- 0:20Speaker 1: Maybe we'll welcome bless this messager for Crum podcast. I
- 0:23Speaker 1: don't care who is.
- 0:23Speaker 2: Steve says, hey.
- 0:26Speaker 1: All right, we're back.
- 0:29Speaker 2: For at least one more episode.
- 0:31Speaker 1: One more episode before I kill Stu because of his attitude,
- 0:38Speaker 1: his overall demeanor, his just face.
- 0:48Speaker 2: Anyways, I hope I snore tonight.
- 0:51Speaker 1: Okay, whatever, well, good luck, because I'm on bean talk, so.
- 1:02Speaker 2: That will not be good.
- 1:06Speaker 1: We've been on a health kick lately. So we've been walking.
- 1:08Speaker 2: At least two days now, at least two days.
- 1:10Speaker 1: We've been walking three miles. We get out, we walk
- 1:12Speaker 1: three miles a night, and then we dragged the children
- 1:16Speaker 1: along with us, and they walk and wear themselves out,
- 1:19Speaker 1: and so, and then I got on bean talk, which
- 1:23Speaker 1: is the bean side of not the lesbian bean talk,
- 1:26Speaker 1: the beans Stewart, stop but just stop. What is wrong
- 1:33Speaker 1: with you?
- 1:34Speaker 2: You know you married it?
- 1:35Speaker 1: Okay, well whatever, anyways, where you eat a can of
- 1:38Speaker 1: beans a day to restore your gut, health and everything.
- 1:42Speaker 1: So that's where I'm at. So I made the most
- 1:45Speaker 1: delicious I didn't realize how much I liked beans until it.
- 1:49Speaker 1: So I made this really good bean mill yesterday. And
- 1:55Speaker 1: then I had just a can of kidney bean with
- 2:00Speaker 1: butter and slap your mama, and they were just like
- 2:04Speaker 1: so good. I just heating them up on the stove
- 2:07Speaker 1: and then I've been feeding the kids beans and then
- 2:09Speaker 1: the baby's having some stuffy troubles.
- 2:11Speaker 2: Yes, thank you for that.
- 2:13Speaker 1: We're clearing things out. Anyways, this is too much information,
- 2:17Speaker 1: but that's where we're at, is walking and beans. That's
- 2:22Speaker 1: what's going on in our household. Right well, no, you Stewart, No,
- 2:28Speaker 1: it's yours. No, we're not arguing. You're being annoying.
- 2:32Speaker 2: It sounds like we're arguing right now.
- 2:33Speaker 1: Okay, we're not arguing. You're being annoying. Anyways, we are
- 2:38Speaker 1: headed to Alabama this week, so find us on the Patreons.
- 2:46Speaker 1: You get the episodes twenty four hours early and add free.
- 2:48Speaker 1: And then we also have our Shoot the Pooh, which
- 2:51Speaker 1: we do. We've been doing it weekly for about thirteen weeks.
- 2:54Speaker 2: I think has it been that long.
- 2:56Speaker 1: I think we missed one week when we're on vacation.
- 2:58Speaker 1: But yeah, we're on episode thirteen, so there's quite a few.
- 3:01Speaker 1: So when you join, you get to hear everything back
- 3:05Speaker 1: from them. We usually talk about.
- 3:06Speaker 2: I probably want their money back after they hear it.
- 3:08Speaker 1: Okay, Well, you know it's up to them. They can
- 3:12Speaker 1: leave and exit. There's an exit interview question and everything,
- 3:15Speaker 1: and they can tell us how to. I don't look
- 3:16Speaker 1: at any of those though, because I can't handle that.
- 3:20Speaker 2: How did I not get the notification that those come in.
- 3:25Speaker 1: I don't know. It's somewhere on there. They they when
- 3:27Speaker 1: they decide to not be a member anymore.
- 3:28Speaker 2: Oh, you don't get any email. You get an email
- 3:31Speaker 2: when they become one, but you don't get one.
- 3:32Speaker 1: When they know they're not going to tell you every
- 3:34Speaker 1: time someone leaves and make you feel bad about yourself.
- 3:36Speaker 1: I'm not reading those absolutely not, so I'll them. I
- 3:40Speaker 1: don't want you to because you read and then you
- 3:44Speaker 1: tell me about them, and then I spiral. So no,
- 3:46Speaker 1: I don't want to hear about why someone doesn't want
- 3:48Speaker 1: to give us three dollars a month anymore. Okay, I
- 3:50Speaker 1: don't want to hear about it anyways. And then we
- 3:53Speaker 1: have Instagram, Facebook, TikTok. I'm at seven thousand, I'm trying
- 3:56Speaker 1: to get to ten thousand. So if you guys could
- 3:58Speaker 1: go over there and fall me on tiktokless at Bless
- 4:01Speaker 1: This Mess podcast, that'd be real helpful. I do true
- 4:07Speaker 1: crime documentary recommendations pretty much. It's the podcast page like
- 4:14Speaker 1: on Instagram, TikTok and everything, and I do share some
- 4:17Speaker 1: of the podcast. I need to do better about it,
- 4:19Speaker 1: but I usually share the new episodes. But I mean,
- 4:22Speaker 1: the podcast is only once a week, so every other
- 4:25Speaker 1: day I'm sharing about true crime, yeah stuff. And then
- 4:31Speaker 1: I was gonna say, that's what we do on this
- 4:32Speaker 1: shoot the Poo too. We usually have watched some sort
- 4:35Speaker 1: of true crime documentary. We kind of recap it very loosely.
- 4:38Speaker 1: It's not like this like the episodes, but we do
- 4:40Speaker 1: talk about it. So we did Apartment six oh three,
- 4:43Speaker 1: What Happened in Apartment six oh three last week? And
- 4:45Speaker 1: I think we're doing the Perfect Neighbor this week. So
- 4:49Speaker 1: check those out and then rate review, subscribe five stars only,
- 4:54Speaker 1: all right, So go look, we're gonna go ahead and
- 4:55Speaker 1: get into this because it is late, because we try
- 4:58Speaker 1: to do this at our normal time when they go
- 4:59Speaker 1: to quiet time, and it didn't work out the other day.
- 5:02Speaker 1: So now here we are at ten thirty at night
- 5:06Speaker 1: on a school night, and I need to get to bed,
- 5:09Speaker 1: so we're gonna start her on up, all right, On
- 5:12Speaker 1: August first, nineteen ninety nine, police in Dothan, Alabama, receive
- 5:16Speaker 1: a call from a woman saying that her teenage daughter
- 5:18Speaker 1: and her friend did not come home that the night before.
- 5:22Speaker 1: Her daughter's name was Tracy Hallett and her friend's name
- 5:26Speaker 1: was j. B. Beasley. Now. The woman stated that her daughter,
- 5:30Speaker 1: Tracy had called her the night before around eleven forty
- 5:34Speaker 1: five pm, asking if she could stay out a little longer,
- 5:37Speaker 1: and her mother's like, absolutely not.
- 5:39Speaker 2: It's eleven forty at home.
- 5:41Speaker 1: Yes, it says, she needed to come home straight away
- 5:45Speaker 1: and uh, no more staying out. So well, as the
- 5:48Speaker 1: mom is waiting for a daughter to come home, she
- 5:51Speaker 1: falls asleep, and so that's when she wakes up in
- 5:54Speaker 1: the morning, she realizes that the girls aren't there, and
- 5:57Speaker 1: she goes into a full on panic and calls police. Now,
- 6:02Speaker 1: investigators head to the woman's house to ask about Tracy
- 6:04Speaker 1: and JB's movements from the night before, and she said
- 6:08Speaker 1: that she called from a payphone whenever she called and said,
- 6:11Speaker 1: because this was this is nineteen ninety nine, guys, Okay,
- 6:14Speaker 1: I know shocking, there's no cell phones.
- 6:16Speaker 2: There was like a jive dollars a minute.
- 6:19Speaker 1: Then yeah, so she calls from this that she called
- 6:22Speaker 1: from a payphone that was about thirty minutes from the house,
- 6:25Speaker 1: and so investigators are like, okay, well, then they should
- 6:29Speaker 1: have been home no later than like twelve fifteen, twelve
- 6:31Speaker 1: thirty at the latest, and so they had been out
- 6:35Speaker 1: that evening for JB's birthday on July thirty first. The
- 6:41Speaker 1: girls were both seventeen years old.
- 6:43Speaker 2: Police immediately put a bolo out Cara that'd be on
- 6:47Speaker 2: the lookout for both girls as they are underage and
- 6:52Speaker 2: are officially missing. That begins speaking to JB and Tracy's
- 6:56Speaker 2: friends to find out what they were supposed to be
- 6:58Speaker 2: doing and where they were supposed to be at. Now,
- 7:02Speaker 2: what they found out was they were supposed to go
- 7:04Speaker 2: to a party that another friend was putting on for
- 7:08Speaker 2: JB's birthday, but neither girl showed up to that party,
- 7:11Speaker 2: so no one had seen them since they left Tracy's home. Together.
- 7:15Speaker 2: With the bolow going on, they have several police departments
- 7:18Speaker 2: in the area that are looking for the girls. This
- 7:21Speaker 2: is when an Ozark police department calls in that they
- 7:23Speaker 2: have found Tracy's Mazda. Police arrive on the scene and
- 7:27Speaker 2: find the car with the doors unlocked and the windows
- 7:29Speaker 2: rolled down. They found Tracy's purse in the car, as
- 7:32Speaker 2: well as JB's driver's license. They start searching the vehicle
- 7:36Speaker 2: and that's when they come to the trunk. They opened
- 7:38Speaker 2: the trunk and they find the two girls are deceased
- 7:41Speaker 2: inside the trunk. The girls were lying crawled up next
- 7:44Speaker 2: to each other with their hands by their faces, indicating
- 7:48Speaker 2: that they knew they were about to be murdered. One
- 7:51Speaker 2: girl was shot in the temple and the other one
- 7:53Speaker 2: was shot through her cheek.
- 7:55Speaker 1: So police after finding this in the people, the detectives
- 8:02Speaker 1: that spoke about this, this still like this what they said,
- 8:04Speaker 1: this was like a very traumatizing too, because it's like
- 8:09Speaker 1: in the this the horror movies or the thrillers, and
- 8:12Speaker 1: they come to the trunk and they're just like hoping,
- 8:16Speaker 1: like please don't let them be in the trunk, and
- 8:18Speaker 1: then here they both were. So they begin to process
- 8:21Speaker 1: the crime scene and they find a nine millimeter shell
- 8:24Speaker 1: casing in the trunk. They also noticed that the girl's
- 8:28Speaker 1: clothes were wet and muddy. But they're looking around at
- 8:32Speaker 1: the area where the girls were found, where the car
- 8:34Speaker 1: was found, and that area was not didn't like the
- 8:38Speaker 1: it wasn't it was dry like, there wasn't any There
- 8:40Speaker 1: shouldn't be any reason why the clothes were muddy. So
- 8:43Speaker 1: this indicated to the police that they had been taken
- 8:46Speaker 1: somewhere else before being placed in the trunk and moved
- 8:49Speaker 1: to this area. They looked in the area around the
- 8:52Speaker 1: vehicle and was in kind of a It was next
- 8:55Speaker 1: to a road, but there was a bunch of wooded
- 8:56Speaker 1: areas around it. But there was no indication that the
- 8:59Speaker 1: crime or they're either only that's where the bodies were dropped.
- 9:03Speaker 1: They also found other evidence that the car had been
- 9:06Speaker 1: moving after the girls had been murdered. So the detectives
- 9:09Speaker 1: got underneath there. They're looking at the drain plugs from
- 9:12Speaker 1: the trunk and so there's blood dripping out on the ground. Well,
- 9:16Speaker 1: they can also see that the blood had been blown
- 9:18Speaker 1: on the back of the car, indicating that the girls
- 9:20Speaker 1: had been shot and then the car was driven afterwards. Now,
- 9:26Speaker 1: in terms of forensic evidence on the car, there was
- 9:28Speaker 1: a partial pomprint on the driver's side above the door,
- 9:31Speaker 1: and then later on an autopsy would reveal that there
- 9:33Speaker 1: was indications of rape and DNA found in JB's underw
- 9:38Speaker 1: just JB.
- 9:39Speaker 2: Well, now that the investigators have found the girls, they
- 9:42Speaker 2: need to retrace their steps to try and figure out
- 9:44Speaker 2: who could have done this to them. One of the
- 9:46Speaker 2: last places the police knew that they were at was
- 9:49Speaker 2: at the payphone at the gas station. So they head
- 9:51Speaker 2: to the gas station. They're able to get some security
- 9:54Speaker 2: footage of the girls on the telephone. Now, back then,
- 9:58Speaker 2: security footage you got like a multiplexer. You got these
- 10:02Speaker 2: six sixteen cameras or eight cameras plugged into the thing
- 10:06Speaker 2: because it switches, so it records like a millisecond of
- 10:09Speaker 2: each camera. So that's why when you're watching that old stuff,
- 10:12Speaker 2: they're like four or three or four.
- 10:14Speaker 1: Bas like pictures instead of because whenever they're stream of
- 10:17Speaker 1: a video.
- 10:18Speaker 2: Yeah, so the old pictures you're not going to see
- 10:20Speaker 2: because like in the nine one to one conspiracy stuff
- 10:22Speaker 2: where they set a missile was shot and they couldn't
- 10:24Speaker 2: see the airplane coming in because there was no airplane
- 10:27Speaker 2: on the camera.
- 10:28Speaker 1: You mean nine to eleven, Yes, okay, you said nine
- 10:30Speaker 1: one one, like like the phone number. Anyway, Well, it's
- 10:35Speaker 1: a bit confusing.
- 10:36Speaker 2: Because because the the multiplexer records.
- 10:39Speaker 1: Each Why I didn't know you were into conspiracy theories.
- 10:43Speaker 2: I'm not saying that. I'm saying that there was probably
- 10:46Speaker 2: a plane, but because of the.
- 10:48Speaker 1: A seven hundred probably a plane.
- 10:50Speaker 2: A seven hundred mile an hour plane is moving faster
- 10:54Speaker 2: than faster than the video can be recorded in the
- 10:56Speaker 2: milliseconds because it's going from each camera. And that's because
- 10:59Speaker 2: if you've got camera is on the other side of
- 11:00Speaker 2: the building that are recording, it could be recording those
- 11:03Speaker 2: and then come back to the front cameras.
- 11:05Speaker 1: Well. We all know. The only you know, the only
- 11:07Speaker 1: conspiracy theory I'm into right now is DoorDash.
- 11:10Speaker 2: Oh. Yes, I've had to hear about the door ash.
- 11:12Speaker 1: I've done. I've I've been thoroughly upset by the door
- 11:16Speaker 1: dash girl, if anybody knows what I'm talking about.
- 11:19Speaker 2: So anyway, on these all multiplexus.
- 11:21Speaker 1: I'll discuss and shoot the poos so I can get
- 11:23Speaker 1: my feelings out Okay.
- 11:24Speaker 2: Yes, you get your feels out there. So anyway, that's
- 11:26Speaker 2: what the multiplex are back in the day did with
- 11:28Speaker 2: the cameras whenever they have eight, eight, sixteen channel things.
- 11:32Speaker 1: Yeah, and that was the issue with this is that
- 11:35Speaker 1: not the issue? But like when you look at the video,
- 11:38Speaker 1: it's not a salt like a fluid thing. It's just
- 11:42Speaker 1: pictures of the girls. So they be standing right here
- 11:44Speaker 1: and then they're turned and then there's another picture to turn,
- 11:47Speaker 1: but they get.
- 11:47Speaker 2: Stayed away from where they were, but they can still.
- 11:50Speaker 1: Get an it. They got an image and could see
- 11:52Speaker 1: that it was the girls.
- 11:54Speaker 2: Yeah, so since the security it in a constant train,
- 11:58Speaker 2: as I explained, probably on Streme. Probably Streme well Stream.
- 12:03Speaker 1: Okay, I don't know. It might be a technical term.
- 12:06Speaker 2: We don't I might be having a stroke. We don't know.
- 12:09Speaker 2: It's just like almost picture flashes because of the way
- 12:13Speaker 2: I explained it poorly. Possibly in the video you can
- 12:16Speaker 2: see they're talking to two other women that were getting
- 12:18Speaker 2: gas at the time. The gas station attendant said the
- 12:21Speaker 2: girls never came inside and that he never spoke to them. Now,
- 12:24Speaker 2: with this information, they put this out to the public
- 12:28Speaker 2: and the woman who spoke to the girls that night
- 12:31Speaker 2: came forward. It was her and she was with her daughter,
- 12:35Speaker 2: and she said that the girls were upset because they
- 12:37Speaker 2: were trying to locate an outdoor party and that they
- 12:40Speaker 2: got lost. So they were talking to the other women
- 12:43Speaker 2: trying to get directions, and that's when they were concerned
- 12:47Speaker 2: because at this point they're missing the party that was
- 12:49Speaker 2: supposed to be for Jabe's birthday and now they're about
- 12:52Speaker 2: to miss their curfew and get in trouble. And that's
- 12:54Speaker 2: why she's calling her because she's like, hey, I want
- 12:55Speaker 2: to stay out more so.
- 12:57Speaker 1: I can try to find at the least the tail
- 12:58Speaker 1: end of this party that was for my birthday. And
- 13:00Speaker 1: they're like, no, no, you need to fear out how
- 13:03Speaker 1: to come home and get home.
- 13:05Speaker 2: The woman said the girls were looking for directions to
- 13:07Speaker 2: get back to Dothan, so she told them how to
- 13:10Speaker 2: get there, and that was the last thing she told
- 13:13Speaker 2: talk to him about. They did retrace the directions that
- 13:16Speaker 2: the woman gave to see if there were any additional
- 13:18Speaker 2: clues that they could find.
- 13:20Speaker 1: Yeah, but that turned up to be nothing. And the
- 13:24Speaker 1: woman was telling that like the woman and the daughter,
- 13:26Speaker 1: they didn't have anything to do with so they was
- 13:28Speaker 1: they just happened to be the last people that they
- 13:31Speaker 1: spoke to. And I believe they even had like a
- 13:34Speaker 1: little they showed like the drawing of the girls. They
- 13:37Speaker 1: had like a map like it looked like you know,
- 13:40Speaker 1: high school students had drawn like a map, like hey,
- 13:42Speaker 1: here's the woods and the road and here's where the
- 13:44Speaker 1: party is and they're trying to locate that based on
- 13:47Speaker 1: just that?
- 13:48Speaker 2: Was it the map like an idiocracy where he wrote
- 13:51Speaker 2: you are here and then he drew a line to
- 13:53Speaker 2: the time machine.
- 13:55Speaker 1: No, Stu, anyways, it's not like today over He's like
- 13:58Speaker 1: drop a pin on, get dropping no pins? You got
- 14:01Speaker 1: to stop at the station.
- 14:02Speaker 2: If the satellites go out, people are screwed. They a't
- 14:04Speaker 2: gonna be able to read a map or get around.
- 14:06Speaker 1: No. I don't know what any I barely know what
- 14:08Speaker 1: the street names are that I drive on on a
- 14:10Speaker 1: day to day basis. I have no clue what this
- 14:13Speaker 1: road is out here that we like. I know the
- 14:15Speaker 1: name of the street, but this highway or whatever that's here,
- 14:18Speaker 1: I have no clue what number that is. Wow, I
- 14:20Speaker 1: have absolutely zero.
- 14:22Speaker 2: I don't know what the number is.
- 14:25Speaker 1: Name, and then we're screwed.
- 14:26Speaker 2: I know the name of it.
- 14:28Speaker 1: You know the name of the highway or what?
- 14:31Speaker 2: Oh?
- 14:31Speaker 1: Yeah, then I know the name of it.
- 14:33Speaker 2: Yes, I don't know the number.
- 14:35Speaker 1: Yeah, but it's a number. Yeah, So it's a highway number.
- 14:39Speaker 1: We don't know. So you're lost to So I'm not alone.
- 14:42Speaker 2: Well, I could ask where that highway was, and then
- 14:44Speaker 2: I get there.
- 14:44Speaker 1: But you'd have to hope you can ask somebody else
- 14:46Speaker 1: who knew was paying attention.
- 14:48Speaker 2: Everybody in this area knows whatever.
- 14:51Speaker 1: Now at this point, word is getting out in the
- 14:54Speaker 1: community about this horrific crime, and as you can imagine,
- 14:57Speaker 1: everybody's very upset and on high alert because these girls.
- 15:01Speaker 1: This isn't like something where somebody knew somebody somebody just
- 15:05Speaker 1: came across these girls and did this. This is not
- 15:08Speaker 1: this chance. Yeah, this is not. So you've got a
- 15:11Speaker 1: predator on the loose at this point. Now, with it
- 15:15Speaker 1: being such a publicized murder, the governor got involved and
- 15:19Speaker 1: he's trying to get the word out. He ask anybody
- 15:22Speaker 1: if they have any more information. They put on a
- 15:24Speaker 1: reward for any information. I think it was like ten
- 15:27Speaker 1: thousand dollars or something. And so with all this additional
- 15:30Speaker 1: coverage and the reward money specifically made available, they had
- 15:35Speaker 1: a young man come in named Johnny Baranteine. Now he
- 15:39Speaker 1: was saying that he had witnessed the murder. And he's
- 15:42Speaker 1: a young guy. I think he was like a he
- 15:44Speaker 1: was married, but he was like still a teenager, like
- 15:46Speaker 1: nineteen years old. Or something like that. He told investigators
- 15:50Speaker 1: that he picked up a stranger on the side of
- 15:52Speaker 1: the road. Then they're driving around. They see the girls
- 15:55Speaker 1: at the gas station and decided to follow them from there.
- 16:00Speaker 1: The stranger got out of the car and approached the
- 16:02Speaker 1: girls whenever they stopped at some point, and then he
- 16:05Speaker 1: followed them. He followed, he got in the car with
- 16:08Speaker 1: the girls, the stranger, and so the guy, the Johnny guy,
- 16:14Speaker 1: drove in his vehicle behind the Mazda, and then that's
- 16:17Speaker 1: when he watched the stranger murder the two girls. He said.
- 16:20Speaker 1: Then the stranger drove the Mazda with the two girls
- 16:23Speaker 1: in it and parked it where the police found it.
- 16:25Speaker 1: And then Johnny took the stranger and dropped him off someplace.
- 16:30Speaker 1: So he just knows him by the stranger. He doesn't
- 16:32Speaker 1: know what this person's name is.
- 16:35Speaker 2: So Johnny's an idiot. Basically, what do you mean You're
- 16:40Speaker 2: gonna follow him, watch him murder these girls some guy
- 16:43Speaker 2: you don't know, and you're gonna go, Okay, hop in,
- 16:45Speaker 2: let's go. I'll go where you need to go. No,
- 16:48Speaker 2: you'll watch that. If you're not gonna save the girls
- 16:52Speaker 2: or you can't, then you just drive off.
- 16:54Speaker 1: Okay, well let me finish this and then you'll see this.
- 16:56Speaker 2: So Johnny's an idiot, is what I'm saying.
- 16:58Speaker 1: Okay, well, if this really happened, then Johnny's an idiot.
- 17:01Speaker 2: Okay, So one way or another, Johnny is an idiot.
- 17:04Speaker 1: Remember the ten thousand dollars reward or another, Johnny is
- 17:10Speaker 1: an idiot. So after he tells his story, he asked
- 17:14Speaker 1: about the reward money and thought that the police were
- 17:17Speaker 1: just going to give him the money and he was
- 17:18Speaker 1: going to go about his day, his day to day.
- 17:22Speaker 1: You know, they're like, they're like, dude, you just put
- 17:27Speaker 1: yourself at the scene of a murder, double murder, Like
- 17:30Speaker 1: that's not you're an access now, Yes, you actually you
- 17:34Speaker 1: didn't say like I saw this and I didn't actually
- 17:37Speaker 1: see him murdering, but I just saw the man. You know,
- 17:39Speaker 1: you didn't say that. You said you basically took the
- 17:41Speaker 1: man with them, followed the car and watched all this happen,
- 17:44Speaker 1: and then took aid it and ambedded a criminal. Yes,
- 17:47Speaker 1: so they arrest his dumbass. They should arrest him for
- 17:50Speaker 1: other things too, but just being stupid. So after he's arrested,
- 17:55Speaker 1: you know, he gets a lawyer, and his story starts
- 17:57Speaker 1: to change, and then this is when they quickly were
- 18:00Speaker 1: he has made this entire thing up because his wife
- 18:03Speaker 1: even was like he was home that night, like at
- 18:05Speaker 1: eleven thirty when all this was happening, and she wasn't
- 18:08Speaker 1: trying to like his ex wife.
- 18:10Speaker 2: I hope with no children, I hope it didn't.
- 18:13Speaker 1: Johnny is in jail now, I think for other reasons. Anyways,
- 18:18Speaker 1: So this really put a halt on the investigation. The
- 18:22Speaker 1: public lost a lot of faith in the police department.
- 18:25Speaker 1: It was a huge detour from looking for the real
- 18:28Speaker 1: person who did this because now they've got because they
- 18:32Speaker 1: waste a lot of time befo all job. Yes, and
- 18:35Speaker 1: so this incident with Johnny wasn't the only time that
- 18:38Speaker 1: this happened. The investigator said that this happened dozen, like
- 18:41Speaker 1: dozens of people come forward and it was something that
- 18:43Speaker 1: they had never really seen before that. I mean, you
- 18:48Speaker 1: hear like one or two people doing something like that,
- 18:51Speaker 1: but he said there was probably forty to fifty people
- 18:53Speaker 1: came forward saying they were involved with this somehow and
- 18:55Speaker 1: it was all lies. They just wanted to be It
- 18:58Speaker 1: was such a high profile case, like with the governor
- 19:01Speaker 1: talking about it is just as.
- 19:02Speaker 2: Big just wanted to be involved in that, just wanted.
- 19:04Speaker 1: To be part of the conversation. So they just implicated themselves.
- 19:08Speaker 2: In a I don't even understand these people.
- 19:10Speaker 1: No, I don't either, I have no clue. So anyway,
- 19:13Speaker 1: so it caused a lot of confusion. It caused a
- 19:16Speaker 1: lot of confusion in the public. It cat los confusion
- 19:19Speaker 1: in terms of the investigation and things quick, things went cold,
- 19:24Speaker 1: like it was just a it was just a clusterfuck. Basically.
- 19:28Speaker 2: I can see that now after going through these several
- 19:32Speaker 2: false leads and no new evidence coming to light. The
- 19:34Speaker 2: case had been called for seventeen years at this point,
- 19:39Speaker 2: they really do believe that it's going to be one
- 19:41Speaker 2: of the harder cases to solve because it appears that
- 19:44Speaker 2: the girls just came across a stranger he saw an opportunity,
- 19:48Speaker 2: and well, these.
- 19:49Speaker 1: Are the hardest ones to solve because there's no connection.
- 19:52Speaker 1: It's just a random person that found these girls in
- 19:55Speaker 1: the middle of the night.
- 19:56Speaker 2: And unlet's say he leaves a business card at the
- 19:58Speaker 2: murder saying.
- 19:59Speaker 1: It's okay too, wow, what well he did leave some
- 20:03Speaker 1: business card, he left his DNA, Well.
- 20:05Speaker 2: Yeah, well, Betty didn't think that they were going to
- 20:07Speaker 2: be able to track him down when he did that. No, Now,
- 20:10Speaker 2: the best bet they had was, of course, the DNA
- 20:12Speaker 2: evidence technology had developed, and at this point it is
- 20:17Speaker 2: now twenty sixteen and they're starting to look at genetic genealogy, as.
- 20:22Speaker 1: Has been the theme for our Listen, let me tell.
- 20:24Speaker 2: You you, like the third or fourth one in a row.
- 20:26Speaker 1: Listen to you motherfuckers out there thinking about doing a
- 20:28Speaker 1: crime and killing somebody or raping somebody. They are going
- 20:31Speaker 1: to catch your ass.
- 20:32Speaker 2: Okay, yeah, even if you've been dead for fifty years now, Yes.
- 20:35Speaker 1: If you're listening to this podcast, just no, don't do it,
- 20:37Speaker 1: because they will catch you. Somebody in your family has
- 20:40Speaker 1: because it doesn't even have to be anyone close to
- 20:42Speaker 1: you now, just someone in some long line of huge
- 20:45Speaker 1: family has given their DNA and it's out there in
- 20:49Speaker 1: the world.
- 20:50Speaker 2: Yes, they will find you. And what's that taking guy saying,
- 20:55Speaker 2: I will find you? I guess, so whenever he's talking
- 20:59Speaker 2: to him on.
- 20:59Speaker 1: The M I will find you. I'm assuming he said.
- 21:02Speaker 2: That whenever the girl, whenever he's talking to his daughter,
- 21:06Speaker 2: and then the kidnapper picks up the phone.
- 21:09Speaker 1: I don't know. That's not his famous line from the movie.
- 21:11Speaker 1: His famous line is I have a particular set of skills,
- 21:14Speaker 1: So I don't know. Well, I'm sure at some point
- 21:16Speaker 1: he said I will find you.
- 21:18Speaker 2: I don't remember. It's been it's been a minute since
- 21:21Speaker 2: I watched.
- 21:21Speaker 1: Not the famous line from the movie. That's just probably
- 21:24Speaker 1: something he said. Probably I will find you and I
- 21:27Speaker 1: will kill you.
- 21:28Speaker 2: Probably is what he's possibly. Yes, yes, I think the
- 21:30Speaker 2: last time I watched that was before I'm at You.
- 21:32Speaker 2: So yeah, it's been a while.
- 21:35Speaker 1: And I was going to Europe and you're like, have
- 21:36Speaker 1: you seen that movie?
- 21:37Speaker 2: Take it? Don't get taken now. Over the next few years,
- 21:42Speaker 2: they run this DNA and they work on the genetic
- 21:44Speaker 2: genealogy with the same lab that solved the Golden State
- 21:48Speaker 2: killer case.
- 21:49Speaker 1: Yes, and if you'll recall every one of these that
- 21:52Speaker 1: we've done, this is not a quick thing that they
- 21:55Speaker 1: have to do. It's there's only a few, I think
- 21:58Speaker 1: companies that specialize and this type of in this Parabond
- 22:02Speaker 1: Labs is one of the the ones. But it takes years.
- 22:06Speaker 1: Sometimes it takes years for them to track all of
- 22:08Speaker 1: this down. This isn't a quick fix. It whatsoever. They
- 22:11Speaker 1: don't just put it in and be like, oh, we
- 22:13Speaker 1: know you know o Joe down road.
- 22:17Speaker 2: Now, by twenty eighteen, they had narrowed it down to
- 22:20Speaker 2: believe in it was someone with the last name of
- 22:22Speaker 2: McCraney or in that family. This was again due to
- 22:27Speaker 2: the JED Match, where someone from that family had put
- 22:30Speaker 2: in their DNA into the public database.
- 22:32Speaker 1: Yeah, that's that jet that GED match or whatever. That's
- 22:34Speaker 1: that big public game Jed COUM or whatever, and that's
- 22:37Speaker 1: that's where they got the Golden State Killer two was
- 22:39Speaker 1: the JED match.
- 22:41Speaker 2: Police began bringing in people from that family, and one
- 22:45Speaker 2: of those people was a fellow by the name of
- 22:47Speaker 2: Cole McCraney. When they initially brought him in, he was
- 22:51Speaker 2: hesitantant to give his DNA, but his wife encouraged him
- 22:56Speaker 2: to do so so that they could help close this
- 22:58Speaker 2: case out.
- 22:59Speaker 1: Yeah, she's like, Cole, you got to give the DNA
- 23:02Speaker 1: like this is this could really help you know, fight
- 23:04Speaker 1: figure out who would do this horrific.
- 23:06Speaker 2: This can eliminate you so they can quit bothering us.
- 23:08Speaker 1: Well, no, it wasn't about elimonade. She she would have
- 23:11Speaker 1: never It was because when they approached him. They're not
- 23:13Speaker 1: looking saying you're a suspect. They're saying, hey, we think
- 23:17Speaker 1: it's someone maybe related to you. Can you help us out.
- 23:20Speaker 1: It's the same thing in that one where the mom
- 23:22Speaker 1: got mad because she gave her DNA yeah, and it
- 23:25Speaker 1: pointed to her son or whatever. And then she's like,
- 23:26Speaker 1: they lied to me, and I'm like, bitch, I don't care.
- 23:28Speaker 2: Okay, not really. Now little did the wife. No, he
- 23:34Speaker 2: was the actual person who did it, so the DNA
- 23:37Speaker 2: wasn't exact, wasn't exact match to old Cole McCraney.
- 23:42Speaker 1: Now, Cole was brought in for questioning, and of course
- 23:46Speaker 1: he denies knowing girls yes saw him, and having any
- 23:51Speaker 1: involvement with the crime whatsoever. Now, they did find out
- 23:55Speaker 1: that he lived within a mile of where the girls
- 23:57Speaker 1: were found at the time of the murders, and at
- 23:59Speaker 1: this point he is like, he's not admitting to anything.
- 24:02Speaker 1: So they since he won't open up to him, they're like, okay,
- 24:06Speaker 1: well here's our trump card. We have your DNA evidence
- 24:10Speaker 1: and it matches exactly. And he still denies any involvement.
- 24:14Speaker 1: And that's when he's like, hey, I need an attorney
- 24:17Speaker 1: and everything. So he's arrested in March of twenty nineteen
- 24:20Speaker 1: and charged with the murders and the rape. He pled
- 24:24Speaker 1: not guilty to all charges. Now, when looking into Cole,
- 24:28Speaker 1: he would have been like completely if they just had
- 24:31Speaker 1: to rely on old fashioned police.
- 24:33Speaker 2: Like just going down of suspects.
- 24:35Speaker 1: Yeah, he would have never been on anybody's radar. He
- 24:39Speaker 1: would have never been on any suspect list or anything
- 24:42Speaker 1: because at the time, so when he was arrested, he
- 24:45Speaker 1: was around forty five years old and he was a
- 24:49Speaker 1: truck driver. So he was a truck driver that did
- 24:52Speaker 1: live about a mile from where the girls were found.
- 24:53Speaker 1: So that might be a little I mean, not to
- 24:55Speaker 1: put down not to put down truck drivers.
- 24:56Speaker 2: But I'll but they know that they can be good.
- 24:59Speaker 2: Serial killer.
- 25:01Speaker 1: The Happy Face Killer.
- 25:02Speaker 2: The one that was driving up and down the road
- 25:03Speaker 2: and murdering Well, there's that.
- 25:05Speaker 1: There's what's that The I five killer?
- 25:09Speaker 2: Oh that was uh yeah, that was out in California.
- 25:13Speaker 1: Yeah, because that was the one I remember the I
- 25:15Speaker 1: think that was the one where the ladies or the
- 25:18Speaker 1: was like cleaning an office building and he broke in
- 25:20Speaker 1: killed her or anything. But the Happy Face Killer, I
- 25:23Speaker 1: believe is also and he used to leave a halfy
- 25:26Speaker 1: happy face. I believe he was a truck driver. Not
- 25:28Speaker 1: say anything bad. Truck drivers are great, Okay, they get
- 25:31Speaker 1: us all of our goods, all our goods, so we
- 25:33Speaker 1: appreciate you.
- 25:34Speaker 2: Just my neighbor was a truck driver.
- 25:36Speaker 1: Just my neighbor was a truck driver.
- 25:38Speaker 2: To Stu, Well, yeah, you were my wife and we
- 25:41Speaker 2: lived next to each other.
- 25:42Speaker 1: We weren't we remarried in that house? Oh yeah, because
- 25:44Speaker 1: we had the baby. Okay, yeah, we've been married for
- 25:46Speaker 1: quite some times. What no, do we've moved a lot. Okay. Anyways,
- 25:53Speaker 1: he was a truck driver and lived a man a
- 25:54Speaker 1: mile away. But he was also like a pastor or
- 25:58Speaker 1: very involved with his church. He ran like a ministry
- 26:00Speaker 1: and everything. He had served in the military, and he
- 26:03Speaker 1: had zero criminal history, Like there was nothing that would
- 26:07Speaker 1: have pointed them to even.
- 26:08Speaker 2: Be on a line. A traffic ticket, now, well.
- 26:11Speaker 1: I don't know if traffic tickets to or a criminal
- 26:13Speaker 1: history criminal.
- 26:16Speaker 2: You can get a criminal speeding ticket.
- 26:18Speaker 1: Oh come on, st Anyways, he uh, you're so annoying
- 26:22Speaker 1: reckless driving for speed? Okay, he didn't have anything for reckless.
- 26:26Speaker 2: Driving fifty five in the school zone.
- 26:28Speaker 1: Yeah, so Anyways, what I was trying to say, for
- 26:32Speaker 1: you interrupt me before I forgot.
- 26:36Speaker 2: Yeah, no criminal history.
- 26:38Speaker 1: He would have been so he's forty five, so he
- 26:40Speaker 1: would have been around twenty three when this all happened. No,
- 26:46Speaker 1: twenty eight, he would have been twenty eight dish, Yeah,
- 26:49Speaker 1: because it would have been almost No, it's right at
- 26:52Speaker 1: twenty years to twenty eighteen, so he would have been
- 26:54Speaker 1: twenty five whenever.
- 26:56Speaker 2: Yeah, I was thinking seventeen.
- 26:57Speaker 1: Twenty five, twenty six, somewhere in that that age range.
- 27:01Speaker 1: So after all of the back and forth, after he's
- 27:04Speaker 1: rested in March of twenty nineteen, the trial actually begins
- 27:07Speaker 1: in April twenty twenty three. And there was some sort
- 27:11Speaker 1: of there was something special about this case. I don't
- 27:14Speaker 1: know if it was the years that this happened or
- 27:17Speaker 1: the type or whatever, but the Attorney General himself had
- 27:21Speaker 1: to be the lead attorney and try the case.
- 27:24Speaker 2: Like the attorney general of the state.
- 27:26Speaker 1: Yes, really, yes, I don't know, because.
- 27:29Speaker 2: There was some corruption or something going on, in doubt,
- 27:31Speaker 2: and some good old ball maybe not corruption, but some
- 27:34Speaker 2: conflict to interest. But that wouldn't make it everybody.
- 27:38Speaker 1: No, but that would even be even if that were
- 27:41Speaker 1: the case that wouldn't require the actual attorney general because
- 27:45Speaker 1: he even he got on there and he said he's
- 27:46Speaker 1: like the attorney general doesn't go to court.
- 27:48Speaker 2: And like he just directs his attorneys.
- 27:52Speaker 1: So whenever they said that, I started thinking about that
- 27:54Speaker 1: because like, you have to really be careful than who
- 27:57Speaker 1: you're picking as your attorney general estate because I see
- 27:59Speaker 1: them more of a political because they are elected, yes,
- 28:02Speaker 1: but like do they you better make sure they know
- 28:05Speaker 1: what the fuck they're doing because next thing you know,
- 28:06Speaker 1: they might be like the lead attorney on a double
- 28:10Speaker 1: murder homicide. Yes, so so so on top of it
- 28:16Speaker 1: being just a high profile case that was unsolved for
- 28:19Speaker 1: twenty years, now we have the Attorney General himself going
- 28:23Speaker 1: in and being the lead prosecutor. And off top of that,
- 28:28Speaker 1: it's a death penalty case. To be death penalty or
- 28:32Speaker 1: life in prison were the options. And then on top
- 28:35Speaker 1: of that, which we never really have anymore, is the
- 28:38Speaker 1: actual guy took the stand, the Cole mc craney. He
- 28:41Speaker 1: took the stand in his yes, in his own defense,
- 28:44Speaker 1: which hardly they ever hardly get up there and test
- 28:50Speaker 1: so anyway, so they have this. The Attorney General did
- 28:55Speaker 1: speak about how it was a concern because they had
- 29:00Speaker 1: the DNA evidence, but they had nothing else. They didn't
- 29:03Speaker 1: have anybody that saw him do this. They didn't have
- 29:07Speaker 1: the weapon, nothing, They just had the DNA evidence.
- 29:10Speaker 2: That was found on So they're going to go with
- 29:11Speaker 2: the cops.
- 29:12Speaker 1: No. So during the trial, like I said, Cole took
- 29:16Speaker 1: the stand himself to explain how his DNA ended up
- 29:19Speaker 1: where it did. Oh Cole, So he claims that he
- 29:23Speaker 1: met JB at the mall earlier that day and they
- 29:27Speaker 1: just hit it off, and so they decided to meet
- 29:30Speaker 1: up around eleven thirty that evening. So he goes, he
- 29:35Speaker 1: meets up with her and Tracy was there. He has
- 29:40Speaker 1: consensual sex with JB.
- 29:42Speaker 2: Of course, yes, so.
- 29:44Speaker 1: This is a seventeen year old girl. He was twenty
- 29:47Speaker 1: five twenty six years old at the time. Has consensual
- 29:50Speaker 1: sex with the.
- 29:51Speaker 2: Girl she said she was eighteen.
- 29:52Speaker 1: Yep, he leaves her and that's the last time he
- 29:56Speaker 1: saw her, and he don't know what happened after that,
- 29:58Speaker 1: but that's how he that's how his DNA ended up there.
- 30:02Speaker 1: And then what really upset the family of the girls
- 30:05Speaker 1: is they tried to paint because Cole was black and
- 30:10Speaker 1: the girls were white, and so the defense went out
- 30:14Speaker 1: there on to news stations and everything saying that this
- 30:17Speaker 1: was a bunch like they were a bunch of racist
- 30:20Speaker 1: people that were just upset that their daughter was having
- 30:25Speaker 1: relations with a black man and it really upset the
- 30:30Speaker 1: family because that's not how they were at all or
- 30:33Speaker 1: anything like that, and to try to try to put
- 30:36Speaker 1: down the girls and the family in that way anyway.
- 30:39Speaker 1: So it didn't work, though he ended up being found
- 30:42Speaker 1: guilty and he didn't get the death penalty though he
- 30:46Speaker 1: got life in prison. Well, however, what okay, I'm just
- 30:51Speaker 1: gonna play Devil's advocates here. No one saw anything else
- 30:54Speaker 1: that happened. I mean, it's very likely he did this,
- 30:57Speaker 1: like he he's the one that the girls and everything.
- 31:01Speaker 1: But what if he did just meet her and they
- 31:04Speaker 1: just I mean, he wasn't like it wasn't like he
- 31:08Speaker 1: was forty five at that time. He was twenty five,
- 31:11Speaker 1: you know, a young man. He meets this girl at
- 31:14Speaker 1: the mall or something. They do have.
- 31:17Speaker 2: So we know that the girls went to the mall though.
- 31:19Speaker 1: Well that's the other thing. They don't have any there's no.
- 31:22Speaker 2: Did anybody say they went to the mall on the
- 31:24Speaker 2: girl's birthday to go buy something for a birthday. No,
- 31:27Speaker 2: nobody remember.
- 31:28Speaker 1: Okay, well that was okay, now you're remind you're making
- 31:31Speaker 1: me remember the problem with his story is there was
- 31:34Speaker 1: zero corroboration that the defense attorney. They couldn't because that
- 31:38Speaker 1: didn't match up with what the ladies saw at the
- 31:40Speaker 1: talk to the girls at the gas station, Like they
- 31:45Speaker 1: had the map of the party, the outdoor party. That
- 31:48Speaker 1: was why the girls missed the party, because they got
- 31:50Speaker 1: lost and couldn't find it. So yeah, that was what
- 31:53Speaker 1: it was. It was I was trying to think why
- 31:55Speaker 1: did I was like, oh, yeah, that makes sense because
- 31:58Speaker 1: they did say that the There was nothing to corroborate.
- 32:02Speaker 2: What he said because there was no meetup location because
- 32:04Speaker 2: the girls.
- 32:05Speaker 1: Were lost, Yes, because they were, and they had a
- 32:07Speaker 1: map for the outdoor party, which was an outdoor party,
- 32:10Speaker 1: and they confirmed there was an outdoor party that the
- 32:12Speaker 1: girls were supposed to go to and they missed with
- 32:14Speaker 1: their friends. So yes, he was lying. But I'm just
- 32:17Speaker 1: saying like that could happen though, Yeah.
- 32:21Speaker 2: Yes, so yes, just like a women cheating on their
- 32:25Speaker 2: husband or something, or guys cheating on their wives. DNA
- 32:29Speaker 2: somebody ends up murdered, and then there's DNA.
- 32:32Speaker 1: It's like yeah, and then it's like, oh, well he
- 32:34Speaker 1: did it. You're like, but I was just having an
- 32:36Speaker 1: affair with her.
- 32:37Speaker 2: But it's also like, yeah, we had a meetup that
- 32:39Speaker 2: day and then I guess her husband found out and
- 32:41Speaker 2: killed her.
- 32:41Speaker 1: Yeah, so yeah, it can I could see how it
- 32:44Speaker 1: would happen. But anyways, it just really they were happy
- 32:48Speaker 1: that they the families were happy that they found the
- 32:50Speaker 1: person who did this. However, they just it really is
- 32:53Speaker 1: upsetting when the defense attorneys go out there and just
- 32:55Speaker 1: do a whole smear campaign so that whoever the victim
- 32:59Speaker 1: was say these like crazy things.
- 33:01Speaker 2: It was just a whrror. She was screwing everybody.
- 33:03Speaker 1: Okay, anyway, Oh that's what they'll say. I know they'll
- 33:06Speaker 1: say it, but it's really upsetting for the family to
- 33:08Speaker 1: have to listen to that when it's not representative of
- 33:12Speaker 1: the situation whatsoever or who they are as people. So
- 33:16Speaker 1: that's where they tried to go with that. But anyways, anyways,
- 33:20Speaker 1: do you have a that's our case out of Alabama?
- 33:23Speaker 1: Do you have a y'all need Jesus please tell me
- 33:27Speaker 1: it's ready to go.
- 33:28Speaker 2: It's always ready to go, honey.
- 33:29Speaker 1: Okay, a stripper, I take it back, We're not doing.
- 33:35Speaker 2: A stripper didn't want to be videotaped, so she used
- 33:39Speaker 2: a coconut as a weapon. Police say, Florida or not Florida.
- 33:46Speaker 2: Florida Miami Herald.
- 33:48Speaker 1: It's got a coconut involved. Of course it's Florida.
- 33:50Speaker 2: By Gwyn Felosa. Updated May thirteenth, twenty nineteen.
- 33:54Speaker 1: Well, based on the headline right now, I'm on the
- 33:55Speaker 1: stripper's side. Okay, she shouldn't have to record. You need
- 33:58Speaker 1: to pay extra if you want to record.
- 34:00Speaker 2: Well, maybe it's not in the club. Maybe it's not
- 34:02Speaker 2: sound the club. Sometimes paradise comes in.
- 34:05Speaker 1: We're a stripper outside the club. Okay, yeah, you can
- 34:13Speaker 1: finish your story.
- 34:14Speaker 2: Yes, sometimes paradise comes with its own hazards. A Key
- 34:19Speaker 2: West stripper was jailed after police said she committed an
- 34:23Speaker 2: assault with a deadly weapon on d Ball Street.
- 34:25Speaker 1: Come on the.
- 34:26Speaker 2: Weapon, one coconut. Chantel Latasha Bolds, thirty six, who is
- 34:31Speaker 2: listed as a Miami resident, was arrested on a felony
- 34:35Speaker 2: charge of aberger evaded assault with a deadly weapon.
- 34:38Speaker 1: Okay, this is a bit of a stretch. Okay, the
- 34:41Speaker 1: police were out for her. This is a stretch a coconut,
- 34:44Speaker 1: Come on.
- 34:45Speaker 2: She was released from the Stock Island Detention Center within
- 34:48Speaker 2: a couple of hours without having to post a bond.
- 34:53Speaker 2: Bolds admitted to police she threw the coconut at George Exposito,
- 34:57Speaker 2: but only because he was videotaping her sitting on the
- 35:00Speaker 2: porch of the VIP Gentlemen's Club one two two, one
- 35:05Speaker 2: Duvall Street in Key West. In case any year down there,
- 35:08Speaker 2: I want to go to it.
- 35:09Speaker 1: So she was sitting on the porch outside the Gentleman's
- 35:12Speaker 1: Club and he started recording her. Yes, okay, throw the
- 35:15Speaker 1: coconut at the motherfucker. He's probably he's the same pervert
- 35:18Speaker 1: that's on door dash.
- 35:19Speaker 2: Okay, Oh jeez, here we go.
- 35:21Speaker 1: He's just put recording that.
- 35:22Speaker 2: Girl that's opening the door recording people.
- 35:24Speaker 1: Oh, don't get me started on the door dash situation. Okay.
- 35:29Speaker 2: So she shouted obscenities at him as he walked by
- 35:34Speaker 2: filming her, after saying, ladies, So he's so annoying, like
- 35:40Speaker 2: she did. I guess they might have been out there
- 35:42Speaker 2: for a smoke where I don't know what.
- 35:43Speaker 1: Okay, well leave them the leaving the fuck alone. They
- 35:45Speaker 1: already did their job in there. You need to leave
- 35:47Speaker 1: them alone. Stop harassing them outside their work.
- 35:49Speaker 2: This is when she hurled a coconut at him.
- 35:52Speaker 1: Care good for you.
- 35:53Speaker 2: I don't know if these things are just laying around
- 35:55Speaker 2: in Key West and you just find one on the
- 35:56Speaker 2: ground and you're like, I'm gonna throw the cocona upfil
- 36:00Speaker 2: you find acorns, you can throw an acorn at somebody,
- 36:02Speaker 2: or a pine cone raish, yeah, or a link of
- 36:06Speaker 2: boot an, But a coconut just laying around, She said,
- 36:11Speaker 2: I will be honest with you. I threw it, but
- 36:14Speaker 2: I it didn't hit him, not at all. The video
- 36:18Speaker 2: didn't capture the coconut throw, but it did show a
- 36:21Speaker 2: coconut wobbling on the sidewalk as if it had just
- 36:24Speaker 2: been thrown, police said. Entertainers at the VIP Club, which
- 36:29Speaker 2: advertises role play fetishes, new dancing and private rooms, have
- 36:36Speaker 2: been known to get angry at a passerby or two
- 36:38Speaker 2: who snaps photos of them when they're outside.
- 36:41Speaker 1: And as they should, they should leave them alone. But
- 36:45Speaker 1: they're doing weird fetishes with coconuts inside. That's probably why
- 36:48Speaker 1: the coconuts out there. God knows what they did with the.
- 36:50Speaker 2: Dry air and out. That's gotta get the smell off
- 36:54Speaker 2: of it. You're disgusting, But Key West police aren't. Mark
- 37:02Speaker 2: Syracuse told Bolds that she hadn't she should have no
- 37:05Speaker 2: expectation of privacy sitting out on the club's porch in
- 37:09Speaker 2: public view. Exposito of Miami said he believed the coconut
- 37:14Speaker 2: could have caused damage.
- 37:16Speaker 1: Oh my god.
- 37:17Speaker 2: He asked the police if he deserved to have the
- 37:19Speaker 2: coconut throw thrown at him. Officers didn't answer. Exposito could
- 37:24Speaker 2: not be reached for comment on what a little.
- 37:28Speaker 1: Bitch pressing charges against the lady for throwing out there
- 37:31Speaker 1: after she's probably done, god knows what in that club,
- 37:34Speaker 1: having to deal with these fetish people and stuff in
- 37:36Speaker 1: these back rooms, and then she walks outside. She just
- 37:39Speaker 1: wants to get her smoke on and everything. And he
- 37:41Speaker 1: got this little weasy.
- 37:42Speaker 2: Little some fresh air outpits or something.
- 37:45Speaker 1: Recorder and stuff, arm pets or something whatever. Anyway, Okay,
- 37:50Speaker 1: you don't stop, You don't have to continue on Stewart,
- 37:53Speaker 1: it's done.
- 37:54Speaker 2: Freshen up, No, it goes back then it's done.
- 37:56Speaker 1: It is not done anyways, I'm on the side. Let's
- 37:59Speaker 1: get started. Gofund me on her on her side, this
- 38:02Speaker 1: is ridiculous assault of with the deadly weapon.
- 38:04Speaker 2: Well, it's six years ago, so I mean, I'm sure
- 38:06Speaker 2: she'd appreciate the money now for a goalfundme, because I mean, like, yeah,
- 38:14Speaker 2: she might need to go fund me. I'm not sure
- 38:16Speaker 2: what she looks like, but she was thirty six and
- 38:19Speaker 2: twenty nineteen when she.
- 38:20Speaker 1: Was already aging out of the strippers.
- 38:21Speaker 2: Yeah, you're aging out of the strippering thing. This is
- 38:23Speaker 2: twenty nineteen, six years ago. She's forty two now if
- 38:26Speaker 2: she still hasn't worked with C six.
- 38:28Speaker 1: Years ago, she's thirty eight. You said six years and
- 38:32Speaker 1: she was thirty two. You said forty two.
- 38:34Speaker 2: She's not. I said she's thirty six when this happened.
- 38:38Speaker 2: You said thirty six years ago.
- 38:41Speaker 1: You said thirty two originally. Anyways, it doesn't matter, that's right.
- 38:45Speaker 1: But all right, we're going to have tape. We're going
- 38:49Speaker 1: to continue this. Whenever you go to this, just scroll
- 38:53Speaker 1: back like a minute half and let us know, because
- 38:55Speaker 1: I'll be honest with you, I'm not going to go
- 38:56Speaker 1: back and check anyways. I just want to say real quickly, Okay,
- 39:02Speaker 1: so in case anybody's if you're still here and you're confused,
- 39:05Speaker 1: the door dash situation is, I'm just gonna briefly say it,
- 39:09Speaker 1: and I'm gonna say my piece, and I haven't looked
- 39:11Speaker 1: today on any updates. So if I'm wrong right now,
- 39:14Speaker 1: then I change my opinion. But as of yesterday, this
- 39:19Speaker 1: girl gets on TikTok, she went to go deliver a
- 39:23Speaker 1: door dash. She goes to deliver it. The door is
- 39:26Speaker 1: wide open. The man is lying on his couch with
- 39:31Speaker 1: his hoodie on his arm placed in front of his
- 39:36Speaker 1: face like that, and his pants down to his ankles.
- 39:38Speaker 2: So he's porky pagan.
- 39:40Speaker 1: Yes, So she is like, you've got to be kidding me.
- 39:44Speaker 1: So she records like they have to take a picture
- 39:46Speaker 1: when they drop off the food anyway, so he was
- 39:48Speaker 1: his naked ass was going to be in the picture.
- 39:50Speaker 1: And the way that the let me just go real quickly.
- 39:53Speaker 1: The house the way it's set up, the porch comes
- 39:55Speaker 1: up on the right side and then the door is
- 39:57Speaker 1: kind of offset so when you walk up you can
- 39:59Speaker 1: see angled at the couch like this is clearly set
- 40:02Speaker 1: up for her to have to see this so one
- 40:08Speaker 1: So apparently she contacted door Dash, and she contacted the
- 40:12Speaker 1: police about this, and because this is so anyways, and
- 40:17Speaker 1: so DoorDash deactivated the guy and stop rushing me. So
- 40:21Speaker 1: this is the end of the fucking podcast. If they
- 40:23Speaker 1: can move on, if they can show it.
- 40:24Speaker 2: I can't move on. I can't get by you until
- 40:27Speaker 2: you wrapped this.
- 40:28Speaker 1: So he's already heard about this several times. I've been
- 40:31Speaker 1: on this, so I'm mad at the internet right now.
- 40:34Speaker 2: Yes, just skip the long version on shoot to poo,
- 40:36Speaker 2: give it a short version here.
- 40:37Speaker 1: I am giving it. I have to explains, Yes, it
- 40:40Speaker 1: will be done. I'm never going to let you finish
- 40:44Speaker 1: that Al Green or whatever the heck it was that
- 40:46Speaker 1: you wanted to do. Yeah, George Jones whatever, Who's al Green?
- 40:54Speaker 2: I don't know. There's a bunch of al Greens. There's
- 40:55Speaker 2: an al Bundy too, Okay.
- 40:57Speaker 1: So anyways, so she contacts doord They deactivate him, and
- 41:01Speaker 1: she content the police, well they won't do anything, and
- 41:03Speaker 1: DoorDash is kind of like, not they deactivated, but like,
- 41:05Speaker 1: what is that she wanted to do something else because
- 41:08Speaker 1: this was like obviously he set this up so that
- 41:10Speaker 1: she would have to see this. Keep in mind, I
- 41:13Speaker 1: think she's like a young girl, like twenty, like early
- 41:15Speaker 1: twenties or something like that. So she gets on she
- 41:18Speaker 1: decides to post the video on TikTok and like blast
- 41:21Speaker 1: this guy. She just says his first name in the
- 41:23Speaker 1: last first letter of his last name, and they know
- 41:28Speaker 1: the city that she's in because it's where she lives
- 41:30Speaker 1: or whatever, so all of a sudden, and so the
- 41:33Speaker 1: problem is is she is an unlikable victim. She said
- 41:38Speaker 1: that she got sexually assaulted, which that's where people are
- 41:41Speaker 1: having the problem with. They're saying, like, you just walked
- 41:44Speaker 1: up and the man was exposing himself to you. That's
- 41:47Speaker 1: not sexual assault. Maybe it's sexual harassment. She chose the
- 41:50Speaker 1: wrong wording for it. Some people say that is sexual
- 41:53Speaker 1: assault whatever, But she is kind of an unlikable victim.
- 41:57Speaker 1: So then she got fired from doordawn for posting it
- 42:01Speaker 1: and everything, which probably that's probably part of their terms
- 42:05Speaker 1: of sess. But the problem is is now now the
- 42:09Speaker 1: entire internet is like upset with this girl and sticking
- 42:14Speaker 1: up for this man. They're making up things now saying
- 42:17Speaker 1: that she said.
- 42:18Speaker 2: The internet and the other half is on her side.
- 42:20Speaker 1: No, there's a larger portion that is out to get her. So,
- 42:23Speaker 1: like I said, I haven't checked today, so if all
- 42:25Speaker 1: this has changed as of today, then and this is
- 42:29Speaker 1: so they're trying to so all of a sudden in
- 42:31Speaker 1: the comments section, so everybody has has screenshots. So TikTok
- 42:35Speaker 1: took the video down because it shows his privates or whatever.
- 42:39Speaker 1: So she said that she she in a later video
- 42:42Speaker 1: said I re uploaded it and I blurred out that
- 42:44Speaker 1: portion to see if it would stay, and TikTok kept
- 42:46Speaker 1: taking down. She said that was the only part she
- 42:49Speaker 1: changed because the video that she posted was in real time,
- 42:52Speaker 1: like you can see the door open. Well, then all
- 42:54Speaker 1: of a sudden, all these comments anytime somebody was saying
- 42:57Speaker 1: that it was defending the girl and saying maybe she's
- 42:59Speaker 1: the wrong word, but this guy is a pervert that
- 43:01Speaker 1: set this up. So she would have because I don't
- 43:04Speaker 1: understand how people. People are like, well, maybe he was
- 43:06Speaker 1: having a medical issue, maybe he was drunk. They have
- 43:08Speaker 1: they not been around these fucking perverts in this world.
- 43:11Speaker 1: I used to work at a bookstore and we always
- 43:12Speaker 1: had this guy that would come masturbateed in the young
- 43:14Speaker 1: adult section, like it was. It was weird. I sat
- 43:17Speaker 1: next to that guy on that plane that was masturbating
- 43:18Speaker 1: next to me, Like, man, this is an entire category
- 43:23Speaker 1: on porn hub dedicated to this kind of weird face
- 43:29Speaker 1: where they get off on like a girl walking up
- 43:31Speaker 1: and being and finding them in this position and stuff.
- 43:35Speaker 1: So for some reason, so for some reason, this okay,
- 43:41Speaker 1: it's just a common knowledge apparently, but everybody's defending this
- 43:44Speaker 1: like perver or whatever and saying that she that she
- 43:48Speaker 1: said that the door was all of a sudden in
- 43:50Speaker 1: the comment section, we started get everybody saying the same thing,
- 43:53Speaker 1: the door was just cracked and she opened it and
- 43:56Speaker 1: went into his house, which is not true. You can
- 43:57Speaker 1: see him clearly from the porch standing there. We have
- 44:00Speaker 1: the video of that. So so then is on my
- 44:05Speaker 1: conspiracy theory is that door dash paid a bunch of
- 44:09Speaker 1: bots to start putting out this bad information, and so
- 44:12Speaker 1: now people aren't even so everybody's like, well, where's the
- 44:14Speaker 1: video where she said the door was cracked and she
- 44:16Speaker 1: walked in the home, because nobody can seem to find that,
- 44:20Speaker 1: And so then they started so in the comments, then
- 44:22Speaker 1: they started taking the screenshot of the video with the
- 44:25Speaker 1: door wide open and putting a black bar over it,
- 44:28Speaker 1: and then posting it and say, see the door was cracked,
- 44:30Speaker 1: but it's like cutting off the words because she put
- 44:32Speaker 1: the door was wide open, and I walked up and
- 44:35Speaker 1: he's lying nked on and everybody's like this is a
- 44:38Speaker 1: photoshop and it's bad at that. So it's just like
- 44:41Speaker 1: everybody's just she's an unlikable victim. But that doesn't mean
- 44:44Speaker 1: the fact that she's.
- 44:48Speaker 2: With your family.
- 44:49Speaker 1: It just happened to be like what took me? I
- 44:52Speaker 1: just got so angry that everybody was like so then
- 44:54Speaker 1: we have like this girl that this happened to you,
- 44:56Speaker 1: and you're supporting this dumb ass that's buck ass nked
- 44:59Speaker 1: on a ca out with the door wide open. What
- 45:02Speaker 1: if like children had walked up and they're like, well,
- 45:04Speaker 1: he's in his own home, he can be neck and
- 45:05Speaker 1: it's like, no, you can't. I can't stand in front
- 45:08Speaker 1: of my front window and just like flash my tits
- 45:10Speaker 1: to the to the everybody. I'm gonna get in trouble.
- 45:13Speaker 1: That's exhibitionism. You can you can't just stand.
- 45:16Speaker 2: Here stand there drinking coffee and the blinds open. You
- 45:19Speaker 2: can't do watching what's going on in the world.
- 45:21Speaker 1: So they're trying to say, like what we can just
- 45:23Speaker 1: go open our door wide open and then have Walmart
- 45:26Speaker 1: deliver an order or target or something like that. And
- 45:28Speaker 1: then you just be standing and with your dog hanging out.
- 45:32Speaker 2: Our vagina.
- 45:33Speaker 1: That's not allowed. And then then I can't believe there's
- 45:36Speaker 1: like he maybe had a medical issue. It's like, no,
- 45:38Speaker 1: this fucker and his pants and his underwear all the
- 45:42Speaker 1: way down his ankles, and he had positioned it with
- 45:44Speaker 1: the lights all on. There was nothing wrong with this person.
- 45:47Speaker 1: And so I'm waiting to find out. I'll have to
- 45:50Speaker 1: check and see if there's any new updates. Like I said,
- 45:51Speaker 1: if there's new updates and she did actually open the door,
- 45:54Speaker 1: then fine, I take back everything. But as of right now,
- 45:56Speaker 1: there's no proof that she that I believe her that
- 46:00Speaker 1: this guy's a pervert and he wanted her to find it.
- 46:02Speaker 1: And there's other girls that have gone on and said
- 46:04Speaker 1: this happened to me too, but I didn't tell anybody
- 46:06Speaker 1: because I didn't think he would believe me. And then
- 46:09Speaker 1: now it's like, well, here's a prime example. She had
- 46:11Speaker 1: a video evidence. Everybody's like she's a lion bitch, you know.
- 46:14Speaker 1: So anyways, so that's the door dash thing.
- 46:19Speaker 2: The long version told you to keep it short and something.
- 46:22Speaker 1: Okay, whatever, stew it's into the podcast. They can They
- 46:25Speaker 1: could have hung up by now, moved on to something
- 46:28Speaker 1: bigger and better. But all right, well I think show Jones. Yeah,
- 46:34Speaker 1: I'm never gonna pull that up up right now, I
- 46:36Speaker 1: gotta go, Stu, it's after eleven ago.
- 46:38Speaker 2: Evidentally, it wasn't that important for you to go, all right,
- 46:41Speaker 2: so we will.
- 46:42Speaker 1: Don't forget the Patreon, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok. Look up the
- 46:46Speaker 1: door dash situation if you're on TikTok, and then we
- 46:50Speaker 1: will see you next time. By everyone, say bye Stu,
- 46:53Speaker 1: Bye Stuve.
- 46:57Speaker 2: It's bad. He's superstitious. But nothing else is working, and
- 47:06Speaker 2: my hands ringing and learning and I'm sick o. It's
- 47:12Speaker 2: worrying bout things I cantage
