16. Mid-Year Reset for Ambitious Women: From Pressure to Inevitable Success · HEY, AMBITIOUS

• 0:00
SPEAKER_00: Hello, hello, beautiful souls, powerful co-creators and manifestors of your amazing reality.
• 0:10
SPEAKER_00: So you are visionaries, and I'm so happy that you are here downloading my podcast and also sending me DMs, messages, and sharing what's been going on with you and how my messaging, my podcasting here is impacting you.
• 0:33
  SPEAKER_00: This is the best.
• 0:34
SPEAKER_00: I love receiving your feedback.
• 0:38
SPEAKER_00: And of course, I am here because I am passionate and I am in love, in the energy of love.
• 0:49
SPEAKER_00: And that's not where I was for many years.
• 0:52
SPEAKER_00: So that's why what I've experienced, what I've learned, has really shifted my entire world, how I see myself, how I see uh the world around me, and how I see what is possible.
• 1:08
SPEAKER_00: And I really would love for you to experience that.
• 1:11
SPEAKER_00: And if I name one frequency that I am experiencing daily, of course, yes, it's the frequency of love, and it's this frequency of awe.
• 1:24
SPEAKER_00: It's like nothing is missing and everything is available.
• 1:28
SPEAKER_00: And I know I talked about this frequency in my previous podcast that you can also listen to.
• 1:33
SPEAKER_00: It was about the abundance code.
• 1:36
SPEAKER_00: And today I'm doing something very different.
• 1:39
SPEAKER_00: Uh, this is kind of like my challenge, and I invite you to play with that as well.
• 1:45
SPEAKER_00: Uh, okay, and what I'm doing with this podcast is I'm not so polished and prepared and perfect.
• 1:57
SPEAKER_00: I woke up in the morning and I usually do my meditation connection to source, and I was asking how I want to talk about the midpoint, the mid-year point that we all experience, and what message I want to bring to you to help you see how powerful vibrationally this mid-year point is for our inevitable success.
• 2:31
SPEAKER_00: And I'm talking about the midpoint, which is the month of June, which is already six months in the year that we've been living and creating and manifesting and moving towards certain intentions that we set for ourselves for the end of the year.
• 2:51
SPEAKER_00: And this midpoint can be challenging for some, and that's what I will talk about today, and also I will be inviting you to this amazing experience that um I will be offering, and we are starting this Friday, which is May 15th.
• 3:11
SPEAKER_00: It's the experience via Telegram, it's free, it's only three days, and we will meet uh on Friday and then on Tuesday and Monday, Monday and Tuesday.
• 3:23
SPEAKER_00: And when I say meet, really it's the experience via Telegram.
• 3:27
SPEAKER_00: So you tune in and you get calibrated to the frequency of inevitable success, and that's what I will be talking about today.
• 3:38
SPEAKER_00: And you'll experience more in-depth practices, activations, and riffs when you join this experience, which is called InSourced.
• 3:52
SPEAKER_00: And if that all resonates with you, I would also want to invite you to uh two in-person retreats that I'm co-hosting.
• 4:02
SPEAKER_00: One is going to be happening in Charleston, South Carolina from June 4th to June 8th, and the other one is going to be happening in Hacking Hills, Ohio from June 26th to June 29th.
• 4:16
SPEAKER_00: And of course, I will post all the links.
• 4:18
SPEAKER_00: You can check it out.
• 4:20
SPEAKER_00: Let me know if you have any questions.
• 4:22
SPEAKER_00: And I would love for you to join, to join the team, so to speak, the consciousness of ambitious women who are waking up to the frequency of love, and the frequency of love is the frequency of inevitable success.
• 4:44
SPEAKER_00: So now we'll touch on that today as well.
• 4:47
SPEAKER_00: Okay, so what I invite you to do now is to approach that six-month mark, that midpoint of the year.
• 4:58
SPEAKER_00: And I know what I used to do, and also many clients that I worked with, that's why this retreat, this theme exists, because of my own experience and experiences of other ambitious women who were disconnected from themselves, from the frequency of love, and that's kind of the experience.
• 5:18
SPEAKER_00: So let me know if you resonate.
• 5:21
  SPEAKER_00: Six months, June, right?
• 5:23
SPEAKER_00: June is approaching, you're hitting June, and then you're looking back to the last six months.
• 5:31
SPEAKER_00: And what are your narratives?
• 5:34
SPEAKER_00: So be honest with yourselves.
• 5:36
SPEAKER_00: What do you hear yourself saying?
• 5:39
SPEAKER_00: This is some of mine.
• 5:41
  SPEAKER_00: I'm behind.
• 5:49
SPEAKER_00: Again, I'll start the next year.
• 5:52
SPEAKER_00: It will happen next year.
• 5:54
SPEAKER_00: I hope it will happen next year.
• 5:56
SPEAKER_00: Well, it's not happening this year anymore because you know, six months have passed and gone, and basically we are behind, right?
• 6:06
  SPEAKER_00: So why bother?
• 6:08
  SPEAKER_00: It's not for me.
• 6:10
SPEAKER_00: Perhaps it's not for me.
• 6:12
SPEAKER_00: And that why bother energy comes from essentially feeling like a failure inside, and this is the pattern, this is the cycle that I observed in myself for many, many years, and essentially I was doing that every year, hoping that it will change next year.
• 6:37
SPEAKER_00: And of course, being an ambitious woman, and you might relate as well, you might tell yourself, Well, yeah, I'm not a quitter, I'm ambitious, I know how to get stuff done.
• 6:49
SPEAKER_00: So, what do you do?
• 6:51
SPEAKER_00: You tighten up and you're in action again, because you know how to act.
• 6:58
SPEAKER_00: That feels familiar, that feels uh safe, that feels like you, because essentially the underlying umbrella for you is I have to work hard in order to succeed, and of course, what we think, what we narrate often, what becomes our energetic experience, and essentially that addiction to that hard work, we create that reality, and the universe responds with more hard work.
• 7:33
SPEAKER_00: And there is this point where we just feel burnt out, exhausted, overworked, and then we activate a signal.
• 7:42
SPEAKER_00: Okay, now I'm available to receive whatever the success looks like.
• 7:46
SPEAKER_00: And at that point, I know for myself, I didn't even care, and I didn't even have energy to experience or celebrate or uh feel joy that that what I was working towards finally is here.
• 8:04
SPEAKER_00: So perhaps you can relate.
• 8:07
SPEAKER_00: So, yes, we tighten up, we get into action because that's what we know how to do, it feels familiar, but the underlying frequency of that I am behind.
• 8:19
  SPEAKER_00: I already feel like a failure.
• 8:21
SPEAKER_00: Six months pass by, and then essentially what happens is that we are recreating from what I call the field of predictable, which is that familiar, and we are creating this familiar pattern.
• 8:43
SPEAKER_00: Well, I need another year for this case scenario, right?
• 8:47
SPEAKER_00: So we're negotiating with the current reality and your past experiences, and that also creates and fuels your beliefs again.
• 9:04
SPEAKER_00: What do you believe about yourself in relationship to your vision?
• 9:09
SPEAKER_00: Well, you've already heard yourself saying it's not for me, I'm behind the past months, uh, the past six months passed and gone, I need another year.
• 9:23
SPEAKER_00: And you might even feel right now as I say all of that, I know I feel it, and I just notice my shoulders are kind of coming up.
• 9:30
SPEAKER_00: I feel like I want to close my chest, I tighten up, and even though yes, it feels familiar, but because I am aware, I feel the contraction from which I fuel my actions.
• 9:49
SPEAKER_00: And because you've lived this pattern, and for a lot of you, it's very unconscious and subconscious, so that's why, as I'm talking about it, I am actually helping you expand your awareness.
• 10:03
SPEAKER_00: So allow yourself to observe your patterns as they come up, especially right now, we are still in May, but that June hits and that six-month mark hits.
• 10:16
SPEAKER_00: Allow yourself to observe these patterns that start coming through you and observe them from this point of loving compassion and compassionate presence, not judgment.
• 10:30
SPEAKER_00: Because then you'll be able to be open to learn that year after year of that similar pattern is happening, and essentially you are the cause of the effect that's being created.
• 10:52
SPEAKER_00: And when you realize that, you'll give yourself permission to take your power back, and instead of judging yourself, you actually access your power to choose differently, and when we're accessing our power, inner power, internal power within ourselves, we're accessing our power of choice, our agency.
• 11:23
SPEAKER_00: And that's to me what love is really all about.
• 11:28
SPEAKER_00: It's not those conditions and judgments that we set for ourselves, like you know, it hasn't happened yet, so that's it.
• 11:35
SPEAKER_00: I'm a value, I'm a failure, and let me punish myself, right?
• 11:39
SPEAKER_00: Quote to quote, punish myself.
• 11:43
SPEAKER_00: But when we access, when we allow ourselves to reclaim our power and look at the pattern, it's just a pattern that's been in the loop.
• 11:54
SPEAKER_00: Your nervous system is familiar with that, your patterns of thinking are familiar with that, your energetic signature that you're experiencing is familiar with that.
• 12:06
SPEAKER_00: That's why our awareness, which is essentially our consciousness, is a divine gift.
• 12:13
SPEAKER_00: Because when we can when we are aware, we can create differently, we can think differently, we can rewire our system essentially, and we know through neuroplasticity research nowadays, it's a real thing.
• 12:30
SPEAKER_00: We can rewire ourselves and our state of consciousness and our identity.
• 12:37
SPEAKER_00: Essentially, we can rewire who we are being at that energetic level.
• 12:46
SPEAKER_00: So, going back to that six-month mark, I remember what I was doing quite a bit, and maybe you can also relate to this pattern as well.
• 12:56
SPEAKER_00: Of course, when I felt like a failure, my avoidance strategy was I was observing others and how other people were living and accomplishing their dreams and their goals and what I wanted to accomplish.
• 13:13
SPEAKER_00: And I would just say to myself, well, they deserve that, and I don't deserve that.
• 13:20
SPEAKER_00: So, and essentially, I could see that that what I desire, the vision that I have, is possible for them, but it's not possible for me.
• 13:30
SPEAKER_00: And this is actually a very important factor because when I did not see myself as the woman who this vision was possible for, and how I see myself is what I create, is what the universe reflects back to me.
• 13:54
SPEAKER_00: And essentially, when I was comparing myself to all those women who were doing what I wanted to do, I started seeing myself through their eyes, and also feeling my body.
• 14:09
SPEAKER_00: I really wanted to experience that, like that's my vision, and that's my passion, and what if it is for me?
• 14:17
SPEAKER_00: What if it's possible for me?
• 14:19
SPEAKER_00: And of course it's possible for you, but this pattern that I've been describing, this pattern of lack and contracting and all of that, it's a very subconscious ingrained pattern that comes through our survival strategies, because we all have adapted certain survival strategies through our childhood, and we keep carrying them, and when we are creating something different, like that vision that hasn't been materialized yet, so we haven't experienced that yet, that's new, that actually requires for us to expand, that requires for us to really connect to the source of infinite potential, so we don't feel like we're just creating this all on our own because we're not, we're never alone.
• 15:13
SPEAKER_00: And when you understand the law of co-creation, which basically, in simple terms, it says that you're never alone, you're always co-creating alongside the unseen, the source of infinite potential that is also here to support you and divinely guide you.
• 15:30
SPEAKER_00: But when you're constantly chasing that behind and never arriving, like your system is so busy because it's on a different wavelength and expansion that it cannot even see what's possible.
• 15:55
SPEAKER_00: It hasn't gone just because you've lived the six months, you still have six months to go, you still have everything available to you, and you're still in the frequency of infinite potential.
• 16:11
SPEAKER_00: But again, when you're chasing in your narratives and your thoughts and your beliefs telling you the opposite, you cannot see the alternate reality, also coexists alongside of your perceived reality that feels familiar.
• 16:31
SPEAKER_00: So, my dear beautiful souls, you do not have to wait till the next year.
• 16:38
SPEAKER_00: We want to close this gap, we want to close this separation, and there is many other ways that can be included in this process, but right now I'm just gonna touch on a couple.
• 16:54
SPEAKER_00: So, what happens here in this pattern?
• 16:58
SPEAKER_00: What I call it, you are kind of stuck in the frequency of desire.
• 17:05
SPEAKER_00: Because you're constantly desiring, like I'm not there yet, I'm not there yet, I'm not there yet, I'm not there yet, right?
• 17:10
SPEAKER_00: I'm doing all these things.
• 17:11
  SPEAKER_00: Where is it?
• 17:12
  SPEAKER_00: I'm not there yet.
• 17:14
SPEAKER_00: So, which essentially you are in constant gap, you're stuck in the desire frequency, and it feels good because I'm desiring, I have goals, I have intentions, I have uh all of this, and you know it activates me.
• 17:30
SPEAKER_00: I'm working, so yeah, I'm still desiring.
• 17:35
SPEAKER_00: Because what you want to do, you want to shift your desire to your decision, and nothing outside of you needs to change for you to decide that I am successful, my success is inevitable, and that allows you to step into the frequency of certainty and inevitability, and your decision activates your identity, and now your identity has a different dress code, so to speak, energetic signature that feels certain, feels inevitable, feels like I am and my vision are one, and I decided it's inevitable.
• 18:40
SPEAKER_00: In the knowing, everything gets to work, in the knowing that I am divinely guided and supported, so that this next year case scenario is not even in the picture because the frequency of inevitability says there is no plan B, this is my vision, and I am the one who is going to steward the vision into the reality.
• 19:10
SPEAKER_00: That is it, and just notice when you decide and it activates your identity and you enter this energetic signature of certainty and inevitability, no plan B, it stabilizes your whole portal, it stabilizes your whole source.
• 19:30
SPEAKER_00: It's incredible when I help my clients make a decision that feels in coherence with their mind and their heart, the time collapses, the quantum shift.
• 19:46
SPEAKER_00: There is no overthinking, there is no searching for clarity, there is no waiting, there is no doubting, there is no um overthinking, essentially.
• 19:58
SPEAKER_00: It removes their feeling overwhelmed, it removes um them feeling like they're not enough.
• 20:08
  SPEAKER_00: Decision activates.
• 20:12
SPEAKER_00: Decision says, yes, I'm available, and the vision is available for me.
• 20:23
SPEAKER_00: So when we are moving this field, what I call it playing not to lose, and we start playing to win.
• 20:33
SPEAKER_00: So what I mean by that, um, so that frequency and that pattern that I was talking about before, that I was experiencing, year after year, year after year, so six months pass.
• 20:48
  SPEAKER_00: Well, that's it.
• 20:50
  SPEAKER_00: I'm done, I'm a failure.
• 20:52
SPEAKER_00: And essentially, my nervous system learned because feeling like I'm a failure, and when I'm saying I am, I'm identifying like my consciousness becomes I am a failure.
• 21:05
SPEAKER_00: And consciousness is the only reality.
• 21:15
SPEAKER_00: So when I'm a failure, my whole system starts working through fight and flight, essentially, and subconsciously creating all these different mechanisms to help me not to feel like a failure.
• 21:29
SPEAKER_00: So and for ambitious women, one of these greatest patterns is that I'm in action.
• 21:36
SPEAKER_00: But I know when I started to rewire this pattern and creating space of not doing things, and I was uncomfortable, and that's exactly where I started to connect with my part pattern, I was feeling like a failure, and I could continue running and overworking myself to death.
• 22:00
SPEAKER_00: To the burnout, essentially, or I had to be with that pattern and let that be.
• 22:06
SPEAKER_00: In the knowing, my vision is still available.
• 22:11
SPEAKER_00: In the knowing I'm available for my vision, in the knowing everything gets to work, in the knowing that infinite potential is still available.
• 22:22
SPEAKER_00: And essentially, I had to fall in love with a part of me who was feeling like a failure.
• 22:29
SPEAKER_00: I had to give her space.
• 22:31
SPEAKER_00: I had to expand to accommodate space for her.
• 22:37
SPEAKER_00: And also step into my newer consciousness and decide she's no longer leading my vision.
• 22:49
SPEAKER_00: So this is a very powerful transition from a desire to decision.
• 22:56
SPEAKER_00: And we're leaving the field of playing not to lose and actually playing to win with no plan B.
• 23:08
SPEAKER_00: And yes, perhaps right now you're feeling triggered, and that's okay.
• 23:13
SPEAKER_00: That's why I'm inviting you to other experiences to help you deal with all that.
• 23:23
SPEAKER_00: So what I want to leave you with is that your vision is for you.
• 23:34
SPEAKER_00: And when you truly allow yourself to expand your vision, so it feels like love, it feels like expansion.
• 23:47
SPEAKER_00: And then you're not waiting, you're not waiting to love yourself until you're successful.
• 23:54
SPEAKER_00: You're not waiting to love your life, to allow yourself to have some fun, to schedule your rest, to do other activities that you love and you keep postponing.
• 24:06
SPEAKER_00: You actually start living life because you're not separate and you're not chasing your vision.
• 24:13
SPEAKER_00: You start living, what Neville Gardert always says, living from the end.
• 24:23
SPEAKER_00: So you're not visualizing your vision coming and arriving towards you from outside in.
• 24:30
SPEAKER_00: No, you inhibit the feeling of it already done.
• 24:37
SPEAKER_00: You live from the inside, the completed reality, rather than reaching toward it from outside and constantly chasing.
• 24:50
SPEAKER_00: So essentially, this is kind of like manifestation 101, you are living on the wavelength of your vision.
• 25:02
SPEAKER_00: You are expanding your vision from inside out in love, in the energy of love.
• 25:09
SPEAKER_00: You allow yourself to receive how this vision is going to make you feel now.
• 25:21
SPEAKER_00: And that's a beautiful energetic space to birth your vision, to create your vision through this source of you who is already in love, who already feels complete, and you can expand, and you can create more.
• 25:43
SPEAKER_00: You decide the vision is mine, and I am the one for this vision.
• 25:52
SPEAKER_00: You don't have to prove, you don't have to earn, you don't have to chase.
• 25:58
  SPEAKER_00: You are loved unconditionally.
• 26:01
SPEAKER_00: That's why when the vision comes to you, it is asking you to rise to what's already within you.
• 26:09
SPEAKER_00: You are the source of love, you are the source of abundance, you are the source of joy, possibilities, abundance, freedom.
• 26:18
SPEAKER_00: You're not missing anything, allow yourself to trust your vision, to trust yourself, and know that there is everything within you.
• 26:30
SPEAKER_00: You're equipped with everything to bring this vision into reality from the place that also feels powerful, loving, and trusting.
• 26:47
SPEAKER_00: What moves manifestation is not your desire, but your decision that stabilizes the signal through your identity.
• 26:59
SPEAKER_00: No matter what, my vision gets manifested through me, through my source.
• 27:09
SPEAKER_00: And yes, you can feel like a failure sometimes, you can feel sad, you can feel disappointed, you can feel frustrated and angry.
• 27:21
SPEAKER_00: We're not manifesting their emotions, we're manifesting their identity.
• 27:28
SPEAKER_00: You can feel all these emotions, create space for them from love and through love, and know that you are still the most powerful manifestor that has ever been created, the most powerful co-creator, and manifestation is nothing but just a remembrance, remembrance of how powerful you are, and that's exactly what we will be anchoring in our experiences, in-person retreat experiences in Charleston and Hacking Hills, and that is why I created this mini recalibration retreat experience via Telegram to help you already step into your frequency of inevitable success and finish 2026 even better than you ever expected, and that is totally doable for you, totally possible for you.
• 28:38
SPEAKER_00: And yes, it's not about working hard, because how hard you work does not determine how much you receive, because if it did, you would have already had everything that you ever desired.
• 28:55
SPEAKER_00: Let's shift that frequency from decision from desire to decision, from chasing to loving and experiencing life now, and creating from the expansion of love that you already are.
• 29:15
SPEAKER_00: And that's the success frequency that I'm helping my ambitious women, visionaries, to experience.
• 29:26
SPEAKER_00: Expand your vision from love.
• 29:32
SPEAKER_00: Nothing is missing, everything is available, and we can create more.
