- 0:00Speaker 1: This is the Ben and Ashley I Almost Famous Podcast
- 0:03Speaker 1: with iHeartRadio.
- 0:06Speaker 2: This is a special episode of the Almost Famous podcast.
- 0:08Speaker 2: If you haven't listened yet, please go back and listen
- 0:11Speaker 2: to our interview with Sarah Trout, who is an advocate
- 0:15Speaker 2: for ALS based on her experience with her father having
- 0:19Speaker 2: ALS and unfortunately passing away from ALS just a short
- 0:23Speaker 2: time ago. It is ALS Awareness Month, so please go
- 0:27Speaker 2: listen to that episode and get as educated as you
- 0:31Speaker 2: can on this horrific disease. But this episode is about headlines,
- 0:36Speaker 2: and we have a lot of them today. Yes, Ashley
- 0:38Speaker 2: is here to help us break them down. Our first
- 0:42Speaker 2: headline is a big one one. Maybe I've just been
- 0:45Speaker 2: at a loop.
- 0:46Speaker 3: Maybe, but what.
- 0:52Speaker 2: Maybe nobody knew this was coming. Maybe this was a
- 0:54Speaker 2: secret that was kept from so many. But here's the headline.
- 0:57Speaker 2: Colton Underwood, Mary's Jordan C. Brown in Napa Valley. The
- 1:01Speaker 2: quote is I've never been more sure of something.
- 1:05Speaker 4: Yeah, I was, like I knew that they were engaged, right,
- 1:08Speaker 4: and they got engaged really quickly that they don't have
- 1:10Speaker 4: been dating for like, I would say, less than six months.
- 1:13Speaker 4: Didn't really hear a lot about them recently, and then
- 1:15Speaker 4: all of a sudden at the top of my Instagram feed.
- 1:17Speaker 4: Here are the pictures of them getting married. Chris Harrison
- 1:20Speaker 4: and Lauren Zema were I think the only Bachelor related
- 1:25Speaker 4: guess which I guess he hasn't really stayed in touch with,
- 1:29Speaker 4: Like he was pretty tight with with Blake.
- 1:31Speaker 5: And with Jason, do you. I guess you know you
- 1:34Speaker 5: know better than I.
- 1:36Speaker 2: Yeah, but I don't know where that relationship has gone
- 1:39Speaker 2: from then. I think it had. I don't think they've
- 1:41Speaker 2: kept in touch yeah recently.
- 1:43Speaker 4: Okay, well, let's get into the celebration. It was three days.
- 1:47Speaker 4: There was a performance by the Stanford University Artistic Swimmers
- 1:51Speaker 4: at a disco themed pool party. It was There was
- 1:56Speaker 4: a welcome party on Friday night. The full wedding festivity day,
- 2:00Speaker 4: of course, was Saturday.
- 2:02Speaker 5: Per huge.
- 2:04Speaker 4: They wanted, They really wanted to have that disco themed
- 2:07Speaker 4: pool party. He said, it's going to be a really
- 2:10Speaker 4: fun wedding and that for their nuptials that they wore
- 2:14Speaker 4: tom Ford suits and there were two hundred guests.
- 2:19Speaker 5: We don't have like a ton of information.
- 2:22Speaker 4: We know that there was going to be some spicy margaritas,
- 2:25Speaker 4: that their dogs would be there, and the fact that
- 2:28Speaker 4: they wanted it outdoors in nature, which was it was
- 2:31Speaker 4: really important element for them.
- 2:33Speaker 2: The big celebration. It's a big headline because yes, I
- 2:37Speaker 2: don't know if anybody really knew what was happening. Maybe
- 2:39Speaker 2: that's on purpose, I don't know, but Bachelor Nation didn't
- 2:42Speaker 2: have like a massive amount of people there. There was
- 2:44Speaker 2: only Chris Harrison, who is no longer the host, and
- 2:47Speaker 2: Lauren Zema. But congratulations to Colton. This is a celebration.
- 2:54Speaker 2: It's been a big story in his life for a while.
- 2:57Speaker 2: But he and Jordan have been together now for I
- 3:00Speaker 2: don't I mean, yeah, you said they got engaged quickly,
- 3:02Speaker 2: but it feels like they've been together for a long time.
- 3:03Speaker 4: Yeah, I think they've been together for at least two
- 3:05Speaker 4: years now. I also think it's worth mentioning that they
- 3:07Speaker 4: had mini wedding cakes. They had the best chocolate chip
- 3:11Speaker 4: cookies you've ever had, and they also.
- 3:14Speaker 2: Had who quoted that we have the best chocolate chip cookies.
- 3:18Speaker 3: You've ever heard.
- 3:19Speaker 4: That's what his husband, Jordan said, And then they also
- 3:24Speaker 4: had their first dance to the Good Ones. It's just
- 3:27Speaker 4: one of those songs that remind both of them of
- 3:29Speaker 4: each other, and it's very special to them.
- 3:32Speaker 3: Well, there's a big announcement.
- 3:33Speaker 2: Next big announcement is this Bachelor Nation's Emily Ferguson gives
- 3:37Speaker 2: birth welcome's first child with William Carlson.
- 3:41Speaker 5: She does. His name is Beckham William Carlson.
- 3:46Speaker 4: He looks so much like his dad straight out of
- 3:49Speaker 4: the womb, it's quite amazing. Her Instagram caption read, our big, strong,
- 3:54Speaker 4: healthy boy, weighing in at eight pounds two ounces, your
- 3:57Speaker 4: papa's twin. We love you more than you'll ever now.
- 4:00Speaker 4: And then there's of course a whole bunch of vaccination
- 4:03Speaker 4: comments underneath it. Her sister of course, Haley, and Lauren,
- 4:07Speaker 4: Lane and me and like everybody else because we're really
- 4:12Speaker 4: excited to see Emily as a mom. She's going to be,
- 4:15Speaker 4: you know, just the cutest, most adorable, loving mom. She's
- 4:19Speaker 4: so full of positive energy and she just like well
- 4:22Speaker 4: she's just just like a lover, you know what I mean.
- 4:24Speaker 5: She's always just.
- 4:25Speaker 4: Seems happy and upbeaten, and uh that is that's what
- 4:29Speaker 4: we've gotten.
- 4:30Speaker 2: The baby does look like her husband. I will seem
- 4:32Speaker 2: like it's crazy, it's crazy, and.
- 4:34Speaker 3: That picture like this was just like him.
- 4:38Speaker 5: Yeah, it's really cute.
- 4:40Speaker 3: That baby is going to have the blonde.
- 4:42Speaker 6: I think, oh, it's got to stay. Yeah, it's going
- 4:44Speaker 6: to stay blonde.
- 4:56Speaker 2: Interesting headline here one that has been a now for
- 5:00Speaker 2: the last week.
- 5:01Speaker 5: It's interesting.
- 5:02Speaker 3: Yeah, it's interest.
- 5:03Speaker 5: Did you talk about this? Was this posted last week
- 5:06Speaker 5: when I was.
- 5:06Speaker 3: No, no.
- 5:07Speaker 2: This is the first time. So Amanda Stanton opens up
- 5:09Speaker 2: about letting her kids curse. Her quote is, I want
- 5:13Speaker 2: to prepare them for the real life. This according the
- 5:16Speaker 2: Bachelor Nation, an article that they did Ashley. I mean,
- 5:20Speaker 2: I think that the headline kind of speaks to the article, right, Yeah,
- 5:25Speaker 2: And people have multiple thoughts on this. I want to
- 5:29Speaker 2: hear your thoughts first as an on this.
- 5:33Speaker 5: Okay, So here's what happened.
- 5:35Speaker 4: She got the girls front row tickets to Taylor Swift.
- 5:40Speaker 4: It was a time of their life, like they're gonna
- 5:43Speaker 4: remember it forever. And I'm really glad that this is
- 5:45Speaker 4: like a memory that my mom would have given me.
- 5:46Speaker 4: And I'm really glad that they have this. Like Taylor
- 5:49Speaker 4: interacted with them throughout the concert. That's really cool. There's
- 5:53Speaker 4: lots of video of this now in the long version,
- 5:57Speaker 4: the ten minute version of All Too Well, she said
- 6:00Speaker 4: as f the patriarchy.
- 6:01Speaker 5: F the patriarchy, right, she says the actual F word.
- 6:05Speaker 4: And the video that Amanda posted had Kinsley, who is
- 6:10Speaker 4: nine years old, nine or she may have just turned ten,
- 6:13Speaker 4: and she says the word F the patriarchy, and I
- 6:19Speaker 4: was jarred. I was surprised, and I didn't love it, Okay,
- 6:27Speaker 4: I didn't love it. And I just felt weird hearing
- 6:32Speaker 4: that word from such a little girl. And I don't know, Okay,
- 6:37Speaker 4: So this is what Amanda said, because she said she
- 6:40Speaker 4: knew she was going to get a reaction from posting that. Sure,
- 6:44Speaker 4: I know everyone has different opinions on this, so I'm
- 6:47Speaker 4: not expecting everyone to agree with me. I knew some
- 6:49Speaker 4: people would get upset over the video of char Charlie
- 6:52Speaker 4: saying the F word.
- 6:55Speaker 5: What I really thought it was Kinsley. I gotta look,
- 6:59Speaker 5: I watched this back.
- 7:00Speaker 3: You look very similar these days.
- 7:02Speaker 5: No, what definitely get I'm so confused.
- 7:06Speaker 4: Okay, Well, anyway, one of them said it saying the
- 7:09Speaker 4: F word wall singing, So I just wanted to share
- 7:12Speaker 4: my take, haha. I do not allow the girls to curse,
- 7:15Speaker 4: first of all, and if I caught them dropping F
- 7:19Speaker 4: bombs during their day to day they get in trouble
- 7:21Speaker 4: for that because we were at a concert and she
- 7:24Speaker 4: was singing slash the context. I was like, whatever, it's fine,
- 7:29Speaker 4: but that instance aside I curse. So I generally don't
- 7:34Speaker 4: teach them it's bad to curse, because why would I
- 7:38Speaker 4: teach them it's a terrible thing to curse only for
- 7:40Speaker 4: them to see Michael and I do it all the time.
- 7:43Speaker 4: I don't ever want to instill rules for them that
- 7:46Speaker 4: they see me break because when because then they wouldn't
- 7:51Speaker 4: take me seriously. So I really choose my battles when
- 7:55Speaker 4: it comes to the rules. Okay, now that she says this,
- 7:59Speaker 4: I have a more well rounded opinion on it.
- 8:04Speaker 5: I do think.
- 8:05Speaker 4: I know it's weird, but I do think that like
- 8:08Speaker 4: saying it in quotes or saying it in songs can
- 8:10Speaker 4: sometimes be a little different than you just using it
- 8:12Speaker 4: in your own conversation. Like if my kid was going
- 8:15Speaker 4: to be quoting movies and they said a curse word,
- 8:20Speaker 4: I'd be like, whatever, that's funny.
- 8:23Speaker 5: I used to use that excuse all the time with
- 8:24Speaker 5: my parents.
- 8:25Speaker 4: I was like, oh, clooning, I'm cloting, And it does
- 8:27Speaker 4: feel a little different.
- 8:28Speaker 5: And then when Amanda says I do it.
- 8:32Speaker 4: How am I supposed to pretend like it's the most
- 8:35Speaker 4: awful thing If I'm doing it and I'm not gonna
- 8:38Speaker 4: stop doing it, I just know, like I just know myself.
- 8:41Speaker 4: I know that Jared probably Jared and I are definitely
- 8:43Speaker 4: probably not gonna like totally cut off cursing ourselves. And
- 8:48Speaker 4: then I know Jared will have a very hard time
- 8:51Speaker 4: with that. That man has gotten a more of a
- 8:52Speaker 4: potty mouth as time goes on. It's really wild. Well
- 8:56Speaker 4: we try to cut it down. You say, that's awesome.
- 8:59Speaker 3: No, it's Boston.
- 9:00Speaker 4: Oh, it's definitely Boston. Like he sounds like he's out
- 9:03Speaker 4: of the Departed. I tell him this all the time.
- 9:05Speaker 4: I'm like, are you out of her Scorsese movie? Could
- 9:07Speaker 4: you just like cut the F word down a little bit?
- 9:11Speaker 5: Uh?
- 9:11Speaker 4: So, yeah, I understand. I don't want to encourage, but
- 9:17Speaker 4: will the words not be around? And then, like my
- 9:19Speaker 4: sister's funny, She's always like, it's just words.
- 9:22Speaker 5: Why they sound bad? That just words? It does have
- 9:24Speaker 5: to do with context though.
- 9:27Speaker 4: For me, I mean, I guess I have like a
- 9:29Speaker 4: lot of thoughts on cursing, Like, okay, so the word
- 9:32Speaker 4: thoughts if the F word is used in the way
- 9:34Speaker 4: that Taylor uses it in that song, like screw something.
- 9:39Speaker 4: If the F word is used as screw something or
- 9:42Speaker 4: ow or you know, like darn it, like whatever, I'm
- 9:47Speaker 4: like a little bit more okare with that? I don't
- 9:49Speaker 4: want my kids saying it, But then I think it's
- 9:51Speaker 4: I don't.
- 9:51Speaker 5: Like it when it's used in the other manner. If
- 9:53Speaker 5: you know what I mean anyway, Ben, what are your
- 9:55Speaker 5: thoughts about it?
- 9:58Speaker 4: But I could I'll still stand by the act that, like,
- 10:00Speaker 4: I don't know if I like.
- 10:01Speaker 3: Her posts and what are your thoughts about it? Let
- 10:04Speaker 3: me finish.
- 10:05Speaker 5: I'm sorry, I'm sorry.
- 10:07Speaker 4: I want to say that I'm somewhere in between, but
- 10:10Speaker 4: I was definitely not for it when she posted it
- 10:13Speaker 4: without the explanation.
- 10:15Speaker 2: Yeah, okay, Well, I mean I get what she's saying,
- 10:18Speaker 2: and I think there is multiple ways to go about this.
- 10:21Speaker 2: One would be for her and Michael to make the decision, Hey,
- 10:24Speaker 2: we're gonna clean up our language around our kids because
- 10:28Speaker 2: we don't want them to be using these same words.
- 10:31Speaker 2: That's an option. Sounds like they're okay with how their
- 10:35Speaker 2: current life is being lived, and that's great too.
- 10:37Speaker 3: They're great parents.
- 10:38Speaker 2: I'm sure you know, they know their household better than
- 10:40Speaker 2: I do, or better than the public goes. I think
- 10:43Speaker 2: there's one thing I really agree with Amanda on is
- 10:46Speaker 2: preparing your kids for real life. I know in my
- 10:50Speaker 2: experience where I grew up and the people I was around,
- 10:53Speaker 2: the kids that were that had the toughest rules placed
- 10:56Speaker 2: on them, the kids that never had a glass of
- 10:59Speaker 2: wine with their parents when they're you know, eighteen years old.
- 11:04Speaker 2: The kids that were kind of forbidden to do anything
- 11:08Speaker 2: that the you know, society says is wrong. We're also
- 11:13Speaker 2: the ones that went wildest in college. They went crazy,
- 11:16Speaker 2: They did everything, they tried everything because they had no
- 11:20Speaker 2: concept oh yeah, right and wrong.
- 11:22Speaker 5: I have an example friend in my head.
- 11:24Speaker 2: Yeah, So I do think there's that balance there. It
- 11:28Speaker 2: is a conversation, though, and Amanda definitely started it, and
- 11:32Speaker 2: we're all now able to jump into that conversation as
- 11:36Speaker 2: well and start to become our own version of parents
- 11:40Speaker 2: as we think about these tough things and how we
- 11:43Speaker 2: treat our kids and how we get our kids to
- 11:44Speaker 2: not only respect us, but trust us, because the words
- 11:49Speaker 2: and the things that we're saying they should be doing
- 11:50Speaker 2: are also the things that we're doing. I think that's
- 11:53Speaker 2: really important.
- 11:54Speaker 4: I missed a chunk of her writing, and I want
- 11:58Speaker 4: to say that she probably basically says exactly what I
- 12:00Speaker 4: just said.
- 12:02Speaker 5: She goes.
- 12:02Speaker 4: Instead, I teach them what's not appropriate for kids to curse.
- 12:07Speaker 4: I also make sure that showing them the correct context
- 12:10Speaker 4: on when and how to curse and how it's not
- 12:12Speaker 4: okay to direct it at people, like saying f you
- 12:14Speaker 4: to someone and never calling somebody a bitch.
- 12:19Speaker 5: They never hear us stay.
- 12:20Speaker 4: Stuff like that, which is exactly what I was saying,
- 12:24Speaker 4: not appropriate at school or work. But if they grow
- 12:28Speaker 4: up and they want to curse, I really don't care.
- 12:29Speaker 4: To be honest, I care that they're good humans and
- 12:31Speaker 4: they grew up to be good kind humans who and
- 12:34Speaker 4: if they say F a lot, that's like, I'll gladly
- 12:38Speaker 4: take it.
- 12:38Speaker 5: She's I don't know.
- 12:39Speaker 4: I guess my reasoning behind this is because I want
- 12:41Speaker 4: to prepare them for real life. And let's be honest,
- 12:42Speaker 4: adults curse, and if I tell them that it's so bad,
- 12:45Speaker 4: then they're going to grow up and be like mom
- 12:47Speaker 4: means to to chill, maybe question other things, and then
- 12:51Speaker 4: then maybe we'll question like other things that we tell
- 12:53Speaker 4: them is bad for me being mean to people as
- 12:57Speaker 4: bad drugs are bad, saying f is an not bad,
- 13:00Speaker 4: but it is for kids. Again, this is just my
- 13:02Speaker 4: take and not everyone will agree.
- 13:15Speaker 2: Next day line is about you, Ashley, You and Joyed
- 13:17Speaker 2: waiting to have baby number two. Oh give us the reasoning.
- 13:21Speaker 5: Waiting just so long?
- 13:22Speaker 4: You know, our kid is only fifteen months, but like
- 13:25Speaker 4: just really waiting here, you know, Oh, so funny. Also
- 13:30Speaker 4: really waiting another four months till August, so silly.
- 13:37Speaker 5: It was so crazy.
- 13:38Speaker 4: So I did a Q and A on Instagram and
- 13:41Speaker 4: it's wild because a couple of years, you know, two
- 13:43Speaker 4: years ago before it awesome, every question was what do
- 13:47Speaker 4: you gonna have kids?
- 13:48Speaker 5: What do you have kids? What do you have kids?
- 13:50Speaker 4: And it's funny because so many people say, like is
- 13:53Speaker 4: it an appropriate question to ask? Because you never know
- 13:55Speaker 4: how many like people are trying, like what they're going
- 13:58Speaker 4: through if they want it, you know, it's like an
- 14:00Speaker 4: invasive question. It's considered an invasive question sometimes they says,
- 14:02Speaker 4: I personally do not find it invasive, but also it's
- 14:06Speaker 4: not something that like we have knock on wood, like
- 14:09Speaker 4: really struggled with so and also I openly itself to
- 14:15Speaker 4: I basically like open up my life for people to
- 14:18Speaker 4: appropriately ask that question. I basically reveal everything that we're
- 14:20Speaker 4: going through. And that's totally fine and I'm comfortable with that.
- 14:24Speaker 4: But it's so crazy at the same time that like,
- 14:26Speaker 4: literally everybody cares so much about children. And I'm sure
- 14:29Speaker 4: you get this all the time. Now, Ben down that
- 14:31Speaker 4: you've been married for over a year, is one of
- 14:33Speaker 4: the kids coming? So but so like in my Q
- 14:36Speaker 4: and A, it's all about when's baby number two? When's
- 14:38Speaker 4: baby number two? And it's just like, why do you
- 14:40Speaker 4: care about baby number two so much?
- 14:43Speaker 6: Oh?
- 14:44Speaker 5: But I guess that's just life, you know.
- 14:45Speaker 4: Everybody says, you know, it's like are you dating someone
- 14:48Speaker 4: or what are you gonna get married? And if you're
- 14:49Speaker 4: gonna get married, when you're gonna have kids? And it's
- 14:51Speaker 4: just always like the next thing.
- 14:52Speaker 3: So you're waiting just a few months, Yes.
- 14:54Speaker 4: We're just waiting a few months. I want to enjoy
- 14:56Speaker 4: a summer. So the thing is I want them to
- 14:58Speaker 4: be close in age, you know, ideally I like the
- 15:00Speaker 4: two and a half years apart. It's but you really
- 15:03Speaker 4: can't super duper plan that. Again, Dawson took seven months
- 15:06Speaker 4: to conceive, and if it were to take somewhere along
- 15:10Speaker 4: this seven month area to conceive again, then yeah, they'd
- 15:13Speaker 4: be about two and a half years, which is great,
- 15:17Speaker 4: but anywhere in that span I really do like also.
- 15:22Speaker 5: I mean, you know, people hate it.
- 15:24Speaker 4: I know they had it, but like I'll be thirty
- 15:26Speaker 4: regardless if like if we were going to start today,
- 15:30Speaker 4: I would pretty much be thirty six when I had
- 15:32Speaker 4: the kid. And I'm sorry, you know, you can look
- 15:35Speaker 4: at the science, but like it's a cheriatric pregnancy. I
- 15:39Speaker 4: think they call it advanced age, advanced maternal age at
- 15:43Speaker 4: that point, which is not I mean, it's nuts that
- 15:45Speaker 4: that's the truth, you know, advanced.
- 15:48Speaker 5: Maternal age a thirty six.
- 15:51Speaker 4: To the point where they often like induce thirty six
- 15:53Speaker 4: year olds a week early because like that last week
- 15:56Speaker 4: can be a little bit risky.
- 15:58Speaker 5: It's it's it's just wild.
- 16:01Speaker 4: But anyway, that is where we're at. We're going to
- 16:03Speaker 4: start trying in August that I can enjoy a summer.
- 16:05Speaker 4: I haven't really enjoyed a summer in a few years.
- 16:07Speaker 4: The first, you know, two years ago, I was so
- 16:10Speaker 4: sick with Dawson, and then last year he was just
- 16:13Speaker 4: a fussy fussball, and we were moving and I'm just
- 16:17Speaker 4: excited to like kind of take him to the beach regularly.
- 16:20Speaker 4: We have the ocean five minutes away from us, and
- 16:22Speaker 4: I just want to just enjoy and have some summer cocktails.
- 16:26Speaker 4: And I don't even think we'll be ready and mentally
- 16:31Speaker 4: by August, but that is what we're going to do.
- 16:36Speaker 4: I don't know how you can ever be ready for
- 16:37Speaker 4: a number two. Some people say that number two is
- 16:40Speaker 4: is harder. Obviously it seems like it would be harder,
- 16:44Speaker 4: and then some make it seem like having multiples is easier,
- 16:48Speaker 4: particularly when they get to be like one and a
- 16:50Speaker 4: half and they start playing with each other.
- 16:53Speaker 5: So, Ben, when are you guys going to start?
- 16:58Speaker 2: That was the longest explanation for something that's taken two seconds.
- 17:02Speaker 4: I know, But you know, I'm trying to fill up
- 17:04Speaker 4: some time, and I have like lots of thoughts.
- 17:09Speaker 2: We're going to Italy in September, and then we said
- 17:12Speaker 2: when we set the kickoff now we'll start talking about it.
- 17:15Speaker 2: So when we get back from Italy, we'll start, like
- 17:19Speaker 2: you know, who knows, though she could end up before then,
- 17:22Speaker 2: and then we have a whole new thing to talk
- 17:24Speaker 2: about but we're.
- 17:25Speaker 3: Not U We're not really worried about it.
- 17:27Speaker 5: You guys like don't actively prevent No, No, we're.
- 17:31Speaker 3: But like we're good, like you know, I mean, if
- 17:33Speaker 3: it happens, it happens. Life, you know, will change.
- 17:35Speaker 2: But it would be ideal to be able to go
- 17:37Speaker 2: to Italy in September and not have that going on
- 17:41Speaker 2: as well.
- 17:43Speaker 3: But who knows. I mean, we're excited.
- 17:45Speaker 4: Yeah, you don't want to be out of I didn't
- 17:47Speaker 4: want to be out of the country when I was pregnant.
- 17:49Speaker 1: No.
- 17:50Speaker 4: Also, can I just say this, like I am so
- 17:53Speaker 4: terrified of being pregnant with Dawson because I was just
- 18:00Speaker 4: you know, ye on my knees, on my knees truly
- 18:03Speaker 4: literally a lot of the time by the toilet. I
- 18:08Speaker 4: don't know how I'm going to get through this pregnant.
- 18:10Speaker 4: I really don't. Like it's scary to me. And I
- 18:13Speaker 4: asked a lot of moms with that I had hyperemesis
- 18:18Speaker 4: what they did with their kid, and they's just like
- 18:20Speaker 4: too much screen like a lot of screen time.
- 18:23Speaker 5: And I'll needing a lot of help.
- 18:25Speaker 4: And I don't even know how those first like twenty
- 18:28Speaker 4: weeks are gonna be it's just so scary. Anyway, that's
- 18:34Speaker 4: all I'm gonna. I'm pretty much gonna like take two
- 18:37Speaker 4: months off. I'm pretty sure, Like I am really bad
- 18:39Speaker 4: with taking time off because I'm just like, oh, you.
- 18:43Speaker 5: Never know when it's gonna be over.
- 18:44Speaker 4: I gotta keep making the money, right, But I don't
- 18:47Speaker 4: know I'll be able to do it and be a parent.
- 18:50Speaker 4: So I mean, I'll be here, I'll do the podcast,
- 18:52Speaker 4: but I don't know if I'll have energy to do
- 18:54Speaker 4: anything else. I mean, you, I know you're like, wow,
- 18:56Speaker 4: we really hit a spot with Ashley talk about I'm sorry,
- 18:58Speaker 4: I'm just being chatty right now. Well, Ben, do you
- 19:01Speaker 4: like tell the people what I was like when we
- 19:04Speaker 4: would record when I was pregnant? It was like, I
- 19:08Speaker 4: can't believe I got through those times with hiding it,
- 19:12Speaker 4: hiding it.
- 19:13Speaker 2: The best way I could describe you being pregnant doing
- 19:15Speaker 2: this podcast was me saying, actually, you look beautiful to
- 19:18Speaker 2: do and You're like, don't say that, No, I don't.
- 19:20Speaker 2: That's so offensive, And I'm like, all right, I'm out.
- 19:22Speaker 3: I'm so true.
- 19:26Speaker 5: I did that so much.
- 19:29Speaker 2: That was actually Ashley pregnant, So it'd be a lot
- 19:32Speaker 2: of fun to have that Ashley back. I would love
- 19:34Speaker 2: to see that Ashley again. It's an Ashley that lives
- 19:37Speaker 2: inside deep inside that comes out every once in a while,
- 19:42Speaker 2: and when it does, it's entertaining. The best part about
- 19:45Speaker 2: my job is I sit thousands of miles away and
- 19:48Speaker 2: I know that as soon as I close zoom, it's
- 19:50Speaker 2: no longer my problem. So I'm excited for you guys
- 19:55Speaker 2: to have to have another child because Dawson's so cute
- 19:58Speaker 2: and so great. Final headline today, Ashley Ish Marlena wesh
