- 0:00Speaker 1: Three things you.
- 0:02Speaker 2: Well, good morning, here we go Monday morning, just getting
- 0:06Speaker 2: things started over here.
- 0:07Speaker 3: Ricky Sanchez has those three things.
- 0:09Speaker 4: The nominees for the Critics' Choice Awards are out. Ryan
- 0:12Speaker 4: Coogler Sinners led the films at seventeen nods, and Netflix
- 0:16Speaker 4: series Adolescents top the television categories.
- 0:19Speaker 1: With six total nods.
- 0:20Speaker 4: Wicket for Good earned seven nominations, but shocked everyone because
- 0:24Speaker 4: Cynthia Rivo was left out of the Best Actress category.
- 0:28Speaker 4: Ariana Grande did get a Supporting Actress nomination, though. K
- 0:31Speaker 4: Pop Demon Hunters was nominated under the Animated Feature along
- 0:35Speaker 4: with Zutopia two, which has broken records in the box office.
- 0:39Speaker 4: Both broke records in their respective areas, so Zutopia two
- 0:43Speaker 4: came out in theaters. K Pop Demon Hunters was top
- 0:46Speaker 4: of the list on Netflix for what feels like the
- 0:48Speaker 4: entire year at this point, so that's gonna be an
- 0:51Speaker 4: interesting category. Some of keV and I our favorites are nominated,
- 0:55Speaker 4: like Severance, The pit Ervish, Nobody Wants This, The Studio,
- 1:00Speaker 4: and Abbott Elementary are all on the list. The thirty
- 1:02Speaker 4: first Critics' Choice Awards will air January fourth of next
- 1:05Speaker 4: year on e. We're getting a new entertainment venue on
- 1:09Speaker 4: the in the third Avenue space that was last home
- 1:12Speaker 4: to Layer Cake.
- 1:14Speaker 1: I've been wondering what was going to happen with this space.
- 1:16Speaker 1: Layer Cake was such.
- 1:17Speaker 4: A cool idea. I really sad that it didn't work out.
- 1:20Speaker 4: But the four story building is expected to open in
- 1:22Speaker 4: June and feature a yet to be announced celebrity partner.
- 1:26Speaker 4: So we'll see who they end up tacking on to
- 1:28Speaker 4: that and what it's going to be named.
- 1:30Speaker 1: Real big bummer that Layer Cake.
- 1:31Speaker 4: Went out of business, but it seems to be happening
- 1:33Speaker 4: a lot around Nashville. So this is your reminder to
- 1:36Speaker 4: go out and support the businesses here, especially if you
- 1:39Speaker 4: know any businesses that are local to Nashville, because it's
- 1:42Speaker 4: really hard for small businesses right now here in Nashville.
- 1:45Speaker 1: And this is the.
- 1:46Speaker 4: Time on Christmas Day where stress peaks. According to a
- 1:50Speaker 4: new survey, Christmas Day stress reaches its max fairly early
- 1:55Speaker 4: in the day, so around twelve twenty seven pm is
- 1:59Speaker 4: when you are the most stressed. I found that the
- 2:02Speaker 4: most of the people are really stressed because they don't
- 2:05Speaker 4: have any rest or relaxation on Christmas Day and they're
- 2:08Speaker 4: realizing that, oh my god, this is what the rest
- 2:10Speaker 4: of the day looks like.
- 2:11Speaker 2: The rest of the day, not only the rest of
- 2:13Speaker 2: the day, but like the next week and a half. Yes,
- 2:15Speaker 2: Like it's just a void between school, yeah, between Christmas
- 2:20Speaker 2: and when you go back to school and work.
- 2:21Speaker 3: It's just like, what are we doing to fill this time?
- 2:23Speaker 4: Twenty one percent of people in this survey said that
- 2:26Speaker 4: they only get a half hour of genuine peace and.
- 2:29Speaker 1: Quiet all day.
- 2:30Speaker 3: Wow.
- 2:31Speaker 1: Rough.
- 2:32Speaker 4: So if there's anyone out there who's going to visit
- 2:34Speaker 4: their parents or family, just keep that in mind.
- 2:36Speaker 1: You're all stressed, it's not just one of you.
- 2:39Speaker 4: Maybe that'll help the ease I guess the pain of
- 2:42Speaker 4: the holidays a little bit more, Amrique Sanchez, And those
- 2:45Speaker 4: are the three things you need to know.
- 2:46Speaker 3: Well, thank you so much, Ricky.
- 2:48Speaker 2: We're getting back into the music with Shaboozie. We were
- 2:50Speaker 2: playing Pick your Package again this week. We are about
- 2:53Speaker 2: ten minutes away from asking it a call to play
- 2:55Speaker 2: the game.
- 2:55Speaker 3: Lots of good stuff under the tree. I'll get it.
- 3:00Speaker 5: We're a package on.
- 3:02Speaker 2: Oh ho ho, here we go. We're playing the game
- 3:05Speaker 2: Pick your Package. Week two of Pick Your Package. You're
- 3:08Speaker 2: say good morning, to Christina in Gallatin.
- 3:10Speaker 6: Hi, Christina, Hi, how are you guys doing today?
- 3:12Speaker 1: We're good, We're good. It's Monday, so you know, as
- 3:15Speaker 1: good as you could be on a Monday.
- 3:16Speaker 5: Oh.
- 3:16Speaker 3: I know.
- 3:17Speaker 7: I'm on my way to work right now.
- 3:18Speaker 1: What do you do for work, Christina, I'm.
- 3:20Speaker 7: The general manager of Kiki's Breakfast Cafe.
- 3:23Speaker 1: Ooh, do you guys have good burritos? Sorry? I got
- 3:26Speaker 1: really excited about burritos.
- 3:28Speaker 7: We do have breakfast burritos.
- 3:30Speaker 3: Is this in Gallatin?
- 3:32Speaker 7: Yeah, it's in Gallatin.
- 3:33Speaker 2: Okay, everybody go say hi to Christina in Gallaton this morning.
- 3:35Speaker 2: Get a breakfast burrito.
- 3:38Speaker 4: Christina, do you know how this game works? Have you
- 3:39Speaker 4: played Pick your Package? Or at least listen to Pick
- 3:41Speaker 4: your Package before?
- 3:42Speaker 7: I listened every year, and I've always tried to call
- 3:44Speaker 7: in to win.
- 3:45Speaker 1: Oh my gosh, how exciting.
- 3:46Speaker 4: All right, so you know that you have a number
- 3:49Speaker 4: one through thirty two that you got to pick. You
- 3:51Speaker 4: know that a bunch of them are already gone. So
- 3:53Speaker 4: if you pick a number that's already been taken, you're
- 3:55Speaker 4: kind of out of luck. But if you pick one
- 3:57Speaker 4: that hasn't, then we'll see how this goes.
- 3:59Speaker 1: How's that sound.
- 4:00Speaker 7: That's great.
- 4:01Speaker 3: All right, go ahead and give us a number.
- 4:04Speaker 7: I'm gonna go with twenty nine.
- 4:06Speaker 3: Twenty nine is still in play. Okay, we're grabbing it
- 4:08Speaker 3: under the tree.
- 4:11Speaker 4: Twenty nine is the hairy belly apron.
- 4:19Speaker 7: I think I'm gonna put it back.
- 4:20Speaker 4: You're gonna put it back, Okay. Zach's gonna be very
- 4:23Speaker 4: upset when I tell him that he really wants that
- 4:25Speaker 4: hairy belly paper.
- 4:26Speaker 1: It's actually maybe we'll be excited.
- 4:28Speaker 8: So we're gonna put that back.
- 4:29Speaker 4: That's number twenty nine for anybody playing along, you have
- 4:31Speaker 4: a number, another number to pick. Go ahead, Christina, I'm
- 4:35Speaker 4: gonna go with.
- 4:37Speaker 3: Two two.
- 4:42Speaker 1: Oh a switch light.
- 4:44Speaker 2: Oh perfect, that's a great one, nice.
- 4:47Speaker 4: John, beautiful, So much better than the Harry belly apron.
- 4:51Speaker 9: Yeah, sorry, Zach, I would.
- 4:53Speaker 2: Like to see your daughter's reaction to opening up a
- 4:55Speaker 2: hairy belly apron on Christmas morning though.
- 4:57Speaker 3: That'd be fun.
- 4:58Speaker 7: If I got that, I would I should probably give
- 5:00Speaker 7: it to one of my cook Oh yeah, and make
- 5:03Speaker 7: them wear it.
- 5:04Speaker 3: That's a good call. Well, congratulations, the switch light is
- 5:07Speaker 3: a good one. You're you're leaving with a good one here.
- 5:09Speaker 3: Thank you for calling and playing and you have a
- 5:10Speaker 3: great day, Christina.
- 5:11Speaker 7: Thank you you guys too, all.
- 5:13Speaker 1: Right, handle I love Okay.
- 5:15Speaker 3: Nine to twenty this morning is your next chance to play.
- 5:17Speaker 2: And like Ricky said, for anybody keeping track, number twenty
- 5:20Speaker 2: nine is the Harry Belly.
- 5:22Speaker 4: Apron and maybe you really want that, So maybe that's
- 5:24Speaker 4: going to be your first pick.
- 5:25Speaker 1: That's totally fine, only a little bit of judgment.
- 5:27Speaker 9: Color.
- 5:30Speaker 4: Wake up happy with Ricky, Zach and Mano in the morning.
- 5:34Speaker 1: On the river.
- 5:37Speaker 2: Ricky, are you ready to play another round of is Kevin,
- 5:39Speaker 2: Mano and Old Man?
- 5:40Speaker 1: I'm always ready.
- 5:43Speaker 2: All right, it's time to play the game, Ricky's favorite game.
- 5:47Speaker 3: I made a purchase yesterday. And I feel like you're
- 5:49Speaker 3: gonna make fun of me, But you're.
- 5:50Speaker 2: Sort of the arbiter of how old I am at
- 5:53Speaker 2: any time that I can make fun of you, specifically.
- 5:55Speaker 1: For being old, that's the greatest gift you could ever
- 5:58Speaker 1: give me.
- 5:58Speaker 2: I brought something with me to work today. I will
- 6:01Speaker 2: show you what it is, the thing that I bought.
- 6:02Speaker 2: I you have it, I have it, I have it.
- 6:04Speaker 3: I brought it.
- 6:05Speaker 2: I'll show you an next and you can tell me,
- 6:06Speaker 2: on a scale of one to ten, how old I am. Oh,
- 6:08Speaker 2: I already feel like I know what it's gonna be Ricky,
- 6:11Speaker 2: Zach and Meno in the morning.
- 6:14Speaker 4: I'm so excited to play this game on one O
- 6:17Speaker 4: seven five of the River. And it's a game mostly
- 6:20Speaker 4: just for me to play, but it's is Kevin mano old.
- 6:25Speaker 3: Yeah, Ricky likes to call me an old man.
- 6:27Speaker 2: And I made a purchase yesterday and while I was
- 6:29Speaker 2: grabbing it off at the shelf at the store, I
- 6:32Speaker 2: was like, God, I'm so happy Ricky's not.
- 6:33Speaker 3: Here to see this.
- 6:35Speaker 1: But now you're telling me.
- 6:36Speaker 3: I know, I know, I'm on a transparency is key.
- 6:39Speaker 1: You know, I think you're just a glutton for punishment.
- 6:41Speaker 3: If you can't laugh at yourself. Here we go. I'm
- 6:43Speaker 3: gonna grab right here. I brought it to work, Ricky,
- 6:45Speaker 3: So have you brought it with s gale one to ten?
- 6:46Speaker 3: You tell me how old man this is?
- 6:48Speaker 9: Okay?
- 6:48Speaker 1: Okay? And you felt old buying this very.
- 6:51Speaker 2: Yes, Doctor Schulz prevent pain protective insults for my shoes, okay, okay.
- 6:57Speaker 4: So normally I would say, because I love to call
- 7:01Speaker 4: you old, I'd say that's a ten.
- 7:02Speaker 1: But it's not because I buy those two do yes?
- 7:06Speaker 5: Oh?
- 7:07Speaker 3: So it's really good.
- 7:08Speaker 1: Oh my lord, it's really just like a six.
- 7:10Speaker 3: Okay, good. I feel so much better about that.
- 7:12Speaker 4: I've never bought these before, like really flat feet and
- 7:16Speaker 4: like terrible support.
- 7:18Speaker 1: So I buy so.
- 7:19Speaker 4: Many different types of inserts, especially for my heels, and
- 7:22Speaker 4: I have to wear heels almost all the time as
- 7:24Speaker 4: I'm four.
- 7:24Speaker 1: To eleven, so I'm constantly buying them.
- 7:26Speaker 2: These are more expensive than I thought they'd be, too,
- 7:28Speaker 2: They're kind of pricey.
- 7:29Speaker 1: They're very pricey. I got the having the flat feet.
- 7:32Speaker 2: I got it from my running shoes, because when I
- 7:34Speaker 2: run sometimes I can I feel forty two in my knees,
- 7:37Speaker 2: and so I figured this would be a maybe a
- 7:38Speaker 2: good place to start, you know.
- 7:40Speaker 4: Yeah, those will make you feel like, you know, thirty
- 7:42Speaker 4: seven in your ow perfect, which is worth it?
- 7:44Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 7:45Speaker 5: Great?
- 7:45Speaker 3: You know what I realized yesterday though.
- 7:47Speaker 2: Another thing that I do that I never feel as
- 7:49Speaker 2: old as I do when I pull my phone out
- 7:51Speaker 2: of my back pocket and the flashlight is on, especially
- 7:54Speaker 2: if somebody is there to tell me, hey, your flashlight
- 7:56Speaker 2: is on.
- 7:57Speaker 1: That's old. Oh that's a tag. I know.
- 7:59Speaker 4: The doctor's so inserts for your shoes six seven, But
- 8:03Speaker 4: the other one tenvy.
- 8:05Speaker 1: Yeah, you see what I did there?
- 8:06Speaker 2: I liked it well good. I feel so much better
- 8:08Speaker 2: about myself. Thank you, Ricky.
- 8:09Speaker 3: This has been a fun round of is Kevin manold you.
- 8:11Speaker 1: Weren't expecting that word.
- 8:12Speaker 3: No, I was not.
- 8:14Speaker 2: Three things you need to know all right, a bit
- 8:16Speaker 2: past seven o'clock here on this Monday morning.
- 8:18Speaker 3: Thank you for starting the week with us. Ricky's got
- 8:20Speaker 3: those three things.
- 8:21Speaker 4: Ariana Grande is just as confused as anyone else about
- 8:25Speaker 4: the use of use of six seven. So during her
- 8:28Speaker 4: Actors on Actors interview with Adam Sandler, he mentions doing
- 8:31Speaker 4: six or seven emotional shots like emotional takes back to
- 8:35Speaker 4: back to which she like reacted with shock and then concern,
- 8:39Speaker 4: and everyone on the internet took it as her reaction
- 8:42Speaker 4: to six seven, like her thinking like.
- 8:43Speaker 1: Ha ha, you said six to seven.
- 8:45Speaker 4: But she commented on the video and said I'm scared
- 8:49Speaker 4: what is six seven and then later followed it up
- 8:52Speaker 4: with I don't want to know. Actually, don't tell me
- 8:54Speaker 4: what it is. Love you all enjoy. She was like, JK,
- 8:57Speaker 4: leave me out of this. I have no idea what
- 8:59Speaker 4: you guys are talking about. But turns out Ariana Grande
- 9:02Speaker 4: just as confused as everyone else. They really are just
- 9:05Speaker 4: like us.
- 9:06Speaker 1: These are the.
- 9:07Speaker 4: Things people in Nashville googled the most this year. Last
- 9:10Speaker 4: week I shared with you some of the things that
- 9:12Speaker 4: we were all obsessed with this year based on Google's
- 9:14Speaker 4: year and search for twenty twenty five. But now I
- 9:16Speaker 4: have more specific things here in the Nashville area that
- 9:19Speaker 4: we were obsessed with. Taylor Swift's Wood was the number
- 9:22Speaker 4: one trending song for searches in Nashville this year.
- 9:25Speaker 1: Nashvillians were most.
- 9:27Speaker 4: Interested in securing tickets to NBA Young Boys Make America
- 9:30Speaker 4: Slime Again Tour, which makes sense because he performed a
- 9:33Speaker 4: sold out crowd at Bridgetown Arena on October sixteenth, And
- 9:37Speaker 4: much like Ariana Grande and the rest of America, we
- 9:40Speaker 4: also all wanted to know what.
- 9:42Speaker 1: The heck six seven meant because that.
- 9:44Speaker 4: Was the most searched for slang words and the top
- 9:48Speaker 4: three most common gifts that kids want for the holidays
- 9:51Speaker 4: this year.
- 9:51Speaker 1: I have a list.
- 9:52Speaker 4: Toys and games are at fifty four percent, so that's
- 9:55Speaker 4: the biggest most wanted things that kids want. So that
- 9:58Speaker 4: includes Barbie's fidget, to Legos or slime electronics. In tech
- 10:03Speaker 4: came at forty seven percent, so you know they really
- 10:06Speaker 4: want it. iPhone seventeen, Aim and high there, Nintendo Switch
- 10:10Speaker 4: and Apple Watch. Even our rings, which I was shocked. Kids, Yeah, shocked,
- 10:15Speaker 4: kids want or rings. And I wonder if it's like
- 10:18Speaker 4: because they're actually curious about their health or if they
- 10:20Speaker 4: just think it's.
- 10:20Speaker 1: A cool thing that mom has.
- 10:22Speaker 4: But kids are into or rings for some reason. And
- 10:24Speaker 4: then to round out the top three was entertainment at
- 10:26Speaker 4: thirty two percent.
- 10:27Speaker 1: Which makes me really happy.
- 10:28Speaker 4: So tickets to concerts, sporting events, music festivals, things like that.
- 10:32Speaker 1: Kids want to.
- 10:33Speaker 4: Go and actually experience things. I'm Ricky Sanchez and those
- 10:37Speaker 4: are the three things.
- 10:37Speaker 1: You need to know.
- 10:38Speaker 3: Thank you, Ricky.
- 10:38Speaker 2: To tie it all together real quick, one thing on
- 10:40Speaker 2: my son's Christmas list is a six to seven plushy
- 10:43Speaker 2: ah six seven.
- 10:45Speaker 1: There you go.
- 10:45Speaker 3: Okay, thanks Ricky. Here's that looks more and we have
- 10:47Speaker 3: a fact for him.
- 10:48Speaker 5: One O seven five The River, Ricky, Zach and Mennow
- 10:52Speaker 5: in the morning.
- 10:53Speaker 4: Zach's out today, but we're still doing Zach's fax on
- 10:55Speaker 4: one O seven five of the River.
- 10:56Speaker 1: Take it away, Kevin Mano.
- 10:57Speaker 3: I'm doing this one, Ricky. I thought you of all
- 11:00Speaker 3: people would think it's cute. A group of pugs is
- 11:03Speaker 3: called a grumble.
- 11:05Speaker 1: Stop it right now? Is that real?
- 11:07Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 11:07Speaker 2: In Holland, a pug is called a mop shand, which
- 11:10Speaker 2: means too grumble. And I think the grumble is a
- 11:12Speaker 2: great word for the noise the pugs are constantly making.
- 11:15Speaker 1: Really is because they can't breathe very well, those.
- 11:18Speaker 4: Poor little guys.
- 11:18Speaker 2: Yeah, this got sad, But pugs are always grumbling, so
- 11:21Speaker 2: a group of them is called a grumble.
- 11:23Speaker 3: And the pugs for Christmas, No, that's the no. You
- 11:27Speaker 3: should not have none.
- 11:28Speaker 1: I want that for Christmas. It's on my legs.
- 11:30Speaker 5: One oh seven five the River, Ricky, Zach and Mennow
- 11:34Speaker 5: in the morning.
- 11:35Speaker 1: I'm looking for some gift giving advice right now on
- 11:37Speaker 1: one oh seven five of the River.
- 11:39Speaker 4: It's really hard for me to buy gifts for my
- 11:42Speaker 4: mom because my mom is that typical mom who does
- 11:45Speaker 4: the I don't need anything, don't buy any do waste
- 11:48Speaker 4: your money, and then it's so hard to.
- 11:50Speaker 1: Find something for her.
- 11:52Speaker 4: This year, I figured I have been listening to her
- 11:55Speaker 4: NonStop talk about how she wants to start working out again,
- 11:58Speaker 4: she wants to get back into that routine she hates
- 12:01Speaker 4: that she doesn't like do anything or get any movement in.
- 12:04Speaker 4: So I was like, oh, great idea, I'll buy her
- 12:07Speaker 4: a walking pad, which are those like electronic things that
- 12:09Speaker 4: you put underneath.
- 12:10Speaker 2: You can fit them underneath your desk, okay, yeah, yeah.
- 12:12Speaker 1: Or like take them with you wherever you need to go.
- 12:14Speaker 4: And I was like, that would be a really good
- 12:16Speaker 4: one for hecause while she's at work, she can also.
- 12:18Speaker 3: Walk a little bit of mobility there, you, yes.
- 12:20Speaker 1: Instead of sitting around like she keeps complaining about.
- 12:22Speaker 4: And then I said that to someone and they gave
- 12:24Speaker 4: me this look of horror.
- 12:26Speaker 2: I get that, like you don't. That's a tough thing
- 12:29Speaker 2: to give. Is something fitness related? Because you're kind of
- 12:32Speaker 2: saying like, hey, you're out of shape?
- 12:34Speaker 1: So is it rude if I buy my mom a
- 12:36Speaker 1: walking pad?
- 12:36Speaker 4: I thought it was totally fine until this person looked
- 12:38Speaker 4: at me like I was insane.
- 12:40Speaker 2: Yeah. I have my thoughts, I really do, But let's
- 12:42Speaker 2: open it up. Six one five, seven, three seven nine
- 12:44Speaker 2: one oh seven. A walking pad or any sort of
- 12:47Speaker 2: fitness related gift, is it a good idea or a
- 12:50Speaker 2: bad idea? Six one five, seven, three seven nine one
- 12:52Speaker 2: o seven Let us know help rick one oh seven
- 12:55Speaker 2: five the River.
- 12:56Speaker 5: Ricky, Zach and Mannow in the more, Ricky needs some help.
- 13:00Speaker 2: It's one of seven five of the River. She wants
- 13:01Speaker 2: to buy her mom a walking pad for Christmas because
- 13:04Speaker 2: her mom talks about how.
- 13:05Speaker 1: She's She keeps bringing it up to me.
- 13:07Speaker 2: She needs more exercise and stuff, so's be a good idea.
- 13:10Speaker 2: But giving somebody something fitness related is kind of a
- 13:14Speaker 2: tricky thing to do. So Annalsee and Springfield, what are
- 13:16Speaker 2: your thoughts here?
- 13:17Speaker 6: I actually love it. So I started graduate school and
- 13:21Speaker 6: for my birthday I actually asked for a walking pad
- 13:25Speaker 6: and my best friend's bought me one, and it is
- 13:27Speaker 6: my most used item now. So I highly recommend it,
- 13:32Speaker 6: especially if the family members already brought up potentially wanting one,
- 13:36Speaker 6: then I say go for it.
- 13:38Speaker 4: Okay, See, my mom, I don't think knows that these exist,
- 13:41Speaker 4: but she keeps.
- 13:41Speaker 1: Bringing out the fact that she wants to get active again.
- 13:44Speaker 4: She hates that she's not moving around and she works
- 13:47Speaker 4: a lot, so I figured this is kind of like
- 13:49Speaker 4: best at both worlds.
- 13:50Speaker 1: While she's at her desk, she can walk on the
- 13:51Speaker 1: walking pad.
- 13:52Speaker 4: But when I said this to my one friend the
- 13:53Speaker 4: other day she looked at me like I was the
- 13:56Speaker 4: worst person ever.
- 13:57Speaker 1: She was like, I don't know if that's a good idea.
- 14:00Speaker 6: No, I think it's perfect. And you can also bring
- 14:02Speaker 6: up the fact that, like I like to put mine
- 14:04Speaker 6: in front of the TV and do it while watching
- 14:06Speaker 6: my favorite TV, so outside of also do it and
- 14:09Speaker 6: while studying. So I think there's multiple purposes. And I
- 14:12Speaker 6: feel like if you have a good relationship with your mom,
- 14:14Speaker 6: she won't take it that way, and you can just
- 14:16Speaker 6: kind of open it up and be like, you can
- 14:17Speaker 6: use this a variety of ways.
- 14:19Speaker 7: So I think it's great.
- 14:20Speaker 2: Yeah, And in case anybody's not familiar, walking pad is
- 14:23Speaker 2: kind of like a little tiny treadmill, like a treadmill
- 14:25Speaker 2: the size of a yoga mat that just sits on
- 14:27Speaker 2: the ground.
- 14:28Speaker 4: Yes, exactly right. It's pretty convenient and antalyast. I like
- 14:31Speaker 4: the way that you're phrasing this. I feel like I'm
- 14:33Speaker 4: back on board with buying the walking pad as of
- 14:34Speaker 4: right now.
- 14:36Speaker 9: Highly recommend to analysts.
- 14:37Speaker 3: Have a great day. We appreciate your input.
- 14:39Speaker 8: Thank you too, My love Sandra.
- 14:42Speaker 1: Tell us what you think about this? Is it a
- 14:43Speaker 1: good idea that I buy? My mom?
- 14:45Speaker 4: A walking pad like a treadmill for under her desk
- 14:48Speaker 4: or is this a rude item to buy for Christmas?
- 14:50Speaker 9: No, I think it's a great idea, especially since she
- 14:53Speaker 9: told you she was looking for, you know, to work
- 14:55Speaker 9: out and stuff. And by the way, while somebody else
- 14:59Speaker 9: telling you that it's a bad idea, they had a
- 15:01Speaker 9: bad experience. Let me tell you something. That's the same
- 15:04Speaker 9: thing as if you tell somebody, oh, I have hard
- 15:06Speaker 9: blood pressure on high cholesterol and they go, oh, yeah,
- 15:09Speaker 9: I had an aunt that had that and she died.
- 15:11Speaker 1: You're not wrong about that.
- 15:13Speaker 4: It doesn't really help to kind of add on to
- 15:15Speaker 4: something in a negative way.
- 15:17Speaker 9: Well, you know, because if you can't contribute it in
- 15:19Speaker 9: a positive way. I mean, if you don't think it's
- 15:21Speaker 9: a good idea to buy that, then just say, oh
- 15:23Speaker 9: I don't want to go for it.
- 15:25Speaker 1: Yeah, hey, I like you. I like that. So far
- 15:27Speaker 1: everybody's on board and thinks it's a good gift.
- 15:30Speaker 9: Just just do it. She'll appreciate it.
- 15:32Speaker 3: Good call. It was always lovely to talk.
- 15:36Speaker 1: We love you bye see.
- 15:38Speaker 2: I think it's okay for your mom. I think it'd
- 15:40Speaker 2: be a little harder for like a friend or something.
- 15:43Speaker 2: But since it's your mom and you guys, you know,
- 15:45Speaker 2: tell each other anything that is.
- 15:47Speaker 3: A good gift.
- 15:47Speaker 4: Yeah, my mom and I are pretty close, so I
- 15:49Speaker 4: felt like it wouldn't be that bad. But that friend
- 15:52Speaker 4: really made me second guess with a process friend. And
- 15:57Speaker 4: I don't blame her, but she could have seen the face.
- 15:59Speaker 1: She gave me.
- 16:00Speaker 5: Ricky is Zach and Manno in the morning on.
- 16:05Speaker 1: Robin and Shelbyville. Welcome to one oh seven five the River.
- 16:08Speaker 4: Do you think it's rude if I buy my mom
- 16:10Speaker 4: a walking pad for Christmas?
- 16:12Speaker 8: I'm probably close to the same age as your mom,
- 16:15Speaker 8: and no, I do not. I think if it's put
- 16:18Speaker 8: to not getting fit but rather getting healthy, yes, anybody,
- 16:23Speaker 8: any science can be healthy.
- 16:25Speaker 3: Yeah, okay, I like.
- 16:26Speaker 1: The freak and that's her thing.
- 16:27Speaker 4: She wants to feel healthy again because she hasn't been
- 16:30Speaker 4: getting active, and she, I think, is thinking about it
- 16:33Speaker 4: more and more now that she has a grandson, of like,
- 16:36Speaker 4: she can't keep up with him. He's gonna be five
- 16:38Speaker 4: in February and he runs around like crazy, and she's like,
- 16:41Speaker 4: I just can't keep up with him. I need to
- 16:42Speaker 4: like start actually being active again.
- 16:45Speaker 8: I think it's a great idea.
- 16:46Speaker 3: I agree.
- 16:47Speaker 5: Good.
- 16:48Speaker 1: I love this. Thank you so much, Robin.
- 16:50Speaker 4: Everybody seems to agree that it's a good idea, so
- 16:51Speaker 4: I think I'm gonna buy it.
- 16:53Speaker 8: I have a wonderful day, you too, Love.
- 16:55Speaker 2: I think you might be like encouraging a lot of
- 16:57Speaker 2: people to buy walking pads. I didn't really know what
- 17:00Speaker 2: a walking pad was, but now I want to get one.
- 17:02Speaker 2: We have a treadmill, but I want one for like
- 17:03Speaker 2: the living room so I can do it while in
- 17:05Speaker 2: the house watching TV.
- 17:06Speaker 4: Yeah, I've thought about buying one literally for this studio,
- 17:10Speaker 4: so that I could use it while I'm doing my work,
- 17:12Speaker 4: because it's just super convenient and it is a really
- 17:15Speaker 4: great way to kind of fit in the time to
- 17:17Speaker 4: be active.
- 17:18Speaker 2: Now, I want tips on like the best quiet walking pads,
- 17:21Speaker 2: because if we could all have them in the studio
- 17:23Speaker 2: and just, you know, walk while we're doing our show, I.
- 17:24Speaker 3: Would love that.
- 17:26Speaker 4: Okay, everybody, send you your request, send your ideas.
- 17:30Speaker 1: If you have a walking pad one you love, send
- 17:32Speaker 1: it to.
- 17:32Speaker 4: One O seven five the River's Instagram page so we
- 17:34Speaker 4: could check them out. We're all getting walking pads this Christmas.
- 17:38Speaker 2: Zach is not gonna like what we just signed them.
- 17:40Speaker 2: Up for when he gets back in here too bad.
- 17:42Speaker 2: We've got Megan Trainer tickets.
- 17:44Speaker 3: You can win those next.
- 17:44Speaker 5: With the game of the day one O seven five
- 17:47Speaker 5: the River, Ricky, Zach and Mennow in the morning.
- 17:50Speaker 4: It's one oh seven five the River. We're playing Holly
- 17:53Speaker 4: Jolly movie quiz. It's Kevin Mano's Game of the Day
- 17:57Speaker 4: for these Megan Trainer tickets. She's going to be a
- 17:58Speaker 4: Bridgetown Arena. July twenty sixth of next year. This theme
- 18:03Speaker 4: is holly Jolly, but specifically, more specifically, it's Santa's Today.
- 18:07Speaker 2: It's going to be about movie Santa's Yes, Kristin and
- 18:10Speaker 2: Murphy's Burrow.
- 18:11Speaker 3: Good morning, Good morning, good morning.
- 18:13Speaker 2: Do you feel solid in your knowledge about holiday movies?
- 18:17Speaker 8: I do enjoy a Crystals movie.
- 18:19Speaker 3: What's your favorite? What's your favorite?
- 18:20Speaker 7: So many good ones, so many good ones.
- 18:22Speaker 4: Home Alone.
- 18:23Speaker 1: I love Homelo.
- 18:26Speaker 7: We're a big Home Alone family.
- 18:27Speaker 2: We just had a long conversation last week about Home Alone.
- 18:30Speaker 2: Zach thinks it's old and outdated, and I think it's
- 18:32Speaker 2: as strong now as it ever was.
- 18:34Speaker 6: There's definitely no way you can get into Paris that
- 18:37Speaker 6: quickly on a.
- 18:38Speaker 4: Flight, but there's a few loopholes there, right, a few
- 18:42Speaker 4: pot holes.
- 18:43Speaker 2: Yeah, well no, here's how the game works. We're gonna
- 18:49Speaker 2: we're gonna make it three out of five today. We
- 18:51Speaker 2: normally go two out of three. But I'm gonna give
- 18:53Speaker 2: you actors. Okay, you have to tell me in which
- 18:55Speaker 2: movie these actors appear to Santa Claus. Okay, okay, you
- 18:59Speaker 2: can get three out of five when we're going to
- 19:00Speaker 2: see Megan Trainer.
- 19:01Speaker 3: Here we go. The game starts right now. Kurt Russell.
- 19:08Speaker 6: Christmas Chronicles.
- 19:09Speaker 4: All right, we gotta okay, we got a point.
- 19:12Speaker 3: Billy Bob Thornton. Nice, Oh, you get this, you win. JK. Simmons,
- 19:23Speaker 3: Oh my goodness. He was like a rip Sander.
- 19:27Speaker 6: Oh yeah, he was like really, boss, It was a
- 19:30Speaker 6: little uncomfortable.
- 19:32Speaker 1: The rock red one red one is correct? Wow, congratulations,
- 19:38Speaker 1: I did not know that last one.
- 19:39Speaker 3: You nailed that. Yay. Yeah, three for three.
- 19:42Speaker 2: Nice?
- 19:42Speaker 3: You ever going to see Megan Trainer?
- 19:44Speaker 2: Awesome?
- 19:45Speaker 7: So excited, Thank you, of course.
- 19:47Speaker 1: Congrats. Kristen.
- 19:48Speaker 4: I'm truly blown away. That was a lot faster than
- 19:50Speaker 4: I was expecting. I think Kevin's upset because he has
- 19:52Speaker 4: more so he wants to ask more questions.
- 19:55Speaker 3: So long.
- 19:57Speaker 1: All right, well, I would be happy to try.
- 20:00Speaker 2: Okay, let me throw this one into this is tough.
- 20:02Speaker 2: Paul Giamatti. He was in the movie with Vince Vaughan.
- 20:11Speaker 1: I watched this last night.
- 20:13Speaker 3: You did, yes, and you got to google it?
- 20:15Speaker 4: Do you want me to see yeah, because I forgot
- 20:17Speaker 4: who Paul Giamatti is what I watched this last night?
- 20:19Speaker 1: Do you want me to say it? Kristien fred Claus.
- 20:23Speaker 2: She's not even familiar with Fred Klaus.
- 20:26Speaker 6: Oh yeah, yeah, I remember now that one.
- 20:31Speaker 1: Okay.
- 20:31Speaker 4: He also doesn't really look like Paul Giamatti for a
- 20:33Speaker 4: huge party, right right, right.
- 20:36Speaker 2: Well, thank you for calling and playing the game. Congrats
- 20:38Speaker 2: on the Megan Trainer ticket.
- 20:39Speaker 3: You have a great day.
- 20:40Speaker 2: You three things you need to know just after eight o'clock.
- 20:45Speaker 2: Thank you so much for starting this brand new week
- 20:47Speaker 2: with us. We genuinely really do appreciate it. Ricky's got
- 20:49Speaker 2: those three things.
- 20:51Speaker 4: Influencer Alex Earl and NFL player Braxton Barrios have broken up.
- 20:56Speaker 4: The two were together for a little over two years
- 20:58Speaker 4: and apparently tried to power through, but long distance was
- 21:01Speaker 4: a big factor in the separation. Completely understandable. Long distance
- 21:04Speaker 4: is pretty hard. I've done it before. Alex seems to
- 21:07Speaker 4: be okay now as she has been seen at Art Basil,
- 21:10Speaker 4: the festival that they have in Miami. She was there
- 21:12Speaker 4: over the weekend with friends and she was having a
- 21:14Speaker 4: great time. It looks like did you have yet to
- 21:16Speaker 4: say anything about their relationship online or by themselves. This
- 21:21Speaker 4: is all kind of still rumors as of right now.
- 21:25Speaker 4: Yelp's Best New Restaurants support has been out and.
- 21:29Speaker 1: Nashville has a spot on the list.
- 21:31Speaker 4: I love seeing all the great places that we have
- 21:33Speaker 4: here in Nashville make these lists. So number twenty two
- 21:36Speaker 4: on the list is Fonda on twelfth, which is the
- 21:38Speaker 4: only place in Nashville that made the list. Fonda is
- 21:41Speaker 4: a Mexican restaurants located at twelve twelfth Avenue South, and
- 21:45Speaker 4: it raked in a bunch of positive reviews on Yelp
- 21:48Speaker 4: with things like their housemade chips, shareable taco board like
- 21:53Speaker 4: come on, I want to go check that out, and
- 21:54Speaker 4: they have a lot of creative drink options. Those are
- 21:56Speaker 4: the three things that they really focused on in Yelp reviews.
- 22:00Speaker 4: Go check out Fonda when you get a chance. Like
- 22:01Speaker 4: I said, it was number twenty two on the list.
- 22:03Speaker 4: Congrats to them as the only place in national to
- 22:05Speaker 4: make it. Fonda and Babel released the most Mispronounced Words
- 22:09Speaker 4: of twenty twenty five, so the language learning company Babel,
- 22:13Speaker 4: they came with a closed captioning company to come together
- 22:17Speaker 4: the captioning group to name the three top.
- 22:20Speaker 1: Most mispronounced words.
- 22:22Speaker 4: Zoran mom donnie was number one, which was very mispronounced
- 22:27Speaker 4: throughout the year of twenty twenty five. Tailan all pain
- 22:31Speaker 4: reliever Aceta menifin that was second on the list, and
- 22:35Speaker 4: the loof the Paris museum that had the jewel heist
- 22:39Speaker 4: back in October third.
- 22:40Speaker 3: I was gonna say, like, what made the loof so relevant?
- 22:43Speaker 3: But I guess the jewel hes.
- 22:44Speaker 4: Because the jewel heyst was such a big deal and
- 22:46Speaker 4: everybody was talking about it. So those are the top
- 22:47Speaker 4: three most mispronounced words of twenty twenty five.
- 22:50Speaker 1: I'm Ricky Sanchez and those are the three things you
- 22:52Speaker 1: need to know.
- 22:53Speaker 5: Ricky is Zach and in the morning on.
- 22:58Speaker 1: Five is winding down. We are getting close to the
- 23:01Speaker 1: end of the year.
- 23:02Speaker 4: We want to know what you've accomplished or done this
- 23:05Speaker 4: year that you're really proud of.
- 23:07Speaker 3: Big or small.
- 23:07Speaker 2: It doesn't have to be anything monumental, whatever you were
- 23:10Speaker 2: proud of, we want to hear about. It's six one five, seven,
- 23:13Speaker 2: three seven nine, one oh seven. We will celebrate our
- 23:16Speaker 2: community here, we'll celebrate each other.
- 23:18Speaker 4: Everybody deserves some kudos, some claps for the things that
- 23:20Speaker 4: they've accomplished.
- 23:21Speaker 1: So let's talk about it.
- 23:22Speaker 3: What did you do in twenty twenty five? What are
- 23:23Speaker 3: you proud of? Let us know. Here's Miguel, It's the river.
- 23:27Speaker 5: The River, Ricky, Zach and Minnow in the morning.
- 23:31Speaker 4: Juliet, welcome to one oh seven five the River. The
- 23:33Speaker 4: year twenty twenty five. It's dwindling down and we're almost
- 23:37Speaker 4: done with it. What's something that you accomplished or did
- 23:39Speaker 4: this year that you're really proud of.
- 23:41Speaker 7: I quit drinking.
- 23:43Speaker 1: Oh my gosh, good for you, Emma.
- 23:46Speaker 3: Good job, thank you.
- 23:47Speaker 7: We you know, we live in a world that it's
- 23:49Speaker 7: so socially, you know, it's acceptable. It's like kind of
- 23:52Speaker 7: part of a lot of people's lives, right, yeah, faked in. Yeah,
- 23:56Speaker 7: And I took a look at my kids, and I
- 23:58Speaker 7: have five kids and two kids of my own, and
- 24:01Speaker 7: I'm like, you know what, I want to live, like
- 24:04Speaker 7: the healthiest life I possibly can so I replaced alcohol
- 24:09Speaker 7: with cookies, so I haven't lost any weight because of it,
- 24:16Speaker 7: but you know, it's definitely, Yeah, it's definitely one of
- 24:21Speaker 7: my biggest quick for the year. And if you're proud
- 24:23Speaker 7: of myself.
- 24:23Speaker 4: I'll say, if the cookies work for now, go with
- 24:26Speaker 4: the cookies, and then later on switch the cookies out
- 24:28Speaker 4: for something even more healthy.
- 24:29Speaker 1: We'll make slow progress, right.
- 24:32Speaker 7: Right, you know, maybe like well, I don't know if
- 24:34Speaker 7: that's ever going to.
- 24:35Speaker 1: Happen, but hey, you know, you know it works to
- 24:39Speaker 1: be able.
- 24:40Speaker 7: To show up every day and to know that, you know,
- 24:42Speaker 7: because of that change, you know, you're you're living longer
- 24:45Speaker 7: just by doing that. Definitely something I'm proud of.
- 24:48Speaker 3: And yeah, thank you for sharing this with us.
- 24:50Speaker 2: I mean, Ricky and I were just talking about how
- 24:52Speaker 2: we're both gonna do dry January this year, and like
- 24:54Speaker 2: we look, we're genuinely looking forward to it. So that, uh,
- 24:57Speaker 2: hearing from you helps both of us in a lot
- 24:59Speaker 2: of people, I'm sure.
- 25:00Speaker 1: And we're both really proud of you too. Emma.
- 25:02Speaker 4: You're proud of yourself, which is amazing, but we're really
- 25:04Speaker 4: proud of you too because we know that that's not
- 25:06Speaker 4: necessarily the easiest thing to do.
- 25:08Speaker 7: Oh, I mean it was, it's not, but then again,
- 25:11Speaker 7: it definitely is. You know, it's all if you know,
- 25:15Speaker 7: it's all about your you know, frame of mind. Yeah,
- 25:18Speaker 7: I believe you can achieve it kind of thing, you know.
- 25:20Speaker 3: For you, You're our hero. Thank you for calling.
- 25:24Speaker 7: Thank you so much. I hope you guys have one
- 25:26Speaker 7: of you too.
- 25:26Speaker 3: Love by Ricky. Do you have anything to share anything
- 25:30Speaker 3: that you're proud of from the year.
- 25:31Speaker 4: Yeah, I'm proud because this is the first year that
- 25:33Speaker 4: I have been consistent with working out and my fitness journey,
- 25:38Speaker 4: and I have been doing my routine pretty much every
- 25:41Speaker 4: week this year, and I'm really proud of myself for
- 25:43Speaker 4: that because it's kind of easy to throw it off
- 25:45Speaker 4: to the side and be like, oh, I don't have
- 25:46Speaker 4: time this this week, or I'm too tired this week
- 25:49Speaker 4: to do it. But I've really pushed myself to stay consistent.
- 25:52Speaker 4: And this is the most consistent I have ever been
- 25:55Speaker 4: with working out weekly.
- 25:57Speaker 2: And I'm right down the sidelines and you have stuck
- 25:59Speaker 2: with it for sure.
- 26:00Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm very proud of myself. From Ricky, Zach and
- 26:03Speaker 1: Menno in the morning.
- 26:04Speaker 4: On this moment that we are about to play you
- 26:08Speaker 4: for the Daily Double Tap on one O seven five.
- 26:10Speaker 4: The river is so heartwarming and sweet. And I don't
- 26:14Speaker 4: think the woman knew exactly what she was doing when
- 26:17Speaker 4: she did this.
- 26:18Speaker 3: Oh really, I don't know that.
- 26:19Speaker 4: She knew that everybody was gonna, you know, gravitate it
- 26:22Speaker 4: to it this way. But it's a woman who works
- 26:23Speaker 4: at Home Goods and she does the closing announcements and
- 26:27Speaker 4: she does them in a very special way.
- 26:28Speaker 1: She sings yeah for the closing announcement.
- 26:31Speaker 3: And she's so smiley, she's so cute.
- 26:33Speaker 2: She just like it's a menial task that most people
- 26:36Speaker 2: at work would just like get through it and like
- 26:38Speaker 2: you try to get out of there, but.
- 26:39Speaker 3: She's just so happy.
- 26:39Speaker 2: It's just to me, it's all about enjoying life and
- 26:42Speaker 2: enjoying every moment.
- 26:43Speaker 3: Here we go today's daily double Tap.
- 26:44Speaker 4: It's time for closing announcements.
- 26:48Speaker 1: Jingle bells, Jingle bells, jingle. It's ten o'clock and our
- 26:56Speaker 1: store is closed, so we.
- 26:58Speaker 7: Gotta sing you hung you you heard it. It's ten
- 27:02Speaker 7: o'clock Home good customers, so you've got to get out
- 27:05Speaker 7: of here, But no fear, we.
- 27:07Speaker 4: Do open up tomorrow at seven am for all of
- 27:09Speaker 4: your shopping needs.
- 27:11Speaker 9: Come to the front, and we'll be more than.
- 27:14Speaker 1: Thank you for shopping at Home Goods.
- 27:17Speaker 8: Jingle bell, jingle bell.
- 27:21Speaker 3: And now she's gone viral because of that, and she
- 27:24Speaker 3: sounds great.
- 27:25Speaker 4: Yeah, she sounds great. Like you said, it's really the
- 27:27Speaker 4: fact that she's so happy. And like I said, I
- 27:30Speaker 4: don't think that she realized that people were going to
- 27:31Speaker 4: gravitate to it in this.
- 27:33Speaker 1: Way that it would make her viral. But she's all
- 27:36Speaker 1: over the place sound.
- 27:37Speaker 4: She apparently does this all the time where she sings
- 27:39Speaker 4: the closing announcements.
- 27:40Speaker 3: I love it. I love her. We're gonna post that.
- 27:42Speaker 3: You have to see her.
- 27:43Speaker 2: You have to see how smiley she is at one
- 27:44Speaker 2: of seven five the River goes up on our Instagram stories.
