Speaker 1: In the heart of the autumn realm stood a magnificent
• 0:05
Speaker 1: castle built of smooth, dark stone. It was the eve
• 0:09
Speaker 1: of the Midnight Banquet, the most important and beautiful celebration
• 0:14
Speaker 1: of the entire season. Princess Veda walked through the immense,
• 0:19
Speaker 1: long corridors, observing how everything was being prepared for the night.
• 0:24
Speaker 1: The air smelled of baked apples and warm cinnamon. There
• 0:27
Speaker 1: were carved pumpkins with friendly smiles lighting up the corners
• 0:32
Speaker 1: and elegant garlands of dry leaves in shades of red
• 0:35
Speaker 1: and gold adorning the main walls. However, something was not
• 0:40
Speaker 1: quite right in the Grand Hall. The small, friendly spirits
• 0:43
Speaker 1: of the castle, who always helped organize the festivities, were
• 0:48
Speaker 1: entirely too nervous. The excitement of the banquet had overwhelmed them.
• 0:53
Speaker 1: Instead of floating calmly to set out the silver plates
• 0:56
Speaker 1: and napkins, they were flying from one side to the
• 1:00
Speaker 1: other at dizzying speeds, bumping into each other and dropping
• 1:04
Speaker 1: the decorations. Their light, which was normally a warm and
• 1:08
Speaker 1: steady tone, was flickering frantically like anxious little stars. Nervous
• 1:15
Speaker 1: energy floated in the air, and the entire hall felt
• 1:18
Speaker 1: chaotic and tense. Veda, with her usual serenity, knew she
• 1:24
Speaker 1: had to intervene. If the spirits did not calm down,
• 1:28
Speaker 1: they would be completely exhausted before the celebration even began.
• 1:32
Speaker 1: With soft steps, she went out into the central courtyard
• 1:36
Speaker 1: and headed toward the royal sensory garden. This was her
• 1:40
Speaker 1: secret refuge, a quiet place surrounded by high walls where
• 1:44
Speaker 1: magical plants offered comforting textures and and scents designed to
• 1:49
Speaker 1: soothe any worry in the heart. She walked slowly along
• 1:53
Speaker 1: the polished stone paths, her fingers gently brushing against thick-leaved
• 1:57
Speaker 1: bushes that felt like soft cotton. At the very back
• 2:01
Speaker 1: of the garden, resting on a bed of silver moss
• 2:04
Speaker 1: that glowed under the pale moonlight, she found exactly what
• 2:08
Speaker 1: she was looking for, the magical velvet bat, an ancient
• 2:13
Speaker 1: object designed to absorb worries. This was no ordinary object,
• 2:18
Speaker 1: It was shaped like a small, friendly bat with its
• 2:21
Speaker 1: wings folded neatly over its body. It was covered in
• 2:25
Speaker 1: a deep purple fabric that was incredibly soft to the touch,
• 2:29
Speaker 1: just like the finest silk in the royal wardrobe. Veda
• 2:32
Speaker 1: took it in her hands and felt its comforting weight.
• 2:36
Speaker 1: When she pressed it gently, the material yielded perfectly under
• 2:40
Speaker 1: her fingers, sinking inward as if it were a thick,
• 2:44
Speaker 1: heavy cloud. Then, very slowly and with a hypnotic fluidity,
• 2:50
Speaker 1: it began to expand back to its original shape. Furthermore,
• 2:54
Speaker 1: it released a subtle, deeply relaxing scent of warm vanilla
• 2:59
Speaker 1: and toasted marshmallow that filled the senses. With the magical
• 3:03
Speaker 1: bat in her hands, the princess returned to the grand hall.
• 3:08
Speaker 1: She walked with very slow, deliberate steps, projecting calm and
• 3:13
Speaker 1: security in every single movement. She sat down in the
• 3:17
Speaker 1: center of the massive circular rug and called out to
• 3:20
Speaker 1: the nervous spirits. One of them, a tiny spirit named Loomis,
• 3:26
Speaker 1: was so upset that he was spinning in circles without
• 3:29
Speaker 1: being able to stop. Veda smiled at him tenderly and
• 3:33
Speaker 1: held out the purple bat. She demonstrated how to use
• 3:36
Speaker 1: it to calm their minds. She pressed her thumbs deep
• 3:40
Speaker 1: into the center of the bat. The material offered a
• 3:43
Speaker 1: deeply satisfying resistance before sinking completely. As she let go,
• 3:48
Speaker 1: the fabric rose again with a fascinating slowness, smoothing itself
• 3:54
Speaker 1: out until it was flawless. Veda explained in a slow,
• 3:58
Speaker 1: measured voice that whenever they felt their light flickering too
• 4:02
Speaker 1: fast and their thoughts racing … They should focus their
• 4:05
Speaker 1: attention entirely on the slow, steady movement of the velvet bat.
• 4:10
Speaker 1: Loomis was the first to approach. He stopped in the
• 4:14
Speaker 1: air and observed the slow compression and the even slower
• 4:18
Speaker 1: expansion of the object. He noticed the intense purple color
• 4:22
Speaker 1: and the soft texture that invited absolute calm. The sweet
• 4:26
Speaker 1: scent of vanilla filled the air around him, creating a
• 4:30
Speaker 1: bubble of tranquility in the middle of the immense hall.
• 4:33
Speaker 1: Little by little, the rest of the spirits joined in.
• 4:37
Speaker 1: They formed a circle around the princess, focusing all their
• 4:41
Speaker 1: attention on the sensory object. They watched it sink and
• 4:45
Speaker 1: return to normal, over and over again. As they synchronized
• 4:50
Speaker 1: their own breathing with the movement of the bat, their
• 4:53
Speaker 1: frantic movements completely stopped. Their nervous, flickering lights stabilized until
• 4:59
Speaker 1: they became a warm, soft, and constant glow. The grand
• 5:04
Speaker 1: hall was completely transformed. The anxious energy vanished, leaving in
• 5:09
Speaker 1: its place a space of absolute relaxation and deep peace.
• 5:14
Speaker 1: The friendly spirits resumed their tasks with fluid, precise movements,
• 5:20
Speaker 1: truly enjoying the process of preparing for the midnight banquet.
• 5:24
Speaker 1: Princess Veda smiled, keeping the velvet bat close by, knowing
• 5:28
Speaker 1: that no matter how overwhelming the world might seem, a
• 5:32
Speaker 1: moment of slow, delicate focus is all it takes to
• 5:36
Speaker 1: find calm and rest.
