss Roberts, who at the time
41:57
Speaker 1: had spoken to the Mail on Sunday, which had published
42:00
Speaker 1: the photo and her account of encountering Andrew while traveling
42:04
Speaker 1: with Epstein. After cutting ties with Epstein, she moved to Australia.
42:08
Speaker 1: She also changed her surname from Roberts to Joffrey. An
42:12
Speaker 1: email from Epstein to the journalist read, the girl has
42:14
Speaker 1: fled the country with an outstanding arrest warrant. After she
42:18
Speaker 1: accused others, said in writing that she has no credibility,
42:22
Speaker 1: she was never 15 years old working for me. Her
42:24
Speaker 1: story made it seem like she was first working for
42:27
Speaker 1: Trump at that age and was met by Ghislaine Maxwell.
42:30
Speaker 1: Total horseshit. The Daily Mail paid her money. They admitted
42:33
Speaker 1: it with the statement that it took money to coax
42:36
Speaker 1: out the truth. Why were you guys traveling around with
42:39
Speaker 1: a 15, 16, 17 year old girl anyway? You and
42:42
Speaker 1: that bipedal serpent Ghislaine Maxwell. No excuse for any of it.
42:46
Speaker 1: and I find it delightful that these chickens are now
42:49
Speaker 1: coming home to roost. Yes, she was on my plane,
42:52
Speaker 1: and yes, she had a picture taken with Andrew, as
42:55
Speaker 1: many of my employees have. Well, well, well, there it is.
42:59
Speaker 1: Point blank, period. And I'd further like to inquire how
43:03
Speaker 1: many of your employees took pictures with Prince Andrew at
43:06
Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell's Belgravia home. I'm guessing not too many of them.
43:12
Speaker 1: I have never misled you. This girl is a total liar.
43:15
Speaker 1: The authorities should check her Australian immigration form. I will
43:18
Speaker 1: ask if they will cooperate. Imagine? Talk about power going
43:23
Speaker 1: after the vulnerable. This is a girl who is, you know,
43:26
Speaker 1: young at the time. 16, 17, 18 years old. She
43:30
Speaker 1: finds a new life in Australia with some dude. And
43:32
Speaker 1: this guy's talking about let's check her immigration paperwork. Really?
43:37
Speaker 1: Somebody should check you. And when I say check you,
43:40
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein, somebody should have chin checked you a very
43:43
Speaker 1: long time ago. Bro needed an attitude adjustment like nobody
43:47
Speaker 1: I've ever seen. And he should be thankful that Bro
43:51
Speaker 1: didn't grow up where I did. Because that attitude adjustment
43:54
Speaker 1: would have come very quickly. In a different email exchange
43:57
Speaker 1: in March of 2011 about an inquiry from a news reporter,
44:01
Speaker 1: Epstein messages someone listed as the Duke, which is thought
44:05
Speaker 1: to be Andrew. Epstein told him, I'm not sure how
44:07
Speaker 1: to respond. The only person she didn't have sex with
44:10
Speaker 1: was Elvis. Well, that's because Elvis was dead. He was
44:13
Speaker 1: another one who liked little kids. I mean, wasn't his
44:16
Speaker 1: wife 14 when they got married? It prompted the following response.
44:20
Speaker 1: Please make sure that every statement or legal letter states
44:23
Speaker 1: clearly that I am not involved and that I knew
44:26
Speaker 1: and know nothing about any of these allegations. I can't
44:30
Speaker 1: take any more of this on my end. Yeah? How
44:32
Speaker 1: do you think Virginia felt? You piece of garbage. It's
44:35
Speaker 1: not clear if Epstein, who killed himself in 2019 while
44:38
Speaker 1: awaiting trial on sex trafficking charges, was writing about Ms. Roberts.
44:42
Speaker 1: He was. In a separate email to a publicist in 2011,
44:46
Speaker 1: Epstein writes, the girl who accused Prince Andrew can also
44:51
Speaker 1: easily be proven to be a liar. Imagine Jeffrey Epstein
44:54
Speaker 1: calling anyone a liar. Bro cornered the market on telling stories.
44:59
Speaker 1: I think Buckingham Palace would love it. You should ask
45:02
Speaker 1: someone to investigate the girl, Virginia Roberts, that has caused
45:05
Speaker 1: the Queen's son all this aggro. I promise you she's
45:09
Speaker 1: a fraud. You and I will be able to ask
45:12
Speaker 1: God for the rest of our lives, whatever that means.
45:15
Speaker 1: Speaking to Newsnight in 2019, Andrew said, I have absolutely
45:18
Speaker 1: no memory of that photograph ever being taken. You can't
45:21
Speaker 1: prove whether or not the photograph is faked or not. Well,
45:25
Speaker 1: I guess we can, huh? Your own ridiculous friend admitted it. Now,
45:31
Speaker 1: also something nobody's talking about is Glenn Maxwell lied once again.
45:36
Speaker 1: This woman lied under oath once again. And I think
45:40
Speaker 1: that's one of the biggest parts of this whole entire
45:42
Speaker 1: cover up that's happening right now as we speak. that
45:45
Speaker 1: needs to get more publicity. The fact that Ghislaine Maxwell
45:48
Speaker 1: got moved. If it's all a hoax, why did you
45:50
Speaker 1: move Maxwell to Camp Ryan? Did the Democrats do that too?
45:55
Speaker 1: Did the Democrats show up and clandestinely move Ghislaine Maxwell
45:59
Speaker 1: so that they could get their whole entire hoax moving
46:02
Speaker 1: in the right direction? Are you even listening to yourselves?
46:07
Speaker 1: That's me, but whether that's my hand or whether that's
46:10
Speaker 1: the position, I don't. I have simply no recollection of
46:13
Speaker 1: the photograph ever being taken. Well, isn't that convenient? Unfortunately
46:19
Speaker 1: for Prince Andrew, Jeffrey Epstein didn't share the same memory problems,
46:23
Speaker 1: and he had no problem admitting that that picture was real.
46:26
Speaker 1: And here's the part that really seals the coffin on
46:28
Speaker 1: this circus. Once all the smoke clears, once the denialists
46:31
Speaker 1: finish tripping over their own lies, and once today's collective
46:34
Speaker 1: meltdown passes, the truth is still sitting there. Solid, immovable, unavoidable.
46:39
Speaker 1: Like a brick wall they slammed into at full speed.
46:42
Speaker 1: Epstein's own admission is now baked into the record, permanently
46:46
Speaker 1: stapled to the narrative they spent years trying to rewrite.
46:49
Speaker 1: There's no unringing the bell, no PR wizard is coming
46:52
Speaker 1: in to save them, no expert with a badly fit
46:54
Speaker 1: YouTube video is going to swoop in with some new
46:57
Speaker 1: magical theory about shadows, elbows, or photo metadata from 99.
47:02
Speaker 1: Their entire shtick was built on the hope that if
47:05
Speaker 1: they lied loudly enough, long enough, people would start doubting
47:08
Speaker 1: their own eyesight. But now, the loudest liar in the
47:11
Speaker 1: entire saga just torched their script, and every pathetic contortion
47:15
Speaker 1: they attempt from this point forward only makes the crater deeper.
47:19
Speaker 1: And it almost feels poetic. I mean, if poetry were
47:22
Speaker 1: written on the back of a police report, the same
47:24
Speaker 1: people who swore they were on a crusade for the
47:26
Speaker 1: truth got exposed by the very monster they defended. The
47:30
Speaker 1: same people who sneered at survivors are now scrambling for
47:33
Speaker 1: excuses like rats in a flood. And the same people
47:36
Speaker 1: who treated Virginia like a punching bag now have to
47:38
Speaker 1: sit with the fact that they built their reputations on
47:41
Speaker 1: a lie so flimsy It collapsed the moment its architect spoke.
47:45
Speaker 1: These are the people who convinced themselves they were warriors
47:48
Speaker 1: of logic, protectors of the innocent, noble defenders of the
47:51
Speaker 1: royal honor. In reality, they were attack dogs for a
47:55
Speaker 1: disgraced man-child with a sweat gland conspiracy and a stack
47:58
Speaker 1: of excuses that crumbled under basic daylight. And that's why
48:03
Speaker 1: today hits so differently. Because this isn't just a win
48:05
Speaker 1: for the facts, this isn't just a win for the truth,
48:08
Speaker 1: it's a win for every survivor who got spit on
48:11
Speaker 1: by this army of cynics pretending to be investigators. It's
48:14
Speaker 1: a win for every person who was bullied out of
48:16
Speaker 1: conversations by smug pseudo-experts waving around their inconsistencies like they
48:21
Speaker 1: were holy scripture. And most importantly, it's a win for
48:25
Speaker 1: my friend Virginia. Because every cheap shot, every smear, every
48:29
Speaker 1: cartoonish conspiracy about the photo being impossible now stands there naked, exposed,
48:35
Speaker 1: and obliterated. She was telling the truth from day one.
48:38
Speaker 1: She didn't need some magical revelation. She didn't need forensic theatrics.
48:42
Speaker 1: The truth was always the truth. It just took Epstein's
48:45
Speaker 1: own words to finally shut these ghouls up. And honestly,
48:49
Speaker 1: that's the most karmic ending anyone could have written. So
48:52
Speaker 1: let this be the last chapter for the Photo is
48:54
Speaker 1: Fake cult, a final note carved into the tombstone of
48:57
Speaker 1: their collective delusion. The game's over. The excuses are dead.
49:01
Speaker 1: The denial, that's finished. And to every last one of
49:04
Speaker 1: those loudmouthed clowns who tormented a survivor just to defend
49:08
Speaker 1: a disgraced prince who couldn't keep his story straight for
49:11
Speaker 1: five minutes, your reckoning is here. Consider today your formal
49:15
Speaker 1: notice that the truth doesn't need your permission to exist.
49:19
Speaker 1: And for the rest of us... from the people who
49:21
Speaker 1: actually paid attention, from those who refused to be gaslit,
49:25
Speaker 1: from everyone who stood with Virginia even when it wasn't easy,
49:28
Speaker 1: here's the final message. Enjoy the ruins of your own bullshit.
49:32
Speaker 1: You built this collapse, you earned this embarrassment, and we're
49:35
Speaker 1: not shedding a single tear watching it all fall apart.
49:39
Speaker 1: Alright folks, that's going to do it for this one.
