- 0:11Speaker 1: On the air, there's prop control live from the Raising
- 0:18Speaker 1: Kine studio. It's off the Bench, all right.
- 0:45Speaker 2: Welcome back in our number three of ot B. No,
- 0:51Speaker 2: that is not Matt Flynn who made bad decisions sitting
- 0:53Speaker 2: next to me. That is Chris Marler sitting next to me.
- 0:56Speaker 2: Marlar Monday with an l Shu polo on Huge Fan,
- 1:00Speaker 2: Huge Fan of you. Oh yeah, thank you.
- 1:03Speaker 4: You guys have alread talked about all the stuff I want
- 1:04Speaker 4: to talk about. I wanted to hear how the first
- 1:06Speaker 4: pitch went.
- 1:07Speaker 2: Uh, you know what. The thing the good thing about
- 1:09Speaker 2: radio is, you know kind of treated in twelve minute intervals. Yeah,
- 1:13Speaker 2: you know, you can kind of go back. This show
- 1:15Speaker 2: used to do like first line and they give you know,
- 1:18Speaker 2: all the whatever details of what happened over the weekend,
- 1:22Speaker 2: and like second lines they would come back and they
- 1:23Speaker 2: just repeat it, oh whatever, you know, kind of like
- 1:26Speaker 2: a Louisiana like you know, tie into it. So you know,
- 1:29Speaker 2: you do that radio sometimes. Yeah.
- 1:31Speaker 4: I think we all know that. I think I know
- 1:33Speaker 4: for sure I got it. I knew that right off
- 1:35Speaker 4: the bat.
- 1:35Speaker 2: No question about it. So what you want to ask, buddy.
- 1:39Speaker 4: One, how was it? You were kind of cutting close.
- 1:41Speaker 4: I didn't realize you were coming from Zachary Zachary, which
- 1:44Speaker 4: we talked about that on Monday. We all know is
- 1:47Speaker 4: a certain ways away from baton Rouge. I'm still learning
- 1:49Speaker 4: the map.
- 1:50Speaker 2: About forty minutes from the box from where I was.
- 1:52Speaker 5: Okay, you'd like hustle blank.
- 1:54Speaker 2: Yeah. We finished our game at five thirty, got in
- 1:57Speaker 2: the car immediately and drove and made it pretty good.
- 2:00Speaker 2: Like they said, be there at six. Well, the first
- 2:03Speaker 2: pitch was until six twenty. Oh. It's one of those
- 2:06Speaker 2: deals where they tell you six because they want you
- 2:07Speaker 2: to be on time. Yeah, I had some time to
- 2:09Speaker 2: play with a little bit, Like people do that to
- 2:11Speaker 2: me a lot. Well, they probably for good reason.
- 2:13Speaker 5: Yeah for sure.
- 2:13Speaker 2: Yeah, you're not punctual to say the least.
- 2:17Speaker 4: Okay, well, got up early today, but I wanted to
- 2:21Speaker 4: tell you, so I went to one of my buddies
- 2:24Speaker 4: is a manager for Florida Baseball, but like.
- 2:27Speaker 2: Your equipment manager or trainer.
- 2:29Speaker 4: So he handles off like the operation side of stuff.
- 2:31Speaker 4: All the planning for trips on great dude then for years.
- 2:34Speaker 4: And uh So we went and had coffee on Saturday
- 2:36Speaker 4: morning and we're sitting there talking and I was like, yeah,
- 2:38Speaker 4: you know, like the series not been great so far
- 2:41Speaker 4: for the home team that lost, and kid hit a
- 2:43Speaker 4: ball that has not landed yet.
- 2:45Speaker 5: That was a tank.
- 2:46Speaker 2: He walked the first base as I probably would have
- 2:48Speaker 2: as well.
- 2:49Speaker 4: Dude, I would have walked the entire four I mean
- 2:51Speaker 4: I would It would have been a very long trot.
- 2:54Speaker 4: And he was like, I was like, yeah, it's pretty cool, though.
- 2:56Speaker 4: I was like, hester thought the first pitch and without
- 2:58Speaker 4: hesitation he goes man and f Jacob Pastor and I
- 3:02Speaker 4: was like what is that? And he's like I'm a
- 3:04Speaker 4: Florida guy And I was like, oh, he went into
- 3:05Speaker 4: all the trauma and all that kind of stuff.
- 3:07Speaker 5: So he's still own that. That fan base.
- 3:09Speaker 2: Yeah, they don't love me.
- 3:12Speaker 5: That's kind of feel pretty.
- 3:13Speaker 2: They don't. They don't love you because I hate them.
- 3:15Speaker 2: So yeah, like they hate me, I hate them. It's
- 3:17Speaker 2: a thing, you know. Uh but if you were listening
- 3:20Speaker 2: in the seven am hour, which you were definitely not
- 3:21Speaker 2: awake yet, the Florida coaches did try to recruit my
- 3:25Speaker 2: son as he walked off because he threw a better
- 3:26Speaker 2: first pitch than I did.
- 3:27Speaker 4: I did see that. I didn't see the recruiting part.
- 3:29Speaker 4: But it's always a good recruiter, man. They I mean,
- 3:32Speaker 4: so that that group, I think it might have been
- 3:35Speaker 4: one of the best staffs of all time. They you're
- 3:39Speaker 4: not gonna believe me, but they recruited me. It was
- 3:41Speaker 4: Clemson with like Leagette to Jack Leggett, a player baseball,
- 3:46Speaker 4: Jack Leggett, Tim Corbyn, Eric Bocket choose out of the
- 3:50Speaker 4: coach there, and then Sullivan like that's got to be
- 3:52Speaker 4: one of the stacked coaching steps of all time.
- 3:54Speaker 2: Yeah, uh, you'll appreciate this because you know this person.
- 3:57Speaker 2: I'm gonna say, but I was telling them earlier and
- 3:59Speaker 2: Alana was right there with me. They were, you know,
- 4:01Speaker 2: talking about fourth of my son and whatever. I was like, oh,
- 4:03Speaker 2: trust me, Chris Dory, trust to get me go to
- 4:05Speaker 2: Florida all the time. And all the all three baseball
- 4:07Speaker 2: coaches that were sitting there just like laughed and I
- 4:10Speaker 2: put their like face over their or hanging over their face,
- 4:13Speaker 2: and like, oh, we know doing.
- 4:14Speaker 4: My favorite one of my favorite people of all time,
- 4:16Speaker 4: like like in in this job and then in life.
- 4:19Speaker 5: But he is God, He's hysterical, man, he is.
- 4:22Speaker 4: He's there's I don't every time I bring or someone
- 4:24Speaker 4: brings Dooring up, I feel like I can't keep your
- 4:27Speaker 4: shirt on that. No, I can definitely do that, and
- 4:29Speaker 4: I think that's good for everyone. But I also feel
- 4:32Speaker 4: like I have to like immediately start mincing my words
- 4:35Speaker 4: like oh door like you started thinking of the stories
- 4:37Speaker 4: and like none of them are appropriate.
- 4:38Speaker 5: No, none of them are. I love doing I know.
- 4:40Speaker 2: So that's the one thing making the switch from college
- 4:44Speaker 2: radio to NFL radio in the afternoons. Yeah, typically I
- 4:47Speaker 2: would go to Spring meetings in Destin at the end
- 4:49Speaker 2: of this month where it's just me, Doring and PB
- 4:52Speaker 2: and it's a great time. We have fun every single
- 4:55Speaker 2: year and it's so laid back and because all the
- 4:59Speaker 2: football and basketball coaches and eight d's are there and
- 5:02Speaker 2: so there's a big get together at the hotel bar.
- 5:05Speaker 2: It's great time. Yeah.
- 5:07Speaker 4: I feel like I could tell like I remember going
- 5:10Speaker 4: to media Days in Nashville a couple of years back.
- 5:13Speaker 2: Remember that when they had yea yea and I had
- 5:16Speaker 2: Doring didn't hit the fastball and dark did.
- 5:18Speaker 4: Yes, yes, yes, okay, So later that night, So I
- 5:22Speaker 4: was late, not of my own fault I had.
- 5:26Speaker 5: I had a horrible, horrible trip.
- 5:29Speaker 4: No, I didn't have a tummy agg I wasn't in
- 5:31Speaker 4: the crawfish then, so I didn't have any kind of
- 5:33Speaker 4: tummy issues then. Now it's an everyday thing. But uh,
- 5:38Speaker 4: I was late because so I flew in from Columbia,
- 5:41Speaker 4: Columbia stuff, gone to Atlanta. Yeah, and it was like
- 5:43Speaker 4: a Sunday night thing. They ended up like we didn't
- 5:47Speaker 4: get onto the tarmacs like one point thirty, and the
- 5:50Speaker 4: pilot basically was like, hey, they want me to taxi
- 5:52Speaker 4: out here because there's so many people that are waiting
- 5:54Speaker 4: to get a new flight were not taken off anyway.
- 5:57Speaker 5: I showed up like a day and a half late
- 5:58Speaker 5: because I are you working with them?
- 6:00Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 6:00Speaker 5: Yeah, yeah, And it was like a it was like
- 6:04Speaker 5: a travel nightmare.
- 6:06Speaker 2: Right.
- 6:06Speaker 5: I finally get there.
- 6:07Speaker 4: Me and Justin Hooginson got that night and Billy Lucci
- 6:10Speaker 4: and we were walking across the street and I see
- 6:13Speaker 4: Dorry Noka shirtless.
- 6:15Speaker 5: It's like one thirty in the morning.
- 6:16Speaker 4: Yeah, and uh and he was like my all and
- 6:19Speaker 4: I was like Dorry and I see someone next to
- 6:21Speaker 4: him who's also shirtless and without I didn't need my glasses.
- 6:24Speaker 5: That's definitely doing.
- 6:25Speaker 4: And I'm sure the Dorians woudn't talked him into it, oh,
- 6:27Speaker 4: no doubt, or maybe ripped it off of him.
- 6:29Speaker 2: Yeah, So when Doring missed, so, I mean, incredible set
- 6:35Speaker 2: up that we had. There were the Nashville Triple A
- 6:38Speaker 2: baseball field and they were awesome, and they had a
- 6:42Speaker 2: pitching machine that was so in ninety five that's now
- 6:44Speaker 2: it's you know, it's straight, but it's ninety five. And
- 6:47Speaker 2: Dori Noka and Chris Doring had this bed who could
- 6:49Speaker 2: get more hits and ten pitches. Dorry hit it six times.
- 6:52Speaker 5: I think there's had a ten like it was ninety five.
- 6:54Speaker 2: It was so impressive. It was like I was like,
- 6:57Speaker 2: there's no way, Yeah, it was at least five. I
- 6:59Speaker 2: think it was six. And so Doring didn't hit any
- 7:02Speaker 2: and he told us how normal all star baseball player
- 7:05Speaker 2: in high school, right, and so okay. Then it became
- 7:09Speaker 2: other media members were there and we were like, we
- 7:12Speaker 2: all got to do this. So Chris Childers love him.
- 7:16Speaker 2: He hit one. Rick Neuheisel hit one. T Bob hit one.
- 7:22Speaker 2: I hit one. Everyone, Aaron Murray hit one. There was
- 7:26Speaker 2: one more that was there. I don't remember who it was.
- 7:29Speaker 2: So all these people at least out of ten pictures,
- 7:32Speaker 2: they at least got good contact. Doring tried and he
- 7:38Speaker 2: tried everything. Well, he never hit one, and then he
- 7:42Speaker 2: blamed it on the bat. He's like it's too small
- 7:44Speaker 2: or whatever, like dude, T Pop's like a giant right
- 7:47Speaker 2: to everybody here, and he just.
- 7:49Speaker 5: And also doing's not well he's big. He's like six
- 7:51Speaker 5: or four.
- 7:52Speaker 2: I mean t Bob is two though, yeah, And so
- 7:54Speaker 2: he tried to blame it on the bat and then
- 7:56Speaker 2: after he missed the last one, and and there was
- 7:59Speaker 2: other Medium members there. Our boss Olivia was there, she
- 8:02Speaker 2: was clown and name Alyssa Lane was there. She was
- 8:06Speaker 2: of course clowning him as well. So he was hearing
- 8:08Speaker 2: it from everybody. So he did the dooring thing where
- 8:10Speaker 2: he's gonna act mad, and he just ripped his shirt
- 8:12Speaker 2: off because he's yoked and he's like yeah, but I'm
- 8:14Speaker 2: still like yeah, you know, and so like that was
- 8:17Speaker 2: his move, like just to rip his shirt off in
- 8:19Speaker 2: anger and you know, try to just show like what
- 8:22Speaker 2: his best.
- 8:22Speaker 4: Ass that was so you know, do you know so
- 8:26Speaker 4: I told this sort of dooring. He tells it all
- 8:28Speaker 4: the time. It's too much like what I used to be.
- 8:31Speaker 4: I'll be on there every Thursday in the fall with
- 8:35Speaker 4: him and a Lissa Lange and or him m PB
- 8:37Speaker 4: and like once a month he tells his story and
- 8:39Speaker 4: it never paints me in a good light. So it's
- 8:41Speaker 4: like I met this guy. He was bartending at the
- 8:43Speaker 4: Omni Hotel in Atlanta, Georgia. No one knew who he was.
- 8:46Speaker 4: I like, he wasn't even in this field. And that's
- 8:48Speaker 4: when I first met him. Like, you can just leave
- 8:49Speaker 4: that part out. You could just say we met you
- 8:53Speaker 4: were a bartender. Yeah, that's how I met Doring and before.
- 8:56Speaker 2: You started working Saturday down South.
- 8:58Speaker 4: Yeap likes big getting when we did new when we
- 9:01Speaker 4: did media Days and and SEC media Days in twenty
- 9:04Speaker 4: eighteen at the College Hall of Fame. Okay, yeah, I
- 9:07Speaker 4: went and go pick up my credentials from like where
- 9:10Speaker 4: we had pre shift in the Omni Hotel where I
- 9:13Speaker 4: was martaining at the time. And so it was like
- 9:15Speaker 4: a very odd like mixture because I wasn't full time
- 9:18Speaker 4: with SCS until June or July and so, but I
- 9:21Speaker 4: met him there and and it was like in March,
- 9:24Speaker 4: and it was like it was they.
- 9:25Speaker 5: Were doing Sweet sixteen there.
- 9:26Speaker 4: So I had we had a March Madness promo and
- 9:29Speaker 4: I had to wear this stupid. I was in much
- 9:31Speaker 4: better shape, so I want to I want to point
- 9:32Speaker 4: that out. So I didn't look at stupid. I was
- 9:35Speaker 4: in a referees jersey and I see dooring.
- 9:39Speaker 2: Those over vertical lines, those are the best treats you
- 9:41Speaker 2: better normally anyway, he'd be surprised.
- 9:43Speaker 5: You'd be surprised, Jacob.
- 9:45Speaker 4: So we go. If you imagine there were horizontal I
- 9:48Speaker 4: would have I would have quit that job. I would
- 9:50Speaker 4: have had to quit immediately. They set me up in
- 9:52Speaker 4: the side the sidebar and and it didn't have any
- 9:56Speaker 4: sort of system to ring up the drinks. So I'm
- 9:58Speaker 4: just giving away free drinks the whole night, doing thinks
- 10:01Speaker 4: I'm doing it because it's doing. And I'm like, I'm
- 10:04Speaker 4: talking to him and so I after like nine belveteres
- 10:08Speaker 4: and sodas, he was like, you're great, dude. I was like,
- 10:10Speaker 4: we're best friends pretty much, and he was like we
- 10:12Speaker 4: should keep in touch, and like that's how he became
- 10:14Speaker 4: there you go.
- 10:15Speaker 2: So that's the drink that he's gonna get, and that
- 10:18Speaker 2: is so adoring. He's going to exchange numbers with every
- 10:21Speaker 2: like if he like has a good time, he's going
- 10:24Speaker 2: to get your number and then he's going to FaceTime
- 10:26Speaker 2: you at one two in the morning, and if you
- 10:29Speaker 2: don't answer, you're on his list. Yeah. So the one
- 10:32Speaker 2: thing about doing he's a facetimer. That's tough and no
- 10:35Speaker 2: matter what, you have to answer. And I've been in
- 10:37Speaker 2: some tight situations late at night with the crew, with
- 10:41Speaker 2: the family, been out with the family where during will
- 10:44Speaker 2: FaceTime and I'll just turn the phone to Katie and
- 10:46Speaker 2: She'll be like, go ahead, get it out, answer the phone.
- 10:50Speaker 5: So I like seeing my face.
- 10:52Speaker 2: Well, you're not supposed to be looking at yourself. That's
- 10:54Speaker 2: kind of vain.
- 10:57Speaker 5: I don't want anyone see my face.
- 10:58Speaker 2: I supposed to look at the you know, it's looking
- 10:59Speaker 2: at the person that you're talking to, not yourself in
- 11:01Speaker 2: the little box.
- 11:02Speaker 4: Does anyone do that?
- 11:03Speaker 2: But I mean, if I'm FaceTime, I'm looking and focused
- 11:06Speaker 2: on the person, the person who you like.
- 11:07Speaker 4: It's a very I think it's a very Is that real?
- 11:10Speaker 4: I feel like most people look at themselves.
- 11:13Speaker 6: I would say, I look at the person on the
- 11:14Speaker 6: big screen that I called.
- 11:16Speaker 4: Yeah, Taylor, shut up, you're like looking at your I
- 11:18Speaker 4: mean I don't like looking at myself.
- 11:20Speaker 2: I think they'll do it.
- 11:21Speaker 4: Yeah, that's a good points too. All right, well I
- 11:22Speaker 4: was shooting talk about how about dooring though? Huh?
- 11:26Speaker 5: Anyway, what else happened?
- 11:31Speaker 2: You're looking?
- 11:32Speaker 4: I mean, I feel like eighty percent of Atlanta is
- 11:34Speaker 4: just people facetiming each other in public.
- 11:37Speaker 5: That's that's one of the reasons I also hate it.
- 11:39Speaker 2: Hate Atlanta.
- 11:41Speaker 5: Like face time, I love it.
- 11:43Speaker 7: Yeah, I will see the Waymos terrorizing.
- 11:47Speaker 8: That neighborhood there, terrorizing that neighborhood.
- 11:53Speaker 4: Did you see this? You know these way moos?
- 11:55Speaker 8: You know what waymos are?
- 11:56Speaker 4: Right?
- 11:56Speaker 7: This self driving car that's Matt. Matt loves a Wamo
- 12:00Speaker 7: And one time I was like no, And one time
- 12:03Speaker 7: I said, you are way too comfortable getting in the
- 12:05Speaker 7: car with like a with nobody in it.
- 12:07Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 12:08Speaker 7: He was like as opposed to getting in the car
- 12:09Speaker 7: with a stranger. And I was like, you know what,
- 12:11Speaker 7: fair point, but also like I'm not getting in a
- 12:14Speaker 7: car that is driving itself. But he loves a waymo
- 12:17Speaker 7: him and Ross and they have like a weird waymo
- 12:20Speaker 7: bro thing going on.
- 12:21Speaker 2: Yeah wait, so it's what's it doing right now? Though?
- 12:23Speaker 7: They were like terrorizing and I think Taylor, yeah, he's
- 12:26Speaker 7: trying to pull it up. They were like in a
- 12:29Speaker 7: Atlanta neighborhood, right, it was in Atlanta, yeah.
- 12:32Speaker 4: Chris, Yeah, it was just like a subject.
- 12:34Speaker 8: It is like in a cold de sac.
- 12:35Speaker 4: And it's just so the way the could de sac
- 12:38Speaker 4: was it buckhead. They deserve it so like Buckhead sucks.
- 12:43Speaker 4: That's where we lived before, but it was like, no bucket.
- 12:45Speaker 2: I'm a brace fan.
- 12:47Speaker 4: So the coul de sac has like instead of just
- 12:51Speaker 4: being a circle, there's like something in the middle of
- 12:52Speaker 4: a circle.
- 12:53Speaker 2: Yeah, like a roundabout. Right.
- 12:55Speaker 4: They're just they're just going around for like I mean, yeah,
- 13:00Speaker 4: fifty of them, fifty of them.
- 13:02Speaker 2: How did they all? Wait?
- 13:04Speaker 6: How they all wind up in that neighborhood like that?
- 13:07Speaker 6: Many people in that neighborhood are using.
- 13:09Speaker 4: That somebody had There's no way somebody had to to
- 13:13Speaker 4: do something.
- 13:14Speaker 8: I will never get in one because also after that, oh.
- 13:17Speaker 6: My josh, all of them just log jammed so incredible.
- 13:25Speaker 5: They just I love the fact there's a Honda c
- 13:26Speaker 5: r V in the looks like the.
- 13:29Speaker 7: One person like they're all jaguars make yeah, they making
- 13:36Speaker 7: way we see jaguar because there's not Jackuars.
- 13:40Speaker 6: We don't have our pinky up.
- 13:41Speaker 4: When we said jar was making funny about that, everybody.
- 13:45Speaker 6: Hunt Palmer in fun of me. I'll call him out
- 13:48Speaker 6: the way I say jaguar of us.
- 13:51Speaker 4: Yep, he said, said it's jaguar, Jaguar.
- 13:56Speaker 6: Last year I had to do the Lawy NFL promo.
- 13:58Speaker 6: I'm like, oh, it's carrying this and this that said
- 14:00Speaker 6: like Titans Jaguars, and he came up to.
- 14:02Speaker 4: Me, Jaguars, Jaguars are about to be Jackuire Jaguars, Jaguar,
- 14:09Speaker 4: Jaguar Jaquire.
- 14:12Speaker 8: No one is ever said Jaguar.
- 14:15Speaker 4: You're just like jaguar your hunt Jackuarre. I'm not great
- 14:23Speaker 4: with the English language, but jaguars seems pretty Jacksonville Jaguars.
- 14:28Speaker 7: Everybody in this room came to the conclusion that is
- 14:30Speaker 7: jaguar on their own.
- 14:32Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 14:32Speaker 8: I feel like we're not alone on this.
- 14:34Speaker 4: Yeah, and I'm never my instincts are never right, So
- 14:36Speaker 4: I feel like should be.
- 14:38Speaker 7: Fair, like we all share one brain cell, Like that's
- 14:41Speaker 7: we talk about it.
- 14:42Speaker 2: All the time.
- 14:43Speaker 7: Like the O TV crew, we operate off of one
- 14:46Speaker 7: brain cell between the four of us.
- 14:48Speaker 8: So maybe we're wrong.
- 14:49Speaker 4: Well, I appreciate I really appreciate you saying that because
- 14:53Speaker 4: I be bullied into you guys.
- 14:54Speaker 5: Just I will Yeah, I'll just start saying jaguars.
- 14:57Speaker 2: It sounds like I'm there, jack wires there you go.
- 15:01Speaker 7: Yeah, like you know, like you when you say jaguar,
- 15:06Speaker 7: it's trying too hard.
- 15:08Speaker 2: You're trying to do too much jaguar.

- 15:28Speaker 2: in the hallway when we walked out. Did you bring those?
- 15:34Speaker 2: Did you had like seven that day?
- 15:35Speaker 4: I had two? Also, Ali said I had seven, and
- 15:38Speaker 4: because of you, she thinks that she's right.

- 18:40Speaker 4: Oh, I forgot what it was?
- 18:41Speaker 2: Now?
- 18:42Speaker 5: Oh no, what about? We don't know you you teased it?
- 18:47Speaker 4: What did I say? What?
- 18:48Speaker 6: I want to bring up something when we come back. Yeah,
- 18:50Speaker 6: and then we went to break.
- 18:52Speaker 5: Oh, I wanted to talk to about our Lord and Savior. No,
- 18:56Speaker 5: I don't know. I have no idea what it is.
- 18:58Speaker 5: I have no idea.
- 18:58Speaker 8: You must say you just nothing.
- 19:01Speaker 4: What could it have been?
- 19:02Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 19:04Speaker 5: I'll think of it at some point.
- 19:05Speaker 2: I mean, if you want to talk about the Lord
- 19:06Speaker 2: and we're all saved here too, I mean, yeah, it's
- 19:09Speaker 2: all you know.
- 19:09Speaker 4: Mom's watching right now.
- 19:10Speaker 2: Oh yeah, shout out to your mom, mister Patty Sue.
- 19:13Speaker 4: Yeah, she's probably not watching. It's her day off. She's
- 19:15Speaker 4: a big day off. Well, if it's a day off, like,
- 19:21Speaker 4: here's the thing. She has one book she has to
- 19:23Speaker 4: read out of She really only works one day a
- 19:25Speaker 4: week and she hates that joke.
- 19:28Speaker 8: Oh you said you had an announcement to make.
- 19:30Speaker 2: Yeah, that's not helping you did you said you had
- 19:34Speaker 2: if you were tweeting it first?
- 19:35Speaker 4: Yeah, I remember. I'll think of it.
- 19:37Speaker 5: I'll think of it. I don't know what it could be.
- 19:40Speaker 8: Have an announcement to Maggie. You don't know what it is.
- 19:42Speaker 5: It was something not really very important.
- 19:44Speaker 2: I'm sure you need to get a couple of these
- 19:48Speaker 2: in one of these. I do like that because that's
- 19:51Speaker 2: like if you forget like you had it down, like
- 19:53Speaker 2: you immediately write it down.
- 19:55Speaker 4: All the tools were here for me to remember it
- 19:57Speaker 4: and write it down. I had a computer that charged. Yeah,
- 20:00Speaker 4: that's a big one. I'm a big pencil guy. Not
- 20:02Speaker 4: really colored the markers. That seems like it's markers. It's
- 20:06Speaker 4: a layer to I don't. It's the only way to write. Really, Yeah,
- 20:10Speaker 4: I like that, the only way to write. That's a
- 20:12Speaker 4: good a reader.
- 20:12Speaker 2: Yeah, thank you appreciate.
- 20:13Speaker 5: I'll think of it, and then when you're in the
- 20:14Speaker 5: middle of a story, I'll blurt it out. How about
- 20:16Speaker 5: That's fine?
- 20:17Speaker 2: I got five children. You don't think that happens to
- 20:19Speaker 2: me often did.
- 20:20Speaker 4: We I have never wanted to get a sexy more
- 20:22Speaker 4: than hanging out with our neighbors kids on Friday night.
- 20:25Speaker 4: And they're probably not listening. Hopefully, I really hope they're not. Yeah,
- 20:28Speaker 4: that'd be tough.
- 20:29Speaker 5: I mean, they kind of tough saying to its just
- 20:31Speaker 5: a lot of yelling.
- 20:32Speaker 6: They probably know the they.
- 20:34Speaker 4: Know if you're doing it the right way.
- 20:36Speaker 2: You don't even notice the yelling.
- 20:37Speaker 4: Really yeah, okay, yeah, good kids, great neighborhood love.
- 20:42Speaker 7: It was that the announcement that you're going to have
- 20:45Speaker 7: it announced me.
- 20:46Speaker 4: I'm happy Monday, guys that I don't.
- 20:49Speaker 5: Remember what it was. I really don't, and I feel
- 20:52Speaker 5: about it.
- 20:52Speaker 2: I know like this like the radio side of things,
- 20:54Speaker 2: live radios to you've done podcasts, you do writing and all.
- 20:58Speaker 2: When you tease something you got to deliver.
- 21:00Speaker 4: Well that is not now the living up to expectations,
- 21:03Speaker 4: I don't think so.
- 21:04Speaker 2: The listeners that stayed during the break during the commercials that.
- 21:07Speaker 8: Wait talking badly about you, let's see.
- 21:09Speaker 5: Yeah, you know, if they are, please let me know
- 21:11Speaker 5: what it is so I can just let me.
- 21:13Speaker 7: Know your thoughts on Chris two two five, four, nine
- 21:15Speaker 7: nine one O four five.
- 21:18Speaker 4: Anything positive about you? Probably not me. I don't want
- 21:22Speaker 4: to any topic.
- 21:25Speaker 2: Our son is very positive, Like, we don't have trolls
- 21:28Speaker 2: in our chat.
- 21:29Speaker 8: That's we definitely have trolls.
- 21:33Speaker 2: I mean, who cares like you? Well, I can't, I
- 21:36Speaker 2: can't speak for you talking about the wolf pagud and yeah,
- 21:42Speaker 2: because you're holling.
- 21:44Speaker 5: So, but was that a real thing that you guys
- 21:46Speaker 5: do every just start the show?
- 21:48Speaker 4: I know? So he said it was like a desk
- 21:50Speaker 4: pop and I was like, well, he's definitely just trying
- 21:52Speaker 4: to make me look stupid.
- 21:53Speaker 2: We do it every single day because this is the wolf.
- 21:55Speaker 5: Yeah, one of these things.
- 21:57Speaker 2: Too sweet? Too sweet?
- 21:59Speaker 5: I miss night.
- 22:00Speaker 2: Yeah, that's good.
- 22:01Speaker 5: That was the announcement.
- 22:03Speaker 2: No, it wasn't. No, I don't know. Everything that comes
- 22:05Speaker 2: to your mind is not going to be the announcement
- 22:07Speaker 2: until you remember that.
- 22:08Speaker 5: I'm over doing it now, stop looking at me.
- 22:10Speaker 2: It was a website, was it?
- 22:13Speaker 4: L s U?
- 22:14Speaker 2: I mean SEC media days. I don't know.
- 22:17Speaker 5: That's how it might have been the Winners Losers thing?
- 22:21Speaker 4: Maybe is that it?
- 22:24Speaker 2: You're trying?
- 22:25Speaker 7: Yeah, why are you reading now?
- 22:29Speaker 2: Five children?
- 22:31Speaker 8: How the SEC called Gordian was like, what's up? With
- 22:33Speaker 8: your guy.
- 22:37Speaker 4: So did she tell you about this?
- 22:38Speaker 5: I told her first off, the article did really well.
- 22:41Speaker 4: Yeah, because that did.
- 22:43Speaker 7: Really well because people were like, why is this guy
- 22:46Speaker 7: trying to kiss?
- 22:47Speaker 5: That's not true?
- 22:48Speaker 4: See the numbers. You should see the numbers.
- 22:50Speaker 2: Do you think the headline grabbed? And then people wanted
- 22:52Speaker 2: to talk trash? You did your job. Your job is
- 22:55Speaker 2: to get numbers clickbaited?
- 22:57Speaker 4: So hard did Okay, So here's the thing you did
- 22:59Speaker 4: in the article. Do you know do you have people
- 23:01Speaker 4: actually click that link? It's not anywhere close to what
- 23:03Speaker 4: you think that that. The graphic itself had over five
- 23:06Speaker 4: hundred and sixty thousand impressions.
- 23:08Speaker 5: You'll hear about it on Wednesday at the meeting where
- 23:10Speaker 5: the link the link clicks.
- 23:12Speaker 4: Yeah, okay, oh total total?
- 23:19Speaker 2: Are you serious?
- 23:20Speaker 5: Swear to gut.
- 23:21Speaker 4: I was like, but so, what was crazy?
- 23:24Speaker 2: Is it? Like?
- 23:24Speaker 4: I it The funniest part of this whole thing was
- 23:27Speaker 4: I'm sitting there talking to Rivers about it and she's like,
- 23:29Speaker 4: I don't know what it could be. And I was like, yeah,
- 23:31Speaker 4: we're like ten fifteen minutes in this conversation. I'm like,
- 23:34Speaker 4: that's so weird. I don't know who could have been
- 23:36Speaker 4: mad what And it reminds me of like that that
- 23:39Speaker 4: that part of the hangover. We're like, what's his name?
- 23:42Speaker 5: He's like the roof No, no, the Bradley. Cooper's like
- 23:47Speaker 5: like streaming cuss words.
- 23:48Speaker 4: He's like, shoot, god darn. Like I'm like, I'm like
- 23:52Speaker 4: telling Rivers. I'm like, I don't yeah, I don't know.
- 23:53Speaker 4: What could it be? And I really didn't think about it,
- 23:55Speaker 4: and I was like, well, maybe it might have been
- 23:58Speaker 4: might have been that graphic, Like I didn't see the graphic.
- 24:00Speaker 5: What the graphics saying.
- 24:01Speaker 4: I was like, cancel the game. So the whole thing
- 24:04Speaker 4: that we're upset about. I was like, yeah, I think
- 24:06Speaker 4: it was that.
- 24:06Speaker 2: I think it was that you're definitely stewing this situation.
- 24:09Speaker 5: That's my bad.
- 24:10Speaker 8: I've got some good text.
- 24:12Speaker 7: Two brain cells fighting for third place after all those
- 24:14Speaker 7: five hour energies, didn't take one to tell Peter Griffin
- 24:18Speaker 7: that was.
- 24:21Speaker 5: Griffin is significantly fatter than I am.
- 24:23Speaker 2: Yeah, I'll get thank you.
- 24:25Speaker 8: This one has me so dead. It's like an X ray.
- 24:29Speaker 7: It's an X ray of like somebody's full body brain
- 24:33Speaker 7: is in the ass.
- 24:37Speaker 6: That's good.
- 24:38Speaker 8: Martha getting ready to make an announcement.
- 24:42Speaker 5: Oh that is good.
- 24:43Speaker 2: That's good. I don't know what I'm I'm try to
- 24:46Speaker 2: find that.
- 24:47Speaker 8: Yeah, what the brain of the ass has said.
- 24:53Speaker 4: But it's not it.
- 24:55Speaker 2: That's not it. He's trying to cop out.
- 24:57Speaker 4: She didn't get engaged.
- 24:58Speaker 2: She did out congratulations, nice job, Dassy and Adam engaged
- 25:05Speaker 2: in front of Tiger Stadium. Well done.
- 25:07Speaker 4: Was in front of Tiger Stadium.
- 25:08Speaker 2: It wasn't ye you you commented on the post.
- 25:13Speaker 4: I didn't know it was in front of Tiger State
- 25:15Speaker 4: in the background. Has never been Yeah, talking about Clyms.
- 25:20Speaker 4: He went to Clemson to do it.
- 25:21Speaker 2: Wait, you'll get right off the show about that up.
- 25:26Speaker 4: No, I do look like you loved Like that's no,
- 25:30Speaker 4: that's too much. That's too much. Every every week. All
- 25:34Speaker 4: I want him to do is pull a hamstring just
- 25:36Speaker 4: once from down that we want.
- 25:37Speaker 2: We wanted, we wanted to see him roll down the
- 25:39Speaker 2: hill when we played him like we wanted, really really
- 25:42Speaker 2: wanted it. We were trying to, Yeah.
- 25:46Speaker 4: We should talk about some college football we've been doing,
- 25:49Speaker 4: like some preseason stuff.
- 25:51Speaker 2: That game.
- 25:51Speaker 5: I don't think that gives me close.
- 25:53Speaker 4: I don't, I don't. I know, it's way too really
- 25:54Speaker 4: talked about it.
- 25:55Speaker 2: With Davis. Never mind, it's talked about with him last week,
- 26:00Speaker 2: and it did like as the more and more because
- 26:01Speaker 2: I hadn't like done a deep dive into the game.
- 26:03Speaker 2: It's so but the more and more, like I started
- 26:05Speaker 2: to talk about with him because we had him on,
- 26:06Speaker 2: because it's gonna be the first day I'm sitting there,
- 26:09Speaker 2: Like they had a lot of people drafted, like the
- 26:11Speaker 2: Shoes got drafted. They were bad last year, and then
- 26:14Speaker 2: you start to look at like who came in. It's
- 26:16Speaker 2: like they added some people way more than Dabo ever does,
- 26:19Speaker 2: like six right, but like they're still not great on paper.
- 26:24Speaker 4: They lost their best transfer portal player to Ole Miss
- 26:27Speaker 4: was absurd.
- 26:29Speaker 5: Kids in class, got pictures.
- 26:31Speaker 2: He's in class, he's got picks. Paton Golden Yeah, you
- 26:37Speaker 2: know outside a wolf pack. Jesus, Okay, that's pretty good debo.
- 26:42Speaker 4: I I don't. It's so funny because those are two
- 26:44Speaker 4: such polarizing coaches and it's for it couldn't be for
- 26:48Speaker 4: more opposite reasons.
- 26:49Speaker 2: Yeah, right, they're not.
- 26:50Speaker 5: They're not anywhere close to being the same.
- 26:52Speaker 2: But we talked about it though, I mean both US coaches,
- 26:55Speaker 2: they've got expectations, pressures, different reasons, and you're right, they're
- 27:01Speaker 2: gonna handle it completely different. But like if like if
- 27:05Speaker 2: Lashue loses that game after all of the oh my god,
- 27:07Speaker 2: it's gonna be bad.
- 27:08Speaker 4: Well, you can't lose that one and the four other
- 27:10Speaker 4: ones are still in the schedule.
- 27:12Speaker 2: And then if Clemson loses that, they lose another game
- 27:14Speaker 2: to L s U. They start the season on one again.
- 27:18Speaker 4: Luckily for them, they played in the ACC, so they
- 27:20Speaker 4: they're gonna be good for a while. It did not, No,
- 27:24Speaker 4: I mean, they had nine players drafted in seven wins.
- 27:26Speaker 6: I know we were talking about that right after the draft,
- 27:28Speaker 6: where like that's that's the biggest, like knock on Dabo
- 27:31Speaker 6: right there the.
- 27:32Speaker 4: First round, right Blake Miller, which is the first offensive
- 27:36Speaker 4: lineman they have had drafted in the first round under Dabo.
- 27:39Speaker 4: I believe it's only two in the top two rounds,
- 27:42Speaker 4: top two rounds offensive climbing drafted since he's been That's
- 27:46Speaker 4: almost unheard of. I feel like, yeah, I mean that's crazy. Also,
- 27:51Speaker 4: they i mean maybe the most loaded Pinstripeowl ever between
- 27:55Speaker 4: them in Penn State. Yeah, I'm I'm excited about the
- 27:59Speaker 4: L s U schedule one because it's gonna be an
- 28:01Speaker 4: incredible home schedule and you get you get some like
- 28:04Speaker 4: massive home games. But I do think it's gonna be
- 28:06Speaker 4: interesting because they have five games. I think everyone has circled,
- 28:10Speaker 4: and four of you get at home Clemson, A and
- 28:13Speaker 4: m Bama and Texas. Historically speaking, they don't really farewell
- 28:17Speaker 4: at home against one of those teams. We're not gonna
- 28:18Speaker 4: get into it, but speak for your history, Bud.
- 28:22Speaker 2: Yeah, I fired okay the stadium with them. Yeah. True.
- 28:26Speaker 2: One actually read them one more time than I did.
- 28:28Speaker 2: So you're like, Eddy, he's five and oh because he retreated.
- 28:31Speaker 5: Oh nice, but.
- 28:32Speaker 2: He dressed for the game, so it still counts. Yeah.
- 28:35Speaker 4: Five game was I remember we were watching them on TV.
- 28:37Speaker 4: That was like HD for the first time.
- 28:39Speaker 2: I'll tell you this though, and I always tell people this,
- 28:42Speaker 2: that five Bama team was so much better than they
- 28:44Speaker 2: get credit for.
- 28:46Speaker 9: No.
- 28:46Speaker 4: They were offensively, they were well, but defensively they had
- 28:49Speaker 4: Roman Harbor, they had Demiico runs and Walls Gillberry.
- 28:53Speaker 2: They had some.
- 28:55Speaker 5: In the country.
- 28:56Speaker 2: They were undefeated when we played him in November.
- 28:58Speaker 5: They didn't score an offensive touchdown for four games.
- 29:01Speaker 6: J Roady Croyle yea DJ Hall turned into a good
- 29:05Speaker 6: receiver too. He was young on the team, but he
- 29:07Speaker 6: he was my.
- 29:09Speaker 5: Christians Jamie Christiansen from Northcross, Georgia. You're familiar with.
- 29:14Speaker 2: I think my favorite Alabama player of all time. I
- 29:18Speaker 2: want to guess who it is? Quarter kind of quarterback, quarterback.
- 29:21Speaker 8: McElroy Craig, I said, Greg, but.
- 29:25Speaker 2: Maybe Craig though I kind of like it.
- 29:28Speaker 4: It was what you hey, Craig can see, but but
- 29:31Speaker 4: that would quarterback quarterback.
- 29:34Speaker 2: I only got one because I respected the hell out
- 29:36Speaker 2: of his game.
- 29:37Speaker 5: Okay, hold on, can you give us an era?
- 29:39Speaker 2: Is it? Uh? I mean in the last twenty five years, Barker, I.
- 29:44Speaker 6: Think crap, that was actually going to be my guest.
- 29:46Speaker 4: Uh.
- 29:47Speaker 2: Tyler Watson, God, I love watching he had on three
- 29:53Speaker 2: knee braces there he calls the radio. Uh, he's the
- 29:58Speaker 2: color guy for the radio broadcast now.
- 30:00Speaker 1: Uh.
- 30:01Speaker 2: I used to turn on Alabama games and I'm like,
- 30:03Speaker 2: this guy is truly held together by Duck tape and
- 30:06Speaker 2: super Blue and he has given you everything he's got
- 30:08Speaker 2: right now, and andrews Aw kept trying to take his job,
- 30:11Speaker 2: and he would like wadle out there with all his
- 30:13Speaker 2: embraces on and just like you can't have it Andrews.
- 30:16Speaker 4: I would go out there and throw for three hundred
- 30:17Speaker 4: and thirty yards, and my grandpa would sit there and
- 30:19Speaker 4: watch the games and go there's just something about Tyler.
- 30:21Speaker 5: I trust more.
- 30:22Speaker 2: And I'm like, oh my god, dal never threw for
- 30:25Speaker 2: three hundred something yards.
- 30:27Speaker 5: How much you want to bet?
- 30:28Speaker 2: I mean maybe once?
- 30:29Speaker 5: Yeah, they.
- 30:31Speaker 4: For what they were trying to get done. What I
- 30:33Speaker 4: agree they were in the option with him. This didn't
- 30:35Speaker 4: need to turn into a Bama segment, but they Tyler watched.
- 30:37Speaker 4: Remember when he was being recruited, and I remember this
- 30:39Speaker 4: is back in the day they didn't have all like
- 30:40Speaker 4: the websites.
- 30:41Speaker 2: He probably would have been like late nineties recruitment.
- 30:43Speaker 5: Yeah, ninety nine or ninety eight, maybe he was here.
- 30:46Speaker 4: He was the number player in the Forest Davis Southeastern
- 30:50Speaker 4: recruiting You remember those, Yes, that was a big day.
- 30:53Speaker 5: Yeah, And and so he was.
- 30:55Speaker 4: And I remember reading the rundown of them or like
- 30:58Speaker 4: the what he called it, Scott. It was like he
- 31:01Speaker 4: has perfected the fade pass. He's hiss NFL ready as
- 31:04Speaker 4: any quarterback I have seen. And it was like first game,
- 31:07Speaker 4: I was like, this guy can't throw it fifty yards.
- 31:09Speaker 5: This is there's so much trouble anyway, back to LSU.
- 31:12Speaker 4: Yeah, what's interesting about the LSU schedule this year is that, like,
- 31:16Speaker 4: you have five games. I think that everyone has circled Tennessee.
- 31:19Speaker 4: I think is gonna be triggier.
- 31:20Speaker 2: Than they realize.
- 31:20Speaker 4: Oh yeah, but having Texas and Bama back to back,
- 31:27Speaker 4: and A and m and Ole miss back to back,
- 31:30Speaker 4: I feel like that's a little bit of a disadvantage,
- 31:32Speaker 4: even though they have such.
- 31:33Speaker 5: A good advantage of having four of those five games
- 31:35Speaker 5: at home.
- 31:36Speaker 2: Good thing about the current system that you're in, you
- 31:39Speaker 2: could split those. Yeah, and if you take your business
- 31:42Speaker 2: everywhere else, you're still in great shape.
- 31:45Speaker 4: You could split those and you beat Clemson and you
- 31:47Speaker 4: lose to Tennessee. I think you're still in good shape
- 31:50Speaker 4: with nine to three, depending on which one.
- 31:52Speaker 2: Yeah, depending on how everything plays out. But yeah, so yeah,
- 31:55Speaker 2: if you got season takes to LSU this year, you're
- 31:57Speaker 2: gonna get your money's worth, to say the least. All right, Well,
- 32:00Speaker 2: when we come back, Marl, it's going to remember what
- 32:01Speaker 2: he teased thirty minutes ago right here on OTB.

- 33:38Speaker 6: have to hear Chris say, go Tommy.
- 33:39Speaker 5: What did I do?
- 33:42Speaker 9: Yeah?
- 33:42Speaker 4: I would think so it's amazing what they said on cable.
- 33:45Speaker 8: Yeah, but you also didn't think you say damn it?
- 33:47Speaker 8: So I was just clarified.
- 33:48Speaker 5: Oh yeah, that's fair. Well g in front of it's

- 34:11Speaker 5: A couple people they were related, actually renounce Jaguar. So
- 34:14Speaker 5: you're an idiot, but nailed it.

- 35:17Speaker 2: Yeah, but so does most people in this room.
- 35:20Speaker 6: Yeah, but buddy Matt Flynn can remember.
- 35:23Speaker 5: Flynn Flynn's medicated for it. I am just I'm.
- 35:26Speaker 8: Freaking just how hippa.
- 35:28Speaker 2: First of all, are you not medicated?
- 35:30Speaker 4: Oh?

- 35:32Speaker 9: I don't.
- 35:32Speaker 5: I feel like it dampens it dampens my It dampens my,
- 35:37Speaker 5: uh personality.
- 35:39Speaker 2: He has a bread price. You really need to be Yeah.

- 35:51Speaker 4: to seven claiming really, yeah, I sweat enough.
- 35:54Speaker 2: I mean its hot. I take it too, like to
- 35:57Speaker 2: you know, to be focused, you know, do six hours
- 36:00Speaker 2: radio a day like I want to be. I don't
- 36:02Speaker 2: take it every day.
- 36:02Speaker 4: I would find when I was on it, when I
- 36:05Speaker 4: would uh take my medicine for it, I would end
- 36:07Speaker 4: up being like rabbit holes of like of like I
- 36:10Speaker 4: would do. I would do a graphic for what yeah,
- 36:13Speaker 4: and I would be an hour and a half into
- 36:15Speaker 4: this graphic, moving like the most minuscule things around, and
- 36:18Speaker 4: then I'd be like sending, like, all right, which one
- 36:19Speaker 4: of these looks best?
- 36:20Speaker 5: Like Ali? And they'd be like six different versions. She's
- 36:23Speaker 5: like these are all the same.
- 36:24Speaker 2: I'm like, man, I get that, I get that.
- 36:27Speaker 5: I feel I feel way better without it. I'll say that.
- 36:29Speaker 2: Okay, yeah, if Flint Steagan is since I've known him so.
- 36:33Speaker 4: But I mean, yeah, I think he's he does great.
- 36:37Speaker 5: I mean, but that's I think that's probably why the
- 36:40Speaker 5: deity kicks it.
- 36:40Speaker 4: Like I'll start stories all the time, and and now
- 36:42Speaker 4: he's like, what are you talking about?
- 36:43Speaker 5: I'm like, who knows?
- 36:44Speaker 4: Honestly don't mm hmm. What else would we talk about? Anything?
- 36:49Speaker 2: I don't know? Really, like I really am. I think
- 36:51Speaker 2: is this a bit?
- 36:52Speaker 4: Are you not?
- 36:52Speaker 2: Because you don't know?
- 36:54Speaker 4: I really I didn't forget for sure. See this is
- 36:56Speaker 4: what you should just let me throw it out there
- 36:58Speaker 4: and we.
- 36:58Speaker 2: Should have well not we're trying to teach you like
- 37:01Speaker 2: an live radio like you know, we're at fifteen, we're
- 37:04Speaker 2: supposed to take the break at eleven. Yeah, a little
- 37:06Speaker 2: bit over, so you had eleven we're supposed to don't
- 37:10Speaker 2: what percentage of breaks to you?
- 37:11Speaker 8: Like thirteen?
- 37:12Speaker 2: I guess what?
- 37:14Speaker 4: Less than yeah, okay, it's less than five. I think
- 37:17Speaker 4: that morning the first hour.
- 37:18Speaker 7: And it's like I beg and I beg and I beg.
- 37:22Speaker 8: They just don't listen to me.
- 37:24Speaker 4: Flynn.
- 37:24Speaker 2: Look, if it makes you feel better, I'm not any better.
- 37:26Speaker 2: On national radio either that's fair. There's not good. It's
- 37:30Speaker 2: not good at it. Neither is my cot, neither one
- 37:32Speaker 2: of my co hosts, Flynn or Pat. They don't care either.
- 37:35Speaker 5: Oh, I know what it was. I'm going to Hoover
- 37:39Speaker 5: and I've never been.
- 37:40Speaker 2: That's so okay. It's a little underwhelming, but I'm glad
- 37:44Speaker 2: you did remember. How did you remember? Based off what
- 37:46Speaker 2: we were talking about?
- 37:47Speaker 5: Ali just texted me said, baseball is dead?
- 37:49Speaker 2: What would you do without her?
- 37:53Speaker 4: I don't know, is the answer. She is the best
- 37:56Speaker 4: thing that ever I had.
- 37:56Speaker 2: Like every good thing that you say about you is
- 37:59Speaker 2: you'll say because Ali.
- 38:01Speaker 5: Do you know what she got me? She got me
- 38:03Speaker 5: for for my plant?
- 38:05Speaker 4: Yeah, with our names on it, the Marler's and there's
- 38:09Speaker 4: two little crawfish on it.
- 38:10Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 38:10Speaker 5: Yeah, she's pretty awesome.
- 38:11Speaker 2: Yeah. She put gloves next to the crawfish for you.
- 38:14Speaker 4: So somebody, No, and I haven't had gloves. I have
- 38:17Speaker 4: not used gloves since I got it using anymore. No,
- 38:21Speaker 4: we don't use the gloves anymore. But Ali did get
- 38:26Speaker 4: us crawfish platters or trays. And that's my favorite part
- 38:30Speaker 4: of Lousiana so far. I love the state so much,
- 38:32Speaker 4: but that is like an unrivaled first is the crawfish.
- 38:38Speaker 2: It's incredible. Is it bad that I knew she got
- 38:41Speaker 2: you a planner?
- 38:42Speaker 4: Planner or platter? I thought you said a planner. Oh no,
- 38:46Speaker 4: she got me a platter.
- 38:48Speaker 2: Oh man, I think she had a planet.
- 38:50Speaker 4: She got me a planner too. Really, it's sitting on
- 38:53Speaker 4: the floor in my office. It's one of those things.
- 38:55Speaker 2: In the corner. There is awesome, that's well done. But
- 38:58Speaker 2: she needs to give you.
- 38:59Speaker 4: A plan nerve Okay, full disclosure. I do remember the
- 39:04Speaker 4: actual the actual tease.
- 39:06Speaker 2: That wasn't it?
- 39:06Speaker 5: No, I like you for.
- 39:08Speaker 8: Sure, but invited to your wedding.
- 39:12Speaker 4: You guys are invited, idiot, but it is, But no,
- 39:17Speaker 4: it's it's nice from the dude that didn't remember the announcement.
- 39:22Speaker 5: Don't make me forget.
- 39:25Speaker 4: So you guys every week, every week we leave the
- 39:27Speaker 4: Wednesday meeting every single week, and you guys come by,
- 39:30Speaker 4: you and Flynn, and you look in my office, which
- 39:32Speaker 4: is desolate and gross.
- 39:33Speaker 5: There's no light.
- 39:34Speaker 2: It's terrible.
- 39:35Speaker 5: It is a prison self.
- 39:36Speaker 4: There's one gray wall, which is nice, and you guys
- 39:40Speaker 4: give me crap for how there's nothing decorated. Me and
- 39:44Speaker 4: Ally made a little plan this week and we have
- 39:47Speaker 4: a specific Matt Flynn and Jacob Hester themed thing that's
- 39:52Speaker 4: going to go up on the wall. It's gonna be
- 39:54Speaker 4: ready this week. And I'm very excited.
- 39:55Speaker 2: Okay, very I'm excited.
- 39:57Speaker 5: That was the announcement.
- 39:58Speaker 2: I'm excited as well. When's it gonna be? What ready?
- 40:01Speaker 4: Uh?
- 40:02Speaker 5: Wednesday or Tuesday? I don't know, Yes, it'll be.
- 40:06Speaker 6: It'll be done by the time the meeting's over.
- 40:08Speaker 8: Chris, I need you wanna come look at this text
- 40:10Speaker 8: I just got.

- 41:03Speaker 4: It's our first dance throw in one loop com I
- 41:07Speaker 4: got but I don't.

- 41:08Speaker 5: You don't know this one?
- 41:11Speaker 2: Hook? All right, that's tickling Sunday. Yeah, I got it,
- 41:30Speaker 2: got it, all right, little ass. The bench brought to
- 41:32Speaker 2: you by Ice Cold dough sekis you're supposed to make
- 41:35Speaker 2: a that was bad. That's bad to whoever did The

- 42:10Speaker 5: Do you think that n I l wise? Would you
- 42:12Speaker 5: commit to that? Because that he is the best defensive
- 42:15Speaker 5: short stop in.
- 42:15Speaker 4: The country and he's really hit sec pitching well, really well,
- 42:19Speaker 4: and he's so good in the postseason. Yeah, but you
- 42:22Speaker 4: saw him be the best defensive short shop in the
- 42:24Speaker 4: country this year, and it's not like saving those runs.
- 42:26Speaker 2: I think teams are gonna really value what he brings
- 42:29Speaker 2: to the table to Yeah, I mean switch hit or
- 42:31Speaker 2: strong defense, great arm, clutch. I think he's gonna get.
- 42:36Speaker 6: He's he's a vet too. If you have a chance
- 42:37Speaker 6: to get him back, you gotta do what you gotta do.
- 42:39Speaker 7: But I don't know if I think that you pay
- 42:41Speaker 7: a little bit above market value for him, not like
- 42:44Speaker 7: anything super insane.
- 42:46Speaker 2: Set the market you're saying, like with some record deal,
- 42:48Speaker 2: but give him.
- 42:49Speaker 5: Above right, because Curil is gone.
- 42:52Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, he's.
- 42:53Speaker 4: Like if you if you were to get him, I
- 42:55Speaker 4: honestly think he should go spend with some of these
- 42:58Speaker 4: incoming freshmen. I think you can get Washington from my
- 43:00Speaker 4: high school. Yeah, because he's he's dropped to like a
- 43:02Speaker 4: projected fourth rounder, which is still a lot of money.
- 43:04Speaker 5: Yeah, but like development get paid. Somebody said for.
- 43:09Speaker 2: That, Hasha Gas the bench favorite sports movie not remember
- 43:13Speaker 2: the Titans Varsity Blues are Friday Night.

- 43:22Speaker 8: a text letting me know this.
- 43:23Speaker 7: I'm sorry, I don't have your name, so I'm not
- 43:25Speaker 7: sure who sent it to me.
- 43:27Speaker 8: Uh, the Pelicans are hiring.
- 43:28Speaker 7: Jamal Mosley that's who has the franchise's new head coach
- 43:33Speaker 7: on a five year contract.
- 43:37Speaker 2: Okay, I forgot that.
- 43:39Speaker 8: So news broke during OTVT.
- 43:41Speaker 2: That actually never happens.
- 43:42Speaker 8: Yeah, all right, So shout out to whoever.
- 43:44Speaker 2: Texted me that because we talked Jamal Moseley. It might
- 43:46Speaker 2: have been we talked about him, like hire a coach, guys. Yeah,
- 43:50Speaker 2: I mean got Lee. Yeah, I mean you don't even
- 43:52Speaker 2: have a general manager because Troy Weavers like EVP and
- 43:54Speaker 2: then Joe Dumars makes a decision. I don't really know
- 43:58Speaker 2: who cares. Do you win some games once? Some games? Please?
- 44:00Speaker 2: Mosley coach right to have you go in some games?
- 44:04Speaker 7: Spend five seasons in Orlando pre consecutive playoff berths for
- 44:10Speaker 7: the Magic.
- 44:11Speaker 6: Oh, he was the head coach for the Magic this
- 44:13Speaker 6: year and he took Detroit to the break.
- 44:15Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 44:16Speaker 5: I heard y'all talking about that this morning.
- 44:17Speaker 4: First bet I've made in the NBA playoffs.
- 44:23Speaker 2: Good job. Hashtag asked the bench. How long can Marler
- 44:26Speaker 2: and Scone last in a room together talking college football
- 44:29Speaker 2: before Scone starts talking louder? Oh?
- 44:31Speaker 8: Not long?
- 44:33Speaker 5: I don't think.
- 44:35Speaker 7: Yeah, I think they can't spend generally a lot of
- 44:39Speaker 7: time in a room together.
- 44:40Speaker 2: What's the longest you've ever spent in the room with
- 44:42Speaker 2: scoone before y'all had like at least one disagreement.
- 44:46Speaker 5: An hour, but it was like got a zoom call.
- 44:50Speaker 2: So okay, So you weren't directly talking with him.
- 44:52Speaker 5: Yeah, since I've moved here, I don't know. Yeah, that's
- 44:54Speaker 5: a good point. I don't know.
- 44:56Speaker 2: Yeah, shout out to news breaking before we got off air.
- 44:58Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 44:58Speaker 2: Hashtag asked the bench favorite caffeine drink and if you
