- 0:00You have not missed the train.
- 0:02The train misses you.
- 0:05This is for you.
- 0:07If you have been telling yourself it is too late.
- 0:09It's too late to apply to grad school.
- 0:12It's too late to start a YouTube channel.
- 0:14It's too late for any of your dreams or desires to unfold.
- 0:18You have not missed the train.
- 0:20The train misses you.
- 0:23It misses your perspective.
- 0:25It misses your energy.
- 0:26It misses your frequency.
- 0:28It misses the wisdom you've gained in the process.
- 0:30It misses your gifts, your magic.
- 0:32The train misses you.
- 0:36So often we downplay what we are here to give and offer.
- 0:41And we make it as though our dreams are a train
- 0:44we just didn't get on on time.
- 0:47And in so doing we minimize all the magic and the mystery
- 0:51that we have lived and that has lived us
- 0:54and that we are able to bring to the relationship
- 0:57we think we're too late for.
- 0:58To the grad school program we are convinced we are too late for.
- 1:01To the apology we swear it's too late to give.
- 1:06So the universe has bestowed upon you so many gifts
- 1:11first of all your life force,
- 1:13second of all your perspective and energy.
- 1:16And what I think is so important is that you remember
- 1:20that no time has been wasted.
- 1:22You've gained wisdom.
- 1:24You've gained understanding.
- 1:26You've gained healing.
- 1:28You had things to do and providing compassion
- 1:31to the versions of you that didn't make this choice
- 1:33because so often we look back and we think
- 1:35why didn't I just start a YouTube channel?
- 1:37Why didn't I just write that book five years ago
- 1:40and understand that that version of you did the best they could.
- 1:45And now it is time for this version of you
- 1:48who is ready to take this step to do the best that you can
- 1:52to give what you can.
- 1:54There is this beautiful phrase by Rumi
- 1:58that I cannot stop thinking about
- 2:01whatever the ways of the world,
- 2:03what fruits do you bring by Sufi poet and mystic Rumi?
- 2:10No matter what may be happening,
- 2:12we all have something to offer.
- 2:14And in fact it is in that offering that we can raise and heal
- 2:20and serve the collective consciousness.
- 2:22Rumi was a mystic.
- 2:23I love mysticism.
- 2:25And what I believe in terms of speaking that mysticism is,
- 2:29it's when the meaning of what you're saying stretches beyond
- 2:32the actual words you are using.
- 2:34It's reaching towards another dimension
- 2:37and you can hear it in the words themselves,
- 2:40the words between the words.
- 2:42That's just one aspect of mysticism.
- 2:44But something that I think is very powerful
- 2:46when we say the same sentence to ourselves again and again,
- 2:50we start to hear a slightly different meaning of those words.
- 2:54I'm too late.
- 2:57I'm too late.
- 2:59Okay, but assuming we are many selves
- 3:01and there are many possibilities,
- 3:03the version of you that is too late is not all of you.
- 3:08There is an eye for whom it is too late.
- 3:11But there is another eye who's just getting started
- 3:15because we are many selves,
- 3:16just as we play many roles in our lives,
- 3:18there are many possibilities that we could choose
- 3:20to align to and to work towards.
- 3:24And sometimes my loves when we tell ourselves
- 3:26that we are too late for something,
- 3:29it's because we've chosen to maintain that belief
- 3:34because it protects us from having to take the difficult steps
- 3:39that not accepting that it's too late would have us take.
- 3:44What do I mean by that?
- 3:46Imagine the version of you that does not believe it's too late.
- 3:49They would have to act in accordance with that belief.
- 3:51They would have to act like it's not too late.
- 3:53So sometimes there is a belief that we are willing to cling to
- 3:57even more than the possibility beyond the belief,
- 4:01even more than the repair beyond the belief,
- 4:03even more than the love beyond the belief.
- 4:04Sometimes we want to be right that we're too late.
- 4:08We cling to the belief that we're too late.
- 4:11It gives us something.
- 4:13And so we choose the idea that we're too late
- 4:17over the possibility that there is still time.
- 4:20And the other thing we choose my loves,
- 4:21we choose the illusion that it had to happen
- 4:23the exact way that we thought it was going to happen,
- 4:25which is what we're actually too late for.
- 4:27Yes, we're too late for the fantasy of how we thought it could happen.
- 4:30We're not too late for the reality of how it still could.
- 4:33And so often we really need to break up with the illusion
- 4:36of how we think something is supposed to unfold.
- 4:39I was meant to start a YouTube channel five years ago.
- 4:41And if only I had done that, then I'd be in this place now
- 4:44and look where I am now.
- 4:45And I understand and I hold so much love
- 4:47for this kind of thinking.
- 4:48We are imaginative beings.
- 4:49We can see other possibilities,
- 4:51reaching to the past and searching to the future.
- 4:52We can see a choice that we could have made.
- 4:55This is called counterfactual thinking.
- 4:57And we're gifted in this to our current understanding
- 4:59where the only species who can actually think
- 5:02counterfactually, which is what allows us to be able
- 5:04to experience something like regret
- 5:06because we know it could have been otherwise, but it wasn't.
- 5:09But now here's the thing, my love.
- 5:11It still can be.
- 5:13It just can't be in the precise way
- 5:16and at the precise timing that you thought it had to be.
- 5:19So at the end of the illusion of what could have been
- 5:25is the truth and the reality of what is.
- 5:30And at the end of what is
- 5:34is still the radical possibility of what could be.
- 5:40Everything is still in motion.
- 5:42It's just not gonna go exactly the way
- 5:45that you had hoped it would go.
- 5:46And you can grieve that.
- 5:47You can grieve the fantasy, the desire,
- 5:49the illusion of how you thought your dreams
- 5:51were supposed to unfold.
- 5:52You can grieve that.
- 5:53You can feel the heartbreak and let that grief
- 5:56be the phoenix going into the ashes
- 5:58but then allow yourself to rise again.
- 6:01My love, get a free creative activation
- 6:03when you sign up on my website, I understood.com.
- 6:07This is not the same as my sub-stack
- 6:09where you get a free e-book.
- 6:11This is where you get a free creative activation
- 6:13which is my soul's deepest, most loving offering.
- 6:17Truly, I love this meditation album.
- 6:19It is for sale on my website.
- 6:21And I truly love using these activations.
- 6:24I did one just before this episode
- 6:27to get into the flow, the frequency of creation,
- 6:30of love, of a more settled Nova system
- 6:33tapping into the parasympathetic Nova system
- 6:35all the wisdom and all the connection to love
- 6:39and soulfulness really exists for us.
- 6:41And so I really encourage you to check this offering out.
- 6:44And if it speaks to you, it is with you for life.
- 6:47The offering is delivered through a private podcast feed
- 6:50so you can download it, take it on a walk with you,
- 6:53listen to it lying down in a meditation before creation.
- 6:56That is what I do, whether it's writing or podcasting,
- 6:59anything where I know the fear is speaking to me,
- 7:01the resistance is speaking to me.
- 7:02It gets me into this juicy and loving energy
- 7:05that feeling that whatever comes next,
- 7:07I'm worthy of creation.
- 7:08I'm worthy of trying.
- 7:10And it's not about perfectionism.
- 7:12It's not about proving myself to someone else
- 7:14or even to myself.
- 7:15It just brings me back to my own magnificence.
- 7:18And that is the intention behind this work.
- 7:20I would love for you to check it out.
- 7:21And if you would like to get a free creative activation,
- 7:24once again, visit iunderstood.com.
- 7:27Oh, that was so beautiful.
- 7:30Now, let's get back to today's sole session.
- 7:33Allow yourself to say, I thought I would do this
- 7:35when I was 22, but I'm doing it at 42.
- 7:38Whatever it is, allow another dream to come into being.
- 7:42Will you cling to what could have been with dear life?
- 7:46If only I had done that thing.
- 7:47If only they had made that choice.
- 7:49If only this had happened.
- 7:50Are you going to choose to cling to that?
- 7:52Are you going to choose to cling
- 7:55to the tension that you're in with your reality?
- 7:58Or are you going to step into the loving possibility
- 8:01of what could still be?
- 8:02And what could still be is a train full of people
- 8:06that cannot wait to experience your energy,
- 8:09that cannot wait to bask in your frequency.
- 8:11In whatever medium, you feel so generous as to one to share.
- 8:15In whatever way and whatever offering
- 8:17you are feeling called to give yourself,
- 8:20the collective, the earth, it is not too late.
- 8:24And if it is too late, it is only too late
- 8:27to the version of yourself that needs to believe that
- 8:30in order to protect themselves from taking the action
- 8:34in accordance with the possibility.
- 8:36Because it is a less than perfect action.
- 8:38It's not how you had hoped it would be.
- 8:40It's not at the age you hoped it would be.
- 8:41It's not in the way you hoped it would be.
- 8:43It's not at the school you hoped it would be.
- 8:44It's not in the path that you hoped it would be.
- 8:47But it can still be in a different way, in another light,
- 8:51in another hue, another frequency, another color.
- 8:55So it's too late for it to happen the exact way you thought,
- 8:58but what if my love, it could happen in an even more magical way?
- 9:02Because you know what they want us to demonize
- 9:04the process of aging, but you are so much more wise,
- 9:08you are so much more loving, you are so much more knowing,
- 9:11you have that intuitive voice that you are now listening to,
- 9:15you have the tools and the codes and the understandings
- 9:18that could make your experience of this journey even more magical
- 9:23than it might have been all those years ago.
- 9:25We don't know, again, counterfactual thinking
- 9:27and we only tend to think in one direction,
- 9:30how much better it could have been.
- 9:31We don't allow ourselves to think,
- 9:32oh, I could have taken that step
- 9:34and it actually could have not worked out.
- 9:35You know what I mean?
- 9:37But here we are now, here's this version of you.
- 9:41And there is something that is seeking to become through you.
- 9:47And all it's asking my love is that you allow it.
- 9:52And all we are asking, we who still believe
- 9:55in the possibility of your dreams
- 9:56and we who are dreaming through you,
- 9:58what I call the principle of collective dreaming,
- 10:01the idea that our dreams are not purely our own
- 10:04but us experiencing the collective dreaming through us.
- 10:08If you dream of teaching,
- 10:10there are students who dream of being taught by you.
- 10:13If you dream of speaking,
- 10:14there are people who dream of hearing you.
- 10:16If you dream of performing,
- 10:19there are people who dream of clapping for you.
- 10:22That is collective dreaming
- 10:23and that collective dream still exists.
- 10:27It's not in some buried past.
- 10:31At least not for the version of you
- 10:33that you need to allow yourself to become.
- 10:37You have not missed the train, the train misses you,
- 10:41the train misses all that you are going to bring to it
- 10:44when you decide to hop on bestie.
- 10:49To hop on my love and hop on not with a sense
- 10:53of your head being down and you're ashamed
- 10:55and widening, I come here sooner,
- 10:56you're looking at your phone, you're playing small, no.
- 11:00That is in the past.
- 11:02You are stepping onto that train
- 11:03in the fullness of your being,
- 11:06knowing you deserve to be there,
- 11:07trusting in divine timing that everything is happening
- 11:10in its aligned moment.
- 11:12We may not fully understand why it had to happen now
- 11:15in this way, but one day we're gonna look back
- 11:18and it's all going to make sense.
- 11:21Come with an open heart and know that there are open hearts
- 11:24who are waiting and living to receive your sensitivity,
- 11:30your frequency, your ideas, your perspective, your creations.
- 11:34It is not too late to start that newsletter.
- 11:36It is not too late to go back to that project
- 11:38that you swore you've abandoned
- 11:40and you don't get to return to
- 11:41because how dare you break the promise
- 11:43that you made to the project.
- 11:44It forgives you.
- 11:46We forgive you.
- 11:50Sometimes what I do is I write a letter
- 11:52from a project that I've been avoiding to myself.
- 11:55This is what I call creative kinship
- 11:56that we are in relationship with, everything we create.
- 12:01And sometimes we think, oh, because I didn't show up,
- 12:03because I ghosted you, I'm no longer worthy
- 12:06of this relationship, but creativity is a different
- 12:08kind of relationship.
- 12:09It's always and already available to you.
- 12:12You must decide and you must love yourself so much
- 12:15to believe that your creativity is not there
- 12:18to conditionally support you.
- 12:20It is an unconditional source of love,
- 12:22of support, of refuge.
- 12:24If you allow it to be, that's the thing.
- 12:30And the more you show up for it,
- 12:31the more it will show up for you, but understand this.
- 12:35Because the universe is a becoming, is an unfolding
- 12:39and you are here to help unfold something through you.
- 12:43That unfolding will always forgive you,
- 12:45even if you take unintended breaks,
- 12:49even if you avoid starting it,
- 12:50you're still worthy of starting it.
- 12:52And you've gained in the process of that starting.
- 12:56You haven't only lost, hold the vision my love,
- 13:00understand, it's all happening, it's all unfolding.
- 13:04I say that to myself almost once a day,
- 13:06it is all unfolding.
- 13:07People say, oh, when is it going to happen?
- 13:09It is already happening.
- 13:12Everything is a process.
- 13:15And we are in the process.
- 13:16Bamboo grows underground for five years
- 13:18before you can see it visibly above ground, five years.
- 13:23Garlic takes nine months to grow, nine months.
- 13:25That's why we just throw on everything.
- 13:27Oh, I love garlic so much, nine months.
- 13:32So we need to cultivate a sense of patience.
- 13:36I always say to myself, patience is an energy
- 13:38in the universe that is abundant
- 13:40and that always wants to collaborate with you.
- 13:43Patience is that overlooked energy.
- 13:45It's not glamorous enough.
- 13:47So a few people want to play with patience,
- 13:49but patience always wants to play with you.
- 13:52Patience always wants to be available to you.
- 13:55The farmer knows that.
- 13:56The dreamer knows that.
- 13:58The dreamer who's willing to hold the dream
- 13:59not for weeks or for months, but for years.
- 14:02The dreamer understands how powerful
- 14:04and how abundant the energy of patience is.
- 14:07If you can allow yourself to say, I have time.
- 14:12This is happening.
- 14:13It didn't happen by March.
- 14:15It didn't happen by my New Year's resolution,
- 14:17but it is happening.
- 14:21You'll be so powerful, my love.
- 14:22We talk about having a vision, creating a vision.
- 14:25If you can sustain a vision, oh.
- 14:28And take the aligned inspired action in alignment
- 14:32with that vision and forgive yourself
- 14:34when it doesn't go perfectly according to your plans
- 14:36and your goals and your weekly Baba Ba.
- 14:38And you can still say, this is still the vision.
- 14:41Ah, the power you will experience and also the release.
- 14:47Because when it doesn't have to happen by December,
- 14:50you can just sink into the pleasure of it already happening,
- 14:55of the knowing, of the trust is really what we're also
- 14:58talking about, trusting the dream, trusting yourself,
- 15:03trusting the universe, trusting the collective dreaming
- 15:06through you, trusting that the right collaborators
- 15:10are going to emerge to support you on your journey.
- 15:12Sometimes we think the support system I have now
- 15:15is the support system I always have.
- 15:16No, the more you allow yourself to be in your power,
- 15:19be in your energy, be in your truth,
- 15:21the more you are going to magnetize a support system
- 15:23towards you, a sole tribe, people who genuinely resonate
- 15:27on your frequency are going to be magnetized towards you.
- 15:30So will you allow yourself to become the version of yourself
- 15:34for whom it is not too late, for whom it is only the beginning?
- 15:37Will you choose the reality of what is and the possibility
- 15:41of what still can be over the illusion of what was supposed
- 15:45to be, what could have been, what wasn't?
- 15:47And that inner belief, the law of correspondence
- 15:50and your ability to hold it and sustain it
- 15:52is what is going to help create that external reality.
- 15:56Are you living that desire, that dream
- 15:59and remembering that is not only your desire
- 16:03with all the ways of the world, what fruit will you bring?
- 16:06Us, we want your fruit.
- 16:08It's not for you to say, it's too bruised.
- 16:12It's too sweet, not if you're on like sweetness.
- 16:14It's a bit sour.
- 16:15Let us decide, babes, what fruit will you bring?
- 16:17Not how will we judge your fruit?
- 16:19Not how will it measure up to other people's fruits?
- 16:22Not mm-mm.
- 16:24It is so generous, babes.
- 16:25I call this the flea market of life
- 16:27and that's also why I got chills when I read Rumi's words
- 16:30because I was like, oh my word,
- 16:31this is the same idea manifesting in different ways
- 16:34and that's why I love wisdom and the ancient quality of it
- 16:37because Rumi lived in like 1,224.
- 16:41Correction, Rumi lived from 1207 to 1273
- 16:45and he was born in the area now known as Afghanistan.
- 16:48He lived then and I'm saying the flea market of life now
- 16:52and it's just, it's this constant stream of wisdom
- 16:55that never ends, that I'm so grateful to be a part of
- 16:58but also to offer.
- 17:00It is so generous, whatever you have to share.
- 17:02Remember that that is a deep source of generosity
- 17:05but remember that nature in itself is generous.
- 17:09I learned this from Jay Shady said this.
- 17:11The sun, so generous, the flowers, so generous,
- 17:14the water, so generous, and you, your being,
- 17:17you sharing it with us, you expressing as you are
- 17:21is your birthright?
- 17:23First of all, however you feel cold, second of all,
- 17:27it is so generous.
- 17:28Oh, oh my word.
- 17:30Thank goodness nature hasn't been conditioned
- 17:31to doubt its own gifts, its own magic.
- 17:34It wouldn't be so generous.
- 17:35It would say, oh this grass, it's itchy to some people.
- 17:37Let me just not grow so that there's no grass
- 17:39and then there'd be no grass.
- 17:41Hmm, you're the same babes.
- 17:43What you have to give is so beautiful,
- 17:44so generous, so powerful and yet you've been conditioned
- 17:48in a system that wants you to minimize
- 17:52and to negate and repress that power.
- 17:56Oh my gosh, to repress your love,
- 17:57to repress your generosity.
- 18:00So just remember babes, it's not your role
- 18:03to judge the fruits, it's your role to tend to them
- 18:06and also to be tended to, to tend to others
- 18:09to support people around you, and to just trust
- 18:12in your offering, say this is what I had to give today.
- 18:14That's how I feel about this video.
- 18:16It could have been different.
- 18:17It could have been otherwise,
- 18:18but this is what I have to give and that is so generous
- 18:21and I'm gonna feel into that generosity
- 18:22and it's gonna feel so juicy.
- 18:25Like, oh, this beautiful fruit that I gave, I gave.
- 18:29You know what I mean?
- 18:30And I mean, wow, I'm just, I'm in awe of you.
- 18:35And I hope that you find a way,
- 18:38find the wisdom to be in awe of yourself,
- 18:40find the wisdom to be in awe of yourself.
- 18:43It is there, I promise you.
- 18:46It is there.
- 18:49But remember that awe and fear are closely linked
- 18:52so we're gonna step into the light side of the awe,
- 18:55the wonder, the openness, the sense of reverence,
- 18:59not the shadow side of the awe,
- 19:01the fear, the playing small in the face of,
- 19:03the feeling not good enough, the putting on a pedestal
- 19:05and bowing down, but not in a sense of reverence,
- 19:08but more in a sense of, I play small because you are big.
- 19:11And so in the face of our magic, we so often do that.
- 19:15So you're stepping onto that train in awe of not only yourself,
- 19:19but in awe of the universal love and consciousness
- 19:22and wisdom that flows through your being
- 19:24that connects you to everyone else on that train.
- 19:26You are gonna walk in there in awe of the collective
- 19:28and how they are ready to receive you
- 19:30and how you are ready to receive them
- 19:32because if you take that step forward,
- 19:33not only will you be living your dream,
- 19:35but you will be in the space, in the room,
- 19:37in the ring of supporting other people's dreams.
- 19:40So remember the ripple effect of expression and creation
- 19:44that you are a ripple, you have been affected
- 19:48by other creators and you affect as above so below.
- 19:53So you will continue this dream of expression.
- 19:56And if you don't go to that grad school,
- 19:58then those people are never gonna get to experience you
- 20:00at that school and they won't be able to experience
- 20:03the way that you can also support their dreams
- 20:05just as they're supporting and enabling yours.
- 20:08If your dream is to be in a classroom,
- 20:09you need other people in the classroom.
- 20:11So they're supporting your dream
- 20:13and you're supporting theirs.
- 20:14But maybe someone in that class,
- 20:15dreams of doing something you did six years ago.
- 20:18Oh, perfect, you're in a position to support their dreams.
- 20:21So trust in that, trust in the calling,
- 20:23even if it doesn't make sense.
- 20:24And trust that you're always worthy of returning.
- 20:26This is something that is so important.
- 20:28I've taken a very long break from TikTok
- 20:31and I always feel so guilty.
- 20:33And it feels like this dream is behind me
- 20:36and I don't even know what exactly the dream is.
- 20:38But it's behind me.
- 20:39It's like I've given it up by not showing up consistently.
- 20:42And today I reminded myself, babes,
- 20:45it's not too late unless you decide it's too late
- 20:47unless you make it too late.
- 20:49Oh, let me say that again,
- 20:50it is not too late unless you make it too late.
- 20:54Because what I always say to coaching clients
- 20:57is you could either fixate on what you wish you did five years ago
- 21:01or what you're gonna be so proud
- 21:02to tell yourself 10 years from now that you did do.
- 21:05So picture your at a breakfast with your 10 year older self.
- 21:09What are they gonna be like?
- 21:10Thank you so much that you took that step.
- 21:12Think of that possibility rather than you know what I mean?
- 21:14Rather than let's go, you know what I'm saying?
- 21:17So it's all in motion.
- 21:19It's still all in play.
- 21:20It's all unfolding.
- 21:21Think of the version 10 years from now
- 21:23what they will be thanking you for.
- 21:25Hold on to that possibility and remember
- 21:28that if it becomes too late,
- 21:30it's because you decided it was too late.
- 21:32There are dreams, of course,
- 21:33when I acknowledge that have a specific timeline,
- 21:36I'm thinking of the biological clock
- 21:38and having your own kids and so on.
- 21:39And so I hold so much love.
- 21:40I know this wisdom is not gonna apply to every single situation.
- 21:43And I do believe and I do feel that it can apply
- 21:46to the situations that it applies to
- 21:47and that those are worth speaking love into.
- 21:50So I never want to negate or deny time-based dreams.
- 21:54And also I know that there are many of us
- 21:56holding on to the belief that it's too late
- 21:59and also not owning what this belief protects us
- 22:02from having to actually step into and do.
- 22:04Because if we get to just be like,
- 22:05oh, I hate that it's too late to start a YouTube channel.
- 22:09We never have to go through the discomfort
- 22:11of creating that first video.
- 22:12You know, when you don't take an action,
- 22:14do you know what you get to keep?
- 22:17Do you know what you get to keep
- 22:18that the people who actually took that action
- 22:19don't get to have?
- 22:21You get to keep the illusion of how it was gonna feel
- 22:24to take that step.
- 22:26If you never become a singer,
- 22:28you can just dream the illusion, the dream,
- 22:30the fantasy of how it feels to actually be a singer.
- 22:33People who are actually singers may feel very differently.
- 22:36And both are beautiful and precious.
- 22:37But we need to remember everything we do
- 22:39has its own intelligence to it.
- 22:41Sometimes they regret the feeling we're too late.
- 22:45The intelligence of it is it protects the fantasy
- 22:47we hold around that path.
- 22:50It protects the idea that if only I'd written a book
- 22:53and then we imagine the carry Bradshaw version
- 22:55of writing a book and ask any writer who's written a book
- 22:57if they felt that way about writing the book.
- 23:00Literally every acknowledgement section I read
- 23:02is like, I suffered.
- 23:03This was blood sweat and tears.
- 23:05I hope that it can be otherwise
- 23:06and I don't glorify suffering.
- 23:08All I'm talking about is a distinction between
- 23:10people who live the dream and the reality of it
- 23:13versus people who get to hold on to the fantasy of it.
- 23:16Where you're just imagining your favorite playlist
- 23:18playing and you writing perfectly,
- 23:19not imagining the discomfort involved
- 23:21in the process of writing that book,
- 23:23not imagining the hate comment on goodreads,
- 23:25not imagine, you know what I mean?
- 23:26It's all part of the dream and that is the law of polarity.
- 23:29And I'm gonna have a video on this
- 23:30but that every dream will ask of you.
- 23:34Do you want the fantasy of this?
- 23:35In which case you won't be able to withstand
- 23:38some of the discomfort involved in the dream
- 23:40or are you willing to accept the reality of this?
- 23:42In which case you will say yes to all of the dream
- 23:44including the discomfort involved,
- 23:45including the suffering involved in the dream.
- 23:48It's not too late, it's only too late
- 23:50for the fantasy version of the dream.
- 23:52And that's okay, actually in fact that's beautiful
- 23:54because you're stepping into the radical truth
- 23:57of the reality, the beauty, the possibility
- 23:59that is still available to you.
- 24:02I love you so much, my loves.
- 24:04I want you to know that there is just this beautiful forest
- 24:06waiting for you to say yes to it
- 24:08and it has incredible flowers and lavender
- 24:10and a beautiful sunrise
- 24:12and the birds are chirping
- 24:13and the birds have this incandescence to them,
- 24:16they're luminous, they're all the things,
- 24:17they're purple, they're blue.
- 24:19And it's this field of people and beings
- 24:21and we're just waiting for you to say yes.
- 24:24Because that's where the train is going, isn't it?
- 24:26To another form of utopia,
- 24:29to a form where we can actually live
- 24:31the collective possibility of love,
- 24:33of abundance, of mutual thriving.
- 24:38And you are part of the awakening of this planet.
- 24:41So we need you in your power
- 24:42and we need you in your truth.
- 24:45Listen to that voice within
- 24:48and see what it asks of you
- 24:52and see what it asks through you.
- 24:56I love you so much, my loves.
- 24:57I hope that this sole session
- 24:59has served your deepest consciousness.
- 25:02I want you to know that before I recorded today's sole session,
- 25:05the last sole session, the sole session before that,
- 25:07I did a creative activation
- 25:09which is my offering to help you ground yourself
- 25:13in love, in nurturing energy,
- 25:15in a feeling of universal trust,
- 25:18universal being collective,
- 25:20being before you start your creative process.
- 25:23So often we're going from such a dysregulated place
- 25:26into our creative practice
- 25:27and then we're wondering why am I feeling
- 25:29like a bear is attacking me while I'm making this video,
- 25:32while I'm writing this sub-stuck.
- 25:34It's because we're dysregulated,
- 25:36we're feeling ungrounded, we're feeling unsafe
- 25:39and I felt this so many times before recording a video
- 25:43like it feels like there's literally a lion attacking me sometimes.
- 25:48And I thought what would happen
- 25:49if I just dropped in to my creative practice.
- 25:53I didn't try to jump in from one context to the next,
- 25:56but I dropped in and reminded myself
- 26:00because of that perfectionism and inner critic that I am love.
- 26:04That's whatever happens next,
- 26:08I'm worthy of creating it.
- 26:11And it is from that space
- 26:13that I created creative activations
- 26:15to solve a problem that I not only have faced,
- 26:18but continue to face
- 26:19because I'm sharing this with you.
- 26:22I'm sharing my gifts with you
- 26:23and it's a very vulnerable and often terrifying process.
- 26:26I feel a lot of resistance and fear before I record,
- 26:29but the beauty and gift of that
- 26:31and I thank my fear for keeping me safe.
- 26:34I burnt my hand recently and had it not been for fear.
- 26:36I wouldn't have known to pull back my hand so quickly.
- 26:40So fear, it's something that is part
- 26:43of our protective mechanism.
- 26:44It's just overactive.
- 26:47And so I'm so proud of this creation
- 26:50because it emerges from the deepest part of my soul.
- 26:54It's as close to coaching with me as I offer.
- 26:57It's transmissions and also there's an option to submit a question
- 27:00which I respond with an activation.
- 27:02This is a beautiful, beautiful offering of activation and expansion,
- 27:06which is what I seek to help you do.
- 27:08I seek to help you expand, activate
- 27:11into your most loving possibility and loving creation.
- 27:14And also I'm just here for the people who resonate with me.
- 27:18And so by me sharing myself,
- 27:20I'm just here to speak into and speak through and with the frequency.
- 27:24That is our being.
- 27:26That is why I call it soul siblings
- 27:27because we are resonating on the same frequency.
- 27:30And when you have that, you have harmony.
- 27:32You have beautiful soul music being made collectively.
- 27:35We're all having these aha moments together
- 27:38and we're all feeling the wonder and the awe and the love together.
- 27:42And so there is the symphony forming between us, this poetry.
- 27:49And it is my highest, my deepest honor
- 27:54to offer lines of that poem to you.
- 27:58And even more so to offer the frequency
- 28:01that unites the poetry that speaks to us, you and I.
- 28:07And that speaks through us.
- 28:10You are so magical.
- 28:12You are so powerful.
- 28:13You are so divine.
- 28:14And I hope that this soul session has served you.
- 28:17And I will see you on the next.
- 28:19Thank you for being in the soul salon today.
- 28:21I'm so deeply grateful to have had you with me today.
- 28:25And I will see you on the next soul session.
- 28:27I love you.
- 28:29Bye.
- 28:30I hope some paradigms have been shifted
- 28:32for you in today's conversation.
