I was about to post that the USA, the EU, NATO and the military industrial complex had won, that they'd got everything they could possibly have dreamed of out of the Russian war in Ukraine - only at the expense of Ukraine - as a new and highly lucrative iron-curtain descends on Europe. Then I saw the China peace deal between Saudi Arabia and Iran, the fact that the BRIC nations - Brazil, Russia, India & China - are arguably already the largest economic block on earth and wondered if 4D chess is being played here.
