- 0:01Speaker 1: Jared, Katie, and josh One.
- 0:04Speaker 2: Go shout out to a bunch of kiddos going back
- 0:07Speaker 2: to school today.
- 0:08Speaker 1: Go learn something.
- 0:10Speaker 2: Shout out to all the parents who get a little
- 0:12Speaker 2: more free time, maybe.
- 0:14Speaker 1: A little less stress.
- 0:16Speaker 2: I think Adams went back today. I just saw something
- 0:18Speaker 2: about Aurora Public Schools. Yeah, those kiddos are going back,
- 0:22Speaker 2: So shout out to a brand new school year.
- 0:26Speaker 1: I kid you not.
- 0:26Speaker 2: I looked up just a little bit ago, because I
- 0:28Speaker 2: really haven't looked at Katie too much today, and she's
- 0:32Speaker 2: straight up looks like a teacher out of the early
- 0:35Speaker 2: two thousands.
- 0:36Speaker 3: You look like a teacher today. But I post crazy.
- 0:41Speaker 1: Right like late nineties, mid nineties.
- 0:44Speaker 3: I think I look cute.
- 0:47Speaker 1: You're like miss Frizzle. My gosh, is post a picture?
- 0:51Speaker 1: Can I post a picture of you?
- 0:52Speaker 4: I'm all about it because this is my favorite dress
- 0:55Speaker 4: and I got a te in yesterday.
- 0:56Speaker 3: And I mean dress. It's my favorite dress to wear.
- 1:01Speaker 1: What do you mean?
- 1:01Speaker 3: It's my favorite color.
- 1:03Speaker 4: It has a fun print on it, It's got this
- 1:05Speaker 4: little neck design that's like.
- 1:07Speaker 2: You got your little sweater on top of this because
- 1:10Speaker 2: it's cold up in here.
- 1:11Speaker 1: Teacher from the mid nineties, it's the sound of music.
- 1:14Speaker 2: Let me, can I take a picture of you? Are
- 1:16Speaker 2: you okay with that? If I took a picture, we'll
- 1:18Speaker 2: just do like a quick survey Katie.
- 1:21Speaker 1: Does Katie look like a teacher today?
- 1:22Speaker 3: I mean, and I do kind of look like a teacher.
- 1:24Speaker 3: But I still like this dress.
- 1:25Speaker 2: Yeah, that's a good one. Yeah, okay, Oh wow, you're single.
- 1:31Speaker 3: This is a fabulous dress. It's very pretty. It's a
- 1:36Speaker 3: nice color. What do you mean?
- 1:38Speaker 1: What am I to say.
- 1:39Speaker 4: Wearing like a booty dress to work? Am I supposed
- 1:43Speaker 4: to be like in the club? Tearing it up, shaking it? Like?
- 1:46Speaker 3: What do you expect from me when I don't to work?
- 1:48Speaker 2: They do on the local news, they kind of to
- 1:52Speaker 2: come on, we got live feed going.
- 1:54Speaker 3: Okay, is that what I need to do?
- 1:55Speaker 1: I need to bring on shorts on?
- 1:57Speaker 3: Okay, I'm sorry, I'm doing it wrong.
- 2:00Speaker 2: I love what you're wearing too. I think it's very unique.
- 2:03Speaker 2: So we'll get a picture up.
- 2:07Speaker 3: Fine, Fine, I'm okay with it. I'm okay with the picture.
- 2:11Speaker 2: It's a weird segue now, because I didn't want to
- 2:13Speaker 2: talk about that at all.
- 2:14Speaker 1: It was purely observation. I mean, but I think it's important.
- 2:17Speaker 2: That we do talk about this because of that Hilton
- 2:20Speaker 2: guy that was in the news the other day cutting
- 2:23Speaker 2: himself and live streaming. Yeah, we were talking off the
- 2:26Speaker 2: air about how how graphic everything is and how many
- 2:31Speaker 2: disturbing videos people have access to now right.
- 2:34Speaker 3: Absolutely, I mean they're all over the place.
- 2:36Speaker 4: And honestly, the younger generations is who I'm worried about,
- 2:40Speaker 4: because when I see something that has the caution this
- 2:44Speaker 4: is bad, you might not want to watch it.
- 2:46Speaker 3: I just don't watch it.
- 2:47Speaker 1: I don't don't click it.
- 2:49Speaker 3: I don't.
- 2:49Speaker 4: I don't want to put that in my brain because
- 2:51Speaker 4: you can't unsee things.
- 2:52Speaker 1: Yeah, and stuck there forever exactly.
- 2:55Speaker 3: But you know, the younger generation.
- 2:56Speaker 1: That's all I click it every time.
- 2:58Speaker 4: Oh, sensational everything. And you know you're not the only one.
- 3:01Speaker 4: I know, Baby Nana, all of her friends, they're clicking
- 3:04Speaker 4: these videos to see it because it doesn't hit them
- 3:07Speaker 4: the way it hits us.
- 3:08Speaker 1: Become very desensitized, you really do.
- 3:11Speaker 3: Experts are saying that this is still not good for us.
- 3:14Speaker 4: It's not good for us to be absorbing all these
- 3:16Speaker 4: images to have to kind of decipher through it. It
- 3:20Speaker 4: still makes us feel feelings of unease and even if
- 3:24Speaker 4: we don't, like, you know, acknowledge it, it needs to
- 3:27Speaker 4: come out somewhere. So they're saying, there are some things
- 3:29Speaker 4: that you can do to help you with this. If
- 3:31Speaker 4: you are seeing graphic videos and you don't like how
- 3:33Speaker 4: they're making one one, don't look at it if you can.
- 3:38Speaker 1: If that one, try to.
- 3:40Speaker 2: I don't mean to interrupt you, but the one about
- 3:42Speaker 2: the the Mexican influencer that was out in front of
- 3:46Speaker 2: a hotel or something yesterday and they rolled up on
- 3:48Speaker 2: a motorcycle and shot him, and like everyone's reposting it
- 3:52Speaker 2: on Facebook, your Instagram and and you know, an X
- 3:54Speaker 2: and all that, and I'm like, I don't know, Yeah,
- 3:57Speaker 2: there's no reason to see that.
- 3:59Speaker 4: And you make a really good point there, because they're
- 4:01Speaker 4: saying one of the things that you can do to
- 4:02Speaker 4: help curb this is instead of reposting it, report it,
- 4:06Speaker 4: make sure it gets taken down, because I mean, even
- 4:09Speaker 4: you talk about Perez Hilton that live stream that was
- 4:12Speaker 4: on TikTok for thirty four minutes, and the moderators can't
- 4:16Speaker 4: keep up with the amount of stuff people are posting
- 4:19Speaker 4: on the Internet. So that's why they're saying, we need
- 4:21Speaker 4: to take certain steps. Another thing that you can do,
- 4:24Speaker 4: just personally that will help you forget it is if
- 4:27Speaker 4: you see something like that, First of all, again, stop
- 4:29Speaker 4: watching it as soon as you can, but bust down
- 4:32Speaker 4: a game of old school tetris. Is that because they're
- 4:35Speaker 4: saying that specifically, you can counter program the unsettling content.
- 4:41Speaker 4: So if you engage in something that's comforting and pleasant instead.
- 4:45Speaker 4: It could mean listening to your favorite song, playing with
- 4:48Speaker 4: your pet, or watching a soothing TV series, But research
- 4:51Speaker 4: suggests that playing tetris because it's keeping your brain busy
- 4:55Speaker 4: with a visual puzzle.
- 4:57Speaker 3: Ag absolutely.
- 5:09Speaker 4: Already, I feel better, Jared, so soothing, so soothing.
- 5:15Speaker 1: But that's kind of traumatic there is.
- 5:17Speaker 3: It is a.
- 5:17Speaker 4: Little bit if you splash ice cold water on your face,
- 5:20Speaker 4: that will also kind of shock your body. It's just
- 5:22Speaker 4: something different and something that I learned. Baby Nana told
- 5:26Speaker 4: me something that a therapist once told her is if
- 5:29Speaker 4: you're dealing with feelings of anxiety and this kind of stuff,
- 5:33Speaker 4: eat sour can.
- 5:34Speaker 1: I was just gonna say, yeah, sour can.
- 5:36Speaker 4: Because your brain can't focus on those two things at once.
- 5:39Speaker 4: It really has to rein in on the Oh my gosh,
- 5:42Speaker 4: that's sour like, that's all I can focus on, and
- 5:44Speaker 4: so it kind of just dismisses the other stuff and
- 5:47Speaker 4: you can really train your brain into free.
- 5:50Speaker 1: They say to do that too.
- 5:51Speaker 2: If you've got to do some public speaking or get
- 5:53Speaker 2: up in front of everybody on an all staff meeting,
- 5:55Speaker 2: keep your pockets full of sour Patch kids, absolutely, and
- 5:59Speaker 2: toss a few in your mouth, and it'll you'll focus
- 6:01Speaker 2: on that versus how terrified you are to be up
- 6:04Speaker 2: in front of everybody talking.
- 6:05Speaker 3: And so just the little tips and tricks.
- 6:07Speaker 4: But they're saying because obviously there are people who are
- 6:10Speaker 4: very just particularly vulnerable to this kind of stuff. So
- 6:13Speaker 4: if you're trying these things and it's still not working
- 6:15Speaker 4: and you're still feeling just like, oh, I just don't
- 6:18Speaker 4: like this, maybe reach.
- 6:19Speaker 3: Out for some professional help.
- 6:20Speaker 4: Yeah, sometimes it just gets to be too much and
- 6:23Speaker 4: someone needs to help you.
- 6:24Speaker 3: And that's okay.
- 6:25Speaker 1: I think part of this might be too, is it's
- 6:27Speaker 1: we're in the world of AI. So when you're seeing
- 6:29Speaker 1: stuff too, you're like, is this real?
- 6:31Speaker 2: You know, I'm gonna watch it any way to see
- 6:33Speaker 2: if I can spot this is real or fake, And
- 6:35Speaker 2: then you end up seeing something horrific.
- 6:38Speaker 1: Absolutely, and then it sticks with you.
- 6:40Speaker 2: This is just another reason I give kudos to the Zears,
- 6:44Speaker 2: which I don't a lot is like, you know, a
- 6:46Speaker 2: lot of them get are getting back to the dumb
- 6:48Speaker 2: phones that they don't have social media because it consumes
- 6:51Speaker 2: you and there's horrible stuff on there. So they just
- 6:54Speaker 2: have basic old school phones that just make phone calls
- 6:56Speaker 2: and you can maybe text each other.
- 6:58Speaker 3: Kind of jealous of that, soam It just.
- 7:02Speaker 1: Makes me want to shut down all my social media.
- 7:05Speaker 3: Yeah, and I don't worry.
- 7:06Speaker 5: You know.
- 7:06Speaker 2: It concerns me for my kids too, because they play
- 7:09Speaker 2: you know, the fart night in the roadblocks and all
- 7:12Speaker 2: this stuff that you hear, the horrific stories of pictures
- 7:15Speaker 2: and predators.
- 7:16Speaker 1: On there as well.
- 7:17Speaker 2: You've got to monitor this stuff like constantly, really and
- 7:20Speaker 2: it's consuming.
- 7:21Speaker 3: Yeah, it can be. It can be all consuming.
- 7:23Speaker 4: So if these help you out, then you know we're
- 7:26Speaker 4: here for it.
- 7:27Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 7:28Speaker 1: I'm gonna go buy some sour Patch kids.
- 7:29Speaker 3: Hey, don't need another reason to do that.
- 7:32Speaker 1: They are tasty.
- 7:34Speaker 2: I do have a story here about when you reach
- 7:37Speaker 2: your peak happiness at what age? Okatie, you've blown way
- 7:41Speaker 2: past this because six year this story here says good
- 7:46Speaker 2: news if you're approaching your late forties. A new survey
- 7:49Speaker 2: is saying that the age forty seven is when most
- 7:53Speaker 2: people hit their peak health and happiness. Okay, okay, they
- 7:57Speaker 2: surveyed like two thousand people and they say, yeah, late
- 8:00Speaker 2: forties often you feel fitter, happier, and more confident than
- 8:06Speaker 2: ever before.
- 8:07Speaker 1: Uh huh.
- 8:08Speaker 2: You finally understand your body a whole lot better. You're
- 8:12Speaker 2: more likely to buy healthier foods and cut back on partying.
- 8:16Speaker 1: And another big factor is perspective.
- 8:19Speaker 2: People in their late forties said that they are more
- 8:21Speaker 2: focused on their well being instead of their appearance.
- 8:25Speaker 3: You've lived enough life to know.
- 8:27Speaker 2: Yeah, you kind of get to a point where you're like, well,
- 8:29Speaker 2: this is what I got to work with.
- 8:32Speaker 1: It's generally okay. Now I'm just gonna eat healthier.
- 8:34Speaker 3: That's what I'm bringing to the table.
- 8:36Speaker 1: You get what you get, you know, and you don't
- 8:38Speaker 1: give a blank.
- 8:41Speaker 2: Forty seven And I guess after forty seven is just well, that's.
- 8:46Speaker 4: When the body just won't like it doesn't matter how
- 8:49Speaker 4: like you know you've worked it up in your brain,
- 8:52Speaker 4: your body tells you a different story like, oh no,
- 8:54Speaker 4: you can't do that anymore.
- 8:54Speaker 3: I don't care what you think. Oh no, you can't
- 8:56Speaker 3: do that anymore. I don't care what you think.
- 8:58Speaker 2: I follow some of these dudes into the Instagrammy's yeah,
- 9:01Speaker 2: it's a bunch of these guys like.
- 9:02Speaker 1: In their fifties and sixties who are just jacked. Uh
- 9:06Speaker 1: And I'm like, there's no.
- 9:08Speaker 2: Way, Like, how is that possible? They're either hying about
- 9:12Speaker 2: their age or something else. Is well that is like,
- 9:16Speaker 2: like that is all encompassing. I think when you get
- 9:18Speaker 2: to that age, it's your job. And yeah, I mean
- 9:21Speaker 2: you are counting every calorie. Yeah, you're on forty different supplements.
- 9:25Speaker 1: That's no way to live. That's I mean, you look awesome, but.
- 9:29Speaker 4: How would like you also don't get to eat cake?
- 9:32Speaker 4: So how great of a life is that? Right?
- 9:34Speaker 3: I'm not a life.
- 9:35Speaker 1: I want a little life. But they do look really good.
- 9:39Speaker 1: They do reddish ShredIt bro jump on them. I'll tell
- 9:44Speaker 1: you that.
- 9:45Speaker 2: This is when we kind of dive into some of
- 9:48Speaker 2: your dilemmas, questions, thoughts, concerns. We talk about them on
- 9:52Speaker 2: the air and then let our listeners.
- 9:54Speaker 1: Sound off about them. So here's our number. If so,
- 9:57Speaker 1: if this tickles your.
- 9:58Speaker 2: Pickle, three zero three six mix three oh three six
- 10:02Speaker 2: nine one sixteen forty nine. Let's talk about your X
- 10:06Speaker 2: and all the stuff they gave you.
- 10:07Speaker 4: Yeah, And I got a message from Jay, And first
- 10:10Speaker 4: of all, he started it out with, Hey, how do
- 10:12Speaker 4: I get a message to you guys? And you can
- 10:14Speaker 4: do that by sending it to our social media pages individually,
- 10:18Speaker 4: Jeremy myself, Katie M on the radio or Josh or
- 10:21Speaker 4: at Jeremy Katy Josh.
- 10:23Speaker 3: That's how you reach us.
- 10:24Speaker 4: But Jay had a suggestion for the suggestion box, and
- 10:28Speaker 4: he was just like, I'm just curious. Since I just
- 10:30Speaker 4: broke up with my partner, I reached out to Jay.
- 10:33Speaker 4: He said that they'd been together for about between four
- 10:35Speaker 4: and five years, and he said, I was just wondering
- 10:38Speaker 4: if we just broke up, if I should get rid
- 10:41Speaker 4: of the pictures and mementos right away, or if it's
- 10:44Speaker 4: okay to hold onto them. He went on to say
- 10:47Speaker 4: he's kind of going through it. He's in like the
- 10:49Speaker 4: numb stage right now, so he doesn't want to make
- 10:51Speaker 4: a decision that he regrets. But he says love sucks
- 10:55Speaker 4: for sure, keep your head up, and he's just kind
- 10:58Speaker 4: of wondering where to go in this situation, like do
- 11:01Speaker 4: you hang on to things for a specific amount of
- 11:03Speaker 4: time or do you just get rid of it all
- 11:06Speaker 4: together as soon as you guys break up.
- 11:08Speaker 2: So I thought that that was a really good way
- 11:11Speaker 2: to look at, you know, because we've all kind of
- 11:13Speaker 2: gone through that, right absolutely, And.
- 11:14Speaker 4: When you're dealing with heartbreak, especially in the beginning, you
- 11:17Speaker 4: hate that person right like you want nothing to do
- 11:19Speaker 4: with them, or maybe you miss them like crazy. Maybe
- 11:22Speaker 4: you're in that boat. So you're either one trying to
- 11:25Speaker 4: burn everything they ever touched or to hold on to
- 11:28Speaker 4: everything because you don't want it to end and you
- 11:30Speaker 4: never know when the next time you're gonna get a
- 11:32Speaker 4: piece of that person.
- 11:33Speaker 2: So but then there's like a hierarchy of stuff, in
- 11:36Speaker 2: my opinion, you know, there's like different levels of stuff
- 11:39Speaker 2: they gave you that maybe it's easier to get rid of.
- 11:43Speaker 2: Like maybe they gave you a TV for a birthday gift.
- 11:47Speaker 2: Do you hold onto that or every time you watch
- 11:50Speaker 2: the TV? Oh my god, I'm thinking of Tina.
- 11:54Speaker 3: Yeah, Well, no, I think that that's it.
- 11:56Speaker 4: And not only that, but the specific rank of people,
- 12:01Speaker 4: right because I'm sure certain people you'd want to hang
- 12:03Speaker 4: on to stuff from them, someone who cheated on you,
- 12:06Speaker 4: like I never want to see a guy with your
- 12:08Speaker 4: name again like that, you know.
- 12:11Speaker 2: So I'm trying to think of the different levels too.
- 12:13Speaker 2: So you've got like major electronics, maybe olding you got
- 12:18Speaker 2: a hoodie or some softy pants or something that they
- 12:21Speaker 2: gave you.
- 12:22Speaker 1: Yeah, do you get rid of those?
- 12:23Speaker 4: Like?
- 12:23Speaker 1: I feel like I would hold on to an awesome hoodie,
- 12:26Speaker 1: you know.
- 12:27Speaker 2: Or there's something maybe for your car, or is there
- 12:30Speaker 2: like what's the bottom? I haven't given a girlfriend anything
- 12:33Speaker 2: for so many years?
- 12:35Speaker 1: I mean, do people they don't do like CDs anymore?
- 12:40Speaker 1: Do you send your plate leap?
- 12:41Speaker 2: It has been a minute since you're given a gift,
- 12:45Speaker 2: Nicole a record, but you give them like their their
- 12:47Speaker 2: accounts years down?
- 12:49Speaker 1: Yeah, but I don't wouldn't give that and you don't
- 12:52Speaker 1: really like get rid of that? Or do you just
- 12:54Speaker 1: log out? I don't know what's everybody's thoughts. Three O
- 12:56Speaker 1: three six nine and one. I'm sorry I brought up
- 12:58Speaker 1: CDs three.
- 13:01Speaker 2: Sixteen forty nine, But in my defense, did you read
- 13:04Speaker 2: the article about how many CDs were sold last year?
- 13:08Speaker 1: A lot a ton?
- 13:09Speaker 2: The seers are going back to records and CDs so
- 13:12Speaker 2: suck it making.
- 13:13Speaker 1: So really quick. We got to take Mike because he's
- 13:15Speaker 1: been on hold for a while. Hi, Mikey, Hey, how's
- 13:19Speaker 1: it going. We're good bye, We're good. So how long
- 13:23Speaker 1: do you hold on to stuff from the exes?
- 13:27Speaker 6: So that is fun because my wife and I moved
- 13:31Speaker 6: I don't know, three four years ago and she was like,
- 13:35Speaker 6: what's in this box? And I said, I don't know,
- 13:37Speaker 6: let's open it and find out. And so naturally was
- 13:39Speaker 6: all pictures and stuff like that from a gal that
- 13:42Speaker 6: I dated in two thousand and one through two thousand
- 13:44Speaker 6: and four. But I was head over heels for this gal,
- 13:49Speaker 6: and yeah, she broke it off with me, and so
- 13:52Speaker 6: it's like love lost, right, So I'm like hanging on
- 13:55Speaker 6: and I'm like, no, I can't get rid of that stuff.
- 13:58Speaker 6: But my wife was like same thing, So how long
- 14:01Speaker 6: are you gonna try to win her back? For?
- 14:06Speaker 1: You're like, are you still pinting to this woman?
- 14:11Speaker 6: And I was like, okay, I'll let it go, But in.
- 14:14Speaker 4: My heart I was like no, in the moment, like
- 14:18Speaker 4: you wanted to hang on to all that, right, you
- 14:21Speaker 4: don't want to let that go.
- 14:23Speaker 6: Yeah, So this was three years ago, but we dated
- 14:26Speaker 6: in two thousand and one through two thousand and four,
- 14:28Speaker 6: so it's been twenty years.
- 14:30Speaker 2: So your answer, Mike, as you hold onto things for
- 14:32Speaker 2: twenty years?
- 14:35Speaker 6: Yeah, I'm going because then I finally had to let
- 14:37Speaker 6: it go.
- 14:38Speaker 2: I gotta ask you, Mike. I got to ask you.
- 14:41Speaker 2: Your wife's probably not listening. Did you just like save
- 14:44Speaker 2: one picture or just something to have?
- 14:48Speaker 5: I did?
- 14:48Speaker 6: That's why I was like, okay, just for a nostalgia
- 14:50Speaker 6: saying I knew it in the put it in like
- 14:53Speaker 6: the photo album kind.
- 14:55Speaker 1: Of you hit it because you hit it better this time.
- 14:57Speaker 2: Yeah, it's out in the toolbox in the grass. Yeah.
- 15:01Speaker 1: Yeah, exactly the one that got away. Mike. I'm sorry.
- 15:07Speaker 6: That's my vote. So that's what happened to me.
- 15:09Speaker 1: A right, So Mike says, twenty years until your wife.
- 15:12Speaker 3: As long as your wife lets you keep it.
- 15:14Speaker 1: Mike, You're awesome. Thank you so much for this spectacular call.
- 15:17Speaker 1: How long do you hold on to stuff from your ex? Ashley?
- 15:21Speaker 5: Hey? How's it going?
- 15:23Speaker 1: Hey? Like we're really really good.
- 15:26Speaker 2: I don't think any of us have broken up with
- 15:28Speaker 2: anybody in a while. Well maybe Kat speak for your south.
- 15:32Speaker 2: What are your thoughts on this?
- 15:33Speaker 5: Ashley well, I am a single, so I've had a
- 15:36Speaker 5: few breakups. But I really think it depends on what
- 15:41Speaker 5: the relationship was. Like, are we talking about a boyfriend
- 15:43Speaker 5: I had for a couple of months that I stole
- 15:45Speaker 5: my hoodie stole his hoodie from. Or are we talking
- 15:48Speaker 5: about like a first boyfriend that is sentimental?
- 15:52Speaker 6: Right?
- 15:52Speaker 5: So, Like, my kid and I were going through my
- 15:54Speaker 5: garage the other day. We came across a box of
- 15:57Speaker 5: old photos and she liked, oh, Mom, who's this. I
- 16:01Speaker 5: was like, oh, that was my very first boyfriends, and
- 16:04Speaker 5: she was like, oh, cringe. What It was fun being
- 16:08Speaker 5: able to go through that box with her, and it
- 16:10Speaker 5: struck up a lot of conversation between us. And you know,
- 16:13Speaker 5: she's thirteen, So she started talking about, well, you know
- 16:15Speaker 5: when she gets her first boyfriends and what's he gonna
- 16:18Speaker 5: look like. He's definitely not gonna look like mom's first boyfriend.
- 16:22Speaker 5: I really think, I really think it.
- 16:25Speaker 1: Honestly, that's funny. Was she in a round about way
- 16:28Speaker 1: saying that your first boyfriend was ugly?
- 16:29Speaker 3: Right now?
- 16:31Speaker 5: I will you know some of the photos old photos
- 16:35Speaker 5: were of her dad too, and she's just like, oh, Mom,
- 16:38Speaker 5: Like what were you thinking? I was like, I mean,
- 16:40Speaker 5: come on, kid, we made view and exactly You're great.
- 16:44Speaker 1: Yeah, it'd be quiet.
- 16:45Speaker 3: You wouldn't be here if I wasn't.
- 16:48Speaker 1: You're like, mommy had a lot of shots there.
- 16:55Speaker 5: You may have had some rose colored glasses on.
- 16:57Speaker 2: Yeah, there is That's funny that you're talking about this
- 17:00Speaker 2: because I've got a gigantic, like tuppleware bin full of
- 17:04Speaker 2: stuff in the basement, and you know, ninety nine percent
- 17:08Speaker 2: of it I think is me and my wife Nick
- 17:11Speaker 2: Knack and just me as a as a kid and stuff.
- 17:14Speaker 2: But I know in there there's some pictures of previous girlfriends,
- 17:19Speaker 2: and I've always wondered what that would be like when
- 17:22Speaker 2: the kids are going through that or I'm down there
- 17:24Speaker 2: cleaning and they see all that and they're like, who
- 17:26Speaker 2: are these girls that you're like kissing and holding on to?
- 17:29Speaker 2: I feel like that would be very awkward.
- 17:31Speaker 1: Yeah, was that awkward for you? In any way?
- 17:34Speaker 5: It wasn't awkward. I mean, Mike Can I have a
- 17:37Speaker 5: really close relationship, and you know, she's very open with
- 17:42Speaker 5: me about things that I think. I think it's partly
- 17:44Speaker 5: how I parent and keep that line of communication open,
- 17:48Speaker 5: and so it was more of just like an nostalgic
- 17:51Speaker 5: because she's not She's also not thinking about like certain
- 17:55Speaker 5: things at this age. So she Moore was like, oh,
- 17:58Speaker 5: look at that shirt. You were aware of her. Oh
- 18:01Speaker 5: that's in style now. Yeah, So there was other aspects
- 18:04Speaker 5: of the photo she got.
- 18:05Speaker 1: You got you well, Ashley.

- 18:27Speaker 2: daughter a shout out.

- 18:29Speaker 5: Her name is Chloe, And unfortunately, I know she's not
- 18:32Speaker 5: listening because she gets to vacation with some friends and
