This rare, 5-foot-tall titan — native to Sumatra and with fewer than a thousand left in the wild — emits a foul, rotting flesh scent to lure pollinators, so potent some can’t even stand it for long. After a 10-month wait, it’s growing fast, adding over two feet in ten days. Garden hours are extended, with early access for members and late-night viewing — peak smell? Evening. This bloom might not happen again…
