“When you recruit people, you have to recruit people that are smarter than you and have more experience than you. And in the beginning, I hired people that didn't for the most part. And if I barely know what I'm doing, how am going to teach somebody? So now I only recruit people who have more experience. It's hard to do, but you got to stretch to kind of find really solid people, and then your company will grow and become much more organized and professional.
