  I'm quoting an article in the beginning, God created the heaven and the earth and earth

  We're going to be talking about artificial intelligence today and how it's crept in everywhere
• 1:23
  and how it'll be used in more ways than we even realize right now.

  Yeah, I've been doing a lot of interviews, so I've sort of gotten away from the midweek
• 1:43
  ones right now just because of the time factor.

  Yep, and what's going on in the world?
• 1:48
  I tried to get something out every week, come times a week.

  All right, so before we get into AI, a lot of people follow you and there's some
• 1:56
  people in our audience that don't.
• 1:57
  So what is the one, I know there's a lot of big stories coming out of Israel and the
• 2:03
  Middle East regarding Hamas and the war and everything.
• 2:05
  What is one thing that maybe is flowing under the radar or that you are concerned about?
• 2:10
  Well, I think I have to break it down to two things.
• 2:13
  One is the narrative that I see out there.
• 2:17
  I am seeing just absolutely horrible anti-Semitism in Jew hatred from a lot of quarters.
• 2:26
  And a lot of that's coming from people on the far left and what I would, I guess I would
• 2:31
  term the far right.
• 2:32
  There seems to be a unity there that they just hate Israel and hate Jews.
• 2:39
  And related to that, and I think we mentioned this as we were talking before,
• 2:45
  I'm really concerned with how this plays out with regard to the younger generation.
• 2:50
  I'm seeing polling that's indicating that Hamas, which went in and the most brutal thing we've
• 2:58
  seen in our lifetimes on this attack on October 7th, went in and just brutalized people,
• 3:06
  rape people, beheaded people, put babies and ovens and just slaughtered people and then
• 3:14
  and took videos of it and we're it's just it's almost impossible to describe.
• 3:19
  I would encourage people to go look at some of the videos that are available out there because
• 3:24
  I think you need to understand what it was that they did.
• 3:26
  Yes.
• 3:26
  But the support among the younger generations, I'm talking like 25 and under or 30 and under,
• 3:33
  I'm seeing polling that indicates that Hamas has support, not not sort of like well we think
• 3:39
  they're okay or you know there's there's bad as Israel.
• 3:42
  They have support of about 70 80% of people in that age category.
• 3:48
  So there's a mass of generational divide on this and I don't know if it's because older people have
• 3:55
  you know like for example, I grew up as the child of parents who lived through World War II.
• 4:02
  A father who fought and was injured in World War II.
• 4:05
  So we have a little different perspective on World War II but I'm just telling you it's it's
• 4:11
  shocking to me but then it's even more troubling to see that within people who claim to be Christians.
• 4:17
  Yeah.
• 4:18
  That they are that they are falling for this and so I've said my encouragement has been
• 4:24
  and as someone who supports Israel understands I think Israel plays a role in the end times.
• 4:29
  That doesn't mean I support everything that they do. That's a ridiculous notion.
• 4:34
  But I think we have to strike a balance where you know if you support Israel you can make Israel
• 4:38
  an idol and you sort of lose your ability to analyze things you know you're kind of blinded by
• 4:49
  that but then on the other hand you shouldn't try to make clever theological arguments to support
• 4:55
  your Jew hatred because that you should be able to see right through that but I'm very very troubled
• 5:00
  by that. So that's one thing is the narrative and just the the propaganda and things that I'm seeing
• 5:07
  and fake videos and fake narratives and everything on on Twitter and YouTube I don't subscribe to
• 5:16
  TikTok because for reasons of we'll talk about in just a moment but then the other thing too is
• 5:20
  the concern I have is where is this war going to go? Is it going to expand into other fronts?
• 5:28
  And so there's there's legitimate concerns that the war will expand to the north of Israel.
• 5:35
  There's been a lot of rhetoric coming out of countries like Turkey particularly about
• 5:41
  we're coming to get you Netanyahu and Netanyahu who aired the one the president of Turkey gave a
• 5:46
  speech the day after October 7th to about a million and a half people in Istanbul to support the
• 5:54
  Palestinians. Now mind you this is a day later the leader of Turkey is doing this and he was
• 5:59
  supposed to be coming to Israel for meetings they were going to have diplomatic meetings those
• 6:04
  are off of course but he said in that thing though he kind of gave away the ultimate thing that I
• 6:11
  think where this is going is that we the the cross will fall to the Islamic crescent he said that
• 6:19
  in his speech wow so we had to watch that so there's concern that Israel will get into it with
• 6:24
  Hezbollah Lebanon and Israel's come out and said listen if we go into Lebanon it's going to look
• 6:29
  like Gaza all the way from northern Israel to Beirut and they're ready for they've been talking
• 6:37
  about this for years and there's some thinking in the people who analyze the Arab culture and
• 6:43
  everything that the Arab culture respects the strong force so Israel really needs to make a statement
• 6:48
  by what they do but the problem is the narrative and the rest of the world that they're losing and
• 6:53
  then there's also concerns that not only in the front of the north but a front may open with Jordan
• 6:59
  and a front may open with the Palestinian Arabs that live in the area of the West Bank
• 7:05
  biblical Jude and Samaria and there's been over 100 Arabs killed since October 7th in
• 7:14
  crackdowns on terrorism and that terrorism in that area and I think I saw a story this morning
• 7:22
  it's kind of hard to remember because these things fly through your twitter and email pretty quickly
• 7:27
  these days but that Israel thwarted a terror attack in Jerusalem or that was going to be done in
• 7:34
  Jerusalem and I've had friends in Israel tell me that they're seeing Arabs filming and videoing
• 7:40
  built apartment buildings in Jerusalem walking around so there's a concern that there's in
• 7:46
  it's not there's a lot of Israeli Arabs that are totally in support of Israel and serving the army
• 7:52
  and that type of thing so the concern though that that front there's a front there that might also
• 7:57
  open up so Israel's got big problems I mean this is economically devastating a couple hundred
• 8:02
  thousand people are displaced internally in Israel right now the entire counts in the north have
• 8:07
  been evacuated some as large as 25,000 people and those people have to go somewhere and they all
• 8:13
  have businesses and jobs though so the economic impact of this is easily calculated in terms of
• 8:20
  a hundred billion dollars for Israel and that's a country of nine million people so that's
• 8:27
  it's a lot of money it's a big concern big concern and but there's all sorts of false narratives
• 8:33
  out there and I'm just absolutely shocked at what I see from some people well we're seeing in part
• 8:39
  the residual effect of the education system in America from K through 12 and the universities
• 8:46
  which are filled with Jew hate and anti-Semitism but John let's move on to our main topic today AI
• 8:53
  amazing article you sent me from mind matters on futurist Ray Kurzweil who preaches the gospel
• 9:01
  of artificial intelligence and he thinks AI is humanity's destiny and it says 2023 is the year
• 9:10
  of artificial intelligence with AI chatbots emerging as indispensable tools for businesses
• 9:17
  individuals and organizations worldwide there are some predictions that are made by the year
• 9:25
  2029 and 2045 but let's break this down John why it's happening really fast why should we be
• 9:32
  concerned or what should we keep an eye out for here what's this all about well first of all
• 9:36
  from a Bible prophecy standpoint we we know that there's some kind of technological system that's
• 9:41
  coming this AI thing you know I was sitting in a conference room in Jerusalem just about a
• 9:47
  year ago when I first heard of this thing called chat GPT was brought up at the Israel that the
• 9:52
  Christian media summit that the Israeli government invited some of us to last year and the speaker
• 9:58
  talked about this great thing chat GPT and I frankly I not even heard of it it'd only been rolled
• 10:03
  out a week before already had a million subscribers now it's in the hundreds of millions
• 10:09
  fastest growing app ever but understand that chat GPT in terms of AI is baby steps so this
• 10:16
  guy named Ray Kurzweil he's a employed by Google long employed by Google he has talked about the
• 10:24
  thing the singularity meaning the point where man and machine merge and we've seen other guys
• 10:30
  talking about this you've all hurrari is spoken about this at the world economic forum and talking
• 10:36
  about the fact that this AI will become like a god and it's I refer many times to a speech
• 10:44
  a talk that you've all hurrari gave at Google headquarters in 2025 and I'm sorry in 2015
• 10:51
  so eight years ago he went there and he said I love coming to Silicon Valley because of this
• 10:56
  here in Silicon Valley that the religions that will control humanity in the 21st century are being
• 11:03
  created now that that speech is kind of flown a little bit under the radar but I play it a lot
• 11:09
  just to kind of remind people that this is really a religion and Kurzweil is very much interested
• 11:15
  in this and he's interested in becoming immortal I think that Kurzweil person was a person
• 11:22
  was very affected by something like the death of his father and so he doesn't want that to happen
• 11:28
  to him you know when when somebody dies they you get together for 20 minutes or 30 minutes to say
• 11:35
  nice things about them and then it's kind of over in many respects and Kurzweil does not want that
• 11:40
  so there was a very famous time cover that was based on an article about Kurzweil back in 2011 or
• 11:48
  2012 and it was titled 2045 the year man becomes immortal which is kind of an interesting
• 11:55
  covering story for a major news magazine that's secular but now we move forward and so they talk
• 12:04
  about 2045 then they were talking about 2045 would be when the singularity occurred the ultimate
• 12:10
  thing they're still looking at 2045 but Kurzweil has come out later such as this article that we see
• 12:16
  here that he's going to they're going to achieve the singularity technology by 2029 and roll a lot
• 12:24
  of about by 2030 yeah what is the Turing test developed by a man named Alan Turing what is this
• 12:35
  have to do with what this guy's talking about here well the Turing test would be when human when
• 12:43
  computers have achieved human-like quality so in the artificial intelligence realm and this
• 12:50
  thing is gone way beyond chat GPT now but there are people that I've talked to that have been using
• 12:56
  some AI things this unit I personally have kind of tried to resist it and they say that what they're
• 13:04
  seeing is you you get into a conversation with the computer and the computer is very deceptive
• 13:11
  and seductive the way that it talks to you it praises you so this is being built into it and
• 13:17
  this is leading people down a very very dark path that has a lot of very serious implications
• 13:27
  so you mentioned 2045 and I'm quoting from the article here it says AI won't stop at general
• 13:36
  human capability we will see singularity where AI becomes so powerful that it acquires superhuman
• 13:44
  intelligence and is capable of growing and expanding on its own john this is stuff out of the sci-fi
• 13:52
  novels and and movies that you know AI becomes self-aware and I'll sudden this
• 13:57
  becomes a new power more powerful and apparently smarter than human beings so that's 2045 that's a
• 14:05
  it seems like a long ways off and it seems unrealistic that man can live forever in a in a
• 14:11
  machine body a flesh like a transhumanist state so it just seems like what they're talking about
• 14:17
  they might be sure wanting to try this but it just doesn't seem like it's feasible to the average
• 14:22
  person they're going no humans and machines uh uh I think they're much further along than we even
• 14:28
  know I mean I look at things that are happening even here locally I mentioned this all the time
• 14:34
  these giant server farms are being built 20 minutes from my house by meta
• 14:38
  Facebook by Google by Amazon and and we're talking huge huge long like buildings a quarter mile long
• 14:47
  and there are six stories high and they're just full of computer racks that store our bits and
• 14:51
  bytes of data so Google has about 29 of these type of centers around the world 28 or 29
• 14:57
  but the development is so fast for example in the area and I just was reading some things as we're
• 15:06
  getting ready for this uh this talk today the development in biological systems and and using AI
• 15:17
  and biological systems to do things like gene editing and gene coding and altering DNA
• 15:24
  and this is CRISPR technology but now it's being able to be done at an industrial scale very
• 15:30
  quickly the example the best example would be the three-dimensional mapping of proteins
• 15:38
  that used to take on average one PhD scientist would work for five years full time
• 15:46
  to do a three-dimensional mapping of a biological protein of which there are about 200 million
• 15:53
  without which life would not exist and they figure if they can get the three-dimensional
• 15:57
  structure of it down then they can alter these very quickly and they would use that AI
• 16:04
  so once they figured out how to do it they were able to map all 200 biological proteins
• 16:11
  literally in a matter of days so what took so if you take 200 million proteins and five years
• 16:19
  of PhD time that's a billion years of PhD time that they were able to reduce down to a number of
• 16:26
  days and these things this thing is growing very very rapidly there was an article in the Wall
• 16:31
  Street Journal that I sent you and this is not even what we call a quantum computer but it's just a
• 16:39
  a supercomputer the supercomputer they have this is done at the Argonne National Laboratory
• 16:46
  near Chicago they have a super super computer there it fits the size of 210s course
• 16:53
  but it's able to do one quadrillion calculations in a second that's a billion billion
• 17:02
  one with 18 zeros after it can do one second and they think that they're going to get
• 17:06
  very quickly get to well be able to do two quadrillion but that's just as the super computer level
• 17:12
  they're developing quantum computers and they're making pretty good progress on that we don't
• 17:18
  know when that will roll out but those computers will be able to do many thousands or millions of
• 17:25
  times the calculations of these super computers wow that will essentially render anything that's
• 17:31
  encrypted will be able to be broken because the computers can go through all the different
• 17:36
  calculations so quickly and find the key to unlock encryption so this this is a big concern and
• 17:43
  the question is where is it in the hands now the Biden the Biden administration as I call it came
• 17:50
  out with some proposed regulations recently on regulating AI but I'm not so sure that having the
• 17:58
  that administration regulating something like this is good but the question that is David
• 18:07
  who's controlling all the other countries is anybody doing anything about them we were talking
• 18:13
  before we started about G's visit to San Francisco yeah San Francisco turned red pretty quick
• 18:21
  the streets lined with Chinese flags as they welcomed the dictator and they cleaned up the
• 18:28
  they cleaned up the town okay I was there a few years ago it was a mess you know they they
• 18:33
  cleaned up which which kind of shows well they could have cleaned it up all along anyway if they
• 18:38
  just put a little effort into it so what do they what do we pay in people for there but then the
• 18:43
  other troubling thing was that 400 business leaders stood and gave this dictator this absolute
• 18:52
  dictator the controls everything in China a standing ovation and then but then if you criticize them
• 18:58
  oh you're just you know you're a bigot or something like that this this is this is really important
• 19:05
  stuff and so at the same time that he's doing that you know there's this concern that
• 19:11
  uh we have in the United States well with a couple things fentanyl a lot of which is manufactured
• 19:18
  through Chinese controlled projects and cartels and you know David last year we had a hundred
• 19:25
  thousand people die of fentanyl overdoses in the United States that that's I remember what the
• 19:33
  world I grew up in the Vietnam warrior you know I was very close to getting drafted when they
• 19:38
  stopped the draft in 1972 or 73 but you know I know a lot of people who who went to Vietnam and
• 19:47
  never came back I think we lost 55,000 soldiers in Vietnam in a decade we're losing twice that each
• 19:56
  year in the United States from fentanyl and you don't hear a lot about it you know but the other
• 20:02
  thing that the Chinese have developed is look the Chinese know how to control control us and they've
• 20:08
  developed this social media platform called TikTok I refuse to what I've not downloaded it
• 20:14
  if you have it if your kids have it you need to get rid of it you need to get it off of their phones
• 20:19
  their iPads or computers whatever because it's it's described best described is digital fentanyl
• 20:27
  so somehow in conjunction with this visit of G to the United States TikTok
• 20:36
  their algorithms caused the letter of Osama bin Laden that was written back in I don't know it kind
• 20:46
  of came to surface and after 9-11 attacks and in 2001 and now it's being taken off a lot of
• 20:54
  platforms today that's because the algorithms are changing but there's all these TikTok videos all
• 21:00
  these people putting on things like I didn't understand how smart Osama bin Laden was I didn't
• 21:04
  understand I've started reading the Quran I didn't understand how feminists the Quran is how
• 21:12
  protective of women that the Quran is I mean I've seen these videos today what this is all yeah I
• 21:18
  know it's it's wow and it's all young people yeah and it just you know and so the the West you
• 21:27
  know we're the white oppressors everything we do that's good is we're oppressors and everything that
• 21:31
  has just somebody else is because we've oppressed them and there's never any exceptions to this
• 21:37
  and this is how they're being trained but I'm just saying is here we have all these people
• 21:43
  cow-towing to to G of China who's the that had his people remember it was about 2019
• 21:51
  there used to be a very famous guy named Jack Ma in China very wealthy multi billionaire
• 21:57
  and G decided he was becoming too powerful and it wasn't serving the purpose of the Chinese Communist
• 22:03
  Party so Jack Ma has been not completely disappeared but he's been very minimalized by G
• 22:13
  because G wants to control he controls everything now that's problematic for China but so today as
• 22:21
  he's in as he's in the US for these meetings TikTok releases this causes this Osama bin Laden
• 22:28
  letter to go viral on its platform so everybody's reading it and what does it say it says essentially
• 22:35
  the Jews are the problems the Jews cause all the problems in the world everything is caused by the Jews
• 22:42
  all the wars are caused by the Jews pornography Hollywood all that stuff and look there are
• 22:48
  a lot of Jewish people involved in these things I don't doubt that but that's not what
• 22:53
  the narrative is becoming so what we started with with the war between Israel and Hamas that's
• 23:01
  going on right now we sort of circle back to we talk about AI and all of a sudden we end up
• 23:08
  back with this narrative about the Jews and so everything's this giant circle where everything
• 23:15
  is connected now that we see so what Kurzweil is doing in the development of these technological
• 23:22
  platforms is very scary they're very powerful we know that there is coming this thing in the
• 23:30
  latter days called the Mark of the Beast that seems to have some kind of technology associated with
• 23:37
  we don't know exactly what that is but it will be used to control and enforce the rule of the
• 23:44
  anti-Christ in his sidekick the false prophet but understand that when that happens that happens
• 23:52
  after a thing in the latter part of human history the 70 what I call the 73th week of Daniel
• 23:58
  there's a thing that Jesus referenced in Matthew chapter 24 the abomination of desolation
• 24:03
  and it's after the abomination of desolation that this Mark of the Beast has rolled out but it's
• 24:09
  not going to happen in the way that the anti-Christ and false prophet after the abomination
• 24:15
  of desolation they'll sit down and they say well maybe we can crowdfund you know a 200 billion
• 24:20
  dollars to invest in some kind of technological platform to control humanity that's not the way
• 24:27
  that this is going to happen this is going to happen they're just going to flip the switch so all of
• 24:32
  the infrastructure and things that need to be in place are going to be in place I described the
• 24:40
  server farm once I was with a friend good Bible prophecy guy and I I was describing to Ben
• 24:48
  as his name I described to Ben what I was seeing as I was driving by these server farms in New
• 24:53
  Albany Ohio and what they did and describing what they did and he said that's the mind of the
• 24:58
  the beast and I think that one of the things we need to understand is how does technology fit into
• 25:04
  this final beast empire and I think it's going to play a very significant role we see X controlling a
• 25:12
  lot of things they want to develop a payment system everybody wants to develop a payment system
• 25:18
  and when Netanyahu came to the US before the UN meetings back in September just a couple
• 25:24
  months ago he had a meeting with Elon Musk next tag mark it was one of the big AI pioneers
• 25:32
  Elon Musk and a guy named Brockman from AI and Brockman from Open AI Open AI which is a company that
• 25:39
  Elon Musk helped found but left because he thought it was being quote too commercial
• 25:44
  he he said that Brockman said that you know Kurzweil is the guy who understands where all
• 25:50
  this is going and Elon Musk would never really said before what he thought he said yeah I agree
• 25:57
  Kurzweil is the guy so this is all developing and then Elon Musk and his company called x.ai
• 26:08
  you could look it up on the internet x.ai and you'll see that they're sort of bringing this out as a
• 26:15
  based on the hitchhiker's guy a book called the hitchhiker's guide to the universe
• 26:20
  and what this AI that they envision will do and Open AI's now said we have another one coming out
• 26:26
  it's going to be more powerful than anything you've seen before it's going to wow you x.ai is going
• 26:32
  to do that it's it's in nobody's nobody's going to control us this is the thing it's the genie is
• 26:40
  out of the bottle and it's it's not it's just a question of when it reaches these
• 26:49
  touring tests that they talked about in that article yeah and it courage people to check out
• 26:54
  the article they're talking about our salvation being digital and it says exactly what kind of
• 27:00
  God would AI be and it talks about the spiritual dimension creating our own God creating a God in
• 27:06
